Points of Interest & Landmarks
Port Vauban in Antibes is a must-visit destination for boat enthusiasts and those who appreciate luxury. It boasts the title of being the largest marina in Europe, with over 1900 boats moored year-round. The Billionaires Quay within the port is where some of the world's most extravagant yachts are docked, including those owned by prominent figures. Strolling along the piers offers breathtaking views of various vessels, from small boats to enormous mega yachts.
Port Vauban of Antibes is a great place to walk around. The yachts, the calmness, and having the castle in the background just makes it even better. Proper scenic spot.
Devrim B — Google review
The city is awesome. The port very crowded, huge (a bit too much). No lateral berths. Only Mediterranean. Renovation undergoing in Jan 2024. Worth visiting. Depending on boat's draft you might get a close to old city berth.
Mohamed H — Google review
Fabulous service, great food, stunning views. Left our bags and valuables with the staff so we could go jump in the lake to cool off. Very safe. Owner used to run other good restaurants in the area so very trusted and wish them all the best with this one.

Antibes is a must to see town. The flair and atmosphere is fantastic. People is friendly and make you fell welcome. Definitely a place I would visit again
Francisco S — Google review
Beautiful marina and great place to walk around to see the yachts.
C M — Google review
This is huge port for so many yachts and sail boats. It’s so busy that is super hard to find parking. There is weekend live music and vendors. It’s nice way to enter the city!
The A — Google review
The port is a glorious showroom of play toys to the rich and famous. It's lovely to look around and see all the luxury boats on display. The water was quite polluted with debris and aome kind of oil in places. But on one side of the port the water was that azure blue that the area is famous for and we saw some incredible jellyfish right near the surface of the water. If you are into luxury watercraft and jellyfish, it's well worth a look.
Samantha P — Google review
Staff here are very friendly and pleasant. But the negative part is that such a huge Marina there are only 2 toilet buildings and each toilet building has only 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets (male and female, very close inside) . Both Toilets/Shower rooms are located very far end of the Marina (end of dock D07 or Marina office) , extremely far to walk to. Should have another toilet/shower built near the Dock C area, as it's not enough toilets for the occupancy to use. In the toilet, if someone is having a shower, the person in the toilet next to it will be wet as the divider is not all the way to the floor to block off the shower water. The floor is always wet. The key pad code to enter the toilets is not functioning properly, which has to key in many times before the door can be opened. Very inconvenient. Although it has a gate to the boats ramp, the boat right next to the entrance is not guarded or secured as anyone can jump on the boat from the car park.

Cocktail bar

Coffee shop
Le Crystal is a popular bar located in the bustling center of Juan les Pins, serving late-night drinks since 1938. The ambiance and service are highly praised, making it a great spot for a lovely evening. With both indoor and outdoor seating, patrons can enjoy music or have conversations while sipping on well-priced cocktails. Additionally, the bar offers breakfast options and serves cocktails throughout the day and night.
💯 The best Whenever we want to go out for a drink, Crystal is always our choice. Be it in the Summer or New year, it’s always a great choice. They have a pretty large variety of drinks and you get free snacks at times. I personally recommend it, it’s a good spot for a drink.
Gabriel M — Google review
I’ve been coming to Juan Les Pins for years and unfortunately Le Crystal has gone rapidly downhill. Service no longer comes with a smile, prices are very expensive and it seems they no longer care about their clientele.. a pure money making factory for them.. completely lost all personality. Save your money and go elsewhere
Elliott G — Google review
The service and ambience here are both top-notch. My wife loved her drink. The food was also really good. At the time of this writing, the overall review score is, in my opinion, lower than it ought to be considering the quality of this place. I definitely recommend it and would return, it is a fun place to enjoy a lovely evening in Juan les Pins.

We visited in August. The service was quick and good. The food was good too! If you go, you should know that they’ll provide you with a free appetizer and popcorn, as seen here. We didn’t know this and ended up ordering an appetizer plus our meal. We were stuffed!

We had breakfast here a few mornings. Very nice croque monsieur indeed. Service exceeded excellent. Well priced, great people watching place especially in the mornings when the sun slowly came round. Definitely recommend

There was a supposed “boss” who asked the five of us to pay 100 euro cash each person not including the food to get a table, which means 500 euros for a non Michelin star cheap old fashioned cafe? Although we are rich, no one is gonna pay 500 euros for an ugly table, this isn’t nammos🤣 شباب انحاشو

Voltaire, Dior, the French language, the Enlightenment, and Ratatouille — all these great exports have one thing in common: they strengthened the soft power of France, projecting an image of elegance, intellect, and refined culture to the world. And then there’s Le Crystal. This place feels like a deliberate attempt to undo centuries of charm in a single meal. Upon arrival, I was told (with an impressively straight face) that the outside tables were reserved for Saudis only. Apparently, liberté, égalité, fraternité does not extend to the terrace. Also, fun fact: it’s 100€ per seat — yes, just to sit. No drink, no bread basket, just a wildly inflated sense of self. When I decided to leave this fever dream, a staff member grabbed my arm to stop me from exiting. I gently pulled away — and was rewarded with a full-volume meltdown in the middle of the restaurant. Moments later, a young waiter appeared, presumably to de-escalate things… but instead challenged me to a fight in the back. An actual fight. Behind the restaurant. Because nothing says “French fine dining” like threats of violence over a chair you never sat in. I never made it to the food, but if hostility, humiliation, and high blood pressure are your thing, Le Crystal serves them à la carte. Otherwise, spare yourself — and go enjoy France’s soft power somewhere it still exists. Like a boulangerie. Or literally anywhere else.

Nestled in the heart of Antibes' Old Town, this charming flat offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. Located on the second floor of an older building, it boasts a clean and cozy interior with all the essentials for a homey feel during your stay. The rear-facing windows ensure a peaceful atmosphere despite being centrally located, while amenities like air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen make life easy.
Mona was fantastic! If you are contemplating staying here… don’t! Book it! Mona was there to answer any questions I had, and to sort out anything I needed. The location couldn’t be better! It’s a cute little place. My only negative - is I am sad to have to leave Antibes.

(Translated by Google) The apartment was on the second floor of an older building, was clean, and very comfortably furnished. Despite its central location, it was relatively quiet thanks to the rear-facing windows. It had air conditioning, a washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the landlady, including the key handover, went smoothly; I was also able to contact her by phone or WhatsApp if I had any questions. I absolutely loved my stay here! the flat has everything you need to feel at home, and I was comfortable for my entire two-month stay. The location is perfect - with grocery stores, markets, and restaurants all within a five-minute walk. The train station is also very close, which makes it easy to explore the entire Côte d'Azur. The local restauranteurs are so welcoming and truly make you feel like a part of the community. Chez Marguerite has delicious food and the best café! Mona is an amazing host who responds immediately to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for the perfect stay in the vieille ville.

Museums
Musée Picasso, located in the Chateau Grimaldi in Antibes, is a revered collection of artworks by the iconic painter Pablo Picasso. The chateau, which has been under the ownership of the Antibes Town Council for centuries, served as a museum before inviting Picasso to live and work there in 1946. During his six-month stay, Picasso created 23 paintings and 44 drawings that he later left to the museum.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful museum in a truly unique setting The Musée Picasso in Antibes is a wonderful experience. The building itself – the historic Château Grimaldi – is beautifully restored and offers a very special Mediterranean atmosphere. The rooms have a charming character that perfectly complements Picasso’s works. The exhibition presents an impressive selection of pieces showcasing different periods of Picasso’s creativity. Especially remarkable are the works on the second floor – they really highlight his artistic diversity. A real highlight is the terrace, featuring sculptures and offering a stunning view over the bay of Antibes all the way to Nice. Art combined with such a breathtaking seaside view makes for an unforgettable visit. A must-see for every art lover, and a place where you can enjoy Picasso’s genius in a truly exceptional environment!
Alexander W — Google review
As a lover of art, I travelled far to witness the amazing art museum of the great artist Pablo Picasso. I was not disappointed as it not only offered to view his work and other artists, it also had magnificent views of the mediteranean sea in the old town of Antibes, at the Château Grimaldi. Warning to those who don't like heights and lots of steps, my knees had quite a bit of a challenge.
Michaela R — Google review
We visited the Picasso Museum in Antibes during busy July and only waited about 15 minutes outside. No need to buy the tickets in advance. A friendly staff lady kept us cool with cold water mist and made us laugh with her French jokes. The museum sits right by the beach next to the Antibes cathedral, offering gorgeous views from every window. The highlight for me was Picasso’s cool collection of pottery plates, which felt very alive. The museum also showcases a diverse mix of local contemporary artists and abstract expressionists from Picasso’s time. We spent about two relaxed hours there; inspiring for any artist . Come and see it for yourself, wear sunscreen be openminded and you’ll surely enjoy it!
Sorina S — Google review
For me, this is a 3 storey museum with a shop. There's two floors of random artists then the Picasso art is on the top floor and it's very basic to say the least. I spent 12 euros to do this and was in/out in 10 minutes. I'd recommend the Matisse museum in Nice moreso than this. If you queue up at 2pm, you can buy a ticket from the tourist office for a queue jump for €15. Otherwise you could be queuing up for 30-45 minutes for a quick experience.
Marky — Google review
A must see in Antibes but perfectly doable in an hour. Small museum with Picasso works on the top floor and a terrace with sculptures. Expect to queue but it went fairly quickly. Centrally placed so perfect to add into a day trip.
Peter — Google review
A must-visit for art lovers, especially if you’re a fan of Picasso. The Musée Picasso in Antibes is set inside the historic Château Grimaldi, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. It’s a relatively small museum, but it holds a focused and powerful collection of Picasso’s work created during his stay here after World War II. Some of the pieces were made using recycled materials, due to the scarcity of supplies at the time, which adds a layer of depth and historical context. The sculpture terrace is a highlight, with expressive works displayed against a beautiful sea backdrop. You’ll also find other artists represented, including contemporary works that add variety to the experience. The layout is clean and well-organized, and the building itself is full of character. That said, there are a few downsides. The museum was extremely hot during our visit, with little to no air conditioning, even though it was 34°C outside. It made the experience uncomfortable and rushed, which is unfortunate for a cultural space where people want to take their time. In the summer, you may also have to queue outside in full sun, sometimes for more than 30 minutes, which could be better managed. Staff are friendly, the space is accessible with elevators, and the facilities were clean. At €12 per ticket, it’s well priced for what you get. Despite the heat and the wait, the museum is a gem for anyone interested in Picasso’s work, art history, or simply exploring something unique in a stunning location. With a few improvements, this could easily be a five-star experience.
Joseph — Google review
Incredible museum set inside the Châteu Grimaldi with stunning views of the Mediterranean. Features an intimate yet powerful collection of Picasso’s works created during his stay in Antibes. The sculpture terrace is a highlight. Not too crowded, peaceful atmosphere. A must-visit for art lovers and history enthusiasts alike.
Thanos X — Google review
The Musée Picasso in Antibes is a treasure where art and landscape merge seamlessly. Housed in a historic château, its stone walls whisper of centuries past, while windows perfectly frame breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Picasso’s works feel alive here, infused with the light and rhythm of the sea beyond. The setting elevates the collection, making each room a dialogue between history, creativity, and the natural beauty outside.

