Honey is a great tapas place with delicious food and yummy cocktails. My wife and I went for our anniversary and it was spectacular! It is pricey but honestly the quality is worth it. If you want a place for your next extravagant date night, anniversary or any other special event look no further than honey. 🍯❤️

I almost glitch out when trying to write a review sharing what was so good because I'm infiltrated by all of the pleasure I experienced eating here. SO FREAKING GOOD. ALL OF IT. 1000/10, no notes, you must come try this. Loved it all but here's my favorite to least favorite even though they were all bangers: Truffle & Smokehouse Potato Chips Black Tea Glaze Spare Ribs Salmon Tartare Tacos Take 6 dessert Fried oysters Duck samosa Squash hummus All so so good though. The chips were criminally delicious. I rarely eat gluten or dairy but this was worth every single bite. GLORIOUS.

My boyfriend and I came here for a romantic birthday dinner and let me just say, this place does not disappoint. If you are used to gorging and love giant plates of food, this place might not be for you. If you love to taste every perfect bite and relish in the magical creation of chefs who know food, with dishes that are carefully constructed, this place is for you. At one point while eating the ceviche special, served on 4 Asian style soup spoons, delicate white fish in a coconut milk, accompanied by pineapple and some sort of picked red pepper or something quite magical… we made a joke about the server will come to the table and we would just be crying tears of joy and how wired that would be, but it wasn’t a joke at all because I actually cried! 😂 No really, it’s that delicious. Also, our server was wonderful. the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

We were able to get last minute reservations and everything was so phenomenal. Service was fast and the food was delicious. We got the black velvet oysters and highly recommend them. The wagyu beef tartare was also a favorite of the night. All around amazing and I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area again.

The positives : the waitress and the host were phenomenal and really tried their best to “sell” the place. The chef does understand flavors. The negatives : although some components were pricey such as caviar & saffron (couldn’t even taste those btw) they were minimal due to the insanely small servings. Every “plate” that was over $15 was simply not worth it. The best example was the $28 “lobster rolls”. They were ludicrously expensive for what they offered. 2 teeny tiny rolls about 2”-3” in diameter. Come on , I think you could make the rip off less obvious. Other than those , we ordered the beet salad , the octopus, the tuna crudo , the spring rolls and although some of these had decent flavors , nothing was something I’d never tasted before. We ate at a moderately priced local restaurant earlier in the day that impressed us way more with diversification and creativity (I’ll review them too). Clearly this self taught chef does know flavors but he also knows how to take advantage of the patrons. Not going back. Would not recommend to anyone.I’m shocked this gets a 4.8 and can only assume most of the prior patrons don’t have a ton of fine dining experience not to be condescending.

Had a good meal hear and enjoyed everything I tried. Its meant to be a small plates to SHARE restaurant. We didn't want to share our plates and ordered individually. It was still severed as a sharing option and we kept having to send back the extra utensils or wait and ask for the next course so other could eat. If you don't want to share, make that clear to bring out which dishes you want served at the same time. Overall had a great meal and would definitely go back. You will need a reservation at least a month ahead of time.

Some friends of my partner and I recently moved to Doyelstown Pennsylvania and we went out to visit. They made reservations at Honey and what a fantastic experience. Really cool menu with just a touch of Asian in it. Jason the waiter was totally on point with the dinner service. Cocktails were fabulous along with the great food. It is a small plate service so there are lots to choose and share or you can just scarf down your pick cus it's that good. I highly recommend the foie gras sliders!!! YUMMY

Domani Star is a charming, family-owned Italian restaurant located in Doylestown, PA. With an intimate 40-seat capacity and an open kitchen, the restaurant offers a cozy and unpretentious atmosphere. The menu features traditional Italian classics prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Families are welcome, as the restaurant provides a special kids menu and tables equipped with white paper and crayons. On Fridays, guests can enjoy live jazz music in the Sorella room for a perfect date night experience.
My gf and I ate at the “Jazz Room” next to Domani Star. The two restaurants are next to each other but, all the food is prepared at Domani’s. The servers need to constantly run back and forth. Dissipate it the service was fast and the food was excellent! My only issue was that the servers were wearing old sweatshirts and knit hats. Come on Domani Star, your staff is cold, buy them some warm, nice looking attire! Haha

Quite good. Looking forward to trying again. Small BYOB restaurant in the borough of Doylestown. Reservations by phone only; closed Tuesdays. Seating can be tight. Dining room can get noisy. Bread is fresh, but not chewy or flavorful; soft crust. Served with good quality flavorful olive oil. Service was attentive and professional. Appetizer: Eggplant stuffed with ricotta. Very yum. Tomato sauce was sweet and flavorful. Salad: Mixed green salad with ricotta, pineapple, strawberries, shaved roasted almonds. Thoughtfully brought out in two portions, since we were sharing. Very good. Main courses were both good: Black bass special, with cherry tomatoes and basil, served with mashed potatoes. This was not a brilliant combination of flavors, rather each ingredient was separately wholesome and tasty. Linguine with shrimp, scallops, and red peppers, with a white wine sauce: All the flavors combined very well and formed a wonderful sauce for the linguine. Scallops had a bit of sand. Shrimp was served with tail and last shell segment attached. This is just annoying for anything other than fried shrimp or shrimp cocktail. (Am I the only one who feels this way…?) Deserts were the best I’ve had at any local Italian restaurant recently – Tuscan bread pudding, and a rich chocolate cake with fruit and homemade whipped cream.

This place has been in doylestown for what feels like forever. They must be doing something right, but it was lost on me during my visit. For starters, never greet your guests with, “we will need your table in an hour and 15 mins.” This is something you address over the phone when your guest makes the reservation. They can then decide whether this is enough time and whether they want to dine in your establishment. This is extremely unprofessional and a huge turn off to hear before you even sit down. Might as well give everyone a number like they’re in the deli line. The man who took the reservation and who subsequently told us they would need the table once we arrived, was overall very rude. The service in general was cold, curt and unaccommodating. They do the bare minimum and don’t make you feel at home or welcomed. A place that makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor by seating you. Seems like you need to be a regular and consume this bland food on a weekly basis in order to get friendly service. The food struck a similar tone; bland, boring, and nothing at all that I would go out of my way to recommend or that I’ll crave in the future. I will say that the fish was fresh, hence the two stars, but it lacked all flavor. I also had a salad that was good, but nothing special. The tiramisu tasted like it was soaked in water rather than espresso. No flavor. Atmosphere is noisy and cramped. Dated decor. Crayons on the table for drawing on the paper table covers, which is fun for a diner but just an odd vibe for what seems like fine dining. We won’t be back.

One of our favorite places in Doylestown to have a wonderful meal. Most recently we brought our friends from Arizona here to get some yummy Italian food, and they were I'm awe. We started with our favorite meatballs and introduced them to polenta (huge hits by the way). Our food was delicious and had the sweetest staff taking care of us the whole time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and cannot wait to come back soon!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner here. Amazing food, wonderful servers, it was a great night. I have to commend the staff, after we gave them the head count we had 4 more show up unexpectedly. The staff immediately set up seats and rolled with the unexpected extra guests.

If you're a local you know about the Star. If you're not from around Doylestown and are looking for a quality meal at a reasonable price the Domani Star is the place! The restaurant is small, only a handful of tables in the main section. There is the other side of the building that has more seating and is good for larger parties. There is plenty of street parking but be aware on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening parking is at a premium. Worst case you'll have to walk a few blocks. Be prepared, because the space is smaller when the place is busy it will be loud. The Star is a BYOB which I love. The menu isn't extensive but there are enough items to cover even the most discerning people. The staff are always friendly and weather dependent you can sit outside. On a warm evening town is bustling with people to watch. The food is Italian with a flair and has kept us coming back for 20 years plus! If you're around on a Sunday their brunch is amazing.

For me, this was an ideal location that still has quite a bit to live up to. If my meal was any indication of their future ambitions, I found it disappointing. My Chilean sea bass special was undercooked and served on a cold salad — not to my taste. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but personally, I wouldn’t recommend it for a first visit to Doylestown.
Eric B — Google review
The family atmosphere, the homemade pasta, the delicious simplicity, great service - you don’t want to skip this BYOB. The menu features traditional, fresh classic dishes, nothing over the top, just really great food. The espresso was killer too.

The Hattery Stove & Still is a charming restaurant located in Doylestown, offering a blend of vintage charm and modern culinary delights. Situated in a historic 19th-century building, the restaurant boasts an antique-industrial decor that sets the stage for a unique dining experience. The menu features creative American tavern fare with a contemporary twist, showcasing carefully crafted dishes and handcrafted cocktails.
Practically perfect. Food was excellent. Surf and turf was excellent. Good beer selection. Service was attentive. Ambience is classy but not still casual and not uptight at all. I love this place. The only downside is the menu doesn't have much of a selection, but at least it seems like everything on it is really good.

A great find. Nice staff, great food, relaxed quaint, turn of the century vibe. Lots of wood, brass, and a plethora of chandeliers! It is connected to the Doylestown Inn. Nice beer selection, with sparkling wine on tap. The wine list is small but well curated. Will need to visit again.

This is a quaint, charming restaurant in the heart of Doylestown. The menu isn't huge but definitely has something for everyone. My friends made good health choices (of which there are many options). I went for banana fosters French Toast. Everyone was very pleased with their food.

We had both Dinner and Breakfast here while staying at the Doylestown Inn. Both were excellent !! The staff were polite and helpful. We both had great meals each time, and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great place to start or finish your day in Doylestown. The Hattery Stove & Still is in the Doylestown Inn whate we stayed for the weekend. Super friendly staff and great drinks and food. Breakfast was one of are favorite's. Stop by for a drink or tidbit while walking and shopping in town. Will definitely be back for more great food and atmosphere!!!

This evening I went to dinner at this restaurant with three other friends, we ordered two sodas upon other food and they gave us root beer when we asked for Dr Pepper. My friend ordered mac & cheese, and it was horrible and for the cherry on top at the end of our dining experience the waitress came back with my money from the check and even after leaving a good and generous tip from all of us she slammed my check right in front of me and said abruptly “next time go to McDonald’s” I found this extremely rude and will not be going back.
Hadley — Google review
The ambiance is delightful and the food is pretty good. Quaint little spot on the main thoroughfare inside the old hotel. The staff was friendly but seemed to be a little inattentive during our visit. The biscuits and gravy starter was spectacular. The serving size was perfect, and the gravy was particularly well seasoned. We had Huevos Rancheros which were well proportioned, but the black bean mole was a bit overpowering at times. We also ordered the pork belly Cubano which was overall not bad, but could definitely have improved with a little more acidity from some added mustard. Worth a trip in for sure.

New American restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Doylestown, Genevieve's Kitchen is a delightful culinary gem that beautifully marries New American cuisine with Italian flair. This charming BYOB restaurant, led by Chef Joey McAlinden—who shares a rich history with the former owner Genevieve—offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for celebrating special occasions or simply enjoying a cozy meal. The menu features mouthwatering dishes crafted from local and organic ingredients, ensuring freshness in every bite.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and Italian themed food here. Had never been before, but was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Menu was well coordinated and pricing was moderate for the level of charm. Was blown away by the buffalo shrimp appetizer. Brunch menu looked interesting, but have not had the chance to experience yet.

If you’re looking for a cozy, local gem, this small local restaurant is a must-visit! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The food? Absolutely amazing—cooked to perfection with that homemade touch you just can’t beat. Every bite was flavorful and fresh, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place needs to be on your list. Highly recommend!
Kaitlyn G — Google review
Joey the chef and owner was very accommodating to all requests, my family suggested the place and we mobbed the back room, very private and very cute. The food portions were bigger than expected. For the price I thought the crab cake dinner would be one cake, but out comes two massive cakes, more than enough to take home for a second round snack. Down to earth professionals that have heart! Love to see it - and when we come back we will be there again. Highly suggested for anyone locally for a date night or anyone visiting like we were; a for sure spot to visit. Now note: it's BYOB, but they allow you to bring your own alcohol, meaning our in laws brought a case of beer and 6 bottles of wine for our party of 9, (great in-laws) I didn't know this was possible being from south Florida where there is a crap ton of rules, no corkage fees and you can bring beers in, which is a big no no. I was reveling in the fact it's like visiting a good friend's home, that was also a chef, was preparing you dinner for you with love, and was very cool. Wish I could have stayed longer.

What an amazing experience! Restaurant is located in what seemed like a historical building. We came in and were seated right away, decided to sit outside in the back. Very cozy atmosphere! As far as food goes - you have to try their lobster corn chowder - the bowl is very large and it’s the best chowder I have tried! Over all we loved everything we ate!

Wonderful experience. Sat in window seat and watched foot traffic in Doyelstown across from the movie theater…a nostalgic step back in time. Appetizers were excellent; entree of crab cakes were good, not as scintillating as the appetizers. Waitress attentive. BYOB ! Very enjoyable experience.
Daniel S — Google review
The food was good, and the chef/owner was lovely. However, the lady who served us was quite rude, especially about us having a baby and stroller. As soon as we walked in, she said there wasn’t space and seated us near the service area, even though the stroller was small and there was plenty of room especially at the back. It made us feel unwelcome, which was a shame as the food itself was great.
Vianca M — Google review
My husband and I have dined at Genevieve’s consistently at least every other week….sometimes dinner followed by brunch the next day….for five years plus…the food is a cut above any other restaurant in the area….Joey the owner and chef accommodates our special requests with friendliness and deliciousness…we no longer order omelettes or French fries anywhere else …..service is personable and efficient always. Bringing our dog with us to the beautiful garden in the back, he was served a generous portion of chicken on the house. He wants to come back often too!

The atmosphere encourages gatherings with friends and family, making it the perfect spot for laughter and shared meals. Came here for the first time and had an incredible experience. My bf and I were scheduled to take a cooking class up the road but it was cancelled last minute. We stumbled upon this place in our search for a last minute dinner and were seated right away. We went in not realizing it was byo, and the owner went in the back and brought us out a complimentary bottle! Service was excellent and the dishes were brought out timely. We even got a complimentary appetizer that was to die for. Everything we ordered was top notch. Will highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!

