This is a traditional old timey breakfast house with fresh baked goods and a well thought out selection of breakfast and lunch dishes. Portions are generous and ingredients are of good quality and pricing is reasonable. Service was attentive. Outdoor patio seating is an available option and is dog friendly. Pay once for coffee and get self serve refills at no extra charge. Looked like this was a favorite place for senior locals to hang mid-week. We’ll be back.

We stopped her based on a friends recommendation, but we were a little disappointed. It’s still a cute place and fun little town to stop and check out. Definitely come early through town if you want a larger selection. We bought a few things. Two of the things we bought felt like they should have been discounted and sold as a few days old. On the one you can see the chocolate chips looked old and it did taste dried out. It wasn’t cheap so we were left disappointed for sure.

Food was amazing and the service was even better. We were on a very long road trip back up to Oregon with a one year old, who was OVER being in the car and having to sit down to eat. I guess we were a bit frazzled because when we finally made it across state lines, well on our way home, we realized we made a huge mistake. We forgot her diaper bag at our table. Favorite toys, baby hat- gone. I made a desperate call the next day to see if there was any way at all we could get it shipped up to us. The manager on duty, Kate, didn't bat an eye. After her shift, she went straight to the post office to ship it up to us!! She was a huge life saver!! These guys truly care about their families and go above and beyond, not only in their food, but with the care they take with their customers. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Good old fashion cointry food and great atmosphere along with great service. Country gravy and biscuits e nough to feed two. Eggs with bacon snd hashbrowns. Prices where a little steep but still within reason. Waitress was friendly and all of the waitresses were friendly and alway had a friendly smile. Old hous that was turned into a restaurant and the layout was vgreat. A first time visitor, like myself, needs to try anything and come hungry because the food you order come fresh, hot, and plenty of it Great place and will be returning. Great experience.

I spent a weekend in Placerville and this place seemed really popular so I decided to stop by and grab two pastries to go (pecan cinnamon rolls and apricot strudel). It was around 9:30 in the morning and I could already tell ONE of the staff members wasn’t having a great day. Since it was my first time there I saw a guy looking at a menu behind the coffee counter so after he left I did the same but only to get yelled at. It’s ok. Guess I wasn’t supposed to stand there. When I ordered she asked if I wanted a regular or pecan cinnamon roll. Mind you English is my second language so I politely asked her to repeat herself. She looked pissed. When she handed me a pastry box I was ready to leave then she said “Do you not want your other item?” Turns out my second pastry was packed separately and I was like oh sorry I thought both were in the box. She closed her eyes for a few seconds like she is in disbelief on how stupid I am. Yeah probably not coming back. The pastries were okay. Likely considered good for the area but I travel a lot and I’ve definitely had better.

We have breakfasted here before. Their bread is too thickly sliced when served but you can purchase and slice at home. Food delivered was not cooked as requested. The atmosphere is pleasant overall. The entire place needs a deep cleaning. (Check out the filth at the back of the dining chairs.) We will return for bread purchase for sure! Service was quick, efficient.

I've been coming here since the 90s when I was a Boy Scout. Every winter my troop would go to feather lake and do a 3 days camping trip. On Friday mornings we would stop and have breakfast. Then breakfast again on our way back Sunday. Its been a real treat to keep coming back. If you are looking for a place to replace Cracker Barrel and there garbage food this is it! Same quality and wonderful atmosphere its always been. Word of advice; buy some pastries first.

Late post: We visited this place on Mother’s Day and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, and we were happy to find great vegetarian options for my parents. The diner has a charming, old-school vibe—definitely a great spot to relax and hang out. Highly recommend!

It's a fun local place with lots to look at, especially the tea pots. The menu has good choices and breakfast served all day. Waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Our food was good. Coleslaw and potato salad made in house. Baker from the restaurant does all the desserts.

Highly disappointed, stopped for lunch after visiting Apple hill, had seen and heard so many good things about this place. Walked in to a half full restaurant and still waited 10 mins for a table, once we were seated we ordered right away as we were all hungry. We had ordered an appetizer and then it took approximately 40 mins just to get our appetizer. Every table around came later than us and ordered and received their food and one even finished and left. I’m not sure what the problem was, there server was very nice and apologetic. But absolutely will not be going back EVER

Loved it! Best Monte Christo sandwich I ever ate! Service was delightful and we came close to closing.

