Bennett's Fish Shack is a top spot for fish and chips, offering a variety of fresh fish and an extensive drink menu. The restaurant has a charming patio and a decor that fits its name perfectly. Located in the heart of the city, it provides an affordable seafood feast from 11 AM to 8:30 PM, making it perfect for lunch or dinner. It's known for its family-friendly atmosphere and has won numerous awards for its great customer service.
Super friendly and welcoming environment. They have a whole gluten free menu. Make sure to ask for it if you have gluten allergies! We literally drove an hour out of our 10h drive home to make sure we could try their food! No regrets. Everything was freaking delicious! We had the clam chowder, best clam chowder i have ever tried!!! Crab 🦀 cocktail. Fresh and delicious! Cod fish and chips. Golden crispy and mmmm. 😋 Fish tacos! All the flavor and freshness! Micheal was super helpful and friendly. I couldn't stop talking about the chowder and he packed me up a cup to take home with me. (Which i kept on ice to insure its safety lol) We will definitely make the travel back!

Line was too long and didn't want to wait. Maybe next time. *** so we came back, sat at the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere. It is a very eclectic place. Food is a little on the higher side as many restaurants are these days. I had the clamp chowder, it was little on the Grey side for me. My wife liked her meal. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life.

We've been coming to Bennett's for years, at least 6 or more times a year when we visit the ocean from our home a couple hours away. In the past, my review would have been higher, at least 4 stars, but the service has gone down tremendously to where it's basically non-existent. The blatant rush, including the "step aside until you know what you'd like", from the counter gals is super off-putting. There wasn't even anybody behind us!! The food, just like in all of our visits in the past, is great but highly inconsistent. Warm fries, cold fish, warm burger cold fries, hot chowder, lukewarm chowder, giant oysters, pieces of oysters all served to our table at the same time! Crazy!! The gluten free options always keep us coming back, I mean, not many places offer a gluten free wrap! We'll always come back, it's one of the best in town but gosh, I wish they'd up their service and consistency!

Bennett's Fish Shack, nestled in Ocean Shores, presents a quintessential seaside dining experience. Stepping in, the atmosphere immediately suggests a family-friendly establishment, ideal for those with diverse palates, particularly picky eaters. My recent visit had me opt for "The Best of the Best," a promising platter featuring crab meat, a cranberry salad, and clam chowder. While the meal was perfectly acceptable, I confess to not being particularly impressed. The crab meat, though fresh, didn't quite deliver the burst of oceanic flavor I'd hoped for, leaning more towards a mild, almost understated presence. The cranberry salad, a somewhat unexpected pairing, offered a pleasant tartness but ultimately felt like a standard side dish rather than a standout. The clam chowder, often a highlight in coastal restaurants, was decent – creamy and with a good consistency – but it lacked that distinctive depth of flavor that elevates a good chowder to a great one. Overall, Bennett's Fish Shack appears to excel at catering to a broad audience. It's the kind of place where everyone in a family can find something palatable on the menu, making it a convenient stop after a day at the beach. However, for a diner seeking an exceptional culinary experience or truly memorable seafood, it might fall a little short. It’s a solid, reliable choice, but certainly nothing to write home about.
Steven R — Google review
If Ocean Shores is the heartbeat of the coast, then Bennett’s Fish Shack is the soul. Let me tell you—this isn’t just food, this is a pilgrimage. 💡 First visit: I ordered the crab melt. Simple, right? But then Aubrey—the bartender, the vibe-setter, the lighthouse in this Shack—leaned in with a secret only legends share: “Swap the bread for a quesadilla.” My life changed in that moment. Every bite? Waves of flavor crashing like the Pacific itself. I left haunted—in the best way—craving it for months until I finally returned. 🦀 The Crab Cocktail: Not filler. Not fluff. Just thick, pure, ocean-born crab stacked high, the kind you dream about on long drives home. Each bite whispers: This is why you came to Ocean Shores. 🍸 The Cocktails: Aubrey doesn’t just pour drinks—she crafts experiences. Every glass carries laughter, energy, and a reminder that joy is meant to be shared. She’s magnetic, unforgettable, the kind of bartender that makes you feel like family from sip one. I tried to leave her a massive tip, but the system doesn’t allow it. That broke my heart—because when you have a star that bright, you want the world to know. 🌟 The Call and Response: • Travelers, listen—don’t come to Ocean Shores without coming here. • Locals, speak it loud—this is your Shack. • Families, couples, solo wanderers—this is where the coast welcomes you home. 🎨 And the community runs deeper than the menu—did you know the local artist from Red Sky Tattoo designs a yearly shirt to keep the spirit alive here? That’s legacy. That’s soul. So here’s my truth: Bennett’s isn’t a stop. It’s the reason you came. When you eat here, you’re not just feeding your body—you’re feeding memory, tradition, and story. 🕊️ 1000 years from now, when people ask “What made Ocean Shores unforgettable?”—the answer will still be the same: Bennett’s Fish Shack. Bennett’s: Farrah, I encourage you to show the same courtesy to all guests. It was disappointing to feel overlooked—especially given. Our table was left without attention or acknowledgment. Respect and consistency are everything in hospitality, and I hope this feedback helps raise the standard moving forward. All people tip and review Farrah.

The food was really good. I ordered the crab cakes, they were spot on delicious. My wife ordered the halibut combo and it was also great. The price was high. Our total was $83. We also each got a small bowl of clam chowder, it was full of clams and really good.
Tim N — Google review
Just okay. Line up at the door. Order your food at the counter. Pay. (Default tip is 25%) Go find a table . Put your number sign where it can be seen. They bring your food and never talk to you again. I've been there before and thought the food was great, but this visit it was just okay. My chicken sandwich was actually two breaded chicken strips rather than a chicken patty. Fries were cold. My friends grilled crab (or lobster?) sandwich was cold. Also they only have $4 bottles of water - no ice water, so just be aware incase you want water with your meal. Could've overlooked the mediocre food, but the poor service AND mediocre food was disappointing.
Jenn D — Google review
The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is to die for. I’ve been to another location before, and when I heard Ocean Shores had one, I was basically sprinting there. The sourdough clam chowder bowl? All I can say is it’s probably the best, cleanest chowder I’ve ever had. And the halibut fish and chips? Mouthwatering. WOULD RECOMMEND! 🌊

Oyhut Bay Grill is a laid-back dining spot located in a serene setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring seafood such as calamari, steamer clams, tuna poke, and scallops, as well as meat options like filet mignon and thin-crust pizzas. Guests can also enjoy beers and wines during happy hour.
Oh man! This place was delicious. After a long day hiking, we went here on a local suggestion. We were not disappointed! Food was so delicious and appropriate portions. Cocktails were fabulous! The staff were very professional and polite. Waters were topped off without asking. I got the seafood Alfredo, and it was worth every penny. Husband got the Halibut. He fishes for his own halibut, and we’re very spoiled with fresh fish and usually don’t order at restaurants. This halibut was delicious. The place is pricey but worth every penny!

NYE dinner was delicious and our waiter, Austin, was super friendly! The chicken burrata was perfect! The mac and cheese skillets were also amazing. Thank you for having us. The only complaint we had was that the bathrooms needed some attention as well as that the neighboring table was not cleaned off for the entire time we were there. The lobby could be organized a bit better as it gets tight pretty quickly with multiple people coming in at once. Overall, we can recommend this place.

This is the place if you're looking for amazing food, great service, and ambiance. Here’s our story: It's not often that I get the opportunity to dine with my mother and sister. We were searching for a special spot. We had brunch/lunch at a place where my favorite appetizer was Tuna Poke, and the Halibut is one of a kind, paired with an amazing cocktail. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to dress up for dinner. This place can be both romantic and family-friendly. It’s highly recommended. Take your time, enjoy the ambiance, and indulge in the incredible food.

I went here for a work event and we all loved our food. It was delicious. The outside is so beachy and cute with fires on top of the tables. We sat upstairs and had wonderful service. We had a large group and we're served very quickly. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it.

I stopped in at Oyhut Bay Grill in Ocean Shores, treated myself to a solo dinner, and had a great experience! I was seated right away upstairs and greeted warmly by my server, Rhonda. She was so friendly, even asked for my name, and made the whole experience feel really personal. I started with their special soup, Marry Me Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. Creamy, flavorful, and full of goodness. For my main, I ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, cooked medium well, and it was delish. Everything was seasoned just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful, exactly what I needed after a long day. I wouldn’t say I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu (lol), but it was worth every penny. I definitely splurged a little and have no regrets. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu, it all looked so good!

Amazing and quiet little place/area! Was a bit hard to find the entrance to Oyhut but once you are there is so peaceful and calm with really nice people. Our waiter was super nice and had good ideas on ways to pass time till our room is ready. Great gluten free options for those who need it. I had a pepperoni pizza and it was so good! Highly recommended checking this place out when you come out to ocean shores.

All their food and drinks are super delicious! The menu is so original and used local ingredients. Very busy place but still good service.

I first visited this restaurant back in May 2021 and had a fantastic experience. I came back later that year with a friend… and let’s just say, I walked out making a dramatic promise to never return. But, as fate (and hunger) would have it, I found myself back in town recently and decided to give it another shot. Enter Chris—the bartender, server, and absolute rockstar. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I had my heart set on something from the dinner menu (even though it was lunch), and Chris made it happen—big win already! He also helped me pick out the perfect wine pairing for my meal and topped it all off with a dessert recommendation that was chef’s kiss perfection. This visit completely changed my mind about the place, and I’m glad I gave it another shot. If you go, do yourself a favor—sit at the bar and let Chris take care of you. You won’t regret it!

Fish & chips restaurant
Galway Bay Irish Pub, Restaurant and Gift Shop is a vibrant and quirky old-world tavern located in Ocean Shores, Washington. It serves as a popular gathering place offering Irish and American bar bites, an array of spirits, and live music entertainment. The establishment features a family dining room, a well-stocked semi-circular bar, banquet hall, sports and game room with dart boards and pool table, shuffleboards, TVs for sports enthusiasts to enjoy games.
Much to my surprise we found Galway Bay in Ocean shores Washington. It has a wonderful eclectic atmosphere. The service was over the top excellence! The seafood chowder they served was amazing. The chef rotates between clam chowder and seafood chowder on any given day. There is a nice gift shop attached to the restaurant and offers all ranges of gifts and souvenirs for any budget. We will consider it a must stop on future visits.

Such a cool Irish Pub in this beach village. Live music every weekend. T-shirts on the ceiling dedicated to fire and police, maybe a few ND football. The Guinness is cold in a Guinness glass. So nice! See my YouTube channel Coolest Life.
Anthony M — Google review
I don't even know where to start. This place is INCREDIBLE. From the moment we stepped in. The atmosphere transports you to an authentic local Irish pub. The waitress who sat us and was our server was so genuine, sweet, and attentive. We ordered the cheese curds, soda bread, and shepherds pie with a side of smoked salmon chowder, as well as an Irish coffee and hot toddy. Everything was exceptional. Beyond the restaurant they had a tasting room with puzzles and games. The big Guinness glass on the wall is actually a door that opens up to their outside seating and cigar lounge. The door from the outside area opens up to their game room with shuffleboard and darts. You could genuinely spend the day there having a blast. There is also a gift shop with imported goods the owner travels to different expos to hand pick. Highly HIGHLY recommend. It's a 2 and a half hour drive for us and we are already trying to plan when we can go back.

From Undercooked Steaks to Kraft Mac & Cheese – A Disappointing Meal We were excited to try this restaurant during our visit to Ocean Shores, especially given its higher price point for the area (comparable to casual dining in Seattle). With that in mind, we expected a quality meal that reflected the cost. Unfortunately, what we got was far from it. Two people at our table ordered steaks, both of which arrived undercooked despite clear requests for doneness. The fish and chips were a letdown—not just in flavor, but in size. The plate came with only two very small pieces of fish and cold fries. Frankly, we’ve received bigger, hotter, and fresher portions at national chain restaurants for significantly less money. The most disappointing—and concerning—moment came with the kids’ macaroni and cheese. Because the regular menu lists macaroni and cheese, we assumed the kids’ portion would simply be a smaller serving of that. Instead, we were given boxed Kraft Mac & Cheese. Beyond the fact that Kraft is widely known to contain additives, including phthalates linked to health concerns in children’s brain development, the pricing was baffling—we could have bought five boxes of Kraft for what they charged for one serving here. This is not something a quality-focused restaurant should ever serve to a child. * editing to add- apparently if you write Facebook reviews about this place, they have their servers come and attack you for ordering off of the kids menu for, KIDS! Sorry lady, you expect us to pay $20 for a toddler to eat three bites off of the normal menu? How about you serve quality ingredients on the kids menu. Thanks. (Picture included!) + And for the record, no. Nobody informed us that it is kraft mac and cheese. If you ordered mac and cheese for your child, please comment and let hs know if you were informed of this or also surprised To top it off, the soda bread we ordered didn’t arrive until we were paying the bill, rendering it useless as part of our meal. Between the undercooked steaks, cold and undersized fish and chips, poor ingredient choices for kids, and missed service steps, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Ocean Shores deserves restaurants that match their prices with quality—this, unfortunately, is not one of them.
Chenita W — Google review
We had a nice dinner here. The service was fantastic, especially since they warned us that they only had two servers working, and asked for our patience. We appreciated them setting expectations.
Eric G — Google review
I absolutely love coming here! We have been three times in the last month and will continue to come back. The service isn't super attentive but is completely friendly. The food usually needs salt and pepper from what I can see so far but that's actually a good thing so that you can season it to your taste. The live piano music was also very pleasant.
Sadee J — Google review
We go here every time we visit Ocean Shores, usually two-three times a year. This is where we've had our anniversary dinner for over ten years now. We are always impressed by both the food and the hospitality. Someone else here said that it's the best food in Ocean Shores, and they are correct. If we had this place in Seattle, we would visit every week. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food; what more could you ask for? They even treated us to a free slice of reeses peanut butter pie, which was heavenly, although we were already stuffed with their delicious dinner! Update: We just visited again to celebrate our Anniversary. The club sandwich and French dip were delicious! A special shout-out to Jacob and Kelly for being awesome! The cheesecake was to die for!