Mixed. Might try again. Complementary mini bruschetta: my partner described it as very flavorful, which was not my impression at all. Tomatoes were typical supermarket quality. Bread was not fresh, but it was toasted, so not bad. Other tables were given a basket of rolls; we were not. Complementary appetizer: Very nice rolled crepes with ricotta. Fig and pancetta appetizer: Excellent; my favorite dish there. Creative and very tasty. Served over arugula. Chicken cacciatore: quite good. Served over spaghetti (which was a bit overcooked). The sauce was flavorful, the peppers fresh and flavorful, and the mushrooms were delightful – sliced very thin. Spaghetti carbonara: below average; did not finish. It was creamy and oily without being flavorful. I think it suffered from too little cheese and too much cream, and the wrong cheese – parmesan rather than pecorino Romano. Not near enough black pepper. Random fresh basil leaves were cooked into the sauce for some reason. Pancetta was not crispy. It may have just been added to the sauce rather than sauteed separately first. Pasta was slightly overcooked. Other tables were offered complimentary limoncello; we were not. Maybe there is some formula for who is offered this and who is not. We received the crepe appetizer, so no complaint. Rich chocolate cake for dessert. Good typical restaurant quality, not likely made on-site. Service was fine. This is a small, narrow restaurant, so perhaps not good for large parties. They take reservations only by phone, and you will probably not be able to reach them before 3 PM. The place was nearly full when we visited. You may not be able to find on-street parking close to the restaurant. Pay with cash and get 6% off your bill.

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. Last night I decided to try something basic for takeout - a lasagna Bolognese. I thought $31 for a lasagna was on the high side, but it must be something special. Boy was I wrong. Very disappointed in the dish. It was both dry and mushy. I was expecting a lot more from the reviews, but at this point I am not in any hurry to go back.

First visit for us, celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Wonderful staff, lovely atmosphere, and delicious food! They made our daughter feel very special! Everyone was so attentive throughout the entire meal and we had a wonderful night! We will definitely be back!

Go early because the place is small and fills up quick but we found out why. Food was terrific. Started with the lightly breaded calamari, then got the Tagliatelle ai frutti di Mare and wow was it good. Light and flavorful marinara sauce, clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp. Perfect. We also had the chicken Marsala which was very good.

Come for the specials, stay for the hospitality. This is my favorite BYOB in Doylestown to go with a group of friends. The waitresses and owner treat you like family. The menu is great, but the specials are even better. I love that the owner wants everyone to stay and have a good time. It feels like being in Italy. And the limoncello shots are so yummy! Love love love this place!

Teppanyaki restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Doylestown, PA, OOKA is a vibrant Japanese restaurant that has been delighting diners since 1997. This stylish eatery features a sleek design with warm wood accents, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for any occasion. Guests can indulge in an array of fresh sushi and savor the excitement of teppanyaki cooking at their hibachi stations—ideal for larger gatherings or special celebrations.
Ooka in Doylestown has been one of my absolute favorite spots for years, and a big reason for that is Devi (Surya). She has been greeting me for 20 years, and every single time, she welcomes me with the same warm smile and incredible kindness. Her benevolence creates an atmosphere that makes Ooka feel like home, and it’s one of the reasons I always bring out-of-town guests here. Beyond the amazing hospitality, the ambiance is fantastic—elevated yet welcoming, and I have to admit, I’m a bit partial to the aquariums! But most importantly, the food is always fresh and spot-on. Whether it’s sushi, hibachi, or any of their signature dishes, Ooka never misses. I recently brought my brother Jason, who’s a world traveler and a true hibachi connoisseur, and even he said this was his favorite hibachi experience. That speaks volumes! If you’re looking for an exceptional meal with warm, top-notch service, Ooka is the place to go. And if you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Devi, you’ll understand why this restaurant has been a staple in my life for two decades. #OokaDoylestown #BestHibachi #AmazingService #FreshFood #FeelsLikeHome

Good sushi and rolls, my opinion is that most rolls should have green fresh onions removed, because they interrupt the taste of the original rolls. When I go to an Asian restaurant, I want classic food!

This place isn't cheap, I'm not even sure I'd classify it as a good value but that doesn't mean the quality isn't there, the service isn't excellent and the atmosphere isn't enjoyable. Atmosphere: I've been here 3 times and one of those times was a busy weekend, I definitely prefer it during a less busy time as it can get very loud. It has a very modern feel with some upscale vibes. It's apparently been around since the 90s but it doesn't feel like it. Service: My experience with the staff has been very pleasant, and they are usually very attentive. The one exception being that busy weekend and it's very likely the staff that night were a little overwhelmed that said they were still polite and quick to correct any issues. For example one order came slightly incorrect and they forgot about one of my drinks, nothing that was a major deal or not easily corrected and gain this was on a very busy night. Food: We've done the hibachi once, it was good and definitely a fun experience. That said I personally prefer the standard dining and their sushi. Now they added some seasonal options here like ramen and some noodles. I love ramen, I don't love theirs. It's acceptable but if you love ramen like I do, just go to a dedicated ramen shop or noodle house. The sushi is the star of the show here for me. Their sea bass sushi, so good! The fatty tuna they had on special was top notch, and I had just had a tuna lovers sushi tasting a few months ago in AC and this was a similar quality, I just wish they had more variety because I trust them to deliver quality. Overall they offer a good quality of seafood in a place no where near the ocean and that alone makes it a bit of a gem. The last special I had from them were the oysters and again, great! Have I had better oysters? Sure but not at a place in the middle of PA. So to sum this up, this is a great spot to visit when you want a slightly elevated night out or to celebrate something special like a promotion or graduation and for that purpose I'd recommend it. Now I've only been able to drink here once due to me typically driving so I can't give them rave reviews for their drinks but overall I did enjoy what I tried.

Usually the food is on point. However this time the beer was skunked and the food was sub par, and even the drink I normally get didn't taste great. NORMALLY it's always delicious and amazing. The staff are always wonderful. I'll take it as a fluke and we will definitely go back.

Came here for a birthday it was so fun very lively I had filet mingon shrimp salmon noodles and vegetables. Highly recommend the steak chicken & shrimp so delicious well seasoned and flavored. Chef was also very fun service was excellent. Also had no problem with my reservation. Will definitely be back thank you guys for a great bday 🙂

The season of sashimi is great. The salad dressing is also impressive. Chirashi bowl comes with too much sushi rice in my opinion.

The restaurant emphasizes the use of organic ingredients from local farms, with a special focus on creating healthy and delicious pizzas. Their signature crispy thin crust is made using Hi Gluten flour, and they offer gluten-free crust options as well.
Love coming out here with my children! It’s a treat for them to come out here I love their mushroom medley, my son gets the plain cheese and margherita I’ve tried almost all of their pizza. They do have gluten free pizza

Perfect spot for a quick snack! They have plenty of meat and vegetarian options. I tried the cheese, mediterranean, and pesto pizzas - each one was delicious, but if I had to pick a favorite, the mediterranean stood out the most. Quick service, fresh ingredients, and free water available. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in Doylestown! 😋🍕

Fun and quaint place. Don't come here for normal pizza, come here for a chill atmosphere with good innovative adoptions of pizza. Little pricey surprisingly filling. Wish more salad options. Definitely would come again.

Located next to a busy road the closest parking we could get to easiest was on the other side and we had to pay, 25¢ per 30 min. Restaurant was very clean and boasted of offering local ingredients and baked goods. Lots of variety of pizzas and salads. Pizza was ok ( Brooklyn and cheese) but perhaps I should have chosen a different type. Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor seating with flowers. Complimentary water is provided. $18 for two personal pizzas

Very frustrating experience as someone who has been visiting Jules weekly for over a year. The service is very unaccommodating when they have limited options. In this situation they had no custom slices or plain slices to add toppings left. That wasn't the problem, we were willing to order full pizzas instead given the situation. We offered to over pay for a custom small pizza for my children who have very different tastes (which is why we go there in the first place to order different slices). One half with one topping the other half with a different one. They refused. It was a simple ask and yet they were unwilling. We wouldn't have asked for this accommodation if there were plain slices available. Disappointed in a place we so adored going to.

It was crowded when you arrived during a big festival in town. The staff moved the line along and the pizza was tasty as always and reasonably priced. Always enjoy our visits to Jules.

Love this thin crust pizza shop in Doylestown. They have a wide variety of tasty slices, some more traditional (plain cheese, margherita) and others a bit more adventurous (i.e., zucchini with poblano sauce and street taco corn). This is a great, fast option that is both kid friendly and delicious.

Live music bar
Located on West State Street, Penn Taproom is a popular spot offering classic American cuisine, craft beers, and live music in a bi-level space with a garden-style patio. The welcoming brick building houses a downstairs bar area perfect for unwinding after a long day. During warmer months, the outside patio area is bustling with happy hour revelers taking advantage of great specials Monday through Friday from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
We LOVE Penn Taproom. Nick, Alby, Gabby, Carley, Payton, Paige, Megan, Faith, Adam and the entire staff are very fast and friendly. Many beers in tap and countless cocktail options. The food is elevated bar food. Famous Smash burgers, the soft pretzels with cheese dip, Ahi Tuna, rice bowls, tacos, taco salads, weekly specials, this food choices are endless and very good quality. Come with your friends, catch a game, dance with the juke box or just sit in their large, open air garden or grab a table at this large open window bar.

We requested to sit outside to eat. Our server was attentive and pleasant even though it was super busy. It started getting cold, so they put the heaters on for us. The food we got was delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the Brussel sprouts were delectable! The amount was perfect for two people. I did order an espresso martini, and unfortunately, I had to send it back because it tasted awful. They don't use real espresso. The waiter told me beforehand, and I said I'd try it anyway. (Now I know, not to order them there.) Replaced it with a cold beer! We'll come back for dinner again.

Great location, wonderful atmosphere. Excellent service. The taste of the food was on point. Delicious. I will be back, and I recommend you try them out. That said, I don't recommend the PTR burger if you want a smash burger. The meat was seasoned perfectly. The rest of the burger was delicious. But the patties were just small patties-- not proper smashed burgers that are thin with crispy edges. I still recommend the place, and I'll be back!

Our server/bartender Carly, was amazing. She had several recommendations on the food and everything we picked was excellent. We had the citrus and arugula beet salad, top notch. We had the Brooklyn Burger with a grilled chicken breast, also a great choice. Pretty extensive menu and so many yummy sounding selections.

Located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Station Taphouse is a sprawling restaurant with an exposed-brick bar featuring rotating taps and an extensive bottle list. It boasts the largest outdoor seating area in the area and offers a kids' menu alongside classic pub grub. The venue is ideal for groups and events, offering attentive service from staff like Sean, Kyle, Andrew, and Chef Sarah.
It’s a true pub with typical pub fare. We did the salmon platter and some burgers. All good. The sides are exceptional: macaroni and cheese, onion rings and sweet potato fries. It’s a huge place and would be great for corporate-type events. Plenty of parking and tables.

We found this great restaurant on our way back from the shore. As soon as I came through the entrance,I knew that the atmosphere was spot on.. they did a great job designing and building this restaurant. All of the tables and the bar were very clean. The food and service were incredible and the happy workers had us feeling very welcome. I had a Philly cheese steak which tasted awesome. The roll was just right and the cheesy steak was seasoned to perfection. There were over 30 beers to choose from, many from local breweries in Pennsylvania. Kyle was our server and his service was great. He was very attentive and kept checking in on us. We will definitely come back if we're ever in Doylestown again!

I had never seen the end of a railroad line, so I was super excited to see that this restaurant sits right at the end of the Doylestown line. There is plenty of parking in the lot, which was also really nice since Doylestown is not known for its parking. We didn't know there would be a brunch menu, so we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that they served brunch until 1:30. I got the eggs benedict, and unfortunately they were out of ham.... However, we substituted it with pork roll and I think it might have been even better than it would have been with the ham!! The hollandaise sauce was absolutely fantastic. The right balance 100% I was totally ready to lick this off my plate. It is served with a side of hash browns which are perfectly cooked, nice and crispy on top, and no undercooked potatoes at all!! The service was fantastic. Our waitress was so nice, came over, got us waters right away, and checked in on us a couple of times. I ordered coffee after the meal and when she dropped the check she made sure we knew there was no rush and to take our time. The interior is absolutely stunning. High ceilings, lots of glass, plenty of seating and the restaurant goes pretty far back. There's also a gorgeous patio if you wanted to sit outside, but since it was 101° out we opted to stay in the air conditioning lol I will absolutely go back to this venue. All the drink prices were reasonable as well, which was surprising being in Doylestown!

We had a wonderful meal here with great food, service and an inviting atmosphere. A bit of an elevated sports bar, we came at 7pm on a Sunday and enjoyed that it was quiet, warmly lit, and had cozy vibes. Our server was so kind and attentive and the cookie skillet was excellent!

We visited this restaurant with a couple of friends after touring a nearby museum. I was quite hungry and excited to dine here, especially given its interesting location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food, although the service was pleasant and the restaurant itself was appealing. Restaurant Rating: 3/5 Service Rating: 4/5 Food Rating: 2/5 Parking: Free Parking Lot Restaurant: The restaurant is situated in a fascinating location. There’s plenty of seating available, including options in the bar area and outside. Service: Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating, which was impressive considering we were a group of ten. She managed the service exceptionally well. Food: We all ordered different dishes as a group, but my girlfriend and I specifically ordered: Blackened Mahi Taco: This dish was disappointing. It was light on flavor, the fish was overcooked, and the tortillas fell apart easily. Poutine Fries: This dish was not good at all. The brisket on top was cold, as if it hadn’t been heated properly. The cheese curds were clearly an afterthought, not even melted properly, and the dish lacked flavor overall. It felt like an insult to traditional poutine dishes from Quebec. When we asked our friends how their food was, the overall feedback was less than impressive. Conclusion: I would not return to this restaurant, as the food was below average. Additionally, it was concerning to see 4-5 staff members taking breaks in the back dining area on the way to the bathroom. It seemed like there was no designated break area for employees, which detracted from the overall experience.

Always a great sandwich at Lily’s! We stop by often when we’re looking for a quick bite to eat. On this day I had the grilled veggie sandwich. Delicious! We’ve always found the service to be friendly. Today we showed up shortly before closing and offered to take our food to go. We were assured it wasn’t a problem to sit and eat, which was nice. The same person thanked us when we ate and got on our way quickly. I would highly recommend this long term business for a delicious lunch.

I had an hour break from Jury Duty. I called another place, and they said my order would take 45 min. So I just walked down Court St, and went in Lilly’s. There were about 8 people in front of me. Nestled in the heart of Doylestown, Farmhouse Tavern is a cozy local spot offering an array of draft beers and classic American dishes in a relaxed, vintage setting. The tavern exudes old-school charm with its exposed beams and paneling, creating a traditional Irish pub ambiance. Known for its delectable wings available in five flavors, including Habanero and Jamaican Jerk, paired with house-made blue cheese dressing, this place is a haven for wing enthusiasts.
My wife and I decided to stop here on our travels. We really enjoyed the old town bar atmosphere. It was even great to see some of the locals walk in and greeted by the staff who knew them. 10 beers on tap. Nice and cold….& fresh. Loved that they had Yuengling Black & Tan on tap. Food was delicious. I included a photo of the homemade mozzarella sticks. These are some of the best I ever had. My Reuben sandwich was excellent. A big sandwich with a lot of corn beef. I barely finished it. My wife had the Chili. Very tasty. Not too hot at all with spice, which was perfect. The two ladies behind the bar were outstanding!! Super fast service. Super friendly. Made our visit that much better. This is not a sports bar with tv’s everywhere. Sometimes it is nice to find a bar like this where you go to have a beer, a great meal and enjoy good company without a lot of distractions. Great crowd there too. We definitely would like to visit again in the future.

