1Mitai Maori Village

Mitai Maori Village, located just a short drive from Rotorua's center, offers an immersive experience in Maori culture and tradition. Visitors can enjoy a guided bush walk, cultural performances featuring traditional dress, ancient warrior canoe paddling down the Wai-o-whiro stream, displays of weaponry and combat, as well as graceful poi dances. The village also provides insight into daily activities and rituals of local tribes and showcases the use of indigenous plants for medicinal purposes.
Reviewing as a whole experience. The host spoke very well and really explained a lot about the Maori culture. I really like the part where we walk in the dark to see the canoes. The greeting by the family and the show. It was the first time I tried a proper traditional hangi from a Maori village and there was a big spread of food. Out of them, I like the beef stew, mussels and the spinach. We even got to see a lot of glowworms at the end of the experience. Definitely a worthy experience.

As a local to Rotorua The Mitai Māori Village was a captivating journey into the heart of Māori culture and a pleasure to experience for the first time, a 10/10 experience offering an unforgettable blend of natural beauty and rich tradition. You embark on a guided tour through a lush, immersive forest, where the hauntingly beautiful Māori calls echo through the trees, creating an ambiance of curiosity. The biggest highlight was witnessing a tribe of Māori performers navigating a traditional canoe along the freshwater stream, a display of both strength and grace. The experience is further enriched by a delicious traditional Māori Hangi buffet, featuring foods (chicken / lamb / stuffing / potato & sweet potato) cooked in the earth, as well as delectable side dishes (including potato bake / seafood chowder / garlic butter mussels / prawns & fried bread to name a few). The evening crescendoed with a powerful live haka, where the intensity of the Māori performers coupled with their cultural weapons display truely brought the performance to life. The village offered an intimate setting for educational purpose, including a brief Q&A session from staff (this is the only area I believe required some attention as a few of the answers seemed a little vague and sometimes were answered quite abruptly - but this is just me being super critical). To conclude the night, we were treated to a magical night tour of the glow worms, providing a serene and enchanting finale to a truly immersive cultural experience.
Kylie M — Google review
It was a meaningful cultural experience! The performance was truly impressive🫨 I was fully immersed in their storytelling and singing. The food was decent, but the highlight was definitely the amazing cultural show and atmosphere💯 Plus, it was great to meet and connect with people from all around the world.
Zhi K — Google review
This is not an intimate, small group-size cultural exchange. Having said that, the host and performers were enthusiastic and both the walks and the show were educational and not without humor. The Q&A before the evening walk is obviously dependent on the quality of the questions, but in general I like the idea. The walk after had a bunch of glowworms so not something you want to miss out on. In spite of a large crowd, we had an enjoyable evening with decent food.
Paul J — Google review
Very cool cultural experience. I love learning the history and culture of different people around the world. It's really wonderful how the Maori tribe invites outsiders to experience their traditional way of life. Really loved the Hangi feast. Wish I had saved room for more Pavlova.
Eric T — Google review
I booked for myself and my two teenage kids, and I have to admit I almost didn’t because I thought it was a bit expensive — plus, my son is a fussy eater. But let me tell you… it was 1000% worth it! We had the most amazing night. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love — the educational experience, the food, the singing and dancing, and the meaning behind it all were just incredible. The food was delicious — even my son, the fussy one, ate more than anyone! If you’re thinking about going, just book it — you won’t be disappointed. 10 out of 10!
Erin J — Google review
Food was good, performance was good, experience was good. There is a big crowd so can get a bit hard to hear the host when exploring outside. But recommended if you have not been to one of these Maori Villages!
Michael K — Google review
This night was hands down one of the highlights of my trip! We learnt so much about Māori culture. And the food was DELICIOUS! Left very very full and happy. Thank you to the Mitai family for such an amazing experience.

Te Puia in Rotorua, New Zealand is a Maori cultural center and geothermal preserve that offers a unique blend of nature and culture. Spanning 60 hectares, it features the impressive Pohutu Geyser, the largest active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere, which erupts around 20 times a day. Visitors can choose between day and night experiences, with the latter offering an enchanting atmosphere under the starry sky.
We did the Te Pu combo and what an incredible experience! Well worth it! The guided tour to see the Kiwis and the Gysers was a brilliant start, then the buffet dinner was absolutely delicious, such a range of food to cater to all tastes and dietary preferences! The cultural display was stunning, so interesting to learn immersively about the Māori culture. Then onto the Gyers and light show at the end, which was a stunning end to a wonderful evening. This honestly is a do not miss
Ciara L — Google review
Te Puia is an absolutely stunning and fascinating place — the geothermal landscape, the geysers, and the deep Māori heritage make it truly unique and worth visiting. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the cultural spirit of the place is unmistakable. However, the guided tour was quite disappointing. It felt overly long and slow-paced — 90 minutes, with at least half of that time spent standing around without much happening. While I fully understand that the tour is an important source of income for the Māori community, visitors also value their time and expect an engaging, well-structured experience. Several people in our group clearly lost interest, which is unfortunate because Te Puia has so much to offer. Suggested improvements: • Shorten the tour to 45–60 minutes, focusing on the most interesting and meaningful parts. • Add more interactive or live elements — demonstrations, Q&A sessions, brief performances, or moments for guests to engage directly. • Consider offering two options: a standard tour and a premium cultural experience, so guests can choose the depth they want. • Train guides to keep the storytelling dynamic, with more energy and interaction. The place itself is extraordinary — it just deserves a tour program that matches its beauty and cultural significance. With a few thoughtful changes, Te Puia could easily become one of the most memorable experiences in New Zealand.

A truely wonderful experience and a must for visitors to not only Rotorua but to New Zealand and the magnificent islands. The beauty is how New Zealand has embraced the Māori culture and rich history. This experience includes everything from traditional dancing show to seeing the springs to a lovely buffet dinner. The attraction is only a 5 minute drive from town centre so is easy to reach, but make sure you book tickets in advance! Enjoy

This is a must do if you visit Rotorua. From understanding Māori traditions, craft education, geothermal geysers, and kiwi conservation through to a fantastic cultural experience with song, dance and a haka. And yes if you are lucky you will get to see one of the kiwi birds in their nocturnal house. Our guide Ngahuia was excellent and was passionate about telling her tribe and ancestors story. A fantastic couple of hours. Highly recommend a visit and make sure you book tickets in advance and ones that include the cultural performances. Afterwards we visited the Pataki Kai cafe for a panini and drinks. Nice end to the visit.

