We seen good reviews and like local hole in the wall diners. However ours meal wasn't good. The best thing was the pancake and the roll. After that nothing . The macaroni is from a box, the chicken fried chicken size if my palm. Was super tough and tasted like been In freezer for awhile. Personally never again.

Food was good. Definitely reminded me of being a kid and having a BLT. Needs a little face lift. But overall good food. Service was great. Owner was our sever. Very nice lady. Edit: The way she handled herself, she acted like she did. She had a lot of confidence and a great people person. She was amazing. I do apologize for saying she was the owner.

A friend recommended we stop here if we were ever in Harrison and I’m glad we did! If you don’t mind a little wait it’s worth it! Their meat burrito wAs awesome the biscuits and gravy were delicious 🤤 service was awesome as well! We would definitely go back!

We happened upon this diner several months ago by chance and now we literally plan our trips home from Branson around stopping here for breakfast on the way. The food is great and cooked just right, every time. The employees are attentive, courteous, accurate, and speedy. The young man who helped us today was especially great. This place is seriously a hidden gem.

When you’re fortunate enough to find a Diner that’s been around since 1952, 🎉🎉 ya gotta try it. You wont be disappointed either 😉😀 lots of good food, great ambiance and great prices!! I started with a chocolate shake, but there are several flavors including Vanilla, Strawberry, Lemon Ice Box, Sea Salt Caramel, Butter Pecan, Mint Chocolate Chip & Chewy Brownie. I’m going off the diet and trying the onion rings, chili chz fries, jalapeño poppers and Boston burger 🍔 Come on by and try it out. You wont be disappointed 😆😆

The waitress was very pleasant. Small but quaint. Very inexpensive. Had a little wait to get the food, but if you're on vacation, it doesn't really matter.

The place was clean but the food was not so good. It has been many years since I have eaten at Wendy's, and it will be a long time til I return. I was absolutely shocked at the actual size of the ChickenBLT, wished I had brought my phone to snap a shot to show the size. Even after requesting hot fries, they came out slightly warm. The Frosty, clearly not enough chocolate, and it was runny. Fast food has become sooo ridiculously out of control. The food NEVER resembles the photo that is shown. No wonder BK is being sued. For the money I spent, I could have bought food to cook and not only would it have been cheaper but better for me.

My husband ordered a sausage,egg & cheese mcmuffin. This is what he got. No egg & some runny yellowish substance on it which i can only assume was raw egg substance. DISGUSTING!!!

This franchise establishment told me it was different at every store regarding quality of food I feel like they just didnt want to do the work to make my order correct we had raw uncooked bacon on our fries but who knows maybe that is just this location would not recommend pretty sure if I had requested a rebook I would have had more spit than raw food

They do pretty good food most times. They have decent burgers staff is always nice. But check your bag before you pull away more than likely not done right .

This was one of the best Wendy's I've been to in the whole Ozark Branson area! Super clean lobby, the service was amazing and the food was delicious! Very happy with my experience here and highly recommend if you like a quality Wendy's experience look no further!

Neglected and did not properly review the receipt. Missed multiple items. Did not put any coffee into my coffee (insane). Not only rude to customers but did not practice proper hygiene. I.e. unwashed uniforms. Ps. Tampered with food.

As you can see from the picture of my Mushroom and Swiss, they added some additional tinfoil to it. When I called , the manager couldn’t even tell me what or why aluminum foil was on the sandwich. To make matters worse is I am unsure if I consumed some of it on the first bite. On top of that the burger had a strange funk to it, like it had sat out all day and got microwaved. Too pricey a place to make trash food like this.

Very juicy 2/3lb Angus beef burger, chicken sandwich is also nicely done with terriyaki sauce. Dinning hall looks very classic with traditional decorations.

I love this Hardees’s! The staff is great and helpful and will talk with you. The food is made to your specific order every time and always hot. They do sell out of the chicken tenders quite often, but I will always return.

Love finding a Hardee's now that they're so rare. This one did not disappoint. My burger was PERFECT. The cook got all of my mods correct. The front counter team were chipper and engaged in conversation with me rather than ignoring me while i waited. Which made for a positively great customer experience. I will certainly stop by again next time I'm in the area of they're still open.

