Exceptional Thai Dining Experience - Highly Recommended This is undoubtedly a high-quality restaurant that stands out from anything else in the village area. The atmosphere is romantically mysterious, starting with the unique entrance to the restaurant via a raft, enhanced by beautiful lighting and stunning interior design. The meal was carefully crafted and diverse, offering three set menus including one vegetarian option. While à la carte is available, I highly recommend choosing one of the set menus for the full experience. The dishes are beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. They also offer a respectable wine selection. Service was courteous, friendly, efficient, and reasonably quick. Perfect for couples or small groups - the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and intimate. My solo dinner with a glass of wine and sparkling water cost 3,300 baht. I will definitely return with my wife or close friends to enjoy this special place again.

It’s definitely a WOW restaurant!! Some of the most memorable Thai dishes i’ve ever had. The Wagyu beef dish was exquisite, and there was one specific dessert that blew our minds (Banh Janeuk) - Don’t miss it! Also an amazing curry dish. Just 10’s across the board really. I’ll miss this place :))

The restaurant itself is great but getting here was a bit of a hassle. You have to make sure you tell the driver to go to Slate Hotel otherwise you would be driving in circle to try and get to the actual restaurant location. Once you arrive there this place is very romantic. The food is good. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I recommend the “black ginger experience” when ordering food. you get a nice variety of taste and textures. we even had an opportunity to meet the chef and she was super cool. I would absolutely come to this place again the next time I am in Phuket. I highly recommend it for a couples or an intimate group of friends.

Every course was wonderful. The restaurant is a converted mansion from what I read in the promotional info. The chef came to introduce herself and there is an extensive drinks list. The experience was amazing from the escort down to the pond, the attendant pulling you across the lake like the attendant on the river Styx’s in Greek mythology, the converted home and the gorgeous mature landscape and finally the food. Everything was perfection. This is high end dining.

Best restaurant we have ever been. From the location and setting and just the whole ambiance- mesmerising! The food was good - dish after dish. We went there 2 days in a row. And the second night was incredible again! We will be back next time. And we will tell all our friends. Every time friends go to Phuket, the first thing I tell them is "plz go to Black Ginger".

Our visit to The Slate in Phuket, and especially the Black Ginger restaurant, was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The setting feels absolutely magical. You actually arrive at the restaurant by raft, gliding across a still, lantern-lit lagoon ,it’s such a unique and dramatic entrance that sets the tone for the evening. Once inside, everything feels lush, authentic, and beautifully designed, blending traditional Thai architecture with modern touches. The atmosphere is tranquil yet full of character. The food at Black Ginger was outstanding ,truly Thai flavors, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience. If you’re staying at The Slate or even just in Phuket, Black Ginger is worth making a special trip for.

This post is long overdue, but I had a fantastic night here with my best friend. Couldn’t have picked a better place for a lovely meal together. Also love how creatively they distinguish the men’s and women’s toilets.

Quick service, lovely atmosphere. An institution, this place is said to be. The fried fish is a must try along with the lemongrass salad. And do have a sip of their fresh, young coconuts too!

A Special Dining Experience by the Sea! We visited the restaurant, which is beautifully located right by the sea, offering a stunning view of the charming Coconut Island with all its natural beauty and pristine beaches. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for enjoying a special seafood meal. We started our experience with the famous Thai dish, fried rice with shrimp, which was delicious and full of authentic Thai flavors. We also tried the large Thai oysters, which were incredibly fresh with a great taste and perfect texture. For the main course, we had the seabass, which came in a large portion and looked very appetizing. Although it was well-cooked, the texture of the fish was a bit firm, and I couldn’t finish it. Nevertheless, the presentation was nice, and the taste would be appreciated by fans of this type of fish. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the location of the restaurant was truly amazing. The view of the sea and Coconut Island directly across from the restaurant added a special touch to our meal, making the whole experience unforgettable.

Food is delicious! Fresh lived seafood and plenty of options. The view at sunset is marvelous. Price is more than reasonable.

It is a must to come here if you are in Phuket. The seafood is reasonably priced and they have a huge menu of food choices. We over ordered the food and struggled to finish our food. Service is generally good with the staff always nearby to assist. It was raining that day so we decided not to sit along the pier.

Your visit to Phuket would be incomplete and you will not have the full idea of the southern cuisine if you do not visit this very famous restaurant! I highly recommend the Tom Pred soup and Homok Phuket! A perfect place to celebrate a birthday or a friendly party! Do not miss this real touch to the life of the local Phuket people!

Good seafood restaurant by the sea. Reasonable price & delicious food.

I came for dinner at suay and had a bit of a higher expectation because of the Michelin recs. However, I find the food here mediocre, not bad but not great either, and quite pricey. As someone who grew up in Thailand, I think the food here taste like it’s more catered towards foreigners. I had an okay time there but wouldn’t go back personally.

This was such a pleasant find! First off the restaurant surroundings are gorgeous. Place is well lit and service so prompt. The food was great too - my favourite were the tacos and duck salad. They have a pretty decent wine selection too - will be back!

We discovered this restaurant through the Michelin Guide, and we loved absolutely everything about it! The food was incredibly delicious — every dish was full of flavor, especially the tacos and the Tom Yum. The service was outstanding, making the whole experience truly memorable. The “Bomb Alaska” is amazing!

This was my first time, dining in a luxurious restaurant and we expected it to be amazing, yet the word "amazing" would be an understatement for a such restaurant now. As a special day, my girlfriend's birthday to be exact, we chose this restaurant as our destination and it went unexpectedly great! The foods, for us, were incredibly good. Plus, the music and atmosphere fitted perfectly for such a occasion. I could say that this was one of the most memorable birthdays for both her and me. Also, I would love to give special thanks to chefs, musicians and the whole team, especially P'Lily, P'Cha-aim, P'Eye, P'Benz and P'Field, for accomodating us throughout our dinner.

A long-overdue review—but my boyfriend, our friend, and I shared a wonderful dinner on New Year’s Eve. The service was impeccable, and given that Roger Federer has dined here—how could I say it’s anything less than great?!!! Although the photo I took of his picture on the wall isn’t very clear, I promise you, it’s really him! The caviar and truffle were absolutely amazing! The food was simply out of this world—delectable, palatable, luscious, scrumptious, savory, mouthwatering, flavourful, lush, and exquisitely prepared. The restaurant had such a lively atmosphere—everyone was chatting away, engaged in great conversations, and simply enjoying the moment. The energy of the night made the entire New Year’s Eve experience one of the best I’ve ever had.

We went to PRU to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had such a special evening. It really felt like stepping into a whole new food experience with a Michelin One Star Chef. The drive from Chalong took about an hour and it was raining, but the restaurant was beautiful and welcoming once we arrived. Huge thanks to Alberto, Khun Ton, and Khun Jennifer for the warm service and thoughtful arrangements, they really made us feel comfortable the whole time. We really enjoyed the way they presented the raw ingredients before each course, and the team did a great job introducing the dishes together with the chefs. The garden-to-table vegetables were excellent, and the non-alcoholic pairing was a lovely touch that went perfectly with the menu. The timing between each course kept us excited to see what would come next. Not every dish was exactly to our taste, but overall it was a memorable experience — and the little birthday ice cream at the end made it extra sweet.

Summary: - Complex and inventive food that often strays into “challenging” territory, for better or worse. - Warm, professional service. Beautiful space. - Overpriced? Service: Excellent, from start to finish. Not just warm and friendly, which is par for the course in Thailand, but professional, engaging and attentive. Thank you! Food: Photos below. Everything is carefully prepared and beautifully plated in the open-plan kitchen, with many of the ingredients coming from Pru’s nearby farm. I unreservedly enjoyed 4 of the 8 dishes that we were served: the orange curry, lobster, and aged duck being standouts for me. The other half of the meal left me with mixed feelings. Setting aside the amuse bouche and petit fours, which played it quite safe, the first and last courses are a durian dish (an infamously love-it-or-hate-it delicacy), and a kimchi ice cream (the second to last dish, also a dessert, included shallot ice cream with sweetened fish sauce). Pru describes itself online as serving inventive food. It does, for sure, but I think that a few too many of the dishes stray into challenging territory, and perhaps intentionally so - the kimchi ice cream was introduced as something they made “because they could”; the shallot ice cream because “why not?. This was all meant in good humour, and the chefs are very charming, but it’s a slightly unusual ethos. Art for the artist, I guess. In conclusion, whilst I do appreciate experimentation in fine dining, especially in “awardsy” type tasting menus, I still want the majority of what I’m served to be, for lack of a better description… delicious. I can’t say that Pru wholly delivered in this respect, although there were individual dishes that I loved. All very subjective, I know, and my girlfriend felt differently, happy to view it as more an artistic experience than a traditional meal. Pricing: We paid USD700 for two, including two glasses of champagne and three glasses of wine (total, not each). This is more or less what I would expect to pay in Singapore or Hong Kong, for something similar, but an equivalent restaurant in those cities would be likely to have higher overheads (e.g., big city rent and more imported ingredients). USD5-600 would have felt fairer, but the place is busy, with few direct competitors, and Phuket is booming. The demand is clearly there.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and Jennifer, Pru's Guest Experience Manager, made it incredibly memorable. She asked for any details of our relationship, from our first date, drinks and favourite flowers, and incorporated all of them into a tailored and personalized dining experience. The service was attentive and flawless, with immaculate timing and detailed explanation of the ingredients and preparation of each dish. Chef Jimmy also gave us a personal tour of his kitchen and even shared the systems he puts in place to manage operations and hire talent! The venue, with the view of the sea and rays of the setting sun was spectacular - even the artwork was mesmerizing. Our favourite dishes were the Durian, Citrus and wild Isodon, Phuket Lobster with orange curry, and the Lotus Root! Divine!

an absolute joy and experience dining here. we were served by the most professional and attentive team! we had the opportunity to visit the kitchen, where the food prep was eye opening. we were also pleased to learn how they minimised food waste by creating new purposes for parts of the ingredients that would otherwise be discard, sustainability was on the top of their priorities. view was gorgeous of course and we will return another time perhaps in the evening to catch it with sunset. The wood that was used to smoke the meat added a lovely scent to the whole place. one of us were particularly enamoured by a local fruit that we never had before, and the chef surprised us by an extra serving it right at the end. all these little touches were wonderful, thank you!

Those savory dishes manifested the inventions how the chefs transformed them into balanced,beautifully presented, and sustainably storytelling of farm to table and committed to supporting local communities. PRU is world-class essence of culinary, visually appealing and tasteful cuisine along the way.

A special experience from the moment you are welcomed downstairs with a glass of Billecart Salmon and farewelled with some amazing “petit four” after enjoying a divinely crafted set menu. A truly indulgent experience. It was made even more special by a tour of the open kitchen that explained the philosophy behind PRU in supporting local Phuket and Thai farmers and showcasing uniquely Thai flavours. An amazing wine list but careful thought is also put into the wine pairing by the very competent Sommelier team. An indulgent experience from start to finish.

Keep coming back here and for the same dishes! The comforting beef pot pie with that crispy & fluffy puff. Coq au vin whenever they have as specials. The simple and healthy sea bass kukul mas. The smooth & creamy chicken liver pate. Never skip - THE BEST hand cut chips (highly recommended)!! To end, that thick dark chocolate cake with their vanilla icecream. Friendly and active service. We had made reservations to go to this restaurant. Which I would advise because it really gets busy! I would give it five stars for atmosphere, but it got so packed and so loud with some obnoxious tourists drinking way past their capacity. We chose a variety of foods to eat. We all enjoyed our meal, save for the fact that the table next to us kick their drinks off of the table and of course they all made it into our laps. So we didn’t really get to complete our meal. We just wanted to leave. I would have her recommend it. The restaurant itself was very nice modern design and the staff was very attentive (and very apologetic for the table next to us). There is a bar just before entering the restaurant which looked very well appointed and appeared to have many many different selections of spirits. Overall is very well worth your time to take a meal here.

