Stopped in for lunch and had the chicken sandwich. It was tasty and came out hot. The service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Solid overall experience. I would come back for another meal.

Typical Cracker Barrel. Employees were friendly and professional they were all cleaning and restocking products. Food was good we went for breakfast and it was really good. Of course we spent time in the old country store they had everything from old time candy to Christmas stuff, clothing, candles fresh pies, baby clothes, climbing Santa's, greeting cards and much much more. Worth the a trip, we will return...

I was recently in the area for a work conference and wanted to grab a quick bite after a long day with my colleague. We were too tired after a long day to feel adventurous and try someplace new, but then we passed a Cracker Barrel and figured that would be a safe bet for a good, home style meal that we could trust. Plus, my local Cracker Barrel where I live just closed and I’ve been craving it ever since - it was a win-win! The food was just as good as I remembered. I was able to get my fried cod fix and my friend got the herb roasted chicken which was juicy and delicious. And, um … Biscuit Beignets!!?! Why did my CB not have these?? Now I’m going to have to find more travel to do to get some of these! But the highlight of the night was our server, Paul. He was so friendly and funny and helpful. He answered all of the questions we had about the new menu items and checked on us just the right amount. If we make it back to this location I’d definitely ask for him again! Now if only we can get another location back in Maine again (hint, hint)!

We had a great lunch at Cracker Barrel, and Kendra took such good care of us! She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Thanks for the great service, Kendra—we’ll definitely be back!

I loved this CB in Palm Coast, FL. The very cute waitress called this old cowboy HONEY repeatedly...YEE HAA! THE rare colby cheese burger was big juicy and I savored every bite. The cole slaw side was as good as it gets.

My waitress started out great, got chummy with the table across from me then fell apart. Forgot to bring me things and I had to start waving her down. BTW...collector's edition silverware paper bag?

This is the cake i received for a family member’s birthday. I am extremely disappointed with the way this cake turned out. It is my fault i should’ve taken a closer look at it at the store but i was in a rush because the store was closing. Unfortunately i am from out of town so i was leaving the next morning and didnt get the chance to talk to a manager. I come to palm coast every year on vacation and this is the publix we go to. I 100% will not be getting a cake from this store again.

This Publix is very nice. The employees are very friendly and have great customer service. Publix on the inside of the outside is very clean their bathrooms are very clean. We have fresh food they made me everyday. Do you have a small produce area it looks very clean very fresh foods. They have accessories that you can buy and assorted spices canned food ingredients. It is a very small Publix but a very nice one. I only gave it three stars cuz I felt I couldn't find everything I needed because it's a small Publix.

This is a designer/concierge Publix. The staff are helpful and polite. My only critique is that sometimes some of the produce is close to expiration. That’s been my experience. So I use this store for the quick runs and then go to one of the other larger Publix stores when I need to do big shopping.

We are staying 5 mins down the road on the beach and had issues finding this place. You enter seeing an abandoned store with barely signs showing that their is another one behind it to the left. The store itself is good and has alot of staff for its size. We found the items that we were looking for and had no wait to check-out.

I almost passed it on A1A,. It is tucked away in a little little surrounded by wonderful foliage. It was a quaint little Publix reminded me of old times. Everyone was was courteous and helpful and nice and smiling. The store was clean and it was a pleasure shopping there.

There New Jersey hotdogs the hot dogs real good but the two hot dogs fit in the half loaf of bread they give you. For the price almost $11. With tax your paying for what ever topping and lots of bread. In my opinion they need to give half the loaf of bread with the two hot dogs to look like a full sandwich. I asked for mustard and ketchup only to try it out they drown with a spicy mustard and ketchup so all I kind of taste was bread and spicy mustard. I had to wipe down all of this spicy mustard off just to taste the hotdog. I think it would been better it had light mustard and ketchup and half loaf or half of bread giving to me. Its hard to find good beef dog in Palm Coast Florida especially coming from Chicago. I just hope Bruno listen to there customers.

Pizza was really good and the slices are HUGE. Price is perfect for the service and quality. Great ingredients. There was a roach on the wall watching me eat so no 5 stars from me. Roach in the picture.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Called in an order for delivery. Was told they would be here in an hour. Took an hour and 38 minutes for the food to arrive. When it got here, the pizza was cold and they forgot half of my order. I called to let them know they forgot half my order and was told it would be right here the driver had it in his car. 45 minutes later I called back because the driver still had not brought the rest of my order. I was told the delivery driver had other deliveries to make first and then he would bring me back the part of my order he forgot. Asked for a refund and was told I could not get one. No manager on duty. Very disappointed.

Used to love this pizza place. Not today! I ordered a pizza and buffalo wings through their online ordering site and arrived to pick up my food approximately 15 minutes later. On arrival, I was told that they called my home to say it was going to be 30 more minutes. When I asked about the reason for the delay, I was told they were busier than expected for Mother's Day. Very disappointing. Will order from somewhere else in the future.

I used to order from Brunos a few times a month, but there food has gotten worse and worse. Their pizza is pretty disgusting, it turned moldy after only 2 days of sitting in the fridge. Their calamari tastes like frozen food...very cheap quality. I used to only order their wings, but the wings are now tint and not even worth the price. They deliver fast, but honestly it's not even worth it.

The pizza here was awesome and so was the grilled chicken ceasar salad but their other sides really suck. The calamari is very over battered and small portions. The garlic knots are dry and NOT very garlic at all. Their marinas sauce is literally crushed tomatoes out of a can with no attempt to season it at all. No joke.. no sale, pepper, oregano...nothing.! Order your pizza here and you wont be disappointed, but if you go adventurous and order sides, your wasting your money. They're pretty garbage.

Long time customer who moved and was told min order is now $20. CALLED TO TALK TO MANAGER AND WAS HUNG UP ON by girl who just complained that she was in charge because everyone else banged out. I supported them for years even though my pizza was never hot it was easy enough to heat up and they make decent pie. I guess customer service means little to them. I would just like to say that I have been to this site many times in the last couple of months both for picking up deliveries and delivering them and also for myself. The young people that they have working there are just the nicest sweetest people that you could think about meeting. Keep up the good customer service!! Whoever is doing the hiring please don't change what you're doing because these young people are really the cream of the crop.

As others have posted, make sure you check your order thoroughly at this location. Ordered muffin, got a biscuit... ordered egg... got no egg... was in a rush, sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes... complained to their Chick Fil A Cares... it said someone will follow up with me from this location and I got no response. Worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to

This is the greatest Chick Fi La of all time. The workers are helpful, respectful and efficient. I have lived in Ormond my whole life and continue to go to this specific establishment because of the impeccable service and quality of each meal. I would give them 1000 stars if I could!!!