The food was great and beautiful prepared. The egg Benedict was delicious as well as the fish. The sauces were very rich in all ingredients and the vegetables were cooked well. That was an interesting experience which I recommend for those who want to enjoy french food. No doubt a lot of local people were there too. The staff was nice and good and the location had a nice atmosphere.

What a wonderful find. Gorgeous setting, lovely food and excellent service. The chicken supreme was delicious and even the fries were to die for. The cod was also well received. The only downside, the 50cl beer was an eye watering €13.50, the second most expensive I've ever had. But it was my choice, you don't have to have it.

This is my favourite restaurant in Antibes! Service was superb. Staff provided us with an English menu after seeing that we were taking some time to figure out what to order. Initially, I wanted to order the grilled andouillette after seeing some google reviews and the lady warned me that it was intestines which I am grateful for as I wasn’t keen on that! Ordered 1 lunch set which came with a starter (tuna tartare), main dish (beef stew) and dessert (tiramisu) - all 3 were delightful! Also ordered their dish of the day (chicken with rice) - chicken was tender and soft and it came with the dessert of the day! Will definitely return for more!

Waiters were nice, polite, paying attention and not too invasive. The place is beautiful and quiet. You can either eat outside or inside. We came early in the evening so we had our food very quickly. It was delicious. Keep some "free space" for the dessert because they're excellent.

One of the best beaches in the region as the water was warm and contrary to many others has finer sand which is more comfortable. Easy to find parking at low price. Has free toilets and showers. Good choice for people with kids as the water is not deep for the first few meters. Really easy to swim far out as well. Good location with good restaurants nearby.

very nice Sandy beach, water is clear, like expected in August overcrowded, barely place for towel. Nice parking just nearby the beach.

There's a reasonably priced municipal parking lot behind the beach. I paid 4 euros for 4 hours. The beach has a lifeguard and free restrooms and showers. However, it's a bit seaweedy, causing an iodine smell. The beach is sandy, and the sea doesn't get too deep, which is good for families with small children.

We stopped here on our passing through and found the beach relaxing. Mainly retirees. It had easy paid parking right at the beach, free washrooms, and free open showers along the shoreline (which is nice to wash off the salt water as you get out. The shore is fine sand and there are no rocks in the water. Gradually gets deep so its great for kids.
Jared L — Google review
Lovely, of course it is not as clean as others but positive factors are: plenty car parking, sand beach, and shower points.
Nasir A — Google review
Very clean water, clean sand, no garbage. Nice entry, good for kids. No drops or stones. Fishes swim next to your legs. The water is warmer in this bay. There is public toilet in a corner and parking spaces. I wish for a water fontain. As of May, not very crowded

The owner, Franck, freshly roasts beans from various regions daily, creating a mesmerizing aroma that fills the store. This avant-garde shop exclusively stocks high-quality coffee from countries like Ethiopia, Rwanda, Brazil, and Costa Rica.
La Torréf de Fersen is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. The coffee quality is excellent, with a rich, well-balanced taste that stands out. The interior is cozy, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment, and the service is friendly and efficient. Plus, its great location makes it an easy go-to. Highly recommended!

For the first time in a long time, I found the perfect café. Coffee beans are roasted in-house and crafted into a flawless flat white, with just the right balance of acidity and milk. The ambience is quiet yet uplifting, with soft but energizing music playing in the background. The service is attentive without being overly friendly, and the café sells carefully selected coffee beans and high-quality brewing equipment. A must-visit if you’re a coffee lover!
Mariko I — Google review
Nestled in the heart of town, this coffee shop is a true gem for coffee lovers. Not only do they roast their beans in-house, ensuring the freshest brews possible, but they also offer a variety of specialty beans perfect for a black cup (the way it should be drank) of American coffee. For those who prefer something more indulgent, their lattes and cappuccinos are expertly crafted. Not really a food spot so make sure you’re just coming for the coffee. They also have high quality coffee beans and accessories for sale. The friendly staff greet you with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cozy space is beautifully adorned with local artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plus, the air conditioning and seating make it an ideal spot to relax.

Excellent coffee and equipment, discovered this place day on the recommendation of another great coffee spot in town. Delicious flat whites and cappuccinos (and croissants) - they clearly know what they are doing here. We love that they roast their beans in house too!

A fantastic spot for amazing coffee in Antibes! They expertly roast their own beans, sourced from top-notch growers. It's a hidden gem for coffee enthusiasts, but well known to locals. Excellent baristas and outstanding flat whites and cappuccinos…

Plage de Juan les Pins is a well-known public beach that is popular with locals for its clear water and amenities such as chair and umbrella rentals. It is the most central beach in the area, but there are quieter stretches of sand around Cap d'Antibes, including family-friendly Plage de la Salis and chic Plage de la Garoupe.
This is one of the few sandy beaches in the region, I think. We came here on a hot day in the evening so that we wouldn’t get sunburned. The water was still warm, and there were few people in the water, so we had a nice swim.
Audrey — Google review
Nice sandy beach, mostly clean and with transparent water. Some good places to eat nearby. Busy, but still okay during the week. Avoid it in weekends. Lot of youngsters (you know where they come from) that don't know how to behave and no police at sight to control them.
Pedro H — Google review
This beach is nice however we preferred the other beaches in Antibes. The water gets deep very quickly and we had to watch with the kids. Sand was soft and nice to play in. There were lifeguards on duty and washroom near by.
Kevin B — Google review
This is our second vacation here. The beaches are free, with crystal-clear waters, lifeguards, and showers. We didn't expect it to be crowded in June, but given the location, it is.

Lovely area of the Cote D'Azur to be based in. Beaches are clean, feels safe to walk around and lively vibe at night to sit on the beach with some drinks and a take away to watch the sunset
Philip W — Google review
Great sand beach, very quiet in September, 30 min from Nice
Olga L — Google review
A beautiful beach with fine light sand, you can easily stick an umbrella in it (unlike stony beaches elsewhere). The beach is long and relatively narrow, but you can always find a spot. Places reserved for hotels alternate here with places for the public. The sea is clear and you can see the bottom and the fish beautifully. The bottom slopes slowly and there is no great drop. Lifeguard supervision during the day. It is advisable to check reports of jellyfish, during our holiday they were only on the last day. Negatives (why I don't give 5 stars) - toilets only on the west side, changing cabins do not exist. Beach cleaning is also minimal. Too bad Juan-les-Pin town hall obviously doesn't care much.

Italian restaurant
Romagna Mia is a modest yet authentic Italian restaurant located in Cote d'Azur, offering the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna. The eatery features fresh pasta with seasonal toppings like truffles and mushrooms. The owners are known to break into song mid-meal, adding to the unique atmosphere. Visitors praise the welcoming ambiance created by Sabina and Fabio, who ensure a memorable experience through good food, music, and friendly interaction.
This was the best dining experience we had in the French Riviera! 10/10 food, service, and atmosphere. The owners were SO fun and spirited. Sabina took her time to chat with us and had such a wonderful personality. Fabio delivered our plates while singing. The both of them truly made the experience, and happily took pictures with us when they saw us taking pictures of our plates. The fresh homemade pasta was absolutely amazing. The homemade tiramisu was fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a hidden gem of not only Antibes, but the entire Riviera. Thank you, Sabina and Fabio, for a delicious and unforgettable dining experience!

This was the best dinner in the city. Freshly shaved truffle on the pasta at the table. Inanely good freshly made pasta. On top of homemade desserts. Also Rock on Fabio for the Guns and Roses playlist and recommended dinner menu. Fantastic experience and a must visit
Corey — Google review
We walked in for dinner and were greeted by a woman at the front. That was about the only smooth part of the experience. We had to wait for menus. When they finally arrived, we tried to explain our food preferences and allergies. She ignored us completely and walked away mid-sentence. The place was nearly empty, but somehow she was always busy with something else and never available to actually help. As I was about to say I’m not a big fan of truffle, she suddenly opened a covered truffle and shoved it right in my face. I was stunned. We also tried to explain that someone in our group has a gluten allergy, but she kept talking over us and listing pasta options without ever asking what we were looking for or what we could actually eat. After ten minutes of being talked at and completely dismissed, we gave up and left. Maybe the food is good, but we didn’t get far enough to find out. The service made it impossible. She also kept bringing up Fabio, who I assume is either her husband or business partner, and talked about what he prefers. At no point did she ask what we wanted. That about sums it up. This place seriously needs to rethink its approach to customer service.