Local gem at Boat Avenue, Phuket. The vibe is jass classy modern and I love it. Staffs are attentive, so keep up with the training. I am impressed by the food here, well balanced flavors with premium fresh ingredients. The lamb dishes stood out because in Thailand, its hard to find a good lamb restaurant. I have lived in Phuket for almost 22 years and I can say that Mrs B Bar & Table is my absolute favourite restaurant in the whole of Phuket! I have favourite dishes, which I cannot get over... starter, mushroom tagliatelle! Oh its just pure bliss. Fire grilled bangers & mash! Oh my goodness, its Heaven on a plate with rich delicious onion jus, perfectly cooked quality pork & herb sausage and the mash potato is dreamy. I always accompany this dish with the charred Phuket corn, steamed brocolli and the grilled carrots. I leave the restaurant feeling on a high and not least because I usually order the pavlova which is accompanied by rich glazed berries, which just takes taste and texture to a new level. If you have only one nights stay in Phuket, book a table at Mrs B Bar & Table.

I recently dined at Mrs.B in Cheangtalay, Phuket, and it was exceptional. The restaurant uses top-quality ingredients, making each dish a delight. The ambiance is inviting, and the service is excellent. The highlight was their New York cheesecake the best I’ve ever had. It was creamy, perfectly balanced, and had a delightful crust. Mrs.B is a must-visit for high-quality cuisine and amazing desserts. Highly recommended!

We had a rather truly disappointing experience at Mrs B Bar & Table. The food was overpriced and completely tasteless — not at all worth what we paid. The only star was the dessert. To make things worse, the service was appalling. There were two waitresses serving the indoor area that night, and it was an effort trying to get their attention. One even took the salt and pepper from our table while we were using them and handed them to another table. When I asked her to bring them back, she slammed them down on our table in a very disrespectful manner — the same attitude repeated when she brought the lemon. We also ordered a Whiskey Sour, but it turned out extremely bitter and overly sour — not once, but twice after they remade it. We hoped for a cozy night out, but instead it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. We could have forgiven average food, but the poor service and attitude completely ruined the evening. Definitely never coming back.

This was the best part of our Phuket trip, and we’re so glad we made this decision. Morphine, our warm and friendly waitress for the evening, was absolutely amazing and attentive to every detail. She took such great care of us during our anniversary dinner, and her thoughtful explanation of each course made the experience even more memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Maksim in person. The food was exceptional, every ingredient was perfectly chosen and thoughtfully combined to bring out the best in each dish. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special — the atmosphere was calm and romantic, the view of the sea was breathtaking, and the food was simply outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with so much care. But what truly made our evening unforgettable was the amazing service. A huge thank you to Morphine, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was kind, professional, and incredibly thoughtful — her warm attitude and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. It was one of the most memorable nights of our honeymoon, and we left with full hearts and happy smiles. Great place, it kind surprised us after so many days eating the same food we were excited to have a nice elaborate dinner. Maria was the sweetest on the phone getting us a table last minute and June our server was super professional and into what she was doing. The plates were all amazing, everything filled with unexpected taste and so memorable. We did chose the wagyu menu and it was the best choice compensatijg for the other seafood dishes we had. Max the somellier was very knowledgeable and helped us pairing the dishes beautifully. Would definitely recommend to have the experience.

Completely blown away by what transpired this evening. We chose L’Arôme by the Sea expecting traditional French cuisine, but what we discovered was something far from this a masterful fusion of Japanese precision, local inspiration, and French finesse, was presented to us on an amazingly imaginative menu. Every course was a symphony of flavour, crafted by Chef Max, whose understanding of ingredients is simply outstanding. The team were warm, attentive, and explained each dish with passion. Had dinner last night at L’Arõme, the moment we arrived we felt that we were special right away, our name was even printed ok the menu, and we received a greeting card on the table. The service crew were so nice and sweet, they introduced the source of their food before the 1st course , each course was so well presented and delicious, the 1st one was brown crab, it felt like melting in my mouth right away, which was amazing. The 4th course was Yuzu with milk bun, that was duck liver was on top of sliced grapes, it was so good. Overall experience was excellent, we will come back another time to try other food on the menu .

Had a great experience at Nitan. Service is top notch and they had a really inventive non alcoholic pairing. The menu changes every few months, but for the menu of Sep-25, the beef dishes were excellent. There were a few dishes in the middle that were off balance in terms of texture / flavour, but the meal was generally well balanced and creative. I would be happy to visit again if in Phuket.

All the dishes were boring, and the speed of the dishes was very slow. I ate a few dishes for three and a half hours. The amount of dishes was very small, and then I became more and more boring. I don't think there is a dish that I can take out to talk about. The only star is for the chocolate cocktail. The service is very good, and the wine is okay, but the dishes are really disappointing, and the cost performance is very low.

The food was refined, creative, and beautifully plated—every course had its own story and balance of flavors. You can feel the chef’s attention to detail from the first bite to the last. The atmosphere is elegant but never pretentious, which makes the whole evening feel relaxed and special. Service was exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed without rushing or hovering. The staff explained each dish clearly, adding to the experience without overwhelming it. The wine pairing worked incredibly well and elevated the entire menu. Portions were thoughtfully sized, and pacing was spot on—plenty of time to enjoy each plate and each conversation. It’s rare to find fine dining that delivers great food, great service, and a memorable vibe all at once. NITAN definitely does. Highly recommended for special occasions or anyone who appreciates thoughtful cuisine. We’ll be back for sure. A perfect anniversary meal.

Absolutely perfect evening. It was our 20 year anniversary as a couple and I chose NITAN to enjoy a meal together. The food was beyond fresh, delicious and definitely fine dining. World class quality - we are from Melbourne and it’s on parr with Vue De Monde in terms of the quality, creativity, service and dedication to their purpose. We love how the chefs are passionate about playing homage to Phuket’s fishing history and how the servers explain each dish in such great detail. Not only did we enjoy 12 courses but we learned so much about the beautiful island of Phuket. The flathead lobster, duck and 4 rice dessert were the stand-outs however and to be frank, each of the 12 courses were world class. What a gem of a restaurant - very authentic in its purpose and humble in its value. Thank you for a memorable evening - one of the best meals we have ever had (and we love to fine dine across the globe).

First I have to say I was shocked this was ranked 4.2 of Google. This place is absolutely stunning! From the amazing decor, incredible layout, even the bathrooms were probably the best we saw on our entire trip, everything you would expect from five star dining at its best. The beautiful wooden floors throughout the piano bar and live music. It would be hard for me to find something wrong with this place. As stated in other reviews, this is a great place to bring your partner for an extravagant meal with great hospitality and service. They have a very expensive wine menu. We went all out and experienced the best of the best as this was our last night in Phuket. Everything was perfectly cooked tasted well and the drinks matched that experience as well. As some people had said, it would’ve been nice to visit this location during the day because the view is amazing. However, the experience with the live music and sunset was just as good thank you for an unforgettable experience and we look forward to coming back. Reservations are required. Even when we got picked up by the taxi, she asked if we had reservation reservations because we would not get in otherwise. This restaurant really checks all the boxes, fine, dining, honeymoon, or romantic location, the view of the ocean is incredible, piano bar, amazing Lobster, and one of the best wine lists I’ve seen in a long time.

Great service and lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, we arrived after sunset and missed the beautiful view that the place is known for. The food was decent overall, big portions. Would recommend coming earlier to enjoy the full experience—especially the sunset view.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this Thai restaurant! Located right by the beach, the setting was beautiful it is perfect for a relaxing meal with ocean views. The food was delicious, full of authentic Thai flavors. Those dish that we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented.

For this price i would have expected the food to tast extremely good as it looks, so a bit disappointed. I have tasted more tasty food in the night market of old Town. It was dark when we arrived so no benefit of the view. It was anyway very cozy. Even the tea is some cheap tea, very disappointed for the price 😕 I would probably not come here for the food.

This place is second to none. Authentic Thai cuisine at it's finest. Staff are so attentive and lovely. My wife and I really loved this place. We tried it and we came back the following night and we are going again tomorrow before we leave. Sorry we didn't find the establishment sooner. Thanks guys

To start with, I came to celebrate my honeymoon in a hotel close to the restaurant. We arrived at the hotel and the food wasn’t good! We were upset! Went to sleep and when we wake up and we said to each other: we need to find a good restaurant! Baan Rim Pa was very close to the hotel, and we decided to try! We arrived, choose some wine, food and everything was just perfect! The feeling of what we were expecting from Thailand and cuisine was there! Food amazing, people so friendly specially NID and TA! We felt so good, that we came back for at least 10 times! Thank you so much for being so friendly and giving the best Thai food I have ever eaten and also for being so kind and friendly! The atmosphere at Baan Rim Pa is stunning, relaxing vibes with one of the best sunset views in Phuket. While the lobster didn’t meet my expectations despite its high price (maybe just an unlucky catch), the pineapple fried rice was delicious, and the rest of the dishes were decent. The restaurant is definitely on the expensive side, but it’s a nice spot for couples or a romantic date night. The view alone makes it worth a visit.

The service was poor. All of our dishes were brought out at once, but the table was too small to fit everything, and no one offered to help us rearrange the seating—I had to do it myself. Other tables had their pizzas placed on racks to save space, but we weren’t given one at all. On top of that, the staff were overly intrusive and interrupted us too often during the meal. The high prices seem to be more about paying for the view than the food or service. The staff even proactively asked me to write a review for her.

My experience at Vero Restaurant was truly wonderful. The food is delicious and high-quality, with a diverse menu. I tried the Italian dishes and they were outstanding. The restaurant is located inside Pullman Hotel and offers a beautiful view of the pool, the beach, and the sea. The staff are professional and friendly, and I would especially like to thank (Dear) for her warm welcome and attentive service throughout our meal. A memorable experience that I highly recommend.

Very nice venue, restaurant, well trained and friendly staff and amazing food and great wine. Strongly recommended and recommend to come around 5pm to enjoy an amazing sunset. When it rains, missing covers and walkway protection, even small flooding at the outside toilets.

We arrived in the evening at the nice Pullman hotel and took on the recommendation of trying the Italian restaurant VERO - supported by the many positive reviews. We received a warm welcome by the friendly staff who was very attentive and were brought to a nice table outside with view of the ocean. After ordering a tasteful wine (primitivo) we got served a complimentary basket of bread - which turned out to the be best meal (try the garlic olive oil!). We ordered Spaghetti Vongole and Ossobuco - both highly recommended by the staff. The Vongole came totally dray and without any sauce. Upon checking the staff offered to add oil (however the whole point of Vongole is to cook the clams in white wine sauce; you can't just add white wine sauce). They somehow scrambled to add some liquid within 2 minutes. The taste was bland (lack of salt; probably added water mixture as sauce), no spicy touch as recommended by the staff and overall very disappointing. The Ossuboco looked more like a fricassee than anything else. The taste was just fine but nothing like an Ossobuco is suppossed to taste. It was also lacking the chunky meaty part and could have been slow cooked longer for better flavor and more tenderness. We are aware we're in TH and don't expect Italian standards but this was unfortunately disappointing. There are other Italian restaurants (e.g. Five Olives) that have far better quality. Overall a very disappointing experience at a very steep price.

Stunning spot, really. Food is OK, I’d say the Pizza is actually pretty good, other dishes a little weaker but alright Italian considering we’re in Thailand. Service too is friendly and nice. But the price is totally out of line for all the above. Generally an issue with all the food at the Pullman, but Vero is unfortunately over the top price wise 5000 tbh for dinner for two, only two glasses of the house wine and none of the more premium dishes such as the steak or lobster which would have added 1-2k tbh to the bill. It has to be pretty damned good for that price, and honestly the level just isn’t high enough. Pros: Lots of smiles, friendly staff. Location is beautiful. Watched a wonderful sunset from the terrace! A good variety of dishes kn the menu, feature several dishes beyond the usual boring Italian menu. Cons: Bland bread that tastes like the frozen store bought type, red wine served warm, ‘parma ham’ tastes like the bottom shelf Spanish Jamon they serve at the breakfast buffet.

