I’ve had several of these in the past 8 weeks, when I say there out of this world. Mouth watering the crunch the state perfect amount of pistachio spread. Wouldn’t go anywhere else absolutely love the dubai strawberry pots, also tried the viral dubai version of the matalida cake it is to die for so rich and tasty and the cookie doughs are also amazing recenty tried the kinder Bueno one 😍😍😍❤️.... would definitely recommend this place 10/10 Everytime I've been.

Sahida - I ordered a large box of doughnuts to be delivered at a specific time for a community event I was attending, as a surprise gift for the hosts. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was so nice and friendly to the event hosts which they appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the doughnuts so I was popular to say the least!

Awful avoid at all cost. Save your money & go elsewhere. Cornflake tarts stale and cold custard. Sticky toffee pudding in manufacturing packing & frozen not ready to eat. Curly fries over salted & nacho sauce cold. Chicken tenders over fried for the chicken wrap. Waffle consistency is very doughy. Nowhere does it state that their desserts are served cold and not ready to eat.

Updated review from my last one the DUBAI range what can I say other than absolutely amazing got a genuine addition to the pots which has made me realise I can never diet when these are about delivery is always fast and always unreal fantastic communication as of may 2025 also the donuts are still banging 🤤Where do I start watched the doughnuts being cooked freshest most delicious box of goodness I’ve ever eaten so soft and fluffy and sugary and loaded with loads of insane toppings can’t recommend enough 🐷

Just Wow! I don’t like shop bought donuts so when I won the Facebook competition I was planning on giving them away to family and friends, but once I tried them my god they we’re absolutely amazing I had to eat them all myself! So fresh and the toppings were beautiful. I will definitely be back, these donuts are all I’ve talked about for days and days!

We ordered a Marvel themed birthday cake for our son's surprise party and it couldn't have been more perfect. It looked exactly like the photo we were sent, every little detail was spot on. And not only did it look amazing, but it tasted incredible too Our son was so excited when he walked in and saw it on the table. The ladies at the bakery were so lovely and welcoming when we came to collect it, you can tell how much care and effort they put into what they do We would definitely recommend them for any occasion. Great selection of delicious ice cream but staff do not listen, and instead seem focused on rushing you through a customer service script even when there's no-one else in the store. Went in today and asked for a Creams Rocher with chocolate sprinkles, instead I got the multicoloured sprinkles. In the past when requesting the same order, I've also been served the Creams Bueno, which is a white chocolate ice cream that I do not like. At £4.70, Creams charges far too much to be making these mistakes. Train your staff to listen to customers instead of interrupting them with the next question and clarify anything they don't understand. This has put me off returning because it's not much of a treat when it's not really what you wanted. :-(

Came to the spot with my partner to order some ice cream on a very hot day, the Indian server there was so so rude. She saw us standing over the counter and ignored us. I said excuse me over three times before she responded, give me one minute. When she finally came to us with so much attitude, I started to place my order, before I could even finish mine to place my partner’s she walked away. I called her back saying, let me order my partners. While trying to other his, she walked away like we was wasting her time. Such a rude worker with her stinky attitude. If you don’t wanna work, stay at home instead of running someone business and innocent customers day. I’m never coming back here. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Just been in for food, service was brilliant, all staff welcomed us, seating was good, got a cookie dough and a waffle, would defiantly recommend the milk chocolate cookie dough, warm and gooey with the whippy ice cream, as for the waffle chocolate obsession was 10/10, chocolate cake on top of the waffle! will definitely be coming back!!

Lovely visit to Creams Middlesbrough today with friends to have a catch up! Got a Croissant-wich and was able to change my gelato flavour to coffee ^_^ Already planning to come back with another friend in a couple of days. Lovely atmosphere and staff :)

Great little spot for a treat, usually have no issues. We’ve been in there this evening and one of the women there has a real attitude issue, I’m not one to complain but staff like this set real bad names for businesses

Very ambient place!! Good seating with plenty of space!! Variety of dessert options with very delicious taste!! Parking by the roadside available free out of hours!! Per person service on average 4-7£!! A good taste in town!!

Tasty treats for any taste, vegan options available. Gelato we tried was great, but some flavors are quite quirky. Cozy interior, lots of sitting space. Staff is nice. Would come again.

Cake n scoop was Perfect ! Molten bake was a bit over rated.... Overall nice atmosphere nice service.. 9/10 ... A must visit place for dessert..

Since the new menu has been introduced the changes are not for the best!!! Management unwilling to offer allergy alternatives which were available before. Really disappointing as it wasn't really a big ask (strawberries and a melted chocolate pot) opted for a single scoop of ice cream which tbf they did clean utensils before giving but wow the portion size was disappointing!! We were served our one scoop of ice cream in a sauce dipping pot. The smallest pot known to man kind. One scoop of ice cream was the size of a teaspoon. Even my 7 year old looked at me asking where the rest of it is. Not really worth the price you pay. Left feeling very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. I appreciate everyone is struggling but to increase the price and then reduce the portion size isnt really on!!

