Au Fil Du Clos is a highly recommended French and European restaurant in Meursault. The restaurant offers fine dining cuisine with a focus on cheese, ensuring that guests leave satisfied. The friendly owners and talented chef create a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are attentive and able to converse comfortably in both French and English. The restaurant also boasts an amazing selection of Burgundy wines.
Beautiful restaurant on the Mersault region! We had a fantastic meal here. The pigeon and the langoustine were delicious. The staff were extremely kind. The sommelier helped us to find a beautiful Arnaud Ente mersault from 2016, it was perfect. Would definitely recommend stopping here for dinner if you are in the area.

It's a nice place but for me not 5 stars like. There are several things to mention. Service overall was not very friendly. When they serve another bottle of wine, tasting should go with a new glas. The food is well prepared but according to the price I would expect a bit more creativity as well as even just 4 dishes were already a bit to much.
Björn L — Google review
A bit disappointed in the food. First course and second course way too salty and missing some refinement. Service was good enough, lacking a bit of personal touch. Setting is very nice. My partner skipped dessert, would have been nice to offer a coffee or glas of wine to compensate.
Udo G — Google review
Amazing restaurant with a beautiful view of the vineyards. The wonderful food and wine with a spectacular view will leave you with unforgettable memories. If you come to Meursault, I recommend you to visit here. It will definitely be a satisfying day. By the way, I selected the 40€ lunch course with dessert(Total 5 dishes).I satisfied with the their professional service very much.

Everything was perfect from arrival until we left full and happy. Beautiful view. Friendly and attentive service. Amazing food in both taste and visual. Celebrated our son’s 5th birthday and children menu was great too - and dessert served with a candle to blow. Absolutely perfect - thank you!

Extremely Disappointed service. (the waiter with big 🧔‍♂️ beards was really nice. Apologize for not remembering your name). Our flight got delayed and we sent email to notify the restaurant hours in advance. After 17hours flight, We rushed from Paris to the restaurant And we were really sorry about it. (So we ate really fast and was not the last one left the restaurant) However, one of the waiters was poker face for the whole night. Showed he’s greatest reluctance to us. Not willing to answer any questions, make large noise while was placing the plates etc. serving people like he’s going to punch them in their face the next second The worst service I’ve ever expected. when came to wine serving, we were so shocked that he basically pour more than half glass…what a waste man! We were not there for binge drinking! We requested if he could pour less for the next round, he’s face turned double poker 🙂 Food was soso. The scallops are more too salty. As we didn’t have the breads, we asked politely if we could pack it and take away to avoid food waste. That waiter just took the plates and threw the bread on the table and told us we can bring it home. Oh well. Thank you for your hospitality. This is my first time ever complained about anyone right away in a restaurant. Would never recommend this place to anyone as long as the guy still works there. Thanks.
Beca C — Google review
2022 Dinner was rather noisy esp when full in main dining room but food quality maintained. Wine lists need updating with many direct allocations drunk up. Book ahead. 2021 Great place for lunch...delicious dishes Inc desserts. Wide range of meursaults and selected reds. Very well priced too

Stunning meal, service and atmosphere. Gosh, what a wonderful experience, would highly recommend coming here. Everyone was really welcoming, service was unobtrusive but always there when you needed it, and food was delicious! English is spoken here.