From out of town and stopped here to get a quick bite to eat drive through and that was a mistake. Got a five piece kids chicken nuggets meal and got three pieces of chicken. Supposed to get a chocolate milk and didn’t receive it. Got a chicken wrap and there was barely anything inside of it and it was all wrap and no filling. Will never go back here again. At least the one by our house in Georgia is amazing. They can’t all be good I guess.

Hard to deal with the double drive through lane circle. Staff trying to use iPad not knowing passwords makes it worse. Food is good enough to push through that when needed, but could improve back into the healthier choice meats and more items for improving the health of the customers. Better tallow oils, air fry options, help the community eat better.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A and this location! Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Food always excellent quality! With the volume of customers they have they still take care of you in a timely fashion.

As a first-time customer, I walked in with high expectations, and I have to say, the place definitely creates a good first impression. Everything smells amazing as you step inside, which immediately sets the bar high. However, the actual food didn't quite live up to that initial excitement. The Mahi fish tacos were a bit too "fishy", lacking the freshness I expected. On the other hand, the steak burrito was solid—flavorful and satisfying, definitely a highlight of the meal. The UFO was decent, but nothing to write home about. The Birria nachos were just okay, with the meat a little underwhelming in terms of flavor... Hot is not flavor. One of my biggest disappointments was the super tiny cheese cup that came with the nachos—it was way overpriced for what it was. Honestly, everything felt a bit overpriced considering the quality of the food. I’m all for paying a premium when the food is exceptional, but in this case, it didn’t justify the price tag. Overall, while the atmosphere and the smell create a great vibe, the food didn’t quite measure up to expectations. Would I come back? Possibly, but not at those prices.

absolutely love this restaurant! the food is always fresh and the endless combinations make it easy to come again and again. i highly recommend the kungfu tacos, UFOs (add queso and guac for maximum excellence), and cart tacos (pork is my fav, but you can try multiple proteins as it comes with four). this place has you covered for taco tuesday specials…pretty sure tecate is only $2 for their tuesday deal!! also they’re one of the only places i’ve seen with non-gmo blue corn tortillas 😍 give em a try if you haven’t already!!

This place used to be really good and had decent portions. The last 2 times we went (both in the last week) the tacos are literally less than 1 ounce of meat. Could barely find it. Not sure how they can serve such miniature tacos. The value has decreased drastically.

I would say these are the best tacos you can find in the palm coast area. Have to give the UFOS a try. It's an awesome plate. Great variety for a taco shop on the menu. Good service so far. Definitely recommend.

We came in for dinner tonight and had a wonderful experience! Christian greeted us right away and took our order — he and the girl working with him were both so friendly and efficient. The service was fast, and the food was amazing! I got a UFO and my husband had a burrito — both were absolutely delicious and highly recommended. We left very happy and will definitely be back!

Me and my fiancee was here and everything was amazing. Evan making the food was an absolute beast, cranking out orders and making it look easy, Mariah was such a nice girl and honestly both of them deserve a raise. I've been cooking in restaurants for 15 years and they both are amazing and I would hire them. Food was perfect and it came out quick. 100000 stars.

iv been here 20+ times, i get my go to ufo at least once a week. im pretty sure iv wrote a review already but the consistency is impressive. im never ever disappointed with food quality or service !! christians customer service is outstanding !! hes always kind and quick !! highly recommend this spot :)

Pizza was okay, but better than any of the other pizza joints I've tried in Palm Coast. I don't care for the New York style pizza; flat, floppy and chewy. This was better than all those pizzas. But I feel like it's the kind of pizza you would get for a kid's birthday party. I'll be ordering it again

On our first night in town we placed a delivery order with Five Star Pizza and were pleasantly surprised! We got an XL buffalo chicken pizza, XL chicken bacon ranch, large cheese bread, garlic knots and cinnamon bread. When the delivery guy dropped off our pizzas, our mouths almost hit the floor with how HUGE the boxes were. That being said there were many nights on our vacation that we had a late night pizza snack waiting for us in the fridge. Haha! Everything was SO GOOD! The pizza and cheese bread were delicious. The garlic knots were out of the world. I can’t explain how good they were. And the cinnamon bread matched that same energy. Literally 10 out of 10. Would get again if we come back to visit. Absolutely delicious and the price with the amount of food you get is great.

I’m a driver at UPS and I love to stop through Palm Coast to take my breaks. I was behind one of Five Star Pizza’s drivers at a light and decided to call them and order a pizza. Where I park it’s a public place and on top of that there’s a police station right across the street. They refuse to service me. So unfortunate.

We are on vacation & I had scoured google for a good looking pizza to have it delivered. I couldn’t have picked somewhere better & if we come back to the same area next year we will definitely be ordering from here again. The delivery driver was so nice, he got here pretty quick, pizza was still so fresh & very very delicious. I recieved emails about my order so I did enjoy that as well. If you’re looking for good pizza & wings, this is the place. I forgot to mention the butter garlic sauce was also to die for!!!!!

This my first time ordering their pizza and it was the best pizza I've had in a long time. It was loaded with toppings, the dough was perfectly baked, and it was ready and hot when I picked it up. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend five star pizza for your next craving.

I got the Philly cheesesteak pizza like always and it was awesome. Sucks though that the pizza came thin crusted even though the picture shows regular crust. Not too sure if it’s different on the Uber app but I’ll definitely order again!

Ordered two feed the crowd platters for the 2nd time. The first time everything was great this time the boxes were barely halfway filled with food. The sweet tea was very warm and in a plastic jug so I'm sure plastic could have leaked into the tea. But the staff was friendly and are always friendly so that is why I gave 3 stars because the customer service was good.

I’ve only tried Zaxbys one other time a couple of years ago and it was this location and the experience was pretty positive. We ordered inside, to go. Today was another story… I ordered on the app which was easy…. When I picked up though, the girl at the window first gave me a bag and then 2 drinks (when I only ordered one)… as I sat there puzzling over this and checking the bag skip to confirm it eas my order, another girl came to the window and took the other drink after I explained my confusion… then I got home 15 minutes later ready to eat and realize they shorted me one egg-roll and didn’t give me a single one of the 4 sauces I ordered with my various items… and I’m not going to make another half hour round trip and leave my already cold food just to grab sauces…. In fact the food wasn’t just the normal cold from the drive home, it was dried out food that seemed like it had been laying around under heat lamps. Btw, this was 9pm on slow a Tuesday. There were a couple of people dining in at most and not a single car in the drive through - these kids weren’t overwhelmed or something. As I drove off there were at least 4 of them hanging around the drive through window. You can do better than this, Zaxbys. ******* Update - Zaxby's reputation management person responded to my review below, suggesting I go to their "listens" site to report this so they can make it right... But that's exactly what I did 6 days ago and I haven't heard anything.

