I really enjoyed visiting Aonang Night Market! There were lots of food stalls with delicious local dishes and snacks. The atmosphere was lively with music and friendly vendors. Great place to experience local culture and try Thai street food. Highly recommended for an evening walk!

This is a huge shopping arcade in Krabi close to the famous beach. This market completely functional in the evening and looks great in night. Has multiple local food, indian restaurants, shopping stores, street shops, desert outlets, massage center and much more. Night life is great here and one can spent 4-5 hours easily and can still visit it the next day. A lot of live shows, fire shows, concerts happen every day. There are clubs in this market where you can enjoy a few drinks with delicious food options.

This is the best bar in Krabi..a friendly bar. Near good food and the stage. Good food at the bar. The staff and owner are very attentive. Alcohol and beer good prices not tourist prices.

It's a big market. There are many shops where you can buy dresses, handmade ornaments, and local foods. There is also amusement activity like rides or shooting. Open music performance is very alive there that was available at night. The price of goods seemed almost the same compared to the other places.

Awesome food & music establishment. Food and beverages were good and reasonably priced. Their live band was exceptional, attracting the mostly young & young-at-heart crowd to sing along and shake to their music. Music mostly Thai to cater for the mostly Thai clientele, but with some English songs too. The live band performance for the Bruno/Rose's APK was fantastic. It was almost full house on a Wednesday night.

Had a great time here on a Monday and it got packed full of mostly locals by 10pm. Had two live bands that played a mix of thai and english songs. Beers were 200 baht for 3 large changs, ths was the special so most everything else was more expensive. They upsold an ice bucket for 25$ baht. Staff were fast, friendly and welcoming. Some didn't speak english but others came to help.

Depends on how much you can and want to drink. The draught options are about 200 - 300 bhat. There are a lot more canned options that range from 200 to 400 per can. When you have a live singer (strums on his guitar) in the house, I don't think you are too far off from getting the right vibes and bringing in the crowd. Was here on a Monday evening, and the singer came in and started at 9pm.. Was the only table, and was wondering to myself, have I gotten to the "right joint". Next thing you know. Before the live performance started, a party of 8 locals streamed in, followed by another table of 2.. 3 tables in a craft beer joint on a Monday evening, when beer can go for 55 bhat at 7-Eleven, speaks a lot about this hole in the wall joint.. Order the fried chicken, but the bed of fried veg below it was nicer. Cos the chicken's batter was a bit too thick, in my view. Cheers 🍻

Nice atmosphere, the beers are a bit pricey for the region though(i know they are craft but still). I also had chicken basil which was nice but maybe a little oily, however the spice level of it was really enjoyable.

Good bottle shop. Good selection of import beers in different styles. Also has some Thailand brewed beers. I had a Thailand made in the English IPA style. The decor is cool and they have board and card games to play. Highly recommend

Anyone who is traveling in Thailand and would like to drink something different like lager beer is in the right place here. Corona had to close this bar and look for a new location. Currently only beer in bottles and cans is offered. Unfortunately, she has no opportunity to offer anything to eat at the moment, but the assessor would like to change that. I received very good advice from Nine and had funny conversations with him. Since it is not possible to brew small quantities or other beer as lager due to various laws in Thailand, the beer is imported, which is why the prices are high... but if you like drinking good beer, you can accept that. We decided to have a look, as it was within walking distance from the mall. The temple has a nice architectural style. We had to walk up 60 flights of stairs. This visit wouldn't take too long—just a look-see, at most 10 minutes.

Gorgeous. Located on top of a hill in the center of Krabi town, this Buddhist temple is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Extremely suggestive atmosphere, beautiful temple, free entry, not very crowded.

This temple has an imposing look when viewed from the bottom of it's steps. However when you get closer it isn't as spectacular looking. Nice that sarongs were left outside in case visitors were not appropriately dressed. Maybe could use some signs to explain to tourists what the expected etiquette about dress and behaviour is. Observed a tourist dressed in shorts and shoes casually walk into the temple even after I tried to advise him it wasn't appropriate.

