Beautiful view and friendly birds lol. The filet steak sandwich was so good and the cocktails are quite strong, great value for the price. The female server (sorry idk her name) but she was so attentive and friendly. Really fast service👏👏👏

Where to start food is amazing the views are amazing and the service is amazing everything about this place is amazing. It's special ,it's a must visit if your close by. I'll post a few pictures of the view, the food you will have to come explore your self. If you get cold by the sea just ask for a blanket they will take care of you.

We had an absolutely spectacular experience here. The hospitality and service were outstanding – truly 10 out of 10. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The food was just as impressive: the paella we ordered was by far the best we have ever had. Everything was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and excellent value for money. Nothing was left to be desired, especially when it comes to the service. We will definitely be coming back – highly recommended!

This restaurant is one of the best I've been to including in the UK, the food was absolutely amazing, I had the fillet it was cooked to perfection, the baby squids were so good and for the price you got alot! My steak was medium rare but because of it being a fillet it was more rare but was still warm in thr middle and very soft I can't fault this restaurant at all, even get a free shot of caramel vodka which we actually bought a bottle of, I recommend going here if you want really good food! The view is lovely the staff are great really friendly too 😀

Customer service is brilliant, all staff are super friendly and not too pushy and the food is lovely. I have zero complaints. Will be coming here again during my holiday for sure. Plus they don’t hang about with the drink portions which is always a plus. Highly recommend

If you’re wanting great food and great service then this is the place to visit! From the moment we sat down to eat the staff were attentive and went above and beyond for our toddler too - offering colouring pencils and interacting with her. Food was so good, definitely the best thing we’d eaten all week! Could not fault a thing.

Fantastic family-run restaurant right on the beach, staff are welcoming and attentive. Very reasonably priced for what you get and food is outstanding and super fresh. Serves beer cocktails and wine also. Highly recommend saving room for desserts, especially the homemade ice cream. Had steak here and the seabass was amazing an entire fish served with salad and fries for 18 euros cooked to perfection and fresh from the sea. Well worth a trip down to the beachfront 😎 😉 👌 ⭐️⭐️

We’ve been passing this roadside restaurant for some 20 years and finally we had dinner. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Super welcome, very, very traditional ambiance and menu. The food is honest, delicious and well priced. Did I mention the welcome?! Well it extends to the service. Every member of staff is delightful and so helpful. A place not to be missed, a delightful experience and a wonderful meal. Thanks to the amazing team there.

Very disappointing. We were recommended this place by our taxi driver, and figured the mixed reviews meant we would still probably get a good meal. Sadly, it was not to be. We ordered two starters to share, and a mixed paella for our main course. We were warned that the paella would take 30-40 minutes, which is to be expected for a freshly cooked paella. So far, all good. After our first starter arrived, and had been consumed, the paella arrived. It had barely been 30 minutes since we ordered, so seemed a little rushed - and where was our other starter? We’d assumed it was being served tapas style, but it never showed. Unfortunately, the paella was undercooked - the rice still a little crunchy, still a lot of unabsorbed liquid in the pan, and worst of all, the mussels were still cold from the fridge. We flagged this to a passing waiter… who proceeded to pick out the mussels still in the pan and take them away. I was quite taken aback by this - and concerned about the risk of food poisoning from undercooked shellfish - so flagged our original waiter, who arranged to take the dish away. He, however, was not surprised that the mussels were cold - he’d added them himself! Clearly, something went wrong in the kitchen. I suspect the entire dish needed 10-15 minutes more on the heat after the mussels were added. Our replacement steaks were well cooked and tasty… but we were totally ignored by the staff for the rest of the evening, and charged full price for the steaks, starters and drinks - thankfully, the waiter did not put up a fuss when I pointed out that one of the starters never arrived. The staff could have been a little more friendly after the mistake - it was very noticeable that they chatted with every table except us. And I’d love to know what went wrong with the paella - or if this is some regional variation that is supposed to be served with chilled mussels. Overall, I’d recommend avoiding this place. I’d also highlight, as other reviews have mentioned, that the bread and aioli brought at the start of the meal is not complimentary - we too were charged for this.

Friendly staff, good food, and nice surroundings. I kept meaning to visit here evdry time i went to Gran Canaria and am glad i finally managed to visit.

We chose Guantanamo for its proximity in Tauro to our holiday villa and a personal recommendation. It proved an excellent choice for my sister's 80th birthday dinner. The staff are faultless and the restaurant has an authentic Spanish ambience. Our party of five were pleased with the starters and main courses and the prices of wine and other drinks were very reasonable. My only preference would have been to replace the baked potatoes in tin foil that were served with the meat dishes with boiled Canarian potatoes.

Very bad service we were treated badly from the minute we arrived as we were seated outside on the main road basically so we moved inside toward a 2 seat table and owner lifted us out of it telling us to ask if we want to move even though there was barely anybody there, plain to see they didn’t want us there neglected our table. Not for tourists. Not only that of bad service but when our bill came they added on a litre of sangria as I am a non drinker and my partner is currently pregnant we definitely didn’t order sangria. So after it all they tried to scam more money out of us horrendous treatment would not recommend to tourists seems to be only locals that get a proper service. Also the bread and aioli is not complementary at the start they force it onto your table and then bill you for it!

