We ordered a cheese dosa, but the cheese used didn’t seem authentic—it tasted like a low-quality substitute. The pav bhaji was equally underwhelming; the pav was fried in what appeared to be local oil instead of butter, which affected the overall flavor. Unfortunately, the quality of food did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

There are many better restaurants that truly value their customers—unfortunately, this one does not. I recently visited Hotel Rama Krishna with my family (a group of seven), and the experience was shockingly disappointing from the moment we walked in. Despite the staff asking us to come inside, we were not given a proper seat. Instead, they made us shift from one place to another three to four times, completely ignoring our comfort and convenience. Things got even worse when we politely asked the waiter to take our order once we finally got a table. Not only did he ignore us, but he also behaved rudely. When we said that if the order wouldn’t be taken, we would prefer to leave, the waiter aggressively opened the door and asked us to go—an attitude that was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The level of arrogance and lack of basic hospitality we experienced was unbelievable. No courtesy, no empathy, and certainly no service standard that any family would expect when visiting a restaurant. For anyone considering this place: please rethink your choice before wasting your time and expecting decent service. There are many better restaurants that truly value their customers—unfortunately, this one does not.

Rooms are worth the price, room service is very fast and top notch. South indian food is the best here, rest of the food is a bit above average, sandwich was a disaster but chicken biryani was good. Check in check out timings are really convenient for customers, parking is well situated. The only problem is that its on the main road of lonavala city so the traffic is too much of a hectic, apart from that everything was superb.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was full of flavor. We tried pav bhaji, paneer, and veg biryani — all of them were fresh, well-prepared, and served in good quantity with great quality. The quick service made the experience even better. This is our go to place for lunch and dinner in lonavala. The food is good. Quality and quantity both are awesome. Location is perfect. It's on the main road and main square of Lonavala. Service is also very fast and good.

I visited Hotel Rama Krishna with my family, and the experience was extremely poor. Even after inviting us inside, the staff made us change seats 3–4 times with no concern for our comfort. When we politely asked the waiter to take our order, he ignored us and behaved rudely. When we said we would leave if no one attended us, he opened the door and asked us to go—a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. There was no hospitality, no courtesy, and no basic service. Many other restaurants treat their customers far better. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's located inside Della adventure park. Food is very great! The taste is on point and not so spicy. The staff is very courteous, they suggested us a few nice dishes. The ambience is nice. The menu chart is not so big but whatever is there it's a good combination of parsi and north India food. Prices are high as it's located inside a 5 star property.

The location is quite beautiful inside Della Adventure Park. Cozy vibes with good music playing. We ordered a mocktail followed by a soup. Then the chicken biryani which was well prepared and enough for 2-3 people. The kids went for a plain non spicy dal and rice. For the dessert we ordered a chocolate mousse which was very tasty and chocolaty (and very heavy )). The chef came out to interact with us asking for any suggestions which was good. The service was very quick. Overall a good place for dinner. And It is more romantic if you seat outside.

this is one of those overrated places... What we observed is... 1. The food has arrived but no one is there to serve. We had to call and ask. 2. Rotis were not done as per our instructions. Not sure what waiter was writing when we were telling our orders. 3. We had coupons with 50₹ extra than our total bill. They denied to give change. 4. We didn't get why other reviews are saying food is delicious. But for us it was just ordinary. 5. There seems to be biased way of providing service since they were providing prompt service to large group and families than couple.

Ms. Saraswati Deori and Mr. Roshan served us. They suggested us starters and main course in parsi cuisine as per our taste. Really enjoyed the food and service was quick. The live music felt like someone had played youtube acoustic covers, it was so melidious.

Kinara Village Dhaba offers an above-average experience that feels like a true getaway. Our single night stay was very comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and all the necessary toiletries. The main restaurant experience was fantastic; the food is very good, making the cost feel justified for the quality. What truly elevates Kinara is its unique offerings and incredible ambiance. The great musical evening with soulful ghazals was a perfect highlight, coupled with fun discoveries like the astrology session and delicious Turkish ice cream. Good place to visit for a short lunch. Have multiple kids activities which are super playful. Kids safety is also considered. They have camel and horse ride as well. Ample amount of parking. Kids play area and the searing area is quite spacious and good. Food is a bit on the spicier side but overall a good visit. I recommend a one time visit to the place.

