I’ve been to this venue twice now and both times were fantastic! Great venue! Great seats! Great pricing! Loud! Good food! Good drinks! Easy to get to! Good parking! No complaints! One time I forgot about the purse regulation, it has to be clear and small but that was still fine. We went to the “Summer of Loud” concert- need I say more- I definitely needed hearing protection but they gave me some for free!!! 10/10! Highly recommend!

Went here to see Tunechi. His performance was awesome. So three stars for the pavilion experience itself. So yes, we're aware that the pavilion is outdoor/ open air, but apparently whatever tent or covering they use up above traps heat immensely. My friend also couldn't get a phone signal under it though my phone worked well. She has At&T I have Google Fi. I guess it doesn't help for the heat that you have thousands of people in the seating area. It seems I remember there were fans but not sure if they were on. My biggest issue was with one of the vendors there. They were doing margaritas and daiquiris but seems they only had options with dairy. So the one option they told us didn't have dairy, we purchased did taste like it had a little dairy but we dismissed that. But a few hours later our stomachs verified that, yes there was dairy. So better options for mixed drinks need to be provided. Outside of that you only have beer. One other issue was and I don't know if this is on the pavilion or the city; With with such a grand presence as Lil Wayne, there was no traffic assistance there. Nobody directing traffic for parking. Everything was backed up. No police out doing anything. Terrible. So if you're thinking of going here for any events or any busy weekend for the strip that's near, go super early as possible before the event begins. After this experience I realized depending on who I'm going there for, that the best option is to get a room at the hotel at the Marriott. Because even in the parking garage it took us about 30 to 40 minutes to get out of it due to the number of people trying to leave.

We saw Judas Priest and Alice Cooper a few weeks ago. I loved the outdoor concert. The weather was perfect although I can’t imagine what it’s like during peak summer. Biggest complaint?! All of the outdoor smoking. There needs to be a smoking sections as it’s disgusting breathing in smoke from others. It’s very rude in my opinion. Had to keep moving to get away. If you want smoke/vape that’s fine. At least have the common courtesy to smoke in a way it doesn’t affect non smokers. Mid 5/10 cigarettes 🚬

TheCynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion is an awesome venue for concerts. We sat in the pit area the stage was particularly 15 feet away. It was wonderful. The sound was good.. We ate chicken nachos 4/10 Cheeseburger & fries 5/10 1 water 1 Dr. Pepper $59.00 Still had a fantastic time..

My first time here. It is a very nice venue. Event staff were great! They were all very friendly and helpful. They were very organized! It made the experience that much better! Can't wait to come back.

We arrived early and parked on the Timberloch lot. Great experience with the whole venue. We also received a free upgrade from our lawn seats to reserved seating, putting us much closer to the stage than we planned. The staff here is always helpful, and i look forward to future events here.

Great Venue overall. I wish the covered area had cup holders to prevent spills as the rows are small and on an incline. I would also love to see more variety in their food options. If you are new to this venue, prepare to walk, it's a long way from the parking to the venue.

Love the trails here. Been going here for about a year now pretty consistently and it’s close to my house and pretty convenient. The trails are nice and typically pretty well kept up with. Weekdays aren’t too busy during the day but the weekends gets pretty crowded there sometimes. Still a great walking/hiking trail though.

Woodlands city so horrible . Why in the world construction going already 3 months? Lack of planning. Entrance to the park also developed a curb now. So it is difficult to enter without damaging low clearance car

Great trails are very nature focused and not just super wide man-made paths. It's fun and adventurous, but make sure to bring plenty of bug spray

We went during the week, and walked one loop. It is well marked and there are some plant markers. You are sharing the trail with bikes. The trail is soft sand and has many roots. It is beautiful in as natural setting as possible. There were no facilities where we were.

I love the trails!! Whether you go for a walk, hike, run, biking, you will LOVE it! Some are short trails, some are really long and a mixture of difficulty. There’s something for everyone.

I met a group out take a hike and use the inaturalist app. Lovely Trails floral and fauna.

Google bright me to a trailhead with limited parking but there was a lot of parking at the Rob Fleming rec center. Made for a really pleasant 5k on a Saturday morning

I’ve been to Riva Row 2 times now and every time it’s been an amazing experience. My bf and I got the 1 hour rental and it was just enough time to reach the fountain and come back, so if you would like to take it a bit more relaxed or explore further I would definitely recommend the 2 hr rentals. Worth it!!

Fun, relaxing, and family-friendly! We had a great time on the swan pedal boats — such a fun and inexpensive activity for families or even a sweet date. The views were peaceful, and we even spotted a few turtles, which was a fun surprise! The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something laid-back and memorable.

I was able to walk up and ask the procedure for renting a kayak and was greeted warmly. They explained the sign up process and got me out on the water quickly. If I'm ever in Houston again, I'll stop by.

Many watercraft choices to select from and great amenities. Perfect for all families. Unfortunately, staff wasn't helpful or friendly. There is no guide or assistance. At least a simple explanation would be great instead of keys being handed. The life jackets are spotted and smelly. Parking was fine, and seeing wildlife is always enjoyable. Not crowded for being a holiday weekend.