Can't go wrong with this little gem in Doylestown. Sat at the bar, and the service was exceptional. Drinks were really good too. Must try the homemade mozzarella sticks. Been living here for a few years and decided to try Farmhouse Tavern since it had such great reviews. I was honestly surprised at how bad the food was. I don’t know if there’s new chefs and maybe they just didn’t care or maybe we caught them on a bad night. Honestly the worst food I’ve had in years. The gentleman next to us pulled a wire out of his steak and had to send it back. Unfortunately I felt like I threw my money away because we didn’t finish anything and had to send one item back. We won’t go back.

If you're on the hunt for an exceptional pizza experience, look no further than Spuntino Wood Fired Pizzeria. Nestled in a cozy yet minimalist mini-mall setting, this gem specializes in authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Each 10-inch pie boasts a delightful combination of chewy and crispy crusts, thanks to their expertly managed wood-fired oven.
The pizzas here are simply phenomenal. As soon as you walk into the marketplace you are hit with the aroma of the wood-fired oven. The pizza itself was outstanding - thin, crispy, and perfectly balanced, without being overloaded. The extra burrata cheese was the perfect touch, truly out of this world. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic pizza experience!

This is the BEST pizza I’ve eaten in the USA or Europe. This man knows how to make the perfect crust. Thin and light but crispy and chewy. Delicious toppings. I get the white 4 cheese and it’s so delectable with yummy bits of Gorgonzola and really fresh and creamy ricotta. My husband loves the margarita and the pepperoni. The pepperoni is perfectly crispy and not overly greasy. The wood fired oven flavor cannot be beat but his CRUST is to die for. The only downside is there aren’t many tables and it’s an open arcade area which gets really cold in the winter. But I swear I’d sit on the ground if I had to because the pizza is that good!

Quality Wood Fired Pizza! Stopped in for lunch while out walking the town and ordered 2 Margarita Pizza. Good pizza. The crust is fresh, both crispy on the outside and a little bit chewy on the inside. The sauce tasted mostly of tomato, no garlic or onion flavors. The cheese was very good. Overall, good pizza. Great service, nice group of guys.

Absolutely love this place! The pizza is always fresh, loaded with flavor, and made with real care. You can tell they use quality ingredients — the crust is perfectly crispy, and the sauce tastes homemade. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming. I was there again last night and the pizza was as amazing as usual. I was just in Italy for 2 weeks and had a lot of Neapolitan pizza over there. The one at Spuntino is just as good. A little corner of Italy in Doylestown.

I have made a lot of pizzas in my day so my assessment here is overall this is a solid pizza but I do have a few concerns. One is the price is too high for what you get. I know this is Doylestown and rent is high but it is just too high. Second there is a delicate balance in a brick oven pizza to getting enough char for taste and texture and burnt. I feel the three times I have tried their pizza it has been way overdone. Also fresh basil should always go on AFTER the pizza comes out otherwise it is burnt and flavorless.

Heirloom Doylestown, located in downtown Doylestown, PA, offers a farm-to-table dining experience with locally sourced breakfast and lunch options. The restaurant operates on a BYOB concept and aims to provide heartfelt cooking and genuine service. Chef Tim's connection to the name of the restaurant adds an interesting touch to the dining experience. While reservations are not available for breakfast or lunch, visitors can enjoy outdoor seating with heaters.
We had a great Sunday brunch here today! I was with my three kids, and even though it was pretty busy, our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered the crab and avocado dish it was fresh and delicious. The two eggs with bacon were a big hit, and all three kids really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice. The kids’ pancakes were perfect too. Overall, it was a really enjoyable brunch experience. We’ll definitely be back!

If you’re looking for something a little different for brunch, Heirloom is a lovely surprise tucked into downtown Doylestown. It’s a tiny space, but cozy and welcoming—and I think we timed it just right to get a table. Service was warm and attentive, and the coffee was perfect and really hit the spot. The Benedict was excellent, and while the menu is on the smaller side, there’s definitely something that will catch your eye. The standout? The pancake. Dense, unique, and not quite what you’d expect—but in a good way. We ended up taking some home. Did I mention it's dense? A great little spot for a slow, satisfying brunch if you’re wandering through town.
Jaume — Google review
The service here is actually really nice — the staff are friendly and attentive, and overall the experience with the waiters was very pleasant. However, the food itself was quite disappointing. It’s very typical, cheap American-style diner food: everything is heavily fried, covered in sauces, and lacks freshness or balance. The pancakes especially were a letdown — they had a strong baking soda taste that made them almost inedible. There’s also no espresso available, which is surprising and frustrating if you’re someone who enjoys a proper coffee. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re looking specifically for greasy, overly processed food. The service deserves credit, but unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to it and smell of old wood in a bad condition.
Anna K — Google review
We had a fantastic lunch at Heirloom Doylestown! Our waiter, Tim, was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. We started with the Burrata with berries, which was fresh, creamy, and beautifully balanced. I had the H Burger, and wow...the onion bacon jam was to die for! My friends ordered the BLT and Turkey & Avocado sandwhich, both of which got rave reviews. The homemade fries were perfectly crisp and flavorful. A great experience overall. We'll definitely be back.

The French toast is amazing! The cream cheese topping was delicious and not too sweet. The blackberries are a great touch of tartness against the sweet. The pancake is different in a great way. Very thick and wheat tasting. Different but very tasteful. The fresh juiced orange juice was so fresh and delicious!

Cute tiny restaurant with a cool vibe. Candlelit and pretty flowers. Went here for date night and we had dinner. We brought a nice bottle of wine and had a lovely time. Service was lovely and our server/waitress was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 8 and left at 9:50 so we spent almost 2 unrushed hours here. We started off with soup it was a huge bowl so we shared it. Italian sausage and bean. It was super yummy. It’s a great place to get different dishes and share. We shared everything and honestly the portions are deceptive because we were STUFFED by the end. I think it’s because the food was so decadent and rich. Everything was seasoned well and again the portions were perfect for sharing we got the goat cheese and pear salad and the burrata and beet. I wish the burrata had a little more blood orange because it was to die for with the burrata. We then had the funghi tagliatelle and steak with potatoes and carrots in a crème sauce. The tagliatelle had a rich umami flavor with a wine cream sauce with cabbage and thyme. Pasta was fresh. Again super different flavor profile. Maybe German? So good and filling. The steak was cooked perfect. We also had loads of the cornbread with fresh butter. Everything was fresh and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. We finished off with a blood orange lemon tart which was rich and yummy. By the end of the meal my husband and I were stuffed! It was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back here again. Thank you!

Sept 2024: A gem! We had Kielbasa egg & cheese, market omelet with Kennett square mushroom (special), and San Gerrano hash (grilled pepper was a little spicy). The grilled kielbasa, egg, and cheese sandwich was good but could use a little more mustard. All were excellent! Coffee was brewed nice & strong but lacked flavor which was surprising. Attentive waitstaff. We will be back! Dec2024: we had croque masseur and chorizo hash. The croque masseur was excellent with a delicate hint of horseradish in the background. The chorizo hash was pretty spicy so you'd better be ready for that level of heat in the morning, good but spicy. Attentive wait staff. Jan 2024: Korean brisket sandwich was tender & flavorful, included think sliced cuke and onion and cilantro. Specials menu dark forest ham & cheese omelet was nice & fluffy. Coffee was to my liking today, rich bold and flavorful. Attentive wait staff. Gem of a restaurant!

Everything is healthy, really good food. Friendly staff, took time to explain dishes. Every year during Doylestown art festival, I make it a point to have lunch here.

Stopped in on a stroll thru town. I had the nourish bowl. It was delicious. The sweet potatoes really enhance the flavor. Great combination. I didnt even miss the fact that my salad did not ha e any meat in it, although that would be a nice option. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

I really enjoyed this tiny restaurant! They offer many vegan options and some non vegan ones. The main area is super small, without any tables, however there is outdoor seating out behind the building. Both vegan wraps we tried were amazing and so was the soup! We had the Fajita Veggie Burrito, Crispy Thai Tofu Wrap, and African Peanut Soup. The flavors were really great and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

THIS PLACE! Ugh I loved the food so much. I have ordered take out here twice. What I especially love is the fact that it is all vegetarian, nutrient dense and tasty. They get the flavors right. I love the kale tahini Caesar vegan salad and have tried it with sesame baked tofu. Tried the beets and Brussels salad, the coconut red lentil soup, power bites, and crispy thai tofu wrap with gluten free tortillas. Everything has been absolutely awesome! Consider ordering extra of ingredient if you want more like avocado on a salad or quinoa in the beets and Brussels salad but other than that I just wish they were open for longer and for dinner! Look forward to the next time I get food.

Warm and friendly service coupled by delectable food items, makes it a very pleasant experience . That's what transpired when I randomly stopped here after a long night at work. A quaint corner spot that exudes warmth and good vibes. Being in the heart of historic Doylestown borough, the prices are a little higher than usual, but the quality certainly made up for it. Don't pass up on their Italian Breakfast wrap; hearty and you can certainly taste every ingredient on every bite; paired with a refreshing mint lemonade, it was a delightful start to the day. It will certainly be on my " will check out again" list of places.

The food here is fresh and tastes amazing! They’re also considerate about food allergies. Only thing it is pricey and the portions aren’t large. Also it’s mainly for takeout as only one seat inside.

Awesome! Horchata with a shot of coffee; who does that? Yum. The salads are amazing. Great dressings and lots of healthy stuff that makes you feel good for eating it, but no lack of flavor or satisfaction for missing a slab of steak or fried chicken on top. Great work!

The food is amazing. My only complaints are that they're not open more, and the seating options are kind of bad. It's really just a to-go place. But like I said, the food is great.

Stopped at this place after church for brunch on Sunday and was not disappointed. We sat in this cool booth in the same room that they had acoustic music playing. The ambiance was absolutely phenomenal. Service was great as well, and the food lived up to the hype!! Service was quick, but we didn't feel rushed at all. Just hanging out and talking while listening to music. Perfect way to spend a sunday afternoon

This place was killer! Deviled egg app was fire! The wings were huge, sauce was plentiful and amazing! But let me tell you, that black bear NY steak was slamming!!! Cooked perfect, sauce was amazing. The menu is well put together with options for everyone! We planning on trying it all!

We enjoyed our visit. The wings with alabama white sauce were my favorite item, but everything was solid. They hooked my dog up with a giant bowl of ice water too. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Doylestown.

I wanted to try a new place after visiting the castle nearby. I sat at the downstairs bar. I ordered a chai mule. It was good, but it tasted like a regular mule for $15. I had the beef and cheddar sandwich. The first few bites were thickly cut meat that was hard to bite, but it was sliced thinner in other parts of the sandwich. The horseradish mayo was good, but I requested more because the sandwich was a littke dry. The sweet potato fries looked overcooked, but they were actually perfect.

VIOLENT ABUSIVE BOUNCERS! These two men were de wit the several responsible for assaulting my husband and brother upon a night at M.OMs . They initiated a brawl with several women and men in this facility with a violent, bloody ending, invoking police and lawsuits due to the lack of communication band unnecessary roughness with removal of the bar. The gentleman in the red picture, provoked interruption on the dance floor and resulted in forced involuntary removal with threats and verbal abuse following. Police have been involved with little response at this time. Police report there have been several incidents of violence and removals at this facility. SHUT THEM DOWN!

By far the worst Gumbo I've ever had. I'm not sure but I think they used butter in the roux, because it was very dark and tasted burnt (as did the very small amount of sausage). The Avocado toast was good, bloody mary good. I'd eaten here once in the past and recall liking quite a bit, so maybe it's just a matter of menu choices.

Food and service were great for a Sunday brunch. However sitting at the main bar? All I could hear was a tambourine which almost drove my wife insane causing us to get into an argument. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if we sat at the other bar. We will come back on a non Sunday and see how it is.

Made reservations for Sunday brunch on patio 4 days in advance. Upon arrival was told the patio was full. The response was we had a lot of reservations this morning. I advised our reservation was made several days prior to. The hostess was rude and abrupt and dismissive. After being seated elsewhere I checked the patio and there were several empty tables. Disappointing experience but the food was good.

Wonderful experience! All staff, including our server John, were friendly, attentive and accommodating. Telling John that my friend and I were going to split two entrees, these meals were served to us already split on two different plates! The food was delicious and the drinks top notch. 10/10 recommend.

I have ordered the bourbon burger half a dozen times. The first few times it was delicious. But for the last Four orders it is overcooked And chewy The final straw was the chicken quesadilla ordered for delivery: it was soggy and had a bad smell. Not sure if it's different cooks on the grill? Wish I could still order from here, But sadly, I don't think I will be

Looking forward to our next visit!

We’ve been to Chambers many times but most recently for the outdoor street shut down dining. Everything was exceptional. I thought with the expanded number of tables and customer volume something had to suffer, but their team pulled it off without skipping a beat. Food was fast and great. Server was attentive and kind. The drinks were great too. Five out of five stars every time.

We had a great lunch here! The food was absolutely delicious – the Bacon Jam Burger was juicy and flavorful, and the wings were perfectly crispy. We also enjoyed the Firestone Walker IPA and Troegs Perpetual IPA – both were fresh and cold, just how we like them. What made our visit even more special was our server, Katerina. She was kind, attentive, and professional. We were honestly surprised (and happy!) to meet someone with a Russian name here in the U.S. – it added a personal touch to our experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was fast. For two people, we paid around $54 before tip, which is very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend this place – we’ll definitely be back!

Authentic Indian cuisine in the area. The best chicken tikka and lamb curry I have ever had. Indian beer was recommended by the owner “Rupee” was flavorful and soft. Highly recommending this place if you want to have delicious dinner.
Nodar N — Google review
Generally speaking there is not a lot of Indian Restaurants in Bucks County, and for the most part most of them are not very good. However Cross Culture in Doylestown is one which we have been going to for a few years and it always satisfies our craving for good Indian food. I love the coziness you feel inside the establishment and the server knows us well enough now where he knows exactly what we want. The food is quite tasty and prices are reasonable. I always enjoy the dine in experience. Plus they have a fully stocked bar with very good selection to complement the meal. My only complaint is I wish the menu had a bit more selection and they offered more lamb dishes with a thick curry. Their chicken curries are delicious but I tend to feel their lamb curries are a little on the watery side. Regardless despite that, unless a better establishment opens up in the area, Cross Culture holds the top spot on taste and ambience.

