The 19 best fast food restaurants in Key Largo

We went here on a Saturday night about 10:00pm and went through their drive through to ordered their whoppers. There were very few cars in the parking lot with not much lighting and the lights in the drive through screen were not bright and we thought they were closed, but as we drove through someone came to the window that wasn’t very friendly and said to us “I had asked you what you wanted to order.” We were happy they were not closed and we were able to order food. The whoppers were very fresh and very good, probably the best I ever had, and they were prepared quickly. We were not disappointed and they were perfect for our drive home.

I didn't get the name of the lady at the drive through window, but she was efficient and friendly. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and another one with bacon. These are the best croissanwiches I've EVER had at BK! The egg is fluffy and warm, the bacon is crispy and the croissants are tasty. Thank you for a great start to my day!

Pros: easy in and out. Cons: ants all over the counter. Employee was on her phone the entire time talking loudly about her personal matters. Cook in the back seemingly quit mid order. Half of the order was incorrect and took roughly 20 minutes to receive. Horrible.

Well, where should I start? My husband ordered food at 7:30 p.m. tonight to eat at this restaurant. (30 minutes waiting time) Arriving at 8pm, the cashier was completely annoyed and unfriendly as we disturbed her watching a series. As a result, she had to roar into the kitchen several times that customers were there. A person in the kitchen had to shout at her so often, as she also looked at something (taken out her headphones and put the phone away). Unfortunately, it didn't look particularly neat. (We hope that we will tolerate everything well, since we had already paid and therefore ate the food.) When we ate at the restaurant, more customers came and the game started from scratching into the kitchen. These guests wanted to eat in the restaurant, and this was denied, rather they were even thrown out! The guests left without ordering anything. Too bad! Burger King should look for new and above all motivated employees!

For me, they are the best burgers on the market.

The food was great, hot, fresh and Malik our window cashier was very helpful Locations looked clean it’s another successful Burger King as some are big standard and that one of it Thank you Malik and team making this visit great hope to see you again

Great outside seating, and decent treats. The grounds and store are in need of some loving care as windows, inside area and walkways are dirty and seemingly uncared for. Owners - do better.

Quick service. No line. Got a free small caramel malt shake for new app users but the cashier didn’t really know how to apply the coupon but it all worked out in the end. My snickers blizzard was nice with lots of snicker pieces.

Alway my go to for soft ice cream. Think this one in the keys was fast and cheapest I’ve been too. They were real busy and were banging out food and ice cream quick. Most you go to take their time and by time you get food it’s cold, and ice cream melted. .good quick service at this one .

Place needed cleaning. The blizzards were good but not mixed all the way. There was a lot of vanilla ice cream on the bottom. The young man in the register charged me for 3 blizzards instead of two in which I did not realize until after I had paid and the blizzard was already made. We go to this particular dairy Queen often and it hasn't improved no matter how many reviews.

Workers were very attentive and patient with clients. Place is getting a little out dated. Only gave a 4 on food because they had ran out of chocolate soft serve, the chocolate dip was too light and the blizzards were not mixed correctly.

Got 3 large blizzards, staff were very friendly and helpful. Haven't been to a dairy queen in years but I'm glad I went to this one. Definitely worth it after a long drive.

Jordan is the best server he makes the blizzards in a jiffy and is super nice

Just order spicy asiago ranch club with mobile order (drive thru) , the sandwich does not have asiago cheese , no bacon , and no ranch sauce . Nothing in this sandwich speaks asiago . Do not know what is the orange thing on top. Seems like they do not want to put lettuce . I thought sandwich making is not a hard job , The manager was inside not doing his job , no one picked up the call when try to call . Overall experience very disappointing.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the service at this Wendy’s was absolutely pathetic. I waited over an hour for a basic order—no explanation, no apology, just pure chaos behind the counter. Employees were standing around, confused, unorganized, and clearly overwhelmed. Multiple customers were complaining and some just walked out. When I finally got my food, it was cold and slapped together like they didn’t even try. If you value your time or your sanity, avoid this location at all costs. Easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

Salads are just really good! Packed with delicious ingredients and overall a good restaurant for its price. The chili is flavorful, but the baked potato is a bit bland for my liking. Great otherwise.

