Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh is a luxurious haven that combines elegance with family-friendly amenities. The villas are particularly impressive, boasting large swimming pools filled with warm water and complimentary refreshments like fresh juices and snacks. Just returned from this wonderful hotel. Superb vacation centre with a large option for food, swimming and activities. Staff well organised and polite. Great value. Has the added benefit of the shopping / nightime area of Soho Square which attracts tourists from the greater area. Easy taxi ride into the Old Town of Sharm which is a "must".

I stayed at Panoramic suite at Royal Savoy. Unique view from the very spacious room and balcony over Tiran island and red sea. Very elegant suite and very luxurious hotel. I had e class all inclusive option with excellent morning and lunch buffet and a great variety of a la carte restaurants with excellent quality of food and great variety. Many bars to choose from for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at Royal Savoy hotel and Soho Square. I highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed at the Royal Savoy from June 11 to June 18 (7 nights), booked a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi on an S-Class Ultra All Inclusive plan. We’ve been loyal guests of the Savoy Group for over 12 years, but this experience was shockingly poor and frustrating from start to finish. Check-in experience was a disaster. We were left waiting for over 3 hours in the reception with no proper explanation or hospitality. That alone set a terrible tone. Room location was extremely far from reception. We were told it’s a “reward” for choosing the Jacuzzi suite, but in reality, it was a downgrade. The staff even suggested we should have gone for a standard room for better location. That’s absurd. The air conditioning was unacceptable. The room never dropped below 24°C, even at night. When we complained, the staff told us, “This is how it is – take it or leave it.” In the middle of June heat, this made sleep nearly impossible. The room was in bad shape. The bed was broken — we’ll attach photos. The jacuzzi was dirty, rusty, and moldy — photos also attached. The terrace window was filthy and greasy, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We requested a room change because being on the 3rd floor in the summer heat with no proper AC was unbearable. The request was flatly denied with no attempt to help. On top of all this, although we booked Ultra All Inclusive with S-Class privileges, we were charged extra money on the last day just because we ordered additional snacks — despite this being normal and included every other day. We chose Royal Savoy expecting an upgrade from the regular Savoy Hotel. Instead, we got worse service, a more uncomfortable room, and a complete lack of professionalism. Honestly, the entire vacation was ruined. The poor air conditioning alone was enough to make the stay miserable. For a hotel that markets itself as “royal,” this was a complete letdown.

The hotel is lovely and the staff can't do enough to help out. The service whilst good takes an age. Getting a tea or coffee in the mornings is at least a 15-20minute wait that's after you've finally been asked what you would like. The location is good and the choice of restaurants is very good, we found the Italian was one of the best and we're very critical being avid Italian food devotees. There are plenty of pools and lots of sunbeds. We were disappointed that you could only get local beer and spirits free having been in Belek Turkey which we rate very highly and hoped this would be the same here. Its been a return visit to the area we were last here 10-12 years ago but we won't be back again. Shame as we had very many happy memories. They do say you should never go back!!!!

Lovely hotel with amazing service! Especially from Ahmed and Ayman at the waves bar. The animation team were great and kept us busy throughout the day. Huge selection of food and drink and a beautiful beach. We would definitely visit again!
Becky H — Google review
The hotel is very nice and beautiful, ideal for those looking to relax in a calm atmosphere. The design and cleanliness are excellent – rooms are cleaned daily, and everything looks well-maintained. However, the entertainment is very limited and mostly focused on Russian guests. The same music plays every day, and it’s mostly Russian songs. There’s no music around the pool during the afternoon, which makes it very quiet – too quiet, sometimes. It would be great to hear a mix of music (some pop or international tracks), not just Russian or techno. Entertainment overall could use more variety and energy. On the bright side, the hotel staff is very friendly, and the service is great. A special mention goes to Sayed, the restaurant manager – he is very kind, helpful, professional, and truly the best person we met in the hotel. One important tip: do not take a taxi from the hotel – it’s much more expensive. It’s better to walk just outside the hotel and take a regular taxi from there. For example, you can get to the Old Town for about $4, while the hotel taxis ask for much more. Overall, it was a nice holiday, especially for relaxing, but the entertainment needs improvement. If you’re not Russian, you might feel a bit left out. Still, the hospitality and calm environment make it worth visiting. However, if you’re coming for the beach, this may not be the right hotel. The entry to the beach is difficult and not easily accessible, which can be disappointing if you expected a classic beach experience.
Tibor D — Google review
Very good food and a wide variety to choose from. The staff is exceptional – very friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The entertainment programs might be a bit weak, but the kindness and warmth of the staff make up for it. The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained, and there are activities for both adults and children.

We had a lovely family holiday here may 2025. We are English. The majority of people at this hotel are Russian. The positives : The whole hotel is well cared for. The gardens are amazing. The pools are well maintained. What stands out for this hotel is the staff . They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We were really impressed by there hospitality. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and had every toiletry you would need ( ie shoe cleaning kit, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, earbuds, cotton wool etc). Pool and room towels changed every day. Would have been nice to have the option to not have them changed each day for the environment . We had an issue with kettle but within 1/2 hrs it had been replaced. Water stocked up every day. The sea is lovely for snorkeling the coral reef and life guards are on duty . Negatives. The food and drink are very mediocre. We went to the Lebanese, egyptian, Chinese and Indian restaurants but wouldn't go back. The grill was the worst so dark you couldn't see what you were eating and seemed to be the same food as the other restaurants. Spent the last couple of day at buffet. Not the best but was edible. The beer was nice and so was the rose wine. Cocktails ... I think there were 4 choices and they were not great. Cheap spirits . The worst thing was the music. It didn't seem to matter where we went either by the sea or to any off the pools they seemed to play music that you would probably hear at a nightclub on full volume. Seemed to play on a loop. It would have been great to have one are to go to where it was quiet. The evening entrainment that we saw wasnt great either. We went to the magic show. Started late. Magician done a trick with a pigeon which he then stuffed in his suitcase. This really upset one of my family as so cruel to the bird. We left shortly after. We went to another show. Not sure what was going on. Seemed to be people from the audience sitting on the stage. For those reasons we will not go back to this hotel which is a shame because the staff were lovely
Kim S — Google review
Disappointed with the hotel – poor service and food The hotel looks nice, with lots of greenery and fairly modern rooms. However, the service completely ruins the experience. The food is terrible, always the same, and there’s almost no fruit selection. Many bartenders are rude and behave as if you owe them. The reception is unhelpful — they laugh in your face instead of solving problems. Every second staff member tries to trick you in some way. Sadly, the attitude of the staff and the low-quality food make this hotel not worth recommending.
Максим ™ — Google review
It's not a 5 star hotel. Indeed, the sea is nice. There are sun-beds on the beach and by the pools where you can relax. Thea area is nice and beautiful. The biggest problem is the food and cleaning at the main restaurant. It is low quality and dirty. Few times I found remaining of old food on the clean plates and . On the third day I got a stomach ache for 2 straight days. It's recommended to drink a lot of alcohol to avoid food intoxication. A big minus for the food. Second problem was in the cleaning of the rooms. The used to forget about it. I may accept this. But to find dried pee on the mattress it's not acceptable. I also have a feedback regarding the internet. There is a wifi there. But it's too restrictive. You can only browse web pages. They don't let you use a VPN. They even do DPI on the trafic to detect VPNs over https port 443. This is a big privacy concern. With few exception, the stuff people were nice. They really did their best. So big like for that!
Vasile Ț — Google review
The hotel clearly used to be a 5 star resort when it was new, but since it's inception in 2000 the few "upgrades" the rooms and resort itself had just doesn't compare to todays 5 stars. 1. Some of the staff speaks english, but most don't or very little to the point where I wasn't sure if they didn't understand me or were just being rude. 2. Bar/drink staff doesn't know how to make any coctails or drinks, when asked for coke & rum was given 220ml of rum and 30ml of coke. No ice. Gin & tonic is apparently vodka & 7up. 3. Decepting customers with "Ultra" all inclusive and "Royal" all inclusive, theres nothing special about ultra its standart all inclusive. Keep in mind all positives and negatives may be room specific.
Oldřich T — Google review
Really nice and aesthetic place. Helpful staff. The only thing that lets the place down was the food. We had food poisoning on the last day. Told the receptionist, he said there was 25 possible reasons for diarrhoea and vomiting. I reassured him it was only after eating dinner at the main restaurant at le cafe. He did offer us lunch with room service for free after that and was willing to guide us to a doctor which was a kind. The beach outside the hotel had better fish than ras mohammed in my opinion. So had top snorkelling experience here too. We also faced an incident where my daughter got spat at by a Russian kid in the kids pool. I felt so angry and spat near him to show him we know how to spit too because my daughter wouldn’t do it back to him but told me once we left the pool. I was disgusted to hear the kid laughed with his sister after doing it too (they were both aged between 5-6) it really did make me think: what do their parents teach them? Such a shame coming on holiday and experiencing this. Lifeguards were a joke. They just sat there. Only one was standing when i looked up after my daughter was about to drown. The water level is too high in the kids slide side which is not ideal for small kids. We also saw a hoopoe bird in the resort which was lovely. The staff serving at the 5 restaurants were also very polite and kind especially mustafa from Indian restaurant and mahmood from Chinese restaurant. The snorkelling guy was also very friendly.

SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort -Grand Select- in Sharm El Sheikh offers a luxurious beachfront experience with bright rooms, suites, and villas, some of which have swim-up access. The resort celebrates Middle Eastern style with intricate arabesque details and Arabic script adorning the decor. With numerous on-site restaurants and bars, guests can enjoy a variety of dining options throughout their stay.
We spent 8 nights at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort and were really happy with our stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the food is delicious and varied, and the alcohol was surprisingly good — especially compared to other resorts. The cocktails were great, and the animation team did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained. We also loved our room — it was spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly cleaned. Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming, though there were a few people who could communicate a bit better with guests. The sea and reef were absolutely stunning, with plenty of colorful fish to see. The swimming area is quite small, but it’s incredibly picturesque. The only downside was the evening shows — they felt a bit unprofessional. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and the hotel left us with a truly positive impression.

Traveled with my Mrs and two boys (ages 9 and 5). We booked the superior double room which was very spacious and clean, plenty of space for the four of us. The service at this establishment was exceptional. Every staff member goes out of their way to meet your needs. I love the way they welcome you into the hotel, ‘welcome home’ and honestly it did feel like a home away from home. They have so many things to do to keep your little ones occupied. The kids club was amazing and my kids fell in love with Ayanoor who they miss a lot. Their food is really good, seven different restaurants to pick from. It’s fresh and a wide range to choose from. Mrs made full use of their spa service which she thoroughly enjoyed. Just one point of improvement, our room was cleaned around 3pm daily. Even after informing reception we prefer our room cleaned earlier rather than later, just nicer coming back to a clean room after a days worth of activities, this remained unchanged. Location of the hotel is great, 20 mins from the airport and a nice row of shops right at the door step. We visited Naama Bay and Old Egypt which again were a short taxi ride away from the hotel. Overall, we loved this hotel and 100% looking to return.
Rajib M — Google review
Overall the hotel is good. It’s has a lot of facilities and restaurants. Food in restaurants is good. The Buffett is a little chaotic with people just grabbing lots of food. Best service is when you arrive at 7pm sitting. If you go later the staff are busy setting the table etc. The restaurant booking app can be a little more user friendlier. You get the hang of it in the end to book the restaurants. Overall the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great stay at Sunrise Arabian. Amazing resort with amazing service and staff. They can’t do enough for you. Everyone is very attentive. Spotless clean. Everything you need and more. We didn’t try all a-la-cartes but the Indian and Greek are very good. Beach is beautiful but as most Sharm hotels there is only a roped portion to enter but there is a jetty from which you can swim in the open sea and snorkel. Would definitely recommend and return here!
Stefan D — Google review
We stayed at this hotel with friends, and overall, we really enjoyed it! The service deserves special mention — it was excellent. The restaurant staff were always helpful and attentive, and all the employees were polite and well-trained. Having stayed at other hotels in Egypt, we can definitely say that the service here stands out. There are plenty of activities throughout the day — volleyball, darts, and other entertainment, so you’ll never get bored. The hotel area is very large, and you can move around by shuttle bus. The sea entrance is convenient for everyone: there’s a shallow sandy area suitable for children, as well as a beautiful pier for those who love exploring the underwater world (though be cautious — sometimes there are dangerous fish). We’d also like to highlight the tennis court — lessons with a coach are free, you just need to book in advance. Overall, we recommend this hotel both for families and groups of friends. There isn’t a lot of young people — the main audience is 30+, and the guests are quite international, which creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Wishing everyone a wonderful stay! 🌴

We loved our visit to Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. As well as being a beautiful resort. The staff were what made our stay so special. They were all very polite and made us feel at home. From our friendly welcoming on day 1, the well organised excursions, wonderful waiters/chefs, polite and friendly pool staff, excellent entertainment and bar staff, amazing gym and spa staff, very attentive room service and hard working gardeners. Even the pharmacist on site was helpful! ALL staff really made our trip special and helped us enjoy the holiday that we very much needed. We will be back! Thank you all!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The pools are beautiful, and the coral along the coast is absolutely stunning. Don’t forget to bring your snorkeling mask! Special thanks to Ahmed from Cohiba Bar — his way of working is like art. Every drink he makes shows real passion and precision. Excellent service and top quality! Also, a big shout-out to Mohammed from Boscage Restaurant. He’s an incredibly hardworking man with a great heart. You can see how dedicated he is — always giving his best with a smile. He even told me about his twins, and it’s clear he’s as proud a father as he is a professional. Highly recommended place — can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at White Hills Resort. The staff are the best I’ve seen in any hotel. There’s a very friendly vibe and the resort looks amazing in the Egyptian sun. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The food and drinks are good with options for everyone. The music and entertainment team are very good without being too much late at night. The reef is superb but you won’t be able to paddle with the kids. The paint in our room was a little rough but well maintained. Air conditioning was very good. Loved the old market outside of the hotel. Nice for a wander over at night felt very safe and clean. We would love to return to White Hills and would upgrade to a swim up room as it was very hot in September. Thank you for making our holiday amazing. Lots of Love and see you again soon X

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were clean and well maintained by Allaa, he was so obliging and a friendly, lovely guy. George, the restaurant manager and his staff, from the main restaurant excelled themselves, with professionalism, cleanliness, friendliness and generally couldn't do enough for you. The boys in the Ivory Bar, and The Oasis Pool Bar, were exceptional also. Dakrony, the Life Guard at The Oasis Pool, was exceptional, he went far and beyond what his duties entailed, and never stopped smiling. The Executive Assistant Manager, Mohamed Elagamy, was amazing, he couldn't do enough for us, so professional. In general I would give all the staff, 5*, they all surpassed what is expected of them. The hotel has plenty to keep you entertained during the day and at night. The food and drink, is great. Something for everyone. The grounds and pools are well maintained and constantly cleaned. We had a swim-up pool room, which was superb, highly recommended. Will defo return, in future, sad to have to leave. Best Wishes William Barclay

Amazing Stay at White Hills Resort (posh club ) – Highly Recommended! 🌴✨ We had a truly wonderful experience at White Hills Resort! We booked the junior Swim-Up Posh Club option, and it was absolutely worth it — luxurious, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The room was modern and spotless, with direct access to the pool and also direct sea view, which made every morning feel special. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. The service felt very personalized, and we appreciated how everything was well-organized. The food and drinks were delicious with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was calm and elegant. It was a perfect stay from start to finish — we can’t wait to come back! Me and my family stayed at the Cleopatra for one week and honestly it was amazing. The staff are so friendly, hospitable and attend to your every need. The hotel was immaculate. Booking excursions through the hotel is so easy as Ahmed explained everything in great detail and was so attentive. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Loved my stay here💙

A beautiful and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and wonderful. There are 3 good, large, and clean pools. Just one note: The food needs more variety the same dishes are repeated many times. Overall, an excellent hotel.