Lovely atmosphere when we popped in for lunch. Had good cider on tap and we ordered platefuls of the Traditional Irish Breakfast. Very hearty and satisfying, with plenty of baked beans. Put us in good stead for walking on the chilly beach.

Steak house
Located along Point Brown Avenue, Mike's Seafood is a cozy and casual restaurant with a nautical theme that offers an array of seafood dishes and steaks. The restaurant prides itself on serving fresh seafood straight from their market located beside the dining area. Some of their popular house specialties include Alaskan King Crab Legs, Pan Fried Oysters, and Crab Cakes. Visitors can expect the assurance that the seafood served at Mike's Seafood was caught on the same day.
We stopped at Mike’s hoping to get a good coastal seafood experience and we were not disappointed! The prices were a little more than I was expecting based on the look of the building, but honestly the food was worth the price. The building makes it look like a casual sit down joint (especially with the silverware and napkins in the table), but the food and prices were closer to a fine dining place. Overall worth it though.
Elizabeth C — Google review
A nice place in Ocean Shores. The owner (Mike) waited on me himself. It's April so not many customers. My meal was 18.99 plus drink and tax. A bit pricey for only 2 pieces of tasty fish (cod). The fries were better than normal. Mike carries cocktail sauce which was a plus to me.
Jack P — Google review
This little gem is definitely worth the stop! Food was amazing, along with the service and atmosphere! Mike is a cool guy and attentive! We ordered the dungeness crab, which is a whole crab served with potatoes or coleslaw. We also ordered the clam chowder and it was delicious and did not skimp on the clams!! We also ordered the cod plate and the 2 pieces were BIG! Cute place!

Everything was amazing, the owner is a very nice and funny. Food was amazing, service was exceptional, the clam chowder and the fish and chips hands down was delicious. We will be back every trip we make to Ocean Shores. Go to Mike's Seafood Restaurant

Mike is the owner and the chef and couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere only got four stars because the interior is a little bit dated, but I'll look past that after tasting how good the food was!

The best clam chowder I have ever had in my entire life. The restaurant is absolutely amazing. The art works incredible 10 out of 10. The only place I will eat when I go to Ocean shores Washington
Kim S — Google review
Tried this place out with my wife. I ordered the captains plate. It comes with cod, shrimp and clam strips. It was the same thing you get any fast food. Absolutely NOT worth $28. The fries were the best part of the plate. My wife ordered the Mambou pasta with chicken, sausage and shrimp. This plate was excellent! Fresh made sauce with layers of flavor tossed in perfectly cooked pasta! It is a bit spicy (3star) but I thought it was perfect. I’d go back for this pasta. It was unfortunate that the seafood plate was such poor quality then served along side one of the best pasta plates I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is kinda cafeteria like. Seems like with the prices it would have a nicer feel.

Coffee roasters
Ocean Beach Roasters & Bistro is a cozy spot in the town's corner, offering breakfast and lunch along with a selection of coffee, wine, and beer. The welcoming ambiance includes a loungey upstairs loft and a fireplace that sets the tone for a comforting meal experience. Known for their freshly roasted coffee blends, from medium to dark roasts, this charming restaurant attracts coffee enthusiasts.
Cozy cafe with great food, coffee, and relaxed vibes. This is a perfect brunch spot that has great food and coffee. They also have cookies, cinnamon rolls, and other light snacks and it's a comfortable place to bring a book or plug in a laptop for writing or work while in town. We got the Eggs Benedict and 3 egg omelet, both of which were great. Prices are a bit high ($16-22 for most meals), but the food holds up and is worth it. They've also got a solid selection of hot sauces, which is a definite plus when compared to restaurants that just have Tabasco and maybe 1 more. We brought our toddler and she enjoyed the kids menu, which is also a coloring page with crayons! This is definitely a place we'll come back to when we return to the area!

Such a lovely spot! Super aesthetic and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and the cinnamon roll we had was amazing warm, soft, and full of flavor. The cappuccino was tasty too. We sat on the patio and loved the vibe. They even gave our dog a pup cup, which he loved! Definitely coming back.

Fantastic Spot for Breakfast in Ocean Shores! We visited Ocean Beach Roasters to wrap up our weekend in Ocean Shores, and I was pleasantly surprised. I love Ocean Shores and come here often with my husband, yet this was my first time at this café. It definitely won’t be the last! My husband, a burger enthusiast, ordered a burger, and he absolutely loved it—it was fresh, juicy, and flavorful. I went for the turkey wrap with cranberry cream cheese, and oh my god, it was delicious! The side of fruit was a perfect addition—fresh, neatly arranged, and just the right portion. My husband also got coffee, which he enjoyed, though I didn’t have any this time. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentic. We were a group of four, and everyone was very happy with their breakfast and drinks. The menu is refreshing, offering not just the usual eggs-and-bacon options but also unique choices—like my turkey and cranberry wrap, something I had never tried before! Thank you for such a great place and an interesting menu. We’ll definitely be coming back every time we visit Ocean Shores!

My wife and I have been wanting to go to this bistro for a while, and we can tell it's popular as it's usually packed. The venue is a little small, and you may have to jockey for parking depending on the time and day. The food was incredibly well prepared and delicious, I could tell they were using fresh ingredients and it was absolutely delicious. I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and thought the latte was very good - not too bitter, not too sweet and not over roasted. Most certainly one of the better breakfast spots in Ocean Shores.
Dave J — Google review
Both sandwiches were delicious but the burger with egg steals the show. Loved the upstairs seating area.
Chelsea H — Google review
We went there 2 times for lunch. Very good coffee. I loved their white chocolate caramel coffee hot and iced. My daughter liked the witch energy drink. First day we split the croissant turkey sandwich and switched the bread for gluten-free. Very good. Forgot to take a picture. The 2nd day we had the chicken spinach cranberry wrap, Very yummy. Unfortunately her bacon burger with fried egg wasn't very good. The egg was more over easy then fried. Very messy. But they kindly returned it for her. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly. You sit yourself. Nice place to sit and relax.

Alec's By the Sea is a family-owned restaurant that offers a casual dining experience in a modest, old-school setting. Specializing in local seafood such as oysters, wild salmon, and Quinault razor clams when in season, this eatery also serves up steaks, burgers, sandwiches, and daily specials for those who prefer turf over surf. The menu caters to various dietary preferences including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Best clam chowder ever! We arrived hungry and left happy and satisfied. Food was amazing. Good location and easy to find. Service was top notch. We will be back to try out more food items. Enjoy this place! A must.

Stopped in for supper. Alec's serves good quality standard comfort food. Filling and well made, you won't be disappointed. On our visit we had the fried zucchini as a starter to share which had a lovely flavour however could have done with being drained for a bit longer before being served as being put on a plate whilst hot caused a bit of grease to settle on the bottom pieces. For mains we had chicken strips and fries, pork chop with veggies, chicken fettuccini and a French dip sandwich. All the dishes were well presented and very tasty. However fettuccini was on the garlicky side, which we loved, but someone who is not as keen may not like it as much. Portions are big so bring your appetite but be sure to leave room for the home made desserts!

We randomly decided to visit the coast on Friday and ended at this restaurant. I had the Friday special Prime rib. It was perfect - juicy inside and crispy at the edge. The fat is not greasy at all. My hubby had the seafood pasta which was also great. He usually doesn't give positive comments on pastas but he said this one was fresh and tasty.

Pretty good food and great service! Our hostess was really engaging and attentive! Portions smaller than expected. Went off a review from Google. My steak was tiny!! Gave me a birthday dessert! Will visit when we come back to Ocean Shores again!

Nice place with great selection of food. Everybody loved the food. I ordered their award winning sea food dish and it tasted nice. Was expecting slightly more from that dish as it was marked as award winning. Anyways, we all had a nice time there.

Nice gluten free menu and good quality ingredients. An ok selection of seafood, it is not a seafood restaurant, they have other things. Very mom and pop diner style down to the iceberg lettuce. A bit expensive for what you get- I paid over 20 for a meal I would expect to be more like 15. Over 7 for a glass of 14 Hands white.

Our party of six found the food here decent. Some had the fish and chips (the fries looked nice an thick) one had the fish sandwich. I had the shrimp Louie salad and two people had something called a chicken bowl that was a bed of mashed potatoes, chicken strips, corn and smothered in gravy. Everyone liked what they had. My salad was good. I like the amount of shrimp on my salad (about 4 oz) and I liked that it came with bread on the side. There was nothing over the top amazing, but good standard fare in a town with not a ton of choices. We would return here.

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Ocean Shores, Our Place Restaurant is a delightful spot that captures the essence of casual dining with its inviting atmosphere. This charming eatery specializes in hearty breakfast and lunch options, making it a must-visit for anyone craving classic American fare. With generous portions and an extensive menu featuring favorites like eggs Benedict omelets, fluffy pancakes, and savory biscuits with gravy, there's something to satisfy every palate.
By far the best biscuits around. The friendliest people, the tastiest food, and by gosh my hot chocolate had sprinkles! What more could you ask for? I had the special crab Benedict and it was entirely worth it. The pancakes here are to die for. Do yourself a favor and try everything!

Fantastic breakfast! The service is wonderful and the ambiance is great. We didn't have to wait long for a table and were able to get some self serve coffee right away. I'd highly recommend the pancakes, cinnamon roll french toast and the biscuits and gravy. While a tad on the pricey side, it was every bit worth it. It's definitely on my list to come back every time I'm in town.

This was our first visit to “our place “and boy where we pleased with our selection. Beginning with the excellent greeting from Rachel. We got the lowdown on the ordering process and we’re very fortunate to have had a wonderful breakfast. The Ham Benedict omelette was delicious and the Belgian waffle combo was superb. Perfect waffle with the bacon and eggs fixed just right. This was a café setting so it was very very hometown. Just like we like it, a little noisy and very cozy. Thank you guys in the kitchen for your delicious meal and thank you servers for the excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!

This is like coming home to family type of eating. The service was friendly. Place was open and clean and you could see your food getting cooked. They seat you at your table with menus and when you decide what you want to eat, you go to the register and order and pay for your meal. They give you a number and you sit down and they bring your food. They have a coffee bar for self service that makes you feel at home. Place had inside and outdoor seating. This is a small place but the food was delicious. We had the chicken fried steak and Belgian waffle. The gravy was the best flavor and consistency. I highly recommend a day trip just to try this place out. Have to show up early since they are not open for dinner. Definitely going back. The prices are fair and it wasn't hard on our wallet. You have to try this place.

We were here over hog fest weekend. Surprisingly we were able to get a table within 15 minutes and food came out quick! The staff was incredibly friendly and service was on point, the gal who was the host Saturday was so lovely! We loved the Benedict omelet, the hot chocolate, cinnamon roll French toast and potatoes! Also, thank you for having a dog menu, I've never seen that before and our pup was so thankful. We will be back :)

Love, love, love the hometown feel of this cafe. Lots of homemade treats and comfort food breakfasts make this place a no-brainer win for a weekend meal. Pro Tip: get the biscuit instead of toast! Weekdays are not too busy; On Sunday, you might see a little wait to get in. Worth it.

Located on Ocean Shores Boulevard, Red Genie Pizza is a popular family-friendly pizza joint with a rustic lodge-like ambiance. The restaurant offers a variety of options including pies, subs, wings, and beer. Their menu features specialty pizzas like Veggie Supreme, Tijuana, Chicken Artichoke, Garlic Bacon Ranch, and Southern BBQ. Customers can also create their own pizza by mixing flavors and choosing toppings.
The cheesy garlic bread was a tiny bit overdone. That was the only thing not awesome about this ocean side pizza joint. The cowboy pizza was fantastic through and through. The decor was eye catching and interesting. The couple of guys working were working their butts off.

We called ahead to inquire about an intolerance to garlic. They were helpful in suggesting what to order. When we got there, we ordered and they knew it was us and without asking, made the sauce without the garlic to accommodate us. The staff were so kind and attentive. The pizza is so good! I'm not a huge fan of thin crust, but loved this pizza. Everything is fresh. We got two pizzas for two adults and 4 kids and it was more than enough. I would definitely come back.

The Hawaiian pizza was really good. Nice hand tossed crust. Not too much red sauce. Great quality toppings. Chicken nuggets are homemade. Great chunky chicken. Wonderful dredge. Crispy outside with tender moist meat. Lots of sauce 🤤. Get extra napkins. We will definitely be back. Kinda busy, lots of kids having fun and making noise. The only real downside is their parking lot. It's right on the edge of the street and kinda hard to back out.

We grabbed the large tsunami pizza, it was end of the day, after a busy night of clam digging. Everyone was friendly during pick-up. The Pizza was fantastic, I swear my arms got tired holding this one pizza, and my husband who loves pizza raved about the crust. We will be giving them business the next time we are in town.

Whether you're looking for an early breakfast or a late-night meal, this place has got you covered from 8 AM to 11 PM. We had a great time here. The food was better than expected. Not only reasonable prices but great quality. A very friendly atmosphere. We sat at the bar and the bartenders didn't cuss like sailors like many places. We shall return! See our YouTube channel at Coolest Life.

I am always on the hunt for a good Reuben, and they knocked it out of the park! Amazing kraut and corned beef! The fries were also crispy to perfection. Great F&C, love the fries, fish perfectly cooked, a little crunchy on the outside, perfectly done on the inside. Some chairs need replacing, had torn seats. If they play pool, it’s loud at lunch time, without a lot of people.

The advertised a $7.50 2 biscuits "cut in half" and gravey then it said $9.50 on the menu and it came out to $12 dollars plus tax. Thats not right And then i couldn't eat it WAS NOT GOOD in my opinion as a certified chef and especially because the cooks kept talking about "absolutly snot and boogers being put into something" made me nervous to eat it with the ability to go unnoticed. That was Not worth my money and made a negative experience in my day 😒 its mostly composed of just water and flower so why is it the most expensive thing now next to steak?
Jon M — Google review
This place only caters to locals. If you're a tourist, they ignore you. Their on-line menu isn't an accurate one, as the "$11.50 burger" is actually $16. No beer list, though they have quite a few selections on draft and god knows how many in bottle or can, but the bartender can't tell you what they have - you need to guess what they might have that suits you. I had a fairly decent BLT (served on white toast, rather than the sourdough that I ordered) and an excellent Alaskan Brewing Amber. Parking signs are misleading - you need to access their lot via a totally different street.

