Absolutely amazing place! 🌊 Crystal-clear water, stunning marine life, and a huge variety of colorful fish. The atmosphere is always lively with great music playing in the background. Perfect spot for snorkeling, relaxing, and soaking in the vibes.
Péter K — Google review
I actually loved the vibe there. It looked a bit rundown, was noisy and somewhat trashy, and definitely crowded, but that gave it character. I enjoyed being around the locals; it felt like I got to experience the real Egypt, which was a refreshing contrast to my hotel that was packed with tourists.
MissMinimalist — Google review
Typical summer city designed for foreign tourists. Nothing special. Some dining and shopping options. Few cafes and bars. Some dancing options too.
Dahi Y — Google review
The promenade is full of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars, offering a mix of local charm and international options. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes vibrant with music, lights, and street performers, making it perfect for a night out.

Market
Wildlife and safari park
The Old Market in Sharm el Sheikh, also known as Sharm al-Maya, is a vibrant and modernized souk located around the Al-Sahaba Mosque. This bustling area is filled with traditional Arabic lanterns, shisha pipes, and intricately carved woodwork. Visitors can explore a variety of shops offering spices, perfumes, clothing, and authentic street food. The market comes alive in the evening with lively restaurants and cafes where visitors can immerse themselves in the local culture.
A charming and vibrant destination, well worth visiting in the late evening when the atmosphere truly comes alive. A memorable experience enriched by cheerful and welcoming locals. The mosque is particularly impressive – both architecturally and spiritually.
Sandra K — Google review
A Beautiful and Vibrant Experience This mosque is absolutely breathtaking, a must visit! I had the pleasure of meeting some truly lovely people there, which made the experience even more memorable. There’s also a waterfall like feature nearby that’s perfect for photography lovers! The local market is visually stunning and definitely worth strolling through. However, I’d advise against buying anything at the asking price, many items seemed quite overpriced, so be prepared to negotiate or just browse. At night, the area comes alive with energy. It’s vibrant, full of people, and there are plenty of great spots to eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Old Market & Al Sahaba Mosque – The heart and soul of Sharm 🕌🌙 I travel to Sharm El Sheikh several times a year with my sister, and every time I come here, it feels magical all over again. Egypt is a country that divides opinions — people either love it or they don’t — but to truly enjoy it, you have to understand that it’s a different culture, with its own rhythm, manners, and traditions. Egyptian people are incredibly warm-hearted, always joking, smiling, and helping with genuine kindness. Bargaining is part of the fun — it’s a cultural game, not a trick. If you don’t play along and end up overpaying, it’s not their fault; it’s just part of the experience. The Old Market, with the Al Sahaba Mosque shining at its center, is absolutely breathtaking. Every time I stop there, it feels like the world stands still for a few moments. The lights, the sounds, the energy — all create a sense of timeless beauty. I love it deeply, and it never stops enchanting me. 💛 — Krisztina 🌊 Sharm Local Guide

Great day out to the old market. Lovely mosque which can be visited and an open mall with lots of shops with nice trinkets to buy. There are waterfalls with spaces in the rock to stand in. Everyone was nice. Was definitely worth the visit.
Abby P — Google review
A good tourist spot. Amazing pictures and videos with a lot of stores to grab many souvenirs for home. You should negotiate prices as they do make them slightly higher but an enjoyable experience. Best time to go is after 4pm. It does get extremely busy and crowded so please be patient. If you do not like crowded small spaces maybe stay away. There are narrow walkways with a lot to see.
Ashton B — Google review
We had a nice evening, though we felt quite exhausted by the end as the store owners are very persistent. I understand they're making a living, but would be nicer to be able to pick and choose shops without feeling nagged. It was lovely and clean and you can find a shop for everything. Would return again.
Kay P — Google review
I visited Old Market in Sharm El Sheikh during my vacation and it was an amazing experience. The place is full of life, colors, and authentic local atmosphere. You can find a wide variety of shops, souvenirs, spices, traditional items, and friendly local vendors always ready to help. The restaurants and cafés offer delicious food and a real taste of Egypt. The architecture and the atmosphere in the evening, with lights and music, make it even more special. It’s the perfect spot for shopping, walking, and enjoying the local culture. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

SOHO Square Sharm El Sheikh is a vibrant and popular tourist attraction located in Sharks Bay, just a short distance from Naama Bay and Nabq. The square features an array of entertainment options including fountains, restaurants, lounges, and an ice rink. Visitors can enjoy the mesmerizing dancing fountain show with Egyptian music and songs, creating a cheerful atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, the square boasts advanced lighting systems that add to its artistic charm.
Very nice & cozy environment with so many lights to delight you from the sunburn of the day. Huge attention on tourists safety, lots of souvenirs shop, good local leather products, coffee places & ice cream bars, etc. It’s a very good try combine city life with local attractions.

Very busy and very expensive! £20 that’s English pound for 1 vodka and red bull. The day is very empty as places round there don’t open till 5/6pm so everywhere was shut. It’s a very beautiful place at night. It was nice to visit just for 1 night.

An interesting place in Sharm El Sheikh after dark. One of the few places where you can stroll peacefully without being constantly pressured into buying a great deal. The food is good and the atmosphere is generally pleasant.
Marek — Google review
Quite a spectacular sight its a mix of winter wonderland and blackpool illuminations loads of wonderful shops and places to eat all the shop owners are very polite and welcoming and there are no pressure sales tactics from any of the shops we entered everyone was respectful and professional this place is definitely worth a visit but be warned some of the items ie designer bags are a little expensive but the quality is second to none oh and dont forget to visit the ice bar it good fun
Nunzi I — Google review
Amazing place well worth the visit. Owners of the shops are very friendly. We went into one that sold herbal teas and spices fragrances. They made us a cup of tea. There was no pressure to go into shops very chilled vibe. We went into the ice bar, -9 bar with drink included, well worth the experience. The only down point was when we went to the Indian restaurant. Was kind of just left at a table. We decided to go to another restaurant outside the ice bar food, was very good reasonably priced and staff very friendly helpful.
Kate L — Google review
A bit over-rated as a shopping experience, but great atmosphere if you're looking to dine out. Kids will enjoy the illuminations and bronze statues. Quiet when we arrived at opening, but very very busy 2 hours later.
LeaView 1 — Google review
Overcrowded, overpriced in shops and restaurants, the fountain is nice but the few-minute show is not worth hanging around here. Better visit the old market with the mosque. Order a taxi using inDrive on your mobile.

