Water park
Water & Amusement Parks
Nestled on the Chelan Butte with stunning views of Lake Chelan, Slidewaters is a popular family-friendly water park in the Northwest. It offers a variety of attractions suitable for all ages and swimming abilities. From the 500-foot Lazy River to beginner slides like Bug-a-Boo for parents and toddlers, as well as thrilling options like Tube Blaster and Purple Haze, there's something for everyone.
We had a blast and will definitely be back. The price was affordable, the staff was polite, and the overall vibe was laid back. It wasn’t too busy and had enough activities to keep us busy for hours.
Falan M — Google review
We visited Slidewaters as two adults and one child and paid $85 for all of us. 🏖️ Totally worth it! The water park is compact and easy to navigate — you don’t need to walk far between attractions. 👣 Great for families with kids! You can grab a bite right inside 🍔🍟 — burgers, fries, soda, and even ice cream 🍦. It was pretty busy, but the atmosphere was still fun and enjoyable. 😎 Lots of slides are family-friendly, and many allow you to ride together with your child, which is a big plus! 👨‍👩‍👧💦 Definitely recommend for a summer day in Chelan! 🌞🎉
Олександр Р — Google review
Clean, fun water slides, sandy volleyball court, and cool wave pool. All different cultures and ages can come to learn to surf or enjoy watching others surf while drinking a cold delightful beverage. Lots of places to lay out your towel for sunbathing and enjoyment. The only thing that bothered me is the price of food. Still worth going to relax and have fun 😊
Cassandra B — Google review
Is a great place to take the kids. If you are new to the park, is good to know a few things: bring beach towels, is up to you but you can bring little tents since is very common to see family's bringing them and setting it down on the grass. You can rent a cabana but only if you want a private space and don't want to pack anything to sit. Also upstairs there are chairs and lounge chairs with umbrellas that you can sit and relax. Since I went on a not so sunny day it was ok but looks like it could be very sunny upstairs not a problem if you like the sun. The slides are fun, just prepare to walk up the hills, it is for all ages literally, I will come back. Ohhh bring food if you don't want to eat fast food other than that they sell the regular things you can find in places like this, burgers, fries, etc.
Maria C — Google review
We had such an amazing time at Slidewaters in Chelan! I went with friends and it was the perfect spot for a fun, memorable day. The slides were a blast, the water was refreshing, and the whole place had such a positive, summer vibe. Everything was clean, well-kept, and the staff made sure things ran smoothly. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Chelan and want to have a good time with friends or family.
Motivation D — Google review
Awesome place! Small area for square footage, but packed tight with tons of slides. All of them are fun in their own way, and range in intensity for all ages. Only warning from my experience is that the intermediate slide #3 almost yeet-ed me off the slide.... left side of my body was out of the tube, but I survived. I didn't actually do that slide again. No running start on it either... but I'm a big guy, so maybe it was an issue of mass x velocity.... but my two kids played hard all day, and refused to leave... but we're passed out once seated in the car. Only picture i got was of the hang out pool that we sat beside.
Joshua F — Google review
Great for all ages . Granddaughter was 3 and she could touch the bottom of the lazy river. perfect for little kids and she went down 4 of the small waterslides while I waited at the bottom for her . We had older kids with us too perfect for a family. Bring a soft cooler, hard coolers not allowed . Bring sand toys too there is sand area above to play in for kids or a volleyball. You can bring small tents for shade or to rest in on grass !!! Bought my ticket online got there at 830 to line up before opening no wait YAY!!!

Pizza restaurant
Local Myth Pizza is a cozy spot with vibrant decor and comfortable booths, offering an array of calzones, pizzas, local wines, and brews. The menu features creatively topped pizzas like the Taco Wagon with a plethora of ingredients, but also highlights simpler options such as the margherita pie and the flavorful pepperoni calzone. Whether you've been out on the water or exploring the mountains, this place provides a welcoming atmosphere filled with the aroma of freshly prepared artisan pizzas and calzones.
This is a small local joint with friendly attentive service, laughs, and great music. The food is excellent, from the marinara to the pesto. The roasted red peppers are excellent, and the peppercorns are sliced thin enough to add a salty spice without overwhelming the other flavors. Grab a local or craft beer while you are here. I lived my porter, but the white stout was an excellent choice too!
Melissa H — Google review
Tried “The First Date” pizza, and it was amazing! One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The thin crispy crust was perfect, and the salty prosciutto paired so well with the sharp blue cheese. The sweet dates and balsamic really brought all the flavors together. Definitely a pizza I’m going to order again next time I’m in town!
Navy H — Google review
Talk about the perfect pizza! This place absolutely nailed it! The pizza was amazing, that crispy undercarriage (not a hint of limp!) was exactly how pizza should be done. I got their lunch special, which was perfectly priced and came with a fresh salad and a massive slice of pizza that hit all the right notes. The staff were super friendly and attentive, checking in just enough without hovering. You can tell they really care about their customers and have a great connection with their community, everyone walking in seemed like a regular. If you’re a pizza lover, do yourself a favor and stop here. Great food, great people, and just an all-around feel good spot.
Tate S — Google review
Great experience, awesome staff, and wonderful pizza and beer. We took full advantage of the staff recommendations, I asked for a beer sample and he brought a second he said was a similar style, a local wheat ale, and that's what I ended up with, it was great. The wedge salad was a big hit and pizza, after he nailed it with the beer, I asked him to pick the best or most popular. His one question back was , "Do you like spicy?" Since we do he suggested "The Firecracker" this was a for sure winner! We will definitely be back!
Kirk H — Google review
Ate lunch here yesterday, started out with 2 local draft beers and the wedge salad. I was in heaven, ice cold local brew and a delicious salad. Ordered the combo pizza, thin crust was crispy and the toppings were fantastic! I highly recommend this pizza restaurant!!! Almost forgot, the service was top notch! Thank you!!
Rick S — Google review
Came here for the first time and honestly did nootttt disappoint!! It’s so good and everything was fresh and amazing. Perfect crust, flavors and portions. Over all just delicious. We had a party of 5 and shared everything but the calzone (husband ate the whole thing himself and that thing is huge). We had ordered the 3 meat Calzone, Penne Al Ragu, Chicken Cordon Blue, Margherita Myth Pizza w/ Prosciutto and for dessert the Affogato. We dug right into the affogato so we didn’t get a photo but I absolutely - highly recommend getting it because it was so good.

Even when totally packed, staff are so kind, down to earth, and helpful! Always the best pizza, best service, great selection of beers and ciders.

I've heard that Chelan is a magical town, and it is. I had the opportunity to go there this weekend with some friends. The lake is very clean. There are many activities to do. It's a small town, but clean and full of tourists. I would go again, but at a different time of year.
Angel C — Google review
I've been going to this park since I was a small child. I remember old man Don Morse cutting up apples for us kids. And his BOLO TIES! Great place to take your family. Covered BBQ/party/function area(s) Playground, skate park , mini golf, go cart track. And. Lakeview drive in right at the end of the park.

Had a great time with the family and dogs! But I really didn’t want to leave. We were pretty much the only ones there. Crystal clear water. Loved it!

Great Park enjoy the volleyball right next to some putt putt and go-karts too cool playground nice beach. They also have a pretty decent skate park and an RV campground next door
Jeremiah A — Google review
It's a good spot for swimming. I swam on 4/28 and 4/29, 2023. The weekend was mid 80°F The beach/ swimming area is shallow quite far out. I swam to one of bouy which shows "no wake zone" I'm 5'3". I was able to stand, and the water was about below my chin. The water was clear and saw fishes. I use a waterproof camera for taking pictures. Also, the camera showed water temperature. It was a sunny day so that the water warmed up. My camera said 65°F water temperature. I'm pretty sure the middle of the lake or deep were colder. But the park beach was very shallow. Comfortable with just swim suits.
Eiko F — Google review
This park is so beautiful! The awesome view of Lake Chelan, the grass always moved, and the park is very clean. You can order food and drinks from The Outpost concession stand. You can bring your grill and bbq there. I love Lake Chelan and this beautiful park is right on it. It's next to everything; restaurants, and grocery stores.
Steven — Google review
We really loved this park as it's next to the lake with great play area for kids and right next to kayaking rentals, miniature golf and go karts. There are some shelters that you can take advantage of if you are with family. Caution: the parking is not free and the machine for paying parking would be offline sometimes. However the staffs next to RV registration were really friendly enough to help you out. Watch out for bugs that comes in big group, if you throw food in the trash at the park.

Movie theater
Ruby Theatre, located in Chelan's central business district, is one of the oldest movie theaters in Washington state. With a seating capacity for over 300 people, it offers an elevated watching experience with its main floor and balcony. This historic theater has been continuously operating since 1914 and is a local institution where residents gather to enjoy the latest blockbusters and stage shows. The ambiance and decor reflect its rich history, with original features such as an impressive Wurlitzer adding to the charm.
What a classic move theatre! Really enjoyed watching a movie from the balcony seating.
Mona — Google review
I’m local - love the Ruby. We always try to go there when there are big screen movies in town. Went to see Jurassic World Friday. The music soundtrack couldn’t be heard unless there was no dialog or sound effects. When the big moment scenes come up, and even on end credits, you could barely hear it. Sounds effects and vocals were PLENTY loud. I alerted the owner, who said they couldn’t control music levels separate from sounds effects or vocals, which I get. I sat in back row to see if he would investigate my claim. Instead I could hear them talking in the foyer over the movie, mainly because there was no music in background as scenes unfolded. I hope for the sake of patrons over the next week that he actually investigated and complained to the Distributor if indeed levels were that out of whack. I’m just not seeing any noise online about it so I doubt the issue is widespread.
Paul H — Google review
What an amazing, old-time, classic theater! Built in 1914, showing movies and stage shows through until today. Recently saw a great show from a local PNW musician here and it was a cozy, but not cramped experience. The audio sounds good and the mezzanine is well situated with good views. They have an original Wurlitzer, which is beyond amazing. The cars of the staff and owners shows in the ambiance and decor. From what I was told they have never remodeled and it is still beautiful!
Remi Q — Google review
Movie audio & video quality were awesome. The balcony is reserved for 18+movie goers but main floor is open for everyone. The balcony is smallish & offers old style theatre seats.
S O — Google review
Over 100 years old and on the National Register of Historic Places, Ruby Theatre is a little gem of a movie theatre right in the heart of Chelan town. What a great way to cool off on a warm evening and enjoy a piece of history.
HM C — Google review
I just love the Ruby Theatre and the owners are absolutely wonderful people. I enjoy the Ole nostalgic feel. It's just a nice size theatre. You can see the screen from any seat even if someone tall sits in front of you. The snacks are very fair priced. Oh gosh try sitting in the Balcony! Wonderful place!
Shelly M — Google review
We like this cinema,my husband and I will go to watch every new movie

Loved the historic theatre. Neat to see the old fashioned design. The screen is smaller than a modern theatre, but the picture and sound were great.

