Eggintons is a great breakfast spot in downtown Casper. The restaurant was recommended to us by locals that we were working with at various sites. When we arrived at the location, it was very busy, so we checked in and provided our phone number to be called when a table was ready. We were quoted 30 minutes, but had a table in 20 minutes. Once we sat down, the server was quick to ask us our drink orders and we started browsing the menu. I decided to get the Eggs Benedict while my coworker got the sandwich. The food arrived pretty quickly and it was all terrific. If I had any complaints, I wish my hash browns were crisper. Other than that, it was all a great experience.

Unbeatable breakfast place! Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs and the Tamales and Eggs were out of this world. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is top notch. 10/10 highly recommend

This was a delicious breakfast! Set right in the cute little center of downtown area of casper and a gem with DELICIOUS food! Service was amazing, and they were busy! Highly recommend.

One of THE best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. Yum!!! The service was all wonderful. The restaurant isn't too loud. The building is unique, and the rooms are nicely decorated.

The first morning we ate breakfast Kevin was our waiter, so friendly. He helped us find a place to go for a hike and it was amazing. The food is simply amazing. We loved it so much we went back the next morning and Katie was our waitress, again super friendly and helpful! The hostess was great too it’s just an amazing place to go to for breakfast especially when traveling from Wisconsin to the Tetons. Thank you to the whole staff and the cooks who filled our tummy’s with heaven. We will be back!

5 stars across the board here! My husband and I had the Florentine Eggs Benedict and the mushroom frittata. Our food was amazing! The great service topped the cake for us! Andrea was one of the best servers we have ever had! We will definitely stop back if we are ever back here again!

6 top, great service from waitress! Not really clean, could be a little tidy up between customers at tables. Safety issue with extra chair blocking exit. Chairs stacked by our table. All of that honesty out of the way, Food was excellent! I had a breakfast, bacon eggs, hash browns and toast. Other orders were cinnamon roll french toast, sampler, french toast, eggs benedict, all delicious. Will eat again, just might make sure chairs not a potential safety problem.

We love this place. The burgers and shakes are great, but I’m partial to the home style dinners. Tastes like they have my grandma in the back cooking

Great place. We were visiting on our way to South Dakota, our friend took us to lunch and we loved it. We came back for dinner the same day. All the food is homemade. They hand mashed their potatoes. The owner Pat came over and talked to us both times and shook our hands. She told us the history of the restaurant. The servers were more than friendly, you can tell they enjoy their jobs. The portions were generous and wonderful. Nothing us pre-made. For good food and a great time this is the place to go.

We were so pleased to be included in the large family breakfast this morning. The aroma of the food and the warm atmosphere were incredibly inviting. It was wonderful to share laughter and stories with everyone present. The restaurant's staff were very accommodating to our sizable group. We certainly appreciated the delicious meal and the lovely experience overall.

This place was just okay for us. My husband enjoyed his strawberry cream cheese french toast with candied bacon and my mom enjoyed her biscuits and gravy. I got the 2 2 2 special with eggs, sausage links and pancakes. My eggs were burnt on the bottom and the pancakes were way to big. Service was mediocre at best and the restaurant itself is pretty run-down.

Super polite service and really great food! I wasn't a fan of the fries, but everything else was top notch! The Chicken Fried Steak was both delicious and absolutely massive! Felt like a home cooked meal at Grandma's house.

This is truly a local place that visitors need to visit. We were passing through town and went there based on the Google Reviews and the reviews didn't lie. We met the owner who had been there for over 25 years and she was charming as she sat us at our table and made recommendations from the menu. We started off with one of their fresh Cinnamon Rolls with Pecans and some homemade buttermilk syrup. It was to die for!! We followed that up with one of their stuffed French Toasts with Strawberry topping. It was fantastic. The flavors reminded me of a Monte Cristo sandwich. It had a great balance of sweetness and saltiness and was HUGE. Whether your a local or a traveller, Sherry's is a place you need to visit.

Love this cute little place! From the charming little diner-style restaurant to the perfectly cooked eggs and hamburger patty (fabulous coffee, too) to the outstandingly kind, folksy, attentive service - this place is a total GEM. It was super busy, but they moved people along really well and had a little seating area (some seating outside too) for those who were eagerly awaiting a table to enjoy a fabulous breakfast at Sherrie’s Place! My waitress was the owner’s niece (if I remember correctly) and she was just an absolute sweetheart. I can’t wait to go back! Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ breakfast experience!