French restaurant
Located on the outskirts of Meursault, Restaurant Le Soufflot de Meursault offers a fine dining experience in a relaxed setting. The semi-open kitchen allows diners to observe the bustling culinary activity. The food is described as exceptional, with creative dishes that are beautifully presented and well-seasoned. However, one drawback is the limited availability of wines by the glass. Nearby French restaurants such as L'Episode and Le Chevreuil come highly recommended for those visiting Meursault.
Thanks for this experience, nice place, dishes and friendly staff. Absolutely top and Encyclopédie wine list. So nice advices about the wine choices. We will come back for sure!
Кристиян Й — Google review
This place in Meursault is a bit hidden; right off a big road and the entrance isn’t super obvious. Let me start by saying: the wines here are genuinely excellent and a lot of them surprisingly affordable. Not cheap, of course, but even for €50 or €60 you can get a great bottle. They also give good advice about what to drink, the sommelier was very kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the service feels quite cold and uninterested. They clear plates incredibly fast and rush the courses one after the other. It’s honestly such a pity. The menu is very, very small. You can pick either a three-course or six-course menu, but if you go for six courses, you basically just get all the available dishes; there’s no real choice. The gougères (cheese puffs) and amuse bouches (appetizers) we got — they’re free of charge — were very good and made us think we were off to a great start. But the dishes were unfortunately really underwhelming. The menu felt dated and uninspired; like getting iceberg lettuce on a stick (seriously?!) as a side with the pasta. The first course with the crispy soft boiled egg was okay, but the carrot and dill sauce was a bit weird. The main course was especially bad: rigatoni pasta that was undercooked, a bisque that was cooked way too far, truffle that tasted like nothing — overall flavors that just didn’t work. To top it off, we both felt unwell afterwards. The setting is quite pretty but also feels cold and lifeless. Not exactly the kind of place that makes you want to stay for a long dinner. Which is such a pity, because the wines are EXCELLENT — they deserve a much warmer, more thoughtful experience.
Monique L — Google review
If you fancy wine, this is the place to go. They have a big variety of wines to choose for a reasonable price which is cheaper than buying it at a local wine shop. The service is great, and the food was delicious! Order it could be crowded and pretty loud for a fine dining restaurant. I must say the food was absolutely delicious and pairing was divine that they have. It was a perfect match.

Le Soufflot was an absolute gastronomical triumph! If you find yourself in Burgundy, this restaurant must be on your list of essential dining experiences. We chose the 6-course menu at 90 euros per person and had a truly enjoyable meal filled with great conversation. Their "bible"-sized wine list is a work of art in itself, and I highly recommend ordering a bottle or two, as they are very reasonably priced. The service was also impeccable; the team masterfully managed the pacing and plating of each dish, meticulously explaining everything as it was served. Despite our last-minute changes to the number of diners, they were exceptionally accommodating. Without a doubt, this is one of my top spots in all of Burgundy!
Flo Y — Google review
Amazing restaurant in the heart of Meursault. This restaurant offers a wine list for low prices. This is their policy and therefore they have an exceptional impressive list. We had the full Monty menu, what we highly recommend. We loved every dish. Service professional en helpfull. We loved it!

Magical. Absolutely in my top restaurants in France. Beautiful seasonal food that's not overly engineered and an exceptional wine list at very fair prices. Top notch glassware to enjoy wine from. Great advice from the sommelier as to wine selection.

Nestled in the charming town of Meursault, Le Chevreuil is a delightful restaurant that beautifully marries history with modern elegance. Housed in a hotel dating back to 1866, it boasts simple yet stylish rooms adorned with original features that transport you back in time. The restaurant itself offers an exquisite dining experience, complete with a lovely terrace where guests can savor their meals while enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
We had a light lunch here in the bar. Great food. Cheese plate was great. Mini pizza was unique and tasting amazing. They serve Meursault by the glass and it was a really good one. Nice service. We felt that the bar was a fantastic value, surprisingly not crowded. Perfect for us.

Beautiful view. Our room was nice. But the whole thing felt loveless. Breakfast was very poor quality (worst croissants we've had in weeks in France), and too expensive.

Olivier Leflaive is a name synonymous with elegance and quality in the heart of Burgundy. This upscale destination offers sophisticated accommodations complete with complimentary WiFi, an exquisite restaurant, and a cozy lounge area. Guests can indulge in delightful bistro cuisine at the on-site restaurant, which features an impressive wine list heavily showcasing wines from Olivier Leflaive himself, alongside other notable producers. The hotel boasts spacious and comfortable rooms that meet the expectations of a four-star establishment.
We went as a group to restaurant Klima for a special dinner. The food was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience we will all remember!