Lakeview Drive In is a laid-back, seasonal spot offering a variety of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and soft-serve ice cream in a scenic lakefront setting. It's known for its fresh and very good food. The drive-in is popular among families and visitors who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the picturesque views of the lake.
I got the bacon burger basket ($12.50) and a peanut butter cup milkshake. The wait was only about 5 minutes (on a Friday at 1pm in April). The double patty was the perfect amount for my hungry self. And while the bacon was super thin, there was an adequate amount and it was crispy. The bun got a little soggy from the condiments in my last few bites, but still delicious. I do wish there was some type of “special sauce” on the burger instead of just mayo, ketchup, relish, etc. But overall this was tasty. The fries were crispy and good, but unevenly seasoned. The seasoning was a Johnny’s-like seasoning blend with (what I assume) is garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Really tasty, just wish there was more of it on each fry instead of just on top. Milkshake was all you could want it to be.
Summer S — Google review
This is definitely a greasy food stop. As long as you know that's what you're getting, it's totally worth it. Burgers were good, fries were delicious. Wait wasn't too long for how long the line was. There were tables to sit at outside some in the shade. And water was provided outside, which was great for a hot day.
Jenn W — Google review
Pretty disappointing experience unfortunately. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Which, I get it, busy drive thru on a sunny Saturday, but the owners should account for that and have the kitchen fully staffed and running fast. Paid $15 per cheeseburger which seemed high for the quality and quantity of food. About half the fries in our basket were fresh but the other half were weirdly stale like they'd been sitting out. I will say the onion rings were great, but I don't think we'll be back.
Lisa N — Google review
We ordered online for pick-up, and everything was ready on time and exactly as ordered, super easy and convenient! I appreciated that they offer gluten-free buns (toasted or left in packaging) and fries, which can be hard to find at a drive-in. The food was tasty and exactly what you want from a classic drive-in spot. The little lakeside setting makes it even better; you can sit and enjoy your food with a great view of the water.
Bren B — Google review
Beautiful location and we were surprised there was no line at the order window. High school kids taking the order and they were very nice. Going to the waiting area, it was the opposite and a ton of people and an hour+ wait. Again really beautiful backdrop which made the wait bearable. Burgers were dry though and very under seasoned so not worth the wait at all. The onion rings were spectacular though. Better idea to buy your own ground meat and make your own burgers if you have access to a grill.
Wayne L — Google review
Great old school burger joint. The views are amazing. Food is delicious.
Justin P — Google review
Amazing spot to eat and watch Lake Chelan. Tastes like nostalgia. Slower than it used to be, likely due to online orders.
Seth H — Google review
Lakeview Drive-In is an absolute must-visit staple when you're in Lake Chelan! This spot has that perfect nostalgic charm mixed with unbeatable food and beautiful lake views. Every time we visit Chelan, a stop here is non-negotiable—it’s just that good. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and made just right every time. Whether you're going for a classic cheeseburger or loading it up with extras, you can’t go wrong. The fries are crispy and golden, and don’t even get me started on the famous fries with seasoning salt—they’re addictive! We also love their milkshakes—super creamy, with tons of flavor options, and the perfect way to cool down on a hot day. The service is always quick and friendly, even when the line gets long (and yes, there’s usually a line—it’s popular for a reason!). The location is amazing too—you can enjoy your food while overlooking the lake, which just adds to the whole experience. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, Lakeview Drive-In never disappoints. It’s classic, comforting, and delicious. Do yourself a favor and make sure to stop here at least once during your visit—you’ll be craving it long after you leave!

Tsillan Cellars, located overlooking Lake Chelan, offers a delightful experience for wine and food enthusiasts. The winery features a tasting room, a restaurant with Italian-style varietals, a wine patio, coy ponds, and vineyards to explore. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views of Lake Chelan while indulging in great food and immersing themselves in Eastern Washington's wine culture.
View 10/10, service 10/10, wine 10/10 (subjective to your preferences but I usually love most of their whites and drier reds)! Honestly words aren't enough to describe this place. Just visit and see for yourself. My boyfriend introduced me to this winery a year and half ago and I immediately signed up for membership even though I have other winery memberships. They have a satellite location in Woodenville so I pick up my shipment at that location which is close to my house. Woodinville location is also lovely and hosts a lot of events like live music and wine tastings. I visited Chelan location during different seasons and their decorations have been always on point. The view is amazing with the Lake Chelan and mountains. Interior is largely Italian-inspired. Both Julia and Julia gave us tastings and they were both very knowledgeable with where the wine comes from and taste notes. I also learned that they don't serve wine that's been opened for longer than a couple days. On this visit, we had an honor to have chat with the owner, Bob. He is a very passionate and delightful person. He started the winery in his 60s and now it is one of the oldest wineries in Chelan. I can't wait to visit again!
Flora L — Google review
My husband and I visited this winery on a weekday afternoon. We were impressed from the moment we spotted the estate! The beautiful building and grounds set the mood for relaxation and splendor. We felt the cost for the wine tastings was quite reasonable. And if we purchased two bottles of wine, our wine tastings were free. We sampled and later bought the best red wine we have had in a very long time. We later found out it had been a big award winner this year. We sat outside in the beautiful surroundings which include water features and lovely natural habitats. There is even a gift shop with unique items to purchase. We would highly recommend a visit to this gem.

Tsillan Cellars is an absolute gem! The venue is beautifully designed and lively, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable experience. The stunning views of the vineyards and surrounding landscape are breathtaking. It's a very romantic spot, perfect for a date night. I wish I had a guy take me there! The wine is exquisite, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you're there for a wine tasting or a special event, Tsillan Cellars offers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

The place is very wonderful! Everything is very nice but the service is not very good and high quality! We ordered a glass of wine each, but it is a quarter of a glass! The price varies from 16-20$ for a quarter ! I probably won't return to this winery🍷 again
Sergiy D — Google review
The owner of the place is the greatest guy ever! He hugged us and welcomed to his restaurant before the opening hour! It was very cold outside and we appreciated it a lot! The food was great! Very tasty! We also bought the 100-point wine from the winery! It was an outstanding quality! Highly recommended place to eat and to taste the local wine!

We had the most enjoyable experience today. Made reservations at Sorrento restaurant in Chelan connected with Tsillan winery. Got there and were seated at a beautiful table overlooking the lake in the shade. Had a great meal, great service, then went to the tasting room next door. Got great service and went to the patio to go do our tasting! Had a surprise visit from the owner and the man who started the winery. A pioneer of wine in this area. Shared my connection with the Hedges’s and so enjoyed talking to him. A testament to the passion of wine. 88 and still comes to the winery everyday. His light is still shining bright❤️ Bravo Robert (Bob) Jankelson. Thank you so much for the conversation and the beautiful bottle you signed for us. Thanks so much, Kathy and Joel

Nefarious Cellars is an estate vineyard situated in a picturesque location that offers wine tastings, tours and classes, as well as accommodation in a charming inn. The winery showcases some exceptional estate vineyards alongside other top-notch Washington vineyard sites. Their wines are sophisticated, harmonious and impressive from start to finish. The tasting room team is very hospitable and welcoming with breathtaking views of the lake from their beautiful deck.
We stayed in the guest house 3 nights and enjoyed the beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets. It was a special weekend at harvest time and having a comfortable place to call home while we enjoyed many of the local tasting rooms, restaurants, shops and even a hydroplane race, made it even better. The Naferious Cellars wines were wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I even managed to sit and sketch the views.

The environment feels casual yet special, my ideal pairing :) Next time I think I’ll skip the hike and head directly to Nefarious!

Recommend call or online reservation for tastings: only 16 seats right now. Great, chill staff. Pleasant sipping wines with a nice water view. They sell cheese and snacks, or you can bring your own. We loved the down to earth vibe of this place, great wine in a relaxed atmosphere. $30 shipping fee

Fielding Hills Winery, located next to Nefarious Cellars, offers a family-friendly environment with a beautiful lawn and shady spots for relaxation. The winery provides a nice tasting experience with amazing views and a well-appointed facility. Visitors can enjoy great wines, especially the reds, while knowledgeable staff members provide insights during tastings. The winemaker's personal involvement adds to the exceptional experience. Guests appreciate the quality of the wines and often leave with bottles to enjoy at home.
What a view! Lovely wines, friendly staff, and a good vibe all around. One of my favorites on the Chelan side of the lake. Doing some of the better things with wine in the AVA overall. Don't miss this place, and make a reservation!

Nice tasting experience! The view is amazing and the bar and facility is beautiful, but overall felt a little stuffy. Not sure why I got that vibe, but didn't feel overly comfortable. Did not let it deter too much from the tasting though. Great wines, amazing reds and the server was knowledgeable and shared with us while tasting. I love their whole bottle decanter - we bought a bottle and they decanted it for us to share - very cool!

Beautiful setting in cozy surroundings. Our host was very genuine and friendly. Our wine choices and prices were excellent. I especially liked the cab franc rose’. Relaxing experience with stunning views.

Best staff and unique classy setting above Lake Chelan. Their beautiful wine is some of my most recommended in our area! A must visit on your Chelan wine tour. Some wine club members did engagement photos there as well and Fielding Hills couldn't have been more accomodating.

We went in for a wine tasting, but were blown away when the wine maker came out and started sharing his insights (and wine) with us. The wines are amazing. The facility and setting are first class. Friendly staff... and the dogs were the icing on the cake. Took home lots of great wine and will visit again for the experience.

Great vibes! The seating is fantastic - outside is totally the way to go. The views are great and the options for seating are comfortable. We got a chilled bottle of red wine and it was pretty good. There’s only two options for food (a cheese tray or a meat and cheese tray). The meat and cheese tray had great meat and cheese options. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Chelan Riverwalk Park is a 12-acre waterfront oasis where Chelan Lake and the Chelan River converge. This serene park in Washington offers picnic areas, shelters, a boat launch, and green spaces with urban views against a backdrop of natural beauty. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing afternoon with shady and grassy areas throughout. The park also hosts the Chelan Farmers Market during the summer, offering fresh produce, artisan crafts, artwork, and local food vendors.
Beautiful, peaceful park just off the main strip. Try the walks nearby. Loads of shade, picnic tables, and benches. No playground. Great place to stop and eat lunch and stretch your legs. Try Local Myth Pizza right next to the park.