If you’re looking for a family run diner with good service, large, delicious portions and small town kindness, then this is the place for you! It’s a cute little spot, tucked in a small non-descript building. If you blink, you’ll miss it. There isn’t a lot of parking, unless you come before 8 am. After that, you’ll walk a block or two if you’re lucky. The staff here is awesome! Sherrie has been running the restaurant for 28 years. While her mom has finally retired, much of the staff has been there more than 10 years. There’s a quiet dignity to the early morning crowd of regulars who come in at sunrise to begin the day. Later in the morning, the restaurant is packed with the white collar crew who run the federal, state and city buildings downtown. You’ll be lucky to find a seat after 9 am. The experience of Sherry’s is worth the wait. Today we had eggs, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Hot cinnamon rolls had just come out of the oven, filling the place with the scent of warm cinnamon. Dining at Sherrie’s Place is a step back into what Wyoming once was. You’re lucky if you get to experience this small taste of Heaven. I’ve been coming here over 20 years. Although I’ve long since moved away, Sherrie is still kind and welcoming to my kids who live in the area. This place is much more than just a restaurant. It feels like coming home.

Had breakfast here on 7.23.2025. Huge portions of delicious food. The Bacon Omelet, Hashbrowns, and Pancake were amazing. Highly Recommend to anyone traveling through Casper, and I'll Definitely stop here again during my travels through Wyoming

This is a hidden gem in Casper! The food is awesome! I had the Pedro skillet, with red potatoes and I would get it again. Also had a side of country gravy and that was delicious!! I definitely recommend the Bluebird!!

My grandmother and I visit once a week. Our favorite coffee in town. The food is delicious and service is phenomenal.

Overall, the service was very friendly, but the restaurant was very dark. My eggs were absolutely terrible, like someone else mentioned they were slimy (and a little grey) and they tasted funny. The bacon was good, but my pancakes were at best below average. Coffee is four dollars, which seems very excessive. My wife had a veggie sandwich, which she liked a lot. I don’t like to give negative reviews, but my experience was pretty poor, while my wife had an OK experience. If it wasn’t for my wife’s sandwich and the friendly waitress, It would be one star.

Great breakfast! 6 top and still got great service. The gravy for biscuits did not have flour cooked out completely. Potatoes changed from an earlier in the week visit - diced potatoes were fantastic, potatoes today were ok. Atmosphere ok, live music was a little loud and could have been turned down a notch or two. Very good music other than ouch on the ears! I think that is a Sunday thing. Will be coming back, want to try the smothered burrito. I had the BBB with sausage and biscuit with side of gravy. Adorable diner with good food and excellent service. We had the Cowboy Burrito and the Biscuits and Gravy. One thing to note is that the gravy was cold. Biscuits and gravy were cold-warm and the burrito was warm with cold gravy. Otherwise, it was delicious.

Was an amazing experience. Just kinda sad I had to order an extra side of hashbrowns after they added bacon to my no bacon skillet and took some of the hash away 😪(big potatohead) . But otherwise the food was amazing and the service was on point. Love the homey atmosphere 👌 makes it a relaxing experience when you are away from home .

Driving through Casper and needed a great place to stop for a breakfast. Google didn’t disappoint…and neither did Bluebird. Out server, Ashley, said they are a little hole in the wall but do a great job. She was right. Amazing food and awesome service. We will stop again when we drive through again.

OK visit, food was OK, just like warm, not hot and fresh. Had chicken and biscuits and gravy, one chicken piece is size of McDonalds nugget hidden under one biscuit. Service was absolutely a slow experience. Waitress said bringing food right up, 15-20 minutes later someone else brought food. Drinks filled slow, not super bad service just slow. Dining area looks renewed and great! Will probably try again, as always good and bad days. Group was a 6 top, so hard to find servers that keep up with larger tables.

Food wa decent. Not quite what I remember from previous visits, but not outright bad. Breanna left a lot wanting. The server from next to us knew more,and interacted with us more than she did. Had to remind her about our son's toast, and did not get everything we ordered in a timely manner. Sat for 45 minutes to almost an hour. Breanna checked on us outside of ordering and dropping off food and check a total of 0 times.

Delicious breakfast options today. Server was nice. We had strawberry pancake platter, banana nut muffin, bacon, and eggs. All very tasty. The baked goods here are always fresh. Wish we had a Perkins Family Restaurant in Abilene, Texas.

Jenny is the most amazing server on the planet! She is always so cheerful and goes above and beyond. To make sure that your experience is pleasant. Your drinks are never empty and your food is always right. Jenny will make sure of that.

Went here for breakfast. The guy who sat us at our booth was unpleasant towards us (although he was laughing it up with his coworkers). But our server was really sweet. It took at least a half hour to get our food, which was not her fault (and she had even made a comment "hopefully your food will be coming out soon" after we had been waiting about 15 minutes). We were just about to get up and leave right before she arrived with our food. Unacceptable to have to wait that long for food to come out.

We always see the same servers and staff when we go, which to me is a sign that they are a good team. Everyone is so friendly, especially to our younger kids! They also make dietary accommodations and substitutions without any issues. Our food is always hot and fresh. It's the constant kindness to our sometimes loud and accidentally messy kids that I appreciate the most though! One server who wasn't even in our section saw our baby squinting from the sunlight the other Saturday morning and she came over and lowered the blinds for us. Our server brought an extra plate and extra napkins and was careful with hot food around the littles. I make extra effort to clean up every bit of dropped pancake and use a ton of baby wipes to preclean any sticky whatever the kids are eating or drinking and subsequently accidentally spilled but they still try to help! They're just all around family friendly.