It is like going to your friend's house for dinner, but your friend is a fantastic chef. The atmosphere is light-hearted and fun. The food is exceptional. The sauces are light and delicious, and the homemade pasta is to die for. We go as often as possible.

We had a wonderful dinner at Romagna Mia. The host and owners were cheerful and cracking jokes all night and told us about the origins of the restaurant. The food was delicious and modestly priced and the wine was also delicious. We had the Ragu and the Carbonara type dish (which was simply elite) and then the tiramisu. Highly recommend

Best atmosphere you could possibly get at a restaurant! Sabina and Fabio really make it an unforgettable experience! Not only is the food good but so is the music inside and the owners really make it welcoming. They promise great, fresh and homemade food on which they deliver. They both make you feel welcomed and like family by singing, talking with you and making jokes. They liven the place up and make sure you’re smiling and laughing all during your meal. Definitely worth a visit! Thank you Sabina and Fabio.

Pizza restaurant
Mamo Michelangelo is a renowned rustic-chic eatery located in Antibes, behind the ramparts, and has been a staple since 1992. The restaurant offers a fusion of Italian and French cuisine, featuring delightful pizzas made by a Sicilian pizzaiolo, homemade pasta, and the finest French produce. Housed in an old stone wine cellar, Mamo Michelangelo exudes history and Mediterranean charm.
Mamo Restaurant offers a charming and stylish interior, creating a cozy atmosphere that feels much more inviting than its exterior might suggest. This small Italian gem is well-regarded by both locals and tourists, making it a unique dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, with the waiter suggesting several specialties. However, it would have been helpful if the prices for these dishes were mentioned upfront, as the end bill was a bit surprising due to the price of the chicken. Portions at Mamo are enormous! The burrata as starter was creamy, mouthwatering, and truly divine. To be repeated! The whole chicken with potatoes (specialty) was also very tasty, with a portion size that could easily serve four people rather than just two. The tiramisu, likewise, was generous in size and perfect for sharing. It was creamy and light, tailored to personal preference regarding the mascarpone mix. While I didn't try the pizza, I've heard from friends that it's delicious and a must-try. Overall, Mamo is definitely worth a visit, especially for dessert!

What a night!! We spent our anniversary here with some of our friends and it was absolutely superb! The food was some of the best we’ve ever eaten, the cocktails were delicious and the staff were so helpful and accommodating! The price point is definitely on the higher end but I think the service and product well and truly match! Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing evening of dining!

An exceptional dining experience for true food lovers. Every dish is prepared with passion and authenticity – from perfectly grilled seafood to creamy risottos that balance flavor and finesse. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the presentation is simply beautiful (see photos). The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the staff strikes the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. You instantly feel like a valued guest. This is not just a place to eat, but a place to savor – ideal for anyone who appreciates genuine recipes, refined taste, and a touch of Mediterranean soul. Highly recommended!

Please read and try elsewhere. I'm writing this review to share my recent and, frankly, disappointing experience at Moma Michelangelo in Antibes. My party and I were quite surprised by the atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The crowd was a perplexing mix, a mosaic of what appeared to be well-heeled families with their children, Russian elite, the European monied set, and then, a few tables like ours, who seemed to have stumbled upon the place by mistake, completely missing the memo on what makes it so popular. The vibe felt exclusive and a little odd, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. The food, to put it mildly, was wildly expensive. Starters and pasta dishes began at €40, with main courses priced significantly higher. To start, our group of four shared a couple of appetizers and a Margherita pizza. I had hoped the pizza, a simple, classic dish, would be a good indicator of the kitchen's quality, but it turned out to be the worst Margherita I have ever had in an Italian restaurant, especially one located so close to the Italian border. The flavors were bland, the crust lacked character, and it was a real letdown. For our mains, we each ordered a different pasta dish, yet none of us managed to finish our plates. The dishes were lackluster and failed to justify the exorbitant price tag. We were then tempted by the dessert menu, spending another €50 on two desserts. While they looked beautiful, their taste was disappointingly average and unmemorable. The only saving grace of the entire meal was a truly excellent bottle of wine we ordered. However, even this came with a shocking price—€300, and it was one of the lower-priced options on the list. The entire experience felt like a classic case of style over substance, with a price tag that simply cannot be justified by the quality of the food. Given the exceptional dining options available in Antibes, I honestly and strongly recommend you go elsewhere and save your money for a truly memorable meal

READ BEFORE DINING We recently had dinner at Mamo Michelangelo in Antibes. The setting is charming, tucked in a cozy cavern-like space with warm décor and an inviting open kitchen. The owner greeted us as we left, and he was genuinely lovely. That said, there are some things you should know before booking. Tables are arranged unusually close together, with only a slim divider in the middle holding Parmesan, salt, and pepper, water etc. Essentially, you’re dining right next to strangers. While we got lucky with friendly neighbors, it was not what we expected for a nice dinner out and felt less private than a higher-end restaurant should be. As for the food: • Calamari – Outstanding. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had, tender and perfectly balanced with the sweetness from puréed tomato, cherry tomatoes, and olives. A true standout dish (5/5). • Raviolini – Here’s where things get murky. We ordered the artichoke cream version but were served the truffle raviolini instead—at a €50 higher price point. Despite confirming our order twice, the switch still happened. While the truffle raviolini was delicious and generously made (5/5), the way it was handled felt questionable. At this price range, accuracy and transparency matter. • Veal escalope with lemon – Underwhelming. The veal was a little overcooked and dry, though the flavors were pleasant. More lemon-butter sauce could have saved it (3/5). The broccolini, however, was excellent, with just the right seasoning and a hint of spice (5/5). • Apple tart – A fantastic finish. Crisp pastry, perfectly cooked apples, and a touch of salted caramel with ice cream. Even my wife, who rarely eats dessert, couldn’t resist more than half of it. Service was friendly, and valet parking (€20) was convenient, though nearby parking seemed available. Overall 4/5: Mamo Michelangelo offers some truly excellent dishes in a beautiful setting, but the cramped table layout and the unexplained dish swap leave room for improvement. Worth visiting if you’re after top-tier calamari or truffle pasta, but be mindful of the details when ordering.

We were really looking forward to dining at Mamo during our stay in Antibes but it was a terrible experience. We were seated at 9.40 for a 9.15 reservation then within moments we were asked several times by multiple waiters if we were ready to order. We ordered the Primitivo wine and specifically requested three courses to share, Braesola antipasto, meatball rigatoni and baby chicken with a side salad. The starter arrived within 5 minutes and it was delicious, however we then waited over an hour for the next course, the tables around us who had arrived and ordered later were paying their bills. When the waiter eventually brought the food it was not ours but for an adjacent table who had arrived an hour after us! We eventually received the pasta, chicken and salad all together, not as different courses. The chicken was dry, the salad was brown, slimy and inedible. As you can see from the time stamp on the bill we paid at 23.20, the restaurant was almost empty and the restaurant staff were clearing up around us. We were so disappointed by the whole experience.

Day 3 of "Gelato Every Day". Another winner with this one. Appears to be one of the more popular places here, with lots of high marks! We got lucky, there were only a couple people ahead of us. I got the extreme chocolate with salted caramel. It was awesome! Chunks of caramel in the salted caramel and the chocolate was decadent. The other was baccio with hazelnut. Both were excellent.

The most amazing gelato we had in Nice! The Bacio flavour was incredible, and the passion fruit was refreshing. Wish we could try more flavours! The flower shape on the cone is so pretty!
Angel Y — Google review
The lines and high rating speaks for itself. This place uses real fruits and ingredients in their gelato. We tried their flavors of the day (melon, pomelo, peach, and watermelon) and were not disappointed. It tastes like someone blended these fruits and turned them into gelato. No artificial flavoring and naturally sweet. This is an absolute must stop when in Antibes. Prices are also very reasonable for made in house gelato...5 euros for a small size that contains 2 flavors. Please note that the lines can be long since the staff are carefully crafting the flower shape for each customer. It's also cash only. No credit cards.

Located on Juan Les Pins Avenue Docteur Dautheville, Restaurant Le J is a hidden gem known for its lively and contemporary setting. The restaurant has limited seating, so making a reservation is recommended to enjoy their A+ wine selection and phenomenal desserts. The attentive staff adds to the pleasant dining experience at this favorite spot in town.
Absolute great experience with Restaurant Le J, the owner was super friendly and patiently explained the whole menu in English. The menu was designed based on the fresh ingredients they get on the day and was presented in a creative way. The main courses (especially the prawn dish) had multiple layers of flavours and textures that worked out well. The dessert was a bomb and a must try! The caramelised hazelnuts on top was a highlight. It is relatively pricy but it matches with the quality you get. Overall it’s very worth it!

This restaurant which is managed at the front of the house by the wife and the kitchen by the husband is a treasure. Such lovely staff. The food was actually incredible, and I didn’t have the highest of expectations given its location. My lamb was fall-apart-tender and lean. My partner loved his veal. Thought it was very well cooked. The best part of the meal was the new banoffee dessert. Omg! Creamy, caramel custard, banana, a peanut butter layer, yogurt(?) gelato on top? Maybe my favorite dessert of the trip.

