It is better to make a reservation if you come in group, it was easy to reserve by phone. I came twice during lebaran holiday, and it was all good although the waitress seemed pretty occupied so it took a long wait to make orders. The food was all good; we tried: 1. Aussie sirloin 2. Canneloni beef ragout (must try if you like cheese cream) 3. American burger (must try) 4. Fish and chips 5. Shrimp pesto 6. Choco mille crepes: cholocate layer cake and vanilla ice cream (niceee) 7. Nasi goreng sapi (this comes in biiiggg portion, and big plate) Good food, good location, great staff..

Cozy yet comfortable. Steak choice vary and delicious. Quite costly but worth the price.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The meat was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The sides were equally impressive, especially the mashed potatoes and sauteed mushroom parmesan. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service.

Visited this restaurant several times. Delicious steak, soft, great sauce, cooked properly. Love the mashed potato and spinach. Absolutely terrific. However one of us ordered a tenderloin steak, and it smell bad as if it was not fresh. Had an awful smell unlike the other steak we ordered. So we complained to the staff. We were disappointed because at first the staff said everything is proper and they returned it to us but luckily eventually they offered a new one. They denied that the steak was smelly.

Good selection of steak and non steak menu. Too bad at the time I visited this place some of their prime steak are not available. They offered Meltique collection but I am not a fan of any Meltique steak cause I hate the flavour of it. So I ordered Aussie lamb chop instead. It was a delight. Spacious outdoor setting on second floor. They use ramp instead of stairs to go upstairs so it’s perfect for wheelchair. For dessert I had creme brulee. Portion is good but I’ve had better. Good parking spaces, if it’s full you can always park in Starbucks next door. Little piece of advice, always have your prime selection in stock cause if you only have Meltique steak, then there are other places in Bandung which provides that and sell at cheaper price.

It’s my first time trying this steak house and amazed by their steak. It’s small yes, but really tasteful. Fried rice is a good option for those who doesn’t fit with steaks. Parking is quite hard during lunch and weekends.

As usual, Justus delivers. Great food, We ordered the family package for 6 (there are 8 of us, 3 kids below 8 yrs) we can't finish all the food 😅, tastes great. Service was good, i don't see any sour faces even our table is loud due to the kids. The overall restaurant ambience was great clean and comfy, the toilets wa also clean. Overall wonderful. Justus Steak House left us with conflicting impressions. On the one hand, their steaks are downright delicious, especially with those special sauces – the Surf & Turf and Australian Sirloin Grain Fed were total winners. But, let's be real, the spaghetti carbonara didn't quite hit the mark. The staff was friendly and kept an eye on our table, but the waiting game was a challenge. We waited a whopping 40 minutes for our food, and to add to the frustration, our drinks showed up last. Thirsty and a bit impatient, we couldn't help but feel it dampened our overall experience. Plus, being tucked away inside a mall, the ambiance wasn't anything to write home about. In the end, if you're all about top-notch steaks and can overlook some hiccups in service and ambiance, Justus Steak House might be your spot. Just brace yourself for a bit of a wait, and you'll leave with a satisfied stomach.

The restaurant is located inside of the Metro Mall area. The food is good, tasty, some say it's quite expensive but worth the price. The service is good but if u sit in smoking area which is a semi outdoor there's a lot of flies. Hope they can do something about it. Other than that everything is good.

Was very disappointed with the lunch promotion 20% discount 11am to 4pm...it did not state that need to pay with credit card in order to get the discount....the banner didn't mention at all....though was a small money....still very frustrated and disappointed such a company misleading customers...will never dare to come again or ever , hence I give service 1 star....

Decent place and decent price with excellent taste. But for students' or undergraduate students I'll consider it to be quite pricey. The service is nice and punctual :) It's located in the west wing of Metro Indah Mall entrance at the ground floor.

When I came not too crowded, so the service was good, d food were delicious, they tried their best implemented protocol covid 19 in service. Good place to dine in, they have various choice of food and beverages.