Such a fun themed style restaurant. With so many seating options to choose from, it will definitely get an argument going within the group. We stepped in for a quick bite but I wish it was for more. Ordered the chicken scaloppini and didn’t know that will be such an adventure. I asked them to replace the herbs rice with grilled vegetables, if possible, and they brought the dish without mashed potatoes. They said it was either mashed potatoes or vegetables. Cool, but you could have told me that when I ordered, maybe I would have chosen to keep the potatoes. But then the vegetables were cooked with dairy products when I clearly said I can only have my dish cooked with oil. I sent the vegetables back and asked for mashed potatoes cooked without any dairy products. They brought the mashed potatoes cooked with cream. Are you guys dumb?! Honestly now… 🙄 Luckily the chicken tasted good (although it was so so so salty), so I didn’t go to bed hungry. The cocktails are bad too, asked my cosmopolitan to be changed and done properly and they just sweetened it and brought it back as tasteless. Please see how Westin does it, theirs is delicious!

Great experience, we had our lunch at Creme Della and was worth it. We had Paneer tikka masala and kofta lababdar as our main course followed by Virgin mojito which was delicious and awesome. The place is calm and peaceful. The staff here are polite and helpful. Special mention to Bhumi, she provided the service with hospitality and personalised attention and helped us with recommendations. Great work!

This is my third time visit to this restaurant and even this time my experience remains awesome. The starters, main course and dessert everything is amazingly delicious. The service is also excellent. I strongly recommend this restaurant however the only feedback is to increase the variety. The menu is quite limited or else everything is quite good.

Not too bad, not too great. Better than Cafe 24 and the overall Della experience. The waiter who took our order seemed to be a beginner, he didn’t know any details about the dishes, he had to go back and ask the chef about everything, which is unusual for a 5 star resort. 🤷🏻‍♀️ My friends said the salmon was one of the best they had. My pizza was alright, the bacon was strangely red and looked not that appetising compared to what I am used to, but it seems to look that in all India, not just here. Also tried their chocolate cigars, they only serve two for the price, the inside is not great, not awful and the outer chocolate layer tastes like nothing at all. It requires some special skills to make chocolate tasteless, so congrats to the chef. 😆

This is the most misogynistic and sexist place I’ve ever seen. The urinals are in front of glass behind which, in front of every urinal, a female mannequin is standing. The washroom reads several “rules of men” which itself are extremely sexist and SO NOT OK. I will never come here again nor want to support their business in any form or manner - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM COMING HERE

One of the best places to enjoy vada pav! We tried the vada pav and moong bhaji, and both were absolutely delicious. Because of the high demand, food is freshly prepared and served right in front of you. The place is small and doesn’t have a dining facility, so you’ll have to stand and eat. Unlike the usual vada pav served with a fried chilli, here you get a green chutney that’s spicier and tastier. Apart from vada pav, they also serve samosa, kachori, gulab jamun, and other bakery items. If you’re in Lonavala and craving authentic street-style snacks, this spot is a must-try.

One of the best Vada Pav in Lonavala!!! It's situated right the middle of Lonavala market. You have to actually Quee to get your hands on this mouth watering Vada Pav. The speciality of this is the green 'thecha' (green chutney) you get along with this. They also offer Samosa, Moong Dal Bhajiya and Kachori. You must try next time you are in Lonavala.

The Vada pav was good but not so flavourful and the crunch was missing. Have had far more tastier Vada pav- so 3 star for vada pav. The samosa was good , crispy and also melt in the mouth type which was great but potato filling was average- so 4 star for samosa. The jalebi was pathetic and tasted weird and stinked. It was horrible - wish I could give -2 (negative stars). We had to throw it away. Please do not eat jalebi from here.Can’t say about other items as I have tried. I guess it was the owner who was taking the payments - he had a sarcastic weird behaviour which was very disappointing. He sounded rude and made fun of when I had a doubt about extra chutney and their packaging. Will not recommend this place. It is simply hyped.

Utopia offers a truly pleasant dining environment. The ambience is very, very good, especially at night, creating a wonderful setting for a meal. Its located right on the main road and has a super huge parking space, which is a massive plus for any traveler. The staff were nice and attentive, and while they seemed a bit short-staffed, the low crowd when we were there meant service was smooth. We tried several dishes - Cream of Brocolli Almond Soup, Bhatti Paneer Lababdar, Cheese Garlic Naan and Plain Tandoori Roti. We started with the Cream of Broccoli Almond Soup, which was served in a unique cup-like utensil which felt nice as was different than the general soup bowls. But unfortunately felt too watery and had a distracting, unappealing smell, even if the taste was passable. The Bhatti Paneer Lababdar was just average and the quantity was notably small—not sufficient for both my wife and me, especially after the light soup. I suspect this might have been due to our Swiggy DINEOUT booking, contrasting with reviews that praised their large portions.The Cheese Garlic Naan was tremendous, and the Plain Tandoori Roti was also quite good. While they offer both bottled and regular water, some amenities were missing (no wet wipes or finger bowls, though a wash basin is available).A minor inconvenience is that the entry is not wheelchair-friendly, featuring about 5-6 stairs. Finally, the menu layout felt unnecessarily complex. Having appetizers, main courses, cuisines (Tandoor, Oriental, Continental, Mughal, etc), and diets (Veg, Non-Veg) fragmented across multiple pages made ordering cumbersome. Grouping all appetizers together, then all main courses, etc., regardless of cuisine, would greatly simplify the selection process. Overall, Utopia is a good place with a great atmosphere and excellent parking, but improvements in soup consistency, portion size (maybe for promotional bookings), and menu structure would easily make it a 5-star destination.