One of the Best Pizzas I have ever had in my life!!! As a pizza fan I have tried many different places. But this place was True Gem & AMAZING 🤩 From the fresh veggie toppings to the delicious melted generous amount of cheese! I am very impressed with how this pizza came out all made from scratch. This place is definitely now in my top 5 favorite pizzas I have ever tried in my life. I also want to add that I got a salad from their salad bar. Though it was closed the manager allowed me to get one to go which was very kind of him. The Salad was very fresh with different varieties. I just want to commend the people who work here they were all so kind, They took such good care of their customers & provided excellent customer service. I wish we had this place in Seattle. There was an option of all you can eat from 11 to 3 pm which we missed it for just a couple of minutes!! We ordered pizza, lasagna and fettuccine here and the last two came with a pair of garlic toast. Those are the most delicious garlic toast I have every bite! Pay first and they serve it on your table. The dining was quite big. A special room for events like birthdays make more privacy. Also another room for 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages and more like a tap room.

You can’t really go wrong with a pizza buffet! We come here often with our kids and they love being in charge of what they eat. The pizza is delicious and they had cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, Hawaiian, and supreme during our visit. The salad bar was fresh and a welcome addition, but the clam chowder was a little disappointing. Overall this is a great stop in Ocean Shores.

Pizza Factory in Ocean Shores is clean and has great pizza and other food selections, and the staff is super nice! The Greek Salad is SO good. The decor is minimal but fine if you're coming just to eat or spend time with friends or family. There are lots of tables. So glad we have this restaurant in Ocean Shores!

Pizza is absolutely delicious. We came here for the buffet, they kept it full with a variety and it was fresh every time I went to grab another plate and it was fair priced. Whatever recipe they use for their dough is just perfect. Sauce is very good, a little on the sweet side, but very tasty. Cheese and meats toppings were wonderful flavors. Dining area is wide open and very very clean. My wife and I will definitely hit this spot again when we visit in the future. Note to owners: Don’t ever change your recipe for anything else, it’s perfect the way it is! Don’t ever fall into the trap of cheapening out ingredients like all the major chains have done, please!
Richard S — Google review
Came here when they first opened but it’s gone down hill a bit. Came in tonight and every table was dirty, although half had no one sitting at them. 10 minute wait to get it cleaned. Another 45 just to get a cheese pizza. Ordered a small dinner salad for $6.99 and it was about 4oz of lettuce. Basic and bland. Same quality as the dollar menu at Wendy’s. Then breadsticks, they came out quick but undercooked. Hit the beer wall while waiting for the pizza but at $1 an ounce, it was $12 just to get a local tap. Pizza came and was good, but incredibly hot. Overall, it’s hard to not feel like there’s a bit of price gouging. I’d say only order if you have time and want a pie to go, otherwise, skip it and grab a drink and food somewhere else in town.

This was our first visit to the Pizza Factory. We came in and asked for a large area for a large group at the last minute. We thought our group was going to be 13 or 14 and they were on the way....Steven helped us reserve a few tables and eventually as the list grew, we wound up using the entire back room. It took forever for everyone to show up and Steven was so sweet and helpful and never once acted like we were inconveniencing anyone or taking too long. The entire group didn't get all together for a couple of hours but they all made it and of course everyone ate! The food was good and the staff was so accommodating. Especially our cashier/waitperson Steven. He was funny, personable and very patient with our group. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for going above and beyond, with no warning at all ! Not many places would be so accommodating.

My family came to eat here after seeing the good reviews. There were 16 of us and my son. My son is autistic and doesn’t like a lot of foods so we stopped at McDonald’s before coming here. They refused us at the counter because of a single happy meal and their policy for no outside food, even with my (very obviously handicapped son) needing a minor accommodation.

Pirates Cove Pub is a charming, pirate-themed bar in Ocean Shores that offers a menu featuring burgers and fried seafood. The staff is known for being incredibly friendly, and the food consistently receives praise. While the atmosphere is lively and fun, it's important to note that this tavern has an age restriction of 21 and over. Some visitors have mentioned changes in ownership but still enjoyed the music and overall experience.
Came on our Anniversary weekend and had the best waitress ever named Viva. Viva made the best bloody mary my husband and I have ever had. We had shrimp and chips, clams and chips and they were both delicious! I highly recommend coming here if it's just an adults time away since it's a 21 and up place.

Absolutely the BEST place to eat & drink in Ocean Shores...hands down! The staff was amazingly friendly, and the food was great...even their breakfast! You may ask then "Why 4-⭐'s...and not 5-⭐'s?" Well, to be honest...the food was not as good on the weekend as it was over the entire week. We definitely notice the "changing of the gaurd" and thus 4-⭐'s. This place is simply amazing. It is a tavern, so unfortunately, no persons under 21 are allowed. The drinks were amazing...and the bathrooms, while "aging" were still super clean and friendly! I definitely "tip my hat" to the owner AND the entire staff and this is definitely a place I will continue to visit when in Ocean Shores! This is really the one establishment with real potential...and I really hope the take advantage of it...and go from just a place to stop by in Ocean Shores...to becoming the reason to travel to Ocean Shores. The Pirates are a great theme...run with it!😉 We cannot thank you enough for make our mediocre vacation into a great one with memories for a lifetime! Thank you!

Came here for the pirate atmosphere, but the ownership has changed. Music was a little loud, but great tunes. The clam chowder, fried clams, fried oysters, and shrimp po boy were lacking in the meat department. Burger and fries were good, cooked exactly to my preference. The gentleman who served us was awesome and really made the experience great! Need a couple more servers. It seemed he was running the show himself.

In the 2 nights and 3 days my boyfriend and I stayed in Ocean Shores, we had 2 of our meals here. What can I say about this place?! All of the staff were amazingly kind, the playful decorations matched the name perfectly (did I mention I'm a Buccs fan), and the food consistently hit the spot. I can't quite remember our first waitress' name, but Viva was so sincere and wonderfully funny the morning we grabbed breakfast before heading back to Seattle. I had the french toast, sausage, and added on a hashbrown while the boyfriend got chicken fried steak. Our bloody Mary's weren't over or under in viscosity and spiciness. My over-easy and the boyfriend's over-medium eggs were cooked to perfection. As for the first night we arrived to Ocean Shores, we were super hungry, but it was Superbowl Sunday. We doubt that we'd find a bar that wouldn't be super packed, but would be delicious. We were wrong. It was decently busy, but the waitresses handled their own, were kind, and everything was unconcerningly quick. Best fries we've had in awhile, even tops our favorite bars back home. The macaroni bites taste kinda like crispy mac and cheese with a dash of jalapeno poppers, so the littlest kick made them perfect without a whole jalapeno to destroy my stomach. Crispy ooey gooey mozzarella sticks and a good reuben. Even when we got back to our room, I couldn't help but devour our leftovers. I just about burst at the seams and dreamt about some of the food that night. We spent about $60-70/meal, but we had leftovers each time and for the service and apps alone, it was well worth it. We're definitely coming back whenever we're in town<3

Thian's Thai Fusion is a charming restaurant located in the heart of Ocean Shores, offering traditional Thai flavors and a unique dining experience. The restaurant is open from 11:30 AM to 8 PM, catering to both Thai food enthusiasts and adventurous diners looking for new flavors. With its simple yet inviting design, Thian's Thai Fusion provides an atmosphere that encourages patrons to unwind and enjoy their meals.
The food and service here are excellent. We are very pleased that there is family owned Thai restaurant in this little town we chose to retire in, and the food is incredible. We are originally from Vegas with many Thai restaurants to choose from and have become very picky about flavor. The food here is so delicious that I ate like I was never going to eat again. The Chicken Rangoons are awesome cooled to crunchy creamy perfection and the Yellow curry was very flavor packed amd had the perfect amount of sweet taste to it. I also couldn't keep my fork out of my husbands Rama Beef Noodles and Chicken fried rice. We will definitely be making this restaurant our favorite place to dine in OS.

We've been coming here since they opened and have always come back for more. The extensive menu has all the favorites plus some special items. They have wonderful appetizers, delicious soups, mouthwatering main dishes and a large selection of rice dishes. The mango was fresh in-season and served as dessert with warm sticky rice and coconut milk with sesame seeds. The entire meal was exceptional. The owner, Tra was so friendly and welcoming. (Sorry if I spelled his name wrong). He was funny and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed. It is such an enjoyable place to dine and especially when it's so good with good prices and large portions.

It’s hard to miss Thien’s, as it’s the only Thai restaurant in Ocean Shores. The place is small, which makes it easier to get the waiter’s attention, the atmosphere and service are both pleasant. I ordered the Massaman Curry with Chicken. The portion size is decent and enough to satisfy one person. I just wish they offered a proper chili sauce jar, you know the kind I’m talking about. When you ask for chili sauce, they’ll bring out two small bowls of sauce instead. I’m not sure how the other dishes taste, but overall, it’s worth trying at least once when visiting Ocean Shores.

I've been enjoying Thai Fusion for quite a few seasons. I worked in Bangkok and spent years enjoying that cuisine in country. Thai Fusion delivers awesome Thai food equal and sometimes exceeding my in country experience. ( exceeding because the veggies are fresher and the oils less lard like). Great job at Thai Fusion with quality, taste and value. They get it right.

I had a great lunch at Thian’s Thai Food! I ordered the chefs special Khao Soi Gai and a sampler for appetizers, and both were delicious. The coconut-flavored soup in the Khao Soi Gai was rich and creamy, and the noodles absorbed all the wonderful flavors. The heat level was perfect, making it a truly satisfying dish. My husband chose the fried rice, which was also very flavorful. The owner Thara made our experience even better with his friendly hospitality. He came over to chat, helped my husband select the right fried rice based on his taste, and assisted with packing up our takeout. He even made sure we had spoons and forks for the takeout. The restaurant itself was clean and cozy, and it’s less than 5 minutes drive from Ocean Shores Beach. Parking was available in both the front and back of the restaurant, making it super convenient. If you’re ever in the area, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

We stopped by for lunch, it wasn’t too busy and there were a few tables available. We had a few dishes overall satisfied maybe a little underwhelming. In one of the plates we found a piece of plastic in the rice, they told us it was from the rice package and replace with a new portion of rice.

The food here was GREAT! They had an entire vegan menu for my wife and I which was already beyond expectations, but the quality that the food was made with blew us out of the water. Even the spring rolls (which we’ve gotten all over) were carefully wrapped, delicious, and their peanut sauce was outstanding. Will definitely return when in the area.

Double Barrel BBQ offers a variety of mouthwatering meats and sides. The brisket is tender and moist, the chicken is juicy, and the ribs are meaty with a unique dry rub seasoning. The Tombstone meal includes all their meats, two sides, and cornbread. The staff is accommodating, allowing substitutions for sides. While the restaurant closes early at 5:30 pm, the friendly staff ensures a pleasant dining experience.
Tiny place, big taste! Got the meal for two. The meat was so good. Loved the rub on the ribs. The apple cole slaw was great for cooling the tasty spices. Potato salad is just the way I think it should be. The honey butter for the corn bread...I could eat that with a spoon! Good job! We are full and happy! We'll be back. Don't change anything!

Today is our anniversary, so decided to get some lunch to celebrate. I ordered pulled pork and hubby had the brisket. I would of given this place 5 stars, but the coleslaw was tasteless. The BBQ sauce however, was delicious! So was our meat. The cornbread was divine too. I had a bite of my hubby’s Mac N cheese, delicious. Definitely will return.

Had a good dinner, but we didn't realize the grill closed at 5:30pm. Those people wanting burgers or fish & chips ended up choosing something else to eat. Three of us adults shared the Tombstone (probably only good for two, we were still a little hungry). Kids got a baked potato and small slice of cheesecake. Overall super nice and helpful staff and good food. Clean restaurant as well!

In town on work, wanted a good dinner. If you come here and need food, go here first. The BBQ sauce is amazing, on top of brisket that was cooked to perfection. Best cornbread I've had in years, and not a fan of all coleslaw but there appleslaw is very good as well. I kinda wish I bought a 2nd plate.

The best BBQ places don’t know they’re the best. From the understated boot-shaped sign outside, Double Barrel BBQ isn’t tooting it’s own horn either. But the food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. We had the Ponderosa (combo of the meats in the photo). All the smoke work was excellently done. Ribs and chicken were highlights, but there were no disappointments on the table. Four sides (the cornbread was incredible, honey butter was fab, and we loved the cream corn). We were mildly disappointed to not be able to order alcohol (no staff were 21). A Dr. Pepper stood in.
Matthew R — Google review
Definitely the worst 50 dollar meal I've had. Meat was dry, no barbeque sauce on my damn ribs that were cold. And they have 0 sides. Instead of sides gave us 2 bags of chips and small chunk of cheese cake. So very unsatisfied ate ice cream for dinner. Thank you ocean shores.

Rusty Anchor Grill and Pub offers a relaxed, open atmosphere with friendly staff. The food is highly praised, especially the well-cooked prime rib, flavorful clam chowder, and rich chocolate dessert cake. While there might be some wait time for the food, the quality makes up for it. Customers have enjoyed both dining in and takeout options, with hot and delicious meals every time.
We have had the most amazing experience at the Rusty Anchor. The new menu is amazing. Incredible steaks, seafood and service. Our city is so lucky to have such a great variety of places to eat and adding this new updated menu to the list is really exciting. Thank you to such a great staff. Chef Jason is a master. Alba the restaurant manager is such a joy! Thank you again for such a great experience!!!

