Nestled in a charming setting, Ristorante Pizzeria Le Giare offers an inviting atmosphere that beautifully blends artistic light-wood architectural features with a warm ambiance. This delightful eatery is perfect for those seeking both traditional Italian cuisine and modern interpretations. The menu boasts an impressive selection of pizzas, including the standout vegetarian option with whole grain thin crust and fresh ingredients, as well as delectable pasta dishes like spaghetti alla carbonara. Guests rave about the incredible wine list featuring top-notch Italian selections at great prices.
Oh my god.. the food is amazing, pizza is the best and everything else as well! We was there 2 times and it’s place that you need to visit if you’re in the area!

Very nice location and the waiters speak many different languages. The food was good, I got a gluten free pizza, the dough was nothing special but they put a lot of delicious toppings on the pizza, you wont go hungry. First i got the wrong pizza, which they quickly noticed and after that my pizza came 5 Minutes later then the other pizzas, but not that big of a deal. All in all a good experience, but a little bit pricy.
Fabio R — Google review
Loved the ideaze appetiser, the risotto with mushrooms and the ravioli with venison. The crème brûlée is okay. Good service and good wine selection. Came back for dinner and it was even better than our first time a year ago - loved the salmerino, the cervo carpaccio and the anchovies pizza. The staff was really friendly and lovely.
Nandini M — Google review
Food was really great! Would give 5 stars. Service is nice. However the reason why I give 2 stars: The receipt gives tip suggestions. I have never ever seen a tip suggestion on a receipt in Italy. At other places, we were even refused to tip with the reason: It’s Italy, you don’t tip here.
Jonas S — Google review
Food here was excellent. We ate twice here during our holiday. Service was great and the staff were attentive. Its pretty popular and fills up quickly so sometimes a reservation is needed.
Martha — Google review
Pizza is very good. The dough is exceptionally tasty and unique. The mushrooms were from the can, but that is the only thing I can 'complain' about. There are a lot of unique Pizzas to chose from - also with local ingredients. Would definitely recommend, although the restaurant is on the pricey side of things compared to other restaurants in that town. Very friendly service and a relaxing ambiance.
Koozie — Google review
Very good! Highly recommend. The pork and spaghetti were delicious. Service was fantastic.

What a nice surprise! We ate here twice and enjoyed not only the amazing pizza- vegetarian with whole grain thin crust, fresh ingredients, but also extremely delicious trout or traditional polenta with venison. Make sure you leave some room for the desserts, you won’t regret! visited february 2023

El Filò is an exquisite establishment in Trentino that seamlessly blends Italian and Alpine flavors, offering a unique culinary experience. Set in an elegant yet rustic space, this restaurant stands out as one of the few deserving of a Michelin Star in the region. The food served here surpasses all expectations with its extraordinary quality, showcasing the utmost excellence in both presentation and taste. With attentive and professional service, El Filò ensures that guests are provided with an exceptional dining experience.
The food was outstanding! A thoughtful combination of different tastes and nicely decorated dishes. The service was very kind and attentive. We had a very pleasant experience and would certainly come back ( if we’re in the neighborhood). Though the restaurant wasn’t the cheapest in the region, it was certainly worth the price! I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.

Wonderful food and exceptional service. We had a 6-course inspirazioni menu and really enjoyed it! There are 2 tasting menus and this one is entirely gluten free. There is also an a la carte menu with gluten free and lactose free items indicated. The Seabass and yogurt dishes were my favourite. Our server was a cheerful lady who wore glasses (didn’t get her name) - I wish all servers were as enthusiastic and kind as her.
Jane N — Google review
Really delicious meal - loved the mushroom ravioli, the strudel with meat and the cheeses. Friendly and attentive staff, and good drinks. Came back for dinner a year later and it was just as good. The bread with butter and olive oil that they give at the start of the meal is so yummy. Loved the red shrimp, the fish terrine and the uova with polenta (the risotto is very good but a bit too rich). Fantastic service as always and good wines.