One of the best places to get steak in Bandung. A steak place that sells steak: every "grade" of their steak menu is delicious. I tasted a bit of umami that I think don't come from the meat, maybe there are other seasonings beside salt and pepper. If you have more of a clean taste for steak, you can try to ask the staff. Don't miss the buy 1 get 1 cowboy steak deal! They serve them on hot stone so you get warm steak until the last bite. Great choices of sauce, but BBQ sauce is a bit too sweet to my tasting. Great potato, whether fried or mashed. Curious about their milkshake, I'll try on my next visit. Mushala and toilet are clean and tidy. Great and quick service. Great ambiance.

It's a nice place if you crave western food. I ordered American mixed grill, it's a bit cold when it came, but it was grilled nicely, and the taste was good. I loved the truffle white sauce for the condiment with the mixed grill. I also ordered Iga Bakar Sambal Ijo. The meat was tender, and the sambal was on the spicy side but still enjoyable. Recommended.

If there a place that one crave for steak par excellence here in Bandung, look no further than having it here! Do be aware that the menu at this location and Dago are different from the other places ( eg in Paris Van Java) as these places have the prime steak choices of dry aged and huge prime cuts such as bone on rib eye and tomahawk ! Do not for one second think that because this is a domestic ( GO Bandung! You make me so proud to call this city home) name that its steaks are just mediocre, you would be soooo wrong! Because whilst knowing that you are in Bandung Indonesia, and not some fancy overseas nations or their brand names, the steaks here can truly be said to either match, or even surpass those choices! Highly recommended by me personally would have to be the bone in rib eye! The melted butter show when you order one for yourself is spectacular!

Most of the dishes are relatively delicious. Thai beef salad surprisingly is fresh and well balance. Portion is good. Nice plating and presentation. Staffs are friendly and nice. Good air circulation.

Dinner with family on 4th of April 2024, wait time almost 1 hour due to packed restaurant. While waiting to be seated a group of people just come in without queuing..poor table and queue management from the staff. The food was ok for most part, thai beef salad was good, the sirloin steak was okay, chesy meatballs from the kids menu are okay, sop iga was okay as well although some part of the meat was chewy and the broth was greasy. The American burger was poor, it came out after 40 minutes of waiting and the patty was cold and the taste was subpar. Felt a bit nauseous after eating it (you would expect a great burger when they advertised it on every tablecloth). Couldn't taste the milk from the milkshakes (all you can taste was chocolate powder and whipped cream), the orange juice was a little runny eventhough we order it without ice.

The foods taste delicious, the ambience is good. The menu has a lot of varieties. Toilet is clean and nice. Too bad the service is a little bit slow. If you want to come here on weekend its better to visit it early since there's usually a waiting list.

My first time at Justus Steak, and I wasn’t expecting much. But it turned out to be a surprise, the meat was delicious and incredibly juicy. All the sauces were great, especially the BBQ sauce, and to be honest i'm usually not a fan of BBQ sauce but this is so dayum good. The potato waffles were crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. And the price? A set for 4 people under 500K?? Definitely reasonable. The downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t really noticeable, even though the weather in Bandung was already quite cold. :( But after all very well done, Justus!

Service is really great and foods are served safely, wrapped with plastics to avoid droplets or something. Which is great Taste are fine, but the meat tho. For this price, it stuck a lot on my teeth haha Very annoying

I ordered the Aussie Tenderloin Grain Fed 250g and the Sirloin Meltique Bifuteki 250g, and both were delicious. The plating was appealing. The servers were attentive and friendly.

I've been to another Justus branch, and by far, this one is the best since it's located inside Cihampelas Walk mall (you don't need to worry about parking^^). I ordered tenderloin wagyu and it was superb!

Excellent dishes, I deeply love everything I ordered, espcially the almond chocolate drink!! All tastes great and they give good service. The place is quite small, the 1st floor is a little bit crowded because the seating is just next to the open kitchen and so that we can see how they prepare the foods. There are lot of staffs, all are nice and they really do good teamwork. Really looking forward to come back!