The food can be hit or miss but it’s always a pleasure to be there. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy. The servers are always amazing.

Absolutely amazing every time i come here!! The Atmosphere is absolutely amazing, and the employees are so kind. The food is so good it’ll knock your socks off. The Country fried steak is a MUST try! Huge portions for a fantastic price! I recommend this place to everybody!

Pretty good food, my wife got the chili and I got the crispy chicken Parmesan sandwich with french fries. Definitely will be back if I'm in the area

The Original Mel’s Diner is such a gem! Their veggie burger is one of the best I’ve had anywhere, and Joey’s Caramel Monkey Crunch is simply outstanding—sweet, crunchy, and unforgettable. We left with our stomachs full, and honestly, it felt like an all-day meal at such a great price. A big shout-out to Ashley R, who made our visit even better. She was super kind, attentive, and generous with her suggestions, helping us pick the perfect options. Great food, great value, and excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I am driving to Tahoe!

This is a great classic diner! The burgers are perfect. The bun is very light and flavorful a crispy golden fries. The chicken and waffles are enough for two people unless you are just extremely hungry. Service with a smile and very very quick turnaround from order to table.

I asked for very funny scrambled eggs. When my plate was brought to me the eggs were well done. Please advise your cooks that once eggs are removed from heat they still cook for 1-2 minutes. The waitress had to take my meal back. I hear her tell the cook that she was going to throw up because I asked for runny scrambled eggs. I truly didn’t appreciate that. Also, our toast was burnt and we couldn’t eat that either. Please send your employees to proper training in customer service and your cooks need schooling on how to cook. We’ve always have had great experiences here but this one time and how we were treated, it’ll be awhile before we come back, if we do.

In a classic Mel’s setting this place has a nice hometown vibe with delicious food and quick service. After some of these experiences we’ve been through with some other diners. I really appreciate the fun and friendly service here. We will be coming back. Amanda is our new favorite

Enjoyed French toast breakfast this morning cooked just right. Wait time was minimal with excellent smiling service. Coffee cup kept full until I commented no more refills necessary...something lacking in the last few restaurants I have dined at. Prices seemed a little high at first, but realized prices were very close to recent restaurant breakfasts in Placerville and Sacramento.

Just went for a praline sundae for a little special celebration. Our server was so sweet - she totally took care of us with an extra amazing treat. I haven't been to Mel's in forever, but the booths looked redone (cute pink and blue). The food at tables nearby looked and smelled good. Mel's is back on my radar!

There's a sign over the cash register area with a funny saying regarding Take it or Leave it! Definately Leave It! Downtown Placerville is a little tourist spot so I wanted to find a breakfast place locals would go to. Google has Golden Waffle Cafe as a 4 star, $ (single $)! It is Not! It is (most) 2 star and $$! They offer a common diner menu. Unfortunately, they over charge for poor quality food. Ex...the BLT had two (2) strips of bacon for $11+. Grilled chicken & cheese sandwich was @$12+ for a Where's-the-chicken sandwich. The fries were So Bad my tweenage grandson, who's in his food frenzy years, Didn't Eat Them! Scrambled eggs are scrambled, then fried hard on a grill and chopped up. For the price they charge I could have gone to a nice touristy spot with better quality for the price! Picks were posted for reference. It's definitely a Leave It!!!!

The food was very good. The wait staff are friendly but not well trained on the basics of being a server. Took a long time to get our coffee, forget a refill. Took a long time to order. Forty minutes to get our food. Tables were left not bussed all around us. None of our empty plates were ever taken. When raising some concerns, we were met with a lot of excuses and blame on the kitchen. We will not be back.

I would not recommend eating here at all What a rip-off your fresh fruit topping is frozen preserves my order meal to go came with burnt bacon Topping the waffle on the side but I did not order. Dirty napkins from syrup being spilled are the topping that was in an additional dish rather than being served as ordered $32 for one person I had the most horrible experience the food was horrifically terrible and I would advise not eating here. The service pathetic In addition if you like having your food served to you cold go for it.