One of the best that have to be visited in Sharm El Sheikh. The atmosphere was really unique & the place is full of energy & life. The prices are generally higher than the original but overall the experience was really interesting and memorable.

Cleo Park in Sharm El-Sheikh is an aquatic park with an Ancient Egypt theme, offering a variety of attractions for visitors of all ages. The park features 22 slides and pools, including fantasy and adventure rides, as well as a lazy river and a kids' play area. Visitors can enjoy thrilling water sports such as Jet Skiing, Wake Boarding, and Kite Surfing at the beautiful Red Sea resort.
It was really fun and there were many slides and some were not available at the moment but the wave pool was very fun
Adam K — Google review
The worst experience ever! They tricked us with a good offer to sit with a timeshare company, spending 2 hours trying to convince me to make a deal. Then, when we finally came to this place, it's not fair to call it a park. Most of the games are out of service, crows everywhere, and even the entrance is dry! We left after one hour. WE'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN EVER! 😠👎 #Timeshare #Scam #Park #Games #Entrance #Experience
Heba T — Google review
Today was our first time here. The staff at the entrance are thieves. At first we explained to him that on their website it says that children under 5 years old can visit the water park for free. Then we paid for the entrance (2 adults and 1 child 4 years old). And when they left, the same man ran up to us and said that we still had to pay 5 euros. He demanded payment as we were already on our way out. My question is: how could the price change? We paid for everything upon entry. Why is he still asking for payment? I ask management to pay attention to this. So you will lose all customers.
Алина К — Google review
What used to be a large water park is now limited to around 45 water slides. Unsure of open entry as we had access due to staying at Jaz Sharm Dreams hotel beside it. The wave pool is perfect and runs around every 40 mins. The other slides that do operate are fun but would attract more people if could open more slides especially the large lazy river in it.
Fintan 2 — Google review
Great park for a very fair price. Some areas need to be renewed and there are some slides closed. Aside from that, the park is clean and safe, great and fun for families with kids.
Julie L — Google review
The water park only has a hand full of water slides in operation the rest are dried up and abandoned, most areas look like a building site. As we were staying at Sharm dreams entrance and drinks at the one bar near the wave pool were free. I personally would not of paid to get in. it’s really not worth paying an entrance fee if you’re going to visit.
Tracey H — Google review
This is my second visit. Amazing place for kids a lot of attractions for both young and adults. There cafe and restaurant inside with reasonable prices, pizza starting from 45 Egp or 3 $, coffe is 30 Egp or 2$. Ticket prices are great, 200 Egp for Egyptians and 30$ for foreigners. I wish you all amazing visit.
Ahmed E — Google review
Amazing, has a lot of games suitable for all ages, me & my kids enjoyed playing with all of water games there. scorpion is amazing, as we play multiple times on it. You have to try it when you enter Dream Resort, ticket will be free.

Ghibli Raceway in Sharm El Sheikh offers an exhilarating go-karting experience with a welcoming staff prioritizing safety. The track layout provides a mix of straights and challenging turns, set against the stunning backdrop of the Sinai desert and the Red Sea. In addition to day visits, they host corporate events, have a paintball arena, children's karting schools, and professional racing events.
Nice people, quick service and good to Kart 👍🏽. Defo will recommend
Sadiq A — Google review
While on holiday in Sharm, a group of three of us decided to visit Ghibli Raceway for a karting session. Booking in was fairly straightforward, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. However, the experience on track was a letdown. The overalls provided were far too small for me – they barely reached halfway down my legs and forced me into a hunched position. The karts themselves were the biggest disappointment. I regularly seek out karting tracks when travelling, and unfortunately, these were easily the slowest karts I’ve ever driven. While the track layout itself seemed like it could offer a fun and challenging drive, the lack of speed completely took the edge off the experience. Another issue was the kart design: the seats were fixed and there was no visible way to adjust the pedals, meaning my knees were practically resting on the steering wheel – very uncomfortable and awkward to drive. While waiting for our session, I noticed how slow the karts looked compared to what I’m used to. I downloaded a GPS speed app to check during my drive, and the top speed I recorded was just 19 km/h, which is extremely slow for any karting experience. Would I return? Honestly, no – not unless they upgrade their fleet with faster, better-designed karts. Pricing-wise, it was slightly more expensive than karting at Thruxton in the UK, where you get high-performance karts capable of reaching 60mph on a much larger, more technical circuit. In comparison, Ghibli Raceway just doesn’t offer good value for money. In short: • Staff – Friendly • Location – Good • Track – Decent layout • Karts – Rubbish With some investment into better karts, this place could be great. As it stands, it’s a missed opportunity.

Had fun but Needs a lot of work in all areas. Karts, race suits and helmets have seen better days

Wonderful experience. First time coming to this go kart and had the best time. The kart was powerful and the track was huge perfect for fast speed. Good price for this experience. Safety was well taken of and the team was very friendly to new welcomers. I hope to come again.

Ghibli Raceway is a fantastic go-karting experience. The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They ensure that every racer feels safe and comfortable before hitting the track. The go-karts are in great condition, providing a thrilling and smooth ride. Safety is a top priority, with well-maintained equipment and clear instructions. The price is excellent compared to other go-karting tracks, making it a great value for the experience. Overall, it's an exhilarating experience with top-notch service and staff.😁😁

Hollywood Sharm El Sheik is a popular tourist destination located near Naama Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. The complex features a sprawling area with shopping pavilions, restaurants, and cafes. Visitors can enjoy evening performances and singing fountain shows on the main stage after 21:00 during holidays. The highlight of the complex is the Jurassic theme park with lifelike dinosaur sculptures, as well as figures and sculptures of various cartoon and film characters.
The place itself is impressive... lots of statues, dinosaurs, predator, alien, ghost rider, Jack Sparrow... great architecture... a lot of money was invested in this place! we've been there on a Sunday and it was closed but we were able to visit it without paying anything... only 4 tourists and some stuff cleaning... I don't know if this is the case in general or we just were lucky.. great to take some pictures and