A great italian restaurant within Pullman resort. The serve italian food with a twist. Their pizza is great, in particular, the crust is awesome. Try the with pizza with raw tuna, it's excellent.

Hella expensive and not worth it. The taste is completely different from what we had in the States. If you’re in the US, it’s worth trying, but in Phuket, you’d be better off saving your money and going somewhere else. The steak was tough and hard to chew, and the butter rice was bland.

We had an amazing experience at Benihana that deserves a huge shoutout! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and full of energy. Went as a family with young children. Service was impeccable! Food: 5* - ordered a variety of chicken, fish, pork and waygu. Food is well cooked as per request. Service: Would give a 6* if there is an option to do so! The chef was great and engaging and My two young children loved it. Not only that the chef allows guests to participate in the “cooking”! One of the diner could not eat beef therefore the Chef Zin make an effort to use different cooking tools to prep he’s food separate! Been to so many teppanyaki place and Benihana is the only one who really make sure the dietary requirements of guests are well taken care of! The service staffs were great as well! Making sure to check in to ensure every thing is ok Atmosphere: 5* from the decoration and the diners laughter definitely a lively place (as expected of a teppanyaki venue!) Kids friendliness - restaurant offers kids menu, which comes with garlic fried rice; meat of choice (pork/chicken/beef) and ice cream at a reasonable price, portion is big too for kids - high chair; children cutleries are available as well - every child is given a Benihana chef hat which has some art/craft to keep the kids entertained. Though for us the hat is more of the novelty!

Lots of crowd and definitely worth it, chef Game was very interactive with a fire show and tricks with the knife. The well done beef was a bit hard, but the chicken was tender . The starters and other seafood. The teppanyaki was definitely worth it. All in all this place is worth the visit. Ps- they give you a complimentary edamame in the start of your meal.

This is one of the restaurants I had really been looking forward to visiting. I recently had the chance to enjoy a dinner at Jaras Restaurant, which features a very interesting concept—creating dishes using sustainable ingredients. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. My favorite dish was the goat curry—the meat was tender, young, and had no strong odor at all. Highly recommended!

We really loved this place - upscale Thai… very innovative food but don’t be put off by the menu descriptions (invasive species etc etc) and there is a regular Thai menu hidden on the last page after the wine 😮‍💨 Speaking of wine the Monsoon Valley Thai chenin is awesome. Chicken and crab (yep! 🍗 🦀 🤷🏻‍♂️) appetizer is delicious - I actually think they should put a soft boiled quail’s egg in it and go full scotch egg on the thing. Green curry was a perfect example. Also check out the fermentation pantry 👀 Highly recommend.

I came with a lot of excitement to try Jaras, and it was beyond my imagination. The food was absolutely delicious, the service impecable, and the atmosphere very relax. Cake hosted me, she explained all the menu, and was with a big smile and a fantastic energy the entire time. I could have talked with her the entire night. I got the Poo Nim Khai Kem with berry rice and Bi Co Moi as dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. Please come when you are in Phuket, it is a delightful experience!!

Ideal dinner spot for amazing sunset of Phuket! 👍🏼 1) So much to look at when one is dining at Thanoon Seafood, especially the sunset. So, ideally, to come here for dinner. 2) The food is reasonable tasty. Though the portion could be a bit smaller. 3) Reasonable prices. 👎🏼 4) Outdoor seating a bit of a challenge with mosquitoes as well as ants crawling on the table. 5) The seatings are so wide spread out, the crew may not notice when you need to order or help with anything.

This restaurant was a great find for us. Food and service were both exceptional, especially the service. It’s a pity that we arrived when it was already dark out and we didn’t sit outdoors as we were worried about the mosquitos. We had their pineapple fried rice, crab meat fried rice, sea grapes salad, fried snapper, spicy raw prawns with fish sauce and egg tofu with seaweed soup. Standout for me was the crab fried rice. Service staff here are very kind people and they went out of the way to make us feel welcome. I would recommend all tourists to give this place a go.

Wonderful location right at the base of the sarasin bridge with a beautiful outdoor setting. Food is delicious and authentic and also very reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helped me get a ride home. Word of warning that taxi home may be difficult as cannot accept a bolt from this location and grab would not accept any rides so prebook to avoid getting stuck.

Beautiful restaurant on the phanga side of sarasin bridge ( take the first exit off the bridge when you come from phuket and take a u turn). Right at the beach with bridge and Seaview, wide range of very decent priced food, fast and attentive service. Food itself is beautifully presented and especially the seafood seems very fresh as they do have a fishing village nearby

Great ambience especially during dinner time where you can watch the tide come in and the sunset. Restaurant is situated in a very relaxing corner of the island. Food was good but some dishes we felt were under seasoned (clam soup, prawn cake) hence the reason for 1 missing star. Still a good choice for dinner.

Just great Thai fair at an affordable price. Do try their home made coconut cake - it’s stellar. Honorable mention for the pad see ew - noodles are cooked in a seafood broth and it’s delectable as a result.

Bang Pae Seafood is a favorite for us in Phuket, we go every time we spend time in Phuket. A bit off the beaten path on the eastern side it is quiet and the sea is calm. The food here is fantastic and it is a great place for lunch and dinner.

Great value for money.....their speciality seems to be what they catch around that area like soft shell crab, anchovy like fish fry, mango smoothie, coconut water with soft flesh which can be craved with the spoon, leaves the tongue like a melted natural jelly....

Unbelievably good. The view was amazing and the food was even better. I would rate 10 stars if I could. We caught the sunset during our dinner and it was just supreme. I recommend the Red Curry Noodle with Crab; absolutely delicious. This family does it right, and on top of everything they are incredibly kind. Best meal I have ever had, hands down.

I visited this place with my husband for lunch and we were so happy with the whole experience. It's a small little place run by a family. The pad thai and thai ice tea is absolutely delicious! Loved the view and the music played. Highly recommended for a relaxing lunch/ dinner. ☺️

Amazing view, wonderful family that own and run it and of course the food is fantastic. We had 9 dishes for our group. All were good but standout were the red crab curry and the deep fried fish. My wife and I first went here 8yrs ago on pure chance. We're so glad to be back and it is STILL as good.

Superb view. Peaceful and quiet. Mr Big runs this restaurant with his mum for 11 years. The steamed pork in phuket style is a must (brown dish in my photos). The slope up is steep. A car or taxi is a must.

This place left us controversial. The atmosphere was pretty nice, very peranakan style, authentic and just vibe. 🔒However the half of the restaurant was closed, especially the second floor for some reason. 🚽🧻The toilet didn’t have paper neither for hands and for general use at all. 🥘The food was okay. We really enjoyed squid with salted egg sauce and shrimp cakes. Pork and Pad Thai didn’t meet our expectations. Lemonades were cool. I’m not sure I can recommend to COME AND VISIT this place on purpose, but if you live nearby, why not.

The food was excellent! I made a reservation for 5 people via google map chat and it worked well. Turns out that a reservation was not necessary as the restaurant was pretty much empty when we went for dinner. There were 2 people sitting at another table in the garden but we were seated inside so we didn't see them. It was a little odd eating in an empty restaurant but the food was great so that's all that matters right? We tried a bit of everything...soup with coconut milk, pad thai omelette, basil chicken, stir fried pork, curry, pineapple fried rice, etc. We had a slight communication issue trying to explain the difference between flat water and water with gas (carbonated water) but some pictures and google translate, etc. seemed to help. We ordered carbonated water first but the kids wanted flat water so when we ordered flat water, they gave us more carbonated water. But not a big deal. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a nice meal in Phuket. The prices were reasonable and on par for a restaurant of this quality.

Lucky to discover this gem of a restaurant while we were in Phuket. We are big fan of Thai recipes and we wanted to have something authentic Thai food while we are in Thailand. Place-wise, this place is amazing and huge seating capacity with beautiful gardens and small pond filled with colorful fishes. They have tables for couple as well as for small and huge group. We had a couple of beers, chicken starter with something named Krua Praya, yellow curry chicken and pad thai rice noodles with chicken. Staff was sweet and accommodating. And they were open for suggestions too!

Came here on Friday, 20 June 2025 for lunch. Restaurant was quite empty, but yet the order took very long to arrive. I mean there was only 1 other table for 3 gentlemen. The worst part is that we ordered takeaway, some dishes including an omelet crab fried rice but when we got home, it was just plain white rice with an omelet. Our friends who were waiting for the food were so disappointed. Yes I should have checked my order before I left but I don't think I needed to do this for a Michelin guide restaurant.

You have to take the small street beside the temple and go down til you see the sign (as in photos) on the left, well let street and lots of parking ! Krua Praya - tie best local food! Amassing taste ❤️ Highly recommend

The food is delicious and the staff ( even though basic English levels) are super service oriented. The location is lovely and quite relaxing , as it never gets too crowded and noisy. The dishes are good size . if you order a rice and a meat/fish is more than enough.

This is another go-to restaurant in Phuket that I genuinely have to visit every single time! It's all thanks to the intense, bold flavors, charming prices, and, most importantly, excellent ingredients served without holding back. Every Southern Thai dish here is incredibly "authentic" and well-executed. The curries, in particular, are packed with flavor and truly spicy. If you're not great with heat, you might want to let the staff know when you order. For all these reasons, this place has become an absolute favorite of ours! Just a small heads-up: if you come in the evening, it can get quite busy, so you might need to circle a bit to find parking.

Food was 10/10 Amazing authentic Southern taste. Every taste was super saturated and intense. We went on a weekend evening, we were able to get the last parking spot in their lot with a wait of 2 groups ahead of us. Food was very delicious but extremely slow. I think because it was quite busy that evening but I wish they can manage to get a little more efficient since they’re quite popular. Kua Kling was extremely spicy, even for a spicy lover native Thai like me. Just thread with your own caution. The staffs already let us know it will be very spicy, I appreciate the heads up! No AC but the fan was able to keep us breezy during the rainy wind.

The local food restaurant in the Phuket city. If you want to go in weekend, I would like to recommend to come early before noon. The most delicious menu for me is “Moo Hong”. And the staffs in this restaurant are very kind and humble. Really love it.

I ordered four dishes in total, and to be honest, none of them suited my taste. The deep-fried soft-shell crab with garlic was extremely greasy, and the pla ching chang chili paste was way too spicy — you can see it clearly from the photo. The stir-fried shrimp paste dish was overly salty, and the stuffed squid soup wasn’t fresh at all. It was obvious that the ingredients used were not fresh. This was my first time dining here, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’m sharing this review for your improvement. Oh, and in the restroom, there should also be hand gel available. Thank you!

Here is my first time in Phuket, and after researching the best restaurants in Phuket, my friends and I decided to try this restaurant before my flight back to Bangkok. Here are some local dishes on our table, which looked delicious. Especially the crab curry with rice vermicelli is my favourite dish. I’ve never had the taste of curry in Bangkok, but chef cooked the curry sauce perfectly with crab meat 🦀. My second favourite dish is stir-fried Malindjo leaves with eggs; it’s a good combination of vegetables fried with eggs. This is a must-try menu as well; it’s one of the local vegetables in southern Thailand. 🥬🍳 Overall, for the dishes I tried, it was impressive with the authentic Southern food; the taste of curry that they made was flavoured. Thank you for the nice recommendation and service from the staff as well; they are genuinely kind and welcoming. 🙏🏻☺️

What a great Sunday lunch we had🥰 The venue and the road driving into the huge greenery space is super impressive. The food is super innovative, tasty & complex. All the dish is very thoughtful & clever. The service is superb- very nice staff, warm welcome and super professional. We did the lunch 4 courses menu plus little shared plates and we walk out with very full yummy tummy 😇 Definitely going back there again !!!