The sawn boat was slow. Every time we paddle, water rushed into our seat through the little holes. By the time we done, our clothes were all soaking wet. It was so sunny and tiring, I wished the swan boat would have some shade. I dont want to come back if the problems are not fixed.

Smooth and easy. I made a reservation online, walked up, handed them my id, and they had a kayak waiting. They were ready to help me back out when I came back as well. Everyone was really friendly and it was a nice day on the lake.

We went as a large group (9 people) in early August. The rental process was easy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The waterway was calm and easy to paddle. The waterway is surrounded by houses and apartment complexes. It's a great paddle for beginners. If you're looking for something more natural and scenic, this is not the paddle for you. Overall, it was a great experience.

Omg this is super nice in the inside but the outside is horrible. I really enjoyed coming to shop today. All the store selections are awesome!!! Enjoyed walking around for 3hrs straight and finding a lot of great selections in shoes and clothes. The clearance in most stores are really nice. The parking is horrible and the people park awful. Not to mention the handicap is for handicap not for your Tesla. It be nice if they monitor the parking area. As. Wheel chair user the parking for handicap is horrible, trash everywhere and well cars that are not suppose to be park there are. Enjoyed a nice clean mall.

This mall is the most spectacular shopping center Ive ever graces. 2 stories with every store you could possibly imagine, and then some! Youll find everything you need. I highly recommend the glass elevator!

I am going to make this review and simply speak to those who have never been to The Woodlands Mall - in order to get my point full across. I’ll preface this review by stressing the fact that Houston has a tremendous amount of excellent “malls” - that’s just a fact. But as far as the north side of town goes - there’s nothing better than The Woodlands Mall, hands down. Bar none. Whether it’s the multi levels of stores offering every single store the average person desires to see in one building, or the vast amount of great, specialty eateries offered in one piece of real estate, or the indoor carousel, the great food court - countless great, niche, one of a kind booths set up throughout the mall - you just gotta visit to experience it. There’s outdoor shopping, beautiful breezeways for enjoying time together - tons of things to do, see and plenty of places to spend your money. 😉😂

Inoperable elevators and escalators with no signs pointing to alternatives for handicapped patrons is lazy, irresponsible and shameful. One would think that the rent prices these high-end stores pay that management and mall employees would share some decency or respect for The Woodlands most vulnerable community members

The Woodlands Mall is a truly beautiful shopping destination. Once you step inside, the atmosphere is modern, clean, and spacious, with a fantastic selection of stores that cater to just about every need. It's a pleasure to walk around and browse the variety of shops and dining options. The interior is consistently well-maintained and provides an excellent experience. My only reason for not giving it a perfect five stars is the condition of the parking lots, which are a bit dated and could use a significant refresh. Despite that, it's still a top-tier mall and well worth the visit.

I would say that this place is full of neat stores with optional food choices! A great mall to come and hang out at.

I disliked this experience today. Ellen was not very compassionate. I wanted to enjoy my experience but the initial impression was that they do not care about the families who may not be able to afford the cost. My kids noted that the staff was not very friendly and there were not a lot of interactions with the staff. One lady just walked around and never spoke or said hi or anything. They could smile more and be more friendly upbeat in a kid friendly environment.

My 4 year old and 1 year old absolutely loved our morning here! We brought a picnic lunch and ate it outside the door at the picnic tables. It was perfect!

Will not be returning. Pretty rude staff. They were annoyed we did not buy tickets ahead of time. Told us next time we needed to. Then… They were annoyed we paid with cash. Then told us to come in next time early because they’ll be closing in two and a half hours and there is no refunds if we did not get to everything. Then… Told my oldest he wouldn’t enjoy because he was too old. Even though his age level is on what is recommended…developmentally the activities that are set up are prefect for him. He felt like he was allowed to play with after that comment. Asked to leave because this place was for babies. As he was playing on the fire truck and kitchen staff told him to let the little ones play and move out of the way. He is tall for his age so many assume he’s older. Even though he played with SEVERAL kids older than him, but shorter. He was not rambunctious & played with the young toddlers that approached him. (Even pretended and let the little ones tell him how to “cook” or play in whatever way they requested.) I asked about the classes that they offer there. Very cold in response and told me my oldest could attend. I let them know I was inquiring for my youngest. They asked were we were form whenever I said it - they said it would be a far drive for us to make. Then walked away. Very few things I can take my toddler and oldest to enjoy together. This location is a great option for us but we will not be returning. Over priced for the areas set up. It cost to return is play school and activities set up for short entertainment. Would consider going to special events to make it worth while… However, staff were negative, annoyed, and not enjoying themselves at a CHILDREN PLACE. What is more fun than that? We did every section and enjoyed it with in one hour and forty five minutes. We had time to spare!

Went in for the rhyme circle time for toddlers and it was so sweet! My daughter really enjoyed it, she is 17 months. After story time we walked around the museum and she played in many of the different stations set up throughout. All in all it was lots of fun, clean and a friendly environment. We will be back!

It was our first time at this Museum and overall it was a good experience. Some of the negatives were that it was very crowded shortly after opening during the weekend. It was also much, much smaller and warmer in the building than we expected. Lastly, the layout and design of some of the structures makes it very difficult to keep an eye on your child. However, the inside was clean and decorated wonderfully. We are just happy places like this exist.