Don’t bother going here, the hotel is a disaster. Reception is barely helpful, most of them don’t speak much English so it’s very hard to communicate, also every corner of the hotel is dirty. Some staff are nice, but most don’t even help you. The food is another level of gross, no fruits, except melon for dinner, the selection is limited and most of the food is not even good. The towels that they give you to bring near the pool or to the beach aren’t cleaned at all, they just dry them and give it to the next person, sometimes they’re still wet. They provide a bus to the beach but people fight over seats everyday and if there’s no seats left you’ll just be stranded at the hotel or at the beach, also the drive to the beach is like 25min. The only good thing is that the staff bring water to your room every day.
Voveryte G — Google review
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The place is completely mismanaged and filthy from top to bottom. The reception staff barely speak English, so getting help or information is a frustrating experience. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority—common areas are dirty, and the rooms aren't much better. Some of the staff try to be helpful, but most are indifferent or just flat-out ignore you. The food is by far the worst part. Every meal is repetitive and unappetizing. No variety, and they barely serve any fresh fruit—just some old melon once a day. If you're expecting anything remotely decent, prepare to be disappointed. The so-called pool/beach towels are reused without being properly washed—some are still damp when handed to you. They have a shuttle to the beach, but it's chaotic. People push and shove for seats, and if you miss it, you're stuck waiting with no plan B. The ride itself takes around 25 minutes, so it's not exactly convenient. Only upside? They do leave bottled water in your room daily—but that’s about the only thing they get right. Wait time: 1 hour+
Mohamed I — Google review
The worst hotel I have ever stayed-in in Sharm El-Shiekh. The receptionists are unprofessional and very chaotic. The main course in food is very disgusting, the only food that u may say is good and edible are the salads. Drinks are served in a small plastic cups whether soft or hard, and for hard drinks they only have the worst kind of bottles. The rooms are good but I had to keep calling them and wait for more than an hour to get a simple stuff get fixed in there so I can leave my room. It was a very awful experience that made me won’t go there again nor recommend the place to anyone as you can get a much better hotel for the same price or even less. I got scammed as their advertisement on social media were like when they place was on its peak. The photos and videos I reviewed were not anything like this place right now. The place looks aged, kind of broke and deserted!!!
Δdham Σ — Google review
it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.👎🏻👎🏻 I came from Australia to visit Egypt with my husband. He lives in Egypt, and he took me to Sharm El Sheikh for our honeymoon. He booked this hotel using his Egyptian passport instead of my Australian one, and unfortunately, the treatment was very unpleasant because of that. The food was terrible. The bathroom smelled awful. There was clear discrimination between Egyptians and foreigners — Egyptians are treated badly, but if you use a foreign passport, they treat you nicely. The staff were rude and unprofessional. There was no organization at all. Even though it was our honeymoon, they gave us a double room instead of a proper honeymoon setup. There was no one available at the reception most of the time — only room service, and they couldn’t even speak English. Honestly, it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Sherehan S — Google review
This is honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in — not only in Egypt but probably in the entire world. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The staff are unprofessional, disrespectful, and never available when you need them. No one answers the phone no matter how many times you call. The room was filthy — the bed sheets were stained, the floor was dusty and sticky, and the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet and shower were dirty, and the smell was unbearable. It’s clear that the place hasn’t been properly cleaned or managed for a long time. I truly regret booking this hotel. Everything about it was disappointing — the service, cleanliness, and overall experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of money and peace of mind. “If you care about hygiene or basic respect, avoid this hotel at all costs.”
Muhammad A — Google review
Terrible experience! The food was disgusting and unhygienic. The rooms are old, dirty, and smell awful. I even experienced harassment – the housekeeper opened my door and came in while I was sleeping! In the restaurant, two men harassed us verbally in Arabic, thinking we weren’t Arabs and wouldn’t understand. No one helped with carrying luggage to the room. The place feels scary at night with strange noises, almost like it’s haunted. No proper spa or massage facilities, only a tent by the pool. No snacks between meals. Drinks are served in tiny 50ml cups only. Would never recommend this hotel!

I don’t know what to make of this place really… Went here for a look and there was no one there other than a security man and a few other workers. It seems really cool, and I’m still confused as to what exactly it is because there was lots of building going on and the hotel was closed but there were lots of seats and music playing and a big stage. The interior is amazing and would definitely be a great place for kids as there are lots of statues and movie related things around. The gold bridge is amazing and there’s really cool marble in the lobby.

After an initial slow start the staff really pulled out all the stops to impress and give a great service, mostly Italian speakers which was a lovely change and felt like we were in Greece/South Italy .. amazing chairs in the sea to tan and lovely quality 👌🏻 bravo! Great day!

We found the restaurant online: good reviews and luxury food at a good price. So we made a reservation. The restaurant was in a secure area with 5 resorts in it. When you come from outside, you have to bring your ID with you. The guards take it and give it back on your way out. The restaurant was nice. It was about 40 degrees outside in the day. We came round 7pm and it still felt like 40 degrees at the restaurant. When we got the menu, it was a different menu then posted on their website. Same with the drinks-menu. Some foodoptions had changed but most of all, the prices were more than doubled!!! For example, the prices on the website of a sprite; the urumaki rainbow and the tris tartare were: 80; 295 and 440 (tax and service included). The prices we had to pay for those items were: 185; 824 and 1224. So be warned! (See photo. Tax and service are added on the receipt afterwards). Afterwards we told the waitress about the menu on the website. She was surprised and offered us free entrance to the beach the next day. Obviously we didn't feel like dealing with another large bill for food and drinks, so we didn't use it. The food was nice. It was different then the hotelfood, it tasted good and was nicely presented. The service was also good. We had a really good bottle of sparkling (Valmount) rose, that was worth every 2250 Egyptian Pound. Overall, it's a good restaurant when you want something different, but given the prices not good enough as far as we were concerned. Two stars for the misleading menu on the website.

This restaurant deceives guests. We were sold a dinner for $ 30 and were told that drinks are included. When we came to dinner, the waiter asked what we would drink: wine, beer, cola. We chose wine and drank 5 glasses in the evening. And at the end we got a bill for another $ 30 for drinks. How surprised we were! At the beginning of the evening we were not offered a wine list or menu. We didn't even know how much the wine cost, which should have been included in the dinner price. why we were billed for $ 30 and not $ 100 or $ 1000. We tried to clarify the situation with the owner of the restaurant Mario, he just turned around and left. Such disrespect and deception should not be tolerated. Be careful! Deception and fraud.