A very nice fine dining restaurant snuggled in the vast green land that is part of a property project - Tri Vananda. They got a michelin green star for their sustainability concept, which was well elaborated for each dish. We went in July and happened to be the only group that evening, so it felt extra exclusive. So many amuse-bouche before the first course, we liked all the seafood dishes, and the service is just the right amount. We felt relaxed and comfortable. Would love to go back to try Hideaway - their day time edition.

What an incredible experience! We were so fortunate to dine at Jampa on Chef Rick Dingen's last day at the restaurant. This Dutch chef is truly a master - every single dish was an amazing journey of textures and flavors, perfectly balanced so that nothing dominates but everything contributes to this beautiful harmony that just excites your palate. The acidity was spot on, the spice level perfect, and there was this lovely sweetness throughout. It's sophisticated, elevated cuisine, but what really impressed me was how seamlessly he integrated local Thai ingredients and cultural touches into each dish. Chef Rick personally came to our table and assured us that his sous chef who's taking over and the entire team are exceptionally skilled and talented, so the restaurant will continue to deliver this outstanding quality. If you're a foodie, definitely follow Chef Rick Dingen's journey - he's staying in Phuket and is definitely someone to watch. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed - elegant but not stuffy, creating such a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly professional and genuinely warm, guiding you through the entire experience with perfect attention to detail. You really feel taken care of. One practical tip: it's not easy to navigate from the compound gate to the restaurant itself. Our taxi driver managed to find it on the way there, but on the way back, the driver got lost and ended up waiting for us by the security guard at the entrance. I'd recommend coordinating with the restaurant staff in advance - they're happy to provide transportation within the compound, which makes everything much easier. This is truly destination dining at its best - the farm-to-table concept, the wood-fire cooking, the zero-waste philosophy, and the genuine respect for local ingredients. If you're in Phuket and appreciate exceptional food, Jampa is an absolute must. We left feeling inspired and already planning our return visit.

Had an amazing lunch experience at Jampa! The dishes are very innovative, using local plants in creative ways—beautifully presented, delicious, and healthy. Honestly, every plate looked almost too pretty to eat. Executive Chef Rick Dingen personally came over a few times to share his food concept and check in on us, which made the whole experience even more special. A big shoutout to Madam Patch as well—she was incredibly attentive, explained each dish in detail, and even took us on a buggy ride to tour the restaurant’s farm about 1.2 km away. That personal touch was unforgettable. The restaurant itself is gorgeous—top-notch décor, super comfortable seating, perfect air conditioning, lots of natural light, and even the toilets are spotless and luxurious. I truly enjoyed every part of my visit here and would highly recommend Jampa to anyone looking for a unique and memorable food experience.

I recently dined at Jampa Restaurant, and it was a memorable experience that really captures the farm-to-table spirit. The chef was incredibly friendly and outgoing, which added a warm and personal touch to the evening. Our waitress, BM, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was outstanding the lamb neck was especially nice and buttery, cooked to perfection, and a highlight of the menu. The entire concept is the use of fire to transform fresh, local ingredients transformed into mouthwatering dishes, that still respect the produce. That said, I’d recommend visiting at lunchtime if possible, so you can fully enjoy the beautiful grounds and truly immerse yourself in the experience of what Jampa is all about. Overall, Jampa is not just a restaurant, but a place where hospitality, sustainability, and flavor come together and I’d definitely go back.

Outstanding! Upon arrival we were created by the friendliest group of people who worked hard to make our Jampa culinary experience very memorable. The dishes just kept coming and each tasting was outstanding and different and teased your palate for what is next. The menu was well balanced and the presentation was incredible as they use local ingredients. The texture and flavours were like no other. The drinks were also well thought out, unique and very good. We would give this unique restaurant 10 stars if we could. Chef Rick come to meet us - which was a great honour. The food is superb. Patch and the rest of the staff were amazing. This is a Michelin bib gourmand spot - but is worthy of its designation. Traditional Thai food done excellently with great presentation and service. The grilled fish was tender and soft and delicate. The rice came in different shapes. I highly recommend the yellow curry with the crab and vermicelli. The crab was soft, slightly spicy and the noodles soaked up the sauce perfectly. The grilled pork belly was sinfully good - tender and fatty and rich. It's great but make sure you share it cos it can get overwhelmingly rich after a few bites. Overall, service was great, decor and atmosphere was beautiful. Note that this place is cash only and prompt pay. So bring cash as a tourist.

Michelin guide restaurant, not far from mai khao just 10-15 min drive. Staff is very attentive and polite. Food served very fast and tasty, recommend to order their signature dishes. Reasonable price with good portion and quality. Owner is also friendly. 😊

Nice seaside restaurant, simple but authentic, mostly frequented by locals. The seafood is incredibly fresh, likely caught the same day, and the dishes are prepared with care. For those used to European cuisine, the sweet and savory flavor combinations typical of Thai cooking might take a bit of getting used to, but it’s definitely worth trying. A genuine and enjoyable experience for anyone looking for something authentic and non-touristy

Probably one of the best seafood spots on the island. I’d start the trip here, straight from the airport, and swing by again before flying home! If you’re into clam, be sure to try the lemongrass clam soup… absolutely amazing. Fresh seafood. Good nam jim seafood (spicy seafood dip) is all that you need.

Stopped by for a quick lunch while waiting for the boat to Anantara Yao Yai Resort. Despite it being a busy Saturday lunch, the food arrived impressively fast. The restaurant offers two seating areas, and I opted for the wooden section, which had a charming ambiance. A great spot for a quick yet enjoyable dining experience.

A true gem in Phuket! Fantastic food, all super fresh! You can still see the crabs, fish, lobster and prawns swimming in the water when you walk up to the restaurant. And the views omg!! When we got there, only local Thai people were there, so it really feels a hidden gem for tourists. Super friendly and helpful staff!! Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely afternoon tea experience included in our accommodation package at The Pavilions. Beautiful presentation, great choice of teas, coffees or juices and exquisite little canapes. And attentive staff. A nice start to a peaceful evening. A shame that a huge development is going up right in front of what used to be a beautiful view of jungle green with the ocean in the distance.

This place is very reasonably priced and very authentic local seafood right next to main route in and out of Phuket. Highly recommend the garlic clams and also the mussels. Best beach club in Bang Tao beach, amazing atmosphere, great service, beautiful place and design. Food was delicious and done to perfection. Only cons, children can’t use the club’s pools, only at nearby resort and the dirty river entering the ocean next to the club making the water quite dirty. Otherwise no complaints.

We were there during the day while they were setting up for the night “white party.” They probably should have just closed for the day, it was very chaotic with setting up stages, music, construction etc. and we were constantly reminded that we were only allowed to stay until 3. The pool was nice but there isn’t really beach access. Ended up going next door to Lazy Coconut and enjoyed that much more.

Catch Beach Club is about a 35–45 minute drive from Patong, depending on traffic. The location is undeniably scenic, especially with its stunning beachfront view, making it a nice spot for a chilled-out afternoon. The venue itself is stylish but relatively small, with two swimming pools — one reserved for adults only, and another open to everyone, including families. It’s a cozy setup, but can feel a bit crowded during peak times. The beach view is gorgeous, but unfortunately, the ocean water is not clean. It was disappointing to see plastic bags and bottles floating around, which really takes away from the overall experience. Definitely not a place you’d want to swim. On the plus side, the drink selection is solid, offering a wide variety at reasonable prices. It’s a good spot to relax with a cocktail in hand. However, the food was a major letdown. We sampled a large part of the menu, and most dishes arrived cold and underwhelming. The only decent item was the pizza, which was just okay — so they get a point for that. We stayed until sunset and left after it got completely dark, and surprisingly, the entire pool area was extremely poorly lit. We had to use our phone flashlights to find our belongings, and no staff came to assist or check in, which felt careless given the upscale image they try to project. To top it off, we spent a bit over 25,000 THB in just about 3.5 hours, which left us feeling like the experience did not match the price tag. Overall: A beautiful setting for drinks and sunset views, but the lackluster food, poor service after dark, and dirty beach take away from what could be a premium beach club experience.

Wasn’t a massive fan of Thai food but I wanted to try some and I’m so glad I did. We tried a bunch of stuff and it was all really good. They were great at adjusting spice levels for us , and basically it’s opened me up to Thai food as a whole , I’ll try eat more now I know how delicious it can be. Staff were all helpful , spent the equivalent of a bit over £100 for four adults and two kids (but no alcohol). Would definitely come here again and recommend to others.

I dined here solo on Aug 25, 2025, and made my reservation online. Service was provided by Mama, Jelly, Amy, Ole, and Bao—all of whom were warm, attentive, and made excellent recommendations. The food was outstanding: flavorful Thai dishes with plenty of variety. I ordered the appetizer sampler, which offered small portions of several starters—a great way to try different things. I also had the Andaman cocktail, which was phenomenal: tasty, unique, and definitely a must-try. Service was quick, friendly, and thoughtful. At the end of the meal, the staff surprised me with a birthday dessert and congratulations—even though my birthday had been a few days earlier and I hadn’t mentioned it in my reservation. It must have been passed along by the hotel, and it was such a kind touch. Dessert was mango sticky rice, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, I was very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend it. The only downside is that even indoors, mosquitoes were an issue—so bug spray is a good idea.

Discovered TAKIENG at Renaissance Phuket Resort—great ambiance and delicious food.🥘 the fish was really tender and I ordered medium spicy so the spice is perfect for me, we ordered little spicy for the salad, but is still pretty spicy so if you cannot eat any spicy food, you should tell them you don’t want spicy at all. And the passionfruit smoothie is so delicious.

Even on our drive to the hotel, we noticed their billboard advertising the “most authentic Thai restaurant ,” which immediately caught our attention. After trying it ourselves, we can confidently say — they live up to that claim. The restaurant enjoys a premium location with beautiful ambience, and the staff are warm, friendly, and trained to a high resort standard. Service was consistently attentive and professional. We chose Takieng as our very first meal upon arriving in Phuket. Fresh off the plane and after checking into the resort, we didn’t have time for research, so we asked the locals for a recommendation. With a place like this, you simply can’t go wrong. It may not be the most “budget-friendly” option, but restaurants of this calibre hold themselves to a standard — they won’t allow subpar dishes or service. And truly, it was worth every baht. The food was exceptionally well balanced, delivering exactly what we expect from high-quality Thai cuisine prepared by chefs with mastery and precise control. Authentic flavours, refined execution — nothing overdone, nothing missing. My wife loved the food so much that she ordered room service from Takieng again the next day, since we couldn’t try everything on the first night due to limited stomach capacity! Overall, Takieng delivered a wonderful dining experience from food to service. If you’re staying in the resort or even passing nearby, this is a must-try for authentic Thai flavours done right. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, very warm hospitality, especially from Mama and her colleagues Jelly, Pond, Pang and Ole. Manager Num was very accommodating. Would definitely come back.

There are many restaurant options in JW Marriot and we chose to give this a go as it was a Thai restaurant. Firstly, the location of this place is really really far from the lobby. It was difficult for people with mobility issues. Thank goodness they called a buggy for us at the end of dinner so we didn’t have to make that hike back. The ambience of the place was nice. We sat indoors and it was a little dark but no complaints. The service was ok. Not the fastest either and we had to keep asking for water top ups. We were initially served taro crackers. We ordered a variety of dishes to share. We shared out with Miang kham which is betel leaf and a mixed of herbs and dried shrimps. I like this dish but it was quite a large amount. Next we had the pandan wrapped chicken which was smaller in portion but also very tasty. The chicken tom kha was creamy. The massaman beef cheeks were superb and the meat was so tender. The vegetarian green curry was average and the deep fried seabass was actually also very nice. To end the night we had the mango sticky rice which was not too special. They also gave us a dessert each which was tapioca and coconut. Overall, nice dishes but the price was extremely steep. A place for special occasions.

