The Belvedere Inn, located in downtown Lancaster, is housed in a charming Victorian mansion and offers a modern American menu in an elegant setting. The executive chef, Corinna Killian, uses seasonal and local ingredients to create contemporary twists on classic dishes. The restaurant's French-inspired decor features antique farm tables and vibrant artwork with a Moulin Rouge theme.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Outdoor seating was perfect, quiet and beautiful even on a chilly night. Zach was one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere in a very long time, attentive and quick while leaving us to enjoy ourselves plenty. The Rye Society was one of, if not the best whiskey drinks I’ve ever had, the food was perfect, and the desserts and espresso martinis were amazing. My girl and I are looking for excuses to come back to Lancaster just to eat here again. Do not miss out on this experience. Attached picture is the roasted carrot bucatini with lump crab and lardons, a new item on the menu as of October 2025. Amazing. Thank you Zach!

First time here. Heard this place has a great reviews so we give a shot. Love the ambience of two stories restaurant reminds me when you’re going to mirror mazes at the amusement park lol. Foods are okay different style, decent portions and too pricey. Outstanding service. Drinks were excellent either cocktail and mocktail. Love the God’s country so definitely will be try something else in the area.

This was our first time here! We were happy to be able to get a 4:45 reservation on a Saturday the day before. Our upstairs server (Elizabeth, I think?) was friendly, kind and witty. Luckily we came during restaurant week, which was not planned, and they had a lovely special going on, which I took advantage of. I was able to get an appetizer, meal and dessert for $65, which was a phenomenal price! The only item I didnt care for was the lobster bisque. Everything else was absolutely delicious, not that the bisque was terrible. We will definitely be back again.

We had the most amazing wedding anniversary dinner here. Reservations are a must because the Belvedere is so popular. But since we had a reservation, were welcomed and quickly ushered to our table. Our waitress Ari was so attentive and was so apologetic when we had a bill discrepancy that I caught. The food was perfection. My wife loved her lavender cocktail. It even had a sprig of dried lavender in it! We both gushed over the Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher. It was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. And of course the Chicken Piccata and Grilled Filet Mignon were expertly presented and tasted amazing. And I can't forget my Petite grilled Caesar Salad. Also excellent. An evening to remember. We will be back.

We went with another couple and had a very good dinner. We split two salads that I forgot to take a picture of and then had chicken piccata, duck breast and salmon. The chicken was a particularly large serving. We had glasses of wine and cocktails so our bill was pretty high.

My husband and I decided to eat here for our first wedding anniversary on September 7th. We have been here before and fell in love with the food, the atmosphere, and the drinks. However, they simply dropped the ball during this visit. Everything, and I genuinely mean each food item we ordered, from the salad, to the burger, to the salmon dish we ordered was ruined by the overwhelming taste of salt. The belvie bread and sliders were the only good items we ordered. I did complain to my waitress regarding the saltiness of our food and she offered to have it remade, but even the salads we received before the main course were salty and I saw no point. I ended up not eating the burger as I genuinely couldn’t consume it and calling it a day. Other than that, the waitress didn’t offer to reduce the prices of the meals or offer any other solution. We paid the full $27 for an inedible burger, and full price for the salmon that was also just insanely salty. Due to this experience, I am highly disappointed and don’t really see myself spending more money here in the future.

From the intimate lighting, to the smooth R&B playing in the background, to the perfect food.... this just might be my new favorite spot in Lancaster. With a special thanks to my server Kyle for making tonight incredible. 12/10 Will be back.

The only 5 star I've ever put for a restaurant. I had the burger and chip dip. The burger was melt in your mouth like butter, probably the best burger I ever had, got it in medium. The lobster chip dip was also the best chip I've ever eaten. Definitely top 5 restaurants in my list.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Lancaster, Annie Bailey's Irish Public House is a delightful spot that captures the essence of an authentic Irish pub. Housed in a charming Victorian-era building, this lively establishment boasts dark wooden furnishings imported from Ireland and offers a menu filled with beloved classics like shepherd's pie and fish-and-chips. With at least ten rotating beers on tap and an extensive selection of Irish whiskey, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Nice, on-theme Irish Pub with a good selection of inspired dishes. If you like lamb, the shepard’s pie is excellent. The onion soup and chocolate tart were also very good. Vegetarian dishes also available. Great price for a comfortable and delicious dining experience.

3 of us went to dinner, wanting to try something new. I got the reuben which wasn't anything to write home about and quite dry. A friend got the braised short rib and was disappointed in how much fat came with it. The cheesesteak egg rolls were phenomenal and melted in your mouth, highly recommend. The fries/chips are pretty awesome, worth the try. The cocktails were 50/50. Original, bold flavors, but a little strong. One had something to do with absinthe which was a bit much for our table and the other was a customized lemon drop drink which was delicious so maybe one just wasn't for us. The service was incredible as was the restaurant decor. I'd definitely try again just with other items on the menu that I was tossing back and forth on when ordering. I'd recommend just for the service and atmosphere - they're worth the business. The food I haven't given up on - maybe just a bad day so total 4 stars.
Jon R — Google review
The food was very good here. We had bangers and mash, wings, and irish soda bread. It was all good. We sat outside and that was nice. Service was a little slow and the wait staff appeared to be tasked with multiple roles so service was a bit slow but he handled ot reasonably well. We enjoyed the experience and will continue to patronize this venue.

We went St Patty's Day weekend and even though it is probably their busiest weekend of the year we were taken great care of! I was I had more of an appetite because everything looked amazing!!! The Irishtini was a life-changing twist on a classic and the dessert was even made with Guinness!

First time coming here with my son who’s been before. Love the atmosphere; I had a daiquiri and shepherd’s pie. My husband had the Mahi Mahi sandwich and enjoyed it. Brandon was excellent as our server; he recognized my son from before. That’s a plus in my book!

Went here for dinner after a Millersville football game based on a recommendation from a colleague who is more local to Lancaster. We were all happy with this choice. Server Brendan was nice and attentive; the food came out promptly and hot. Everything was great (although oddly the whipped ricotta toast was not toasted). No reservations and no wait, but we went early for a Saturday dinner (around 430pm) because we were all hungry. Sat in the outside area. Not inexpensive. Parked at a nearby garage ($4)... could not find street parking. Would go again.

Made two visits on my recent trip and loved them both. I first came for happy hour for the delicious Bites and sips. I had cheesesteak rolls and wings. They were some of the most authentic Buffalo wings ever! My dinner visit I brought some friends in tow and it consisted of ordering a Ceasars salad and another beverage. Both experiences in a few days were great. I wish the happy hour was extended until 7 pm that's how good it is! Also, maybe play some music in the atmosphere. It would def add to the ambiance. Can't wait to visit again!

I had the pan seared salmon - it was unbelievably delicious. Great blend of salty, sweet, and spicy. They recently changed their menu and this item is incredible. Chef Valenze hit a home run with this dish.

We loved everything about this restaurant ; the food; the service and atmosphere. Abby our server was amazing; she anticipated our needs and brought everything we needed without us asking. Abby explained everything that was on the menu and off the menu. She checked on us frequently and our glasses were never empty. The food is so good. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

One of the best restaurants on the planet, I'm not kidding you, this is my new favorite restaurant in all the world. The neat thing is that it is right here in Lancaster, we discovered it using this new App called "Seed Oil Scout" if you want to eat healthier, I would highly recommend joining. It is new so it is going to take some time for restaurants to get reviewed and listed but there are not very many restaurants serving healthy food to begin with. This place is, Farm to table!! My wife and I were blown away by the flavors, she said that her salad made her think that she was at her grandma's house. I started with their trademark beef tartare which comes with a quail egg in the center, delicious, I ran out of wafers and used the rest of our bread to finish. My wife had a couple of drinks which were very nice. We shared the steak and a taco platter with homemade taco shells. I didn't even want to eat the steak or taco, they looked so beautiful. It didn't end there, the desserts were just as good. My wife had a tart and I homemade peach sorbet. I didn't even mention the service, which was absolutely superb. We will be returning as soon as humanly possible. We have already told several friends that frequent Lancaster, Pa

The best dinning experience we had in our 3 day in Lancaster. Every dished from this restaurant is good, from the starters- dessert. The staff, he was so friendly and come to check on us frequently, despite we came with our baby stroller and we need to seat in a different room, quite aside from the main place. I'M addicted to beef tartare therefore I should give it a try here. And as expected it was excellent from the taste to the freshness, I also love that they have generous crossing to finish the good amount of tartare, however We still had to order another one because is too. Highly recommended 👌 If we happen to pass by Lancaster we will definitely coming back 😀
Sannechan — Google review
My family and I come to Lancaster once or twice per year, my sister and I stumbled upon this gem 4 years ago. We are both HUGE fans of beef tartare, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they offer it as an entree here, while most other restaurants have it as an appetizer only! Needless to say, we prioritize making JJJ a dinner stop EVERY time we’re in town! We always get the tartare which is fabulous, and all of the soups, apps, and cocktails are always wonderful as well. The staff is always extremely nice and knowledgeable! See you next time JJJ!
Bella V — Google review
A memorable meal, that's for sure. The food is fresh and cooked with great care, the staff is attentive, and the wine selection runs the whole gamut but with great local representation. The bone marrow and the duck are both *chef's miss*, and I'm going to hope the kombucha is still there next time I visit!
Phuong N — Google review
We booked a wedding rehearsal dinner at this wonderful restaurant for a group of 30 and could not be happier. The service and the food were impeccable. The atmosphere was elegant with crisp, white tablecloths and super nice mood lighting. Ladan, our event coordinator, was so attentive during the planning phase and also during the dinner itself. She was such a pleasure to work with and made us feel completely comfortable that everything would go okay, and it absolutely did. The food was incredible- fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned. All of our guests were from out of town and said they would love to move to Lancaster to enjoy the food over and over again. We will definitely be making John J. Jeffries a regular dining experience for our family and for anyone who comes to visit us! Well done John J. Jeffries! You are definitely a big plus for Lancaster and for anyone who visits there.
Rosalie J — Google review
The service was prompt and attentive. The presentation and food was as expected in a fine dining establishment. Parking is atrocious. We spent more time looking for an open slot than we did driving to the restaurant. They should consider valet parking. There was a manager (?) who seemed nice but he was dressed in street clothes. I had to ask if he worked there when he inquired about our food. He should have been elegantly dressed in a tuxedo, but he looked like he just came in from working his garden. I don't know what was going on there. They have a policy of charging you extra if you use your credit card. I find that petty and it makes them look cheap. When I pay $200 for a meal, I would think they have enough profit built in to cover the $7.00 service charge that AMEX charges them. I imagine some myopic pencil-pusher wanted to justify his position by showing how much money they could save in ten years if they added this surcharge. They would do better by adding $3.00 to the price of each entree.

Lancaster Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery and brewpub that offers a relaxed dining experience and brew room tours. The venue features clean, open rooms with wooden furnishings and a tree-shaded deck for outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy microbrew samplers of eleven different Lancaster Brewing Company beers on tap, along with adventurous American cuisine such as grilled lamb burgers, amber ale battered fish and chips, and blackened North Atlantic Salmon.
I used to work across the street and would get the lamb burger and fries every Friday. It’s been years so I don’t get to eat there often. Ordered the Pittsburgh Steak Salad through Door Dash the other day. I wish there was more shredded cheese and dressing included, but the quality did not disappoint and I’ll continue to order from them. Great food and the Lancaster restaurant itself is super cute, good atmosphere, excellent staff. When I lived in Harrisburg I’d eat and order at the one there too. Harrisburg location not as good as the Lancaster location, never been to the one out Route 30.

Great selection of food and locally brewed beer. We tried a mixed flight, very reasonable price and serving size. Also had a few samples. Did not have a single beer that was not delicious. They definitely know what they are doing. If you like light and flavorful, try the Lancaster Lager. Like something a bit sweet and dark with a long finish? Try the Shoofly Porter. She had the Reuben, delicious take on a time honored classic. He had the fish and chips. Everything cooked just right. They have an outdoor patio, but it was pouring rain when we went there. So we ate inside. 🙂 Highly recommend Lancaster Brewing Company, and will definitely return!

My mushroom Swiss burger was professionally prepared with a hint of charbroil which gave it an extra level of flavor. I was surprised I ate more than two fries as I had promised them to my husband. I am not sure how they prepared them but I did eat more than my normal. I was super happy that this brewery offers more than beer. I was thrilled to order a cup of coffee. The menu has a lovely mix of dining options. I have included a menu in my pictures. This Brewery is featured on the Discovery Lancaster Brew Trail. Grab your friends or family and enjoy a a pleasant dining experience.

I'm so glad we found LBC this past weekend! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We got the crab dip and pot stickers and we're very impressed with both the flavor and sheer quantity 👌 I was a bit hesitant on the $12 uncharged for steak on my Greek salad but that all changed when I saw that it was an entire sirloin cooked to perfection. Definitely would recommend

Our server Lindsey was exceptional and made our visit very enjoyable—she was great, bringing us multiple samples and giving many recommendations. Cocktails were amazing and we drank several varieties of beer (after all the samples😂) all were very good. We only had a few apps, pretzel, buffalo cauliflower and hummus platter but all were very good with ample portions. Also nice carry out beer selection and priced well. My only recommendation would be some music on the patio but I would definitely recommend a visit here.

We had a great time! They have a good beer selection and everything we got was really delicious. The pumpkin beer was right on theme and tasted sweet and seasonal. We went on a Tuesday which was burger night and it was an insane amount of food for $7.99. They also do some distilling now which is cool. The waitresses were super friendly and helpful. They have a few TVs around playing whatever sports things are happening. There are a few parking spots, but we walked there from downtown where we were staying. They claim to have created the original milk stout or maybe it was nitro milk stout. I tried it and it was good, but I was getting mixed reviews on the internet about who actually created it.

Nestled in the heart of Lancaster City, Himalayan Curry & Grill is a cozy and intimate restaurant offering generous portions of traditional Nepalese and Indian dishes. The restaurant serves a variety of curries, lamb dishes, and authentic Nepali cuisine. With fast and friendly service, reasonable prices, and food that travels well for takeout, it's no wonder why this spot has become a local staple.
What a great place! We called ahead and went there with A LOT of family (9 little kids, 11 adults) and they were so pleasant and helpful! Most of us got the buffet, and it’s a great value! With delicious food! The best part was how happy they were to serve! They made us feel so welcomed!

When you are eating here the best place to park is on the street but it is limited. I parked in the Garage 1/2 block away. I had the Nepali Appetizer Choila Medium but was actually mild. My main course was Goat Jalfrezi Medium. It was definelty medium and the flavors were excellent. The Goat was so tender. I also had Peshwari Naan bread which is a has different flavors such as coconut, raisens, and crushed almonds. For Dessert I had Golub Jamun. I had a wonderful meal!!

We got the buffet choice and this restaurant was SO tasty and nice!!!! I loved the veggie pakora and this is so cheap for its amazing quality/quantity. We were recommended by two people to go here and I also highly recommend Himalayan!
Infinitesimal K — Google review
My boyfriend and I love coming to this restaurant! It’s our favorite spot on Mondays for the buffet or any day that we’re craving comfort food. I specifically want to point out one night we came a little late for the buffet. Instead of pushing us out or being upset that we came last minute— they made us feel right at home, offering additional food and leaving the buffet open a little longer for us to get seconds. Food is great, service is great, will always come back. PS: Sarmila— is amazing, we love her haha.

Words can not describe how good this place is - you just have to try it. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Pennsylvania. I’ve tried Indian and Nepalese cuisine all over the world and this place surpasses all of them - the flavors, the prices, the hospitality, the consistency, the atmosphere… I am vegan and going somewhere that’s not primarily vegan but can accommodate so effortlessly makes it that much more special. 🧚🏼✨✨✨💌 Thank for this gift in our community!
Fairy — Google review
A local gem, and a family favorite as well. We have never been disappointed with Himalayan, from take-out to dining in with the buffet or ordering off the menu. Outstanding value for the price -- no one serves better Indian or Nepalese food in the region. The tikka masala is their showstopper, but everything from the Manchurian cauliflower and pakoras to the many curries and kormas are worth trying. And make sure you get plenty of naan for the table!
Matthew L — Google review
My partner and I get our food to pick up from here at least 6-8 times a year for the past 4 years. Consistently our order is timely, hot and the quality is out of this world. The woman who runs the front is always so friendly and the place feels like you’re walking into their pride and joy. I’m so grateful to this restaurant for showing what a beautiful example of what service and quality truly look like! I forever recommend the Chicken Tikka, the peshwari naan and the cauliflower Manchurian (apologies for spelling)!

My 12 year-old son said without hesitation he definitely would come back here. He gave it a rating at 10 out of 10. As do I. Its something different and I love that!! The portions are ginormous. The service is really pleasant and speedy. The menu has many options for all diets. There is plenty of parking. They have outdoor and indoor seating. We’re definitely coming back.

I was as truly looking forward to trying the crepes here, but unfortunately, what we received was far from even a decent version. My crepe was even drizzled with a very bright, artificial-looking syrup. On the positive side, the place itself is charming and beautifully decorated, with indoor and patio seating. The coffee was also quite good. If you're new to crepes, you might find them acceptable, but if you're expecting delicious crepes, I'd suggest trying something else on the menu.

Such a cute spot with charming decorations and a warm, cozy vibe that makes it feel instantly welcoming. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, along with lots of parking either in the back or across the street, which makes it really convenient. The drink selection is excellent, and both the hot chocolate and coffee were both delicious. The crepes were also fantastic; we tried a few different flavors and they were 10/10 across the board. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy good food in a homey atmosphere.

We were highly encouraged to stop by Rachel's on our way back from Hershey and it did not disappoint! The crepes are amazing and the kids loved the smoothies! Everyone in our group tried something different and all of us were thrilled. Our new strategy is going to be savory first and then split some of the sweeter options for dessert on our certain return visit. Definitely expect a reasonable wait, but also well worth it. We are already planning our next selections.

We got here 20 min after opening and it was already packed, yet just enough room to be seated right away. We got pumpkin cookie dough cappuccinos that were delicious. The crepes did not disappoint. Our waitress recommended sauces that paired well and I'm so glad we got them. A comforting and memorable meal! Definitely worth waiting even though we didn't have to.