The food was great; this was my first experience at Zaxbys. We tried a variety of things, including the cheesecake bites, lemon pepper chicken tenders, Asian salad, strawberry lemonade, kids' chicken fingers, and grilled cheese. The cheesecake bites were amazing and by far my favorite dessert, just the right size to dip and bite, nice and creamy on the inside, so good! The lemon pepper chicken tenders, I have never been a lemon pepper person, so I went in skeptical. Let me tell you, those were mouth-watering. If I could figure out how to make those at home, I would, because those were the best and left an impression on me. The strawberry lemonade was fresh and had little bits of strawberry in it, which was a refreshing surprise. Overall, I am super impressed. The staff were friendly and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place honestly deserves the praise. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and a friendly vibe. The owner, Shannon, is amazing. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. You can tell she puts her heart into the place, and it shows in every little detail. The store is always spotless, and the food? Hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they care about the quality. Highly recommend!

Come here as often as I can, staff is always friendly. Food is always hot and fresh, fajita quesadilla is so good, tastes like a chicken cheese steak. Only thing I ask is that y'all work on your spice levels on you wings, your Tongue Torch is like mild to me. Other then that I'm Happy

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Messed up order multiple times. DIDN'T mix the mcflurry. I guess since I asked to have it mixed they put a surprise inside. HAIR!! Yup hair! Got INTERROGATED ME about my MISSING FOOD and MESSED UP order. Had to sit and wait for it twice in the heat of florida. I wanted to go in and get my refund but chose not to in order to save my peace. Definitely SICK on my stomach after finding the hair. Hair was not in the side it was in the middle of the mcflurry attached to smore crumble. I placed it on the side. Yum

I work as a DD driver and I pick up orders here daily. Every time I go in, I see the nicest people working, but today, after I finished my deliveries I decided to get some for me and my spouse. Just have to say that I will not buy here for us ever again. The guy at the drive thru rushed me through my order and I could hardly see the order on the screen. I asked for 2 combos: cheeseburger and 10 piece nugget with well done fries for both with a pink lemonade and a coke. The first thing was that they did not had pink lemonade and I got a regular, which by the way, it tasted watered down. Second, when I got home, I got 9 instead of 10 nuggets. Third... the otherbguy ar the pick up window said the fries in a separate bag were the well done ones...I got under cooked, luke warm, pale fries when I checked at home. I told the guy at the windows that the should've been both and he gave me a blank stare like I was talking Chinese and didn't know what to do. He kind of apologized but didn't offer to change them or gave me any other options. Very sad when you smell it and crave it and then get completely disappointed when you finally get it and do not enjoy it.

Is McDonald's is one of the best ones around Palm Coast area. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees. Always interact.. food might be a little slow getting to you but it's always very tasty..

Waited for almost 10 minutes for my mobile order. no one answered the drive thru, guy in front of my started honking. i just lost my $7-8 and just drove home hungry.... never again

The food and service here are consistently bad. Just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and it’s covered in burnt black pieces from the grill. This will be our last try, hope this location shuts down and becomes something worth patronizing. Don’t bother, another location or Burger King would be better.

When it comes to the Monopoly play it is best to tell customers that the Frappes codes are digital compared to misinformation of, "since it's a 22 ounce cup you do not get a peel offs or codes because the Monopoly play are only for 30 oz cups. Frappes don't get a code for you to collect. Sorry." - I checked the app and informed them through the drive-thru to tell future customers that it is a digital code through the app. The one speaking to me was annoyed but hopefully she informs the others too.

Terribly experience! A big group of us on vacation in a passenger van just trying to get food and we went to pick up an order. The manager came to the window and said we were drunk because we ordered so much food. We are 15 people in a passenger van with kids are very offended by this because are not drunk and clearly we need a lot of food because of how many people we are. She was very rude and it was uncalled for.

I’ve used both Dunkin locations in Palm Coast, Florida now. When we moved across town we started using this location and the difference is now gut and day! This location is much faster on the drive thru, much cleaner and more modern inside and the staff have all been amazing! This is definitely my location of choice from now on.

Went here at a bit after 5 am to get something cool to drink for my throat because me and my grandmother were sick and needed something to soothe the soreness. The guy who took our order was very sweet and kind, very respectful. Hash browns were a bit burnt but besides that, 10/10 service! I didn’t catch his name but he’s the best.

Had the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin this morning. Yes, they were really busy but the food was wrong and burnt. Drive thru, so of course I did not notice until I had already made it home, did not check at the restaurant because I have never had a problem. The chicken croissant was burt and what little bacon pieces that were on the sandwich were so burnt I had to take them off because they were inedible. I also ordered 2 donuts and they gave me the wrong ones. Again, I know they were busy, but making someone pull over to a parking spot to wait for their food they had time to at least make sure the order was correct.

I just left there this morning and everything was just so good I can't even believe it I have to leave a review whoever is working there right now you guys did a great job on my sandwich it was beautiful it was hot my coffee was perfect so my hash browns were actually warm and crunchy I just want to give you guys a big shout out everything was five stars and it usually is always good over there every once in awhile I get some hash browns that are not totally crunchy but always my coffee is perfect always my sandwich is good but today you guys literally did a great job and thank you so much for it

Please like & share our reviews. Drive thru is super quick. In house, if you do a walk-in order, they consisssssssstently forget to add items and will have ya waiting. Speak up if that happens. Sometimes there is a disconnect between to person who pulls the paper receipt and makes your coffee and the person at the counter to handles the pastries, donuts and food items. They really need to get a handle on this aspect of ordering. It gets frustrating for everyone. If you are not in a rush, this is a nice leisurely location. Otherwise, go to the shop on 100/Moody. They are amazingly fast and less slip ups. One woman waited for 2 donuts for 15 minutes. When we finally got an employee, she pulled the donuts but the woman told her that she ordered a different donut. Employee angrily throws the entire donut in the trash and asks again what she wanted. We were both caught by surprised at her behavior. We were the kind and patient ones yet we did nothing to deserve that kind of response. The elderly lady took her order then I asked for mine. There was a line forming of missed food items. Folks were getting drinks but not the food from their tickets. The biggest disgust though are the weird floral arrangements that are collecting dust and are hanging above the food below... the donut cases do not have a door. Pretty sure that shouldn't be hanging above food items. The plus side..his location happens to have some of the most adorable Dunkin tumblers, reusable metal straws, elf on the shelf ornaments and more. Place is clean, has all kind of seating and areas for talk, studying and hanging out. The only thing we do not care for are the flowery decor that catches dust placed right above the open food area. They have flower decor hanging on both sides of the menu above the donuts. It just makes us not want to order donuts. The seating outdoors is really nice and shaded as well. We love how spacious it is indoors and outdoors for guests. This is a combo establishment so get your donuts, coffee and your ice cream fix here as well. They have the most adorable seasonal ice cream cakes by Baskins and a million style candles to adorn your cake. We are completely done at this location after 4 orders in a row were incomplete. We just don't have the time or patience for the mishaps and the attitudes.

