Nestled just a short stroll from the University of Wroclaw, Kot Cafe is a delightful haven for cat enthusiasts and anyone seeking a unique experience. This cozy spot invites you to unwind with adorable feline companions while sipping on delicious coffee and indulging in sweet treats. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an ideal place for students or friends to gather, even on quieter nights.
Very nice atmosphere, friendly and understanding staff. The dishes are delicious! the drinks are impeccable. Cats in the institution are well-groomed and friendly. Incredible place, I recommend it to everyone! I have been there many times, but I would like to return in the future

This place was so cool, the cats were so cute and friendly. My favourite is definitely the persian. They have a lot of stuff to play with and we went midday and there was not much people. Cats are respectful. I had some apple cake (charlotka) and it was so good!! I also had the pink thing in the picture i’m not sure what it is and it was the best thing ever. Really nice cats. Coming here every week now.
Emily S — Google review
I went there during my recent vacation stay in Wrocław. The place is very cozy and at the same time it is really neat. I love the menu design with item names modified to include the word "cat" - pun totally intended. I had a piece of Szarlotka (traditional Polish style Apple Pie) and coffee. Both were delicious. The Cafe is home to several adorable cats that are very friendly and easy to pet and take pictures of. Overall, I highly recommend the Cafe as a wonderful place for any animal lover.
Adam K — Google review
Very good place. The cats and the chill music surely makes everything good :) Also it would be great if the menu is translated in english. Overall, its good :)

You can have coffee or a dessert You may speak only in a quiet voice Children under 10 not admitted and those speaking loud will be asked to leave. The cats are adorable! Looking great and happy.

Good place for cat lovers 🐱🐈🐈‍⬛ they have many cute cats but the cake and the drink we had was not good at all, I couldn’t drink my bubble matcha latte 23zl ( very watery drink and tapioca is not even cook yet)
Nattavee N — Google review
Nice and warm place. cats are so friendly always walking and interacting with customers also they are so soft and clean 🐾 Coffee was so good as well. The cafe also has a lot of board games. Love it. I recommend this place! 🐱

Nice except for the kids who disturb the cats, who then leave. Food and drinks are fine. Chill atmosphere.

Café Rozrusznik is a popular neighbourhood cafe in Wroclaw with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It's popular with young urbanites for its wholesome vibe, vinyl music collection, and choice of specialty coffee.
We had coffee and matcha with oat milk as well as cake. On most days you have lot of vegan options. Very kind staff and a good spot for a break or talk. Gay-friendly, dog-friendly, vegan-friendly

Great coffee, perfect service and cool ambience. We loved it!

Great coffee, tasty cakes, nice staff ;) What else do you need ;)
Maciej G — Google review
If you're looking for the quality of coffee, this is definitely the place to try in the neighborhood where you can't find anything better. They have a nice terrasse with outdoor seating. Also, the indoor sits are nice and atmosphere is very chill to spend a couple of hours with a book. I personally like the style of the place and the front door, always take a pictures :)
Valerii P — Google review
Great atmosphere and friendly service! One of the best oat milk cappuccinos I’ve had! ☕️
Pamela N — Google review
Nice place to grap a coffee. Great selection of coffees and type of brewing. Staff knows their coffee and are happy to help and advise. Nice selection of cakes. You can buy also ground coffee there. You can sit inside or outside. Can pay by card. There is a toilet.
Marek M — Google review
Good coffee point near old town. We ordered Flat White and espresso plus one piece of cake. Flat White was good and tasty but the way of how it has been served was not quite let's say well presented to eye. Coffe topping was spreaded around inside of mug on all surface, same with espresso but little bit less. Despite these, both coffees were tasty and good quality. Carrot cake was good, not so sweet. This place atmosphere is quite unique beacuse it's located near the road and it is urban style. Prices are high. Service time average 15 min. I'll visit this spot again in the future for sure.

Cute spot but super expensive considering what I ordered (and this is coming from an Australian living in the NL used to exorbitant coffee and cake prices). Coffee was very tasty though so I’d return for that alone.

Ratuszova Restauracja & Apartamenty A.D. 1954 is a refined restaurant located in a Renaissance tenement house in the historical heart of Poznan. The interiors are adorned with magnificent frescos and elaborate murals, creating an atmosphere akin to dining in a palace. The menu features traditional Polish dishes, such as prime sirloin tartare and duck baked with apples.
This was the best restaurant meal we have enjoyed in many years. It truly was exceptional! We had travelled to Poznan for a 4 night break with our friends. As it was their 31st wedding anniversary on our second night we decided that we wanted a special meal. A UK based friend who is originally from Poznan recommended the RATUSZOVA Restaurant. We were not disappointed! The food was interesting, visually stunning, beautifully cooked and so so tasty. Honestly, my steak melted in my mouth. Our waitress was sensitive, attentive and helped to make this an amazing 5 star experience! Our meal cost us 1300 zloty in total: the equivalent of £65/€70 each person! It was truly a bargain at that price! I don’t think Poznan can offer a better dining experience! A huge ‘Thank You’ to the chef and other kitchen and waiting staff at RATUSZOVA. If we come back to Poznan, we will definitely be coming back to you!
Martin M — Google review
Great location and friendly staff. We had the lunch offer for 49 zl pp, which was well composed with a good soup as a starter and to main course we got duck. Heated plates to the main course and an amuse-bouche to start with, shows they care about the guests.
Jonas N — Google review
Location was great! Easy check in, but keep in mind that you will be getting your check in at the restaurant, if you get there after hours, you’ll not be able to do so. Also these are historical buildings, meaning no elevator. Comfortable bed, regular in room amenities. Highly recommend.
Marcio S — Google review
We stayed in one of the apartments for 2 nights and ate the restaurant twice. Both were superb! Restaurant: elevated Polish dishes, the best sour rye/żurek soup I’ve ever had, and friendly staff. Apartment #1: Wow! Massive and modern with 2 rooms and a big bathroom. Overlooking the square but quiet at night. Strong air conditioning. We loved it and would highly recommend it.
Dom222888 — Google review
Nice apartament, I’d recommend it — but breakfast was a bit of a letdown. It came in a takeaway basket, all cold, and no coffee. There was an omelette meant to be heated in the microwave, but I don’t like microwave meals.
Alicse — Google review
Great restaurant with great views to the main square at medieval Poznan, great vibe and great food. We asked the waitress for recommendations and everything was tasty. She also was very friendly and polite. The prices are a bit higher but I’d say it’s worth it..

