Big Tom's strikes me as a classic locals diner. The kind of place that has plenty of regulars. Everything we ordered was quite good and the portions were big to say the least. The average eater could easily share a single meal with a friend and be satisfied. My daughter had the Cuban sandwich and made the claim that it was about the best she has had! I especially enjoyed the cole slaw that came with my meal. The service was friendly and efficient to top it all off. Big Tom's is a winner if you ask me.

Our dinner tonight. My wife got the cheeseburger with fries and slaw. I got the chicken, mushrooms, and gravy, but I subbed white gravy for the brown. Side salad along with my side choices of warm cinnamon apples and cottage cheese. (I mix them together) We arrived around 5:30ish. It wasn't real busy. We were seated fast and overall the service was great. I didn't get our waitress name, unfortunately. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had no complaints. We left with our bellies full, and leftovers. We've eaten here several times, and it has always been a great experience. 10/10

This place has a nice casual atmosphere with excellent food and service! My server Alyssa had me sold in the reuben sandwich when she mentioned that they cure the beef in-house! I highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

I was looking for a place to eat breakfast, and I found this diner. Highly recommended, if you are in a Keto Diet, they have different breakfast platters with eggs and/or chicken and steak. The service was phenomenal.

One of my favorite diners in Winter Haven. They have breakfast all day. After going to breakfast places all over Winter Haven, I found the waffles here to be the absolute best. They were just not too crunchy and tasted smooth. I haven't had a better waffle around. As for lunch and dinner, they have just about everything at a reasonable price. Highly prefer.

I'm a fan of the retro era, and this restaurant nails it. The staff wear diner uniforms and the walls have posters that make you feel like you went back in time. My husband and I have come here 3 times now, and this is what we ordered last time. My husband ordered the supreme breakfast burritos with a side of potatoes, and I ordered a pancake, eggs, and sausages. They were really good. They give you so much food for less money than in fast food restaurants. Big Tom's Diner is one of those restaurants that caused us to no longer buy breakfast in fast food restaurants. This is quality breakfast for less. Their corned beef hash is to die for, I ordered it the first two times we came for breakfast. The eggs Benedict and their potato casserole are amazing. Their biscuits are big and fluffy as well. Great service and food for an affordable price! 🍽️

We had an incredible dinner, made even better by our amazing server, Erica! From the moment we sat down, Erica made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was warm, knowledgeable, and had perfect timing throughout the evening. Her recommendations were spot on, and you could tell she truly cared about our experience. The food was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—but Erica’s exceptional service is what made the night truly unforgettable. She’s a gem, and the restaurant is lucky to have her. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her again!

The quantity of their food is getting smaller, but their prices have gone up. I use to like ordering from here because of their prices and flavor. Although, their Tortas have always been on the smaller side. It still wasn’t bad for $5 before. I went a couple days ago for lunch and now they’re $8! this? the smallest Tortas I’ve ever seen. Raising your price 60% of the original price is too much for something this small. I don’t mind paying $8-$12 for a Torta other places because they’re 2x the size of what Tacos my friend serves. Their tortillas are getting smart and more oval shape to skimp out on the masa. Do better - I won’t be back. The vegetables weren’t fresh they tasted old and their green salsa was way watered down.

Food was subpar for me. I get birria tacos from a lot of different places and this place does not even compare. Totally flavorless including the bean and rice, very bland food. Also, I don’t see the need in doubling the tortillas .My husband raves about this place but I was not impressed. Maybe it was an off day.

First time ever trying and honestly, as soon as I put it in my car it smelled so good I couldn’t wait to eat it. At first I was like why was this $25 but then I was like OHHH THIS IS SO GOOD not cheap Mexican but like Legit and tasty! Highly recommend

It's the best food truck I have ever had. This place serves up real authentic alimento . We are from North Carolina but we lived in the area for about 5 months when I was doing some work in the area and this place was a mainstay 4 years ago. Fast forward 4 years and we went an hour out of our way traveling to our vacation spot just to come here. It's THAT good. I highly recommend the gorditas as this is one of the few places I've found that serves them up authentic. Well worth the trip.

Food was just okay, and they overcharged me. Told me the bill was $53 and charged my card for $59. Hardly no food for the price. Won't be going back because of nonsense like that.

Pizza was pretty good. Flavor and texture of ingredients were spot on. Wedidn’t really like our waitress passion for serving , but we were relieved when the managers came over to ask. How is everything. Other than that I would come back and try more of their pizza options. Cauliflower crust is available, but only at a certain size. The garlic knots were everything Crispy cheesy and freshly made. The aesthetics and decor is so much fun to take pictures with as well. Great place to go right in the heart of downtown with a garden.

Great service, fast seating and the staff was very friendly. My wife and I ordered the lunch special and garlic knots. I usually prefer a more doughy pizza, the slices were thin and very crispy. Not sure if maybe that’s due to the reheat of the individual slices. All around a good experience and some pretty decent tasting pizza

Went here for some late night eats. The pizza was delicious! Also got s side of meatballs and an arugula salad that were both tasty. The staff is wonderful! The have the coolest bathroom I've ever seen with a gold toilet and a button to push for music. It's a whole vibe there!

West of Orlando, in Winter Garden, AJ’s Pizza Joint is serving some amazing za. I’ve been meaning to try them for a while because they offer a variety of styles of pizza, including New York, Sicilian, and Detroit. When getting a table on a Sunday afternoon the hostess said a table was about a 20 minute wait but we could sit at the bar (which looked full to me) but she pointed out their “pizza bar” which was further back in the restaurant and instead of having the bar and tv backdrop was set up to see their kitchen assembling and baking the pizzas. To a foodie, this was the best seat in the house, and I’d recommend and would prefer sitting there in the future so I can see how the magic is made. The person expediting (which turned out to be JC – the general manager) gave us menus and told us to let him know if we had any questions as soon as we sat down. Our server came to get our drinks and order shortly after. We watched JC quality control (checking for a proper cook and undercarriage) on every pizza that came out of the oven before finishing and sending them out (even sending one or two back when he thought they needed another minute in the oven (serious props for the attention to quality and detail). We got garlic knots and a meatball slider to start. Both were great, but I’m partial to a good homemade meatball (bonus points that I could order just a single slider instead of a set). Our Roni Detroit pizza came out, but these pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautiful. Crispy cheese edge, thick but fluffy crust, cupped pepperoni, and thick red sauce spread across the top. Everything about this pizza hits right for its style, melty and crispy cheese, fluffy interior, hearty tomato-forward sauce, and freshly grated parm on top. With the apps, we only at one slice each, but I’m not mad about having leftovers to be able to eat later. While the Detroit-style pies run about $30 each, you could get at least a couple of meals out of a single pizza, especially if you get or have any apps or a salad with it, and even at that, the quality of the food is absolutely worth the price in my opinion. JC chatted with us while very steadily cracking out food the whole time, and the servers were also very nice. We’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend everyone who enjoys good pizza to check them out! Also, looking forward to trying their NY style pizza, they all looked great, and JC said they do great specials and pizza by the slice during the weekdays around lunch!

Tried this place for the first time since opening I can say by far this is the best pizza joint opened in downtown winter garden area. Seating selection is limited with dining outside , at the bar, or at a table inside. Jamie and Bree the new manager took care of us the entire time they were very nice since the moment we walked in until the moment we were walking out and that’s what customer service is all about and nowadays that is very rare to find. Bree the new manager goes above and beyond she went around asking guests including my table how everything was and is actually concerned about your feedback on the restaurant. The food was really good I got the garlic knots, and the Detroit style pepperoni pizza nice crispy edges very well proportions definitely recommend this spot for anymore who’s looking for a night out with the family or even taking a girl out for a first date I love the atmosphere very vibrant and welcoming, and the aesthetics throughout the entire restaurant are immaculate. I definitely will be coming back. I understand why the winter garden pizza company went out of business I highly recommend AJ’s pizza. No reservations are needed but the wait can be up to 25 minutes maybe longer depending on how busy they are.

This was my 2nd time eating here and I have to say it does not disappoint! Ordered the ceaser salad which was plenty for 2 people and tried the margarita pizza and it was crispy and delicious! I love pizza and this place really makes it great. Take a trip to the restroom and hit the party button for a fun way to end your restroom trip. Grab a table inside or out or sit at the bar and watch sports or sit at the bar top which faces the kitchen and watch them create your delicious masterpiece. If I am in winter garden and pizza is a calling AJ's is my stop!

We really enjoyed AJ’s! My vegan husband ordered the Bushwick Vegan and loved it. I got the Maui Wowie Detroit and WOW — 30/10! The cheese and marinara sauce were unlike anything I’ve had before. Cocktails were delicious, and we had such a great lunch sitting at the bar watching the game. My only regret is not ordering dessert.

Bought a family size taco kit. Cold and old food. The online order said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Showed up in 30 min and it was cold so.it had been sitting out awhile. They forgot the chips and the lettuce was brown and soggy looking. It was the first thing i saw when picking up the order. The food is also bland. Not surprised this food chain isnt doing well.