Had the best time skydiving with my friends! Huge thanks to my instructor Cain for making the experience safe and for patiently walking me through every step. He is great!! We felt incredibly lucky to have unknowingly booked our jump during Northwest Sky Fest—it made the day even more special. My instructor, Nick, was upbeat, friendly, and made the whole experience a blast — even hyped me up to do a gainer out of the plane, which was amazing! My wife jumped with Caine, who was just as awesome and helped make her feel totally at ease. Everyone went above and beyond to make our first jump safe, fun, and full of great energy. With helpful staff like Don, who goes above and beyond to assist guests—especially kids learning the ropes of bowling—you'll feel right at home. The venue is impressively clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Best bowling experience! We have 3 kids and it’s a nice small alley, 10 lanes, so not too loud or overwhelming. Small arcade great for the kids. Cleanest bowling alley ever. Great food and prices. Also super friendly, chill staff Can’t beat it!

So fun! We came here after a long day in the sun and had the best time! The customer service was amazing! Prices are decent, tvs and music are a bonus. We will definitely make this place a tradition every time we come to Chelan!

I’m so glad we decided to stop in to Chelan Lanes. I was so impressed with how clean and well cared for the place was. Don was the first person to help us and he was so kind and offered to show our younger son how to bowl if he needed pointers. The service was wonderful. Someone was always coming around checking on us and offering to refill our glasses. Our boys had kids meals and they both ate every bite……which is not the norm for them. When we finished bowling our boys played the arcade games and we met Shawn, the owner. He was also very kind and took the time to ask us about our experience. We had such a great time and it was so reasonably priced for the experience and service we received. I highly recommend Chelan Lanes!

Restaurant/Bar review Beer sold in cans only, rather pricey. Lounge area is cool and comfy. If you want food, you come here because it's open, as the Chelan market deli closes at 7pm. Sometimes bowling alleys have amazing food, this place, lower your expectations. Ambieance, service, and the fact the kitchen is open till 11pm makes up for it! The JoJo fries are great. Wings are from the supermarket. Excellent service, the small bowling alley was crackin'.

So fun! Cosmic bowling starts at 5pm, only 10 lanes in this cozy ally. The bar is legit, the arcade is fun too!
C. — Google review
Small and cozy bowling alley. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bar which is part of the building but separated by a wall. We ordered some wings, which were pretty good, but food is not allowed on the tables right in front of the lanes (first I ever encountered that) so in order to eat we had to pause the game and walk away from our designated area. If we left our food to go back, people would be passing it, breathing, sneezing, coughing on it (flu season), so that was the biggest downfall but enough to drop the rating, as it was very inconvenient. Overall not too bad but eating was definitely an issue.

What doesn't this shop have?! Chelan Toys and Sweets is hands down one of the most fun, magical stops we made on our trip. As soon as you walk in, it feels like every kid’s dream come true—and let’s be honest, adults love it too! The shelves are packed with a huge variety of toys, games, and novelty items, plus candy in every shape, flavor, and form you can imagine. From nostalgic treats to rare international sweets, they truly have something for everyone. The ice cream counter was a hit with our whole family, especially on a hot day, and my kids could barely contain their excitement when they saw the cotton candy machine in action. It’s interactive, colorful, and just plain fun! They also have every kind of slime and squishy toy you could think of—which kept my kids entertained for hours after we left. The staff was welcoming, patient, and super friendly with the kids. Whether you’re looking for a treat, a gift, or just a place to spark some joy, Chelan Toys and Sweets is a must-visit. NOTE: CASH ONLY BUSINESS! Great place for kids over 52" to drive go Karts safely. This is a simple oval track without tight turns. The karts have good bumpers around the karts. The karts are slow enough to avoid much danger. 5 stars for families. However, anyone who is used to driving go karts at larger tracks will be bored out of their skull with the simplistic short track and the super slow Disney ride karts. If you're a family with kids who would have fun driving a go kart, stop by and you'll have fun (and bring cash). Otherwise, I wouldn't make a special trip here. Also, the staff here during our visit was very polite and friendly, so no issues there for us.

The old location burned down, new location heart of downtown Chelan. If you’re googling directions, it will take you to the newer location. Quality of their breakfast was great and portion size was huge. Service was great as they were very busy. Smaller location so get there early to beat the long line.

Great place with nice setup and very good service. I got the farmers skillet and my wife got the apple skillet. Both of them looked nice and had a good portion size. The protein to carb ratio was not super good and in both I found the amount potatoes to be disproportionately large compared to eggs and other protein. My daughter got the smiley pancake I think, either way this was a great portion and value for money. My friend got the breakfast burrito which was very good. Overall nice place .
Binit B — Google review
Horrible service and was disappointed. I was very excited to come here and try the food. After placing our orders my chicken fried steak had this weird taste and the green beans were soggy and just didn't taste right. My server was okay until I walked up and returned my food and apologized but something just doesn't taste right. The lady Krystal took my plate rolled her eyes and said I will give you another menu with a terrible attitude. That did it for me and I didn't order anything else. The rest of the food was mediocre. I was more disappointed in the service than anything just plain rude! We come to Chelan alot and this was our first visit to this restaurant which we were referred by the hotel staff. It ruined my day as I didn't feel like eating after.

Finally decided to give the new Apple Cup a try now that most of the tourist have left. Really disappointed. I ordered The Bob which I have always loved. The biscuit was so dry and hard that it was difficult to cut even with a knife. My wife had the BLT. No happy with it. For $14 you would think that you would get more than 2 pieces of toast, 2 small pieces of bacon and some lettuce and tomatoes. This is defiantly not the same as the original Apple Cup. They need to get back to the great food that they used to serve.
Richard S — Google review
They grill their english muffins which give a nice crunch and look. Their chicken fried steak is just average, a little tough and not very crunchy. Gravy is just blah with some pepper, hashbrowns were crunchy not oily or over cooked. Minced ham and eggs was good and flavorable. Food was for the price just average. Honestly you might as well drive a bit further to Blueberry Hills as their same breakfasts were awesome. Sadly closed mon and tuesday so gave Apple Cup Cafe a try. Very nice service. Building is old and has a certain smell. Could use a good remodel / cleaning. Sit in the back, that is much better than the front which is cold during this fall as only 25 degrees and you could smell disinfectant from the bathrooms right there.

Mexican restaurant
Marcela's Cocina Mexicana is a must-visit Mexican restaurant in Chelan, owned by the same family behind Rositas in Green Lake. The wet burritos, especially when filled with chile verde pork in a citrusy tomatillo sauce, are highly recommended. With around 30 margarita flavors to choose from, including prickly pear and tamarind, it's also a great spot for margarita enthusiasts.
What a great restaurant. When we came for dinner the restaurant was almost full. We sat outside and waited for a little bit to order but once we did it was good. The food was good. We started with chips and salsa. Two kinds of sauces one hot and one semi hot but both tasty. For the main dishes I ordered the ito burrito and it was enormous. Easily a two pounder. Full of beans, rice and pork in a tasty sauce topped with a green sauce and slices of avocado. My taste buds loved it. Every bite was a delight. My wife had the fish tacos with the tortilla soup and liked it. Unfortunately she didn't eat all of it because she ate before we got there and filled up with chips and salsa. I only ate half of my burrito and took the rest home. Looking forward to eating it later. For drinks I had a sprite and my wife had champagne. But we noticed that the margaritas were abundant at other tables as well as beer and many other types of drinks. The atmosphere was good. Really busy as the waitresses moved fast to serve everyone. We had three waitresses coming over to check on us. Even the bus boy was out making sure we were okay. Needless to say, we highly recommend Marcela's Cocina Mexicana. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

We stopped in for lunch on our first day in town for a conference and had such a great experience that we came back later that night for drinks. All three of us ordered fajitas and they were absolutely delicious, huge portions, perfectly seasoned, and served sizzling hot. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The restaurant had just been decorated for Día de los Muertos, and it looked colorful, festive, and full of personality. Later that evening, after most places had closed, we came back for margaritas, and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area, it’s the perfect mix of great food, great drinks, and great vibes.

First time Visiting Marcela's Cocina Mexicana in Chelan. We spent the day at the water Park, then drove into town for dinner. Found Marcela's and decided to give it a try. We were greeted immediately and sat promptly. Menus, water, chips and salsa were brought. After a bit, our server arrived for a drink order. When our drinks arrived, we ordered our food. When our food arrived, it was plated well and of sufficient portion sizes. We all enjoyed our selections. Flavors were good, as well as the temperature the food was served. I do have to say, once our food was brought, it was a while before we were able to order another drink and our water glasses were never refilled. We also had to wait a bit for our bill to be brought, after we finished our dinner. Otherwise, the restaurant was inviting and comfortable. The atmosphere was good. As I said, we enjoyed the food. I think this is a good option for Mexican food in Chelan.

I am a local person. My takeout order was wrong so I called to get a replacement. They messed it up again and forgot chips and salsa. The staff were rude and the food was like warm. Very disappointed. Recommend La Brisa instead. Much better food and service.
Jason C — Google review
The food was yummy we did have a bit of a wait but it was a Friday evening so it’s understandable. The top shelf margarita was delicious. I had the shrimp quesadillas from the appetizer menu and it comes with 3 single corn tortillas that are very crispy. Filled with cheese and a couple of shrimp with sour cream on top. We were seated on the top floor and it was very nice with good music.
Giovanna J — Google review
So this place definitely has room for improvement. 1. The salsa with the chips was quite spicy. 2. This place is big with an upper seating section as well. We were made to sit on the top. Service was spotty. Staff was, most of the time, nowhere to be seen. Perhaps if you have two levels, always have at least one staff member on the top floor. 3. Food took quite a while to arrive. Not typical of a Mexican restaurant. Maybe because it was a vacation day at a tourist attraction, but they should be prepared for it better.