Great place. Experienced the geothermal wonderland - natural geysers, bunking muds. Māori arts and crafts Institute. They had personalised guide, who explained in detail. Good food and cultural programme. Some memoirs are available to be purchased. You can see Kiwi butlers in captivity. Though you walk around and go closer to the geysers on foot, they arrange electric carts for your return.

This experience was fantastic. We did the Te Po combo. The guided tour through the school was so much more than I thought it would be. I learned a lot and I love the idea behind the school. Its such a lovely concept. The dinner was also great. I wasnt expecting much but the food options were plentiful and everything was so delicious. Cultural performance was stunning and fun and beautiful all at the same time. Seeing the geyser at night was beautiful. So peaceful and pretty. I highly recommend doing this option and taking in all the culture and history. Everyone who works at Te Puia is very passionate about their Mouri heritage. Thank you

One of the best experiences we had while staying in Rotorua! We did the Te Pō Indigenous Evening Experience. The Māori cultural performance was probably the highlight, seeing it in person especially the Haka is powerful. Our tour guide, was super friendly and engaging with our group. We got to see the Pōhutu Geyser and have the Hāngi Buffet for dinner -which the food was unreal. Overall a great experience, couldn’t be happier certainly a bucket list thing to do if you visit NZ
Jamie G — Google review
We went on the guided tour and saw the school interior, saw Kiwi learnt a bit of the artwork process - all carefully and manually done. The gayser view and smell were also one of a kind, in a positive way. :) Luckily we were also privileged with the Maori cultural evening experience followed by hangi dinner and international company. I truly would like to focus here on the appreciation of the set up, Maori not abandoning their roots and cultural heritage. Last and not least me being able to experience a bit of the culture. I strongly recommend the Te Po and the full 90 minutes tour with Kiwi's. Thank you

Whakarewarewa - The Living Maori Village is a cultural attraction located in the heart of Rotorua, New Zealand. It is the only living Maori village in the country and offers visitors a chance to experience the unique way of life of the Tuhourangi Ngati Wahiao people. The village provides guided tours, traditional Maori dance performances, and a feast featuring authentic Maori food.
This place is so neat! The steam mud vents and the geysers were shooting out steam while we were there. What beautiful geothermal landscapes! And the bonus was that we were able to see the baby kiwi bird in the enclosures. So cool! There was no wait when we were there on a Saturday afternoon in May. You will need to go with a tour guide which will be organized after you buy your tickets. Highly recommend this visit.

Great guide. She really brought the village to life with stories of her family and showing off the culinary skills of her people. Very friendly and wonderful town. Saw geysers, hot springs, and bubbling mud
Succulent A — Google review
I’m so glad I made time to do this and I highly recommend anyone going to give yourself a couple hours, buy the all day pass, and time it so you are there for their daily cultural performance at 12:30. It was worth every penny. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the performance and tour exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Daniel, was very patient and thoughtful. He made an effort to learn everyone’s name and took the time to genuinely try to teach us about the history, the culture, and the language. Huge thanks to everyone involved!
Jonathan C — Google review
It is the legacy and home of the Tūhourangi Ngāti Wāhiao people, who have been sharing their unique way of life with visitors from all around the world for over two hundred years. The village is open 7 days a week with guided tours. We signed on to one of the paid tours though we had to contend with a slight drizzle. The tour is comprehensive lasting about an hour and half and goes through the village people's fascinating daily life in the geothermal springs area. It includes the bathing, washing, herb cultivation, cooking and walking past their homes. We ate corn cooked in steam for few minutes. It tasted yummy. The historical chief's home and meeting place are well preserved and interesting to see. Sometimes you can watch a cultural show by the village people. The active geysers in the area can be seen during the tour. Toilets available. Very popular place, lots of tourists and locals. Uneven terrain, lot of walking. Wear comfy shoes, take water, wear hat, sunscreen. Parking at the entrance is ample and is easy to find. There are many stores in the village selling craftwork items. Friendly staff and great service.
S V — Google review
It was a rainy and cold day in Rotorua but it did not stop me from my very first “Maori experience”. It was very cultural and unique place to visit for tourists. The chief guided us through the village. She did it with all her hearts and respect to her culture. We really appreciated the visiting session. We also booked the Haka show and it was very emotional and worthwhile. The artists performed wholeheartedly and the audience can definitely feel it. I highly recommend taking the tour to understand more about the Maori cultures while you are in New Zealand.
Giao D — Google review
The guided tour at Whakarewarewa was amazing! We learned so much about life in the village and how people live with the geothermal landscape. Our guide was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun. A real highlight was trying the corn cooked in the hot springs—the flavour was exquisite! Highly recommend this village tour if you’re in Rotorua.
LucivarSa — Google review
This is a MUST VISIT place as the 1st nation are the people that makes New Zealand . It was an eye opener especially when the chief was the one showing us around. We even tried their cooked food using the thermal springs to cook. Excellent

Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Rotorua, Polynesian Spa is a renowned natural mineral bathing and luxury spa retreat. With 28 mineral pools fed by two natural springs, it offers a rejuvenating experience that nourishes the skin and soothes tired muscles. The spa specializes in health and wellness treatments, catering to both relaxation seekers and athletes with hydrotherapy and reflexology walk options.
I recently visited Polynesian Spa Rotorua with my family, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! ✨ The lakefront hot pools are so relaxing, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the views of Lake Rotorua make it feel truly special. 🌊🌿 The staff were welcoming and friendly, and everything was well maintained and super clean. After a few days of travelling, soaking in the natural mineral waters was exactly what we needed to refresh and recharge. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️ It was especially heartwarming to bring my parents here — they loved every moment, and it became one of the highlights of our Rotorua trip. 💖 Highly recommend Polynesian Spa to anyone visiting Rotorua — whether you’re a local or a tourist, this place is pure bliss! 🙌
Somendra S — Google review
Our half day at the Polynesian Spa was just perfect! We were welcomed warmly and given a great introduction to all the amenities. Our package included the deluxe pool area and a treatment. The view over the lake from the pools is stunning. Pools with various temperatures were relaxing and offered good sitting areas. So relaxing and not at all too busy. The massage treatment was excellent. One of my best! Highly recommend a visit here!
Debbie H — Google review
My family of three had a wonderful time at the spa. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. The setting is fabulous - right on Lake Rotorua and totally private. There are five pools of varying temperatures plus a freezing cold plunge pool. We tried everything! It was so relaxing and invigorating. The hour long Swedish massages were also terrific. Very friendly staff. Lovely to sit in a super comfy chair after the massage and take in the view sipping herbal teas.
Geoff K — Google review
Absolutely loved our experience at Polynesian Spa, Rotorua! We booked a spa and massage package, and it was amazing. The lake pools were beautiful — four alkaline pools (great for the skin) and one acid pool perfect for sore muscles, all with stunning views over Lake Rotorua. Our couples massage was incredible — huge thanks to Cheeney, a fantastic masseur who made the whole experience deeply relaxing. The package also included a tasty lunch, fresh juice, and later smoothies in a private lakeside room. We enjoyed it so much we stayed until evening, soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend Polynesian Spa to anyone visiting Rotorua — the perfect mix of relaxation, nature, and pampering. Can’t wait to come back!
Angela A — Google review
We came at 11am because we wanted to relax ourselves in a spa environment and it was really pleasant to be there. We paid 100$ for two people with unlimited access to 8 hot pools : 3 alkaline and 5 acidic. We loved being there and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend a day at great cost !
Ryan — Google review
Booked a massage and included was soaking in the lake pools which are alkaline and one acid pool (sore muscles). You can’t beat the location of this Spa. It is literally on the lake. The pools are right next to a small garden and the lake is right there. The seagulls are on the garden area. That’s how close you are to the water. They have this location because they have been there since the late 1800s. The pools are surrounded by rocks and feel very natural. The water is varying temperatures. Very, very relaxing. They also have some outside chaises that are heated. I booked a massage with Ni Luh who was fantastic. I told her about my sore spots and she paid attention to them. She is very sweet and very accommodating. At the end of the massage she gave me a coupon for a complementary juice or smoothie and I was taken to a relaxation area where she gave me some tea. Everything is pristine clean. The locker rooms are large and there are blow dryers, and plenty of towels. The only comment I have is that they don’t give you cups for water and you have to drink out of water fountains. I purchased a bottle of water at the café at the front of the spa. It would’ve been nicer if they provided cups for water. Otherwise, had my smoothie at the café and also had a grilled sandwich which I enjoyed. I wasn’t sure how this experience would be but it’s a top notch spa and they definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. I would definitely go back there.
Barbara G — Google review
Great Spa, But Hygiene Rules Need to Be Enforced I’m a Rotorua local and visit the Polynesian Spa almost every day. It’s a beautiful and relaxing place, but lately I’ve noticed some group tour visitors behaving in ways that make the experience uncomfortable for others. Some people change clothes outside the changing rooms, enter the pools wearing their regular clothes or underwear instead of swimwear, and even spit or blow water out into the pool. It’s unpleasant and unhygienic. After COVID, everyone should understand the importance of cleanliness and public manners. I hope the management will give stronger reminders or warnings about proper spa etiquette to keep this world-famous place clean and enjoyable for all visitors.
Sunny L — Google review
Visited yesterday after seeing all great reviews but was very disappointed. We decided to take our three children but on arrival walked through and seen there was only one small pool for kids to play in and two hot pools for us. It looked like the pool in a compound surrounded by four walls and no views of the lake or anything else. Given the price of entry is the same as hanmer it is no where near habner in being family friendly. That said me and my partner would look at visiting again without children to get the full experience but if your traveling with children and think they would enjoy it save your money and take them the local swimming pool.

The Redwoods Treewalk is a unique experience located in the iconic Whakarewarewa Forest, featuring 28 suspension bridges that take you through redwood trees over 120 years old. By day, it offers an extraordinary recreational walk, while at night, it becomes a magical setting for photography. The treewalk provides an opportunity to explore one of New Zealand's oldest exotic forests from a new perspective.
I booked the Day & Night Combo, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable highlights of my trip. Experiencing the forest in both daylight and after dark felt like visiting two completely different worlds. 🌞 Daytime Walk The daytime walk was calm, refreshing, and a chance to truly appreciate the natural beauty of the towering redwoods. Walking along the suspension bridges, high among the treetops, gave me a unique perspective of the forest floor below and the incredible height of the trees above. The light filtering through the canopy created a peaceful atmosphere, and I had plenty of time to slow down and soak it all in. The design features along the walk — including the wooden lanterns and artistic touches — blended seamlessly with the lush ferns and native plants. Even in daylight, these installations added colour and character to the natural landscape. 🌌 Nighttime Walk Once the sun went down, the forest completely transformed. Hundreds of lanterns designed by David Trubridge lit up the night in intricate patterns and soft glows, giving the forest an enchanting, almost magical feel. Walking across the bridges at night felt like entering a fantasy world — glowing shapes hanging among the trees, a giant illuminated bird in flight, and the forest floor bathed in vibrant lighting. What I loved most was the contrast: during the day, it’s about appreciating nature’s raw beauty; at night, it’s about immersing yourself in an art installation that brings the forest alive in a new and unexpected way. 💡 Overall The Day & Night Combo is the best way to experience the Redwoods Treewalk because it shows you two sides of the same forest — one tranquil and grounding, the other magical and dreamlike. The staff were welcoming, the walkways felt safe but adventurous, and the entire experience was well worth it. Highly recommended: If you’re in Rotorua, this is an absolute must-do.

Absolutely breathtaking! The towering redwoods create such a serene and calming atmosphere—it’s impossible not to feel at peace here. The trails are well-maintained, the air is fresh, and every corner feels like stepping into a natural wonder. Perfect for hiking, photography, or simply reconnecting with nature. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to escape the hustle and recharge in one of the most scenic forests I’ve ever visited!

Super late review! Brought my cousin here for a short holiday. He lives in SG and said what he loves most about NZ is how close it is to nature — everything feels so natural (since most of SG is man-made). We went up the tree walk with my young kids and they loved it! Such a peaceful and refreshing experience. Definitely a must-do when in Rotorua.