Nice spot in a nice area. The service was good. The tacos were excellent also. Just wish they had actual bottles for their hot sauce. Seems like the location could use more attention.

Kid taking the order … no personality… no expression.. can’t hear him if he talks… cause he doesn’t explain anything… but he will argue with you… I approach him to ask about items that I ordered but didn’t receive.. he says “NO” you asked about those items… you didn’t order them… I explained that I ordered the items… kid brings it out… cold…. Which brings me to my order… everything was cold and soggy…. But the beer was warm… yeah… yummy…. I left… just left the food and beer on the table… None of the staff interact… and when they call your name to deliver your food… Blondie with the achene tosses it on the table and runs…. Establishment is absolutely filthy…. I will never come back

Mama had the two taco meal and I had the beef burrito. The tacos were a pretty good size you can see the picture and the burrito had some heft to it. The flavor was good and the salsa that came out with the chips was really good also. There was a really large selection of different hot sauces you could try with colorful names. The place was clean and the service was friendly. They have Coke products I always get a diet Coke. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice lunch or dinner.

Overall, it was okay-good. Some things were meh. The queso is yellow (not white) and was meh. Nothing special, sorry we ordered the larger size. The Atomic bombs were very good but better adding the various sauces they offer (best part of the visit) Quesadilla had plenty of chicken and filling! Shrimp and cilantro rice bowl was good according to my husband. The side order of the Mexican rice was terrible. Skip that. There are about 12 hot sauces you can try and that was fun! Chips came with our meal so we tried most of the sauces. Overall it was okay-good. I probably will not go back.

Unfortunately, after today’s visit, I won’t be returning or recommending this location. I’ve noticed the food quality has declined over the years. A few months ago, I ordered the chicken tacos and was surprised by how much the chicken tasted like it came from a can. I gave it another try today and ordered a burrito bowl with extra blackened chicken, light rice, and extra lettuce. The bowl barely had any chicken, though to be fair, they did provide a small cup of extra when I pointed it out. Two stars because they did try to correct the issue. Still, at $15, it just wasn’t worth it. Disappointed overall.

Such a fun and delicious experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and so sweet to my kids. The restaurant is very casual and a perfect place to stop after a long day at the theme park. I love that they put their nachos on a long tray so that the proportions of toppings to chips is perfect. Honestly all the food was amazing! Big thank you to Sara for going above and beyond to just make our day.

If you’re looking for homemade cooking, this is a perfect place for you. You get large portions at a decent price. The waitress we had was attentive, friendly and knew the menu and gave good recommendations. Food was delicious and we ended up taking home half of what we ordered. Lots of seating and lots of free parking. The decor was of antiques and vintage paintings and art. And while we were there, we noticed a lot of regulars. Loyal customers 👍🏼.

My husband picked up breakfast for me from here on Mother’s Day, and I was really looking forward to it. The food looked great online, the reviews were solid, and it's only five minutes from home. I ordered three pancakes, over-easy eggs, bacon, and onion rings. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The onion rings had almost no batter, though they were still surprisingly flavorful. The eggs were supposed to be over-easy but were cooked all the way through, and the pancakes were very rubbery it seemed like they had way too many eggs in the mix. Overall, everything besides the onion rings lacked flavor or proper texture. I wish I could get my $30 back definitely not the kind of experience I was hoping for, especially on Mother’s Day.

First off the food was ok. The bad thing they don't tell you prices for any add-ons. Do don't mind paying for add-ons. I got the Meat Lovers Omelette and I added mushrooms, onion, and tomato. In no world I would think Mushrooms would be 3.01 Onions 1.66 and Tomatoes 1.99. and didn't get much of each of them in the omelette. I ask the waitress about the price and she said the don't tell The customer prices on add-ons and that the price of everything has gone up because of the stuff going on. I understand prices of went up a little but the chart of somebody almost half of what the amount cost for three vegetables is a little ridiculous. FYI-also the prices on the menu are cash prices not prices if you use your debit or credit card just to beware. We will not be back. So for two omelettes and two coffees and a cup of gravy it was $60 with tip.

Was excited to visit this morning like we do when family is in town as this was our favorite local diner. Unfortunately, our visit was highly disappointing. Walking into a near empty dining room at 9am should have been a clue. The server struggled to take our orders. Food took longer than usual and was served to our table in three trips for four dishes. To my utter surprise, the chicken tenders ordered by my SEVEN year old rang up to $19. Never been to a restaurant where a child ordering was served an adult meal costing more than adult meals. All this to say we won’t be back. It felt like there was a shift in ownership and/or leadership.

5 stars knocks this one out of the park! Plenty of parking, staff is so friendly and knows the menu! I hope you get Rainy from Seattle (yes, that's her name) she is so sweet!Atmosphere is fun to see the vintage signs on the wall. Seating is comfortable. Menu is quite large, and so are the portions! There is something for everyone. Eggs over medium were cooked perfectly! Can't wait to go back and try the cowboy southern benedict!!!

Overall good experience. The food was fresh and tasty. The environment was small and friendly. Charming rooster decor. Service was surprisingly quick. Overall a good place to enjoy your typical homesome breakfast. Well recommend.

We stopped for breakfast. My eggs were cooked perfectly, country potatoes were good not a fan of the bacon. For me it had a strong taste. Hubby had Chicken fried Chicken / White pepper gravy and Scrambled eggs with a big biscuit. He had no complaints. We will return to try something else.

This place is overpriced. The pizza taste worse than a microwave pizza from the grocery store not one thing taste authentic. They are extremely rude. Yeah this is definitely a place not to take your family and definitely not to eat at.

Messy place. Ordered Greek salad look what I got- spinach, olives and cheese. Missing 3 ingredients out of 6 When I called to asked the lady had the audacity to tell that they make two kinds of Greek salad I should have told them to add tomatoes and cucumber. I ordered from their menu and clearly is only one type of Greek salad. The audacity and the arrogance from these ppl I ll never order from here again

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! The flavor was incredible — true New York style, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. My mom even said she felt like she “died and went to heaven” after her first bite! The service was just as impressive — quick, friendly, and attentive. Our food came out fast, piping hot, and everything tasted amazing. Giovanni’s New York pizza has definitely become my new go-to spot in Winter Haven. Highly recommend!

The people were friendly and didn't rush us to place our order. The pizza was delicious wasn't burned or over cooked it was perfect. If I come to Winter Haven again I will definitely come back. They even had a 30 inch pizza Wow it was huge enough for 4-6 people.

Haven't been here in many years my mother-in-law used to live near there and she passed we were in the area and we stopped in and the pizza was awesome. Just like I remember. We had a pie with half pepperoni and half meatball and it was delicious

You can never go wrong with Chicfila! They get you through the drive thru line in record time and especially if you order on the mobile app! It’s our favorite fast food! I’m a salad girl and their Market fresh is the best. I tried the pineapple dragonfruit lemonade this trip and it was so refreshing!

Buying a car near by and as anyone knows its an all day affair. Had to take a break for lunch. Ordered my usual market salad with light Italian dressing. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken cooked perfect. Service was quick, polite and friendly. Prices reasonable. Tons of seating.

The manager handed me my food but not my drinks. It was about a 10-minute wait just to receive my drinks after I received the food and I had to request for them because they forgot to make after receiving them I realized that they were both small shakes but at that point I just didn't feel like going back inside. The manager complained of having to take nine interviews and the atmosphere was very chaotic compared to the other Chick-fil-As I've gone to. They do have a system in place. There wasn't any at the time of me placing my order and receiving my food. I was definitely not satisfied. My food is going to be cold by the time I get home and I didn't get the correct size milkshake with my order. This is the only Chick-fil-A in the area but I will never eat here anymore. Horrible customer service. If I could read a zero they would definitely get one.

Jim R., comments are very correct and are point. The customer Service and everything is awful. All they do is talk to each other. I would rather drive to Bartow or Davenport. I done more complaints on this chickfila than I have ever wanted to. Please bring back the old man who originally owned thus location because everything ran prefect. This new owner has driven the restaurant in the in the ground. He doesn't even live in the area. He is hundreds miles away, he doesn't know what is going on day in and day out.

It was my first time here and having an experience like this. Our server was so quick, friendly and accurate. The tray on the window was a cool experience. Loved it. The food was a decent price and delicious.

They have hush puppies! And they're real? Yes they are. My wife has been looking for these for several years. Instead of just being cornbread, they are actual hush puppies. With onions. Etc. And my gyro was excellent.

I ordered a large Greek salad the other day and as soon as I opened it saw there was a piece of hair on the green pepper. I called and spoke to a young lady name McKenzie who told me the manager would contact me and never heard anything back. I even sent her a picture of the food. I won’t be returning. I understand things happen but a simple follow up, apology and refund would have been sufficient.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dino’s Drive-In in Auburndale, FL. I ordered 8 wings, but only 4 were fresh. The other 4 were clearly old—hard, dry, and had a burnt taste, as if they were from the day before. I called the restaurant to politely inform them, and I was told I needed to speak with my server, Halie. Unfortunately, she never came to the phone because she was “busy.” I was hung up on twice during the call, and no one else was willing to assist me. I was simply told to call back later because they were too busy to help. The customer service was horrible—no one showed any concern or accountability for the poor quality of the food. It was clear that my experience didn’t matter to them. I expected much better and won’t be returning.