Going to the La Sportiva Shop next door but found this nice restaurant instead. The owner is very friendly and the food is Amazing.

We had 2 dishes of pasta and 2 secondi. Every dish was prepared with heart. They were not only beautifully presented but also perfectly cooked. We also saw the kitchen while paying for the dinner, to our surprise, the kitchen was so organized and built with aesthetic. Also saw the chef and had to give him a thumb up to show our appreciation.

Stunning dining! So delicious, beautifully served. Call to book a place, you will not regret. If you expect pizza and spaghetti for 10€ don't even bother.

This is one of few places in Trentino that deserves Michelin Star. Extraordinary food that passes highest level of excellence in form and taste. Great, professional service. Only organic and local ingredients. And funniest thing is we have went there by coincidence as restaurant we weren’t going to was closed. Will come back and warmly recommend!

I used to frequent Vecchio Mulino in my younger days and recently revisited after nearly two decades. I must confess that the establishment has maintained its charm and consistently serves delectable cuisine. If anything, it seems to have even improved over time. The restaurant itself exudes a delightful ambiance, the food is exceptional, and the staff epitomizes professionalism and friendliness. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate my next visit.
Tonight we had the pleasure of dining at Vecchio Mulino an authentic gem nestled in the mountains. This restaurant offers a true taste of the Val di Fassa region with its 0 km local food and game sourced directly from the nearby forest. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were unparalleled, making every dish a delightful experience. The cozy, rustic ambiance perfectly complemented the hearty, flavorful cuisine and warm atmosphere created by the family who owns this place through the years. It’s a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience that truly captures the essence of the mountains. Highly recommended for all you have in mind to try: polenta, game, mushrooms, meat, home made sweets and strudel and much more.

The restaurant was really beautiful but a little bit noisy. The food very delicios and booked right 4.5*

We went with 6 poeple, tastend several dishes and regret we discovered Vecchio Mulino only on our last evening. Cosy place, top dishes, with regionale touch and unique flavours👍. If we could we would certainly come again. From tasty pasta, unique meat dishes,…honest pricing. No doubt a 5 /5.

Yo what a hidden gem even though they got tons of reviews on Google. I happen to spot this out of the corner of my eye. Outside it looks really cool like a tavern cabin kind of look. It’s an old mill house. They do their own tortellini in house and make their own well I think it’s theirs grapa different flavors. It looked like a local spot the food was really good. Dessert were awesome. We walked in and it was busy but they were able to see us immediately after someone left.
Freddy C — Google review
Huge portions of tasty meat, consider sharing as the portions are large. Good representation of the local specialties. Very speedy service so keep that in mind if you want to linger. Very popular and crowded for good reason! Recommended!!!

One of the best food experiences I've had in the north of Italy. The food is super fresh and always tastes amazing. The stag is welcoming and kind, always ready to help. The waitress who served us was passionate about the local food and we learned a lot from her. We stayed for 4 days and every dinner came there for a good meal. Thank you!
Egor I — Google review
Very good! It seems like you can’t go wrong with anything you order. I’d go with anything with polenta because it’s real good. The tagliatelle with mushrooms was also 🔥🔥🔥 We went with 4 people and 3 apps & 2 entrees were more than enough. The staff are fast!

Nestled in the stunning Dolomites, Malga Aloch is a hidden gem that offers an unforgettable experience for both skiers and food lovers alike. The black run here is perfect for those looking to pick up speed, having previously hosted ski training and European cup competitions. For night owls, the slopes come alive with night skiing three times a week. If you're seeking adventure off-piste, Sas Pordoi awaits with thrilling terrain.
A small, tiny and surrounding place where food is well prepared with fresh and extraordinary meat and vegetables. Dishes are rich of creativity and your mouth will appreciate every tasty chop you eat. Prices are in average for the region. A little difficult to reach by car, better to park before the white road trail if you don't have a small car or a 4x4. The 10' walk will let you appreciate air and landscape while growing your hunger.