Campbell's Pub & Veranda is a must-visit restaurant located within Campbells Resort, a historic landmark in Lake Chelan. Handed down through generations, this classic pub offers a top-notch selection of Washington wine, rare whiskeys, craft beers, and unique cocktails. The northwest menu and hospitality make it a staple of the Washington experience.
Cassandra was an amazing hostess who welcomed us to this amazing place! She helped us find the perfect table and Naomi took it from there! Naomi shared all her recommendations which were spot on for what we needed. Thank you both for making my husbands birthday so special! Can’t beat the view, food and service
Sarah H — Google review
Campbell’s Pub & Veranda is a true Chelan institution, housed in one of the original downtown buildings from 1901. The Pub itself is tucked inside the historic structure and still retains much of its original charm, think classic wood chairs, pub-style tables, and an old-school atmosphere that’s hard to find these days. It’s a cozy, adults-only space (21+), and a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink and a solid meal away from the family crowd. The Veranda wraps around the pub and is open to all ages. It’s bright and lively, but be prepared, it tends to fill up quickly with families and kids, especially during peak hours. Food-wise, the coconut cakes appetizer is a surprising standout, unique and seriously tasty. The Pub Burger is a favorite, and their fish and chips are exactly what you’d hope for from a proper pub kitchen: crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. If you’re downtown and looking for a great meal with a cold beer or cocktail—especially in an adult-friendly setting, the Pub at Campbell’s is a can’t-miss

Great place for view and breakfast. We went for a Friday breakfast and the place was not super busy. Got a table by the window as it was chilly in the veranda but that also looked like a great seating choice otherwise. The pancake stood out for me and I really liked it. The eggs and potatoes from kids menu was pretty good as well. I got the oub breakfast which was okay. We also got the vegetable scramble which was good. Overall great experience with good service.

Myself, my wife, and her coworker popped in for lunch while staying at the resort for a conference. On a Sunday afternoon we were seated immediately and servers glasses of clean, fresh tasting ice water. The ambiance of the restaurant was extremely nice and the music they had playing was a great addition. We ordered our food and waited about 15 minutes and it was entirely worth the wait. I had their Fall Burger and Campbell’s Lemonade with Caesar salad on the side. Everything tasted incredible and after all that and several of my wife’s French fries I did not feel like I had eaten a brick, which leads me to believe that they use quality ingredients. We will be back here again, and you should visit too if you can!
Brandon R — Google review
This restaurant believes they are “high class,” and tries to be pretentious yet serves fish and chips and meatloaf sandwiches… I came here with my family and, due to allergies, brought an açaí bowl from Goldie’s across the street. We were on a stop and thought this place was a casual dining spot/pit stop restaurant. Our waitress immediately told me outside food was not allowed. Fair enough—but when my sister politely asked what the solution could be, the waitress actually suggested I sit on a bench 20 feet away from my family to eat. The suggestion was so absurd I almost thought it was a joke. I asked her to confirm with a manager, but when the manager arrived, the same attitude was reinforced. At that point, my entire family left. It’s disappointing that a restaurant that seemed so regular and not fancy, went to try and pride themself to keep an image that does exist. The manager said outside food was a “liability issue”. True high-class establishments have a better look and serve higher quality food. My advice for this restaurant is to lower the pretentiousness if you are going to look like a low class pub. Does the açaí bowl look like a threat to you?

Outstanding breakfast "Chelan Sunrise" with excellent coffee and a warm atmosphere. Service was prompt. But let me tell you about the bacon - Um, nope, you'll just have to try it yourself!

Campbell's has changed over the many years since last dining here. It is no longer 5 star cuisine. Steak was thin, tasteless and over-cooked. Fried chicken was tiny tenders with too much breading. Burger was good but a bit overdone. Highlight was the fried pickles. They were perfect with just the right amount of spice. Wine selection was limited. Service was okay.

Nestled in the charming town of Chelan, Lake Chelan Artisan Bakery is a delightful haven for those seeking seasonal baked goods and hearty breakfast options. This cozy spot offers an array of delicious treats, including freshly made bagels, savory hot sandwiches, and mouthwatering quiches. Pair your meal with one of their expertly crafted coffee drinks made from locally sourced beans for the perfect start to your day.
Forget the rest. Just eat & shop here. But go early for first crack at all the scratch-made pastries, cookies, blueberry pie, fruit danish, raspberry & lemon cheesecake...you get the idea. We're coming back tomorrow morning before we leave to pick up some sandwiches & breakfast burritos (with hash browns) -- tortillas also made from scratch -- for our long drive home. Lovely lady behind the counter went out of her way to answer our questions & help us decide. Try the local coffee. It's the strongest we've ever had. They close at 3 pm & are the only real bakery in town.
Carol W — Google review
Didn't try bread or pastries, but the "quiche" was totally disappointing. No butter in the Pate Brisee, more like a pre-made commercial pie crust; the typical quiche custardy filling was basically a thick layer of scrambled eggs with stuff baked on the top, not incorporated into the filling. The girl behind the counter was pleasant and made a great cup of cappuccino. Maybe stick with bread (which looked great) and the variety of pastries or other items.
Frances K — Google review
Okay, I hate to do this as I did used to love this place but I just visited this morning, and the ladies serving messed up my order multiple times without making any kind of clarification before placing and packing the order. I ordered: -Jalapeno & Cheese Bagel -1 Ham & Cheese Croissant -1 Spinach and Mushroom Danish -1 Strawberry Danish -1 12 oz iced Americano -1 12 oz iced white mocha What I got was: -Bagel -2 Ham & Cheese croissant -1 peach Danish -1 strawberry Danish -1 12 oz Iced Americano with a shot of White mocha flavor They corrected the coffee order, and I tried to double check in my bag that the order was correct, but didn't look well enough. On top of that, all the pastries were just lumped in a brown bag together (no individual bags like they used to do), and the first time they placed it on the counter it was covered in sugar and melted glaze and I had to ask to have it in a different bag. Just really disappointing in the lack of care that went into taking my order. I've served before, if you are confused about what a customer is ordering, please repeat the order back to them before placing and packing the order. It's not hard and would've made for an easier morning for both parties. Not even very apologetic for the mix ups. I probably won't be back for a while.

Terrible experience - my mom and I came into this shop trying to support local versus going to Starbucks nearby and regretted it so much! The service was horrible including the cashier gal’s attitude and non existent customer service. The food was also disgusting and way overpriced - the mushroom spinach quiche was shoved at us cold on a plate and we were told to microwave it ourselves (again without any smile or thank yous, etc!) and the taste was so bad that we each had one bite before throwing it away. Even the little birds outside didn’t like the quiche at all, or the crows! Then the lemon poppyseed muffin was also overpriced and tasted stale and old. The drip coffee was nasty. Overall nitrile experience - we ended up going to Starbucks and were thankful to receive way better customer service and quality food and drinks. Do not recommend at all!
Jenny L — Google review
Don’t come here unless you only want a baked good. They microwave their eggs and pre-make bagel sandwiches. Our kids wanted a simple toasted bagel with butter. They give you the bagel and you have to toast it yourself and put your own butter on. For that amount of time and work,we should have just stayed home. Service was friendly though.
Cassie — Google review
The food was decent. I had the ham and cheese burrito and was disappointed that there only seemed to be a thin lunch meat style slice of ham in my burrito and wish the hasbrown had some salt and pepper on it. My husband had the bacon option and said it was good with the hot sauce. We also got a bagel and raspberry Danish for later.
Amber P — Google review
I hate to give this place two stars but need to be honest. The idea of an "artisan bakery" inspires images of goods lining the walls and the smell of fresh baked pastries. This place is the size of a broom closet and has a small collection of bales options, excluding many of the most popular. Their espresso is automatic and coffee is kept in a press down bunn. They have a couple small tables outside with views of the hill, however they're in a strip mall facing a main street. The chocolate croissant was decent and the cashier was very pleasant. The coffee, as expected had little flavor. +Nice customer service, baked good was decent. -Tough location, very limited assortment, no legitimate coffee pairing option.

Chelan Museum is a non-profit establishment located in a former bank built in 1907. It features exhibits and memorabilia showcasing the history and culture of the local area, along with a gift shop. The staff is informative and welcoming, providing helpful insights about the surrounding region. The museum also hosts displays by talented local artists, including pencil drawings depicting the area's scenery.
It's a small museum .. Done well .. and the volunteers that man it .. are great. There's a lot of stuff in there that is fun to look at .. make sure you go down stairs to see what they have .. there are several displays ... I can't believe that this town was still on SWITCHBOARD operators in to the 1970's. That's just a FUN fact and the photo's are great. Then .. there's that contraption .. that used to be a HAIR CURLER .. in a beauty salon .. I am so glad I shaved my head when I did .. oh .. and that I never wanted curly hair .. being a guy .. but .. I feel sorry for the women - putting themselves thru that stuff .. I wonder how many women were electrocuted with that thing. wow. The bottom floor is not scary. It's just a bit ... under lighted in the corridor .. but that's because they want the exhibits behind glass to be bright and inviting. Very nice display .. I'm glad I went.

This museum is a gem! It covers the history of the area, mostly Chelan and Manson. There are many exhibits of local Native American artifacts (baskets, beading, and other objects) and information about the people who lived in the area in times past. Some rooms show how people lived in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and there are many objects from a range of early businesses in the area, from banks and movie theaters to agriculture and the Apple Cup hydro races. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable. My only regret is that we didn't discover this museum long ago.

Very informative and welcoming staff who answered many questions and offered info on the area. Wonderful local artist had a display of his pencil drawings of the area that were truly amazing. Rocky Pond Winery Tasting Room is a sleek and modern space located in downtown Chelan, Washington. The winery sources its fruit from three SustainableWA vineyards in the Columbia Valley region. Despite being a relatively young wine region, Washington State has become the nation's second largest wine producer with wineries consistently ranked among the world's top regions.
Kiind of a mystery to us tourists why there aren't more tasting rooms in downtown Chelan but this place was a great find. We stopped by on a very quiet off-season weekday and found the wines top-notch. Tasting room was beautifully appointed but we sat outside on the small patio and people-watched. Great staff too - a place worth seeking out if you're visiting the area.

A great winery here in Lake Chelan. We were on Xmas eve for wine tasting with friends. Such a warm cozy wine tasting room. We got 2 whites and 3 reds as part of our tasting. The reds were amazing and especially they had a red blend which was my fav. I am not a fan of white wines in general but they had a nice crisp taste and I can see myself enjoying these during summer. We also enjoyed their seasonal mulled wine and it was a perfect drink for a winter evening. The host was very sweet and paced our tastings. Cute spot. Pro Tip: Check in from yelp and get 2 for 1 wine tasting.