Umbi Sharks Bay Diving Village offers a unique and authentic experience in Sharm El Sheikh, standing out among the international hotel brands. Established in the 1980s, this dive club hotel provides a glimpse of traditional Sharm with its relaxed huts, cabins, and rooms. Guests can enjoy seafront Bedouin tents, shisha at sunset, and delectable seafood dishes including whole grilled fish and tagines.
Umbi scuba review - 6 on 5 Sites - Phenomenal. Dense forests of multi courled corals, teeming with varied vibrant marine life. A white-tip, multitudes of rays, baraccudas, and shoals of dazzling lights! Great visibility and cool waters. Dives - True pros. Mohammed leads his dive team and the dive with ease and calm control. He was really good to dive with. It was also fun to dive in a group of experienced divers helmed cooly by Mohammed. Team - The onboard team are stars. The captain must have steered on different waters 🏄🏼! The crew cheerfully ever-helpful, thank you 🙏🏼! The lunches were yum 👌🏼! The hotel and dive center managed the reservation and check-ins seamlessly. The equipment is also in very good shape. Thank you for a couple of very memorable days!!

I had an amazing experience with this dive center! The dives at Ras Mohamed were absolutely breathtaking. From Sharm El Sheikh, we were able to reach the legendary wreck of the SS. Thistlegorm after just a few hours by boat - an unforgettable adventure. Umbi also has a stunning house reef, perfect for exploring. The night dive was especially unforgettable and truly spectacular. Highly recommended!!

I stayed at the Umbi Sharks Bay Diving Village Hotel from May 10th to 17th 2025. I had an excellent time there. The food was very good, and the rooms were also perfectly fine. The staff were warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond by kindly sending my dive logbook back to France and even took photos of each page for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a few hours away from almost anywhere, there is a little magic beach called Sharks Bay Umbi. We celebrated with family and friends and everyone found what they were looking for. Incredible coral reefs, cristal clear water, big smiles, amazing service, a delicious menu with fresh juices, creative dishes and a big selection. What makes it extra special is the culture of professionalism, warmth, and the invitation to every guest to become part of a family. Umbi has an excellent diving center with instructors who ensure you feel safe, have fun and become a competent diver. Enjoy outings to the desert, the natural park, or some of the many activities they offer.

There are many things to fix here, I'll go into detail. There are more than 10 cats, and some are so sick that they drool constantly, contaminating the dining tables and the sofas where we sit. Plus, there are more than 100 cat droppings per square meter, between the smell and the flies. You can't get out of the water. At breakfast, they DON'T clean the fruit. I was lucky enough not to eat a spider that was on the grapes. I just happened to look at the grapes at that moment. They charge for everything here, but they don't spend a penny disinfecting anything. Of the 14 days I've been here, I've had diarrhea for 13 days, due to the food they make here. There are many more tourists with the same problem. Why is that? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It's safer to be at war than to eat here. Then you pay to go diving by boat and they anchor right in front of the hotels, where if you go by taxi, it's cheaper. Here at UMBI, they think we're IDIOTS.

Took 4 day trips out on their boat Freedom hubby went diving and I snorkelled. Hubby said Diving was brilliant. Great guides and lovely locations., he had a lovely time with Sharkey and Mohammed. I loved my snorkelling. They looked after me really well as I was alone. Had the rib next to me and captain watching. Samir cooked us gorgeous lunches everyday. The boats really well set up for diving but it’s also really comfortable for lounging around. Definitely coming back to stay with them next time. Thanks Mina for the birthday gift ❤️😊

I joined a group of 21 Divers here from my local dive centre for a week last week. Needless to say I was quite disappointed as a seasoned traveller to Egypt. Firstly, I must say that the dive guides on the day boats were brilliant. They were knowledgeable and professional. Although, we did realize halfway through the week we hadn't had any boat safety briefing. As for the dive centre and resort, it was all very unorganised and at times unprofessional. We were aware that there were some extras to pay for after our week of diving, however, after viewing our invoices most of us were being charged for things not applicable to us - some people (who had already paid without realizing) found it difficult getting a refund but it was eventually received after some reluctance on the dive centre side. They also tried to charge us more than an agreed price for an overnight stay on the boat - this also caused stress and frustration. There was very poor communication between us and the dive centre, we didn't know what we were doing from one minute to the other. The main resort is very basic. The bar and restaurant has loads of stray cats running around and pestering you (which they encourage by feeding them!). Beware of the seating as we witnessed several fleas jumping around with the addition of most of us being bitten. The male staff there stare, whistle and pass comments to the ladies as you walk by - it's very unsettling and not nice. The bar staff aren't very attentive and the food & drinks menus are very limited. The Al a carte menu is very simple and again, very limited. When you put "do not disturb" signs on your room they still come in - I had the aircon turn off and the fridge unplugged everyday, the fridge being needed to keep some medication cold!! We were given a WhatsApp number on arrival for both the dive centre and reception but neither were very helpful or responsive, it was pointless and just added to stressful situations that we'd been left in by staff. I wont be coming back again, the only recommendation I have is to stay away.

Terrazzina Beach is a delightful spot that perfectly blends relaxation and enjoyment, making it a beloved destination for both locals and visitors alike. Nestled near the Old Market area by the harbor, this beach boasts a serene atmosphere where you can unwind on cozy sunbeds or savor delicious seafood at the beach bar. While it's an ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy local flavors, those with mobility challenges may find the low sunbeds a bit tricky.
Amazing atmosphere, super friendly staff and great food. The best beach in Sharm.

It's one of the best beaches in Sharm, there's sand, convenient entrance to the sea, good sunbeds and umbrellas. However, unfortunately, there're no coral reefs, so you won't be able to enjoy diving or snorkeling. That's why it's 4*

The place is not bad, I would say it is beautiful. The food was TERRIBLE. The service was incredibly slow, they forgot half of our order, we constantly had to look around and look for our waiter because he never came by. The water was dirty compared to other places around. I do not recommend!

If you want to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach, just avoid this place. The music (mainly techno) is so high at every hour of the day that it's impossible to enjoy some quality time. Slow service (1h 15 min for burgers and pizzas) with an almost empty restaurant. Low prices and decent food

Beautiful Beach with Great Amenities This beach is truly among the best in Sharm El Sheikh—soft sand, easy access to the sea, and well-maintained sunbeds and umbrellas make it perfect for a relaxing day. While it lacks coral reefs, which means it’s not ideal for diving or snorkeling enthusiasts, the overall experience remains highly enjoyable. Rated 4 stars mainly due to the absence of underwater attractions, but still an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and tranquility by the sea.