We had the most wonderful & warmest dining experience at Klima Restaurant. The hospitality shown here is heart fully genuine. 5 etoiles! We were approached by Julie for a conversation on our pre-dinner drinks and I must say we are honoured by her presence at our table. Kudos! During dinner service, the affable Patrick made his rounds among the diners and we were amused by his trademark humour & wits. Our most charming sommelier Claire was a gem during the service - I must admit I was smitten by her presence & elegance. Merci beaucoup mademoiselle. Also to mention Letitia as the lead manager - attentive & warm. We will be back for sure in the next one.
V L — Google review
This must be one of the most quiet hotels in France to stay in. A tiny village in Burgundy but with a world famous name in wines. The hotel and restaurant celebrate its wine heritage. So a stop here should be combined with a gastronomical experience in the hotel's restaurant Klima with some excellent wine. You can park around the square in front of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and will try to help when they can.
Luc T — Google review
We truly enjoyed our week here but the highlight was by far the dinner at klima. The food, great; the service, star worthy; and the wine pairing by Claire, outstanding. Never before have wines matched or contrasted the food as fitting as at klima and this really brought the already delicious food to another level. We tried the vegetarian and „normal“ options and both were great, which we know is not an easy feat. The Olivier suite was also a great hotel room with a seperate lounge area, a good, firm mattress and a huge rain shower. If time allows, we will be back!
Christian S — Google review
More than a positive experience — we stayed two nights at the hotel, enjoyed an à la carte tasting at the bar, and had dinner at the Klima restaurant. The welcome was both professional and warm from the entire staff, starting with the Leflaive brothers themselves. Unlike many other high-end establishments where courtesy toward guests feels formal or superficial, at Leflaive the desire to make guests happy is genuinely shared by everyone working there. Two very small notes that did not affect the overall experience: the bathroom’s air circulation is not optimal, and at times unpleasant odors can spread into the anteroom (understandable, considering the building’s age). Also, there was a bit of confusion in the confirmation emails (partly due to the fact that I booked both a single night’s stay and a dinner package for the second night), with several messages showing partial prices for the various services in a somewhat disorganized way.
Fabiana B — Google review
I love staying in smaller towns where the staff are friendly and the hotels sure are nicer than a 4 star official ranking. Great wines.
Harvey Y — Google review
We always stay at Olivier Leflaive when we are traveling to Greece for the summer and we love it every time. The hospitality of the staff is nothing but radiant, coming down from the top with Julie and Aurelio, to Sophie, Rachael and Pauline at the front desk, and in the restaurant, Leticia and Almandine have a great team. We love the fine dining at Restaurant Klima, where the food is superb -- definitely of Michelin quality -- and the service is lovely and with personality. Arthur was certainly a star of the show this year, giving us detailed descriptions of what we were served with flare and a twinkle. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, just off the leafy Place du Monument in Puligney-Montrachet, all with lovely views of the square. On another note, we needed assistance with business issue that Aurelio went out of his way to source the right person to help us and our problem was sorted by the nicest notaire I have ever met. We are already planning our to/fro for next year and intend that on our way home we will stay three nights instead of two. Thank you to Aurelio, Julie and the entire team. We miss you guys already. The Hotel du Centre is a delightful and attractive inn with a charming stone exterior. It offers six comfortable and relaxed rooms, as well as a pleasantly decorated restaurant. The restaurant serves a set menu of three delicious dishes at an exceptionally reasonable price of 20EU. The menu includes delectable options such as snails, poached eggs, veal kidneys, and beef cheeks.
The lunch here has been my favorite meal this vacation - chicken with époisse sauce combined with a glass of Meursault. Pure heaven in a meal. The restaurant has a nice garden to sit in that is closed off from the busier road. Makes it a relaxing eating experience. Do recommend!

Outstanding! Everything about the Hotel due Centre was excellent: the food and lodging particularly so. The town is particularly engaging as well! We were there for market day and bought some excellent tea towels, or "torchon!"