Great happy hour deals, quality portions. We sat in the bar area, it was clean and the service was good. The bathrooms however were filthy. There was some human poo marks making a trail on the floor, I informed the hostess. About 20 or 30 minutes later my friend used the restroom, and it was still gross.

The food and service was exceptional for only being reopened a few weeks. We both left full with leftovers. I’ll definitely be back to try other choices. And the price was reasonable. 👍

We ate breakfast & dinner. Service was very friendly, personable and eager to provide an excellent dining experience. Some highlights- excellent steak tip appetizer, clam chowder and stuffed chicken breast. Scallops cooked to perfection. French toast and Eggs Benedict were delicious. Fresh hash browns made in house were also very tasty. Very clean restaurant! Can’t wait to come back and try out more of this delicious menu. Left full and with leftovers. Highly recommend.

JUST GO!! We were there on their first open week. Overall, excellent! GREAT menu, open until later hours, service was great! A few kinks to work out on veg dishes but we had excellent meal. Meats cooked perfectly. Loved the buttery chardonnay and Cab selection. A+ guys, GOOD JOB!!!

The restaurant is dated, and the men's bathroom door is coming off the hinges. There were a few people eating in the restaurant, but the bar was packed. The food was okay got the Cajun Fettuccine, which was good, but the chicken tasted old. I probably won't eat here again unless I were staying at the hotel on site. The building and restaurant has a lot of potential, though.

Went for happy hour. Love the fish tacos and the steak bites. Great prices, but there is no discounted prices on the drinks. Seems like $6.00 for a draft Coors light is pretty high for happy hour. Other than that, great food!

When the Rusty Anchor Grill and Pub is actually open, the food can be good depending on who the cook is for the night. The wait staff are typically wonderful and the prices are reasonable for the area. You just never know when it's going to be open or if it's going to be closed for repairs

La Spiaggia Ristorante is a hidden gem, offering a high-quality dining experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Operating during evening hours, it's an ideal choice for a classy dinner. Guests rave about the delicious dishes, from the crunchy focaccia to the flavorful puttanesca and lemon cake. The in-house limoncello is highly recommended. The chef is accommodating of allergies, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions.
My fiance & I come to Ocean Shores once a year & we always like to try a new place to eat. This year we chose La Spiaggia and it did not disappoint! It is now one of our top favorite places to dine! We shared the Bread App, Steak with Asparagus & Crispy Potato Balls, and the Spinach Ricotta Lasagna. All of it was outstanding & exquisite! And I can’t wait to come back next year to try my next outstanding & exquisite meal! Cheers to the Chef!

Had the most amazing meal and experience here. What a gem to be found in sleepy ocean shores! Love the tons of gluten free options as I am Celiac. They have breaded dishes like calamari, chicken parm, and fried mozzarella all prepared in a dedicated gluten free fryer! Can’t even find that sort of thing in the city! I thought I didn’t like calamari but theirs was incredible! Everyone else also thought the experience was amazing. Our server Jordan was top notch and super knowledgeable about the menu and its ingredients and preparation standards. This will be a must-visit place every time I’m on the coast.

10 out of 10 would recommend La Spiaggia!! My husband and I went for our anniversary, and everything was spectacular. We shared the Bruschetta, had the chop salad and chicken parm. Every dish we tried took me back to my visit to Italy, truly authentic delicious food. Our server Terri was fantastic, great with recommendations, very friendly and took great care of us. Will absolutely be going back anytime we are in town.

We had a wonderful dinner! The food was excellent. Our service was great! Jordan was our waitress, and she rocks! The whole team works together to give everyone a great experience. The food is incredible, the drinks were top notch, and I have never had a Caesar salad that delicious.. the homemade dressing was truly wonderful. We will definitely return!

Ok I must admit that this Italian restaurant was probably the best one that I’ve been to since my trip to Italy. Everything is cooked to order. No frozen reheated food here! Doug, the chef knows Italian food. Hats off to the chef. Everything was delicious. The prices were affordable and the portions were huge. When you’re in the area, stop in and tell them Rich sent ya. You’ll get a great seat! Tell them to sit you by the window in a nice little table for two. Ambiance is wonderful. The waitress Cheryl we had was so nice, informative and courteous. She’ll take good care of you. Don’t miss the Almond Joy cake for desert! It was a real pleasure from start to finish. There is also patio seating.

Probably the best food in Ocean Shores! We went when they first opened years ago and came back yesterday. Food is out of this world. All the staff are amazing and it feels like a relaxing spot in Italy. Will always stop here when we are in town.

I came here in July on a trip with my mom. We are still salivating at the idea of having another meal here. We’re planning a 3 hour trip just to eat… I hope the marry me chicken is the special again when we do visit next! I foolishly only took a photo of the fried mozzarella. My mom doesn’t even like cheese but even she loved this. I had the marry me chicken and ate more than I should’ve. I drank my fill of some fresh brewed tea. We had great service. Can’t wait to come back!!

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Ocean Shores, Hot Mama's Kitchen is a delightful eatery that promises an affordable yet flavorful dining experience. Open from 11 AM to 3 PM, it’s the perfect spot for a casual lunch after a day at the beach. The cozy and inviting interior sets the stage for enjoying delicious Cambodian cuisine, with standout dishes like pot stickers paired with sweet chili sauce and their renowned sweet chili chicken.
Good place with pretty tasty food. We ordered their egg rolls(must try for sure!),teriyaki chicken and pad tai, everything was well cooked with much seasonings. Lady who served us was very friendly and kind, also gave us samples of their curry soup which was tasty as well. Portions are big and prices are fair. Atmosphere hitting as well. Can recommend this place for sure!

Cool place in Ocean Shores. I went in for the first time tonight and was very impressed with the customer service. I came in after food was supposed to be done but the owner was working and made me pho and some gizzards that were delicious. Broth was a little different than pho that I typically have but in a good way. Gizzards were cooked perfect. Karaoke was going on too and it was a lot of fun. Stop by if you're in town.

We came in after stopping at Thiang Thai (they had bare handed food and I wanted to find another option) and this place did not disappoint! Barbie was our waitress and she was so fun and kind, the atmosphere was welcoming, and above all the good was so flavorful. I was a bit sad my panang curry didn't have more vegetables but the flavor and tofu texture made up for it. My husband loved his pad thai. Barbie made us feel so comfortable and provided amazing service. We will be back for karaoke!

**More Than a Restaurant—It Feels Like Family** Sometimes you find a place that just feels like it was meant to be. For us, that was Hot Mama’s Kitchen. We saved the best for last on our Ocean Shores visit, and I am so deeply glad we did. The authenticity and deliciousness of the food alone would warrant a five-star review. But John and Nai poured so much heart and soul into our visit that it became something truly special. They are such warm, gracious people who care deeply about their guests. The thoughtful conversations and the clear pride they take in their work—from the cocktails to the cuisine—made us feel not just like customers, but like welcome friends. I know I’ll be back from Bellevue soon. The call of the ocean is nice, but the call of Hot Mama’s Kitchen is irresistible. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Ordered online for pickup. Was told when we showed up a little early that we made a mistake and didn't order the curry. Absolute truth! She gave us a small sample and it was probably the best thing I've eaten in months. Bahn mi was extra spicy and hit the spot perfectly with the sweet and savory notes. Sticky rice and mango was a perfect little palette cleanser and my kids loved it!

Quinault Beach Resort and Casino is a beachside destination that offers comfortable rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV. Guests can enjoy various amenities such as dining options, a spa, and a gym. Visitors have praised the friendly staff at the resort, particularly mentioning exceptional service from individuals like Matt at the restaurant and during check-in/check-out. The indoor pool, beach access for sunset views, and rain shower were highlighted as relaxing experiences.
It was located on the beach with several activities. The food was good, the service was excellent, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Not much to do in the area so bring things to keep your interest to enjoy your stay duding down time. Decent gaming casino. Not too large. Only thing I wasn't used to was paying for drinks while gambling. I'm used to playing and just tipping for my drinks. But overall was a nice 1st experience.

This was our first stay at the resort; although we had previously played at the casino. It was a great room; clean and comfortable with a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at Emily's; food was good and a good value for what we spent. Casino was the same as last time. Bonuses are few and far between and payouts are tight. We will definitely be back to stay..not so much to play😊

Everytime I visit I enjoy myself. It's laid back with engaging services that make you feel comfortable and welcome. I like visiting the beach so a beach access literally down the road is very convenient. Plenty of slots card games and even entertainment. I'd recommend this casino to anyone who enjoys risking it for the biscuit.
Brian B — Google review
I've come here since they opened. It is located on a pristine part of the beach. Everything is basically fine with it, but the quality has worn down over the years. They have done some renovation work, so many of the rooms are very nice. For somewhere that wants you to stay in and gamble, drink and food prices are exorbitant. For the most part the food is acceptable but Emily's has taken a dive. The staff are lovely and helpful. It's comforting to see the same people working there. I'll continue to visit but I feel this place has seen better days.

We only spent one night because we were touring Washington but I am so glad we picked the Quinault Beach Resort. The rate was very low for such a nice room! There was an electric fireplace on the room that made for relaxing ambience. The bathroom was fabulous; it had a traditional shower head as well as a rain shower overhead. Never in my life have I enjoyed a shower so much. The casino was nice. We only spent 20 minutes in it, but we left with more money than we started with and promptly spent it at Emily’s Restaurant, which is on the premises. Also, it on the beach!! The walk was relaxing and beautiful this time of year with so few people around. This would be a perfect weekend getaway for city folks. I only wish I didn’t live 2500 miles away.

This was a trip planned for my birthday and it was almost ruined by the very unfriendly staff. They refused to help my friend get a player's card and told her that the machines would just take money. When I went to get my card they refused and said my ID was expired when it was not. The casino was just sad. All slot machines and only 4 tables only serving black jack. We didnt even bother playing at the casino because of this. The stuffing was patchy enough in the comforter you could see daylight throughout in patches. I was cold all night and the bed was so lumpy I woke up sore after getting a massage. We ate dinner at the bar and it made my friend sick. The only thing that was good was the massage I received. James, who is contracted through the casino gave a great massage. I will not be going back and do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Susan T — Google review
Really nice spot—super clean, modern, and right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The casino itself is well kept and has a good mix of games. Biggest downside was the food situation—long wait times, so we ended up leaving to eat elsewhere. Overall though, the property is impressive, the beach access is a big plus, and it’s worth the visit.

Dugan's Pizza is a traditional pizzeria known for its handmade pies and extensive menu including pasta, subs, and salads. They also have an arcade room for entertainment. The pizza is highly regarded, with a wait time of around 45 minutes to an hour. Customers recommend planning ahead but assure that the wait is worth it. They offer delicious buffalo hot wings with house-made blue cheese and ranch dressing. The Super Combo is a popular choice as it offers a variety of flavors.
Great experience, service and prices. Centrally located in the middle of all the shops and most restaurants. This place is within walking distance from most of the hotels in the area and have been in business since 1982. The pizzas are delicious and their crust is thick and crispy so good. Good amount of options to make your pizza and add some extra ingredients if you like. Overall a very nice place to come solo, with family and friends. They do have high chairs for the kiddos and is excellent for kids as well. Adult beverages are available to enjoy with the pizza and other Italian foods. I highly recommend this location.

This is the 2nd pizza restaurant I have tried in Ocean Shores and I can say Dugans is 10x better than the factory place with the buffet. Tonight is mothers day and I wanted to get dinner for my mother and I but not many options open this late or that will deliver. Easy to order online and navigate the menu, you can do 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas and specialty pizzas or make your own. They also have pastas, salads, desserts and more. I decided to try the dugans special since it has pretty much all of my favorites on it. We got the family size 16 inch pizza which I will say is a little pricey at $30. Add in the automatic delivery fee, tax and tip and you are over $45 for delivery for just one pizza. I got the pizza ordered and within a couple of minutes they called me to confirm since I made a mistake and started out as making a half and half but then only selected the one choice. I got the confirm and they said delivery within the hour. I think it only took like 20 minutes to arrive. I assume they were a little slower at 7:30pm on a Sunday rainy night. Pizza arrived and it looks great, the delivery driver did not seem the most enthused but I would probably not be either delivering at night in the rain. I took the pizza in and opened it up to be pleasantly surprised that it was one of the best looking delivered pizzas in a very long time. The 16 inch pizza is a decent size for at least my family of myself and all girls. I would order this one again for my daughters and I. The dugans pizza comes with salami, pepperoni and its the mini ones, plus olives and mushroom, and according to the menu its been the favorite since 1982. I think one more thing that would really crank up this pizza would be some banana peppers and some jalapenos. They put a decent amount of toppings on the pizza compared to some places and the flavor was pretty good. Everyone enjoyed the taste of it, i also ordered 2 sides of ranch, they are small dip cups but the ranch is very good here. The ranch cups are 50 cents each as of this review. They did also include both parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes packets with the order. All in all I would eat here again, I do find it to be a bit expensive but this is a tourist beach town.

Pizza was amazing. It was delicious and the crust was soft, light and full of flavor. We ordered the 16" all meat. It is on the pricier side but worth the money for the quality of pizza.

It wasn't crowded, not a long wait...the pizza was great and $68 for a 26" is pretty amazing. Everything was clean. Wehad 2 large boxes full of pizza left over. 10/10 will visit again. But next time, I'm bringing more people!!

They have the best pizza crust I've ever eaten it's light and fluffy. It is certainly some of the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life.

It was 8:30pm on a Thursday night and the husband and I needed some dinner. I usually look at reviews before committing to a restaurant and at 4.1 it was a bit of a chance. We were hungry, they were open. We ordered for takeout due to the time and our pizza was ready in 15 minutes! Frankly it's Thursday night. The pizza looked great and smelled wonderful. There were so many toppings it was a bit soggy in the middle but some people like that first droopy bite. I like the crust at the edge of the pizza and it was awesome. Support local businesses when you can. This place deserves better than a 4.1 rating. If you visit over a busy holiday weekend, expect to wait a bit longer eh? We're all human and deserve that consideration. I live on a budget so I drove down to order and take it to the hotel. Yes, food prices have went up and it's more expensive to eat out and when you do, you want good food at a great price. This 16" Dugan can feed 3-4 people for 38.55 including the 5.00 tip because it was take out. Not a bad value eh?