This Hardee's on Arkansas hwy 412 east is so awesome, their employees will go above and beyond to make sure your food is exactly the way you want it, your food is always hot when it goes out. Everything is perfect every time I have stopped there. The inside of the restaurant is always clean as well as the bathrooms and the outside of the building. They have plenty of parking including handicap parking and handicap van accessibility. They also have a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu along with kids meals. When you go to Harrison Arkansas, make sure you go to Hardee's, they will most definitely make your day the best ever.

I love that they have come out with their new $5 boxes meal deals. They have like 5 different kinds now and the new sliders that they have are half price between the hours of 2 and 5. The service and employees could be better but I did have a better experience this time around. I do love the taste of their food and that's why I keep going back.

Haven't been to Hardee's in a very long time. Tried it and I will be back. I have the chicken club and it was awesome! Food is much better than the other drive through and really was a bit cheaper than a couple of them. I'm a fan.

I've been wanting to come here for a long time so I finally did. We showed up a half hour before closing and our waitress assured us that they didn't mind. They didn't rush us or stress over the time. Very warm, friendly atmosphere. I ranked the food 4/5 because I wasn't a huge fan of the burger patties. They're the premade sort, which is fine, but I thought they'd be fresh. As far as those chicken nuggets go, the kids plate comes with 6, but my son wanted 3 and nothing else. I couldn't persuade him to order a side or anything. They charged $.60/nugget, easily the cheapest part of the ticket. The cheese hi-boy was $8.50 and fries were an extra $2.50 (no meal option). We all ordered milkshakes and they were spectacular! Real fruit, solid flavor, and the perfect consistency! Everything a milkshake should ever be!! I've been missing my hometown (Cali) curbside burger joint and this was almost everything that had been (the primary difference was that shakes came in multiple sizes...and the burgers were hand pressed every morning).

It's old fashioned cafe/diner food and they do it well. I had a yummy Swiss mushroom hamburger and a chocolate malt to appease my inner teen. 😀 My friend got a kid menu Burger thinking it was the same as an adult Burger only smaller but it wasn't. I wouldn't recommend that. She liked this sweet potato fries but I think they were probably frozen. Waitresses are sweet and everyone was friendly and it was just a good old retro experience. Everyone's food looked delicious and people were happy.

Stopped in for dessert, menu looked really good though and dessert was delicious. Cool kinda old school atmosphere and friendly staff.

I was base my customer service reviews based on how the establishment treats the youngest and oldest patrons. The front of house staff treated our littles with welcoming arms and made it a comfortable experience for them. I watched as they interacted with other customers, accommodating a space for a gentlemen to stow his cane, while he dined. We didn't have a long wait for food. Which was hot and fresh when it came out. Make sure you save room for dessert!

We came in and they were packed. Not a problem at all, but after we sat down it took 10 plus minutes for a server to acknowledge us. Then when we finally got to place our order it took 30 minutes, which we were fine with. Until two separate customers came in 20 minutes after us. They rushed over to them and took their order a few minutes after ours. Then they got their orders quickly. The exact same things we ordered. I asked where our food was and never heard anything back so I asked our server. Never heard anything then my grandma asked someone up front and got yelled at. It was about 5 minutes after that we got our food. I understand when a place is busy, but to put a rush on regulars food and to ignore the other tables is pretty sad. We really enjoy Daisy Queen, but probably won’t be back due to the disrespect. Just to clarify, we were only a table of 3, not a huge party. The wait didn’t become a problem until the regulars who came in a long time after us got their food way before us and got much better service than we did. Not a way to get regulars.

First time trying it and we loved it the chess burger was very good the meat was a little try but over all good my sons chess burger was good and my wife chicken tender meal was good the shakes were amazing we drove 45mins just to try it and we will again. Even met two of the owners and one was your server very nice place and good people

My food came out HOT. Hot enough that I had to let my #10 cool off before I could take a bite. It's Taco Bell and tasted as it should.

Taco Bell of Harrison Arkansas. Great location, clean, fast, good service, food well organized in the bag. This location is basically kiosk only, as no one will acknowledge you at the front counter, or when you walk in. Bathrooms were super clean as well!🇺🇸

Waited 45 minutes for food and it was missing part of the order. The line was still long so we called in to see if someone could bring out the missing part of our order (it was after dine in was closed). They said no and that we would have to wait in line again. We asked for a refund and they stated that we would have to do it through the app. We were unable to do that because the order had been marked as picked up. When we asked if there was anything else that could be done the lady on the phone hung up and then took the phone off the hook. We waited in line again for another 30 more minutes to get the missing food. Once we got to the window the Manager did apologize but did not offer any kind of compensation, coupons, etc. This is not how a GOOD business is ran. A waste of money and time.