We had a really great breakfast here. So many options! This place has an oldschool look and feel. The service was extremely prompt and very friendly. Looking forward to returning

I walked in to the establishment, tumble weeds could be seen, the sound of the old west could be heard as I entered (imagine a john Wayne bar scene) I was staring at people left and right, they stared at me... I sat down with a grim stare and asked the waitress "I'll have the strongest drink you have". She replied "ummm sir, I think you're in the wrong place, this is the Golden waffle cafe, I can bring a coffee if you'd like?"...I stared menacingly and replied...Ok! That sounds delicious! Anyway, Awesome place to come and have a good waffle, eggs, and just plain good ole classic breakfast. Give them a try!

The staff is really friendly, and the place looks clean! I ordered the mocha coffee, which was great. I also ordered the bagel; it was okay, but they could add more cheese and ham to match the listed price, which I think is overpriced.

The bagels are great/tasty but the system is rough. Always have to wait 10-15 minutes minimum sometimes 45 minutes for a single bagel sandwich because they essentially only make them one at a time, 1 order at a time, and you can get put behind call-in/pickup orders in line, even if you are on site. A lot of the employees appear to only have narrowly defined tasks and don't assist with bagel making, instead tidying up or chatting at the register even if you are waiting 20 minutes for them to finish the 1 ticket in of you.

I love bagel works but they never get my order right. It's my fault for not checking after the first 3 wrong orders. Luckily the food is great. But still. I do have a preference. Staff today was not friendly as normal.

The food here is always fresh, delicious & high quality. I highly recommend the full lox bagel. The staff are kind and quick!

Really enjoying my brunch at sweetie pies. Beautiful setting right on main st. I ordered the French toast and my wife ordered an omlette with fresh fruit. So good.

It's okay to tell guests that you're out of a certain item. I would have happily ordered a different drink if the barista had simply let me know they were out of strawberries. If they weren't out, then they missed the mark on this recipe. Yes, I know that I can ask then to remake the drink, but unfortunately there isn't always time for that. Drive-thru order to start a busy day. As a former SBUX barista that worked in Seattle, it's frustrating how inconsistent this location is.

This happens more than it should and I can tell it’s more milk than anything because it’s straight white. It’s supposed to be a quad shot more brown color. And tastes straight like milk and I run in and run out at 6 am and when I get to work I’m upset cause these aren’t cheap and they aren’t made right.

As a former Starbucks employee and also having been a regular customer for the past ten years, this location has very poor quality product. The product is not consistent. Also, most espresso beverages do not even have an espresso/coffee taste. It tastes watered down and artificial. I used to get a venti iced espresso beverage and about 75% of space is taken up by ice. The rest is watered down espresso. It is certainly not worth the $7. I would rather get the jug of Starbucks coffee at the grocery store. Tastes better. I'd also like to add that when I was going here frequently, there were so many occasions in which they were randomly closed for the day. The location and set up of the drive thru is not efficient and has turned into a safety hazard with the increased population. There is no room for the cars in the line to reasonably go if there are more than two cars waiting to have their order taken at the electronic set up. In one direction, you are blocking off cars on the main road from turning into the parking lot. If you line up in the other direction, you are blocking parked cars from leaving. I assume they must be aware of this because they give high priority to the drive thru. I've ordered inside the establishment multiple times thinking it would be quicker than waiting in the drive thru line. It is not crowded inside, yet it takes a very unreasonably long amount of time to get your drink. When I used to work at Starbucks many many years ago, if we took that long to get an order out, we were supposed to give the customer a free drink card with it and apologize for the wait. I have overall wanted to distance myself from Starbucks and this Starbucks location has certainly sealed the deal. Tired of still seeing their gay rainbow gear and DEI agenda. Just give me a good cup of coffee and be done with it. I guess becoming social justice warriors tanks the quality of a business, their product, and customer service.