I Wasn't gonna post the pic that I took sunday but I have to save someone else their money. I bought My family and I some dinner on mother's day and this was one of our meals. I will not ever get the chicken Sandwich from dino's again ,huge disappointment. My hush puppies was also burnt. I don't know what was going on That day with your cook. I paid over five dollars for this Sandwich and I didn't even eat it. No bueno Dino's. It used to be better than this. And whoever was answering the phone kept correcting me on what I was saying.I ignored but this food was the last straw. Really should practice better Customer service to your customers then be a smart mouth. When somebody's nice to you you should be nice in return, Especially when it's your customer trying to order their food. No bueno.

I loved it because it reminded me of the old days when they were more drive inns. The fish I ordered for my husband to take home for his dinner was awesome it was fresh and didn't have a fishy taste at all. My daughter ordered chicken gizzards and they were tender. I ordered mushrooms and they were good. Our server was very kind and just a happy soul we will for sure be back. Loved this place.

I Find a large piece of hair in my burger from Salem’s while eating & This is absolutely disgustingthis Salem’s is not sanitary when handling your food at all I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from this whatsoever. Highly disappointed that I wasted my money on this. Be aware. Ordered the 2 sandwich combo with fries bread was also soggy.

I rarely eat fried oysters but saw that they had them. Very unusual for a fast food place. Their menu is mainly seafood and gyros. The oysters were tasty and lightly battered. They come with a choice of dips and I chose the spicy marinara. A bit spicy for my taste but was still good. My biggest negative was in using their app! It would constantly say my browser was out of date and it wasn't. By some miracle I did finally get in and then it would not accept 3 different credit cards! I decided just to drive there although I like ability to order ahead. My card worked fine at the restaurant! Being a Sunday I tried to contact customer service and not available. I tried the email link and it didn't work. The highlight of the customer service was Brianna who was at the drive up window!

We had the grilled shrimp bowl with the rice and beans and it was extremely tasty and had a nice amount of spice. Yum! Not something you’d expect from a quick service restaurant. I’d go back!

My husband ordered 15 wings hot and wet. The wings were DRY and the bottom of the bag was filled with buffalo sauce. As in they put the sauce straight in the bag then stacked the boxes on it. When we called the manager said she made it and she didn’t do that. Meanwhile the box and wings were completely dry. My box of calamari had sauce covering the bottom because it was the first box put in the bag. The manager did not care that this happened.

But to my disappointment when I got to the speaker to order whoever was on the register said “go ahead with your order”. No hello, please, thank you, no manners at all at this location except for a younger Caucasian woman who is usually at the window and is sweet and always goes above and beyond. As a woman of color it pains me to make that distinction of race but she’s the only White person I’ve seen working there, so I figured it would be easier for management to know who I’m speaking of . Give her a raise and lose the ones who’s playing with your brand and business. Needless to say, after no greeting and a command of “go ahead with your order”, I used my manners and said “no thank you” and went next door. ***************************************** My family and I ordered in the drive thru this evening. We frequent here often and the service is usually good. Today, whoever was taking the order did not say hello or any greeting. Just a “order when you ready”. The same lady then took my money and handed it back without even a “thank you” or a “you’re welcome”, even when I used my manners to say “thank you”. Then another woman handed us our food with tartar sauce, ketchup and other random sauces we never asked for but when we specifically asked for a second cocktail sauce she said it was $1.25. I’ve included pictures of the one cocktail sauce we got. How can that be worth anything past 50 cents? She was nasty, rude, and annoyed because SHE obviously doesn’t like her job. The customer service was disappointing and poor. It doesn’t matter how good the food is, if the staff treats the customers (WHO’S PAYING the money they spend) like trash!

The cooks working tonight was fast didn’t have to wait long on my food and the women working headset was very friendly and patient with me ordering, and the other two were great as well very fast and very friendly!:)

Jackie is a phenomenal employee! She took such great care of us in LITERALLY EVERY WAY. She was the ONLY employee and somehow managed to welcome us at the door with menus and a table ready, take our orders, bring our drinks, COOKED our meals as well as the 4 other tables that were seated with us. This Dennys was carried entirely by Jackie. Please @Dennys find a way to improve because this is incredibly unjust for your employees and customers. Lucky for the establishment they had a incredible employee like Jackie who provided such excellent service while playing all roles of FOH AND BOH.

Bree and Earl were extremely professional the milkshake and the food was made to perfection. I ordered a burger and onion rings and they were all out in a very timely manner and cooked above standards. Very friendly environment would definitely come here again

My husband and I really enjoyed coming to this Dennys restaurant. The food was great and the service exceptional. From the time we got in to paying everything was done timely and with a smile. Victoria our sever was amazing. She listened and provided prompt service with a smile. Thank you and we will be back

I've rarely given 5 stars for everything but Tondalaya and her team were on it today and deserve all of the stars!! We were greated and seated right away and we felt like we were missed by the team even though it had been a long time since we've been here. The food was hot fresh and mouth watering!! Especially the cinnamon roll pancakes, Holy Moly!! We will definitely return soon. Thank you

So remember Dennys of years ago? Still the same food, still fresh, hot, and tasty! The best part of this location? THE STAFF!! We walked in, and no less than 4 of the employees greeted us with a cheery good morning! Our server Jackie was just as friendly and happy to help us decide how best to get the food choices we were looking for (9 grain pancakes are the bomb!). We loved hearing their conversation going back and forth, from talking about the Backstreet Boys to whether one should rinse rice or grits before cooking 🤣. Management at this location is blessed with such great employees. Zack assisted us with paying our bill and, again, another employee who was a pleasure to have a conversation with. We are just sad we won't be back in the area to have breakfast again. Thanks for an enjoyable breakfast, you guys!

I went to try the Krabby Patty meal here. First of all they didn’t have the frosty, said they were sold out. Then I open up the burger and there’s no vegetables besides a couple pieces of soiled lettuce on it (pictured below). This is my first ever google review.

Wanted the 2 for $3 breakfast deal. Most times even at other restaurants this is not easy to find on kiosk machine. I cut to the chase by going directly to counter to order. Plump tan skin woman employee said 3 times to order at kiosk, I asked her 3 times if deal was on kiosk. No answer just order at kiosk. Other worker came to assist at kiosk. She took 10 minutes to find it and she works there. I am an educated person this is not hard. This is a kiosk programming issue. But the 1st employee should have understood that some things are not as easy as they appear and should have responded better. Instead of assuming I was stupid and couldn't use kiosk. Because 2nd employee even had problems with it. This is an issue that I tried to avoid ahead of time by going to the counter to order. I knew it was a problem already. 1st employee was rude and assuming. Maybe she should use her own kiosk and then she would have been aware of this issue ahead of time. I was not looking for a sassy answer from an employee just some help.

I stop by here frequently because I like the fact that you can get the flavored fountain coke drinks. I do not like the kiosks as you cannot pay cash and most times they're having you wait for an employee to come assist anyway. I actually think they're a waste of time. One of the best things tho is the frosty key tag. I always get my granddaughter a quick special treat!

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. This last time I had no veggies on my double. I came back around, and the lady gave me a serious attitude about asking for a remake and said they were out of vegetables which she failed to mention when I made the order. I love Wendy’s food, but this is disappointing and turning me away from this location.

I ordered spicy nuggets and they gave me regular. also asked for honey mustard and got barbecue sauce. every time I come here they get my order wrong and this is one of many

at 12:05 didn’t catch the lady’s name but she messed up our order she took all our food back to try and find the missing burger when we told her it wasn’t there. we finally got out burger and they messed it up. terrible service lady was rude about it also.

Stopped by in drivethru to try the thin mint frosty. Ordered 2 junior sizes. She said that it would be a dollar more. Which i said was fine. She charged me $7 for both. Which makes then $3.50 each including tax. Did not give me a receipt. A couple days later we wanted to try the chocolate version. So i ordered them online. For 2 medium size thin mint frosties, it was $7.50 including tax. So tell me why i paid $7 for 2 juniors. How many people a day do they steal $2 from. I imagine they could make a lot depending on how many people they do this to.

They always give you a small portion of the protein and they never have peppers done. This trip I ordered four bowls and a large fountain drink after getting the fountain drink All the options were down when I brought it to the woman working the cash registers attention she told me yes that their machine is not really working. I don’t know why you would sell me a large $3.50 drink knowing I couldn’t even get to drink. I guess since the line is Big waiting in line again to get a refund for $3.50 most people don’t. This location needs a lot of help getting their service better.

This particular location is by far the dirtiest and the worst service of all locations. 5 out of 10 times you order, the rice is under cooked, and I’ve made management and corporate aware of this issue. Tables are ALWAYS dirty, and garbage cans full to the top. Area for utensils and soda are always low on product. The staff wear gloves for no reason because they touch money, counters, hats and hair and then serve/touch your food. They are always missing something on the line. Today they did not have medium sauce or queso.