Absolutely incredible Thai food! Ate here a couple times on our trip and all of the dishes were excellent. Two good kids menu too, a Thai and western one. The service from Rainbow was welcoming and professional. Would recommend!

We have been here a week and been to Ganja twice. It has been hands down the best Thai food we’ve had in Phuket. The service is spectacular. Our server both times was Rainbow and she is absolutely the best server. So charming. Our family is obsessed with her. Over the top service. Little extras here and there. Great ideas and suggestions. And the food will blow your mind. Tom Ka, massaman curry, pad thai, yellow curry, and several other thai favorites. The mango sticky rice is epic and made even better when you add coconut ice cream. Before dessert, Rainbow brought us this blue tapioca in coconut milk. I don’t know if it was even on the menu, but it should be. Such a special little treat.

decent food, good service, but nothing amazing. we ordered the som tam, morning glory, crispy pork and kaeng som which was a little on the diluted side. the dishes took a while to arrive and they all came together at one go. ideally we should have gotten the som tam first considering that's an appetiser. had the mango sticky rice which probably had the saddest portion of mango i've ever seen for this dessert but the mangoes were at least still nice and sweet. that being said, we really enjoyed the crispy pork! while it was exactly the best thai food, we wouldn't mind coming back to try other dishes as maybe we just didn't order the right ones. we came in the later evening around 8pm and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes around but you can request for mosquito repellant from the staff. we were served by Pam who was very warm, smiley and hospitable.

Tiffin by La Sala is a high-end fine dining restaurant with excellent service & Michelin recommended restaurant.The staff are prompt, attentive, and always serve with a smile, making the whole experience even more delightful. As a vegetarian, I explored both the local Thai cuisine and Indian dishes – and both were equally impressive. From the local menu, I highly recommend the papaya salad, pomelo salad, Thai green curry with tofu, Phuket pineapple fried rice, and of course, finishing with the classic mango sticky rice with coconut milk. From the Indian side, the aloo tikki, aloo gobhi, and dal Anantara paired with garlic naan were absolutely satisfying. Overall, Tiffin by La Sala is definitely worth visiting for anyone who appreciates refined dining, authentic flavors, and warm hospitality.

We had a dinner here at Tiffin by La Salle, the service here was very good. Everyone was so sweet. I ordered a grilled Seabass, Tom Yung Googn with shrimp, pork belly, and spring roll with shrimp, they served us the lotus flower as the appetizer. This is my first time having the lotus flower. It was really unique flavor and I loved it. We also had the breakfast here in the morning, and the breakfast was so good, all the food or while presented and the delicious.

Firstly, customer service was impeccable. It was our anniversary dinner and they had purposely set a table aside for us with a cute note. We appreciated that attention to detail. We only ordered off of the Indian menu because we love Indian food! We got the two set meals, one vegetarian and the other, non- vegetarian. Neither set was good. We asked for medium spice and spicy for the other, neither had any spice. Then the flavor of the dishes was lacking, to the point where there were dishes that had NO FLAVOR (like the potatoes). The only thing that was good was the mint chutney. And the naan was acceptable, being freshly baked. We left more than half of the meal, because it just wasn’t worth it. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We cannot believe that this restaurant is on the Michelin guide list. Do not come here for the Indian food. They also have a Thai section, perhaps that would be good.

Best Thai food ever! The food was flavorful and full of spicy punches that will leave you wanting more. The phad Thai and crab meat curry with vermicelli noodles were especially delicious. In addition to the great food, the restaurant also offers cooking classes taught by their amazing chef. These classes are a great way to learn how to make some of your favorite Thai dishes at home. I highly recommend signing up for a class if you love the food at la sala.

Excellent vegetarian food and service. Papdi chat would do better either less papdi and more yogurt. Samosas were very good. Black dal and paneer were also excellent. Overall, a high quality fine dining restaurant especially if you are vegetarian.

Overall with good experience, staff escorted us to restaurant very well. They are polite & attentive. This restaurant is famous for Indian and Thai foods. The taste is superb, meat crab curry served with thin white noodle is good and Thai taste (you can also order spicy level if you don't eat too spicy), you can also eating this curry with naan.

Came here based on Google map reviews and they didn’t disappoint us. Got a table by the pool with great view without making any reservation on a Saturday evening. Staff are friendly, attentive and prompt. My partner and I both had the Australian Angus ribeye steaks, they were grilled to perfection, it came with 1 side and 1 sauce. While i couldn’t decide to go for the blue cheese sauce or the Thai nam jim jeow sauce, our server was so kind to offer me both without charging me. They were both so tasty and i prefer the Blue cheese best. I had the Cheese spinach for side and it was simply delicious! We were so satisfied with our dinner and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommended if you are around this area.

Let me start off by saying im not a foodie and have never really enjoyed food or understood foodies or why people get excited for food and I have eaten in alot of fancy restaurants. This place had the best burger I have ever eaten. I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was. I did also eat some of my daughters fish and chips kids meal which was also fantastic. It was fresh fish and I ended up finishing hers somthing I never do. To end a long story eat here its amazing

The food options are quite diverse, there is a good variety of meat. Everything we ordered was very delicious! I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the way both the staff and management handled a distressing incident during our recent visit to your restaurant. While I want to clarify that my concerns are not about the food, the experience was severely marred by negligence and a complete lack of follow-up from your management. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and were seated by the window. As the evening progressed, the wind outside began to pick up significantly. As visitors to Phuket, we were unaware of how strong local winds can become during certain weather conditions. Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to warn us, offer to move our party to a safer location, or even close the window as the wind grew stronger. As a result of this inaction, a strong gust of wind lifted a menu off the table, which in turn knocked over a full glass of red wine, soaking both me and my friend. Our clothing was completely ruined. Although the staff apologized and got the owner on the phone, the response we received was unprofessional. The owner requested receipts for the damaged clothing and promised to follow up with us on Monday, as he was out of town at the time. Despite multiple attempts on our part to follow up, we have not heard back from the owner, nor has anyone from the restaurant reached out to us since the incident. This lack of accountability and basic courtesy is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that markets itself as a quality dining experience. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the management reevaluates how it handles customer incidents, especially when it involves guest safety and damage to personal property. We expected better.

Excellent: Food, service, surroundings, and atmosphere. We booked this as our special treat during our holiday and were not disappointed. Great wine, too. The hotel provided a free shuttle for our family back to Bell Villas, too.

Hotel restaurant serving delicious Thai food and cocktails. Pricing is a little high but at least everything is yummy! Cocktails were pretty tasty (surprisingly good - hotel restaurants don’t always get it right - this one seemed to). Food was great across the board. Stir-fried Phuket green leaf was really good actually- a bit of smoky wok hei perhaps. Very generous crabmeat serving in the red curry with crabmeat dish. Pricing is abit on the higher end for Phuket but reasonable by international standards. This is a hotel restaurant (air-conditioned seating) with a view to the pool.

Silk Bar & Restaurant in Phuket is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning design and elegant atmosphere. Went there for the first time. My husband and I are on our honeymoon nearby and decided to try this restaurant inside of Andara resort. We both were pleasantly impressed while just walking into the restaurant. Lovely waiters were very friendly, kind and thoughtful. Our meals we absolutely delicious! 😋 Needless to say that the presentation exceeded our expectations 🙌 It was pricey but well worth it👌

Definetly one of the best food experiences in Phuket. Great atmosphere, fresh homemade food. Even they grow their own spices. You can taste and feel the difference in very detail. Thanks for a great time

It surprised me how lovely this place is as I had read many bad reviews and didn’t expect to walk into what felt like such a posh, very clean, lovely place! But.. they’ve definitely put prices through the sky as it’s where tourists are I assume.. I refused to eat anywhere here in the end as I just couldn’t believe the prices! It’s the same price as eating in the big cities in Australia! I was going to grab a coffee instead of food and even that was $8, the mushroom spaghetti I wanted worked out to about $14/15.. I just think it’s wrong, but then again I’m not rich enough to stay in those resorts either, I am here volunteering for the Soi dog foundation and walked over an hour to get to this village haha I have to budget wisely!

You can find a variety of shops here; cafes, restaurants, souvenir stores, clothes stores, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a playground and of course the legendary 7 eleven! Good spot to buy stuff if you’re staying at the nearby resorts (Anantara & Marriot). During evenings, they have a mini local market selling beautiful handmade goods.

As a guest staying at Marriott Mai Khao Resort, I really enjoy visiting the nearby Turtle Village Shopping Center. It’s a great spot with plenty to offer — whether you want to go shopping, grab a bite to eat, or just relax with a cup of coffee. They have well-known places like Starbucks, Bonchon, Swensen’s, The Coffee Club, and even a Thai restaurant and souvenir shops. It’s super convenient, especially with a 24-hour 7-Eleven right there — perfect for picking up anything you need at any time. It’s a great little hub that makes your stay even more enjoyable.

Turtle Village - Dinning area and shopping mall in Mai Khao Beach. Inside Turtle Village, there are Starbucks Coffee , Burger King, Pizza Company, Bonchon Chicken, The Coffee Club, Basil Thai Cuisine, Mexican Cuisine, Swensen's Ice Cream, Pharmacy, Currency Exchange, General Store, Souvenir Store, Mini Mart and 7-Eleven. Near Turtle Village are hotels such as Anantara Villa & Resort, JW Marriott Mai Khao Beach Phuket, Renaissance Mai Khao Beach, Sala Phuket, and Anantara Vacation Club.

Turtle Village is a quaint shopping area, but I was extremely disappointed to see a live elephant being kept on display for tourists to feed. It was heartbreaking. The animal was standing in a small, unnatural space with no enrichment and clearly distressed. It was clearly there only for photo opportunities. This type of treatment is outdated and inhumane. Elephants are highly intelligent, social animals that require large environments and proper care. Using them as attractions for tourist entertainment is simply unacceptable. Turtle Village should know better and do better. I hope management removes this display and partners with an ethical conservation organizations instead. Until then, I cannot recommend supporting this establishment. I chose not to photograph the elephant to deny its owners any attention.

I was very disappointed to see that the resort allows a booth where an elephant is tied up for feeding and photo opportunities. This kind of attraction is unethical and extremely upsetting to witness. I genuinely hope the resort will reconsider supporting such activities and choose more animal-friendly alternatives in the future.

Pan Yaah Café in Phuket is a lovely seaside spot that combines great Thai food with stunning ocean views. Perched along the Patong coastline, it offers a relaxed, open-air setting perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the sunset. The food is authentic and flavorful — the Pad Krapow was perfectly spiced with just the right amount of heat, the Pad Thai had a great balance of sweet and tangy flavors, and the mango sticky rice was a perfect finish — fresh, creamy, and beautifully presented. The service is warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere feels both cozy and elegant. Prices are slightly above average, but the quality of food and the view more than make up for it. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic dinner or a casual meal by the sea, Pan Yaah Café offers one of the best dining experiences in Phuket, especially if you enjoy classic Thai dishes done right.

A lovely restaurant with a good view across the bay. Serving a wide and delicious range of Thai dishes, duck curry and soup very much enjoyed. Live music started around sunset, whilst they had walk in space booking will ensure you a table with a view.

Nice charming restaurant by the ocean. Great view overlooking the patong beach bay. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Even though they lacked staff, they were still attentive in managing our requests. Food was really good! Not too many local options where we were at so this benchmark is legit (very familiar Thai food eaters)! Tod man plaa fish cakes were so good we ordered twice! Pad grapow beef had two orders too! Then the local leaf veggies with eggs was the bomb! I keep forgetting what’s it called but not too common… soooo good must order! Seafood Tom yum also worthy order. Fried rice was so so imho. If you’re staying nearby, check it out for sure and you won’t regret!