A very nice dining place (especially if you’re staying in Triose). The masala chaas non-veg thali is a must try (chicken tastes very good, rice and chole is also nice). Prices are slightly on the higher side but definitely worth a try. The ambience is great. They give a finger bowl for cleaning hands after food. Overall a wonderful experience.

Moreover, the portion is definitely not more than what other restaurants serve. Respectfully, this isn't the only restaurant we been to.

Honestly, I didn’t find this dhaba worth it. The prices felt high for the quantity they serve, which was quite less. The food quality was just average, nothing special. It seemed like very few people visit here. Overall, not a place I’d recommend.

We visited PNF Restaurant & Bar at Della Adventure Park with office colleagues and had a wonderful dining experience. We ordered sweet corn soup, mushroom soup, paneer & mirch makai curry, stuffed kulcha, plain kulcha, along with refreshing drinks like pina colada, fruit punch, and lemon iced tea. The food was delicious, especially the curries which paired perfectly with the kulchas. The ambiance was pleasant and comfortable, making it a good place to relax after exploring the park. The staff was very courteous and attentive throughout. A special mention to Miss Das for her warm service and professionalism—she made our dining experience even better. Overall, a great spot to enjoy good food and excellent service inside Della Adventure Park.

I recently visited PNF, based on glowing Google reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The dining experience was particularly underwhelming. The Cream of Mushroom soup was a disaster—it had an unpleasant smell of used oil that was truly off-putting. For starters, we ordered veg dumplings in soy sauce, expecting traditional dumplings. To our surprise, we were served what appeared to be Veg Manchurian. When we questioned the staff, they insisted it was dumplings, which left us totally shocked and confused. On a positive note, the Singaporean Noodles we ordered later were quite good. The taste was satisfying, and the portion size was ample. Despite these issues, I believe something might have been off on that particular day, as the positive reviews and beautiful ambiance suggest potential for a better experience. Hopefully, the management addresses these concerns to improve their otherwise promising establishment.

Wanted to try della dining experience since a long time. Had a pleasant dining experience in PNF - Nirmala was very polite and humble. 10/10 for her service, communication and attitude towards help. Good Luck !

Cooper’s Fudge is amazing! The fudge is rich, creamy, and full of flavor — especially the walnut. There are many other items in a menu pastry and other bakery items are too good. Even food is also delicious.The staff is friendly. A must-visit for any sweet lover!

Sumptuous food to choose from a variety of options. The quantity and quality both are bang on. The ambience is gracious and warming, we chose to sit in open terrace to add the part of nature to it. Food was served quite quickly compared to a lot of places where u have to wait long after u order. Service was 9/10 and big thanks to Bharat and Sameer, for being a great host. Must visit and see if all for yourself. Will surely visit again 😀

Tried Cooper’s famous fudge and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. The fruity flavor really stood out and made it unique compared to regular chocolate fudge. The fudge has been outstanding for decades. The newly opened restaurant is beautiful. We sat on a corner table at the back where the fogs running down the hill with rains and the view is superb. The food was tasty and the cocktails were refreshing. Very good for a Sunday brunch. The restaurant gets overwhelming with people on Sunday so plan an early brunch or late lunch incase you dont like to wait.

This place is the saviour for us. We has visited the lonavala and on Wednesday we were planned to buy the fudge from the old shop where it was but on Wednesday it was closed but due to this new place which is open all 7 days which is big advantage for all the customers who come to visit the lonavala and try to buy one for them. About the fudge it was as perfect as always. I always buy walnut fudge which is the hero product of the cooper. Had same taste which was it used to be. Must visit the place as they have added more catagories in it.

It was good experience as service and rooms are good in the center of city. Price also reasonable during the time we stayed. It has a pure vegetarian menu so thats also a plus point.