Very good food from the owners' own farm in a wonderful location at the edge of the woods with a great mountain view. Only about 20 minutes walk from the village so much nicer not to drive up the single track dirt road!

The staff was extremely nice and we had a lot of fun. Food was excellent. I had porch ribs where the meat fell down from the bones how tender it was. One big extra plus was also the shuttle service from the restaurant that came to pick us up. Free of charge! Price is also honest. Food was also locally sourced. You could taste the high quality. Thank you very much too all the staff!

We walk for 20 minutes with a small kid to be announced that the kitchen is closed!!!! At 15.00 …while the schedule is 10.00 to 22.00. Put it on capital letters so people are in the know and they don’t walk like idiots for nothing.

Got 1.1 kg "florentine" steak. Which is apparently a fancy Italian word for a poorly handled overprice piece of rubber. If meat is what you want to eat, do yourself a favor, go to Maso Aloch, way better meat.
Kostya S — Google review
Local cuisine, really tasty. If you are not a fan of polenta, read carefully the menu, what side dishes are included or ask the waiter. I do not know how other staff but the waitress who attended us spoke good English. Couldn't pay with card, be sure to bring cash. Hard to find when driving a car. Nav, Google maps are of little help. If you land by pool Therme you better ask the locals. After all - good choice for lunch or dinner.

Takeout Restaurant
Da Michele Pozza, a renowned fast food restaurant, offers an exceptional dining experience for those willing to wait in line. This establishment boasts quality cuisine with generous portions at affordable prices. Their prompt service is commendable once orders are placed. Notably, Da Michele has enjoyed remarkable growth over the years and it's evident that their success is well-deserved. While this eatery may not be easily accessible for tourists, its friendly staff and delicious fare make up for any inconvenience.
A great place to stack up on some calories for your skiing and snowboarding activities. It's a selve served restaurant - you find a place to sit, the order at thr cashier, and they call you for pick up when the food is ready. Kind service, fast and efficient. Food was tasty. They specialize in local Ladino/Austria cuisine so lots of sausages, pork, potatoes, Schnitzel, etc. Probably one of the cheapest restaurants in the area with generous portions. Value for money 9/10. Will happily be.back!
Shay B — Google review
We arrived 10 mins before opening, read the menu and ordered, food came within minutes. Hot fresh and tasty. Half chicken, Texas beans, cheeseburger and chips. Great value, better than most of the other food we’ve had in Italy and half the price. Within 20 minutes of opening the place was full and had a line out the door. Get in early and enjoy. Thank you!!!
Darcy K — Google review
Super convenient and affordable. We ate here numerous times after hiking. Food is well priced and arrived quickly. Service was also great. This place is super popular and it fills up quickly!
Martha — Google review
Came here after training with my team, was very busy when we arrived at lunch time but soon found a table. Menu was fairly large and very decently priced. I went for the mushroom tagliatelle which was 10/10, fresh pasta, creamy sauce and lots of mushrooms. Portions were also very large so got my leftovers to takeaway. My teammates also got pasta dishes which they were all happy with and for less than €10 a person, very very good. Will be back for sure !
Charlotte H — Google review
Nice little place with great food and fast service. You have to order at the bar, you get a "pager" that beeps when your order is ready. The place was always full during the evening, but the wait was not that long: 10-20 min. The food is great, big portions, but it is not the place that invites for long talks over a glass of beer - you go in, eat, go out.
Ada S — Google review
During our stay in dolomits, we came to this restaurant 2 times, always lots of customers , and the food is always nice with quality. If I have enough time, probably will try all their menus 😀

i came here with my bf and now we came here with our son who is 14yo. the feeling is wonderdul, thank you making good food with your wonderful staffs. we hope you all the best!
Alien V — Google review
This a noisy place, you need to go to the counter to order your food and then get back to take what you have ordered. There are not that many tables, and you may have to wait outside until there are places to seat. But get me right, that's a really good place! The food is teasty, the wait time for your order is a few minutes, and the prices are very reasonable. I'd say it's a jem of this village.