This place somehow screws up my order EVERY TIME. It would be nice to get a chalupa that isn't split down the middle or the side. It would be nice to get a burrito with the ingredients blended instead of individual ingredient clumps. Nothing like paying for what should have been thrown in the trash and redone. Wish I could post pictures.....

It's about the only Taco Bell I'll go to. With that said, check orders for accuracy. AC & air flow inside is AWESOME. Great place to eat, snack, get a drink and cool off. Very fast service. Great ambiance among workers, they get along, and that makes the lobby more enjoyable.

This location is the slowest one ever. I understand you get busy but the other day it took me 45 min from the time I got in line to the time i pulled away with my food. I was the next person in line to the speaker when the line started. Then to top it off I was missing part of my order.

Place seems decent, but you can tell staff doesnt want to be there/deal with you. Edit: I tried giving this place a few more chances but they continue to mess up my online orders. From 3 to 2 stars

I dont know what is going on at Arby's but I bought 41$ worth of food and I shouldn't have to argue with the lady at the window over Arby's sauce. im also calling corporate to complain as well I even offered to buy the sauces then she finally rudely gave me a handful I won't be eating Arby's for a long time after this experience and I love Arby's food but this was such BS

I have eaten at Arby’s for 40 years. Their chicken sandwiches were bar none the best chicken sandwhich from any fast food restaurant. Sadly they now have become so thin that you can’t even taste the chicken. When all you have to a sandwich is a thick bun, some lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, and a thin layer of chicken with dry breading on it, it makes for six dollars wasted and a terrible experience. I think I will find another favorite chicken sandwhich.

Order the family meal which includes 4 MED fries.. we got 2 medium and 2 small in medium packaging even dug out the fries in the bottom of the bag. Overall foods great but if im paying for medium fries i would love to get medium fries not smalls and technically be shorted and entire medium fry because of it.

The food is exactly what you want from Sonic. BUT.... good luck getting a correct order. The customer microphones seem to translate to a foreign language. "Fully loaded" or "all the fixins" burgers get translated to "only pickles" or "only ketchup". Customer service isn't a problem, good people, just don't expect your order to be correct the first time.

I visited last night place an order for a hamburger and while I was trying to pay on the kiosk, it showed that my hamburger was on the way when the lady got there I asked her how did you bring my hamburger out so quick I’m not even done paying and she I quote said this is old meat. My reply was it’s Old meat. What do you mean? She goes well we cook fresh meat at 8 o’clock and it’s 754. Do you wanna talk to my manager and I said no thank you I don’t think I want this ham burger. I then left because why would you want to buy old meat? I called the manager and told her that I didn’t think that was good and she’s like well. She doesn’t understand that. It’s not really old meat. It’s just been already cooked what happened to fresh cooked hamburgers it’s sonic I should have known when I was the only car in the parking lot at 8 o’clock at night.

It's a sonic, they don't screw up your orders very often.. the syrup in the mixed sodas is always above average in quantity, and even when it's busy the things are delivered quick.

Cmon! Raise prices constantly and can't even fill the fry box! Smash burger was dry. Seriously??

I have worked at Sonic in the past at a different location. This visit was so disappointing due to receiving a burnt corn dog. I tried to go back and explain it to manager on duty and he said "It happeneds all the time" yes, that is true but you look at them and don't allow them to pass. Well after receiving the replacement that was also burnt (we were in a hurry and needed to get home) I was contacted via FB by the lead manager or owner not sure. We had a good exchange and them mailed us a gift certificate and ensured that Quality Control training was going to be a top priority. Hopefully this gets fixed but I'll stick with Downtown Sonic for a while.

Wow,, Sonic has been one of my favorite places for at least 30 years, but the keep doing away things that make them attractive... first it was the 1/2 price cold brew coffee at breakfast, then the $1.99 double cheeseburger, now there's no more 1/2 price drinks when you order via the app. And if they run a special deal, it's only good for one item, so if there's two people you have to pay full price to get a second one.. but there's not much of a wait because there's not many cars there anymore.