Inexpensive, and tidy place to spend a couple hours with kids age 2-5. Lots of fun activities for kids that stimulate the imagination like a truck, grocery store, fire station, cooking and cleaning chores, magnet & light wall, giant blocks and trains. Downsides: the sand exhibit uses rice instead of sand and there's barely any to speak of. Also the water exhibit is boring, everything floats, you can't block the flow of water, it's simply not stimulating. Not ready to revisit just yet.

Nice area to take a stroll. Lots of people walking, jogging, exercising, etc. It was pretty warm, not a whole ton of shade but there were some areas you could stop to get away from the sun. If I lived in the area I'd probably take a stroll there often. The koi garden was a nice stop. great view from the apartments looking into the garden.

Great place to visit for many reasons. The walkway along the water is great for cardio or a relaxing walk. If you want to go for happy hour or have dinner there are many great options for restaurants. The nightlife is also fun.

Woodlands Waterways is a man made canal system in a ring like structure that runs about 2.5 kilometers from the Woodlands Mall area. This is such a beautiful and safe walk with lush green plants and grass on one side, and the beautiful river like body on the other. At sunset it gives an amazing view and by night it’s beautifully lit by lights. Place to be enjoyed by all age groups!

Lovely place to visit with family, friends or as a couple. It is ideal for having a relaxed time, enjoy a walk with amazing views. If you feel like it you can rent a Kayak or other water vehicles to travel along the waterway. While walking you may find ducks, turtles and if you are lucky a beautiful deer.

We love the waterway. There are plenty of sidewalks and walking trails, restaurants, green spaces, art installations, even a boat launch where you can rent kayaks and canoes. Such a fun, safe area for an outdoorsy family fun day!

We reserved Texas TreeVentures on a Wednesday afternoon for our group, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure everyone felt safe and confident before getting on the course and stayed engaged throughout our time there. The park itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a perfect balance of challenge and fun. It was a great way for our group to connect, have fun, and try something out of the ordinary. Highly recommend for team outings, group events, or anyone looking to climb, swing, and laugh together. We’ll definitely be back!

This is such a fun place!! My daughter and I had a blast! I loved that there were different levels of difficulty as we were both beginners and had to build up our confidence. The staff was very helpful and watchful, which was very comforting as well. I highly recommend this experience, just beware that the helmets smell awful.

Texas TreeVentures was definitely out of my comfort zone! 🌳 I faced my fears by simply participating! TT was an exhilarating aerial adventure course. The park features a rich natural backdrop, including Spring Creek, diverse wildlife, and extensive wooded trails. 🪵 You will for sure have an immersive outdoor experience where you can enjoy the thrill of high-flying activities amid the beauty of nature. 🌲 I appreciated the non-linear “challenge-by-choice” setup allowing me as a participant to select obstacles that matched my comfort and skill level, providing a personalized adventure. All staff were friendly and professional, ensuring my upmost safety at all times ⛑️!

This place is great! All of the employees were very friendly. They greeted us with excitement and welcomes. The adventure was pretty fun. This is a great place to teach folks how to use their body . The only thing I didn't like was , I am tall and the safety cable was almost always right where my head or chest is, so the course was harder with that . Great place to experience!

We had a great time. The instructors clearly explained all of the safety requirements and the three of us went. My granddaughter ( 13) my grandson(17) and me (70)..the courses have différents level of difficulty and we each had a blast..

November 14, 2024. It's a very nice area where I come here jogging or walking. I am a woman, peaceful minding my own business, and yes. I dress conservative, yet the construction/maintenance workers are constantly harrasing me. These are just some of the examples. Some are following me around in those moving carts, or lawn carts and I am using my phone to listen to my music while jogging/walking yet I am alert of these individuals. It's very sad that i come here to this beautiful area to work out and distress yet I constantly have to be alert in survival mode because they scare me how they act. They are so primitive. Yelling and making noises at me like they never seen a woman working out before. It's very uncomfortable feeling harrased and followed by these disgusting individuals.

Second visit to the Woodlands Waterway. It was a place for pictures. We stopped by Mahoney’s for dinner. The ambience was great and so was the food and staff.

This park is so beautiful. The lake, the waterfalls, the beautiful restaurants, the free bus ride for your convenience to take you around the park if you don’t want to walk, the statues of historical events that reminds or educate, it gives a feel of a museum but with a twist cause it's outdoor. It’s a good place to spend time with your loved ones because of the relaxing and calm environment and it’s also a good photoshoot spot. Overall I had an amazing experience👌🏾

Awesome environment. Great place to get a nice run with scenery. Go on a date, or take the family. Even better views at night. Good restaurants near by..pricey...but worth it!!!

Great place to spend the day! You can shop, eat, ride swan paddle boats, ride the tram around the waterway, lots of bridges and beautiful landscaping!

We had a great time at the rink. We visited on the disco music theme night. The rink was busy but it did not feel overcrowded.

I had an amazing experience at The Woodlands Ice Rink! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had everything they needed. The rink itself was well-maintained, with smooth ice and plenty of space for skating. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skater, there are spots for everyone to enjoy. The atmosphere was so fun, with great music playing and a lively crowd, but it never felt overcrowded. They also have a nice concessions area for a warm drink after skating. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for family fun, date nights, or just a fun outing with friends. Highly recommend!