Pizzeria Salin is a great place to enjoy delicious pizza in Dolomites. The outdoor seating might disappoint some, with its cheap plastic tables and chairs, contrasting with the nice ones inside. The knife provided may be dull, making it a bit of a struggle to cut through the pizza. Additionally, the wait time for the food could be improved. However, these minor drawbacks are overshadowed by the fantastic thin crust pizzas offered at Pizzeria Salin.
We ate here three times in our week in Pozza di Fassa - pizza is the order of the day and pizza is good! The venue is sometimes super busy (we were here mid February) and you may have to wait for a table but arrive early and get on the list for a table (30 min wait possible), pop next door to the lovely Ladin bar for a tipple before heading back to grab your table - the Pizza menu is huge and great value - Margarita €8.50 up to their most expensive Dolomites Pizza (tomato mozzarella chanterelle mushrooms and Cher de fascia cheese) at €15 - the pizzas are BIG and the service and ambience are excellent - if you’re in Pozza - eat at Salin.
Dan M — Google review
The pizza here might be the best pizza we’ve had since arriving in Italy. Amazing service, friendly staff, menu has English on it. Us coming from Canada/China, three pizza and a salad should be enough for six people. Highly recommended!! There is a parking lot out front with a great outdoor seating area.
William L — Google review
I came here with my family on suggestion from a friend and I'm very glad I did. The place is very nice with a lot of stuff inside. There are hundreds of things like masks, pictures, cards, objects, even rock with fossils, basically everywhere. But the most important "attraction" (if we can call it in this way) is the pizza. These are huge but also very thin and light. Perfect to digest. I was worried that my kids couldn't finish them... maybe was the mountain air, but even my 3 years old one ate all his portion. The combination of flavours are fantastic and there is a lot of choices. We really enjoyed the lunch and our pizza and we are all looking forward to coming back again.
Marco R — Google review
If you are used to italian cuisine and expect a tasty pizza, this is not the place. Comparing to other restaurants nearby, this is a good place, but only because there are few restaurants avaialble and those serve similar tasteless food. The pizza looks good and is big enough to feel full, but the taste overall was very general (I couldn’t see big differences between different types of pizza). The ingredients were mostly canned (for example the capriciosa had canned mushrooms and artichocke, thus no specific taste). I also order a mediteranean salad, but it was too expensive for the quality. It cost 13€ and it had tomatoes, green salad, 1 small egg and some tasteless mozzarella (which looked more like cheap packaged cheese than real mozzarella).
Andreea G — Google review
Pizza was thin and crusty and had great flavour. Queues were really long and we had to wait 40 mins to enter, go early! We were offered free drinks when we were leaving
Ann — Google review

I have visited Italy multiple times in my quest for delicious Italian pizza, often leaving disappointed with what I found. However, at Ramon, I finally tasted the best Italian pizza in my opinion. The quality of the service was also exceptional - very friendly and helpful. This lovely restaurant not only has great staff but also offers outstanding food at an affordable price. The comfortable and visually pleasing interior adds to the overall dining experience. The pizza is so delicious that it will be hard to find a match elsewhere.
We had 2 amazing meals here and the Marmolada pizza is to die for. As Canadians we arrived with a recommendation from a friend whom played hockey for Val Di Fassa a few years ago. A really nice young lady who serves helped us to navigate everything and made our first visit very special! She even helped us to book a table for the last evening. Unfortunately she was not serving that table and another guy took over - also very nice but we wanted to especially thank the lady and let her know how much we appreciated her! We will be back one day…thanks to all. Ken

An Absolute Must-Visit Restaurant in Pera! Even though it's called a pizzeria and they serve incredible pizzas with surprisingly great topping combinations, I highly recommend trying their steaks. The tagliata with Grana, tagliata with mushrooms, and my personal favorite - picanha with chanterelles were all delicious and perfectly cooked. Be sure to order them medium-rare or even rare for the best experience. I also recommend trying the carpaccio with rucola and the carpaccio with burrata, both were absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the service was exceptional. Thank you for several wonderful dinners. We’ll definitely visit again next time!