Dont even bother ordering a burrito. Order a bowl with the tortia on the side unless your ok with paying the same price for half the portion. The employee's are clueless. I had to wait to ask the cashier what the price differance was ( there isnt any.) as the people on the line making the half portion burrito? did'nt know.... Ive been to this location a few times an would say it was a pretty fair portion but when i asked why was it half the size compaired to the person next to me getting the same thing in a bowl? "I dunno i guess thats just how it comes out". I could have gotten a frozen burrito at a gas station that had more content!!! I was so disgusted i told em to keep it an walked out. I recomend every person recieving the same quality results to do the same. Just leave it for the cashier an walk out.

Terrible service! Young girl with pink colored hair said rice was going to be a minute. Which was fine up until after 5 minutes I saw the man put the new rice in the container (ready to roll) instead of Helping the long line she chatted with the new people coming in to work! After about 10 minutes of staring at the rice waiting for her to come ask me what I want in the bowl I walked out. Smh food is great but need to work on your employees work management

Food was good and the girl Serving was nice the issue we have is one of the servers who was behind the counter kept telling the girl the meat was double when it was not he was really weird and had glasses , was a short African American man, the older Hispanic checkout lady would not give us the juice for the kids meal because she said she gave us water for Cups, VERY weird indeed. Over all the African American girl serving gets five stars was nice and professional and the cook is good.

This is the 3rd time I try to visit and there’s either no rice or chicken. I understand one time. But 3?? It’s only 7:30pm. I don’t think there should be a shortage of food. This chipotle needs to get it together. When I asked the employee how long until the white rice is available she looked at me and said “I don’t know”. She should have said I’m not sure let me go ask. But only said flat out I don’t know. U get things happen but…. Again 3rd time with the same situation of food storage.

My husband and I deside to given a try, we ask brown rice . And was not cook at all. The manager in charge or the one on the take out area apparently did not like people asking to please change the order. She give to my husband a non friendly face attitude. I remember coming and Hilda the manager was very friendly and back in the days staff too. Not to sure what is happening here but for sure slowlenes and laziness are obvious. How difficult is to cook a rice. Services area was also a mess. Cashier guy very nice and other server too. The cooker with his pants down showing his inside clothing. OMG. In this place always have issues cooking rice.

After spending hrs in the emergency room I went through the drive thru for a croissant meal. Got to the window and did not get hash browns. When I asked I was told that I didn't order properly, I said but I ordered a meal can you fix it...the girl got her boss and that lady wanted to just argue with me that I didn't order the meal deal, rude and zero customer service skills. I finally just said whatever and left. I paid $7.15 for a coffee and a burnt sad looking croissant. I will never go back to this location. Very disappointing. Do better dunkin

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I’m disappointed every time. The biggest issues are lack of preparation, slow service, and limited selection. They rarely have the food we want ready—whether it’s sausage still thawing or items that take 30+ minutes to prepare. Today, I tried to find substitutes for my kids since sausage would take too long, but what we got was burnt. My kids won’t eat burnt food, and I didn’t have time to wait in line again for a replacement. In the end, I should’ve just waited for the sausage. On top of that, this location never has the full variety of donut flavors. It’s frustrating to come in hoping for options and leave disappointed. Most of my friends and neighbors feel the same—we’d rather go to the downtown Winter Haven Dunkin’ where the service is faster, food is fresh, and the selection is better. This could be a great location, but it desperately needs stronger leadership and more attention to quality and customer experience. Until then, this spot is losing business to better-run stores in the area.

The line was SUPER LONG by the looks of the line you would think the food was GREAT but far from it. I didn't know if to laugh at how ridiculous or be pissed about the meal I received. The only good thing was the coffee with coffee and location it is always a hit or miss situation but this day it was the only good thing. I got the deal that is being offered the sandwich,coffee and hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they were stuck in the back of the fridge forgotten about and then finally fried. The sandwich well just take a look at the picture it looks like they packed it after smashing it down. I don't think I would return here.

The customer service at this location is always on point. They are nice young people whenever I go with my daughters. The coffee is perfect all the time. I always use this location because they never miss on my coffee. Their donuts are the softest out of any WH location. My daughters love them and also their ice cream and mangonada.

I order a iced coffee and an iced latte and a hot coffee through Uber eats yesterday for my co workers and I at work and it took about 20 mins before a Uber driver came to pick it up but they made our order immediately and didn’t wait till the driver got there so when our order got to us both coffees were completely melted :( and my co workers coffee was so dark I put for 4 cream and 4 sugar but it looks like there is no cream like maybe just 1 pump she was really disappointed and so was I and the hot coffee was cold as well when we received it so now that’s $24 dollars down the drain cause Uber won’t refund me so that’s another disappointment I’ve never had this issue before but they made all these drinks so badly yesterday and didn’t even consider the fact we got completely melted drinks brought to us 👎

This is the best Dunkin I’ve been to in years!! I️ don’t even live in this area. But I️ was Passing through, and they made the iced coffee perfect. The worker was sooo friendly!! Whoever runs this Dunkin needs to run them all.. I️ barely get Dunkin anymore bc the coffee is usually bad and watered down. Not here!! Will be back next time I’m in town.

On this visit it was drive-through. This is one of my favorite places for ice coffee. My favorite drink now is Dunkalatte. Service was good and I got through quickly. It can be busy at different times of the day.

not one to ever leave negative reviews but I placed an online order after working all day long and went to pick up my order, I was late picking it up so they decided to throw it away. when I asked about getting it re made she huffed and said “I guess I can remake it”. I’m a super sensitive person so I just decided to leave because I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Again, I never have left a negative review anywhere but it was just super nasty and not a way to talk to a customer. I get I was late picking the order up so they threw it away but it was just super rude..

The food is great and not greasy, but also just perfect sub sandwiches and the like! The people there are friendly and accommodating and professional as well! I would highly recommend going to Jersey Mike’s! Good food, good service :-)

It got busy quick, but overall I was in and out, my sandwich was good and fresh! Only feedback: face nets should be required for beards and facial hair etc.

This is one of my favorite sub shops. It's great for fresh and healthy meals while on the go. The food is always fresh and the bread is delicious. Service is always great and personalized. Definitely try out this little place, it won't disappoint.

Everytime I walk into Jersey Mikes, something is wrong, looks gross, or a person is rude. All 3 things happened to me recently. Then I tried to give it another chance and it wasn't much better. The first night, a gentleman was helping my boyfriend and I with our sandwiches. Not sure if he was new but there were a pile of sandwiches to complete plus ours. I guess it was online orders. He sat there watching the other person do all the work and when he did work he was very slow. The other person even got on to him about working. He just made a side comment and continued working at snail pace. We waited over 10 minutes for a cold sandwich and no one in line but us. The lettuce looked horrible and so brown, tomatos looked mushy and discolored, and the counter had so much food on it from other sandwiches. The bacon was black and didn't look appetizing. The second time we went, the gentleman with the beard made our sandwiches. He was not very friendly and was short with us. The tomatoes still looked disgusting and the lettuce was still brown but not as much. I used the restroom and it definitely doesn't get checked regularly. The toilet paper was out too in both restrooms which I had to go tell the not-so-friendly employee that there was no toilet paper. This place needs better leadership. I tried to give it a second chance and still didn't satisfy. Ill take my money somewhere else to get a better sandwich. Unless you want food poisoning, I would do the same.

Bacon, egg and cheese toaster...egg was burnt and cold. Cashier in drive thru was pleasant enough but food was a big disappointment, won't be going back.

Warning! Had a breakfast sausage burrito here last week, it was the most disgusting, inedible food I've ever seen. I took one bite and immediately spit it out. Inside was a grey mass of egg and sausage covered in black grill scrapings. I can only guess how sick I might have been from eating it. If this was accidental, it's just plain stupid. If it was deliberate, much worse. See the photos and ask yourself if you would want anything from their kitchen. Do NOT eat here!

This place has gone down the drain in the past year or so! If you order through the app they take their sweet time to bring it to you. If you order a burrito, they give you a jr burrito. I ordered a regular one for myself and a jr one for my daughter and they were both the same size! They don’t care about quality inside anymore. Every time I say anything to the manager he acts like he will fix it but nothing ever gets done!

Drove 35 minutes from our home just to buy 2 bags of their "good ice" only to get them and it's not even their ice! I could've gone to the dollar tree ¾ mile from my house and gotten this ice instead of digging out my electric cooler and spending an hour and a half out in the heat-between the drive there and back & the wait to get the ice! I'm just VERY VERY UNHAPPY that they did that! Why say that y'all sell bags of your "good Sonic ice" when you're definitely NOT selling your good ice?!! NEVER AGAIN....TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!!!

