Cafés La Tour has a charming history that began at the doorstep of a small grocery store on Grande-la-Real street, where Jacques Murville and his wife first roasted coffee beans for their budding business. Located in the northeast of Perpignan, this delightful café offers an impressive selection of artisan coffees sourced from far-flung places like Guatemala, Peru, and Ethiopia. Visitors can enjoy freshly brewed coffee on-site or purchase beans to take home.

Le Grand Café de la Poste is housed in a charming, historic building in a prime location beside Le Castillet. The café offers a welcoming Mediterranean ambiance where visitors can enjoy coffee. Their pleasant outdoor terrace provides shade and is especially enjoyable during hot weather. The restaurant boasts a delightful view of the old city gate and offers an appetizing menu that includes crepes, meat platters, and salads.
The restaurant was very nice with a lovely view of the old door into the city. We ate crepes and the meat platter and finished with coffee and tea. Everything was very good, and I highly recommend them. They have a large crepe selection, we got the sugar and lemon and the Nutella and banana crepes. The prices here were very reasonable.

I only had a salad but it was fantastic. We had been for drinks on a couple of occasions and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. A good mix of locals and tourists
Stuart 1 — Google review
A busy café in Place de Verdun. Beside the Castillet and around the corner from Le petit train de Perpignan. A nice shaded outdoor terrace when the weather is hot.
Travel F — Google review
Fabulous location! Changed owners recently service not up to old standards. Been twice recently for early morning coffee, on both occasions they had run out of crossaints! Portions are a lot smaller than before. At weekends during rugby season the cafe is often frequented by visiting supporters.
Mike G — Google review
My partner and I ate here. We once watched a fist fight right out front. The dessert options we great. And the coffee was delicious!
Dan C — Google review
Slow service - had to ask the waiter to take our drinks and food order, then the dessert and finally a coffee that took 10 minutes to arrive since it was ordered (the bill arrived 1st without requesting it). Very few options for vegetarians - I originally ordered the goat's cheese salad but... surprise! We are in France and they are out of cheese! Of course we could not have the cheese platter for dessert either. Not the best of meals. On a positive note, the duck with the dauphinois potatoes was very nice!
M B — Google review
We asked for two aperol which have been very light. The barmen should read the aperol bottle where he can find the colour indication. But the main disappointing behaviour is that not all tables are served with some peanuts. You have to ask for. This is a discrimination of the guest and not acceptable.
Eduard S — Google review
One of the best locations in Perpignan. Just at the foot of the red-brick Castillet. One of very few places open on a Sunday evening in Perpignan. Only gets 4 stars as it's a little overpriced, and the service is slow.

The brasserie Le Petit Moka is a lovely place with polite staff and good value food. It's a great spot for vegetarians, as they have many vegetarian options available.
Crepe is ok, hot chocolate is ok. I will try thick chocolate next time

The location and looks of the establishment are quite nice, but the atmosphere – unbelievably rude and hostile. We were greeted by a racist waiter who told us that we need to speak French, because we are in France and we MUST speak French, I’ve got a question: when you are traveling to another country, so you always speak a language of a country you are visiting? We have greeted them in French and just politely asked to switch to English. (mind we are just 30km from the Spanish border, where you will never encounter such an attitude). Then we waited for around 10 minutes for another waiter, cause we were just simply ignored. Second point: the Crêpes were TERRIBLE. I thought that I am chewing on a rubber. Nether salty nor sweet. All in all, won’t recommend this place to anyone who visits Perpignan. The interior is quite nice though. But that’s it. Awful, racist and rude, like I said before.
Yegor S — Google review
Really nice cafe at placa republic. I stopped by after seeing the sign for crepes. Got the one with hazelnut spread and some coffee. It was larger than I expected and tasted perfect. Not too sweet, not greasy. Made to perfection. I would say it was on the pricier side but also the cafe is located at a tourist locations
Waran D — Google review
Very nice, cosy place to have a breakfast. Good and coffee were tasty, nice attentive personal, fast service. There is a big terrace to sit outside, inside is nice with good design
Liubov S — Google review
Good coffee, great Orange Juice. The pastry was a bit meh!! Such a shame as it could have been great.
Weybudur R — Google review
The waiter wasn’t nice at all. He was like he is not happy to take the order. We ordered so many things and he didn’t even thought to bring a glass of water with. I had to go to the bar to bring a small glass of water. This is the second time that we went there and it will be the last time. We didn’t feel confortable at all!