2 overall stars because the guy who answered, Josh was profesional didn't hang up the phone on me amid my frustration, so good for Perkins on having him as a part of the team. I ordered 10 over easy eggs for pick up, when I got home I noticed I had MAYBE... two over easy eggs the rest were over hard, fully cooked, 0 runny yoke... I ordered/paid for eggs specifically, and I got them cooked however they wanted and they still sent em out. If your cook can't cook AN EGG correctly, it's time to find a new cook. Find someone who takes pride in what they do, like cooking people's food they way they specifically ask it. It's not rocket science, its an egg.

We were up here for a couple days. Went to Dennys for coffee in the mornings and had dinner there one night. The food was really good and the staff was all super friendly. Very good experience and very cute coffee cups!!!

As the boys of Your stupid opinions would say “if I could… I would” I got off work late and was pumped for some breakfast for dinner. 11pm late, I know, but trusty Denny’s says open till midnight online. I show up, doors are unlocked and the sign says open till midnight. (See picture below). 2 gals are sitting at the table rolling silverware and talking. They take a few minutes, look at me and say “closed” I say “the sign says till midnight” they reply “closed” I did not get breakfast for late dinner. Not impressed, not impressed at all.

Every time I go in the morning service, food is great. Every time I go in the afternoon workers just staring not helping for example standing there for 10 minutes with no help to be seated while being looked at 4 times by 2 different workers. Just bad service overall at afternoon

Was great haven't been to Denny's in years so out of the blue we decided to go and rediscover the memories that we had going to Denny's. Had a fantastic meal every thing was on point got food fast cause there was no one there may star going back in the future.

Wonderful time spent with my children. Both of my children love the birthday pancakes 🥞. Food was great. Gabriella was absolutely amazing.

Stopped by Metro coffee company for some internet time to get work done. I've been to a few different Metro coffee company around. It's a chain so obviously there is a lot of similarities but this one is quite nice! The smoothies here are great 👍

I had the Toasted Coconut Shakaroo made with hot Montana Gold tea instead of coffee - it was divine!!! He had the vanilla chai - said it was a little sweet for his taste but good. Kitschy place with small selection of snacks/desserts. Did not try the breakfast bites or bagels this time. Felt like the place lacked ambiance as there was not any music playing - never been in a coffee shop without music. Moderate pricing. Friendly staff. Basic experience I guess. Nothing too exciting.

Unexpectedly fun and cool for the area. Eclectic decor of local art and retro chill. Wide variety of hot and cold beverages all hand made with a personal touch.

The only thing better than the upbeat and kind staff was the delicious coffee. Definitely will be back and will be recommending Metro to everyone I know! Great job to management for creating such a great environment through happy employees, happy customers, and great coffee!

Always been a favorite, ever since they first opened back in 2002! I moved away a couple years later, but recently came back to Casper for a quick weekend visit. While I was there I made sure to stop by Metro for a drink! Love this place!

My favorite place to go when I’m in Casper! The coffee is great, and I especially love their ice blended drinks. Egg bagels delicious too. It’s a lovely vibe here - always a nice amount of people hanging out, not too busy, not too quiet, every time I’ve been, at least. Staff have been so nice every single time - very friendly and warm. Very accepting of kids (but don’t worry, often there are no kids there at all). Comfy sofas, a place to hang out and chill.

Love most of their coffee! Sandwiches are good but a little dry. Service is a bit standoffish, and the shop is really dark. Wish it had a little more of an inviting space.

Incredibly messy. There are boxes of product all over the place. I tripped over a bag of brown rice trying to get to the bathroom. One whole section of seating is taken up by extra cups and piles of mail for some reason. When I was trying to check out at the register, the cashier told me she had to leave to bag up a to-go order. She then went and took care of the to-go customer who wasn't even here yet, then came back to finally let me pay for my order. I don't know what the priorities are at this store, but clearly taking care of the customer in the store or cleaning the store are not any of them.

I went in at 8:30 pm. They close at 9. All of the food items were sitting on a back shelf, instead of over the warming area. They were “pre closing”. In other words, food was not being kept ag proper temperatures, potentially allowing food born bacteria to grow, so the employees could start cleaning up and go home early. They asked me what I wanted on my quesadilla, but since all of the food items were on a back shelf, I couldn’t see my options - the worker had to list them off to me because needless to say, I don’t have every Qdoba option memorized. I’ve been a manager in a restaurant. You stay open until you CLOSE. Food is to be served hot and fresh (and at a safe temperature) until closing. If you want to clean up and start putting stuff away at 8:30, that’s fine - flip the sign and say CLOSED. The food was still good, the staff was in good spirits and friendly.