A Hidden Gem in Antibes We came to Le P’tit Cageot on a Tuesday evening, introduced by a local friend — and honestly, we’d have never found this spot on our own. It’s tucked away, unassuming, and exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble upon in France. As our entree, the charred leeks were creative and mouthwatering. The daily special was Coq au Vin, which everyone at the table ordered except for two. It was my first time trying the classic dish, and it didn’t disappoint — fall-off-the-bone tender, rich, and full of flavor. One of those meals that quietly lingers in your memory. The house-made ravioli were gorgeous little pillows, perfectly cooked, while the risotto was creamy, flavorful, and satisfying. What stood out just as much as the food was the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They navigated dietary restrictions with ease and care, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Le P’tit Cageot is one of those places that reminds you why you travel — simple, authentic food made with love, shared in good company. Highly recommend seeking it out if you’re in Antibes.

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor — we were left waiting far too long, and when the food finally arrived it was brought in such a disorganized way that we never got to eat together. The dishes themselves were bland and lacked flavor, and the prices were outrageously high for what we actually got. Overall, not worth it and definitely not recommended.
Matteo T — Google review
The food was less than average, especially the appetizers. For the main course, we had cod without any taste and potatoes that tasted like they were from the day before and just taken out of the fridge. Totally overpriced and I don’t recommend the food. Came late for dinner and it was just perfect. I had the fish with a glass of wine—delicious, and exactly what I needed. Great atmosphere.

Good quality food and friendly service. We had made a reservation at 7pm and we were glad because the restaurant quickly filled up. We ordered the octopus and veal. Both were cooked very well, with high quality ingredients. You could really see the care and love taken to prepare the dishes. That being said, I was satisfied but not blown away. Crème brûlée was very good as well 😋 Overall would recommend but wouldn’t sweat it if you didn’t have time to try it 👍

Excellent food at a reasonable price. Tasteful details that elevate simple ingredients. The beef and chicken were both soft, flavorful, and perfect to anyone looking for a simple yet elegant meal. High quality wines ranging from $30-$100 a bottle.

Epi Beach is an upscale seafront grill with a casual pizzeria that offers delicious food. Visitors can enjoy their meals at the beach or take them down to the sand. The service is quick and efficient, with orders brought directly to the guests' chairs upon scanning a QR code. Despite being on the pricey side, it's a great spot for a beach day as it's not too crowded and has a small beach club atmosphere.
I and my partner have eaten here many times. What I can say? It has been an amazing experience with a good food and and amazing service. We have eaten many times in Riviera French( Monaco, Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez), but this has been the best restaurant in the Riviera French. We are Italian and the waiters have been professional and take care of us during the service. Thanks above all to Adam and Said being professional, cheerful waiters. I hope to see both next years as Manager of this restaurant, both deserve it💯💯💯
Cristian R — Google review
We had a sharing platter which was extremely oily and not good at all, especially for €30. The waiter was a bit rushed in recommending the expensive sharing plate without explaining exactly what it was. On the other hand, the pina colada was alright. It’s nice to be down the sea having dinner but the quality isn’t there. We won’t be coming back.

A nice beach club in Antibes. The sunbeds are very comfortable ( 40€ per person, not first row) and the atmosphere is lively. Service was good, welcoming and attentive. The food was alright, it was quiet bland, but definitely not bad. Overall recommend!
Elizabeth L — Google review
It is one of those beaches in Juan Les pins with nice sands and warm water. The food was ok and the service too. The music was very nice. Proper showers and clean toilets are what’s missing.
Mana — Google review
The service was truly faultless, attentive in every detail yet carried with a quiet discretion that made the whole experience remarkably pleasant. The seafood was of the highest quality, fresh and prepared with real mastery, each flavor standing out without ever overpowering the other. It was a meal that spoke of care, precision, and a respect for fine ingredients. If there was one small imperfection, it was the placing of a table just in front of me, which slightly interrupted what was otherwise a splendid view of the sea. As I did not mention it at the time, it remains only a passing regret. In every other respect, the experience was exquisite and one I would gladly recommend.
Wafa G — Google review
We visited Epi Beach expecting a relaxing day at a beach club, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. First, we were charged €40 per person just for the sunbeds, and on top of that, we were required to eat at their restaurant—something that should have been optional. The food itself was very disappointing. I ordered a hamburger that was practically inedible. Without asking, the staff brought out guacamole and hummus, which ended up costing us €32 plus extra for fries—not a great start. At the end of the meal, we asked for coffee with sambuca, and instead of including the sambuca with the coffee as typically expected, they brought them separately and charged us €16 each. Completely unreasonable and not transparent. Be very cautious when ordering—our waiter was extremely persuasive and made it very easy to order things without making the pricing clear. This place feels more like a tourist trap than a luxury beach club. Definitely would not recommend based on our experience.
Domenico P — Google review
FOOD POISONING: 2/3 of our table got food poisoning from their meals (Sardines and king prawn wok). The setting might be nice but the food quality is dangerous. Ok place for just a drink, but you’re better off choosing somewhere else to eat.

The staff is the best!!! We visit Juan les Pins at least once every year and have visited all the beach clubs. The combination of price, quality and service is best at Epi Beach. We have been here a few days and we have had both lunch and dinner. All great.

Le Nomade is a magnificent sculpture created by Spanish artist Jaume Plensa, situated on the ramparts of a restored waterfront fort in Antibes. The sculpture depicts a giant man made entirely of steel letters, standing at eight meters tall and offering an almost lace-like effect when illuminated by the golden sun at sunset or lights up dramatically at night. Visitors can even walk inside the sculpture to admire the intricate patterns and enjoy breathtaking views of the sky and sea.
Don't miss to see this spot when visiting Antibes. Unique and recognizable memories!

Huge artwork with a beautiful meaning. Free to access but you need to find your way. You need to start at the bottom of marina (marina parking) and follow the road/wall that circles marina (along the wall on the right if you face the sea). Once you reach about mid-point, there will be ramp up the wall. It takes you up to an open-air bar, so you just walk through the gate and keep walking past the bar to the statue.
Vlada — Google review
A walk around the marina will find you overlooking the sea and pondering this sculpture. The Nomad is a reflective and inspiring place.

Great views of the coast and the “mega-yachts”. Great outdoor bar set up with a very cool vibe. Friendly bartenders and staff.

Drove 45 mins to get to Le Nomade in Antibes. Absolutely worth the drive. Reached there at about 8pm and managed to catch the sunset. Le Nomade faces the sea and had a therapeutic walk along the coast line seeing the waves hit the shore. This attraction is out in the open and no tickets are required. This, in my opinion, is worth a visit and thereafter you can visit the Antibes town which is bustling with life.
CR F — Google review
Beautiful. Have been coming for years and really liked the fact they have a bar and food there now, just a shame that the establishment has turned to the loud techno music you hear in other bars in antibes these days. Not to sound like a killjoy, and I don't know if this is a bid to attract more young people, but I'm in my late 20s and we visit Antibes for the beauty, not to party and have to hear loud music everywhere we go.

Located near the famous Pinede-Gould, La Passagère is a gastronomic gem in the PACA region, housed within the Belles Rives hotel. The restaurant's Art Deco charm and historical significance make it a must-visit spot for those seeking an elegant dining experience. With its stunning murals, crystal chandeliers, and historic bar, La Passagère exudes the glamour of the Roaring Twenties.
I enjoy returning to this hidden gem of a hotel for a nice dinner. My favorite dish is the burrata. The risotto with lobster wasn’t the best, but I still enjoyed it. I’m not particularly fond of their cocktails, but the food is always delicious — and the view of the French Riviera is simply amazing.
Arina V — Google review
I dined at the restaurant situated on the terrace, where the sunset view was truly spectacular, complemented by the charm of the historic building. The staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and provided detailed explanations of the menu items in English. The culinary offerings were commendable; however, the desserts were somewhat a bit too sweet for our preferences. The presentation of the dishes was exceptional. Unfortunately, a big wedding event occurred on the same evening, resulting in elevated noise levels that detracted from the serenity of the outdoor dining experience.