Went here in June 2022. Staff really friendly; were willing to let a tourist try their pigeon French but also were forgiving enough for a toddler dropping a glass on the floor. Food and coffee also good. Would recommend.

Amorino Gelato in Perpignan offers a wide variety of flavorful options and is conveniently located, leading to some crowding and wait times. The terrace seating adds to the appeal. While not the most affordable choice, their ice creams are delicious, with various tropical flavors available. The service is generally good, although there have been instances of bugs found in the ice cream. Some customers also mentioned that certain servers were slightly impolite, possibly due to language barriers.
Great ice cream, even though the server was a little rude in her approach to selling the products. Possibly lost in translation. 😁
Weybudur R — Google review
Ice cream was nice but rather expensive and very long waiting time.
Styfen S — Google review
Plenty of choices with rich flavors. Busy due to central location. Had to queue for 10 - 15 minutes. There are tables in a terrace which is always good. Definitely not the cheapest out there
Ahmad A — Google review
While in France on holidays my favourite icecream were from Amorino and luckily wherever I go there was one of their shop! 😋 In this Perpignan branch there was a queue when I went (as usual in Amorino shops!) but the staff members were efficient and friendly. I think there were a take away order going on as well because I could see one of them dedicated to prepare it and then a driver coming in to pick it up so probably the queue was a bit slower than usual. Anyway, the wait was rewarded because their icecream is a guarantee!
Mara C — Google review
Great ice creams. Many flavours including tropical ones. Great service. Would have put 5 stars but there were bugs in the ice creams (, flying insects) and they were not fussed about it.
* — Google review
Ice cream is delicious but i want to congratulate Amorino for the lady who is taking the order and the money. She was like GESTAPO and tried to sell us cornets with chocolats for 1 Euro more and the reason was they can't make flowers with normal cornets. This was the 1st LIE she told us and I am sure she is telling to everyone. The 2nd lie she told us was, when i asked to use the toillete to wash my 5 years old daughters hands. This LIER lady, told me that the toilette is occupied and therefore I can't use it. I was there for almost 1 hour and no one used the toillete. She was rude and a lier.
Gorkem T — Google review
Excellent Ice Cream. €5.80 for a small-ish tub but it was well packed and I had a mélange of blueberry cheesecake, pistache, chocolate and mint. First class and worth the money on a 40+ degree day in the Perpignan sun. Hiring policy for staff clearly places slim, good looking lassies of 5'8"-6' as top of the selection criteria. No luck if you don't fit eh? I'd go back. FX.

Good ice cream friendly staff, just waiting time for not super long que almost 45 minutes, surely need more hands on deck.

All round an excellent place in Perpignan. We were lucky to have some live music while we were there. We ordered from the daily menu and was not disappointed! Save room for dessert!

Situated in a shady alley with a little breeze, this was the coolest place we could find when trying to escape the 38c heat! And what a lucky find. We had the fish of the day and it was delicious. Our waitress Kareen was really lovely as were the chatty locals. We were there most of the afternoon and honestly we could have stayed there all evening. I went in because I was drawn by the amazing selection of teas and infusions. I spoke to Margo who offered a drinks menu and they had cold infusions already done that I could get on the go. Margo gave me little samples. She then opened some boxes of infusions so I could smell them. I chose one and she brewed it for me. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. The infusion was super tasty! Highly recommend this place!