Staff is rude always have horrible attitude problems ( larger woman with dyed red hair) if dare ask for light ice they fill it almost to top and smile about it like it's a joke. Ask for oatmilk do to allergy and of course it wasn't 3rd time in a row. Will not be going back.

We went through the drive thru this evening. We ordered two different drinks. One was a coffee and not made to order. The other was a strawberry acia that was undrinkable. Every sip had so many seeds it was awful. I ended up tossing it out. That has been a go to drink and it has never been so awful. I have ordered from here before and other Starbucks locations. This location is close to my house but I will not be returning. Do better

Better than McDonald's for a breakfast quick And ok coffee to boot

They were quick and it was the first time in a long Time that when I got my drink it was actually made correctly. They also had everything I wanted. I kept running into the issue of places being out of items but they had it all!

Good food & nice time with the family. My server seemed really tired though. They work some tough hours! Went again yesterday for lunch & my server was not very friendly. Even took my soup without asking if I was done. I wasn't. Didn't ask many questions I did the asking but my food was great just not the service. Maybe he was stressed due to it being busy. Sad good food & stressed servers.

Walked in here with some friends and got sat down immediately. Service was amazing and food was quick to come out. I got the all American slam and a root beer and all was fit per my requests. Our server was Raymond and he was really nice and on top of things. Will be coming back, it was definitely worth it.

I pulled up to this magnificent place and right as I walked in I was greated immediately even though it seemed to be busy. They greeted me and sat me in a booth Which was very clean, they got me a beverage and gave me a perfect amount of time to select what I wanted off the menu. They got my order and when the food came out it was fantastic, exactly how I asked and wanted it. The service was great the cookes food was great and even on my way out the manager was very kind and helpful.

really nice place. i eat out every day but when i want a nice quick meal i choose this Denny’s. The server Balanca was very welcoming and sweet. food was delicious.

My father and I like the breakfast here. But do not go here and order a steak! The steak was like leather and you can tell the cook did not know how to prepare it. The waitress asked if we would like another and we just decided to take it too the dog and cat. The proper thing was to ask if he would like something else or even take it off the bill. The servers were unattendful for as dead it was. We will only go to breakfast here.

Good food, fast service ! it's very dirty and the air conditioners don't work as they should (it's very stuffy).

Tables in the kids area with the playplace were never cleaned while we were there, and every table needed it when we got there and staff being in and out and picking large trash pieces. I had baby wipes thankfully. The food was fine but the drinks were wrong size and the syrup was empty. The real problem was that the fire exit was blocked by a trash can.

This location was closed at 9:30pm doors were locked with people inside eating…. they could not serve us to buy food and we needed to get something to eat. Store hours at the door are mon to fri until 10:00pm. Staff on duty on 6/04/2025 at 9:30pm were not helpful. They were all very rude and racist!!!!

We came in to eat and the music is so loud you cant hear anyone talking. My daught has severe autism and cant handle such loud noises so we asked if they could turn it down. They refused. So we won't be going to this location anymore. Not disability friendly at all. My ears are still ringing.

You can't give a high rating to the food because it's not healthy, although it's tasty. The staff there is very friendly and it's also cool that there is a PlayGround for children. It's strange for some reason, but when we went there in the evening, the temperature was higher. That is, it was hotter inside than outside, it was in the summer. It was also quite noisy.

Frequently get stale fries kept under heat lamps too long. Nuggets been stale several times as well. Honestly the only reason I still go time to timeis for the kids to play in the playland area. They are pretty on top of security when it comes to the kods not leaving with anyone than who brought them in which is wonderful. 👍

Absolutely the slowest ordered food inside at 115pm received food at 152 pm. Burger was cold. I'll never eat at McDonald's again after my experience at thus McDonald's.

What a disappointment! I got a $6.40 chicken sandwich, taco, curly fries and a drink box. The chicken sandwich was very dry and patty was overcooked. A single pickle chip and one piece of lettuce was all that was included. The taco was disgusting. Super greasy, hard, cracked corn tortilla with about a tablespoon of refried beans and lettuce. The sauce tasted like ketchup. Utterly gross. The curly fries were decent but came in such a small amount, about 3/4ths of a cup. The drink was fine but was also quite small, about a 6" tall cup. For the price, not even close to worth it.