The hotel is excellent, comfortable, and has stunning views that make me feel comfortable. The treatment is excellent. I want to express my thanks to the enjoyable animation team, especially the good treatment of a person whose name I unfortunately do not know, and some employees in the restaurant and at the swimming pool. Thank you. I hope to visit you again. ❤️

The whole experience was very nice. Comfortable and very clean hotel. Mainly for relaxation. We loved our stay. The food is nice and delicious. The pool is very nice and clean. Pool guides are very helpful. Staff smiling everywhere. Activities and shows could be better, but the hotel policy is about relaxing. No very loud music like the adjacent resorts which were amazing for relaxation. Room service were very nice people. We used the gold cart many times, and every time, we felt welcomed. Beach is rocky, and the coral reef is beautiful. The room we took was 5011, one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Everything is clean and new. Quality of the furniture & toilet amenities are very high. Totally recommended for future stays. Best for honeymooners who want relaxation.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful , everyone is nicely smiling at you wherever you go! Once they know my wife and I were on our honeymoon they offered us breakfast in the room, spa and romantic dinner. Thanks to Mr.Ramadan&Mr.Osama the head mangers, Mr.Ahmed the receptionist lead, and all the restaurant staff for the wonderful service!

This is my 12th visit to Egypt, so I feel confident in making comparisons. Honestly, I’m struggling to understand how this hotel has received such high ratings. I’ve found very little to be positive about. The food selection is extremely limited, and not tasty, during lunch the area is overcrowded and it’s difficult to find a place to sit. The quality of the food is average at best and does not vary much. Breakfast ends at 10 a.m., and after that, the only available food is at the bar, which consists of cucumbers, tomatoes, and two types of cheese—nothing more. After 4 p.m., there’s no food service at all unless you order room service, which comes at an extra cost. As for entertainment, the animation team was virtually nonexistent during my stay—I didn’t see any organized activities or presence from them apart of baby disco in the evening. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

Visited the family side and had a wonderful 2 week holiday. Hotel is beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Rooms were of a good size with everything that you needed in them. We had a ground floor room and was lucky to have two sunbeds outside our back door which was a lovely touch and came in handy. Staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough for you. The waiters around the pool were fantastic and kept us well hydrated throughout our stay. The restuarants and buffet were extremely good and had a variety of dishes- our particular favourite was the Itailian. The beach was lovely and had a hetry with coral to jump off. Entertainment in the evening was okay and kept us entertained for a few hours. We would not hesitate to return when coming back to Egypt.

Unfortunatly not my best experince here. Food is good, everyone is friendly and also the resort is (though very old) in a very good and maintained condition. As I was about to enjoy a Muffin on the pool, I got informed that food is not allowed on pool. I respected that. Just to see the other day guests get served seafood on the pool. After demanding an explanation from Alfred, the Manager in charge I got informed after 10 minutes of consulting with 4 collegues of him: they paid for it. I also paid for the Muffin, but u need to pay "extra". I demanded a pricelist of "eating food on the pool" still waiting for that. Very disapointing.....

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in, so much so that I’m already writing this from the airport with the best packed breakfast I’ve ever had. From the moment you arrive the attention to service and detail is impeccable. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel in a king room overlooking the sea. Room was wonderful! The cleaning team are incredible again with little surprises. Everywhere we went from breakfast to the beach the team took care of us and went beyond our needs. Highly recommend snorkelling here the reef is wonderful and we snorkelled from one pier to another along the reef edge. Incredible amount of fish. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, every detail was beyond perfect. I was upgraded to a stunning sea view room, the staff were professional and genuinely caring, and the lifeguard made my child feel safe and excited about snorkeling. Housekeeping service is world-class—twice daily and always on call. Truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had! Highly recommend for families. Many Restaurants to visit and enjoy food, the most beautiful and safe snorkeling experience you can try is here, and they offer breakfast in 3 different restaurants!! What i really love and appreciate ♥️👏 Thank you Four Seasons Sharm Al El Sheikh ⭐️

Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh was pure luxury from start to finish. Everything about this place is exceptional — the elegant rooms, the stunning infinity pools, the world-class dining, and the unmatched service. It truly feels like a private paradise by the Red Sea. To make our stay even more special, we booked a Private Luxury Yacht Cruise with PyraSafari, and it was simply the highlight of our entire trip. The yacht picked us up from the marina nearby, and we spent an incredible day cruising along the coastline, stopping at pristine coral reefs for snorkeling and swimming in the clearest water we’ve ever seen. The crew provided fresh fruits, cold drinks, and even a delicious lunch on board. We played our own music, enjoyed the sun, and had the most relaxing time. PyraSafari made everything feel seamless — from arranging the private transfer from Four Seasons Sharm to personal assistance throughout the trip. If you’re staying at Four Seasons Resort, this is the experience you can’t miss — the PyraSafari Private Yacht Tour combines elegance, adventure, and absolute freedom on the Red Sea. It’s the ultimate luxury excursion in Sharm El Sheikh.

It was a wonderful vacation in an incredible place! The hotel impressed us with its beauty, comfort, and spaciousness. The beach is cozy, with comfortable sunbeds, excellent service, a short jetty, and a beautiful reef full of amazingly colorful fish — everything you need for a perfect holiday. The large, comfortable pool and the beautifully maintained grounds are truly impressive — every detail is thought out to perfection. The hotel staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need. A special thank-you to the General Manager, Mr. Leon Baum, for promptly and efficiently resolving a misunderstanding during check-in and for the continued attention and care throughout our stay. You truly lead a wonderful team! Many thanks to Mr. Mostafa Ibrahim for the warm welcome and for making our arrival so comfortable, to Mr.Atef Mokhtar for the daily calls, care, and cheerful attitude, and to Mr.Ragab Hamouda for the incredibly delicious food and professional service in all the hotel’s restaurants. And the breakfasts — that’s a story of their own! Not even the birds, the wind, or the bright sun could ever spoil them 😉 It was truly an unforgettable vacation that allowed us to fully “recharge.” I will be happy to recommend this hotel to all my clients, friends, and acquaintances. Looking forward to our next visit! 🌴✨

This was my first trip to Egypt, but I think I will visit Egypt again next time to come back to this hotel

We stayed in the newly renovated twin bedroom with a sea view — the room was spacious, modern, and had an amazing view. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. However, it gets very quiet after around 10 PM, so if you’re looking for a lively nightlife, this might not be the place for you. The beach doesn’t have soft sand, but it offers stunning coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling.

as good as it looks like; we loved it!!! but one star off because the wlan in the rooms worked only 50% of the time and the rooms at the very left are too close to the discos of the town (trash music that is disturbing if you plan to chill the evings at the rooms terrace), also tonnes of plastic water bottles in the club (not very sustainable); dive center is great; service is perfect; one of the few garden feeling restorts

The hotel was so clean and well designed to fulfill all your daily needs easily, the F&B is diversified and of high quality, there is a variety in activities all the day although the hotel is still calm and quite perfect for the adults. Also, the hotel’s animation team is doing an exceptional job — their energy, creativity, and dedication create a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests entertained and engaged. I went there with my brother during September. 1st impression was really good. The hotel is adult only and really nice. When I booked our all-in with TUI, it included tennis (no, under construction? ), free billard (not perfect, 3 tables were almost broken and only 1 stick usable out of 10?) and finally Spa (no, because to have an unlimited access to jacuzzi and sauna, we've been asked to buy a massage out of a catalogue => min. 120 euros). But, these negative points are small, because let's talk about food... It was realyyyyy great!!! Everyday we've had a different dish, lamb, salmon, steak, fish, salad, pasta, ..... really nice thank you ( a negative point will be that we saw several times waiters bringing back on table knifes or spoons which felt on the ground... please be careful with that) . Snack bar by the pool, also possibility to eat, nice but unfortunately we saw a cook brung a pizza back in the oven from the ground!!! Activities were really nice, everyday a different one, live music, bellydance, Latino night, cabaret... really nice. Entertainment team, meaning 2 persons, a bit insufficient but the one present are great and a showed a real effort to entertain => special thank to Aya and Mo!!! Free Snorkeling announced in the All-in, yes it's true and wonderful... pools are nice and the personnel really nice. We also had a very nice experience at the Egyptian restairant, which is included with the All-in....Every day our room was cleaned and perfect! I recommand the activity 'evening quad and tea with bedouins ' really nicely handled but be sure to book it before with TUI...because... you'll see external people to the hotel coming around the pool with a catalogue of excursions/activities proposing a cheaper price but this is up to you... what I can say is that our excursion was perfectly prepared and safe ... this hotel is announced as a 5 🌟 but I believe is a 4... which is already good! Mu ( oh yes Wi-Fi was not that bad...)

The hotel was amazing. Location, staff, service. The best thing about the hotel is probably the food and the clean environment. The Italian restaurant was the best of all. The all-inclusive price also includes champagne, which I have never seen. great. They also have excellent coffee. As for the waiter service, they forget half of the food you order. The food doesn't come at all or comes twice and something different than what you ordered. All the staff are friendly. The best of all was the bartender Hassan from the pool bar. Very smart, cheerful and communicative. What I didn't like, though. The hotel presents itself on Instagram with videos that make it look like one giant party. In reality, it's just a smelly mess. There are few people and the party only lasts an hour. At 10 pm, the hotel is dead. Nobody anywhere. The animation team, completely dysfunctional. Incomparable to Meraki in Hurghada. These girls have absolutely no energy, they don't make an effort to communicate with people and are always on the phone. They are dressed in such a way that they are unrecognizable from the guest. This hotel is more for couples in love and not for young people who want to have fun. The average guest age is 40+ Overall I rate the hotel positively, but it is quite boring.

Having the best time at Meraki right now. The whole place has such a positive, upbeat vibe that just makes you want to relax and have fun. A huge shout out to the animation team—they are genuinely carrying the energy here and are super friendly. Mahmoud at the beach bar provided best service, drinks and very welcoming - always going an extra step! Also, have to mention Mohammed at the pool Yades bar; super attentive, and makes great cocktails! The entertainment has been top tier every night so far. If you’re looking for good times, great people, and an adult-only experience, this is definitely the place to be. Best from 22104!

There’s also a lifeguard who keeps a close eye on everyone in the water, making sure that all guests feel safe while swimming. His friendly attitude adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. *Mixed Experience at Hotel Meraki* I recently stayed at Hotel Meraki and had a mixed experience. While some aspects of the hotel were impressive, others fell short of expectations. *Grounds:* One highlight was the hotel's beautifully manicured grounds. The attention to detail and care taken to maintain the gardens were evident, creating a serene atmosphere. *Food:* Unfortunately, the food at the hotel's restaurant was below par. Given the hotel's standards, I expected a more satisfying culinary experience. *Noise Levels:* Another area for improvement was the noise level. I was woken up at 3 am by loud music from outside/inside the resort which disrupted my sleep. *Service:* overall the service was good The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much for them Overall, Hotel Meraki has potential, but addressing the issues with food, noise, and service would elevate the experience for future *Impeccable Cleanliness - Thanks, Mohammed!* I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional cleanliness of my hotel room, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Mohammed. The room was spotless, and every detail was attended to with care. Mohammed's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring the room was immaculate did not go unnoticed. The bed was perfectly made, the floors were clean, and the bathroom was sparkling. Mohammed's friendly demeanor and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and it shows.

Somewhere around the halfway point of a longer November stay at Meraki Sharm El Sheikh, it feels fair to say this place largely delivers what it promises. It’s a bright, white, boho-inspired “village by the sea”: curved white architecture, lots of greenery, and a very consistent design everywhere you go. Rooms are big, very white and calm, with built-in furniture and comfortable beds – firm but not hard – and at night it’s surprisingly quiet for such a lively resort. The bathroom is modern, there’s always hot water, the AC works well and isn’t noisy, and there are plenty of sockets and USB ports. Housekeeping cleans daily and always leaves fresh bottled water; there’s a minibar as well. The main restaurant is a strong point: plate service instead of chaotic buffet lines, consistently good breakfast (their Eggs Benedict is worth mentioning), regular shrimp dishes and tasty Egyptian options in the evening. There is often live music at breakfast, which gives the start of the day a small but memorable touch of luxury. One thing that could be improved: a clearer non-smoking policy around meal times. Staff really make the place. Basem (باسم) in the Lobby Bar serves excellent coffee with calm kindness; at Velocity Bar, Nourhan (نورهان) and Yomna (يمنى) are fast, friendly and genuinely welcoming. In the main restaurant, Omar (عمر) from the cleaning team keeps everything spotless with a constant, warm smile – the kind of colleague who quietly shows how much care is behind the scenes. The animation team (especially Mariam مريم and Karina) keep things lively without being pushy. Pools are a big plus in November: the water feels around 30–32 °C, especially in the lower, more sheltered pool area. The beach has jetty access over the reef, clear water and good snorkelling. In the evenings there are regular parties at the beach and Utopia Bar, with that “boho freedom in a modern frame” feeling, and Tal Avenue turns into a small promenade with a great Sunday festival and even a Starbucks. The guest mix is very international but generally respectful and “grown-up”, and the Wi-Fi has been stable everywhere we needed it. Adults-only (16+), stylish, social but not out of control – and overall very easy to recommend.

Resort is truly 5 stars from food to entertainment to the service. The bartenders on the beach are absolutely amazing. Special shoutout to Mahmoud and Ahmed for always taking care of us! They are the best bartenders we’ve ever had. Right when the bar opens at 10am, they bring us a cooler with all the drinks we love including a cocktail of the day! The coffee here is also amazing, they’ve gone out of their way multiple times to bring us the best caramel iced coffee. We also have ordered lunch multiple times and the burgers, chicken nuggets and fries hit. Thank you for making our stay the best we ever had.

First of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic. The coral reefs and the sea provide more than enough space to enjoy your day from morning till evening. Make sure to take advantage of the hotel’s own diving facilities and have a safe diving experience with instructor Hazem and his team. The open buffet and à la carte restaurant options were quite delicious. For us, the most important part was the attention and care of the staff. We would like to thank the entire team for their friendly service and excellent communication. A special thanks to Ahmed at the Splash Bar and Khaled at the Diving Bar. We had a very enjoyable and fun holiday, and we highly recommend it.

There is a fantastic reef for snorkelling and diving right on your doorstep — genuinely one of the best in the area. The underwater life is incredible, and the convenience of having such a stunning reef so close made our experience even more special. They consistently went above and beyond, always welcoming us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their kindness made a wonderful impression on us from the beginning. We also had the absolute pleasure of having Ragab Rabia look after our room during our stay. He made our experience truly unforgettable with his incredible towel animals and fun room decorations. Each day, we looked forward to returning to see what surprise he had created for us — it brought us so many laughs and added a special touch to our holiday that we’ll always remember. Overall, every member of staff we encountered showed warmth, professionalism, and sincere care. We felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our entire stay couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. You are all a true credit to the hotel, and we are deeply grateful for everything you did for us. Highly recommended! 🌟

Really great hotel particularly for rooms with their own swimming pool. The fit and finish is amazing and the common spaces are not crowded. Food was fresh and diverse. Many choices of different included restaurant foods (Greek, Asian, Indian etc...). The cleanliness and maintenance of the pools is second to none. We were also glad to have a very new Gym, spa and beauty salon. Finally, a great thumb up to the service team that was always friendly, present and well trained, which is not always the case in Egypt. One small complain would be the common beach that is a bit crowded. Coral reef is in great shape with plenty to see and enjoy.