Bit pricey but the food is good. The taste and atmosphere is very good. The staff are okay. If you go as a group the bill will exceed your expectations.

The food is average but the scenery from the restaurant is great! It is a short walk from the Indochine resort where we stayed. It is more pricey compared to other places. We came during lunch but the evening would be even more beautiful.

An exquisite dining establishment situated just beyond Patong, offering exceptionally delectable cuisine and boasting picturesque views of Patong Beach. Served by a highly hospitable staff. For those visiting Phuket, a stop at Themis Restaurant is highly recommended.

Food was awesome! The ambience is a bonus. You could hear the waves crashing on the rocks. The coconut milkshake is a must try! We were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Ma Doo Bua Photo Booth I visited Ma Doo Bua recently and paid 1,900 baht for a photo session, but unfortunately, the experience with the Photo Booth staff was absolutely terrible. The women working there were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. They kept shouting at us, speaking harshly, and showing no sense of courtesy or hospitality. When I politely asked to speak with their manager to address the situation, claimed they didn’t have a manager, and continued to talk in their own language while using their phones and completely ignoring us. I have never felt this humiliated and unwelcome in my life. It was deeply disappointing, especially after paying such a high price for what was supposed to be a pleasant experience. On the other hand, I want to acknowledge the restaurant staff, who were the complete opposite kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. They treated us with warmth and professionalism, which made the experience slightly better. Overall, I would not recommend the Photo Booth service at Ma Doo Bua to anyone. The behavior of the photo staff completely ruined what could have been a beautiful visit. I hope the management takes serious action to address this unacceptable conduct.

The Cafe is picturesque - and has many amazing selfie zones. We took the package of getting our pictures clicked from their Drone and the result was amazing. Though we had to wait for 3-4 hours, but the food was good - though a bit pricey. We were lucky that our slot was moved ahead and our waiting time got reduced. Overall, full worth the price paid.

There is only one “kind of” nice thing in this place and it’s the lily pad pond. It’s nowhere near comparable to the other beautiful things on this island so that already makes this stop completely useless. So then does it have any other redeeming qualities? The food? No. The flavor is mediocre and the prices are not competitive. The view? No. When you sit down and want to look out and enjoy the view you can’t see anything because there’s a massive line in front of the dock at the lily pond. The atmosphere? No. The line moves so incredibly slowly because each person wants to take 50 pictures. Everyone is annoyed and frustrated. The photo opportunities? No. There’s only one good place to take a photo. When you’re sitting on the nets, you can get a little bit of the Lily pads in the background but it doesn’t give you any sense of the ambience. If you take any wider of an angle, you just end up with other people at the end of the dock in your photos. The service? No. the staff never comes over to you unless you call them first. They are too busy corralling the Instagram crowd and making sure that no one gets in and takes a photo without paying first. The food? No. It takes a long time to come out and the quality is mediocre and overpriced. This place is purely for people who walked others to think they are having great experiences, not people who want to actually have great experiences. It is an Instagram trap in its purest form. Go literally anywhere else and you will have a better time and more substance.

I went there last week Friday and Saturday, in attempt to have the water Lilly drone pictures, and I failed both times. The first day we arrived around 12h00, and they said they were fully booked for the day, which was fair given it was noon. But how it was said was rude and dismissive. Fine, we had a meal, a seafood platter, which was very pricey, a our 1100 baht. The sea bass fish and the robeye were the only delicious things there. The mussels were dry and prawns lacking in taste. It would also help of they sliced the prawns open so the spices get in there and it'd be easier to eat. The drinks were very tasty, and service at the restaurant was fast. The restaurant is beautiful and located in a place not far from Phuket town. The water lillies elevate the esthetics, and you can take pictures on the walkway next to the water even if you are not taking drone pictures in the kayak. We went back the next day, arrived at 08h45 as they don't do bookings and had said to come at 08h30. After not finding anyone at the booth and wondering what's happening, another customer directed us inside to get a number, of which we were not 17. The lady giving out the number was irritable when I was asking follow up questions as she wasn't clear on the process. As we sat, I realised she explained better and grew a bit more patient as the morning went. It was raining, so they didn't start ticket sales until the skies cleared up to prevent having to refund people at the end of the day (which they do if they don't get to you by 17h00). Around 09h10 they started selling tickets according to the numbers, and we got a 14h20 slot, which was a bummer as we had a 13h00 tour prebooked. So the ticket is for the entire group, if you are a group of 5 and want individual photo sessions, tou get the same number, then go buy seperate tickets together, hence the late time slots. We were really disappointed to not find anyone to swop with. We spent about 800-1000 baht per person forthe meal. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous, drinks are great, food okay, staff impolite, restaurant staff efficient. If you decide to go, it might be worthwhile to go early and be mentally prepared to spend the whole day if you want the Lilly photos. I don't know about the hotel part

Yes, it is beautiful spot but: 1) reception staff woman was rude while explaining that it all booked 2) you can’t book a boat in advance, w came around 2pm and everything is already booked, so you have to come earlier if you want pic on the boat but we actually was happy enough just with other photos without a boat 3) restaurant menu was really average, for this price it could be better. Chicken wings tasteless - no spices or anything at all. 4) restaurants staff not really friendly, whenever you say thank you - they ignored. The only parking security man was really nice and got tips from us. Still recommend to visit but not for dining

This place is amazing....so beautiful. If you go to Thailand, you have to go here and take pics of the beautiful (lily or lotus) pad leaves. You get in a boat and a drone takes your pics. And the café was delicious. It was a couple hour wait to take the pics but so worth it.

Disappointing experience. Yes the photos look good but the hospitality is horrendous. It’s just a cheap influencer spot. Was raining the day we went so yes the shoot was cancelled but the way they speak to you is like they’re doing you a favour for letting you take pictures at the place. I guess they just need to replace their whole staff. Only one lady was nice and everyone just had a hissy fit attitude.. like they don’t want the so called influencers to be there to just take pictures but also that’s their whole business model so why not embrace it? Also have maybe a few English speaking servers if the whole appeal is for tourists to PAY for taking pictures?

I just had my mom’s birthday celebration here, staying for 3 days and 2 nights — and truly, it was the best decision to bring the woman who gave me life to the very place where Aman itself was born, Amanpuri. The resort is beyond words — simply amazing. I have never seen my mom so happy while celebrating her birthday; she was absolutely overjoyed throughout our stay. I still remember M, the staff who introduced our room — it felt high-tech yet familiar and so comfortable. And also M Jay, who thoughtfully brought us durian chips made by her mother, knowing that my mom loves durian so much. These little gestures, such personal touches, are what make Aman unique. At the end of the day, this is what defines Aman Resorts — heartfelt hospitality, attention to detail, and unforgettable moments.

One thing that impressed me most was the housekeeping service. If you wanna feel like a sexy villain in a Bond film, come here. I thought it’d be perfect to pop my Aman cherry at their first resort with my mum to celebrate our birthdays. I came with insane expectation and voila. I thought my own acts of service style was pretty great, and then I met the service staff here. The Aman Service is legendary, seriously. We never had to ask for anything twice, they remembered everything. Every time we leave the room, they’ll take care of the room like it’s untouched. The team is warm, discreet, anticipatory, and thoughtful to the max. The bedroom is huge, incredibly private and beautifully designed with polished dark wood and their iconic roofing. The pillows and bed are comfy. The gym is spacious with a nice view and they have a boxing ring if you wanna practice Muay Thai. The beach is clean and they even hose down the sand to make it cooling to walk on. The entire resort is also wheelchair accessible. Appreciated that they planned a celebratory surprise for us! I look forward to staying at the other Aman hotels🫰

We always believed Aman hotels were more suited for adults — until our stay at Amanpuri. Now we know that truly exceptional hotels like Aman are perfect for all kinds of travelers, including families. Both we and our children thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, the level of detail and personalized service was remarkable. Whatever we needed, the Amanpuri team made it happen with warmth and efficiency. The wide range of activities kept everyone entertained, and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made it unforgettable. The property itself is stunning — a beautiful expression of traditional Thai architecture. Although Amanpuri is one of the older Aman properties, you would never know it; the maintenance and design standards remain impeccable. Dining was another highlight. Every meal was excellent, with the Thai restaurant being a particular favorite of ours. The food and beverages were consistently outstanding. We did experience a brief issue with the limousine service, but the management team responded quickly and resolved it to our complete satisfaction — a great example of their commitment to guest care. We are absolutely delighted with our Amanpuri experience and have already decided to return next year. A truly exceptional stay in every way.

An amazing location with a private beach and stunning views. We went for brunch. Guests only, apart from the low season. Lovely service as they made a reservation at the gate for Arva, an Italian restaurant. Delicious food and a great view. We were the only diners with total privacy.

We live in Phuket and thought we'd give Amanpuri a try for food and drinks one very rainy afternoon... Pulled up at the gate, where the guard did not invite us in, instead he asked me to get on the phone with staff who advised we needed a reservation and that they would call me back in a couple minutes if we could get a table. Again instead of inviting us into the lobby to wait at least, we were told to turn the car around in a very tight driveway and wait there til staff called back... After waiting some time, I couldn't be bothered. This would never happen in any other 5 star establishment like the Intercontinental or the Rosewood. Perhaps Aman in it's desperate efforts to seem exclusive, has gone so far as to neglect it's customers. We will continue to stay and patronise other 5 star establishments who actually treat their customers and guests nicely. Highly recommend the Rosewood or Intercontinental, much friendlier and nicer staff.

They treated us with great kindness, ensured all our reservations were handled smoothly, accompanied us whenever needed, and gave us a warm and thoughtful farewell. Another precious gem of Thai Southern Cuisine Restaurant in Phuket. Expect a homie local vibe with affordable dishes. They will buy fresh ingredients daily so you have to book ahead and make deposit. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday so check the time before you go. I admire the skill of the chef, all dishes are aromatic and tasty. The fish is the star of the show, sweet meat with flavorful seasoning on top. When you eat with the warm rice, its like a dream come true. CHEERS!

Local Southern Thai Food. Highly recommended. Cozy environment. Nice service. Limited selections but all dishes that we ordered is tasty with generous portions. Definitely revisit❤️ It’d be better to come with a group of 4-6 so you can try many dishes. We came as a couple and order 4 dishes, which barely finished. I really want to try the fried mini buns with thai custard but I was too full😔 P.S. Advance booking via line or DM is highly recommended. The advance deposit 500 baht will be deducted from the bill later on.

Easiest the BEST meal we had in our 4 days in Phuket! Quality of food, depth of taste, service by the staff and the calming ambience made this place such a gem. Multiple Michelin stars and you can totally understand why when you taste the food. Aunty chef was so cool and friendly.

Food : Thai-local phuket food is very good. Tasty and nice decoration. Some menu need to pre booking otherwise can't have. Price is medium to a bit high but food is good enough, taste is unique. Like it! Booking: Booking is needed , they are small local shop with not many staffs. Booking is easy and convenient. Atmostphere: Nice and feel relax , good local decor , not hot even it no aircon. Rest room is good and clean. *Have enough car park that is great, envn it is soil not cement but still in good condition. Menu: I put most of menu here so others can decide before you go.

Good restaurant overall with great service. Liked the ambiance and atmosphere there. Enjoyed the items we ordered other than the fried fish. With all the amazing fried fish varieties available in Thailand, this didn’t impress as much.