Nasty. Absolutely nasty. Burger was a pile of gross grease with rubbery, vinegar smelling cheese. The fries were meh but gross. I watched a lady grab fries to pur them into the holder WITHOUT gloves. The chicken sandwich was dry. And i literally only had 2 sips of my drink before it was nearly gone. Overall, DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of money and time. Its midpriced for a very distinct reason. Honestly if your in this area just go to mcdonalds or in n out. Both of these are 100% better.

Tried for 3 days in a row to get breakfast from Drive through. Every time it's been blocked with a caution sign. Sept 28, 5:45 am, Sept 29, 6:00 am and today Sept, 30 2023 at 7:53 am. Finally took pics and posted about it. Obvious to me that they don't want to work. I'm forced to go to another restaurant that is more dependable.

The manager should take all employees to In and Out and or carl juniors nearby and show them this is how you treat customers and make food.

the coffee is normal. but there is a short girl who is very rude and does not know how to take orders, no matter where you go she is always rude. this is not normal. there are other workers, let them stay, and get rid of this one completely.

After waiting in line far too long like usual at this horribly mismanaged restaurant I was told they are "not serving breakfast right now" despite the menu saying, "Breakfast served all day." Breakfast is all I went there for and after I was refused service I was trapped in the line and still had to wait. This location has been dysfunctional for years and needs new ownership.

The people that work here want to make $20 an hour but can't make a hamburger. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese. And I'm not sure what I got but with a piece of bacon . I think I got robbed for the price I paid.

today i went thought the drive through to grab me and my girlfriend some dinner. i was never greeted, food was wrong and missing items i added and payed for (do the workers here just assume what they are making and not understand that the customers are able to customize their orders?) also recently i've noticed pretty much everytime i go through the drive through, the person handing my food doesn't speak a word and seem like they just want you out of the drive through. today i experienced just that and when i got my bag , i asked if that was everything and she just closed the window not saying a word. i know full well she had heard me with the side eye she gave me through the window. this locations service is absolutely terrible and some of the rudest "customer service" i've ever experienced.

Do whatever you can to miss this place during the lunch rush hour. I used the McD ap to order our food and chose to go inside and youbwould have thought I walked into the wrong restaurant. 🙃 We went inside because the design of this establishment is NOT Drive Thru friendly. DO NOT TEST ME ON THIS THEORY, you don't want to find out how spot on I am. I waited for at least 15 mins for the order that was placed on the ap. During my wait, I listened to at least 4 other pissed off customers. The staff couldn't get simple drink orders correct... meaning that all the customer ordered was two drinks that required a worker to make them... instead the worker handed him a receipt and two empty cups. The beverage machine didn't have his drink... thennthey did the exact same thing to me. The drive through manager had to recall 2 more orders that were made incorrect. Garbage cans were massively overflowing and the bottleneck seemed to be coming from one single place, the DRIVE THRU. The food was still good. Will absolutely avoid this specific restaurant for all future McD orders in Placerville.

Definately the best McDonalds in placerville. Food is always hot & Fries are always Fresh, plus almost never been told "sorry I shake machine is down" even at 15 minutes before closing. One of the better McDonalds in Northern Cali. Only bummer is theres no playlamd for the kids. Other than that theyre pretty great. And cost less than the ones in cam park, eldo hills, folsom & even in hangtown on broadway. 👍 This franchise owner or manager is on their A game when it comes to being on top of quality control. Went through drive through. Ordered 3 Happy Meals, plain. All 3 had onions and ketchup. Also ordered quarter pounder, no onions. Had onions. Extra tomato, very small slice. Need reimbursement. Not a good respresentation.

I have not eaten at a McDonald's in a very long time. After getting a haircut, I was craving their French Fries. So, I gave in to temptation and ventured inside. I used the Kiosk to order. It was very easy to use. They were not busy. Dining Room was clean and organized. My order was ready within five minutes (I got it to go) Quarter Pounder w/cheese, F Fries, and Chicken McNuggets, were hot and tasty.