Every year when we go here to the ocean we buy pizza here. Previously there was a completely different pizza, there was red sweet onion, there were a lot of shrimps, in general the filling was better and tastier. This year it is a completely different pizza, the ingredients have changed and there are significantly fewer of them. This pizzeria has gone bad, we will try something else.

Seafood restaurant
Home Port Restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience in a barn-like setting, serving classic seafood and prime rib dishes. The menu includes chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast, and crab grilled cheese sandwiches. Despite being short-staffed, the service is excellent with friendly servers and bartenders who make decent drinks like bloody Mary. Customers appreciate the generous portion sizes at reasonable prices and commend the attentive staff for providing an enjoyable dining experience.
Some friends and I stopped in at Home Port restaurant to have our last dinner in Ocean Shores for 2024. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was excellent! The chicken was large, juicy, perfectly cooked and the breading was almost nonexistent. It was served with broccoli and cauliflower and garlic Texas Toast. The meal also included a house salad that had greens, copious sliced black olives, a tomato wedge, beet slices, and a large assortment of dressing to choose from! My only complaint would have been the toast had the consistency of non-toasted bread. Disappointing. However, the meal was excellent and I was very pleased with my selection and Home Port’s preparation. The staff was very professional and helpful. One word of warning: as of this review, the cooks were new and their production was very slow. Be prepared to wait for a table, but the wait was definitely worth it.

Please drive by. Saddest experience ever. The seafood platter was a deep fried mess. The salad and chowder were the only good things. Even the crackers were stale. Our waitress thought she was working at Dick's Last Resort. Never got checked on after food was dropped off. Waited 20 minutes to get the check. Just horrible.

Clams were way over cooked and shrunk up to basically nothing, all my clams were able to fit into the drawn butter container …..The Bloody Mary and clam chowder was delicious. Place wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either

Kinda sad no escargot, apparently hasn't been any in over 3 years but still on everything (website, app menu, regular menu) crab cakes where delicious lots of big chunk of crab not tons of breadcrumbs. Chowder was decent, prime rib was good I ordered rare and got mostly well but was still tasty. Combo fry was not great, the scallops and oysters came out very soggy. But the scallops where not overcooked at all. So just flicked off breading. Pirate Alfredo was good but crab gets kind of lost in the sauce. Mel was a fun and wonderful servicer! I hope she has a wonderful retirement.

Bloody Mary drowned in Vodka, sourdough toast drenched in butter. My new favorite place. Tailor swift playing, claiming she’s the problem, so I’m not the monster.
Brian B — Google review
We were made to feel at home. Staff were friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The side salad reminded me of my mom and grandmother. There were sliced pickled beets on the edge. My husband ordered prime rib. They brought half a cow. It was cooked exactly like he wanted it. I had raspberry pistachio chicken breast. It was fabulous. It wasn't real thick but it was perfect for me. The baked potatoes were huge. They were served with a whipped combination of sour cream, butter and chives all in one. It was great!. We are planning to go back tomorrow for breakfast.

I remember coming here years ago and struggling to get a table, not now. You still have a wait but it's due to staffing levels, book ahead to save a wait. Food was delicious and hot, I had clam chowder, cod and French fries. Difficult to order because everything sounded good. Plenty of parking, clean toilets and the servers were great.
Alexander R — Google review
Yuck yuck and yuck. I should have made some sandwich at home instead. Everything is either deep fried or soaked in butter. Salad is like the bagged iceberg mix salad you get from the grocery store. Clam chowder average. Kids chicken came with just one small piece. And everything is way overpriced. For a family of four we paid about $85 (kids menu items were about $8 each). Such a shame.

The restaurant Emily's Fine Dining offers a splendid panorama, accompanied by amiable personnel and exceptionally appetizing cuisine. They have successfully reestablished confidence in ordering steamed clams, as the shellfish were meticulously cleaned and purged, leaving no trace of sand behind. The broth provided was utterly delightful. Furthermore, their fish and chips dish consisted of an impressive portion of flawlessly cooked and battered fish.
We stayed at the Quinalt Beach Hotel and Casino for my birthday and this delicious restaurant with some gluten free options did not disappoint. Their portions are huge. The crab and shrimp are incredibly fresh. Their tenderloin is succulent. The staff are friendly and the views are breathtaking. The atmosphere feels a little lacking in intimacy but the food makes up for it.

Came here spur of the moment. Asked the gal hosting if we could have a window seat she said no, those are for reservations only. Ended up sitting us away from the window, only one table was used (to which they were there when we arrived) no other window tables filled in. Had we got that window seat and a little nicer service from the host (blue hair, didnt catch her name) my review would probably be 5 stars. Had Jason as a server. He was lovely. Very nice, well spoken and very on top of meeting our needs and checking in with us. Our food. OMG! So good. Ordered the steamer clams/garlic bread for a entrée... SOOOO GOOD! Then we had chowder bowls, which were also amazing. Our main course was the prime rib and tenderloin steak. Cooked absolutely perfectly. And the sauce that came with the tenderloin was superb. Definitely will have to come back and try other dishes. And we'll be sure to make a reservation to be able to get a window seat next time. Yet we still paid $180 with tip included for a seat we didn't absolutely love. But overall, the only downfall was the host and the seating.

I really enjoyed my experience at Emily’s because we had just won a little at the casino and used the money for dinner. If it hadn’t been for that I would have been a little frustrated by the prices after I saw the plates. However, the food was good, the service was great and the ambience was relaxing and refined. It was a special moment watching the sun go down over the ocean from inside the restaurant.

Good dinner at Emily’s, service was great but I had a hair in my salad. The rest was great and we had a lovely view on the beach. My husband ordered a prime rib sandwich, it looks really tasty. The wedge salad came with the blue cheese dressing, my favorite.

I ordered the crab. The legs were so small there wasn't much meat at all. I returned them and got lobster tails. The meat was mushy, I couldn't even eat it. Also my glass of wine did not taste fresh. I couldn't drink it. I left hungry. So unbelievably disappointed 😞
Valerie B — Google review
Made a reservation as recommended to get the ocean view and once it arrived, go with the colored hair was not sure if she could give us the seat until I refreshed her memory that I did make the reservation and our 35 year anniversary. Jordan, our server was good however, my mom had a bug and her shrimp. Louis, my crab was mediocre, my husband’s steak was not the best, old-fashioned drink was $20 and not served with maraschino cherry instead of a black cherry, and our berry lemon mousse was like eating Cool Whip with no flavor or texture. We will not be returning, and the only reason to go here is the service.

My husband and I dined here for our 36th wedding anniversary this week. We have been coming to Emily's for many years and for several special occasion. Matthew was our wait person and he did a wonderful job. He was informed about the menu and had suggestions. He was cheerful, attentive and helped make the experience great. We had calamari for a starter, It was pretty good. Not the best we've ever had but still enjoyable. We shared a wedge salad that was very crispyand refreshing with lots of nummy ingredients. My husband had salmon, cooked perfectly which came with a choice of 2 sides. He had brussel sprouts and carrots. Both very good. I ordered the two lobster tails for 55$. You can see on the pic how small they are. One was cooked perfect, sweet and juicy. The second one was smaller, a bit tough and overcooked. Not sweet and juicy like the first. I don't know why the don't offer one large tail instead of 2 little ones. I think it was overpriced for the size. You used to get one of these small tails added for 10$ to any dinner. I realize prices have gone up but I don't think the value is there for the amount of lobster. A beautiful large tail would be much more impressive, easier to cook to perfection and be a better meal. I had a delicious baked potato and the brussel sprouts for my sides but what I craved was more lobster. The menu has something for everyone's tastes and there are offerings in both reasonably priced and higher priced dishes. The restaurant is currently undergoing a remodel and will be updating the interior and the seating. Looking forward to seeing the new dinning room.

Wait staff friendly and helpful. Ordered prime rib. No complimentary bread or starter. Wait after ordering seemed quite long. Dinner came and looked great. However, potato was barely warm--not baked but microwaved. Would not begin to melt the butter. Prime rib looked properly cooked to medium rare but was not even warm. Almost room temperature. Sent the whole thing back and the next plate was slightly warmer. I doubt I will ever go there again and we come to Ocean Shores fairly often.

Mexican restaurant
Los IV Hermanos is a vibrant Mexican restaurant located in Ocean Shores, WA. The festive decor and relaxed atmosphere make it a great spot to enjoy typical Mexican dishes such as enchiladas and fajitas. Visitors have praised the friendly service and quick seating, even during busy hours. Guests have enjoyed the fresh chips and salsa, as well as the combination dinners like supreme tostada with beans and rice, and burrito/enchilada with beans and rice.
Three friends and I were in the area and decided to stop for lunch at Los IV Hermanos. This is a very popular restaurant and wait times of a couple minutes to 10 minutes are not uncommon! I think the food is worth the wait though. I have been to this restaurant three times over the last few years. Every time I'm in Ocean Shores I usually stop here at least once. We had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated, not too terribly long. Once we were seated we were promptly waited on by our server and we placed our orders right away. I ordered the Fajita Burrito with chicken and an iced tea for my beverage. I enjoyed to meal very much. The burrito was filled with chicken and some rice with the usual fajita veggies. While dining on my meal and talking with my friends I noticed the dessert display card and decided I would order the cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake was very nice! My only complaint would be that the blueberry topping was four or five shriveled berries . Unfortunately, a couple of my friends had some issues with their service. One friend's meal was supposed to include refried beans and there wasn't any. When he complained twice he was assured, both times by different staff, that they would check on his beans, neither one of those staff members ever returned. Another friend had asked for another margarita and was never served with the second margarita. I'm sure those issues were caused by the staff being run ragged by a full house, but it put a blemish on an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Ordered their steak fajitas for two and this was the best of all Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. There was plenty of steak on the pan where all the other restaurants you had to search for the meat. I will stop by here again on my next trip to Ocean Shores.

Everytime I come to ocean shores this is always a must for my family. Food is delicious and they give great quantity. I only had 2 issues with this place. Reason one: They do add a 20% graduity charge if its 6+ people you come with. Two it seemed understaffed. It took them a while to sit us down. Of course the food takes its time so that isn't a big issue.

Having lived in Mexico back in the late 70s, I was totally blown away to find generational Mexican cuisine with perfected authentic balanced seasoning in Ocean Shores. What a gem! I had the chicken flautas which practically melted in my mouth and my beloved had the tamal and beef enchilada. Truly a unique culinary experience that transported us back to the best of times when traveling throughout a country of beautiful people, customs, history, and incredible acheological and natural sites. Provecho!

Great small town restaurant with great food. The Pico de Gallo was exceptional, and the polo crema was fantastic. Fast and friendly

We decided to come here because this place has the best ratings for Mexican food at Ocean Shores. The food was good, the service sucked. They were not welcoming at all. Crazy thing, I guess when you order a soda without ice you cannot have a refill unless you pay for a soda twice. If you order soda with ice (which they fill all the way to the top of the cup -which I loved) you can get as many refills as you want. If you don’t mind grumpy faces and “what do you want” from your waitress, come here.

So glad to have this place in shores. It is our go to when we feel like some great food and want to go out. They have great shredded beef and and the chips and salsa are always great. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Can't express how glad I am this place is just right down the street from us. Reather you live in town, or just here for the day don't miss out on this great food. Since I moved out of California this has to be the best Mexican food I've had.

The service was terrible. We ended up leaving before we even got to order. No one was at the front when we arrived. Not a big deal, we waited. When someone came, it was not the hostess and he said someone would be over soon. He ended up coming back to help us a few minutes later. We got a menu to order to go. When we were ready to order i went up to the counter and the hostess finally showed up about 2 minutes after that. Which was the first time she showed up since we had arrived close to 10 minutes before. By that time, another lady was also waiting to pay her bill. The hostess helped her first without acknowledging me even though Ii was clearly in front of her. When she finished ringing her up, another person had come up to pay. Then she finally ackowledged me and said she's going to help that other person first ok. Like it was a question as she took their bill and started ringing them up. We walked out. BTW it was me in my nursing scrubs escorting 4 tribal elders for a day out. Very disrespectful to those beautiful ladies.

Driving through Ocean Shores, we were happy to find a dining room open instead of take out. The dining room and table was clean and roomy. We ordered the combo plates with a taco and enchiladas. The food arrived hot, without an excessive wait. We were pleased with our dinner. We would visit this restaurant again.

Been here before we come here once a year, first time here was awesome and over the years it just got worst and worst. 1/20/19 we decided to go since it’s were we eat before we head to the casino, only 3 people literally working, two servers and the cook.... oh and the 70yr old bus boy. We were sat pretty fast cause it really wasn’t busy (by the cook) took 30 min to get chips, another 15 till they took our order... and 30 to get our food... no one helped or asked if we needed anything the food was horrible I ordered the chicken mole... it was spongy chicken or was it ????!!! Lol I guess this will be the last time we go there. Usually I say “my opinion,go try yourself” but I really don’t recommend this place. Go else where!!!

Oh my has this restaurant fallen! To say I was disappointed is a gross understatement. We ordered margarita's and had to add 2 shots before the color of the liquid was even close to what you would expect and you still couldn't taste the tequila, pretty sure it was really watered down. Then for diner we had 3 taco's and nacho's, just take a look at the photo's, we should have just went to Taco Bell. What kind of "Mexican" restaurant have you ever been to that served store bought hard taco shells? Oh and what did I pay for 5 shots of watered down tequila in 2 cups of limeade, and $5.00 worth of caned/store bought food? $75.00!! Never Never Never Will I ever go her again! If they have any decency they would remove any reference to it being a "Mexican" restaurant. Of and in case anyone thinks I am being to hard on them keep this in mind, I have been writing reviews for a lot of years and out of all that time I have never given anyone 1 star no mater how bad my experience has been there has always been some redeeming quality.

Service was good. Food ok. Clean. They were nice enough to do a special order for me but $18.99 for this dish... French fries, guacamole' cheese, and carne asada. It was good but niy worth the price. We most likely will give it another try one day.