Being a vegetarian restaurant, the management is not cooperative, they are charging very huge amount on extra curries for no reason. And when asked to change credit card they say they don't accept. Very calm and cozy place to stay for day or two.. Pleasant ambience.. the staff was really helpful and ready to assist with a warm smile everytime. They also provide cab service for a day taking some extra charge, with a driver who will take you to famous tourist points, this was very nice part.

A cozy hotel in the midst of hustle -busstle of Lonavala. The main attraction is the food. They serve really good vegetarian meals. Worth visiting their restaurant if you are in this area.

Getting here in the afternoon is tricky as the roads are narrow and it is opposite the ST stand. The hotel has nice ambience. The service is prompt and attentive. Their Undhiyo, Papad churi, dahi wada and Gujarati dishes are great. At 675 per thali I think this is one of the most expenaive thali’s in Lonavala. But the service and food quality are worth a visit once.

Visited this place after seeing lot of reels on social media. Some over ACTOR'S have hyped this place above and beyond limit. Looking at the menu card, was very interested in trying the special Mutton thali, which had fry Mutton, Mutton rassa(without pieces) 1 boiled egg, 2 chapatis or 1 bhakari and other small side dishes. When asked the waiter, whether the bhakari or chapatis and rice were limited or unlimited, I was told, limited. Any thing extra is chargeable. Generally I felt all the dishes were over priced. So decided to order special fry Mutton (half) 1 portion of Mutton rassa, and 3 bhakari. ( Since I workout 💪 this is normal diet for me.) The delivery time was quick, and I got my order in 7/8 minutes. Extremely disappointing taste of the Mutton fry, no flavor of spices at all. Just some red masala, had to add salt to make it edible, absolutely bland. Mutton rassa was equally bad, watery, flavor less, no taste at all. Bhakari was normal. Portion size was very small, the Mutton fry was priced at ₹ 550, had hardly 5 pieces mostly bones. Some of them were chewy... Service is mediocre, you don't get the bill on your table, you have to go to the counter to pay. Ample parking space, but all uncovered. It's a total turn off in the hot summer afternoon. I genuinely appreciate the effort taken by all entrepreneurs, and generally never write critical reviews, but this place absolutely turned me down, and to the core. When you go to eat, the food must be good.... All other things can be adjusted..

This is a nice restaurant with good food and quick service. In addition to regular chair and table seating, they also offer the option of traditional khats (charpais), which is a unique touch. While the ambiance was just okay, the delicious chicken thali, especially the sweet aamrakhand, more than made up for it. A significant plus is the ample parking available for both two and four-wheelers. The restaurant is also easily located on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, just before the toll. Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy a meal.

Nitin's Mummy's Homely Food offers an excellent culinary experience, with dishes that are flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. However, the service leaves much to be desired — staff appeared disengaged and lacked warmth, which negatively impacted the dining experience. The atmosphere has potential but would benefit from improvements in decor and energy. With better service and ambiance, this restaurant could become a real standout.

Food is not that tastey. Service is very slow. The major difference found in pricing , you pay 400 rs for chicken thali considering it is unlimited (which is normally is everywhere) But here you need to pay extra for chicken rassa(gravy), extra bhakri, you get small cup of rassa with thali whichbis not sufficient for 1 bhakri. You can even have it on rice. For extra you need to pay 100 rs. That's not written on menu card. Being a tourist spot they just put it on customer.

It's a beautiful place with delicious food. The ambience is serene and peaceful, full of greenery and no bustle of lonavala. The food though a little pricey was extremely tasty and in good quantity. The cold brew with orange tonic was exceptional, the mushroom veloute soup was great, the nutcracker salad was a revelation, with is sweet citrusy dressing perfectly complimenting the crunchy nuts soft chicken and fresh greens in each bite. The mushroom risotto was earthy and filling. It was a great meal indeed. Service was fast and polite

This has become one of my go-to places for amazing food whenever I am in and around Lonavla. They have a great selection of Parsi dishes as well as continental and Indian. Cooper’s is an institution by itself for the most delectable fudges and chikkis since decades and the addition of Markaiz as a restaurant to their repertoire is just the perfect expansion. The place is amazingly done up and they have an indoor A/C seating as well as an indoor seating. There is plenty of parking within the premises but weekends can get crazy busy and crowded, so there might be a bit of wait time for parking but the parking assistant is amazing and does his best to accommodate most. Coming to the food, their Parsi dishes are of course mind blowing. We’ve had the potato on khari, Russian cutlets and akuri and they’re all superb! Raspberry soda is refreshing and reminds you of Dukes (nothing beats Dukes of course!) and the Vietnamese iced latte is nice but tad too light for my taste. The Russian cutlets were packed with flavor and perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey and cheesy on the inside. Yum! Then we tried a couple of their croissan’wiches. The outer croissant itself is totally yummy but the sandwich as a whole seemed to lack flavor (or seasoning perhaps?). It wasn’t bad but it isn’t memorable. Overall the place is fantastic, staff is prompt and polite and the place during the rains can be calming haven! And if nothing else, just indulge in the wonderful bakery downstairs and enjoy the famous Cooper fugde!