Totally poor service. Losing my appetite even before the food is on the table. It took 17 minutes for them to realize they’re running out of 1 of our order. Besides, I noticed less visitors on the restaurant and still they don’t serve my order until this review is written by 5.16 pm Some people who came later than me, got their order earlier. We came here two days ago, because the kids wanted to eat meat 😂 Steak and burger are recommended - the meat is juicy and soft. The burger is 👍 Of course, there are never enough fries, but what can one do… My wife ordered a pasta dish and it was disappointing. What a pity. The Service is a bit slow. Once they realize you want something it’s ok, but it takes them long to spot you. We wer here the 2nd time and we will come back on our next visit.

More than excellent food. Thai salad, amazing flavor and combined with Spices. Kopi espresso, perfect. The dessert, omgoodness... Delicious and high standard! Service is good. I only have to get used to the shouting of the announcement: "ONE GUEST IS COMING", THEY ALL REPLY: THANK YOU... And that happens with every guest. Every restaurant you visit from this brand. First time to try their steak.. tried the aussie sirloin and tenderloin grain fed.. i think the sauce is delicious though they served the strak a little bit less hot so the butter didnt melt the way we want too but lost of all i think its worth the price..

This legendary restaurant in Bandung has been around since I was in college here. It’s famous for serving delicious steaks at affordable prices. The food is great, and the service is fast and good. The only downside is that the toilet and prayer room could be cleaner. Hopefully, they can improve that.

I went there on Sunday around 3 PM. No queues and quite vacant. The place is spacious, probably can serve up to 300 people at once. The atmosphere gives a sense of Amazon Forest. The servers wear safari uniform complete with the “tour guide” heat. The food is mostly delicious! Bear in mind that their specialty is meat. Our recommendation would be the Iron Beef with mashed potato. With such price, they did great with the taste and plating. You should try the corn soup as well. It melts your sweet tooth with its tenderness.

It gets pretty crowded during peak hours, so better to come a bit earlier or make a reservation. They also pampered the guest who have a birthday, they have a unique happy birthday sound. Service was decent, although there were moments when the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed due to the crowd. Overall, it’s a solid place if you’re craving a big meaty meal and want to enjoy a lively, casual dining atmosphere.

Had dinner at Karnivor. Fair price for the size and taste. But I wish there's more size option. Like... 300g or 500g. Great atmosphere and enough parking lot. As I remember, cashless payment only.

For a few American expats living in the middle of an island far far away from home, one can can’t complain of an option like this. The longing for delicious meats, bar food snacks and an electric atmosphere is satisfied at this restaurant.

Sorry guys. But such a disappointment. Idk why there was so many good reviews . But we cane today for our early lunch, it was such a disappointment. The workers not friendly. The woman who was at the cashier also so unfriendly , it's like she's having a bad day or what??? The food was just extremely so so. The pasta sauce that I ordered very sour !! The pasta itself also not cooked well. I asked for medium rare for the meat, and they gave me not even medium rare. In a steak house restaurant. How is that possible ??? The only good part was the cheese cake. Weirdly enough. Not the meat but the cheese cake that's good in a steak / meat restaurant. The restaurant was also very a lot of mosquitos. While we sat at the back nearby the bar area , so many mosquitos. The music at the restaurant was also too loud. My husband and I had difficulties to even have a normal conversation. Not going to recommend to our family and friends. For the price and for the food that we got , is not great.

The steak itself was nice, the meat’s easy to chew even for a well-done one. However, the sauce was far below my expectation. Such a regret that for a meat that good, the sauce ruined it all (I ordered the barbeque, the waitress said it was one of the favorites there). They also had some Halloween decorations which were a bit creepy, but still bearable considering there were lots of people there. *P.S. The new concepts of justus steak house is great. Comfortable place for eating and hangout with friends. Many variants of menu we can choose. The price still acceptable. The waiters is humble. Overall i like this place. Whatever you eat.. iced sweet lemon tea will complete it.