Fantastic location in St. Nicolò Valley. In order to reach the restaurant. Which is partly underground, thus hidden. You will have to enter the parking of the skiing plant. Proceed on the white road. Up to when u see some tables and 2 huge holes in the terrain. Which are the entrances. On the inside the place is very modern and fits the location at the same time. The food is a full 5 🌟 ...See pictures (Not much for vegetarians or vegans)

Ta Mongo is a delightful eatery with amiable personnel and delectable cuisine. The Hamburgers, which earned high praise from children, were regarded as one of the finest they had encountered in recent days. Additionally, the Creme brulee was skillfully flambéed at patrons' tables, resulting in a truly satisfying crunch. Moreover, their Homemade Tiramisu garnered great acclaim. The establishment boasts an attractive seating area and offers an array of appealing beverages.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who ensure quick service to keep your dining experience enjoyable. A lot of different types of pizza, few kinds of soups, salads and desperat. The pizza is really good. The staff is very kind and friendly and the service is pretty quick in general. Jest też menu w polskim języku :).

A one trick pony just Pizzas but Best Pizzas in town by a long way, super value, super friendly. We visited on 1st day of opening 27 June 25, and google reported closed - so have a look at the site link with my screen grab for advertised times. Fed 5 with Pizzas for around 70€ with soft drinks and one beer!

The attitude of the people working at this restaurant is terrible. It does not make you feel welcome. When you enter you almost feel they are doing you a favor to prepare food for you. Pizza quality is also average.

Very bad experience. The pizzas were mediocre for the italian standard...(in Italy at least you can eat a great pizza).. "The icing on the cake" was when we asked for the bill, and the waiter offered the schnapps on the house and then they charged them...If we asked for the bill it means we are done..so..at least propose them, say the cost etc.. I can just say it was a scam... Don't really understand so much 5star for a great pizza..have you ever eat a really great pizza so that you can gave 5* for this one...

DO VEA Ristorante is a must-visit seafood establishment in the area. Patrons rave about their delectable grilled octopus and perfectly prepared seafood pasta. The attentive waitstaff and quick service contribute to the overall positive dining experience, as does their flavorful house wine. Even the sausages are commendable. The only minor flaw lies in the lava cake's filling, which could be improved but is still acceptable.
Delicious spot for Italian seafood fare - we loved the octopus appetiser, the lobster pasta, the shrimp main and the crema catalana dessert. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. It is a bit pricey though mostly worth it. Would recommend!

Excellent food, with a hint of Sardinian taste. Fish and seafood are incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The wine list is well filled and offers good wines from the area, but also from across Italy. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent, with a big smile and attention to details. (Translated by Google) Pleasant surprise. Intimate and quiet environment located just outside Pozza di Fassa and with convenient parking. Abundant appetizers commensurate with the price, the rump tartare is worth it. The sliced beef is very good and the venison roast beef is a pleasant surprise. More and more often you see the flavor of game covered by sauces and jams but fortunately this is not the case. The final surprise is that the bill is lower than the local average if we consider the quality offered. (Original) Piacevole sorpresa. Contender for best pizza I ever had. We had friendly service and the product is high quality. Having said that, when I went in to pay there was a young girl working behind the bar shouting at a Russian tourist ‘WE ONLY HAVE PIZZA’ and when the customer tried to speak, she just said it again, cutting the older lady off like it was so obvious that most of the stuff on their printed menu was not available. The other staff in general did seem a bit like FML which should of course be figured out because the pizzas are great.

