Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, located in Collinsville, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site preserving the remains of an ancient Native American city that existed around 1100 CE. The site features over 80 man-made mounds and archaeological remnants of the pre-Columbian urban center. Visitors can explore artifacts, ruins of homes, and monuments while enjoying scenic views of St. Louis across the Mississippi River.
There is no other place like it in North America north of Mexico. A UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Visitor’s center is closed in 2025 but don’t let that stop you from visiting if you are in the area. There are dozens of mounds to be seen and walked around. Especially Monk’s Mound where you can walk to the top and get a great view of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. It’s a fascinating site and example of the sophistication and organization of Woodland period Native American peoples.
Stephen B — Google review
A wonderful place to stop and see a piece of history. The grounds were well kept, signs are well placed. The stair leading to the top are well spaced out so people of all activity levels can make the climb. There was a bench about halfway up and at the top to sit as needed. Having a personal connection to Mississippian tribes I found the area to give me a sense of connection to my heritage. To see the landscape how it was.
Lawana M — Google review
This was a really cool place to check out! We walked up the staircases to the top of the largest Mound and took in the views. Absolutely amazing. Doesn't take long to climb up and there were lots of people of all ages there, some were there for exercise. It was a fairly clear day with a little wind. We spent almost an hour walking around the one area and up the main mound. We didn't go across the street to the building, there were several cars parked over there too.
Vicki G — Google review
This was my first visit to the park, and it’s full of fascinating history and details. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys exploring new places. I came on the weekend, and there was plenty of parking available on both sides of the park. The tour took a little over an hour to explore all the sites — definitely worth it!
Alex B — Google review
This huge expansive beautifully green plain with a mound is a bit otherworldly. Great place for walk. And seems to be a place where locals also use for jogging. On a clear day, one can see The Arch and other sites of St. Louis. Not the day of our visit though. Still a place not to be missed if you are in the area.
Winnie T — Google review
Powerful experience to an incredible sacred native American archeological site. Gorgeous. You can see St Louis from the top of Monk, the tallest Mount. Soooo worth the detour.
Alejandro L — Google review
Didn’t know this places had so many trails around the site. Definitely wish the museum opens up. One of my favorite places to go. Just to be even more closer to my ancestors.

Located near uptown Collinsville, Willoughby Heritage Farm offers a glimpse into local farm life of the 1950s. Managed by the Collinsville parks and recreation department, this free attraction features preserved barns, a 1930s-style Craftsman Farm House, and various domestic animals such as chickens, pigs, and goats. Situated on a bluff line overlooking the Mississippi floodplain, it provides a beautiful setting for visitors to step back in time.
Our family enjoys this farm everyone time we visit. The big red barn is available to rent for events as well as the large pavilion. They host a variety of animals and play areas for kids. Throughout the grounds you can find walking/hiking paths. This is a great place to spend time and no money.
TheTourGuide — Google review
Absolutely love visiting this special place! We had a birthday party here for my four year-old and it was the perfect day for everyone to play and see the animals. Highly recommend visiting! Thanks for offering this to the community.
Carrie P — Google review
Had an amazing time at Willoughby farms, stopped in on our way through Collinsville and really enjoyed the trails as well as seeing the animals. We got a chance to speak with one of the Master Gardeners and he showed us the plants and food they were growing throughout the garden. Definitely worth stopping to see!
Lindsey V — Google review
Fabulous little petting farm with hiking trails and so much fun for the kids! Trails are lots of hills so keep that in mind. Playgrounds, swings, and more for kids. Wonderful place to go!!!
Laura B — Google review
Lovely hiking trails, farm animals, gardens. Perfect way to spend the day with the family!
Nikky B — Google review
Absolutely love this place! Enjoyable for kids and adults! We were visiting a few times from ohio the past couple months and had to come here just about every day! Today while we were there we walked through the garden and they were cutting back flowers that were on the path and told us we could take whatever was cut. When we got back to the hotel we made this beautiful arrangement! Huge thanks to everyone there that makes the farm so enjoyable and if we are ever visiting here again we will for sure be back!
Hana M — Google review
An absolute beautiful place to spend the day. We took our 6 grandbabies today and they all loved it. We enjoyed seeing the animals, playing on their toys, and enjoyed a picnic on a beautiful little patio. The flowers were also beautiful! Will definitely go again in the future.
Debbie C — Google review
Great place for a kids birthday party! My only note is if you are going to host a party there be sure to ask for more than their standard 30 minute prep time - you have to setup all the tables and chairs yourself in addition to decorating and that does take quite a bit of time, but once you are set, the place is super fun!