Cross Culture was a delightful experience on a hot day in July! Though the large airy porch of the period building was temping, we choose to dine inside. The subtle lighting enhancing the mood of the room was a nice touch. Our appetizers & entres were quite good. This family-owned restaurant made for excellent service! Sherry & her daughter, Jasmin, were professional, yet friendly & attentive. Both helped me to pick a wine that was perfect with our meal. We highly recommend Cross Culture Indian Restaurant in Doylestown!

I visited cross culture restaurant today but the experience was very disappointing. Despite the online hours stating a closing time of 10 PM they told us that the kitchen close at 9 PM. the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. When we entered, we were met with aggressive questions like, 'What are you doing here?' and 'Why are you here?' When my friend attempted to use the restroom, he was confronted with, 'Where are you heading towards?' This kind of behavior is unacceptable. this experience left me feeling unwelcome and offended. I hope the restaurant will address this issue.

What a total ripoff! $23.95 for chicken tikka with almost no chicken?! Are you kidding me? Not even a single chicken tender worth of chicken….these people are seriously ripping you off. Insultingly no amount of chicken for the amount they are charging you. Want to get taken advantage of and overpay for Indian food, well then cross culture is your place. I’ll never ever go back to these con artists. Stay far away unless you like pissing your money away.

Cross Culture Indian Restaurant in Doylestown is an absolute standout and a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and delicious Indian cuisine. Having dined at some of the top Indian restaurants in major culinary hubs like New York and California, I can confidently say that Cross Culture holds its own and even surpasses many in terms of flavor and overall experience. The food here is truly exceptional. My personal favorites, the Bhindi Masala, the Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Malai Kofta, are consistently outstanding. The Bhindi Masala is a delightful preparation of okra, perfectly spiced and cooked to tender perfection. The Chicken Tikka Masala is rich, creamy, and deeply flavorful – a classic done incredibly well. And the Malai Kofta is simply divine – delicate, melt-in-your-mouth dumplings in a luscious and aromatic sauce. Every dish I've tried has been prepared with fresh ingredients and a clear dedication to authentic Indian flavors. Beyond the incredible food, the service at Cross Culture is top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always willing to offer recommendations. A special shout-out to Kenny, one of the servers, who always greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel instantly welcome. What truly sets Cross Culture apart is its warm and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that this is a family-owned restaurant, and that personal touch shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. It's the kind of place where you feel like a valued guest, not just another customer. In a town with many dining options, Cross Culture Indian Restaurant is a true culinary gem. It offers a fantastic dining experience from start to finish, with exceptional food, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This outstanding family-owned restaurant deserves the support of the Doylestown community and beyond. If you're looking for truly delicious Indian food, look no further than Cross Culture!

Baci Ristorante & Heart of Oak Pub is a renowned, family-owned Italian establishment that exudes an authentic, old-world ambiance and serves delicious homestyle cuisine. Located in the captivating Bucks County, this charming fieldstone restaurant offers delightful fireside and balcony dining options in its upstairs area. The Heart of Oak Pub is a cozy spot where patrons can enjoy both the pub menu and Bacis menu.
Great food, great service. I thought the menu could be more descriptive of what I was ordering. I left hungry because I assumed the meal would be accompanied by Baci's awesome pasta, but it wasn't. (The menu was accurate; it didn't say that I just incorrectly assumed.) My wife and I loved all the food (Veal Fiorentino and she had Linguine) that was brought to our table, (salads, main course and desserts). I just wish there was more and with Baci's great pasta.
Tom A — Google review
Beautiful venue. Dining room is cozy, rustic, romantic. Live music beginning around 7, not too loud; very classy. Service is professional, and typically prompt, but we noticed some longer waits towards the end of our stay when the dining room began to fill up. One annoying feature – our table did not sit evenly on the floor, so it wobbled badly. Food was fine, but not great. Minestrone soup was good, though it lacked pasta and beans, so I’d describe it more as a vegetable soup. Vegetables were numerous and varied, so it was enjoyable. The eggplant appetizer was fantastic. “Rolled eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella in pink cream sauce.” The two small pieces went quickly, shared between two people. I was wishing for a third piece. The pasta special: “Cavatelli, oyster mushrooms, veal ragu.” The pasta itself was cooked just right – slightly chewy, not at all mushy. The sauce was overly oily, and could have benefited from more mushrooms. And the flavor of the sauce was just not to my liking. Also rather salty. Merluzzo Livornese – “Cod, pan-seared with black olives, onion, capers, tomato, garlic white wine.” I think this is a good dish – the different flavors blended together well, but maybe the cod filet itself was not great. Overall, just “not bad”. Served with fresh, crispy broccoli and thin strips of carrots. Bread is freshly baked and warm, but not good Italian bread; very white and soft, with no crust. Served with a very large piece of good butter. The tiramisu desert was light and delicious. Parking lot is tight, so please leave your monster trucks and massive SUVs at home. There is some street parking. Parking lot and street are dark, and a bit of a hazard for the elderly, so take care. There is a beautiful patio for outdoor dining.

It leaves nice rustic impression. We had tasty eggplant rollatini, Tagliatelle alla Boglonese, Tortellini Salsicia, and pasta fagioli. Burger needs some work to be done. Guinness beer was fabulous.

Went here for our first time today for lunch. We liked the outside area and enjoyed our shrimp entree and asparagus side. They were even nice enough to separately plate the entree my friend and I were splitting. Would like to come back for dinner another time.

Good atmosphere and healthy pours on the drinks. Food prices were very reasonable. This is definitely Italian American…emphasis on the American. Flavors were good but pasta wasn’t cooked well for someone who knows. The cannoli which I was happy to see on the menu was not prefilled like many restaurants which was good, but then they drowned it in chocolate syrup and wiped cream and under filled it with the ricotta. Again Italian AMERICAN. I should be able to pick up the cannoli with my hand and for God sakes don’t give me a spoon for my pasta unless I ordered angel hair pasta in a soup! All that said for most people here it’s a solid choice but if you want more authentic ITALIAN cuisine go elsewhere.
Stephen G — Google review
Upstairs or downstairs this place is great. I've been dinning there since 2012 every time was wonderful. Service and menu is outstanding, prices are reasonable for top cuisine and generally greeted by the owners when arriving and usually when leaving.

We had made reservations online through Resy. When we arrived, we checked in, and we were told that someone in our party had called the restaurant and told them we wanted to sit downstairs (in the English Pub), but no one from our party had called to make that request. After a few minutes we were seated in the back dining room, and we got settled in. Everything was delicious: the drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts. We ordered the calamari, mozzarella in carrozza and steak fries for appetizers. Then for our main dishes we had the cod, bolognese, pasta ai frutti di mare, and one of their specials of the evening. They also have gluten free pasta! For dessert, we ordered the creme brulee, tartufo and peanut butter & chocolate cheesecake (also gluten free). The espresso was also very good! Overall, we enjoyed our meal. On busy nights, the parking lot can get filled quickly, so be aware. We'd definitely go back.

Lovebird is a popular restaurant in Doylestown that serves up delicious gluten-free and vegan food. The Fried Chicken was amazing, as was the Coleslaw and Brussels Sprouts. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, which made dining here a pleasure.
This is a great spot. I stopped by for a quick lunch on 10/14. They were super busy and it seemed like an unexpected rush as they may have been a little under staffed. The staff, however, was truly fantastic. They worked so hard to accommodate everyone in a timely manner and compensate for any delayed orders. The staff was patient, kind, and working incredibly hard to get orders out. The Lovebird chicken sandwich is delicious. It has tasty slaw, sauce, pickles, and a great bun. Stop by and support this local place!

I was recommended to come and check this little spot. Boy…were they spot on!! My son loves chicken nuggets and he’s now a fan! We’ve ordered onion rings and 2 piece dark meat with bones for to go, French fries, Mac n cheese. My son didn’t like the Mac n cheese because it was a bit “grainy” for him. It’s still delish! Their staff was very nice, friendly and very welcoming!
Vanessa Z — Google review
‘Twas a bit cramped to be honest and very little airflow, so it was hot. They only had one server in the front and a cook in the back. The chicken burgers were very saturated with the sauce and it overwhelmed the flavor balance. The fried chicken had a thick layer of fat under the skin that was not properly cleaned and the popcorn chicken seemed a bit fatty. The fries were over fried… But, the textures and flavors were very pleasant and nostalgic. I’d go back to try more.

Lovvvvvve LoveBird! So many of my friends and family are gluten free GF or significant allergies. They all trust LoveBird with their safe practices! Even better, I'm not GF and I love their food. They've prioritized safety AND flavor. Definitely try them out!

My wife found this little gem on one of our outings. And let me tell to you. We have found the winner of any chicken sandwich battle and it’s here. Both fried chicken and grilled chicken sandwiches are amazing. The Love Bird sandwich is a must try!! And building your own has a lot of choices. I actually ate one sandwich then ended getting another on!! The side order of fries is actually enough for two people. We will most definitely be going back.

Very tasty. Best chicken breading -- unique and gluten free. Very good mac & cheese (not GF!) Be aware it is limited seating inside - no servers. One long shareable table and window high counter seats

The food was delicious. We tried the grilled chicken sandwich and the buffalo fried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. I would recommend the Mac & cheese as well as the popcorn chicken. All was great, service was quick and easy, it was just a little pricey. Overall it's a cute little place to get a yummy meal but just make sure you realize all items are sourced locally so the prices reflects that.
Ricci T — Google review
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They messed up my order twice. I ordered the fried tofu burger and instead received a grilled chicken sandwich—with a blond hair in it. When they remade it, I was given a cold block of tofu. We also ordered a root beer, but were told it was warm and offered a cold cola instead. What we actually got was a warm bottle of cola with a side of ice. If you were going to give me a warm drink either way, why not just give me the root beer I ordered? I understand the place is run by high school or college students, but at least pretend to care about the customer’s experience. Definitely not worth the $50 I spent.

Native Cafe, located in Doylestown, has quickly gained popularity since its opening in February 2020. This trendy cafe offers a unique menu that blends Thai and American flavors, featuring dishes like the Holy Basil Breakfast Burrito and specialty drinks such as the lavender iced latte. The baristas are known for their expertise in creating intricate latte art. While seating is limited inside, customers can still enjoy great food and service.
Great service, great food, and drinks. The kind, helpful and knowledgeable workers are absolutely part of the positive experience here for us first timers that came from Souderton to try this one out. The avocado toast with bacon and egg was absolutely top notch. The jam toastie was incredible. All paired with great music, great ambiance, and even more great mocha latte and cappuccino. Absolutely highly recommend and we will be back to work our way through the east menu, west menu, and well made beverages.

Nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. They do a great job of making espresso the way it should be. Deep and rich with a nice bitter finish. The cappuccino was perfectly done with a bit of art. The iced latte was spot on with its sweetness. The flavor of the coffee bean was in there and accentuated the experience. Modest food offering that I’ll dive into on the next visit because I will be back.
Lee K — Google review
Wonderful, wonderful place. Their food menu is divided into Western (oatmeal, avocado toast, etc.) and Eastern options (Thai-inspired burger and burrito). The Eastern options really do taste like Southeast Asia. I got their morning bun from the pastry case and it tasted like kaya. I can see why this cafe is so highly rated.

I absolutely love Native Cafe - I honestly don’t know if there’s a better place on earth to enjoy morning coffee and just soak in the atmosphere. Have you tried their avocado toast yet? It’s my personal favorite and honestly unmatched. The warmth, the people, the vibe - it’s everything you want your morning to feel like.

I got to try the spice tomato jam toastie and holy basil breakfast burrito… both were out of this world!! Hands down my favorite food I’ve ever gotten at a cafe. I also ordered an iced matcha latte and the quality was amazing. The only thing is, there’s limited seating and it’s not a great working space due to the lack of tables and space.

Native Café isn’t just my favorite coffee spot in Doylestown—it’s one of those places that feels like a second home. The moment you walk in, there’s a warmth that goes beyond just the coffee. The vibe is relaxed, genuine, and full of little details that make you want to stay a while. One of the best parts about Native is Jay, the owner. He’s always around with a smile, remembering faces and making time for real conversations. You can tell he’s poured his heart into this place. From the music to the menu to the way the space feels—everything reflects his easygoing, thoughtful energy. The coffee here is consistently amazing. Whether it’s a simple cappuccino, a seasonal special, or a cold brew on a hot day—every cup tastes crafted with care. And the pastries and light bites are always fresh and delicious (highly recommend the banana bread if it’s available!). It’s not a flashy café—it’s honest, cozy, and full of heart, which is exactly why I love it so much. Whether I’m there to read, work, or just breathe between a busy day, Native is always the place I go back to. If you're ever in Doylestown, this is the kind of spot you don’t want to miss.

I visited this café with friends last weekend and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Cozy atmosphere, great menu, and delicious pastries—especially the cheddar chive scones, which were melt-in-your-mouth good. The staff was incredibly kind, and the barista nailed both the latte art and the espresso-to-milk ratio in my cortado. My husband’s mocha was perfectly balanced too. I only wish they had a location in NYC!

Boccadito Fine Cuisine is a delightful culinary gem that specializes in Italian, Mediterranean, and seafood dishes. With an emphasis on upscale dining, the restaurant offers classic options like expertly prepared duck alongside gourmet takes on casual favorites such as burgers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and casual lunches with friends.
This is a savory food place. Small portions of well crafted foods. It is not cheap here. You don't get calories for your money, you get taste for your money. Definitely a great place to try out on your own or to take a date to because the food is so unique. The owner is super friendly and makes sure that you are having the best experience possible. Will be coming back for sure!

Delicious food. Sofia waited on us and was super friendly, even bringing out sliced apples and bread to appease my toddler before our food came out. We got the fish tacos and pulled pork sandwich. Each came with a leafy side salad which was delicious as well.

Great food, FANTASTIC ownership & customer service. Definitely worth paying for your taste buds to be activated. Menu changes and is written on the chalkboard wall.