I had an excellent dinner at the restaurant La Passagère. It was an unexpected windy night so we all stayed inside. But the ambient was as romantic and dreamy as expected. Very well presented dishes serving by extremely attentive staff. Luca was the one took care of my table. He knows the dishes to every single details. Highly recommended 🤍

My husband and I have dined at many Michelin Star restaurants around the world from Napa to Florida to Italy and France…you get the idea. I would place this bottom 3 experiences we have ever had and I am not that picky to be fair. See there is a delicate balance of trust when you are experiencing fine dining. In the right hands, you are taken on a journey, a dance of pleasure if you will. This experience was anything but that; and more like a feeding trough for animals. Let me continue to set the stage. This was our last meal after a 12 day trip all around the French Riviera. We had the BEST Michelin experience in Nice at Flaveur on night 4. We walked in at 7:30 pm and left at 12:30am. Please note this was a 5hr time frame for 7-9 courses with wine pairing. We also ate at very basic restaurants during our trip. None EVER went less than 2 hrs with drinks and an entree. At La Passagerde, we were finished with a 7 course meal in under 2hrs, including the bill paid. Let me explain why this is an important detail to my 1 star review. Upon arrival we were offered champagne and poured a full glass. We were then given bread and 2 “starter” dishes within 15mins. Have you ever drank a an entire glass of Rosa Champagne and basically half a meal in 15mins? I haven’t!? I was sort of confused and still trusting in the staff and experience since this is a Michelin Star experience. After 30 more mins I had wine glasses stacking up that were half finished and when I excused myself from dish 3; 35 mins later to use the restroom because now I am not feeling so well, my plate was cleared!? No one can enjoy rich and complex dishes with wine pairings at a rapid pace that the staff was setting. It felt like they wanted to turn the table over to hurry and get more people through. It was extremely fake and impersonal with the staff. I lost all trust in the process. Eating here was a race and my husband finished one of my plates because I felt so sick and couldn’t eat another bite of white fish drenched in sauce. I sat there moody and unresponsive to the staff and literally NO ONE ever bothered to ask how anything was or if I was ok…like I was lucky to even be there!? All the plates were fish and so basic. Literally nothing stood out and I was so full by the 3rd course because I ate 5 dishes in 45 mins that everything started to taste bitter. This was like a hotdog eating contest that I never entered… This place reminds me of the Michelin star restaurants where the head chef used to be there but doesn’t go back anymore and the whole place is going down hill. It is a tourist trap at best. If you are accustomed to fine dining and Michelin Star then do yourself a BIG favor and go into Nice and eat at Flaveur where the main chefs are still there and care about the experience. If you have never had a Michelin meal and enjoy eating and drinking like some is going to take your food from you during a 7 course meal that is done in 2hrs (check paid at 2 hrs) then this is your place.
Brooke J — Google review
Spectacular. Very pricey but such an amazing experience, incredible food, beautiful wine, highly recommend the bar Fitzgerald for a cocktail before dinner. We watched the sunset in the most beautiful setting, amazing service. It was an absolute fairytail evening that we will never forget

Spectacular meal in a stunning environment. We had the “surprise” menu, 8 courses which was simply stunning. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. That with a view over the bay as the sun was setting. Worth every penny.
Nick S — Google review
La Passagère is an absolute gem! The view over the Mediterranean is spectacular, the cuisine is creative and full of flavor, and the service is impeccable yet warm. A perfect fine-dining experience that beautifully combines elegance, atmosphere, and gastronomy. Truly memorable!
MONTY S — Google review
Very nice setting and very welcoming staff. We had a table outside and the view was really nice. The food is nice, we had the seafood menu and I really liked it. The letdown was the service: while they had enough staff, the wait between dishes was very very long: for a 5 course menu we had to stay over 4 hours. Some tables arrived before us and left before us. Given that there are 3 set menus and we didn't take cheese, that's not great. Often you'd see a waiter holding a tray with a table next dishes but no other waiter to serve them out. There's clearly a need for someone to help with the flow of waiters and ensure that no table is left out: finished dishes would stay on our table for 15 minutes

La Tour Antique is an intimate and casual Italian restaurant located in the old town of Antibes. Run by catering experts Federica and Davide, it offers traditional and revisited Italian dishes made with fresh products sourced exclusively from Italy. The restaurant boasts a rich wine list featuring selections from Italy and France. With a south-facing terrace and a cozy lounge atmosphere, it's perfect for romantic dinners or gatherings with family and friends.
Very nice experience. The portions are a bit small given the price point, especially the charcuterie plate, but everything was high quality. The spinach ravioli with prawns and the tiramisu were the stand out dishes for us. The cocktails were good with nice pour sizes.

A really nice Italian restaurant in an old town Antibes. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, a quiet/relaxing place for a night. This place is for you! It is great for romantic dinner, dining with family or group of friends. The restaurant has about 10 tables (so make sure you reserve your table in advance and is only open at night. During summer time there will be more tables on the terrace outside (around Mid June-August) Food was good. Service was warm and welcoming. There was only few selection of menu but it was good and gastronomic, love the dessert. Ambience was nice and relaxing. It got some candle light at night. The price is reasonable for its services and ambience. This place has never been too crowed because the booking management of the restaurant so you can sit as long as you like for the night. Le Fort Carré, a 16th-century fortress located in Antibes, is a popular tourist attraction with a rich history. It served as a prison for Napoleon Bonaparte during the French Revolution and was likely built by the Romans before being reconstructed by King Henry III of France. The renowned French military engineer Marquis de Vauban further fortified the fort in the 17th century.
A great piece of history alongside some fantastic views across Antibes and the marina. The staff were warm and friendly, it was nice numbers in the fort and battlements were controlled, making for a much better experience.

Well worth the visit. There was a temporary change in access road due to work on the coastal path, but the floral and fauna among with the 🦋 and other insects added to the route up. Not too steep but more of a steady climb. Some steps. Tickets at the door. Views were beautiful, and structure well worth the visit. The only negative was that more of the history could be translated in some of the rooms. Highly recommended.
Valerie D — Google review
If you’re visiting Antibes and appreciate history, I recommend touring this Fort! The staff was very nice and encouraged taking pictures. The fort itself was a little smaller than I expected and further from the train station than I anticipated, but the walk was very pretty! Bring water if you go on a sunny day.

Very nice. Would have liked it better if we could have walked up to the parapets. It's been basically recreated from what it used to be. Not bad. Frankly I like the walk to it better because the ocean was beautiful. And I did appreciate that the took a lot of time and care to maintain the native flora and fauna.

Old castle located about 1km from the city center. You can walk along the coast or next to the road to get to the fort, wich is a lot shorter. The view from the fort is nice and there are some rooms to visit, but overall there is not much to see.

Nestled in the heart of Antibes, Les Filles du Micocoulier is a charming creperie that invites you to indulge in both sweet and savory pancakes. With its inviting terrace overlooking the bustling Marche Provencal, it’s an ideal spot for a leisurely lunch or a delightful afternoon snack under the sun. The menu features an array of creatively named crepes inspired by artists, all crafted from organic ingredients sourced from Brittany.
Such a lovely place, perfectly situated in the heart of Antibes. The waiters were so cute and welcoming. It was my birthday, they brought the Crepe with a candle and everyone in the restaurant started to sing for me (I don’t know how they managed to tell all the guests my name, Wow!!), I was almost crying. And the Crepe itself was just so delicious. I felt so happy and I‘m thankful for that lovely experience. Such a genuine and happy place to be ☺️
Pablito L — Google review
The savory crepe was disappointing — it was quite burnt and had a bitter aftertaste. I saw other tables also have the crepe burnt. The cheese was heavy, the salad is oily, made the whole dish quite greasy. The crispy chicken rolled crepe was also not enjoyable, overly oily and the fried chicken is greasy, seemed to be made with low-quality oil. The highlight was the sweet strawberry crepe. It was refreshing and well-balanced. We liked it so much that we ordered another one, and they kindly added three scoops of whipped cream on top. Noted that they put a lot of oil on the plate under the crepe. I in general don’t like oily dish, especially made with poor quality oil. Service was just average — not friendly or attentive.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience here. The menu had great variety. We tried the French breakfast, the Nordique breakfast, and a Nutella crêpe, and everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared. The portions were just right, and it was a perfect way to start the day. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Marché Provençal and the promenade, making it super convenient for exploring afterwards. A great spot for a relaxed and delicious breakfast! I’d definitely come back!

In the centre of Antibes just before the market square there is this beautiful place only for crepes. Gallets and crepes are not big enough to feed ourselves. Villa Eilenroc, located in Cap d'Antibes, is a prestigious estate that reflects the opulent lifestyle of the 1920s to 1950s when wealthy Americans frequented the French Riviera. Visitors can explore the immaculate gardens and a stunning rose garden that overlooks the Mediterranean.
A pearl! A must see when in Antibes. Check the opening days, as of now (summer 2025) it is only Saturdays. The entrance fee is small, a few euros, but they accept only cash, so make sure that you have some cash with you. Both the villa and the garden are beautiful.

Having driven from the UK we stumbled upon Villa Eilenroc during our stay in the area. It was only open on Wednesday and Saturdays whilst we were there. It doesn't seem to be promoted that much and signage isn't prominent... there wasn't any parking so you have to find somewhere on the road and then take a fair walk. Entrance was free when we visited. The staff were very helpful. The French anticovid App and face mask were needed at the time of the visit (November 21) to enter the house. The house and gardens were beautiful and well worth the visit. It felt like we were visiting somewhere special.... would certainly visit again if in the area. A secret gem.

It’s very close to the market but feels pleasantly removed from the crowd. We sat down to have a glass of wine with my wife, and couldn’t resist ordering the shrimp because it looked so good. Saw a recommendation on a thread and my wife and I were in the area so we decided to try it. We’ve been in France for almost 2 weeks now and while we’ve had good service for the list part everywhere, the staff at Cafe Brun is extremely friendly and accommodating. The owner even came out to help us with making a decision on whether to purchase wine by the bottle or by the glass and he was very helpful and honest with his advice. Food and drinks come out extremely fast and everything was great, Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Merry Mary is a delightful gem in Antibes that quickly became a daily favorite for Ali and me. Whether we were stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon pick-me-up, this health-focused café offered a refreshing escape from the usual carb-heavy options. With delicious Buddha bowls, gluten-free avocado toast, and creamy almond milk lattes on the menu, it was the perfect way to balance our indulgent baguette habit.
Great coffee shop in Antibes! They use organic products, offer a great coffee and tea selection as well as fresh juices, smoothies, breakfast and brunch dishes (including vegan and vegetarian offers). The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcomig and so is the staff. They have good music and a cozy interior. The place is definitely worth a visit.

Interesting choice of cakes and vegan sweets, but 6,5€ for a small piece of cake isn't really serving all pockets. Sadly! Exclusively affordable for certain classes. The carrot cake is quite moist, but still tastes like a cake you'd have in winter - cinnamon, ginger, orange. Tasty though. Staff was very kind, too.