The folks at qdoba really know how to make a feller feel like one of them, after I chose the protein and accouterments, they lifted me like a queen, placed me apon my chair and chanted burrito king! The lighting was well, until the spotlight shown down upon me, where customer and staff alike waited breathlessly as I took my first bite. When I tell you I was transported into a world of bold mexican flavor with hometown taste!? Its a cry for help. Please if your reading this I have no idea how to get back. It smells great, but I miss my family!

This place cut their protein portions literally in half and charges the same as before. Wasn't just my order, saw it happen to two other people and asked the lady ringing me up if I saw that correctly. She said yes.

Customer service was great! But $32 dollars for a hand full of chips (cups and salsa) with queso and a chicken quesadilla is crazy. I asked if that was all the chips we get(use to be the paper bag full) and the girl looked scared to answer me.

I always like going to this Qdoba because the food is always ready to go so very quickly. I have never had an issue here and all the staff are very pleasant.

This location was super busy today for a 2 o'clock rush. They made sure I was very taken care of, got me in, got everything I wanted ordered(except they were out of chicken) and got me out in no time! I'll be back for sure!

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. His enthusiasm and professionalism truly stood out, making my experience memorable. Cliff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. He even offered recommendations that I hadn't considered, and they turned out to be fantastic choices! The restaurant was clean, and the food was served hot and fresh, which made my visit even better. It's rare to find such dedicated employees who genuinely care about their customers, and Cliff is a shining example of that. I left feeling satisfied not just with my meal, but with the overall experience. Kudos to Cliff and the McDonald's team for making my day brighter! I will definitely be back!

The paper was left on my sandwich. Called and the manager was cussing up a storm about it. The window guy was extremely kind.

This store, no matter what the situation, whether I'm picking up a door dash order, going through the drive thru to pick up, or eating in, is always extremely slow. On average it's a 20 minute plus wait every time, and it takes an act of God to be acknowledged. Plus i constantly see staff dawdling in the back or moving without any sense of urgency, like it's a Sunday stroll at the park. Every Casper location could do better, truthfully

Stop by here on our way home from a road trip to Northern Wyoming. We were waiting in line instead of using the digital order kiosks. Some lady was trying to use a coupon or something and it wasn't working and nobody knew what to do. We ended up using the digital kiosk because it was taking so long. Food was okay. Not enough salt on the fries and my quarter pounder with cheese had about 4 lb of mayo on it.

This is probably the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The wait times are out of this world for something as simple as a sweet tea. Wasting my life away in this line. Probably should fire them all and start fresh

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. When we finally got to the window, the employee was eating a sundae while we still didn't have our order. When she did give us our order she never said sorry for the wait or THANK YOU !!! I will probably never go there again !!

Waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Had us finally park. Granddaughter went inside to get food. They got our order wrong 3 times! My burger was still wrong. It’s apparent that knowing how to read, and count, is not a requirement to work at this Burger King. I will NEVER go there again!!

I recommend Burger King for those that want a hearty meal but you have to realize that you are going to pay for it. That being said it is flame broiled and not grilled like McDonald's. I do prefer Burger King as opposed to McDonald's when I can afford it. I think their meat is better than McDonald's.

Breakfast sandwich and tater tots were really good and hot this time. Inside seating was available at half of the regular seating tables. Only 7 tables. The children's play room was closed and blocked off.

Every time I come here, I have to argue with a middle aged woman whose apparently the manager. Most recently, about whether or not they put a $3 item in my bag. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. It's sad that the teenagers who work there are apologizing for their managers' terrible attitude. Use the extra gas and go across town if you actually want what you paid for.

Terrible experiences, one after another. My family ordered 1 milkshake, 2 happy meals and 3 five dollar bags. We received our cups and filled up, I personally received a real dead fly from the soda machine, probably from ice. Oh well, I rinsed out and filled up again. When the milk shake was received it was rancid, rotten and returned quickly. After 40 minutes we had not received our order. The whole time we where there, we saw about 20 orders carried out to drive thru, not counting what was handed through window unseen. Very disappointed, it was of course explained that they where short handed and undertrained. . . . . As I was about to finish this review my son showed me his burger was gross. Oh and when we had it to go, they packed it sideways and half unwrapped. Super bummer bro. My wife and I believe that this was the worst mcdonalds experience ever. I took pics of bagged items, take a look.

We sat at the order board in the drive-through for about eight minutes, watched three cars on the other board go past us. We got told to hold on a second. They would be right with us. Never got back to us. We had to pull to the window and ask for a manager in order to order our food the manager did let us order food. He did not apologize was still kind of rude, and the rest of the staff was rude as well because when I asked for the manager, the guy with long blonde hair in a blue shirt wearing a necklace with some kind of pendant and a hair tie on each wrist, rolled his eyes, said I guess and slam the window shut. I will be calling corporate and letting them know.