I ordered from Uber eats, there were about to give my driver the wrong order. After receiving the correct one, I find out to my dismay that there’s peanut butter in the bottom of my ONLY OREO SHAKE. I’m also allergic to peanuts so thanks for that

Ordered supersonic breakfast burrito and a coffee with two creams. The burrito was wrapped well, but had a total of three jalapeño slices in one end of the burrito. Three single slices of jalapeño. The coffee was obviously old and when they brought the creamer with it, I had to pour it in myself, which is fine, if they would have brought a stir stick. Poor quality, poor food quality, poor coffee, poor service. Never going back to sonic in winter haven. They just do not care about what they are cooking or how it should be prepared.

Talk about exceeding expectations! This has to be one of the very best TB locations in central Florida. Excellent customer service; hot, fresh, delicious food. A clean dining room and restroom. They are really 5 Star here, especially when compared to other "fast food" options.

Nice Taco Bell, just don’t go there after 10pm during the weekday! I literally live down the road and my food was cold and I had missing items in my bag. Only 2 young guys were running the place.

When they gave me a hard taco, instead of the soft taco I ordered, Misty was very quick to remedy the situation and make sure I was satisfied before I left. She personified excellent customer service!

The guy at the counter was interesting. I felt he was possibly drunk or high Friendly but creepy flirting with a teenager, and he wast in his late 40s, but his co workers just did their jobs looking akward at him. It was something. Won't be back.

question. Why is this Taco Bell always randomly closed? I've lived in Winterhaven for four years now and many times we roll up there to have a sign on the door saying closed. Middle of the day, closed. At dinnertime, closed. Just closed to be closed. I don't understand. If this store's losing money, there's a reason. You have to be open to get money. I'll never go back here again ever in my life because you never know if they're open or not.

Stopped by this location after a late night movie. Milly took our order and changed our whole night around, simply by being so kind, courteous, and positive. We were deciding which drink to get and Milly was so patient and helpful while helping us choose. Her kindness went a long way. I didnt think stopping at the Taco Bell would have made such an impact on me, but Millys character really left an impression on me. I hope all customers get the experience of meeting Milly because she certainly warmed my heart and reminded me what humanity is all about. 🫶🏽 Thank you Milly and wish you the best.

Look at this Taco Bell!!!! Very very upset after they rang me up wrong and refunded me in cash. And still paid way more than i should have but i was like that’s fine moving on. Then get home to find out my quesadilla is NOT A FULL QUESADILLA.

Came in on a Monday evening and the pizzas, about 8 different types, were lined up and ready for consumption. They also had 3 different desserts awaiting us. They also had some soup (chicken noodle I believe) and some type of pasta dish (did not sample either of those). The pizza was actually pretty good, which I was kind of shocked to be honest. If you like red pepper flakes they are located behind the silverware. If you wanted a salad you had to order that at the end of the counter and select your fixings. The salad was quite fresh and on the larger side. We would definitely return, albeit with the grandkids like this time. The staff working here were all friendly. We did not order anything special, as what they offered was good enough. Oh, and Mondays are senior day at $8 for food and a drink.

Employees where amazing food was constantly hot and delicious. Very accommodating to our large group as well.

Tonight our family decided to have a late meal with the kiddos within the last hour. The staff & (I believe) manager Taylor were very welcoming & treated us with so much kindness! They even made more pizzas for the ones that ran out & they were DELICIOUS!!! We haven’t been here in years but now we will definitely be back more often!! Thank yall for everything :)

Omg! Taylor went above and beyond! My family and I came in just 30 minutes before closing, and she still made us feel completely welcome. She didn’t rush us at all—in fact, she even made fresh pizza for us upon request. Taylor was so sweet and pleasant the entire time. Talk about top-tier customer service—she was that and so much more. Kudos to Taylor for turning a late visit into such a great experience!

Been there 2 days in a row a bit after 9:00 PM and the Buffet/ Salad bar were closed down, store doesn’t close till 10:00 PM. Hot garbage!

Pizza was lacking in sauce and flavor. Fell under the not bad but not good. It’s a pass for me. Garden Salad was fresh and a nice size. Dining area had strong cleaning fluid smell.

Such yummy food! The garlic knots and pizza were incredible, really. It’s a quaint restaurant, mom and pop place tucked into a strip mall. Clean inside with plenty of seating. I read reviews and chose this place while on vacation. The only downside, they only have bottled or canned drinks. I would’ve loved a fountain soda with ice. But other than that, food was delicious, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Didn’t have time to stop in and sit, just did a pick up order. This place is a little more expensive than what you would find at a big chain, but you also get a lot more food. If you go online you’ll find deals that are always worth it. Pizza and wings were great. If you like spicy, get hot over medium because the spice level runs a size small. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Food was clean, tasted good, was tasty. Was above average but not blown away, which is okay, just being particular with my reviews. I would eat again when Im on that side of town.

I arrived here around 8:05pm with my 2 sons after a long, hot day at Legoland! It wasn’t that busy when I arrived. They have a decent sized dining area. There is a sign that the lobby closes at 9pm. I went to the counter to review the menu. I noticed some of the “specials” aren’t really specials. Example, large gourmet pizza and 12 wings special is $36.24 but separately, a large gourmet pizza is $18.97 and 12 wings is $13.19 which equals $32.16. Even an XL gourmet pizza ($21.56) plus wings is $34.75, which is cheaper than the “special”. I went through a few of the “specials” and the same applies. The “gourmet” pizzas are even cheaper when you simple add on the toppings. I placed my order around 8:15pm. I got a large pizza (pepperoni and sauce), garlic knots, 12 wings (garlic parm) and 3 drinks ($1.60) a piece. They don’t have fountain drinks. The total was $40.67. I told them I wanted it for here and was told they would bring it out to us. There is one tv in the dining area that played Nickelodeon. They have a paper towel dispenser on the wall near the kitchen entrance. That area looks like a bar area. That is also where the condiments are located. The Garlic knots came at 8:32pm, the Pizza came at 8:34pm, and the wings came at 8:37pm. All of the food was hot, in temperature. The pizza was great, no complaints! The wings were lackluster in taste. The Parmesan cheese overpowered the garlic versus them being complimentary. Additionally, it seemed like the Parmesan was just added on top versus the wings being tossed in them both. It didn’t fit up to my liking for garlic parm wings. The garlic knots were huge and tasty. However, it seemed that the butter and garnish was only on one side versus all sides. Overall, it was a decent experience. The two staff present were friendly. I recommend ordering food from the menu versus using the “specials” if you really want a deal.

Just picked up a pizza and a “wrap” .. the wrap was cold upon opening (5 minutes after picking it up)…called in and was given attitude cause I wanted a refund for the wrap. Avoid going to this place. Not only was the wrap cold, it looked like crap

Nice ambience of a pizza place but not worth the price. The pizza compares to a gas station quality. Hungry howies is across the street, cheaper and better tasting. Wings weren’t bad but pizza 100% not worth the price.

The bread seemed old and hard. This is not the normal bread that is used either way. I eat at tropical smoothie literally every other day and this is the worst experience I’ve had in four years. I am baffled. I attempted to call and ask if I can bring it back. I was offered no help. And was told that they are a bit too busy right now. And they had to go. I am shocked. The smoothie was water down and tasted horrible. I just really don’t appreciate this. And the door dasher that was used Deliver my food assigned by the app was rude and sarcastic. Once again, unappreciated. ***UPDATE**** They were very quick to respond to my concerns and addressed my issue promptly . Though, I did not have the best experience originally, every experience after has been wonderful. Not sure if other employees were hired but they now add cute little notes on the drinks. Everyone is so sweet and nice extremely appreciated.

Great smoothies, the store is clean, but the need to do a little pest control. I understand you can't totally keep bugs out during summer. Did till the staff and just got an oh my response.

Every time I go to this location my order is wrong whether in person or delivery. I spent 30 min on my lunch hour waiting for my order to be called for them to switch my bag at the last minute to get all the way home and find out it wasn’t even what I ordered. Then had me sitting there for 10 minutes when my smoothie was sitting on the counter. I will make the effort and go to the Cypress Gardens location and if you don’t want your time wasted and good service you should too.

Waited in store for over 25 minutes when the order was placed online. Ordered a quesadilla with avocado — received no avocado. Ordered two bags of chips — received zero bags of chips. Husbands burrito had two pieces of chicken in the entire burrito. He asked for extra sauce and received NO sauce. My quesadilla was disgustingly burnt. For the price of what we paid, I’d expect to not have any issues. Highly disappointed and I see why this location has four stars and the current reviews are horrible.

My food was fresh and delicious, and it came out quickly. The lady at the front counter was very patient and provided excellent customer service. I’m very happy with my visit.

The manager here is unacceptable and not great. I ordered an acai bowl...a basic order for this company. I received a frozen acai bottom with fresh fruit. The bowl was NOT edible since the acai was frozen solid. When I presented the issue to the manager, there was no understanding offered, no intent to resolve the issue, rather an unkind face, repeatedly saying "i don't know what to tell you, that's how we sell it." When I again presented that I bought this and I cannot eat this, the same face and the same response...."I don't know what else to tell you." I'm not sure how this response to paying customers who paid to EAT the food is acceptable. I'm not sure who her overseer is, but this is unacceptable. To purchase an item and then the customer cannot get eat the actual item? And then the MANAGER (short lady & glasses) treats customers that way. When she left the store to clock out she walked right by me and my frozen bowl that i couldn't eat and said nothing. I hope she gets addressed and frozen bowls get addressed, because how is this acceptable? Also, the tables were DIRTY with old food.