Phenomenal Michelin Star quality food. Very creative, surprising, and delicious. It was fun to enjoy a surprise 5 course tasting menu paired with wine. Chef Austin did a great job accommodating my pescatarian husband's preferences and came out several times to explain the courses and answer questions. Especially loved the mushroom themed dessert and spontaneous crab dish. The whipped goat cheese paired with grilled grapes was out of this world. We were scraping the sauces off of every single plate! Food outshined the wine for sure. Would love to see Chef Austin featured on Netflix's Chef's Table. : )

Rocky Pond is a gem located on the main street in downtown Chelan. The wines are hands down the best we tasted all weekend. We did a tasting flight with a charcuterie board and were impressed with Matt's knowledge of the wines and top notch service. We ended up with bottle of rose to take back to our AirBnb and will stop in before leaving town to buy more. Make this a stop on your next Chelan vacation.

Happened into the tasting room while wandering Chelan on our last day... WHAT A GEM! To say the staff was great is an understatement.. the chef came out and explained the varieties on the charcuterie board, which was all off the charts. The toasted baguette and clams were a great combination as well. Had a tasting of two different wine sets, and they were all good, and (IMO) some were superb. Gorgeous decor, and still a laid back feel. If you're in town, a must go for charcuterie & tasting. See other reviews @ killintheemptynest.com

What a great experience! We stopped by for a bottle to bring home on our visit and stayed for a quick bite. We had the loaded toast. It was so amazing! I wish I could make it myself! One of the best glasses of champagne, it's light and giggly. I love it! Can't wait to go back when we visit Chelan again!

After reading the reviews we were excited to visit this place. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We were greeted warmly and ordered a couple tastings (5 tastings for $25) the wait staff that greeted us made it seem as though they would be bringing the wine to our group to complete the tasting. We did the first tasting and our wait staff was not attentive to our group at all we waited about 30 mins before going to the bar to request our next tasting. Meanwhile our original wait staff was schmoozing another table this whole time. While waiting at the bar we were then ignored by the other wait staff behind the bar until she doubled back and proceeded to give us wine 2 in the tasting. See photo- this is the smallest wine tasting that I have ever received at an establishment, not on par with the amount we received for our initial tasting. The second wait staff did the rest of the wine tasting(if you call that amount a tasting) before our group was thoroughly disappointed with the service and wine and proceeded to check out leave without completing our tasting. As we were proceeding to leave early our initial wait staff apologized for the lack of service. Our group communicated our dissatisfaction to which the original wait staff who responded with “I was trying to sell some cases.” This statement only continues to validates the lack of regard the staff has for its patrons. Might I add that the second wait staff kept referring to the first wait staff as “the boss”. This was unacceptable service especially from someone who was supposed to be higher level at this establishment.

This is a great frozen yogurt shop in Chelan. The flavors are tasty and it's nice to have sample cups available so you can test out what flavors you are in the mood for. I'm a fan of the cake batter flavor. There is a large selection of toppings and sauces and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Haley is a gem and really enjoys her job and helping customers. I've heard 2 people say they don't usually like frozen yogurt because it's not very flavorful who both say this is really good and would happily go back!

We went in 30 minutes to closing and the girl working tonight was very rude. She had an upset face because we went in to buy frozen yogurt when all she literally has to do is just charge us we were also in and out in less than 5 minutes. Im not sure what she was so upset about. Very unpleasant making you feel bad for going in to during business hours. 😔👎🏾

The fro yo itself was really good and they had good topping options. But if you’ve never been there before and don’t quite understand how it works there the staff is very unhelpful and look at you like your stupid. It was extremely crowded. No designated line. The experience is described as well-organized and exceeding expectations, with friendly and accommodating staff ensuring safety and comfort throughout.
My daughter wanted to go parasailing and we had a blast. We arrived 15 mins ahead of our reservation per their request and were on the boat about 9:15. Lance and Eric were very professional and explained everything we needed to know. We had ~8 mins of air time and got a brief dip in the water. We had another pair of riders along with and they also had a positive experience. If you’ve never been parasailing and want to give it a try, give them a shot. For those who’ve been, you know it’s a calm, peaceful ride. Highly recommend.

Went parasailing in Chelan—definitely recommend trying it. It’s a group activity, so plan for a couple of hours even though you’re only in the air for about 15 minutes. The optional water dip at the end was a cool touch. Felt a bit pricey for the short time, and the photo package wasn’t great. Definitely bring a GoPro or have a friend come along to capture better photos and videos!

Safeway is a well-established supermarket chain offering a wide range of brand-name and own-label groceries, along with additional amenities such as a deli, bakery, and pharmacy. Located in various towns and cities, including Chelan Falls and Chelan, Safeway caters to the needs of local communities with its convenient offerings. While some customers appreciate the clean and organized store layout, as well as the quality of produce and meat departments, others have noted higher prices compared to alternative stores.
It was my first time purchasing five gift cards at once from Safeway, and I was delighted when Nathan, the cashier, offered the option to use the Amazon card without any additional charge. Originally I’m going to purchase, visa cards with additional charges! Safeway is our go-to for convenient purchases, making it worth every visit. Again thank you Nathan even if his always have a long line customers then one cashier open, which is Cameron for being patience, thanks both. I was here April 17th at noon getting some food from the deli, when I walked up an older woman was yelling at an employee about shrinkage. When I got to the counter this woman yelled the entire time I was there at this employee and when I went to self checkout I could *still* hear her yelling at the staff member. I find this unacceptable and won’t be back.
Emily G — Google review
After having an amazing afternoon enjoying our anniversary visiting from out of town my wife and I wanted to end the night with some snacks and a wine..however when checking out in the self check out line my wife began to scan the items that we were purchasing, while scanning I showed my ID to the employee (heavy set, freckled, spray tan gal), who than said she needed to check both mine and my wife’s ID because we both handled the wine. She kept stating it the stores policy and the law. My wife had her punched ID (unexpired, and punched at the upper right corner) still an acceptable form of ID according to WSLCB- A punched driver's license that has not expired and has not been punched through the picture, signature, date of birth or expiration date is an acceptable form of ID when purchasing alcohol).. but the employee said she couldn’t accept that form of ID , so my wife went to the car because she left her printed temp ID from the the department of licensing due to her awaiting her new Enhanced ID… which the lady said would be valid.. while waiting for my wife to bring the other identification i voiced my opinion upon the fact that I was surprised that we have to both show our ID’s..because technically the person who is accompanied by someone purchasing alcohol, the purchaser is the one to show ID. Store policies are different. I wasn’t going to argue it , I was just surprised because that was a first that I’ve ever heard of a Safeway in the state of WA or any grocery store checking both ID’s. The employee began to say I was giving attitude because I had my opinion on the situation, in which I’m entitled to speak freely upon how this is a first. I wasn’t disrespectful, I wasn’t rude. She than told me she was refusing my right to purchase the alcohol. I did nothing wrong. She also got upset because I corrected her when she was telling the male employee at the time that my “girlfriend” was getting her other form of ID and I said “wife”because she is my wife respectfully. She than called a male employee over to void the alcohol. I told him to just void the whole transaction. It’s the simple fact that she just kept saying it’s the law. It’s the state law. It’s the company policy. It may be the company policy however it’s not the state law or the law to one have to show both IDs if you’re accompanying somebody that’s purchasing alcohol and two if an ID is not hole punched in the picture, the date of birth, the expiration date or the signature it is still a valid form of ID. I will never shop here again. This was ridiculous and very uncalled for. Very poor customer service on her part.

Safeway in Lake Chelan is incredibly convenient and truly a staple in the heart of town. I love that it's so centrally located, making it super easy to walk to whether you're staying nearby or just out exploring. It’s such a great feeling to be able to pick up everything you need without having to drive across town—especially when you're on vacation or running quick errands. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide selection of fresh produce, pantry staples, snacks, and even local items. I especially appreciate how well-kept the bakery and deli sections are—perfect for grabbing something quick and delicious on the go. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, even during busy times. We stopped in several times during our trip and always found what we needed. The layout is easy to navigate, and there’s a great mix of name-brand and affordable store-brand items. They even have a solid selection of wine and beverages, which is a plus in wine country! All in all, this Safeway delivers great service, convenience, and quality right in the center of town. It made our stay in Chelan even smoother. Highly recommend stopping in!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience staying at The Grandview and I would not recommend staying here to anyone. At the time of booking, I verbally confirmed over the phone, that we would be staying in a room with a single king bed. At check in, our room had two doubles. The receptionist who checked us in stated they couldn’t find us another room because they were booked with the least amount of concern I have ever seen from someone working in hospitality. The parking situation was tight to say the least with a number of large vehicles choosing to make their own parking spaces with little to no oversight. While I understand that each room is individually owned, there doesn’t seem to be any quality control in the rooms. There was mold in the windows, mold in the bathroom, swollen painted over doors, bathtubs that do not drain and more. My husband and I braved the hot tub one night and found a lovely thick film of build up on the water floating around like white icebergs on the greenish water in the hot tub as well as featuring non working jets and water falls. While our room had mold, another friends had packing tape holding together 8-10 tiles his shower surround. In the contrast, another friends room was very nice and worth every penny. I feel that the Grandview is deceptively marketing these rooms. At $400+ a night where I have take out my own trash or be charged extra, I would hope at least that the rooms are maintained.

We just got back from an amazing stay at Grandview on the Lake in Lake Chelan, and I can honestly say this 2-bedroom condo exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning—we even fished right off the deck, which was such a unique and fun experience. One of the biggest highlights was how close it was to town. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront without needing to drive. The location truly couldn’t be better. On-site amenities were also top-notch. We spent hours relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the lake access. The outdoor grilling area and seating were perfect for evening BBQs, and the whole property had a relaxing, upscale vibe that made our vacation extra special. It’s hard to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one absolutely did. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or just spend quality time with family or friends, Grandview on the Lake is a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful place!!! Our condo was nicely updated and every roomy. The kitchen had a few small issues, the stove top was hard to get dialed in and the fridge door rubbed on the stove. ( hard to close) it definitely needed a large frying pan, but we really did enjoy our stay!! Safeway and great little eatery’s were a five min walk. I recommend!!