The Redwoods Nightlights in Rotorua was nice, but honestly not as amazing as I expected. The lights and atmosphere were beautiful, and it’s definitely something unique to experience once. However, the ticket price felt a bit expensive for what it was, and there were way too many people when I went. We had to wait quite a while to get on the walkway, and it got pretty cold later in the evening. It’s still a cool experience, especially for families or first-time visitors, but I’d recommend going early and bringing warm clothes. Overall, not bad — just a bit overpriced and too crowded for me.
Alex L — Google review
Prior warning there's a long wait. We were in the queue for over an hour. The long wait is not because of an inefficiency but for our own safety. But the wait is worth it. I recommend going at night. Because once they are lit, it is lit. The glowworm cave is an added bonus.
Devin N — Google review
Two star for the price. Ive wanted to do this for years, but the price was a barrier. Finally decided to take the kids, and saw a walking enterance! Pro tip - there's a free walking track under the loop! We went there at night and in the morning. The paid walk is literally to use the bridge. I was a bit shocked at how steep the price is for such a short distance. But the walk itself is stunning and a must do! (Bridge optional if you have money to burn)

Fabulous tree top walk. Very interesting and informative. Would love to do again at night to see the light show. The Glow worms (only just opened) were incredible!

A chance to walk amongst the Redwood trees of Rotorua but up above not on the ground. Apparently this is the world’s longest living tree walk. Easy to park and easy to get tickets from the isite shop. It’s only a 40min walk with an option to walk 20 metres higher which you must do

The Buried Village of Te Wairoa is an archaeological site that offers guided tours through an excavated village buried by the 1886 eruption of Mount Tarawera. It provides insight into the Pink and White Terraces' role in New Zealand's tourism economy and the formalization of guiding, led by local bilingual Maori women. The site showcases integrated Maori and European cultures during a crucial phase in the country's social development.
Awesome place to visit. I would recommend doing the vr experience. That was awesome. Has glues set out for the kids to keep them engaged while walking around looking at all of the artifacts and excavation of the burial sites. Some awesome sites and really good info. Scenic views and even a small walk to a wonderful waterfall. Has a museum and cafe, small play area and shop. Plenty of parking.

I wouldn't put it on the "must do" list. The information inside the museum is good and thorough however outside is run down and lacking maintenance. Not worth the $25/30 per person. We arrived just before closing so didn't go into the coffee shop. The walk down to the waterfall was really good. Be careful as it is very steep but a well maintained path with hand rails. Give yourself around an hour to explore it all and to do the waterfall walk.

Just 20 minutes from Rotorua, the Buried Village of Te Wairoa is a moving and fascinating glimpse into the 1886 Mount Tarawera eruption. As a nurse and local, I found the history and personal stories especially powerful. The museum and excavated sites are well set up, and the short bush walk to the waterfall adds a peaceful touch—great if you’re bringing a toddler. It’s family-friendly, informative, and a nice mix of culture, nature, and history. Definitely worth a visit for locals and visitors alike.

Very interesting and educational. I loved reading all about the times leading up to the volcano eruptions. Learnt a lot that I didn't know prior to going. I went with 2 young children, but due to the treasure hunt they were immersed in the experience. The waterfall was the absolute highlight. Highly recommend. Loved traveling back in time, if for a moment.

Very nicely done small museum to tell the history and then walk around the area. We did waterfall loop too. Beautiful trees and great storyboards. Some a bit worn off so would need soon maintenance.

So much fun, what a beautiful walk. Definitely take the long waterfall route when doing the walking path, you feel fully immersed in this cool jungle like waterfall path, so beautiful.

Really great experience loved the museum and the te Wairoa waterfall showcased all about the people who were living in that area of the time of the volcano eruption in 1800's Was lucky to be offered a locals free visitor pass after we already had purchased our tickets for cheaper online which is a nice treat. The cafe on site also is lovely food was great and coffee nice and hot.

A once-prosperous village that is destroyed by natural disasters. It's amazing to see this place has turned into a natural primary forest today. Walking along the trail that winds through the remnants offers an informative glimpse into its past. It's difficult to fully grasp the emotions and experiences of those who lived through the catastrophe. The trail could last about an hour. There is a preferred detour nesr the end of the trial that takes you the waterfall. It is beautiful to see the water gashing down. Refreshing and rejuvenating. 😍

Hamurana Springs Nature Park & Golf Course is a serene and lush preserve located just 25 minutes from Rotorua's city center. It offers gentle walks along the river, through Redwoods grove, and viewing platforms to observe the crystal-clear freshwater springs. The park is suitable for visitors of all ages and fitness levels, with trails that take between 20 minutes to an hour to complete. The area is relatively uncrowded, providing a peaceful escape from the city.
Visited the Hamurana springs (didn't visit the golf course). The springs and the walk around the spring is a great experience. The waters of the spring is so clear that it feels as if there is nothing there. The redwoods along the walk are also very nice. You can spot Black swans, ducks, cormorants and eels as you walk around the springs. Worth the visit.

Absolutely stunning spot – one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in Aotearoa. The water at Hamurana Springs is crystal clear and has this almost otherworldly blue-green glow. Even though it was cold during the day (winter visit!), the walk was peaceful and refreshing – such a great option for a date, a relaxed family outing, or showing off the beauty of NZ to visitors from overseas. It’s $18 per adult, and you pay at the golf course entrance – the staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The track itself is easy to walk and well maintained, winding through towering redwoods and native bush, with plenty of places to stop and take it all in. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!

What a gorgeous course! We played a round for my husband’s birthday and both of us couldn’t stop saying how amazing it was. We saw so many unique birds and deer while playing and the course has a wonderful design to it! Their merchandise is also worth checking out, their logo is perfect!

On the day of our visit, the weather wasn’t really on our side – but it turned out not to be a problem at all. Marnie, with his great energy, explained everything clearly and concisely before we set off on the walk. We actually ended up spending about half an hour longer than estimated, simply because we enjoyed it so much. Along the way, we spotted many black teals and swans, as well as cormorants and other interesting birds. The path also takes you through a beautiful redwood forest, which made the experience even more special. I understand it may not be for everyone, but I believe anyone who appreciates nature will find the entrance fee well worth it.