This place gets very busy on a Saturday morning. We got here around 1030am. A wait line to be seated. They do have outdoor seating as well as indoor. Once seated, we were able to order our food. The waitress recommended the French toast crepe, so I picked that one. Very good and can definitely taste the cinnamon which i enjoyed.

Really good specialty crepes. They are extra large, very filling, but also very tasty. You can't go wrong with any of them. The Oyler and the Thai were particularly good. The wait can be long but worth it. Tons of things to do while waiting around the area. Definitely a must when in downtown Lancaster.

Found this café randomly looking for good breakfast food. Was not disappointed. Awesome food. We tried both Savory and sweet crepes, yum! Staff was friendly and answered questions. Atmosphere was a bit loud its a small space and it was cramped with people. Felt worth it, but was a bit overwhelming at times with noise. Would be tough with children to manage. Tables and decor were very cute and fit the theme of the café. We went twice in one day. London fog drink is top knot 💜

Italian restaurant
LUCA is a popular Italian restaurant that opened its doors in 2016 and has since become one of the trendiest spots in downtown Lancaster. The restaurant offers a casual yet elegant dining experience, with high ceilings and industrial furnishings adding to its charm. Specializing in wood-fired pizzas and handmade dishes prepared on a wood-burning hearth, LUCA prides itself on its farm-to-table approach. The menu features seasonally inspired pasta, Neapolitan-style pizza, and wood-roasted meats.
This place is is a must try. The ambience is warm with a rustic and light industrial feel. Very thoughtful lighting and an open kitchen. One thing that is very cool is that they proudly display a photo of Anthony Bourdain on the kitchen hood. I recommend doing what we did. We brought a group of 6 guests and ordered literally half of the menu to share. This way, we were able to try so much. Every dish we had was spectacular. I highly recommend the chicken, hanger steak, flatbread and the bolognese. We tried every single desert and they were all outstanding! The service was top notch. Our server was Alison and she was fantastic. She was very attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. To top it off, Chef Nate came out to our table to greet us and share his passion for cuisine. He’s a very bright young man and rich with talent. It shines through in the food. When I say that Luca is a must try, I mean it. I highly recommend.

Easily one of the BEST lattes I've ever had, and I don't give that compliment lightly. Everything we had was delicious, from drinks and apps to the main entrées it was all well made and high quality. It was pretty busy when we got there (8 pm on a Wednesday) which was surprising but we had a reservation so there was no wait and it mostly cleared out around 815. The only thing that took away from the experience was how little we saw our waitress, wish she would've checked on the table more after it cleared out.

What a great vibrant place to go to for great food, friendly staff and a very hip, swank atmosphere. You’ll see everything from formal wear to casual blue jeans. Prices are comparable to other high end restaurants so it’s worth a visit if you’re in the mood to have some fantastic food and fun times with friends. It’s not a place for an intimate first date due to it being in probably an old warehouse so you get a lot of echoing from other patrons so it can get pretty loud. Drinks are plentiful & flavorful. They even make their own wine. The Apples to Apples is a seasonal drink & of course tastes like ummm apples. Very tasty & puts you in the holiday spirit. Small plates I went with the crispy potatoes which were phenomenal and the rosemary makes these potatoes sing. We also tried the smoked squash which was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the smoke which compliments the squash perfectly. For my main, I picked the gnocchi with mushrooms. The only thing I didn’t enjoy about the dish was that it ended. I could have easily ate another plate of these perfectly prepared gnocchi and the brown sauce left me wanting to lick my plate clean (no I did not lick my plate, but I definitely wanted to). Staff are super friendly & helped us select just the right meal & drink. Would highly recommend Luca to anyone looking to have a great time with some friends & have some absolutely amazing and delicious food & drinks while doing it.

Was sent to Luca as a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. This restaurant is chic as soon as you walk in, and the food matches the vibes. I came in as a solo diner and sat at the bar. Wine by the glass selection could be wider, but the cab blend was tasty. The stand out items for me were the gem lettuce salad with the focaccia croutons as well as the tiramisu. So delicious! The kitchen sent out arancini on the house, which I thought was very kind. I got the gnocchi and it was good but wish I tried the pizza. I watched it being made from the bar and it looked outstanding. Highly recommend this spot for a date night or even solo dinner, but better when you have a larger party so you can try a bunch of different items.

Honestly just okay. I’ve had better pasta in the area. Portions are small. The desserts were super sweet. And be sure to pay attention to your bill. There’s a 3% kitchen appreciation that’s added that they don’t bring up. Parking lot is small and during their busy time, there’s no spots. I had to park on the street right in front of their restaurant and still got a parking ticket at 8pm at night. Very inconvenient and not worth it. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Teresa — Google review
Really great food really upscale restaurant a little crowded and loud inside, but the food was outstanding. My wife and I chose to do a bunch of small plates and got a little taste of a lot of great things. For dessert definitely try the Italian version of butterscotch pudding. It was to die for. Make reservations ahead of time. You can do it online. It’s real easy, but this place was packed with with the Line if you didn’t have reservations.

I’ve been coming to Luca since 2019, so I figured it was finally time to leave a review. I recently came in for a celebration dinner with my best friend, and the experience was fantastic. We had reservations at the bar and were lucky to have Ty as our bartender. I told them to keep the drinks coming and to surprise me—and every choice was spot-on. The food was just as impressive. We ordered a few small plates, a great pasta dish, and a separate beef entrée that was absolutely incredible. I don’t go out often because I tend to be pretty frugal, but when I want a great meal and an even better overall experience, Luca is where I go. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience at Luca this past week. Our server Marisha was very knowledgeable with the menu and explaining the dishes on the menu. She was also very attentive throughout the evening. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy, and the food was amazing. My husband had the chicken; I had the steak. It was one of the best steaks I have ever had and I would go back to Luca’s just for that dish. And kudos to the bartender for knowing how to make an amaretto sour with egg white!

The Horse Inn is a historic and elusive gem in Lancaster County, offering a speakeasy vibe and globally inspired pub cuisine. The menu features daily handcrafted dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Lancaster County. With two bars serving exceptional spirits and a fantastic bourbon selection, the knowledgeable staff crafts outstanding cocktails. Our meal tonight was really good - Thank you to Abbie our server. She knew the exact flavors of the dishes. Wonderful halibut. Per husband the shrimp and grits were the best he ever had.

Excellent food. Live music was also excellent. Three of us had a drink at the bar and then moved to a table for dinner. We shared the loaded French fry appetizer as we had been traveling and wanted something quick. They were good. I had their delicious version of a BLT with fried green tomatoes, mozzarella and local bacon.

The food is tasty in this cute pub. Good burger and salads. I had a very interesting and tasty sweet corn ice cream - yum. The vibe is lively and cozy. The service is mixed, but that could be down to a busy night. Would recommend for a night out in Lancaster.

My Sister wanted to try this place, so here we are. The atmosphere is awesome and should be a delight to most. It does require a stair climb to the restaurant and T-shirts are offered at a vending machine at the entrance. We were seated as they opened and the place got busy quick. Server was a cold side but was quick enough. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were mainly just ok. Of course I got French fries for no other reason to try them out. And they were also just okay but went well with the beer. My sister was overall delighted with her burger. Can I recommend you trying the Horse Inn? Sure it’s a decent experience along with the live music that isn’t loud. There is parking available and prices what about what one would expect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Horse Inn until I received my burger ordered medium well. It was red, not pink. I asked to have it to be refired because it was too rare for me. The server took the burger & stated they would put it in the oven. She brought the burger back in a minute, the burger was still red, the cheese and the lettuce were exactly the same as when she took the burger to be refired. I didn’t eat the burger and instead, I finished my mother’s meal. The server returned to the table & never even asked about me eating a different plate and that the RED burger was in front of my mother and not me, untouched! She presented the bill and I expressed I didn’t eat the $16 burger. The server then stated “that’s are medium”. I’m good with that, except, I ordered it medium well, had it refired & you’re telling me it’s still medium!! I’m a food & beverage manager, my son is opening a restaurant, I didn’t want a free meal, I wanted my burger cooked correctly, it wasn’t. The table next to us even commented that the burger was rare. The server checked with her manager & they gave me 50% off a burger a didn’t eat!! I will not return, & I will continue to express the Horse Inn is not an establishment that worries about customer satisfaction.

Callaloo is a cozy restaurant in Lancaster that offers delicious Trinidadian comfort food in a shabby-chic space adorned with plants. The cuisine at Callaloo reflects the rich fusion of traditions and cultures found in Trinidad & Tobago, blending South-Asian and African-Creole influences with unique tropical ingredients to create an inspiring range of flavors and combinations.
The food was better than I expected. I kind of caught a hipster vibe and thought this was going to be another social episode of gentrification kitchen, but I was wrong. The prices were reasonable and they had good portions. The staff was friendly, informative, and tended to our needs frequently. The venue is on the smaller side but is nice. The food was very delicious and I loved their curried dishes, I could eat my own body weight in "doubles". There was an ethnic fusion type selection. I am excited to go back and try their new special menu items. DOOO ITTTTT!!!

It was a great dining experience. They have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options so everyone can eat their delicious and flavorful food. The staff and atmosphere are fantastic. We got there just as they open for the day and although the place packed up nicely, the environment was still cool and wasn't a really loud or crazy. Good vibes and good food at this restaurant!

Callaloo has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in the Lancaster area. When I went I got coconut jerk chicken and a bitter mocktail which were both genuinely incredible. The chicken really stole the show as it was spiced perfectly to my medium spice tolerance, with a strong undertone of the coconut that combated the spice. The chicken itself was moist and fell apart in my mouth, it must've been cooked for a very long time. The mocktail was nothing exceptional it was, as the name suggests, bitter and paired relatively well with the chicken but if I go back it probably wouldn't be worth the price. Overall if you are in the area I would highly recommend eating at Callaloo. @f&m

Make a reservation! I wasn't sure what to expect and Callaloo was on my "to visit" list for a while. I made a reservation around 3:30pm for 6:30 and the host was able to pull some string to get my in to the earlier time I requested. Very appreciative! The server was very good at menu descriptions and up selling their apps, drinks, specials. We bit on each of those upsell suggestions. Very quick with refills and turning the tables. The place was busy and turning tables quickly. Respectfully, I didn't get the "atmosphere" they were going for. It's just me but I don't like tables as close to each other as they are at Callaloo. The food was good. Interesting seasonings. We got the Oktoberfest Schnitzel. It was good but it was missing something to tie those unique flavors together. I liked it, but it was best drenched in their homemade sauces. Their homemade hot sauce is very good sold to-go. There is enough intriguing menu items that I would go back.

I came by here with my friends to try out this place. Surprisingly, I wasn’t disappointed but left with a great satisfied smile. I street parked my car nearby as I didn’t see a designated parking lot for this restaurant. Once we entered, we were greeted and quickly arranged our tables and seats. Their service was great. We wanted a dish that is not in the menu and the chef came out to confirm that he can still make that dish for us. Amazing! Really doing above and beyond to their customers. We ordered char siu pork belly over rice and the wings sampler. Both dishes taste very good. The place itself isn’t that big, so if you have a big party, maybe it’s best to make your reservation ahead of time.

Visited this restaurant because we were looking for dinner being from out of the area. Glad we found this place! The food was delicious and authentic. I have had many Trinidadian dishes before since I am half Trinidadian and the food certainly did not disappoint. Will definitely come back when in the area again. We had buss up shut, spicy beef, doubles, wings and curry chicken. The in house pepper sauce was also delicious, I had to buy a bottle to gift to my parents and they loved it.

Such a great experience at Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant!! Me and my girlfriend went tonight before the rain hit and it was delicious! Such great food and the service was extremely quick without sacrificing food temperature or quality. Would say we were sat and had food/drinks within 30 minutes of our reservation time (I highly recommend, this place gets busy quick) To start we had the fire queso and it was super hot (temperature wise, although there was a kick due to jalapeños.) but super duper delicious! One of the best dips we’ve ever had! I had the bbq burger with fries and my girlfriend had the salmon with mashed potatoes. My bbq burger was huge!! I had to cut it in half to fit it in my mouth haha. My girlfriend’s salmon was delicious with the mashed potatoes on top!! We traveled from Long Island. We will definitely be back for more our next time out! 10/10 score!

Delicious food, great atmosphere, easy parking. Fun drinks - Salmon salad was fantastic! Small error that I ordered the highlighted Smash potatoes but got the mashed potatoes. This was my 1st time trying this restaurant. I picked it out because it was open later. I was in a party of 4. We all liked our food. Iron Hill Brewery is one of the rare places I have found that you can tell they truly understand food. Wonderful flavor balance in everything we had, and a menu that truly feels inspired. Every beer and bite was nothing short of delicious. It saddened me to think they are nowhere near where I live. I'll be dreaming of that burger and bread pudding for a while. Modern French restaurant

Basque restaurant
Citronnelle is a cozy French BYOB restaurant located in downtown Lancaster. The intimate 32-seat bistro offers a modern take on French cuisine with influences from Asia and North Africa. The menu features creatively sourced dishes, such as duck leg confit, harvest salad with Moroccan spices, and crab croquettes with wasabi aioli. Citronnelle prides itself on using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients whenever possible and also incorporates high-quality exotic elements into its dishes.
I came here for my birthday with my family; I have come here for ten years and I have never been disappointed with the food, service or atmosphere. The dishes are innovative, well balanced and always cooked perfectly. Andrew the server was great, the owner Susan is always so welcoming and kind and Chef Rafael is a master of his craft!

The server was very friendly and kind, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although she did check-in with us regarding our appetizer, she was too preoccupied to check-in regarding our entree, due to her being the only staff in the dining area catering to 4 different tables; understandable but didn't leave us the opportunity to address our issues with the entree (which will be highlighted below) until we paid for our bill and came across someone else by happenstance. The aesthetics were elegant and on the dimmer side, especially if you're seating at the corner tables away from the light, we recommend sitting closer to the light or by the entrance if there's still light out. We really loved the crab croquettes appetizer, which had a perfectly crispy exterior that complimented perfectly with the moist interior mixture of potato and crab that paired very well with the aioli. The crispy potato that accompanied the NY strip was perfectly balanced as well, with the crispiest exterior that I ever had with a potato dish! Unfortunately that was the highlight to the entire dish, for the strip was extremely lean without any fat or marbling to help balance out the leanness of the steak (which is evident in the attached photos below). Usually a NY strip, even if grass fed, would still have a strip of fat on the outer layer, but ours did not have any at all, which you can see from all slices we've made. We weren't hoping for ribeye-quality fats at all, but just one that wasn't completely lean. The creamed spinach was also quite bitter and watery, which definitely diluted its creaminess unfortunately; you can see from the photo the wateriness in the creamed spinach where the cream began separating. We love their menu and the restaurant's elegant vibe, as well as how beautifully the food was presented, but unfortunately we were left disappointed by our main entree. I highly recommend their crab croquettes so please give that a try if you can, I promise you won't regret it! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

My husband and I made a last minute reservation to try this place after I looked at the positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, our dining experience was not so positive like the others. Let me preface this by saying that I am a Philly native who has visited many fine dining restaurants in the city. I’ve even been to restaurants that don’t have the fine dining ambience (like this place) but their prices are expensive like a fine dining place. This restaurant lacked in all the aspects of fine dining (not sure if that is what they’re going for). The room is very small and tight. When I walked in first and gave the server our name for the reservation, she pointed us to the corner table. It was a tight squeeze! I glanced at it with an awkward hesitation, and then I looked at my husband and told him that I was going to use the restroom first. This corner table was the worst seat in the room. I wish she would’ve sat us at another 2 top considering that I’m pregnant and will need the room to get in and out and make multiple trips to the restroom. Well, this server didn’t seem to be mindful of that. After I got back to my seat (after much tweaking of the chair and table to get comfortably seated), I just looked towards the wait staff station to see when our sever would bring us our water and menus. Mind you, the place is small and there’s 2 waitresses with 4 parties. Not a busy evening for them. I also worked in the restaurant industry and bringing water and menus when your guests arrive is just service 101. You don’t keep them waiting too long. I was shocked to notice that our server didn’t notice. She was more attentive to the 4 top near us. Finally, she walked over with menus and then asked what kind of water we wanted. I asked for filtered tap. I wish she would’ve asked me this before I used the restroom if I knew she was going to wait this long to ask us another question about water options. Anyways, onto the food. My husband and I shared the crap croquettes because that was a highly recommended item from the other reviewers. Well, let me be the first to tell you, don’t order it! Save your money! It wasn’t that good. I was very disappointed to see that these were way too mushy and contained way too much cream. I first picked it up with my fork, but it completely breaks down that you have to eat it with your fingers. Again, way too much cream and you barely taste any crab. I don’t understand how people think this was good, but it was overpowering with the mayonnaise like cream and no crab taste. I felt bamboozled. For the second course, I ordered the NY strip and my husband got the lamb bolognese. Our server explained that if we wanted the soufflé, then we HAD to order it with our dinner because it takes the chef 20 minutes to make it. I thought that was even strange. I’ve never come across that in my dining experience and thought it was an unnecessary request of the guests. What if we changed our minds after we finished the dinner and wanted to cancel the soufflé? It just didn’t make sense to pressure guests into making a decision about dessert when they haven’t even had the first course yet. Now, my steak was good, but that was the only thing I liked on my plate. The steak was tender and juicy. However, it came with this crusted potato thing that tasted really strange. It also came with a cup of creamed spinach which was very bland and lacking in any culinary taste. It needed salt very badly and didn’t have much cream. I was shocked by the poor texture and lack of taste in the sides. My husband’s dish was good, but after some time of eating it, he said he doesn’t think he’s a fan of bolognese. He said it’s something that he could make himself, so I don’t think he was any more impressed with his dish. The pasta noodles had a nice texture to it though and the eggplant was good. That’s about it. Finally, the soufflé. It was nothing special in taste or texture. There wasn’t anything in it that made me go “wow, that’s really good”. Overall, a poor experience and such lack of attentiveness from our server. We won’t return.

Absolutely incredible. The crab croquettes were very soft and had a excellent crab taste. The arrangement of the plates were beautiful. The inside of the restaurant was very personal. You could tell that everything was done with care, intentionality. The main courseries were fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly, chicken was delicate with a beautiful mushroom flavor. The desserts were not overly sweet. I would really recommend giving this place a try!