Tucked away from the main road, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The ambiance is very peaceful, and the area is impeccably clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. The servers here are fantastic and are incredibly knowledgeable and provide excellent recommendations. Their politeness and attentiveness made the dining experience even more enjoyable. As for the food—simply delicious! Every dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is well worth a visit. Food is a hit or miss, had a raw steak instead of medium-rare, didn't send it back but they also did not charge it. Dined in twice, the menu has many options, Mexican, European, local. The atmosphere inside is very nice. Prices a bit high, probably because of the nearby hotels.

We recently had a truly fantastic dining experience at Bill Bentley Mai Khao! The Mexican food was absolutely outstanding—some of the best we've ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. In addition to the amazing food, the service from your team was excellent and made our evening so enjoyable. A special thank you goes to K. Tina, K. Tai, K. Fon, and K. Tang for their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and making us feel so welcome. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Had the quesadillas, cheese burger and pork rack of ribs. Had 3 kids meals too as kids eat free. Note - the kids burger is pretty tiny but the bolognaise is a sizable portion. Kids quesadillas have only cheese inside. They have some board games and a type of "curling game" which is pretty fun. Do drop by when you're tired of Thai food and desire a dash of Western fare.

Kids ate for free but the mains we ordered doesn’t come cheap. The phad Thai was a great disappointment, beef quesadillas were okay, beef a little tough, for the vegan bowl, portion is for 2-3, way too much for 1. Kids mean chicken rice is actually Asian’s fried rice

I never thought there would be a restaurant like this in Anantara Hotel. The restaurant is very beautiful, the food is delicious, there are many drinks to choose from, the staff are smiling and provide excellent service, and Khun Fon takes very good care of me. Next time, I will invite my friends to come and enjoy it again.

Came here on the Monday Jazz Night. Not only was the atmosphere great, but so was the food & drinks. Smooth live music and perfectly cooked hanger steak for sharing. A bit pricier but worth every bite and especially for this rare and authentic vibe. The place is very lively much later on in the night though.

Came here for our last dinner in Phuket and it was amazing! Every dish we had was delicious but the french onion soup was to die for. Wish I had gotten their names but all staff were very very friendly and welcoming. The drinks were also so yummy and in words of my sister– “It’s one of the best cocktails I’ve had”. Will definitely come back when I have the chance.

A brilliant experience overall! My partner brought me here for my birthday - and we travelled from Patong Beach. The hour-lomg drive up was incredible as we caught the sunset ( so I would suggest timing your reservation to catch the incredible views!). We ordered several dishes (generous portions!) and were serenated by the awesome live band (Mondays and Wednesdays) amidst a comfortable and cosy ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the staff's hard work and dedication- from introducing the various cocktails and dishes, to asking us when we would like the items served! 🥰 This is a great place for a celebration or even just a chill dinner spot. (Tip: try the mushroom risotto if it's available, and the tres leches cake - if you have a sweet tooth)

The only place u should come if u are t craving steak , this place is a new york style classy steakhouse, I came on the jazz night on monday. The jazz music is great! The truffle risotto and the steak are so good🤩

The girls here serve with a smile, the food I enjoyed the most in Patong. I recommend their chicken fried rice and chicken with cashews (dry) Clean and ride place, must try if you are at Patong

The food was great and delicious. The prices are low comparing with other Thai restaurants. Menu is easy to understand (that’s the problem in Phuket). Portions are big and the waitresses are friendly and polite.

staff is nice and it looks clean and tidy. I had something simple namely Thai fish cakes and a beef burger with fries. I have eaten a lot of Thai fish cakes but these were really one of the worst ever. It tasted like fake fish and a factory product of a cheap brand. The burger tasted okay but was covered in grease. The thin French fries were fried well but were so salty that I had to remove it with a paper. This for me never again.

I have been coming to this place for years now, until Covid hit… so, once I was planning return to Patong, first thing was to see, if Corner has survived it. First it said - permanently closed. And then, just shortly before coming - new location! But just around the corner🤩 so, I just run there as soon as I arrived - and it did not disappoint. It is as perfect as ever, the taste, the fantastic staff, cosy atmosphere🥰 I just hope, they can get bigger again. I always remember you, once I think of Thailand❤️

It's a small restaurant near Patong beach. I came along with 6 other people, and all the foods are tasty. I tried the pineapple fried rice and it tastes really good! They also have western menu, like hamburger and chicken schnitzel. The owner can speak german fluently. Price is quite cheap.

Friendly staff but the food is not particularly special. The American Breakfast is a decent deal but the breakfast sausage comes with the English Breakfast and unfortunately the price goes up significantly. Cute little restaurant though.

Such a great authentic Thai restaurant, right on the beach! We came at a slow hour so we didn't have to book a table in advance, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace right next to the beach view which was absolutely amazing. The staff was very kind, and we were shocked at how fast the food we ordered was ready. We ordered the som tom (papaya salad) that was simply divine and so full of flavors. Another local dish we tried was the fried long beans - delicious and very fresh. For mains we ordered the green curry with chicken that was very tasty and rich, and my least favorite dish was the stir fried yellow noodles with pork, as the pork was a bit dry and the sauce didn't have as rich flavors as I expected. Overall, this was a great authentic Thai lunch, right next to the sea view, and you can't really ask for more than that.

Looks modern when you enter. They lead you to the beach where the tables are situated. The menu has so many items to choose from. I didn't try the Thai food as I've been here long enough. The hamburger I had was ok, nothing exciting. Ambience is awesome and a great sunset view awaits...

Food: Reasonably priced and generous portions Service: Exceptional Atmosphere: Great spot for sunset, but the monsoon rain came a little too soon. They did not treat me a solo traveller (in transit) any lesser. Attentive and jovial all the time. Usually restaurants tend to ignore solo traveller, giving them bad spots and forgetting them altogether. Had Pad Thai Prawns, a mojito and a banana pancake for 490 THB. Food tastes a reasonable 4 for a semi Thai like me.

Nice place on the beach but can eat inside with open sides as well that was perfect. Liked the Thai food, just the BBQ chicken was a bit bland and sauce not very nice The service was good and pricing reasonable, would recommend and will come again. Thank you.

Some vegetarian/vegan options but they seem able to cater so def try speaking with them to check what they can do even if it's not in the menu

Beautiful design and atmosphere. I ordered pineapple rice and tom yum, both dishes were brought together so in the end I could not enjoy as one of them got cold as I finished first. Pineapple rice was lacking salt and spices, only distinguishing smell was pineapple flavor. What I liked that tom yum was really not spicy as per my request.

Place is really nice but food not so much. I had dumplings and could feel some parts of the cake more harder which means that probably they were frozen. Chicken wings very fat, not a lot of taste. I haven’t try the fish but my friend liked it. Smoothie was the best from it, very delicious. Nice that at the end we received plate of fruits.

A pleasant surprise from the same owners as our beloved Kin Dee! Elephant House offers a refreshing mix of Western cuisine and Thai street food. The Spaghetti Chicken Carbonara was a highlight, with a rich and creamy sauce and generous portions of chicken. The Grilled Pork Neck was also delicious, cooked to perfection. The Ham Cheese Mushroom pizza and Chicken Wings were decent, but not as impressive. Overall, a great option for those craving Western flavors in Phuket, and a nice change of pace from traditional Thai cuisine.

The wait was slightly longer for the main course. For the appetiser I had the beef carpaccio, which was delicious. I also tried the salad, where the balsamic vinegar dressing was delicious. The bread there was very nice. For the main I had the gnocchi lamb ragout which was quite delicious. The raspberry gelato was the star of the meal, being perfectly balanced in acidity and freshness. Overall very delicious with the best service I’ve experienced, but was slightly expensive

Was really excited to try this after eating so much thai food. But only a few of the things we got were worth while and several were actually really bad. The lobster crab soup should be an easy homerun, but was fishy and had hardly any meat. We really appreciated the gluten free options and liked both the gluten free pizza wnd bruschetta that we got. But we had really bad lasagna, really bad carbonara, and one pizza that was not good at all.

It's pizza was good. Not tried it this time round. Pasta are good too. Seafood are very fresh and grilled well. Mushroom soup, meatball and porcini Mushroom risotto were out of this world!!! Must try!

Best Food! Our waitress Mai was wonderful. a wonderful atmosphere with the the superb live music (though do not know the Band (from SouthAmerica) -- they were truly talented. Thoroughly rejoyed Truffle ravioli, lasagne, mushroom soup, brischetta, pizzas, beef meatballs and casesar sslad-- twice in 4 days!

We ordered the Mamma Mia Sharing Set for two, and it was a feast! The Antipasti platter was generous, with ample Italian cold cuts, Bruschetta, and Calamari. The main course offerings - Surf & Turf, Gnocchi, and Salami Pizza - were flavorful and satisfying, despite not being huge portions. And the dessert platter, featuring Tiramisu, Bread Pudding, and Chocolate Mousse, was the perfect sweet finale.

I had a delightful experience at Cucina. The all-around food was fantastic, with one small exception: the Carbonara had a bit too much pepper for my taste, but it was still quite enjoyable. The standout element of my visit was the impeccable service provided by Golf and Pang. They were genuinely attentive and lovely throughout the meal, making it an unforgettable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved the food. We ate there several times during our stay, and everything we ordered was great. I tried the hot dog, it was quite tasty ! Their Wagyu burger was uniquely delicious so I recommend it highly ! Their mango sticky rice was also a hit, though if you want black sticky rice, make sure to order it a day ahead since it needs to soak overnight. The only downside was the lack of a hand wash station in the restaurant, which would’ve been handy given the sandwiches and burgers on the menu. But other than that, everything else was spot on!

Loved the food we ordered, butter chicken was legit.The Goa fish curry delicious, and complementing the heavy rain outside with its flavours, The chicken tikka was juicy n not dry. We ordered papadchat as appetizer,. The food was comforting away from home. Chef atul was amazing

A great place to be with family if you are staying at JW or Marriott Phuket Beach resort or Marriott Mai khao beach resort. Friendly staff, eager to help. Food wise plenty to savor from the menu. Thai dishes are well curated and their bakery is to die for specially the Sugar Donut, Cream Cheese crossiant :) Watch out for when you give instructions for your special request such as some customised dishes for babies, more spicy, less spicy etc. make sure they have noted it and not missed. We asked for a soup noodles for baby, and specifically asked for different veggies, yet they ended up with only carrot. They charged different value for same dish on different days e.g kods soup noodles charged free on Day 1, THB160 on day 2, THB250 on day 3 and so on. So be mindful to check your bills and discount if any applicable to your Bonvoy membership. Overal good place if you are swimming and want to grab something quick at the JW Marriott

Bakery. Pizza. Burgers. Indian food. Thai food. Coffee. Name it the list goes on. The day you don’t know what to eat. Head to Siam deli and the selection is amazing. End up with a nice selection of ice cream and a double espresso.

The Phuket booster smoothie was very nice, with a nice touch of ginger to it. The double cheeseburger was also nice, but the fries were underseasoned and could have used some help. The service was average and lower than my expectations, as this restaurant is in a Marriott hotel. Overall, a pleasant bite for lunch and viable as a light snack, but not enough formal for dinner.

Once again, rated one of the best breakfast experiences in this part of the world. Food selection, drink variety, top service from door to table. Recommend the French toast. Shout out to ‘Rachen’ and ‘Aun’ and ‘Futt’ and ‘Min’ and the team keeping the guests happy.

The JW cafe has an amazing buffet with a great variety of delicious dishes. The staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to ensure every need of the guest is met. A culinary journey at its finest! When I saw the sign advertising that this special edition of buffet offera dishes from all the restaurants in JW Marriott Phuket, I was sold. Standout dishes for me included the roast pork belly, cold crab, Picanha roast beef, tom yam goong, milk pork, and massaman chicken. And for desserts, the bread butter pudding and signature Tiramisu were divine. The staff provided top-notch service, attentive and friendly. A must-visit for foodies and those seeking a exceptional dining experience!"