Such a beautiful place to visit, beautiful crystal clear water, green sceneries and the walk through the massive pine trees was just mesmerising. Definitely worth to visit🫶🏼 we also managed to get some really cool pics. Also if you fancy a game of golf it’s just around the corner. Price per adult through Bookme was $13.

This is a must do, the walk is magical and mystically time altering. It felt like we were waiting for robinhood to jump out of the trees or samurai to ride past. Truly felt like being on another planet amongst the trees and clear water. Staff at the golf club (where you start the walk) is lovely and so helpful. Do the drive out to this place you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous walk around the springs and through the beautiful big redwoods! So many swans ducks and some geese with little babies. The rosellas in the Redwoods are just delightful to see and hear as well. Stunning springs that are a little surreal they are so clear and beautiful.

When visiting the North Island, make sure to include a trip to Hell's Gate Geothermal Reserve and Mud Spa in your itinerary. This hot-springs resort offers a unique experience with its boiling hot pools and erupting waters. The 50-acre reserve features some of the most active geothermal activity in the Southern Hemisphere, including the scorching Kakahi Falls and the steamy Inferno area with its bubbling mud reaching temperatures of up to 100 degrees Celsius.
I went Hells Gate with my family, and took the full experience. Started with the walk, and used the 10:30 guided tour which is included with the experience. The tour was fantastic and the guide was knowledgeable on the cultural significance of the place. It lasted around 2 hours, but it went by quickly. We then did the mud spa experience, and to all who say that it is smelly - well not so much. It is mild and fairly bearable. Then we went for the wood carving experience, which was fun. They sealed the wood with varnish so that we could bring it back home. The cafe had good food as well, but I did not have a great experience with the coffee. Overall it was a great experience for the whole family. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rotorua.
Chirag B — Google review
We only did the walk so this is not a review of the hot baths / mud baths. Was told it was an hour walk through the loop and that it was the most active area in Rotorua. The stroll only took 40 min and there was very little variation in what you could see. The Māori Living Village has a lot more to see. The wood carving experience at end was good.
Steve K — Google review
Hell's Gate is definitely a unique and interesting experience if visiting Rotorua. I did the self guided tour and took my time walking around the boardwalks. It's amazing the different environment that is here with the many mud pits bubbling away. The smell can be a bit harsh at points with all the sulfur but it's interesting to imagine what it would have been like way back before British contact and how the Maori lived in the area. The wood carving at the end is a nice little touch, something I might actually give a go with in the future as a hobby having enjoyed carving a little kiwi design. Definitely would recommend to check out Hell's Gate if you're in the area.
Amber P — Google review
Best experience ever! It was a 40th birthday present for my husband and he really enjoyed it. He said it was the best thing he ever did! The mud bath is for 20 minutes only but the spas and spring is for the whole day which was definitely worth it. My kids enjoyed the spa so much and we are planning a trip back soon.
Shobia S — Google review
Really enjoyed the mud spa, the sulphur bath is not nearly as special! We went for a walk after but didn’t see much activity, could do without. Still recommended but probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon!

We absolutely loved Hells Gate. It is well worth coming for the live tour at 10.30. The place is amazing with lots of hot pools and mud baths. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It is very interesting to learn more about Māori culture. There is also a lovely cafe. You can rent swimwear and towels for $5 which is recommended due to the minerals in the water/mud.
Leenane J — Google review
Had an awesome time at Hell’s Gate! The geothermal walk was super interesting – bubbling mud, steam vents, and some seriously cool scenery. Big shout out to our guide who, even though it was only her second tour, absolutely nailed it. She explained everything in a really fun and easy-to-understand way, which made it even more enjoyable. The mud bath was such a relaxing experience. The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time to really soak it all in because of other plans – would’ve loved to stay longer! We also got to try wood carving, which was a fun and creative add-on. All the staff were so cheerful and helpful, which made the whole vibe feel really welcoming. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area – it’s a great mix of nature, culture, and chill time!

a lovely muddy experience, lots of fun. Mineral baths were a relaxing end to the session. The hire of swimwear & towels was abonus as didnt have to worry about the washing or wet swimwear while travelling, and also the mud is hard to remove apparantly

An incredible experience - genuine Māori culture that is both entertaining and educational. Wonderful group of young and highly skilled performers who genuinely enjoyed sharing and teaching us some pieces of Māori culture. Unlearned a lot. The Hangi style cooked food was really good. But most of all both the visitors and the performers had fun together. Great experience.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Matiu was an incredible guide, and the performances were engaging, informative and inspiring. Everything was perfectly thought out, from the stories to the food and outfits. It's made particularly special by how inclusive it is - you are there to learn about Maori culture, but every effort is made to make each culture and person feel welcome. The food is out of this world and you do not leave hungry! The people performing really make this experience what it is though.

Pohutu Geyser, located in the Whakarewarewa Thermal Valley of Rotorua, New Zealand, is the largest and most famous geyser in the Southern Hemisphere. With up to 20 daily eruptions that shoot steam as high as 30 meters into the air, it's a sight to behold.
The Geyser seems to erupt every 20-22 minutes pretty much on schedule. You are almost guaranteed to be there for at least one eruption. We had a second visit due to the nature of our tour and saw an evening eruption (along with hot chocolate). There is a nearby seating area but steam is escaping from beneath them so be wary of where you put your hands (I seared one of my fingers before I realized what was happening). The steam itself, if it reaches you, has cooled by the time it gets to the barrier. This entire area is a demonstration of the fact Rotorua is on top of a massive Caldera in a volcanically active zone.

Really was impressed with the Maori culture and traditions. Had read about volcano in school it's first time in 42 years of my life to visit a active volcano and hot springs. Will suggest to book the guide which is only 20$ difference from pack 1 guided red track and pack 3 yellow self walk trail. Git to tastes the hot spring water cooked corn really felt rich tastes and it was really tasted good. Guide was really superb and her way of explaining welcome to MY HOME. Lived it.