Probably the best meal I’ve had in the Doylestown area.
Adam H — Google review
We had a delicious lunch and was surprised by the menu options. This is not your run of the mill restaurant. The portions were plentiful for tapas size. The dishes were creative and interesting. We had excellent service and the dish recommendations made to us were perfect. To top off the afternoon the apple pie was like none other. I will definitely be returning.
Mel K — Google review
We ate there over the weekend and, having eaten there before and enjoying the experience, decided to go back. This time, the experience was not so good. The service was very, very slow, the salad was super salty, and the main course very oily and not worth the price. Some of the tables are in the window (making you feel like you are a mannequin). The prices are very high for what this restaurant offers--some of the specials were almost/over $60 per plate (sorry, but for a Main Street Doylestown bistro, that's incredibly excessive in my opinion). It's great when the owner comes out and gives you lots of attention, but that's not sustainable, since he's also cooking every meal. It also doesn't compensate for the other pitfalls of this restaurant. I think it has great potential, which I why I gave it 3 stars, but the prices are way too high, and the layout of the restaurant less than desirable. Maybe relocate to a restaurant setup that is meant to be a restaurant, not a store front.
Acting P — Google review
The owner is so sweet and we loved her enthusiasm for everything. Absolutely loved the octopus and the shrimp tostada- but we only ordered one and think we should have each ordered our own! It was also nice to be able to sit and have a conversation. Hopefully she'll be able to expand/redesign so seating can accommodate larger groups!
Amanda W — Google review
Had lunch with a friend at Boccadito this afternoon and was oh-so-happy with every detail of the experience. Incredibly culturally diverse mini-menu with eating options for both of us--a vegan and a dairy-free gal, fresh ingredients, perfectly filling portions, and overall delicious combinations. It tasted like it had been wholeheartedly prepared and Sofia makes the experience so personally satisfying that you couldn't possibly walk away feeling disappointed.

this place has really come alive in the last couple of years. the outdoor patio is fabulous, especially when they have a little group playing soft jazz. indoors, the atmosphere is pleasant, if uninspiring, but the food is fabulous. the calamari appetizer is among the best i've tasted anywhere, the desserts are wonderful, and the entrees won't disappoint. a bit pricey but you'll love it all the same.
Andy M — Google review
First it is not called Knight House, it is now State Street Steak & Seafood. Part of 86 West next store. Still new the crab cakes we're good service was good but it just seemed like it's missing something. Not sure if they can open the windows to be part of outside that might have helped. It room sounded tinny? Will try again.

This is a nice place. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff were friendly. Our appetizers were very good. For the money, you can do better in Doylestown. That was my only real issue. Our main courses were good, but not anything I would remember.
Justin C — Google review
Been the this place 3 times to eat... but only ever ate once! The service was so slow we left twice and they won't get a third chance! Not so much as a "sorry, I'll be right with you". 86 West next door is owned by them and they have a similar issue: high prices, under staffed and just not worth the wait. I hope they take note of this as I want to spend my money there... just can't get the server to show up!

its nice for a quick bite. i recommend the blue cheese burger, bacon cheese burger, and teriyaki burger. you have a choice of different flavors of milkshakes, and sweet or regular potato fries. but the burgers are a bit too greasy and the milkshakes take forever to be made. but i like the portrait of Doylestown and the chalkboard wall to write on.also the beef is good because its hormone free. the service is great and the people are so nice. the food takes about 5- 10 minutes to come out. easy and quick. i recommend it for a quick bite or a family outing.

Had a wonderful d8ning experience. Food was amazing. Many Gluten-free options for me and clearly marked on the menu. The servers were attentive without being pushy. Highly recommend and will be returning. We had Birria Tacos and A Lo Pobre.

Had a truly wonderful meal here on a Friday night. We had a reservation and we were seated right away. Service was stellar throughout the night, even as they got busier. I LOVE the inside of this place. It's nice to see a restaurant with some color and personality! The atmosphere was fun and lively while still feeling intimate. We really enjoyed the food. They had some specials available when we went, including guacamole topped with elote, which was very tasty. The portion was a good size, more than enough for two (if not three or four people). We also ordered queso fundido with chorizo, which wasn't on any menu that I saw, but another table got it and so I asked what it was and if we could order it too. I'll admit that the queso fundido wasn't quite the consistency or taste profile I'm familiar with. It wasn't bad or anything - just not what I was expecting. For our meal, we split birria tacos. They were delicious - easily some of the best I've ever had. The consommé was a bit thicker than what I've experienced in the past and it was amazing. I loved the way it clung onto the tacos and added so much additional flavor. Everything was seasoned beautifully. I think the menu said it came with 3 tacos, but we got 4 (perhaps because they knew we were splitting the entree? not sure). Between the generous appetizer portions and the richness of the tacos, splitting the plate was a good idea. It was a lot of food. For dessert, we had the flan. It was closer to a cheesecake consistency than a custard, but it was very tasty. The caramel sauce was quite flavorful. Overall, a splendid meal with splendid service. It's a bit far away for us to come back to regularly, but we will definitely be back!
Kelly P — Google review
I’ve been meaning to come here for some time. I’m SO glad we finally did! Party of two reserved through Google Assistant without issue for a Friday night. We came early, just before the restaurant started filling up, and were sat immediately. Everything we ordered was a knockout. Highlights for me were the street corn appetizer, the birria tacos (w/added cheese. We agreed you don’t need to, it’s so flavorful even without, but the cheese definitely gave the melt-in-your mouth birria an extra flavor punch), and the yucca fries. The tortilla chip dips were also fantastic. If I’m honest, the Jamaica drink was much sweeter than I expected from the description—a bit too sweet for me—but overall we were blown away by the restaurant food and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to others! We were already raving about it as we were walking out. Grateful to have Quinoa in the area

I used my Google assistant to make the reservations for a party of 7 at this location, and that experience was easy and smooth. They followed up to confirm my reservations the day of, which I totally appreciated. The service was ok. I was mainly put off by being told that the child menu could not be utilized by an adult in our party who preferred that selection. Thankfully, after offering to pay more, they made accommodations. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty, but the service could use some attention. It could have been that there were not enough staff members to support the demand. I would recommend if you are understanding to minor service issues. Our bill for 7 adults and one child was $360, tip included.

Delicious food and friendly service. We had lomo saltado and andino bowl with shrimp. Everything was delicious (and felt healthy), especially the shrimp in the andino bowl. Also tried Maracuya for a drink, which was refreshing. We'll be back!
Mohammad M — Google review
We walked in and the restaurant was empty at roughly 515pm on Wednesday evening. We ordered fairly easy meals a chimichanga and burrito just entrees amongst an order of chicken empanadas for takeout. We weren't cashed out until 615pm. The actual entrees didn't arrive for well over 30-40 minutes which I personally being a chef previously cannot fathom why those 2 meals would ever take that long ever. We've now tried this restaurant 2x and really thought the 1st time was just a fluke but 2nd time same experience server wasn't very attentive, food took way TOO long, and the actual food itself doesn't have an overwhelming flavor for the appearance of the restaurant from the street. I really do wish the restaurant does better in the near future, perhaps cutting down the intense wait time for meals would be a start.
Audrey M — Google review
The food was pretty good. My wife loved the picante de mariscos with tacu tacu. I stole a bite and had to agree with her. I had the seafood paella, which was good, but I would have liked it if it had a little more moisture to the rice. The guacamole was wonderful. The service was great. Our waitress was very courteous and friendly. Overall, we liked the restaurant and will likely return.

What a grand find in Doylestown, PA. A quaint little restaurant with quiet and reserved wait staff (Jennifer) who warm up to you throughout the dining experience. The food was incredible. Poco's Mexican-American Restaurant, Bar & Comedy Cabaret in Doylestown, PA is a lively and festive venue offering a variety of margaritas including their house specials and Thursday specials. The menu features eclectic and delicious Mexican dishes alongside traditional favorites like nachos, chips and salsa, and chicken enchiladas. The restaurant also hosts comedy nights with talented comedians for an affordable and entertaining night out.
Poco’s in Doylestown is a local staple that never disappoints! Whether you’re at the bar, in high-top seating, or in the main dining area, the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. I usually go for the bar seating or a high-top, and I can’t recommend their margaritas enough! The regular on-the-rocks margarita is a classic, but the frozen ones with different flavor options are always amazing too. One of my favorite parts is that they start you off with chips and salsa, which makes deciding on food a bit easier. Recently, I tried their sweet potato fries as an appetizer, and they were incredible. All the food here has been consistently great. Poco’s is definitely a must-visit if you’re in Doylestown!

Stopped by for a comedy show and arrived early for a bite to eat. We should have remembered the last time we ate here or we may have just showed up for the show instead. Compared to other Mexican restaurants, the portions are small, taste ok, and are priced high. I ordered a nacho entree that only had a few chips that were covered with cheese. Really sad considering I ate more free table chips than what I paid for… Next time I may just eat the free chips and not make a $15 donation for a few with cheese on top. Also be aware that the nacho entree description on the menu is very deceptive. It makes you believe that the entree includes all that is listed in the description. You can add the items listed in the description for an extra fee. Edit - The nacho descriptions under the other options made mention of other ingredients such as onions and jalapenos. Those do not come with the entree unless you pay an extra charge.

What a fun place. Came here and had a great time. Food was eclectic, yummy and had a different spin on Mexican food. Yes, they have the staples but also a whole bunch of other fun dishes. The service rocks too. Katie our server did a magnificent job at making us feel at home and recommending food. Great happy hour specials- ALL BOOZE and appetizers are 1/2 off from 4-6 PM ... M-F. Great creative drinks too! Fun, fun fun!!!! The crowd is friendly and welcoming too. Family Friendly place too! So what’s not to like? Great place, great food and great service. An all around WIN!!! First time here and let me tell you this place is awesome! It looks a tad dated, but that’s a good thing because it’s warm and cozy inside. The chips on the table were great and they refill the samosa often. The marg tasted great. I had fajitas, and it was plenty of food for me. I like the duel bar as well, and will come back to check it out next time.

Our waitress was amazing and our main dishes decent. The side dish of rice and refried beans was the worst I have tasted. The chips and salsa that are served before your meal are really great. Oddly they served really good picante salsa but set out a jar of chunkier salsa that tasted like Pace Salsa that was getting old.

We heard about Cross Keys Diner from our Earth Science teacher (early 80’s!!) and we’re so excited to visit! We arrived around 10am and didn’t have any wait to be seated. We ordered coffee & our breakfast. I had the Granny Scrambled eggs & toast. Was delicious and I was so full. Was a generous portion. Waitress and staff were nice also! We will be back!! 🥰

Lunch eaten here about a half dozen times over the past several years. Dine in 12 noon to their closing time of 2pm. There is usually a 15 minute wait to be seated but we'll worth it as the food is always fresh and delicious. Try the Laverne Feeney wrap sandwich it is a favorite! Also Jims Great idea chicken salad wrap and the Rueben. Recommend their toasted chocolate chip muffins. The servers are very attentive and friendly. Worth the wait as the food here is diamond in the rough great!

The only reason for 4 stars is because they often run out of the eggs Benedict, but i do like their other stuff and I know it's a special, so it happens. My first visit to Cross Keys Diner did not disappoint. Arriving around 10am on a chilly Friday morning, the place was busy and, as I was solo, I was happy to take a seat at the counter. I ordered one of the daily specials, the Ed Asner Omelet. What arrived in front of me was a plate heaped with food. The omelet was heaped inside with sweet Italian sausage, provolone, and sundried tomatoes...a delightful combination and incredibly delicious. I am not one to leave food on my plate, but the portion was so generous I couldn't finish it. The home fries had a few burnt bits. Did I care? No, I did not. Real rye toast on the side, with the perfect tangy sourness and a great chew. The coffee! Old school diner coffee from the Bunn-O-Matic with free refills. The perfect accompaniment to eggs, potatoes and toast. The hard-working staff was friendly and responsive, taking the time to smile even though it was peak serving time. I appreciate that someone (the chef? the owner? are they the same?) is having fun and being creative with the ingredients and naming of the daily specials. This place is a gem and one of a kind. I will certainly be back.

Food was fabulous. Our waitress was wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because we had reserved a dinner party, and they couldn't sit us all together. The room had a lovely ambience, also they decorated the tables with little accent pampas grass in cute vases, and had my fiance and I sitting in these beautiful chairs. They were very helpful and we would definitely recommend hosting your events here. Thank you to all the staff that helped make our wedding so special!

I had a great dining experience except one of the table bussersnused the bathroom and didn't wash his hands. I mentioned it on my way out and got a shrug in response. Food and service was otherwise excellent but if they're skimping on instilling cleanliness it makes me worried about the back of house.

The table was booked earlier, but had to wait about 12-13 minutes. Most of the teenagers work. The burger was delicious, the portions were good, the meat was made as ordered. The bacon in the burger was cooked well, good quality onion rings. . . .

86 West is a trendy bar and eatery in Doylestown, offering a blend of sushi, sashimi, and American small plates. The restaurant boasts a chic downtown nightclub atmosphere and provides excellent service. It's known for its diverse seafood options and an impressive beer selection. Guests can enjoy the modern ambiance with both indoor and outdoor bar seating. Additionally, 86 West is praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and reasonable prices considering the quality of food and service.
This establishment is very nice inside. The large bar is up front and centrally located with high top tables all around. At a glance it looked like a sushi bar in the back with more tables. My wife had filet mozzarella and an espresso martini and I had fish and chips. The food was delicious, and our server was very nice and attentive.

Sushi was surprisingly very good! The chicken wings could have been a bit crispier (but that’s personal preference)! A great spot for a happy hour and great spot to watch some games. Bartender was a bit standoffish but perhaps was overwhelmed by March Madness crowd.

I went to 86 West on a Friday night with a friend visiting from Rhode Island, and it ended up being the perfect spot for dinner and drinks. I started with the buffalo shrimp, which were on point — crispy with just the right amount of heat. I also had the mango shrimp roll and spicy tuna roll, both fresh and flavorful. The sushi here really holds up. What stood out to me was the atmosphere. The noise level was ideal — lively but not overwhelming — which made it perfect for having a business-style dinner without having to shout over loud music or crowds. After dinner, we moved over to the bar, caught the Phillies game, and had a couple of drinks. The vibe was great — relaxed but energetic. Definitely a solid spot whether you’re there for a casual night out or entertaining someone from out of town.

After visiting the Mercer Museum, we were looking for a spot that served food at 3.30, which surprisingly many restaurants in Doylestown don't, and finally landed on this place. They have a good offering of wines by the glass and beers, which was fantastic on a scorching day. The menu is quite large and tries to accommodate many tastes - there's sushi, tacos, burritos, and burgers - and much much more. We ordered fish tacos, which were great, but we also ordered wagyu burgers, which were not that good. The temp we ordered was medium, but all three burgers came out medium rare. The meat was also over charred and we could barely taste any flavor but char. Unfortunately, the burgers were also piled with very wet ingredients, so any other flavor (bacon, pickles) was watered down. In the end edible, but would definitely not order again. The interior decor is very disjointed, with multiple styles mashed together in an aesthetically weird way. It would be much better if they just chose one style and stick to it. While our server was personable and nice, the staff at the entrance really needs to work on their hospitality. We felt awkward while three very young employees talked amongst themselves sipping drinks at the reception, as multiple guests waited around.