I had Citronnelle on my list for a long time! My friends were in from L.A. so I made reservations. Overall, the food was underwhelming. Maybe I expected too much, but I wasn't a fan of some of the flavors and also felt that the 'umami' was missing. However, the services was impeccable, the environment was romantic and high-end, so maybe I just had an off night (me and/or the restaurant).

After a 2 year absence & 5 star review... I found the lamb tender with delicious sauce, the mushroom risotto lovely, the soufflé as good as ever. The vegetables could use some seasoning, the octopus was a little chewy & salty, the pate used to be creamier & more generous. Dessert took some time to come. The salad could do without the pickled pearl onions which hit one in the back of the throat. But nice flavor overall.

Very small and tight vibe. Just a few tables. I did not enjoy the service that day as well it was slow with nobody there and her vibe was weird. The steak and fries were good. Steak could have been cooked better.

We have been to Citronnelle twice. Very special little French restaurant. Citronnelle is a gem, we will reserve a table again. The combination of the assorted seafood dish complements each other and tastes very delicious. Usually shellfish tend to leave sand in the dish, but this dish delighted me from beginning to end. The sauce tastes great. We tried different dishes for both dinners, and each one was a pleasant surprise...bring your own favorite wine (not provided by the restaurant) and enjoy the family atmosphere, friendly conversation...it was great! We can't wait for the next time 😋

Shady Maple Smorgasbord is a renowned all-you-can-eat buffet in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, offering an extensive selection of Pennsylvania Dutch comfort food. The cafeteria-style space serves up a plethora of dishes, including bacon, freshly made eggs, and various pastry options for breakfast. This iconic establishment boasts a 200-foot buffet featuring smoked beef brisket, kielbasa, salads, homemade breads, and the famous shoofly pie.
They have everything. I went with a group of men for a work event and it was a spectacle to see how much each guy could eat. I thoroughly enjoyed the beef brisket, a medium cut of prime rib, a white fish fillet, and a full full salad. Their desserts are great. Their beats are great. The staff was really friendly to us and seemed like they were having a great time even when they were super busy.

We love to come here once a year for my birthday because your meal is free on your birthday. They are closed on Sundays so if your birthday is on a Sunday you have to come on the following Monday. There is a lot of food. It's one of the biggest buffets in the country. Lots of home cooked foods. They do steak night, seafood, and other theme nights.

The line was literally out the door the day we went. It took us right at an hour to get through the line/pay and get to a table. This was by far the largest buffet I have ever seen. There are alot of places that have a good amount of options but nothing compares to the Shady Maple. I had a good range of foods and everything was good. The buffet had just about everything you can think of to eat. So no matter what you are hungry for they will have it.

This place is amazing! Huge facility and they keep everything moving without rushing you through. For 20 years coworkers have told us about how great it is to come …. We weren’t disappointed. Came for lunch will come back for dinner sometime soon. Book your next Poconos Stay with us Poconos Frog Pond Cabin through our website. We are also on VRBO and AirBnb and are conveniently located near Jack Frost & Big Boulder Ski Mountains in Lake Harmony, PA. Also close to Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run State Park, and shopping at Jim Thorpe.

I got To be honest. I was not to impressed, allot of hype but the food was not the best. I was expecting home style Amish food and it was high volume rushed buffet food. The buffet was a mess and most of the food lacked flavor, the turkey breast was soaking in water for goodness sake. The cooked to order steaks were tuff and had a bunch of grizzel, definitely not like my Amish market food. You wait in line outside, then inside and then even more when you pay. They made 11 million in sales last year, you would think the food would be banging. I really wish it was better, i was super disappointed and not once did our server ask if everything is going well. The only saving thing was the desserts, carrot cake was amazing, shoe fly pie was great and thebpecan coffee cake was great.

A must stop when you are visiting the Amish Country. Foods are fresh and constantly being filled. Love the Chopped cheese steak. The pies are always yummy! Homemade Amish Pies! They have every soft drink you can want and and amazing sugar free selection of icees. The ice cream and milkshakes are thick and 100% cream! The also have a huge gift shop on bottom floor.

Okay this is an 8hr trip from our home. We were super excited to try this place. Waited in two separate lines to pay then be seated, think amusement park lines for lunch on a Monday. $20 bucks pp and we had 5ppl. Honestly the food did not match the hype. The selections were AMAZING and there were SO many things to choose from but it needed the salt and pepper treatment. Brisket- do it! Butter noodles- don't do it. The dessert was great and they had lots of choices. They had cool 3d art around the place too. Overall glad we experienced it, won't return unless we return for like breakfast only to give it a shot. Save time for the downstairs gift shop or the market down the hill. That's where I had the most fun!

Shady Maple Smorgasbord is an experience you have to try at least once if you’re anywhere near Lancaster County! The place is massive, spotless, and incredibly well-run. The staff is friendly and efficient, keeping everything stocked and clean even during the busiest hours. The food selection is unreal, endless options from favorites and hearty comfort food to fresh-made desserts and soft-serve ice cream. Everything tasted homemade and fresh, not like your typical buffet. My favorites were the carved meats, fried chicken, mac & cheese, and those desserts (worth the trip alone). It’s definitely a place where you can feel the community vibe, families, travelers, locals, everyone seems to be having a great time. The atmosphere is cozy, the prices are fair for what you get, and the whole experience feels like a celebration of good food and hospitality!

Arthur's Terrace Restaurant at Eden Resort is a versatile venue that offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including weekend brunches. The restaurant provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast or lunch from the bountiful Lancaster buffet or choose from the ala carte menu. Additionally, there are options for those who prefer lighter bites. The restaurant also serves dinner with a variety of choices and generous portions.
We had dinner with our family over Thanksgiving weekend. There was a limited menu, but still enough choices. The portions there were large. I had the Philadelphia cheesecake with sweet potato fries and took half of it back to our room. The bacon wrapped Meatloaf was good and very filling served with a side of asparagus, which was tough. We brought back cake dessert from the store, one shaped like a turkey and the other like a pumpkin. Our server was attentive and efficient. The decor was classic. There was an attached lounge and doors leading to a beautiful courtyard. There is a breakfast buffet on the weekends.

My wife and I had breakfast here twice on our stay at Eden resort. The first morning wasn't bad the food was good the and good atmosphere. I was a little disappointed the breakfast potatoes were marked gluten free but very glad our server noted the potatoes couldn't be guaranteed gluten free due to my wifes allergy. Second morning had breakfast sent to our room. Toast was missing my wifes eggs were over cooked and not cooked as requested. Had them send more up which were a little better but still not quite right.

Great spot to grab a bite to eat. We did the breakfast buffet which had a good assortment of food. The donuts we had were a little on the stale side other than that everything tasted good.

Servers were good. Dinner was ok. Desserts were terrible. The pizza and salad were great! But the ice cream tasted like chemicals and the after taste on most treats were off. Would only recommend if you’re staying at the Eden Resort & Garfield’s is closed. - A Vacationing New Yorker

Beautiful place and friendly service. Came here for valentines day dinner with my girlfriend. Drinks were good and so was the mozzarella sticks. She ordered the crab stuffed lobster and I had the meatloaf with macaroni and cheese, but I didnt taste any cheese, seemed like just boiled elbow macaroni and the crab stuffed lobster was cold even after she sent it back.

I went here with some family that were staying at the hotel. There were not too many options for food, but I ended up ordering the prime rib. It was tasty and I ended up taking half of it home. The prices ranged from average to a bit more pricey. The service was alright at first. It took a bit for someone to come to our table, but when they did, the waitress was great and kept checking in on us.

Five star treatment and dining all the way. Had the open buffet and literally ate as much of everything as I could. The ambiance was so relaxed and pleasant the staff was friendly and professional and the food was exquisite.

Breakfast buffet food was not good. The waffles had chunks of sugar in them and the bacon was floppy and almost all fat...

Cork & Cap Restaurant is situated in the Cork Factory Hotel and offers a diverse menu of seafood, upscale American comfort food, and beverages. The restaurant is located in Urban Place, a mixed-use community within the redeveloped 19th-century cork factory. Embracing a local focus, it draws inspiration from Pennsylvania Dutch comfort cuisine and locally sourced ingredients to create simple yet cosmopolitan dishes that celebrate Lancaster County's rural abundance.
They were quite busy so I was sat in the bar, but the service was still great! The Caprese salad was excellent and the vegan pea pesto pasta was amazing and great even if you're not a vegan! Would highly recommend. Also great to see Walla Walla wines on the list. The seven hills merlot was perfect!

The bass thumping from the party upstairs made for an amusing evening. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals, though the flavors were a bit underwhelming. Still, it’s worth checking out if you’re in the area—just maybe not on a Saturday night.

Nice eclectic throwback interior decorated with industrial items. Scallops were excellent. Steak special cooked perfectly but, did lack a bit off spice flavor. But you can always add a touch of salt, but you can't change turn a medium back to medium rare. Wrong temperature on steak and it would have been a hard 3 stars. Will try again when back in Lancaster.

Went here for a work dinner. Definitely a bit more upscale than my normal restaurant choices. It had a nice vibe, interesting menu that had plenty of choices for both the adventurous eaters that want to try something new, and anyone who prefers a traditional taste just done really well.

Cork & Cap far exceeded all expectations tonight! Don’t wait for a special occasion to visit. The hostess made us feel quite welcome BUT our Server, Domi, provided the best service EVER without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble as she anticipated our every need. The atmosphere was interesting and classy. The food entrees were SO delicious that patrons were excited to spontaneously share their favorite suggestions with others. Our choices, which were all spectacular, included: Sangria, Salmon, Caprese Salad, to-die-for Hush Puppies, and desserts too. We were so focused on the beauty of each dish that I forgot to take more pictures. Congratulations Chef and Staff!!! We’ll be back soon!

Large portions. However, food was inconsistent. Crab dip appetizer was not hot throughout. Also, the dip itself was very rich, but very bland...no spice or umami at all. The vehicles for dipping were varied, plentiful, and tasty. But again, I'd rather the crab be the star of the show. Blackened swordfish was excellent where it was blackened but there were areas of the fish with no seasoning. Garlic mashed potatoes had fantastic flavor and texture, but they arrived at room temperature. My NY Strip was enormous and flavorful, but parts of the au Poivre sauce tasted almost burnt...other parts were perfect. The crab cake was both hot and perfectly seasoned... definitely the best thing we had. No room for dessert. Overall there were enough problems to prevent 4 stars. Maybe it was just a bad night, because the potential is there.
Cory M — Google review
We sat in the bigger room off to the left of the front door and it was fabulous! The food was fantastic. I didn't have much room for dessert, but somehow ate most of the amazing raspberry ice cream. I had the short rib wellington. My friends had the crab cake and thought it was amazing but the remoulade overpowered it a bit, they thought it might be better to be poured out, like the gravy on the short rib wellington. The ice cream was good, but the cookie was not necessarily worth $3, my husband said it tasted like it had been frozen and thawed. Otherwise the experience was great overall.

I had a wonderful experience. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I love the stone walls and vibe. Highly recommend the risotto and prosciutto balls, swordfish and the pork chop! Delicious!

I love British-themed pubs, this one is great. Don't let the outside fool you it's inviting and friendly inside. Nice menu, beer & whiskey selection. Banger & mash were great! I'd get off Route 30 just to come here!

Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a full stocked bar and great food. The atmosphere was on the louder side hard to hear sometimes, but it's to be expected when the pub is full of happy customers enjoying their time. The staff checks your ID right away when you sit at your table. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was easy to get to. The food was themed to be English style food from fish and chips, scotch eggs and bangers and mash. The food did NOT disappoint. We will definitely be returning to try more food and drinks off thier menu. 8/10

Ok WOW!! We’re out of towners who stopped by for a quick meal late at night and were blown away. Price was right and the sticky toffee pudding was the highlight for sure. Oddly enough the Caesar salad was also a highlight. Super garlicky. This place beats pricier places in New Hope and Philly for me. Great atmosphere and service too.

Really cool place. Food was really great…. Service was not so good. We had to go to bar and order a 2nd beer… because there was absolutely no follow up by our servers. We received no follow up with empty beer glasses for over 15 minutes. See picture of loss revenue… empty beer glasses before meal is finished…. So we only ordered two drinks. Waited forever for more ketchup and tartar sauce… This math has you letting business walk out of your restaurant. When I mentioned to the server/manager he said “you could have let us know”…. We would have ordered several more bar drinks and the ticket would have been higher with an even better tip. We may try again another night.

I frequent Quip's Pub on Mondays for Wing Night and after a couple of decades, I've never regretted it once. There are NO better wings in the area and even the housemade Bleu Cheese and Ranch dips are on a different level from the competition. Importing prodigious brews from the UK mixed with 2 very accessible dartboards for recreation...the whole family loves this place, how can you go wrong!? Specials have stood out as well with outstanding dishes ranging from Scotch Eggs, Bangers and Mash and even Escargot to Boxty. Highly Recommended.

Fish and Chips are authentic British-wrapped in newspaper. Damn good and worth the visit.

I use to frequent this place often several years ago. The food was very good then as was the wait staff and bar tenders. Went there a week or so ago and some of the food was good, the fish of the fish and chips was soggy and tasted somewhat undercooked. We had the French onion soup, good, and the corned beef and cabbage, also good. There was a waiter there who I felt didn't like his job, therefore wasn't the best and wasn't attentive, there was another who was good, considering we weren't his table. Overall, was slightly disappointed in the experience.

Great place that I have been to many times. Never any issues with food, drinks or service. I was actually super impressed with our last visit our waitress stopped and said that the nachos didn’t look like the cheese was fully melted and wanted to get it fixed. Which I thought they tasted great as is. They took it and brought out new ones and removed it from the bill. Highly recommend going and having some drinks and getting The Dipper to snack on!

C'est La Vie is a French bistro located in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania, offering an authentic dining experience inspired by Parisian bistros. The restaurant's earthy color scheme and casually upscale vibe provide a charming atmosphere with views of Central Market. The menu features artisanal French cuisine, including hors d'oeuvres, sandwiches like Croque Monsieur, brick-oven pizzas, and classic entrees such as boeuf bourguignon and coquille Saint Jacques.
A very nice menu… we got the berry salad and that was great. Also, the best onion soup I’ve had, ever! Short rib sandwiches for lunch…with great fries. Exceptional coffee! The wait staff was very friendly and professional.
Chris M — Google review
A Long-Overdue Love Letter to C’est La Vie It’s not often you come across a restaurant that gets *everything* right, consistently — but C’est La Vie in downtown Lancaster has quietly, confidently been doing just that for years. And frankly, this glowing review is long overdue. From the moment you step through the door, it’s clear that every detail of the space has been curated with intention. The ambiance is effortlessly chic — a blend of trendy comfort and belle époque elegance that transports you. The warm lighting, rich textures, and thoughtful spatial design all work in harmony to create an atmosphere that feels both vibrant and intimate. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for hours, lost in great conversation, without ever needing to raise your voice. The acoustics are a minor miracle in themselves. But let’s talk about the food — *mon dieu*, the food. The French-inspired cuisine never ceases to amaze. Every dish is a marriage of high-quality ingredients and meticulous presentation. Whether it's traditional mussels beurre monte, a perfectly seared duck breast, or a decadent crème brûlée, there’s a certain *je ne sais quoi* to every plate that leaves you both satisfied and eagerly anticipating your next visit. The menu strikes a beautiful balance between innovation and tradition — French classics elevated with subtle, modern twists that surprise and delight. The cocktails are no less impressive. Creative, balanced, and beautifully presented, each drink is a testament to the skill and imagination behind the bar. Whether you're indulging in something floral and aromatic or bold and spirit-forward, there’s always something on the cocktail menu that feels just a little bit special — like it was made just for you. As for the service: friendly, professional, and perfectly timed. The staff at C’est La Vie have mastered the art of being present without ever hovering. They seem to have an innate sense of when to appear — whether it’s for a water refill, a wine recommendation, or simply to check in. It’s a level of attentiveness that feels rare these days and only adds to the overall sense that you are being *taken care of*. What makes C’est La Vie so special, though, is the consistency. This isn’t a place that rests on its reputation. Every visit, whether a spontaneous weeknight dinner, a business lunch or a celebratory evening out, meets — and often exceeds — expectations. There’s clearly a deep level of thought and pride that goes into every element of the dining experience, and it shows. As a lifelong Francophile, C’est La Vie feels like home away from my happy place. It captures the spirit of France — not just in the food or decor, but in the *experience*: the joy of sharing a beautiful meal, of savoring the moment, of feeling like time has slowed just enough to let you *live* a little more fully. C’est La Vie isn’t just one of the best restaurants in Lancaster — it’s one of my favorites. Mes remerciements à toute l'équipe!
Brian M — Google review
We’ve been to C’est la Vie every Valentine’s Day for the past 3 years, and this year we decided to come for our anniversary too! We had the same server as V-day (Mike D) and he is spectacular! He’s so kind and personable; we will be asking for him the next time we visit. We’ve also had Benjamin before and he was great too. As for food, my partner gets something different every time we come because you can’t get anything bad on this menu. I on the other hand am a creature of habit, so I always get Chef Daniel’s Crab Cakes because they’re simply the best crab cakes I’ve ever had! Highly recommend getting dessert as well. The creme brûlée is out of this worlddddd 😍

Even thought the service and ambience experience were positive , food quality and preparation didn’t match the price nor overall reviews . The bourguignon was the only good dish that I could recommend , bouillabaisse felt blend and didn’t taste fresh . The pizza was nothing like other pictures posted online and felt like a frozen pizza from the market, jumbo shrimps were dry probably over cooked . My wife was given a broken wine glass . Far from impressed

A fantastic experience. Great for lunch date as well as dinner with friends or favorite someone. Our server was great. His knowledge of the menu helped to guide us from appetizer to main course to desert. He also helped us to select a delicious mocktail with ginger beer. Food was so delicious that we brought food home for our family. I had the Crab Asparagus Soup followed by a Short- rib Sandwich with Horseradish sauce. I had carrot cake for desert. All delicious! We were celebrating my friend’s birthday.

I made reservations this morning via the Open Table App for my first dining experience. It was a perfect day for al fresco dining and people-watching as shoppers came and went at the historic Lancaster Central Market. Our server Ben asked my daughter and me our first names and addressed us by our names when checking in for our orders, a first in all my years of dining out. Chef’s kiss for the Surf & Turf: filet mignon and crab cake. C'est La Vie is worth the drive from Harrisburg.

