The Jansen is a nice restaurant with quality food and friendly staff. The vegan and vegetarian meals are marked in the menu wich is nice. The restroom has been clean when I wenn there with my family. The only downside is the price of the food and service as you will end up easily paying 100 Euro for a dinner with 4 people (for a salad, main dish and 1 drink for everyone). Nice place to visit to celebrate special occasions but too expensive for a casual but quality meal.

Jetzt zum Negativen, die bitte liebend gern als Verbesserungsvorschläge genutzt werden dürfen, ich würde gern Häufiger kommen... Punkt 1, Kleiderständer. Es gibt leider keine Kleiderständer. Es ist wirklich etwas ungemütlich wenn ich meine Jacke oder meinen Mantel über eines der Sofas oder Sessel legen muss. Das macht die Stimmung immer etwas kaputt. Punkt 2, Snackauswahl. Beim Zigarre rauchen sitze ich ja doch eher 1 bis 3 Stunden in der Lounge, und ich würde mir wünschen das es einen kleinen snackteller mit unterschiedlichen Nüssen, Salzstangen, vlt auch Pistazien geben würde. Ich bezahle das auch lieben gern. Auf Nachfrage haben wir mal ein Glas Salzstangen bekommen, oder wie das letzte mal Recht lieblos ein kleines Glas Nüsse aus der 4kg Metro-Pakung bekommen. (Spoiler, die schmecken nicht) Da wünsche ich mir wirklich mehr liebe. Punkt 3, Aschenbecher. Beim Zigarre rauchen geht es immer um das Feeling. Das ist einer der Punkte die Zigarrenraucher von Zigarettenraucher unterscheidet. In der Lounge gibt es unterschiedliche Arten von Aschenbecher, allerdings leider keine richtigen Zigarren-Ascher. Das ist wirklich wirklich schade, denn die einfachen Aschenbecher sehen nicht hübsch aus, die sind zu klein, und eine Zigarre ordentlich dort drauf abzulegen geht leider kaum. Best Indian food in Chemnitz. I loved it. We ordered, Chicken Bryani, Butter Chicken, Lamb Karhai, Naan bread and garlic kulcha. All of them were super tasty with original desi taste. Yesterday I came for my 2nd visit and it was as good if not better than the 1st time. Given the temperatures outside (more than 33’C) it probably wasn’t easy to keep the food quality and appearance on high levels but the team did it masterfully.

A good place for desi food. We ordered, Lamb karahi, Grilled chicken, Lamb makhni and samosas. As per interior decoration this place gives you some indian culture vibe. Staff is very kind and cooperative. They give you welcome snacks with three different sauces. You need to wait for almost half hour to get your food depending on the nature of your order. As a place boasting as a French restaurant, service was below standards. Vegetarian dish - a plate of vegetables from Provence was fine but too much dominant with caramelized onions. They forgot to serve goat cheese 🧀 with the dish which was mentioned in the menu. Couple of friends of mine were eating steak at the same time and the service staff forgot to bring cutlery and we had to ask them to bring it. Steak was cooked ( well done) instead of ( medium rare) which was requested. Charging 24,90 for the steak and badly cooked, dry / potatoes chip / French fries 🍟 was really disappointing.

And while we were having dinner inside, upon going outside for a smoke, i noticed for another party they DID couple 2 tables. Besides a sorry which wasnt helpfull anymore, she disappeared for the rest of the service. Would i advise to go here. Mixed feelings. If you see an older male waiter, then absolutely go for it. Die bereits eingeschweißten Fleisch Stücke haben keine Preise. Nicht jeder hat soviel Rückgrat nach jedem Preis zu fragen und ggf zu sagen, sorry, daß ist mir zu teuer. Gerade im hochpreisigen Segment ist Preistransparenz unabdingbar. Die Bedienung war übrigens sehr freundlich und angenehm, das senkt natürlich die Hemmschwelle was Fragen angeht.