Location, price, and rooms are amazing. Your right on the lake and minutes from town. Pool is pleasant and parking is compact, but plentiful. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a great visit at Grandview on the Lake. Everything at Grandview was as we expected, great location, nice facility and staff. Can’t beat it. DISAPPOINTMENT was Condo 402. The carpet was extremely old, worn, stained and appeared to be very dirty. Not worthy of the price we paid for this unit. The owners need to take care of this or drastically lower their price. I have stayed at Grandview before in another condo and we did not have this problem. Do not stay in 402 unless you know the carpet has been deeply cleaned or replaced. We will not stay in that unit again.

This was our second time staying here. Best view on the lake, awesome outdoor area and bar. My Pros: Pool W/ slide Best view of the lake Renovated rooms Kitchen space Water pressure (the BEST) Cleanliness My Cons: Bed is firm Curtains didn’t black out the light Stomping above our room starting at 6, couldn’t go back to sleep.. What could be done better: A lamp on both sides of the bed would be cool A different duvet cover, this one doesn’t stay in the cover and was difficult to fix the bed Switching to down pillows A rug underneath the bed so it’s not cold hard floor out of bed Blackout curtains that span across the door I’m sure this one is obvious but it’s time for an outdoor building renovation. Would really boost the appeal! We love this place and will be back.

Room had bed bugs — bites over two nights, guest service manager denied issue I stayed at GrandView on the Lake (Room 513) from July 2 to July 4, 2025, and had a very disappointing experience. On both nights, I was bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs. I found black specks and insect shell fragments on the mattress and took clear photos. A male housekeeper inspected the bed and acknowledged the issue, confirming the presence of bug droppings and remains. However, when I reported this to the front desk, the guest service manager immediately went into the back room and avoided speaking with me directly. Later, the hotel denied the issue entirely, despite the physical evidence and the housekeeper’s on-site confirmation. I had to discard my sleepwear, buy ointment, and heat-treat all luggage and clothing after returning home. The bites caused significant discomfort, and the overall experience was stressful and exhausting. No apology or compensation was offered. I strongly recommend future guests inspect the bedding thoroughly upon arrival. A great location does not make up for poor hygiene and lack of accountability.

Park
Lakeshore RV Park in the City of Chelan is a great spot for RV camping, nestled in a lush setting with ample shade from big trees. Its proximity to Don Morse Park makes it convenient for beach outings and various recreational activities like skateboarding, go-karting, bowling, and mini-golf. Recent visitors have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The spacious sites are suitable for both tent camping and parking multiple vehicles.
One of the best spots for a week long vacation if you want to beat hotel and Airbnb prices. Close to the water, nice paved loops for kids to enjoy their bikes, pickleball courts, basketball courts are part of the Don Morse Park but accessible. The showers and bathrooms were clean, you will need quarters if you’re not showering in you RV. Being close to town was a plus. Husband played 2 golf courses with great views. Would love to make it back in a couple years.

Great RV Park. Spacious, clean, ample room for your tow vehicle. The private beach area for the campers at Lake Chelan is well taken care of. Plenty of water activities for children and adults. Did not utilize the restrooms but heard from many that they kept very clean and maintained. A reasonable distance to downtown and electric bikes and scooters are authorized for use within the RV Park. The sites are level with maintained 30,50 amp service, great water pressure and sewer all within easy reach for your RV. Will be back.

This place has gone so down hill.. we have been coming here every summer for 20 years and this will be our last. Dead grass, crazy they use to have great a lawn, and would actual care. (no water schedule anymore, they use to care if you left stuff on the grass) dogs barking all over. (Never use to fly) $90 a night you would think they would be able to afford maintenance and staff. Just said to see this once great place get so run down.
Dyona B — Google review
This place is a complete waste. They allow multiple tents but don’t give you enough tent pads, they spray everything in the middle of the night with sprinklers completely soaking all of your belongings. They don’t say anywhere in the reservation details stating that that is a risk you take. When you call to let them know they basically tell you you’re out of luck. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and unwilling to even work with us. We ended our vacation 2 days short because we were so tired of being woken up in the middle of the night with a new sprinklers blasting you. You can’t even walk to the restrooms without a sprinkler system getting you drenched. The only positive is the short distance to the lake. For almost $400 for our stay I expected something better, not having to pay to take a shower, not being drenched in the middle of the night and not having random people come tell us what we can and can’t do the entire time. There are far better camp sites to go to and enjoy that are 10000% better, don’t waste your time camping here, pick another spot.
Mackenzie H — Google review
Unfriendly staff. They have no spare parking available, they actually recommend we pay for parking or park in the neighborhoods, which no doubt drives the locals nuts! "You have 15 minutes to help unpack them you have to park somewhere else." Is literally what we were told. You have to pack your campsite every night or your stuff will get drenched by the sprinklers, I could not imagine camping in a tent here. Felt like I was camping on a golf course. Roadways are very small, hard to park any kind of trailer without risking bumping the car across from you. Clean area, amazing spot next the the lake.
Waddles S — Google review
Crazy management, but nice RV park and location. They are OBSESSED with their grass, it's absolutely ridiculous. Will knock on your door to tell you to move your truck so no tires are on the grass. Our site wasn't large enough to accommodate our trailer and truck together (despite the fact that we disclosed our full trailer length before booking). We did our best to park the truck but still got a knock on the door, they took pictures to send to management...all while parking their own golf carts right on the grass. Then there was the deer situation. A small group of deer showed up in the park one Tuesday morning and park staff drove around on golf carts chasing them out of the park (on their blessed grass, mind you). The deer were clearly distressed, jumping into the chain link fence and hurting themselves. There was no where else for them to go except into the busy road. The entire RV park came out to watch what was going on - it was awful have never seen anything like it. For being in such a beautiful natural area, they sure do treat wildlife like trash...

Booked full hookup sight months in advance, show for labor day weekend and was told because I dont have a toilet in my pop up camper I can use my sight. Have shower, kitchenette, still need water, power for AC in 100° weather, and drain hookup for grey water and was still not aloud into my sight because "I dont need the full hook ups" I was told. that I payed mind you 400$ to use for the weekend.
Jordan B — Google review
No dogs? What kind of campsite doesn't allow dogs? We have 2 frenchies that go everywhere with us. A spot opened up at this RV park and I booked it quickly before getting into the fine print. Come to find out in an email from them that no dogs are allowed. So even though I booked it less than 5 hours ago and its a month from now they're still charging a $35 cancelation fee. This place will never get another dime from us and I will definitely tell our family to avoid it.

Jet Skis Ahoy is a family-owned business located in the picturesque Lake Chelan valley, offering a variety of watercraft including speed boats, pontoon boats, jet skis, paddle boards, and surf boats. Customers have praised the well-maintained and easy-to-operate boats as well as the excellent customer service provided by friendly and helpful staff.
We had a great experience with this rental company. Fast check in and check out. No problem with the boat we rented. Bluetooth was a nice touch. I just wish the tubing was the one you can seat on instead of laying on the belly. Will come back next year.

We had an incredible boating experience on Lake Chelan—truly the best in town! This rental company exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to their excellent service, our day on the water was unforgettable. The kids had an amazing time, and it turned out to be one of the best days we've had as a family. Highly recommend!

Rented a pontoon for my birthday this past weekend and it was so much fun. My friends and I are very happy with our decision renting with jet ski ahoy! From the minute we got to the desk everyone working there was very nice and polite. The whole process was very easy thanks to them. Hannah was awesome and so were all the guys on the docks. They explained everything very thoroughly and got us into the water very quickly. Highly recommend this place for all your watercraft needs! Thanks again jet ski ahoy team!

I was in town from Alaska for my daughter's graduation. We had eight other family members with us and wanted to find something we could all do together so we looked up jet ski rentals. It was less than 24 hours before we wanted to rent them so I had to call to check on the reservation. When I called I was greeted by one of the most friendliest people I have talked to while calling a business in a very long time! This turned out to be a wonderful young woman named Hanna. I will say, all the staff were friendly, professional and helpful but Hanna went above and beyond to make this an amazing and unforgettable experience for us. We ended up getting a boat, two jet skis and had a blast! Thank you Hanna for the amazing customer service!

We will absolutely be back to rent with them again! Our jet ski was brand new and great to play with! The highlight of our experience was interacting with Hannah at check in and Teal on the dock. They were beyond kind and knowledgeable. Definitely worth it and very reasonably priced! The lake is also beautiful.

The staff were kind, friendly and informative. The jet ski guide was clear and concise and his buddy grabbing the jet skis was kind and helpful. sorry I forgot their names even though I asked like twice. 🤦‍♂️) Cayde and Clayton at ‘got gas’ were also stellar guys and helped us fuel back up. All in all it was a great time and a super fun way to kick off my summer. I’ll be going back for more! 😁😁🤙

Awesome sunny day, awesome location, awesome staff, awesome equipment, awesome price, oh, did I say awesome experience!!! From checking in to check out everything went smoothly and everyone seemed truly happy we were there. From Eilene (I think that is what this beautiful woman’s name was) to Triston, Cayden and Clayton. Great day of family fun. Thank you! We will be back!

Have been renting from this place for a long time now. This past (4th of July) weekend was the first time in a couple years and I'm very impressed with the changes that have been made here. My previous complaints were always that the boats were old & outdated and some had mechanical issues. I'm happy to say that Jet Skis Ahoy now has some brand new boats that work perfectly fine. Definitely a huge plus. Prices are a bit steep, but that's pretty normal now, all over Lake Chelan. The pick-up & return processes have been improved as well, it seems. Now it's become a breeze. Will definitely return and rent from here again in the future.

The StoneHouse is situated in the serene lakeside community of Lake Chelan, just a few steps away from Lakeside park and the pristine azure waters of the lake. This charming establishment offers three luxurious master suites with private bathrooms. Originally built in 1908, The StoneHouse underwent an extensive renovation in 2020 to restore its classic appeal.
We had such an amazing experience with Lake Shores Boat Rental at Lake Chelan! The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The staff in the office were super friendly, and the paperwork was quick and easy to complete. The boat itself was in great condition and ready to go, which made our day on the water stress free. We spent hours enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Chelan, it honestly felt like one of the best days we’ve had in a long time I also appreciated the little waiting area outside with the turf, misting water, and shaded space to relax before heading out it’s a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort. Overall, the team was professional, everything was clear and well organized, and the service was unmatched. Skip the other places and go straight here you won’t regret it. Highly recommend!.🙌🏽

This is the place to go for Chelan power sport rentals. Their customer experience and flow to get you to your rental is by far the best. We’ve tried them all on an annual basis a few times a year. Their ease of paperwork (which if too long kills your time and with an antsy family can make for a rough start) is as efficient and friendly as you can get. The paperwork is clear, brief, and isn’t like a loan application under duress. Plus, you get to do this in an AIR CONDITIONED interior area vs standing outside in the hot dust. The parking is ample and reserved with clear markings and right next to where you park your gear for the boat. Critical, their waiting area to get your boat is BY FAR the best one. Picnic tables with artificial grass so you don’t get dirty before boarding and misters to keep the kids from being ornery. They also allow you to dock their boats in town so you can get a burger or walk around a bit. No brainer on this one.