I have skated here for forever and I have always had an amazing experience! The staff are nice—especially the manager, she is really sweet. They make it easy to exchange your skates if they do not fit. They've even added benches near the rink itself to put on skates easier! Will come again🤩

Wonderful staff - especially Dan! The ice rink is very small and feels over-capacity. Every time you or your child falls, you run the risk of being trampled. Perhaps tickets should be limited for each timed session to avoid overcrowding during the holidays. It would make all the difference.

First Day Of The Season And I Had Such A Great Time!! My 2 Year Old & 7 Year Old Had So Much Fun. Can’t Wait To Go Again!!

I brought my 3 year old granddaughter for her first time skate. She really enjoyed it! The staff were awesome and very friendly and the ice was super good! I was a skater a long time ago, and went on the ice as well. We had a good time and went back for a group lesson, which I recommend also! Next step is to schedule some private lessons. I think The Woodlands Ice rink offers an excellent start for young and old beginners, and the price is very reasonable.

We've been going a few times each season for several years, and always enjoyed it. This time, the rink was extremely crowded when we were there - to the point of being stressful vs enjoyable. This is also the first year I've experienced large groups of young teen standing in clumps out on the ice blocking the flow of skaters. The rink refs need to teach/encourage/enforce basic rink etiquette (be aware of your surrounding skaters, look before you come onto the ice, don't just stand around on the ice...). Would love to see them implement a couple of things: 1) a cap on the height of people using the "trainers" - it doesn't help you learn, if you're bent over it 2) lanes - outer ring for beginner/novice that might want to grab the rail, a middle lane for intermediate skaters unlikely to fall and confident to navigate around each other, a center area for experienced skaters

Our favorite park in the woodlands hands down! I take my 10 year old girl to the beach volleyball court and love to beat the high schoolers lol Also kayaking on the lake!!! Love the family environment and live music on weekends!!!

This place is great for paddle boarding or kayaking. It’s a decent size lake and don’t have to worry about boats really. Though water isn’t great for swimming it’s still fun. There’s also a park for the kids and a volleyball court with sand. There’s plenty of docks as well and plenty space for fishing.

This park has never disappointed. During our most recent visit, where the photo was taken, we were able to easily find a bench to sit at and there was a very nice breeze that relieved the texas heat. The ducks were either full or tired because they weren’t interested in food, but every other time they have been so thats fine.

My family and I absolutely love North Shore Park! It's our go-to spot for a fantastic day out, with something for everyone to enjoy. I'm an avid paddleboarder, and the lake here is perfect for it. The water is calm and the scenery is beautiful, making for a relaxing and enjoyable time on the water. While I'm out on the lake, my kids have a blast at the playground. It's well-maintained and has a great variety of equipment to keep them entertained for hours. We also love that the park offers so much more. The beach volleyball courts are a huge plus, and we often get a friendly game going. And the Concert in the Park series on Sundays is a highlight of our weekends. It's such a great atmosphere to relax, listen to some live music, and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The park is always clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. Whether you're a water sports enthusiast, a family with young kids, or just looking for a beautiful place to unwind, North Shore Park has it all. Highly recommend!

This is such a beautiful park, and anytime I visit, I wish we would come here more often. My only complaint would be that it gets very busy and crowded, but I've only come on the weekend, so maybe it's less crowded on the weekdays? I'm not sure. There's usually a nice breeze because its right off the water and they have ample parking and picnic tables. The playground is a good size and lots of fun.

Northshore Park in The Woodlands, TX is a fantastic and very safe place for gatherings! You can play games, have a barbecue, or join a volleyball match with friends. The atmosphere is lively, and the live music in the evenings makes it extra special. The only downside is that some water fountains don’t work, and the restrooms aren’t always clean or fully functional (no water in the second tap for washing hands). Still, it’s a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors! 5 ✨!!!

The sound room is amazing, the speakeasy setup is very fun and unique. The server was very rushed and short with words. It took 45 minutes to get our food, it came out and was ok. For the price I felt it wasn’t that great. It took about 10 minutes to get a refill once I asked. My wife ordered a drink and it took 20 minutes to get it at the table. Keep in mind there were only about 30 people total in the restaurant. The atmosphere was great. The music was live and the artist Sammie Rae and she was amazing. That was the only bright spot of our evening. After cover and food and drink we spent 200$ for 3 of us. We probably won’t be back.

I found the venue to be quaint with good sound quality. However, the customer service was terrible. I arrived 30 minutes before the show started to meet with friends. When I walked through the door, the gal who "greeted" me was anything but welcoming. I felt like my presence was an inconvenience to her. I smiled at her and explained it was my first time there - I tried to be friendly - but her attitude stayed the same. Like my being there was inconvenient to her. I didn't have a ticket for the show that night, but the website said I could buy tickets at the door. When I asked the "greeter" about buying a ticket, a man standing next to her said that I could purchase a ticket from him. ...and he was less friendly than the "greeter". I bought my ticket for the show and, with my credit card still in my hand, I asked the bartender what beer they have on tap. The man I bought the ticket from abruptly stated that I could not buy a drink from the bar; and that I had to be served from a table. I smiled and explained (again) that it was my first time there. I find my friends at a table near the stage - they were eating dinner. Our server came over pretty quickly and she was so nice with great big smile and took my order. ...but then it took 20 minutes for my drink to get to me. She was sweet and apologized several times but it was just one beer - my friends had their tea and water refilled a couple of times during the wait. I am not a picky person. I've been a server, and worked in a few restaurants so I know dealing with the public can be difficult. ...but I walked in with a smile on my face, in a great mood because I was early to the show, no stress because I found the venue with plenty of time, and about to listen to live music with some great friends. I don't get it - if you don't like being a greeter or working with the public then go do something else. I didn't let the terrible service ruin my vibe. The show was great.