C'est La Vie was a fantastic experience! My friend and I had an amazing time enjoying their delicious pizza, which had a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor, a great complement to our meal. We paired everything with a couple of their signature cocktails, which were expertly made and refreshing. The atmosphere was charming, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better.

For the positive - clean, friendly, quick service, large portions. For the straight talk - not a traditional Vietnamese food. If your mother cooked this in Vietnam, you'd be at the neighbors house. Food has no flavor and traditional spices are lacking. Too much food when there's no satisfaction in eating it.

Recently I visited Sprout in Lancaster and was impressed by my experience. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were able to find a table a few minutes after ordering. Although there isn't a lot of indoor seating, the place was clean and staff was friendly. The food was fresh and arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. We ordered the CM 8 and the S 1, both dishes were delicious. The tofu in the CM 8 was flavorful and had a perfect texture, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired perfectly with the rice. The S1 was perfect for a cold windy day, the broth had notes of spicy jalapeños and fresh basil. The vegetables and glass noodles were cooked to perfection and not overdone and fun to eat with the crunchy tofu! The portion was decent and the dish overall was hearty and filling. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sprout for anyone looking for a great vegetarian options.

Cabalar Meat Co. is a popular spot in Lancaster, PA that offers a unique experience as a whole animal butcher and eatery. They source local fully-pastured and grass-fed animals for their meats and also provide delicious cheeses and other items in the grocer section. Visitors can watch their meats being butchered right in front of them. The menu features hand-carved sandwiches, burgers, breakfast options, and homemade sweet treats.
Burgers and chicken sandwich were delicious. The fries were cooked to perfection. The only down side for me was the drink selection. The sodas were off-brand and tasted too sweet. Definitely will return to try other items from the menu. The restaurant is spacious and the outdoor seating is great.

This was my first time eating here and definitely won't be my last. I had heard and read great things about this place and I can see why. I had the weekly special, which was the Bacon Butter Burger (beef patty, cooper sharp, b&b pickle, bacon, butter baste, potato bun) and upgraded from chips to fries. The fries were great and definitely worth the upgrade. I grew up in Wisconsin, where the butter burger was invented, and I have to say this was a pretty good effort. I would definitely get it again. Our table shared some fried pickles and those were amazing as well, but are a little on the salty side. They have a smaller, but diverse selection of beers on tap. Nice outdoor dining space. Highly recommend!

Forever love Cabalar. I have been looking for over a year to try to grab the chicken Caesar sandwich special but it didn’t work with my work schedule until a couple weeks ago. It was so worth the wait! My boyfriend’s burger was amazing too. I can’t get enough of their fries. This is a go to spot I tell everyone to go to!

When we got to Cabalar we didn’t know what to expect. It was massive inside. They have an amazing system for preparing food and pumping stuff out. You order up front and pickup around the side. Tons of seating and room at the counter as well. I ordered the classic burger but with a double patty. It was covered in melty cheese, fresh onion, ketchup, and came out cooked perfect. It was extremely juicy, extremely well seasoned and you can tell the beef was super high quality. This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in many years personally. My wife got the Macdaddy and it was every bit of everything she hoped it would be. She even expressed it might well be the best thing she’s had all vacation to eat which is saying a lot. The beef tallow fries were salty and crunchy and seasoned perfectly as well. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend. The only rough part is parking. The lot is a little small and street parking is not abundant. Be prepared either to wait or walk.
Victor N — Google review
My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch today while in the area. It was our first time here. We came through the back door and tried to order right there at the counter. The woman told us to order up front. We did have to wait in line to order. My boyfriend ordered the sweet heat burger. He said it was well prepared and had great flavor. I ordered the smash burger which was delicious! It was the perfect amount of food, and proces are decent. There was alot of seating. We will definitely be back.

We went here for the Restaurant Week special, the Bratwurst burger. It was my first time here and was very excited to try their food as they seem to get amazing reviews online. Now the only thing I tried there was this burger and I'm not sure if it was a regular menu item. It was a good sandwich and the burger itself was very good. There was a heaping pile of sauerkraut on it, along with other condiments. I really enjoyed it, my daughter seemed meh on it and my wife didn't care for it as she doesn't like sauerkraut. We will have to go back to give a more fair and accurate review. Based on this sandwich, I enjoyed Calabar and would happily return. On a side note, it seemed very kid friendly to me. There were several families with kids and there was a small kitchen kids play area upstairs.
Terry M — Google review
4.5/5 This place is really fantastic looking. The branding and food pics caught our eyes and definitely lived up to it. My husband got a reuben which he loved, it actually contained enough cheese, the fries were great. My only issue is that I got the burger with the "bacon jam" and there is no way that can legally be called a jam, it is a ham salad at best. It tasted fine, but it was extremely misleading. Totally would recommend and would go again, but lower your expectations about the burger.

Since 1929, it has been serving up a soul-nourishing buffet featuring homemade soups and dishes reminiscent of your grandparents' cooking. The all-day buffet offers an extensive array of local favorites, including potato stuffing, brown buttered noodles, and shoofly pie.
I wanted to enjoy some traditional Dutch food while visiting Lancaster County. I didn't know if I would find enough plant based choices. But their buffet offered so many choices. They even gave me a booklet with all the food i gradients and had a vegitarian buffet price. Alex and all the staff were awesome. Love the food. Clean and nice place. Definitely go back if I am in town.

This was my first time visiting and until now I’ve been going to the more popular one in Lancaster. However, after this visit, I would say Miller’s is better! While the selection may be slightly limited, the quality makes up for it. They also offer just the right number of selection for my personal liking. The service was great, we got seated right away and our waitress was awesome! She was attentive and prompt throughout our entire meal. Millers is a great spot for families and individuals. They do accept reservations which I think is unique ! Food wise, you really can’t go wrong! My favorite pair was the fried chicken, roast beef and broccoli salad!!! The chicken was fried perfectly, not dry and flavorful! The roast beef was also very tender !! Paired beautifully with the horseradish, not too strong. The broccoli salad was creamy and minced fine!! Overall all the other dishes were good. I will say, be warned about their salted caramel cheesecake. It was SUPER salty.. almost unbearable to eat…

We stopped by Miller’s Smorgasbord for Sunday brunch, and it quickly became a new favorite for our group of four. This all-you-can-eat Amish and American buffet really delivers. From brown buttered noodles to the carved roast beef and perfectly crispy fried chicken, everything we tried was fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was just as impressive as the food. Our plates were cleared promptly and drinks were always refreshed without having to ask. Compared to other local Amish buffets like Shady Maple, Miller’s felt calmer, more organized, and overall a better dining experience. Of the over 3 dozen items to choose from on the buffet line, we had our favorites. The fried chicken was crunchy and seasoned just right, the roast beef was tender and carved to order, and we loved the tangy broccoli slaw. Don’t skip the desserts either, ie. homemade pies, cakes and cookies. At $30 per adult, it’s a bit pricier than some buffets in the area, but for the quality and service, it’s 100% worth it, especially if you’ve got a solid appetite. 100% will be back

Food was okay. Some stuff was kind of bland(stuffing), other stuff was kinda dry (chicken).. other stuff was good.. banana pudding tasted fake with no real banana and hardly any wafers. Its quite expensive especially since sodas were extra and not included..

Food is delicious, there was a 30 minute wait if you didn’t have a reservation but that wasn’t a problem. The staff here are really really nice and friendly people. There was no Chinese food, but food here is really good, and the outside looks great with horses walking on fields and much more, very great view of Pennsylvania.

This was a great place to eat. It was buffet and there were many good options to choose from. Anyone could find something for their taste. And the dessert bar was excellent with many choices. All of the food I tried was very good.

Everything was amazing! The only downside is we picked a time to go when their happened to be a bus load of people visiting. It was very crowded. I recommend getting reservations. It was a 45 minute wait. Which wasn't so bad because we got to visit the shops on the premises and watch the horses.

Food was delicious 😋. There was a short wait. Lots of great things to eat. Wonderful array of good things to eat. Something for everyone. Roast beef, ham, turkey breast, soups, salads, side, and desserts.

The Bulls Head Public House is a British pub that offers a great selection of beers and delicious food. The paneling and chandeliers give the pub an intimate feel, and the menu has a wide variety of items, making it the perfect place to go for a quick lunch or dinner.
Went to Bulls Head for the first time. You seat yourself and go to either bar to order food and drinks. It was the perfect St. Patty's day stop. The bartender was super helpful and patient. The drink/beer selection was fantastic! The food came out quickly and was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

A very cool pub. They say it's modeled on English Pubs. Having been in many English and Irish pubs I wouldn't disagree. You'll want to go more than once because there's a lot of great stuff on the menu I won't find elsewhere in this area.
Don M — Google review
My husband and I ate at the Bulls Head Public House while staying in Lititz. We love going to English/Irish pubs and this one definitely did not disappoint. We ate in the dining room, as it was close to the end of the evening and it was much quieter. The pub bar side was busy and had a lively, fun atmosphere. We started with the scotch egg and the mushroom toast for our appetizers. The scotch egg was really good--a hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage and Panko bread crumbs and then deep-fried---it's been a favorite of ours since we first ate it in London! This one was a really good one. But...the mushroom toast was amazing!! It had three types of mushrooms on garlic toast with sea salt--it was SO good!! We chose two types of pies for our entrees--the chicken & leek pie and the fisherman's pie. Both of those were new to us and once again, they were delicious! The fisherman's pie had two types of fish and shrimp covered in cheddar mashed potatoes and then baked. The chicken & leek pie had tons of chicken with a flaky puff pastry crust. We were definitely happy campers! We were too full for dessert, but we couldn't pass up sticky toffee pudding (another favorite from England) so we got it to go. If you have never tried sticky toffee pudding, this would be a great place for your first experience with that dessert!! We would definitely recommend the Bulls Head Public House if you are in Lititz! You will not be disappointed.
Debra D — Google review
I’ve gone here twice in the last week; so delicious! No table service, so you order at the bar, like in a traditional British pub. I would highly recommend the tomato and burrata appetizer, the chicken and leek pie entree, and the sticky toffee pudding dessert!
Lindy K — Google review
While waiting for our food another group came in. As they sat down one gentleman said he never had a bad meal there. I believe it! We had the fish and chips and shepherds pie. Our meals arrived hot! and nicely presented but most importantly each dish was delicious. Thank you for making my birthday lunch a real treat!

I visited the bullhead Inn and Public house in October 20 25. I was completely taken with the charm of the place. Beautifully restored and kept up well, the building is astounding. We visited the bathrooms, which were clean. The place had a very jovial atmosphere as well. My aunt ordered fish and chips and the fish was huge. Super surprising. I had a New York strip steak and it was delicious. I actually took half of it home. We all had the onion soup which was flaming hot, so be prepared and don’t burn your mouth like I did Because I was too impatient to try it. My cousin also had a steak and his wife had a big salad. My other aunt had a crabcake, which was probably the only dish at the table that was questionable. Just not a traditional crabcake. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. Although we wanted to, we could not eat dessert because we were too full from the Meal. My cousin brought me downstairs to look at the pub and oh my gosh. What a beautifully restored and built out pub. I think they call the Cellar. Definitely worth a look see. I would highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back!

I had one of the best mushroom burgers I've ever eaten here! French fries were also great. A note for those going for the first time: this is a seat yourself restaurant, then order at one of the two bars. We had to sit outside since it was so busy on a Saturday afternoon, so I can't comment too much on the atmosphere, but it seemed lively.
Tom J — Google review
British-style pub where you seat yourself and order from the bar. Surprised us, being our first time there, but the bartenders were kind and patient and walked us thru the process. Food was delicious!! Atmosphere was cozy. We were there at half past noon on a Sunday and it was packed. We snagged a table by the window and enjoyed a great meal! Bulls Head fries- a must-try. Highly recommend it here. We will be back.

Peruvian restaurant
Located at 2151 Columbia Ave in Lancaster, El Serrano offers a dining experience that transports you to a Peruvian hacienda with its traditional Peruvian and Latin-American cuisine. The restaurant is adorned with imported tiles, ironwork, and food from Peru, creating an authentic atmosphere. The menu features a variety of entrees, appetizers, and desserts including cherished family recipes from Peru. While the ambiance exudes old-style Spanish decor and charm, the food is the real star here.
Stopped by El Serrano for the happy hour tapas special. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The margaritas were tasty! The bar tender even made me a version without sour mix, which I really liked. There were two bartenders behind the bar, but it seemed like only one of them was responsible for those seated at the bar because the other guy wouldn't make eye contact with people at the bar. The restaurant area wasn't busy, so that was a little awkward because he was standing around while people wanted to put orders in. Overall, it was a nice happy hour experience.
JAIME H — Google review
I have eaten several times without writing a review until now. I just would like to share that the young gentleman hosting tonight (Friday, 9/19/25, 7 pm) was fabulous. He used his time wisely while working and he was knowledgeable on every type of sauce served here. Oh yes and of course the food is always fresh. Love this place :)
Lauren V — Google review
This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a smaller group then had a few more friends show up and they helped move us to a different area to get us all seated together. The menu is not super long but still plenty of options for a Mexican restaurant. The house margaritas were made with good tequila and not some cheap bottom shelf tequila. The food was pretty good. The spicy sauce wasn't that spicy but had a really good flavor to it. Then had to finish the meal with dessert. I got the chocolate cake, most of my party got the flan. Everyone was pleased with their meals and dessert. Nice place to go if you are looking for Mexican food in the area.

First time customers, with many more to come. Somehow I managed to screw up the online reservation, on a Friday night, but still were able to be seated right away. Our waiter, JD, was honestly one of the best servers I've ever had - very friendly, upbeat, patient and attentive. We were seated in a small room with just 3 other tables. The ambience is very nice and the food, margaritas and fried ice cream were absolute perfection! I cannot wait to return - again and again!!

Our server was pretty good. The decor in the place is great. Everybody felt like our dishes were okay but not great. Nobody was blown away and my portion of the check for dinner for two came to $100. I feel like there are better options but there are definitely worse options too.

El Serrano is also a solid place to grab some Peruvian cuisine. Historically they did not take reservations, but you can make reservations through open table now. The service was excellent, atmosphere is always good. Food has gone down hill a little bit over the years, but still worth a visit. Their desserts are always very good.

Located in Ephrata, Fox Meadows Creamery is a delightful destination for ice cream enthusiasts. The creamery takes pride in using dairy from their own cows to create delectable ice cream flavors. From the popular Floral Honeyed Lavender to the tropical Endless Summer Sorbet, there's something for every palate. Visitors can also savor specialty creations like the Blueberry Lemon Shortcake Baked Fox. The picturesque setting amidst Lancaster farmland adds to the charm of enjoying these sweet treats.
Fox Meadow creamery has become my favorite place for ice cream and all of Pennsylvania. Today I had a cold with dirt. The mango sticky rice is incredible peanut butter pie is divine. I like anything with the peanut butter and a lavender and vanilla. The trick is to come here when it’s not busy. Because, when it’s busy, it is next level busy.

This was my first time to Fox Meadows. It was outstanding. The soft pretzel was sooo delicious. The ice cream flavors were diverse and really good. There was so much seating and they had porch seating as well. Even if you have to drive a bit it is worth it. Check it out.

We purchased from our local Giant Store, a kind lady I'm the aisle highly recommend! Bam! She nailed it! Fox Meadows is incredible! Soft, full of delicious 😋 flavor! What a wonderful treat! Fox Meadows Creamery keep it up and thank you!

I ordered the half cranberry almond salad and half pesto chicken bowl - both tasted good and fresh, and prices were pretty decent. The wait for lunch took a long time, but it was certainly busy in there. The ice cream line moved pretty fast, was a fair price for craft ice cream, and the mocha brownie flavor was delicious.

How can you NOT love this place? The ice cream is always top notch, but this was my first time getting lunch. This ham and cheese pretzel was amazing, and the fries were seasoned so well. Absolutely delicious, it’s no surprise this place is always busy!

Very yummy ice cream. Waffle cone and bowls are tasty, too. Super fast service - wow, a lot of kids working there! Nice people, clean environment, and a must stop for a sweet treat.

Fantastic ice cream, and great food!🫠🤤 Very friendly staff. Once, we came in 5 minutes before closing, and they graciously made us milkshakes! You can tell Fox Meadows does their best to use only high quality ingredients, and avoids any unnecessary ingredients in their ice cream. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!🤌🏻 Also, their food presentation is really photogenic. My friend supplied the props.😉
Melody M — Google review
UPDATE: After very detailed feedback from Fox Meadows I learned that this flavor is less dense then their other fine ice creams. As stated below the flavor is delicious but I still prefer an ice cream that is much more dense. Thank you. Bought their mint chocolate chip at my local grocery store and yes the flavor was good but the ice cream is full of air, the mouth feel is horrible. I actually compressed the ice cream using my spoon by at least one third. Their ice cream was once creamy and dense, now they pump it full of air to make more money. Don't buy it in the grocery store.

This Lancaster-area establishment is a personal favorite dining destination. The service consistently exceeds expectations, with staff demonstrating exceptional teamwork. Food quality is consistently high, utilizing premium ingredients, and presentation, temperature, and taste are impeccable. The restaurant maintains a spotless interior, including restrooms. The complimentary children's meal offered with each entrée on Sundays is a significant benefit. Reservations are accepted for added convenience. However, convenient parking can be challenging on peak days due to its location outside Park City Mall.

These portions are crazy! I had the crab Alfredo and you can see from the picture, it was huge. Loaded with crab meat, thick creamy sauce. A little heave on the bay seasoning, so ask for less if you're not a fan. Had enough for 2 meals! They have do many great choices, and this is one of my faves. My daughter had the shrimp and scallop skewers with Cajun seasoning and the fabulous cornbread with a hint of heat. And, of course, their awesome maple butter. Love it again and again.