Wildlife and safari park
Safari Center Sharm El Sheikh offers a variety of desert excursions, including overnight camping, visits to historical sites in Sinai, quad trips, and beach time. One popular option is a hike to the top of Mount Sinai. While some visitors have noted concerns about safety during quad biking and persistent vendors, many have praised the incredible safari experience with knowledgeable guides and stunning sunset views.
A great excursion, very well organised and good time on the bikes/buggies of your choice. Some well needed stops along the way, no hassle to spend anything extra. Although we found the photos taking on the tour we're great quality and reasonable value for money.
Paul S — Google review
Nice experience where you can see the Sinai desert and Beduins. On the negatives I do have to mention a lot of trash everywhere on the path. From the money all the agencies and safari providers are making, they should organize a clean-up on a weekly or monthly basis.
Boris S — Google review
Nice experience. The ATV ride is about 50min to 1hr all together. The trip begins from the meeting area and ride for about 20 minutes, heading to a Bedouin tent near the mountains for 10-15min rest. You will be offered tea and refreshments. Tea is free, everything else is not. After that you will head back to where the ride started. If you had dinner package along with the safari then you will be taken there. If not, you will taken to the hotel. The only downside, you don’t get to ride the ATV on your own. You have to follow the group in line and you can’t speed nor veer off course.

Sharm El Sheikh is a coastal gem that blends the beauty of nature with the stunning Red Sea. With its turquoise beaches and breathtaking coral reefs, it offers an unforgettable diving experience. Its sunny atmosphere and unique landmarks, like Ras Mohammed Reserve, make it a perfect destination for adventure and relaxation alike.
Mamo T — Google review
A blatant tourists trap. Wouldn't recommend it even if you were paid to visit. Quad bikes are unmaintained and barley running. Rides are slow paced and unsatisfactory. Everything there costs an arm and a leg, they'd even charge you for air and sunlight if they could.

The safari experience was incredible. A little scary sometimes on my quad but the guides have your back and covertly parked trucks are sitting watching if you get into trouble (dunes are pitfalls) To be in the Sinai as the sun went down (bit of a climb but well worth it) was beautiful and we were blessed with a full moon. Food, the entertainment and night track back to base were amazing. Many thanks to all who made that happen.

We have absolutely loved our holiday here with our 2 children (12 & 13). The rooms are perfect, the hotel is beautiful. Everything is kept wonderfully clean and tidy. Our stay at Coral Sea Sensatori was simply the best ever! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt completely looked after. Special thanks to the one and only Mr. Mohamed El Aryaan, the General Manager, for his warm welcome and kind hospitality, and to Mr. Melad Gaber, whose personal attention and professionalism made every dining experience outstanding. My thanks also go to the entire amazing staff at the main restaurant, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and the IVO beach and beach bar teams. This has been the best experience we have had. I definitely would give 100 stars to service from pool cleaners all the way up. The staff cannot do enough for you, and I cannot fault anything about the service. Cleanliness, food, location are second to none. The rooms are spotless and again Abraham our housekeeping man, was polite, friendly and again would go above and beyond. The location is stunning especially the sunrise. The swim up pool rooms are a must especially when it reaches 48° and again pool attendants running to guests with cold flannels and bottles of water ensuring hydration. We will, and can't wait to come back. Thank you to everyone, Sensatori Coral Sea.

Very good service in this resort. Resort has nice rooms , nice pool and nice beach. However, what stands out is the service. The team and the management does an amazing job taking care of the guests. Amazing visit. The staff have been wonderful and work really hard. I would definitely recommend booking the swim up pool room, it was lush bobbing around in the pool and being brought cocktails. All the restaurants are fab, but the stand out one was the Japanese restaurant, we had our own private chef and the food was amazing. There are loads of different fun activities to do. I can see why people return every year. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Royal Savoy from June 11 to June 18 (7 nights), booked a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi on an S-Class Ultra All Inclusive plan. We’ve been loyal guests of the Savoy Group for over 12 years, but this experience was shockingly poor and frustrating from start to finish. Check-in experience was a disaster. We were left waiting for over 3 hours in the reception with no proper explanation or hospitality. That alone set a terrible tone. Room location was extremely far from reception. We were told it’s a “reward” for choosing the Jacuzzi suite, but in reality, it was a downgrade. The staff even suggested we should have gone for a standard room for better location. That’s absurd. The air conditioning was unacceptable. The room never dropped below 24°C, even at night. When we complained, the staff told us, “This is how it is – take it or leave it.” In the middle of June heat, this made sleep nearly impossible. The room was in bad shape. The bed was broken — we’ll attach photos. The jacuzzi was dirty, rusty, and moldy — photos also attached. The terrace window was filthy and greasy, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We requested a room change because being on the 3rd floor in the summer heat with no proper AC was unbearable. The request was flatly denied with no attempt to help. On top of all this, although we booked Ultra All Inclusive with S-Class privileges, we were charged extra money on the last day just because we ordered additional snacks — despite this being normal and included every other day. We chose Royal Savoy expecting an upgrade from the regular Savoy Hotel. Instead, we got worse service, a more uncomfortable room, and a complete lack of professionalism. Honestly, the entire vacation was ruined. The poor air conditioning alone was enough to make the stay miserable. For a hotel that markets itself as “royal,” this was a complete letdown.

The hotel is lovely and the staff can't do enough to help out. The service whilst good takes an age. Getting a tea or coffee in the mornings is at least a 15-20minute wait that's after you've finally been asked what you would like. The location is good and the choice of restaurants is very good, we found the Italian was one of the best and we're very critical being avid Italian food devotees. There are plenty of pools and lots of sunbeds. We were disappointed that you could only get local beer and spirits free having been in Belek Turkey which we rate very highly and hoped this would be the same here. Its been a return visit to the area we were last here 10-12 years ago but we won't be back again. Shame as we had very many happy memories. They do say you should never go back!!!!

Nestled in the vibrant Nabq Bay district of Sharm El Sheikh, Charmillion Club Aqua Park is a fantastic destination for families seeking both relaxation and adventure. This resort boasts an impressive water park featuring 10 thrilling slides for adults and 12 designed specifically for kids, along with a lazy river and wave pool that promise endless fun. After splashing around, guests can indulge in delicious meals at one of the three on-site restaurants or unwind with refreshing drinks from any of the three bars.
First Time at Charmillion Aqua Park (Family Stay with Kids) We are currently staying at the Charmillion Aqua Park with our family, including three children, and I wanted to share an honest review of our experience so far. First of all, the hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling with kids. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and family-oriented. The buffet is great with a wide variety of food to choose from every day – something for everyone, including the little ones. We’ve really enjoyed the meals and the different options they offer. Our room has been cleaned daily, and overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The water park and pool areas are well-maintained and a lot of fun for the children. The only downside we’ve noticed is the dust in the air due to some construction or building work happening close to the hotel. It hasn’t affected our stay too much, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we’re having a fantastic time here, and we would definitely recommend Charmillion Aqua Park, especially for families.