Quaint local upscale dining amongst the elite of Doylestown, nestled amongst historic Borough thorofare. Stopped for a quick bite with our little dog Zena who was happily perched out front amongst the wrought iron bistro sets. Steak Salad $20 was a 5 star with very large portion of tasteful tender steak exactly prepared S asked. 4 cheeseburger sliders with fries was extremely satisfying and filling. The wife is already planning her return.

Honestly, I loved it. The space is spotless. The food is presented with effort. The staff is thoughtful. We will return to this sweet place.

I went here the other night to catchup with a friend. The food and the drinks were great! Definitely recommend the brussels, dynamite shrimp, and the ✨champeartini✨. I will say, each time I come here the service is just okay. The server we had was really sweet and attentive, but not something to write home about. It was just okay. I work at a restaurant and we try to connect with our tables to not only make the experience elevated, but so the guests come back. I didn’t really get that vibe.

Italian restaurant
Paganini Ristorante is a family-owned Italian restaurant in Doylestown, known for its old-world charm and delicious cuisine. Established in 1990 by owners Karen and Raouf, who met while working at an Italian restaurant in Paris, Paganini offers hand-crafted, locally-sourced Italian and European-inspired dishes. The restaurant features wood-fired pizzas, housemade pasta dishes, and a variety of fresh meats with their own sauces.
OUTSTANDING!! What can I say. If you love REAL Italian food you have hit the gold mine. First, spectacular dining venu with well decorated, well ventilated seating area. Not to mention the outdoor seating area under a beautiful tree, well shaded and cool on the hot days. The service is nicely arranged, and has a catered feel to it, as if you were the only one they were waiting on. The wine is well selected and the fresh bottled water adds a beautiful touch of European atmosphere to your dinner. The FOOD is amazing! I can see by SOME reviews there are some "olive garden, Marianos little italy" lovers who have no clue to what excellence tastes like. Believe me, EXCELLENCE is found here. Perfect portions FRESH, ingredients, prepared on premise. Here is where you come for fine dining, so the wawa pizza lovers can stay away. The best of the best eat here and celebrate the good life with the BEST in fine dining. Slow down, enjoy some wine, have a wonderful quiet lunch or dinner and treat yourself to the finest! Life is short treat yourself well and to the best, AND THAT STARTS HERE.

It’s such a cute little homey feeling place. The aesthetic of the restaurant is super comfortable however that’s about all I can say about it. With the service, the employees are super friendly but our food took a long while to come out and our orders were incorrect as well. We went on a Monday so maybe they were a tad bit understaffed but nonetheless our orders were incorrect and took a long time to come out. The pasta is definitely homemade and not from a box. I love that. But the taste is mediocre. It isn’t a place I would come back to but also not terrible. The food is simply okay. Not amazing, not bad, just alright. We ordered the chicken, the artichoke pasta, the beet pasta, the chocolate cake, and the tiramisu. I do not recommend the desserts. It’s super small and the chocolate cake (labeled as gluten free mousse) is just a dense bar of fudge. The tiramisu is also nothing special. It’s a cute place to sit and relax for a bit but at the end of the day, nothing special.

Cute outdoor seating but this place is just crazy expensive for nothing special. Spaghetti bolognese was 16.95 on the menu and it was asked if we wanted meatballs on it so we said sure and when we got the check it was $26?? For the addition of 3 small meatballs that’s steep, the pasta and meatballs were good but not $26 good. Separate dish, the seafood pasta said it came with mussels but instead they got 3 mussels but two were just empty shells. Our waitress was nice and service was overall good but it just felt scammy when we got the check (i feel like receiving a paper written check rather than computer printed check also is easier to upcharge us/ leave room for error…).
Kristina N — Google review
So first off the place was fine. Our waitress was ok. when we ordered our appetizer, it came out pretty fast. but when we got to ordering our actual meal, it took very very long. That’s when things started to go downhill. I got spaghetti bolognese and it was pretty good but it was supposed to have meat and it had absolutely none. My mom on the other hand ordered a mushroom personal pizza and when it came out it had literally basically no mushrooms on it. All it had was a bit sprinkled on the side of just one slice. My mom asked the waitress if it has more mushrooms on it and she said that it would be under the cheese. When the waitress went away my mom lifted the cheese off the pizza and there were no mushrooms at all. All it had was some undercooked pizza dough and mozzarella cheese. I had a bite of her pizza and can confirm that it was pretty undercooked. And lastly my dad ordered a lasagna and same story it had no meat in it. Just a tiny bit of it sprinkled on the top. Overall this place was very mediocre to say the least. I would not come back here.

Had a wonderful lunch at this unique building. The menu has some wonderful dishes that you can't find at your typical Italian restaurant. I had spaghetti with tuna fish sauce that was delicious. We had excellent service and everything came out in a timely manner.

Portions were so small. My husband ordered fish and it was two bites. The salad was 5 pieces of lettuce. My daughter and I ordered a carafe of wine and we got half a carafe and was told it was a full. The food is sparse and I am not sure how they stay in business. My grandson’s bolognese sauce was extremely salty but our waiter was attentive and a sweet heart. Will NEVER go back!
Lisa O — Google review
Poor experience. Will not go back. Waitress very poor communicator and barely spoke. We asked for separate checks. She did not do that, but added everything together and overcharged about $15. A scribbled mess. Asked her to redo and adjust prices. That took two times. Lastly, she didn't give us receipts. Food was tasty enough, but nickel and dimed- charged me full price for soda refill and charged $3 for extra sauce on spagetti. Asked for manager. Kitchen staff person came out and acted like he couldn't understand. He didn't talk either, so I just left in a poor humor. Restaurant significantly empty compared to busy, bustling outdoor restaurants across the street. I wonder why.

Look at all the reviews that talk about how when you sit down you’re completely ignored because they put a sign in the back of the restaurant about how you need to go all the way in the back and stand there and wait to be seated. No one sees that because the idiots refuse to put the sign in the front of the restaurant ..See photos. So the guy finally comes up to us with a condescending attitude and basically says good thing I spotted you. You’re supposed to come up to the sign (hidden from view in the back). So I said to him maybe if you put it in the front people will see it! Anyway I ordered half a sandwich which wasn’t worth the money at all. All I can say is the soup was good. And they charge extra for McDonald like disgusting French fries! Get rid of that guy who everyone complains about. Perhaps he’s the grumpy owner? Who knows! Never again!

Wow! Best damn scallops dish in Bucks County. Actually met the chief chef and he recommended the special Scallops Dinner which came with a salad, crab risotto, and a generous amount of Maine scallops. Downed that dish with it’s 2 Poolside Peach Fruit Beers on tap and that optimized my Saturday dinner in Doylestown!

This place was divine! Took a minute to find as it’s located inside. I was impressed with the baked potato soup! It came loaded with bacon, shredded cheese and sour cream. The crab grilled cheese was beyondddd! Definitely real crab. I even loved the chips which I’m pretty sure are made in house! They’re that good! Birch beer topped it all off, along with good service and awesome company. Perfect for a lunch date! We will definitely be back to try more.

Bacco Bistro, situated in the Doylestown Shopping Center, has been serving thin-crust pizzas, sandwiches, and calzones in a relaxed neighborhood setting for more than a decade. Patrons rave about the superb service provided at this Italian eatery. Their menu boasts delectable options including cheesesteaks and 'The Original' pizza. While some customers found the bread slightly soggy (hence a 4-star rating), it did not overshadow the overall deliciousness of their meal.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bacco Bistro and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. Our server, Carmen, was absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend trying pasta alavodka and you have to try the pizza....and the calamari....and the salmon. Don't forget the canoli!🤗 This was the perfect choice for my son's rehearsal dinner. The entire team made it a night to remember, and I couldn't have asked for a better setting for such a special occasion. Highly recommend! We also loved the serenade from Dean Garafalo. He's a great entertainer!

Heard and passed this place many times and last Wednesday was my first time trying it out. Ordered from online for pick up. Had no problem on pick up experience. I ordered “your own” Stromboli. From the website they only allowing from 1-3 toppings. I wish they have anything to add more than 3 toppings even tho I will pay for the extra. Also I didn’t see option for salami. I wanted to make like Italian sandwich. So I picked the toppings what I can. The onions was cuts in big sizes, I don’t know but with thinly julienne cuts will be much better so I don’t see big chunks of onions that just my opinions. And I ordered linguini carbonara for my son, the bacon on top was a nice touch. I made a small plate for myself and for some reason it was kind of heavy for my stomach. I had carbonara at Barn Plaza and I didn’t have a problem like this one but at least my teenage son he said he likes it.

Was never disappointed until today. Wanted eggplant said they were out of it. So I ordered the calamari. When I got there order was never placed but the cooks were making their food to eat. They put the order in I said I would come back. Came back was ready. When I went back to work it looked undercooked and this is what it looked like. Mind you there was no one there maybe one customer. It was 90% claws which are gross and only around 5 rings.

We have been going to Pag’s bar for the past 3 years during the Doylestown car show for their Margarita pizza which was always great. Today we ordered the pizza & it was disappointing. Pizza was dry, hardly any sauce & they skimped on the cheese. Definitely not worth the $13 for a personal size pizza. We asked the server if they recently changed owners & she said they did not. Sadly, we will not be returning .

I volunteered to hang ribbons for Paint The Town Teal (Ovarian Cancer Awareness) yesterday in Doylestown. After hanging the ribbons with other volunteers my husband and I decided to get late breakfast brunch. We stumbled upon Pag's Pub and it was still open for breakfast on Saturdays only. The barista/bar gentleman was warm and inviting and gave us the option to choose our seating. We chose to sit outside. Blankets were available at tables to cozy up in should you feel chilly. How thoughtful! The settings are a little bit cramped and the chairs not very comfortable. We were offered waters while we looked at the menu. Coffees are Americano made to order served with hot steamed milk and a small biscotti. It is a small curated menu. We both chose omelets which were served with rosemary potatoes, a small dressed salad topped with a half roasted tomato and whole grain toast. The omelettes was fluffy, potatoes tender, baked tomato was pleasantly spicy and all ingredients were farm to table. Our server was cold as a fish and had the personality of a cardboard box. After our food was brought to the table not by her but by the barista she never came to check in on us until it was time to pay the tab. Never made eye contact with us and our conversations were always as she was walking away with her back turned to us. Very much enjoyed the service of the barista!!!! He came and checked in us. Inquired about refilling our coffees and cleared away our plates. I wish the tip went to him as I thoroughly enjoyed his warm, caring enthusiastic service!

First time trying place out. The fried pickles with dipping sauce are pretty good. The fries are not greasy and were cooked perfect. For kids meal, the chicken tender and fries were decent. By far my favorite cheesesteak in the area. Made with a nice seeded roll, good steak & copper sharp cheese. So flavorful. Their wings are delicious. I love the garlic parmesan wings. Their French fries are so well seasoned that it’s almost a crime to dip them in ketchup. This place was my pregnancy craving lol. Unfortunately, I tried to go a few times and they were closed all but 1 time even though their hours had said they were open online so make sure to give them a call to see if they’re open! When they are open though they’re 10/10 for me for food, atmosphere & service.

The classic cheeseburger with cheddar and bacon with amazing fries that had a mesquite seasoning. Overall thrilled about delicious food, superb service. Will definitely return.

Our wings and burgers were really good! Our bartender/server Nick was a great guy as well. It was a beautiful night and they had the downstairs window walls wide open. It was so nice to sit there, watch some football and the people walking by, and enjoy our food and drinks. The wings here are some of the best in bucks. The burgers were even better than I remember. The only thing that would have made our visit perfect is if they had good blue cheese for the wings. The blue cheese tastes like some kind of watered down butter milk flavor, not rich blue cheese. A must visit if you like wings and burgers!

Bagel Barrel is a popular spot known for its dense and chewy bagels that have been satisfying customers since 1993. Despite the occasional line, the staff ensures quick service. In addition to their signature bagels, they also offer a variety of coffee options and specialty sandwiches. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Bagel Barrel is definitely worth a visit for a delicious breakfast or snack.
The gentleman at the counter was friendly, patient and helpful as I picked out my bunch of bagels. You've heard of a baker's dozen, but here you get FIFTEEN for the price of twelve! The beer grain bagel -- made with spent grain from a nearby brewery -- is incredible, as are the others.

Disgusting and embarrassing breakfast. Eggs had grey spots in them, “Crispy bacon” was a mess of fat embedded in the cheese and the ketchup had a funky flavor and odd texture. I spent a lot of money treating family visiting from NY to a NY favorite breakfast of bacon, egg & cheese on a bagel and they all threw them in the trash. It was embarrassing and made me question the quality of food and sanitation practices. I called three times and got an answering machine and never received a call back. There are other bagel shops in our area. This one should be reviewed by the board of health. Not worthy of a single star for food or service.
Colleen M — Google review
Bagel was good, but everything else on it was microwaved and very bland. I review bagel shops and travel all over to try new ones, and this one was disappointing. The place is very plain but looked clean. Service was meh at best. I kind of felt like I was bothering the lady behind the counter just by being there. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. The bagel had a nice crunch, but I lost all hope when I saw her put the egg and the sausage in the microwave. If you're in the area, this is a basic breakfast spot, but it's definitely not worth the trip from Philly.

We ordered three bagels. One of the bagels was supposed to be an everything, pork roll and cheese since I can not eat egg. It was our mistake to not check before we left but when we got back we found it was wrong and that all three bagels had about little to no cheese on them. We called to tell them about the egg and wrong bagel and he disregarded that they put the wrong bagel and said that they probably heard us wrong but the guy that took our order repeated back that I wanted no egg with just pork roll and cheese, and I said yes. Then just stopped talking and we heard him take a persons order and then hang up. Very rude, was looking very forward to the bagels.

First time here, this place is great! Food is great and they have a kids menu with non mexican food so our picky kids have something to eat. Service was fast, orders were correct, server was friendly, and checked in often. Will definitely be back.

Took my wife and got a mix of nachos, bowls, and wings. The food is delicious and the nachos are loaded high! Not to mention the mojitos are refreshing. Love finding restaurants like this as there are much more unique options than the standard chains.

This was an awful meal all around, with the exception of the prickly pear margarita which was just OK. With decent tequila it was a $20 drink and not worth it. This is so far from Mexican or TexMex food. I never review, even bad meals - but this was next level gross. Frozen Lean Cuisine meals are more edible. Don’t waste your money.

The food and service was very incredible, came out fast and hot. There are so many different items on the Menu to try. They had live music playing on a Saturday night. It Can be quite loud though in the restaurant with it being full and music going on. All in all, I'll be going back to try more food.