The food sounded delicious and looked great, until I got mine. I was disappointed (to say the least) getting the beans. The rice, great! The enchilada, very good! The beans ruined it for me. Food is half taste half look for me, and getting the beans ruined it for me. I took a bite and my stomach began to hurt, (I'm a sensitive foodie) telling me that was something I should never put in my mouth again. The beans took up a third of my plate, please make them something I can eat and enjoy. This restaurant was fine, and very yummy, just DON'T GET BEANS!

The service is quick and friendly. the place is easy to find and parking is easy. Nice fountain water feature under the gazebo structure. Prices reasonable. That said, we sat with floodlights in our eyes as if being interrogated. There were just 2 other parties there during our entire meal at 5:30-6:30. The place was really cold - had to warm my hands by holding the hot entree plate. Dry, flavorless tamales. Tacos made with grocery store pre-made tortilla shells. Chile rellenos made with canned ortega chile with a glob of cheese, wrapped in scrambled egg, instead of cheese-stuffed roasted poblano chiles dipped in egg batter and deep fried. The refried beans and rice were good. If you like GOOD Mexican food, the trip to Hoquiam may be necessary. Lo siento, amigos.

Lucky Dragon Restaurant, located on Point Brown Avenue Northeast, offers a wide array of traditional Chinese dishes. From BBQ pork and fried rice to noodles, egg soups, and set meals featuring beef, seafood, and chicken, this restaurant has something for every craving. Popular items include fried shrimp, egg rolls, and egg flower soup.
Love this restaurant! The owners are amazing and friendly. The food states great and the portion sizes are large! Today we had the lunch specials, Beef and Broccoli, king pow beef, egg drop soup , egg rolls and bbq pork for appetizers. Highly recommended!

The portions served up for a meal for two menu option was more than generous. Since Chinese food does not reheat well, we had to leave more than half behind. For the money, this restaurant has a “lot of bang for the dollar”. The taste and quality of the food was to be expected- nothing special. Our server was very attentive and looked after all our needs. My wife and I would recommend that if you are watching your calories, share a single combo meal. In that way you do not walk away wasting good food.

A lot of food but not real good. The broccoli beef way too much sauce I added the pork fried rice for an up charged $4 which I don’t mind paying but was way too dry and no flavor to it. My husband order kung-pao chicken it was alright he ate some of it because he was hungry. The staff was friendly.

East Coast style Chinese American. The chow mein is basically a ground pork, celery and bean sprouts gravy with thick crunchy noodles on the side. Nice and hot, obviously fresh off the wok. Egg foo young, chow yuk, and this this chow mein are not what you'd find at Chinese takeouts in the Puget sound area. That being said, I enjoyed my combo meal - pork chow mein, pork fried rice, sweet sour pork. For $14 it was a solid portion of food. Next time, I'd get the sauce on the side. 4 stars, added a star because it's the only option, and it's completely made by people who seem to care.

Just my kind of place! Made me feel right @ home! We got the Mongolian beef, lucky chow mein & sweet-and-sour chicken everything was massive and delicious! Thanks yall! 10 outta 10
Gabi M — Google review
We tried this restaurant because a friend suggested it. We were not impressed. My husband ordered a combination platter, the waitress came back and said they were out of sweet and sour pork, how do you run out of sweet and sour pork? They weren't even busy. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and while the taste was good, 3/4 of the plate was rice with a small amount of chicken and about half of the pieces were mostly breading with two being all breading with no chicken and so overcooked you could hardly chew them. The steamed rice was EXTREMELY dry, like it had been sitting on the counter all day, by far the worst rice I'd ever had. The restaurant had some lovely artwork in the foyer, but the eating area had almost nothing. Very plain and very dirty. The table we were seated at was filthy on the entire one side, sticky with food crusted on like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The window sill actually had dirt all over it, it was disgusting. My husband went to the restroom, when he came back he told me I should not use the restroom there, they were the dirtiest he'd ever seen in a restaurant.

Cleaned my plate, everything is made fresh, Hashbrowns, bread, gravy, and the donuts . The seasoning on everything was spot on, taste test before you season. I highly recommend this place. Pitiful restaurant.... I was here 2 years ago and I felt the same way as I do today. There is an old hag who has worked here for a long time and has a horrible attitude. She is not pleasant or friendly, probably because she remembers me from 2 years ago. Blindly ignored the covid 19 regulations and let our party of 6 sit together even though we asked her for a table of 4 and a table of 2. She took our order and blatantly said "no exceptions or substitutions because my computer isn't working today" and cut me off and went to the next order even though she wrote everything down on a PAPER TICKET, and the cook works just behind the counter. Maybe the cook treats her the same way she treats us, because she does not earn the respect of others. Something similar happened last time, when she warned us that "there is no guarantee the cook will adhere to custom orders". She also told us that she likes to lie to people about how she broke her ankle (she said she got hit by a bus?? ), and that was after seeing a member of our party with a serious arm injury. How rude, since injuries aren't funny at all. Waitress made us pass out our own silverware, drinks, menus, and completely forgot who ordered what and didn't even know how to put food on the table correctly. She put my fiancés plate on a used coffee creamer which could have resulted in the food falling off the table since it was uneven. Anyways, the food was okay, but everyone's bacon at our table was burnt to a crisp. And my eggs I ordered scrambled were very gooey and runny (don't let the picture deceive you). Waitress also came back for only one coffee refill and blatantly ignored my fiancés cup. How rude! Also she included an 18% gradituity amount to our check, and I doubt without it she wouldnt have gotten as big of a tip from us. Very rude and also very cold environment. Not kid friendly. Waitress asked us AFTER we paid if the food was good, and then said "it's too late to complain now, haha!" this will be the last time we go to this establishment. There is a "for sale" sign on the building and if I had the time, I would start a go fund me just to buy the building and fire this lady to ensure no one else gets terrible service from her.

I haven’t completed a meal in a week. The berry Turkey sandwich was excellent. Just what I needed! Vern’s omelet was also great.

The place was cute and had lots of large windows. There could be a bit of an echo if busy. Unfortunately, we did not stay as the waitress was quite rude. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in. She was snappy and short. Also, their menu had changed since the version I had found online, and they no longer had the meal I had wanted.

Subway is a fantastic casual dining option that specializes in customizable sandwiches and salads, catering to health-conscious diners. With an impressive array of fresh ingredients, including vibrant veggies and high-protein options, Subway stands out for its commitment to quality without preservatives. Their user-friendly app enhances the experience by offering discounts and allowing customers to earn points quickly through various promotions.
Incredibly fast service, efficient, proficient, dedicated app that allows for coupons and promo codes, you can earn points quickly, you can stack ingredients, and their food is highly delicious and fresh. I recommend any sub and any item that they have their, as they are all fresh baked and handmade and delicious. The store is absolutely clean and quiet, it smells delicious and fresh, and the employees are wonderful. I have found that walking through this city this is the best restaurant that you will get food at for a value price. Their food literally saved my life.

Super awesome and friendly staff. I've been stuck out in Ocean Shores for 6 months and the food prices out here are god-awful, but thanks to Subway and their application and their discount codes, I have been able to get fresh food with great protein and no preservatives with fresh veggies at an excellent price and accumulate points along the way. I can safely say that if not for subway, I wouldn't be alive today. I use their food to help nurse me back to health. For an entire month I hate nothing but Subway and it was delicious. You can build your sandwiches any way you want with the ingredients that they have. Their deals and discount codes are fantastic and they're always posted on their application and website. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere there inside from their employees is fantastic and the inside is always clean. It's not noisy and it always smells fresh. You can see your food be made but I always order mine ahead of time with the application and it's always ready by the time I get there and it's always fresh by the time I get home.

The food is the normal subway food. Not great but not bad. The big issue here is they never honor the deals that are plastered on TV and over the internet. You want a footlong for $6.99? Forget about it. They never honor that one. Even on the app the deals at this location are terrible. $15 for a chicken sub is just too much for cheap fast food.

Shore Shack is a hidden gem in Ocean Shores, offering a variety of made-to-order food including burgers, sandwiches, Asian cuisine, cod, chowder, chicken strips and cheeseburgers. Despite the slightly run-down appearance and a wait time of around 10 minutes for your meal, the quality of the food makes it well worth it. The drive-through is located to the left of Dugans Pizza.
We came here on 5/25. This place has the best HAMBURGER 🍔 We have had in years !!! They had lots of flavor we also got onion rings they were good and had a crunch to them and were really good. The lady that attended us doesn't and wasn't friendly at all.. she barely even wanted to crack the window open 😶‍🌫️ which seemed to get my fiance frustrated since we could barely hear her. We spent $35 for both meals and also tipped both times 😁. Also we asked for extra ketchup and she seemed to get mad. But the food was so good we went back the next day and decided to try it again we thought maybe she had a bad day. .. and this time she was more friendly. Overall they have good food and decent prices.

SUPER EXCELLENT food. The burgers were SO good & the French fries were super crispy, fresh & delicious. The French Fries alone will bring me back again. This place is only drive thru hence the one star. The woman who runs the place could be more personable but she surely makes up for it by making the customers really delicious food. We were totally impressed with the food. Both our meals were excellent. Unexpected yumminess. Good Job to the woman who runs this place. Best meal for your bucks in Ocean Shores.

Excellent fish and chips, the burgers are great too. The menu has shrunk over the years, they used to have bulgagi which I loved. The lady who waits on you may not be "service with a smile" but she's a great cook 😀 and far from rude. Recommended highly! Drive thru only.

Typical ocean shores. Poor quality food with tourist prices. We got burgers, small thin patties, not close to the size of the bun. 1 pickle, small leaf of lettuce and the onion bits all feel off while trying to eat it. I asked for cheese fries, they sprinkled shredded cheese on them and microwaved them making the cheese a slab on top of now soggy fries. Cheese fries are supposed have actual melted cheese poured on them. The dining room was closed so we had to go back to the car and go through the drive through.

My family really like to get take out here every couple of weeks. It's good drive thru diner style eats with fair portions & reasonable prices. Theres just the one lady running it & she does a good job of keeping up. Were local & its just slowly become our regular quick take out burger spot.

Only the drive thru is available. When I pulled up I could smell strong cigarette smoke, which I assumed was because an older gentleman was smoking near the building. Ordered from a very gruff impatient lady. When I finally got the order it was missing the soda that came with my husband's combo and one cup of clam chowder. We didn't realize this until after we pulled away. We didn't want to go back through the drive thru because there was another car there and wait times are long. So my husband went in to the little plaza where there is a door to the restaurant. He had to bang on it for a while before the gruff lady responded angrily. She argued that we were not missing a cup of chowder and my husband ended up having to pay for a whole other cup in order to get it. Not only that but the cigarette smell was coming from inside the restaurant and there were ashes all over the counter. Not a sanitary place to eat at all. My fried oysters were disgusting. Worst I've ever had. The burgers were mid. The fries were ok, even though they were stuck together in a clump. 80 bucks to feed my family gross food from a gross restaurant. 100% do not recommend.

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Ocean Shores, Umi Sushi is a delightful Japanese sushi bar that offers an impressive array of sushi options. For those who may not be fans of raw fish, fear not! The menu also features comforting noodle and rice dishes like traditional ramen and savory chicken teriyaki. While the food is undeniably delicious, some diners have noted that prices can be on the higher side.

We walked in, a family of 5, to order some teriyaki and was greetedright away and was told they close in 45 minutes (it was 1:45pm. We got 2 bento boxes, 2 katsu chicken, 1 order of popcorn shrimp, and 1 bowl of Raman noodles, along with 3 drinks. The food was pretty amazing for being teriyaki, and we were impressed at the flavor and how it was prepared. We asked for the bill and it come to almost $200 and I was a bit sticker-shocked, to say the least. That is when I noticed an almost $40 gratituity added onto the bill. I said nothing to the staff... no complaints about it... I just paid our bill and we left. By the register was a sign that read "parties of 4 or more- 20% gratituity added to your bill" Had I saw this sign, we would have probably went somewhere else as I am a firm believer that a tip is earned, not implimented. So, beach-goer beware! If you have a party of 4 or more people, expect that 20% addition being added to your bill!!! Besides that, incredible food and the service was polite and responsive but gave us a sense of being rushed, as they were closing... at 2:30.

We've been eating there for the last 5 plus years every time we come into town. This guy who originally owned it was a contestant on iron chef. The sushi was incredible before. Apparently the new owners bought it within the last couple years. Not to mention it was very expensive. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp tempera was cold, was not freshly made. The race wrapped in the seaweed tasted like it was sitting in the refrigerator for a while. It took 25 minutes to get our sushi even though there was only three tables filled. I spent nearly $60 on one sushi roll. One popcorn shrimp and one heart attack roll wrapped in jalapenos. We're definitely not going back there again. We would look so forward to going there every year. I don't care about waiting but when the sushi is not going to be freshly made. It's not worth it. I can't stand it when these places charge $22 for a roll and pull items out of the refrigerator to make it. If you get a fresh shrimp tempura roll the shrimp tempura should be freshly deep fried. Not to mention the rice and seaweed had to come out of the refrigerator. The seaweed with gummy

Great sushi! Decent prices and a large space for social distanced dining. Don't let the "casual" ambiance throw you off, the food is delicious with fun and unique rolls offered. Good selection of sake. Great staff that wanted to see you enjoy your meal. Looking forward to coming back.

I rarely write poor reviews. This experience was terrible. When we arrived, the "gentleman" actually seemed annoyed by rolling his eyes as we walked in. Temperature in the room was very cold. Food... Simply "ok at best." I would compare to Safeway Deli. Rolls were not good, teriyaki was sweet and lacking any flavor. Unfortunate as we were excited to experience sushi in Ocean Shores. Big letdown here. Very poor service, not good food. Will not return. 👎 👎 👎

I'm truly impressed. It's taken me a while to give Umi a try because I'm very picky about my sushi. Went today for lunch and can say I'll be back. Staff was friendly, offered up suggestions. Their menu is huge and creative. Best of all the fish was fresh and delicious. We made a dent in the menu wanting to try some of everything. Would recommend if your visiting to give them a try.