Overall it was very good. I had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and my wife had a single cheese burger. The order was just the way we asked for it and the fries were fresh. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Rude, rude, rude! I took too long in the drive though as my family all decided what they wanted. The lady kept telling me there was a timer, and if "that was all" in all my years, the worst fast food experience!

I came here to for “fast food” ended up waiting around 30 minutes for my food after attempting the drive through (wasn’t working) then going inside to experience the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I had ordered a creamy chili sauce only to not receive one! So as any young put together man I went to the counter to attempt to ask for one. As I stood there hands in pocket awkwardly waiting I made eye contact with multiple workers even making eye contact with one several time( you know who you are). After 5 five grueling minutes of waiting my social anxiety took over causing me to have a mini panic attack. So I left the counter with out my chili sauce. I know this review won’t be taken serious by a restaurant run by ignorant workers who don’t take their jobs serious I just hope at least one person sees this and improves upon themselves and steps up there service.

The fries were disappointing this time. I asked for no salt but they were still very salty, soft, and not hot — felt like they’d been sitting out for a while. Hope it gets better next time.

Spent 20 minutes stopped in one drive thru lane as the other lane moved along at a snail's pace (but, at least it was moving). Finally gave up and left without ordering. This location is known for being the slowest "fast food" in Key Largo.

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a fast food chain unless the service is great or extremely horrible and the reason is because you almost know what you will be getting when you are visiting this kind of restaurant. I stopped at this location on my way to Key West, their service was fast and friendly the location was super clean including the restrooms. Food was freshly cooked and hot. They didn’t make a mistake while taking my order and I observed how they were greeting customers as they walked in and at the drive through! @ISAACPAIZ

Staff is unfriendly. Fries without any salt, salt itself had a strange sticky texture. Drinks tasted like pure chlorine. Order was also wrong twice.

We did drive through . It was very late and as the only place opened in the keys . We had a craving for I cream cone and went back just after 2am but they had turned off the maker , we were lucky to get two guava pies - omg! Fantastic .

Been coming here for years the old manager was better. The Spanish lady sucks. Can’t even open the store on time or take more than one order at a time definitely doesn’t belong in this industry.

For the lady working by herself for the last two days. She has a great attitude and is quick with the orders. Either the mobile orders or walk ins. She is the best and the orders are 100% accurate.

I got a frozen mocha coffee it was delicious and a coffee roll. We pre ordered on the app as we were driving there. I was fast, friendly, and I should have taken a picture because it was that pretty. I was driving so no pics. My son tried it and said best mocha coffee drink ever and said that's he would get next time. Also the coffee rolls are different at each Dunkin but these people do it right. Light, fluffy, and huge, if your coffee roll fits in bottom of bag it is heavy and over worked. I they have to stand it on its side light and fluffy should be ahead. Lol They do it perfectly here. I hope you try it and enjoy.

We were here on our way to Orlando, stopped by to enjoy coffee along with everything bagels which are hit and fresh, filled with cheese. They have their own restrooms as well. Enjoyed Americano, bagels and doughnut

This morning, one of the staff intentionally made my food wrong as a prank. Then laughed at me in front of the staff and other customers because it was so funny that she made it wrong. I took the wrong order and left because I did not want to spend another second there. I have no idea why getting an order wrong intentionally is so funny. But I will not be going back.

Let me make this short and sweet: The food here was pretty typical for any Arby’s (although we thought the meat on the roast beef was more minced than usual). The curly fries were delightful; they were crunchy and flavored perfectly. The seating area was nice, but nothing special. The food was served quickly, thankfully, and there were some cats/chickens next to the drive through!

The potato cakes were hot, but the roast beef sandwich wasn’t. The service wasn’t friendly, but it adequate. They wanted to charge us $3.39 for an empty cup to put ice and water in. We declined. It was okay overall. Like a lot of restaurants, they are probably understaffed on doing the best they can.