This place always surprises me. It’s a great restaurant. Great ambience great menu great food service is always on point but it’s inside of a mall but nonetheless, I like it. I came here with my girlfriend before we went to a show nearby. Had a great dinner. some crabcakes. Their house made pineapple vodka. A great salmon dish with dill sauce. and great martinis what are not the like as I mentioned service was on point presentation as always you know nice and I think the price point is pretty fair you know for a restaurant that’s as nice as this I don’t get to Lancaster that often but when I do, I definitely like to come here to JB Dawson‘s if you’ve never been definitely check it out, you won’t be disappointed if anything you’ll be surprised the food like I said always great. My husband and I planned to eat here for our anniversary last minute when we were in the area. We were able to secure a reservation online within a 2-hour timeframe on a Friday night. We actually arrived approximately a half hour prior to our reservation and were able to be seated right away. The staff were attentive and stated they help each other out, so if you need anything such as a refill, you can ask any waitstaff walking by. We did not have to wait too long for our meals to come out. I got the parmesan crusted chicken, and my husband got a steak, both of which were delicious! The prices were slightly high but not bad. When we booked our reservation, we listed it as our anniversary, and prior to the check coming out, our server brought us a complimentary dessert with a sparkler in it, which was very nice! I would recommend this restaurant, and I would eat here again!

This is our second time here and it does not disappoint. It's perfect for a date night or an anniversary. The waitress was attentive always had a refill for drinks without asking. For dessert try the cookie skillet it was amazing.

Atmosphere was great. The staff was great. Drinks were awesome. The cesar salad actually came with anchovies which I was impressed with since thats rare. But, the entrees here are very Applebees like. The microwaved perfectly rounded mashed potatoes and the fake prechar that goes on the steak and salmon. And the French fries were McDonald's like. It wasn't bad tasting but I'd expect a little better quality in the food.
Latisha B — Google review
Went there this evening 10/4/25 at 345 meet friends for dinner. Server was excellent, ordered full rack of baby back ribs, noticed they weren't as big as in June, started cutting them, started eating and they were tough. Had a few more same thing, meat was tough hard chewing. My friend ordered the same, he starts eating saying the same thing. Tough, hard chewing and cold. Manager came over gave us more ribs that were more suitable for eating, but at that point I was finished eating my dinner in disappointment. If you're going to raise prices for your food, at least keep the food the same. We'll the four of us won't be returning. Service from our waitress was great. Food wasn't good.

Step into the 1920s at The Cats Meow, a long-standing tavern located in a restored 1869 railroad hotel. The atmosphere exudes the vibe of a speakeasy with its period decor and menu items named after Prohibition-era references. From broiled crab cakes to tenderloin tips on toast, the extensive menu offers a variety of American fare including steaks, seafood entrees, and small plates.
We've come to this restaurant many times o er the last few years and it NEVER disappoints! Also great food, great staff and great atmosphere. Such a neat building and roaring 20's decor! Sadly, first and last time I'll be visiting The Cats Meow. The food, was fine, only had the French onion soup and a martini. The Martini was $11.50, good, but this is a side street in Manheim...price was surprising. The waitress was ... TOO attentive, we felt rushed and unwelcome, this was 4 PM on a Wednesday, they were not busy. Someone in my party was charged $3 for celery she was offered with her zingers, she was not told it was an added cost. I will give credit that the food was served quickly and hot, and they didn't make a big deal about splitting the bill.

We left under-impressed with food and service. Food was just ok. Not a single item stood out except for very large portions. Unnecessarily large for the type of dining this restaurant seems to offer. Overall, we were fed but not impressed. Interior looked beautiful and classy. Only seating in the outside yard-like area was available without a reservation which we didn’t mind, but it’s really nice in there and you would pay the same price for seating in that beautiful speakeasy vs seating on cheap benches outside 😅 Hostess was courteous and tried to help. Service was a hit or miss. Our waitress was not handling the stress of her job too well making her appear rushed and not present. Dropped things and disappeared for a while periodically. Never checked or cared if we had any issues with our meals. Another girl was very welcoming and friendly but didn’t happen to be assigned to our table. Prices are reasonable. Fairly priced given they define themselves in the fine dining industry. Value for money for our experience was not great though considering the quality of food and service we were given. Thank you for having us. May return on a slower day for a second try.

An amazing place to visit and dine in! It’s a combination of a friendly family restaurant and a 1920s bourgeoisie speakeasy. The drinks are crafted in a 1920s style and taste like nothing you’ve ever tried before. I personally recommend the gin cocktail. The food is authentic, reminiscent of what people would have eaten in the 1920s—simple and original, without any of the fancy additives developed in recent times to manipulate taste buds. It’s genuinely good. I would definitely come back to try more unique drinks and dishes. The staff is attentive and always goes above and beyond to make your experience special. And there's more: Karaoke Saturdays start at 9 p.m.!

I took my date out for his birthday (my treat), everything was going really good from the moment we entered the restaurant. Service & food outstanding until at the end of our meals, I asked for the bill. The waitress came over and actually threw the bill on the table next to me, my date & I, looked at each other & said what the hell. It took the waitress about 15 minutes to come over & finally apologize (with no sincerity) to us. Not very professional at all.

This place has an incredible selection of draft beer and a great patio, deck outside bar and general seating. I would have gave it a 5 star if it wasn't for the long wait for food after our appetizer came. The server was great and she felt bad and apologized for the delay. She said the kitchen got a little overwhelmed. Understandable but we got seated at 5 on a Saturday and it wasn't full. You would think they would be ready for a sat evening crowd on a perfectly clear and comfortable evening. Otherwise the food was good and would recommend.

My husband and I are visiting the area for a few days and decided to get dinner at Funck’s Restaurant. I ordered the stuffed meatloaf and my husband ordered a burger. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. Although the parking lot was almost full to capacity we were seated immediately. The food was phenomenal. I had the best meatloaf and mashed potatoes I have ever had in my life, hands down. I am only sadden by the fact that I didn’t save room for dessert. If you are in the area, make sure you stop in.

Wow! Such a beautiful experience here at Funcks. The atmosphere is welcoming beautiful serene and feels posh. We were in town to see a show at Sight and Sound but didn’t know any place else to explore. The server here was so very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed getting to know a little about her and how she landed in this part of the country. We had an appetizer of cheesesteak egg rolls. A concoction we had never experienced or known the existence of here is the southeast US. We were all extremely pleased with it! The portions were all large and we took boxes back to our Airbnb. We all highly recommend this restaurant. You need to experience it when you come to Amish country.

Funks is a great place to get delicious, hearty, freshly made food in a family friendly environment. They have a large, cozy, quaint dining room, and a huge bar. It's multi-faceted layout deems it suitable for a variety of food and or/drink centered occasions including family dinners, birthdays, first dates, romantic anniversary dinners or milestone anniversary parties, business lunches, or the traditional wedding party dinner. The list of possibilities is infinite. There's also a beautiful patio, as well as take-out and delivery. The food menu is sure to please those who crave traditional comfort foods, as well as those who look to satisfy a more sofisticated pallet. They staff experienced, highly skilled chefs who strive to prepare dishes to your personal specifications when you place your order. Orders aren't premade and sitting under heat lamps, then simply tweaked to meet your desired changes when necessary, or thawed out in a microwave as so many restaurants do. They're made fresh just for you, and undoubtedly, you'll appreciate the the difference. The focus is on customer satisfaction for both the food and the ambiance of the dining experience. Unlike restaurants that focus on the quantity and speed of orders, which in turn often leads to food being sloppily prepared or wrong, or both, you'll find that Funk's culinary and front of the house team works together seamlessly to cater to you in a holistic way that you'll be hard pressed to find at any run of the mill franchises that may be considered comparable. The staff are professional, not transitional, and it truly makes a positive impact you will see and feel. Here, you can enjoy your family time, get to know a date, or have some cocktails as you wait for your main course, no need to nor will you be rushed out the door to accommodate the next party. You will be able to savor your time as well as your food, and have a wonderful experience at the same time you're creating fond memories. The fare is reasonably priced, but also depends on wether you're looking to have something like an amazing burger for lunch or treat yourself or someone special to a steak dinner or surf and turf... Again, there's so many options, there's a very small margin for error in chosing Funk's for any eating occasion!

Funk's has a great outdoor seating area, so I tend to go there when I want to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The food is good. Their Crispy Brussels sprouts is always excellent. The Korean brisket bowl sounded very interesting at first; the presentation was excellent, but it was missing depth of flavor. Perhaps adding miso (soybean paste) could enhance the flavor? Nonetheless, I appreciate their effort to introduce new and interesting fusion items to the menu. They have a great selection of drinks. The service was excellent last week. I forgot her name but Thank you!

Bistro
Bistro Barberet & Bakery is a renowned establishment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, offering classic French cuisine, artisan desserts, and a selection of wines. The bakery is famous for its wedding cakes that are not just delicious treats but also exquisite works of art. Led by award-winning chefs with extensive experience in pastry arts, the bakery promises to add a touch of elegance and visual appeal to any special occasion.
Both the bakery and bistro are exceptional -- best desserts in the city by far. My family has tried everything in the bakery by now, and nothing has disappointed; the fruit tart, Snickers dessert, and Azure are perennial favorites. The bistro is a lovely fine dining option if you have the time; a streamlined but authentic French menu. Service is always spectacular, and the ambiance is very refined yet inviting. Again, everything I've tried has been stellar (Get the bouillabaisse if it's available!). The bistro is ideal place for a special occasion, while the bakery is worth a visit any time, for any reason.

My husband and I come to the bakery every time we're in Lancaster for incredible pastries and have had great experiences in the bistro for dinner. Most recently, we had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the bistro. We had the best time - the whole night was incredible from the food and drinks to the friendly service. We also ordered baguette sandwiches and desserts for our wedding day lunch and our bridal party loved it. Highly recommend Barberet for all things - breakfast, dinner, dessert, catering, or hosting an event!

This is my new favorite restaurant. Everything was excellent. The food, the service, and the atmosphere. I love French pastries, and this is the first place I have found which lets you order an assortment of pastries directly from the bakery. Most of the staples were there: a chocolate croissant (my favorite), a butter croissant (you can turn it into a kind of chocolate croissant with the accompanying chocolate sauce), and a baguette (perfect with the accompanying French butter and berry jam). I was surprised there was no brioche, but the raisin roll did not disappoint, even though I am not a big fan of raisins. The croque monsieur was cheesy and crunchy and I liked it better without jam. The truffle fries were subtle but delicious and only were not finished because the pastries alone were enough for two people. The coffee was simple yet flavorful, as is the French way. The tap water was ice cold and the server refilled our glasses regularly. Bottled flat and sparkling water are also available for those who prefer the true French experience. The dining room was on an upper floor and was reminiscent of a jazz club. The quiet covers of popular songs playing on the speakers were pleasant and the temperature was comfortably cold during a hot day. If we had gone for dinner and skipped the pastry assortment, we would have picked up dessert from the bakery on our way out. I cannot wait for next time!
John G — Google review
The quiche was awesome and all the pastries look so good. There's indoor seating and outdoor seating area to sit with you pooch if you bring them along. Coffee, teas, jams, prepared meals and salads for a quick grab and go as well. Has breads like baguettes and croissants as well. The line moves fast.

The desserts look great here, but the important part is that they taste just as good! I liked everything I’ve tried here, but I would personally recommend getting the Azure if you’re a chocolate fan or the Coco Bomb if you like fruity flavors. There are sandwiches too, but I don’t think they’re as good as the pastries. I look forward to coming here all the time and I’m always happy when I do.

Barberet Bakery stands as a quintessential representation of traditional French pâtisserie, offering a generous selection of croissants, macarons, eclairs, and more. The service was impeccable - friendly and patient ( it took us a while to decide what we wanted). We took a raspberry tart, a raspberry macaron, and a pistachio eclair, each item was a true testament to the bakery's dedication to freshness and perfection. Pistachio eclair was recommended by owner as his most favorite and I can definitely see why. The absolutely flawless raspberries deserve special appreciation! Also we took an almond croissant and an apple turnover to go. And coffee was as delicious as everything else! Every item we sampled was superb. If you're in the area and searching for an authentic French bakery - this is the place! Barberet Bakery is truly in a league of its own. And just so you know it might just set an impossibly high bar for all future bakery experiences.

Review for the BISTRO: Fantastic food! We shared the delicious escargot as our appetizer served in a garlicky-butter sauce that was absolutely delicious. We soaked up the sauce with our bread because we have no self-control! The escargot came already "plucked" (?), lol, not sure of the term. I was a bit disappointed I didn't get to recreate the scene from "Pretty Woman" - and maybe that's why. Haha. They truly taste like a small perfectly cooked button mushroom. Same texture. Try them!! For dinner we had the beef tartar and fancy Mac and cheese with creamy béchamel sauce. Has a slight tang to it - really top notch. My friend had their special La piece du Boucher (meat of the month, apparently?) which was a tender ribeye with a garlic butter sauce on top. To end the evening we had their Moelleux au Chocolat (espresso coffee ice cream) and Crème Brulée. Phenomenal! Yes, prices lean toward the splurge-y side, but honestly? The portions were shockingly generous for a fine dining spot. I probably could’ve gotten two meals out of it... if I had even a whisper of self-control. Which I don't... Heads up: as of July 2025, they’re transitioning between dining spaces, so the ambiance wasn’t quite at its full glory. And service was a little slow (likely due to staffing issues like everywhere else) but we didn’t mind lingering over great food and even better conversation. Highly recommend if you're looking for something upscale with bold flavors and a Euro flair!

My husband and I make it a priority to try to stop in here when passing through the Lancaster area. Their pastries are unbelievably good, and haunt my dreams, lol. The green apple one is the favorite for both of us, and we feel that their fruit based pastries are their best, but you really can’t go wrong. Solid cup of coffee, too

Thai restaurant
Takeout Restaurant
Sukhothai is a contemporary restaurant located in Lancaster, PA, offering traditional and spiced-to-order Thai dishes. Nestled inside a strip mall on Harrisburg Avenue, it provides a relaxed dining experience with an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is known for its accommodating service and great value, making it an excellent choice for families. Customers have praised the flavorful dishes such as Chicken Pad Thai, Beef Drunken Noodles, Brown Curry, and Chicken Pad Koriath.
Crispy rolls were fantastic, crispy outside, soft veggies inside. They came out fast, too. They warned us the Thai iced tea was sweet, but it was just right. Spice level to suit, mild, medium, hot and Thai hot. We stopped at hot. Pad Korath, Drunken Noodle and Red Curry were all flavorful and a nice balance of veggies and proteins. The portions are not really sharing size, but you can get enough different dishes and share. Nina was a great server.

Visited in April 2025. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After being seated, I waited a long time without anyone coming to take my order. Staff members (one guy, one women) walked past my table multiple times, deliberately avoiding eye contact. Meanwhile, they frequently checked on and warmly served the American guests at nearby tables, making me feel completely ignored and isolated. When I finally placed an order, part of it was missing (no Thai tea was served). No customer should ever feel abandoned or discriminated against based on who they are. I do not recommend this restaurant and sincerely hope they work on providing equal service to everyone.

Excellent service & environment. The crab wontons are spectacular! Excellent fried rice. The pad thai is pretty good, but the drunken noodle is too tomato flavored for me.
Leila M — Google review
Dined here on a Saturday night; service by Anne was outstanding. Highly recommend the steak salad and crab fried rice. Fresh Rolls are a great choice too with the option to pick a protein. Prices are higher than other Thai restaurants in the area, but Sukhothai makes it up with quality and service.
Dylan G — Google review
Everything was perfect. Nina our server was awesome. Our food had such great flavors, from the coconut soup & mango salad to the entrees, which were ginger stir fry & pad korath with chicken. And then to top it off, the desserts were fabulous!...fried ice cream & mango purple rice. You must try SukhoThai.
Mattelle M — Google review
Came in today craving Thai. Lunch special is truly special. Started and entree for a great price. Hot and sour soup is great! I will be back to try the other tasty sounding options.

We love this authentic Thai restaurant. Very friendly staff pleasant atmosphere 👌
Michael S — Google review
We ordered the gluten free drunken noodles, I ordered mine Thai Hot and my wife got it mild. The food tasted natural however it was VERY bland, the only flavor came from the added hot peppers, even though they used gluten free soy sauce that should not have affected the flavor that much. I was truly disappointed, these were the most bland drunken noodles I have ever had. The service and atmosphere was great but will not be going back, there are better tasting options out there.

If you are looking for a place for drinks and small bites (like their charcuterie board or fries), I would give this place a solid 5/5. The cocktails are fantastic and the list of wine and beer is extensive, and the service was prompt! I was not very impressed with the food we got for dinner, though. I got the duck tacos and thought they would be actual tacos but they were completely deep fried and my husbands burger was partly soggy on the bottom. Food wise, is why I am giving them a 3/5. I would absolutely come again for happy hour drinks though!

This place is fantastic. One of my favorite restaurants and one of the best restaurants in Lancaster. I highly recommend it to everyone. They have daily specials and service is good
Ninoska V — Google review
Went for dinner, got the yucca fries, burger w salad. The ambience was nice, kinda regretted not getting a cocktail, the mixologists looked like they were having fun and working really hard. The food is pretty good but I wouldn’t call it outstanding. The burger was way too salty because of the bacon jam; the salad, on the other hand, was too bland.
Yaya L — Google review
Go for the specials, stay for the beer and cocktail list, keep coming back for the chicharonnes. The menu changes with the season, so try new things on the menu as you see them. The birria tacos are especially good, and I mean it about the chicharonnes. Get them for the table, they will be gone in 5 minutes. Hands down, this is one of our favorite places to go for dinner in the Lancaster area.
Heather K — Google review
A dream come true...? Lunch was excellent. Wasn't too impressed by the cocktail list but they got me with the beer menu, lots of unique choices. I went straight for the little beer shop where I was SO excited to find a craft beer store that wasn't packed full of IPAs. Lots of really interesting and intriguing selections and the gentleman working was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product. Made me wish I lived closer. Update: Returned a few years down the road in a pandemic. Ordered from a smaller menu online and had our food brought out to the parking lot and it was every bit as good as my first visit. Hope to come back when the state is allowing inside seating again.

Simply amazing. The Cuban cigars (cubano wontons), the fries, the chicharones are all amazing small plates. The list of beers is impressive and to finish with cayanne peanut butter ice cream over a chocolate torte is a great finish to any day. Bartenders were very friendly helpful. If you're close to Lancaster you have to visit.