Cold Food, extremely poorly run. They forgot our order so the food was cold cold. Asked for hot food. Took Forever and was still cold. . Service was juvenile. Appears there was no manager watching over the place. 3 employees were outside loitering. All the customers that were waiting got their orders wrong and late. We won’t be back.

Honestly, this has to be the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. The fries weren’t just cold, they were as if they hadn’t even been fried, some were so soggy, it was as if they’d microwaved them from frozen, and caked them with salt. It’s hard to go wrong with a quarter pounder but it had a burnt flavor while also being completely cold, and the bun was rock hard on the bottom. They didn’t repeat the order back, took my card from me without saying a word, then tried to hand me the wrong drinks. I then had to verify my order, and still had to say three times I was still missing a water.

Asian lady with multi color hair took our order , told her that the screen wasn't showing our order correctly , she told us she got everything and we couldn't see it. Proceed to window and she yells at us when we were missing half our food and tells us we didn't order correctly , after telling her while ordering it wasn't all listed. Her coworkers also seemed very annoyed with her ordering people around when she doesn't know what is going on. Worst fast food experience of my life.

This IS the WORST McDonald's in Casper, without question. For the 2nd time in two weeks, I sat in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes waiting for my food, with no communication. The food is below standard, is usually cold and orders are always missing something. Management is poor at best, the customer is never right and the employees are rude. I will not go back, Dairy Queen around the corner can have my business.

Dasher Perspective – Ongoing Issues & Unprofessional Conduct As a DoorDash driver, I’ve had repeated, negative experiences at this McDonald’s location. The store has a consistent pattern of marking orders as "ready" in the app when they are not, which wastes time and hurts both driver and customer satisfaction. When I’ve politely asked about these discrepancies, I’ve been ignored or met with rudeness — once escalating into a shouting match initiated by a manager who seemed more interested in power-tripping than resolving the issue. Following that confrontation, the staff turned off the order screen — the only way for to verify the real-time status of customer orders. Shutting it down doesn’t fix their delays; it just hides them. It's been disabled for days now, and the message is clear: they’d rather cover up the problem than communicate or improve. Reporting through the Dasher app hasn’t led to any changes. This location’s handling of mobile orders shows a complete disregard for basic professionalism. If you’re a fellow Dasher, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and passive-aggressive retaliation if you speak up. Customers should also be aware that slow or missing deliveries might not be the driver’s fault — it often starts here.

We've gone to this one a few times and come away feeling sick each time. Last time we spent 13 and 16 minutes waiting on our one item orders. The staff is angry and spend more time arguing in front of customers than making the food. Go to one of the other BKs in town.

Assistant manager chris is slow took 13mins waiting outside There's the lady in there I think her name is Taya she's the reason why it got 3 more stars because she changed the horrible experience into an understanding situation, Update!!! I just went through the drive through and got a croissant. The day was super fast, had my food out to me.Almost as fast as they had my receipt

The number one item on the menu is a whopper I ordered it with cheese and bacon. I got a whopper jr.. And my wife's whopper tasted like the fake meat one. I need to stop giving this place another chance.

It's not that I don't know better. I do. Every adult knows better. But somehow, the golden arches shine through the fog of wisdom and common sense like a lighthouse guiding broken ships straight into the rocks. We have history, McDonald's. You were there for me when I was broke, tired, and just needed something that tasted like childhood and bad decisions. You’ve seen me at my best (college road trips) and my worst (crying at 2 a.m. in a drive-thru). You know my weaknesses: the fries, the nuggets, the false promise that maybe this time it won’t wreck my gallbladder like a wrecking ball into a sandcastle. But no. Every time, it's the same: a rush of greasy euphoria followed by the slow, inevitable descent into gastrointestinal despair. A stomach full of betrayal. A heart full of broken McDreams. And yet... like a fool, I return. Maybe it’s nostalgia. Maybe it’s denial. Maybe it’s because they put just enough crack in the McFlurry machine to keep me coming back even though it’s always broken. McDonald's, you are the ex I can’t block. The one I trash talk with my friends, swear off forever, and then text at midnight like, “You up?” And somehow, somehow... you always are.

the workers had terrible attitudes. it took 40+ minutes for the people ahead of us to get their food and took us more. We sat here for 25+ minutes waiting. the customer service of the employees was horrible. every single person had attitudes. one worker shoved past my grandma to leave the restaurant.

Worst McDonald’s in town. Food is always cold, fries never have salt. Ordered a hot and spicy with extra pickles, and they put so many that the juice soaked the bun and paper and leaked through the bag. And today I ordered a big mac with light lettuce and extra pickles, and what I got was a burger drenched in sauce, 1 patty, and no lettuce and no pickles. Read the order and make sure it is correct before you hand it out. And make sure the food is warm. Im sick of ice cold fries. Not going here again.