Awesome experience. It was really busy though and you can only do guided tours so when the guide speaks other people talk over them so you miss a lot of information. I got lots of photos. I'm kiwi and I found it very touristy in terms of behaviour of others. My wife is Aussie and she loved it. She was totally impressed and would have enjoyed it more if the other tour people understood that in NZ you don't push in front of others and talk over guides. The gift shop has awesome stuff and great prices. Use the toilets inside the complex outside ones are paru.
GEE — Google review
We were at the park when the geyser erupted and it was wonderful. Give yourself plenty of time in the park and make sure you can go back to the geyser after your formal tour has finished. Your formal tour is fixed to a schedule and the geysers are not. So if you want to be sure you see them erupting, allow three hours for your total time in the park.
Graham R — Google review
You have to book for a tour which is about 30 mins and quite informative although our guide didn't fully explain the geysers cycle so bear in mind you often don't see the full action during the tour. However, you can stay as long as you want to after the tour. That's when we saw the Kiwi's and the full eruption of the geyser.

Te Pa Tu - The Gathering Place is a captivating cultural experience that immerses visitors in the rich traditions of the Maori people. Nestled within a stunning forest village surrounded by majestic Tawa trees, this attraction offers an enchanting evening filled with music, dance, and delicious seasonal cuisine known as kai. As you gather around blazing bonfires in a natural amphitheater, you'll be treated to performances that change with each season according to the maramataka, or Maori lunar calendar.
This experience was great! The village was beautiful in the dusk with soft rain and log fires burning outside little huts where we were taught some traditional Maori activities from this tribe. The whole thing was run by members of an extended family who were both funny and charming. The musical performances were of a very high standard and the feast was absolutely delicious ( and I am very particular about my food! ) - , excellent canapes, mussels, whitebait fritters, warm rolls with truffle butter, confi duck with watercress and orange salad, hanging cooked lamb, wagyu short rib, root veg. 3 little desserts each. Definitely the best food I've had in 5 weeks in N Z. Fun bus ride each way. Yes, it's touristy but they are open about this, wanting to share their culture with us and they created a very warm, welcoming and informative experience.

I’ve visited here twice - once in 2019 and again this month. I was disappointed the first time - most of those leading the tour didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, and it felt a bit half hearted. I also felt a little like I was tolerated, not welcomed, and sensed an arrogance from some people we encountered. This time was totally different. There was an amazing sense of warmth in the family’s welcome, and I sensed an incredible pride in their effort to show the world their culture. Their performance was the best I have seen anywhere (in any culture) - boy this family can sing! They are all incredibly friendly , engaging and intelligent. The food was stunning - a huge improvement over my last visit. I learned from our table host, Waitangi, that her father, the chief, took over after Covid. He has created something special here now, and is doing an amazing job as not only chief and host, but as a father - his children were incredibly gracious, welcoming and brilliant hosts as well as outstanding performers. Fantastic and very emotional experience. A must do when visiting Rotorua.

No matter what I write, I won’t be able to truly express how much I enjoyed being here. This place is a cultural institute, school, and mini village dedicated to introducing visitors to the Māori people — the indigenous people of New Zealand. It’s a large venue that requires prior booking. The staff warmly welcome you and explain the Māori culture, followed by a traditional performance featuring expressive movements and chanting that carry deep meaning. Then, the team takes you on a tour near the hot volcanic rocks, ending with a luxurious international buffet dinner that includes all types of meats, chicken, seafood, desserts, and ice cream. This center is considered one of the top tourist attractions when visiting Rotorua.

This was an amazing experience! A great introduction to Maori culture and history. They make it a fun process and include guests in the experience. From the time they picked us up on the bus to the drop off, it was high energy and a great time! Thank you Sam for starting it off and to Dennis for finishing it on a high point!!! Great performers! Amazing voices! All the performers did a great job but the family with Emerson, Elisa, their brother and uncle were so strong together.... beautiful!!! The food was wonderful!!! Plenty to eat, great variety and beautifully presented! My whole family loved it! Would do this again for sure! Well worth the money!!!!

Maybe because iit was raining something in the tour was cut short. More like going to a broadway production. Enjoyable but not the cultural exposure our guide had suggested. After seeing natural geysers in Iceland this looked like a baking soda school project. Very crowded and unorganized. Definitely not a spiritual experience. Reading your reply surprises me that you are not concerned that it was not a cultural experience for me or most in our group. We had one on one experiences that were inspiring. Yours was more entertainment. Which would be fine if we had not been mislead by our guide that it would give us more of the cultural experience we had already. Again. It appears our tour was shortened because of rain. Giving it the benefit of the doubt that there is usually more content. Luckily I didn't have any expectations for the advertised geyser.

I have had the absolute joy of experiencing Te Pā Tū twice. The first time, I thought it to be so good, that I planned my family vacation around coming back, so that they too, could bare witness to Te Pā Tū's incredible performances, games and kai (food). The passion of the staff and artists is infectious and I found myself grinning ear to ear both times. Te Pā Tū feels like a big family that welcome you with open arms. I very much enjoyed participating in traditional Māori games and it was wonderful to see everyone get involved. Big Baz, you are a talented musician, people should pay just to simply hear you sing. Tiaana, as always, thank you for being a wonderful host. I count down the days until I am back on the doorsteps of Te Pā Tū. Kia ora!

We were picked up from our hotel by a shuttle and then continued by bus to the Maori village. We were welcomed with a ceremony. There were various stations where we spent 10-15 minutes learning about Maori culture. There were also canapés, which were very tasty. After finishing the stations, we were led to a foyer with a small stage. The things we learned at the stations were presented by our hosts in the "right way". The Haka was incredibly captivating. It's amazing how strong and overwhelming individual voices can be. Afterwards, we were invited to take our seats in a large hall and were served dinner. We were entertained very nicely at the end, with our hosts singing songs from different countries. A truly unforgettable experience. It was one of the best cultural experiences we've ever had. A must-do when visiting Rotorua. A truly enriching experience for broadening your horizons about other cultures.

Rainbow Springs Nature Park, established in 1932, is a popular destination in New Zealand for encountering native wildlife, particularly the iconic kiwi bird. The park is dedicated to conservation efforts and offers interactive experiences such as the Kiwi Encounter shows and a live kiwi foraging exhibit. Visitors can also enjoy attractions like the Big Splash rides and a dynamic Bird Show featuring exotic species.
What a wonderful adventure. We arrived early to beat the tour buses & crowds. It was so worth it. Got to walk the park at our leisure & see the exhibits without the crowds was a treat. Got see the birds getting fed & the Kiwi exhibit was fantastic. ❤️ Fed the fish & the ducks. If you can, arrive early for the best experience. Let’s you see the critters without fighting for a view. Feeding time is a treat. Staff are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & friendly. I learned so much. The exhibits & enclosures are well described & presented. Park is easy to navigate. Parking is no problem. I’m going back again in 2019. We also hit the mountain & did the. Luge & it was a blast.