Went 10s of time to the restaurant. Courtyard is lovely. Nice vibes. Food is great although I not putting 5 stars because quality of food used to be fantastic but last time we went, it was a little bit below usual... Hope this os going to be nack to normal next time 😊

Hotel Le Globe is a well-maintained 3-star hotel located in the central area of Meursault, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the vineyards. The property has been beautifully restored and offers a top-class kitchen. The staff is professional, welcoming, and gracious, providing excellent service such as arranging pick-ups from the isolated SNCF station. This lovely little hotel provides a small and intimate atmosphere with spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds.
This is a beautiful small hotel and restaurant in the charming wine trail village of Meursault. The location is easily located by carand there is free parking across the street. There are many wi series and tasting rooms within 10 minute bike ride or drive. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had the scallops and the beef filllet at the restaurant and both were superb. The starters and desserts were also top notch. This is one of the higher end places in the region but well worth the money.
David A — Google review
We had a wonderful meal at Le Globe for the last night of our holiday. My wife and I had a delicious meal and the waiting team were kind and patient with the kids. The kids had a menu enfant with the extra embellishments between courses which accompanied our meals which was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend for a special night.
Andrew L — Google review
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. We felt welcomed and loved and the hospitality was outstanding! Celine took the time, love and energy to care for us during our time here. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room is gorgeous. I highly recommend.
Nicolette W — Google review
Charming old building, close to the centre of Meursault, a pretty village exuding the prosperity that follows from the vertiginous rise in the price of its wines. The hotel has been thoroughly and tastefully modernised inside, with bold use of colour. The rooms are of a good size and our twin beds were large and very comfortable. There is however almost no storage, so this is more of an overnight stop than a place to settle in. We did not dine there, although the menu looks good, but the breakfast was really excellent, with probably the best croissants I have ever had. Very helpful staff, with very good English.
Nicholas K — Google review
A perfect spot for a stay in the lovely village of Meursault and a great base for exploring the wine region. The decor and rooms are modern and elegant. The staff could not be more welcoming and attentive and the taster menu in the restaurant is absolutely delicious!
Sue C — Google review
The staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small but super clean and with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is perfect, super close to all the restaurants and wine stores and the center of town. I would like to mention Margot in particular, incredibly friendly and helpful, thanks all of you for making our stay a memorable one! 😀😀👍🏻
Olga P — Google review
The staff and service were excellent. This is a great location and nicely appointed hotel. Our experience, in a superior room, was that it was extremely dark. Black walls and light switches and the lighting was inadequate, making it very difficult to see. The same situation in the bathroom. A big upgrade to lighting would make a huge improvement!

Le Bouchon is a restaurant that offers a variety of delicious dishes, such as green salad with goat cheese and honey, capri pizza, and chocolate mousse dessert. The owner, Mireille Bernards, has an engaging and welcoming personality. The food, wine, service, and atmosphere are all highly rated. It is also kid-friendly with the pizza being enjoyed by children. The 5-course dinner menu is worth trying but be prepared for a large amount of food.
Very good, family owned restaurant. We had a light lunch but everything on the menu (and on other patrons tables) looked delicious. I think it is hard to get a table without reservation. We were lucky.

We went for lunch today on our cycle tour. The service was superb, our waiter was very informative and extremely nice. The food we had was delicious and big portions. A highlight of our day
William D — Google review
We were pretty disappointed with our lunch here. We waited forever to be served (they were busy though), there were flies everywhere (we were sitting inside), and the pizzas were ok (but the pizza dough wasn’t fully cooked). The wine even felt watered down (in a carafe) which was odd? Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great
Benjamin H — Google review
The appetizer was good, not amazing. Consistent of ravioli in a bisque sauce with melted cheese in a small casserole. Required a spoon to eat. Nice. The entree was awful. The soggiest ratatouille with drye pork loin. I made a mistake and do not eat pork, but if ever I did, this would not be it. The dessert was so average, fresh fruit in a sugar sauce. So disappointing for a Michelin reviewer restaurant.
Suzanne L — Google review
Sat outside for dinner. Good service, despite having just one waiter who was kept busy by the many patrons. Thanks for being so friendly and gracious. All four of us at our table had a great meal that rivaled and I would say exceeded the best we had experienced in Paris just a few days before. Excellent variety of choices on the menu, all delicious. Want to return!