We literally have issues every time we order from this location.. For over 3 years. Pick up, delivery - it doesn't matter. We always end up missing an entire item, wrong toppings, hardly cut, not cooked all the way... It's absolutely awful. The tonight they said the were crediting us and reordering to redeliver in 40 minutes, we call an hour & 50 minutes later asking what the deal is... She says the other person didn't have the authority to give us a reorder just credit... And I'm like... So... Someone should have called us and told us to stop waiting for a pizza you had no intention of sending?? This place is a 5h¡+ show.

This is by far (and not even close) the best pizza hut I've ever had. The staff is amazing with sherry, Tito, and the driver. They cook everything hot and fresh and go above and beyond! I will order from this pizza hut only. No one out pizzas their hut!

If this is for the Pizza Hut south of town then 5 stars for all. North of town usually at least a three. My kids favorite Friday tradition is heading south of town for the smell of pizza in the car and side bet of whose gonna open the box before we get home!

They went above and beyond in service. And let me sample sauces and everything. They did well at promoting the new dry rub and letting me sample it. They learned my taste and delivered.

Exceptional customer service. My to go order was accurate and ready by the time stated on website, and the pizza's were delicious. The cashier was very friendly. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the inside. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

I ordered on the app like we always do and waited in a spot for over 20 minutes. I sat and watched as people pulled up to curbside, wait a couple min, get their food, and drive off. The excuse when I went inside was (and yes! I had to go in to get my food!) well we didn't get it on our end when clearly our burgers were done and sitting there. So that was lie #1. Lie #2 was they were waiting on fries when I saw a whole thing just full and I mean FULL of fries. I will never come back here. The workers were rude, didn't even help me as soon as I came in, I had to wait, again. I get it can get busy but this. This was the WORST experience I've ever had! Get nicer and better staff. Too bad I can't post a picture of the slop they served us. This store outta be ashamed of themselves.

The main street location consistently gives me the wrong item. But specifically I order a sausage mcmuffin but when I get my order it's a sausage biscuit. Today after waiting approx 15 mins asked to pull forward I get the sausage biscuit and go back in line. They literally took the sausage biscuit back and asked me to pull forward again. That in itself is problematic to me. I hope they didn't serve it to the next person who ordered a sausage biscuit. I waited another 10-15 mins and went in stating what happened yo have a guy say why didn't you make that sandwich to some workers, I had enough and wanted to get a refund and leave. After about 3 mins of fumbling around I get my money and he states I would really like to get your sandwich of which I about lost it. How hard is it to pay attention and get the order correct and not have people wait so long. And no it was extremely busy. This is multiple times I have had this happen. I would NOT go back if it wasn't for my grandchildren who don't understand. Buy i will drive yo the opposite end of town to get the correct service. Please do not ask me to return a incorrect item you serve me because it really questions your health issues with me.

Getting the order right has been about 50/50, always takes a long time at the drive thru, but there people are nice.

Took over an hour in the drive-thru. Food was cold and wrong. Who orders an egg and cheese biscuit? 12 dollars for two little sandwiches and they forgot the sausage… won’t waste my time or money there again.

Had an issue with the app when ordering and the people working there said they didn't have my order, when they got it they threw the order away saying I never showed up for it. I had to make a return trip into town a different day to get a refund as they never canceled and refunded the order. The Walmart location was much better and made it right even though it wasn't their fault and they are not owned by the same people. Maint st McDonald's sucks.

Forced to use the kiosk, which was malfunctioning terribly. I am very computer illiterate, but the kiosk malfunctioned three times on one order. Thankfully, there was a helpful employee who just took the order at the counter, even though he had been advised to assist at the kiosk. He had trouble with the kiosk, too.

Walked into the fast food establishment and there was a customer that had an excessive nose bleed and there's blood all over the floor and the employee used a paper towel or.napkin to wipe it up. I did not see any chemical or hazmat Information stating that the universal barrier had needed to be implemented. No employee warned us and my colleagues son stepped in the blood with his shoe and nothing was done to correct the situation. Furthermore the boy asked for an extra BBQ sauce for his nuggets and the employee stated he need to order that before the food is delivered and was going to charge him 32 cents. Most disgusting and mismanaged situation I ha e ever seen. I would never go back to this McDonalds its always had bad service but this was the straw that broke the camels back. DO NOT GO TO RESTAURANT.