Linda's Bakery And Café is a popular spot known for its delicious biscuits, cakes, and pastries. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that the cakes are in top condition before serving. Despite running out of pastries quickly, the café's offerings like the carrot cake and breakfast meals have won over many visitors. The attentive service from the staff has left a positive impression on customers who appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond, even allowing late entry to purchase birthday cakes.
Linda’s is a must visit when you are in Ocean Shores. As a matter of fact we went twice! One was for their breakfast, the staff was friendly and our meals were delicious. The next visit was just to try the cinnamon rolls and apple monkey bread. Definitely satisfied with it all!

Busy little place but delicious! The biscuit was fluffy and light. Their coffee stays hot for awhile... cakes are super yummy and they will check to make sure the cake is in the best of state before serving. Crushed my daughters heart with one cake do to it being time to dump the cake, but the carrot cake won her over. They run out of pastries fast so you have to go in early to get them.

The 2 beautiful ladies working on 6/5/21 let me in a few minutes after closing time so I could buy my dad a cake for his birthday. They wore masks and were very clean. They also convinced me to buy the chocolate peanut butter bunt cake with reese's on top and some super fresh pesto artisan bread, a lemon bar, a Russian tea cake cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. Thank you so much!

We stopped in by accident during a hunt for breakfast sustenance during our beach visit and are so glad we found Linda's! It was a lovely treat to discover low carb breakfast options on their menu. The scramble is delicious with a perfect blend of sautéed veggies, meat, eggs & cheese. Linda recommended a side of sliced tomatoes and keto toast to round it out. So yummy! Staff was friendly. Our to-go order was carried out to the car so we didn't have to wait inside. We also ordered a custom batch of keto pastries to enjoy on our drive home from the beach. 🤩 (be sure to give enough notice if you decide to do this too. 😊) In summary: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ✔ Excellent service. ✔ Delicious low carb food. ✔We'll be back!

1st time today at this amazing bakery! Sam who helped me was full of joy and positivity. Great food! And really fun vibe.

The staff here is beyond friendly & kind and the food was delicious! They had lots of freshly baked items that all looked amazing. I got the biscuits and gravy with an egg on top and a sticky bun...both were so yummy!
Betsey — Google review
A bit of good, but overall a bit of a let down based on other reviews. The sticky bun was pretty good, and the coffee tasted decent, but the apple pie monkey bread was lacking in flavor, a bit soggy and overall underwhelming. The biggest frustration was cost...either the prices are quite high or we got overcharged, because 2 pastries and a drip coffee should not cost $16.

Ocean Pours Taproom is a delightful spot for those looking to unwind with a refreshing drink in a laid-back atmosphere. Located near the stunning Pacific Ocean, it’s an ideal place to relax after watching surfers catch waves or even driving along the beach for some excitement. This dog-friendly taproom boasts around 18 taps featuring an impressive selection of beers, ciders, and seltzers that cater to all tastes.
We love the outdoor seating! It's nice sitting under the tent to enjoy a cold beverage, playing a board game whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Being dog friendly makes this place a five star stop while in Ocean Shores! Plenty of craft beer selections, ciders, and wine!

The best DOG FRIENDLY beer garden on the Washington Coast! Huge selection of beers, ciders, seltzers, and wine. No real food service but have excellent brats, pretzels, etc. Well behaved dogs are welcome, on leash, in the large beer garden and even the tent, when the weather is less than ideal. Also has an >OFF LEASH< dog run, with frisbees and balls galore. The staff even supplies poop bags for attentive dog owners to pick up after their pups, and will often check to make sure the dogs have fresh drinking water! Did I forget to mention the cookie jar by the register? No, not for you, humans! For your dog! Wonderful place that I have to physically detour around or risk my dog going bananas to go there. Check their Facebook page often to see what events might be coming up. These can include everything from live music, "tap takeovers" (from a featured brewery), and wine tastings to bingo night and the crazy game of crokinole! Always something to do at Ocean Pours Taproom!

If you're visiting Ocean Shores be sure to make a stop at Ocean Pours. The beer selection is extensive with new additions seemingly every day so there's always something new to try. If beer isn't your thing they have a variety of tasty wines as well. Destiny was working who is super friendly and will make you feel right at home. There's also a large outdoor seating area, covered and uncovered, which is perfect for when the weather is nice! Dog friendly and only a short walk from most of the major hotels .

Great place to hang out and enjoy some cold brews. We tried some of their Stouts and their ciders and they were all delicious. They have this one 15.3% one that will make you grow some hair on your chest absolutely amazing. They offer board games as well so you can relax and play some while you down some. The customer service is amazing and very friendly with a knowledgeable server and great recommendations. I highly recommend this location.

OCEAN POURS!! Looking for good beer, wine, and excellent service? Go to ocean pours taproom. Great beer selection on tap, one of the best spots in town, very dog friendly, great atmosphere! Came in while Destiny was working Thursday and Friday, great service, very friendly to us and our pups! Great dog run to allow dogs off leash, with toys, and bartender brought dog treats out for the pups with our beers! Had a sausage dog and with chips and soft pretzel w/beer cheese. Great walking distance to the beach and other spots in town. They even sell beer and wine Togo. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be back!

Surely Sweet, a frozen yogurt shop located in Ocean Shores, is the perfect place to indulge in delectable frozen treats. This establishment offers an array of mouthwatering yogurt flavors and a variety of toppings to choose from. The owner, who is both friendly and knowledgeable, provides exceptional service, taking the time to explain all the different options available. The cleanliness and bright ambiance of Surely Sweet are remarkable, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
I was hesitant to come here with our 5 kids reading the negative reviews — but we were happy with the service from the young lady working there. She was very nice and made our experience great! The yogurt was super good — just like Menchie’s. Lots of yummy choices & toppings. High quality frozen yogurt. They even had little dividers for the cups to divide the flavours if you want — it worked great! The little shop was very clean & I did see the owner swing by, seems she really cares about the cleanliness & order. Would visit again. Thanks!
Nadia S — Google review
Definitely wish I had read the reviews before going. The older lady working seemed to think my children were going to ransack the place. Incredibly rude. I don’t know if she hates messes or children or both, but she was incredibly off-putting and I wish we had just left. My daughter went to open an unlocked cupboard underneath the toppings, and as I turned to correct her, this woman removed my daughter’s hands herself. Absolutely wild to touch a child you don’t know. A simple vocal correction, or letting me parent my own child, or maybe removing the stick from her rear-end.. anything but that. My daughter is a reasonable little four year old she visibly deflated after. THEN the froyo wasn’t good. No tables inside and people smoking at the bar outside. Will not be back and will tell everyone I can to avoid.

I had a great experience. The options of not just toppings but ice cream were abundant. Multiple dairy free options and the lady was super sweet to us. We showed up pretty late and she was very helpful. Plus there's Dole whip. Who can go wrong? Will be returning
Shylee R — Google review
I’ve been to Surely Sweet every time I visit Ocean Shores, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The frozen yogurt is always a refreshing treat, and the shop has a cozy, local charm that keeps me coming back. I did take a moment to chat with the owner during one of my visits, and she shared some of the challenges she faces as a small business owner. For example, people sometimes throw trash from other businesses into her bins, which makes things harder, especially since she’s usually the only one working. She has to juggle everything on her own, from taking out the trash to ringing up customers, and that’s no small feat. She’s not a part of some big chain, she’s an older woman running her own shop, so when customers make messes, take more than their share, or waste her time, it really does affect her directly. I think it's important we remember that and support places like this with kindness and respect. So if you’re ever in Ocean Shores and craving something sweet, I definitely recommend stopping by Surely Sweet for a frozen treat and supporting a hardworking local business.
Erikka R — Google review
Such an awesome place! Great service, good vibes, and all the best selections. I went in for a small frozen yogurt and left with 2 . Couldn’t resist
Mike M — Google review
Was excited to find out there was a froyo place down the road from our biannual vacation place, very presently surprised to see the variety of options in dairy and dairy free froyo, as well as toppings, and fresh fruit! A woman I believe to be the owner was very helpful directing us for our first time in and very pleasant to speak to, we’ll be adding this place to our to-do list every time we’re in town!
Courtney B — Google review
I read some of the comments before I left my review and just wanted everyone to know that I had the same experience with my child as others did. Clearly the woman doesn’t like children or have any of her own. She was extremely rude to my daughter (that is only 4), I wish I could give it 0 stars here. We only came here to try it for our annual ocean shores trip because everywhere else was already busy, but wish we hadn’t.

Ocean Wings is a small pizza joint with a surprising quality of pizza and friendly staff. Despite its unassuming appearance, the pizzas are consistently good and reasonably priced at $9.99 each. The only suggestion for improvement is to offer a lower price for cheese pizzas to attract more customers, especially families. While the atmosphere may not be remarkable, the standout item on the menu is their deliciously prepared wings.
Went to Ocean Wings yesterday for lunch. Had the meat lovers pizza and boneless wings. The pizza was very good and was very hot, in a good way. The wings were perfect, they were good size, juicy inside and not overly cooked on the outside. Thinking about going again today. The Mango Habanero sauce is super good.
Yvonne O — Google review
Nice little Home Town Pizza joint. The place is not what you expect by location or size, I'll let you see that yourself, but it's surprisingly decent pizza. The workers are cool and it's professional the same. I loved the fact that every pizza is the same size, same price...$9.99. The only thing I would change is have a lower price for just a cheese pizza. It would probably get more business if they did, especially with families.
Michael K — Google review
AVOID DO NOT EAT, ordered at 4pm, waited over 2 hours for delivery, everything was cold pizza had been sitting for over an hour easy, fries are cold and soggy, wings are plain and soggy, they forgot the BBQ sauce we ordered so we had to re heat the wings to find out they taste chewy and were most likely frozen. Pizza was good but the tomato sauce they used has a very metallic taste and wasn't very pleasing. Literally nothing went right in the transaction do not order delivery or at your own will in the restaurant.
Brent — Google review
Love the wings but the pizza is awesome. Not really a fan of other pizzas in town but now I finally have one I love! To the person who gave the bad review because all his wings were dark meat 🤪 You do know chicken wings are dark meat, right?
Wetzel’s W — Google review
I love wings. And the cashier talked this place up. The Wings were not good. Saturated in oil. I mean a bucket of oil in each wing. You could tell they hadn’t changed the fryer oil in a while too, because the wings tasted like everything and were dark. Symptoms of old and unfiltered. Seriously not a place I will ever order wings from again. This place almost turned me off from wings entirely they were that bad.
Rhett O — Google review
Great selection to choose from, ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it was delicious. Definitely going back to try other things on the menu. But some advice from a retail worker, please give some form of acknowledgment to the customer when they walk in. It can be a hello, head nod, eye contact or maybe a smile. You can even say hi, I’ll be with you in a moment. When I first walked in I thought about walking out in the first 30 seconds. And if a change needs to happen to the order, ask the customer if it’s okay to replace it, not someone else...
Ang — Google review
It looks like the has station it is affiliated with. No personality no atmosphere BUT THE WINGS ARE DELICIOUS. it seems they have an unusual way of preparing them because the outside is crispy and seasoned nicely but the meat is fully cooked AND JUICY. I've had their wings 4 times and they were perfect.

Service was slow to start. Took a bit to have a server come over. The food wine and vibe were great. I weigh service as 50% of my reviews. The food and decor were cool. Could have easily been a 5 star if it wasn't for feeling unimportance when we first arrived and sat down. Dog friendly is a plus.

I've only been here twice for light bites. The first time I had the veganized flatbread, the second time I ordered the soft pretzel to go. Both were sharing-sized portions. I was shocked at the size of the pretzel! It was easily shared with three friends. The flatbread was my favorite between the two as it has a delicious flavor combination. The staff is excellent! The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I appreciate their tasty vegan options. I will happily return.

Good new buffet great environment. Decent price firing the week, we went on a Thursday. I really enjoyed the antipasto bar. There was a nice selection of fooditems, I felt the pasta was a little overcooked and mushy but had good flavor. The Asian options were delicious and very fresh. The prime rib was perfectly seasoned and I was able to get a nice rare cut. The dessert bar was excellent. The portions were on the larger side so my husband and I shared. There was a lemon layer cake that I am salivating over as I write this post. This may sound strange but I really liked the plates and flatware, I thought they were nicer looking than your average buffet.
Andrea M — Google review
We came on a Saturday night for their steak and shrimp buffet. For $29.99 per person, we were treated to tasty and delicious Dungeness crabs. The steaks, prime ribs, and cooked shrimps were good as well. There were numerous dessert options--I chose a delicious apple strudel-like dessert with fresh made whipped cream. Net-net: I neither expected nor received the service and quality that I would from a Michelin restaurant, but for a buffet, it was good. The waiters and waitresses worked hard to deliver good services; the dishes I chose were tasty and delicious. Overall, I was satisfied with my dining experience.