My family and I visited at lunchtime today and had 3 set menus for €17 each which was excellent value and very tasty. We had a pitcher of lovely white wine, a soft drink and 2 coffees. The total bill was €76.50. The location of the Les Arts is right in the centre of Mersault and a lovely spot. The staff were great. I would definitely visit again when in the area. We had lunch here and were quite happy with the quality of food and service. The burger was still juicy even though I asked for it to be well cooked. My husband had the snails and poached eggs in wine as well as local cheese for dessert. Excellent, he beamed, just the way he would do the escargots himself. Prices are quite reasonable so yes, we would gladly return.

Two friends, my wife, our sons (4 and 2 years old) and I had dinner at Les Arts in Meursault (Côte de Beaune)! The restaurant is directly at the main square of Meursault. Both the owners and waiters were really nice and attentive. An adequate amount of local dishes and a large variety of vines is offered. The restaurant is quite popular and you should reserve a table in advance. One point is deducted as the portions are not too big and the prices are not that cheap. Nonetheless, we had a nice evening and we would go there for dinner again.

The exterior is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. The interior seems to be stuck in the 90’s though as it is quite dated and sadly kind of ruined the charm of the castle once we stepped inside. We were able to enjoy the terrace which was absolutely lovely and had an incredible view, but would not book this again.

What an amazing place and location. Great facilities, we used the spa area together with kids as well as enjoyed the treatments. Dinner was excellent and loved the way the creme brulee was done by the Chef so light and full of flavour one of the best I ever had!

I will come back with my eyes closed as the French like to say. I’m a day into my stay but Marie, the Spa manager, and I assume night manager corrected every misunderstanding (albeit my husband is French who booked), and food and accommodations are outstanding. Pool and spa are Sparkling clean. Cannot Wait for my treatments. I spend 50+ nights in Marriotts for work so this a welcomed surprise and will highly recommend.

Good cozy hotel with great location- very close to Chateau meursault. Easy to get to any good vineyards and restaurants. Ask hotel reception for restaurant recs- staff gave amazing recs

Super cool hotel and great service. The woman at the front desk spoke great English and was able to help answer all our questions as well as helped set up a wine tasting at a nearby vineyard. The food at the restaurant on site was some of the best we’ve had during our trip so would highly recommend that. Unfortunately we were not staying long here and didn’t get to enjoy the spa amenities but they looked amazing. I would recommend booking massages in advance as those book up fast.

We really enjoyed our three day stay at Hotel La Cueillette! Can't recommend enough if you plan to stay in Meursault. Hotel was a nice mix of oldworld french wine country decor (grand dining room, chateau layout) with modern rooms and beautiful views -- you can purchase wine produced from the vineyards on the property. The rooms themselves are modern and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and nice bed. The restaurant is really great for both breakfast and lunch / dinner. The food is really fresh -- lots of produce grown onsite. If eating dinner and the weather is nice, try to eat outside on the terrace and catch a sunset. Also they have bikes for your use! Definitely borrow one and bike out through the veloroute to some of the neighboring towns. This is a must-do in Meursault. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Really lovely people who took such good care of us. We had a couple of silly mishaps (bike accidents, taxis not showing up when they were supposed to) and the staff went above and beyond. When I fell off my bike, the hotel picked me up off the veloroute and brought me back to the hotel. When our taxi did not show up to take us to the Beaune train station early in the morning, the hotel owner drove us to the train station in his car!