Had a wonderful experience at JW Cafe! The cafe was toddler friendly, they have baby chair and children plate, cup and utensils. The staff (Ladda, Cloud and May) were also friendly and attentive to our needs. Knowing that we were interested in the large French toast, it was prepared for us on our last morning there. It was surely a memory to keep! Thank you JW Cafe staff for making our stay here memorable!

I don't often do reviews, but this one is needed! The french chef here is so friendly, the steaks are tender, pasta delicious, beef carpaccio to die for! best french restaurant in Bangtao i ate in! Cocktails are another level, and very affordable prices We were really full but decided to try the recommended creme brulee dessert. The taste was sooo soft, malted in my mouth.

Great place with excellent food, service and drinks. Been around for over 20 years and been many times. Still love this place and many of the same people have been employed there for a long time. Highly recommend.

Really loved the French food, the steak is so soft, and the striganoff sauce with pasta is amazing. Also tried the cheese pie with beef and the cordon blue, was so yummy we got a take away 😋 If you are in Bangtao try it

After reading some indifferent reviews I thought I'd give this restaurant a go. The restaurant is quite large inside with a bar area and lots of seating. There is no air-conditioning however there are lots of fans installed to keep the air circulating and the environment a comfortable one to sit and enjoy a meal. The menu is quite large with both French and Thai options. In the end I settled on Thai, ordering some spring rolls, red chicken curry and steamed rice. All the food was delicious and the service very attentive. I asked for the curry to be a little bit spicy and it was delivered to perfection. A bit of a zing however not even to drown out the lovely flavours. With the meal and two singha beers adding up to 510 Baht, I thought it was pretty good value and definitely worth checking out.

Had diner last night and shared with a friend of mine a fantastic piece of beef with homemade French fries and béarnaise sauce.Top! It is not the first time that I have been at Black cat and both the French food and the Thai food are excellent . Also excellent value for money! Highly recommended !~

This restaurant is always very busy when we ride past so we decided to give it a try and were very happy we did. The waiter WUT was excellent and very attentive and looked after our needs. Was there last night for dinner with my friends new made friends in Phuket We ordered wine 🍷 to start with the service was very slow and sporadic! The wine was as finished in our glasses and no one to come to refill the glasses as wine was in a 🧊 bucket 🪣 We ordered the the tenderloin & country potatoes 🥔 along with ribeye and mashed potatoes 🥔 plus the chocolate mousse (no whip cream was served with it like mentioned on here as selection) the mouse very rich and creamy Crème brûlée 🍮 was also ordered but very very full after the meal The tenderloin was a bit raw for my liking I ordered medium well no pink but it was quite raw! I wanted to say something but the sever staff was too busy and slow not paying attention to customers! But food and prices are quite reasonable 🙏🏼🙏🏼 The extra mushrooms 🍄 I ordered were practically raw and not cooked throughly 🙃!

When we visit Phuket, Sandbox is definitely on top of our to-go place. My family and I have been coming for a few years and every time i feel like coming home. The place and atmosphere is so relaxing, my kids and husband are happy and relaxed, so am I. There is this beach feel/ a bit of glam/ but easy going with feet in the sand! The real difference is in the staff who all makes us feel so welcomed, making sure we are well looked after and all our needs are met. Our last visit was 2 years ago and when we came back this trip, the staff still remembered us which made the visit very special! I am specially thankful for how they went the extra mile. My husband and I loved the tomahawk steak which is no longer on their menu, we asked Pong the manager if we could have it again during this trip. He worked his magic and the chef managed to get it for us the following night!! Cooked beautifully!! It really warmed my heart to see how they gave us a 6-star service. The team is also so delightful, looking after us and the children: Eng, Aosom, May, Pong, and the many others I didn’t mention. I highly recommend Sandbox not just for the food but for the perfect place to relax, enjoy and build new memories with your loved ones!

Great place with superb service. There are many halal options in the menu. We were fortunate to be served by the outstanding waiter, Mokhd. His service was impeccable — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every recommendation he made perfectly matched our tastes, showing not only expertise but also a sincere effort to understand our preferences. He clearly and respectfully explained the halal food options, which is something we deeply appreciate. The entire experience was truly five-star. We would be delighted to return to this cozy and atmospheric place again.

We stayed at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa during our international trip post pandemic and absolutely loved the vibrant dining scene. Sand Box- Beachfront Bar & Eatery was about a casual and fun vibe. We had 2 of our dinners at the newly revamped Sand Box - Beachfront Bar & Eatery. Known to be one of the most exclusive beachfront dining spots on the island, the 60 seater open restaurant with a sand base and wooden ceiling serves exciting recipes by Chef Jakub Mares. It’s got a modern tropical design and a cool open concept kitchen. One can't miss the big beautiful bar which makes its stunning impression when one enters. Lamps not just illuminate the bar well but also make the place look phenomenal. Right opposite the bar was the open kitchen where yummy dishes were being prepared. The menu at Sand Box is carefully crafted by ‘Chef Jakub Mares’ Executive Chef of the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa who has extensive experience and a huge repertoire of various cooking techniques. Some recommend dishes include Sesame Tuna Summer Rolls, Grilled Siray Bay Octopus, Sticky Barbecue Pork Ribs, Truffle & Gold Pizza, Pappardelle, and Grilled Phuket Pineapple. The friendly staff greets its customers with a bright smile offering an international menu. The best part was that it also had Indian cuisine. We ordered a mix of Indian and Italian dishes. From Indian menu, we ordered Dal Makhani, Murg Makhanwala, Lamb Rogan Josh as well as Paneer Butter Masala. All of them came with paratha, poppadum and basmati rice. We got to know that the chef was from India and we are glad he did a fabulous job in retaining the flavours of the dishes which we loved. Paratha was also thin, flaky and great. We are sure many tourists as well localities would be coming again and again for these delicacies. We had heard of the brand-new Italian imported wood fired pizza oven - delivering the best freshly baked pizzas daily so we had to have Pizza. We requested if we could get capsicum, olives, onion toppings and to my surprise, the server said it could be done. The flat base pizza made infront of our eyes was such a yummilicious delight. Finger lickin chicken wings were sweet. I am honestly used to the spicier version. Spaghetti Aglio Olio was made in a classy manner. Fish and Chips were crisp outside and soft inside. Served with fries, they made for a great delight. We also tried the Chicken Burger which was made on special request and it was yummy. Time for desserts and we had Monster cookie for two. The Peanut Caramel ice cream paired with butterscotch sauce and nuts was remarkable. Seasonal fruit platter came with Thai fruits… absolutely loved the taste and flavours. Our dinner is incomplete without amazing mocktails. Me and my family tried Virgin mojito, Ice tea as well as Mango juice. All were amazing. You can also tip your toes in the sand or laze away the day with a laid-back tropical vibe with refreshing Sand Box’s signature craft drinks such as Watermelon Caiprinha, Venetial Spritz, and Gin-Spired Flight. You can also join Evenings at Renaissance - the brand's signature bar ritual activity every Wednesday to Saturday from 6:00 - 7:00PM where they can enjoy complimentary local punch bowl crafting session led by the resort’s house mixologist ‘Benz’ and mingle with others like-minded discoverers.

We are staying at the Renaissance Phuket for the weekend and tried Sand Box Beachfront Bar and Eatery for dinner. We ordered the seafood tower, which really surprised me — the serving was generous, and we really enjoyed it. The whole crew was very accommodating and friendly, especially May and Num.

After a dive trip, we just wanted to relax for a day before catching a flight. Didn't want to go anywhere, so just hung out at the resort and had dinner at this casual beachfront restaurant. It's lovely as you dine with sand between your toes, listening to the lapping of waves. Food is great and we throughly enjoyed the ambience, food and service. It's highly recommended!

Taste is our go-to place for our family if we want guaranteed good food. The Sunday brunch is creative and great value. Their recently launched breakfast and lunch menu is amazing with HOMEMADE sausages and hashbrowns. Our favorites on the menu is fish taco, any of the flatbreads, burgers, and their dessert. Good cocktails and friendly staff make it a perfect evening spot as well.

What a wonderful bar and restaurant! The owners, Jade and Martin, are so welcoming. You will feel just right at home here with excellent food and booze. The service is also top-notch! Highly recommend to try their Spanish Gin and tonic, it so refreshing and delicious. We will definitely be back for sure.

My family and I had such a good experience here. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and our server was incredibly kind and attentive the whole time. The food was excellent, and the mango crumble with their homemade vanilla ice cream was honestly one of the best dessert we've had in a long time. We'll definitely be back.

This restaurant is family oriented, the food is spectacular, always arrives perfect and the service is excellent. Taste has been in the restaurant business for 20+ years—you can trust them with anything. This restaurant has my highest recommendation. Definitely eat here if you are in need of some delicious classic food with a twist.

And an unbeatable price for their daily 4 courses menu at 550baht, where else can you find that deal on this island ? Staff at Audy restaurant is amazing, catering to your every need, helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and so reasonably priced that we ate there every day. Pad Thai, delicious. Massaman Curry, delicious. Mango Sticky rice, delicious. Everything we had there was wonderful. They also have a spot down on the north end of Surin Beach. You can get most of the food options as the restaurant (I think they bring some of it down from the main restaurant) and eat or drink by the beach while watching the sun set.

Good value with great service. Close to the Surin Hotel and beach nearby. We tried the Phad Thai, green curry with chicken, spring roll and the morning glory. Standard quality but the service and hospitality makes up for everything else.

Cozy outdoor place next to the surin beach. Wide menu of cocktails, drinks and delicious meals from international and local cuisine. Highly recommended, prices are acceptable and we had really nice time.

Aroi sut sut! One of the only places in the area that has reliably served delicious meals that have never made me sick. Outstanding service and food at Audy! We found them at Surin Beach where we had THE BEST coconuts of our lives. They took us back to their restaurant and we had an exceptional meal. The whole fish and crab were standouts. Value for money, it's very hard to go past Audy. We will be back! 🙌

Fantastic family owned restaurant on the road just up from Outrigger resort Surin. We have tried a few restaurants in this area and nothing comes close as far as authentic Thai food is concerned. Great service and friendly people. Highly recommend this restaurant. Well priced and the staff will also pick you up from the front of the Outrigger resort and drop you back later.

Food was great, especially the stir fried soft shell crab with curry powder 😍 The boss owner was very entertaining and not pressuring at all, and is located at the convenient place near Marriott Mai Khao Sok (back entrance). Family-run business, and it is reflected by the homely food that was cooked for us. Portion was also quite generous. Place looks a little bit outdated, but I guess it is also where they reside and adds to the homely feeling! Will definitely come back to this unassuming place.

Food was average. The dishes were not up to our expectations. They did not seem to match the rating. The shrimp was not that fresh and the presentation of the food was not good. The service was great though! As we went after proper lunchtime, JJ served us personally. However, he forgot about the rice we ordered. Atmosphere was average.

Very good, fresh and local experience. JJ was very welcoming of our family and went out of his way to help with my kids. Delicious food and good value - just a short walk along the beach from the Marriot. Well worth it!

We looked for local food and found that place…..it can’t be more family than this. The food was very nice and the recommendation from JJ was worth trying. Very tasty and the prices do not reflect the love which the dinner was prepared ….in Europe you would pay 15 times more…. I am grateful to have met JJ and his son, what a wonderful and happy family in a spot you would not expect that quality and happiness…..come and see and eat all you can because it’s worth it 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Excellent dishes. Welcoming staff. At a walking distance from Marriott Mai Kao beach. All the dishes we tried are so delicious. Reasonable price so you can eat here repeatedly while you stay at Marriott Beach Club

Great food and homely ambiance. Must visit if you’re in the area. We had tom yum fried rice, soft shell crab yellow curry, pad thai, and grilled prawns. All were delicious! JJ and family were friendly and pleasant. We had a great time and would visit again in the future! 🙏🏻