Great experience. I love Mcafe and nobody can beat the price and quality of their premium roasted coffee. Aromatic and flavorful coffee.

I ordered four potato tacos, paid for the food, and took it to my job site. However, when I opened the order, it was completely different from what I had requested. I was very hungry, so I called customer service. The representative apologized and assured me that they would double-check next time. I feel that the staff is not professional and could benefit from more training to improve their skills and communication with customers.

Happy to see dine-in open again. Sadly, only available to order at kiosk. Opted for text message receipt. Never came through, no way to verify placing order.. still waiting on food, almost an hour now.. checked with associate, order is submitted, still waiting for a $12 order. New system doesn’t allow your have drink while waiting on order. Disappointing. This isn’t the way Demolition Man portrayed Taco Bell in the future. . As I continue to sit and wait, over an hour now.. I notice, not having a front counter person also means there is no one to maintain and watch the lobby.

Its probably the worse taco bell ive gone to. But it's convenient. Its a basic tacobell. If you have the chance to stop in Cameron park. I'd stop at that one, quality of food is better. Staff is nicer. But again it's taco bell so you get what you get.

I hit the drive thru at 11:25 PM for a wedding after party. The boys asked the manager if I could order 8 party packs. She said FASHO. They got me a free drink while I waited. Super awesome. After about 25 mins they brought out 8 party packs and loaded them in the trunk. But sadly. When I got back to feed the folks. We found NO sauces. That’s like the best part… ruined the vibes.. I’m writing this lightheartedly but for 220$ you guys can’t be forgetting sauces..

Place was clean, visible crew working cohesively to get the order correct. We ordered a Grilled Burrito Box and with NO MEAT on any items and asked for extra Onions in the items and the order was delivered perfectly. Two add on drinks and one with the box. The server asked if we wanted an extra drink that was made at no cost and we gladly took it. There were a few couples dining inside while we came to make our order to go. Will definitely come back here. 5 stars for the crew and their cheerful attitude.👍👍

The food is very good here. Tacos very surprised are great. I started to be a regular customer, but young kids, 15 or more playing gang bang, loud, rap music, hanging out in restaurant area, can't even think, so I went to Mexican food restaurant next door. If this is how Taco Bell is run, " It can be controlled ", I will never come back in this place again !!

I got food in the morning and the staff was very friendly. The lobby was cleaned and well kept. I got my food within 5-10 minutes after ordering on the kiosk.

The girl who took my order was super sweet but then she went to the back. Both of my drinks were ready and I never got my Cakepop so I politely asked one of the girls behind the counter that has brown hair if she could grab it for me. She says nothing looks at me like she's extremely annoyed and I've made her life soo inconvenient then bags the cakepop and throws it onto the counter for me. Once again no words said. My mom saw the entire interaction and we were both shocked. It is not my fault you are working on 4th of July. Learn how to give customer service especially if they are nice to you.

Me and my wife ordered two Frappuccino‘s (carmel frap)(white chocolate mocha frap)and they both came out the best Frappuccinos we have ever had we came in yesterday and our drinks were made wrong by a different girl working by herself (forgot to add Frappuccino roast in both)but it definitely made up for it today our drinks are amazing today and the baristas today really went above and beyond thank you so much Ashley and Candice they are amazing at there job and really take pride in the work they do😁five stars all around we will definitely be coming daily to get our drinks from this location 3:40pm 10/12/22

I frequent this Starbucks and usually get good service. However today I was allowed to make a mobile order at 520am then sat in the drive thru without acknowledgement for 20 minutes. If you’re going to open late don’t turn on your mobile orders so people can go somewhere else. And as professionals do not allow a patron to sit for 20 minutes without speaking to them or telling them what the issue is. I had to wait because this business had already taken my money, didn’t acknowledge me so I could ask for a refund and now I’m going to be late to work. Very dissatisfied, will not be returning.

I enjoyed the sip of my 7 dollar latte before it exploded, due to the lid not being put on all the way. Thanks for charging me to clean my own home.