absolutely shout out to all the managers and workers here. one day someone had taken my mobile order and the managers immediately helped me out, absolutely made my day better. they now have a small convo everytime i come in and it always makes my day better. coffee is always perfect for me too :)

The person (short short hair girl)working today wasn’t friendly at all told my husband and me all orders are down there and pointed to the other end.we were looking at the icecream and had a question.so we decided to leave with out ordering. If you hire the person you will need to see if they have customer service skills because that is something you can’t teach people.

Horrible. Just horrible. Went in with my friends after a long day of hard work at the jobsite. Worst fast food experience I’ve EVER had. Food was so cold it hurt to eat, it took them so long to bring me my food, and the customer service was so passive aggressive. If I spend that much money on a junior bacon cheeseburger extra mayo, I’m expecting it to be served fresh and tasty, but it wasn’t. The bun wasn’t toasted and stale and the meat was grey and flavorless. Truly the worst $10 I’ve ever spent. And the workers were in the back being so loud, truly unprofessional. Never coming back again. No thank you.

Spent about 20 mins standing in front of the register... a bunch of people in the back just laughing having a good time, another employee in the dining room eating. Didn't think this place could get worse. Wrong. Couldn't find Mobile order, when did it took 15 to prepare. Bacon not cooked and coffee tasted OLD. Somebody needs retrained

We arrived there at 10:10am, we were looking for lunch but it didn't start until 10:30 so we decided to wait. At 10:31 we ordered 6 Biggie bags and you would expect that everything would be hot. Well...... everything was barely even warm. Very big disappointment!

Terrible! I ordered a Single with everything except cheese & ketchup. But I got a burned mustard burger with pickles. How difficult is it to make a regular burger and leave off the ketchup??? Are they that stupid or do they just not care? What a waste - especially with the prices now! 4 people inside. But they wouldn't even take our order until the only other car drove off. So it wasn't because they were too busy or got our order confused. Of course we were already on I-95 when I opened it. Don't worry. I won't be back to that location. Save yourself & don't bother going to this one.

The pizza didn't taste bad but arrived in a very greasy box with bare spots where the cheese used to be. The pizza was also very thin. The cookie was also very greasy and you could taste it.

Had a fantastic experience at this Hungry Howie's. Randy was very friendly, made good conversation, and even helped us find a coupon for the pizza we were ordering. We ordered 2 large pizzas and received them in just about 10 minutes. Will definitely be coming here again.

The pizza, subs, and salad we ordered were excellent. Usually places burn the thin crust but mine was perfect. I saved the salad for the next day but it was wrapped so well that it was still fresh. I am on a budget and had company so I inquired about the specials. Randy at the Utility Dr. location in Palm Coast had me tell him what everyone wanted and he helped me tailor our orders to save money. From now on we won't be saving the various pizza coupons coming in the mail since we will always be buying from them. Thanks Randy and Hungry Howies!

Gabe the manager greeted us when we walked in. Very friendly. This was our 1st time visiting. We ordered lg pepperoni pizza with the garlic and herbs crust and the garlic bread. Both were hot and fresh. Both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Nice chewy dough. The store was neat and clean. Happy with visit. We'll visit again.

I always order from this location just about every week for wacky Wednesday's. My daughter had a birthday party at her school and everything was AMAZING! The pizza was on point as always, and every last slice was gone. Randy did an awesome job. He took my order the day before. Everything was ready and on time as he said it would be. The pizza's were so delicious, that even the teachers were amazed that it was actually Hungry Howie's pizza. I would highly recommend this location.

Picking up a “special order” pizza for my granddaughter‘s lunch and I have such a great report to share. Entering into the business Right away I noticed all employees are correctly wearing masks. I sure do appreciate that!! My hot and tasty pizza was ready right on time. Many thanks to Randy who truly treats all his customers great! BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!!!

I didn’t feel like I needed to review them poorly with the first couple of mess ups, but they keep happening. These started a few months ago with the delivery driver turning the pizza sideways before delivering. We would take the pizza, thank the driver, and by the time we saw the mess in the box, the driver had already sped off. This happened several times across a few weeks, and then it stopped. Now we received a pizza with a long hair cooked into the dough, which isn’t that big of a deal by itself, but when I called the store, the employee wanted to have an attitude when he asked if I could hold and I asked to speak with the manager. It turned out that the employee who answered was the manager and he acted like he really couldn’t care less about the problem. I understand not believing a customer about something, but at least ACT like you care!

Thought it would be a nice idea to order tacos on Cinco de Mayo. On a delivery app ordered two Chalupa Supremes one steak and one beef along with several other items. Besides almost everything in the order being wrong and several items completely missing I got this little joke sent to me. My "Supreme Chalupas" I remember the days when Taco Bell was extremely cheap and the quality was so so but mostly great. Now Taco Bell has risen the price of everything dramatically and advertise quality then you get this slop delivered for top dollar! Now I'm waiting on my dinner to be re-delivered nearing 9 pm having to pay the delivery fees twice. I would love if a manager would reach out to me because the fault wasn't on the delivery app but whoever fulfilled this order at the restaurant.

Just received the world smallest burrito and a taco with 2, count them, 2 pieces of meat. Disappointed and not even hungry anymore.

The service was quick and correct. I think they've improved their staff and processes. This was the second time that things were correct. I'm happy to go there now.

First visit to this location. We ordered online but went inside to eat lunch. The lobby was very clean and everything fully stocked. Crew member working the counter was very pleasant and made sure to clean tables when each guest left. Food was made to order, hot and good.

Ordered chicken supreme and didn't get the supreme, so got no tomatoes and no sour cream. At least they didn't charge for them but we did say supreme. Also the beans they hardly gave us any - it was literally three bites of beans, that's not right, other taco bells they give you a lot more, it's almost empty!! The potatoes were also not as much as other taco bells. Not oat empty like the beans but that's not ok!!