I stayed here in October and had a wonderful experience. Everything was spotless — the room, the territory, and the restaurants. The whole place looks very aesthetic, which was important for me. Although it was my first solo beach trip, I felt completely safe and comfortable: the closed territory, private beach, and caring staff made all the difference. Special thanks to Ahmed, the beach bar bartender, who truly has a talent for cocktail making and service, the Boscage restaurant team for keeping me always in good mood, and the animator Niso for his positivity and energy. A perfect place for a peaceful stay, including for solo travelers. Definitely looking forward to stay there again.

The Pickalbatros Palace Resort, also known as the Albatros Palace Sharm - "Aqua Park," is a luxurious 5-star all-inclusive beach resort located on the seafront with a long jetty. The resort offers a private beach, six swimming pools connected by lakes and waterfalls, and stunning panoramic views of Tiran Island. Guests can enjoy various activities such as yoga classes, spa treatments, and water sports.
Our stay at Albatros Palace Resort was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is elegant, clean, and full of life. The pools are fantastic, the beach is crystal clear, and the food choices are endless. The animation team keeps everyone entertained all day — it’s truly a paradise for both couples and families. The best memory from our entire trip, though, was our Evening Bedouin Dinner & Stargazing Safari with PyraSafari. It was a magical experience from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Albatros Palace Resort in comfortable jeeps, drove through the peaceful desert, and arrived at a Bedouin village where we rode camels and enjoyed traditional tea as the sun set behind the mountains. After a delicious Bedouin-style dinner, we used a professional telescope to watch the moon, planets, and thousands of stars. The PyraSafari guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the evening feel truly special. I can’t recommend PyraSafari’s stargazing and Bedouin dinner tour enough — it’s romantic, relaxing, and gives you a taste of real Egyptian culture. Perfect if you’re staying in any Albatros resort in Sharm El Sheikh and want an unforgettable night under the desert sky.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst Management – Scam Alert for Guests This hotel has been the worst experience of my travels. The management is not only careless and irresponsible, but also scams guests openly. They charged me an extra $1000 and to this day have refused to provide an invoice or any proper documentation, despite repeated follow-ups. This is nothing short of fraud. The management completely neglects guest concerns. They avoid responsibility, ignore requests, and show zero professionalism. Promises are made but never fulfilled, and guests are treated with disrespect once the money is taken. This is not a place of hospitality or comfort – it is a place where management cheats guests, neglects service, and destroys trust. If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs. There are many other hotels in the city that provide real service and treat guests honestly.

We recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived a bit early and understood that the rooms were not ready yet, which is perfectly fine. However, even after the official check-in time had passed, we were still left waiting for a long time before being given our rooms. When we finally received the rooms, they were not the same as what we had originally booked. The service at the reception desk was extremely poor. The staff had no patience, showed no willingness to help, and even reacted with frustration when we asked several times about our rooms. One of them even said “ugh” out loud in front of us, which was very unprofessional. We were a group of 9 people with 3 rooms, and this left a very negative impression. On the positive side: The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The spa is wonderful, and the treatments there are truly professional. The restaurant staff and chefs were excellent and provided outstanding service. The room cleaning was also very good. However, the rooms themselves need improvement, and the reception service must be taken seriously. Additionally, on check-out we were told to return all room and towel cards. One card was missing, and the front desk insisted we pay $12 for it. I find this unreasonable and unfair. In summary, while the hotel has great potential, the reception team’s service is far below expectations and urgently needs improvement.

Was there on our honeymoon and we had a great time ! Loved that they have early check in and late check out for Honeymoon reservations💕 The food was amazing and we had a lot of options. Loved all the grilled meat. The stuff is super friendly, and multilingual. The rooms are clean. And they have a good program the whole day for everyone. What I didn't like was that all Pools were only 1.40. Wich is not enjoyable for Adults and the swimming area on the Beach very very limited. I overall really enjoyed our stay :)!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and made sure that all our needs were met, which made the overall experience very enjoyable. The only downside was the representatives from the spa and water activities. They were a bit too persistent, constantly approaching us to offer their services even after we had made it clear multiple times that we were not interested. It felt somewhat uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the hotel itself was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews here, because my stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect – the food was fresh, tasty, and always enjoyable, and the hygiene standards were excellent. The resort itself is very large, yet it never felt crowded, which made it even more relaxing. I especially loved the snorkeling in the sea – such a beautiful experience with plenty to see underwater. The staff were also extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel welcome at all times. Overall, everything was top from A to Z, and I would happily come back again without hesitation!

From the moment we arrived, this resort truly exceeded our expectations. On check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a stunning sea-view room. The process was completely hassle-free, and the same could be said for check-out. The staff were incredible – from the room cleaners to the lifeguards, everyone was friendly, helpful, and approachable. Our hotel room and the pools were spotless, and the resort was well-maintained throughout. There was no shortage of activities for all ages, and a special shoutout goes to the entertainment team for keeping the energy high and the fun going! We gave a score of 9/10 only because we wish the ice cream bar was available all day, and there was a faint smell from the toilet in our room. That said, these were minor details compared to the overall experience. We can confidently say this was by far one of the best resorts we’ve ever visited, and we will definitely be coming back!

Located in Sharm El Sheikh, the Sunrise Select Diamond Beach Resort offers an array of exciting activities and amenities. The resort boasts its own water park with eight thrilling slides, as well as multiple pools for various water-based competitions and activities. Guests can also enjoy a full-service spa, private beach access, and several dining options including a shisha cafe and late-night bar with panoramic views of the Red Sea.
Room 14135 (Stay: 25th–30th October) Our stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We arrived quite early, and the team was so kind — they arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you to Alaa and Ibrahim from the Jewels Restaurant – they were so kind, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food at Jewels was delicious, and we also tried the Gamila Restaurant, which was fantastic as well. Overall, it was a perfect vacation — great service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back again!

Sunrise diamond select has provided a wonderful stay for myself and my wider family. We have stayed at many resorts all over the world but our family room was simply brilliant and your staff and their attention to detail and friendliness and helpfulness were absolutely of the very top level. It definitely felt like a 5 star resort which certainly isn’t always the case. The dining was also world class and we very much enjoyed the al a crate as well as the buffet restaurant. We also made significant use of the beauty salon and spa and again both the services and the staff were simply incredible. Overall, we had a wondrous stay and my two young boys have already said it is now their best holiday, beating Norway, Madeira, Vietnam and Cape Verde. We are already thinking about a stay at one of your resorts in Hurghada now in the not too distant future. The only very slight issue I faced at all, was with the very complicated direct booking through your own website as there was no way directly in the website to make the initial deposit or full payment via a credit card. Being issued with an email with instructions to make an overseas bank deposit within 24 hours was quite stressful as payments like this don’t go through that quickly. And it was only after I had made this bank transfer and paid the extra fees to do so, that I was then emailed a credit card payment link to pay the deposit which was too late. So I do think your companies online booking service may well benefit from a bit of updating to make the guest experience world class from the very beginning to the end of their stay. But we will definitely be recommending this hotel and sunrise resorts to everyone we know in the UK. Superb overall.

Just returned from this fabulous hotel and there are not enough words to say how amazing it is. Buildings, sun and sea are great, but you can find them anywhere. What makes Sunrise DB special are its greatest asset, its staff, they are all wonderfully kind and go above and beyond to make your holiday the best. Mahmoud Adly and Peter at the adult pool are such lovely young men who tirelessly worked that pool, moving beds and parasols and keeping the drinks flowing, but more than just the service, they are always smiling and chatty, as a friend, not just a customer. There are too many to mention, but Eslam, Honey, Shady & Amr in Posh club, thank you for making our time with you just perfect and a special mention to Hany for his superb professionalism in making Posh Club feel like a perfect little oasis of calm. Gamila, excellent as always and Mohamed Nasar and Gamal make this place special for us. Manohar is another favourite and Eslam and his team made each meal there an excellent experience, the onion bhaji are amazing. The standout restaurant for us this holiday was definitely Basilico. Saeed has the most excellent team supporting him in this restaurant and it runs like a well oiled machine, everyone knowing their role and working as a team. I couldn't finish this review without a special mention of Tarek Ahmed. This gentleman makes our holiday feel like we are coming home. His generosity of spirit and warmth are like a great big Egyptian hug and Sunrise DB is better for having him there. I have no doubt he will make an excellent Restaurant manager and I look forward to the day when I get to visit his Sunrise DB restaurant. Until next time......

Karim is an outstanding lifeguard who truly goes above and beyond to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort at the pool. From the moment we arrive, his professionalism and friendly attitude stand out. He’s always attentive, focused, and proactive—keeping a close eye on swimmers while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence. What really sets Karim apart is his approachability and genuine care for people. He’s always ready to offer guidance, answer questions, or lend a helping hand—whether it’s assisting children learning to swim, ensuring pool rules are followed respectfully, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile. It’s clear that Karim takes great pride in his work and treats safety as his top priority. Thanks to his dedication, the pool feels like a safe, well-managed, and welcoming place for everyone.

We booked direct and not via a tour operator and the after sales service with the bookings team and process for asking for 1 nights deposit within 24 hrs "or your booking will be cancelled" was not acceptable/good and gave a poor initial impression of what to expect on our arrival. Can I graciously suggest you update your own website when booking direct to take a 1 night deposit at time of booking. -- Having said this - from the moment we arrived at your resort things were very different I am pleased to say. I do not normally stay in higher end properties as I am normally a single traveller but as I was travelling with friends and their families. Our arrival experience at reception was amazing and the process was smoothe and calm. Then throughout the week I was made to feel especially welcome in particular it allowed me to practice conversational Arabic which I have not had chance to use in a few years. I was particuarly impressed with how all your staff made my friends little children ( 8 years and 6 years ) feel so special. There is one chef from the Gamilla restaurant (unfortunately I did not get his name - he was always making fried eggs in the morning and Shawerma/pasta at lunchtime) who should be singled out for the highest praise. My friends little boy was made to feel so special by this chef he has not stopped talking about him! -- The "online" booking of tables in the a la cate restaurants was problematic to co-ordinate because we were a group of 9 people in 3 rooms. Some restaurants filled up very quickly - I personally did not even gert chance to eat at some of the restaurants I wanted to.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Select Diamond Beach Resort! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and full of great facilities. The food was excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Mr. Rafaat, the Quality Manager, who was absolutely fantastic. We had a small problem with our room, but he handled it with great professionalism and kindness. We will definitely come back!

Room quality was nice because it was recently renovated. Service was also very nice, especially people from the front desk, people in the restaurants and room house keepers were all nice and decent. Scuba diving area was ok.. buy honestly not the best coral reefs and view… Food was ok but not that great.. (the seafood night was an exception and was great because you can enjoy unlimited shrimp!) especially it was sad because they only serve fresh juice during breakfast. There were no snacks served in the pool bars which was also kind of a loss. Overall they do have good quality as a resort no doubts, but I would rather go to another resort that has more swimming pools, better food, snacks. (Tried the mongolian restaurant and was not satisfying) We went in august and it was crazy hot outside and it was packed with a lot of Egyptian people too. I recommend going when it’s not too hot… it was hard to enjoy during the daytime because the sun was too strong.

Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh is an exclusive all-inclusive retreat featuring multiple dining options, bars, a private beach, and a spa. The luxurious guest rooms offer amenities like a pillow menu, satellite TV, Egyptian cotton bedding, and scenic views of the Red Sea or Tiran Island. The resort also includes a health club, lagoon-style pool, seawater whirlpool for adults, kids' pool, snorkeling and scuba diving platform.
Went there for a few nights with my friends and want to say that we actually enjoyed the place. The rooms were good for the price. The service and staff there were great. Especially the animators who at first we thought were a bit to much but later proved to be actually the most fun part. They were a blast and always making our time there great. With location 4 stars as there isn't really too much outside of the resort, but hey it's a resort after all. Still we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come back next year again. Thank you again to all the staff and the animators, they made our stay unforgettable.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff who want to do all they can to make you happy. Rooms are very comfortable and immaculately cleaned, if a tiny bit dated. Pool and beach both excellent - the house reef is spectacular for snorkelling. Lots of activities for those who want it, and plenty of loungers for those who don't. Food in all three restaurants has been superb, lots to choose from. We will return for certain. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful hotel, with one of the best services in Sharm. The coral reef is their main attraction. It’s more beautiful than in the most of distant coral reefs in natural. The beach is very comfortable and has a very nice sand, sunbeds. I’m quite satisfied with food, restaurants and bars. The main bar in Lobby serves good drinks 24/7.

I was on one week stay during February with my parents and I must admit that I enjoyed my stay in Baron Resort. Rooms were clear and big enough for three adult guests. Staff by the reception, in the lobby and in the restaurant was very helpful. Meals and drinks in restaurant were perfectly prepared and very tasty. The view from the main building was one of the most magnificent that I have ever seen on Sharm el Sheik. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel was unprepared pool with freezing water. Whole place around the pool was empty because of that. Nevertheless, this hotel is worth recommending both for winter and summer holidays. But it must be underlined that in the summer the temperature will be a far higher in Egypt.

I recently stayed at Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh, and to be completely honest, the hotel is excellent in many aspects — the facilities, cleanliness, food quality, and general service are all top-notch. However, I did experience a few issues that significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, I felt a clear difference in the way Egyptian guests were treated compared to foreign tourists. Although my booking was All Inclusive, I was surprised to learn that there are two types of All Inclusive packages — “Premium” and “Style” — which weren’t explained clearly at the time of booking. As a result, snacks were only available at certain hours, and some services were limited. Additionally, I booked two Mountain View rooms, and to my disappointment, the view was far from pleasant — it was of an unkempt area full of clutter and debris. It’s hard to tell whether such rooms are assigned only to local guests or if all guests are given the same options, but the difference was very noticeable and disappointing. Another major issue was with the room allocation. I had clearly requested two adjacent rooms on an upper floor, and although my booking was confirmed, I was told upon arrival that only one room was available on the ground floor and the other on the third floor. After a long discussion and delay, I was finally given two ground floor rooms — but only after 4 PM. The staff did apologize sincerely, but unfortunately, the day was already lost. Despite all this, I must say that the hotel itself is beautiful and well-managed. But based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it for Egyptian guests, as I felt the treatment was not equal and certain expectations were not met.