AMAZING experience and customer service, the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Our run-through of the boat and safety briefing was very well explained by the staff member. We had a beautiful day on the water. Would 10/10 recommend booking here if you are looking for any rental services!

Wow!! Lake Shores Watercraft & Boat Rentals, has up’d their game. I’ve waited a whole year, to come back & rent their jet ski’s. As a person who is VERY particular about customer service (was in it for 30 years) this office staff is top of the line! Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful & their genuine kindness, goes along way! The staff outside, helping you to get to know your craft, excellent. Again, very knowledgeable! Ok, let’s get to their jet ski’s. I rented their new 2025 Yamaha VX wave-runner!! Wow, oh wow!! That thing is sick! So smooth, so easy to maneuver!! Love it! First time on this model & I will only use this one, from now on. The others are good but this one is insane!! Do yourself a favor & rent from Lake Shores Watercraft. You can not go wrong. From check in to check out! Excellent! And you gotta love their office dog, “Bubba” Thank you, team!! See you next year!
Tina P — Google review
We rented a boat for one day for our family. We paid the rental fee, and an additional deposit of about $400 was charged to our card. After returning the boat, the deposit was never refunded. When I called the office, they told me it was “a bank problem.” However, the bank checked and confirmed that the company charged a total of $915.44, including the deposit, and no refund was issued. The bank clearly stated that the issue is with Lake Shores Watercraft and Boat Rentals. A very unpleasant experience — the company kept the deposit and never returned the money. I do not recommend this place!
Dmitri Z — Google review
If you want to see Lake Chelan in an incredible way, choose Lake Shores Watercraft. Incredible staff, kind and informative. Pricing is average for jet ski rentals for the area. Everyone was helpful and happy, they explained everything you need to know. You can see the lake from a whole new aspect by water. I would recommend two hours so you can explore the other side of the lake you can't even view from a car or by foot. You do have to fill up the tank when you head back so keep that in mind for expense. We will definitely be back. Family friendly and great date activity.

First time renting here. Boat was a very nice 20ft bay liner, in great condition. Reservation was easy online, and getting checked out was also easy. The time windows for renting online are a little tricky, so just call them directly if you don’t see a time you like. Also parking lot is tiny, so get there early or plan to park on the side of the highway or have someone drop you off.

Bear Foods Natural Market is a gourmet and specialty foods store in historic downtown Chelan. It offers organic produce, local beef & pork, gluten-free foods, wine & beer, and more. The owners also created a cafe that serves delicious crepes for breakfast or lunch. The savory options include bacon, chicken, and ham while the sweet choices feature sauteed apples with cinnamon, bananas with chocolate hazelnut spread, and others.
What a great place to shop at! I really enjoy looking at their displays while shopping, you can tell they love what they are doing here. Be sure to get a savory crepe while here. Can't beat it!

This was a cute little shop that had a lot of options for organic foods, but unfortunately the prices were astronomical. I used to shop at Whole Foods exclusively until I moved, and Bear Foods puts them to shame with the high prices. A box of Traditional Medicinals tea that I usually pay between $5-$6 for is $8 here. The raw milk was $11.50 for half a gallon. It is nice to even have the option to get these products in such a small town, but going forward I will order my things online at a lower cost.

While arriving at Lake Chelan, I found this Bear Foods Natural Market Store. I was fascinated by the signboard at the entrance and went inside. There are things in the narrow space, and I haven't looked at each one properly, Herbs and spices are sold in small portions and reasonably priced. There is a unique package of chocolates, which is intriguing to buy. There are natural and health-conscious items. I feel like I can stay in this shop for hours. You will surely have something you want. I recommend checking out this store when you come to Lake Chelan.

This place is THE best. Amazing staff, fantastic products. The selection of non alcoholic wine/ ‘liquors’, and the loose leaf teas are super impressive, among a thousand other things. Also their tote is so cute.

Absolutely outstanding natural / health food store. They carry many items that nobody in the region does. Very reasonable prices. Parking is on the street right out front. It is somewhat handicapped accessable, but some ailes would be very difficult with a wheelchair. They carry few brands found in the big chain groceries.

Definitely check out this store. You’ll love it. Vegan options and tons of unique gifts! Cleverly decorated and the total experience was enjoyable. Street parking. Bathrooms. Pricey. *EDIT - my 5 stars went down to 3 - after shopping I drove to a campground a few hours away and hungrily opened my vegan jerky and pumpkin seeds only to find out they were EXPIRED since april!! We had a little scare out on the water when our JetSki sucked up a stick and stopped running. We had no idea how to fix it and thought our day was done. Thankfully, we came into the rental shop and the team there helped us out right away — even sold us a small metal tool that made it easy to get the stick out. Within minutes we were back out on the water having fun again. Huge thanks for saving the day and getting us back on the JetSki!

I had a bad experience. I rented a jet boat for one hour with my wife and kids and the gas tank wasn’t full. I told them about it and they said they would take care of it when I got back. When I got back, the gas looked the same and they told me I had to go to a specific place they described to me so I could fill up and come back. I told them I would give them money and they would fill up the gas. They insisted I go to the place they described to me and I was scammed when I got there because the gas meter didn’t zero out at the place they described to me. I was greeted by a blond guy in his twenties who started asking me where I was from and so on. After he finished, he told me my bill was $62 and it didn’t even take a minute. I didn’t cause any trouble and he told me if I pay cash I will take $50 from you. I paid him cash and went back to Shoreline and told the manager about it. He looked like a Latino. I saw him for the first time and he helped me and deducted $30 from the price of renting the boat. I wrote this so that people would be aware of the people there. It seems they have agreed to scam people. Three young men, including a girl, their ages range from 22 years old, blonde hair

For the past few years, Riverwalk Books has been my favorite place to visit in Chelan. However, I was surprised and disappointed to return this year and see how much it has changed. It feels very sterile and empty compared to the cozy and whimsical atmosphere that it previously had. I feel as if all genres are lacking in inventory, particularly the children’s section. While there are many games and toys for sale, there were hardly any actual children’s books. I understand that the ownership has changed but I would love to see some of the previous magic return to Riverwalk Books.

When I walked into this bookstore today I thought I had gone in the wrong door. Almost all of the books are gone, and it feels empty and sterile. I would have bought a nature guide (local birds, flowers, rocks etc) or a cookbook but these types of books aren’t sold here after the ownership change. It’s bestsellers, toys and cards, with a few kids books. Very nice person working the cash register!

Lakeside Surf is a popular destination located near Slide Waters and High Trek Chelan. It features one of the largest wave simulators, making it an exciting spot for both experienced surfers and beginners. The park offers surfing classes with friendly instructors, creating a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers to the sport. Families can also enjoy watching the surfing practice while relaxing in comfortable seating areas. Additionally, visitors can grab affordable food from Vine Cafe and Tacos track within the park.
My family loves Lakeside Surf! Family friendly, great staff, beautiful place to spend a day, and surfing is such a unique experience! As a surprise for my friend's bachelorette weekend, we rented out the surf park for a private movie night! Jared at Lakeside went above and beyond in helping me plan from out of town, answering my (many) questions, setting up for our party, and hosting us! The bride was thrilled, and we had such a fun time. It's a really cool venue with a beautiful view of the lake and the sunset - highly recommend! They had outdoor couches available for us to use, but if we would have done it in warmer weather, it would've been so fun to watch the movie from floaties in the pool! We set up a little snack bar and ordered pizzas from Westside Pizza in town, which was very convenient. Thank you for helping me pull off such a fun and memorable surprise, Jared and Lakeside Surf!

This is a great place for those who wants to learn surfing. Great couches with welcoming atmosphere for newbies. There is enough sits for a family to watch the practice. In addition, the Vine Cafe and Tacos track are in the park and you can get food for affordable price. Also, the park is connected with Slidewaters where children can slide and used lazy river.

Absolutely amazing time! Isaac and the other instructors did a great job with our group. I screwed up the reservation but the crew there provided fantastic customer service and helped us still get a session in! They really went above and beyond.
Ben J — Google review
Great for my 10 and 12 yr olds. They took the beginner lesson. The instructors were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make my boys feel comfortable!
Jennifer B — Google review
My husband goes here every chance he gets so, pretty much everyday he has off. The staff is great with coaches to help you get started. Entry is free so bring your family or friends to watch.
Jorie E — Google review
Such a cool place! We took surfing lessons and had a blast! The instructors are informative, hands on and attentive! Definitely check this spot out if you’re visiting the area.
Kate S — Google review
I'll tell you what it's actually like, it's not as reviews depict. I've been here a few times and this will be my last. Fun place, but not worth the money. You are stuck with 12+ other people, waiting 15 minutes between going again. They should do smaller groups and charge more. I got 3 turns in 45 minutes; $13 a minute for 3 minutes of actual surfing. They also let the regular side go 2 to 1, even though they only had one more person.

Butcher shop
The Meat Shop is a popular destination in Chelan and Manson, offering a wide selection of high-quality meats, cheeses, sauces, and other gourmet products. Customers appreciate the clean and friendly atmosphere of the shop as well as the helpful and kind staff. The store's offerings include boneless beef, prime ribeyes, maple bourbon steak tips, blue cheese tortellini salad, and even a small assortment of beer. Visitors often find it to be a one-stop shop for all their grilling needs.
Amazing butchery in downtown Chelan with a wide selection of marinated meats ready for the BBQ. A must stop if you're staying in town and have access to a grill (as we did). We tried the maple-bourbon steak tips and greek chicken thighs and both were phenomenal. Nice array of rubs and spices too.
Howard S — Google review
I was out on a guys trip to Chelan recently and came across this little gem of a meat shop. We decided to grab a few nice steaks for our first night and they were perfect. Thick cut, juicy, bursting with flavor (we got some meat rub they had there as well). I'm really glad we found this early in the trip because we loved it so much that we decided to come back and stock up for the entire week. The marinated tips are unbelievable. Sweet bourbon with a side of smashed potatoes were my favorite but the house tips were also great. I don't think I've seen any other west-coast meat shop with marinated steak tips like this. Besides the steak, the marinated chicken was also amazing. I don't know how they do it, but when you eat this chicken it explodes with flavor as it almost melts in your mouth. I'm definitely looking forward to the next time I get the meat sweats!
Andre D — Google review
So as of the reviews, we were excited to go!! Unfortunately the girl that waited on us was less than friendly, and not helpful. Unfortunately what she suggested the Bourbon Maple Tri tip was awful, I know how to cook a steak, and was totally disappointed. I looked at the dips they carried, and all were past the due date. I have no problem spending money on quality meat and products. Was looking forward to a great meal and service, was totally disappointed.