They can’t get simple orders correct. Pink haired clown girl in the second window is the least pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with, she should probably dedicate her time to being more friendly

This place has been more and more of a disaster lately, and after today's order I'm done with them. I have four kids, so we hit McDonald's multiple times a month, but I won't be going back to this or any other one now. First I place an order with apple pies, they tell me that it will be at least a 10-minute wait. So much for fast food guys. I tell them I don't want it, but they can't take it off so I'm still charged for apple pies that I never got. Then instead of getting three apple pies, I got charged for for three 40 piece McNuggets even though I only wanted one 40 piece order. Again, no attempt was made to rectify the situation. The staff in management are just full of blatant incompetence, and it's not worth my time or money to go to a place that can't even make apple pies or make decent Dr pepper without someone holding their hand. Don't go to this McDonald's.

I usually order from this location a decent amount especially when Im working night, however I just went and got an order from them tonight and my whole order was complete crap. Fries were cold, burgers were burnt for the patties and just tossed together, the cherry freeze I bought, not even cold it was warm and slimy and gross and probably didn't have time to set. If they would have told me the machine was shut down id have been ok getting something different.

I would just advise to avoid McDonalds of this town all together. Nothing like going in and overhearing people being loud and not getting food out or having to hear employees harassing other employees or managers. Harassing in any workforce is not okay and something needs to be done or not going to have customers. It’s no wonder the food doesn’t get out, I wonder if they even care if their employees are getting harassed

My total price for my order came up on the ordering screen,when I got to the window I was charged another price I asked the young lady why my total was different then what was shown and she couldn't give me a answer so I left and called and asked to speak with a manager and this guy got on the phone pretending to be the manager but said he's not allowed to give me his name,so I said well i'll just call back in the morning and speak with a manager then,so he proceeded to say well I'll just leave him a note and he'll just laugh at you. I am so sick and tired of the way customers service at places like taco bell respond to customers just trying to get clarification,hire some real customer oriented people to work and not a bunch of untrained people that have no interest in treating the customers that pay them to work there, I will never go back there and I'll make sure to let my friends and family know about it also. And I will be calling the manager tomorrow morning and I also will be posting his response as well.

Complete joke. They have only ever consistently gotten my order wrong or failed to provide all items I’ve purchased. Be sure to Thoroughly check that ALL items are included before leaving because the staff is entirely incapable of it. Unprofessional, unintelligent and a terrible way to treat customers. I boycotted this place after they gave me an old and cold box full of nachos when I had ordered a build your own deluxe box (yeah not even close) had to turn around drive 20 mins back just to get correct order and they handed my box to me with all my items being cold at that point. ZERO points on that customer service interaction. Well first day back to giving them a chance they gave me an incomplete order. I would never recommend eating here. Ever. Two thumbs down. Three if I had that many.

This was my worst experience at Taco Bell. There seems to be a sudden decline in quality. All of the meat in every item I ordered was chewy, fatty, and rubbery. The dulce de leche Cinnabon Delights were the most disgusting dessert I’ve ever had in my life. My six year old wouldn’t even eat them and we threw them all away. It tasted like burnt margarine that was excessively bitter and salty and we couldn’t get the taste out of our mouths for hours. To top it off, we heard an employee talking to a customer about how he would hit an elderly person if they were having cognitive/behavioral issues. I am extremely disappointed and appalled.

Really, Taco Bell. Bring a classic back and treat it this way. Used to be my favorite. I've only been able to order it twice. This one was cold. The last one looked worse. but at least somewhat warm. Kicker. It's late at night when nobody is in line. It should be done right. Second pic was Feb 28th. By the time I ordered to drive up to the window. I got this. Plus they forgot stuff. Mind you. I was the only customer in line. Lobby was closed. Come home 3 minutes away to this and cold. I asked being a regular customer with other stuff. Excited to see it back. For a remake. Told no. That's hownitnis. It was un edible. Can we give negative stars somehow. Reached out politely to higher ups. No response. These were two different orders. Has anyone reached ou from TB. Nope! I've even called.. one looks disgusting m. The Ither looked like it was dropped. they laughed and did nothing. Taco Bell for ya!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. In the 5 years I’ve lived in Casper after moving from Florida, I have yet to have a single pleasant experience here. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 pm and lunch rush or 1 am and dead quiet they always mess up the order and short me on food I paid for. Beyond pathetic.

I hate making bad reviews but I'm sick of paying for things that I order that don't make it in the bag. I get it people make mistakes but this has happened to me almost every single time I get take out. Please start paying more attention. There was only 2 other cars in line it's not like y'all were busy.

I love taco bell, however, the prices have gone sky high and can't afford to feed family. Real bummer, don't believe their supplies have gone that high to make the menu .

Really great customer service. Workers were very polite. They gave us big servings of meat and guacamole. The card reader froze while we were trying to pay. After waiting for two minutes, they just let us leave with three free meals.