Food was good service could definitely be better. No greeting , no smile, negative attitude just an unfriendly vibe. It's fast food , I get it but no need to be rude and dismissive. I'll be back but will just go through the drive through next time.

The young lady at the drive thru seemed very nice. She asked if we wanted to donate a dollar to help kids. She did not know what need the kids have nor the organization that the money goes. I don't like giving money that goes to non-profit organizations that don't actually use the money on kids or just use the money on a select few. She got mad and kept the dollar anyway. Probably won't be back.

Little lazy at the front counter. The lady didn't take my name just put a letter. That wasn't even in the realm of my name, then when our food was ready I didn't know because they called a letter then said "sir this is yours" in a annoyed tone.

It was a quick meal on the way home .the woman working was excellent. The service and the food was good

We are locals and have been visiting this location for 5 years now. Always something with this Dunkin’ location Not worth it….Horrible service and attitude. The soggiest hash browns we’ve ever had… we then returnred and in a very nice manner asked for a fresh batch, the long eye lashed lady said “you don’t need to be rude about it”. The male manager who was outside was rude and escalated the situation by instructing the female manager (very nice person) to not give us our food. We will never return.

Horrible nasty service. I asked for cream and the unhappy woman at the drive thru informed me they had no creamers and rolled her eyes and said I was suppose to order my coffee with cream...what!!! Really!! I had to pass my coffee back and the other woman with the creamer gave me a look that was so nasty. Both these women need to be educated as to common courtesy. My midnight coffee was bitter...obviously old. And my boyfriends sweet cold foam was whipped cream. Not good at all. Do yourself a favor and if you need a quick coffee go to the Golden Arches!!

I ordered a large sparked energy. I have had these many times. Today I am not sure what they served me but when I got to work it was not a sparked energy it was the right color but it was very cloudy instead of clear the taste was awful had to throw it out. I tried to call but the number just rings busy all the time.

Have you ever walked into a place and immediately felt unwelcomed? The service from the middle aged woman was very unprofessional. She took my order sarcastically, and then did not make my drink correctly. I ordered a croissant and it was the dryest most burnt and stale one ive had at any location. Please do better dunkin. Bring in the robots.

I usually stop here for a quick treat hoping it gets better but they are always out of things, and today my sandwich had mold, tavernier D&D is the way to go

I hate to leave a bad review but to be honest, we are on vacation around the corner from you and NEED our morning coffee badly. My daughter drives down there to pick up 2 large hot mocha coffees to go. Simple order, no extras. A couple of drizzles of choc syrup please. Creamer and sweetener. It was explained to you nicely. And you got it wrong! Whatever you did, there was no mocha flavor at all, just very strange dark coffee. Not even plain black coffee. We were stuck with it. We will not be returning.

Looks clean, has footlong dippers, Nice sit down spot! Has a good view of road and nice family spot! There are some cofee chairs as well!

This location sits at the end of a plaza. Although they are short on staff, per the sign on their front door, the service was friendly and fast. I liked the seat arrangements. There’s small chairs and little round tables near the windows for seating as well as the wall bench and table chair seating. It is clean and they also have highchairs for small children. There’s also a handicap sloped entryway onto the sidewalk for easier access for those in wheelchairs, etc.

I am literally sitting inside subway as I write this review. Horrible customer service and rude employee. They forgot the cheese inside both the sandwiches. They made one sandwich completely wrong adding ingredients I didn't order and not adding ingredients I did. This is very dangerous for someone with food allergies. I ordered through the app so there shouldn't be multiple mistakes since they have it typed up for them and not verbally told to them. There were two employees working on November 21, 2021 at 4:10pm. Employees are one male and one female. I don't like throwing away food especially when someone incompetent can't do their job right and then give attitude when a customer complains that they received something they didn't order. Everyone keeps on blaming Covid and telling customers to be nice but if employees did their job right and had better customer service there wouldn't be anyone being rude back or complaining. I don't like throwing away food so the solution was that they gave me cold cheeses to sprinkle on my toasted sandwiches. Good thing I sat down to eat it there otherwise I would have noticed at the hotel. Sandwich was soggy even though I grabbed it the second they put it on the shelf. Believe the bad reviews and go to another subway or another restaurant. They don't care about the customer or quality of food they are giving to the customer.