Cafe
Vinyl Cafe is a charming and relaxed spot with outdoor seating, offering a variety of coffee, specialty drinks, and light bites. The atmosphere exudes a studenty vibe with mismatched furniture and vintage decor, including a vinyl player spinning old music. Despite its youthful ambiance, it's welcoming to all ages. This cozy work cafe in Wroclaw provides a quiet escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Very nice cozy cafe that at the side street of the old market plaza, very accessible. With locals, young teenagers, i feel like this is a less touristic street. The atmosphere is great; the staff carefully select the vinyl and play it. My rosemary beverage is so tasty, simple but fresh.

Very cool place in the center of Wroclaw to spend some time. The place has an impressive vinyl-collection and the atmosphere is very cozy. We enjoyed our New York style Cheesecake and some coffee while listening to some old records.
Tom B — Google review
Great Atmosphere, you can choose our own records to play and lovely decor inside. The food and coffee was great and affordable too!
Eddie L — Google review
Such a cool cafe concept, great music playing, interesting design and posters. Coffee was great and the red velvet was super rich and creamy, highly recommend. It was a very big slice, so I recommend sharing. Bathroom had female products available, which is always great.

The place is super cool decorated, nice ambient but the prices?? 6€ for “te” (hot water with a rosemary lea) a completely rip-off. Where do you think you are? London? Not recommended it

This cafe was a highlight during my trip to Wroclaw! The waitress was super friendly and recommended a cake which turned out to be one of the best I’ve had 🤤 Lovely music and decor ❣️

Nice little café with lovely details. You order at the bar, and after ordering we waited around 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate was cold when it came and far too sweet for my taste. Everything else was okay, but the staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Cafe
Klubokawiarnia Mleczarnia, situated in the heart of Wroclaw's Jewish district, offers a unique and cozy atmosphere with its vintage decor and cultural events. The cafe hosts various activities such as live music nights, stand-up comedy, dance performances, theater shows, and swing parties. Additionally, it serves delicious meals throughout the day along with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including Polish beers from Zywiec.
Excellent breakfast with great attention to detail. Restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and charm. Very attentive service. Highly recommended!
Helena H — Google review
Old-fashioned restaurant/cafe, decorated with classic furniture. Been there a few times, quite trendual, with some stand up comedy and other events from time to time, in the basement of this location. During the summer quite a pleasant terrace, with a good vibe, in the inner court of the White Stork Synagogue. I will note the food/burgers as being quite delicious here, but unfortunately the service is delayed, you can wait long even for someone to ask about what you want to order.
Nicolae B — Google review
A homely place with a terrace in the heart of the Kazimierz district. It feels like stepping back in time into a Jewish family’s home from the beginning of the last century, surrounded by old photos and vintage furnishings. We stopped by for breakfast and had a home-made pastry and a cheese-and-sausage platter. I highly recommend this place. If we return to Krakow, we will definitely come back here.
Viktor Z — Google review
My wife comes from Wroclaw and we go back 3 times each year for the last 16 years, as Wroclaw is growing we like to try different restaurants as per recommendations! Well this place is the worst Wroclaw or anywhere has to offer! Well sat down and waited and waited and waited for service, 3 waiters were talking to each other and not clearing tables, I said to my wife to be a little more patient as they may be busy! 20 minutes in and still no greeting no drinks order and no tables cleared. My wife went over to the servers and said we were ready to order and they said they would be over when ready and carried on talking to each other. Can’t say what the food was like as we left however the place inside was not so clean apparently and if this is how they want to run their business that relies on tourism then so be it! We would never go back to this restaurant

Karolina & Szymon, amazing service and super friendly staff. You will feel like you have met your long time friends and forgot the time flow. Super relaxing place and great selection of wines and beers. A must visit!

Chocolate lover's paradise - Cacao Republika is the place to go for a delicious hot chocolate. The small cafe has an intimate and charming atmosphere, making it perfect for dates or with friends. There are also delicious hot chocolates available every day.
This is the place to come and feel cozy. Do you miss that time from childhood where your mom decided you needed to be pampered and feel like royalty? This place will bring that back. There are warm blankets on the chairs, and the hot chocolate is thick like syrup, the way you probably would have made it yourself as a kid if left to your own devices. There’s cake! There’s soft padded benches! There’s an upstairs that you can probably reserve for a party! Come and try out Cacao Republika!

A cosy and nice cafe serves one of the best hot chocolate in the city. There are 2 floors, and it is better to make a reservation in advance if you would like to have a window seat. Quite full when arrive there around 5pm. People keep coming. Hot chocolate is very good, creamy and rich. There are classic hot chocolate or special ones with chilli powder. Also they provides hot chocolate with liquior.

An amazing place close to the old Town's square in Poznan. This small cafe is really cozy and the staff is very friendly. There are sofas and pillars to sit, and small lights around. The sweets are delicious, and there is a huge variety of hot chocolates (and other drinks) to choose from!

The hot chocolate here is to die for !! I had the Amerykanski which was delicious, my friend had the Aztecka which in my opinion was a little too spicy but the additional desert that we ordered balanced it out. We were lucky to come here early, the place gets packed very fast so reservations are necessary if big groups plan to come here 😉.