I've been going to Duncan's for years. Enjoy the 5 or 6.00 meals they have. Wish they would give you more food options. The cold coffee is sometimes a hit or miss. It's either good or it's going to taste horrible..

The Owner should come to this store, the employees at 7:10pm on March 18, 2024 don’t care at all. How the sales are going? I include pics of the dozen donuts, one employee was paying attention to a guy sitting eating ChickFill-A than to us paying customers, we were supposed to get 4 dozens, but with that attitude and the lack of cleanliness. The surrounding Dunkins in Palm Coast are ridiculously slow and never ever get orders correct. This location is prime if you do a mobile order and need to get on out to work quickly. They have 2 drive thru lanes so you can jump ahead and get your movibile order instead of waiting at the speaker. In the am, they have a gal outside doing orders so they get stuff out rapidly. Outdoor seating is nice for sippin' on them Fall Pumpkin Spice fru fru drinks with friends and shaded. ^^ There are all kinds of beverages for the non-coffee drinkers as well. They have tumbler merch for holidays. Haley on Drive-thru. Shout out to you for your service here. Your customer service skills are AAAAA+mazing. We have been coming to this store for 4-5 years. Have spent a lot of money here. Multiple of us coming atleast once a day some days more then once. My girlfriend was a shift leader here & my brother worked here also. We are never ones to complain we drink the drinks when they are made wrong or throw them away. Today the new manager hands us our coffee like this. Very simple drink & shouldn’t be sent out the window like this. He offered to remake it & this is what he handed us the same drink uncorrected. We went inside & a employee refused to make it right & hands us creamers so that when I got home I had to make the drink right myself. We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru

I’ve lived here for a long time and I’m not understanding why my coffee is never filled to the top this is almost a rip off almost $8 for a coffee this needs to be addressed.

This is one of the Dunkin’s that cost a little bit more then the rest. Idk why being it’s all the same mess that they serve. Also I found out a little secret. They only make 6 Bavarian crème donuts a day. So you luck in getting them are super low if you aren’t there first thing in the morning. Also I really don’t like the tags they put in our cups covering up the logo of DnD. What if I wanna take a few snaps for IG or Snapchat ? I know, I’m being super picky.

11:55 AM, 8/16/23 Dunkin’ Donuts on State Road 100, manager, Patrick. Woman named Kathy was picking up her order and her cup lid was not on all the way on. There was no cup carrier for her multiple cups and when she picked up one of the cups from the order ready area, the entire large, hot coffee spilled onto her legs and feet. She tried to alert the workers, multiple alerts sounded by two people and the workers just looked and could not figure out what to do. I asked them to get a mop. A young man got a mop, and got some of the coffee off the floor. A manager continued to talk to a woman in a corner table, apparently conducting a job interview with her. I recognized him as being the manager and said to him, can you please help out the floor is wet still after mopping it needs to be dried. He’s working on it Patrick said, and went back to his person. I said I’m about to grab some paper towels and dried up myself so this elderly gentleman doesn’t slip and fall. he refused to come to our aid. He said, just watch your step. There’s a sign out. I said I can watch my step, but the elderly man cannot watch his step. Somebody is going to slip and fall here. I then cleaned up the floor with my foot wrapped in paper towels in about 2 min of work that the young man should have done once he got the mopping completed. Nobody attempted to find out whether the woman was hurt by the hot coffee, nobody apologized, nobody took responsibility. They walked around like stoned zombies and just placed stickers on cups filled them and went on about their business. There was no eye contact from any of the staff , only avoidance. The elderly man thanked me for drying up the floor, so he would not fall. He would have thanked any of the staff if they had actually done it themselves. There were six employees there and a manager, and nobody was helping with the big mess and a possibly injured person. These employees need serious retraining on customer service and what to do if there is an incident- ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER. Terrible service. No concern for the welfare of the customers. Managers are supposed to set a standard for behavior and service and Patrick apparently has done this by ignoring and denying any problems exist he needs major retraining.

Moved here in 2018 and have never been to this restaurant. Today I placed an order online for the first time and I showed up exactly when it said the order was ready with expectations to wait 5 or 10 minutes. It took 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged anyone at the front counter. The store was mostly empty as was the drive-thru. Everything looked clean and nice but there was just no food coming out. After waiting over 20 minutes with no updates on the order a lady came up and told me that we have another 9 minutes before the chicken is done cooking. I My order at that time Went to Zaxby's in head My food in less than five minutes with excellent customer service. Incredibly disappointed, I was hoping it would be good and I could convince my wife that we can start eating a KFC again but that's just will never be the case. Now to figure out how to get a refund for an online order I never picked up..... ridiculous.

Arriving here looks quite nice, but upon closer inspection, it appears to be quite dirty. The food looks average, but it does not look appetizing exactly. Also, the way it looks on the screen, as in the menu where you order, does not look the same when you receive it; it looks worse. Service was quick and easy. The food tastes was okay. The chicken, I am glad it was good some parts were salty but it was okay. The mashed potatoes w/gravy felt fake, tastes very fake. Coleslaw was too sweet very very sweet.

The employees at this location are rude and incompetent. After waiting 45 minutes for the order I'd scheduled over an hour before, they still couldn't get it right. Then, when she gave me the biscuits they'd forgotten, she accused me of snatching the bag and got even more rude. I wish I could say that it was because I had a large order, but my experience is the same whether it's a large order or small. To the owner: do better. Pay more and hire quality employees.

I went here for lunch and the Manager, Melissa, was absolutely sloppy and rude, we were told by the person taking our orders to pull up because fries will take about 5 minutes, its been over 10 minutes by now and over 5 people pay AND get their food, while I was just sitting there? I reversed to the drive thru window because the line was empty and the store only had 3 customers inside, after waiting for about another 5 minutes of being purposely ignored, we finally get a response. I ask for my money back and the cashier lost track of our order and took out money from my account? So I got: Charged (No receipt) Yelled at by manager Yelled at by employee No food for almost an hour No money back A number to corporate. Hint: ALSO didn’t do anything about. Also, as I was waiting in line, I saw someone come out a back door, wiping and picking their nose, not wearing hair a hair net, clothes looked DISGUSTING, and don’t even get me started about the look of substance abuse in that kitchen.. I went to mc Donald’s down the street and got twice the food for even CHEAPER and 10x faster while the line was PACKED. They need to shut this KFC down or do something better with it rather than waste a perfectly good building as this EXACT same scenario has happened before with OTHER staff. FYI: The soda was on the FLOOR, kitchen looked UNSANITARY, workers had bad hygiene, tea was unsafe to drink, and was old, and was told there was no chicken even after people behind us got the SAME THING! (They also didn’t start making our food until they noticed us)

From the moment we entered, both managers—one with a red cap and glasses and the other with a gray cap—were gossiping loudly in front of customers. When I asked about sauces, they rudely refused to provide any alternatives, even after a polite employee tried to help me. Later, when I asked for mayonnaise, they started whispering and making comments in front of me and my family. I even offered to pay for it, but they continued being disrespectful. I politely told them they should change their attitude, but instead they kept talking loudly about me at my own table. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. These two managers are driving customers away. Now I understand why this place is always empty, while other restaurants like Chick-fil-A are full because of their great service.