This place was just amazing. The owner and the staff were so friendly, helpful and pretty cool. It was super easy to make a reservation. They speak english 😅 which was helpful for us. The food was sooo delicious. We really recommend the poke bowl and the dessert. The decoration and the atmosphere there were just perfect for your holiday mood. Thank you Merry Mary

Friendly, cozy, delicious, and calm! Located in the center of Antibes, I would highly recommend this place for special and healthy dishes or even simply a coffee with a gluten-free dessert.

Nice place to have a brunch and a lunch. Good food and interesting menu. The only thing that I would have liked is that the food to be a little bit warm (especially the potatoes and the aubergines) and not cold or indoor temperature. Otherwise it was perfect!

Beach
Plage de la Salis is a family-friendly beach located at the entrance of the old town of Antibes. It is known for its authentic charm and friendly atmosphere. This private beach offers modern facilities, including quality restaurants, water activities, and complete beach services. Visitors can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and savor delicious meals while relaxing on this picturesque beach. Additionally, it's a nice place where smoking is not allowed, making it an ideal spot for a tranquil seaside experience.
Crystal clear water, shallow but still good for swimming. Beach is not wide, traffic is very near but there is few kiosks with ice cream and coffee or panini sandwiches. Parking on the street, only few places or big parking lot next to beach near by.
Una A — Google review
Thousands have pushed the button of disappointment. Late September the fresh water showers were turned off by the city. Since then there has been many warm days with hundreds on the beach. I have been amused by this reoccurring event of beach goers trying to get a little fresh water to clean up or cool off, only to be disappointed. They accept the fact that it is off and go about their day. Then one minute later someone else comes by with same results. No one puts up a sign saying "off for the season" or finds a way to turn them back on. I thought french were a vocal people but then I remembered french default to "no" or "that is impossible". So maybe all attempts to get the city to turn the water on have failed or everyone just exepts the reality, knowing the answer is "no" already. At any rate, the city saves a few euros while thousands get to be disappointed and stay hot, salty and dirty. That is life on the beach here in October.

SAND INFO: I don’t normally review beaches but I did a lot of research on where we could find a soft sand beach after arriving in Nice and discovering that their beaches have large river stones. So I just want to save others the time. THIS is is the place. Salis Beach in Antibes has soft sand (not pebbles) and the fine, squishy soft sand at the waterline and in the water. Your other option is Cannes but since we are staying in Nice, Antibes was closer. I’ve included pictures of the sand where people lay out and at the water line. A couple of other things. The water is VERY calm. Almost zero waves. And there are snack shacks all along the beach with tons of options - sandwiches, churros, smoothies, ice cream bars….
Krista B — Google review
Agree with other reviews regarding cleanliness and fine sand. Water had great visibility, was able to see fish of all sizes. Be careful of jellyfish in both shallow and deeper waters.
Rebecca F — Google review
Clear water, great vibe, beautiful place. Great for a short swimming evening!!
Mandar J — Google review
Nice beach overall! Mostly clean, felt like our belongings were safe unattended while we went into the sea, calm waters, and nearby stores, restaurants, and a snack bar.

Nice beach, but if you continue and do the hike trail (Le sentier du Littoral) you will find better one.

Sandy beach with a disability section Highly recommend - especially if you have someone with you that has a disability. Head to the Handiplage section - they have sun loungers and a separate section for those with disabilities. However , you will need to show some evidence of the disability. Coming from the UK, we showed out blue badge and that was fine.

I visited several times during my stay in this Old town of Antibes. First visit at 0730 am no people waiting and lots of selection, but surprised that min. Card payment is €5 - understood we bought the traditional ones Baguette and Croissant tastes good not fantastic. Next visit was about 0930 am waited around 10 min. bought baguette croissant and pain de chocolate - the Baguette tastes very different from the one I bought which many other reviewers pointed out that there is no air-gaps inside so it is more like a scone very denser bread. I like the way of working as they start early and finish early and respect the traditional way of working. They close on Monday and Tuesday. 4.5/5.0 * if you go early, pick among the fantastic selections of breads

What a traditional French bakery is; the good stuff sells out fast; tarte au citron absolutely au point. The darker loaf you can but as a quarter and have it sliced, absolutely delish. The Tarte aux blettes (i think thats how it’s spelled, is moreish and filled with a variety of green veg. Finally the best local croissants and pain au chocolat. well worth the morning dropin and queue.
Linda M — Google review
Great bakery round the corner of our apartment. Lots locals go, queuing to buy the bread👌
Vicky C — Google review
During our stay in Antibes we tried as many of the bakeries as we could. Towards the end of our trip this is the bakery we kept coming back to. By far and consistently the best as well as reasonably priced. Limited selection but theirs is on another level. Their croissants are simply amazing. This is the kind of business I like to support. Be sure to get there as early as possible as they will sell out and close at 1pm.
Russell W — Google review
Very small, take away only, bakery. Location is on a very quiet part of the town, far from the busy center. Few tourists or locals about. When we visited, 11am on Saturday, there was no line at all. But yes, supplies were depleted, shelves a bit light, selection meager. The pasadilere was ok, 2E, although the fish taste is not for me, nor the oily paper it comes in. Croissants are good but a tad old. Best to come early. I'm just not sure why this place is famous in Google though. Epi D'Or pastisserie is much better. Bigger, more selection, and a chronic short line into the street. And it's in the bustling part of town.
Steven W — Google review
This was a disappointment. There was a problem with the bulk fermentation of the baguette, either it was too short or there was a problem with the yeast, I've never seen such a brick of a baguette apart from my beginning attempts at baking bread years ago. The pain au chocolat was extremely dry and bready, with only one row of cheap dark chocolate. Maybe this is the place to get a pissaladière, but a baguette or puff-pastry stuff is to be avoided.

Located on the Cap d'Antibes, the Jardin botanique de la Villa Thuret is a 3.5-hectare botanical garden established in 1857 by botanist Gustave Thuret. This stunning garden is home to a diverse collection of exotic plants thriving in the climate of Cap d'Antibes.
You will see exotic plants and trees that you won't see anywhere else in this region. However, the garden doesn't seem very well taken care of. A little bit of attention from the mayor would be needed for its good preservation.
Sorin P — Google review
Quiet garden to walk around and enjoy. It was really pretty to see the parasol pines. I did get bit by mosquitos here! Saw a good amount of rose winged parakeets!
Christina H — Google review
A calm place outside the main tourist areas of Juan-les-Pins. There is only a one entrance open - from the south side - look out for Chemin Gustave Raymond. There is no entrance fee as long you are individual and not in a large group. Leaflets and a map are available at the entrance gate. According to it, there are toilettes available on the premise, I haven't verified it. The arboretum and its research work is focused on adaptation of foreign plants to Mediterranean climate and divided into thematic sections shown on the map. They are well described at the paths in French, English and Italian. Apart from that, most of individual trees are labeled with a Latin, French and English name. After a 10-15 minutes walk downhill you can reach the seaside. No cafés or shops inside and nearby the place itself.
Leszek D — Google review
Quiet place in Antibes, many interesting trees and history of domestication of subtropical plants. You walk through a garden full of beautiful trees, but it has three weak points - the labels are very austere, there is no drinking fountain and there are many mosquitoes, at any stop you become fast food for these cuddly pets.
Sileny K — Google review
The botanic garden at Villa Thuret displays a number of huge trees and palm trees, like huge Eucalyptus (called ghost tree due to the white bark), giant cypresses and som of the largest palm trees. The garden was created by the botanics Gustave Thuret who introduced the palm trees to Cotes D’Azure by climate adaptations starting in the 1850th. Now run by the university, and it is free to visit.

Although most of the plants may not look spectacular to neophytes (like me) this small botanical garden is like a diamond in the rough, hidden in the Cap d'Antibes. It's perfect for a 30 minute meditative stroll. Entrance is free - use access on the chemin Gustave Raymond, as the main gates are locked on the Boulevard du Cap (next to the bus stop).

The hotel provides easy access to Juan-les-Pins Beach and other nearby attractions. Guests can indulge in spa treatments, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, and take advantage of concierge services.
A Slice of Mediterranean Heaven! We had the absolute best time at Hôtel Belles Rives! From the second we walked in, it felt like stepping into a postcard—elegant, relaxed, and full of classic French Riviera charm. Our room had a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, and we were obsessed. We spent way too much time just staring out at the sea, and we don’t regret a second of it. Sunrise, sunset, or just a lazy midday—it was stunning at every hour. The vibe of the hotel is effortlessly chic, with just the right mix of old-school glam and modern comfort. The staff were amazing—so kind, helpful, and always made us feel right at home. In particular, Ricardo saw to our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. La Passagère was an absolute treat. From start to finish, the whole dinner was next-level—beautifully plated dishes, incredible flavors, and the seaside setting took it over the top. Every bite felt special, and you could tell a lot of care went into the menu. The atmosphere was elegant but still totally relaxed, and the service was spot-on—friendly, attentive. Add in that stunning view of the Mediterranean, and it felt like a scene from a movie. Easily one of the best meals of our trip. If you're staying at Belles Rives make sure you book a table. It’s so worth it. Between the view, the beautiful interiors, the people and the overall feeling of being somewhere truly special, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already dreaming of coming back!
John W — Google review
Beautiful atmosphere. Accommodating staff. Hospitality at its finest. Picturesque backdrop. What more could you ask for? Also, Luca is fantastic. We had a minor issue with our room not being fully ready upon arrival, and without us even asking he upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the water. Amazing. And don't forget to spend some R and R time by the pier. So relaxing.
Dr. R — Google review
Staying at Hôtel Belles Rives felt like stepping into a film I never wanted to end. As a movie lover—and someone who’s always been a little obsessed with the glamour of the 1920s—this place was pure magic. Knowing that F. Scott Fitzgerald once lived and wrote here gave the whole experience this dreamy, almost surreal atmosphere. I could honestly picture Zelda dancing barefoot on the terrace, champagne in hand. The Art Deco details, the sea views, the vintage charm—it all feels untouched in the best way, like time has slowed down just for you. I spent hours on the balcony just watching the light shift over the water, imagining scenes from old movies or pages from Tender is the Night. The service was elegant and old-school in a way that’s so rare now—quietly attentive, never overbearing. Dinner by the water felt like something from a classic film, and every corner of the hotel holds so much history and emotion. Belles Rives isn’t just a hotel—it’s a story. And I felt incredibly lucky to be a small part of it, even just for a few nights

rooms are small and almost all of the amenities are inconvenient to use. while the reception is warm and helpful but the vallet pakring costs a lot, 50 euros per night. and even the breakfast is poor and the services are awful. the taste of coffees is trash, so I asked to get espresso but the server didnt bring it until I leave the table. After they noticed that I was leaving, then started to show they are brining it. it seems that they did such like that on purpose. worst hotel service ever I have.