I have been here a few times, and I am always satisfied. For a small business, they excel with the quality and variety of options. My go-to is the jerky and the bacon. As a meat connoisseur, this place hits the spot. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-grade meat selections.
Cameron W — Google review
I’ve driven past this place for years, always meaning to stop in, and finally did today while shopping for a big dinner with friends. I needed steaks, and wow, these ribeyes were absolutely gorgeous. I grabbed six of them, but while looking around I noticed they’ve got way more to offer: SRF wagyu burgers, house-made jerky, marinated meats, plus a great selection of BBQ sauces, rubs, and hot sauces. The butcher was super friendly and helpful, which sealed the deal. No more walking past—this is officially my new go-to spot for meats and rubs in Chelan. Everyone loved the steaks, very high quality meat. Highly recommended!
Anthony L — Google review
Recently visited Chelan Washington and was impressed by The Meat Shop. The steak tips were perfectly marinated and they had incredible sides to choose from. Everything was delicious and made our weekend BBQ perfect. If you're in the area I'd highly reccomend, you won't regret it.
Adam C — Google review
This was one of the most underwhelming meat shops I have ever been to. I had higher hopes since its located in downtown Chelan, but I have been to some actual podunk town meat shops with better selection. I went in hoping for "trail mix". I was met with about 3 meat options and 2 sides options. Assuming it's presence meant it was good, but I was wrong....The burgundy wine meat tips tasted like soggy stew meat. The marinated chicken was bland and rubbery. The beef jerky was hard as hell and so difficult to chew. Not to mention two strips was 11.90. What a ripoff. I spent 50+ on meat I could have prepared, seasoned and jerkied better on an episode of Alone.
Valerie V — Google review
This is by far my go-To place for Jerky. They have the BEST jerky around. My families favorit is the Maple/ Bacon, and mango Habanero. Go try them out, you won't be disappointed! Thanks Meat Shop!

Valley Massage Studio, previously known as Bellamia Message, is a part of a small chain that specializes in therapeutic massage. The studio is located just a couple of blocks from Campbells and offers massages with long-lasting results. Clients have praised the skilled masseurs for their ability to address specific issues and provide high-quality and enjoyable massages. While some clients have had mixed experiences with the duration of their massages, others have described it as the best they've ever had.
Dru is the GOAT. Not that I am an expert but Dru and the technique he uses has helped my low back and hip pain so much that I am running again. I highly recommend the 90 minute. You won't regret it

I called and asked if they specifically did lymphatic drainage massages, to which I was assured they do. They don't. So, that's why they get 3 stars. Poor communication and I dropped stuff that day to get an appointment because of swelling and didn't get what they had assured me (multiple times) they did. I also repeated wanting a lymphatic drainage massage to my masseur, and it was just a normal full-body massage. However, I have to be fair and give the guy who did my massage a five star as far as full-body massages go. He was really good, and it was one of the best massages I've had in a long time. So, not what I asked for, but also definitely really amazing. If you're looking for a good massage, I highly recommend their male masseur. I will note, they seem to have changed ownership though, so a lot of reviews here that say they work with insurances sadly aren't accurate anymore. They don't really help with insurances as of this year I believe.

I have been a client of Dru McKenzie at Bellamia for several years. He has helped me immensely with several issues including frozen shoulder and my recovery after my neck surgery. Dru consistently delivers a high quality and enjoyable massage. His techniques set him apart from other massage therapists I have had. He seems to be able to sense where the issues are in my body and then takes his time to work that area. I absolutely recommend his services if you are in need of some therapeutic massage. He's the best in the valley!

I recently visited Bellamia for the first time and had a wonderful massage. I saw Lisa for a deep tissue massage and she did not disappoint. She found all of my knots and I left feeling wonderful. The staff is friendly and were able to get me in at the last minute. Great 1st experience.

Best massage ever! Awesome staff. I've had hundreds, if not more, massages due to auto accidents......I find them to be knowledgeable, professional, and just down right nice folks. I would highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from pain or just need a little TLC. Glad you are in my little town!

I love Bellamia Massage!!! All the staff are very helpful! But more importantly they are concerned with my overall well-being! I feel very fortunate to have found a place that cares for their clients health as much as Bellamia does! Thank you Bellamia!

I've been seeing massage therapists at Bellamia Massage for over eight years. They are always respectful, well versed in massage techniques, and professional. Furthermore, they take insurance and help attain referrals from chiropractors. I won't go anywhere else, unless they move! My massage yesterday relieved my shoulder pain for the first time in several months too!! WOOP WOOP!!!
Andrea W — Google review
Massage was OK. But I booked 90 minutes and was given a 60 minute massage. The therapist apologized after however no effort was made at recovery. They didn't ask if I wanted to book another at a later time or offer a discount. Not sure if I will go back. Update, Bellamia called me up and made up for it. Will definitely give them another try.

We’re snowbirds from Arizona with a home in Manson, WA, and I’ve had a tough time finding a good place to work out that isn’t in Lake Chelan. Then I discovered The Barn Fitness through the Lake Chelan Commerce site, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This place is a gem! Just a beautiful 6-mile drive from Manson, the gym is well-equipped with updated machines and an outstanding staff. They truly care about their clients, working closely with everyone to ensure a safe and effective workout. Highly recommend!

Dropped in for 17.5 while I was visiting Lake Chelan for the weekend. They were very quick to respond to emails regarding the best time to drop in to do the open workout with a judge. There Friday night lights set up was great with food, drinks, and organized heats. I felt very welcome to drop in and loved the atmosphere for doing an open wod! I will definitely drop in again when I'm in Chelan.

Wonderful place with amazing people! People seem a little quiet at first but everyone is extremely friendly once you introduce yourself. Very positive vibes and the coach was very supportive. PLUS the view outside is breath taking!! Nothing like killing yourself in the workout and then having such a beautiful view around as you think about your life choices. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and for anyone swinging through chelan for a visit.

Great CrossFit gym! Liz was my coach when I dropped in and Erin greeted me so warmly! Liz analyzed movement very well and created a great atmosphere to workout in! I recommend this gym to anyone in the Chelan/Manson area!

I was only there for a Saturday partner WoD, but in that short time I was impressed. The facility while a bit on the small side, is hands down the nicest Crossfit Box I have been in. The reclaimed wood accents look amazing, and give the impression that the owners put a lot of thought and effort into the atmosphere there. The hospitality was as great as the decor! Everyone there was friendly, and supportive. Chelan Valley Crossfit was a bright spot on my weekend getaway!

In town for a bit so I dropped in. This place is a brand spanking new beautiful facility. I was there with a rather large class but they managed nicely to get the workout in. I was greated right when I walked in and given a quick tour. Everyone was nice and it was clean. It's super easy to sign up for class online. I'll be going again when I'm in town.

Lake Chelan State Park is a tranquil and well-maintained 127-acre park nestled on the shore of Washington's longest lake. It offers spacious campsites, a boat ramp, and a large dock for visitors to explore and enjoy the crystal clear waters of the lake. The park provides a safe environment where visitors can paddle on the serene waters or simply relax by the shore.
Beautiful! I wanted to think it was overrated but I see why people would drive 3 hours to this lake as opposed to other nearby ones. It's large! Plenty of space for everyone, whether on the water or around the lake, so you can enjoy the serene landscape without having to hear other people's conversations and music. Plenty of parking too. There is a sandy beach but you could also walk to the quieter sides where there are spots under the trees for foldable chairs and canopies. You may have to pay at the booth coming in: $10 for day use or $30 for annual pass (Discover Pass). There is a teeny gift section in the booth, some magnets, thermal flasks, and t-shirts.

Beautiful park with plenty of activities for all ages! There’s a nice playground for kids and a swimming area with options to rent kayaks and jet skis. Campsites are well-maintained, and the bathrooms (with showers) were clean. While most sites don’t offer much privacy, the lake views and stunning sunsets more than make up for it. We even caught fireworks from the lake — such a fun bonus! We stayed at campsite 85 and really enjoyed our time here.
Pooja R — Google review
Such a beautiful, clean lake. The bathroom near our campsite had 4 individual showers and clean bathrooms. Beautiful view of the lake. Be prepared fir lots of boating noise in the summer, and I mean a lot! Campsite had great view of the water and the sunrise.
K M — Google review
End of July it's hot weather. Take a cool clear water swim in the lake, paddleboard, jetski, go boating. Get bags of ice or maybe a 2 scoop ice cream cone at the concession/store there. You can camp almost right on the water, near a big grass field, under a shade tree - and there is also group camping. Free showers and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Kids playground, volleyball, and a hiking trail. I saw deer roam the campground while I watched the beautiful sunrise. This is an excellent place to go camping.
Wildcraft R — Google review
This is a nice park with camping and day use areas. There is a grass and tree covered area with picnic tables. At the lake's edge, there are grass or sand areas to set up your spot. They have an enclosed swimming area. There is a small store to make food and sundry products purchases. The bathroom has showers and are very clean.
Cyndi M — Google review
Overall the campground was decent, but it was very crowded and the sites were packed close together. There’s no grass on the ground—just dirt—so it felt a bit dusty and dirty. On the bright side, the restrooms and showers were available and quite clean, and showers were free. Lake Chelan’s water is crystal clear, perfect for paddle boarding and swimming.
JACKIE W — Google review
Lovely campground! Beautiful Lake! Rented a boat in town and had a few lovely days with the family. Has a swimming area, playground for kids. Only thing I wish it had more of is beach area. A wonderful place to go!
Julie W — Google review
Great park. Beautiful area to walk and swim, the campsites if your tent camping are awesome..the water side ones are mostly hidden away in the tree canopy, chelan is always beautiful tho..there is a small store where u can rent kayaks and stuff like that, some groceries, but they have food and ice cream and coffee. U won't be disappointed