Ambiance: Western, country themed cafe + restaurant with a whiskey bar, music stage, and multiple areas of seating. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just drinks & apps! They have live music nights & a fairly expansive menu - mostly bbq based! I was pleasantly surprised by the empanadas - totally recommend the gravy sausage empanadas! Friendly service & quick to bring out our order. They have a weekly lunch special as well as happy hour deals. Parking onsite, clean interior. I will definitely go back!

We had a great time there. Everyone loved their food. The coffee was fantastic. She was even able to find me milk that suited my dietary restrictions and she convinced me to do a flavor which ended up being a fantastic idea. The service was amazing and Misty was a delight. The country show after was also a lot of fun.

I love the antique decorations on the walls. It brings back fond memories from my youth. The restaurant is extremely well kept which is always a good sign. They have daily specials with a few all-you-can-eat days. I tried the all-you-can-eat brisket Monday and was pleasantly surprised. The cuts of meats varied from moist to lean but they were all tasty. Two sides are also included with premium sides having an additional charge. Drinks are separate. You get two slices of brisket with each request and refills of your sides as well. The BBQ sauce is thick and flavorful. It comes separate in a syrup jar, so you can smother your meats or dip it in a sauce cup. Definitely worth a try.

We had a great ‘breakfast for lunch’ lunch here (be sure to try the brisket hash). As soon as you walk in, it feels comfortable and inviting. Our server was Laurie and she made us feel like old friends immediately. As I was taking some pictures she said ‘you have to see this’ and opened up a wine rack to show us the speakeasy in the back. They also have live music in the evenings. We will be back for sure.

We love going here for breakfast. I had the bagel sandwich with sausage which was surprisingly good. My wife had the breakfast burrito all the way which wasn't as good but tasty in its own right. We also bad shrimp and grits which dissapointingly only had 2 small shrimp. Our waitress was great and the ambiance exudes texas!

The bank heist was so fun! Audrey and Alex were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back! 10/10 would recommend

Super nice and shady trail. I am riding a hybrid bike with wide knobby tires and it does just fine. Mountain bike not really needed. Well maintained trails.

There is so much beauty to see and hear all around you. I heard 10 new birds on my Merlin life list. We will definitely be back soon.

Great place to go for a hike and get lost in time birdwatching! We ran into an alligator by the end of a trail so please respect nature and keep your distance, but most importantly, keep your dogs on a leash. I don’t think in 3 hours I walked 1/4 of the place but it was super fun

Update: I'm not sure when it happened, but a bird blind was added to the trail and while I'll not a birder, it's a really cool addition (see photos for details) in a really cool spot on the trail! To get to the blind, get on the trail opposite of the main trail off the parking lot (the side of the lot where you have to hop over the wire fence and hike for about a mile. You can't miss it! This place rocks! We came out here for a walk over the long weekend and then my wife and I came out early this morning for a little pre-work hike. I'm not sure how many miles of trails there are, but looking at the posted signs, you could probably get at least 10 miles in. It's a beautiful, serene place with tons of nature and wildlife. And if you're a birder, this is the place for you! You can also ride your bike out here, which I might do one of these weekends so I can see just how long of a trail system it is. After your hike, jump in your car and hop on over to Lovebean or Levure for a coffee and breakfast!

This trail is well populated by hikers and bikers and offers lots of shade and spots to view birds and fauna. Easy to park and if you hike the round trip from Creekside Park trailhead to Rob Fleming Rec Center, it’s about 11 miles. Great for novice hikers and families. Hiking shoes/boots recommended but not required.

Great place for walking and biking. The trails are well maintained. Good tree cover through most of the trails. It gets narrow sometimes and there are a lot of bikers on the trails. The ponds are very beautiful.

Absolutely the best trails is the Woodlands! These trails are well maintained and incredibly scenic. I run a lot of trails in the North Houston area and these are by far my favorite!

Took our inflatable on it's maiden voyage with a few friends. Safe to say. Many more trips will be had here. We are on an Intex K2 Excursion Pro. If you do not have a life vest, you may borrow one from Riva Boat House. Not nessecary, but I prefer to be cautious

Lake Woodlands The Woodlands Houston Texas. It's a like on Panther Creek in the middle of the Woodlands. There are nice residences along it and also high-rise Office Buildings along the shore. North Shore Park is on it. There are paddle boats to rent and places to park. It is handicap accessible. There are lots of restaurants on Restaurant Row by Whole Foods. It's a pleasant place to visit and you don't need a boat to enjoy it. There is no walkway that goes all the way around it. Just shorter walkways on each side. I have been here before and I will come again. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you like my review leave a thumbs-up.