Beautiful hotel located in the middle of vineyard in 19th century Château. Restaurant served good meals with a friendly staff with good English in a palace dining room. Great wine selection and we enjoyed the bottles from local grown grapes. Breakfast was a tat basic.

Nestled conveniently on the route from Chagny to Beaune, Les Murisaltiens Bistrot Traditionnel & Bourguignon is a delightful stop for anyone exploring Burgundy. Open for lunch at 4 PM, it’s a rare gem that offers both quality food and exceptional service. Initially expecting just a quick bite, I was blown away by the vibrant flavors and authenticity of the dishes served here.
We were greeted by the chef when we arrived. The food was delivered carefully by the chef and all plates were amazing and delicious. The price was reasonable. Atmosphere was elegant and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

It was recommended to us by a local bornes and raised in Beaune. The dinner felt like being immersed in Bourgogne’s rich culinary tradition. Every dish, from start to finish, was exquisite. We savored the escargots, the boeuf bourguignon, the fermier chicken, and finished with a delightful cheese plate for dessert. Everything was truly extraordinaire! The service was warm, attentive, and wonderfully gracious.

During my stay in Burgundy, Ive stopped occasionally for a quick lunch between wine tastings. Without knowing, I came across with my favourite restaurante for my whole trip to Burgundy - and Ive been to a couple of fancy places. The food was trully fantastic, full of flavour fresh, authentic, light but cosy and soul filling. Uau. Absolutely lovely food, surounded by a very friendly service in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. I never comment on Google, but this was such a meal. Bad luck it was my last day in Burgundy. I will come back for sure.
Joao P — Google review
We chose this restaurant for two reasons. First, it was on our way back from Chagny to Beaune (we had a bike ride to Chagny and back). Second, it was open for lunch at 4 PM — which is quite rare, so it's probably worth calling ahead to check if they serve food between the usual lunch and dinner hours at the day you'll want to visit them. We didn’t expect much, just a quick stop for a drink and a bite to eat. But we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of both the food and the service. The Chardonnay was delicious. The gazpacho was fantastic. The fish was spectacular. The tart was amazing.
M S — Google review
We had high expectations, based on the reviews. Yet, it turned out to be one great disappointment. First, the ambiance: which ambience? I’ve been in road tunnels, where I rather would have had dinner than here. Then there is the food: escargot and haricots verts were good. The melon gazpacho was tasteless. Then the main. The fish and stew not too bad, though the vegetables were again tasteless. But, the absolute low point was the veal: tough and hence nearly inedible. Unfortunately, the staff chose not to apologize, didn’t say anything walked away and only compensate a few euros at payment. After waiting 25 minutes trying to order a desert, we chose to leave. Maybe it’s sometimes good, but based on our experience, I would never recommend.

Great place to stay when visiting the Burgundy region! Very comfy rooms, great location near Meurseault, and a super menu for dinner and breakfast. Very convenient, good quality food and diverse menu.- Cheeseburger 🍔 excellent, salmon steak excellent, great breakfast buffet

I would recommend a reservation if you plan to eat at the restaurant. It fills up very quickly for dinner. Yes the rooms have no a/c but we had no problem leaving our door open with the latch lock and using the fan provided. We were there at the beginning of September and had lovely weather. Breakfast at the hotel was really good as well. Would stay again in cool weather.

Last weekend, I had an amazing stay at Hotel Les Hauts de Meursault. The location amidst vineyards was stunning, offering a peaceful escape. The rooms were comfortable, and the dining experience was exceptional at their sister restaurant Le Globe in Meursault. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry I had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Meursault. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience!
Ghislain N — Google review
You get a clean comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Would have been pleasant in cooler temperatures, as there is no airco. The provided fan was insufficient for the sweltering day we were there and the only option is to fully open the window or door which lead into the motel style open air corridor accessible to all. Breakfast is great. Be sure to book dinner in advance, we had to find another restaurant.
Eric L — Google review
Small rooms, only one single power socket in the whole room, hot in the summer with no way to ventilate or open a window unless you leave the door window open, which leaves a direct view between your bed and the parking. Also zero ventilation in the bathroom. The way the rooms are located, this is more a motel, not a hotel. Can't comment on the restaurant, we didn't eat there, but I hear it's good.
Serge G — Google review
Very uncomfortable beds which are really small. Even as petit woman my feet were off the end of bed. Cheap thin bed linen and very dated bathrooms. Room overlooking noisy air con unit. Good location to Meursault and relatively cheap but is very basic and I’m glad we only stayed one night as brief road trip stopover