I loved the park because of its variety of display. You can see different animals with little descriptions about them. Water splash is very entertaining for adults and kids. And my favorite, I got a chance to see Kiwi birds. Wasn't so happy that, I admit it was my mistake, to accept the offer of seeing the park myself, by the cashier lady, rather than having a guide . Few spots were closed for public and that was also not mentioned when purchasing ticket.

Definitely recommend going on the free guided tour if its your first time as you learn so much and is quite interesting. They have play areas and interactive learning spots located throughout to keep the kids busy on the way through. The big splash ride was cool but all the speakers throughout no longer worked which was very disappointing. The cafe was average tidy and nicely decorated but bathrooms were not cleaned often enough and the food was overpriced and just okay. They offer free shows through out the days which are quite interesting and fun for the kids.

This place is lush, a little paradise with tones of things for a family to see and do. I added on the hatchery tour and was not disappointed, we got to see two eggs ready to hatch, one had its little beak poking back and forth out of a small opening that it hd already made. This can take up to 5 days to fully hatch. Then we went through another room and they had a baby kiwi, held by one of the staff behind the glass, with another keeper feeding him meat. The most adorable thing ever. We then went through the enclosure to the darker area where there were three separated adult kiwis, moving about searching for insects. Fantastic. I then proceded to walk around to see the birds and eptile areas, it was a good display and the animals did not dissapoint. They have a cafe and gift shop and also very modern and clean looking toilets which is always a pleasent treat.

Awesome wildlife park in Rotorua with some unique features. The walk through the redwoods, aviaries and trout pools is the same as it ever was. They have added 'playscapes' along the way which is great to keep kids busy with physical activities and hands-on games. There's also an area with various water experiments to keep little minds busy. The jewel in the crown is, of course, the kiwi house where you can learn about the national bird and eventually (hopefully) see some for real in the nocturnal house. Beyond this there is a playground (currently undergoing refurbishment but still a small area to play in) and the 'Big Splash' ride by the cafe which is doesn't cost any extra but is looking a bit tired - the drop at the end is still a thrill tho.

Fun for the whole family. Some cheeky wee birds and relaxed reptiles. The waterfall makes for great photos. We managed to get a glimpse of the kiwi too.

A really lovely animal park, with an unmissable tour of the kiwi hatching centre. The information signs for each animal were much more fun and engaging than your typical animal park/zoo, which was good. We also enjoyed the (short but sweet) bird show and the log flume ride very much too. You'd be hard pushed to spend more than 3 hours here, but in that time there is plenty to keep you occupied! If my review and photos were helpful to you, please give me a thumbs up 👍🏼 Thanks!

Beautiful small scale nature park. Great way to kill a few hours touring NZ. The kiwi encounter was very informative, however make note that you are not permitted to take photos or record video in the hatchery. If you are hoping to get a photo of the iconic bird live, you will not be able to. The additional cost you pay for this tour supports the program and sustainablity of the brown kiwi population.

Wow, this garden is absolutely stunning! The colors are just incredible, and it looks so peaceful and relaxing. I could totally spend hours wandering around and taking it all in. That garden is truly a sight to behold, I'm so impressed! The vibrant colors and meticulous arrangement of the plants create such a calming atmosphere. It's clear a lot of love and care has gone into cultivating this space. I especially admire the way the different textures and heights are used to enhance the overall design.

St. Faiths Church & Te Aomarama Hall is a historic site located in a beautiful setting with natural thermal activity nearby. The church is known for its stunning bilingual services and welcoming congregation. Visitors can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the church, as well as explore the surrounding village. The integration of two cultures in art, religion, and monarchy is an impressive aspect of this place. Additionally, the Maori Jesus is a notable highlight for many visitors.
Always stop here when in Rotorua. The window, the woven panels, the stories. Book a tour if you can.

Interesting and beautiful church. We came during the winter so we called to set up an appointment to see the church. It was super easy to set up and the woman we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived to the church for our appointment she opened it up and told us some facts, history, and stories about the church. You do need to pay a small 5 dollar donation to see the church. It is beyond worth the small donation to visit this lovely place and do a small part to ensure the repairs and upkeep. If you are in Rotorua go check it out!
Lindsey V — Google review
One of the best sermons I have heard fully invested in Māori culture. The congregation was welcoming, helpful, and caring. Their church is beautiful. Bear in mind it is a church and only open during services on Sunday.

What a beautiful and historic church for such an occasion. Commemorating deceased Police Officers over past Century.

When visiting Rotorua,I make a point of attending the 9a.m.service,taking my guests, even non church goers and they love the whole experience. Father Tom has delightful, throw-away lines that are very funny. He conveys a humble, godly faith that makes people feel safe.Singing is a capella in te Reo,with the sermon in English. It really is a wonderful blend of cultures with the Maori generously sharing their warmth and history.

Beautiful! A small donation will allow you entrance. The stained glass is gorgeous. The attendant is lovely to chat with about the history. The views outside are spectacular!

Beautiful Church contains both cultures - Maori and western. And geothermal phenomenon of Rotorua makes it worth seeing.. ❤️

Nestled in the lush Waipa Valley, Secret Spot Hot Tubs Rotorua offers a unique hot pool experience with 12 private cedar tubs overlooking Waipa Stream. These tubs are big enough for up to six people and are filled with fresh water, providing a secluded and tranquil soak amidst natural greenery and tree ferns.
So glad we went here, both my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Greeted by lovely staff and prompt process done so we could order drinks and change to head off to our tub. Simple cafe foods available. The entire space has a lovely atmosphere. Tubs have a great view of the lush, green bush to watch the bird life while you enjoy your relaxing hot tub. There are cold baths available nearby that you can use during your time. Tubs are private but you can hear others nearby. 3x showers available (no doors, semi-private) Ample parking spaces. Located next to a bike track. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.
Chantel T — Google review
Our hot tub experience in Rotorua was amazing! We had 45 minutes to relax, and it was so peaceful that we could hear the birds while enjoying the view of the trees in the background. We also ordered drinks and tried the ice plunge — such a refreshing and unique experience. Overall, so far so good!
Gellie W — Google review
I had such a relaxing experience here. The private setting made it feel peaceful and secluded, surrounded by beautiful native bush and the sound of birds. The tubs are well maintained, clean, and perfectly heated which made it easy to just sit back and unwind. I really liked the booking system too, as it kept everything smooth and stress-free. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making sure everything was ready for me before I arrived. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking for some quiet time alone, a romantic escape, or just a unique way to enjoy Rotorua’s geothermal charm. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and want something special that combines relaxation with a real connection to nature.