We visited Restaurante Grill Terraza Taurito on a Thursday afternoon in early May and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The location is spot on—right on the seafront with a fantastic view over the beach and sea. It wasn’t too busy, so we managed to grab a table with a great view. The vibe was relaxed, the staff seemed cheerful, and there was music playing along with three different football matches on the screens, which added a lively touch. To start, we had the garlic bread and the Iberian ham croquettes. The garlic bread was okay, a little overdone, and the croquettes didn’t quite hit the mark—I probably wouldn’t order them again. That said, the portion sizes were generous. For mains, we both went for steak—one ribeye and one T-bone—and they were absolutely massive. Worth noting these were the standard cuts, not the premium matured options, yet still the ribeye must’ve been at least 14oz and the T-bone easily 16oz+. They came out sizzling on hot skillets, which added to the experience. The meat was tasty and good quality, although there was quite a bit of fat, which is to be expected with these cuts. Still, great value for the size and flavour. The steaks came with chips and salad. The chips were just standard frozen ones—nothing special. It would really elevate the meal if they made their own chips, as that could set them apart. We also had a couple of cocktails: a Sex on the Beach and a Banana Colada. Both were decent but on the weaker side—more holiday vibes than a proper kick. A tip if you’re planning to visit: pop down during the day before you plan to eat, and they might give you a card for 10% off your meal. Just double-check it’s applied to your bill—we had to remind them and get the total adjusted at the end. They also gave us a complimentary shot of honey rum with the bill, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it’s a lovely spot with a great setting, decent food, and reasonable prices. The staff work hard to look after you, and dining with that sea view is always a win. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

This place has been amazing we have been down here 7 nights of our holiday. Karoke was amazing staff were so so friendly this bar/ restaurant really made our holiday.

Ask for Alex as your waiter and you won’t be disappointed!! He’s fantastic!! Came here every chance we got, was so welcoming, helpful and the food- oh my god!!! So delicious and the prices are completely unbelievable! (In a good way) the vibe was always upbeat, happy and full of fun. Coming back again next year and we’d happily eat here for every meal! Thank you for such a wonderful and outstanding experience - could not find a single fault with the staff, food, drink or atmosphere - 5 stars every day of the week!!!

First time in Las Palmas and we visited this cute restaurant as we really fancied a Seafood paella and it was gorgeous!!!! The presentation and the taste was undeniably wonderful. Great job everyone. The staff were all friendly and kind. The paella does take a long time to prepare, almost one hour but for us it was worth the wait and we settled with a couple of tasty starters and delicious smoothies whilst we waited. The toilets were clean. We would definitely come back for our next trip to Gran Canaria

Best food in the area, Mo one of the barman is an absolute legend, very friendly and welcoming. Miguel and Brian also very very welcoming, all of them are a great laugh and will make sure you have everything you need, Had 2 large meals with family, one of these meals a double birthday. Mo organised it for me and provided a cake with music I couldn't suggest a better place

A restaurant settled in a center. There are a row of different restaurants and shops and studios. In this restaurant you can smoke also shisha. We liked the atmosphere and the food. Unfortunately you can’t see the sunset directly from the restaurant. You have to go out and watch it. Go and enjoy 😉

The waiter was nice, and didn’t hassle us to come in, we looked at the menu, which was the same as the rest of the strip. Nice view from balcony. But only 2 other people sitting in restaurant. Food 1/5, when ordered the lady went to the local shop to buy the food. We had pizza, salad and calzone, all not the best. Cocktails- ok, nothing to write about. We had to send mushrooms back as they was fishy and awful. Bit of a language barrier with the staff.

The atmosphere is good. Live music and good view. Its a little busy and the times don't follow what it says on here. It says it opens at 5:30pm but when I went there a worker told me it opens at 9pm which was an inconvenience. I would recommend but you have to be weary of the times.

Absolutely unreal. The best pizza pasta you can get in Puerto Rico. The service is unbelievable. Blas is fantastic, very tentative and the kids love him. Do not overlook this on your walk from the harbour ❤️

I can't recommend it highly enough. Great service, fresh and tasty food. The shisha is absolutely amazing with a recommended flavour from the staff which was perfect. We went there three times during our holiday, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The vibe was great with live music and lovely atmosphere. Very reasonable price for the quality of food, shisha and service. Many thanks for the great stuff that made our holiday the best. Definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed coming here for a nice evening of food, drinks & shisha! There was a live Spanish artist performing on the night, so created an amazing atmosphere, which everybody misses in these current times! Not a lot of tourists ratio, more young Spanish people there, so if you want more touristy place, this isn’t for you, but we really enjoyed it & was exactly what we needed, a bit of culture, energy & an overall a nice evening!👌

Drinks and snacks are the best, but the music is too much House and donka-donka-donka. Please see and check real-time who your customers are and maybe play some classic hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s.... It will improve your popularity. I will come back soon and check if you are able to improve and understand your customers and guests.

I mean the cocktails were good, but empty after 3-5 sips, because 75% was ice. For me, it's a scam but maybe the food/snacks are better. 10€ per cocktail

5 Stars - Absolutely incredible! Vistamar is the perfect spot right on the beach. The food and drinks were amazing, but what truly made our visit was the service. A huge shout-out to Gioia; she was so friendly and attentive, making our experience unforgettable. We can't wait to go back! I personally recommend the Royal Mojito and Tapas. Great for kids and a much needed break for us parents ♥️💕

A perfect place to touch base with Taurito. A pleasant combination of good food, fresh beverages, good customer service with a warm seaside view. The Belgian hospitaly is noticable. Even a taxi driver was arranged without any problem. We will go back and highly recommend this!

Very good place for some cocktails or a little snack. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. I asked them where are the public showers because of the sand from the beach and they brought us tap water to wash our legs before we left. This place is a must visit 😊