Went here for the first time because of the pilkada promo which includes: 2 Suteki Beef steaks (meltique). Then we ordered Lasagna and chocolate milk shake. Tbh meltique isn't my favorite but I assume if you order non-meltique steak you'd get much better texture and flavors. The lasagna is pretty average and the best one is actually the chocolate milk shake; not too sweet, very thick, very creamy The atmosphere is very comfortable and the restaurant is clean. The vibe is quite relaxing. We came at odd hours so there were not many customers so our food came pretty quickly

Had lunch here at Abuba. It's not very crowded inside, but because of parking space is small it's seems like there's a lot of people. I ordered US Rib eye with medium rare, it's good but sadly it's quite uneven. Some parts are done perfectly medium rare while some parts are medium. My sister ordered US Sirloin with medium but her steak came as well done. I choose mashed potato and mushroom sauce, overall it's good. The meat is tender and juicy, the marbling are not bad and the amount of fat is not too much. The place is nice and not noisy, the staff serve us quickly too.

The food was good, but I wouldn't say I liked the room lightning. We went there during lunchtime, and it seemed they wanted to save electricity, so they did not turn on the lights; it seemed pretty dark.

the food and drinks was pretty good so is the service. but the upper floor was so hot. they have tables at the stairs but didn't have AC whatsoever. there's a kid who constantly screaming but they don't do anything just stay silent. when i got into a fight with the kid's parents because i asked them nicely to tone it down a bit, they didn't do anything at all. it was such a horrible experience.

i came at 5.40 pm. then i ordered tenderloin steak US well done with mushroom sauce and it felt like medium. also the service wasn't that good. both of taste and service were horrible. i might suggest you guys to come way before its close (7pm on NY's holiday) or you will get the same experience.

Location : at the edge of the road. Very easy to find since the logo is quite big Parking : limited. If there is no parking, you can park at the parking site on the other side of the restaurant. The parking area in Graha Siliwangi Decoration : very girly decoration. Nice for photoshoot. Food & Drinks : they gave us a free garlic bread for starter, it was nice. zuppa soup is all right, they might want to improve the quality of the pastry, it is not cruncy enough. We asked for well done beef but it was still medium well. Price : it is okay. The price isn't that bad for that kind of quality.

The one of well known steak resto, I recommend this place to eat steak. You can choose local or Australian meat, and got some choice besides steak to eat, like a burger. The place is comfy, got indoor and outdoor. Got some nice spot to take a pic if you want. The price is relatively high, but I think it's worth it when thinking about the taste, place, and service.

The food was great, it had a nice ambience. The employees are also polite, you don't need to hold a menu because they give you a QR code to scan and it will redirect you to a virtual menu. The bathroom is very clean. The restaurant wasn't too crowded

Have an Alice in Worderland ambience inside the restaurant. It’s cute though. I think it’s a good place to cater Ibu-ibu arisan 😁. Steak is pretty good, with good quality meat, it’s tender and juicy. Nice texture of mashed potato. Decent caesar salad’s flavor, nothing special, but still ok. They give a warm fluffy complimentary garlic bread too. Staffs mostly serve us with a warm hospitality. Price quite affordable, will definitely come to try another menu.

Service was top notch. Atmosphere was good except the place had a lot of mosquitos. Goulash soup was delicious and I asked for it to be hot and it was served hot. Thank you. Tenderloin steak, loved the potato 👍 And the meat was cooked well with a good balance of sourness from BBQ sauce. I was very pleased. Chicken steak itself was okay, but honestly with a very high price for chicken steak and being served with unevenly clotted mushroom sauce, it was a disappointment. They could make the mushrooms sauce by using demi glace or heavy cream and not using flour, it would enhance the taste much better.

This restaurant has a cool vibe. There's a fountain inside with a bunch of fish. The lighting is really nice and makes for a great atmosphere to eat. The only thing missing is some music to set the mood. The service is excellent. They explained each dish in detail and even told us which ones were the most popular. I ordered the pizzaiola, and it was good but not really my thing. I also thought the local steak were a bit overpriced. Overall, the food and atmosphere are great if you're looking to relax and chill for a few hours.