Normally, I never leave reviews, however, this time I feel the need to clarify Viola Tax and Trudina's (same person) review. She came to the restaurant with a group of people without making a reservation. The staff kindly informed her that the restaurant was unfortunately fully booked. She didn't believe them and accused them of not being welcoming. She came back for a glass of (free) water and was incredibly cordially served, even after she threatened to leave a negative review on the internet. I find it extremely disgraceful to harm hardworking entrepreneurs in this way. Hence, this review. We had an incredibly delicious meal and were treated very kindly. It's shameful that people try to damage businesses in this manner. We had dinner there and the restaurant was indeed fully booked.

Situated within the Hotel Le Globe, it features concierge services, a terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions such as Hospices Civils de Beaune and various exhibition centers in the area.
This is the perfect spot if you love small towns, vineyards, wine tasting and biking through the vineyards. We arrived and check in was fantastic. They showed us a larger two bedroom suite and helped with our luggage upstairs. There are no elevators due to the age. Room is very clean and big. We had a reservations for dinner at the hotel too. The experience and meal were on par with $1000 per person top restaurants in the world. We had a nice pre meal bottle of wine and appetizers in the sitting room and then moved to our table for the main meal with another bottle of wine. 4 people, all in for a 3 hour meal, 400€. Can’t recommend enough of you like the finer things in life. The town is welcoming and relaxing.

The restaurant is nice and the service is good but the food is not great. It looks really good but it doesn’t taste so great. It’s an instagram food with creative design but flavors that are not necessarily going together on the plate. We did the 75 euros menu to try as much as possible. Probably the highlight was the scallop.
Yossi L — Google review
Our group of six just went together with enjoy dinner at the restaurant of Le Globe, it is easy to access. We loved the food and the wine selections. This is one of our favourite restaurants along our 13 days journey in the Europe (France, Switzerland, Germany and Holland)
Chelsea Y — Google review
This is a review for the restaurant. I'd call this an Instagram menu - everything comes out looking beautiful and very carefully put together, but flavor is mediocre at best, often items that do not go together appear on the same plate probably because it pleased someone's esthetics. Service by Mohamed was very patronizing throughout the evening which made the whole ordeal even worse. We spent 7 days in France, from fancy michelin star restaurants to unassuming cafes and bistros. This restaurant was the worst meal of the trip.
Anat L — Google review

We didnt stay in hotel but had dinner here. Service is ok but food is very bad. Starter is duck which was very sour. Beef and lamb as main courses which are bad as well- seems like have some mince meat as well. Overall the food is not worth the price and it does’t taste nice at all. Very disappointed as we drive quite far to have the dinner
Nicole G — Google review
The food looked very nice but tasted weird and unbalanced. In additional, the kitchen was extremely slow. We stayed there for two hours and only got starter.

(Translated by Google) It was a place where I really liked to go to eat, but that was before!! Indeed, if the food remained good, it is not the same with a service that was quite unpleasant to say the least. We left a good amount of money (five people) and we had the unpleasant feeling of being a nuisance and, what's more, there was no way to buy a bottle of water to take away because you had to pay the deposit for the entire register!! In September, I wrote to point out several negative points but my letter remained a dead letter. I think this establishment has more than enough customers. For me, it's over anyway.