Awesome place for a relaxed brunch. Food and drinks selection is top notch. With beautiful views to keep you company especially in the rainy season. There is a bakery on the premises as well so the burger buns, croissant were all freshly baked and soft and really elevated the dishes another notch. Parking is a hassle due to Coopers being so popular and in the same building. The drinks selection is especially good with local flavour incorporated into the cocktails and ciders. Overall a great experience and worth the drive from Pune (or Mumbai)

Visited Markaiz in Lonavala and had an absolutely delightful experience! We tried the Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked. The Town Best Pizza truly lived up to its name — loaded with flavor and a great crust. The Garlic Korean Cheese Bun was soft, cheesy, and packed with a delicious garlicky kick — a must-try! For desserts, the Tiramisu and Croissant was a unique and indulgent treat, while the Cooper’s Chocolate Fudge Cake was dense, rich, and a total chocolate lover’s dream. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff was warm and attentive. Every dish was crafted with care and tasted fantastic. If you're in Lonavala, Markaiz is a spot you shouldn't miss!

Great ambience, 2 levels of seating, open air and ac section. Food is great, prices are a slightly high but portion sizes are also big. I have attached the menu so you get an idea. Service is also good and quick. There is a store at the ground floor where you can pick up chicki, fudge etc which you get at Coopers as it's a Coopers chain. Must visit once to enjoy bun maska chai, cutlets, sallu boti, caramel custard. The other cuisine available is really good too. Must Visit.

Located above the new Cooper’s, this is a pet friendly restaurant serving a variety of different cuisines. Huge menu to choose from. But equally long wait time. Seems they have separate kitchens. The section on the top floor is very spacious and feel almost like sitting in the open. Lot of parking space but traffic too.

Went to Oven Fresh Lonavala on Monday 23.06.25. Google Map shows wrong driving direction. So u find it difficult to locate. U keep on making rounds to hotel. But this hotel is actually on main road. So be careful while locating hotel. Remember again it has a entry from main road only. Don't enter in any small lane. It's a big hotel. Ambiance is good. Quick Service. Toilets are not clean. At least the one which I tried to use. No water in toilet. Food is good. Especially their Sambhar. Very tasty. We ordered Chai. But it is Masala Chai. Very Strong. Not at all tasty. Many of us returned it. So they didn't charge for Chai. Prices are very high. E.g. Upma is for 180+ Taxes.

A great all vegitarian restaurant in Lonavala you can't miss, they have two different restaurants inside this area dedicated to different cousins. We tried their all day eat south indian special one which was great in taste, service and ambience. Easy to find location with parking inside the location and plenty of seating area, and yes some great brunch options to choose from.

An amazing breakfast experience at Oven Fresh with my family. The staff is well dressed and very courteous. We went on a weekday so there were not many people, all food preparations were exceptional and fresh. What we ordered ? If you’re in lonavala and want a place with a quiet ambience and lip smacking food then you should definitely give this place a visit. Ample of parking space and handicap accessible. The pricing is slightly on the premium side, however the service and ambience make up for it.

Lunch at Oven Fresh, Lonavla was a delightful experience where great food met soulful music. The Pizza was thoughtfully prepared, flavourful and beautifully presented. The live piano performance, the best part of the experience, added an artistic charm to the afternoon, creating a soothing and elegant atmosphere. As someone once said, “Good music and good food are the truest forms of comfort.” Though the AC wasn’t working and it felt a bit warm, the warmth of the food and the melody made up for it. We visited Oven Fresh 1993 for lunch and it was a great experience. The restaurant had a great menu, wonderful ambiance with courteous staff. We tried their pasta and a couple of mocktails and it tasted delicious. Overall the experience was pretty good however the prices were on the higher side.