Love at first sight, cute, beautiful, Cozy, variety of chocolates and coffees, tha apple tart was amazing. Excellent service, quick, they speak fluent English.

Quick chocolate fantasy satisfaction. We ordered: Poznan Choco Muffin Cossack's Coffee Pros : 1. Good service. 2. Epic seating arrangement on the upper floor. 3. Great chocolate muffin. 4. Coffee with alcohol. Unique. Cons : 1. Ice cream with Choco could have been more. 2. Coffee quality could be better.

Located in the same direction as Dinette, Gniazdo is a trendy and welcoming cafe known for its delicious breakfast options, healthy lunch bowls, quality coffee, and delectable cakes. The menu features a variety of breakfast choices such as scrambled eggs on toast with avocado and a side salad. Additionally, the cafe offers specialty coffee prepared through methods like drip, aeropress, and chemex. Guests can also enjoy fast internet connection and access to electricity sockets near most tables.
We ate there 3 times during our stay in Wroclaw and it was always just perfect. Even if there is a queue to wait, wait! It is worth it.

The poached eggs were cooked perfectly with rich, velvety hollandaise, and the fresh greens added a nice crunch. The sourdough was toasted just right, giving a lovely base for all the flavors. Simple, fresh, and delicious definitely worth coming back for.
Sweethartzoya — Google review
We visited Gniazdo for breakfast and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. When we arrived, there were about five staff members standing around the bar, but no one greeted us or offered any assistance. After sitting down for a while with no service, we eventually had to ask if we should order at the bar – which we were told we should. We ordered two cappuccinos, a homemade lemonade, and two eggs Benedict. The drinks were fine, but the food was very underwhelming. My portion had almost no sauce at all, and the bread wasn’t spread with anything, so the whole dish was extremely dry and lacked seasoning. My husband had a little bit more sauce, but still not enough – he had to “save” it just to make it through the two slices of bread. Overall, the dish was bland and disappointing, definitely not what you expect from a place with such a reputation. Service and food quality both really need improvement.
Nikol J — Google review
Great place for remote work and very tourist-friendly! The tables are perfect for working, the staff is welcoming and always ready to help, and the service is fast. The food is tasty, and the cappuccino was made with such care that it really made my morning. A wonderful spot for both travelers and digital nomads!
Jovana B — Google review
Hip coffee house centrally located and close to the Monopole hotel. Coffees tend to be delicate, lightly roasted and acidic. If you are looking for a dark and smokey roast drip you may be out of luck. Expect light breakfast type coffee. The place is bustling with activity so you may find it difficult to find a seat. I sat at the bar that is against the front window. The person next to me got up to leave and when doing so bumped some things around to the point that a roller blind came loose and unrolled on top of my area knocking a bit of milk over. The server noticed this apologized, although it was no fault of hers, and brought me a new cup of coffee without me requesting it. She later came back over and offered me another complementary piece of cake which I declined since I had one and was already sated. I was very impressed by this small but meaningful detail. They have a great staff. I wish them great success, I think they are well on their way.
Flavio B — Google review
I had breakfast today in here, cheesecakes were very nice and cocoa very beautiful but intensive. The only problem was to find the table. Also you need to go to the fest to order, but before that you need to find table otherwise you will not find it. There can be a line before cafe even in the early hours.
Iryna C — Google review
Cozy place with a great location and absolutely amazing food. The staff is very kind and speaks English well, which is a big plus. The coffee is perfect, and there’s a great variety of dishes to choose from. Both the quality and the view are spot-on!

Literatka is a charming and spacious bar with an open front and a closed indoor smoking area at the back adorned with beautiful illustrations of jazz artists. The venue features comfy seating, a mezzanine, and a stage for hosting jazz musicians. It was once a safe haven for writers and stand-up comedians during the communist era, known for hosting unforgettable parties. Today, it remains popular among celebrities from that time who gather to reminisce.
One of my absolute favorite places in Wrocław. Every time I come to the city, Literatka is the first stop I make. I just found out it’s closing, and honestly, I’m heartbroken. The atmosphere was always amazing cozy, creative, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and truly cared about every guest. And the cocktails? Pure perfection. Whoever made them clearly had magic in their hands. Thank you, Literatka, for all the memories. You’ll be deeply missed.

I expected so much from this bar, but it was very disappointing experience. It's cool that that they are LGBTQ+ friendly, also we were allowed inside with our dog, but we waited for cocktails for 30 minutes! I think it's a little bit too much, considering it was on Wednesday. Some people around us had another round already, we've never even got an apology for the delay. Cocktails very okay but pretty small. I don't enjoy living reviews like this, but I felt very uncomfortable. I hope other people have nicer experience considering rating of this place.
Олександра — Google review
Very good „Old Fashioned“ and der service is so nice and really helpful. Enjoy a final drink for the evening here!
Sascha — Google review
Literatka might be my favourite cafe to sit and chat with my friend in Wrocław. The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions about the products. Outdoor seating available in spring and summer. Two parts available for sitting inside. Inside, there is a smaller and illuminated seating area at the front entrance compared to the rear. The back is much larger than the front, smoking is free and has a 2nd floor. Prices are one click above the general average of the city. There is no atmosphere like any music or party inside That's why you can see the middle age group chatting inside, but also the student group who study. In short, it is a very nice place for calm bodies and souls to sit down, have a drink, chat and spend time.

Honestly, this has been the best pub we’ve ever been to. The interior, signature drinks, and hospitality have made our night in Wroclaw. If you're looking for a great night out with fantastic service and alcohol, you gotta drop by! Huge props to our bartender for the night, Kamila! Hope we'll come by again soon :)

First visit to this bar on the main square. Stayed for a few as they sold excellent Grahams Port. Larger was Pilsner Urquall. Not one I particularly like but went down well. Nice bar area with a separate lounge to the rear. Table service was friendly and efficient. About £21 for four Ports and 2 pints. Eclectic mix of customers.