**Very disappointing – not worth the money or my holiday time** I had a very bad experience. First of all, the guy at the reception was rude and unhelpful. I requested to change my room and had to pay extra for a better one. If you're looking for a place suitable for families, this is definitely not the best choice. Sometimes the food in the restaurant wasn't properly cooked. The room service menu was very limited—only one page—and not all the options were available. Another issue: they had a kids' stage show, which was fine, but it was followed by another performance that was not appropriate or enjoyable for families with children. In summary, if you're planning a family vacation, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Ahmad H — Google review
Disappointed — Not Worth the Hype Just got back from Charmillion Club Aqua Park, and honestly, it was a big letdown. The resort is advertised as 5-star, but it felt more like a 2-star experience. Reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Any time we asked for assistance or had an issue we were pretty much ignored. The room had issues from the start — the air conditioning and lights kept switching on and off, which made it hard to relax. We reported it, but it was never properly resolved. The food was bland and repetitive which wasn’t great especially when you have kids. The pools and slides were enjoyable for the kids, but some attractions were closed at times without notice. the water park is a great feature, and the grounds are nice — but service, maintenance, and overall management need improvement to live up to its 5-star rating.
Aaliyah — Google review
I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. I’ve been staying here for four days now, and my impressions are very mixed. I came here with my children. The trip was arranged by a travel agent — a girl from Egypt. She suggested this hotel as one of the best in Sharm. I looked at the photos and reviews and agreed. Unfortunately! She booked a Superior Room Garden View at Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park for us. However, they said it was upgraded, so we were placed in a room overlooking the aqua park. I honestly don’t see what kind of upgrade that is — during the day there’s constant noise from children screaming outside the window. When we entered the room, it turned out to be just a standard room with an extra bed — basically an extremely uncomfortable folding cot. As a result, the three of us are sleeping in one bed. When I went to the reception to ask whether this was really a superior room, they said yes. I contacted the manager who organized the trip to clarify the situation, and she told me there were no other options because of Trump’s recent visit. I wanted to move to another hotel, but this one said they wouldn’t refund the money. After long back-and-forth messages, I decided to stay here. The food in the restaurant is about a 7/10. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which isn’t very pleasant in the heat. The beach itself isn’t suitable for swimming — you can only dip your feet in the water. If you want access to the coral reef, you need to walk another five minutes, and even there the pontoon isn’t finished. You have to walk through shallow water to reach the pontoon and then climb into the sea from there. The territory is large and beautiful — that’s a plus. The aqua park is great too. But the situation with the beach was a big disappointment. Also, the bed linen and towels probably used to be white about two years ago — now they’re grayish, and the duvet cover is torn. The overall cleanliness and maintenance are far from what you expect from a five-star hotel. At this point, this has been our worst experience in Egypt, and we definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel. It’s nowhere near a 5-star standard.

Definitely deserved 5 stars hotel. Stay was absolutely lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed in different so called 5 stars hotel before and trust me, you can really feel 5 stars service here at Charmillion. Everyone does the best to help. And the aquapark is just awesome. Food and drinks are great too! Absolutely would come again.
Arek B — Google review
This hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment, but I would rate it no more than 2 stars due to the poor and sluggish service. On the positive side, the location is convenient and near all attractions. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with old and dusty mattresses and old furniture. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the excessive fan noise made for uncomfortable nights. The food quality is below average, featuring a limited selection at the buffet. The soft drinks are overly sweet, made from powder rather than natural ingredients. Elderly guests should be cautious when selecting the Ground Floor rooms, as there is no elevator to access the second floor. This is particularly important when carrying luggage, as the service for delivering luggage may take up to 1 hours.

My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. There’s something for everyone here — you definitely won’t get bored. I especially want to highlight the animators: they are true professionals. Every day there were fun activities like aqua aerobics, dancing, and games, and in the evenings — shows where you could even take part yourself. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, and the animators themselves were open and sociable — it was always a pleasure to talk to them. There are also plenty of activities for children, so the hotel is perfect for a family vacation. You can easily get to the sea by the hotel shuttle, and there you’ll find an incredibly beautiful reef. Overall, I was very pleased with the vacation and would happily come back again.
Uliana M — Google review
We were not very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, there is a clear lack of organization in many areas. For families, the daytime and evening kids’ animation was very poor, and evening entertainment was limited. One of the few events offered – the so-called foam party once a week – was not even included, and cost $6 per person, which in our opinion is unacceptable for a hotel of this type. The food was edible but not tasty, although of course this depends on personal preferences. We were given a room on the 2nd floor with our children, but right behind the hotel there was ongoing construction starting around 2 AM and continuing through the day. The dust from the work made it impossible to hang clothes outside, as everything got covered in sand. The staff were generally polite and kind, but not always helpful. One receptionist didn’t make any effort to assist us and simply ignored our request, though thankfully another staff member stepped in and helped. Overall, the lack of organization and the amount of chaos during our stay made the experience disappointing.

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in, so much so that I’m already writing this from the airport with the best packed breakfast I’ve ever had. From the moment you arrive the attention to service and detail is impeccable. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel in a king room overlooking the sea. Room was wonderful! The cleaning team are incredible again with little surprises. Everywhere we went from breakfast to the beach the team took care of us and went beyond our needs. Highly recommend snorkelling here the reef is wonderful and we snorkelled from one pier to another along the reef edge. Incredible amount of fish. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, every detail was beyond perfect. I was upgraded to a stunning sea view room, the staff were professional and genuinely caring, and the lifeguard made my child feel safe and excited about snorkeling. Housekeeping service is world-class—twice daily and always on call. Truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had! Highly recommend for families. Many Restaurants to visit and enjoy food, the most beautiful and safe snorkeling experience you can try is here, and they offer breakfast in 3 different restaurants!! What i really love and appreciate ♥️👏 Thank you Four Seasons Sharm Al El Sheikh ⭐️

Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh was pure luxury from start to finish. Everything about this place is exceptional — the elegant rooms, the stunning infinity pools, the world-class dining, and the unmatched service. It truly feels like a private paradise by the Red Sea. To make our stay even more special, we booked a Private Luxury Yacht Cruise with PyraSafari, and it was simply the highlight of our entire trip. The yacht picked us up from the marina nearby, and we spent an incredible day cruising along the coastline, stopping at pristine coral reefs for snorkeling and swimming in the clearest water we’ve ever seen. The crew provided fresh fruits, cold drinks, and even a delicious lunch on board. We played our own music, enjoyed the sun, and had the most relaxing time. PyraSafari made everything feel seamless — from arranging the private transfer from Four Seasons Sharm to personal assistance throughout the trip. If you’re staying at Four Seasons Resort, this is the experience you can’t miss — the PyraSafari Private Yacht Tour combines elegance, adventure, and absolute freedom on the Red Sea. It’s the ultimate luxury excursion in Sharm El Sheikh.