Nestled within a stunning white-washed complex, Iberotel Palace is a luxurious beach hotel that offers an ideal blend of relaxation and entertainment. The hotel boasts well-appointed guest rooms with private balconies or terraces overlooking the pool, sea, or garden. Guests can enjoy the two freshwater outdoor pools, numerous dining options at eight restaurants and bars serving international cuisine and exotic cocktails. The friendly staff ensures a warm welcome and exceptional service, making guests feel like part of the family.
This was our first time visiting Egypt and this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel didn’t seem overly crowded and we were able to get a sunbed everyday, even waiting until 8:30-9am to go down and get one (we went 1st week of July). The food was nice and offered a good variety, even for fussy eaters. It was nice to go down to the beach bar for lunch to offer a change from the buffet. I would recommend the $10 boat trip from reception, which takes you to a quiet private beach where you can snorkel and see amazing fish and coral- away from crowds. You get a life guard and security looking after you the whole time. The only thing I would say is that this isn’t advertised and we only heard about it from other guests. The only other thing I would say is that although they have entertainment each night, it’s good but not great. 3* entertainment in a 5* resort. Other than that the pools and beach area are lovely, it’s a lovely complex and in a good area of Old Market (I would recommend reading up about Egypt and the hagglers before coming but that’s Egypt in general and not a reflection of this Hotel). We had the best time and could consider returning.

Third time staying at this hotel. It has been absolutely great and somehow has only improved. Special mention for the food; it was somehow even better this time - the quality, the assortment, the taste. Great variety at the bar too - they make any drink you want at any time. Amazing service - all staff is great and very helpful! The general cleanliness of shared and private spaces across the hotel is also kept up very well. Not a single issue related to hygiene. The beach here is especially great. The shore is clean and sandy, and there are barely any waves. Plenty sunloungers and a nice cafe and bar nearby!

I will start by saying that our stay was beyond perfect - we were blown away from the very beginning. The staff in extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't be more pleased to help us with whatever request we've had. The resort was perfect for our needs - a bit out of the crowded área but close enough to all major locations. It is quiet in the way of resting and recharging though there are plenty of daily activities. Beaches and pools on both sides of the resort to pick from, we loved the Adrenalina beach where we stayed for 2 days in a row. The gardens are amazing and well maintained, and the service is beyond words. Many, many thanks to Mohamed in Shahrazad Restaurant - he is the perfect host, and also to Mohamed at reception for being so accommodating.

Excellent value for money. Beautifully kept grounds. Lovely location on the water. Tons of food to choose from 3 times a day. Plenty to satisfy all types of appetites & preferences. Quite astonishing, really. It is not a 5 star hotel but we were very satisfied for the price we paid. The vast majority of guests were Russians & Italians. Good atmosphere all round. One has to get taxis everywhere as there are no buses servicing the hotel. One star gets deducted from my rating for the awful, overly loud music that they blast out in the public areas.

My partner and I stayed at Sharm Club Beach for the first time this week. We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was stunning with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and cleaned daily by a wonderful gentleman called Badr who was super friendly! The food was lovely too, a lot of options at every meal for every nationality! We particularly loved the desserts and the open grill options every evening. The snorkelling around the resort is to die for. So much sea life to see. The only thing lacking was good internet connection. We paid for internet at the hotel, but realised it doesn’t work in the rooms, and around the resort the connection wasn’t great either. I’m an online English teacher so I had to cancel a lot of my classes because they would have been very costly with my eSIM data. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would for sure be back again soon 🩵

The rooms where really dirty, the staff should learn English as many times they got angry at me for not understand. They should think of some evening programs as theres not much going on there. The food only looks good, as I had food poisoning and more then half of my holiday was on medicin and in the bathroom.

This place is amazing! The gardens and beach are beautiful, and the coral reef is stunning. The food is good, but it doesn't change much. They do serve fresh seafood sometimes. There's an Italian chef, so the pasta and pizza are great (mostly Italian and Russian guests stay here). We got a renovated room that was spacious and had a sea view. The spa is nice, and we had some great massages there. The beauty salon isn't so great though, the staff aren't very skilled. Animation activities and team are good. Wi-Fi is super slow, and you have to pay extra for fast internet. The water in the shower drains really slowly. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sharm.

The hotel staff was absolutely top notch, professional and kind to us, always trying to make us comfortable every single day, which translates in an equally great service, the beach is great and for those looking to snorkel, they have beautiful reefs just outside the area. Looking forward to stay here in the future, once again.

I recently (September) stayed at the Stella for 11 nights of which 4 were by myself then then the wife arrived for another 7. From the moment walking into the hotel to leaving I simply couldn’t say one bad word. I have several good/drink allergies so Sharm is a bit tricky for me. This is the fourth visit to Sharm all different hotels yet The Stella was the best by far. The service was absolutely outstanding, the staff very smart and clean and polite. My room was spacious up to date, cleaned everyday to a very good standard and the mini bar restocked with water and free soft drinks. The Pool areas and the beach areas I was particularly impressed with. Food and drink were really good for an all inclusive hotel, the food itself was exceptional. We loved our stay, using the spa for facials shave etc, to one of the best medical massages anyone could have. I’d like to mention imparticular The 2 lads on the beach are Milad and Mohammed, every day attentive and went out their way. Same goes to the beach bar lad Waleed, who never stopped running around making sure everyone hydrated. Pool guys Romany and the bar staff again exceptional service. Without a doubt in all the times I’ve visited Sharm the best service ever was from the waiter Mohamed Talaat. What a guy exceptional service, yea we all know the staff work for tips however he server a special mention and the hotel should be proud have him. Can’t wait go back soon

The location and the see snorkel is very great , the rooms and the hotel design little old however they try to make it clean as much as possible. ✅ Ibrahim at the food service was very nice.❤️ Ali at the beach very helpful and nice also 🚫 The driver communications services very bad and rude. Midical center was bad and useless. I definitely will come again to this hotel but I wish they could renew the elevator.

The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with lovely surroundings. However, the interior spaces—including the rooms and some of the facilities—feel quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment. The food overall was plentiful and very good, but I found it confusing that certain items in the restaurants and bars carried extra charges despite this being an all-inclusive resort. The all-inclusive ice cream was disappointing, especially compared to the paid options, which looked much better. The pool area and service were excellent—clean, relaxing, and well-staffed. The spa experience was just average; the staff seemed young and not very communicative, and the service didn’t quite meet expectations.

My family spent 10-day stay at Stella Di Mare Sharm El Sheikh, and everything was simply fantastic. From the smooth check-in with early checkin request to the spotless rooms, we were impressed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful, making us feel welcome and at home. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety every day and top-quality service. We especially enjoyed the fresh buffet meals. The facilities were great beautiful pools, a clean private beach with great snorkeling, a relaxing spa, and a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. Our room had a stunning sea view and was cleaned daily to a very high standard. As a family, we appreciated the quiet, elegant setting and how well the hotel catered to guests of all ages. We are truly thankful to the entire Stella Di Mare team for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended—and we’ll definitely be back!

The overall experience was very poor. The curtains in the room could not be closed. The cleanliness was average. The gym required sneakers to enter, but it was not stated on the booking app. Who would bring sneakers on vacation? The communication staff had a very poor attitude. This hotel is expensive, but the service is not worth the price. 不要订这个酒店!不值得!

After 7 days of anxiety at another resort, Stella Di Mare came to the rescue! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality were a breath of fresh air — completely different from what we had previously experienced. We were whisked away to our room on a golf buggy, luggage in tow, which instantly made us feel looked after. The villa is split into rooms with no lifts, but it was so charming that it didn’t matter — each one is surrounded by walls lined with pink and white flowers, a theme that continues beautifully throughout the resort. The grounds are stunning, with lush gardens, vibrant bougainvillea, and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Every pathway invites you to slow down and soak in the beauty. The pool and beach areas are pristine, with plenty of space to relax, swim, and enjoy the sun. There’s even an adults-only (16+) pool where you can order your drink from the pool bar while you’re still in the water. We went from waking up at 6 a.m. to fight for sun loungers (and having our towels removed!) at the last resort, to having a designated towel attendant who set up a lounger with a cushion for us. Later, the same gentleman came around to clean our sunglasses and spray us with cool water in the heat — bliss! Each zone (beach, children’s pool, adults’ pool) had its own towel centre, which made life so much easier. The sea was crystal clear, and diving off the platform straight into the water to be greeted by coral fish was magical. It’s even inspired me to get qualified for scuba diving! We didn’t go all-inclusive here, as we had plans to eat out one night and visit Hard Rock Café. It turned out to be the best decision — for two adults, a teenager, and a 10-year-old, we spent £266 in total on food and drinks (including alcohol) over four days, compared to the £35 pp per day all-inclusive rate. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel into Naama Bay but you need to book this in the morning to reserve your spot. You can get a taxi from the hotel too and from - Our taxi driver was lovely and very punctual. The Beach Bar was memorable for more than the views. On our first day, we ordered pizzas expecting something small — instead, we got huge ones that were undercooked. We’d decided not to complain, but the next day they asked if there had been an issue. We explained, and literally the following day they had reduced the size, made them thinner, cooked them longer, and even refunded us a meal as a goodwill gesture without us asking. That’s listening to your guests! My room was an upgrade from what I had before, so I was happy. I didn’t love having a shower over the bath, and I had two towels with stains — but once I stepped outside and soaked in the view, none of that mattered. The staff here truly elevate the experience — their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to listen made us feel valued from start to finish. Stella Di Mare is more than just a hotel — it’s the hero of my vacation. It turned our trip around and gave me memories I’ll treasure forever.

We stayed at Stella Di Mare for our honeymoon from October 6th to 13th, and it was truly unforgettable from start to finish! When we arrived, Mr. Salah at reception welcomed us so warmly and even upgraded us to Room 718 – a panoramic room with incredible views. It was absolutely amazing and made our honeymoon feel extra special. The food was outstanding, with plenty of variety every day, and the pool area was beautiful – the perfect place to relax. A few special mentions for the wonderful staff who made our stay so memorable: Karlos (Kerolles Welad), the Pool Manager, looked after us every single day. Even when all the sunbeds looked taken, he always found us the perfect spot, brought us cushions, towels, and even kept an eye on our sunglasses! Melad at the Pool Bar (our best mate!) made sure we always had cold beers, soft drinks, and crisps – always with a smile. Hassan from La Rossa Restaurant was amazing and always made sure we were well looked after. Mina, who worked both at La Rossa Restaurant and in the bar/club, was so polite, friendly, and genuinely lovely. He even told us he’d miss us when we left – such a kind gesture that really touched us! Hassan (excursions) also helped us organize our dolphin swimming and paragliding experiences – both incredible! Milad, the Asian Restaurant Manager, went above and beyond for our romantic dinner on the private beach – it was such a beautiful and intimate evening we’ll never forget. The only small thing we’d wish for next time is the possibility of a late checkout, since our flight was at 9pm and check-out was at 12. Overall, this was the best holiday we’ve ever had. The service, the food, the staff, the views – everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back to Stella Di Mare again soon. Thank you all for making our honeymoon so special! 💕

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. What really made my vacation special were the evening shows — they were incredible! Every night there was something different: live music, dance performances, comedy acts, and even interactive games for guests. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged and creating a fun, lively atmosphere. I can honestly say that the evening program was one of the highlights of my trip. I looked forward to it every night! The Entertainment Team deserves a special mention — they were simply amazing! Always full of energy, super friendly, and genuinely cared about making everyone feel welcome and included. They organized fun activities throughout the day and made sure every guest had a great time Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with great service, excellent facilities, and unforgettable entertainment. Everybody at the Resort is very Kind, helpful, always smiling. A lot of activities, great sunset parties. Facilities are well maintained. Food is delicious. The Mangal is my favourite in relation of service, meat quality. If enjoy great experience of flavours and warm and welcoming smiles, this is the place for you! I would not recommend the Turkish restaurant. The service there was not fitting the whole friendly and helpful concept of the resort, as well the quality of the food, not o speak the waiting time and the ignorance of the service.

The rooms were great, except when we arrived the closet shelves were a little bit dirty with sand. But everything else was clean, everyday the rooms were cleaned very well and we came back to tidy rooms. The staff is nice, especialy the cleaners and the staff working in the reception. However, the some of the workers, like bartenders or waiters are not quite friendly. Sometimes it feels like they do not want to be serving you and ignore you on purpose.

We rested at the hotel from 27.09 to 08.10.2025. We returned to this place for the second time, as we liked the high level of service, excellent organization of leisure, polite, hospitable staff. During the vacation, we attended sports and entertainment events, which were carried out perfectly by a group of animators. Active, friendly, sociable guys and girls did not let us get bored! For which we are very grateful to them! We wish the hotel prosperity!

I just won a musical competition, so take what I say with a grain of salt😁 But it’s the second hotel that we are staying in in Egypt and it returned our belief that we can have a great time here (the first one was very meh). The things we especially enjoy as a family with a 2yo son is that there is a separate small room for our son. The food is tasty - the cooks are great. If you want to live in PALM building, note that they are doing some renovations, but I think given the prices it’s still a great deal. And special thanks to Yaroslava (she didn’t ask us to write a review, it’s a genuine comment) - she was very helpful. Oh, and people are coming to Novotel from around Naama bay to swim around its coral reef, it’s great (but don’t worry, not overcrowded). On the concerns side of things, WiFi is sometimes lacking, unfortunately. But overall, a great experience.

The hotel has several pools, including a heated one, which is very welcome during the winter season. The animation team works enthusiastically and offers a variety of activities throughout the day. There were aqua aerobics, various contests, and evening mini-discos for children. For adults, unfortunately, there are fewer evening shows, but overall, you won't get bored. The children's mini-club was also highly appreciated.

Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort is a stunning beachfront property in the Blue Bay area of Sharm El Sheikh, offering breathtaking views of the cerulean sea and Sinai Mountains. The resort boasts a range of activities including a Diving Centre, Aqua Park, and ten pools. Guests can also enjoy world-class spa facilities. The comfortable rooms and suites are equipped with modern amenities.
We stayed at Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort for a week, and it was an amazing experience! The resort is huge, with stunning pools, great food, and the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. The coral reef right by the hotel is perfect for snorkeling — it’s like swimming in a live aquarium! During our stay, we decided to try something different from the sea life, so we booked a Full Desert Adventure with PyraSafari, and it turned out to be the best day of our holiday! The tour included quad biking through the desert, a camel ride at sunset, a traditional Bedouin dinner, and stargazing with telescopes — all in one experience! The PyraSafari team picked us up directly from the hotel, and everything was perfectly organized — professional guides, clean helmets, safe quads, and a great atmosphere. Watching the sunset over the Sinai mountains and later seeing the stars in total silence was absolutely magical. PyraSafari really knows how to combine adventure and comfort. If you’re staying at Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort, make sure you book this tour — it’s the ultimate Sharm El Sheikh desert experience that every traveler should try at least once!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 / 5 – A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa and found the experience pleasant overall 😊, yet it fell short of the five-star standard ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the property aspires to. 🌊 Location & Setting The resort’s beachfront location is undoubtedly its greatest strength. The private sandy beach 🏖️ and the coral reef 🪸 accessible directly from the jetty are spectacular and perfect for snorkelling 🤿. Beautiful gardens 🌴 and several swimming pools 🏊‍♂️ create a relaxing, tropical atmosphere. 🏨 Facilities & Condition While the outdoor areas are generally well-kept, some facilities feel dated 🕰️ and clearly need refurbishment 🔧. A few public spaces and certain in-room amenities no longer reflect the standard one expects from a high-end resort. 🤝 Service & Staff A large majority of the staff were genuinely kind, courteous and eager to help 🙌, which made many moments delightful. However, I encountered a small minority whose behaviour felt unprofessional 😕 — in one instance unnecessarily unpleasant 👎. Though rare, these moments slightly diminished the otherwise positive impression of the team. 🍽️ Dining The dining was adequate and generally satisfying 🍲, yet not particularly memorable. The buffet offered a reasonable variety, but more emphasis on freshness 🥗 and distinctive flavours 🌿 would help match the expectations of an international five-star resort. 📝 Overall Impression Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort shines in its natural setting 🌅, marine life 🐠 and welcoming climate ☀️, but its ageing facilities 🛠️ and occasional lapses in service 👀 leave room for improvement. With targeted refurbishments and more consistent staff training, the resort could easily rise to its full potential. Final rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 / 5 – A pleasant choice for those who prioritise the beach and snorkelling, but in need of updates to meet five-star expectations.