If the reception had not been so mediocre, I would have tried the adventure again for the setting and following the favorable opinions given on this site... but in hipster mode and not "back from vacation"... We had such a great lunch at L’episode, right in the center of Meursault. They offer a really nice set menu that’s very reasonably priced, with just a few dishes that come with a small supplement if you want something extra special. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious: foie gras, steak tartare, quail, and burrata with tomatoes. And the gougères (cheese puffs) as a free appetizer were sooo good. So much flavor and beautifully prepared. What really made the experience stand out was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and happy to help us figure things out despite our not-so-perfect French. He cracked jokes, shared great tips for local wine tastings, and even had excellent taste in music. This is honestly the kind of place you just want to keep coming back to. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the value for money is fantastic. Highly recommend.

This was the best dinner we had in the week we spent in Burgundy! Nico was awesome, the music and decor was super fun, and the food was outstanding. Great wine selection and great prices. All the courses were great but some highlights were the perfect egg (We had three different restaurants with a perfect egg and this was the best), the special was scallops and they were beautiful with a perfect sauce and side of mashed potatoes, and the chicken with the epoisses cheese sauce with potato rostie was the best of it all. Can’t recommend this place higher, and I am writing this while in the restaurant while listening to the best 80s soundtrack ever. Great job Nico. Cheers

Seated outside on a warm summer’s evening last June, I had a very enjoyable dinner at La Goutte d’Or. Great menu, wine list and ambience seated in the courtyard. We had a beautiful lunch at Comme Chez Moi. Alix was the consummate host and the sommelier (whose name I did not catch) helped guide us through the wine list which has some absolute gems on it. Would highly recommend. Make sure to book a table in advance by phone (we called - with limited French - and Alix quickly called back); the room fills up very quickly. the food consisted of starters such as an incredibly fresh gazpacho, jambon and persillade and a pork pate. the main was veal together with a potato gratin and a salad (thrown in). then came the cheeses and for some a lovely tart with coffees to finish. to accompany the dessert there was a scoop of sublime mandarin sorbet. Will be back!

This charming restaurant, run by Alix and right hand and good friend, offers high-quality dishes and is a fantastic spot for a casual yet delightful experience along the wine route! The wine list is truly great. We especially enjoyed the homemade terrine and foie gras, as well as the delicious croque monsieur and the fresh vegetable platter. Every ingredient is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Amazing food, wine, and service. We went in for lunch during a bike ride through the vineyards and could not have been more pleased. The food was delicious and fresh, the wine was spectacular and made by the chefs family, but the most outstanding part was the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff!

Visited this boutique restaurant multiple times for lunch during my month long stay. Alix runs this most friendly and homey restaurant in the village center of Meursault. She speaks great English, had a magic of making her guests feel at home, may it be a village neighbor or visitor from another country like myself. She cooks the food herself, and host the place like her family lounge. Delicious in very sense.

A beautiful and quaint setting, championing daily bought market fresh produce simply prepared, and a great wine list littered with local gems. Warm, welcoming and delicious. Bravo Alix.

We fell upon this sweet place last evening with two other couples. They let us in, gave us warmth from the Burgundy Spring cold. They offered a lovely, varied menu of several choices of food and wine. We all had the cream of white asparagus soup, the fresh roasted chicken with carrots, fresh bread, and then a chocolate mousse for dessert. All prepared in the same charming room where the several tables sit. It was all right off the field and the farm. You could taste the freshness of everything! I cannot recommend this darling restaurant run by two nice women more. We will all always remember this experience as one of our most special in our visit to Muersault and Burgundy.

We stopped in for lunch when cycling in the area. We had a fabulous lunch! A gals of wine, some hummus and bread to nibble on, and then a shared starter - a courgette "terrine", which was absolutely amazing. Followed by Caesar salad with farmhouse chicken. Also really really good. What a great place. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful restaurant! Great food we ordered a 3 course menu, great portions and amazing taste each bite! The people there were very friendly. I love the concept where they try to make you feel home and a beautiful open kitchen. Clean toilets and restaurant! If I could I’d give a 10 out of 5 stars!