Cafe One Eight is a cozy spot located on Orange Street in the heart of Lancaster. This bright and inviting cafe offers a variety of espresso drinks, smoothies, breakfast plates, salads, and sandwiches. The ambiance is rustic with wooden benches and a warm atmosphere. They serve Square One's roast coffee and take pride in their delicious food offerings. From egg sandwiches to breakfast burritos, diners have plenty of options to choose from.
This was a great drop in for a quick lunch on the road. We had the southwest salad and the maple bowl. They were both tasty and healthy (we had our dressings on the side). The shop is small but able to seat several people. Various table heights from mid-tall to cocktail with stools and regular sized tables and a bar in the window. We parked across the street in the garage which was easier than street parking (which is aggressive)! The food arrived quickly. The bathrooms were clean.

I absolutely enjoy eating at Cafe One Eight the atmosphere and ambience, indoor outdoor seating, as well as a super sweet employees. Oh the menu options can’t forget that. You’ll definitely find something you’d enjoy from breakfast bowls or sandwich and Lunch! The drink options are great. They usually have a specialty written on the board to choose from. In case you’d like to mix it up with a creative creation.

This is a wonderful place to eat, drink, meet a friend, or just relax. The food is delicious. I had the sharshuka and enjoyed it tremendously! The service was very friendly. The atmosphere is calm. Lots of natural night with the large windows. Lots of wood for natural and calm atmosphere. Plenty of seating for a group or individuals. I could see myself coming for breakfast and reading through lunch and dinner. The roast beef sandwich was good also. I’d definitely visit here again!

My husband and I love Prince street cafe but decided to give cafe one eight a try while visiting lancaster. The service was pleasant and relatively quick, and the place was busy and clean. I ordered the pumpkin spice chai latte but the flavor was so strong I couldn't drink it. They agreed to remake a regular latte which wasn't drinkable unless I added 4 packs of sugar just to cut the bitterness. I ended up giving my drink to my husband. We also ordered the breakfast egg sandwiches and unfortunately they were greasy and flavorless. We both agreed that if they added a spicy mustard or aioli, the sandwiches would be better. Maybe the other items are good but we will most likely stick to Prince Street Cafe where the coffee is amazing.

I swear I would eat hear 10 times a day of this place was located in YONKERS NY where I live. GREASY? NOT ON UR LIFE. This food was friken FRESH and the flavors were dramatically wonderful. I loved the server she was a peach and I absolutely 💯 will travel here just to eat again.
JonnyFromDeBloc — Google review
This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. The creativity of the menu item descriptions does not translate to the plate. The food was extremely boring and under-seasoned. It also was not very fresh. The chicken that came in a cup for me to put in my lettuce wraps was so obviously microwaved (microwaved chicken has such a distinct smell) and it tasted like it. When my main chicken entree came, while it was cooked well, it was under salted and had almost no other flavor to speak of. The accompanying vegetables were sad and deflated and also a very inconsistent temperature. My wife also did not enjoy anything that she had there. The service and atmosphere are reasonably nice but the food is a complete waste of money and calories. We asked for no cheese on my wife's salad and it was served with cheese. To be clear: we did not even find value in finishing our food. We only ate about a quarter of it before deciding to pay the bi and leave. While it isn't necessarily a comparable "experience", I'd have much preferred to get CAVA right nearby it. We would not return. I'm posting pictures, however I almost feel like my pictures are deceptive because the food looks like it might be good. I can assure you, it is not.

Was a rainy 🌧 day and festive . Very few restaurants was open. We decided to give it a try. Since is a chain restaurant we didn't expect much. However the food was more delicious than our thought, good price for the portion. The only down side is the service of the staff.

Drove here after checking out the reviews! The gyro was delicious! I thought it was a bit strange they had gyro options with French fries in them but I ordered the one without, and loved it! The hummus & pita was also very good. The only thing I didn't care for was their Greek dressing (was a bit salty). Would definitely come back!

I will definitely be back again!! .. The classic chicken pita was delicious and filling. The fries were crispy good..The chicken was so tender, nestled in a nice warm pita, with tomatoes, onionsand tzatziki sauce. The service was very efficient; served quickly at out table. The atmosphere was quaint, with greek pottery and paintings, on the wall. This was well worth our drive. Ήταν πολύ νόστιμο!

I had a lunch meeting at Souvlaki Boys recently and was able to make accommodations to my order due to the polite staff. I Waited for what felt like a normal amount of time for my food, however a staff member still came to my table to acknowledge that it had been a long wait. He offered me free baklava to thank me for waiting. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of this type of service in the middle of a busy lunch rush-- and my food was absolutely delicious.

Souvlaki Boys is a favorite for our family of 4. We go about once a month because we love it. The Athena Pita with gyro meat choice is so refreshing and wonderful. The fries are a standout as well. This unique spot features a 6-lane bowling alley alongside an impressive collection of over 30 classic arcade games, making it an ideal destination for families and friends alike. The atmosphere is lively and fun, inviting guests to unleash their inner child while enjoying comfort-food-inspired vegan dishes.
A great place for foodies and families to hang out! I love scratching my nostalgia itch at this retro arcade, plus I get to enjoy a surprisingly modern menu. The food here is very accessible for everyone – you can get a solid burger and fries or mac & cheese if that’s what you and the kids want. If you’re a little more adventurous, they have some beautiful salads, awesome, mixed drinks, and mock tails, and delicious vegan options. The service is always fast and very friendly. Obviously, a big draw is the entertainment surrounding your dinner table. My kids had a great time bowling And bouncing from one arcade console to the next, jamming buttons on the games. I loved back in the 90s. Even on the weekends, which is when we typically go, it feels like a happening place without being excessively crowded. They’ve really done a great job With the design and overall layout of the space. Whether you’re out with some buddies, hanging with family, or just looking to have a drink and watch the game, you’ll fit right in at Decades.

Fun family establishment. Food was good. The mozzarella appetizer was Amazing! The basket with pretzels, onion rings and curly fries was huge. Pretzels were more like toasted bread texture. Not bad-but definitely not a true pretzel. Great fun for all ages. Bowling was great. The retro video games were super fun. $5/20coins you typically only need 1-2 coins per game/machine. The bar had great cocktails. Service was slow-given we visited mid week and the place wasn’t not busy. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. **after 8:30pm-minors are not allowed in the building** plan your visit accordingly

Busy place. Great for Gen X - kids. Lots of 1980's video games, bowling lanes, restaurant & ice cream bar all tucked away in an old schoolhouse. Seems to draw a crowd. Ice cream flavors were excellent. Great atmosphere. Inside and outside seating areas and lounging as well.

This place was an absolute blast! It is perfect to take the family, or just as a fun date night. We took the kids and it was so much fun playing games while waiting for our table and food. It is important to note that kids are not allowed after 8:30; it is 21 and over only. Game tokens are the value of a quarter and the most expensive game is two tokens. We started playing games while waiting for our table. It was an 80s kid’s paradise! The drinks were phenomenal. I got the smoked pecan old fashioned and it is in the top 3 drinks I have ever had. My wife got Love Wins and it was served in a BAG! Everything about the restaurant and bar was fun. Like the rest of the restaurant, the food did not disappoint. We got the wontons, curly fries and nachos. They were all fantastic. The nachos had grilled chicken with excellent flavor, the wonton’s chili sauce was flavorful and the curly fries were nice and crispy. We would definitely recommend this place!

Amorette is a new addition to Lancaster's fine dining scene, housed in a repurposed warehouse in downtown. The restaurant offers prix fixe, multi-course tasting menus with American and French influences, aiming to rival Michelin-starred experiences. It also boasts a separate bar entrance on Prince Street and serves unique drinks like 'A Beet in Thyme' and 'Pumpkin Pisco Sour.'
I've been wanting to try this place since they opened. I'm pretty upset I missed my chance at the full dining experience, but I'm glad I was about to at least try out the Lounge before they closed. My date and I decided to go all out, and we ordered at least half of the total food menu and most of the cocktails. We loved every bit of it. The cocktails that stood out to me the most were the Black Smoked Manhattan and the Cachaça Beet Fizz. My top three dishes were the Pork Loin & Belly, the Morel Fettuccine (with Summer Truffle added), and the French Apple Cake. Overall, it was a fun, relaxed, yet elegant experience for both of us. We hate to see the restaurant go, and we can only hope that the next place provides a similar, elevated experience.

We went for the Valentines Day prefix dinner at $175/each. A bit pricy, but worth it for special occasions. The service was beyond spectacular! We had several people serving our courses but Gabriel was our Culinary Ambassador and he was friendly, funny and attentive. He made the experience relaxing and removed the “stuffy “ from the atmosphere. The culinary presentations were just fabulous! Prior reviews talked about small portions of food, so we didn’t expect much. I have to say while the portions were not what most would expect for a meal, they were just enough and we left very satisfied. The care, expertise, and creativity of the chef were obvious in all the plates. While the prices may limit Amorette to special occasions, we will return!

WOW. What an amazing experience this was! We took our Pastry students here for a Chef's table and it was completely amazing. These pictures do no justice for the taste and the actual experience. This place is an unexpected, truly remarkable find in Lancaster. The ambiance, the table in the kitchen, and having the chefs come out to each individually introduce their plates was simply extraordinary! I will for sure be returning here and highly recommend!

I have been to dozens of countries, and the greatest joy is to explore the local specialties. Restaurant environment, hygiene, service、Food styling has artistic effect, taste, health...is the standard I like. This is my second time dining at Amorette and I love it. Award-winning chef team and Professional Sommelier. A multi-sensory dining experience, a very enjoyable dinner.
Lena G — Google review
My wife and I went to Amorette based on her research of top restaurants in the area. We were treated very nicely upon arrival and had a drink in the lounge. Dinner was quite the interesting dog and pony show, however. I just now read the other reviews, and it does come down to being bedazzled with presentation vs actually eating a meal. I left wanting to find a pizza slice place because 1 quail egg, 3 oysters, 3oz of beef, deep frozen rose pedals and a bite of goat cheese cake won't cut it after drinking an Old Fashioned and sharing a bottle of wine. The $80 bottle of wine came with a wonderful discussion by the Sommelier. He was such a pleasure to speak with. By the way, the rose pedal science show should be assessed for customer safety. As part of the show, you are asked to get up and bring your plate to a special room, where a server creates something called Dragon's Breath. It's basically 1 pastry thing dunked in Nitrogen to flash freeze. We were instructed to pick it up as soon as it came out, and stupid me did it and freezer burned my finger tips. 2 days later, 1 of my finger tips is still feeling it.

Would highly recommend! We went to celebrate my parents' upcoming birthdays, and they went above and beyond to make it special. They paid attention to all the details and were very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing - all of it was so good, from the fresh-baked bread to the wagyu ribeye (melt-in-your-mouth) to the inventive desserts and ending with nice petit fours. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning to try the 7-course tasting menu.

From the moment my friend and I walked in we were treated like royalty. Every single member of the staff was gracious and accommodating. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We chose the 7-course meal and I'm so glad we did. Every single bite was perfect. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we asked. I would go again in a heartbeat.

This place is REALLY impressive. We went here because we are planning to reserve the private room in the near future and were blown away at the level of detail, quality of food, and professionalism of the staff. This could be the best restaurant in Lancaster and I would not be surprised if it started to get accolades outside of the city very soon.

Coffee shop
Espresso bar
Square One Coffee Roasters is a family-owned micro-roaster located in Lancaster, PA. They take pride in respecting every step of the coffee-making process, from farming to roasting. The cozy cafe offers a variety of handcrafted beverages and small plates, and also supports local artists by displaying their artwork for sale.
I was looking for another local coffee shop, got lost in directions and stumbled upon Square One and oh boy it was a treat. Although they ran out of oat milk my iced latte with regular milk and cold foam was absolutely amazing! So glad I came here. Service was outstanding! It must be locals’ most favorite coffee shop. Would be mine for sure! ✨Highly recommend!

Delicious specialty coffee made the right way. Love, love, love their limited drinks menu, which focus on traditional espresso-based drinks. None of the unnecessary sugar to drown out your caffeine. Service was good. Barista here know what they're doing. Inside is big wide open space with lots of seating area. Or if the weather is nice you can sit outside and simply people watch. Also they have a "prayer wall" where you leave little notes tucked in brick wall cracks. Cute idea.

Beautiful outdoor seating in the back! I got the iced lavender matcha with a chicken curry wrap. Both of these choices were so good! The wrap also had grapes in it which made it 10x better!

Apparently you can get a free drink if you buy a bag of beans. Didn’t see it advertised anywhere, and it was our first time there. We got drinks first to see if we liked it and then bought some beans. Unfortunately, it was late in the day and not our first coffees, so we passed on the free beverage.

Lovely, delicious sandwich and coffee, chill but busy environment. Attentive and warm staff.

another great spot for coffee at Lancaster. There is only street parking though which could be a challenge during busy days but otherwise a good cafe to visit. The lattes were delicious, not too light and not too bitter - art is a bonus! Cant say much about the other items on the menu since we were only here for the lattes during our visit. as for ambiance, i appreciate that the place is nicely lit with natural lighting. Tables and chair are cute too - the chairs, especially, caught my attention as the shape reminded me of a guitar pick which I found adorable. But like i said, the cafe could get busy and so it may not be the best spot to linger but enough to enjoy being caffeinated.

Plough, located in the heart of Lancaster city, offers a modern twist on American classics with a focus on using local ingredients sourced from nearby farms and the neighboring farmers market. The restaurant's menu highlights seasonal harvests and foraged ingredients like chanterelle and morel mushrooms, as well as pawpaws, a tropical-tasting fruit native to the area. Chef McQuillan transforms these fruits into jams for cheese plates or uses them in desserts like paw paw pudding.
Food was outstanding! I visisted for a weekend getaway with my wife and the preparation, presentation and blends of ingredients were excellent. I had no reason to leave the conference center to dine elsewhere. We ate there two nights in a row! We had the Pork Papardelle & Pork Belly with Grits the first evening and the next evening, the Center Cut Pork chop, She Crab soup and Endive salad the next. Excellent on all fronts. Jay and Jack were excellent in caring for us. Btw, ask for the seats near the kitchen where you can watch the kitchen magic.
John C — Google review
The Plough is located within Marriott and provides a standard dining experience- inviting ambiance and excellent service. We were seated instantly and our food arrived without delay. The food, however, was incredibly mediocre- not bad, but entirely unremarkable. Tomato bisque was chunky and reminded more of a pasta sauce, and bisque suggests a smooth consistency. Hummus was not creamy either but was ok. I know some people really enjoyed the food there and it could be only my experience.

I came here with a couple friends for a birthday dinner on Saturday evening. The service was very fast and professional. I had the grilled mahi-mahi over creamed corn and it was so flavorful! Our waiter, Jamie, was wonderful and even surprised us with a birthday dessert of raspberry sorbet. That was the perfect palate cleanser! The Juniper Rosé was delightful! Definitely will visit again when I’m in town. Parking was so close by as well.

My partner and I recently went here for a celebration dinner and we’re not disappointed. They quick service coupled with the warm and bubbly atmosphere was amazing. My partner really liked how the dining area is somewhat separate from the bar, saving intimacy with that set up. The food was good, the crab benigets were good (we wished they were more flavorful), lamb chops were decent, but the miso banana bread is to DIE for. 1000 percent recommend. Overall, I would say that the meal was overpriced for the flavor, but the quality of both the ingredients and atmosphere makes up for it.

Conveniently located in the Marriott at Penn Square. There is a multi-level county parking garage rear of the hotel, and the rate is per hour or overnight. The entrance to the garage is on S Christian St., just past the intersection with E King Street. Drive slow. The entrance ramp is tight! The parking garage has plenty of handicap parking slots and is handicap friendly ADA compliant. There are to EV charging stations. This is an upscale, casual wear suggested restaurant, reservations recommended. If you have to wait, the hostess will text you when a table is available so you can have drinks at the bar or enjoy Penn Square. The staff are friendly and very professional. My waiter, Aron, was very familiar with the drinks and menu and provided excellent service. The atomsphere in the restaurant area was comfortable and cozy and definitely good for a romantic night out. The bar area is comfortable, completely separate from the restaurant with a seating area. The bar has its own dedicated menu as well as everything you come expect at an upscale establishment. The atomsphere is comfortable and professional, not loud and distracting. Finally we came to the food which was absolutely fantastic! I absolutely enjoyed and recommend the Plough Focaccia small plate! It's four slices with an awesome spread, perfect for two. The Plough Burger and the Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop was outstanding. The portion sizes are large, and you may not have room for desert, I didn't. I did not sit at the bar or have a drink or desert. I rarely rate 5 stars. Service, atomsphere, and the food was all outstanding and location fantastic. Enjoy. Everyone has their own experiences and opinions, and this one is mine. Respectfully

Josephine's Downtown, located in the vibrant heart of Lancaster, PA, is a culinary gem that opened its doors in September 2019. Situated conveniently next to Central Market and the Fulton Theatre at 50 West Grant Street, this French-inspired fine dining restaurant offers an exceptional gastronomic experience.
We had an exceptional dinner experience at Josephine’s! Our server, Kyle, was fantastic, provided great recommendations and had the perfect level of attentiveness. We shared the sea bass, house bacon, and shrimp cocktail for starters and, while all were delicious, the sea bass was a real winner. The favorite fish was the duck breast - absolute killer. And all of the cocktails were creative and awesome, as well.

I cannot wait to come back to Josephine's! Our server, Hunter was excellent; he was attentive and made sure to answer any questions we had. The food runners went above and beyond, instead of delivering food and disappearing they told us what their favorite meals were and made sure we didn't need anything before they left. The food was delicious with attention to detail that we appreciated. The drinks were tasty!

We visited Josephine’s on a Friday night for the first time and it was truly amazing. We didn’t know what to expect going in, but from start to finish, everything was perfect — the food, the service, and the warm, romantic atmosphere. Our server, Kyle, was wonderful and made sure we had a special date night. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and the flavors were so well balanced. Do not miss out on the honeynut squash soup — it was absolutely incredible and one of the best soups I’ve had anywhere. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend Josephine’s for anyone looking for a memorable, elevated dining experience!