Gehad at the relax pool was a phenomenal member of the hotel team. He went out of his way to make our time at the pool comfortable and memorable for example he remembered our typical orders at different points in the day and will bring them to us unprompted this made it our time much more relaxing and also made us feel like we were genuinely cared for. Hamdi from the housekeeping team was also an excellent member of staff. Our room was always spotless and he would leave wonderful surprises like towel sculptures every day he would check that we were happy with our room and ask if we needed anything restocking he also always made sure to add extra of our favourite beverages to the mini fridge. Overall, our time at the hotel was wonderful; The food was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The only issue we had was that we had only booked for one week we easily could’ve moved in and never left.

This resort is touted as a PADI dive resort, while it offers beautiful grounds and access to incredible diving it falls short of being a true “dive resort” and struggles with consistency, hygiene, and organization. Our large group (22 people, including 20 experienced divers) had a mixed experience that highlighted both the strengths and the serious weaknesses of this property. Pros 1. Beautiful setting: Well-maintained gardens, clean pools, and a scenic beach with excellent snorkeling and diving right off the reef. 2. Spacious rooms: Large and generally clean, though dated and showing signs of wear, especially water damage in bathrooms. 3. Friendly staff: Most team members are kind and helpful. Staff is primarily male. 4. Thoughtful room touches: Robes, slippers, and a welcome plate with fruit and sodas were a nice surprise and added a touch of comfort on arrival. 5. Convenient transport: The resort is large, and the shuttle cart running day and night makes getting around easier. Also had airport transfer included. 6. Great diving location: The Red Sea dives themselves were stunning; rich marine life, clear water, and impressive coral. Even snorkeling in front of the resort is amazing. Cons 1. Not a true dive resort: Despite the PADI label, it operates more like a general all-inclusive with a dive shop. Our group of experienced divers were treated as beginners and even forced to do a refresher off-shore dive from the resort. Essentially wasting a day of diving. There was very little flexibility and a lack of organization for when/where we were diving each day. 2. Health and hygiene issues: 16 of our 22 travelers became ill (to include stomach issues, fever, and/or vomiting). We’re confident food and/or water hygiene was the cause. Many other guests appeared similarly affected. Even public areas smelled strongly of the ick. 3. Buffet chaos: The buffets are loud, disorganized, and lack basic cleanliness. Pure chaos and lacking hygienic practices. Food variety exists, but the combinations are random and unbalanced. Very few greens, very few healthy options. 4. A la carte disappointment: Extra charges apply for the restaurants, but the menus largely repeat buffet dishes. 5. Questionable alcohol quality: Drinks are heavily watered down to the point where several of us questioned if they contained alcohol at all. 6. Persistent upselling: Guests are constantly approached by staff selling spa treatments, tours, diving, and entertainment... to the point of being intrusive. 7. Tipping expectations: While staff are pleasant, there’s an unspoken pressure to tip continuously. 8. Poor communication: No welcome briefing, no clear instructions on how to book activities, and no in-room guide. The resort map is outdated, low-quality, and confusing. 9. Limited entertainment: Evening activities are minimal and poorly advertised. Often we didn’t know what was happening or when. 10. Maintenance issues: Outdated rooms with visible water damage, one slide broken, and some facilities showing neglect. 11. Uncomfortable, outdated bedding: Mattresses and pillows are worn out and offer little support. The beds are in desperate need of an update. 12. No available chairs or umbrellas: Guests “claim” them overnight or before sunrise, leaving none available during the day. The resort needs a fairer, more organized system for lounge chair access. Bottom Line Reef Oasis Blue Bay could be a fantastic resort if it tightened up its operations, improved food safety, and lived up to its PADI branding. As it stands, the diving and scenery are wonderful but the resort experience itself feels chaotic, unhygienic, and disorganized. Honestly, I give this place 2.5 out of 5. Great dives and great snorkeling, but serious issues of the resort overshadow the beauty.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife in July. The Room We stayed in room 1143(standard). The room is spacious, with space for suitcases, a wardrobe, a safe, a balcony, and a large bathroom. Some things in the room are quite worn (tiles, lamps), but in my opinion, it's not a critical issue. The Grounds The hotel has large grounds with plenty of greenery(but not enough shade), bars, a large beach with a pier, a jacuzzi area, and restaurants. Staff Very pleasant staff;no one begs for tips. You and your luggage will be taken to your room on an electric cart. The bar makes various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails without any problem. Tables in the dining area are cleared quite quickly. There are Russian animators (useless, in my opinion). Food There are two buffet restaurants and 4 à la carte restaurants(two of which are free). All the buffets have a wide selection of hot dishes, snacks; they always make pizza or pide, and there is a special dish served in portions (turkey, chicken, duck, beef). The Sea Excellent sea,a large reef; you can swim in different directions. Convenient entrance via the pier. The Hotel Pros: · Division into 16+ and regular zones. There is a large pool only for adults, and the jacuzzi area is also 16+ only. (I wish one restaurant were 16+). · Large territory, perfect for an evening stroll. · A variety of entertainment every evening, ranging from performances in the amphitheater to just live music in the bar. · A large beach; there's always a place to sit, and you can generally find a spot to relax by every pool. · Good staff who actually work instead of begging for tips. · In my opinion, almost all the staff (except for reception) speak Russian.

We stayed at Rixos Radamis and it was an unforgettable experience! Our Beach Side room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a breathtaking sea view, especially at sunrise. The sea here is truly special — crystal-clear water, easy access, and an abundance of colorful marine life. Our top dining spots were T-Bone, Mangal, and Hayal, each offering delicious food and great service. The Beach Side lounge on the second floor is a gem — stunning views and the best drinks in the resort. A huge thank you to Sara, the most attentive and friendly waitress we’ve ever met, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We celebrated my sister’s birthday at T-bone, and it was the best decision we could have made! This restaurant is by far the best in all of Rixos Radamis. Everything was perfect - from the elegant interior and beautiful table setting to the outstanding flavors of the dishes. The service deserves a special mention: attentive, professional, and truly top-level. A wonderful experience for such a special day!

Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The services are outstanding, and I was amazed by the impressive architecture and modern constructions. Both kids and adults had a fantastic time, as the hotel offers everything a guest might need for a perfect holiday. The food quality is excellent, with great variety and high standards. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Egypt, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Sakr, the esteemed head of the engineering team at Rixos, for his wonderful support and warm hospitality.

Great hotel with great staff. The animation team have been very welcoming and kept us informed everyday (Fleur & Maria). Bar staff are always happy to bring you a cold drink at the beach bar, pool bar and ‘Your Bar’. Food has been good quality and tried both a la carte restaurants. Room was nice with all amenities making it very comfortable. Snorkelling is also very good down at the seafront.

1st time in Egypt and we will be back. The staff are brilliant but really the best is elina, from our first day we met her she was brilliant with our children. The entertainment staff especially members Maryam and Elena were so lovely to talk to I highly recommend to have interact with them to have good time. Staff members like Shady was incredibly kind anticipating every need of ours and I have to give credit for the cleaning staff.

Had an amazing week here in this hotel, the cleaners have been in every single day the guys are all so chatty and happy would never let you walk past without speaking to you. The entertainment guys especially Maryam and Eillna have been so happy and chatty all week they are both great at interacting with everyone they never walked past without saying hi to everyone which is so nice to see. The snack bar down at the bottom Yousef the bar man is the best as soon as you get there he is straight over to ask what you would like to drink, nothing is ever too much for him I barely went to the bar as he would come over to give us drinks as he remembered what we liked. Muhammad in the snack bar is very helpful too. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back

Savoy Sharm El Sheikh is a casual resort offering airy rooms and suites, along with multiple restaurants and bars. The hotel boasts 5 pools, beach access, and is conveniently located near Sharm El Sheik airport. Situated within SOHO Square, the hotel provides a safe neighborhood away from typical Egyptian sellers. Guests can enjoy easy access to attractions like the old town, Safari trips, and the marina for Ras Mohammad excursions.
That was one of the best vacations. The stuff is super friendly and nice. Food is tasty, but almost the same every day. Rooms are clean and spacious. The sea is beautiful and you can sea a big part of reef. One of the best locations in Sharm El Sheikh. The territory not too big, but very cozy, green and beautiful.

Feedback on Restaurant Service – Savoy Hotel Dear Savoy Hotel Management, I would like to share my recent experience at one of your hotel’s restaurants, which unfortunately did not meet the expected standards of hospitality associated with the Savoy brand. During my visit, I encountered several issues that significantly affected the overall dining experience, including: - *Unprofessional behavior* from some team members, which left a negative impression . - *Inadequate follow-up* on basic requests such as such asking for room no. each meal which is incomprehensive. Such service falls short of the level expected from a hotel of your caliber, and I believe consistent guest care should be a priority in every outlet within the property. I trust this feedback will be taken constructively to help improve service quality and ensure a more professional and welcoming experience for future guests. Best regards, Essam Hamza 26th sep to 1st Oct., by the this is my 4th visit Room Number , 1024

Excellent location - lovely & beautiful snorkelling and diving reef at the beach front. Some staff so friendly and helpful and then some treating you with disdain. We were 4 minutes early to Tirana dinner and were reprimanded very short and rude. Once we walked over grass and again were rudely pointed away. Once we were looking for a light late lunch but couldn't find space in any of the bars outside and the beach cafe wouldn't serve Savoy guests even if we were willing to pay cash like the other people.

After more than a year staying here during business trips for more than 8 visits , I will not come again and will never recommend the place to anyone. One staff member called Hisham at tirana restaurant made a lot of efforts to make us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed, from repeatedly asking about room numbers each meal, to sending his colleagues after us once we leave to check on the rooms again!!! Very unprofessional and so annoying coming from staff supposedly trained on being friendly and hospitable.
Mohammed S — Google review
Our stay at Savoy Sharm El Sheikh was pure perfection. The location is unbeatable — right at SOHO Square with all the shops, music, and atmosphere you could wish for. The rooms are elegant, the service is 5-star in every detail, and the vibe is both relaxing and vibrant at the same time. To make the most of our evenings, we booked a City Tour & “1001 Nights” Show with PyraSafari, and it was one of the best choices we made! The tour started right from the hotel — we explored the Old Market, Al Sahaba Mosque, and the Naama Bay promenade, all beautifully lit at night. Our guide was super friendly and shared great insights about local culture. After that, we headed to the “Alf Leila Wa Leila” (1001 Nights) Show, where we watched an incredible Pharaonic performance, Egyptian folklore, and belly dance shows. The energy, costumes, and music were just amazing! PyraSafari arranged everything perfectly — comfortable transport, clear timing, and a personal touch that made the night truly special. If you’re staying at Savoy or Sierra Sharm, I highly recommend adding a PyraSafari City Tour to your itinerary. It’s the perfect way to experience the real soul of Sharm El Sheikh beyond the resort life!

Customer service definitely needs to be improved. Check in process is extremely slow, we were a group of ten and it took around 30min to check in all of us. The waiters by the pool act as if they’re doing us a favor, they often do not understand our requests, rolling eyes and unfriendly attitude. The hotel is quiet though, the pool area is nice and there’s plenty of things to do.

I really enjoyed our stay at Sovoy. The rooms offered privacy and had a lovely green surroundings; all the services offered were high class and the staff was friendly and resourceful. My favourite person at Sovoy was Mrs Rasha at the Restaurant, who always made feel us more than welcome and catered for all our needs in a professional manner. I recommend the Savoy to anyone that wants to relax and feel looked after.
Yunci M — Google review
I am reposting this review after giving Savoy Sharm multiple chances to fix serious issues. Each time, the situation only revealed more dishonesty and neglect. It started when I called ahead to confirm the cost of adding an extra guest. I was quoted $70 USD, but when I arrived, they charged $156, claiming “prices change daily.” They had specifically told me I could only add the person in person—so once I arrived, I had no choice but to pay more. This is price manipulation, plain and simple. In exchange for removing my review from this platform, lead Management offered to “make it right” with a free dinner, a drink at the bar, and a mini-bar delivery. We moved forward despite the unfair price. But when we went to dinner, they changed their story: the “and” became an “or.” Dinner was suddenly excluded. The mini bar never came. The staff member said he’d check with his manager and never came back. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere. The physical condition of the room was just as disappointing. When you shower, the water gets EVERYWHERE so you have to use the minimal amount of towels given to wipe it up. There was mold in the shower, the ceiling was cracked and sagging, the walls are falling apart (see pictures), and the couch they told us to sleep on was filthy and stained. I wouldn’t sit on it, let alone sleep on it. And to make matters worse: there are moths eating your clothes. Even the “luxury” touches were a joke — the bar charged $25 for a Martini and still managed to make it wrong. The head manager said, “We want you to feel at home.” After this stay, I’ve never felt farther from home — and I spent seven months traveling through Asia staying in $2 hostels that made me feel like family. Travelers, beware: Savoy Sharm does not honor its prices, its rooms are unsafe and unclean, and its management makes promises it doesn’t keep. This is not a five-star hotel — it’s a property trading on its past reputation while delivering third-rate service. There are far better, more honest resorts in Sharm el-Sheikh that actually deserve your business.

The staff goes above and beyond to cater to every need, providing warm greetings and top-notch service. I celebrated my birthday at this beautiful hotel, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. 😍 Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was both delicious and exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing, and I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Sha and Mrs Feride, who supported me with everything from day one. As a Turkish woman, I truly felt at home here, thanks also to the manager, who is Turkish as well. They have literally thought of every detail to make your stay unforgettable. Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh — More of a Compromise Than Comfort The hotel presents itself as an oasis of comfort, but unfortunately, reality doesn’t quite match the promise. The grounds are well-maintained and visually pleasant, but getting to the beach requires waiting for a buggy that runs every 10 minutes — not ideal, especially with children. Service is inconsistent. Staff are not always attentive, and some employees openly ignore guest requests. A few bartenders seem so displeased, it feels like they’re pouring drinks from their own pocket — no smile, no warmth. Rooms are clean but outdated — furniture and plumbing need renovation. The food is repetitive, and after three days, you’ll likely crave something different. Entertainment is weak, with few activities, and the overall atmosphere feels more draining than relaxing. One redeeming feature is the sandy beach entrance, which is great for kids. But overall, Swissôtel feels more like a trade-off between location and price than a true premium resort. If you’re looking for genuine comfort, care, and attention to detail, you might want to explore other options.

I don’t exaggerate when I say they have got the best service ever. They are intentional and very friendly. Extremely clean, the place looks like you are viewing in HD😍 and great food. I’ve never seen such level of great service and honestly, I will rate them above 5 stars if I could. The whole world should come and learn from them. Thank you Swissôtel for the beautiful treatment. Pictures coming soon. Update: one time we were going for a tour and as we were leaving, the CSO at the door took the details of our tour guide, we felt seen, protected and cared for. I had the best time, thank you Swissotel.