Sometimes if im in the middle or something or doing something as simple as smoking a cigarette i choose to find a starbucks with a drive through to accommodate... Well as i was paying for my purchase the employee told me that i was not allowed to smoke in MY car while going through the drive through. I was VERY offended for if i am smoking i always take others. Into consideration and hold it as far away as possible an i felt discriminated against by the employee. I contacted corporate to see if that was a policy cause i have no problem following the rules if it is an they said no. Policy is no smoking inside or on the patios at starbucks, there is nothing stated a customer cant smoke in the drive through an more importantly in their OWN car. That after confirming the policy i attempted to contact the store to speak with the manager and spent close to 45 min calling back to back with not a single call answered. It would just ring until a busy/disconnection tone started. So maybe there wasnt even a manager there who knows... But it was all very unprofessional and disappointing to receive service like this. I sadly let that incident ruin the start of my day an as we all know our mornings always dictate our days. I've decided that im no longer taking my business to this location because obviously theirs some training issues... Or lack there of.

Employees are great, their senior officials need to become less concerned with political correctness and continue focussing on serving ALL THEIR CUSTOMER, including those with differing views. After all, it was their service not their socio-political views that made them rich... to thanks to ALL their customers.

This is such a cute little drive thru, it's a shame the quality of the food doesn't match the price. I asked for a hot chocolate with peppermint as well as an oatmeal. The total price was $10.50, on the pricier side. My hot chocolate didn't taste like hot chocolate - it was coffee. There was no peppermint flavoring in it. My oatmeal was over-saturated with water, submerged entirely in it. It tasted like the peppermint was in there, not in my drink. The young lady at the window was nice, however, I'm disappointed to pay that much money (plus a tip) for a meal that was not enjoyable. I took a few sips of the drink and about 3 slurps of the oatmeal before deciding I couldn't finish it. I would have driven back and asked for it to be fixed, however, I stopped here as a pit stop and was on the freeway when I tried both items. Disappointed to not be able to enjoy the meal.

The new owner was kind enough to make me a delicious espresso over ice after he was closed! He also served my dog a treat. Thank you for going out of your way, I'm sure you'll be successful. Great customer service and fantastic coffee.

Great customer service! The menu pics are not the current menu, I'm not sure if they use Peet's coffee still. We went here a few times but the coffee flavor wasn't strong enough for us, even with added shots. Still haven't found a replacement for Love Bird's :( Honestly, we would've kept coming here but they didn't have enough options for our kids to get a treat too.

I feel bad writing this review, because I have loved this place for a long time. One of the new workers, the man there, messes up my drink every time I order from him. He’s very kind and polite but I have stopped coming here because they will be so bad I have to throw it out. Like completely forgetting ingredients or putting so much of something. I don’t think he should be fired, just extra training.

This place sucks. Ordered 1 protein shake drink. Waited 25 mins. Even knocked on her window because I had to leave. 5 minutes later she gave me the drink. I left and it’s totally the wrong drink not even close to what I ordered. What a joke

Since the new owners took over, it's been phenomenal! Coffee is great, and the sausage and chorizo burritos are the best in town. Vyvianna and Alvin always have a smile on their face and you can tell they take pride in their Coffee shop.

Dutch Bros is my go-to for coffee and energy drinks. The staff are always upbeat and friendly, and the service is quick. I love the variety of options, and they always get my drink just right.

It’s my first tme here in Dutch Bros. Placerville better than Cameron Park. They are more friendly. I’ve never had an issue with my drink here, and everything tastes delicious. My go-to choice for iced coffee drinks.

I seldomly deviate from a 911 double blended, when they hear the customization for double blend (highly recommend) they automatically put whip on top for me now. Thanks for recognizing my personal customizations and remembering my drink preference. These are the things that make customers feel individual appreciation and can encourage long term, location loyalty. Great job applying your genuine efforts and making me feel unique and appreciated!

The guy outside was so rude and very rushed. I was downloading the app and he wouldn't help. Said he had to go inside and he'd put it at the window for pick-up. Umm, ok. The item was good but the service was a total turn off. I'll be deleting the app now.

The coffee was good but the wait was extreme. It took us 20 minutes to get our 1 lg hot carmelizer and sm cake batter shake.