Attention! Order of operation helps your artist create the artwork you're hoping for!! In my experience it follows! 1. Sandwich size 2. Bread choice 3. Meat and/or cheese 4. Toasted or not toasted (ANOTHER SANDWHICH?) 1ST sub is now out of the toaster and another may very well go into said toaster with productivity at an all time high. 5. Sauce's out of the way now. 6. Went to Subway for lunch and had a delicious sub. The employees were friendly and nice. Located in Key Largo, Florida.

A few words are nice, but what could we actually do to be a light for her today. . That's when Chris Knapp jumped into action. He jumped behind the counter, washed his hands and started to help. . bsolutely unacceptable. We were four people, including two small children (6 and 8 years old), and after ordering a pizza at Domino’s, we were denied access to the restroom. The staff told us that due to a recent policy change, only employees are allowed to use the bathroom. Seriously? We were paying customers with young kids in need, not random passersby. Faced with an emergency, we had no choice but to pay and leave the restaurant before even waiting for the pizza we had just ordered. This is outrageous and disgraceful customer service. Shame on you, Domino’s. We’ll be sure to share this appalling experience with others.

Forgot our sauces. Picked up for my Wife, who didn't tell me it wasn't payed for yet, and they didn't make me pay when I picked it up. Between forgetting our sauces, but not paying, I think it evened out. Pan pizza isn't great, stick with classic hand tossed.

This Dominos pizza was the best I've had in ages! We ordered a pan pizza with ham and onions, and it was AMAZING. It reminded me of Cuban-style pizza. Cooked to perfection, it tasted incredible. The staff and location were fantastic too. I'll definitely be back!"

Completely disrespectful, my father has a learning disability and all they did was laugh , we visited from the uk and couldn’t get the online order system to work so we went and asked for help and they just laughed and said they couldn’t help because we had to order online . I hope the people work there feel good about what they have just done to my father and myself . Complete disregard and disrespect

Very often have I ordered from domino’s. This has to be the worst experience ever,ordered 32 wings with specifications sauce s.o.s and they didn’t follow through even after I called and told them. Manager was very rude and not helpful at all. She even went to look at my previous orders to see if I was at fault. This is so not professionalism of customer service. I can guaranteed you that I will not order from this dominos again. Even if I didn’t get my mi ey back. Need to train managers better and treat customers with respect. Cause people like that are not need it in your business. Mama her never gave me a solution not even to take the wings back. Horrible service.

Valid. We mistakenly order No cheese…I called after driver and the manager was incredibly Rude. I’m still shocked. “This is how they come out of the oven when no cheese is ordered” I asked “shouldn’t you cal to confirm that with the customer or shouldn’t there be a disclaimer????” She said we don’t do that. Domino’s key largo is garbage due to it’s Delivery driver and manger so incompetent hiring employees that’s speaks not a word of English just trash experience overall.

This location is an absolute disaster. The staff was beyond rude, completely unprofessional, and too busy video calling their families while making pizzas—without gloves! To make things worse, an older delivery driver walked in, started grabbing and cutting pizzas while talking loudly over the food, probably spitting on it in the process. Zero hygiene, zero respect for customers. And if that wasn’t enough, they even charge extra for chili flakes, Parmesan, and condiments—things that are usually free everywhere else. You even have to pay for utensils. This place is a rip-off and a health hazard. Never stopping here again.

I don’t know why but for us this Dominoes location always delivers excellent pizzas to our Keys home. We only order the thin crusts pizzas but they always come hot and crispy! And delivery drivers always very nice!