I spent 10 wonderful days with my husband at the Swissotel, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated like a queen! Hazam from reception upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise. Aya from guest relations kept checking on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Ayman and Yasser took great care of us all the time. Mariam from reception was super helpful honestly, the entire team was fantastic! Mohammed was the star of the show. so respectful, welcoming, and always offering help whenever he saw us. He truly made our vacation unforgettable. Mohammed and Mahmoud from the beach were also super helpful all the time, always making sure we were enjoying ourselves. They really went above and beyond to take care of us! Let’s not forget the boss, Matthias he personally made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Everyone, from management to the smallest roles, was amazing! so friendly and genuine. I’ll definitely come back just because of the wonderful staff! The beach was lovely, and the water was warm and clean. The only small comment is that the beach furniture could use a bit of renovation. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel, it’s the best I’ve ever stayed in

Charmillion Club Resort in Sharm el-Sheikh is a laid-back bayside retreat offering unassuming rooms, a private beach area, and an outdoor pool. Situated just 10 minutes' drive from Extra Divers Dive Centre, the resort boasts spacious rooms with balconies and views of the garden or sea. Guests can enjoy access to a coral reef right in front of the hotel and an abundance of fish in the shallows.
Excellent quality for price. We had an amazing stay of 9 days and we were not disappointed. The staff is very kind and always available, the rooms are clean and there are plenty of services. As for any resort in Sharm El sheikh, do not expect gourmet food, but there is a wide choice and the menu changes every day. The beach is also great, the coral reef is still quite alive and you will see hundreds of colorful fishes. (Please never touch the corals). Only negative point: sometimes is too windy and dangerous to go in deep waters

Beautiful location and great snorkeling, but not wheelchair-friendly It was a family trip (2 rooms, 3 Adults and 3 children) I stayed at Charmillion Club Resort in April and overall had a mixed experience. The highlights were definitely the location and access to the sea the beach is right in front of the resort with stunning coral reefs, and the snorkeling was absolutely amazing. I also really liked that the hotel has access to an aqua park in the nearby sister hotel, which is part of the same group. That was a great bonus, especially for the kids. However, there were a few things that made our stay quite difficult. The resort only has one golf cart, and the terrain is not flat. There are no elevators, and the paths often include stairs, which made it extremely challenging for guests with special needs. I was traveling with a child who uses a wheelchair, and I really struggled to move around the resort whether going to the restaurant, to the aqua park, or just around the hotel grounds. Whenever I encountered stairs, I had to physically lift the wheelchair. We tried to request the golf cart several times, but it was always late or never arrived, and the staff kept apologizing, saying there’s only one cart available in the whole resort. Another downside was the food. The quality was quite poor I would rate it 6 out of 10 at best. Overall, the resort has potential thanks to its location and facilities, but it really needs to improve accessibility and service, especially for families with children or guests with mobility needs.

The service is really prompt and tidy. Personnel are really helpful and always responding politely. The animation team is non existent! The night show is an afterthought. The first night did not include any show. The next night was folklore dance that was brought from the other hotel. The third night is a paid night ! Food is really nice and delicious. Plenty of amounts and variety.

Wonderful Stay at Charmillion Club Resort! Our overall stay was truly wonderful and exceeded expectations. We had so much fun enjoying the pools and especially diving in the beautiful sea. A special thanks to Mahmoud at the reception—he was truly amazing! He treated us with great kindness and care from the moment we arrived. He offered us free daily access to the resort’s Aqua Park, even though it’s usually for an extra charge. He also arranged access to the specialty restaurants, and we tried the seafood restaurant—it was delicious, and the view by the sea was absolutely stunning. On our first day, Mahmoud even sent us a plate of fresh fruit and bottled drinks to our room, which was a lovely surprise. We also appreciated the early check-in at 12:00 PM (instead of 2:00 PM), and we were upgraded to a junior suite with a fantastic sea view. We were also allowed a late check-out at 1:00 PM—everything was handled with care. The pools were a lot of fun, especially for families, though we did notice there’s not much shaded area, even near the kids’ pools, which would be helpful during hot days. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal—we really enjoyed it. A big thanks also to Ahmad from room service (building 3, second floor)—he was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All the staff were smiling and welcoming—it really made our vacation feel special. Just a note: the shops inside the hotel are a bit pricey compared to stores outside, but that’s quite common in resort areas. Highly recommended—we would love to come back again!

Today, I'm going to share my experience at Charmillion Club Resort. My stay was from 21/9/2025 to 26/9/2025. My experience began the moment I arrived. The baggage handler was very cooperative and didn't wait for the receptionist to tell him what to do, and he always had a smile on his face. All the reception staff I dealt with during my stay were highly competent and experienced, and they were always smiling. I especially want to mention Mr. Sayed, who gave me a complimentary dinner at a special restaurant and a fruit basket in my room. He did this because this was my third stay at a Charmillion Hotels group property. We also wore wristbands that distinguished us from other guests, making it clear to all staff that we weren't first-time guests. This allowed us to move freely and enjoy food and drinks at the entire resort group. I also want to thank Mr. Abdo, who was always smiling and cooperative at any time. So as not to forget anyone, everyone I dealt with was always helpful. I also want to talk about the room. It was exceptionally clean and professional. The furniture was excellent, and there were plenty of clean, sanitized towels in the bathroom. All my needs were met and even exceeded, more than at any other hotel I've stayed at. The room had a direct sea view and a huge terrace for sitting. The rooms at Charmillion Club Resort are also well-insulated from any noise. Despite the room being far from the main restaurant or reception, a golf cart was always available I want to talk about my experience with the restaurants, including the main restaurant and the French and Lebanese restaurants. The main restaurant was very clean, and the variety of dishes available for all meals was excellent, suiting every taste. The food was delicious and professionally prepared. This shows that the Charmillion Hotels group has achieved the difficult equation of offering a huge variety of dishes while maintaining high quality. All the chefs and waiters were cooperative in serving the guests, and there were no queues for any of the dishes. Finally, I'd like to mention my experience with the many bars located all over the hotel. You never have to walk far to get to a bar. I especially want to highlight the reception bar, which was open 24/7. All the waiters there were highly skilled and cooperative, and I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Romany. In conclusion, I can only thank the management of the Charmillion Club Resort for their tremendous success and excellent management, which has made the hotel the wonderful place it is. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely repeat it in the coming years. Without hesitation, I recommend this resort to anyone who needs a vacation. They should go to the Charmillion group immediately.

We will definitely come back!

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend! I recently visited Charmillion Club Resort in Sharm El Sheikh with a group of 11 people. Our group included guests of Egyptian, Italian-Egyptian, and Canadian-Egyptian nationalities. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I’ve encountered – and I’m a travel agent, so I’ve seen a lot. From the very beginning, the treatment we received was discriminatory and unacceptable. The hotel staff refused to check in the Egyptian guests, even though the reservation was fully paid in Euros. They demanded additional payments from them without justification and left them waiting for over 6.5 hours before finally allowing check-in. This was an appalling way to treat paying guests. The problems didn’t stop there: Food Quality: The food was very poor, often reused and served across multiple meals. Six members of our group experienced stomach aches and diarrhea – clearly a result of unsafe food handling. Facilities & Extra Charges: The hotel charges extra for everything. For example, access to the Aqua Park costs 300 EGP per person per day, yet it’s closed from 12 to 3 PM. This makes no sense for a supposed family-friendly resort. Room Conditions: Our rooms were in terrible shape – broken tiles, unclean toilets, water leaking from the ceiling, and loud, malfunctioning air conditioners. We also experienced multiple electricity outages that lasted for hours. Staff Behavior: The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. There was zero hospitality – no smiles, frequent yelling, and even derogatory comments based on our nationality. This is simply unacceptable in the tourism industry. Management: The hotel management seemed focused solely on squeezing more money from guests, rather than providing a quality experience. Final Verdict: I do not recommend Charmillion Club Resort to anyone – especially to Egyptian or dual-nationality travelers. If you’re expecting hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism, this is not the place. As a travel agent, I will ensure none of my clients are ever directed to this resort.

Nubian Village Hotel is an all-inclusive resort with airy rooms, suites, and bungalows. It offers a water park and diving facilities for guests to enjoy. The hotel's dedication to scholarship is evident as visitors can explore the Nubian Village or relax in a tea house while shopping for treasures. Some guests noted that the hotel has spacious rooms but experienced issues with air conditioning at times. The food options were considered fine but repetitive after a week.
If you want to enjoy food, then you definitely need to go to this hotel. Chef, you are just super. Your soup is a work of art. In general, all the food is just super. It will be delicious for both adults and children. This hotel conquered with its taste❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh. There are many restaurants, snacks, activities, and gym available here. The staff are friendly, and it’s possible to reach Naama Bay in just 10 minutes. However, the bungalows and villas are very simple and do not have internet. Overall, it’s a basic hotel.
Rafik K — Google review
Terrible experience, definitely not a 5-star resort. The service is awful, and some of the staff are downright rude, especially toward certain ethnicities. I have been to a few resorts in Sharm and this was the worst of them. The room felt cheap, with old, worn-out furniture and an ancient TV. The place is tiny compared to other hotels in the same price range, and the few pools they have are nothing special. There’s a bad Wi-Fi only at the lobby, and absolutely nothing about this place justifies the cost. Save your money and go somewhere else — this is nowhere near 5-star quality.

It was our first time in Sharm, so didn't know what to expect. The hotel was good, rooms very spacious. However, we had booked a bunglalow but did not get it. Apparently they upgraded us to an "apartment". The air con was a bit hit and miss at night, at times it would blow warm air. Food was fine, not a massive choice and after a week it got quite repetitive. Staff was polite and friendly but many struggled to speak English. You can tell these hotels are catering for mostly Russians & Italians. No London clock in reception. Come on guys! You got Kiev, Rome, Warsaw but no London time? No brownie points here. We used the pool once and the beach also once, both were great. Coral reef at the beach was stunning and plenty of sunloungers to chose from. The location is not great, far from everywhere, as soon as you walk out of the hotel, you get harrassed by taxi drivers. Shops across the road are a rip off so be careful. Bonus points for egrets and hoopooes chilling about in the pool area. We are coming back to Sharm in May but will be staying in a different hotel, so will see how that compares.

The hotel in general is fine but is not worth the money. The pools are clean. staff are really sweet. The food was okay but their desserts section always tasted like nothing and is dry. WIFI IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT THE LOBBY They used to turn off lobby's AC during the morning and everyday after midnight. Keep in mind that, the humidity there is nearly 80%. I was sweating like crazy during. Also, staff do not wear masks.

Delicious food (seafood, burgers, Italian pastas and desserts). The pool is huge but no changing cabinet. Bar cocktails are the best, sea bathrooms are a bit tight. The rooms are as clean as sky which is great.

Good day to all. My comment about Nubian Village and Nubian Island hotels :). in general, the hotels are cool, but there are still some nuances: let's start with the fact that each hotel has its own animation (Russian / Ukrainian and Italian), and so the Russian one does not work, their main task is to persuade vacationers to go to a nightclub where most likely they receive bonus each brought tourist, so the Russian-language animation is all crumpled :). But the Italian one is on top, they are very cool, they entertain everyone and change clothes and there is a DJ and they sing and are very active, but ... of course, all the attention is on the Italians :(. Italians and then everyone else:(. This is the biggest minus of the hotel:(. Everything else suited us, although in principle we are not picky. The food is also good :), a lot of things and tasty :). the territory is very beautiful :). personal assessments: rooms-10, cleaning in rooms -9, cleaning around the territory-6, meals-8; Christmas Gala Dinner-1 (money wasted), Russian-speaking animation-0, Italian-10 (for Italians), sea/corals-8. territory-10.

The hotel is very nice, spacious, big and luxurious. There is a lot of greenery, well-kept grass and even peacocks. At night it is very nicely illuminated. I recommend it to everyone. I always choose hotels from the Pickalbatros company. The service is very nice and helpful. Mr Asharf Mahmoud took care of us from the very beginning when we arrived at the hotel. He helped us every day. The room we were assigned to was big, nice, modern and clean. The gentleman cleaning the room (Abdullah Salah) left us a nice surprise every day - nicely arranged towels and flowers. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied, everyday there was a barbecue. I really liked the pools there- some are for children, some for adults. The main pool is very big with a nice jacuzzi. There are a lot of sunbeds to choose from. We had the opportunity to use the a'la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian and Turkish. The food was very tasty and nicely served. I recommend Asian and Turkish cuisine the most. During the day there were a lot of animations. I liked the evening shows the most, during which you could drink a tasty drink served right at your table. Big thanks to the waiter Mohamed Fathy who served us during meals and the show. Definitely we will visit again this hotel ☺️.

Nestled in the vibrant entertainment district of Sharm el-Sheikh, Ivy Cyrene Sharm Resort is an adults-only haven that promises a memorable getaway. Just a short distance from Pataya Beach Club, this resort offers stunning bay views and an array of delightful experiences. Guests rave about the delectable food options available throughout their stay, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner receiving high praise for variety and taste.
Amazing Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about this hotel was top-notch! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We loved spending time by the pool, which was always well-maintained. The highlight, though, was the animation team – they brought so much energy and fun! The daily activities and evening shows were a great way to meet people and enjoy the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days (payed for all inclusive) and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. While the staff was pretty friendly and the hotel had a big territory with two large swimming pools, most other aspects were disappointing. Food & Drinks: The food was just okay, but not great. The drink selection from the bars was very limited. Non-alcoholic options were basically water, cola, sprite, and two extremely terrible watered-down juices. Alcoholic choices included only beer, wine, and whiskey. And if you wanted a cocktail or something you had to pay extra even though it’s supposed to be all-inclusive. Activities & Entertainment: There were no daytime activities. There was a dartboard but no darts, a volleyball net on the beach, but when we asked for a ball to play they couldn't find it. There was also a pool table—but you had to pay $4/hour to use it, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive resort. Evening entertainment consisted of a 30-minute concert and a short disco session that ended at 11 pm. By the way the shows always started 40 minutes to an hour late. Room Conditions: The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. Our safe didn’t work, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, and the fridge was completely empty. In over 35°C heat, we were only given one bottle of water per day (a second if you asked), which is honestly unacceptable. Also no toothpaste, just a cheap 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash and a liquid soap. Overall: This hotel is rated 4 stars, but it feels more like a 3-star at best. It’s very quiet and boring, with basic food, very limited choice of drinks, and bad room conditions. Unless you're just looking for a place to relax by the pool or beach and don’t care about activities or quality service, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about this incredible hotel! We spent 1 week in Egypt and stayed at this hotel. My impressions of this hotel were wonderful... It deserves only good reviews! 👍😍 Delicious breakfasts, lunch and dinner, clean rooms and friendly staff. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff who do their job 100%, namely Amr Hamza, who works as a waiter in the food and beverage department... He always helped us with various questions about the hotel, greeted us with a smile and friendliness and properly performed his duties... For which you are very grateful to him! We are happy that we ended up in this hotel and met such wonderful people! Thank you and see you soon!🌊✈️

Tamra Beach Resort is an elegant 4-star hotel located in the Nabq area, directly on the beach with rooms offering balconies overlooking the Red Sea. The air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen TVs, mini fridges, and some have patios or balconies. The property includes indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts for an additional charge, and a private beach with a jetty for diving.
A Fantastic Stay at Tamra Beach Resort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Tamra Beach Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The resort's facilities are top-notch. The beach is pristine, and the marina is perfect for snorkeling. We were particularly impressed by the Animation Team, whose enthusiasm and energy made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. Cleanliness is clearly a priority at Tamra Beach Resort. Our room was spotless and the housekeeping staff took great care of us throughout our stay. 🎗️Special thanks to Mr. Anton and the reception front desk team who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best room with a stunning view. Thiey always fulfilling our requests and find a way to make us happy. 😊 We were also impressed by the security team. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and they promptly contacted me to come and collect it. Their diligence and professionalism are commendable. This was not our first stay at Tamra Beach Resort, and it certainly won’t be our last. As a family of five, we appreciate the thoughtful service and the wonderful amenities that make this resort a perfect getaway. We look forward to our next visit! 😍😍

Tamra Beach Resort was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had in my travels. Starting with the extremely rude staff and continuing with the poor service conditions, everything left much to be desired. At breakfast, the menu was extremely scarce, consisting only of tasteless eggs, sausages, and various pastries, with very little quantity. When I asked for a simple bottle of water to be served at the table, I was told that water is only provided at lunch and dinner, and it was refused without any valid reason. Furthermore, the beach staff refused to serve us drinks, including beer, claiming it was finished, but we could see that wasn’t the case. In fact, it was a matter of attitude, as they refused to serve us simply because we weren’t Italian. Another annoying aspect was that all the signs, inscriptions, and information were in Italian, with no effort to write them in other languages, which implies that if you’re not Italian, you have no place here. Additionally, I had a serious issue while taking a shower. I was covered in foam when the water suddenly stopped, without any warning. I had to call the reception to ask them to reconnect the water, and it was restored only after a period of waiting. Also, the bottles of water served were already opened and seemed to be refilled with water from other sources, not bottled water, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this resort, even for one night, as it is definitely not worth the money. This resort seems to be mainly aimed at older adults, particularly those in their third age. The activities and facilities are extremely limited for young people, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and less lively. It is a destination that doesn’t offer many options for entertainment or recreation for younger guests, with the beach being the only available option. If you’re looking for a place with diverse activities and a vibrant atmosphere, this resort is not suitable.