Points of Interest & Landmarks
The Worlds Largest Catsup Bottle, a 170-feet tall water tower, was built in 1949 by the W.E. Caldwell Company for the Brooks catsup bottling plant G.S. Although it never actually contained catsup, it remains an iconic roadside attraction in Collinsville. The former Brooks Foods plant is now closed, but the giant catsup bottle still stands as a nostalgic symbol of the area's history.
Quirky Roadside Attraction Driving by the world’s largest ketchup bottle was an unexpected sight! I couldn’t resist pulling over to snap a few photos of this iconic, kitschy piece of Americana. Standing tall at 170 feet, the giant ketchup bottle is perched atop a water tower, making it a unique landmark that’s impossible to miss. The area around the bottle is simple, with just enough space to park and admire it from different angles. It’s a quick stop—maybe 5-10 minutes—but it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys quirky roadside attractions or loves a good photo op. While there’s not much else in the immediate vicinity, the world's largest ketchup bottle is a must-see if you’re in the area or passing through on a road trip. It’s a reminder of the quirky and fun things that make travel so memorable. Definitely worth a stop for a few laughs and a couple of great pics!
Dain ( — Google review
Didn't know it existed until I was driving thru the area and seen it on the Gmaps navigation. Naturally, took the slight deviation to check it and other nearby sights. There is a little more info inside an entrance to a business that also sells Commercial Kitchen Equipment. Another Distillery/Brewery in town also has some "catsup tower" related merchandise and info.
Foodie C — Google review
It was definitely a bucket list item, though I’m not convinced it’s the World’s Largest—maybe the World’s Highest, given how elevated it is. As a tourist attraction, it’s oddly located right at the entrance of an active plant, with no designated parking available.
Jennifer — Google review
It's a cute water tower designed to look like a ketchup bottle.! Worth a little time off your journey to gaze at it if you're in the area. No parking. Just pull into the business lot there for two seconds to take the photo or go elsewhere to get the shot.
Daffodil M — Google review
The World’s Largest Catsup Bottle has been on my bucket list for a while, and I was so excited to finally see it in person! Such a quirky, fun roadside attraction. Just note that there isn’t a dedicated spot to pull over for photos—it’s right next to a factory, so we pulled into that lot for a quick look. Worth the stop if you love unique landmarks or are on a road trip through Illinois!
L G — Google review
Another pretty lame but highly iconic landmark in this small town. There is a picnic table underneath and no easily accessible parking lot unless you want to violate a few traffic laws.
Michael R — Google review
Spectacular. It's a bit off the highway, but worth it if you're a World's Largest fan. Especially since it's funcitonal! I think it's a water tower, actually, but

Collinsville Aqua Park is an outdoor water park suitable for all ages, offering a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, sliding, and climbing. The park features the multi-level interactive Monsoon Mountain where families can have fun together. Visitors can also enjoy water slides, a lazy river, a zero-depth pool, a sand play area, and picnic pavilions. Additionally, the park offers private event rentals and birthday packages.
Went for an evening event and it was amazing. Workers were friendly and helpful! Park was clean and great for all ages. There is a lot for littles with a 1 foot kiddie pool and splash area. Bigger area with slides, dumping bucket, etc. a swimming area that goes to 4 feet deep. Lazy river, rock wall, tight rope course, and 2 slides for taller kids/adults!! Tons of umbrella shade and loungers.