Chiba has been around for quite number of years, and the pepper steak is still the favourite. It tastes good and the sides potato cheese is one of the favourite. Strawberry juice is also nice. Dispite the looks , the spaghetti do taste nice. Goulash is nice as well, sour and tasty . Garlic bread is well made. Overall, this place is good place that we always visit again for steak. Very well rounded menu and well cooked

It brings relaxing vibe with outdoor garden. Besides indoor, the outdoor seats are available as well so we can dine accompanied by nature sound from river behinds the resto. Food is around IDR 50.000 - 150.000 with a quite big portion, and service is good too.

It's kinda hard reviewing this place. The place itself is GORGEOUS. It is located near a running river and has its very own garden with some hammocks. I would recommend visiting this place on a sunny day rather than night. The food itself is average. We ordered chicken steak, aglio olio, chicken parmigiana, champignon with beef, lava cake, and mushroom soup for the food. The one that stands out is the chicken steak, the others are rather bland. The service is perfect though, despite the lack of the servers considering the area they have to cover. The total we must pay was IDR 374,000 (tax included) so it's fine looking at how much we ate. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars for the service and location, but then the food is somewhat disappointing. So 3 out of 5 stars in overall.

Simple menus but delicious, there is running river just behind the property, and it has a park to relax as well. Located not too far from the main Setiabudi road, it has plenty of parking space. Recommended !

A bit far from the city center and from the main road. It was used as marketing gallery and served as dual purpose as restaurant. The building is three level down as there were many stairs. They provide children playground but unfortunately there were many mosquitos. Food was OK but price was expensive. I dont think I will be coming back here again.

A nice dining place with cool ambience and nice scenery. We can dine with the soft sound of waterflow from a river next to it. Love the strawberry milkshake, thai cesar salad, lasagna and yucca snack. We also love to enjoy a lovely evening by hammocking in the garden :)

The place is quite dark. I like the interior with the wood thingy. But it is too much for me. It felt so full inside this place. The food have an appropriate portion. I recommended to order cheese sauce, it is using a small bowl and a little fire so cute. The food is average. The service is good. Another recommended things is the matche latte drink. Try it. It have a good place, good concept, so it must have a very good marketing program.

Visited on a weekend night; it was a bit crowded, but we had no problem finding a seat. However, smoking is allowed in all areas, so yeah, that was quite annoying. Anyway, most of the burgers were affordable. We ordered different variants; one of them was their best seller (the 1984 cheeseburger). Portion ok. The beef patty was charred beautifully and well seasoned with a decent, fluffy bun. Overall, the taste was delightful. Oh and the cheese fried was yumm.

The cozy atmosphere, some jazzy music played here makes it chill a little. The food is quite good, I ordered a cheese mushroom burger for 48k and ice sweet tea + fries 15k. the burger was quite small, but the ingredients felt fresh and the meat still juicy also buns were tasty.

This burger joint is quite popular but also kind of a hidden gem (?) It’s soooo good and there’s rarely ever any queue even though it’s always packed. Everything we tried was delicious, I like the 1984 the most. Fries were nice too but just a little soggy. The champion though was the chicken nuggets!! I’ve never had nuggets this good, even the homemade ones 🥹

Overall an okay place to enjoy burger and fast food. The service is quick, the food is okay, even is not up to my preference. Big size, good taste, worth the price. Additional package with coke will be great instead of sweet ice tea.

I went there the first time in 2018 when the store is still inside a truck or bus (sorry i forgot). After 7 years i come back and everything is evolved! They have more seatings, great ambience for vintage lover! Food wise, this is top tier burger in Bandung—the patty is juicy and moist, the portion is enough but you will need to add fries on the side so you feel full hehe. Drinks are mostly too sweet for me, but if you like sweet then this is your go to place! Overall i give them great marks! Must visit when you are around the area :)

This place is not maintained very well nowadays, the air conditioning is left broken, the room is hot, there is water leaking, the menus are mostly not available, and the Mega credit card 50% off requires 350k rupiahs minimum purchase. I hope the management can fix these problems soon.