First, let me start off by saying how convenient they were, I was late for my reservation and they were so understanding I was still able to be seated. When I first walked in the decor was absolutely phenomenal beautiful aesthetic ✨👏🏾 Brandon was a phenomenal waiter, great conversation, great service down to the T, very patient, and respectful he deserves a promotion! And the food WAS TOP TIER I will definitely come back. Best steak I’ve ever had and the very best restaurant I’ve been to! Thank you Josephine’s for the best bday dinner ever ✨🙏🏾

My wife and I have dined at Josephine's many times and always enjoyed its excellent food and intimate elegance. In September, I phoned the restaurant to explain that I wanted to reserve a table for 11 for family members who would be having dinner following my mother's interment at Woodward Hill Cemetery. The gentleman who took my reservation over the phone kindly offered his condolences. When we arrived at the restaurant, our group was seated in a semi-private back room, I imagine because of the circumstances surrounding our visit. It was wonderful for our family to be in this serene environment in which we could share reminisces of my mother. The server was excellent. He projected just the right balance of warmth with gracious formality. He provided extensive descriptions of the specials (including price, which is rare and was much appreciated) and welcomed any questions about the menu. He took the orders of the ladies at the table first, which was a traditional and elegant touch. Of course, the food and service was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant, including its decor and photos of stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood, evoked my mother and her era even better than I had hoped. In the end, I felt that Josephine's had done an outstanding job in providing my family with an unforgettable evening that allowed us to gather in a fitting tribute to a great lady.

Josephine — A Michelin-worthy Experience! We were a party of four and decided to share our dishes so we could taste a bit of everything. Every single dish was excellent — beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was outstanding. My favorite main dishes were the beef, crab cake, and sea scallops — each cooked to perfection. We loved the experience so much that we came back the very next night! I live in Miami and my friends are from San Francisco — we all agreed that Josephine deserves a solid five stars and is truly Michelin-quality dining in Lancaster.

The Exchange Lancaster, situated on the 12th floor of the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, is a newly opened rooftop bar and restaurant offering stunning panoramic views of Lancaster city. The open-air lounge provides an all-weather dining experience with a seasonally rotating menu that includes wood-fired pizzas and locally inspired dishes by Executive Chef Ryan McQuillan. The bar features creative cocktails like the "Matcha Maker" and "Midnight Rider," crafted by beverage director Frank Fontaine.
I loved the views and vibes! The food was excellent! I think the portions are very generous. The fire pits are a great idea and give it a cozy feel. Loved every bit of my time there. Service etiquette was a bit lacking, nonetheless my little mishap was fixed promptly by the manager.

We have come here now several times and the shareable foods and drinks have been fantastic. Issa our server was OUTSTANDING!!! We take great pride in sharing when we get excellent service and she was not only courteous but, shared her favorites for both foods and drinks. We are locals and love to bless locations that are great and the exchange has been a go too for us for date nights and times to hang with great friends. We visited The Exchange during a recent trip to Downtown Lancaster and LOVED IT! This 12th-floor rooftop spot inside the Marriott has the kind of panoramic views you don’t often see. Church steeples, historic rooftops, and rolling hills of Amish Country in the distance. We came right before sunset after a rainy day and scored a perfect seat by the window. The view was magical! The food is mostly small plates and pizza, but it was delicious. We loved the Calabrian Chili Wings (crispy with the perfect kick), the Crispy Baby Artichokes (huge portion, great aioli), and the Spicy Crab Bucatini (so much crab, cooked perfectly). Cocktails were creative. Try the Mezcolada and the Elixir #2! Our server Jozlyn was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and knew the menu very well. Her pacing was perfect and she made great recommendations. It’s not cheap, but for the atmosphere, quality, and service, it’s totally worth it. Whether you're planning date night or just want drinks with a view, this is a must-do in Lancaster. 🔍 Search “The Exchange onbetterliving” for our full review!

Parking is very limited to street parking and a small lot across the street that is technically for the historical society. They didn't seem to have enough staff for how many people were here, but the food was worth the wait. On the more expensive side, but the proportions were very generous. The drinks, especially the black cherry bourbon sour were good, and they were great with bringing the kids' food with the apps (they actually arrived first!) we sat outside because we needed a lower table, so there was noise from the road but it wasn't too bad.

Excellent food and great service. The menu was clearly marked with gluten free items (as well as dairy free and vegan/vegetarian options). As someone with food allergies I really appreciate this. My first visit was impressive. I've known about the brewery for 5 years but never committed to a visit. The food takes a little while to get to you (when busy) but the wait is 100% worth it. It is also pricey but you get very high quality. Worth it. The burgers here are, IMO, THE BEST IN EPFRATA, by a mile. Seemed safe to order medium rare and they came out perfectly cooked with a slight pink center. The burgers are big, seasoned well and flavorful with simple Ingredients. I split a rodeo and a brie burger with my buddy. Both are outstanding. Great French fries and tots. Loaded fries were so loaded we could not eat the whole serving=ton of meat on them. Great steak on toast appetizer. The blue cheese and medium rare steak combo was stellar. Kudos to the kitchen staff for the menu choice and food prep/execution. Your food will have me returning for sure! Kids menu slider burgers are a hefty portion and my kid loved them. Very friendly and attentive staff that has a great rapport with patrons. Love the vibe of the place. Cozy log cabin. Even when the place is loud and busy (was when we were there) you still got a comfortable vibe. Decent selection of beer styles and done well enough. I'll definitely be returning for the food and am now eager to try the specials.

Checkers Bistro is a warm and lively restaurant in Lancaster, offering an eclectic mix of French, Asian, and American cuisines. The menu features small plates like scallops, Asian noodles, and duck tacos. One standout dish is the Coffee Cured Petite Filet, which uses coffee from Lancaster County Coffee Roasters to infuse rich flavor into the meat. The restaurant has received recognition for its excellent wine selection and hospitality.
Looking for a classy place to eat dinner? Check out Checker’s Bistro! My wife took me here for my birthday dinner. It was the first time for both of us, and we were quite pleased with the service and food! We had the roasted beet salad and lobster mac n cheese for our appetizers. I wasn’t very excited when she mentioned that she wants to order beet salad. So I ordered the mac n cheese (normally we share an appetizer), but the beet salad was almost better than the mac n cheese, which comes with Gruyere and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. We ate the grilled prosciutto & fig pizza and beef bourguignon for our entrées. The bourguignon was great comfort food for a cold December night. So much so that our dinner was over around 7:30, and we both wanted to go home and sleep. 😀

Wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere of the place is fine dining but the price is affordable. Lighting is a little dark. Our server Laura was sweet and attentive. They ran out of what I ordered but gave me a comparable (more expensive)plate for the same (lesser) price of what I ordered: thank you! The portions are generous which is atypical for fine dining. The food is awesome! The wine list is extensive. They have beer as well from local brewers. Great place for a for a date night!

Only my second visit, but I seriously really like this place. We went during happy hour at the bar and sampled a few different items off of that menu. But, if you don't know already, the duck tacos here are one of the best bites of food you can get in Lancaster. Duck, fried wonton, hoisin sauce, cilantro and maybe...guac? So good - we ordered two plates of them. The risotto balls were delicious. They also made a good lobster and brie pizza with fantastic dough, nice cheese...but way too much arugula. The greens were overpowering the subtle taste of the lobster. Oh, a nice Manhattan and fresh Firestone Walker didn't hurt anything. Very much looking forward to going back.

My wife and I have been attending Checkers since 2014. It is our absolute favorite fine dining experience in Lancaster. What I think works best for us is that Checkers has a younger feel and atmosphere with all of the expectations of fine dining. Napkins are folded when you leave the table, extra silverware is presented when needed (without asking) by using a napkin to hold the silver so it is never touched by hands other than mine, Sonya always gives us recommendations that we trust, it is clear that the staff KNOWS the menu, we are never badgered by staff but always cared for, our reservation is always met without issue, and there has never once been a problem with our meal. The chef and his staff always have something new to try and they always deliver on their quality. Attached are photos of their duck liver pate, their swordfish special, and their classic coffee crusted filet mignon that my wife always gets. Absolutely recommend!

We all got the chicken, and it was amazing! Lovely ambience, great service, and the food was wonderful. Loved the 1920's "speakeasy" music playing, not too loud to enjoy conversation, but loud enough to set the mood. To top things off, we mentioned that we were celebrating my new job, and they surprised us with an after-dinner sorbet for everyone! What a classy and thoughtful touch!

Made reservations for our anniversary. My food was great. I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and snow peas. My wife ordered chicken Alfredo instead of seafood Alfredo and they were happy to make that for her. Our beers we're good and they gave us a free little dessert with a rose at the end. Our waiter was attentive and nice to work with. Can't wait to come back.

Good service, though the waitress never told me her name which I thought was odd. For my appetizer I had the salt encrusted calamari, which was *almost* too salty to enjoy. I also ordered the small plate and it was a hefty portion, almost too much for one person. Though that's hard to complain about I guess. My entree was the coffee crusted filet with au gratin potatoes and asparagus. I wasn't blown away by anything on that plate, nothing was bad but nothing was great either. Everything was set upon a layer of Merlot wine reduction sauce, so it all just kind of tasted like that. For dessert, the creme brulee (which is pictured), which was probably the best part of my whole meal. Nothing about my experience was bad, but I wasn't blown away by anything either. My two friends who joined me weren't particularly enthralled with anything that they ordered (the duck tacos, and the miso citrus salmon from what I can remember). I also had the thought that if you're going to take the time and go through the laborious task of making Peking duck, why hide it in a taco? Just my opinion. I've never spent so much on a meal without spending the next several days reflecting on how good it was, or hyping the place to all my friends. It was overall disappointing, especially since everyone I spoke with said it was amazing and that I would definitely enjoy myself.

It's Burger night, the burger is Lancaster County beef and it was cooked absolutely the way I like it. Nice selection of beers on draft and of course Wednesday nights is Margarita night $5. Parking right outside the door, really friendly bartender and quick service, highly recommended.

Food here was excellent. Service was fast. Servers were friendly. The menu is a bit pricey BUT you really do get what you pay for.

This bar is AWESOME. They remember my name quite a bit, as well as my wife, and my friends. That says a lot. All the bartenders makes awesome drinks, and they do a wonderful job of explaining different drinks/spirits/beers if you are unfamiliar with them. The employees are super nice, and the drinks are very fairly priced! They also have a some artwork hanging around the bar that you can purchase, Ive gotten some neat pieces there. Their food is AMAZING perfectly cooked, came out quick and our waiters/waitresses have always been very friendly and prompt with great service. This places is never overcrowded either, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of my top 3 favorite places in the city!!

This restaurant is fantastic! They have good bar food (excellent wings!) plus fine dining on their dinner menu, so it's perfect for whatever mood you are in, but you don't have to dress up to eat there. The food is always fresh (they buy whatever they can from Central Market or other local businesses) and delicious. We have never had a mediocre meal there; the food is always wonderful. The service is great, the people are friendly, and there's parking close by, either in the lot by the restaurant or in the garage at the Marriott. Love it!

Had lunch with my wife and some friends. We were the only folks in the restaurant , so the service was great as expected. Had the calamari, the portion was nice for two or three and very tasty. She had a Reuben and loved it. I had a tuna melt that was served on, what I believed to be, a home English muffin. That to was nice. All in all a pleasant lunch and good food at diner prices..

The staff is very friendly and my waitress was on top of my water which I was drinking very quickly. The entree I chose was delicious, the spicy chicken quesadilla, very good, it had a good hot flavor, which seems to be uncommon in the north. I would absolutely recommend this small place for a comfortable evening out.
Jonathan C — Google review
Very good. All three meals at my table we're very well executed. The fish was done to perfection, quesadillas and ruben were still too hot to eat, having just come off the grill (this is a good thing). The two specialty cocktails that I sampled were excellent as well. Prices were reasonable for downtown Lancaster. 2 cocktails, an entree and an appetizer ran me about $45 plus tip.
David F — Google review
Service was excellent, the older male bartender waited on us. Food was subpar and expensive....far better places to eat within a couple blocks radius. Drinks were good, time to get new mule mugs though. Open kitchen is a bad idea with waitstaff and cooks who have big mouths. Decor is minimal and cold. Won't return.

This charming eatery features a cozy farmhouse atmosphere with rustic wooden tables and chairs that invite you to relax and enjoy your meal. The friendly staff exudes Southern hospitality, making every guest feel right at home.
We visited for my husbands 30th birthday and were blown away. He’s a big smoked meats guy, so him loving it says a lot. We got burnt ends, the brisket cheesesteak, and pulled pork platter. We gobbled it up so fast we were shocked. It’s a lovely restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food comes out so quick!

Hearing people get 1hr waits made me excited that we had reservations. But then it went down hill. Hostess gave a questioning tone when I asked for 2 high chairs. Waitress spilled water on my phone. Food came in one wave (literally within 5 minutes) including appetizer and main courses. Wings were fine but we got burnt end of the short ribs. Literally took longer to flag a waitress than get it replaced with chicken. Which was chewy. Pretty much the only things we enjoyed were the beer and wings. 3 times we were asked if we wanted to take food home and said no thanks "we didn't really like the food". To which they said "oh okay, have a nice night". Honestly. Good thing the kids were rather quiet and enjoying the cheap cheese pizza. Also, it was more than half empty when we left am hour later. So, wait times seemed like a push for a quiet night.

My husband and I ate here last Thursday for date night. We started with the burnt ends for an appetizer. They were good but a little dry. My husband had a combo platter which includes 1/3 rack of ribs, were seasoned nicely and not smothered in sauce. There is housemade sauce on the table to sauce your own way and brisket. He enjoyed his meal with 2 sides which were fries and Cole slaw. I had platter also and I picked the brisket and smoked turkey. Same issue with the brisket nice thick slices though. The smoked turkey was wonderful. Nice smoky flavor and moist not dry. I also had fries and Cole slaw. We enjoyed our meal and will return in the future

We were staying the night at Amish View Inn and made reservations for dinner. WOW we highly recommend the staff were wonderful. Recommend making reservations before visiting. We had mash potatoes, fried chicken, brisket & coleslaw. Fried chicken was really good. Brisket a little dry. The only downside is that it gets very noisy hard to hear.

This place was great. The service was super friendly and the food was delicious. Our server Mark was on point. Made sure we had our drinks refilled and that our food came out quickly. We got some wings and me and my son both got the 2 meat combo platter that comes with 2 sides. The portions are great and so is the price. I would definitely come back and try another combo platter. The fried chicken was delicious!

Cool BBQ restaurant in Intercourse PA. Not too long of a wait but you can leave your number with the hostess and browse the gift shop until they text you that your table is ready. Once seated our waitress/bartender quickly got our drink orders and once we were served that we put in an order for smoked wings as an appetizer. Dinner followed shortly after. Our kids ate delicious homemade mac and cheese and pasta with marinara (an odd option for a BBQ place but I'm glad they had it) My meal of ribs and fried chicken was ok. Both meats were a little dry. The mashed potatoes were really buttery and the seasonal vegetables were seasoned nicely. My husband enjoyed his half rack of ribs but would have liked them better if they were cooked with BBQ sauce because his were a little dry as well. The desserts were probably the best part of the meal. We ordered one strawberry cheesecake with cookie crumb crust and a large brownie sundae which was large enough for 3 to share. Overall we enjoyed our dinner. The server was polite and attentive and the rest of the staff made sure our table was cleared and we had what we needed.

Berto our server took extra care with us. He was attentive to our special needs son and made him feel comfortable throughout the visit. Also my wife recently had esophageal surgery and he understood her restrictions and made sure to accommodate her. He continued to check on our table throughout our visit and asked us not to worry about anything. It is refreshing to have waiters/servers who actually care. Also Colleen the busboy was amazing at her job. She worked tirelessly there while time we were there. The food was really good. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

So I ordered the build your own plate and got the brisket and pulled pork. The pulled pork was ok, but the brisket was dry and burned.the staff was nice but my server saw me pulling burnt brisket off my plate (I was a server for 12 years and I would have said something like"is there a problem with your meal")...but nothing. The atmosphere was nice had like a rustic look like old timey western look. The pictures they have of food on Google looked so good I was very disappointed.

We stopped by Bird-in-Hand Ice Cream while visiting the area. The shop has a nice, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of flavors to choose from. The ice cream was creamy and fresh, and portions were generous. Service was polite and efficient, though the shop can get busy at peak times. Overall, a pleasant stop for anyone craving a sweet treat in Lancaster County.

Breakfast and lunch options with upstairs seating or outdoor tables. The outdoor area is perfect for kids, with a petting zoo and a large play structure adjacent to the parking. We had good salads (add chicken for $2.50). Kids menus are simple (grilled cheese with apple sauce and a cookie). Pickles are large and delicious. Large selection of donuts on site. While food is affordable and simple, the highlight for a family is the outdoor opportunity for a long enjoyable outdoor lunch.

I wish there were more stars! This is everything you could ever want in an ice cream shop - nostalgic, beautiful, and delicious! The flavors were fun and exciting, but they have all the “old faithful” flavors as well. It was SO good. If we lived close, I would come every day.

The Strasburg Creamery was such a special place from my childhood, and I’m so grateful it’s been brought back to life! We hadn’t been in years, but since the local families reopened it, we’ve already been three times in just two weeks—it’s officially our new go-to spot. The service is outstanding—friendly, smiling faces every time we visit. The ice cream is truly top quality, made with real ingredients and none of the extra junk, which makes it a treat I feel good about giving my kids. Every flavor we’ve tried has been excellent! ( I especially love the meadow tea sorbet!) We love supporting the sweet families behind the revival and can’t wait to see what they do with the rest of the property. Thank you for breathing new life into such a nostalgic place!

Where can I start! It was absolutely amazing to see the creamery resurrected and now even better than ever. Nostalgia aside, the new ownership has transformed the space and brought in a superior product! Having a local ice cream creamery that only uses natural ingredients with quality flavor is the “cherry on top” pun intended! The new owners are awesome and take personal pride in the product and the staff including Zach and his wife make you feel at home! Def love coming back for sure!

Absolutely love this place! The ice cream is incredible, creamy, flavorful, and hits the spot. The recent renovations look fresh and welcoming, but it still has that old time charm. It is perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The new owners are doing a fantastic job. You can really tell they care about the quality and the experience. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re seriously missing out. This is my new go-to ice cream spot!

Fuddruckers is a family-friendly burger chain known for its housemade sesame seed buns, salads, and shakes. Customers can customize their burgers at the fixings bar, reminiscent of the experience at Roy Rogers from years past. The bottomless fries are a hit, especially when paired with malt vinegar and cheese. The service receives high praise, with specific mentions of friendly staff members like Kim and Jeff.
First time ever going to a Fuddruckers and the burger was absolutely delicious. The burger itself was cooked perfectly for being medium and the burger wasn't dried out, it was fresh and juicy with the cheese melted right on top. The buns were nice and fluffy with the insides crispy from the stove top. It just put me in awe when biting into the burger. I also love how you can go up to get the toppings for your burger. Stepping away from the burger, the milkshakes are delicious, rich, and served in the old style milkshake glasses. They make the milkshakes right there and it's awesome. I highly recommend this place. Great for anyone to go to for a great burger!