I showed up and made a request to the cashier, a young girl. She said “let me go talk to my manager real quick to make sure it’s okay.” The cashier walks to the back. From the back of the kitchen I could hear this manager yelling at the cashier for several minutes. The cashier returns and says “did you hear all of that?” I said yes, told her to just cancel my order, I was sorry, and I wished her luck with her manager.

Ordered 2 famous bowl combos at the drive thru. Was asked to pull up after waiting for 10 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes, I went inside. 3 others were waiting for orders, 2 had ordered online an hour prior. I was told the wait was for corn. They took 45 + minutes to microwave corn? I guess it didn't occur to them to heat up just enough needed for our orders. We later discovered they forgot to add cheese. Worst KFC experience ever. I won't return.

The older lady training the younger blonde hair girl was a little snippy (the trainer was snippy). It's hard enough to learn without having to also count how many olives the sub gets... The trainer also gets easily annoyed if a customer didn't exactly speak loud enough. The trainer had more "don't do this" than "do this." type of training. I hipecthe new girl sees through the old grump :) The high stars are for the newer employee and restaurant itself, not the grump... Oh, please stop calling everyone "sweety". That's derogatory, unless it's your significant other... look it up ;)

Stopped by on 8/30 around 10:20. Definitely one of my favorites now. I didn't catch her name but she was very nice and made the food better than any of the ones I've been too. Highly recommend this location

Great place to get a sandwich but the prices are pretty high these days. Use the app as much as you can for rewards and deals. The guy behind the counter was pretty cool and nice. I don’t usually do but glad I stopped in here to grab a sandwich.

This food rocked! It was a convenient stop after a lot of driving. What made this place especially welcoming though were the 3 workers on duty. Austin, Faith, and Becky/Beckie were really positive while serving us and amenable to our requests. It made the experience even better and I'm glad we were able to stop by. All love to them and this subway location, they know what they're doing.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were told that the only bread left in inventory was honey oat. We ordered two turkey subs with honey oat, and the bread turned out to be stale. I thought this was a very bad look for this Subway, since the business always advertises fresh food. I am a 35 year customer of the Subway brand and I am very disappointed with this store!

Will I believe is his name, is a HORRIBLE manager. I’ve seen him very very little at his store and when he is seen he is always rude, mean towards his employees (who do the work for him), and sloppy. He has great employees that never are able to reach their full potential with their job considering the horrible management they are under and pressured by. I feel horrible for how they are managed and also scheduled, one person shouldn’t be running and closing the store by themselves in this sketchy area late at night especially considering most employees are minors. I’ve also been told that this manager Will, takes their tips and never listens to any of their concerns. If it wasn’t for these poor workers I would not be bringing my business here.

I like Subway, I do. And I may even give this one another try. But when I order online a BLT salad and drive to pick it up only to find on my return a plastic container with shredded cheese and some warmed up bacon, well, the thought ran through my mind that I'd been pranked. Ha, ha. But I drove my 'salad' back up there, and after waiting for the sole worker to finish two people before me (I can't tell you how many 'I'm sorry' responses I heard from him to them), I finally asked him what exactly was this that I was holding. He looked at my receipt and said, "A BLT salad." I said, 'What's the key word here?" His response was, 'You didn't have 'lettuce' clicked, so I didn't know if you wanted it or not.' (Whaaat?) I said, 'You have my phone number right here if you were that confused.' His reply was that he gets an online order every three minutes and he doesn't have time to call on a questionable order, though he had no problem charging me full price for a 'salad' that consisted of bacon and cheese. I know. Let's blame COVID. Owner/manager, I'm not the first person to complain about the accuracy at this Subway, Please take some responsibility for the running of it or you will find yourself selling less and less. There's a Subway around nearly every corner. Don't lose yours.

6/18 11am. Sub is so BARE. There’s more Brad than veggies, which I ordered all of and usually it comes packed. I asked for more spinach and there are 4 leaves in the entire footlong. I give a tip after they make it if it’s done well so maybe they didn’t make it full bc I didn’t tip prior but that me not hid it should be.

So i went in today and got helped by a guy who appeared to be the manager I went to order my Rotisserie chicken footlong with purple onions only to be told We only have regular chicken sir and what size sandwich and we have red onions there's no such thing as purple onions sir. He seemed very annoyed at the fact that I'm hard to hear and when I pulled out my phone to show my order typed out he seemed to be more annoyed. Here I was excited to have lunch at this location only to leave disappointed and with a disgusting sandwich that was barely toasted and tasted like the ingredients were out all day and the soda machine only included stale soda. Go to any other Subway but this one today I saw why they're rated 3.5 stars. Wanna waste your money? Then visit this one. The manager and employees should fix their attitudes. Typical Subway flavor, but the staff at this location are quite sociable. Most Subway sandwich artists tend to be "stone-faced" and/or so afraid errors in taking a customers order that they forget to be friendly when possible. Otherwise overall good experience and will definitely come back on a regular basis.

I was helped a few days ago by a kind young woman named Brielle. This young lady was very enthusiastic and definitely changed my mood. I’m deaf so ordering fast food can be a hassle at times. When it came to be my turn to order I let her know that Im deaf. She without a second thought went and got me a pen and some paper so I could able to tell her what I would like. Normally people get frustrated with me but she kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face the whole time.

I went 2/20/23 at around 7:30ish. A young man and woman were working. They were so patient and kind to an older patron who seemed very confused. I stood for multiple minutes behind her as she had questions about one specific part of her order. I never mind, but workers tend to get frustrated or stressed about these things. I could tell she had been being helped for a while. He repeated things multiple times for her, he spoke so professionally and respectfully. The woman also tried to help her as well with the same kind attitude. Once I came up, they were so kind to me as well. Such sweet people.

There was no one in line as we were only ones there. We actually went 2 times in a week. Both times, no one else there and one employee. 20+ minutes for 2 small easy subs. The young man working had no personality, didnt say hello or speak to us at all. The floor was very dirty and there was a spot that someone spilled something and I had fallen into the table and chairs. The young man just laughed. We will no longer go to this Subway in Walmart. The turkey was extremely slimy and veggies were wilted. As soon as we got home and took a bite, we threw them out.