Hmmm...my all time favourite fast food restaurant. My experience here is quite different, the food is as tasty as they advertise but the speed is sluggish slow like you are at the bus stop not at the fast food outlet. Hope they will improved to gain the fast food title.

Wendy's one of the fast food restaurants in Braga Street, Bandung. suitable for those of you who are confused to determine where you want to eat or what to eat because fried chicken is always suitable for any condition. the building where Wendy's Restaurant was located was the workshop and assembly of the first Mercedes Benz and concurrently a showroom dealer named "Fuchs En Rens" and was founded in 1919. Therefore this building is one of the cultural heritages of the City of Bandung. 🚙🚗

This review might be a bit biased since generally i dislike crowded and small places like Braga. Beware of pickpocketing, but worry not there's usually security guards standing by or patrolling on the main street. Most food and beverages is pretty meh plus too pricy for such a low-medium quality item's. Atmosphere is good, not much else to say about it. All in all it's a great place for a hangout, but it's average in many aspects.

First time in Indonesia and obviously as a tourist, getting likeable food becomes difficult. Here Wendy's came to my rescue. Atmosphere is good, people are super friendly and polite. Food is goood as it can be, really cheap(41000 for what i had ordered, visible in the pic) and nearby to my work place. Perfect..!!

The only fast food resto in Braga area that is outside mall (Braga Citywalk). Service is a little bit slow, but the food are great. The burgers and fries are still the best among other fast food resto. The baked potato also awesome!

Nice restaurant with good atmosphere to spend Saturday night with family or friends. The pancake was good, steak also not bad, so does the fish basket. Good thing is they also have a playground area for kids. Totally recommended. But always remember to bring an umbrella with you, this is Bogor when rain can just happened randomly!

Tried some of their menu, their pasta are pretty good i like it, same goes to their tacos. For the steak umm im not sure the taste just okay.

We ate here tonight for dinner for a birthday and really enjoyed our food. We had Tenderloins all cooked vey nicely according to how we asked; a fish and chip and Steak Summer Salad which was equally delicious. The mashed potatoes is highly recommended and I personally enjoyed the creamy butter mushroom sauce - the creamy spinach was very creamy so if you prefer creamy then that’s for you! We got free desserts for the birthday! Have come back many times and will definitely come back next time. Thank you Bsteak.

As an Australian celebrating my 76 birthday my wife and I had dinner at your Bogor restaurant. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE I would also say better than the best in Sydney. Im ordering medium ribeye steak and it tasty, feels homey and also cozy.

The food was terrible, I ordered pan seared fish with truffle sauce. The truffle sauce couldn't even be considered as a sauce. It was so watery and tasteless, the mashed potatoes was okay. The taste was so so, but in terms of texture, it was too thick for me to eat. When I tried giving back the dish to fix the sauce, the chef wouldn't do it and said the sauce was already meeting the standard conssistency.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this restaurant offers a diverse menu beyond just steak. From beef and chicken to fish, as well as a range of side dishes, snacks, and beverages, there's something for everyone. I opted for the sirloin steak with mushroom sauce, which was tender and delicious. My friends enjoyed the beef tongseng and satay. They offer variety portion sizes and kilogram ordering option - perfect for those with big appetites!

Simply delicious & juicy steak with very affordable price! The service is good too. They have rice, fries, wedges, and indomie goreng as the side dish option—too bad there’s no mashed potatoes. Although this is near to Pandu Raya’s traffic light (which makes a bit challenging to leave the area), the dine-in space is quite spacious. They use fans instead of air conditioner.