Love pools in the summer and this on is nice. Family oriented for the most part. It’s expensive if you want to go often buy pass on Black Friday. They are the best price then. Only con is they are people dressed inappropriately in thongs and they do nothing. I guess the staff is young and too scared to do anything. I don’t bring any children it’s hard to explain why the lady has no pants on. You can’t take pix in there. So no pix to post🙄
Janine P — Google review
Collinsville Aqua Park was accommodating and inclusive to our special needs group today. They let our group enter early access with the season pass holders before the busy crowds so it was not overstimulating for our kids and young adults who may struggle with that and especially waiting. The lifeguards were all very understanding, kind and patient throughout the whole park. Love that they had a family bathroom as that’s always a challenge especially when you are single parenting that day with a child opposite gender of you. Thank you for continuing to support the local disabled community. We can’t thank you enough.
Rachel S — Google review
We took our 9 grandkids for an outing. The park was clean, the staff were attentive and nice. My husband got something in his eye while watching kids and they took him to the first aid station and rinsed it out. They were amazing .
De G — Google review
Very disappointed in our experience today. First of all, I leave more positive reviews than concerning ones. Our granddaughters 7th birthday was held here and we were caught up in unexpected traffic as the interstate was down to one lane. We did not plan on swimming as this was a party focused on friends and a few family members. When we arrived an hour into the party, there was only one hour left. We asked if we could pay 1/2 of the $40 fee to enter the water park. The employees, including management, appeared to be under the age of 20. We were told no. We certainly understand there are rules, but their attitude was unfriendly at best. Sometimes offering grace and exceptions go a LONG way. Then, we find out that they did not provide all the services booked by my daughter in law for our granddaughter’s birthday party. It’s a great park, unfortunately run by incompetent folks.
Laura K — Google review
Very steep pricing $25 an adult is just crazy for a smallish water park but I'm willing to pay on hot days!! The lifeguards are all friendly and charming! Food is cheap but took a little bit.
612omega — Google review
Was looking forward to enjoying myself with my friends and my nephew but when we arrived, they were closing three hours early because “…ten people were here at once and it’s gotten colder.” It was actually 78 degrees F at the time. Cool-looking water park. Shame that we couldn’t enjoy it.
Caleb H — Google review
The areas were clean, and the lifeguards were very attentive. The concession stand wasn't overly expensive, and the food was good. The one disappointment were water features that were broken. The area near the large white Pavillion had multiple items that weren't working. Ticket prices are a bit steep.

The Collinsville Historical Museum, located at 406 Main Street, offers a fascinating glimpse into over 250 years of local history. Run by the Collinsville Historical Society, this treasure trove showcases unique artifacts specific to Collinsville, including antique cowbells from the Blum Bell Manufacturing Company and tools reflecting the area's coal mining heritage. Visitors can delve into the backstory of the World's Largest Catsup Bottle and explore the city's clothing manufacturing legacy through displays featuring three old factories.
Visited the museum with a Meetup group and just had to go back the following week to really explore. And I wasn't disappointed. This is a great museum attended by enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend anyone from the St Louis metro area or even just passing through Collinsville to stop and enjoy the Museum stories.

The DD Collins House, a stunning Greek Revival house from 1845, is located at the western entrance to uptown Collinsville. Bakery
Kruta Bakery, a family-run establishment since 1919, is a beloved local spot in Collinsville, IL. The bakery offers an array of classic homemade pastries and treats such as cakes, donuts, fudgy brownies, rye bread, and rolls. Using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes brought from Eastern Europe by the Kruta family four generations ago, the bakery ensures high-quality baked goods. The quaint decor creates a nostalgic atmosphere that adds to the dining experience.
The ultimate one stop shop for donughts, cakes, strudels - oh my! I’ve been going to Kruta’s ever since I was a little girl & it’s the first place I stop whenever I’m back in town visiting. The fudgies are likely one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Fast service & incredibly sweet staff!
Claire M — Google review
I got the cheese danish, the cinnamon roll, and the cinnamon sugar cookie. All were delicious! However, many of the treats were not labeled, which made the ordering process a bit confusing. I definitely recommend trying a pastry here!
Kaija H — Google review
Nice place with a good vibe and a decent location. Coffee was good and less than $3. You take a number, like the bakery in Seinfeld. I didnt see a "black-and-white cookie". No ice. So ... Two big unisex handicap-acccessable bathrooms - very cool.

Just recently had their donuts and pastries for the first time and it was delicious! Was told they make them fresh everyday and start at 1am.
Savannah H — Google review
Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and bought an assortment of baked goods. All were super delicious! Had some cherry and cheese danish, a cream horn and a piece of chocolate cake. Fair prices and yummy desserts.
Rick R — Google review
I stopped in today to pick up a birthday cake for my son, along with three orders of donuts for his celebration. The lady who helped us (I wish I could remember her name!) was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to my children. She made the whole experience feel so personal and special. The cake and donuts were delicious, and the service was just as sweet. Kruta Bakery truly goes above and beyond to make family moments memorable.
Rebecca S — Google review
This afternoon my husband and I went to Kruta’s Bakery because they have great bakery items. But I was completely disappointed by the attitude of one employee there today! They didn’t have a iced angel food cake which is one of our favorites. So I asked if they could icing one of the plain ones. The employee’s response to other employee who asked her was rudely said, ugh! It will be a few minutes in a very aggravated tone. They weren’t busy. I think there were two other customers that had already been waited on. We drive about 30 minutes just to go here. But I’m not going to continue to patronize a business that allows such rude and disrespectful employees. I get it everyone has bad days but this is a business that requires customers to keep them in business. Do better with your employees attitudes l.
Debra H — Google review
The guy that waited on us wasn’t very friendly but since I came for the baked goods so I won’t consider him. But the desserts were got were amazing. I will be back. Maybe I’ll get friendlier service next time.