No more got sit down at the table out came our food now thats what was good. The next thing this young lady came with a mop that wasn't ringed very well she continued to mop all around the table and managed to get all under the other side of the table never said one word. Next that same person blessed us again with this machine on the floor all behind me so I still haven't tried to take a bite of my food so I think its safe here comes another person wheeling a trashcan on wheels over to a table to throw away the trash instead of picking the trash items up and taking it to the trash can. No other table needed to have trash removed and thrown away. I have always loved Dairy Queen but way to many young people that really don't care about their customers it's just a job to them. I really think the owner and the manager need to have a meeting with their staff or close the place down.

We go here quite often, always ordering a large turtle pecan blizzard each. The last two or three times we received our blizzards there were the equivalent of a half of a pecan in each blizzard. I understand it may not be loaded with pecans, however, for $14.00 for 2 large blizzards, I expect more than one pecan between the two. After all, these are not macadamias. We have enjoyed the first 45 years of eating here and do wish to continue. This has always been one of our favorite treats. Got three things on our order wrong. The boy child manager came to our table and accused me of stealing a small soda on a 29 dollar meal ticket, the girl forgot to add it on but gave me a cup, so i didn't notice it was not on the bill. My husband got a different burger than he ordered, they did make him another one. It took over 20 minutes after we were done eating to make our for later ice cream cups. They were kinda mad when I asked how much longer it would be, a storm was coming in, and we wanted to get home. They were very rude. won't go back.

I ask for a 6 piece sauce & tossed with extra buffalo sauce from the sauce they use to toss them in. I got so little the chicken was so dry. They gave me the dipping buffalo sauce after I ask them not to because it's different from the other sauce. I come through at least once a week and ask for this. They are usually so so good, but today not at all. Just awful...

Place was busy I order a 3 pices chicken strip basket I was surprised with what I got when it came to my table cold ❄ chicken cold fries cold bread and cold gravey as busy as It was I was expecting hot fresh food at the minimum warm food with the lunch time rush I haven been back to this location since this. Simply do the the bad Attitude. Of staff and them not willing to remake my food or get me something different

Home of the Whopper and Big Fish sandwich. A bit pricey, but all fast food is getting expensive. Clean place. Clean parking lot. Super nice staff. Made me laugh when he called out 4 Nemo's when I ordered 4 Big Fish sandwiches. 😂 Would return.👍🏽

Had to wait a minute to order when there were not busy at all. Wasn't told they were out of tomatoes until paying. The chicken sandwich I ordered was put together with not a care in the world. Giant chunks of iceberg core (that didn't even make it into the sandwich) and sloppy sauce.

Bethany the Assistant Manger was very rude, had no customer care at all. She acted like she hated her job. And if she does she can atleast act like she likes it. There was no reason for her to be so disrespectful towards us. She went to give us our drinks and there was soda all over the sides of the cups where we had to ask someone else to clean it. She had an attitude and was overall just rude.

The food was decent, but the female manager was hateful. I sat at a table with no plug-in for my phone and then moved to another location with a plugin. However, the manager came by and said she had closed off that area for cleaning ("SIR, SIR, this area is closed"). I said that the floor was clean and dry at this point, and she said it was closed off, period. This was at 5:00 p.m. several hours before close, and that's very rude guest service to think that it's more important to have your cleaning done than to allow a guest to be able to use an outlet and charge their phone. Hopefully, the franchise owner will see this and make proper adjustments in attitude and guest service.

Not sure what the lady name was with dark hair @ the register this morning Tuesday July 1st 2025 but she was excellent at her job very kind went above an beyond what ive experienced there this is our favorite spot bc berryville don't have burger king, as a restaurant manager myself she checks all the boxes in whats expected in customer service! I almost never go to fast food places, but this Is getting out of hand. Some small items for breakfast and a couple of hashbrowns are $20! This location also doesn't gave croissants for some reason. Also the items seem to be getting smaller and less filling. As far as this particular stop, it was a decent experience, order was ready quickly and staff were friendly.

I bought a # 9 and the fries were cold and chewy. The cheeseburgers were warm. This is my 2nd visit to this location. I certainly wont be coming back. Do better.