It was a wonderful vacation in an incredible place! The hotel impressed us with its beauty, comfort, and spaciousness. The beach is cozy, with comfortable sunbeds, excellent service, a short jetty, and a beautiful reef full of amazingly colorful fish — everything you need for a perfect holiday. The large, comfortable pool and the beautifully maintained grounds are truly impressive — every detail is thought out to perfection. The hotel staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need. A special thank-you to the General Manager, Mr. Leon Baum, for promptly and efficiently resolving a misunderstanding during check-in and for the continued attention and care throughout our stay. You truly lead a wonderful team! Many thanks to Mr. Mostafa Ibrahim for the warm welcome and for making our arrival so comfortable, to Mr.Atef Mokhtar for the daily calls, care, and cheerful attitude, and to Mr.Ragab Hamouda for the incredibly delicious food and professional service in all the hotel’s restaurants. And the breakfasts — that’s a story of their own! Not even the birds, the wind, or the bright sun could ever spoil them 😉 It was truly an unforgettable vacation that allowed us to fully “recharge.” I will be happy to recommend this hotel to all my clients, friends, and acquaintances. Looking forward to our next visit! 🌴✨

Everything was perfect!!! The food was all great, There are three swimming pools, two beaches, two fitness centers.. hotel is so big that you can't see them all. All the staff were so kind, and I would like to express my gratitude to youssef of the reception for helped us. This was my first trip to Egypt, but I think I will visit Egypt again next time to come back to this hotel

We stayed in the newly renovated twin bedroom with a sea view — the room was spacious, modern, and had an amazing view. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. However, it gets very quiet after around 10 PM, so if you’re looking for a lively nightlife, this might not be the place for you. The beach doesn’t have soft sand, but it offers stunning coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling.

as good as it looks like; we loved it!!! but one star off because the wlan in the rooms worked only 50% of the time and the rooms at the very left are too close to the discos of the town (trash music that is disturbing if you plan to chill the evings at the rooms terrace), also tonnes of plastic water bottles in the club (not very sustainable); dive center is great; service is perfect; one of the few garden feeling restorts

Church
El Sama Eyeen Coptic Church is a serene and beautiful ancient church, adorned with colorful frescoes, paintings, and stained glass. It offers a unique experience with its lovely glass bottomed boat ride. Despite being located in a Muslim country, it exudes peace and tranquility. Visitors are required to dress appropriately or rent attire from the information office. The church features meticulously supplied visual elements and inscriptions in Greek, Arabic, and Hebrew above the paintings that leave a lasting impression.
Probably the most beautiful and spectacular Coptic church on the globe. Worth spending every minute on contemplating the splendid visual elements so richly and meticulously supplied. Greek, Arabic and Hebrew texts from the Bible which are placed above the paintings make a unique and memorable impression.
Dariusz S — Google review
Sharm el Sheikh is a relatively new place. None of the buildings date from before 1980. We were told that this church was only built just over a decade ago. The wall paintings took 2 years to complete and were the work of 2 artists and a number of assistants. Quite simply, the paintings are fantastic. They show many Biblical stories, among them the story of Creation, the fall from Eden, the lives of Moses and King David; as well many key parts from the life of Jesus. The stained glass windows also show a number of key stories; and the light through these enhances the effect of the artist's genius. Virtually every wall and ceiling is decorated, and it could take many hours to truly appreciate the beauty of the work. For me, the most telling piece, though, is actually outside, above one of the doors into the church. It shows the "Children of the World" in a variety of cultural clothing, and is meant to indicate that they are all welcome to enter. It is a truly stunning building, and would be worth visiting to just sit and absorb the amazing talent of those who created the works of art.
Anthony S — Google review
We spent the orthodox Easter here and it was amazing. Full of good hearted people, very kind and very helpfull to us. The church is new, but it is absolutely amazing. All the paintings and arhitecture, the blend of different styles, it was really a great place to visit and just be in awe

Cash only👎 How is a place in the heart of Sharm "One of the most tourist places" don't accept card payment!? Shameful
Abdulkarim A — Google review
Worst experience ever. First the people are awful when my brother has his turn a little boy comes and throws a bowling ball and makes him get 0 points. Second your machines are awful (lane 4) also it kept putting 0 or a strike without even throwing the ball and the staff doesn't care not until we tell them for the 3rd time then they go fix it it was truly bad and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here . I hope u care and actually do something, the bowling balls are bad aswell. Thank you
Nour D — Google review
It doesn’t have that many lanes so during peak times might have to wait to get a lane. For couple of times the machine had a problem replace one of the edge pins. Beside this staff are friendly and the overall environment is good.
Marcio M — Google review
Unbelievable. Such a waste of time and money! We waited for the cones to come more than we played. The cones didn’t come properly. It was never the right amount of them coming back for the second attempt. One of our players always had a strike on the score board even though she didn’t. She couldn’t really play. The cones were either stuck, jammed or just didn’t come. We changed lanes 3-4 times but it didn’t help. Staff doesn’t speak any English at all. We gave up after 50 minutes of attempted game and didn’t even finish half. Disaster.
Lea B — Google review
It's very enjoyable, we waited a bit due to the eid but it's worth it. Prices 120 EGP/person 20 shots.

Nice place. Get so busy in summer so you have to reserve and wait 2 or 3 hours and go early otherwise you will not be able to play. The staff is friendly and helpful. You take discount their 20 % for two when you make the Soho card for free from the office in Soho Square .
Ahmed A — Google review
Staff are really friendly but it seems that the place is very old. Many times the machine skipping candles in both directions sometimes to replace with fewer or after replace shack it and dropped it. The operation moved us to another lane. Anyway, the game was over and everyone was happy. My recommendation is to watch first before selecting the gaming lane.