Fun place to watch live horse races. Lots of parking however be prepared to walk a lot. No admission fee and children are allowed. Super causal and sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, and pizza offered. Food orders can be self-serve, and food arrives so much faster. Wages are cash only.

A casino was added recently probably drawing in more people. Horse Hooky Tuesday has changed and for me took away some of the value and fun. There is now less open seating and less specials. Betting machines were upgraded and the people are still friendly. $2 hot dogs and $3 domestic can beers. Overall this place is family and kid friendly. It is an older facility with indoor and outdoor stadium seating. You can get up close to the horses.
Mike N — Google review
My wife and I went for an afternoon horse race and it was fun. All the staff were friendly. The main area by the casino had some reasonably priced food. The horse races were fun to watch. One area they could improve is that the place could use an investment. Some of the facilities are getting older, including seating outside. The grass in the center of the track also doesn’t look maintained. Overall a good experience.
Elliot R — Google review
I visited the casino Tuesday and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. Especially Aris Wolfe who seemed to love her job and help me figure out what to do. The food was delicious and more than we could eat. The employees all seemed happy and helpful. Love all the promotions that are offered

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The lady in the cashier area that helped me acquire a players card was awesome. I didn’t catch her name but she used to work at River city and is really cool. Clean facility, friendly, awesome selection of games. Once they get table games it’ll be the best gaming spot in the STL metro east. L

If its your first time make sure you go all the way to the back at the service desk and tell them that its your first time there and you need a card. You will get 25$ in free slot play and 25$ towards your meal at the restaurant there. I had a blast. There is over 250 machines. The only part I really didn't like was when I went thru the metal detector they then had to wand me with the handheld one and then they searched my purse... like literally went thru it all which took forever! Other than that its awesome and I really advise stopping in to see for yourself!!

Old Herald Brewery & Distillery offers a unique dining experience with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and in-house crafted spirits and beer. It is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, full-service restaurant, and on-site craft beer and ale production. Visitors can also take distillery tours or host private events at the venue.
Hey Everyone, This time we had a party of 8! We decided to eat outside even though it was toasty outside! That didn’t stop us from having good conversation, catching up and enjoying our delicious food when we got it. We had Pamala tonight to take all of our orders and I must say she has great customer service for all the meals she brought out for us to eat! We had plenty of napkins, water to drink and everything went smooth. I made sure I took pictures of their menu so you would know exactly what meal you wanted to eat once you arrive! If you’re just visiting the area this is also a brewery where you can try different tastes of beer they brew too! The atmosphere was very laid back to relax feel and not hustle and bustle. The ketchup is different from other restaurants because theirs has a smokey flavor to it. Didn’t get a chance to order dessert though but maybe next time?
Ann M — Google review
The bacon jam burger was amazing, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Every part of the burger was in perfect flavor balance, nothing over powering. The patties themselves were perfectly cooked and very juicy. The french fries are a great compliment too. We also had the fish and chips, which were ok. The fish was good real fish, it just didn't have a lot of flavor and the beer batter (which actually seemed more like breading) was a little one note. It certainly was edible, just not memorable. We got some beer flights and tried 8 of the 9 beers on tap, all were good. The service was a little lacking. At first the server was prompt but after putting in our drink order and asking for a couple of minutes to keep deciding, 20 minutes (I promise I'm not exaggerating) went by before we got our server back. I even went up to the bar and let them know we were ready to order. Overall good, I'd go back to try other things that also sounded very appetizing. Cool vibe too.
Michael R — Google review
Edit: spoke to the manager after trying it and tasting how bland it was, and he was absolutely the nicest guy. He said that there should be more than that, 10oz, which this was not, and that he'll make sure the batter is seasoned better. Took this off the bill, which I greatly appreciated. The service and atmosphere here is great, and I tried some of my wife's BBQ chicken flatbread, and it was really good, I just cannot recommend the fish. May have to come back and try something else. I absolutely can't give any more stars than this, regardless of how good it may be. Unfortunately, it was also bland as all get out. Oh my gosh, they're so bad too!! This is absolutely pitiful for **$22**!! I honestly couldn't believe this was it. Two, TINY fish... Sticks? I can't even call them filets, because they're not big enough to warrant the name. I felt bad for the waitress because I asked her if this was a typical serving size, and she said confirmed that this was it, and seemed embarrassed that she had to tell me that this was it. I felt bad for her because it's obviously not her fault, but this is unacceptable. Let me say it again: Two fish sticks and fries for $22!! This would've been an overpayment, but more palatable at $12 or about that, but this for TWENTY TWO DOLLARS is absolutely pathetic. Don't eat here. Not worth. Even a regular burger is $20. There are way better places in the area that cost a fraction of this place.