I made a order of over $48 dollars and this people didn't have the decency of calling me back after days and weeks going by me calling leaving massage and never getting a call back. Never got my money or at least a new order.These people have the worst management .Good luck on stealing from others!

Unfortunately to not have dry Alfredo you need to pay extra ! The manager Jason was unable to offer any help whatsoever with my Alfred that was completely dry. All i asked was for him to put alittle extra sauce since my mother had difficulty swallowing. He once again rejected. Interrupting me while I tried to kindly speak to him. All he said was “I can’t give you extra product I can’t charge you for” even though I had explained to him there was practically no sauce on the pasta making it very dry. He continue to interrupt me even saying that he was gonna correct the staff so that they wouldn’t make exceptions in the future since he’s the manager there. Me and my family are very frequent customers (10members) they are usually amazing. NEVER COMING BACK! I am extremely unhappy. Feelings and moods here clearly come first since I’ve never had this problem outside of him. How very disappointing.

My daughter picked up two large pizzas and brought them to my house and we actually had to go outside and ate the pizza. The smell from the boxes were that bad. The pizza hardly had any sauce on it. Very very disappointing.. The boxes smelled like a garbage dump from the recycled paper!!

They advertise a deal on TV that you can't actually buy over the phone or online. What a crock. The manager had to manually discount it to get us almost the savings advertised for the pizza legends and they had no chicken. It's called bait and switch and false advertising Dominoes. No issues. All was okay. They didn't have any "specials" like we normally see at Arby's. Store was not busy, yet service was really slow. seemed t o be enough employees on hand. They just didn't have a 'fast' mode.

Food is good but you will wait for it. Even if theres no one else there. Many times I've had to wait for food and I'm like literally the only one there

Questionable Management or Ownership The problem may not even lie with the night staff. Sometimes, it’s the owner’s lack of investment and care that trickles down to the employees. It's sad to see someone own a business but fail to show any love for it, resulting in a restaurant that treats customers like they don’t matter. 4. Even with a crowded drive-thru or lobby, the service is fast, and orders are ready within 10 minutes, max. But come nighttime, it feels like the staff is purposely slowing down. It’s absurd that only two customers can be served every 20 minutes. 5. You’re Losing Money This message is for the owner and management. If you’re paying your staff on time, providing the best equipment, and still getting these results, then the problem lies in supervision. If that’s the case, it’s time to make a change. The fact that they didn’t even turn on the lights suggests they’re trying to avoid drawing attention, almost as if they don’t want more customers. That’s money out of your pocket. And if you’re the kind of owner who just hires a supervisor and turns a blind eye, waiting for negative reviews to force you into making a change, then unfortunately, you’re the problem. You’re a poor leader, and you need to do better.

Alicia was our cashier for the day and boy she didn’t look presentable nor did she seemed to have any desire to be there. She took our order and forgot the kid Apple juice. The rest of the crew seemed to be in their own world, but over all everyone was doing something productive so that’s good. The place was clean and not too busy.

Waste of time and money will not go back to a Burger King because of this place workers need to be trained on how to cook food workers, cook food and let it sit until somebody orders it. It is not fresh. It comes to you lukewarm not hot. even if you ask for fresh would not recommend eating here.

Yesterday I was taking my two boys to get some ice cream from Burger King so I pulled up at the drive-through and I asked the employer do they have vanilla or chocolate she yells out loud through the mic, only vanilla so I was like well you didn’t have to shut it out so I just drove off and I looked at her and she looked like yeah who does that? Worst service ever. I order online to pick up on the drive thru and they make me wait in the parking for 15 minutes and when I went inside the food was there waiting for a long time and the employee tell me that the manger and her don't communicate so she didn't know what was going on. It's horrible going to a fast food and the manager has a horrible attitude and is very rude. I was very nice asking about my food and omg she was so upset that I did. It's very sad.

One of the worst customer service fast food iv been. They tell you to pull over even when noone is behind you. It's like a habit for them. They took 15mins for 2 meals. Went through the drive-through of this McDonald’s tonight. I ordered three meals large sized and normally I always check the bags before I pull away but tonight I didn’t. I got home and each of the fries was only half full. You can’t tell me that whoever put them in the bag didn’t notice that. I was charge for three large fries that were only half full And it’s not possible that it was a mistake because all three of them were like that.

If I can give this place zero stars or negative I would. Whoever is the General Manager should be fired or replaced. Not only do they not read the reviews to improve their restaurant but they don't correct their customer service either. This location can NEVER get ANYTHING right. They're always rushing people off the speaker to order and drive thru and ALWAYS STILL GET IT WRONG!!!! Then wanna catch an attitude when u go to get it corrected. I've gotten chocolate milk instead of a milkshake down to an order I didn't even place instead of my original order. Fast food isn't to focus on keeping your time service down or at a good pace it's also good customer service and good quality food. I don't know what the hell is going on here!! This location needs to be shut down and that's not a threat, it's a promise. This isn't a warning, this is a drill. DO. NOT. EAT. AT. THIS. LOCATION. EVER!!!!! During one of my visits, I saw 1 of the employees, who works on the food, drop tongs on the floor that was supposed to be for the burgers/other food. Then when he told the other employee about it, who was a black guy, he shrugged his shoulders like it wasn't his responsibility. That is so disgusting and they wonder why people are getting sick from all this "food" that they call themselves making. Managers aren't careful who they hire nowadays because customers are getting more sicker than the minute from all this food poisoning. It's because most of the employees don't even wash their hands or any other cleanliness things. Either they get it together or they have three options: 1. Health inspectors shut this one down for obvious reasons 2. Have the employees take a sabbatical 3. Corporate needs to hire new people that actually know what they're doing and that aren't gonna make people sick from uncleanliness.

My first time getting nuggets at this location they never put my sauces in the bag && I went again to get nuggets another day I asked for honey mustard for my nuggets and they gave me spicy buffalo instead . Their staff don’t pay attention to any orders they just stand around and talk.

I ordered one item. The order was provided to me quickly. However, the food was cold. The restaurant checked the food and apologized then provided me a fresh order. The bell rang when the food was ready, unfortunately the server didn't use gloves

Ordered a big Buford and xl fries on Uber eats. Got SEVER FOOD POISONING IMMEDIATELY about two-three hours later. Incredibly painful stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, chills and weakness. Husband got a bacon burger and he didn't have any side effects. Either cross contamination somehow or something mishandled. I did my own research and checkers has been known to cause food poisoning in many Google reviews by salmonella. Eaters beware! Never eating checkers again. Worst pain of my life. It lasted 24hrs.

I love going to checkers, but this location needs a refresh. Understaffed daily, needs attention to detail on cleaning and more training on food preparation. Most recent meal was very disappointing.

Food was fantastic! We had never been to one before and thought the price for the product was very fair. The location was close to Legoland, the area wasn't too sketchy. The people working the front were patient with me, as I've never been here, and were very friendly but not outgoing so I had to fumble my way through ordering. Would recommend!

Food is always great but you have a couple employees that are always so rude and nasty. The young lady working the intercom today 7/19 at 10:55am needs to be coached at the very least. After hearing my girlfriend get treated the way she was we will not be returning.

The food was not good. Wasted more than half of my burger and fries. Soda had a really weird taste to it as well. Had a few sips and threw it away. I doubt I will return

The lady didn't flip my blizzard. It's one part of the experience ,so you took away like half . The blizzard was great . The worms were too chewy though . The blizzard came in a baseball cup because they're the official treat of MLB baseball I used the drive thru it was $4 and cents for a small blizzard. You're not even getting that much . All in all not much to complain about as I like how you can look at the menu before coming to the speaker. The ice cream wasn't even fully mixed together . But no complaints as it was great !

Horrible experience. They charged us for each meal item instead of ringing it up as meals, toppings for our banana splits were skimpy, the bananas tasted like the peels were totally green, and the attached photos is of the chili dog my husband received. We will stick with the h Havendale location.

Used to be one of my favorite places to stop for lunch, but when they wanted to charge my mom an extra 67 cents just for a dipping sauce for her tenders with her lunch "special", it has gone to one of the last places I will stop for lunch again. Checkers is across the street and their meals are cheaper. A "customer service" refresher training wouldn't hurt, and preferably an adult working?

Family outing for ice cream, and I needed a snack. Hot and quick food and ice cream is cold and delicious. The staff is always friendly. Limited seating if too busy, but this store has been clean every time we have been here.

The teenager behind the counter was a very respectful young man I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will return for sure.

Im sorry but for a place that is being advertised as one of the last McDonald's with the single arch as a MUST place to stop. It is dirty and nasty. Smells like pee and it full of homeless people. It was nothing but a revolving door of homeless people standing around and asking for money. And it took 15 minutes to get our food.