Absolutely fantastic place. Service is quick and kind, prices are ok. They have huge selection of drinks and alcohols and in winter season you can get hot wine with spices. And the best part: they have separate spaces for smokers and non-smokers so you will never feel discriminated here! If they only become a partner of myWorld cashback -it would be a paradise

Warm and cozy atmosphere with really nice music! Ideal for cold weather, to spend your day with a warm cup of coffee or your night with friends and warm wine! They also have two spaces, one for non-smokers and one for smokers which is very good.

Fantastic café! The staff were attentive and energetic. The specialty coffee was amazing, the Aeropress was prepared perfectly. The standout however was the massive bagels, enough to fill you up for the day. They're made fresh with high-quality ingredients that are packed with flavour. Can't recommend this spot enough as a great way to start your day.

Visited here twice while I was in this city. Lots of sunlight in the cafe made it great place to visit in the morning. I had coffee and bagel, and sandwiches. They were fresh! Always full with people but not too much to interrupt peaceful mornings. vibrant place!

A nice little café with good coffee and snacks. The bagels weren’t quite like traditional bagels, but they still tasted good. Overall, they serve tasty food and coffee, making it a pleasant spot to stop.

A very nice place. Inside is very quiet and you can't hear noise from the street. I've got matcha and basic bagel + extra bacon and it was all very tasty :>

Their V60 was good, not too sweet but semi-sweet flavors. Comfortable seat. I enjoyed reading there.

I spent a month in Poznan, and the lovely ladies at this cafe kept me caffeinated the whole time. Friendly smiles, beautiful flat whites, and tasty bagels - what more could you ask for?

Popped in early one morning (a lot of places nearer the Old Town Square don’t open until 10am and this opens at 8am) to get a latte to go and it was great. Next time I’d double up on the espresso but the latte was great even without that. Would recommend :)

Cocofli is a charming and peaceful wine bar located in the lively Four Temple District of Wroclaw. By day, it functions as a hybrid bookstore and specialty café, offering an extensive beverage menu along with bottled wines for purchase. The cozy atmosphere makes it an ideal spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the selection of books available.
Cocofli is a hidden gem! 📚🍷 This unique space combines a bookstore, art gallery, cafe, and wine bar into one cozy spot. The floor-to-ceiling bookshelves filled with colorful titles create a warm, inviting atmosphere. I loved browsing the diverse selection while sipping on their beautifully presented infused water (the glass carafe with fruit and herbs was a nice touch!). The bar area offers an impressive array of wines, perfect for an evening tasting. Don't miss their coffee served in artistic, handmade mugs. The self-service area adds to the laid-back vibe. Plants scattered throughout bring life to the space, making it feel like a second home. Whether you're looking for a quiet reading nook or a place to catch up with friends over drinks, Cocofli delivers on all fronts. A true multifaceted experience for book lovers and wine enthusiasts alike! 🌿☕

Lovely place with aesthetic audience and a good selection of wines. The music plays low, so it’s comfortable to have a conversation. Desserts were great.
Anastasia L — Google review
We had a very disappointing experience here. After complaining about the clarity, taste and smell of a glass car of Gewürztraminer, we got served a new one which better met our expectations. After leaving the establishment, however, we were told that we had to pay for the exchanged glass of wine. Very disappointing experience, so be careful what you order or even better choose a wine bar where they do now how it works if you return a glass of wine which does not meet expectations!

Tasty coffee, good selection of wine including non-alcoholic, pastries and books. You'll find interesting books here, not mass market, but those which worth to read. Very cosy, comfortable little coffe shop. Latte surprisingly good, with the note of sweetness without any sugar added (at least I hope they did not add any). Good for short visit and quick relax. Disadvantage of this place is it's size -its roughly 5 tables only with some spaces by the window ,quite closely located to each other. ,which makes it difficult not to overhear conversations going on by nearby tables. Clean toilet but à bit expensive -15zloty for a latte.

Nestled in the heart of Poznan, MIEL Coffee is a haven for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. This minimalist café boasts an inviting atmosphere with ample seating and reliable internet, making it an ideal spot for remote work or leisurely afternoons. The café takes pride in serving high-quality coffee beans sourced from Five Elephants, alongside a delightful selection of pastries that include mouthwatering croissants and sweet treats.
The desserts are beyond surprisingly good. I was completely sold that I had to come thrice in a day. First time was a puff with raspberry filling and white chocolate cream and pistachio flakes on top. At first glance, the puff seems overbaked too hard, but when I managed to have all elements in single bite, it was quite magical. You have all different flavors and textures blending in perfectly, especially the white chocolate cream was doing a lot bridging them together. So it didnt only look good, it tasted even more so. The second time I had the white chocolate cherry tart. It looks pretty darn normal, but again, the layers of flavors/textures are so well thought. Pretty convinced they made their own cherry fillings (not much sweet at all, all cherry aroma), and there’s actually a layer of dark chocolate alongside the cherry underneath the smooth but strong chocolate cream; last at the bottom you have a nice crust. Different intensity/texture of chocolate elements came through at different time, with a nice fruitiness at the base. I almost wanted to take a 2nd one (also the last one available) but another customer went before me. The 3rd visit was a cake with similar flavors but less impressive because it wasn’t kept cold enough and because the textures weren’t as varied. But it is what it is, and still tasted good. Just not stellar like the previous two. Coffee-wise, I think it’s a good pairing with desserts for its full body. But nothing much too remarkable. But the dessert did make me wanna come to Poznan again.