I like this bar. Good music. They have 3 separate bars inside so you always get your drinks quickly. Service is very nice. Multiple pool tables. Drinks a bit expensive for the area. The raw shrimp with garlic and spicy sauce was killer! Super fresh

A sports bar, situated overlooking the beach, with views of the sea and the mountains. There's a snooker table, table tennis, foosball, kid's play area to keep you entertained. Food wise, the sandwiches and french fries were really good. However, they charge a hefty 5% fees if you wish to pay via credit cards.

Nice sports bar overlooking the sea. They have multiple pool tables and three bars for the fast service. It was a bit loud for me due to music... And TV. They have plenty of options for Vegetarians. We had Veg. Massaman curry and Rice, Mix. Tempura, Stir fried chicken over rice. Food is delish, no complaints.

Great place for dinner and sunset 🌆 Absolutely gorgeous views as you can see by the photos. The food was good and tasty. We had a good time dining here with the family. Not many vegetarian options, but that's how it is all over Thailand. However the staff understood enough English to accommodate our requests. Such a great place to hang out. Warm and friendly owner who made us feel very welcome. You can order burgers via the burger bar next door if you ask for the menu. Huge double stacked one was only 180 bhat. Great place for a drink, good prices

I have visited this night market few times during my stay in Krabi, trying different types of food. The variety what you can buy and eat is great. And I think quality of food is good too. Some surprises as well, like avocado shake I bought, it turned out to be sweet. Overall great experience

Interesting night market. At the front of the market on the river side On the left corner is a vegan (เจ) food stall. You can buy deep fried vegan (Jay เจ) food (corn cakes, Chinese chive dumplings, spring rolls, tofu) B10 a piece and also various ready cooked fried noodle dishes @B50 a portion.

Located further down ‘black crab market’ interesting variety of food. It was crowded with locals when i visited on Monday evening.

One of the best Night markets I have been to, there is an abundance of choice of dishes and cuisines. Also the prices are more than reasonable and you get really good food. The atmosphere is relaxed, no one is stressed, there is plenty of seating to eat your meal.

Great local markets with a variety of food. For a beer and a table to eat your meal make sure you go to Friendly Bar, great service and set up. Tried the other bar and even though the beer was 10 baht cheaper so much less welcoming and comfortable. I wouldn't bother and prefer to "splurge" on better service and comfort.

We went there for a quick bite as we got a lot of Thai food by then we wanted a change of palette. I had the fish and chips which were nice. And others got beers and drinks. The staff are nice and the place had a welcoming feel to it. Food was OK, i would stick with the british classics rather than the other options though. Would recommend for people staying for a longer time in Krabi and wanting a regular place away from the busy bars.

We went for the roast dinner, it was a great price but unfortunately it wasn’t great. It wasn’t very hot so I felt it was all heated up in a microwave, the Yorkshire was still doughy inside which was a disappointment as I was so excited for one. The beef was good ill give them that. Service was okay, at one point the waitress only took one of our food orders ( we were 3) walked away before the other 2 could order, entered the first persons order and then came back to bring her her drink and we were like we would like to order as well please. I’m not sure if she was confused or what but it was strange.

We came here for the Sunday roast at this Irish pub. As we saw the menu and recognized it, we found out that it is the same owner as in Koh Lanta but just different branch. The Sunday roast was exactly the same as in Lanta, and it is not super great honestly. The meat is not very tender and the veggies should be softer too. Unfortunately not coming back for the roast.

Nice and cool inside on a hot day and long walk to find it for Sunday roast lunch. Roast was large and had plenty of variety. Unfortunately, beef was a bit chewy, and the Yorkshire pudding was a bit heavy. Having said that, I enjoyed it and even got an extra serve of gravy when I requested it It was not happy hour, so did not try the guiness , too expensive for me being retired. I Made do with two cold draft beers. The bar could do with having some more sports screens fitted , it was a bit dull and bland. Pay by card available +3%. Staff and service good. Cost me 587 THB. For food and two small draft beers.