This use to be the best location in winter haven. It’s trash now. Fries are always either cold or burnt. Chicken nuggets are always stale. The burgers taste old doesn’t matter what time of day you go the food is gross if you take it to go. They don’t care anymore and it shows. The owners need to clean house and get some new folks that actually want to work in there. Always a waste of money.

Didn't want to help pushed you to so the kiosk , i told them i don't like going thru it. They said to bad. I stay at counter for about 15 min holding my order and payment. Lady came up and said I will take your order this time but you will have to do kiosk. I said mami come up here 1 to 3 times a day and 3 to 5 times a week. I don't use it, lady stated at the end of the conversation she text the mgr and theu told her take my order. In the end and 25 min later it was a 90 sec order if that. They wasted more time and headache for in the long run.

McDonald's is great for consistent food quality. This McDonald's has a very busy drive tru. I find most of the time it's better/faster to use the app and have them bring my order to me.

This McDonald's is the slowest McDonald's. I tell you, oh my God in winter, haven Florida, once you drive through. Have an idea how you're going to get out of the parking lot because it's very, very congested, trying to leave the. McDonald's and they're very, very slow because they're right on the corner. Of 27 and they have so many customers. I mean, it's a nice size McDonald's too. So yeah, they're just very, very slow, and it's just once you get your food, your food might be cold before you can even leave the driveway.

Went through the drive through while traveling south from Orlando. Our chicken strips were raw! Would recommend skipping this McDonald’s if you’re in the area and looking for food.

The service was terrible. No acknowledgement or much communication. The little communication I received was more of a brush off than anything. Everyone there was more interested in talking with each other and playing around than actually working. The manager, or key, or whoever he was when I came in that was counting the registers, chewed out one of the employees while I was standing there and told him to clock out and go home(something that should have been done behind closed doors, not professional at all) The couple of orders I did see being made while I was there were carelessly put together, toppings slung everywhere, no care for how the food looked, and it wasn't even busy. I'd stay away for this location, just terrible impression made today.

I was very disappointed with the quality of food I received at this taco bell, my chicken quesadilla was literally scrunched up in the box and my crunchy taco was beyond stale. My drink was also warm and flat since it only came with 3 ice cubes, I wish I was exaggerating. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

Rude and unprofessional employees and especially the night manager who was working on the night of October 5th, around 10 PM. They made errors in my order and did not want to correct it, and they told me that it has to go through the DoorDash app even though I ordered it through the TACO BELL APP (she tried telling me the Taco Bell app is not theirs). She kept yelling at me through the phone and hung up, then proceeded to disconnect their phone line from the wall. When you call, it says “sorry, the number you have reached has been disconnected”. Extremely unprofessional women who don’t want to handle their own problems. They enjoy arguing, they don’t want to fulfill their work that they signed up for.

I am both a customer and a fellow business owner, and I had a very disappointing experience at your this Taco Bell. My order was missing a Mexican Pizza, and when I called, the employee who answered was rude and dismissive. She told me that unless I came back within 24 hours, I would “forfeit” the item. When I asked for a refund instead, she refused. I then asked for her name for reference, and she declined, citing “scam concerns.” As a business owner myself, I know mistakes happen — but how they’re handled matters. I would never treat my customers in such a way. Refusing accountability, withholding refunds, and refusing to identify oneself to a paying customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. Businesses that don’t hold employees accountable are just as concerning as scam operations. At the very least, I expect a refund for the missing item, and I strongly urge you to review the customer service practices at this location. I use drive up. They serve French fries now, and they are delicious! The delightful surprise is that they actually taste like potatoes!! Make sure you tell them you want them hot/try one b4 u drive away. Staff usually friendly.

Ordered the “TV special” Pizza/wings , through the Pizza Hut web site Received a text that my order would arrive 20-30 min. Have to say it arrived w/I the time frame. BUT 1. Pizza was cold 2. They delivered through Door dash 3. Door das driver did not understand or speak English AT ALL 4. Part of the order was $14.00 + Del. And Tip for the wings , WINGS DID NOT ARRIVE 5. Called P/H and the girl gave me attitude which upset me , stated I would have to take it up with Door Dash , I told her 4 X before she got it that I DID NOT CALL DOOR DASH , she told me “don’t yell at me or I’ll hang up on you” now I was with someone at my house and they said I was not yelling BUT you could hear me upset in my voice. 6. Rep put me on extended hold to talk to manager, then came back on and said “ we will get the wings out to you in approx 30 min.” I let her know we have a gate and gave her the code for the driver, HOWEVER, she never gave that to the driver and driver never called me just texted that she needed gate code not letting me know who it was” I then just said Thank you and hung up. Have to say the wings arrived w/i 18 min. And they were delicious not much sauce though. When I moved to W/H 4 years ago I was told about that “Stand Alone” Pizza Hut and tried to order something from them but did a pick up and after 40 min they never made the pizzas , I said I’d never use them again BUT I did, NOW PROMISING , I will NEVER use them again after a Terrible Cold Pizza and terrible CSR phone experience with a total Check for $40.25 Dogs liked the pizza - the pepperoni (took off )

Ordered online at 7:11pm. It said my order would be delivered by 7:27-7:37pm. I tracked my order so I could meet the driver. At 7:52pm or said order delivered, but I was outside waiting and there was no delivery. I called the store and asked why it said delivered yet I don't have my food. He told me that it should be there in 5 minutes, but if not then I should call back. He said it was some glitch in their system. It finally arrived at 7:04pm. Almost an hour after I ordered. I would not recommend this location. Their customer service skills are lacking and their ability to deliver in a timely manner is not there.

We walk in and order a extra cheese pizza and if you don't know what you order they have a flyer with their menu. It only took minutes and we got our food. It was hot and it's good.

Ordered on the app. Notified order was on the way. Then notified it wasdelivered. No knock but checked outside. Nothing. Checked next door with neighbors. Nothing. Called multiple times. Even left listening to the store as if someone took the receiver off and laid it down.Finally was told the food was still at the store and my refund would process in 3-5 business days. No apology or even a "bye" from the call center rep. Will never use Pizza Hut again.

This Pizza Hut has great pizza and friendly staff. We’ve used them for carryout and delivery and have had good experience. My only complaint is that the poor manager lady who runs the store is by herself during lunch and she seems overwhelmed. She does good though every time my family orders in. Wish it was a dine-in location but those seem to be dwindling. The young manager named Shat has been helpful too, he helped carry orders to the car for my 86 year old grandma when she orders for her card playing friends group. (by the way call way ahead if you are going to order more than 4 pizzas in one order to give them a good time to make it) I like this Pizza Hut better than the one back home in Redding, California. Dominos literally tastes like cardboard and Papa John’s makes my stomach upset. My daughter loves the “book-it” literacy program that Pizza Hut promotes, she gets her personal pan cheese pizza and it is her favorite.

1/31/25 ordered the 3 piece for $6 now. Also ordered the $3 combo. Told breast are a extra $1. Side was french fries. Then informed that the combo doesn’t come with a biscuit. That the biscuit would be another $1 extra. The french fries were untouched. And fast food restaurants are wondering why noone wants to eat at their establishments. Got 3 thighs, the only things that were decent to eat. They bring back the big box for $5 maybe I’ll return. For now Popeyes are on the back burner.

I drive 30 min to this popeyes location 3/8/25 at 10:00 am . A employee came out The back door Drive thru and told me that They're not taking no orders until 10:30 am. I said the online website n on your door say 10:00 am. She said, let me go ask my manager. Managers say no until 10:30. I am calling corporate they refuse 2. Take my order when the time says they open at 10:00 am. I just wanted to order was just some red beans and rice n a biscuits. The doors was locked too the time says 10:00 am. A old lady who is a customer. I had to let her know what they told me. They definitely lost business. Because of their employees. Refusing to take a customer order when the company door n website says open at 10:00 am. U was there for 13 mintues .Definitely will not be back. I used to be a regular here. I am calling corporate to file a complaint.

There was no one in the store, and no one in font if me in drive through. I was given old chicken pieces and the driest smallest piece of chicken ever. You need to throw away old food and make new food. I deserved NEW FOOD, not stuff you had left over. I called 5 times, but the females refused to answer the phone. I will be getting my money back in the morning.

The chicken i got had lots of extra crumbs in the box and it was chewy too. I got diarrhea for days. They didn't even put me a fork to eat the coleslaw. Worst ever. Never go there. They were very rude for my take out order. Thought I was a delivery driver. I was picking up my own food through uber pick up. If the Jerry Springer show filmed across that counter you wouldnt be able to guess it was a Popeyes. Food everywhere. workers swearing. Workers talking to each other, ignoring customers. After waiting in the drive thru I had to pull around and come inside for my order. I waited 15 minutes to even ask if my food was ready. When I asked my food hadn't even been cooked yet. Workers yelling at eachother. The cook was swearing at everyone and one person came out of the door screaming obscenities and threw his apron on the counter and stormed out of the restaurant. More workers laughing at each other and doing absolutely nothing. Truly a disgusting "restaurant" with absolutely no respect for anyone or anything.