I stayed at Tamra Beach Resort and everything was fine until I had a minor stomach issue. I called the hotel doctor for a quick check. He came, stayed maybe 10 minutes, and handed me half a blister of Antinal (not even a full box, which costs around €4 at any pharmacy) along with a couple of basic meds. Then came the shock: a bill for over €200. Yes — two hundred euros for something that should cost no more than €20–30 in Egypt, including medication. What made it worse? When I asked for clarification, the price changed multiple times during the conversation, as if it depended on how much I was willing to pay. This isn’t healthcare — it’s a scam disguised as a medical service. To be sure, I even went to a local pharmacy and spoke with a doctor there. He was shocked when I told him the amount I had been charged — even with the usual “resort pricing,” he said the cost should never be anywhere near that. His exact words: “That’s exploitation.” No clear pricing beforehand. No consent. No detailed invoice. And the hotel did nothing to explain or take responsibility, even when I raised the issue at checkout. ⚠️ Avoid the hotel’s medical service at all costs. Go to a licensed pharmacy or clinic outside the resort if you need treatment. And always ask for written prices before agreeing to anything. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I will not return, and I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful.

Nice hotel, good food, 99% Italian. Its a nice large hotel resort that caters to mostly Italians. Business is business at the end of the day. Beach is rocky.

We arrived at Tamra late in the night, the check in process was not the smoothest, the receptionist seemed a bit incompetent, we were very tired and just wanted to go to bed but the service was super slow. The room was ok, dated but well kept. The bed was also ok, we had some fruits and snacks for us to enjoy. The breakfast was just ok, I did not like the coffee. There was good vibes around. Overall nice hotel.

Nice beach resort in Sharm - very near to the airport. Beautiful, well kept garden. Most guests came from Italy, so the management and animation team. All inclusive scheme with large variety on buffet. The beach is rather small and not so inviting. The sea at the hotel is shallow, but very clear. Corals can be seen from the pier. Reception offered a upgraded room near the beach which was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful
Thomas L — Google review
The hotel is only ok. Location is poor. Far from comfortable beaches and city center. The beach has a lot of corals. It’s windy here compared to other parts of the city. The first two days here we weren’t allowed to swim and had to travel 30 min to the next beach. Though the website says there’s a heated pool, it’s for children and like 4 by 4. So swimming in it in the winder is a no go. Not too clean, starting from the blow dryer to floors to insides of closets. Everything seems old and withered. The food: you don’t go hungry, but if you’re looking for something delicious stick to fruit and veggies. They’re very basic but tolerable. All Italian food cuisine is horrible. Don’t try it The territory itself is beautiful, why it gets some stars. And the staff is friendly.

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness that immediately set the tone for a wonderful holiday. The staff went above and beyond in every way – always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. I especially appreciated the little details, like the thoughtful amenities and the overall attention to cleanliness and hygiene, which made me feel completely relaxed. The facilities were excellent, whether it was enjoying the delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh options, spending time by the pool in a calm and inviting atmosphere, or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The location of the hotel is also ideal – close enough to explore nearby attractions and activities, yet quiet enough to enjoy a truly restful break. What really stood out to me, though, was the genuine care and effort shown by the entire team. They made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family. This combination of comfort, quality, and sincere hospitality is rare to find, and it made my holiday experience so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I will definitely return in the future and look forward to creating more wonderful memories here

We stayed at Park Regency back in 2021 for our honeymoon, and everything was absolutely perfect — truly on the highest level. This year we came back again, this time with our child and parents. There were both positive and not-so-positive changes. On the good side, we were lucky to witness the opening of the new amphitheater. Back in 2021, we used to go to the city for nightlife, but now the nightlife is alive right inside the hotel. There are also more entertainment options than before. The coral reef remains unchanged — and it’s the best. This is my fourth time in Sharm, I’ve stayed in different hotels, but the reef here is definitely the most beautiful. The food also hasn’t changed: still delicious, and everyone can find something they like. On the downside, the shuttle bus has become paid, and the air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly. However, once I mentioned this to the manager, he immediately gave us another room with a better location, so it turned out even better for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel — just make sure to check the air conditioning before you settle into your room. Special thanks to the F&B manager (a Turkish gentleman, I forgot his name). He was amazing with my son, always giving him small gifts, and my son now calls him “Santa Claus” because of his mustache and beard.

An Unforgettable Stay, Highly Recommended! The best part of this hotel is the unlimited access to the fantastic beach. you can go snorkeling whenever you want, completely FREE! It truly made our trip special. We stayed for two weeks in two beachfront rooms (7102 and 7103), and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The hotel staff, including the managers, receptionists, waiters, pool-boys, and housekeepers, were all exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and joyful. A special mention goes to our housekeeper, Ali. He was incredibly respectful, hardworking, and friendly. His dedication and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. When my daughter was unwell, he genuinely cared, checking in to ask how she was doing and if we needed anything for her specifically. That kind of personal touch meant a lot to us. The receptionist even called us to check if everything was going well and if we needed anything. The dining experience was equally great, with attentive staff and managers constantly making sure everything ran smoothly. We would definitely come back here again and will be recommending this place to friends and family. A truly memorable experience!

We stayed at this hotel with family from June 25 to July 4 and absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautifully green and well-maintained. The beach has an easy entry into the sea, and there are plenty of fish to see, so you don’t even need to go to the pontoon for snorkeling—just make sure to bring water shoes. The food was delicious and varied. The staff were wonderful—friendly and attentive. A big thank you to the bartenders, waiters, and chefs! And a special thanks to the chef who made the most delicious flatbreads in the oven. We had a fantastic time at the hotel and are already planning to come back in August

We stayed at this resort with a group of friends for a week. It wasn't our first time in Sharm, but it was definitely the best experience for everyone. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and spacious. Even with many guests, you never feel like you're in a crowd. There are many paths through the nice greenery that lead to the various areas of the resort. There are several food courts offering snacks and drinks. All public restrooms are ALWAYS clean, no matter what time of day! The restaurant offers both outdoor seating, which is very pleasant in the evening, and air-conditioned dining rooms. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. Kudos to the reception staff and the housekeepers. The rooms are spacious, clean, with silent air conditioning and a large 50-inch LED TV! All in all, an absolutely pleasant stay, one we'd happily repeat at the first opportunity. Some useful details to know: The facility is built against a sloping hillside, so there are many uphill and downhill paths and stairs. There are elevators that allow access to all areas, or golf carts, but for those with mobility issues (elderly or disabled), this may not be the best option. The beach isn't very large, and you may find yourself sharing your space with other guests. Furthermore, by early morning, most of the loungers are already taken. A small tip to the beach staff can help you find a spot. (The three swimming pools, very beautiful and distributed on 3 levels, could be a good alternative to the beach). Facing the sea, the left side is the quietest, while the right side has kiosks and music. Access to the sea, always with water shoes, is perfect even for kids and non-swimmers, as the depth is gradual and there's a small bay right off the beach, where you can snorkel and spot some fish without having to go to the pier beyond the reef. For our fellow Italians: There is NO Italian food. Don't expect a pasta corner, pizza, or anything you'd eat at home. If you do, we recommend a vacation on the Riviera Romagnola or the Amalfi Coast. On the other hand, there is a very varied selection of local food, revisited with an international twist. You'll always find a large selection of cooked meat dishes, rice, fresh side dishes, vegetables, and fruit. There's also a grill corner where they grill meat every day, always delicious and varied. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, both sweet and savory. Finally, the entertainment: almost completely absent. Personally, this is a plus; we're lazy and don't need anyone to push us into doing things we don't want to do. And if I'm bored, I can find ways to fill my day on my own. But know this, in case you need to be stimulated by others. The very few activities available were primarily aimed at Russian customers, led by Russian entertainers, as limp as a flat Coke.

It is a gorgeous hotel from design point of view with wide access to the red sea treasures where you can see countless fish species, corals.. for solo female travelers i highly recommend as there will be no hassle by men! If you geniunely speak to men staff they wont misread your friendly chit chats for instance.. I dont know about the other hotels around sharm because since my first time i have felt so comfy and safe like home at park regency where i happenned to stay three times already. I truly appreciate the kindness and attentiveness by the whole team. I had no disturbance whatsoever by anyone, anything.. the rooms are clean, wide.. food is rich and endlessly good throughout a day. Your room is cleaned & sheets changed everyday unless you just object.. And of course you should bring your swimming equipment as this place offers true coral experience.. i saw some complaints about the place quite ridiculous because you can be adult enough to search where you will swim before you go.. of course you will not step on the corals that can be damaged by you and hurt your feet or body.. "so bring your sea googles :)) mosquitos.. they come by nature, it doesnt mean the hotel regularly applies the necessary repellents. And the beaches once more.. basicly if you respect the nature and staff who just tries to protect it and visitors really, you will have no problems. There are rules to keep the nature and yourself safe and sound. Just respect.. I wish all the best for all the staff who has served, helped me of i had any needs. I truly love this hotel and looking forward to coming back again and again. It is one of the rare peaceful and elegant spots of mine.. hope my comments help others.

I recently stayed at Naama Blue Hotel and had a fantastic experience. As a solo woman traveller, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout my stay. In a country where it’s unfortunately common for women to feel hassled in some hotels, Naama Blue was a breath of fresh air — the entire team was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. The room was superb — modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it a great place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially to solo women travellers looking for a safe, comfortable stay that also offers excellent value for money. I’ll definitely return!

No beach, and terrible food. There are no mosquito nets on the room windows, and there are many mosquitoes. Be careful if you are visiting with young girls. One of the workers kept winking at me next to my family, it was very disturbing. They charged us extra for breakfast at the end of our visit and claimed it was the price all along (asked for several times at the beginning). Worst breakfast service I have ever had. They serve previous day's food again if it is not finished. Definitely do not recommend, only good thing about this hotel was the friendly security guy.
Melisa K — Google review
GOOD: The hotel's location was quite good — about a 15-minute walk to the beach and just 5 minutes to the central area with restaurants and places to hang out. To access the beach, you receive a free ticket each day, and there's also a towel card system in place. After 9 PM, the hotel offers traditional Egyptian entertainment, which adds a nice cultural touch. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, you get exactly what you pay for — nothing more, nothing less. BAD: The breakfast was somewhat lacking in variety (do not expect Turkish breakfast :)) — almost the same items were served every day (omelettes, potatoes, a variety of desserts, crepes, and a salad bar). Some of the dishes were seasoned with spices that might not appeal to everyone, although they didn’t significantly affect the overall taste. It would definitely benefit from a wider selection.

For extra bucks you might find a better deal. They charged me almost %40 for "taxes" then it turned out that they charged me an extra night.. I got refunded at checkout. the rooms were kinda old and not well maintained. I would say 5/10 for a 3 stars hotel.

It was all perfect. Except the entertainment. ALL aimed mostly at Russian or sometimes Egyptian audiences. Not much for the UK audience and that was very disappointing considering how many brits were staying in the hotel. It spoilt the evenings. Every thing during the day was fantastic. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived, Except from Moheb (Bartender). There was no proper greeting, no offer to help with bags, and checking in felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Not a good start. The room itself was a complete letdown. It looked nothing like the photos online. What we walked into was outdated, and badly maintained room, there was dust on every surface, and the bathroom had mould in the corners of the shower. One of the towels even had a weird stain on it — absolutely disgusting. But the worst part? My friend accidentally dropped a glass on the floor — a cheap basic glass and it shattered. Accidents happen, right? Not at this place, apparently. We were charged an outrageous amount for that one broken glass. No warning, no explanation, just a surprise charge added to our bill. When we brought it up to the front desk, they were incredibly dismissive and borderline aggressive about it, as if we were trying to scam them. There was no empathy, no understanding, and zero professionalism. To top it all off, the walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us, and even people talking in the hallway at all hours of the night. Sleep was nearly impossible. The air conditioning unit sounded like a truck engine every time it kicked on. It was truly miserable. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years — some luxurious, some budget-friendly — but this place was by far the worst. Between the filthy conditions, the rude staff, and the ridiculous policy of nickel-and-diming guests for honest mistakes, it felt like they were just looking for excuses to squeeze every cent out of us. I would never, ever stay here again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually care about hospitality — this is not one of them. Final Rating: 1/5 (and that’s only because I can’t give zero)

I had a lovely experience at this hotel in regards to my room and the staff being very friendly and helpful. The one thing that lets this hotel down is the rude Russian guests that are very obnoxious and very rude. They walk around with no manners acting very entitled, thinking they are above anyone else in the resort. This lets the hotel down massively! Made my stay very unpleasant. Because of this I won't be coming back.

Narmada Waves Hotel is really nice. The staff genuinely will go out of their way for you, they are very friendly. Everything is clean, the food is really good, I can't really fault it. I am here until the 17th of March 2025. If you have any queries, feel free to ask me.

I really enjoyed my annual vacation with my family at *Fun & Sun Sharm Waves Hotel*. Everything was well-organized, starting from the booking with Mr. Mohamed Yousry to the warm welcome by Mr. Alaa and Mr. Ahmed at the reception — all very professional and polite. The rest of the staff, including the restaurant team, pool crew, and entertainment team, were also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location in Sharm El Sheikh. Eng. Hussein Gaber 20/06/2025

Staff 0/5. This is not about customer orientation, they treat you very terribly in communication, especially the manager AHMED MOHDY, there is no tolerance for understanding the concept of all inclusive, and in any unclear situation asks to contact the tour operator agent for explanations. Extremely rude staff.