Passed this cute tea shop and saw people drinking something iced. A very sweet girl told us that they had two different kinds of iced tea. Her english was excellent. We were offered a small jug of sugar water so that we could make the tea as sweet as we wanted, it was very tasty and refreshing. (Translated by Google) A recommendable place to have a smoothie and spend some time. The coffee is not the best you can have... but the smoothies really are great. A comfortable but somewhat small environment, there is a lack of more armchairs and the ability to sit in an armchair with some possibility of being with the computer (there are only tables). On the other hand, and this is throughout the center of Perpignan, it is a shame that they close at 7:00 p.m. because it is a place to stay quietly until 8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., especially on the weekend.

If you're in Perpignan and craving a delicious meal, BCHEF Burgers is definitely worth a visit! This spot offers an impressive variety of food options, including vegetarian choices that cater to diverse tastes. Diners have enjoyed their experiences here, often returning for lunch despite the bustling atmosphere during peak hours. While some find the prices slightly on the higher side, many agree that the quality of food makes it worthwhile.
Very good burgers served at just the right time when we had just 30 minutes to catch out train. The friendly staff packed everything right and had our correct order ready to go. Merci!

I had about an hour to transfer between my bus and train in Perpignan. I thought this place would be great since it's a fast food and I wanted to take the food with me on the train. After I ordered and paid for my food I waited for over 40 minutes and then I had to leave because otherwise I would have missed my train. The staff was uncooperative. And the whole time I waited for the food I could hear the staff from the kitchen arguing. If you don't want to wait for fast food for an hour and leave empty-handed I don't recommend it.
Matylda R — Google review
I ordered a combo La pin-up. As I got into the train, I found my bagel without avocado. Look what 7,8€ bagel looks like from BCHEF.... What a pleasant trip with this... thanks...
Sungah B — Google review
Really good food, vegetarian too! I ordered there twice and it was a good experience each time. I will probably have lunch from them again. It tends to be quite busy during lunch but I won't count it on them since it's not their fault. Regarding the prices however, they are a bit too high for my liking, though not abhorrently pricy, a little lower would be ideal considering they didn't fully satiate me even with 20€ worth of food. And they didn't offer enough sauce packs on the get go, I cannot yet say if they're stingy with them since I didn't ask for more but a single pack is too little for a 20€ order. Other than that nothing bad, I would recommend if you aren't on a tight budget!

Very poor experience. I ordered a plain burger and it came with ketchup and onions which can easily happen. I gave the burger back and explained again that I ordered a completely plain burger. The cashier understood but the same burger came back 5 minutes later with the ingredients barely scraped off and in the original bag 😑

Amazing service!!! Staff was really patient with my broken French and whipped up a vegan pasta salad for me, that wasn't on the menu and it was DELICIOUS!! They were also really sweet to my dog and in general the atmosphere was really positive and welcoming. Thanks so much girls!

Food arrived after an hour and it was already cold. I also ordered a coffe but they forgot to give it to me, so I had to argue with the waiter to have it. I surely won't come back.

Terrible service uncooked burger and uncooked bacon crumbs. Sent burger back and it was returned still in the original bun with my bite still out of it and still uncooked. Could not eat it - no apology and not even a goodbye when we left. Bob MAich

Coworking Coffee provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel right at home. They offer all the necessary amenities for comfortable work, including excellent coffee. Their menu options are affordably priced, and they also have staff members who speak fluent Spanish, making communication effortless. Whether you're looking to enjoy a cup of coffee or need a productive space to work in, Coworking Coffee is the ideal choice.
Excellent specialty coffee, newly upgraded equipment, and they’ve renovated and reopened with a slightly different concept — but it’s still very much a coworking space. A very pleasant, bright environment with delicious coffee and great desserts. They also offer brunches and as far as I know, breakfasts too. Overall, I have only positive impressions!

