We only ordered an iced cappuccino and ordered it to drink inside to have less plastic but it came in plastic cups anyway. Staff was friendly and speaks English. Othwise it's just like every McDonald's I wouldnt eat there. So much nice local food around.

Please do a better customer service. At first, I ordered and after I paid they said the item was out of stock and replaced it with other item. But then, customer after me had the item I wanted. Then, I need to wait for 20 minutes for them to prepare the table and they didn't bring my chicken until I remind them. Then, they complete my distress over that place when the staff sweeping the floor while I was eating.

This place is open 24h. Yet, you can't always get things that is listed on the menu. Couple of times, I go there, order meals, but they don't have it. Not to mention the surroundings that is not cozy, or tidiness that is not tidy at all. So, you tell me what's so good about this place.

This one is the best KFC's chicken taste. Really recommended to have lunch there since you are around Pettarani road. You are welcome to have sit anywhere at there. The all seat is comfort to eat with friends or alone. Thanks.

Ordered a burger, fries and chicken nuggets. Fries and nuggets arrived quickly and hot but burger arrived when almost finished food and very cold.i asked for a hot burger so they took it away and returned with the same burger 60 seconds later. Obviously put in a microwave and now the burger tasted like cardboard. Won't be going back there again.

I craved Monas ice cream and tried many menus. I think the chicken were not as good as the other fast food stores'. The side menus were unique but still needs a lot of taste improvement. This store were so crowded every time I came here few years ago. The cleaning service needs to work faster.

The fried chicken from outlet on LG floor near hypermart was not that fresh from the oven. I think they don't fry their chicken there instead got supply from another outlet.

Big mall. Many floors. But most of the floor space has been used for vendors. So it is very crowded. Again, a nice movie theater on the top floor. And a grocery story in basement level. That is different. But not my prefered mall due to the lack of walking space. It appears all of Makassar shops here. Ha ha ha ha ha ha

Place located inside star Square manado. Service was good. Food is expensive, better use mega credit card for 50% discount. Waffle fries are the best. Burgers are standard.

Wendy’s used to be our favorite fast food restaurant in Manado, better then McD. But this time we came here it was really really bad. Everything from this visit was bad. Service went wrong, the lady at the counter missed part of our order so we had to pay 2x, we ordered 2 double stackers, 1 cheese burger and a double Dave. We got a single Dave instead of a double Dave and had to change it. Food quality: cheese was not melted on the burgers, meat was really really dry, no juice whatsoever and the patty was even drier. The only good thing was the French fries and the pickle. We ordered Sprite but they were out of sprite. How can a fast food restaurant be out of sprite??? This will be our last visit to Wendy’s. Luckily Burger King just opened up in Manado and will be our new favorite fast food restaurant....

The crew at this Wendy's was fast and friendly. My food was fresh, hot and packaged nicely for my walk back to my hotel. The only downside was they were out of salads that day.