What a special place to visit. Everything was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable. The service and attention was excellent. Breakfast on the deck was fabulous. Dinner food was top notch. All the best of Antibes.
Jeff H — Google review
My family, friends, and I have been visiting Belles Rives for many years. In fact, my grandparents fell in love with Antibes through this very place, which led to our family acquiring property in the area. That’s why I say this with genuine disappointment, that the standard at Belles Rives has declined severely. Over the past year alone, I’ve visited at least seven times, and each visit has been worse than the last.. from unprofessional service and inattentive staff to poorly made drinks and subpar food. I, myself, have never stayed at the hotel, but I’ve often come for a drink or meal, drawn by the view and nostalgia. Sadly, those are no longer enough. On my most recent visit, on the 24th of June, I came with a friend for a casual drink and something to share. We ordered the burrata with tomatoes, repeatedly confirming with our server that the dish contained no nuts, as my friend has a serious allergy. We were reassured multiple times, and nothing on the menu indicated otherwise, so we proceeded. First, it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Then, the burrata arrived, smothered in pesto. We immediately raised the concern, and after another long wait, a replacement arrived. Another waiter kindly offered bread, which never came. Our desserts followed. I ordered the crème brûlée, which turned out to be a cold, jelly-like, oddly flavoured reinterpretation that bore little resemblance to the classic dish. The final disappointment came with the bill, which took 25 minutes to arrive despite the restaurant being nearly empty. A staff member approached with the bizarre and condescending question: “Are you the allergy people?” She then insisted the original pesto was “nut-free,” despite listing pine nuts as an ingredient immediately afterward (a baffling contradiction). Her explanation was confusing and dismissive, and frankly, quite troubling given the seriousness of the issue. We later learned it was our servers first day, and frankly, we felt bad for her. She was clearly unsupported. It’s deeply frustrating to watch a once-loved establishment lose its sense of hospitality and quality. While the view remains beautiful, it no longer justifies the experience; the service, food, and attitude have all fallen well below the standard that Belles Rives once represented. Regrettably, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

The passionate owners, Paul and Elsa, create an inviting atmosphere where their love for natural wines shines through. Just a stone's throw from the Marche Provencal, Jeanne stands out as a hidden gem on a quiet street.
My first meal on my first visit to the Côte d‘Azur - and boy what have I missed! I loved everything this place served, especially the grilled corn with miso and bonito flakes and the super moist poppyseed cake with poached peaches for dessert. Really EVERY ingredient is top notch here, service super attentive and nice, they even gave me half portions as I was on my own so I could try everything I wanted. I truly hope to be back here some day. Just make sure to reserve a table online, they are popular for a reason!

Good choices of wines. We went for the Bandol rose Provence. Food is mainly to share. Not sure why they put five pieces of each if you share … Some guests can be very loud at their table, which impacts the dining experience as the tables are quite close to each other.

Best restaurant in Antibes? Classic French food with a modern twist, a well thought wine list and a cosy atmosphere. Best restaurant in Antibes with cozy ambience. Highly recommend the orange wine and these menu items: tapioca fritters, beef tartare and the beef stew. Ensure to make a reservation ahead of time as they are always fully booked.
Kelly N — Google review
Most wine bars serve food to accompany their wines. But at Jeanne, the food takes center stage alongside the good selection of biodynamic, organic and orange wines. You won't find a menu online because the menu depends on what is available locally that day. Dishes are created with a balance of textures and tastes - making it so enjoyable with wine. Lovely memorable experience; this wine bar thus is a small 'restaurant' and so bookings are necessary - I saw so many persons being turned away!

When the wind is coming from west, the sea is really calm. There are also toilets and bins, and a nice (small) tower to visit and climb. The only bad point is that the road is really just above and there are not that much parking space around (but you can still come with bike, it is really not far from Juan les pins or Antibes city centre !)

Visitors can explore the history of postcards with an audio guide available in multiple languages. The museum offers insightful commentary on the development of postcards and displays rare and special examples. It's a recommended stop for those interested in the history of communications or looking for an engaging activity during their time in Antibes.
Wonderful museum of history and art through postcards. The curator was very kind and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure to meet him. The beautiful collection itself is amazing and truly a must see for people with interest in visual arts. An experience that easily better or rivals much bigger galleries and museums. Thank you very much for sharing it with us, it was an absolute pleasure.

We arrived at the museum around 5pm. The owner said we couldn't visit the museum in 1 hour. Still, we really wanted to visit the museum because the theme interested us a lot. Thankfully, he let us in because what an unique experience and gem this place is! The man was very friendly and made sure all our audio guides were perfectly working. The most important things were explained short and clearly. During the visit, I understood why you need more than an hour for this visit. You just want to discover all the details that's being told about these postcards.. Suddenly the owner came to us to tell us we had an extra 15 minutes after closing time. We were really grateful. It is someone who passionately wants to share his collection out of love. I really recommend this place for people who love collections, history, art, cards, scrapbook etc. ❤️

This was a really interesting little museum. I love postcards and history so if you do too, or even if you just love social history, and can appreciate the art within postcards you will love it. You get a headset with explanations for what you are looking at in each section, which are arranged as collections. You can see how popular different types of postcards were at different times and why there were so important. The staff member was very nice and kind too.

A truly unique little museum, it covers the history of France since the early 1900s in an unusual and affecting way. It's a labor of love for the owner, who has prepared a very useful, entertaining and idiosyncratic audioguide to his collection. It needs your full attention to really appreciate, I think, but is well worth the effort. Charming!

Amazing experience. I had just listened to a podcast on the study of postcards so this peaked my attention. So happy I went. The postcards were informative and inspirational. I was surprised by how unique and special each postcard was. The curator was so knowledgeable and kind, I loved my time there. We stayed for about 2 hours and we loved every minute of it!

A lovely museum filled with unseen history and life. A great place to gain inspiration and knowledge. I hope that more tourists support local/independent museums, the Picasso museum was nothing in comparison to this gem. Wishing Musée de la Carte Postale the best of luck.

This is the unique place with interesting collection of postcards from all over the world. Some items are really amazing and impressive. For example, transparent or sound cards. We got free audio guides in the entrance with the brief information about each section of the museum, what made our experience even more entertaining. Thanks a lot.

Coffee shop
NOMADS coffee is a cozy and minimalist coffee shop located in Antibes, near the Marche Provencal. The atmosphere is inviting with wooden tables and benches, offering a perfect spot to enjoy traditional espresso or filtered coffee from Ethiopia or Colombia brewed using a V60 pour-over pot. Situated between the Peynet Museum and the Picasso Museum, this charming spot delights visitors with the aroma of handcrafted V60 or aeropress-infused coffee.
Nomads is truly a wonderful place to enjoy specialty coffee. I had a fantastic Burundi coffee as a flat white — it was fruity with perfectly balanced acidity as the milk complemented it beautifully. If you prefer less fruity coffee, there’s also a Colombian bean option available. I paired my coffee with a lovely chocolate and hazelnut cookie, which had a chewy centre and was topped with fresh hazelnuts. The crunch from the nuts and the molten chocolate made it both delicious and visually appealing. They also sell a great selection of freshly roasted specialty coffees, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If I lived here, I’d definitely be coming back regularly!

Definitely worth passing by if you are visiting Antibes. Small cute coffee shop giving local vibes and serving both drinks (cold ones perfectly for summer season) and food. In general nice location and quality service. Would recommend.

Very decent cup of coffee. Flat white was on the bitter side but strong and well brewed. Would opt for a cappuccino or latte next time A few tables available outside and a handful inside.
Alex D — Google review
I ordered an ice latte and it tasted like milk. My friend and I got the same order so I’m assuming it wasn’t a mistake. There are far better coffees in Antibes than Nomads. The service was good and the shop is very cute.

Good coffee shop in a really great location! The outdoor seating is perfect for people watching, and it’s seconds from the main covered food market. Wonderful to sit and watch tourist & locals with their petite dogs strolling past along the beautiful cobbled streets. There are seats available inside too. Nomads do all the usual espresso based beverages including a nice strong Flat White. The espresso is strong and bold - very typical for France. And there’s some attempt at latte art which is rare in France. Service was very moody, so don’t expect eye contact or a smile when ordering. The location is excellent so it’s worth visiting.