The guy on shift was rude. I came in as he was over filling up his drink, and said hey to him. He drops his cup down and walks over with an attitude, and wasn’t friendly at all during the process. I went to pay with a 100, and he got a bigger attitude and stated he doesn’t have change and put his arms up and tells me to spend money in the store to have change enough to buy what I ordered. He then made it worse by asking the cashier for the station knowing he was doing it in spite. Worst service I’ve had and definitely ruined my day and experience. Thanks guy.

Ordered a veggie wrap and paid 8$ for just veggies. Wrap was wrapped incorrectly and service was horrible.

Walked in last night to pick up an order just as the manager was finishing giving a pizza to two girls in front of me. As I walk up to the counter store manager walks away and says ill be with you in a couple minutes. She proceeds to turn on a tablet, and starts watching a show while making dough for pizzas. Left me standing there for 4 minutes until finally asking another employee to see what i need ( since she never asked or checked) the order i was picking up was ready the entire time just sitting on the rack going cold. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't even bother writing a review but unfortunately it is not.

Pizza was not cooked, thick crust and doughy. They were having issues with the cash registers so I was sympathetic at the store. But it was the worst pizza I ever had! Update May 25 a day later. I had half the pie left, heated it up in the oven and it was pretty good cooked.

One of the worst lunch orders that I ever got Decided to order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and what they call burger bites...really disappointed and disgusting to say the least. Thin crust pizza with crispy cuppy pepperoni was disgusting as well... not worth the price, however, on a Sunday afternoon the delivery was prompt and order could have been hotter. Next to Publix, Winn Dixie, or Aldi I will have to make a mental note to pick up a better-than-John frozen pizza, and for go those bacon cheesy burger papa bites. Ordered directly thru your web site. Charged $5.50 for delivery, then 15% tip ($3.00 on a $20 order) for a total of $8.50 in delivery & tips on a $20 order. They then send me a message that the order will be delivered thru Doordash. Wow! Thanks alot! I have Dashpass and could of gotten free delivery. Same order was $5.00 cheaper with delivery & tip then ordering directly thru Papa John's. Pretty underhand practice, maybe let the customer know that in advance so we could get free delivery.

Food for pickup was a but slow on a Monday night but it was hot and fresh out of the oven. Slow and fresh is better than slow and cold. Didn't have the dessert I ordered. Let me wait in lobby before telling me. They did make it up by offering a free 2 liter. Pizza was good.

Called at 11:20 when they were open for 40 mins for delivery 7 mins away to my house. They answered and took my order and told me around 45 minutes, not only until, an hour later did i not only realize my order had been cancelled, but i also didn’t get any kind of a courtesy call either. This is why everyone goes to dominoes now, thanks for making dominoes my number one.

Order was scheduled to be delivered between 7:55-8:05. Actual delivery time was around 8:51. Called the restaurant to inquire about the length of time it was taking for the delivery, offered a half-assed apology and nothing more. Contactless delivery was selected, which means the delivery is placed on the bag the pizza should have been delivered in, doorbell is rang, deliverer stands back until you get your items… Nope! Pizza was left on the mat at the door, no bell rung. Pizza was cold and separated. No worries, Papa Johns… I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!

Been eating Pizza Hut pizzas since the 1970's. From PA to NY to MA to VA. First time in FL and never had a complaint until now. Medium cheese pizza was pretty well burnt. And yet it was cold? It was about 13 minutes from placing my order to picking it up. Discovered the burnt condition when I got it home. I called to let them know. They offered to replace it. I took a picture which I showed when I went to pick up the replacement. Event the replacement was a little toasted. I was told that the condition was within Pizza hut parameters. in 50 years I've never had one that burnt. Sad to say, that's the end of this relationship.

There is an obvious difference between carry out food and delivery food, if you order carry out you'll get the pizza hut you know and love, if you order delivery be grateful if the pizza is even half cooked.

I came to palm coast for an appointment. To my surprise I was REALLY early, so I stopped to grab something to eat. Among walking into this location and leaving I was greeted with a welcoming smile on his face to leaving with a perfectly made personal pan pizza. I was in and out in under 15 minutes!! Thank you and I will be back!!

I ordered delivery. I ordered once before and the pizza was excellent, which I told everyone about. This time it cost $25 for a much smaller pizza that was somewhat dry. I won’t be back.

every time i order the stuffed crust pizza i ask for it to be cooked “well done” because it is so soggy that you can’t even pick it up without everything sliding off. this is ridiculous and i can’t believe they think this is acceptable. how is anyone supposed to eat this?

I don’t normally write reviews online like this but this made me so upset that i decided to express how I feel. Im new to this area and don't know much about the different stores and who does delivery or not to my location anyways my order was canceled and I called to find out the reason why, a lady that works there answered the phone and I told her the reason why I’m calling and to find out why my order was cancelled before I could even get the chance to ask for the phone number for my location or anything she reply by saying she is busy and to google the store near me and then hang up while I was talking, Not only she was rude but also unprofessional. In the app the only store that pops up is this location so maybe Dominos need to update the app so other people don’t experience this issue..

I was just hung up on my the manager so I am writing this so that she will see my picture that I offered her during our conversation which she refused, yelled that she would refund me and then hung up on me without me able to say anything. I was not looking for money back, I was literally trying to inform them of a problem which will no doubt happen to others. So I had not purchased a Domino's pizza in a while, but gave them another chance tonight. I ordered online #1052on 6-11-24 today and bought 2 Pizzas and some garlic bread. I just tried the Sausage NY style pizza and it had a very doughey vibe as I am eating the first slice. I then bit into the thicker portion of dough where the crust is located. Yup, completly uncooked taste and raw. I called in to let them know there is an issue and the Manager told me that I was wrong that the equipment is set for a certain amount of time and they even have it 10 minutes over that (hmmm, I wonder why they had it over their standard). She was getting very frustrated with me for telling her that maybe check the equipment or something as it is not cooked and needs more time as it is still raw. I offered to text her a picture so that she can see for herself. She told me it is not possible again and that she would issue me a refund and immediately hung up. Yeah, not going back there :-)

We have not been to the store but order delivery. The food is always right and delivered on time. The drivers are friendly! I would recommend for anyone. They have so much to choose from which is a bonus for anyone with multiple people wanting different food!