Really enjoy the restaurant, employees and food. There was a problem with flies and homeless people. And people hanging out in the best seats for hours, even sleeping. But all have improved recently.

Every time I go to this location I am ignored when trying to order inside. I waited 45 mins for 2 mini Oreo McFlurrys. I understand they were busy but this is ridiculous! Heard the manager on duty screaming at his co workers and talking down to them.

It's mcdonald's you get what you get but the service was pretty fast the only problem I had was when I put a special burger request. They just ignored the request and made it the. Regular way.

They also didn’t give the sauce I ordered. I didn’t go back again because they looked angry. One star. Terrible service for such a simple order.

Price was amazing, soda options spectacular. Pizza taste way better than almost any pizza buffet I have ever been to and for the price it makes it to the top of my list. It is thin crust so if that's not your style don't leave these people a negative just dont go. Salad bar was good, pasta was decent. Not a ton of options because it is a smaller buffet but for the quality and price I have no complaints. We will definitely be back. Last of all they have Christian music playing which sets a pleasant atmosphere. Don't miss this spot if traveling through Harrison

First time here and it hit the spot. The price was good, soda options were great, the food was delicious! Highly recommend if your looking for a lunch or dinner spot. There are not many pizza options, but they switch pizzas out many times while you're there so you get more variety during your time there. It was clean and staff was nice. The Cristian music playing was an added touch for me as well.

There's still something about a good pizza buffet! They have a nice salad bar. They provide a good variety of pizzas and the toppings are not sparse. The chicken pizza was especially good and I enjoyed the cookie dessert pizza.

Always good pizza, they regularly put out fresh and different options. Staff is friendly, environment is clean. Also the price is good. I like that they don't charge different buffet prices based off the time of day or weekday vs weekend.

The decor possibly needed a little improvement but the service was top notch & the prices were more than fair ( Buffet with a beverage for $ 12.25 ) Im not sure where you can find a Buffet for less than $18 anymore other than here & if it exists I'd like to find out where. I will gladly return to Good Guys Pizza!

I ordered a dessert pizza for delivery, the guy over the phone was super respectful and nice. Then when my pizza was delivered a young guy named William was super respectful and super professional. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Definitely recommend. And the pizza was amazing btw.

Went to eat here tonight, their soda machine was down, they were aware and kept pushing the soda button. Didn't mention it when we paid for 2 fountain drinks though. Asked to exchange the fountain drink for a bottle which was apparently missed priced because the guy said absolutely not they aren't the same price we can't do that our soda machine works fine. Mountain dew went from coming out of the dispenser foggy to completely clear. The workers rude and id give negative 5 stars if possible

Good service. Good pizza and gyros. Bathroom needs a new light fixture.

Gyros are decent. Pizza crust seems to be that of the frozen variety. Okay all around but not my first choice when it comes to pizza. Owner is very personable guy easy to talk to and had a nice conversation with him.

Service has really gone down hill. I've had several little issues, but most importantly, getting jipped seems to be a running gag. The last 3 times i ordered a large pickle fry, I had similar results. Container held about 1/3 of the amount it's supposed to... C'mon Sonic South! #DoBetter

I really don't understand the problem with this sonic over the last few years. I have to wait 30 minutes for a small order, EVERY TIME. Not sure if it's cooks, management or training. The carhops are fine. I NEVER wait this long at the other sonic in town and the seem way busier. Do better. Edit: Yeah, pretty sure it's the cooks. I don't want to be "that guy" but they suck. What did we do, just grab a handful of onions and throw it in one spot? Lazy work ethic. Probably no accountability, and terrible managers with terrible pay. If this is franchise owned you should be ashamed.