Cafe Targowa is a charming coffee spot located in the Wroclaw Market Hall Hala Targowa. Despite its small size, it offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with antique furniture and classical music. The cafe is known for its high-quality coffee, delicious berry oat pie, and great selection of teas. Cool place with its own history. Good price for coffee. But for me personally it's not a perfect coffee. Of course it's worth a visit.

Affordable good coffee in a crowded place. The coffee shop is located in a food market, so the aroma of coffee is complemented by the smell of meat and other products. The service is fast, the coffee is hot. I would like a spoon for stirring the espresso. If you want to sit and drink coffee, there are very few seats.

The coffee was… not bad, not bad, and — well — not bad. I’m just sitting here at a little market spot. Around me, elderly people — grandmas and grandpas — are strolling by. The chairs are uncomfortable, the coffee art is poor, and the overall vibe of the coffee shop feels outdated — like something from 5–7 years ago. Also, they offer desserts, but unfortunately, they are left uncovered, and flies are landing directly on them. Not exactly the kind of atmosphere or quality you’d hope for when you stop for a coffee break.

It was my 1st time in this establishment. Unfortunately the wait time for simple scrambled eggs for two people without any add-on was approximately 25 minutes, two clients that ordered after us got theirs order before us. Portions were medium sized, food quality was alright, not something fancy. Quantity to cost is something to be desired. In my perspective there are better places to have breakfast. Visitors can enjoy a variety of delicious treats, including croissants and cookies, along with unique coffee options.
To be honest, we arrived at this bakery in November. Coffee was not bad on ordinary milk, but I think that bakery, especially cookie 🍪 cost a too much for his flavour.

Incredible pastries and coffee! The best pastries we had in Poznan, flaky croissants and incredible bread. The coffee was delicious as well. Most surreal experience ever. I read the nice comment and I went there for a coffe and cake. As it was first time there I wanted to have a look around and chose a table but an incredible rude bartender stopped me and say if I wanted to be there I had to order. I politely asked if I could have a look around and he asked if is normal to go from cafeteria to cafeteria to "have a look". He insisted I could not go around the place nor even leave without buy something. Speechless I bought first thing I could just take away and left...

Very nice cosy atmosphere, great panoramic view. Expensive and not very good products used. Autumn tea ( ruined with cheap artificial syrup). Coffee was mediocre. Total 30zł.

Right when we entered the employee was rude and express that we could not stay in the place as we were not ordering. And also if we wanted to see te balcony, we also could not. When we started to look for a table, he asked us to leave. Everything happened in less than 1 min. I would not recommend this place to anyone, really.

Cannot fault the experience I had here and would recommend Weranda whole heartedly! Very pretty and quaint cafe. Loved the design and interior. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive so we felt well taken care of. The food was delicious with a brimming menu with so many options of polish dishes and more cafe style bits. Also very reasonably priced given the quality of the meals.

Such a charming little café! The interior was absolutely lovely — cozy, calm, and full of thoughtful details that made us feel instantly at home. We shared a few plates and were blown away by the delicious cheese selection, paired with fresh, quality bread. The generous amount of greens on the side was a beautiful touch fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. And the cake? Simply divine! A truly delightful spot that we’ll definitely come back to.

Zielona Weranda is a charming cafe located just a short walk from Old Market Square. The cafe is like a lush greenhouse, adorned with seasonal decorations that change regularly. In winter, delicate hand-cut snowflakes hang from the ceiling, while colorful traditional Polish paper flower chandeliers adorn the space in spring. The atmosphere is relaxed and romantic, with friendly staff who effortlessly switch between English and Polish.
It's unbelievable restaurant with great atmosphere and tasty food 😋 We have visited as my local friend has strongly recommend it and I was happy to have this experience! I had duck ravioli with spinach and it was extremely delicious and the portion was big! The hot wine with cherry is just unbelievable! Will definitely come back!!!

We had a truly wonderful dining experience at Zielona Weranda, deserving of every one of its five stars. The meal began with a warm, flavorful soup that set the tone beautifully, followed by a delightful assortment of tapas that were both creative and delicious. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, bursting with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The refreshing drinks added a perfect touch, keeping the mood light and cheerful. To finish, we indulged in a heavenly lemon cake that was bright, moist, and just the right amount of sweet. The atmosphere was charming and the service attentive, making the entire visit memorable. Ptasie Radio is a charming country-chic restaurant located near the Imperial Castle, set inside an old Art Nouveau tenement house. The decor is inspired by the famous Polish poet Julian Tuwim and features three bird-themed rooms. Despite its bold design, the restaurant is considered one of the prettiest places to dine. It offers traditional dishes, breakfast, homemade cakes, and wine at pocket-friendly prices.

Gołębnik in Poznan is a popular spot where you can enjoy a quick service, with only a 30-minute wait. The black buns with yellow eggs are particularly delightful, although some find the cheese topping to be excessive. While the burger buns may be too dry for some, the English breakfast and coffee are delicious. Additionally, their lemonade is described as extra refreshing and bursting with flavor.
Great place for a coffee break in the city centre. The food is great and there's a wide choice of teas and coffees. Try the cheesecake, it's amazing. The place looks good too. Lots of comfy seating in a cozy setting, usually with some seasonal decorations too! Recommended.

I've been waited for only 30 minutes to be served. So it's quite fast compare to other restaurants in Poznan. The black buns were great specifically with the yellow eggs, I really like it, just too much cheese on the top. I ordered a burger too, but the burger buns were too dry.