Naama Bay beach in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt is a popular destination for those seeking relaxation and entertainment. With its stunning sandy beaches, clear waters, and vibrant nightlife, it offers a peaceful yet thrilling atmosphere. The beach is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bazaars, and luxurious hotels. Beach no. 4 at Naama Bay stands out for its beautiful coral reefs and accessibility through Movenpick resort.
had an excellent stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and well-organized, the staff are friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Overall, it was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
Eslam K — Google review
The school's etiquette men at the beach are absolutely rude. They're just trying to get money out of you. They treat you like hotel trash. Their trips ratings are double the normal rate. You can get lower rates in the market or from other companies. If you're a family with children and they're learning about them, they're always using bad language and smoking all the time. If you don't want all this to happen, just give them a lot of money. The sea is full of jelly fish and not suitable for children. Not recommended
Mahmoud A — Google review
I stayed for a few days and honestly, I was disappointed. 🔸 The hotel is very old, especially the bathrooms — outdated and not comfortable at all. They really need renovation. 🔸 I had a bad experience with the rooms. • The first room was very noisy because there were many kids next door. • I changed rooms, but the second room was right next to the DJ area, and I couldn’t sleep because of the loud music all night. 🔸 The soundproofing is very poor, and that really affected my stay. 🔹 On the positive side: • The location is perfect — right in the center of Naama Bay. • The food was actually good and the variety was decent. • Some of the staff were nice and helpful. But overall, the room quality and noise ruined my experience.
Wael M — Google review
Beach no. 4 at Naama Bay is most beautiful in Sharm-el-Sheik. Corals are healthy and colourful, unlike other beaches in Sharm area. The beach is approachable only via Movenpick resort, but it is open to public for 20 USD per day/1 person. Staff is very friendly and kind.
Tomas L — Google review
"The beach is nice, and you can walk in the water for up to 100 meters! However, going beyond that distance along the sea is not allowed. The water depth within this 100-meter stretch is approximately 70 centimeters. For me, this beach was perfect because I just wanted to be in the sea and enjoy the experience. However, if you’re looking for a place to swim along the coastline, this might not be the best option for you. 😊 The food is good, but I wouldn’t recommend buying alcoholic cocktails here—they seem to be quite inexperienced in making them! The sunbeds and umbrellas were arranged through the hotel, so we didn’t have to pay for renting them. However, we voluntarily tipped the staff as a gesture of appreciation." My comment conveys my personal experience, but with regard to cultural attitudes towards beach regulations, relaxation, hospitality, and service etiquette, please note these nuances: 1. Respect for Rules: The mention of not being allowed to go beyond 100 meters in the sea suggests a structured regulation, which may reflect local safety standards or environmental protections common in certain beach destinations. 2. Depth Measurement and Comfort: Highlighting that the water depth is about 70 cm implies a practical concern for accessibility, safety, and comfort. In many cultures, people seek shallow waters for relaxation rather than active swimming. 3. Enjoyment vs. Activity-Oriented Perspective: You contrast your preference for simply being in the water with someone who may want to swim more actively. This reflects a common cultural perspective where some travelers prioritize leisure, while others focus on physical activity. 4. Food and Drink Expectations: Noting that the cocktails were poorly made indicates an expectation of quality in beverages, which might be particularly relevant for cultures that value mixology and skilled bartending. 5. Tipping Culture: In many cultures, tipping is expected as a way of expressing gratitude, while in others, it is more optional. I hope you enjoy your trip.🙂💟💯

It is a beautiful beach, it has many places around where you can eat different types of food or drinks, a few steps away you can also find many more places of all kinds, from pharmacies to clothing stores. The public beach is very small but on the right hand side you can pay only 70 Egyptian pounds and find a much more suitable and spacious place to enjoy bathing in a calm way, the only thing is that there are parts that have rocks under the water with what you have to have a little caution with these.

Love this place. I've been here over 20 years ago for the very first time, and some things changed. First of all, you are not allowed to walk through coral reefs, which is amazing, and finally, there are piers to avoid reef destruction. It's clean, and you need to pay for your sunbeds, which is fair, I believe. Atmosphere didn't change, it's still a cool place to stay with good restaurant above , toilets plus showers and diving centre.

Beach is owned by Sharks Bay hotel and has a E£200 fee if you want to go in the sea. We were there to visit Basata cafe in the far left which was great. The snorkelling here was incredible though, some of the best shoreline coral in Sharm, just use the pier/jetty. Beach itself is okay, sand is quite coarse and sun beds are okay (included in beach fee)
Dan T — Google review
Not only we were not informed of any entry fees upon arrival but also the hotel security guard tried to charge us 10 dollars per person to go in the water(later he got told off and of course he refused it etc) ...this is a scam obviously as the normal entry fee is simply 200 LE (egyptian pounds)!! Be very careful if you visit this beach and do not let them scam you simply because you are a foreigner!! Also this beach is not really worth it as it is extremely rocky and shallow and it is impossible to swim in it (im not exaggeratingyou cannot swim here)...overall Basata is a pretty bar if you simply wanna come over and relax for a coffee (no alcohol served here either) but not really worth a visit for a swim...also be aware the prices here are a bit higher than the other bars

Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve, situated 20km west of Sharm El Sheikh, is a stunning peninsula in the Red Sea known for its protected coral reefs, making it an ideal destination for diving and snorkeling. The area boasts world-famous dive sites such as Shark and Jolanda Reefs, offering rewarding snorkeling experiences with abundant corals and diverse marine life. On land, visitors can explore isolated beaches, mangrove forests, and ancient surface cracks caused by earthquakes.
You can go by boat and it is a real masterpiece. You can swim in certain places. It's much more beautiful under the water than above it. There are colorful fish. The corals and reefs are legendary. You should definitely see it

In addition to the crocodile show, visitors can enjoy feeding monkeys, Tanoura dance, cobra snake shows, and fire shows. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience.

I wouldn't recommend we went Tuesday 10th July 2024. And the pictures you see on the site are not what it's like.. it is very dingey and not a clean looking place the monkeys are kept in tiny little cages and are very scared. And dont look cared for the crocodile is in 1 enclosure that is just horrible and disgusting.. the snakes have tapes around there mouth . Very pushy with pictures on animals don't tell you till after it's cost money he wanted 1400egp I gave him 200egp and left and he started shouting.. to enter the place it cost 1400 egp there is no professionals from Thailand like in the pictures when we went there was me my partner and 4 other people. I do not recomend