The location has a very good position, but it’s a pity the owners don’t fully take advantage of its potential due to the low-quality staff. We were greeted by an indifferent, clueless, and arrogant waitress. When we asked what kind of wine they had, she said they offered it in 0.5-liter carafes or by the bottle. We asked for the price, which, of course, she didn’t know, and she rudely said, “You have the menu in front of you, look at the price.” Of course, the menu didn’t list the price for wine by the bottle, only by the glass. Afterward, she sent over another waitress, who was nicer and more polite. The wine glass was chipped, and the water glasses were dirty (we didn’t even drink from them). Otherwise, the pizza was okay, but it didn’t sit well after our appetite was ruined by the attitude of the first waitress. No wonder the pizzeria was empty while the others were full.

Charming traditional hotel 200m from the top of the main cable car serving the resort. Staff so helpful and friendly, delivering great service. Food was excellent all week. My room was comfortable if not luxurious and soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Has all the facilities you'd expect (& some you might not) including boot room, sauna and steam room and bar area. Some of my friends even got a tour of the hotel's wine cellar! Not a reflection on the hotel itself but the resort - Vigo do Fassa - is small and we found the bus service linking us to other skiing areas in the Fassa valley rather unreliable. It isn't possible to access the resort from the hotel after the cable car stops running (4 pm) meaning there are no evening alternatives to dining in the hotel. If variety is what you crave then you'd probably not want to stay here for more than a couple of nights. Still, the views of the Dolomites from the hotel are breath-taking and it does afford ski in and out convenience

They also didn't have a stamp, which is something other lodges provide, and it's a nice way to take home a souvenir. The position and the area of camping is spectacular. As for the restaurant we had pizzas and I believe were the best in hall Pozza. The service was very good, polite, not the fastest but no slow either. We haven’t tried the restaurant’s food but their pizzas where fantastic.

Last night I ordered the Insalata di quinoa tricolore from the garden menu as a takeaway meal after a long day of hiking. The price was 15 euros, the same price as other mains and as the pizza ordered by my partner. The salad is meant to come with ‘crispy vegetables and mixed sprouts’. I’ve attached what arrived. For FIFTEEN EUROS, a main meal! When I took the meal back to the restaurant as it was missing some ingredients and was tiny (literally around 4 mouthfuls) I was treated so rudely and told it was an appetiser (it’s not an appetiser on the menu) and that they ‘did me a favour’ by doubling the portion. It was still missing crispy vegetables and the sprouts but I couldn’t say anything more as the woman walked off without so much as a second glance. Left me with a terrible impression on my last night, feeling ripped off and disrespected
Sinead H — Google review
Food was good but service very slow and the lady owner Cristina unnecessary rude
Luca M — Google review
Great, and tasty, but they a so much in a hurry that they took the food out of my hands, before I am able to finish it. I hate this. I don't recommend because of this. I couldn't ate my pizza, I couldn't ate my dessert... So it looks like relaxed, but actually they want us to get out as soon as possible, seems like
Milena G — Google review
A cozy restaurant inside a "vacation complex" with pool, spa, camping and rent options. The dining room is nicely furnished with topical mountain's style and the food was very good. I gave them just 3 star as the personnel was not at the expected level for this kind of place, in some sort they were actually rude and contemptuous

Pizza is okay but definitely below what you would expect in Italy. The salad was inedible. I cannot recommend that restaurant.

The mountain retreat, Rifugio Passo Selle, sits atop a pass and is constructed on the remnants of Austrian fortifications. The staff provides genuine warmth and hospitality while the accommodations are snug and inviting. The cuisine offered is delicious, and witnessing the stunning sunset from the pass's summit is awe-inspiring. Additionally, the valley below teems with lively marmots.
Great place to have a delicious meal. It’s very nice to sit inside and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The food was very good and exactly what you need after a hike up on a windy day. Also delicious local beer. Definitely will come again!