We've chosen 'this' location over Giuseppes, Terranovas, and Bronx Pizzerias. But ever since they introduced their New York-style Pizza crusts, this location's quality and service have gone to the wayside. The last three pizzas delivered took over an hour (even though they promised within 30 minutes), and/or the orders were made with the wrong ingredients, and/or arrived cold.

Ordered online using coupons. Ordered was prepared quickly and fresh upon pickup. 4 stars because you almost always have to ask for the dipping sauce. They have no issues over-charging for it and not making sure it’s with your food so I had to ask for it as it wasn’t included. Also had to ask for forks (we planned to eat at the beach).

Today was just disgusting food, I ordered the cheese dip which arrived burnt and smeared on the bottom, there was just nothing to eat. It's disgusting. They didn't put any cheese in the stuffed cheese bread!!! They just brought a piece of dough, also burnt by the way. Horrible place, disgusting food.

Disgusting. How do you even get hairs that big into a DRINK. I noticed the drink tasted off so I took the lid off (or else I wouldn’t have even known) to find multiple large hairs. I already know the sorry excuse I’ll get from the “management”. If you’ll notice in the past 6 months there has been multiple negative reviews due to this management, or lack there of. The reply will most likely be “we’re sorry to hear about your experience” but obviously the management will not make the changes necessary or they wouldn’t be receiving 1 star reviews at a regular pace. Eat at this establishment at your own risk, there’s no telling what they are putting in there.

We normally don’t do Fast Food but Culver’s is a good place to go for a quick meal. Really like their butter burgers, they have a great blend ground beef that’s never been frozen and no fillers. The hamburger buns are lightly buttered which adds to the flavor. Fries are average nothing special fountain drinks are standard. Mrs J prefers the Cod sandwich is very tasty plus some delicious Wisconsin cheese curds. Service was good and the place was clean. We would repeat again.

I went for the first time and I decided on the limited edition Colby Jack Pub burger. I ask to add lettuce (no charge) and tomato (.20 cents). The burger was a little salty and had almost no lettuce which in my opinion, it really need it that to refresh and lightning up the burger. Besides that, service and food was good.

We went to Culver's for burgers, fries and milkshakes. My dad recently passed away and his favorite meal was a cheeseburger and fries. We celebrated what would have been his 85th birthday at Culver's by enjoying dad's favorite! It was delicious.

I frequent this location at least once a week if not more. I usually enjoy it but portions are going down on the salads. Photo posted doesn't do the skrimpyness justice. Is it a side salad? I ordered the cashew grilled chicken. Im not asking for anything but maybe more lettuce? I wont get my salad here anymore since its my main meal at dinnertime while my family get their burgers or whatever. Im disappointed that I have to order elsewhere.

It’s .40 extra cents to add toppings. I am pregnant and wanted hot fudge, bananas and brownie pieces. They forgot my hot fudge. Thanks a lot. . . .

Woah.... I never thought I'd have to write a review like this. I was denied the food I paid for. Long story short, me and my coworker go back-and-forth paying for each other for lunch. He got a single, I got a double. I received my burger order with all my toppings with a single when I paid for a double. I tried showing them the receipt and they didn't want to make it right. Employees were 0 help. They REFUSED to help me saying the other burger was a double. *admitting they messed up both burger* I know this establishment doesnt need my business, but I won't ever be back

The employees here are so super friendly! Kindness matters nowadays so thank you all so much for being so awesome. Plus their food is really quite tasty. Try the Wednesday Addams Unhappy Meal while it lasts.

You get a 30 minute lunch and place a mobile order a head of time thinking your good to go….i have 3 minutes left now. Been here for over 15 minutes for one meal. Absolutely insane!!

Chewy buns, dried up patties, tiniest peace of lettuce, tomatoes were a joke, drowned in condiments. It was not very good tasting and the texture was slimy. I had to go home and cook anyway. 🤔 I might as well of used my money to wipe the refuse for my backside .

Came in, my son and I waited 7 minutes before one of the 4 people working finally said we will be with you in a minute. Cashier finally took our order with a blatant attitude. Our breakfast came out with out the potato wedges it was supposed to come with. We finished our sandwiches and 10 minutes later still no wedges. Breakfast sandwiches themselves are absolutely terrible tasting and not worth the money one bit. I get it, it’s “fast” food(even though I’m still waiting on my food as I write this, 13 minutes now and we are the only ones in here.) but still, there should be some sort of standard for decency and customer service. I don’t know why I came to Wendy’s in the first place, Burger King and Arby’s are way superior. Guess it’s my own fault and I’m just venting 🤣

Ordered a pickup on the app, food was good but was double charged for the order. And it's been a week and after reaching out multiple times, still waiting for someone to contact me or my money back.

You can literally stand in front of the counter and employees will ignore you like you have the plague. I left because it is obvious thatvthey do not need my money or my business. People! Acknowledge your customers when they are in front of your counter!!! Is that hard?

The food was good. But our service was wonderful. Our cashier went above and beyond. I wish I remembered her name. She was fantastic with all the kids.

The amount of grease that dropped off my quesadilla made it difficult to hold it. The Nacho fries were cold. I had to ask for my drink then ask for a straw and even though I asked for taco sauce at the window none was in my bag. I paid for cold grease and after waiting roughly sixteen minutes in the drive thru. The young lady at the window had a kind bubbly demeanor and was the only good experience I had today with the organization.

Bought 2 Gordita crunches, both barely had a any meat on them, quick way to throw away $12 😂 Everytime I come here I spend my money on half a teaspoon of meat, Thanks for consistently ruining my orders Taco bell

For being on a late road trip and everywhere else closed for the evening we decided to give in to an old friend. The menu has changed a great deal. It took us a minute at the window but the young lady was patient with us and there was only one other vehicle. The orders came out perfect and they satisfied us for the last leg of our trip before checking in another 2hrs south.

Place is joke. We stood at register for over 10 minutes before being told go to machine to order or will have to wait longer. Ordered at machine the still took another 15-20 min to get our fast food.

Dirty, ignored and then asked how everything was. Stick to drive through only because they clearly don't want dine in customers anymore. Some taped up sign asking customers to order themselves at the kiosk because no one wants to work the register and actually talk to the people who are giving them money.

Of course the Palm Coast Taco Bell locations are selling the New $3 Steak burritos for $3.99. Great look guys.Most expensive Taco Bell in the area. Great Franchise! Mexican pizza $8.00? Why? Greed.

We weren't happy with the Mexican pizza. Something is different now. The manager overheard our comment and took immediate action. He offered to replace the item with their new cantina burrito AND quesadilla. These are great, tasty additions to the Taco Bell menu. Goodbye Mexican pizza. Hello cantina!