I understand hit or miss. BUT this specific restaurant is always out of items i really really enjoy such as Steak, Peppers, and one time even lettuce. And we are met with sparky attitudes when we request that item. This use to be the best spot for Qdoba but lately Im thinking it might be worth the drive to go to the Eastside one.

I love that I can create a meal that fits my dietary needs. I can choose gluten free, dairy free options at an affordable price that fill me up.

Went for dinner and they were out of both chicken and guacamole and one of the employees was extremely rude about it, instead of offering a solution like waiting for them to make more we were told that "if you want guacamole you can go across the street to Fuzzys" and told my wife and I that we were being rude for being disappointed that they didn't have chicken or guacamole at 630 at night. Almost walked out and went somewhere else.

Went in this morning, we love their breakfast bowls but I stood there, stood there, and stood there some more. I could hear them laughing and talking but they never came out, re-opened the door to try to engage them but nothing, went to fuzzies instead…I do love your breakfast menu though when I get service!

Flour impossible burrito with a small drink for $12 Black beans Refried beans Rice Queso Chips Sour cream $9 for burrito this size is not bad at all. Everything tasted lovely and staff took good care of everyone in the building. Low stress environment.

This place was pretty good super fast. The girl making my burrito was talking so fast she had to keep repeating herself🤣🤦‍♂️. I’m sure something was going on lol. But it was descent on how clean they kept it.

The person who was the night manager last night was quick to anger, and actually raised her voice at me because she was “too busy” to assist with an issue that I was having with an app order.

Unfortunately, they were rude and wouldn’t give us extra napkins. When asked for them didn’t give us any straws or ask us for what we needed and then told us that they couldn’t give us more napkins when they only gave us a few. Unfortunate.

Service was above and beyond, and food was fresh and delicious. Also it was really clean and the AC in the dining room was super nice. Thank you!!

Good spot tucked away. I came in for breakfast with my kids and we were immediately greeted. I had the chicken fried steak, it’s breaded in house and you can tell. The kids breakfast are a great value at 6$. Service was good. Overall a good experience. We will be back!

Love the new, larger location! The owner is attentive and the food is amazing. If I could give the turnovers 6 stars, I would. We shared two with our table after brunch on Sunday, and both the apple and lemon were incredible. Going to the Derrick is quickly becoming a family tradition when guests visit from out of town.

Good food priced right! Food is fast and fresh. Only complaint is at times they will leave guests standing at the front door waiting for seats when there are few people in the place and the staff is standing at the bar tops chatting. Get help up front.

We decided to try something new, and The Wooden Derrick was next on our list. OH MY GOODNESS ! It is my new "go to" restaurant. Absolutely awesome !! The staff was great. Very kind and personable. The food was fantastic. Exactly how I would have made if I was able to cook. High-quality food and presented perfect.

This is one of my regular go-to lunch spots. Great food at affordable prices. I love their burger and BLTs, but this time got breakfast for lunch. OMG! Soooo good. Eggs cooked perfectly, hash browns with just the right amount of crunch, and pancakes.

This was a lovely spot to grab breakfast while visiting Casper. Our server was welcoming and attentive. The food, especially the house-made green chili on top of my egg scramble was a top notch addition to the dish! You can tell they make real food with care here, go get some!

I had a little bit of time between tests at the hospital so my co worker said to try it. I just wish I knew about this place before. The food was fresh and warm and excellent taste. Service was the best. The next time I'm in Casper I will eating there.👍

The lady at the Front counter was very professional very polite the sandwich I got was OK I asked for extra onions I did not get them and the meat was cold the sandwich was not fresh but the soda machine was broken and the counter where the ketchup and salt and pepper is was all nasty And the bathrooms were nasty The soda machine was obviously broken there was ice and water all over the floor because the ice didn't stop coming out and many of the flavors were missingit seems as though they're in need of better leadership a very careless atmosphere pictures are included

0 stars rude manager who doesn't know how to work customer service. Asked for one packet of BBQ with our large expensive order. She says it'll be .26 cents and tells me I have to get in the back of the line. There were 4 groups in line and my food was already getting cold. Unnecessarily rude about it

Things you can expect from this Burger King: no cups for ketchup, no salt, poorly cooked food, rude customer service, long waits, a drink machine that rarely works, fries with no taste, occasional stomach issues, and a bathroom so dirty that it smells like the worst porta potty you've ever been in.

11:00 pm Supposedly open till 11:30, walk up to the doors- locked. But the drive thru is open, yeah that's great if you're not driving a tractor trailer parked at the truck stop next door. So much for customer service.

The bbq brisket whopper was delicious. Service was great as well. Order was out fast and the tables were clean.

Four stars because they done have a changing table. Ended up changing a very poppy diaper on the dining table..... Also, it looks like it hasn't been updated since 1998 Other Than that the service was great. Way better than the other burger King in Casper. Fast professional service.