Visitors praise the authentic Italian cuisine and friendly service at Villa Capri, making it an ideal spot for laid-back meals with family and friends.
This was seriously the BEST pizza I've ever had! I stumbled upon this pizza spot today while hanging out in the area and figured I’d try a slice of Chicago-style pizza. The dough was super soft, fluffy, and totally tasty!

Great hidden gem in Doylestown. The pizza and wings were delicious and it would be a really cool pub to go watch a soccer game at.

Went to Villa Capri to catch Premier League soccer action. It was a big match (Arsenal-Man City) and the VC folks are Arsenal supporters so it was a a lively crowd. There is a good variety of beer on tap, and the pizza looked great but I didn't have any. The bartender was attentive despite the large crowd. Overall it was a very positive stop - will go again.

The staff is absolutely amazing as are the regulars. Me and a few friends went for a few premier league games around 10am and everyone was so friendly. None of us have ever been there and the owner came in and greeted each and every one of us like we have been there before. If you are into soccer, this place is the best to watch a game or games! I also highly recommend the food and the drinks.

When we walked in we were warmly welcomed by a very nice man who immediately made me think Stanley Tucci ( i later found out he was the owner,Matteo) asking was it our 1st time there. It was. He was very hospitable. Next Yvonne , with so much personality showed us to a table by the stage...excellent seats. Our server was very nice, kindly inquiring about our heat tolerance and making a wise suggestion for really good wings ( definitely get the wood fired ones...YUM). My husband got an EXCEPTIONAL burger...like wow. And i got the gnocchi, they honored my request to put italian sausage with it. I was blown away. I never order gnocchi because, 1 I make it ,2 I've had it homemade well my whole life and 3 the last time I ordered it out at a fancy restaurant in Niagara Falls I got into a fight with the manager because the gnocchi was raw n he was a chump. These were incredible and the gravy...ok sauce...I'm from South Philly was really good. It had a nice bite. The bartender made fine, fine drinks and i thought we couldn't eat anything else but after finding out they fill the canolli to order...well, what could I do??? Ridiculously good. To top it off...Tyler Beck...what can I say? He didn't look like the soulful sound but he did Bill Withers proud. We will happily return. Thank you Villa Capri for a great date nite. After 33 plus years it's hard to still have a date nite to remember. We appreciate it.

Villa Capri did a wonderful job helping with a catering order for our school function. We ordered several pizzas and they were delicious and enjoyed by our team. They were ready on time, hot and Matt was great at communicating. We’ve enjoyed their food several times as a family as well and are so appreciative they extended their excellent service with our event. Thank you Matt and the staff at Villa Capri! Definitely recommend them if you are planning a bigger function or just going to dinner!

OK, here’s the deal. They should change the name of the place to bread. That’s all you get, if you order a pizza there is no sauce, the cheese is a quarter of what you would normally get on a standard pizza. FROZEN PIZZA IS BETTER!! The sandwich, they skimp out on the protein and the cheese and basically all you get is bread, bread, bread, and bread. This place should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the customer and being so cheap with their portions. There is a place Dominick’s right across the street, I can promise you that you want to stay clear of Capri, what a joke !!

Very good and interesting salads. I had the Capri, which had pesto, rather than balsamic, and minced prosciutto. It was delicious , but there was too much oil. My husband had a Caesar salad topped with crab meat, shrimp, and olives. It was a particularly good Caesar salad.

Food was good but they charge a supplement fee which is not stated on their website or menu. By law any business must be transparent with any additional surcharge and fees prior to purchase not just on the receipt after. Something that was only supposed to be $14 and some change turned into almost $18.00. No problem paying it but it definitely should be disclosed upfront so the customer can make a proper decision whether they want to purchase there or not. Probably not goin back again but I can see..

Forgettable food. Calamari app pretty good. Side salad ok. I ordered the chicken parmigiana as a point of reference. It was not good. Nothing artful slop. Glob of mozzarella on top of overdone chicken with a rubbery crust. Peanut butter cake didn’t taste like peanut butter at all but it did taste oddly of alcohol. Friendly bar, nice dining room and outdoor seating area, good service.

Thank you for what you guys do! 🙏🇮🇹✔️ I ordered a cheesesteak on a long roll toasted with whiz, mayo, bacon and hot peppers 🔥 that cheesesteak slapped so hard! 🥴🥴🥴

I was so excited to try this place from the reviews. Unfortunately, they were a miss for us... *The advertised Nat's 'Jumbo' wings literally had bare bones showing. There's no way these were 6-9 wings/ pounds. One of the sauces I ordered was missing entirely (Hot & Sweet Plum). Also, the orders of wings were missing the celery it advertised it would come it. *The pierogies were Freezer-burned in spots, which was a shame because that was something my 92yr old grandmother was really looking forward to. *I'd love to review their "Traditional Beef & Peas" Arancini, unfortunately they gave me 2 of the "Spinach & Ricotta Cheese" part of my order. It was probably the best thing put out, even though it didn't have much of a ricotta flavor. *The only other part of our meal that was good was the Molasses Bacon dry rub, it stood out even while eating the bare bones chicken wings it came on.

First time we went here (we meaning me and my other teenage friends) we were unimpressed by how the place looked AND the service. We ordered a single cheese pizza and it took around 30 minutes to make as if they made it slice by slice. Second, the owner threatened to kick us out for no reason at all, saying we were "going to eat outside" even though we had done NOTHING wrong. Then, I had bought a 2L lemonade to share with my friends and he had yelled at me saying it was takeout only when I tried to drink it in the store. There was no way for me to know that! At least put up a sign or something. He proceeded to yell at my friend for eating something from Lovebirds (which is fair if he hadn't done it so disrespectfully). Not to mention, the chocolate milk he sold my friend was so old that the bits of dried milk in his drink made it look expired! They do not do quality control here, DO NOT EAT HERE!

The staff is fantastic here! They were so kind when I stopped in with my two young children to grab a pizza. I was struggling with a stroller and 5yo but they were so warm and welcoming and chatted with my oldest son as I ordered. As I went to leave, the staff held the door and even walked me to my car with the pizza. It really is service you don't see a lot today- the pizza was great too! I will be back 💓

Chin's Kitchen is a Chinese eatery that offers a diverse selection of well-known dishes and an extensive lunch menu. The cuisine is highly appreciated by its patrons. However, upon visiting the restaurant for dine-in service, it was discovered that they were not yet allowing customers to sit down. As an alternative, takeout orders were available but faced a lengthy wait time of one hour at the counter.
Food was delicious, beautiful decor and atmosphere, service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely will be going back. Everything was very fresh and the sauces were so good. Definitely not the usual greasy overfried typical American Chinese food taste. Only thing you might want to ask for is the vegetables to be cooked soft, they were pretty crunchy still. Love it!
Tavia S — Google review
It's hard to see in the picture but there was a hair in my rice and not only that, but it's literally just rice. There's no peas or any other types of vegetables. It's just the driest rice I've ever had. I asked for pork fried rice and there was absolutely no pork in there. I think I saw maybe two little tiny cubes the entire time. The hair really almost made me throw it all back up. It was such a gross surprise. The boneless ribs were completely gross from all the fat. There was absolutely no meat on it whatsoever. They just gave me a plate of red fat. This is hands down the absolutely most disgusting restaurant I've ever eaten at in my life. I'm honestly too scared to even touch the other stuff that I got.

Chin’s Kitchen in Doylestown is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owner is friendly , caring and will prepare all dishes with any specific need or change requested. The food is always fresh and prepared when ordered. If there is something about your order that you don’t like , simply tell Jo Jo the owner and she and her husband the head chef will address it immediately. There will be times that an entree or appetizer maybe a bit “off “…. No problem , the team will address the issue. It’s a great neighborhood restaurant with friendly , courteous staff and very good food. To those critics who have previously posted , I ask , did you bring your issue to management’s attention and give them a chance to make it right ?.

So very disappointed to say our food was really bad . The bone in spare ribs were so tough and full of fat and gristle. The beef with snow peas - the beef was so mushy & there is hardly any snow peas . Plus they charged extra for the snow peas . The walnut shrimp is just mushy and no flavor . There’s a few walnuts thrown in for looks . My daughter and I both I had a tiny portion and didn’t even want more / this was over $62.00 and just not edible . The only thing that was ok was the crab Rangoon . Uggghh. Our order number was #90 Friday 8/29/25

Lately Chin’s has been a hit or miss and tonight it was a complete miss. The food was not edible. The Shrimp Fried Rice had an overpowering burnt taste. The Sweet n Sour Chicken was soggy wet (prior to dipping in S n S sauce) and the Vegetable Lo Mein was just plain slimy. We couldn’t even eat it so we won’t be back!

The hours are till 9pm. We went at 8:30pm right after we got out of karate Wednesday night. First person we are faced with is the cook headed out the front door with his vape in hand, "Ya'll know we close at 9, right?" Where I tel him, "Yes, I do, we just got out of karate, thanks." We stand there for a few moments inside, before a tall skinny woman greets us, "You know we close in 15 minutes, right?" Where I proceed to tell her, "You close in half an hour, it's only 8:30." She giggles and said, "Oh, I must have lost track of time, how many of you are there?" I told her, "4." We are seated. Then she tells us, "I'm out of meatloaf and pork chops. Can I get you started on drinks?" Then ANOTHER waitress comes over. She was the ONLY one with any courtesy and manners. Greeted us properly. We pretty much knew what we wanted before we came in. WE FREQUENT HERE REGULARLY. (How do you think I knew who the cook was walking out while we walked in? 🤣) So, when our drinks arrived, we placed our 4 orders and 1 to go order. The thing that sucked while waiting the 20 minutes for our food in the empty restaurant was this; 1. No one came back to check on our drinks and 2 people had been finished with theirs 2. No one was even in eye sight to flag them down because the 2 waitresses were in the kitchen 3. Then you hear the tall skinny waitress and the cook get into an argument about him having an attitude with her 4. You hear the tall skinny waitress ask the cook to make another batch of my blueberry pancakes before the entire food order comes out Not for anything, but it used to be if a place closed at 9, that meant you took your last customer at 9. It didn't mean you tried to guilt trip customers who came in at 8:30 because you wanted to go home by 9. And let me tell you, that cook was out the door by 9, telling the other waitress good bye. We are and always have been good tippers. If you stayed for us past the time, we are always appreciative, especially because Perkins is one of the closest restaurants to our home and nearest to our dojo. So, if they've stayed 15 to 30 minutes for our table they made their wage per hour plus another $20 - $30 for that time. Which, we still tipped for the time on Wednesday, but overall, that service, and visit, wasn't worth it. You guys have to remember that someone's even if it stinks for you, you're all some of us have on these nights. You're already closing early cause it's slow. It's going to get a lot slower when your regular people stop coming cause you're worried if we keep you over 30 minutes.

We got the kids mac and cheese for our two kids and it was covered in pepper. I tasted it and it tasted like straight pepper and my kids both said it was spicy (ages 3 and 2) and they didn’t offer to make it right. Just said sorry they changed the way they make it now. Very disappointed with that. Had to order 4 meal for my kids just so they could eat. They wouldn’t even comp the first one or let us know that it would be spicy.

Normally we have great service at this location. Our usual waitress is fantastic! This morning was very different. Our waitress was annoyed that I asked if they had chocolate chip muffins. They didn't have those but did have cranberry orange so I ordered 1 to go. When our meals came out, there was no muffin in a bag to go so I asked about it and the waitress was really short with me, apparently annoyed that I was not aware of the to go process or the timing of when my muffin would be given to me. She returned a few minutes later, put the bag on the table, rolled her eyes and walked away. I guess we're not supposed to ask questions. The person at the register when checking out is always friendly, always a smile on her face.

As a result of staffing challenges, Best Taste of India 2 is currently unable to provide dine-in services. However, they are actively seeking additional staff and it remains uncertain when their dine-in option will resume. Regrettably, this situation seems to be affecting numerous other restaurants as well. Nonetheless, the quality of the food at Best Taste of India 2 remains exceptional. Amazing food, great service, solid atmosphere with lots of beautiful, traditional Indian artwork. My wife has a much higher heat tolerance than me (I'm a lightweight) and ordered the Masala spicy, I ordered the lamb Biryani mild, and we were both happy with the level of heat. Garlic naan was delicious and perfectly crispy. We'll definitely come back.

Biryani is a failure. It’s not biryani, rather it can be called tomato mixed rice with minimal spice level. We ordered chicken vindaloo also which turned out to me tomato curry with chicken pieces. Only thing we liked is the Naan, they were made fresh and tasty.

Food is fresh and tasty. We only did take out and the service was quick and on time. We ordered online and it was seamless. Our Naan and curry dishes were filled with chicken and lamb. FYI: their spicy is not that spicy. Our children were able to enjoy the slice level and taste.

I spent $50 on dinner tonight. Just to find hair in my food. When I called the restaurant the guy did not believe me and asked me to bring in the food as he said it’s probably ginger. So I told him I would like a full refund as this is not okay. So I went in and they were shocked to see the hair, and said I could ask for a refund. I completed the refund process just for the guy to tell me that it was not okay for me to get a full refund. I said I lost my appetite and quite frankly if I found hair in my first bite I have no clue what else could be in there. I have been a long time customer, and the fact that they had the nerve to tell me I shouldn’t be getting a full refund is unacceptable. Please do not go here they have the worst customer service and won’t take care of you if you complain about a hair in your food. :)

I revisited Aunt Judy’s in early December, 2019 and this place is consistently good and reasonably priced.

Restaurant
Vela, a restaurant located on Veterans Lane in Doylestown, opened its doors in 2018 and eagerly joined the vibrant community at the heart of Bucks County. Situated in a region teeming with historical gems, natural charm, and a spirit of collaboration, Vela firmly believes that the most enjoyable experiences are those shared with loved ones while relishing delectable cuisine and beverages served with genuine warmth. Recently visited this establishment and was impressed by its expansive and visually pleasing ambiance.
My wife and I went to Vela on our 16th wedding anniversary. We have three kids, so getting out to dinner alone is a rare treat. Our dinner at Vela was just great. The food was delicious, filling, and yet not heavy. We had a tough time choosing between all the great options and spent much of the evening eating off each other's plates. :) We will go back again and would recommend it highly. A BIG THANK YOU to the staff at Vela for making our evening a fantastic one.