The staff in the hotel is very nice and helpful, we had a little problem with the air conditioning and they came directly to fix it. The food was very good, everyone could find something for themselves without any problem and the overall experience was very nice.

Gosh I had one of my worst experiences there I was with my family and it wasn't all ending up good . Firstly, the staff were over rude ,not all of them but the most. Secondly, The food experience there was not any satisfying at all , it was like a fever dream (No variety of food and low quality of food provided) Thirdly, rooms was mostly okay but for us bathrooms were not clean and some of the ceiling were destroyed and windows were dirty so we couldn't have the great view of the sea To conclude, the resort didn't provide any fascinating experience to me , but instead it was most likely a nightmare or as I mentioned a fever dream , therefore I am looking forward for many missing improvements in the resort and thank you

I had one of the worst hotel experiences during my stay. From the very beginning, the reception staff were extremely unprofessional and impolite. The first room I was given had a door that wouldn’t close properly. When I requested a room change, the receptionist refused and insisted on sending maintenance instead. It took more than 30 minutes for them to fix it, and meanwhile I had to wait with my luggage. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and even after requesting housekeeping, it wasn’t properly cleaned. The air conditioning was also faulty and required multiple technicians to come and work on it. Altogether, it took nearly three hours from check-in before I could finally settle into the room. Throughout my stay, the room was never cleaned properly. Towels were missing, and only two bottles of water were provided for the entire duration. Calling reception was frustrating — they often didn’t answer, and when they did, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. In the restaurant, most of the staff appeared very young and inexperienced, which reflected poorly on the overall service quality. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The service, cleanliness, and professionalism fell far below basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience! First we waited 2 hours in the lobby with no Ac until they prepared our room they said they are cleaning it but it must be done before ! Finally when we entered to the room: no drinking water, fridge is sticky, not enough towels, no tissues paper even if we asked. Room is very dirty dust everywere full of mosquitoes, very old mattress , dirty wall and couches. Toilet old & dirty we ended up buying detol and sanitisers to clean and sanitise everything even bed and couches by ourselves we spent 2 days cleaning and ruined our vacation . Food are poor with options and not thay good but didn't expect better with low price . The only two things that are good is the pool & bar ambiance and the receptionist & the house keeper are helpful & friendly ! Not recommended!

I had a very pleasant time at the hotel. The hotel's biggest plus is its staff. They are helpful and very polite. From talking to other Poles, I know that five-star hotels have delicious food, but the service is unpleasant. If you value people and good conversation, this hotel is worth considering. The pool is nice, the rooms are spacious. The comments about bugs were untrue. The front desk staff was very helpful. The best hotel staff are definitely Mostafa, who is at the pool, always chatting pleasantly and teaching people how to swim. Ahmed at the bar is always smiling and friendly, and the gentleman, who is probably the chef in the restaurant, is like a good father, always willing to help and advise. These people should be the advertising for this hotel, because it's rare to find such good, kind, and helpful people. The hotel should tell about empoyes on their Website because its the best advertisement there. Employees who care about the comfort of its customers. I have equally fond memories of the gentlemen at the front desk. :) I visited two of the hotel's beaches. One is great for snurking, the other for relaxing under an umbrella. I recommend delicious mango juices to everyone.

It’s the worst people ever I have deal with hotel is totally scammed no thing is worth the money I paid staff is so rude and careless, from the pool when I asked for towels staff said I don’t have and impolite said what should I do I will call my mom to bring for you, even in the pool bar when I asked for coffee for more then an hour coffee never came and after I asked again for my coffee he said I busy with my manger I’ll do it later ,seem like we are her for free and staff is paying for us ,I’ll never be back and I’ll never recommend for my friends who live with me in Dubai,it’s very embarrassing to deal with this kind of people that they don’t know what hospitality means, this hotel worth only 1 star not 4 stars this is scammed

Sierra is the perfect place for relaxation and fun. We stayed here this year, in July, as well as in April 2024. The staff at this resort are very welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything you might need. We communicated with them very well in English, but they also speak Russian and even Italian quite well. The rooms are very clean and thoroughly sanitized every day. Some of them are located in quieter areas, perfect for those seeking peace and rest. The resort offers a wide range of activities and benefits for its guests, from daily entertainment by the pool and evening shows on the terraces, to bowling, ice skating, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and more. The food is diverse, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. These include traditional Egyptian dishes, international cuisine, a variety of desserts, and fresh fruit every day. For those with allergies or specific dietary preferences such as vegan or vegetarian, the staff makes sure meals are prepared according to their needs. Staying at this resort is always a pleasure, thanks to the staff and their dedication to guests’ well-being. Thank you, Sierra, for everything you have offered us! We will definitely return to this wonderful place! ❤️

We are extremely satisfied with our stay at your hotel. Apart from the fantastic, very clean facilities and the delicious food, two people in particular deserve special recognition. The first is Mr. Nour, who shone every day with his energy, wonderful spirit, and phenomenal attitude towards people. He led the morning Aqua Gym sessions as well as the later team games. In addition, he took care of every guest, always stopping for at least a quick word: “Is everything all right?” Nour is truly a diamond among the staff. The second person is Ms. Rasha. Every day she welcomed us to the restaurant with a warm and genuine smile. She was always willing to help and ready for a friendly chat. We would like to thank the entire staff and send our greetings from Poland. SYLWIA & DOMINIK 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sharm El Sheikh! The hotel is cozy, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located near SOHO Square — everything you need is just a short walk away. The food was great, and the atmosphere was super relaxing, ideal for families and couples alike. During our vacation, we wanted to explore the underwater world without diving, so we booked a Submarine & Glass Boat Adventure with PyraSafari — and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences of our trip! The tour started with pickup right from our hotel, and within minutes we were on a modern glass-bottom boat sailing over the coral reefs of the Red Sea. The view was breathtaking — colorful fish, clear turquoise water, and the incredible marine life of Sharm. Then we went on the semi-submarine, which allowed us to go below the surface and watch the reefs up close like in an aquarium! PyraSafari’s team made everything easy — very friendly, organized, and perfect for kids. They even took family photos for us during the ride. If you’re staying at Sierra Sharm El Sheikh or anywhere near SOHO, don’t miss the PyraSafari Submarine & Glass Boat Tour — it’s safe, fun, and one of the best ways to see the beauty of the Red Sea without getting wet!

Coral Beach Montazah Hotel is a budget-friendly Egyptian-style retreat located in the picturesque Montazah area. The hotel offers direct access to the water from its jetty, allowing guests to explore a beautiful coral garden and discover Ras Nasrani. With a friendly team and delicious dining options, including various meat, vegetable, and fruit choices, the hotel provides an enjoyable experience. Guests can also enjoy daily activities such as stretching, yoga, fitness classes, and volleyball organized by animators.
As a solo traveler in my early 30s, I was looking for a peaceful retreat with opportunities for both relaxation and exploration. Coral Beach Montazah offered just that. The hotel's location on Ras Nasrani Bay provided stunning views and easy access to the beach, which was perfect for morning walks and evening sunsets. The room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony that allowed me to enjoy the sea breeze. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries. One of the highlights of my trip was booking a desert safari through a local tour website called PyraSafari. The experience was unforgettable; riding through the dunes and witnessing the vastness of the desert was both thrilling and humbling. Overall, Coral Beach Montazah is a great choice for solo travelers seeking a blend of tranquility and adventure. If this review was helpful, please give it a like to assist fellow travelers in discovering this hidden gem!

It is a very old fashion hotel, the rooms needs a lot of repairs and, the bathrooms needs to be changed (rusted faucets, ugly toilets, dirty basins and showers) Very bad impression of first day room entry. In terms of cleanness, spots all over the blankets and sheets, tools are dirty of finger prints and they never changed it during the stay unless you urge them to change. As for the food, it is very poor quality and variety, u need to beg for extra food. Staff in general trying to help with very limited hosting/ serving qualifications and capabilities. The beach is very beautiful and full of corals and fish and u won't need to go anywhere for snorkeling. The pool is quite good Check out process took too long time and no credit card availability.

Friendly team. Really tasty food! You can find various options from meat to natural different vegetables and fruits. Hope that will be vegan milk in bar in future. Personally, I think that is the best beach with beautiful corals, lots of space and daily activities from animators (stretching, yoga, fitness, volleyball and many else). If you like night activities with alcohol maybe you should find something else, cause you have to pay for disco which are out of hotel. However I was satisfied with evening activities from animators team till 23 p.m.

Stayed for two weeks in November 2022 and would not recommend. Wifi didn't work in the rooms 90% of the time, someone broke into my colleague's room in the middle of the night and the hotel thought he was making it up, cleaning service consisted of making the bed and re-folding dirty towels but never changing towels or actually cleaning the floors or anything in the bathroom, and the manager who sits in the office behind reception was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. When the wifi wasn't working my colleagues and I were told it must be our phones and computers (when it clearly wasn't). There wasn't anyone to give you a towel at the beach most of the time. Yogurt served at the breakfast buffet had never been refrigerated and made my colleague sick; food overall wasn't good. Another colleague had no hot water for at least a week. Beach was fine but the jetty in front of the hotel was roped off and the hotel next door with an accessible jetty wouldn't let us walk onto their section of the beach. And no sound insulation between my room and the one next to it at all. I could go on...

The response for housekeeping requests takes more than half a day and are rarely fulfilled from first time. They lied about a suitable wheelchair when we asked if there any and there are too many stairs without a side ramp and also the beach isn't accessible by a wheelchair. The restaurant is poorly managed. They run out of almost every type of food there and they don't replace it unless someone got angry and started shouting. I won't visit this place again and I don't recommend any one else to do.

Nice resort by the sea, but best to stay there if you're actually on holiday and not in Sharm El Sheikh for business. Meal options are repetitive, wifi only works some of the time so better get your own Sim card for the duration of your stay. Rooms are spacious and nice though.

30.03.2021 Update: Amazing! Thanks, Henry! The general manager really cares about guests. He got touched on me as soon as possible. He solved all issues which I had and even more. Thanks to him our vacation is not spoiled. After meeting with him, even the weather became better)) Friend for life! He comes from impressive history and he is now doing what he loves! Thanks again! It’s an honor to meet you! Greetings from Ukraine! 24.03.2021 Before you will read my review about Coral Beach Montazah Hotel I need to tell you that we were in Egypt 5 times and we chose this hotel because read many reviews and read responses from the hotel. It seemED like the management of the hotel really cares about guests and tries to improve their services. We really compared it with 2 other hotels and decided to choose this one. Yesterday we understood it was the wrong decision!!! We arrived on 23.03 at 9:15 p.m.. Today is the second day of our staying (we are 2 adults and 1 child 3 years old). We are so upset and disappointed!!! Seems like our holidays are spoiled!!! There are some points why: 1. We had a late dinner, it was horrible. It wasn’t a stand-up meal!!! It was excess food!!! Just some ham (without any taste but with chilly spices) and bread, and few fruits. It looks like someone tried it before and left for us. They even didn’t provide us any water. I don’t tell you about some cocktails or juice! NO water!!! Can you tell, me, how should I feed my 3 years old baby? Just give him bread and chilly ham, without water, right???? I asked a waitress to give some other food for the baby, but he told it’s impossible. So, my baby came back to the room hungry. The photo of a “wonderful “ dinner for three persons at the attachment. So, you can see everything by yourself. 2. We didn’t reserve a sea view. It’s true. Firstly, they proposed us a pool view room, it was too noisy from outside!!! Because opposite the room was noisy animation!! My baby usually goes to bed at 9.30 p.m. when we got to the room it was 9:40 and it was noise until 11 p.m. So, the question is: why reception team don’t care about families with babies?!! So, I asked to change it, they provided us 2001 room, it was a quiet room, but with a bag of junk view!!! The photo of the “wonderful “ view at the attachment. When I asked to change a room again, they told me to pay 20 dollars PER NIGHT and then they will show me other rooms!!! They even didn’t want to show me other rooms without payment!!! So, we stayed in a room with a “garbage view”. P. S. I read at least 3 reviews from different guests, which advised me to leave at reception 10$ and they would provide a sea view, room from number 3000...I used this tip, but he gave me money back and later asked to pay extra 20$ per night!! So, it seems like he gave me 10$ back and asked for 20$!!!!! lol 3. Before we went for late dinner, I had called at reception and asked about a cot for the baby. Because in room 2001 there were only 2 separate beds. They brought us a large bed!!!! It was for adults, not for babies!!! I kindly asked the bellboy to bring a baby cot, but he told me that at reception they had told him to bring this one!!!!! Are you ok??? We were tired and devastated after a long flight. We want to have a rest but we need to wait for more than 1,5 hours for a bed and explain several times at reception about our needs. Crazy!!! So, the conclusion is: If hotel management really cares about the satisfaction of their guests and not only reply for reviews “just to reply bla, bla, bla” they have a chance to improve my opinion and my review and to take effective measures. We are here until 30.03. Our room is 2001. I am open to discussion. Will update the review if any changes.

Located in the heart of Naama Bay, Camel Dive Club & Hotel is a popular choice for those looking to enjoy good food and diving experiences. The hotel offers Italian and Egyptian cuisine at Pomodoro and Zigolini's Italian Restaurant, both known for their high-quality dishes. Ristorante Cosa Nostra is another great option for reasonably-priced Italian food.
Had a great stay with camel dive. It was my first scuba diving trip and I went on my own. The transfer was waiting for me at the airport and ensured I had all my documents in order for passport control and then brought me to the hotel. When I arrived all the staff were very friendly and so helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. My diving was great too - My instructor and all the staff on the boat couldn’t do enough to help and really made my first trip! Thank you very much Camel Dive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply Perfect – An Unforgettable Diving Experience! From start to finish, our stay at this dive center was absolutely flawless. The dive operation is run with true professionalism — the boat was spotless, the equipment in excellent condition, and everything ran smoothly and on time. The dive sites were stunning, and our dive master, Ahmed, was exceptional. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and deep knowledge of the sites made every dive both safe and truly enjoyable. You can tell he loves what he does — he went above and beyond to make each dive memorable. The food on the boat was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find such high-quality meals during dive trips! Back at the center, the rooms and pool were wonderful — comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day underwater. The Pomodoro Restaurant and rooftop bar were equally impressive, offering excellent food, great cocktails, and top-notch service with a beautiful view. I also had the pleasure of meeting the communication manager Gaia, who personally came around to collect feedback from guests. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is taken very seriously here — nothing is left unattended, and every detail is thoughtfully managed. In short, everything was simply perfect. A big thank you to the entire team for creating such an exceptional experience — I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing experience with Camel Dive! The whole scuba diving training process was straightforward, clear, and well-organized. He's not only an outstanding instructor but also a genuinely cool guy who made the dives enjoyable and comfortable. I recently did a dive with Camel Dive Club in the Red Sea alongside my 13-year-old daughter, who had just earned her SSI Open Water certification. It was her first dive as a qualified diver, and our guide Alessia was absolutely fantastic - patient, reassuring, and highly professional. We saw amazing fish and vibrant coral, and Alessia took great care to make the experience both safe and unforgettable. A perfect introduction to diving for my daughter, and a proud moment for us both. Highly recommend Camel, especially for new divers and families!