Visited on a Friday early evening hours to check this place out for the brews. Had a flight to try the Bitter Truth, Eddie's Ale, SIUE Cougars Red Ale, and the Printers Ink Ale. The Printers Ink Ale was the best followed by Bitter Truth. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any OH Joy Stout left as that was the reason I came to this brewery. Service at the bar was really good. I didn't try and food but it appears there are limited veg options. This place is rather spacious and has good vibes. I would visit again if I wad in the area.

Maddie and Grace were kind and polite. The food was horrible. The nachos were cold, the cheese was in clumps because it wasn’t even hot when prepared on the plate. The jalepenos on the nachos looked as if someone chewed them up first before putting them on the plate. Would not ever recommend going here unless you’re just lonely and needing a kind person to talk to because the stage certainly was kind.

Went with a party of 10 on a sat at 12. It was empty, one server and she was new. She was doing her best and was very polite but had no idea. It took about 20 min to just get water about 20 more to get our cocktails. About an hr more before food started to come out. The food came out in intervals. With 3 of our tables orders being forgotten and taking about 45 min longer. All the food came out cold. It seems there was only one chef just cooking everything one at a time and then they just sat on a counter. Overall pretty rough. Most of the food was wrong as well but not worth trying to get it fixed and waiting another hour. Again worth noting that there were 3 tables with customers on Saturday at 12. That should speak for itself.

If I could give it less than a star I would. First time I’ve ever walked out of a restaurant without paying. Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We had to request everything from our waters to our silverware, to our plates. I had a beer and my girlfriend had a cocktail (which was put in a relatively small cocktail glass and filled up only half the glass.) we received the wrong food and then asking for it to be remedied our server ghosted us for 45 mins. It was not busy.. maybe 10 other tables and everyone around us was complaining to each other about their experience. When we got tired of waiting I went inside and had to track down our server to ask if we could just pay our bill and leave. She came back outside and stood there trying to figure out our bill. She went back into the restaurant and then we waited another 20 mins. We got up and left. Food was also pretty bland and overpriced. Not once did our server or a manager ask us if we needed anything or apologize for the constant mistakes. My advice, get out of the service industry.
Kohl S — Google review
Went in on a Saturday at lunch. Not busy. Got a table quickly and ordered drinks. However a half hour later no drinks after complaining twice. I hope they figure the service out because the beer is good and so are the spirits l. the food was cold by the time we got it so hard to say about that. It is a great property. They need someone who knows how to run a restaurant.

We came for the dinosaurs and left for the hospital after !!! A hundred and fifty dollars just to get in . Then my daughter was trying to get out of the bounce house and got bucked off into a steel post holding there line rails up . For all the money this place charges you would think they would invest some into the safety of their customers. But they sure had them signs up not responsible for accidents.

Horseshoe Lake State Park, located just 12 minutes from downtown Collinsville, spans over 2,900 acres in southeastern Granite City. The park offers picnic shelters and playgrounds for outdoor activities and water sports, as well as opportunities for bird-watching and camping. As the state's second-largest natural lake, Horseshoe Lake provides options for boating and lakeside fishing.
We had such a great time yesterday at Horseshoe Lake! Happened upon it by chance, with the makings of a picnic. We had the whole day use area to ourselves, and it was a gorgeous day. A very well-maintained park, well kept up and clean

The lake and wetlands are pretty when the foliage is green. There are walking trails in the grass along the lake. Lots of people stop along the causeway to fish. We saw egrets and lots of nice scenery.