Petit Paris Stary Browar is a charming breakfast spot known for its delicious baked goods. While the indoor seating may remind you that you're in a shopping center, the outdoor area near the park is preferred by many. The service is generally good, although some new staff members may struggle with the menu at times. Despite this, the selection of pastries is excellent and the staff are friendly. However, it's unfortunate that they no longer offer fresh juices due to a broken machine.
Best place in town, at least centrally located in Poznan. Anything you eat here is amazing, tasty, flavorful, well presented and well thought out. Staff is friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The croissants are to die for, the deserts are amazing I’m really trying not to eat anything sweet, but ai guess it will have to wait until I’m far away from this place. :))) … oh … great coffee. 😞 I recently visited Petit Paris inside the grand shopping centre, Stary Browar, and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. 🏬 Petit Paris has another location on the north side of the city, which is leaps and bounds better than this one. The northside location excels with excellent service, where the staff are empathetic, nice, and friendly—truly top-notch! 👍 However, the Stary Browar branch was the complete opposite. The staff was rude and impolite, and our orders were poorly made. 🚫👎 Compared to the warm and welcoming atmosphere at their northside location, this one was a letdown. I would not recommend visiting this particular branch at Stary Browar. It was an absolute disappointment.

A nice breakfast place with good baked products. I prefer the outdoor sitting near the park to the indoor tables which remind you you're inside a shopping centre. The service is decent, but occasionally new staff members don't know the menu or get things confused which slightly spoil the experience for me.

Warning, you will be ripped off here if you are a tourist or don't speak Polish! I ordered a small cake that cost 18 zł PLN and the waitress (short, blonde) charged me double in purpose. I didn't check the price in that moment because I couldn't imagine being cheated but when I checked the bill it was too late. If you are a tourist and don't speak Polish be careful because they take advantage of this. But my suggestion is don't even go to this place, the prices are high for what you get and also they take a long time to serve.

Good pastry but the staff got terrible compared to a few years ago. I asked if it’s possible to prepare a toast with white cheese to be take away. Before I confirmed the guy took this toast, squeezed it with paper 😳 and gave it to me with cheese leaking on the sides. Then they told me to pay extra for the bag, not saying that 17zloty for a sandwich with only white cheese and radish is a bit overpriced. Few months ago I had a similar experience, therefore never again

We had a lovely afternoon here having coffee and cakes. All cakes are homemade and they’re all amazing, with a big selection to choose from. Only downside is that there’s no menu in English (although the staff speak it) and that the wifi and/or network connection is really poor, bit that’s also good if you just want to disconnect from all that. I’d definitely go back again.

This is such a cute cafe. Everything is pink! Lovely home made cake, lots of flavor to choose from. Also the pinkish cappuccino, thick and flavorful chocolate, we were very pleased by everything here and had such a good time<3

Perfect location, services and most importantly coffee and pastry. I do not like sweet food and chocolate cake with raspberry was perfect. Even though it’s chocolate somehow it’s not over sweet. Coffee was 10 out of 10.

We just had coffee in this place. I ordered an iced vanilla latte but that appeared to come without the coffee. I can place this down to my language barrier so no one is at fault. The coffee was good though. If I had longer here I'd definitely had tried the range of amazing looking cakes.

Fantastic hot chocolate and a delicious piece of a tart with various berries and cream! There is a huge choice of sweets and the pricing is good. The atmosphere is cozy and the decoration, well... It has to do with Da Vinci's works! The stuff is very polite and helpful.

My Polish friend insisted I discover this place, and I’m so glad she did. Their cakes are amazing, the coffee is good, but above all, the atmosphere is incredible. Take a closer look at all the little details—you might find yourself staying twice as long without even realizing it. It’s definitely a unique spot.

Cozy cafe in the center of Poznan. Very, very many cakes!) The choice is large, everything is very tasty. There are many visitors - the cakes are quickly sorted out. So everything here is fresh! The most delicious cakes at a reasonable price! Super cafe and great service!

Cafe da Vinci in Poznan has a cozy atmosphere with interior decor inspired by Da Vinci's works. Their cakes are delicious, earning a solid 4.5/5 rating. The ambiance reminds you a bit of Italy, but the space can feel a bit tight, even when it's not crowded. It's a nice spot to enjoy tasty treats and soak in the Italian vibe.

The food and coffee are amazing, great portions and very tasty. We highly recommend the french toasts, amazing for a sweet breakfast, and the different scrambled eggs. Not only that, but the place is beautiful and cozy, full of Christmas decoration, and the lady who made our food was the sweetest! We will definitely come back in our next trip. We ate good, had good company and great prices. Bardzo polecam!!❤️

We found this place randomly by just walking nearby and I don’t regret going inside at all. The place is very homey and quiet with beautiful and unique decoration, especially the basement area. It even has a cute little terrace for smoking down there. The lady that was serving us is also very adorable, kind and helpful, even though she doesn’t speak much english. We even asked for more bread and she gave it to us cost-free. I would 10/10 recommend this place:)

The menu features a variety of delicious options, from flavorful pasta dishes to fresh salads and vegan choices. Guests rave about the quality of the food, including standout items like spinach and cheese gnocchi and pad Thai. Don't miss out on their excellent Illy coffee!
Found this cozy little place in the heart of the city during my trip to Poznan. Very nice and friendly service personnel, also they speak good English. The food they served were also really tasty and fresh. Would definitely go there again in my next visit.
Ashwin T — Google review
It looked nice, the reviews were good, but the service was rude, and the fruit tea was tasteless, because it was made with almost no tea, so we waited a long time for it to soak. When told about the tea, the server said "You should have told me earlier! " Aside from the fact that we gave the tea a chance to produce some flavour, this misses the point. Nobody wants to argue with the server for what they ordered. The tea was described in the menu as Fruit Samba, with a mix of hibiscus, wild rose, apple pieces and orange zest. What we got was a pot of warm pink water. To be fair, we were not charged for the tea, but we were scolded by the server 3 times for not saying something earlier. My suggestion is to get it right, rather than criticising customers for the timing of their complaint. The picture shows how much tea there was, and as already mentioned, this is after a long soak. EDIT The owner claims 3g of dry tea. When soaked, this would fill at least 1/3 of the basket. Try it yourself.
Mark S — Google review
From the menu we chose: soup, spaghetti carbonara (tasty, but spicy) and brownie cake. The workers were polite. The decoration is original and pleasant.