Visited Anglo Indian in Lonavala recently. The place has an open-air setup, which feels refreshing in pleasant weather. However, it's not ideal during peak summers as there’s no AC or cooler, so timing your visit is important. The ambiance is calm and scenic, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a casual date. We ordered the mushroom soup, pesto rice, and cottage cheese steak with paprika sauce. For some reason they had cashews on pizza, and i dont know why it even tasted good. Our visit to this restaurant turned into one of those evenings you just don’t forget. There were eleven of us, and the moment we sat down, we knew it was going to be a feast. Varsu Dhabba chanced to see see and dropped by to have some lunch .Simple ambiance the so called out door sitting with the khatiya and pillow rolls was a Boling oven with the overhead fans of no use. It’s a nice place. The location is outside from lonavala and we have to cross the varsoli toll on NH48. Plenty of parking. Many people seem to come here for drinks but it’s nice they have side only for family tables. And they have this interesting rumali papad item. They have a huge bright screen which is really annoying to someone sitting facing it, so we moved to a corner table. I went there on Monday evening, it was not so busy.

This place is based out of a shipping container i feel the place is quite decent and good looking, the chocolate fudges that they have are really nice and tasty, other fruits fudges were also nice however the 2nd time i went there was a sitaphal flavour in place of the earlier strawberry it was nice but didn't really taste like sitaphal, there is where one start went. The other star i haven't given is because they use and waste a whole lot of plastic when the work could even easily be done at half of the plastic. However it is in all a very good place and a must visit to taste the fudge there.

I had heard decent things about Maval Maratha, but my experience with their mutton thali was nothing short of disappointing. The mutton was tough and lacked any flavor, almost as if it had been boiled with no seasoning at all. The curry was watery and bland, with no real spice or richness to it. The rice was dry and hard, and the chapatis were rubbery, as though they'd been reheated multiple times. The side dishes were forgettable, and the overall presentation was unappealing. On top of that, the service was slow and the staff seemed disorganized. For a place specializing in Maratha cuisine, this was a real letdown. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good mutton thali.

I recently ordered the Mutton Handi and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the dish. The primary issue was the mutton itself. The handi was noticeably over-oily, overpowering any other flavor the spices might have had. More concerning was the quality of the meat: the pieces were almost entirely fat and bone, with very little actual lean mass. It truly felt as though leftover mutton had been used in the preparation, which is unacceptable for a main course item. When I contacted the restaurant about this, the owner acknowledged the complaint and assured me he would check with the cook and call back. Unfortunately, he never followed up. Furthermore, subsequent attempts to call the restaurant have been met with an unanswered phone. The lack of quality in the food combined with the complete failure of the management to follow through on their promise and address the issue is extremely poor. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on this experience.

It's a quite a misaly type of ambience typically with large pictures of celebrities who had visited in the past. But loved the Warli decor on the walls We ordered veg misal, veg thali, mutton thali and chicken misal. Thalis comes with bhakris only tandlachi meaning rice bhakri was available that day otherwise Jowar ones also available. The preparations were good spice levels were high as expected. It's a pretty good decent place. Staff was very much courteous. I booked it through OYO rooms. Rooms were well maintained too. The road leading to the hotel is very bad and it becomes too dark alone at night, however this won't be a problem if you have your own vehicle. I didn't have meals over here but the morning breakfast was good. Considering the price it is perfect for a weekend trip. PS: the photos shown here on Google are old, they have somewhat renewed the hotel.

Absolutely awful hotel. Smelly rooms, dirty linens and to top it off the hotel is not well lit. You'll feel like you are wandering in jungle with no electricity. So we were searching restaurant in Lonavala and found this place on Google and decided to go for the restaurant as photos were good. I must say ambience is good and good place for hukkah lovers. They also have foosball and snooker table (chargeable). Coming to food non veg food that we ordered was good and quantity is also good. Veg wasn't that great, Potato Cheese roll that we ordered was missing salt and cheese. Coming to service, its okayish and also delayed serving food comparing as there were hardly 2-3 tables which were occupied with customers. Coming to washroom, there are okayish not that greatly maintained but ya average That was my overall experience. Do visit this place once for chill time.

“Walked in for dinner on 5th December, as my friends planned to celebrate my birthday at Peacock. The staff decorated my table which I loved the most and they were all very kind and pleased. All of them wished me and were serving me and my friends in a very Royal manner. We also enjoyed playing Pool. The dishes they served were very awesome! It was a gem I found and I recommend every body to visit atleast once.

Strawberry Shrikhand in particular, was divine, offering a perfect blend of sweetness and texture that left me craving more. Simply an exhilarating experience. Kunverbai’s Kitchen offers a vintage-themed ambience and home-cooked Gujarati food. The buffet has varied options and is priced very reasonably (INR 300 per person) and is truly value for money. The restaurant is located in the precincts of an ancestral Gujarati home. We could also see vintage cars and an expansive collection of automobile-themed books. The restaurant offers a quiet homely vibe which I really loved!