It’s a place to get outside and get some steps in, but it’s pretty average and not worth going too far out of the way for. Hiking trails had some drainage issues.

Going through Southern IL about to cross into MO. Passed a beautiful water area. Exited but couldn't get back to the place I saw. Instead I found HORSESHOE LAKE. What a great location! I sat in the shade beneath an old tree for the rest of the afternoon. There were three blue herons flying about. It was peaceful. I am sure it's a busy place normally, but that day was quiet. So glad I took the road less traveled. Yeah, I said it....

Despite its proximity to industrial Granite City, there are several miles of wooded trails with wetland vegetation, hundreds of water fowl and even some Bald Eagles, and some well-maintained campgrounds with play equipment for kids. We even saw a Beaver lodge. It is also surprisingly nice in winter. If you live in St. Louis, try out the trails on Walker island in the middle of the lake.

Arlington Greens Golf Course is located in Granite City, just a short drive from Illinois. This public 18-hole golf facility offers over 7,200 yards of fairways and boasts a par 72. The Bermuda grass-covered course is open for play, leagues, lessons, tournaments, and outings. Additionally, the venue provides amenities such as a driving range, putting and chipping greens, club house with banquet facilities for events. Visitors praise the well-maintained course and affordable pricing.
Visited Arlington Greens Golf Course today and found about 30 league players ahead of us, so we waited patiently. The pro shop staff kindly provided a bucket of range balls for practice before our tee time. I also captured stunning aerial photos with my drone to share on my YouTube channel.
Henry L — Google review
Nice course, great staff, especially Josh at the club house. The course is well maintained except for people failing to repair their divots and some water retention issues with heavy rains, which does make the mosquitos quite bad near the trees. I appreciate that there are native plants in groupings (theoretically to try to absorb the water), but they could definitely be increased and more varied.
Nicole B — Google review
Fairways and greens are in good shape. It was crowded. Foursomes were moving along steadily but twosomes were probably feeling play was slow.
Mike H — Google review
I love a driving range. Top Golf is normally my go to but today I decided to try something different. Maybe it was the perfect 78° day, maybe it was the new clubs I was trying out, but whatever it was I was completely at peace even while I sliced the ball 100 different ways. The staff was kind and helpful. The price was extremely fair, and I just overall enjoyed my time there. I will be back here.
Josh G — Google review
I genuinely dont think I've ever not enjoyed a round at Arlington. For the price its such a delight. It's not the best conditions ever but certainly not bad enough for you to probably even think about. Layout is fun, holes are gettable, people are nice and most importantly the price is very good. I nearly forgot it's also one of the few stl area courses to have a dedicated short game facility
Jacob M — Google review
The course is interesting, the greens are in fantastic shape except for unrepair divots. Seriously people, repair your divots! The course makes you think,"Maybe if I cut this corner, I might be able to shorten this dog leg. The course gives you some risk-reward holes. Let's just say I took some of the risks and paid for it dearly. Also, some players have no business playing from the blue pins. I enjoyed the course very much and will return to play it again. Still need an Arlington Greens ball marker (I collect them from every course I play).
Raytheater — Google review
Played on a very busy Saturday. Staff was friendly, and they were organized well. Pace of play was good for as busy as they were. Course layout was nice, and it was in fairly good condition aside from the sand traps, which retain a ton of water and were not playable at all. My only other real complaint is that the greens were impossibly fast. Putting was extremely challenging and I felt like it robbed me of quite a few strokes.
Jim B — Google review
Visited here with my partner and was discriminated against by one of the cart girls. She proceeded to come and tell us that she received “complaints” about the pace we were playing at but there were clearly a group of people directly in front of us playing as well. Were we supposed to rudely lap the group in front of us??? I’m quite confused why she would take the time to come over to us and tell us to play faster or let the group behind us go in front. It suggests to me that we were being picked on. Racist !!

Great band and tried 2 excellent food trucks. But, outside 2 or 3 booths of horseradish sauce, I found very little to do with horseradish ... only reason for 3 stars. Good place to bring a lawn chair and enjoy some summer and music but the selection of saleable items was low for a festival.

We have had quite a few issues with our orders. I called up after I placed my order and spoke with one of your managers. I ordered lunch for my team today. When I tell you that our order was FANTASTIC it does not nearly do it justice. From presentation, to freshness and accuracy it was next level amazing! She took great care of us, my team has been RAVING that it was the BEST lunch they have ever had! Complete redemption. Stellar experience and soooo good! Chefs kiss! Thank you so much, for taking great care of us! 6 Gold Stars out of 5. Great job!