A beautiful setting, perfect for a bit of private relaxation. The building is nicely designed both inside and out - with lockers, showers, and even a storage box right next to your tub (there’s also a parasol in case of light rain). You can order a drink directly to the hot tub, which is a great touch. We had our slot booked around dusk, so we could watch the forest gradually light up around us. Highly recommended, especially for couples.
Adam B — Google review
Such an amazing tucked away gem, hidden amongst the beautiful nature. Absolutely loved it. From our own little hot tub to the cold plunge tub. Ordered drinks as we arrived and our drinks were delivered to our tub, nice changing rooms with showers. Can hire towels if needed and parking is good.
Mishady K — Google review
Quite pricey but it’s definitely worth it. I love going to hot pools and having privacy is such a huge plus. The tub, water, and the area is clean. The attendants were attentive and quick. When it gets too hot, the cold plunge was near. Very refreshing. It’s quite an instagrammable place. You shouldn’t be missing out on this when visiting Rotorua.
JC — Google review
We received a warm reception from the hospitable staff. The experience of being in harmony with nature was fantastic, with a pool at an optimal temperature and a short distance from the reception. The shower facilities were of a high standard, and the food and drinks were a fitting conclusion to our stay.
Shannon T — Google review
Very zen pool experience! Tubs are spacious and fit up to 6 people. We had tub number 11 the 'toastie frog' and it was wonderfully warm-almost too warm at times. The cold plunge was a lifesaver and alternating between the two was refreshing. 45mins is perfect and long enough to soak without feeling rushed, though I was still bummed when the timer went off! Overall, a great little treat.

Tutea Falls is a breathtaking attraction located in the Okere Falls area. The 30-minute bush walk offers an easy and well-formed pathway, passing by Okere Falls, Trout Pool, and ultimately leading to the impressive Tutea Falls. This waterfall is known as the world's highest commercially-rafted waterfall, standing at seven meters high. Visitors can enjoy the powerful and awe-inspiring sight of the rushing waters from a viewing platform along a short sidetrack.
Great walk into the falls. Beautiful native bush. Take a flash light for the caves , you can walk right through to other side but not good if your really tall or Xtra curvy gets a little tight.
Alice H — Google review
Looptrack closed but you can go from point to point and check the cave. 3,4km. Shadow path whole way, good parking lots and toilets.
Hanna C — Google review
It's a really lovely walk to see some rapids and waterfalls. We didn't see them, but people do white water rafting and kayaking on this river! Not sure if they go down the waterfall, but that'd be incredible to see. The walk wasn't epic, we did it with a baby strapped to us and it was doable.
Michael E — Google review
These falls were the prettiest out of the three waterfalls on the hike. The cave was also nice to visit/explore.
Ben P — Google review
We visited Tutea and Okere Falls strictly because it appeared on The Amazing Race (US) Season 5 way back in 2004. This incredible waterfall did not disappoint and visitors have two choices of entry, one at the Tutea pools point and the more familiar one at the big carpark. Either way, it will take you 10-15 minutes to walk to the actual waterfall. The walk to the waterfall actually was not that exciting, but the actual location of the falls was incredible! Another gem in Rotorua and one for all ages to see and explore! It would probably be even better if you were rafting down the falls, though very scary and dangerous.
Straan W — Google review
Incredible spot to watch the river poor over the water fall. Cool to watch the rafters and kayak paddlers run the falls, even better to be in one of the boats
Chris D — Google review
Beautiful area with nice nature views. Some areas could be difficult to access for those that are less mobile.
Jacques V — Google review
The walk down to the waterfall was a great sight. It's only a 10 -15 min walk and even though the lookout platform was closed, you get a good view as you climb down a cool set of stairs. At the bottom, you can walk thru a cave.

Te Aronui a Rua Meeting House is a unique and beautiful structure located near the Tamatekapua meeting house and St Faiths church. Visitors can witness Maori performances, including the powerful haka war dance, and even participate in the ritual. The building itself is adorned with interesting smaller structures and statues of deities. The performances are short but exciting, making it a must-see for anyone looking to experience Maori culture.
This was an amazing performance of the Maori people, I was so happy to see a ritual for real, loved every moment of it , is very worth spending the time to see it and learn something new
Kelly S — Google review
One of the best parts of this experience for me was to see a 'Mini Haka' where the tribe challenged our 'leader' with ceremonial dance and shows of strength. Once we had shown that we came in peace, we were invited in for song and dance.

Immerse yourself in the rich culture and heritage of the Ngati Pikiao tribe with Kahukiwi Experiences, located at the Te Takinga Marae in Rotorua. If you want to get to know the way of life of a local, Kahukiwi offers the best experience available and I say this having experienced many of the cultural experiences on offer in Rotorua. Ngahere was so enthusiastic and passionate. It felt like we were being shown around by a friend who was excited to show us his village, marae and family farm. Māori are the world’s greatest story tellers and Ngahere is no exception! Thoroughly recommend this experience!

(Translated by Google) We were in New Zealand in 2019. The tour we were able to take with William Harry, who told us a lot about Maori culture and Maori history, was super interesting. He took us to very beautiful and exciting places, knew about the flora and fauna and was a very charming storyteller. I remember the tour so well that I wanted to write this review today. (Translated by Google) We had already booked the Maori Cultural Tour in Germany. We were picked up on site and our guide Dennis was fantastic. We immediately noticed that his heart was in it as he told us everything about his culture, his stories and his life. In between he sang in his language, which was beautiful. He showed us places we would never have seen without a guide and told stories that are not written down anywhere. He answered any questions we had and explained everything to us. We would take a tour with him again in a heartbeat.