Not bad, but no compelling reason to try this place again any time soon. Large, modern dining room and outdoor seating. Plenty of room and high ceilings. Most comfortable chairs. Bread was fresh and warm, but not abundant and not refilled; really just enough for one person. Bread is better than Paradiso, but not as good as La Voglia. The olive oil served with the bread was excellent – strong flavored, the best I’ve had at any Bucks county Italian restaurant. Burrata and heirloom tomato appetizer was pretty good, as was the Mesclun salad, though the latter maybe could have used more salt. We ordered bucatini as our pasta course. Menu says “Tomato, Guanciale, Herbs, Sheep Milk Cheese”. What we received was not what I expected from the description. It was pasta with a very rich and delicious, though somewhat oily tomato based sauce. Sadly, the pasta was very overcooked. The dish was topped with a nice large strip of fried pork that I would have guessed was pork belly rather than guanciale, though it was tasty. I would have loved some more bread for the leftover sauce, but our empty bread basket was not refilled. Main courses were branzino over escarole, and chicken with mashed potatoes. Portions are small enough to justify getting a pasta dish before the main dish. Both dishes were fine, but not memorable. The branzino would have benefitted from a larger portion of escarole. Service is slow. Waitstaff was professional, if not particularly enthusiastic and friendly. Bottleneck appears to be the kitchen. We did not order dessert because we had already been there over 90 minutes by the time our dinner was complete.

Cool atmosphere and great menu. We were seated in the back party room which is why I think our service was so incredibly slow. We weren't in a hurry but 2.25 hours is a looooong dinner. Place wasn't even full so there is no excuse for the slow service. Octopus was delicious and so was the striped bass with really good crispy skin. And the garlic infused olive oil that finally came out with our bread was really really good. I had the Bucks County Mule which was also good and my partner had the Blueberry Crisp for dessert which he very quicky devoured. They were pretty good with my dairy allergy but my sorbet came out with a biscotti that I'm sure wasnt dairy free. We'll be back and give them another try.

Where do I even begin? This was one of the absolute WORST dining experiences I have ever had. We made reservations ahead of time since we had a larger party of 12. For that size group, we received two measly bread baskets and two glass bottles of water for refills. When the water was depleted, there was no effort from the wait staff to bring more water. When more bread was offered, we accepted, but it never showed up. Then came the appetizers. They were mediocre AT BEST and took forever to be delivered. The wait between the appetizers and the entrees was ridiculously long to the point where we were wondering if they forgot about us. To really make matters worse, the entrees started rolling out, ONE AT A TIME. For a party of 12, for the entrees to come out slowly one by one is unacceptable. Some people's food either got cold or was practically finished by the time the final entrees were served. Someone requested a second cocktail. It was never brought. The entrees themselves were not great. Some people enjoyed their dishes more than others. The halibut special had next to no flavor. For dessert, we had brought a cake since we were celebrating a birthday. Between the main course and dessert, we, again, had to wait an unacceptable amount of time. The cake was then hacked into, not cut normally, the slices were the size of an index card (and that's being generous). Then we had to flag the waiter down to request the check. We also had to flag them down so they could take our payment and we could get out of there after 2 and a half hours. Words can't even do it justice how terrible the experience was. By the end of the meal, we began laughing at how ridiculous and unbelievable it was. Do not come here unless you want to have subpar food, heinous service and a painfully slow meal. Would NOT recommend to anyone, especially not for the price.

Our first time there! We sat at the bar on a Saturday night! The place was superpacked! Christian, our bartender was the best! The best! So attentive and service was on point! And even though it was extremely busy he still found time to chat up these new customers! We'll be back soon!
M J — Google review
Finally got to try this place! It was a very spacious and beautiful restaurant with great ambiance! Their Octopus and Barrata from the starters menu were fantastic and the rigatoni was delicious. The highlight of the night was the dessert of course, (we even forgot to take the picture!) the vanilla ice cream with peach was to die for. 😋 The customer service was amazing and my friends and I had a wonderful evening here. I highly recommend this place!
Sue L — Google review
The food here is FABULOUS! The interior is well decorated and there is a good vibe when you walk in. The people are very friendly, all in all its a great meal. The prices are consistent with the level of quality you receive. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely want to support this restaurant. I dropped a star on service because of an incident we had when seated outside. Our waiter basically forgot about us. One of the other waiters ended up serving us and the Owner was kind enough to comp some of the meal. This one incident didn't prevent us from coming back many times and this has not been an issue since. This is in a small shopping center so there is typically plenty of parking. They have a full bar but they do offer "cork service" for $20.

Bar & grill
Applebee's Grill + Bar is a full-service chain restaurant that offers satisfying American cuisine in a casual atmosphere. They serve an array of delicious appetizers, including mozzarella sticks and wonton tacos, although the latter wasn't enjoyed by some patrons. However, the standout aspect of this establishment is their excellent customer service highlighted by server Monica's exceptional attentiveness and willingness to accommodate customers' needs.
I got appetizers here, and I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, although I didn't really like the wonton tacos. But I think that the customer service was really the highlight of my visit, my server, Monica, was really nice and willing to accommodate for my needs. Overall, a pretty good experience.

My family goes to Applebees often. Our kids love it and we've always had a good experience. To say not all Applebees are created equal is an understatement for this one unfortunately. The restaurant wasn't busy by any means but for some reason the service was very slow. We're not ones to complain as many things can cause that. We waited patently and were ready to order our food by the time the waitress came to grab our drink order. The food was very sporadic coming our and unfortionately all of the deep fried food was visibly burned/overcooked and the pasta (my wifes favorite go to dish everytime) was really gross. It was almost like the noodles soaked up a ton of water, the sauce was a week old and the cheese at one point was left open in a freezer. Not to mention the bread they served it with was also burnt. We voiced our concerns and the waitress immediately said she would send a manager over. Another 10 minutes or so and the manager walked up. He didn't ask what the problem was, he didn't seek to here the feed back to properly coach the kitchen nor did he apologize. He simply said, I removed those items. Here's a coupon for an appetizer. I dont EVER go out of my way to write bad reviews I just cant not voice the experience. Lastly, as a waitress you seek higher table averages to increase your tip. We always tip 30 to 60% considering the wage for waitresses in PA. Our cups sat empty for 3/4 of the time, our food burnt and over an hour of time wasted. Only Applebees I've been to where you open your own door. Hope others have a better experience. We'll stick to the Quakerstown Applebess or Fridays going forward.

Came to Applebee's on a Friday night. Have not been to this restaurant in a very long time because of the awful experience the last time we came and because every time we come here we wait forever for service and to get our drinks and food. We decided to give it another chance because my son wanted the nachos. Nothing has changed. Took forever for a waitress then I did not get my sweetener as asked nor did my son get his sour cream or salsa as requested. Also did not get a spoon for my soup. On top of that the food took almost 40 minutes to come out. There were hardly any customers so we couldn't understand that. Needless to say this is definitely the last time we'll come.
Kristina G — Google review
Went there for dinner lastnight for the first time in almost 14 years. Took my family there and waited about 30 minutes to finally be asked what I would like to drink. The waiter Lisa seemed like she hated her job, didn’t introduce herself at all and was very cold and short replies when asking questions. I would have understood if they were extremely busy but there was only 3 filled tables on my side. The food was pretty good but it the long run the service has to be atleast ok for the experience to be enjoyable. On top of all the negative experience, once we got home my son and myself were extremely sick to our stomach after having the spinach dip. Definitely not worth the almost $70…

Had the lunch special..pick two. Very nice...chicken tortilla wrap and three-cheese pasta ( may not be exact titles!) Delish, served quickly by very pleasant server, Lisa. $1 pomegranate margarita! Very nice staff here. Friendly, welcoming. Fiesta Chicken is excellent, every time. Also, the salads: house and Caesar. Price keeps increasing+$2 for $20 is now 2 for $25) Sever, Joe, is outstanding, best of the best.
Lisa E — Google review
Food was ok. Waitress service was awful. Drinks arrived after the appetizers and food, one of meals was never sent out. The waitress never checked on us, if she had, she would've noticed the missing drinks she never brought out and that one of the meals were missing. Had to basically get her myself to let her know these things. We've been here before and never had an issue when service until recently. I'll be staying away from this place a while.

Pina's Pizza 3 is a casual Italian eatery that offers a diverse menu of pizza, subs, and classic dishes. With sidewalk seating available, this family-owned and operated restaurant has been serving the community for over 10 years. Known for their delicious pies, particularly the Brooklyn-style pizza, Pina's has become a beloved local establishment. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.
Standard strip mall pizza joint, but the food doesn't disappoint. This is based on about 5 visits. Never let down and highly recommended. The French fries were really good.

Absolutely amazing Thin Crust Pizza!! The pizza is incredibly delicious, the crust is crunchy and load bearing so It won't droop if you put a pound of meat and veggies on your slice. I ordered by the slice and the lovely lady behind the counter reheated it in the stove and my pizza came out looking and testing fresh. They have some pretty crazy looking combinations available, but they are worth trying, I belive my slice had lettuce on it. If you've been walking around the Marshall's next door, your feet are killing you and you're starving, Absolutely check out Pinas Pizza. And as you can see in the attached photo, 50% off slices after 8pm for emergency dinner ideas! Seating is comfortable and you feel like your in your old Italian grandmother's house back in the day.

They have great Greek food. It’s authentic. Their menu does not properly prepare someone ordering what to expect. It’s not the fault of the cooks or the drivers. It’s genuinely the fault of the owners who don’t properly articulate to the clientele what they will receive.

If you're on the hunt for a culinary gem in Doylestown, look no further than Lobster Claw. This family-owned eatery has quickly become a local favorite, renowned for serving up what many claim to be the best chicken sandwich in Bucks County. The experience begins with delightful appetizers like fried pickles and coconut shrimp that set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The new ownership has truly elevated this spot, ensuring that every dish is crafted with freshness and quality in mind.
Love!! We used to go to bucks county seafood however they tanked. This is our new favorite and everything has been delicious. We have been back a few times now and it hits every time.

Legitimately the best chicken sandwich in all of Doylestown, potentially all of bucks county, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend this family owned local eatery. Everything from start to finish was outstanding ! From the fried pickles and coconut shrimp appetizers to the dean’s hot chicken and Keanu sandwiches, every single bite was pure enjoyment! So happy we finally stopped in and tried it because the hype is real! Can’t wait for our next stop in to continue to try the rest of their amazing menu selections. 10 out of 10 doesn’t do them justice because they are off the charts !!

I’m telling you right now! If you haven’t stopped in and tried Paul’s famous chicken sandwiches yet, you better run! Him and his wife Andrea took over the old Lobster Claw in Dtown and it’s a must try! Service is incredible and the waitress Maria is spot on! Run don’t walk it’s a must try if you are around the area! We will be back….tomorrow!

The new owners made this place freakin awesome. Always the freshest seafood you can get in the area by far and awesome specials. Andreas Calamari is a must order app- Gumbo is awesome and my usual fried flounder is better and fresher than anywhere I’ve ever had around the jersey shore. If you haven’t been there since the change in ownership give it a shot, you’ll be happy to see you have access to that type of quality and freshness in this area!

LOBSTER ROLLLLLLL. It's so delicious and it's so fresh. They don't skimp on the lobster. You won't leave disappointed! I also got a side of their potato salad, which was also delicious. My husband got the broiled scallops and those were amazing too! They deep fry everything fresh so it's not soggy. We ordered takeout and ate outside, and it was just perfect.

The lobster roll was good, fresh and clean taste, not too much mayo. It's on a potato roll not a split top. We bought some of the lobster salad to go because we liked it on the roll. Maryland crab cake was ok, but on salty side. Bay fries were much too salty for our taste. Service was good, friendly staff. Will return for lobster.

Omiza Restaurant, a pan-Asian dining spot that opened in fall 2020, is a popular choice for those seeking diverse and flavorful cuisine. Owned by John Im, who also owns other well-known Newtown establishments, Omiza offers an extensive menu featuring sushi, noodle dishes, and Korean barbecue. The restaurant's welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff ensure a memorable dining experience.
My husband and I love the happy hour menu, it's small but packed with tastey go to options! This includes the pork/beef buns and the popcorn shrimp! I forget the dishes name but its under soup, so good if love spicey & glass noodles! I have to admit; unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the main dinner course options. Nevertheless, it was still tastey! Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend trying this place out, we were surprised and can't wait to go back!

Nice environment, a relatively new Asian fusion restaurant. I ordered Japanese curry, which is presentable and tasted good but not very impressive; maybe I have eaten many similar ones, maybe so because of Fusion. We also ordered an OMIZA Soba, and it was kind of plain; we had to add some soy sauce to it; maybe the chef forgot to put salt into it, or maybe we were wrong. Well, I also ordered Udon with rice noodles; my daughter said it does not taste like Udon, again maybe she is wrong Overall, it is a nice place for lunch and dinner with your family or friends. I am glad there is such an Asian Fusion restaurant here in town.

I definitely recommend visiting!

Nice place for Korean and Japanese fusion cuisine! It has a nice selection of cocktails and drinks... penicillin and lychee haze! Half of our group was vegetarian and we found pretty good number of vegetarian options, fried brussel sprouts, corn fritters, vege spring rolls, Ramen bowl with mushrooms! Bulgogi with rice was delicious as well! And also, mochi ice cream was very good, different from other place! Our server was very good and service was fast. Overall it was a nice experience!
Priti N — Google review
I had a very pleasurable dining experience at Omiza this past weekend. We were seated promptly at a nice table in the middle of the dining room and our server was polite and well-spoken. The cocktails menu was diverse and seasonal. My wife had a rum drink special and I went for cold sake. The appetizers came out in a timely manner and were hot and fresh tasting. We also enjoyed a simple salad and miso soup with our entrees. Both tasty. For entrees, we each opted for noodle dishes - pad thai and Omiza special soba noodles. Each was cooked and seasoned very well! Good size portion (we took some home). Would come back here again soon!
Bryan F — Google review
Absolutely terrible takeout experience at Omiza. I placed an order at 6:20pm on a Friday evening for two items. Your staff took my name and phone number and told me it would be ready in about 45 minutes. That was reasonable, and I expected to receive a call around 7:00pm once the food was ready. Unfortunately, no one called. I had to reach out myself, and only then was I told immediately that my order was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the food was cold, which made it clear that it had been sitting for some time. What was more frustrating was that no apology or acknowledgment was offered. This kind of service leaves a very poor impression. Customers expect not only quality food but also clear communication and basic courtesy. Even something as simple as a quick call when the order was ready—or an apology upon pickup—would have gone a long way. The receipt even said “valued customer.” That’s a joke. If this is how they treat “valued customers,” I can only imagine the rest.
Hao — Google review
The establishment was aesthetically pleasing and meticulously designed. However, the staff exhibited a lack of knowledge regarding the ingredients used in certain menu items. We ordered appetizers that were never served, and when we inquired about the bill, we were charged for the appetizers. While the food was satisfactory, I had higher expectations. I believe there is significant room for improvement, particularly when compared to other restaurants in Doylestown.

Hi everyone. I go to this restaurant very often. And today I was served by Jenny, she's new.