I’ve been eating at Panera for years and I for one am not very keen on this location. Last week I ordered a Greek salad and tomato soup and when my order got here there was no Greek dressing in my bowl. Today I decided to give it another shot and I received the dressing and we all know how small those containers are and to my surprise they only filled it up halfway. A 2oz container filled only halfway for one salad. It doesn’t cover all the lettuce so the rest of the salad is just dry lettuce. Extremely disappointing since everything else was okay.
Alyssa S — Google review
This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever visited. We ate lunch at 2:45 pm, so it was a very slow time. We were one of only 3 dining parties in the restaurant. Every table we tried to sit at had food on it, so I finally asked an employee to give me something with which I could clean off the table, and she did. No apologies, no “Let me get that for you!” When my husband finished his soup, it revealed how FILTHY his bowl was. 🤢 They are not properly washing their dishes and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we don’t get sick from this disgusting place. Every surface in the restaurant was covered in some kind of dirty goo. The bathrooms were gross. Avoid this location at all costs! You’re not THAT hungry! I took photos but this won’t allow me to share. If this is the direction this chain is headed, we won’t ever eat at a Panera again. Yuck.

Broccoli cheddar soup was very watery and all the silverware was dirty and little looked unwashed as well as the bowls and plates. Things where also overpriced for what they should be. Personally I think a health inspector should come and take a look.

I am a fan of Panera Bread. Love the bagels, thus I went to receive my free reward bagel Sunday around 3pm. It was it a good experience. They had only one person waiting on six customers. We waited patiently to be served. It took me seven minutes to be served my free bagel. The employee could not even bread slice it for me. She had a manager work the slicer. Finally after seven minutes I received my bagel and promptly left. I decided to give them the benefit and return Monday around the same time. Low and behold the same experience different people. I wish I could say they treated me well but that is not the case. The store was clean and there is plenty of parking. The do have handicap parking as well. The food is always good the coffee is the best. If you are looking for good food this is the place to go. If you want good food and good service you might try some place else
Mark S — Google review
Drive Thru pickup is not efficient whatsoever. We order online, just to wait in the drive thru line anyways? But they have online order parking spots, yet we were told to wait in the drive thru line, and pull up to the window as if we ordered in drive thru. Also we called and only then did they tell us we could pull up to one of the doors and they walked out to give us our foods. After about 20 minutes of waiting. ( 7:40 to 8:13). But the worker was nice and apologetic. When we opened our to-go containers to check, The strawberry salad didn’t have strawberries, and the margarita pizza w basil didn’t have any basil. When we drove around again to ask they said they were out of basil. And again we had to wait in the drive thru line. So much for wanting to eat Panera at the park and watching the sunset. The time we were waiting it got dark. A little upsetting… :/
Elvie V — Google review
Never any real issues with place. Normally pretty clean. Staff is pretty freindly. Food is always fresh. Prices aren't to bad for fresher, cleanier food (organics cost). Love the bread, pastrys and the soup. Always takes a few for food but used to fresh food. They can get busy with to orders and drive threw orders that you can't see. Panera's do a ton of pickup's. Seems like all the staffers are way young and are always just hanging out in the lobby instead of cleaning tables or taking your plates away. Never had anyone here walk by and say how is the food ect. Fyi always double check your orders before walking out much less in drive threw. Takes a minutes and saves stress afterwards. Never assume as they say.

It was fun, cheap, and regulation lanes unlike Edison's in Edwardsville. Good atmosphere for family ,only wish I could have kept my ball it had a keyblade on it. 3 games plus shoes, $30 a good deal.

The economy must be hitting them hard. Asked for a glass of water, told I would have to buy it in a bottle. Guess that's my inspiration to get a beer instead. Either way, pretty embarrassing to charge for water.

We went for a kids' birthday party. There were lots of kids each playing their own game in 10 lanes of the bowling alley. Kids all had a great time. Staff were efficient and got all 30+ kids in shoes and bowling in no time. Allowed outside pizza to be brought in and had ample space for all the adults. Bar with a friendly attendant and a good selection of beer. Would recommend for large gatherings.