Copalis Cove Pub & Eatery is a newly remodeled dining spot with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The place offers various seating options, including booths, bar seating, and large group seating. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The food is delicious with generous portions at reasonable prices. Whether you're there for breakfast or dinner, the quality of the food exceeds expectations. From burgers to chicken fried steak dinners, everything is well-seasoned and properly cooked.
Incredible food! We’ve been to Ocean Shores many times, but we have never tried this place before. We ate here for dinner the first night we arrived and we’ve eaten every meal since because it’s so good. The first night we had the clam basket and a loaded baked potato. Baked potato may have been the very best I’ve ever had. The bacon on it was real bacon. It was crispy. We came back for breakfast and both had croissant breakfast sandwiches. They serve them on croissant bread, not actual croissants. Delicious! Hashbrowns weren’t all that great. They seem more baked than fried, but not bad. Dinner that night we have a clam basket and a taco salad and loaded, baked potato again. The potato wasn’t quite as good as the night before, but still great. Bacon not as crispy. Taco salad was a bit on the salty side but salsa leveled it out. It was absolutely delicious. It had a very unique flavor. The next day we had the Cobb salad, which was great and breakfast biscuit with spicy chicken. It was incredibly good! Not too spicy. Just flavorful. The bacon they use is awesome! The baked potatoes are smaller than expected but the perfect size based on the price, which is very reasonable. Everything was very reasonably priced!
Jim K — Google review
The food was great! The chowder was really good, the cheese sticks were amazing, but the fish and chips was the star. The fries were crispy and tasty, and the fish was awesome! The fish is pre-made locally, but the batter is thin, yet crispy, it doesn't over take the juicy fish fillet. Their tartar sauce is homemade and hits the spot. The coleslaw is basic but pairs well. The atmosphere was good, they had good music playing, a few regulars were there to make you feel welcomed. For how slow it was service was not bad, but not great. Over all I would say 7 out of 10.
Stephanie T — Google review
Food is just not cocked right, I guess everyone can make this food much better than they are doing it. Tacos are like a badly homemade food where flavors not playing with each other, onion rings are bad and onions peel off of batter and not tasty as well. Sandwich just regular. Margarita was bad with strong taste of cheep wine. Service is good, waiter was kindly to us and everything was fast. My recommendation - better find another place for the food.
Владислав К — Google review

Second meal here. We ordered a smash burger with fries and slaw...13.99 and a BLT with the same sides... 17.99 . The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The people were amazing and attentive. I totally recommend this place. Clean tables, good food and an excellent staff.
Caroline W — Google review
From the outside, it looks like a bit of a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. But we highly recommend it! The food was decently priced, the waiter was very personable, and we were all thrilled with our meals! Two of us had their copalis cove combo with french toast instead of pancakes (which was very good - but 8 kinda wished I had stuck with the pancakes because they were huge!). The other had a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich meal which he loved (and said wasn't very spicy). We will definitely go back!
Becky W — Google review
Good local diner. Nothing fancy just breakfast fair served right. A little short staffed due to two waitresses on maternity leave. If you are a lite eater I recommend the cinnamon rolls. They are fluffy and delicious.
Felipe S — Google review
After doing a Google search to find food in Ocean Shores, I picked this place because they had seating at the bar. As soon as we placed our food order, a bunch of other people arrived and slammed the kitchen. I only gave the food 3 stars because it was frozen, then fried items. The staff handled the rush with grace and explained why each table was getting the service they got (drinks for all tables first, then food orders after all the drinks were served). The cook told the only other person working- & serving all those tables- how to stagger the orders so everything would be served fresh. I'm sure there are great crowds during peak season, but when we were there it was mostly older people and that is a vibe. But the server was great about explaining how long things would take during that rush.

If you're wandering around Ocean Shores and craving some mouthwatering Mexican cuisine, look no further than Fat Marty's. This gem offers an impressive selection of tacos, burritos, and quesadillas that are sure to satisfy your hunger. Diners rave about the high-quality meat and fresh ingredients that make each dish a delight. The portions are generous without breaking the bank, making it a fantastic spot for lunch or dinner.
The best place for tacos in the greater Ocen Shores area, now in a larger space. Hard to beat pricing, excellent quality and superior taste make Fat Marty's one of my favorite Mexican joints statewide. There isn't an outdoor sign as of this reviewing, so just follow the Google Map location. Hours and menu have adjusted a bit since the reopening, but the taste has not.
Eric A — Google review
We decided to give this place a try. The menu is pretty simple: taco, burrito quasidilla, nachos, and a few others. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you do those things right, and right they are. We tried the asada taco, asada nachos, and asada "small" burrito. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be stopping again when we are in town. Side note: I don't care for guacamole and forgot to have it removed from the nachos. I think this is the first guacamole that I actually enjoyed and don't know how to feel about that.
Jonathan P — Google review
Support your small businesses. Fat Marty's is essentially ran by one guy, with the help of a friendly cashier/waiter. Menu is simple at the moment, but thats not a complaint. At the time of this review they are still in a soft opening as they have moved into a new location that is much more open and cleaner than the previous spot. Food is good and he doesn't skimp at all on the portion size. You definitely get your money's worth. Ive been slightly disappointed on a lot of the restaurants at ocean shores, but not at Fat Marty's.
Tyler E — Google review
As others have said, it's a pretty small menu. And as they've also said -- as long as you do those things right, it doesn't matter. And Fat Marty's does do it right --- my carne asada tacos were THE BOMB. So perfectly salty and meaty and fresh, really really fresh. We also had a burrito and my mom, who is a tough customer, loved it. So yeah -- the food is great. The restaurant itself is pretty bare bones and we couldn't get a cup for our root beer but those things won't stop us from coming back and bringing the rest of the family because WE LOVE GOOD TACOS!!!!!

So good! We rolled into town super hungry. We saw Fat Marty's on the restaurant list and can't pass up a good taco. We ended up getting the barbacoa burrito and the asada quesadilla, and they were both delicious! They were also HUGE. We will definitely be having this for lunch tomorrow too. They had lots of yummy meat, fresh ingredients and a very friendly atmosphere. I am glad we got to take part in their soft launch. Hopefully they are here for a long time!

Planned our day around having dinner here. Says they're opened 3pm - 8pm on Wednesdays, online and on the door of the restaurant. We were here at 6:45pm, and no one was here. Unfortunately with other places closing between 5pm and 7pm we ended up with McDonald's, disappointed.

Delicious taco's. If your out this way its definitely worth stopping in for some amazing street style Mexican food. A++++++

I'm visiting in ocean shores, and I decided to come here for a quick lunch while walking around. I was blown away by how delicious and high quality the meat tasted, and for a good price too! We came back the next day to try the nachos, and they were incredible. The portions are huge for a good price, and all the meat and cheese and tortillas taste high quality and very incredible. The meat doesn't have those chewy pieces, and it is very good. I reccomend!

If you're on the hunt for mouthwatering wings in Ocean Shores, look no further than DC Slices P.N.W. at Quinault Beach Casino. These wings are a game changer, perfectly seasoned and coated without being overly drenched in sauce—just the way wing lovers like them! The Korean BBQ flavor has already stolen my heart, but I can't wait to return and sample all their delicious offerings.
Ok listen up y'all DC wings are the best wings in all of Ocean Shores I can't stand wings that are super soaked in sauce/my personal preference NAH not these bad boys they are perfectly seasoned and coated I'm trying to taste the meat with the sauce I literally can't eat them slowly nah they get devoured yeah they are that good Korean bbq so far my favorite but I am going back to try them all from yours truly a lover of wings DC slices you guys keep it up great food!👍👊

Love the pizza but customer service is inconsistent. I always got a military discount and now they say they no longer have this discount. Go back 3 days later and they give me discount without asking because I have my USMC face mask and shirt on. Awesome pizza though. Best I can find on West Coast for a boy from Philly.
Timothy T — Google review
The casino location has terrible service. This time the Kid taking the orders ignored customers while he was texting, watching a video or something and when we spoke up he replied “what do you want” the last time we were there the cook hadn’t shown up, no prep was done and the customers were told “hopefully in another hour” Good pizza but not worth feeling like your bothering the employees 😕

Gyro restaurant
Nestled in the heart of town, The Lighthouse stands out as a beloved dining spot alongside Bennetts Fish Shack and Mikes Seafood. This charming eatery offers a unique experience with its drive-thru service, complemented by outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal while staying dry. Visitors can savor delicious dishes like their shrimp basket, which comes hot and fresh, along with tasty sauces tailored to individual preferences.
I ordered the Popcorn Chicken basket and it was delicious. I'm not a fan of crinkled fries but these were crunchy and flavorful! I have a picky eater and he even enjoyed the food with no complaints. The staff was friendly. The service was great. My family will definitely dine here again.
Maria M — Google review
12/03/2021 I saw the sign advertising the shrimp basket for $8.99. So I decided to stop and try it. There is only drive thru service. However there is a space outside to dine out of the rain as well as picnic tables. There is also an outhouse. 🤣 I had to pull around and park. But they brought my shrimp basket out hot and fresh. The basket normally comes with cocktail sauce, tarter sauce and fry sauce. But since I don't like cocktail sauce I was given an extra tarter sauce. There were six good sized shrimp and crinkle cut fries in basket. It was pretty good. The oil they used to fry in was not old.

Edit: So after telling my family about this place we all decided to visit again. We had over 30 people. This place is not really made to handle that many people at once. Needless to say, the food was a little slower coming out. No complaints there. The part that surprised me what the quality of the food with such a big rush. The food was still just as good as if I was the only one there myself ordering a meal. I've had worse service with bigger parties at big chain places. This place was able to handle the rush with no ill effect on the quality of the food. Original Post: Amazing fish and chips at a good price. We try and stop by here every time we're in town. First time we've ever tried poutine as well. It didn't last long on the plate.

Fantastic crinkle-cut fries and burgers! My only complaint is that the big menu posted where you order says the Lighthouse Special, at 10.99, is a 6 oz burger patty and 1/3rd pound brisket. No notice was given otherwise, but my burger arrived without brisket. When I asked then they said the menu changed and no brisket available...but the price was the same..for just the 6oz patty. Still, a delicious burger although a bit small. Open park bench-style outdoor seating and a small enclosed dining area if it's rainy or windy.
Don L — Google review
Picture online of their fish and chips is deceptive, they are actually large fish sticks over fried and hardly any fish in them. Burger special was over cooked thin patties on a tiny bun (menu advertises burgers on Kaiser buns), asked for 3 plain they all had special sauce and onions, fries were cold as soon as we were handed the food, we were currently their only customers but still waited around 25 minutes in the parking lot, not worth it at all.

Good effort with the gyro. Ice burg lettuce and no taziki makes it hard to like a gyro. Nice friendly service. We'll go to McDonald's for coffee next time we're passing through. Thanks!
Michael B — Google review
The fish and chips were so fresh and light! Wasn't a heavy meal, which was what we wanted. We shared the 4 pc. Alaskan cod with chips. Decent prices and friendly service. Would come again!

Very friendly upon entering and great portions of jerky to include the smoked salmon. The quality is good for the price and tastes amazing! Recommend stopping by if you’re in town!

Run do not walk to get this jerky! This salmon cooked over all Alderwood fire. This is the best thing I’ve ever had in my life half Pounds price perfectly asked for the salmon candy thank me later

This business was unexpectedly closed when we visited. I tried pressing through the windows and they were so dirty I got the impression it might be permanently closed but I am not certain.

Awesome. Grabbed some Buffalo Jerky & Smoked Salmon - both are phenomenal... But the vibe here is on-point! Just an older guy (that looks like he's made jerky before), with good customer service; with some antiques & collectables on the other half of his shop. Very Ma & Pa; I wanted to buy everything to support! Wife settled on a couple pieces of antique costume jewelry, and of course, the jerky & salmon.
James G — Google review
Don't miss the chance when you're town. Gary's smoked salmon is meaningful part of the ocean experience. Price, selection, service, all top notch. Oh, and try the candied salmon....it is amazing!
Rico S — Google review
Great pepperoni and jerky. The owner is a very knowledgeable coin guy. I am glad this place is in town.
Lloyd W — Google review
Bought some smoked salmon yesterday and had to return today for more to bring home. Hands down the most delicious and moist smoked salmon I've ever had. Other local shops have dry smoked salmon, don't waste your time and money. I recommend going straight to Gary's for the best!

The owner was super nice. 16$ for 3 pieces of jerky was wild. No inventory or pepperoni probably won't be back.

The sub sandwich I ordered was ham and double turkey/cheese. I loved the sandwich, as it was packed and fresh. It took only about 10 minutes to get my order. The establishment was very clean and the guy at the counter was very hospitable and efficient. The price for the sub was about average for a tourist town. I'm just glad Subways has competition and I will definitely be going back to try other items on Scout Subs menu.
David H — Google review
Great place. They are selling themselves short with their name... Subs, burgers, Fish, Chowders, Fries, Chili Dogs... Flavorful 1/3 pound burgers with a house sauce. The kids said it was "better than McDonalds" which is actually a compliment. We are planning to come back and recommend to others. 4 or 5 indoor tables and music and outdoor tables in the back (with not the best atmosphere in the back). Could use a pinball machine or two, but good food and welcoming staff.
Trevor G — Google review
Been a local in OS almost all my life and i’m pretty stoked to have a new sandwich shop in town. Fast-service food has been sparse or underwhelming here for years, so Scout Subs fills a serious void for good fresh tasty food, that also happens to be fast. Turkey sub is top-notch. I’ve heard other locals equate the quality to Jimmy John’s but I think it’s a bit better than that. Burgers, pastas and dinner entrees are a new addition too! Only wish they were open all week.
Gavinardo — Google review
Can’t recommend Scout Subs enough! Super friendly and helpful staff over the phone, even though they were clearly slammed with customers at the time. Ordered delivery, and it showed up within 30 minutes, still hot and fresh! BIG burgers - way bigger than any drive through place in town. Packed with all the fixin’s on it. Definitely give them a try!
McKenzie M — Google review
I have been to the one in McCleary. It was good and focused on subs, as the name implies. They had what I wanted. However they were not reliably open, and I read some weird and shady things online. However, as I was working in O.S. and needed lunch, I thought I'd give them a try again. They don't have roast beef for subs. They don't have provolone. The person working was pleasant but kind of strange, and was telling me how they are really wanting to be known for their burgers. So why call the place Scout Subs, which implies they ate mainly a sub shop? The sandwich I got was good. But selection is very limited and it was not what I wanted.
Rebecca — Google review
Very good burger and fantastic staff! Was highly recommend. That's when it was open. Now the owner has closed up, bailed on his employees without paying them. This was the Ocean Shores store.
Selice B — Google review
The burgers were fresh thick patties! So juicy and delicious. You don't know what your missing! Fries were crunchy and perfect. We can't wait to go here again
Linda K — Google review
I can't stop laughing! I went into scout subs to try them out I ordered from one of the 4 subs they offered and was told that they switched to there dinner menu...??? No subs! Only burgers are available for dinner. (6:00) Funniest thing I have ever heard! Good luck to you. I won't try again