Love this lake. It's serene and quite all the time. They have a little playground for the kids and trails to ride the bike. Isn't a big spot but can easily spend 1-2 hrs.

Did the reservation online. Didn't have to wait to get my hydro bike. One recommendation is that it is tiring. I decided to do 2 hrs just in case. Friendly service and you’re starting close to the fountains which are a great way to cool off in your kayak on a hot day. I would recommend this place if you want to enjoy an hour or two on the lake. From this location you have enough time to get to the Water Dragon and back if you have the arm strength.

It had an amazing time at this lake. I went for a two hours boat ride and it was worth the $60. They have bikes you can ride on the water but somehow I am unable to post them here. The bikes can be a little difficult to ride if your not used to riding bikes but once you figure it out, it’s much fun. There’s no area to change so come fully changed. 1 hour ride is $30 two hours $60 and if you go over that, it’s additional $5 dollar per hour. Once you take the boat, go to your left and go until the end. It takes 45 minutes to reach there weather your on kayak or the bike. It’s such a beautiful scenery very beautiful houses and the views is phenomenal. There’s also bunch of good restaurants around here and I think there’s also some public swimming pools within the area. Employees are nice BUT ONE THING I NOTICED! THEY ARE NOT TOO CONCERNED WITH PATRONS ONCE YOU TAKE THE BOAT. Your on your own they don’t give you any safety instructions incase of an emergency situation. There’s no good back support which is not cool at all.

Kayaking throughout the day with the views of the lake, and beautiful custom built houses is great!

This is such a nice and fun experience to try. If going during the day then Paddle boards or Swan boats may be best. Great workout. I suggest doing the bikes in the evening when the sun goes down. The company definitely needs to clean their bikes, we had spiders crawling over us and I had a spider bite. Spraying the bikes down would be a good idea.

If you're looking for something fun to do that's off the beaten path, this is the place! Super easy to suit up, grab a kayak and head out on the water. Staff has always been very friendly and assists you with anything you need, especially when you're new to kayaking (recommend going paired first time out). If you're looking to save time, call ahead and reserve, this has helped me in the past so I don't end up being put on a wait list. Also, fill out their waiver online.

We parked and Rode the Trolley around for a few, It was fun seeing all the places you Might miss Otherwise.. There are many Trolley stations around the Area to be picked up @ . To pick up and Drop off. The Trollys are Free to ride on during operating Hours.. at the waiting areas they might come every 10 minutes, sometimes 15 if its Busy!! My family enjoyed Riding! The drivers were very Nice.. There are 5 of us .. We had no problem Hoping on one each time😊

When we got on this trolley we almost missed it but this wonderful driver named Jessie noticed and let us on me and my family loved this experience it was so fun for them:)

Great service! I rode today with my 19 month old son and my mom. The driver was very nice and took the time to answer any questions we had, he was also a cautious driver. We all had a great experience and can't wait to ride it again!

We were waiting for the trolley to Hughes Landing, when the trolley in the opposite direction pulled up, empty. The driver asked us to board, she would take us there, since the next trolley would only arrive in half an hour. Great service. Everybody wore their masks. Did I mention this is a free service?

Lost a cell phone on the trolley Saturday night. Sunday morning went to the trolley's parked at the Library before 11 am and a drivers confirmed, a phone had been turned in by a trolley driver the night before. He went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me retrieve the phone. Hat's off to the Trolley Drivers! Thanks your doing a wonderful job!

Every year, the museum has a wreath laying ceremony the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend. A local boy scout troop presented the flags and led the pledge of allegiance. Local veterans, Tomball's mayor, the local VFW leadership, and the public attend, some say a few words to the crowd. The ceremony remembers the 9 Tomball High School students who lost their lives in WWII, but all veterans are honored. There was a missing man table, and a veteran read a powerful explanation of the symbolic items on the table. The ceremony was somewhat casual but still full of dignity and respect. It's less than an hour long, and many of us brought our own chairs so we could take it in and not stand in the heat. This Tomball tradition shares some local history and reminds us what Memorial Day is really about. For history buffs, the museum hosts other interesting events throughout the year. I've been to an afternoon tea and a few other things. The museum offers a membership, and the volunteers that keep it up and put on the events are passionate about their local history outreach. I thought I heard theyre available for events and weddings. The grounds are beautiful.

Amazing place! Remember to check their hours on their website. You are not able to browse on your own, you have to do a tour, so make sure to get there at least an hour and a half before they close so you can catch the tour! My niece and I got there at 4:30 on a Saturday and they squeezed us into the tour, and the tour guide was so sweet and amazing! The cost is about $13 per person I believe. Awesome experience, thank you for showing us around!!

Nice 19th and early 20th century structures. Church, several homes, old log cabins, oil drill and pump rigs, sawmill, and jail. Easy paved sidewalks to see all the buildings. But no wheelchair access into the buildings.

November 6, 1982 I married my love in that little white church. We visited last week and grabbed a selfish! 40 yrs & I'd do it again!

I took some of my engagement photos here and loved the way they came out! The Museum welcomes photography, however, only after their closed! Which was honestly not a problem at all! I loved my photos and using the premises! It's so beautiful and rustic! Be sure to check out this beautiful hidden gem!