My girlfriend and I went here on Jan. 2, 2024. The place is nice and seemed clean. The connection to Imo's pizza is nice in between rounds. I found it bizarre that the bar served like 4 microwaved finger food options. We chose nachos and for $4.75 you get a microwave nacho set and then the POS asks for a tip while your nachos are being microwaved 😂
Brady S — Google review
We paid 250 for 2 lanes for new years eve with family. We were able to bring in our own food and imos but drinks had to be purchased. We had a great time....until we needed water. I went up and asked for a pitcher of ice water. I even offered to pay the 2.50 soda price. I was told they don't do this and I was offered bottles of water for 1.25 each. We don’t like bottled water and quiet frankly we had too many people for that. The staff was rude. At some point though I have to cut the kids off of soda. We spent a lot of money besides the lane rental on arcades, vending machines, soda, beer, etc. We left shortly after. I wouldn't recommend this bowling alley based on customer service. If I can pay 2.50 for a pitcher of iced soda I should be able to pay 2.50 for a pitcher of ice water.

This iconic landmark, located just south of Collinsville, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004 and has been featured in a PBS documentary hosted by Rick Sebak. It's definitely worth a stop to admire this unique piece of roadside history.
A cool stop to view a iconic landmark

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Mike with Jammin Jumpers was so kind and friendly to work with. With just a quick phone call, we were able to work out all of the details for my daughters party. He even serviced our area, just outside of where they offer, with no extra charge. He was easily accessible for any and all of my questions and offered a set up and break down time that worked perfectly for our plans. He himself came to set up our event and offered great advice on placement. They brought everything the set up needed, I didn’t have to do anything which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The staff was all extremely kind. 1000/10. We WILL be using their services again and I will recommend to anyone who asks!!

We ordered the Extreme Obstacle Course for a birthday party. We had approximately 25-30 kiddos that ranged in age from 2yrs-12yrs old and they all had a great time! The staff member who setup and tore down the inflatable was professional, polite, and energetic. Great communication the week of, day prior to, and the day of the event. Pricing was very reasonable for the size of the inflatable and the amount of time we were about to rent it was pretty generous. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future events!

The kids had such a great time on this bounce house. Mike came & set up was a breeze. I can't say enough about his customer service & personality! You can tell he really loves what he does. He has a great attitude and even better customer service. The kids bounced until the moment he arrived to do pick up. They slept so good! Lol. You will get every bit of your money's worth. & I must add for those of us who have Covid concerns he did not have to enter my house and there was no contact. The bounce house itself also had drains at the bottom so when grass accumulated at the bottom it was easy to drain. He really has all bases covered when it comes to his customers & business. We absolutely LOVE Jammin Jumpers & have used them for every occasion.

The ordering process was easy, the guys came on time and were very friendly and professional at set up and take down. I was very impressed particularly when my husband went to tip them with cash when they were taking everything down and they told him that I had actually already left a tip on my credit card when I had placed the order. Talk about integrity! We will definitely be using this company again.

Everything was done flawlessly. The ordering process was easy (Mike was SO friendly- even provided a discount), staff delivery/takedown was quick & efficient, and most importantly, the kids loved the bounce house. They also kept in communication with me throughout the entire process and the pricing was great for the selection. These guys are top notch. We got to keep the bounce house early in the day until the sun was going down. I highly recommend Jammin’ Jumpers to everyone in the area and will definitely be ordering again!

Very good service, have gone through this company multiple times. Employees are great with my kids always going the extra mile to make things work. Just great a great service. I went tried party time once and never again employees were rude pick up time was 2 days late, terrible service. I highly recommend jamin jumpers.

Park
I have a yard, but it's not fenced. This is a great way for my dog to get some great exercise! Thank you, Collinsville for this dog park!
Stacy M — Google review
Small dog park but room for animals to roam free. Has closed in fence, trash bags, bins, benches and water fountain. The only downside is, door is locked sometimes with no signage on hours and days open or closed. I believe park is maintained by City of Collinsville .

There was other People's doggy poo there. Rhey did not bring a bag to clean up their dog poop!!! The grass need mowed. And the boxes were empty for the bags for the doggy poo.... That was the first time I brought my puppy there they're so, I will see again. I really cannot judge that's why I gave it at 3..
Janet L — Google review
It was not well kept at all. There was dog poop everywhere. 3 trash cans were filled to the brim with old poop. Cigarettes were scattered all around the ground too. Overall it was unclean and unsafe. I will not be bringing my pet here again.

The smallest worst dog park I have ever seen. Why would this even be built?