We just stumbled across this place walking from the train station to our apartment and we were very impressed. We had a coffee each and the spinach and cheese gnocchi and a pad Thai. Both dishes were great tasting, good portions and priced well. Definitely worth heading here if you're in the vicinity of the train station.

It's again when I'm in the cafe and I very much liked it. It's fairly close to the central rail station so it's worth to take the extra miles to have a tasty meal. Japanese green tea is exactly to my taste (and matches what I prepare at home) and the food is always of high quality. It's a small place so I'd recommend booking a seat in advance to avoid surprises.

This was the best breakfast I‘ve had in Poznan and I was not expecting it to be quite honest. I had the French Toast with Cheddar and it was a dream. I’m still thinking about it. I will never stop thinking about it. This French Toast would be reason enough for me to sit on the train for 9 hours again. And then, to top this already amazing experience off, I had this delish cheesecake with cherries and chocolate that gave my life a purpose again. So yeah, overall quite good. Also, the waitress was so lovely. If you can’t tell already, I kinda recommend this place.

Super nice atmosphere and the cakes are delicious, also extremely big! Highly recommended!
David S — Google review
As an Italian who worships ingredient-driven cooking, I rarely declare myself speechless in Poland, yet Kamea managed exactly that. Housed in two restored 19-century townhouses on ul. Klasztorna 17/18, the restaurant, café unfolds across four cosy salons and a leafy summer patio, a setting that already whispers “slow down and savour.” The kitchen changes its menu with the seasons, weaving international ideas into regional produce. My dinner began with baked figs wrapped in smoky bacon and blue cheese, followed by velvety camembert with cranberry relish; the main course—pike-perch resting on cream-kissed dill potatoes, proved Baltic fish can rival Mediterranean classics. Dessert is non-negotiable: order the apple cake, still warm and crowned with vanilla ice cream, or the ethereal Dacquoise meringue, both baked daily on site and worth every calorie. Service strikes the ideal midpoint between Polish warmth and continental polish, making you feel like a regular from the first greeting. In short, Kamea delivers the most memorable meal I’ve had in Poland, expertly balanced flavours, thoughtful plating, and prices that feel generous for the quality. If you’re in Poznań and care about honest, inspired cuisine, book a table; your palate will thank you.

Lovely wee find. Vegetarian and vegan menu with loads of breakfast options - great for vegan breakfast. Shout out to the lovely lady serving us who didn't have enough tofu for a tofu scramble so she offered to bulk it up with tempeh to avoid us missing out. We really appreciate that. I had the (slightly altered) tofu scramble that comes with two piping hot mini rolls (so good!), hummus and a massive portion of delicious side salad. It was delicious. My parents had the scrambled egg version and really enjoyed it. My partner had a vegan shakshuka with tempeh. The flavour was intense but truly excellent. That also came with a nice side salad and wee hot rolls. Everything was cooked to order on the spot by the lovely staff. 10 stars. One of the best experiences we had in Poznan.

(Translated by Google) Very nice place. Romantic. I would like to come back here... but something is missing... the staff seemed scared of the customers. Waiter rushing around. He grabbed the menu from our table and took it to the next one. He got the order wrong - he got the wrong coffee. The apple pie we ordered - a very large portion. However, the taste is a bit strange - like apple jelly mixed with raw apples. Nothing great. Even though the place was nice, we felt uncomfortable. (Original) Bardzo ładne miejsce. Romantyczne. Chciałoby się tu wrócić ...jednak coś brakuje... obsługa jakby wystraszona klientami. Kelner rozbiegany. Porwał nam kartę dań ze stolika by przeskoczyć z nią do kolejnego. Źle zrealizował zamówienie - pomylił kawy. Zamówiony przez nas jabłecznik - bardzo duża porcja. Jednak smak trochę dziwny- jakby w środku galaretka jabłkowa zmieszany z surowym jabłkami. Bez rewelacji. Mimo ładnego miejsca, czuliśmy się nieswojo.

(Translated by Google) We were at this cafe with a friend about a month ago. While we liked the food and decor, we didn't like the service... When one waitress served us, the others avoided our table. As a result, our Lady went somewhere and the other two chatted carelessly by the land. There was no one to take away the dirty dishes or take another order. I looked for a waitress three times. Later we lost interest... The prices in the price list were different from those on the receipt...

(Translated by Google) Not my style :) time stopped there a long time ago, although some people will definitely appreciate this "charm", but it wasn't for me - that's probably why the clientele apart from me was rather older. The coffee is good here, but I can't fault it, even though there's no milk option.

Delightful restaurant with many vegetarian & vegan options. The herbal fusions are a real good treat. The cake is not bad at all.

Rich in flavour and super tasty! nice neighbourhood place that runs on its own pace, but worth the wait for the food to arrive- tried only one dish, “the goodness bowl” and it was compact with flavours and delicious. Super recommended.
A N — Google review
I'd give it 4 maybe even 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer service. The food was very good, especially for someone like me who isn't vegan or even vegetarian... and it was pretty cheap, too. The ambience is very down-to-earth, hipsterish. However, I didn't so much as receive a smile from the staff. I got a somewhat cold attitude. I may or may not visit again.

"Oszukaja" as the Polish say ;) they give you a discount for good review! The food was mediocre... low quality ingredients and super expensive. They even charge for tap water :/ ...check my other real reviews for better Vegan options. Do not recommend!

Great coffee, eclectic dessert options. Low key atmosphere. Inviting and filled with beautiful plants!