We had a lunch in the rifugio and pasta was really delicious, as well as beer :) We took a shelter during a storm and we felt comfortable there, staff is also nice.

What an amazing rifugio! It’s a cozy little hut with only about 24 beds, which makes it feel really special. The people there are incredibly welcoming and put so much care into every detail, making our stay truly unforgettable. The place had such a charming atmosphere—with comfy bed sheets, a crackling chimney, a stove to keep us warm—and the food honestly felt like it came from a 5-star restaurant.
Julia — Google review
One of the sweetest little rifugi I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a few. The parking at the bottom is free, the hike up is through very pretty meadows once you get off the ski slope, and the location is dramatic. Terrific view, even from my bunk. Our four-bunk room was small and there was no space for a table or anything, but in July it was just for the two of us. The decor is pleasant, free of kitsch, everything smelling of pine. The food was hands-down the best I've had in a rifugio. Restaurant level, even in the presentation, traditional stuff lovingly prepared. Not surprising, given that the owners are very nice and clearly devoted to what they do. Just a great, peaceful vibe. Bravissimi! And the Bepi Zac the next day was perfect for people like us who have started doing sentieri attrezzati/simple ferrate only recently and need something challenging enough to be interesting (especially given the historical aspect) but not too technical or terrifying.
Johanna B — Google review
Amazing family run rifugio, the location is great but that’s every rifugio but what sets this one apart is the great food, it was just great, well presented on nice white plates. Rooms are basic but clean.
Patheesen — Google review
During a 14 day Hut-to-Hut trip, this hut was our most memorable. The eating area is a beautiful new/clean space with windows surrounding. We were stuck in a blizzard (in the summer!) and saw/heard it happen from all sides. The staff was very warm and lovely to be around. The sleeping area was cozy and simple. The food was elegantly plated and pretty good for the remote location. From this hut we did Via Feratta Bepi Zac which was likely our favorite Via Ferratta with the mix of WWI tunnels/alpine museum and the "Mountaineering" continuation of the route towards Cima Uomo. Def go there!!

Beautiful location, nice rooms, but we went to bed hungry... Small portions, not suitable to hikers.

Fantastic mountain refuge on the crest of a pass, built on the remains of Austrian fortifications. Staff are genuine and welcoming, accommodation is cosy and the food is tasty. Sunset from the top of the pass is spectacular, and the valley below is full of marmots.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed there for a week and had the best time of my life! Very nice staff, warm and always smiling waiters at breakfast and dinner. Delicious food! Will definitely return here again and again!

A good private hotel, where everything is held together by the owner's wife Elena. Good spa, good food in the half board. Stuff of the restaurant is ok, but in pizzeria sometimes rude. The ski lift is nearby, but the ski region is not interesting and it takes an hour to get to Sella Ronda by skis, and to go back - also an hour, or skibus one hour as well, because of traffic jams in the evening, and another 20 minutes on foot from the bus-station.

Malga Jumela is a family-run mountain hut offering excellent typical products in an enchanting location. Visitors recommend trying the cheese dumplings with pears, spatzle, and Kaiserschmarren dessert. The staff is friendly, although sometimes stressed. The ascent to the hut is a bit tough but worth it for the stunning views. Guests praise the delicious spaghetti carbonara, dandelion pesto, speck, and cheese platter.
Wonderful place to come relax and have a good healthy meal with a view on the mountain and forest, while cows roam free on the grass. Very nice place for kids. We got to this place after 40 minutes walk from the cable car station going through the forest. Meals were very good, people working there very nice and kind.