Great service with smiles. Quick service. Worth value for money. Clean, spacious space. So we can still have social distance. Great taste. We order 500g tenderloin with medium rare. It is perfect. Really medium rare, juicy and tender. Perfectly cooked as our desire! We also order one plate of Rib eye medium rare . It is great taste and tender, the fat melted in the hotplate smells great and apetite. Sizzling in the hotplate when served. Too bad, no mash potato, so we got potato wedges. For improvement , I suggest to have mash potato and reduce the salt sprinkle in potato wedges. For teenager, there are also steam rice and fried Indomie. Certainly will back again with out friends to have indomie goreng with tenderloin steak.

Their steak is just too thin (I think that's why it's cheap) with a plain taste of sauce rather than other kond of steak in town, the place is hot, parkirng lot also hard and it located on a crowded street. Service is not that good, they were a late in serving (eventough there is a servi e charges in here) although I ordered several kind of dishes, one of them (chicken skin) took many times to ask waitress is it ready or not until I finished eat all of the dishes. Chicken skin is not clean, there are still several chicken fur sticking on it so i decided not to eat it.

I've always passed by this place on my home, but it never occured to me to try this place. The ambience from outside is not tempting and also their way to serve cheap steak. I never believe a cheap steak will be tastes good and i can say that it's proven after i come here. The taste is really ordinary and the fettucini sauce, it's really like a instant pasta sauce which you can purchase from supermarket. The place is loud because it's located right in front of a red light stop.

I am so sorry for giving only one star. It cause the place wasn't good. I came here and there are smoke. It cause their blower from the kitchen can't work. And the taste of sirloin wasn't good enough. I bought crispy chicken steak also not tastefully. All of food that i bought so plain. And the last i really disappointed of the service. Actually the service wasn't good. I am so sorry. Hopefully the management can increase the perform of their waitress. I wait so long. And after the came, the menu was wrong. And after i ask again, and they come again with the food, they forget to give the sauce. I try to buy the mushroom sauce, and already sold out, so i bought teriyaki and barbeque sauce. The taste of teriyaki was like SOY SOUCE ONLY. And the barbeque is better than teriyaki. And here is the condition when i go here. There is service tax but i didn't enjoy the service. Oh i remember, the gave us spoon and fork without knife. So how can i chop the steak?

Came with a high expectations, especially with the price. Order the steak, trout and mushroom soup. The trout is very fishy, I have to add a lot of chili flakes to make the fishy taste gone (not really works tho). We found plastic in the soup :(. Overall everything is just not worth the price at all. We’re disappointed, but at least there’s only us in the resto so it feels cozy.

I am very impressed by this restaurant. In Bandung, this is truly one of its kind. The Wagyu meat used for its steak is authentic, a full-blooded MB 9+ Wagyu. Not mixed, not adulterated, but authentic & full-blooded MB 9+ Wagyu. Impressively too, Chef Felix knows how to prepare and cook the steak without jeopardizing the original quality of the meat. In my experience with many other steakhouses including those at five-star hotels, either the Wagyu isn't authentic or full-blooded or the chef doesn't know how to prepare the meat & cook it such that the original quality of the meat is retained.

Lovely dinner experience! In this lovely city there’s an abundance of eateries. None however as unique as The Windchime. Located in the area Pasirkaliki in Bandung, this charming restaurant has been in operation since 2017. Before 2017, chef Felix had a venue in Dago from 2005 till 2013. Chef Felix is originally from the island of Ambon. As you walk in you immediately understand this restaurant’s main focus is on the ‘love for food’. The ambience is minimalistic and calming. No unnecessary frills. Let’s sit down and have a good glass of wine and enjoy whatever the chef will bring us. And maybe find out who he is … We did just that ! We had each two starters, main course and desert. The two salads on the menu, seared scallop and escargot. All absolutely delicious. Then we had smoked duck breast and Norwegian trout. Equally delicious. We had the hot chocolate truffle for desert. Absolutely yummy. We can tell the chef has his own language with food recipes. A very subtle approach he has. Obviously a well-trained staff in the kitchen with an equal passion for food. Thank you, WindChime for a lovely night. Will definitely come back.