The worst service ever. When I arrived, I asked if they spoke Spanish because my English is not good, and they just shook their head to say no. Their responses to my questions about the pizzas were only gestures. When I said thank you, they didn’t even respond. The worst part is that when I came back to complain about the pizzas, they were speaking and yelling in Spanish, and they didn’t even bother to apologize or anything—they just kept shouting and joking. I hope the manager re-evaluates these people seriously.

The people at this Domino's were fabulous food was great I ordered online went to pick it up it was perfect this is by far the best dominoes I have ever ate at

My Phily cheese steak pizza has no sauce, it's dry, I dont think it has both cheeses that I payed for. This is very unfortunate, they usually have great pizza.

This is by far the worst Subway I have visited so far. Service was terrible,the girl was very rude, never ask if we gonna eat there or to go , she left our sandwiches on the counter top and went to assist another customer so avoid this place

This is by far the worst Subway I have visited so far. Service was terrible and disorganized, one of the ladies that appears to be new was being treated poorly by the other one and the chicken was undercooked.

The lady behind the counter was polite and to the point. It’s a Subway not a 5Star restaurant. My daughters and I enjoyed our quick little lunch together. :) we sat outside.

Beware you may pay for food you did not get. After paying on the app and arriving at the store they said they did not have my order so I pulled the app up and show them and they said it looked like it was stuck in the app, even though I was already charged, they refused to make my food. And when I ask for the managers name, they said they didn’t know. It’s not about having an app issue it’s about how you handle the issue when you have one and how you treat your customers this principal does not appear to be taught to the management staff at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

They can use some help at this location, first by hiring more staff for rush hour so people that go on their lunch break don't have to wait 40 minutes for their order. Also, the staff they do have could go through training before put to work because both employees were so lackadaisical and they didn't even have any herbs and cheese bread ready for lunch hour, they just put it in the oven once the line was long. Needless to say I couldn't get the bread I wanted for my sub not because they didn't have any but because they didn't bake it in time for lunch rush hour.

$9.00 wasted on this. Placed Mobil order, picked up and got back to work to find this joke of a sandwich. Most of the onions on one side, a pile of green peppers in the middle, hardly any meat in the bread, look at the empty areas. Added jalapeños and I think there were maybe 3 slices on there.

Sandwich artist was great, super friendly and professional. Short on items (olives, napkins, tomatoes looked sus in a pool of liquid) but the juice containers, yuck!

Ordered an Americano sugar free coffee however they gave a cappuccino with sugar instead without providing any reason why. The restrooms were available, though if you're in a tour bus there'll be a long line. Kiosks were unavailable for that. If you are in a tour bus, I recommend ordering using the McDonald’s app, and you'll skip the line of 50 people. Overall, a good McDonald's location to stop during your Key West trip.

1am they had everything locked and not taking orders. I waited in lane 1 for 5 mins no greeting. Rolled up to the window. No one came. Rolled back around to lane 2 and nothing. You’re the only place that serves food past 10pm - at least greet the customers and say you’re closed. Instead of sitting in the office sleeping on the company clock.

The staff closes the dining room two hours early, ignores customers, doesn’t answer the phone, and plays around while visible to customers and potential customers instead of doing their jobs. Went to a different McDonald’s and got much better service.

If you go thru the drive thru, check your order before leaving the window. I picked a egg McMuffin to deliver to a house bound vet, I failed to check the order so I showed up with a fried chicken sandwich. When I called the local store to complain the representative hung up on me. The corp management offered me a” value “ item of my choice off the breakfast menu to make it right plus offered to refund my money only if I came back to the store. The generosity of corporate america is underwhelming.

I go to this Mcdonald’s every wednesday in the late night and they are just awesome. Our food is always right, always perfect. Fresh and hot. No mcdonald’s in my life has been this fresh and this consistent. Dare I say, best mcdonald’s in the country. Love you guys <3

I think we all know what to expect when going to McDonalds. This place was very slow. 2 cars in the drive through ahead of us and waited over 10 min for our order. Each car was handed 1 drink and a small bag so no large orders.