A must try in Lonavala for vegetarian meals. Part of a beautiful old villa turned into a restaurant serving homely vegetarian Gujarati thali(₹350 per thali, unlimited), buffet style. The food is simple, fresh, delicious and served hot. The dishes are very mildly spiced, non greasy and suitable for all ages. Aamras, gulab jamun and chaas along with the food was heavenly. The open kitchen was super clean and the staff very friendly.The hosts were very kind and warm, explained the history of the place. The decor is simple and has vibes of warm and happy home. Excellent place! Was mighty impressed with the traditional vibe. Food was exceptionally good. Glad I chose this venue from GMaps. This is going to be my go to place in lonavala going forward. Thanks to Chandni Shah, Ashok Shah and their entire team of cooking experts (especially, Maharaj and his wonderful little boy Anil Devanshi!) Kunverbai’s Kitchen (Lonavla - Maharashtra) :- i was quite surprised by seeing the heritage place serving the good quality food. Open kitchen with well-mannered staff is praise-worthy. My order was paneer subji for takeaway that cost me 250/- per portion. The taste was too good and price was also reasonable. Spotlight :- They have buffet Lunch & Dinner everyday. Must visit on Saturday and sunday as they serves two sweets & two farsan on that particular days otherwise only one on weekdays. Thali cost 350/- per pax.

Food at its best,from a 2 year kid to 80 year adult can enjoy the menu and the villa’ atmosphere makes it more special and the real Gem is the owner Ashok Sir, must visit place.

Visited at around 12:30 am. As expected it was already crowded. They are at a prime location where you have food stalls open during the night. Worth trying is their Bhurji pav and masala maggi. Maggi has several other varieties like cheese, egg, etc. They also offer pasta, half fry pav, omelette pav etc. You have all the options to customise your dishes the way you like. My taste buds can still feel the lip smacking anda bhurji and cheese masala maggi. You can also take a parcel if you like. Worth a visit especially during the night time. And yes, they are open 24x7

Road Side joint but WOW!!! The bhurji and pakoda's are awesome... and we ordered the ginger chai twice you just can't have just one... Don't expect a splendid seating arrangement you can park your car outside the joint and have your meal in the car...

When you have absolutely no option late night in Lonavala you can come to this area. We picked the place randomly. Masala Maggie was not at all good. The additional Maggie masala they claim they add was an empty sachets. The only good thing we found was Corn Pakoda but again we didn't feel paying 150 bucks for the same was worth.

Best Maggi and cheese maggi i have been having since 10 years. Also you get the most amazing egg items here including bhurjee, omlette, half fry & boiled egg. Best place with the most amazing hygiene. Also it's open 24 hours. Must visit when in Lonavala.

Food - 4/5 Quantity was huge and really filling for almost 3 people. We were unaware since prices seemed reasonable for a resort based restaurant. Ordered a Paneer Kadhai (no onion-- no garlic for me), Chicken Chettinad (for my partner), Butter Naan and Strawberry Shake. Really flavourful and filling. Service - 4/5 Polite cleaning staff, responsive and attentive to details. Thank you for the special vegetarian suggestion and provision. Atmosphere - 4/5 Drenched outside but not a bid of dampy smell. The restaurant was very clean with a flowery fragnance in the place. Well lit and clean tables. Final Verdict - Very thankful to Picadore Restaurant - Meritas Resort for providing a vegetarian option ( no onion, no garlic) for me. The chicken was spicy and good too.

Have been visiting the restaurant since 4 years now . I only see the standards detoriating. Today at breakfast - some guests sat at my table, sating "there is no place to sit". While the other seating section was empty. No manager to guide the guests to the other section, or manage the seating or food. Either the hotel has too much business or unable to retain good talent/ staff Tempreature in the lobby at 9 am was 32 degrees, while outside was 26. In the restaurant the Tempreature was 29 degrees

We visited Picadore - Multi Cuisine Restaurant Lonavala on 5-Jan-2025 to celebrate my brother's birthday, traveling all the way from Talegaon Dabhade to Lonavala. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, leaving a sour taste. *Issues with Service* 1. *Delayed and Denied Orders*: We placed additional orders, but the staff refused to serve us, citing that the chef had left for the day. It's unacceptable that the chef couldn't wait for 20-30 minutes to fulfill our orders, especially for a table of 9 people. 2. *Uncooperative Staff*: When we requested to speak with the GM or manager, Mr. Om Parkash denied our request, stating that it wasn't possible to call them. The cashier, Mr. Dinesh, remained silent throughout our conversation. 3. *Poor Communication*: The staff failed to communicate effectively, leaving us frustrated and disappointed. The management and staff at Picadore - Multi Cuisine Restaurant Lonavala need to focus on improving their service standards. As a customer, it's disheartening to experience such poor treatment. We hope the management takes our feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

Have heard lot about this place bit it failed to impress us. Food is okay here nothing great. Pizza 🍕 was really nice here . But sandwiches and pav bhaji was nothing great. Service was terrible here there were lots of confusion on ordering.. we order something and got something else they got really puzzled to manage a weekend crowd. If you are staying in this resort then this is the best option as restaurant .. other wise not so much.