We had a great time celebrating my son’s 4th birthday! The staff was great and helpful throughout our event, and the team member assigned to our party did a great job leading about (15) four year olds in making their slime! The museum was clean and set up just for us!

My son and I had the best play date! We went on a Monday mid morning. The staff was so friendly, the place was very tidy and the variety was great. My little boy keeps talking about how much fun we had and can’t wait to go back.

Play Street Museum was amazing! The party host was professional, sweet and attentive to every detail of my grandson’s 1st birthday party. I will definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for a cute little play space for kids. I LOVED this place!♥️

The facility is beautiful in photos but extremely run down in person. The play area is absolutely filthy….. and I’m not just talking toys everywhere from kids playing, it’s actually DIRTY. For $16 admission I had higher standards….. I’ll be sticking to Oh Toodles where it is clean and cared for better.

We had the best birthday party at Play Street the Woodlands! Our party attendant, Jordan was so helpful setting up, and keeping the party rolling. Our guests had a blast, and we can’t wait to go back.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, it was AMAZING!! I’ve done a lot of VR stuff, but this is by far the best. It was a lot more interactive then other things we’ve done and the escape rooms were so much fun. The staff was so nice and accommodating and it was a great way to spend an evening. I can’t recommend it enough!

My family and I went to visit and we loved it. It has arcade games just like old school. While my kids played with the VR headsets, I was playing Pac-Man. The owners are super nice and made the experience even better.

Virtual hangout is a super fun and immersive experience. Staff is extremely friendly and make sure that your needs are met. 10/10 would recommend virtual hangout to anyone looking for a good time in a virtual world.

First time trying a virtual reality game. This was so fun. It took a little bit of getting used to, trying to remember not to lean on the virtual table that wasn’t actually there! Ha!! Fun stuff. The dragon one was my favorite.

Expensive but great

This is our favorite water park in the Woodlands! It’s always clean and they have triple the amount of lifeguards than any other waterpark. For parents with younger kids, they have the best splash pad and not too far from the chairs where you can watch them closely. This waterpark is also great for kids who are starting to learn how to swim as the lazy river and main pool are only 3 feet so they’re still able to stand if they’re tall enough. Try to get there early as the shaded chairs are always full.

Completed a Water 5K @ this aquatic center. 🌊. Nice area. Very scenic. 🏊🏾‍♀️ A resort-style waterpark featuring a 500-foot lazy river, a two-story flume slide 🛝 and a zero-depth entry pool 🩱 🩳 . Interactive play structure with a 150-gallon dump bucket, lap lanes & shaded seating. 💦 🪣

We had lots of fun here during summer break! I’ve never brave enough before to try the big slide anywhere but i tried it here and it’s so much fun! My kids also love it. Anyway turns out the big tube is free but you have to find it by yourself (like under the slide after someone done with it) since it’s limited.

Kids enjoy the park, clean and organized, highly recommended.

Water Park for all ages to enjoy with their families and friends. Life guards on the premises, strolling by or over to assist a young child or adult. While wadding, or walking around to check-in on the guests who frequent the establishment.

We hosted our kids birthday party here and JD and the manager Summer were awesome! They were so kind and provided excellent customer service and made sure our guests checked in and made the whole process easy for us. Everyone at the front desk to the amazing lifeguards are always so courteous and professional. The life guards take their jobs very seriously and I always feel safe with my children’s water safety here. The township does a wonderful job at ALL of their community pools hiring the very best staff and lifeguards. A+ experience all the way!

Such a great place for families! Rob Fleming Aquatic Center is clean, well-maintained, and super fun for all ages. The lazy river, splash areas, and slides kept the kids entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of shaded spots to relax. Perfect for a summer day out—highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

This is a fun and free thing to do with your kids on a day when being outside is not an option. There's plenty of options for both little and big kids. A cafe, tables, chairs, and resting areas for adults as well. The only thing I didn't love about it is how hard it is to keep track of your kids if you are on one level and they go up or down stairs, then you have to get up and follow them to know where they are. For older kids I'm sure it's okay but with younger kids it's kind of overwhelming

This is a great church. You can feel the Holy Spirit in every Saturday and Sunday service. We’re glad we found this church when we moved to the area.

Woodlands Church has truly been a blessing to our family during our vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and spiritually uplifted. The worship team is absolutely amazing, full of passion, talent, and authenticity. I genuinely felt the presence of God during the service. Our children have loved every minute in the WC/KIDS area. It’s vibrant, fun, and incredibly well-organized, a safe space where they can learn, play, and grow in their faith. This church is more than a place of worship, it’s a community that radiates love, excellence, and purpose. We’re so grateful to have found it during our time here. Highly recommended!

Visited this church for the first time yesterday and I can't say anything bad about my experience. The campus is beautiful, greeters were so welcoming, especially Chuck and Shelly. The worship team was also inside speaking and welcoming people as they came in. Mark sat by me the whole service and it was just such an amazing feeling of being accepted like family. The worship was phenomenal and the word was so spot on. I'm usually in this area one weekend out of the month and I will definitely be visiting here every time!