This is a splurge place, and yes, you’re worth it. Why waste your appetite on sub-par food? And your splurge doesn’t need to empty your pocket: all the food was good value, but the pasta (about which my wife raved) was under 100k, and you will not feel like you were scrimping after the richness of those flavors. This is a place we’ve come for special occasions, and never regretted it. Yes, you can indeed splurge and spend some cash. You know what? We’ll come here on more “common” days, enjoy some pasta, and leave totally happy with our meal. Our pocketbook will have had a minimal hit, and the common day will now be extra-ordinary. Highly recommended. Visit Chef Felix and his crew of people who are happy and make others happy.

All foods ordered here are delicious, love the steak, quality are good, a friendly lady owner put big efforts to accomodates our needs, all staffs are nice and friendly. the place is good for intimate dinner with family and friends. Whoever owns this place definitely knows what he's doing. Food quality and presentation befits high-end dining option (although I believe this is closer to a bistro). Service staffs were neat and attentive. Place can get kinda warm, the interior is minimalistic.

Two words: THE BEST. Absolutely the best fine dining in Bandung. Their food is top notch. We ordered escargot, foie gras, butcher’s wife, nolan sirloin, spaghetti aglio, and we closed it off with hot. Choc. Truffle. Everything they served is AMAZING. Their steak’s sauce is different from anyhing i have tried. The fois grass easily the best in Bandung. Their aglio tasted very expensive in layers. I love this resto vibe as well. Very respectful to the fine dinning lovers. Overall, definitely will come back here more often.

The vibe is nice but the burger is honestly just mid. The meat doesn’t really hold together well — a bit crumbly and overcooked. The best things here are the wings and fries. The wings are nice and flavorful but a bit soggy. The fries are perfect and thick. Price is too steep for Bandung. Would I eat here again? Sure. But would I crave for it? No. Seatings are spacious and plenty.

The double cheese was raw, had to throw it away. The sweet bbq was also undercooked, the classic was the only one cooked well and it was salty and didn’t taste good. The garlic parm wings were lacking in flavor and we threw them away cuz they were also raw in the inside. Waste of money. Dont come here Update: I am not one to review places, however due to their unprofessional response to my complaint on whatsapp, yesterday,I published a review. Today, i immediately saw an improvement in their customer care. They apologised for my experience and wanted to send me replacement for my order, but i have already left Bandung. They addressed the health concerns I had and told me they will conduct a kitchen review. Life is not without mistakes, the important thing is to acknowledge them and improve from them. Which they have done. I am satisfied with their response. If i ever get the opportunity to come to indonesia and visit bandung again, i would give them a second chance.

It always full of queue from the morning but not take a long time to get the order, maybe around +/- 10-15 minutes. There are some spaces both indoor and outdoor, and the parking spots that you can use either near the restaurant or in the mall parking space. Unfortunately, the burger that delivered to me is not same as the photo that makes me interest to try, but its okay because the taste is good. The price is in the middle range.

One of the best burger I ever tasted. I was surpirsed by that tumeric passion drink, it was like a shot, sour and fresh. There are outdoor and indoor area and the service was pretty fast. I recommend you the chicken wings, it's so good!

Good burgers as usual. But, the place is worn down.. establishment is not maintained well, moss on the wall almost on every wall as far as I can see. Damp smell, so uncomfortable. Big giant hole on the ceiling. Toilet is unclean. This place is run down and definitely need a refurbishment, big time!

I have already visited the place thrice, the first two were intended to have some free-refill-ice cream, and the last one was to try the burgers. They got no more ice cream, so sad. At first i thought that the burger seemed so tasty, so i decided to have it. The patty still tasted like meat with its texture, but the problem was i ordered cheese burger but there wasn't any cheese on it. So disappointed :( and the burger is overpriced actually. The place is quite comfy, they got wifi and electric ports too, so it's quite a good place to hang out or just doing homework

Best burger restaurant in town. They serving a really meat burger. Where expectation meet reality. All usual drinks and the ice cream are free refills. The taste is blast and the portion will fulfill you desire. But the parking area is quite small so its hard on the weekend. And because they serving real time patty,, the service might take so long.