Undoubtedly a great choice for food in Lonavla. Went here for Birthday Lunch. Everything from Food to service is par excellence. The staff is really attentive and welcoming. Had their specialty for starters and Oriental for main course. Both were Perfect. Will definitely visit again.

Please just never ever go here. They have the worst service, half of the menu is worst the other half they don't serve even though it is on the menu. They don't have ceiling fans, ice, juices or the items they have put posters of in their restaurant. The ordered food also takes forever to arrive at the table. If you are on vacae please enjoy somewhere else and don't let this place ruin it for you.

Awesome food. We ordered special veg thali in which they served really tasty paneer gravy, mix veg, tadka daal, curd, 3 rotis and pulao and salad. Everything item was delicious. There menu has variety to choose from, South Indian, Chinese, chicken, mutton dishes etc.

Food was just ok, enough to feel satiated. The taste was average and for the most part very basic with minimal ingredients especially their breakfast options and their other food items are average with very little taste. Prices are not worth the food. If you want to dine in, the restaurant is quite old and not well kept with unclean washbasins and old wooden rickety chairs. This is the only restaurant in MTDC so, guests have to revert to ordering from this restaurant especially during the monsoons.

Food is good. The Tea here is excellent. As an MTDC restaurant, the food is up to the mark. Ambience needs upkeep. The staff will accomodate special requests if you have a baby or old people with you. They gave us boiled eggs and hot milk upon request.

One of the most sort after restaurant in Fariyaz Resort. Large dining floor, good sea food , Poultry and Red meat options available. We ordered Raunaqee Seekh, Kassondi Jhinha, Mutton Rarha with Butter Naan and Rice. All the above were absolutely amazing. Overall good experience and worth the money.

Pathetic. Not a single wash basin in the restaurant. You have go to the resorts common "washroom" basin attached to the toilet. Constant fight with flies while eating the food. Cockroach on the table.

This was a pit stop just to grab a bite, but it became a full fledged lunch. We reached here at about 330pm on a Sunday afternoon. We were lucky it was not crowded. I personally do not go to very expensive food as I miss the local taste at such places. But this is a beautifully crafted place with excellent food. The food is definitely very steeply priced, but I think quality comes at a price. A meal for 4, will easily touch 2000. The food is also served in sufficiently quantity. The romali roti masala papad is a steal , and very recommended. I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures of the menu and the food. The place has cots and tables as well, you can chose what you wish. Interestingly it serves alcohol and hookah, if you wish to. The side for alcohol and hookah, is on the other side, and you have to specify if you wish. It has also a paan shop, which I didn't want , so didn't try. If you are passing by, you should stop , if you are looking for punjabi food.

Yesterday night attended my friend’s marriage anniversary celebration at Sunny Da Dhabha with my family, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff was very warm and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable throughout. A special shoutout to singer Amit, who performed beautifully and kept the atmosphere lively—everyone enjoyed it a lot. The food, service, and overall vibe were excellent. It truly became a memorable evening for all of us. Highly recommended

Over hyped average food which you can get at any other roadside dhaba Person who takes order don’t pay attention to your requirements we asked for well cook vegetables (not hard or sautéed) but big size baby corn was there in curry which they returned after complaint

Please do not visit this dhaba they sale cheese instead of paneer pieces in paneer handi….. no service by the dhaba team while taking orders they will make sure to order you as much as you can and in return you get cheese pieces. Prices are over hype as compared to other dhaba prices… please change the dhaba name if you cant change the service and rates…

Update : After year again visited.. well known sunny da dhabha.. I have reduced one ⭐, as this time around staters was too dry and no teste at all, it was chicken banjara tikka, very dry and no masala at all .. it was really not good.. below avarage.. however main course was good .. just loved it.. both veg and non-veg ..dal khichadi was good too.. Best for sure. If you like punjabi dhaba style food.. Sure you will love it.. Ambiance : good and huge seating area.. Huge parking space, and huge air cooler to keep you cool in this hot summer.. Kids will have playing area with some adventure activity and temple for oldies.. Service : good quick service even though they have huge seating space.. Liked it. Also best thing is that captain know their own menu.. So they can suggest you as per taste.. Food : super mouth watering taste.. Had both veg and non veg items..