The service could not have been worse! Three people working the front counter, and all three stood there with their backs to the counter. They were more concerned with tye mobile orders, than helping, or even acknowledging the person in front of them. And then they couldn't even get the order right. I ordered a number one, a chicken sandwich and fries, and my wife ordered a number 5, nuggets and fries. I asked if I could add cheese to my sandwich. Twenty minutes to make my sandwich! Every time I went back to the counter to check, I was told "he's making the filet now" Go to eat my lunch only to discover no cheese on the sandwich and only one fries. I guess I was expecting them to get the order right since it took over 20 minutes to make. Then I go back to the counter to deal with three ladies with their backs to me ...never, ever, will I eat at the Winter Haven Popeye's again!

This is my second time going to this location and having a problem with the food, I usually go to the Auburndale KFC which I have never had an issue. I ordered a 8 piece meal extra crispy and the skin of the chicken had fallen off of most of the chicken and there is literally oil at the bottom of the container of chicken. I did not receive the 4 piece biscuits with my order. I have been calling for the past 20 minutes and the phone has a busy signal. Unfortunately my car is in the shop and I used Uber eats to have my food delivered otherwise I would have returned this horrible food.

I hate they give you star options because what do you give a place who gives you cold, dry inedible food. I placed it online and came to pick it up, I’m told it wasn’t ready they had to drop wings. Ok cool I’ll wait they will be fresh that’s what I wanted but no I got out of 12 3 fresh wings and the rest is dry, cold and the texture of the skin feels almost rubbery. Corporate did nothing but nothing even after pictures and the manager admitting to my food being bad. This is wrong and I’m not letting it go.

This was the worst KFC experience. I have ever had. The cash register wasn't working. The kiosk was not working properly and then they gave me not completely done chicken. I get blood in the bottom of the bucket and white biscuits.

Every time I go to this KFC I always get chicken fall apart. They don’t ask you. What kind do you want? They don’t give you a receipt and why do the chicken look like this? I always go to the one in Arbordale because the chicken always look good taste good and everything but every time going to this one on Cypress Boulevard the chicken look like this. I gave it to my doll. I don’t have money to be spinning on Food that looks a hot mess to get us sick and my kids and stuff they need to get their business right now look at this chicken. Filthy, no air conditioning. Bigger spanish woman has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Didn't even acknowledge us. Stood there for 10 minutes before we just walked out. Love kfc, will never go to this location again and I've been to this location multiple times with no issues 5/22 around 4pm. The people working this day were horrible.

I walked in and two employees were walking through a training session at the register. I was never acknowledged and the training continued. After several minutes of waiting I threw up my hands and walked out. Even then there was no acknowledgment of me.

I waited 15 minutes for Extra Crispy to be made. I specifically asked for Breasts to replace the Thighs. The Cashier explained the order three times, because I let her know that I my previous time requesting "No Thighs", they still gave me Thighs. In a 12 piece, you're supposed to get 3 pieces of each (Leg, Thigh, Wing & Breast). Don't you know they gave me 6 Legs??!! I recieved sloppy nasty looking original as a replacement after i waited for you all to make extra crispy?!! You're store is disgusting! You're workers don't care what they give you. I want to email the health department because this chicken ain't even edible.....

First time customer.. this little spot has delicious food!! We got the pork egg rolls and beef quesadilla to share, they both were 10/10. We were kindly offered chips and salsa, and let me say I wish I had a jar of the salsa in my fridge, it’s probably the best I have ever had. To drink we each got the strawberry auga fresca so so good! We will definitely be back to try more!

I've driven by JAC'S Corner soooo many times and finally we gave it a try.. omg it was delicious! Easy to order online, quick pickup, and so conveniently delicious. We had Beef Birria and Chicken Quesatacos con Consomé, Chimichanga Deluxe, and of course Mexican Cokes. We will definitely be back!

If you actually like Mexican food save your money, spent $60 for dry biarra tacos consume that has clearly been thicken with cornstarch and taste like Worcestershire sauce 🥴 the tacos themselves are very crunchy the meat is tough and you can taste the old fry oil 😭😭😭 my fiance got the barria grilled cheese and it might as well have been a pot roast sandwich. Very disappointing, I was so excited to because I love Biarra and currently travel to Lakeland to get it from my favorite spot but 100% a let down. Now if you like fusion food then sure you will probably love this I am not a fan personally of watering down and changing peoples culture food, that tasted amazing as it was!

I found out about JAC’s through UberEats! I work in the neighboring hospital and love tacos so one night was looking through uber eats for somewhere to get them.. Since my first try. I’ve been ordering from JAC’s almost every nightshift I work! It’s soooo good! The birria tacos are LEGIT!!! And I gotta say thank you for making sure your drinks are tamper proof for your delivery orders. I truly appreciate that extra touch!

Spent $60 for 4 items and 1 one of them was wrong. Birria tacos and egg rolls were so dry we threw most of it out. We used to like this place before the change of ownership. Now you get crappy food with a side of crappy attitude from the workers. The item that was wrong was for my 5 year old, we ordered a steak quesadilla but got chicken so of course she didn’t eat it. Waste of time and money to come here.

This was our first time trying JACs Corner, and it was amazing. We had the QuesaBirria tacos, a burger, and 2 carmelita tacos. The food was great. QuesaBirria tacos were honestly excellent, the burger patties tasted amazing( even on their own), and the little carmelitas tacos are a perfect quick bite. We stopped right before closing time, but that didn't stop them from providing excellent service. Overall, this place is a must if you're driving thru winter haven or are a local. We will be regulars from now on. PS: The sauce is to die for. Perfect combination of spice and flavor.

Ordered take out, I wanted two party trays one steak and one chicken. They lady on the phone didn't understand me. Even tried to explain it because she rang up something different before hand. Kinda frustrating, salad was okay at best. Chicken and steak where good. Really just disappointed with the communication break down. Everything in total cost $70. Fed 6ish people. Usually get two trays and it will feed 11 no problem.

1st time experience at this restaurant. Pleasant surprise. Nice atmosphere, nice music playing at a level you can still hold a conversation with someone across the table from. Ordered the hibachi chicken with shrimp. Came with a small salad with ginger sauce. Everything tasted great. They also have Sushi and other Japanese style meals.

This place looks like a tiny fast food restaurant, but I've never had such good hibachi shrimp other than Benihana's. I seen many people ordering takeout, but you really owe it to yourself to enjoy the food while it's piping hot. It was really seasoned well with a really nice mix of vegetables and the fried rice was cooked just right. The food was flavorful spicy, not hot spicy. They served it on tasteful plasticware not the disposable stuff. So you do have to empty your food into the trash bin and save their plate for reuse. I'm glad they're not using disposable or styro. This was my first time there but it won't be my last.

I love this place!!! My favorite dish here is the Katsu Chicken, as a sides I recommend the noodles or Gyoza. Gyoza is delicious steamed! I strongly recommend!

Food was super fresh. It is kind of fast food. Miso soup was one of the best I ever had. Edamame was done right.

Short review: Simply Amazing! Long review: This place is a real "hole in the wall", you will miss it if not paying attention. Great atmosphere, clean, music set up and pool tables. If you like to play pool without the bar environment, this is your place! This was my first time and I will be a regular customer from now on. I ordered the "burgundy lipstick dog" with a side of baked beans. It truly was an amazing first bite, the sweet and salty combination from the Mac n cheese, bbq and hot dog was perfect. The prices are supper affordable, I don't think I've seen prices this low in a very long time. Worth every penny. This place is a GEM and should be supported by all our locals. I look forward to the many combinations they offer.

Great set up! Friendly atmosphere! They have pool tables and about 10 TV's with old school video games available to play for free with your meal. Absolutely LOVE this place! Dee is onto something special here. Definitely a hidden gem

Dee’s has become one of my favorite places to eat. I find it charming, spacious, and very clean. There are several tables to choose from for dining in and they also cater. I had my first couple of orders delivered, choosing hot dogs and hamburgers. They were delicious, made to order and the toppings were generous. The first time I picked up my meal, I found the atmosphere to be comfortable and staff, friendly. Their menu is very nicely displayed behind the counter. If you love hot dogs, this the place to find a variety of styles and toppings, including chili and sauerkraut! There are several other items on the menu as well, from tacos to milk shakes. The prices are really reasonable. I highly recommend Dee’s, as a matter of fact, I bought one of their T-Shirts to help advertise. (They are much better than that “other” hot dog and hamburger place).

Great Customer Service. He was willing to let me sample the sauce to see if it was spicy. I ordered the Taco Dog with no sauce and it was delicious. I also ordered the Burgundy Lipstick Dog too. It was really good but I kinda wish it had more BBQ sauce and Mac-n-cheese. I will be back to try more because they offer lots of variety hot dogs.

We had the Chicago dog. It reminded us of home. It was delicious. The service was fantastic. We ate in and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. We could have played pool or other games if we had wanted to. We will definitely be back to try a number of their other creative offerings.