Salis Beach is a bustling stretch of coastline with soft white sands and tranquil, crystal-clear waters. It features convenient amenities such as food stalls and public showers. While it can get crowded during peak season, the beach offers stunning views of the old town's ramparts, the Alps, and the majestic Garoupe lighthouse perched on a nearby hill.
The perfect beach! Super soft sand, wonderful clear sea- perfect for swimming! We went in mid May and it wasn't very crowded at all. Great selection of beach huts serving food and drinks. Toilets nearby for convenience. Would definitely go back when we are next in the area!

Perfectly clean water. The beach doesn’t have sand. The only sand is on the volleyball court. Overall almost a perfect beach.

Our favourite beach in Antibes area. Nice sand, beautiful water, small seaside snack shacks, toilets and a gorgeous view of old town Antibes and further in the distance Nice. A little further walk than plage Ponteille from old town however slightly less busy sometimes as a result and more amenities.

Really nice beach, crowded but full of space, I’m posting from here right now 16/08/2025 at 12:15 on a Saturday mid August and it’s just perfect Just be CAREFUL with the JELLYFISH, lots of kids and adults being stung by gigantic jellyfish, also the beach has a lot of kids on it, so if you’re no up to a beach full of kids and family I do not recommend, 100% a family place. Crossing the street there parking but not too much but it’s possible, free at Saturdays and also there is a few food trucks and a water rental place

Nice, clean beach, with white sand and "children friendly". It is reachable by public transport from Antibes, although possible also by walking but probably not the best option considering the temperature during summer. The beach has also a "private" beach but most of it is public. Showers, toilettes and small shops for snacks or drinks available.

It is located close to the Antibes railway station and provides ticket services with helpful staff who can assist in English. The hub also serves as a public enquiry and ticket office for the bus station. Additionally, it offers easy connections to Nice and Cannes, including a reliable bus service to Nice airport.

The 82 bus was late and then took over time to figure out some girls ticket bought online - very upsetting and disappointing as they made 20 people wait because of one girls ticket. It was 15 min late to the airport eventually. Thankfully, it’s arrived 5 steps away from departure lounge.

The bus to Nice airport is a reliable service and I highly recommend it. It arrives at the moment at terminal 2 and then hoop on the tram ( free) ride to terminal 1 in less than 10 mins. The whole journey took less than 30 mins for eur 9. Worth it!

Biggest bus stop in Antibes. Train station is just 2 min walk. You can buy monthly pass from here. Office staff even understand English and are ready to help. But check office timings. Its 7am to 7pm in winters. Most buses going to Nice cannes will come here
JAGRITI B — Google review
The waiting area is clean. However, there are some info outdated. For exempl, the information on some of the tickets is misleading if you wanna buy a ticket at the vending machine. DO NOT BUY A TICKET AZUR AT THE MACHINE. It no longer works with any Envibuses and ZOU expresses as of Jan. 1 2021. If you're unsure about which ticket to buy, go directly to the ticket office.

Nestled in the charming town of Antibes on the Cote d'Azur, Absinthe Bar is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable night out. The bar is adorned with an array of headgear, guitars, and absinthe-related memorabilia, creating a unique and lively atmosphere. Situated in Viel Antibes, this bar also doubles as a museum dedicated to the infamous green spirit.
Really really fun experience at Absinthe Bar! The live music was great and the cocktails were delicious too. I would suggest getting there before 10pm to get a good table. The lady who was seating everyone worked hard to get as many people in as possible and it was nice that you were served at your table rather than having to go to the bar. Definitely worth a visit

What a fun experience! The hats are a great touch! The cellar area is nice and cool and a great escape from the heat outside. We loved learning about absinthe. The decor is awesome!
Raymond T — Google review
Went here during a group tour of Antibes. We were all able to try absinthe. The experience itself was fun (with the water tripping onto the sugar and such), but what I really enjoyed was the atmosphere of the bar. I would come back simply for that. It reminded me of fun speakeasy bars I have been to in nyc. Since we were on a tour we didn’t get the usual service but the man who greeted us was kind and also let us look at the chartreuse bar next door as well. Along with the bar, there is also a souvenir shop where they sell absinthe and other culinary goodies.

Super fun and unique bar in the centre of Antibes old town. Great vibes, live music and the fun experience of trying absinthe if you want to. They also have plenty of other drinks choices! Great cocktails. Every time we come here we have a great night. It's always busy, full of energy, with everyone singing and having a good time. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast at this bar! We had read the reviews about the infamous hostess Rebecca and sure enough, everyone was moved around a few times once in to make room for new people and leavers - it’s pretty squashed in there with table service and everyone gets rotated unless in the corners so just expect this to happen to you and you won’t be offended when it inevitably happens ;) just part and parcel of being in there when it’s rammed. The atmosphere was brilliant (live music on a Saturday night), drinks good, a really unique bar, loved it.

Crazy damn time. Drinks are 8-15€, loved the experience. definitely check this out, might be a wait time to get in but it’s worth it. no ac and it’s small inside but it’s a vibe

Such a fun bar, great crowd of people (slightly older and not drunken 20 year olds), everyone happy and singing along to the live music which was fantastic! If you’re one of the lucky ones not to wait in line and not to get kicked out by the grumpy old waitress you’ll have the best night. She actually adds to the atmosphere, it’s comical how rude she is! I can completely understand the 1 star reviews, if you cop her wrath you’re in for a bad night. Other staff were super friendly though.

Hôtel Juana, located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, has been a luxurious retreat since the 1930s, attracting A-list clientele and artists alike. The art-deco hotel offers spacious and comfortable guest rooms, a refined bistro with a terrace serving Mediterranean cuisine by a Michelin-starred chef, and an outdoor pool.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff and the service were incredible and the location was amazing. Everyone was really helpful whenever we needed. Super friendly and warm staff as well. We brought a baby and they were super accomodating with all of our needs. The pool wasn't anything to write home about and the elevator was so tiny, it was sort of funny. The rooms were alright, but nothing so special. We got access to the beach club across the street which was awesome.. I recommend seeing if you can get that as part of your package!

We (3 adults and our dog) stayed at Hotel Juana one week in August and had a fantastic time. The service from front desk, valet, concierge, bar, restaurant, housekeeping etc. was superb. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The kind of service you want in a boutique first class family run hotel in a top holiday spot. They always had an eye for our dog too. The hotel even offers dog dinners and massages. Location nice and just a step away from the beach club. Lounge, restaurant, bar and terrace very beautiful decorated. Food very good. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, bathroom design a bit old fashioned but purely personal. Fitness and spa need a serious upgrade in design and equipment. However this might not an issue for many as you are at the Côte d’Azur with so many other things to do than fitness/spa. Highly recommend Hotel Juana and we will be back.

A Stylish Gem with an Incredible Concierge – Hotel Juana, Antibes We had an amazing stay at Hotel Juana – a beautifully eclectic boutique hotel that blends historic charm with a fresh, curated style. The building itself is full of character, with an old elevator that runs up the centre like a time capsule in the best way. Everything feels well thought out – from the design details to the relaxed yet refined vibe. The pool area is a real highlight – a great space to unwind, and it’s fully serviced with food and drinks which makes it easy to spend an entire afternoon there. The restaurant at the front of the hotel also deserves a mention – great energy, good food, and a buzzing atmosphere that draws both guests and locals. But the real standout from our stay was Roland, the concierge. He didn’t just make our stay better – he made our whole trip. We’d been trying for weeks to get bookings in Eze and Paris with no luck, and Roland worked his magic to lock them in for us effortlessly. He’s knowledgeable, warm, and goes above and beyond – a true pro who understands what luxury service is all about.

Hotel so ready for an update The common areas are lovely but the lifts, hallways and room aren't great. Staff are mixed. Some lovely some no so much. Great location
MollyManc — Google review
I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Their presentation is entirely misleading. The picture they show is edited to erase surrounding buildings (see street view screenshot attached). They mention a « secret garden » that is nowhere to be found. They pretend to be « in the middle of the pinède », which is nothing more than a shabby public garden across the road. The swimming pool is in a prison yard next to the road. Service is average and rooms feel like they go back to the 80s. The Juan beach is a giant construction site. To top it all, not their responsibility, but you get families with babies crying to complement the traffic noise from the road that’s right outside the terrace. Net net, you get none of the good of the south (sea and outdoor experience) and all of the bad (attitude, dirt, cramped spaces)
Vladimir L — Google review
Stayed here during the Cannes Yachting festival week. Paid close to 900 euros per night (admittedly the rate was probably very high due to the boat show). Although the hotel is very nice, I was disappointed given the 900 euro nightly rate I paid, definitely not up to the standard of other comprables. The breakfast was especially poor.

Excellent quirky museum in a small side street just off the covered market. Not obvious but its hidden away at the back of a shop selling Absinthe. To find it walk to the back of the shop and then down a flight of stairs. The whole bar is underground with parts dating back to Roman times. There's a collection of Absinthe and the special water fountains used with sugar cubes when drinking Absinthe. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very worth a visit.

Quirky absinthe bar in the basement of a corner building in old Antibes. Packed full of character and loads of old absinthe glassware. With four restaurants offering outdoor seating in the square itself, visitors have plenty of choices to satisfy their taste buds.
Don’t even try to go to the restaurants around- bad food, tourist traps. Few decent gift shops, nice ice cream place. But excellent place to drink some coffee or vine and to visit occasionally flea market- have to ask about schedule for that.

Fantastic atmosphere, good restaurants and a lovely vibe. There are four restaurants that have tables in the square, so lots of choice. The live music and entertainment is great! Be prepared to contribute to them with a few Euro when they come round.