(Translated by Google) ⭐☆☆☆☆ Malga Jumela – Disappointing Experience and Serious Tax Irregularities The food was average: nothing particularly memorable, but acceptable. The service, however, was chaotic and unprofessional: dishes served at different times, an order forgotten, and long waits. The most serious problem, however, is another: they only accept cash payments at the register. Given the remote location, this is understandable, but what is unacceptable is that no receipt is issued, not even upon explicit request. The explanation given was that the machine was broken, but the same response was given to other tables, suggesting that this is common practice. I believe it is essential to report this situation so that anyone planning to stop by is fully aware of the management procedures. There are many other mountain huts in the area where you are welcomed with courtesy and respect for the rules. PRO: – Posizione panoramica CONTRO: – Servizio disorganizzato – Cibo mediocre – Solo contanti – Nessuna ricevuta fiscale rilasciata Voto complessivo: ZERO

Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Val di Fassa, 4ú - For You Bistrot offers a delightful culinary experience that truly stands out. This charming bistro is known for its local fare, featuring a delectable set menu that changes daily to keep things fresh and exciting. Guests rave about the traditional all-in-one dish and the octopus appetizer, while vegetarian options like pasta and soup also receive praise. The wine selection complements the meals perfectly, enhancing your dining experience amidst stunning mountain views.
This place exceeded our expectations big time! The dining experience was absolutely amazing. Set menu was tasty (and not expensive), quality of food was great and nice wine too. Highly recommended!

Good spot for local fare - the traditional all-in-one dish is really yummy, as is the octopus appetiser (the veggie pasta and the soup are okay). Nice choice of wines and friendly service/ staff make for a nice dining experience. The hotel is quite cute, perfect for an aperitivo with view of the mountains all around.

The restaurant was looking promising. The staff was very nice and lovely and the dishes was looking amazing but… the taste of the food for our opinion was very childish. We were very disappointed because it’s look amazing but it’s felt like they only thought of the look of the dish and forgot about the taste.. 😞

Great place! We ordered a bruschetta and panini- everything was delicious, all ingredients were fresh and very tasty. Especially bruschetta Lucifer (very spicy 🔥) but totally recommend it! I do not know why some people say that the service is rude, especially lady in short hair. She was super nice, very cheerful and happy to help with orders. If we come once again, this place is on our list definitely. Grazie mille!

Highly recommend - this is a gem of a cafe in the Dolomites! We were so delighted to see such a varied menu of fresh and healthy ingredients - all the piada, paninis and salads are made fresh with an amazing variety of toppings that can be customised as you like, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Prices are also really reasonable. We honestly had the best lunch of our month-long trip here! If the cafe’s street frontage seems unassuming, the cafe itself and terrace out the back are so peaceful and welcoming. Grazie Joe piada team! Hope to be back soon.

Elegant spot with delicious, innovative food and impeccable service - we loved the trout two ways and the zucchini appetisers, the black cod and the gnocchi mains, and the peach tarte tatin with goat’s milk ice cream. Amazing restaurant. The dishes are unique and full of flavor. Staff were attentive and kind. We went here twice during our short stay because the food was so incredible the first night. I can’t recommend Zucoria enough.
Zach L — Google review
Zucoria Ristorante is one of those rare finds that feels like a well-kept secret. Tucked away just behind the El Geiger Hotel—slightly off the main road of Pozza—this beautifully designed spot offers a quiet, elegant escape from the busier parts of town. It’s the kind of place you’re glad to discover. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the tone for something special. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—especially helpful with dietary needs and thoughtful suggestions. Their kindness adds so much to the experience. The food is truly astonishing. Made with simple, high-quality ingredients, each dish is crafted to elevate the natural flavors in a way that feels both effortless and refined. The presentation is stunning—each plate a little work of art without being overdone. And yes, desserts are a must. They’re not just an afterthought—they’re a grand finale to a truly memorable meal. As for the price, it reflects the quality of the experience. While not inexpensive, it feels entirely fair for the level of care, creativity, and atmosphere you receive. A meal here is less about cost and more about value—and this place delivers it beautifully. Ideal for a romantic evening or an intimate gathering with friends. They also offer Sunday brunch, which I haven’t had the chance to try yet, but if dinner is any indication, it’s likely just as exceptional. Zucoria isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Don’t miss it.
