Simply exceptional. Outstanding service, incredibly delicious food and the prices are so very decent. Almost everything is sourced locally and super fresh... we had the steak, the horse tartare, tasty pasta and some other stuff. Overall, every single bite tasted amazing, the ingredients and spices were so well balanced and tasted so fresh I really really enjoyed it. To top it off, mountain and lake view and top notch service. We'll be returning!

Auf Wünsche wurde nicht wirklich eingegangen oder sie wurden auch vielleicht gar nicht verstanden bzw. man wollte sie nicht verstehen. Anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären, warum ein einfacher Wunsch nach einem Sitzplatz Umzug wegen der enormen Lautstärke (es kam gerade der Hauptgang), nicht einfach entsprochen werden konnte....es war ja Platz im anderen Raum in der Stube vorhanden - aber nachdem ich mich 3x dazu erklären musste, habe ich es entnervt aufgegeben. Auf unseren freundlichen Hinweis am Ende, dass die beiden Hauptgerichte (Gams und Reh) nur lauwarm, eher kalt waren, wurde das damit erklärt, dass sie ja schließlich eine größere Gesellschaft an dem Tag haben/hatten?!?! Und deswegen bekomme ich dann quasi halbwarmes Essen - Aha. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn....Service Personal sehr anmaßend, Essen kommt verdächtig schnell und nur lauwarm aus der Küche, für all das sind die sehr hohen Preise nicht gerechtfertigt -> es gibt angenehmere Lokale in Kaltern. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

The hotel provided everything we needed, including on site parking, food & beverages & amenities we didn't have time to use such as a pool & fitness centre. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable & the staff professional & attentive. In the morning, we explored the Old Town of Bolzano before continuing our journey.

First time here. Very busy from the time we arrived till when we left but were seated fairly quick. Lovely outdoor seating. Nice selection of pizzas, pastas, protein and fish as well as appetizers. Food was excellent!!! The steak (with fresh tomatoes and arugula) was cooked perfectly and so tasty & the fresh shaved Parmesan on top was perfection. The Bolognese was also very yummy as well as the pizza. This was the perfect amount of food for 2 to share and we took home leftover pizza. Ordered 2 spritz which were ok. They sell gelato at the front of the restaurant for 2 euro. The only complaint is that people at nearby tables were smoking. Oh well...seems like everyone here in Italy smokes. Overall would definitely eat here again!

They had lots of local wines on offer, I had the house wine which was very cheap and pleasant to drink. Good value location for a meal and a good view.

I recently visited this restaurant with a group of colleagues, all doctors from diverse backgrounds. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the woman running the establishment treated us in an unkind, dismissive, and discriminatory manner, likely because we were not locals. There was no greeting or hospitality, which left a sour impression right from the start. We had chosen this place after a long hike, to grab a coffee expecting a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Instead, we were met with a filthy environment. The restaurant with smoke from the kitchen permeating the entire space, making it uncomfortable to stay. Dirty dishes were left lying around, and the overall hygiene was concerning. Based on what we saw, I wouldn’t be surprised if health inspectors (NAS) would uncover serious issues with the quality of the products they sell. I cannot recommend this place to anyone—it was an unpleasant experience in every way.