Poor customer service the lady's were very rude and disrespectful they did not seem to give two craps of being helpful or being nice they did not seem that interested in there job they faked care. Then they got the order wrong because they were not listening they left out giving us silverware, napkins and left out food, left out getting my drink, it should not have taken her 4 trips to make sure we get everything it should have only taken 1 time that shows they were not giving to craps they only care about getting paid more then the customer service and making sure the customers get what they need and want! Won't be eating at this sonic for awhile, hopefully they'll get in trouble but I highly doubt it pure laziness and wreck less workers and the boss is probably no better

I've dealt with many bad orders from this location but now feel the need to address this location. I ordered the premium breakfast burrito and tots. The burrito did not contain any cheese, onion or tomatoes. Oh I take it back..someone put in a slice of bitty tomato from last night's hamburger. Last time I ordered a couple of Buffalo jumbo popcorn chicken. The bowl contained crumbles of breading n very little chicken. I went back n the manager only said it was a defective bag but when they provided me with a replacement the crumbles were still on the bottom n fresh chicken on top. I've never had any issues at the other location. I'll be driving the extra mile for better service and management that cares about what leaves the kitchen 🙃

UPDATE::: no. I won't be wasting all day bouncing around calls for franchise owners who obviously don't care about product or service. How about sonic corporate get involved and start holding these "owners" to a higher standard. We stopped eating here for a long time due to the constantly wrong, cold, stale food orders. A friend got hurt today so we walked over for a snack while waiting for the ER to check her out. And unfortunately even after several years the same problems. Half cold, old stale food, and they couldn't even bother putting both patties on my double cheeseburger...absurd. Knock it down, fire them all top to bottom, and start over. You've failed.

They no longer have a drive thru. I was pulling a trailer and had to pull around, get out and sit by the door for my drinks. It took almost 30 min for 2 slushes and a blast. There were countless people served in front of me. Then my slushes were all but completely liquid

I don't eat burgers with cheese so they almost always mess up my burgers. But this time I ordered a Sunday and they didn't put the lid on it good and when I picked it up it went everywhere twice. They did replace it for free later but I had to clean my trunk up and myself

My boss called the day before to pre order lunch for us. We had to delay our lunch 35 +minutes because he had issues with the order. They were charging him $95 for three extra boxes of sandwiches. He talked to a manager and got it straightened out. We got 3 general sandwich boxes cookies and veggies. There was not enough veggies for the order and were missing banana peppers and a few other toppings.

The app took me to a different location then when I got there they had terrible service and took 30 min and it was all soggy waited an hour to get my sandwich made right

Asked for a little letece,god half the garden. Asked for a little ranch and sweet onion sauce and practically drank my sandwich. Will not be eating at this store again. If 0 starts were an option that's what id selected

Went in to get a Sandwich after scaling out my truck, sign on the door says all customers required to wear mask due to Covid-19. No problem with that except I was the only person wearing a mask. Almost a dozen people in the store at least 7 in line for Subway and no one wearing mask including 2 employees making Sandwiches and on employee running the shell station. I walked out the last person I wanted fixing my food is someone who isn't concerned about spreading the Covid-19 virus fixing my food. State health department should close them down. Nov 22nd 12:30 pm.

Too much talking not enough paying attention to customers, as a trucker every second counts and when a sandwich artist is more interested in what's going on at the other cash register than fixing my sandwich, it's a problem. They seemed more interested in trying each others glasses on than getting me out .

Im all about loving pizza but this place sucks at making them. They added barely any sauce. It burnt. And really greasy.

I went in and ordered a cheese and peperoni pretzel crust made fresh the first order was made wrong and got regular crust they said they would remake it and they did but after 40 mins we still got regular crust with the pretzel salt on it

Came in tonight at 9 p.m, understanding that it is later at night but no excuse for poor quality of food. Pizza was stale and burnt. Very obvious that it had sat in a warmer for way too long. You cannot raise prices to pizza hut prices and provide poor quality food.

The girl who took my walk in order was outwardly irritated I had the nerve to disturb her working hours. The whole center of the pizza was cool, undercooked, and had visibly unmelted cheese. I should have looked at it before leaving, but it was getting dark, and I needed to return to my hotel. It wasn’t until I got to my room that I realized the state of the pizza. Also its been a while since I had LC but I don’t recall the garlic dip being so thick.

David was awesome! And he can cut the pizza actually correct. Funny and personable, ask him to deal with your order. Good kid!

Always hot always fresh always friendly!! The people are great ...the pizza excellent...but after all these years...they still can't cut a pizza evenly!

Wanted something quick an easy. Ordered a Supreme pan pizza. Was very good and only took about 15 minutes. I really enjoy their pizzas. Good place to pick up pizza quick. Update: They are still great. Always have great pizzas, great people working there, and great service. Their app works like a charm. We never have any problems with their app like we have with other pizza places. We love Little Caesars!