Thank you guys for continuing to remain open despite so many closing! This is my favorite restaurant and I can’t find them anymore. We visited from Chicago and we HAD to make this visit part of our itinerary! The food is delicious as always and the place was packed! My wife first told me she loved me in your parking lot four years ago minus four days! Everything is so nostalgic about this place - the paper towel roll napkins, the fries and burgers, the pristine burger topping bar, the black cauldrons of hot cheese, the wonderful shakes! To anyone reading this, make sure to make this restaurant part of your next Hershey park visit or just come because you’re hungry!

As a kid, I went on annual Lancaster/Hershey trips with my family and we always came to this Fuddruckers. I went here today for the first time in over a decade and it's still the best! I tried the turkey burger and it was cooked perfectly- not dried out and lots of seasoning. They still have the big toppings bar and claw machines that I remember from childhood 🤩 Staff was very friendly especially with us coming in <60 min before closing. Came here about 8 years ago and was excited to come back bc it was a great experience. This time, however, was sorely lacking. We were seated directly in front of the loud music- not ideal but that’s a preference thing so neither here nor there. We were not greeted at all after being seated and when the neighboring waitress tried to help out with our drink orders they were mixed up. In the meantime several servers passed by our table and not one stopped to greet us. Eventually after an awkwardly long amount of time, we went to the hostess and let them know we were leaving. We were excited to come back but wow- this place changed and not for the better. Save your money, time and get a better experience somewhere else.

We went to the pub not the Inn. Typical Pub style service: order at the bar, then food is delived to the table. Everything was delicious; especially the deconstructed cheesecake which didn't last long enough to get a good picture! The atmosphere is upscale and comfortable. We went there for a low-key birthday celebration which ended with a walk around town checking out the many shops.

We had our wedding at the Lititz Springs Inn this July and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and his calm, organized presence made the entire day run smoothly. He truly made us feel supported and stress-free throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself. From the special tomato bisque delivery at the event itself to following me around with an umbrella for pictures and carrying flowers…he’s literally the best. Katie was also great with night of coordinating. The evening was so smooth. Our guests raved about the ambiance, food, and friendly staff. Divine Swine is a must-visit destination for BBQ lovers, offering an array of mouthwatering plates and sandwiches complemented by classic Southern sides. Nestled conveniently near the Hampton Inn and across from the Renn Faire in Manheim, this charming eatery boasts a spacious dining area that’s modestly decorated yet inviting. During a recent family road trip from Maryland, we stumbled upon Divine Swine thanks to my wife’s keen navigation skills. The experience was nothing short of delightful!
Traveling back from Maryland, family got hungry and my wife (navigator) suggested we check out Divine Swine. Oh man, was it so good. Staff was top notch and service was fast! Drinks were very good and refreshing (try the peach tea = excellent) Wife had the full rack with corn pudding and salad. I had the pulled pork with corn pudding and mac and cheese. All three kids had the kids burger (w and w/o cheese) meals. All of it was finger-licking good but the absolute standout was the corn pudding. Probably one of the best sides I’ve had in a long time. The food was perfectly balanced and not too salty, the name “divine” is so fitting. Looking forward to our next big trip where we can pull over and get us some pig! Oh did I mention it’s real close to the Renaissance Faire? Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I've been here twice now and both times were very good. Excellent BBQ. The first time I just tried the pulled pork with a side of mac n cheese and cole slaw. The sides are very good and the pulled pork had a good smoked flavor and wasn't too dry. I added the sweet Kansas city sauce which is my favorite so far. On my second visit I ordered the ribs. OOOOoooo wee!!! Probably my 2nd best ribs I've ever had. Tender and tasty. They fall off the bone so beautifully.

Max's Eatery offers visitors a wide variety of American-style dishes. Options range from the SmashBurger, which is made with a chicken breast that's been herb-marinated and then topped with cheddar cheese, banana peppers, and tomatoes, to more extravagant options such as the Steak & Lobsterpie. The restaurant is well-maintained and chic, but still warm and inviting.
Wow!!! My wife and I went here for dinner and were blown away. The cute ambiance and trendy atmosphere were just the beginning. The service was beyond our expectations and extremely friendly/accommodating and the food/drinks are literally what dreams are made of! I ordered the buffalo chicken/waffles main course and have been on cloud nine since then thinking back to it now. Not only were the portion sizes just right but the chicken was cooked flawlessly with every bite filled with a flavorful blend of buffalo sauce and a blue cheese creme drizzle and crumbles. The fluffy Belgian waffles served under the chicken were phenomenally light and airy with just enough sweetness to keep you craving more. Our adult mixed beverages were exclusively crafted and served with class and elegance, absolute perfection in every sip. I can't wait to go back here again! Don't miss out on this diamond of a restaurant, you won't regret it.

Overall, I have to say that the atmosphere is really what brought me back here a second time, but I don’t think it’ll be enough for a third. I do find the place to be a bit overpriced (my waffles were more on the dry side and I was charged an extra .50 cents for butter with my waffles without being told of the extra charge). I have also tried two different drinks from there and they were too strong to be enjoyable (however if you’re looking for a place that makes their drinks decently strong, Max’s is the place). Therefore, atmosphere is great and it’s a cute place for brunch with friends, but so far the food had been underwhelming for me.

Max’s Eatery did an outstanding way of satisfying my cravings, their mac & cheese is probably in my top 10 restaurant Mac and cheese. The alcohol was good ,soup was outstanding ,so were the chicken waffles, the inside atmosphere was that of a 50’s diner turned modern, the staff was nice and helpful, And everyone in my family was satisfied which is rare. So if you are in the Lancaster area I would recommend stopping here. You will not be disappointed.

Our first time dining here. The service was a little weird (our server took a long time to greet us once we were seated, took even longer to take our orders, and then we suddenly had a new server halfway through) but other than that was a good experience. The food was good, and is a cute modern diner-style vibe.

In short a diner with a bar, what's not to like?! The location is perfect. Right across from parking means it is a very accessible city dining spot. If it could improve on one thing it would be the depth of the menu. Its a little limited, but it seems they fill it out some with an ever changing list of specials. The cocktail list they put on every table specifically focuses on drinks made with "rail" liquor. This heightens the working mans vibe of the establishment. The decor is dominated by one huge exposed brick wall and a giant pink neon sign with the name of the restaurant giving the place a nice 50s flair to what otherwise a modern feel. I will be back.

Maxs is a typical diner with fun atmosphere of a NYC cafe. Service was very good, however there is a very good wait time on sundays. Overall the food was diner quality with the exception of the curried lentil soup (which was uncommonly good.) The spices of the curry were just fantastic and it really was a star player in the meal. I would recommend this place to someone who’s priority is atmosphere over food.

Cute joint for a casual meal. Atmosphere and staff were welcoming and fun. The drinks (mainly milkshakes - both with and without alcohol) take the stage here. The food was decent, but I've had better dinner food. I'd recommend the sandwiches, particularly the grilled cheese, which was awesome. The chicken and waffles were a bit disappointing - the waffles were soggy and the chicken tasted like frozen chicken strips you could get at the grocery store, though the spicy syrup was quite good. Overall, fun place to stop and visit, especially for a milkshake.

I found this place through Google maps. It was walking distance from our hotel and I honestly thought it was a Chinese restaurant. Instead it felt like I went back in time when the place kids would hang out at the soda shop. I didn't have reservations but we were able to dine at the bar. We were seated quickly and our order was taken right away. Loved the music, the atmosphere, the decor and the whole Max team. I especially loved my BBQ Burnt Ends. My husband ordered the Reuben sandwich and a beer. The portions we generous. The staff were friendly and made sure we were enjoying our experience. I would definitely recommend making reservations if you want a table. We however, quite enjoyed our meal at the bar.

Ice cream shop
Lancaster Sweet Shoppe, located in the heart of historic Lancaster City, is a delightful destination offering a wide array of chocolates, hand-dipped ice cream from Pine View Dairy, and freshly made Stroopies. The shop sources its handcrafted chocolates and homemade candies from Groffs Candies and operates with Stroopie Co. to create authentic stroopwafel treats.
The interior is absolutely beautiful, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to hang out for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the huge outdoor seating area in the back—perfect for enjoying your ice cream on a nice day. I also appreciated that they offer free water, which is a thoughtful touch. Plus, the bathrooms are spotless, which is always a great sign of a well-maintained place. Overall, this shop has everything—great ambiance, excellent service, and all the little details that make a visit special. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

I was not leaving Lancaster without any treats! I found this place late evening on a Sunday holiday weekend. It was PACKED PACKED. I had to wait in a very long line but It was worth it to me. I found parking literally right out front as most people had i assumed walked to here. I unfortunately did not get some pictures id like to of gotten because it was so busy and people were trying to find parking and there were families with little little children all around so I was just trying to get in and out. It is a quaint old timey shop feel. It has chocolates in all the cases and along the walls all kinds of fudge and chocolates and candies and stroops to choose from while you wait in line. I saw a basket with 50% off stroops that were somehow not done right... they looked fine to me, so I grabbed a few. I also got 2 1/4 lb fudge packages for my mom and us to cut up and share. She loves loves loves fudge especially the fudge from the shore!!! So I had to try Dutch fudge!!! N it was as good as one could imagine!!! I got a stroop ice cream sandwich and you can choose from their wide range of ice cream options of what flavors you want in your ice cream sandwich. Yes a stroop ice cream sandwich!!!! Just when u think a Dutch delight couldnt get any better they added milky high point ice cream made right there in Amish country!!!! I also had an iced coffee and they used fresh ground beans right there that was steamed into half the cup over a half a cup of ice and added fresh cream!!!! Ugh my mouth is watering as i sit and write this review!!! 😩.... it was worth the long line it really was and the little extra time it took us to drive back to central Delaware that evening enjoying our Dutch treats as we drove the hour and 45 mins home in the setting sun 🌞 on the country winding roads!!! If no one has taken that drive just for some treats you are missing out on the simple pleasures of life my dear friends......

This cute hidden gem in Lancaster city is worth the try. Not only do they have amazing and exciting local seasonal ice cream flavors but they also sell a variety of chocolate treats and cookies. Their chocolate covered pretzels is one of my favorites in town plus their brownie sundae. Love this place!
Glenda L — Google review
Plenty of stroopwafles to choose from! Pumpkin shaped ones for the fall with pumpkin spice flavor if you’re into that. Plenty of other options if you’re not. I’m excited to try the salted Carmel! With chocolate dipped on both sides it’ll be a wee messy to set on my steaming mug but I’ll figure it out. They were out of dark chocolate pretzels behind the counter which was a bummer. Otherwise ample chocolates, ice cream and stroopwafel to choose from. Paid parking close by. If you have the app, it’s relatively inexpensive.

It's worth going to this place just for the amazing smell! 😀 As a bonus they also sell their stroopie waffles and amazing ice cream! They have a little bit of seating inside as well as a lovely courtyard outback. Thank you for participating in the Taste The World tour!

Great customer service! Server was fairly tall, light hair, name started with a J I think. Anyway, very friendly, gave me the best sundae. Hopefully he’s working if you go. Excellent spot out back!
Elias A — Google review
They have the best ice cream that I have ever had anywhere in my life. Ice cream in fancy ice creameries at shops or stores, or even "Amish made" is nowhere close to their taste and quality. Let's not forget their drinks, well made and give no acne. Prices, good. Very fair and worth it.

Pizza Takeout
Antonio's Pizza House in Lancaster, PA offers a wide variety of pizzas, subs, strombolis, and more to satisfy every craving. The restaurant is described as a culinary gem with dough that rises like the morning sun and melted cheese that stretches endlessly. Each bite of their pizzas is said to be heavenly with golden crusts and flavorful toppings. Customers praise the hot and fresh delivery of their large cheese pizza, noting its rich sauce and ample cheese.
Stopped by this evening with my son for a cannoli. First class to say the least !! I’ll never go anywhere else. If you don’t believe me go see for yourself.

We have bought several veggie pizzas from Antonio's Pizza in Lancaster, PA. Last evening we got a 14" Stuffed Veggie Pizza with some extra veggies. It was an Italian masterpiece! Apparently he used dough for a 16" to make a bottom crust which was extra thick around the edge and dough for a 12" to make a thin top crust. It was perfectly baked. The crusts are delicious, made with fresh top-quality flour. I appreciate that just mozzarella cheese is used, not sharp cheeses which can cause insomnia and high blood pressure. It won't harm your sleep. He suggested we might want to cut it ourselves. I jabbed a sharp knife repeatedly to make the cuts, and with care we got intact slices.

September 14, 2025. We got at 16" Veggie Pizza without additional veggies. We prefer more veggies, but decided this time not to get extras due to the cost, but next time we'll get extras for a more balanced pizza. Top quality, perfectly baked, delicious thick crust at the edge. Comments while eating: "This is about the best pizza we've had." "This is a good pizza, isn't it". "Excellent".
Julie A — Google review
I never write reviews but I literally LOVE Antonio’s so much. They got the best slice for the best price. As a college student, this is very important. I’ve tried a considerable amount of pizza places around Lancaster, and for the size of the pizza, texture and dough/crust quality, and most important the TASTE… easily the winner. Not to mention the guys at the counter are very friendly. I’ve dined in, taken out, and gotten delivery from them, and each time I’d recommend. My go-to every time.
Sofia M — Google review
I’ve been in the city for 5+ yrs, 21 yrs in PA, and this is the closest to a NY slice I’ve found, trick is to get the 18” that way you get that thin crust and flop, the sauce has flavor instead of hand fulls of sugar and the cheese ain’t cheap, in quality nor quantity!
Rmoda908 — Google review
As a former New Yorker and recovering pizza snob, I love this place. The pizza is nothing fancy but is outstanding. It's in a great location and there are plenty of tables to sit outside, enjoy your slice, and watch the world go by. Enjoy.
Kevin G — Google review
If you dont like doing ur job its free to quit. Customer service aint rocket science. I dont see why its so hard to understand that your delivery driver delivered to the wrong place. Ill be waiting on the refund. Tried it once and am happy to say i will never again.
Everardo 2 — Google review
Antonio’s has been good for the most part yet lately it has been more of a miss than a hit. You will not know where you are dropping the ball unless you survey your customers. So here it goes; disappointed to report I ordered an extra large, extra cheese, half pepperoni pizza and picked up the lightest pizza box ever. Upon opening the box at home I found a pizza that looks like it’s missing a cup of cheese and a couple of inches in diameter. Previous pizzas have had a paper thin crust that simply cannot hold the ingredients on top and rips apart as you are pulling your slice away from the pie. I want to support local non-franchise businesses, but a consistent and better product will make me want to continue supporting you.

Pennsylvania Dutch restaurant
American restaurant
Bakery
Nestled in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Good 'N Plenty Restaurant has been a beloved destination for authentic Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine since 1969. This charming farmhouse eatery offers a delightful family-style dining experience that encourages social interaction among guests. As you settle into your communal table, you'll be introduced to fellow diners from various places, setting the stage for shared stories and laughter over hearty dishes like fried chicken, pickled vegetables, and buttered noodles.
Oh my gosh! The Dutch Sampler has fried chicken, meatloaf and pork with saurkraut, I had whipped potatoes and chow chow as my sides and It. Was. Delicious! Becky was our server and she was pleasant, helpful and so quick. I highly recommend this restaurant, they have a nice shop also.

Came here tonight for dinner and everything was really good. We chose the family style dining which was all you can eat fried chicken, baked ham, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, buttered noodles, apple sauce, gravy, bread, butter or apple butter. For dessert we chose apple crumb pie with ice cream and shoefly pie with ice cream. The atmosphere was really friendly with a gift shop and bakery downstairs. Well worth the short wait and the money.
John M — Google review
We opted to go to the other dining room as we wanted to order from their ala carte menu rather than their family style all you can eat option. It was a good choice as the portion size was generous as you can see from the attached pictures. We were also served their super soft bread with whipped butter and jam so we certainly had our fill!
Rock U — Google review
We tried the family style food. It was a very special experience to share food with the other people. The food and the service were good. The desserts were too sweet for me. Overall I recommend to have food with your family when you first visit here!

Ok, I tried this spot due to a recommendation from an Amish woman. I personally liked Katie's Kitchen more for authentic Amish food. Let's see, this place was good that I can see what's cooking due to the open kitchen. The applesauce was okay, the wedding meal was weird but okay, the peppa slaw was fine, the mash was good. The refresher was very very light with sugar but that was fine with me. I'm not sure whether I'd be back but might come back for a breakfast meal. The server was super duper nice!
Sam R — Google review
The staff was so nice and inviting as soon as we entered the building. The family style dinning experience is definitely new to me, (sitting at a hs cafeteria type table with random people). I really enjoyed it though, met a few nice people and the food was good. The fried chicken and mash potatoes was official chicke gravy boat was clutch. My girl got the meatloaf it was good too. They have a family style all you can eat option for $26 per person. If you have the appetite for all that seems worth it to me. They have a nice gift shop too
Mo F — Google review
I really give them a 4 1/2 star rating. This place is good and most the food is pretty flavorful but I have come to other places like this one and they have given me just a bit more on some levels. This place is large inside and you have different choices on what may work for you to purchase a meal ticket. It's either large area with many sets for large groups or for small groups/couples that don't mind meeting new people on the all you can eat price. If that's not for you, then you can purchase off the menu items and sit at a smaller formal area. There's also a bakery on the lower level and a nice size gift shop. They also offer a large parking area that can hold many cars and has space for tour buses as well. That's a bonus to bring in big and larger number of people to visit. The outside area is nice as well with a small petting farm zoo.

We had a very good time at Good and Plenty. Our server was excellent. They have a novelty store connected to the restaurant and it's a lot of fun. It was my birthday on the day we went. They have a birthday policy that the birthday persons food is of no charge and a 20% off coupon for the novelty store is given as a gift. I was very touched. It covered my meal, my drink and my dessert. The restaurant is in the middle of Amish Country I found an interesting display of signs that I had to take a picture of. I have included a picture of it