First visit to Icestone Gelato, lovely set up, plenty of seating booths, spolit for choice... so much cake, ice cream, waffles, crepès and much more. Not crowded, very clean and staff were great. Portion sizes just right any bigger and it would have been too much and too sickly.

Absolutely amazing kinder bueno waffle and chocolate fondue nowere can compete with this place food delicious and staff very friendly always 1st class very recommendable you cant visit Middlesbrough without trying here 😍x

Horrible rude women seem to be bitter and hate being in the job. I asked for milk in my espresso , she tipped cold milk into my cup and filled it up , yawned in my face and walked off If you don't want to be there give the job to someone else who actually would do a better job

Bought 2 chicken bakes this morning while waiting for my bus. More expensive than elsewhere but it was convenient. Never again will I waste my money and buy anything from them! I was tempted to take them back and ask the cashier to eat them. Absolutely disgusting, with a sour smell 🤢

Called in yesterday for a bacon sarnie..What an arrogant older member if staff who served me...no customer interaction, no good morning no pls no thank you NOTHING....bring back the younger staff...Unbelievable you can go stick your sarnies where they belong...Will not buy from there again..I nearly said are you having a bad day!! But thought better..might have got it wrapped round my head...

Always a speedy service with a variety of breakfast items, sandwiches, pastries, cakes etc. Often pop I'm for a cuppa Tea , a bacon butty and often take some treats away (I recommend the school cake and millionaire shortbread). Definitely not a bad stop when waiting for a Coach/Bus.

Has got to be the worst sausage rolls I have ever had in my life. Completely dry and stale, all come falling apart after one bite. Didn't bother eating the rest. Honestly, the worst I've had. Don't get how this has been a family bakery since 1946 (a year after the war). Ingredients still probably from the ration shelf given it all crumbled to pieces.

Nearly always opens late. It is supposed to open at 7:30, often not open until 7:34 or even later. Certain staff have no real interest in serving customers or supporting new staff. New staff not shown how to use the tills properly or how to set the card machine. I had to leave behind food this morning. One member of staff was busy serving another customer, the other thought it more important to butter bread than ask me what I wanted. I was stood several minutes waiting to be served. I ended up having to abandon my purchase because the new staff member could not work the card machine, as I had a bus to catch to work. I had tried to support this business by choosing to buy from them, but no longer they have lost my custom. I would not recommend them at all.

Zero hygiene. Staff handling till and money, cleaning floors and walls then directly touching and preparing customers food with the same unwashed hands, no gloves, NOTHING! Disgraceful. Could not eat my food after this happened right in front of my eyes, not only with my breakfast order but with all the other customers being served while I was there too. The two active staff were seen doing this whereby one of them was the manager! Will never eat there again and warn people not to. Please teach these people hygiene health and safety guidelines before allowing them to work with food!!!!

milkshake wasn’t covered with anything to keep this from spilling in the bag , this resulted in the cookie dough in the same bag being COVERED in milkshake making it soggy , food was also FREEZING cold when it had arrived. Rang up to speak to someone to resolve the issue and got told they had no delivery drivers available to re deliver the order and that we had to go through just eat for this complaint.

Rang for collection 25 minutes before and was told 20 minutes. Arrive and am Told 5 minutes. Wait another 25 minutes in store to receive bad food and sloppy milkshakes WOULD NOT REVOMEND TO ANYONE!

Nads is a unbelievable host made sure our table and shisha was on point made us feel welcome and we will be visiting again

I had such a fantastic experience here! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the lamb chops and they were cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and inviting. And the shisha… just wow! The flavors were smooth, rich, and some of the best I’ve tried. Overall, an amazing spot to unwind with great food, excellent service, and top-quality shisha. Definitely coming back!

I don't come here often, been in 1 or 2 times. I was sitting with my mates inside was going to pay for snooker etc the guy at the till goes we can't bring drinks in from outside I said okay sorry we will go out. Then the guy starts swearing at us and disrespecting us it was am honest mistake no need for that kind of attitude and service. First of all, when you outside you can't see anywhere where it says no drinks inside. We got from Onestop. It's next to the stairs which is stupid and not clear because when you go up your looking down at the stairs as you walk up nobody's noticed that sign not one of us. Fair enough on our end we also accept we made a mistake but there was no need for the swearing and attitude and maybe yous should put a sign somewhere else or on the glass door.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. I had ordered a chicken burger, specifically requesting garlic sauce, but they mistakenly gave me chili sauce instead. Furthermore, I asked for peri peri salt to accompany my meal, but there was no salt provided at all. To make matters worse, the burger bun was burnt, and as someone who can distinguish between toasted and burnt bread, this was unacceptable. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, I was met with rudeness as one of the employees blatantly refused to rectify the situation. While I appreciate receiving the burger, I cannot overlook the multiple mistakes that were made. I expected better from this establishment

Lovely nougat, plenty of flavours, something different that you can’t get everywhere. Easy to order online or find at local food markets. Definitely recommend!

Excellent nougat from the farmers market in Stokeskey and Northampton. He also made great Christmas tree ornaments with nougat wrapped inside which went down very well with my grandchildren.