Fabulous, friendly, welcoming. Our waitress recommended 2 delicious dishes. So good we're just on our way there now for lunch the very next day.
Steve F — Google review
The waitress was lovely, but the owner wasn't nice at all. Very poor choice of dishes, not burgers or pizza available , despite advertising it is. The menu did not specify that pad Thai contains onions. When I said I cannot have onions, the owner said it's my fault because I didn't specify that I cannot have it, and if I want anything else I'd need to pay for both meals. I understand it was my fault for not specifying, however it could be dealt with in a much nicer and professional way. Definitely won't be coming back.

Very nice tea, we didn't end up eating because the non-dairy options were quite limited and the kitchen seemed quite busy. Lovely atmosphere and fabulous interiors, very friendly staff.

Great place in the city centre. We came for a dinner and it was outstanding. I think it would be also perfect for a working lunch or drinks. Amazing food and friendly team. Good selection of food (local and European), wines and beers. Definitely recommend as it is rare to find such a place outside the biggest cities of Europe.

Nice place for a coffee in the sole center of the city. With a view on the Old market and a lot of parking space around. Good coffee and kind ladies

The food was relatively good, probably better than expected, but we waited for the food for quite a while (there were I think 7 or 8 of us) and when we finished the waitress didn't show up for probably over 30 minutes. The prices are relatively high for such a small town, and considering the level of service I think the place could do better.

Unique in Kalisz. Wide selection of craft beers with a continuously changing selection. Our favourite is IPA and there always seems to be one available. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Good selection of board games available for anyone to play. Highly recommended.

The Sweet Surrender Kawiarnia is a coffee shop known for its range of cakes, from fluffy to gooey. Their chocolate cake is particularly irresistible and one slice leaves you craving for more. They achieve the perfect consistency, leaning towards the gooey side, without adding undesirable ingredients like peanuts or overly sweet fillings. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy coffee and desserts. They also offer vegan options such as plant-based milks and some cakes.
This place is like no other!!! The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is as if you’re inside a home instead of a business/cafe🏡, They even have the sweetest children’s area where kids can play as moms rest, relax, and fellowship together. The decorations are always changing with the seasons and so is the menu. I highly recommend trying their honey cake, matcha, and lavender latte. Sweet Surrender is a little treasure hidden in Jezyce!!! You must check it out. 🤍🥰☕️

Love this Cafe. Love their mascarpone cheese cake with raspberry sauce on it, one of the best comfort foods in Poznan. Other desserts are fine but the marscapone is definitely much better. The decoration and design of this cafe is quite unique. It has lots of soft drink options and quite a few light meals, and some chess and board games as well. It’s closed on Sunday.

The cafeteria Stacja Cafe &Pub in Poznan is a great place to visit with friends for a drink and some great food. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. There is a good range of beer available at reasonable prices, making it a great spot for anyone looking for a reasonably priced drink.
I am visiting this place already for 5 years. They have nice selection of beers, wines, cocktails, snacks and dishes. But the most important is the atmosphere. You have stary rynek view with avoiding all tourists and crowd. You can come here with friends and kids, or meet even new people at the place. I highly recommend it for all who want to enjoy nice cafe/bar in Poznań!
Su W — Google review
Very nice in here; dark colors and comfy chairs, but it’s a little tight between the tables. One side is a bar, the other side is a more typical café.
Brian S — Google review
First visit to this lovely and quaint bar a short distance from the Stary Rynek.Paulicarus says the decor reminds him of a 1960's English Tea Room with slightly moth eaten fabrics. He ordered a dark Fortuna beer. Actually very flavoursome. Reminds me of Sarsaparilla. Booth on a zero alcohol drink. Outdoor pavement seating. Toilets on ground floor but well hidden to rear right corner.
MADDOGLEP — Google review
We stumbled across this cafe/bar when we had finished our experience at the Rogalowe croissant museum. From the outside we were not so sure but the lady who served us could not have done more. If you are after a ‘proper’ cup of tea then this is the place to visit. A pot for one with a small jug of cold milk, although she did ask if we wanted heated. The menu didn’t seem to be extensive, just some cakes but the brownie was warm, gooey and delicious. The place itself is quite dark but it’s fun to see the rail tracks going through the venue and the streetlights in there. There were also board games to play that people had taken advantage of using. The lady that served us is an asset to the business and it seemed that it was a hit with different locals.
Sally D — Google review
Good selection of beers. Found another lovely Polish honey beer possibly the nicest one yet. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the place.
Paul A — Google review
I loved the place. I know the owner personally. Her father painted all the train paintings himself. The decorations and the atmosphere does give a vibe of a train station. The food and atmosphere was great. We spent time playing some board games as well. I would recommend this place. Also the price is reasonable.

The youngman speaking superb English accommodated us. They need to configure the restaurant for more tables, or put real heaters outside. It really is a nice place to eat and have cafe. I ordered an omelet and it came with tasty bread, perhaps too many onions. Nice they have an English menu and homemade baked goods. Would recommend and be back. Hope they get the heaters.

Wonderful cafe with excellent staff. Ate here twice during my stay and on the second visit they had prepared a fully English menu so I didn't have to use Google lens like the first time. Coffee is absolutely amazing. If you're a coffee drinker try out their chemex. Staff even tells you which coffee types they offer and what it tastes like. The soup of the day was amazing both times as well as the paninis I tried. Deserts look amazing, however I always ate too much to try them. So this time I took some to go. This is a must visit location in town. 😊

Been here during conference and never seen better Caffe. I wish people like this would create such safe space in my hometown. Talked with a owner for a while and he told me they change positions on the menu from time to time so worth visiting if been there someday and wants to come back. Fresh and delicious cakes baked everyday. Coffee from places I do not know and prepared in a way I do not have idea about but it was our of this world. Own compositions, beers, drinks and many more. Just try it and you won't regret. Highly recommend x2