Best coffee in Casper, hands down! The coffee is top notch, the owners are wonderful, truly an asset to our community. I love that they make real food. On various occasions I’ve had their crepes, waffles and oats and they don’t disappoint! My son likes the energy bites and my daughter likes to order a smoothie! Our Casper go to when we make a coffee stop!

Absolutely the best coffee in town, hands down! I've visited several coffee shops in the area, and nothing compares to the rich flavor and top-notch quality here. Every cup is consistently smooth, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend to any coffee lover who appreciates a great cup of coffee and good vibes.

The Cowboy Breakfast is my new favorite drink! The way the combo compliments eachother and that maple syrup 😍 Give it a try because it just might become your new favorite too! Pair it with a waffle... my favorite is the cookie butter but my kids absolutely loved the maple and strawberry glazed ones! This local coffee joint is THE ONE to stop at!

I’ve been craving a chai latte for the longest time and this cafe did not disappoint! Our lattes were bursting with immaculate flavors. I’m not sure what that grainy stuff was on top of the cup but it didn’t make the drink taste any different. The energy bites were also incredibly delicious. They had a cookie dough like texture and were very easy to chew. The staff all super kind and I am deeply satisfied.

Copper Cup has the best atmosphere of any Casper coffee shop. Whether you’re there to have a business meeting or let the kids play while you chat with girlfriends, you always feel right at home, well taken care of and have the most delicious coffee and food!

We absolutely love copper cup coffee company! We had stumbled across of the year ago and now every time we come to town we stop for gluten free waffles, coffee and playtime for the kids! After our drive to town the kids the low stem stress free play around to stretch before shopping! Thank copper cup family for making this such a welcoming place!!

Employees should not have vapes sitting on a counter while making food. They should not be vaping in the restaurant at all. It is 9:56 pm on 10/25/2024 just got my food and snapped this picture. It definitely isn’t up to code. Something needs to be done before something really bad happens

Food is honestly good. Pulled through the drive thru, my girlfriend ordered a burrito bowl, she wanted to make that a combo but I guess they don’t have that in a combo?? So they charged her an extra $10 just to have a combo, making her pay close to $19. So why do they offer it as a combo on there drive up menu. Just a warning to people that you may be getting unjustifiably up-charged here.

The WORST rude attitude given me I have ever experienced in my life. Going through the drive-thru, they apparently didn't understand me, even though they didn't tell me that. At the window, I asked for the requested change and they made it clear that I was an imposition, that I was ridiculous in asking them to get my order right, and then shut the window on me while I was still talking to them. UNBELIEVABLY BAD!

Pretty good. Just double check that you get the sauces before leaving the restaurant, especially the ones you now have to pay extra for; they usually forget them.

My favorite tex mex place in casper. Everything was amazing. I had the fried chicken tacos and they were very fresh and had a nice spicy kick too. Will go again.

Food was delicious and staff were super friendly and helpful. We ordered incorrectly and they immediately fixed our problem and kept a friendly attitude the whole time.

Didn’t even get so far as to order so can’t review the food! 2 employees were sitting outside smoking when we got out of our car. We walked inside and didn’t see anyone working. Stood at the counter and nobody was around. We walked out! Won’t stop at this location again!

Food was trash 43.34 dollars and nothing was edible.. then was told they were out of Beans, Fries, chicken, chicken nuggets.. Odd part there was chicken in the kids quesadillas (who wanted just cheese no sauce) and not to mention for some reason the chicken quesadillas smelled like fish... Ugg so disappointed

It's very hard to rate service when there there really isn't any. You have to place your order at a kiosk. They call your name when your order is ready. I guess, the best I can say about service and atmosphere...... At least they called out my name politely. Taco Bell has become even more skimpy than I thought possible. A simple cheesy roll up ....... you can't even see the cheese in it. Just a rolled up tortilla. The crunch wrap supreme was flat. Those used to be so full the filling would ooze out when you bite in to it. The Tacos were flat. I freaking spent over $60 .... I honestly don't think I received $10 in food. Your greed has obviously blinded you to the fact WE DON'T HAVE TO EAT THERE ..... times are tough..... we are going to eat where we actually get our money's worth. 2 tbsp of ingredients in a flat taco shell that was limp.... not crunchy. Your greed has blinded you from your integrity and allows you to think you're entitled to sell us flat Tacos, most empty shells, with ten cents worth of ingredients !!!!

Tacos were made a head, by at least a half hr or more. Were soggy and fell apart. These were hard shell tacos and they were stuck to the wrapper and that's were the bottom of the taco stayed. The food tasted disgusting after sitting so long. I finely got use to the 9.00$ price for 5 tacos, but this is the last resort. I'm done. $8.00 for good food is one thing, but I can't deal with the price and get served garbage to another. You just lost a life time customer!

ordered a crunch wrap. Recieved a stale tortilla that i had to rip apart because it was so stale. not edible. Was not worth calling just to have to go back to the restaurant for a replacement. I will stick to Pancho's down the road.