Food was really great (the rainbow bowl but also particularly the banana caramel cake with cream to do not miss!! Absolutely perfect dessert). Furthermore, the waitress (Wednesday afternoon in August 21) was so kind and smiling. Finally, the space is peaceful and comfy. Thanks

Super delicious food, brilliant avocado toast (I am still thinking about this crispy bread skin) and cheesecake to die for (I ate it before I thought about taking a photo). Very good coffee and great place to work. I can highly recommend!

Super welcoming! They made us feel at home, gave us all we needed to work comfortably. Coffee is great. They have super affordable menu options. On top of that they speak perfect Spanish so it made everything easier to us! If you need a place to enjoy a coffee and/or need to work some that's the place.

(Translated by Google) The saleswoman was not at all friendly, and this is mentioned in several reviews, so I don't understand why management isn't taking action. Furthermore, the pastries are very dry. I think they must have been past their expiration date. I'm very disappointed; I won't be returning. I don't recommend this place; the prices are high compared to the quality and quantity. I've discovered this place recently. I knew it was open but hadn't been yet. I love it. The difference are the people and they are so nice. Having coffee or a snack or lunch prepared and served by nice people who are kind and smile is absolutely fabulous!!

The macha is a cheap to manufacture alternative (but not cheap for you and me of course!) No dogs allowed. We used to come here because we can sit in the aircon with our dog, now there is a big unfriendly no dog sign on the door 🤷 The macha is also appalling. It's a green powder with flavourings and sweetener, and no doubt some macha (i.e. very cheap to produce) but they sell it for the same price as other cafés sell pure macha. I imagine the only way you could enjoy it is if you've never tasted actual macha. As the aircon and dog welcoming was the only reason we used to come here, we wont be anymore

(Translated by Google) Takeout order ruined today: the coffee was filled to the brim, without a tight-fitting lid. As soon as I picked it up, it was already leaking. As a result, everything spilled in my car, a real mess! No control from the staff, and it put me in a difficult situation. Too bad, because I usually like Columbus, but this is unacceptable. Reconsider taking out orders!

(Translated by Google) We ordered two small freshly squeezed orange juices and one chocolate smoothie. The chocolate was good and fresh, but both juices were really not that great. Even when they arrived at the table, we could immediately see from their appearance that they were watered down. We tasted them, and they did indeed. We pointed this out and were told it was the ice cubes in them... But that was impossible because in such a short time the ice cubes hadn't melted enough to make the juices so watery. We still asked for them to be replaced, which was done, and this time we could immediately see that they didn't have the same visual appearance, and indeed, the taste was real juice, which was very good this time. Given the rather excessive prices on all their products, quality must be a must, so we took the liberty of requesting the replacement, which was completely justified.

(Translated by Google) AVOID!!! I gave it one star because it's impossible to give it zero... Although the latter goes to the poor employees who do their jobs professionally despite being exploited. The salary is what separates this job from slavery! A word of advice to the manager of this franchise: seriously consider yourself. A position like yours requires respect and consideration for your staff. You won't get what you want by yelling at them or belittling them like they're worthless. Being demeaning to someone only inflates your own ego at the expense of the psychological and moral well-being of the person in front of you. Such behavior is unacceptable; for your information, it is nothing less than moral harassment (Article 1121-2 of the French Labor Code). A word to the wise. (Original) A FUIR !!!

(Translated by Google) A truly top-notch snack bar! The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The products are fresh and of very good quality; you can immediately taste the difference. I tried a chicken, Camembert, and cream panini: a real treat, delicious and generous. For dessert, I fell for a triple chocolate cookie, meltingly soft and delicious, as well as the artisanal meringues, simply incredible: light, crunchy, and full of flavor. Everything was perfect from start to finish! This has become a place I recommend without hesitation, whether for a quick lunch break or a small gourmet treat. A place to absolutely discover!