Woodland Church hosted the Capture Summit ministry conference in 2024 and 2025. Beautiful facility and people were very nice, helpful and friendly. Everything was very well organized and in order... Great place to Worship!!!

Easter service was wonderful! Our grandchildren enjoyed their service and the Easter Egg Hunt. One of our granddaughters came home singing: “Yes, Jesus Loves Me! “ I sing that song with them often, but she started singing it on her own in the back seat of the car after church service today. That brought so much JOY to my heart!💗😇🙏🏽

Always something to do. Today was an Ironman! Even without events, the walks here are one of our family's showoff things for visitors.

Excellent place to go for a nice walk. See the water front, watch the Cynthia words, Michelle pavilion, see the collection of public art. Take the George Michel niche preserve. Sometimes enjoy a free outdoor concert. Enjoy the woodlands, waterway. There are fountains at the waterway square. Number of parks, almost 220 miles of trails and 150 parks in the area and the largest collection of public art. Many things to watch on this place

This a great area of the Woodlands. I didn't know they were doing an event called the lighting of the doves, but I was curious about the gathering crowd. Turns out it was a Christmas themed event. The fireworks were awesome. The Riverwalk looked great with all the trees illuminated. The next time I'm in the area, I'm going to try the water bicycles at the Riva Row Boat House.

Love to spend time relaxing around this cozy place. Good place to take a walk, do a morning jog, kayaking or such on a normal day. Great place to enjoy the weekend during the festive seasons or grand event like IRONMAN North America Championship 2019. The place is nice and clean. There are lots of restaurants and shopping markets around the park.

Beautiful trail! You can walk around or take the trolley ( it's free). There are several areas for entertainment. I recommend the mall in case weather is super hot!

Newly renovated playground. There is a small pavilion, basketball courts, small pond for fishing and tennis courts. But take note there are no restrooms.

Great park to hang out with friends. Come join Scrutonia and have adventures, you will find our fort near the field. Our clan has nerf gun fights and build forts in the woods.

About an hour north of downtown Houston west of i-45. A small community park in a wooded setting. Nice clean well kept all the grass is cut. Nice homes it feels like a very safe neighborhood. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. It's hard to see because of the trees. But the GPS takes you right there.

Capstone Park is a nice park to visit if you would like to have a walk in an open field. There are no walking paths, just a sidewalk along the edge of the park. The park is surrounded by houses on two sides. There is a tennis court enclosed by a fence. There is a small playground and adjacent to that is a basketball court. There is a lake that is very pretty and quite big for the area. The parking lot is small but efficient. If you have kids who like to run free and play this is the place for you to go because there is a very large open field with lots of green grass. It would also be nice place to walk your dogs. There is not really much to see in the park except trees and grass.

We became trapped in the tennis court, the door we entered through had vanished. After pacing around a couple of times, an opening presented itself and we entered the vortex. Gertrude was the gatekeeper, an old Dutch woman coming in at around 5’6”. She was likely near 6’ at her prime. She asked us a few questions in her native tongue, Dutch I believe. Pointed into the woods and asked us to retrieve a log for her fireplace, otherwise she would cast a spell upon us. We met the demands and she guided us to a portal through the slide. We weren’t able to fit through, at that point we had to abort the mission. Overall, great experience. Thank you Capstone Park.

Sit-down merry-go-round, sand volleyball. Two playground areas, one very good for toddlers and small children, the other very good for bigger kids who like to climb with several climbing features. Mom&Me swings.

This park playground has a unique design with woods elements. A couple unique aspects are the abacus, the parent and child swing combos, and the merry go round that allows it to be pushed while riders are seated on it.

It's a nice park with a playground for big kids and one for toddlers. There were a lot of ants on most of the slides when we went for some reason.

This park is located along a little green belt where a lot of dog walkers frequent. It has one of the best toddler equipment aside from the major parks. There is also a small parking lot if you drive there.

This is an awesome gallery in the Woodlands area. It is a constant changing kaleidoscope of artists from across Texas. The owner has an excellent eye and very selectively curates her gallery, and it shows.

It’s rare in the art world to get the whole package at a higher standard. Ardest Gallery is just that. A place for artists and art lovers to ; enjoy art, show art, apply for shows, attend exclusive events and experience some of the Houston’s most talented artists! If you love and appreciate Visual Art, this local gem is a MUST on your ‘to do list’.

Julie Verville's Ardest Gallery, located at the Grogans Park Center, is a wonderful addition to the Woodlands area art community. She actively curates a variety of events and draws talent from Houston and beyond in her rotating monthly exhibitions. Just a great place to check out!

The Ardest Gallery has quickly become one of our favorite hot spots for a fun weekend activity. I never knew how much I truly love and admire art. Each week the gallery offers new eye candy to ponder over and it feels special to now have one of a kind pieces in my own home. Easy conversation starters when we host! It’s truly a blessing to have such a local gem. Julie is amazing and has such an eye for extraordinary art. You have to stop by! You won’t be disappointed!

Went to check out this gallery that just moved to The Woodlands. Blown away. Extremely well done. Great variety or art at fair prices. Lots of events/classes for adults and kids. Owner/Curator was there. She is not only nice and easy to talk with, but clearly passionate about art and helping artists. Can’t wait to go back. Maybe for the Gouache class in late June…