Went back on Sunday 27 July 25 all day breakfast has shrunk in size ( apparently different management)The food & service was great and they Live-stream all sports, went there to watch AFL grand final and had a very enjoyable time. We regularly have the light breakfast which is tasty and was good value, it has recently gone up in price to 150 Baht from 130 (June 2024). We have been to AoNang many times and stay for long periods, we don’t usually frequent western bars or restaurants as usually disappointed in the food and prices. However, we were pleasantly surprised with this place! Yes, it’s more expensive than eating Thai food in a local restaurants, but we were there to eat British food just for a change; I had bangers/mash/peas/onion gravy and my husband had the huge big breakfast. The food did not disappoint, it was very tasty and good quality! The ladies/staff paid attention to our requests and delivered exactly what we asked for e.g: soft runny eggs, crispy bacon and sourdough toast cooked brown), and my sausages well cooked, yummy!!!🤤 We are here for a few more months and are looking forward to coming back and trying more food, especially the Sunday roast.

Been here twice now and found it by chance at the market. Both times we have ordered the chicken nachos they’re sooo good!! Last time we both went for the steak pie and it was good however the sausage and mash was amazing tonight! The half roast chicken wasalso huge & tasty. Great meal when you’re missing home, can’t wait to try the roast 😊

I've only been to 2 bars in Krabi Town and they have both been great, great local chill vibe bars. Very welcoming spot with on point service, inexpensive drinks and the night I was there really 3 very enjoyable live musical acts NONE of which were performing Reggae music THANKFULLY!!!!

Located just out of hustle and bustle of Krabi yet within walking distance of the river bank, night market etc. Grab taxis between 40-60 baht to get to centre. Hotel arranges island tours, excursions and airport transfers. Swimming pool is great and they provide towels. Rooms are a great size. Breakfast is poor accept for the attentive staff and ladies who cook you fresh eggs, otherwise the breakfast options are limited, not of good quality and coffee is awful.

Nice cozy place. The room is clean, well-kept, everything is neat. The bed is 180*200 cm, comfortable mattress and lots of pillows! Super big blanket. It is comfortable to sleep. The room has air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, safe, kettle, mirror and private bathroom. The service includes towels, bottled water, toiletries. There is a recreation area with a swimming pool in the yard. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Breakfast can be included in the stay, check when booking. Breakfast is normal, there is plenty to choose from, buffet. There is tea, coffee, juices, vegetables for salad, toast, some fruit, fried rice and stewed vegetables.

A lovely little hotel in a quiet part of krabi town. Yes, there is some noise from the road but compared to the noise in the city center it’s nothing. The walk to the center is nice and you can go along the river, which is longer than through the local streets - but why that hurry… Friendly and welcoming staff, great service for whatever you need, pool can be used 24/7, towels provided. All in all a hotel that’s great value for money!

Very good for the price, I stayed for two night and would consider again. Service was friendly and renting a scooter or bying boat tickets was super easy trough them. Rooms are ever so slightly out of date which manifests in squeky mattresses, troubles with the wall sockets and lack of hot showers. The location is few minute scooter ride away from the market near the mud crab stattue. I really recommend to rent a scooter to explore around!

We opted for a six-night stay at this quaint but dated hotel, drawn by the slightly higher price that included breakfast. The breakfast offerings were generally satisfactory, featuring a variety of options such as eggs, pancakes, croissants, salad, fruits, rice, noodles (on some days), along with quality coffee and juice, served from 7 am to 10 am. Although the bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were clean, the overall room cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we noticed hairs on the furniture, and during our stay, we encountered two cockroaches. Not a problem for us but it might deter other guests. Additionally, a significant gap in the bathroom window's mosquito net rendered it ineffective against mosquitoes, requiring us to improvise a cover, which only led to discovering more dirt. While daily cleaning services were provided along with complimentary bottles of water, there were inconsistencies in service. On alternate days (due to our own choice), we found ourselves waiting for our room to be cleaned, sometimes being the last to be serviced despite observing housekeepers on our floor earlier. This prompted us to inquire with the owner around 2 pm, leaving us puzzled about task prioritization. Additionally, we found the owner's demeanor slightly condescending, leading us to question if the hotel caters primarily to middle-aged foreigners. Location is quiet and a short walk away from the nearest 7 Eleven shop. However, dining options nearby are limited and it's a considerable walk to the central Krabi market. Although the pool was adequately clean, it could benefit from more attention to detail. Furthermore, during breakfast, we observed a lack of professionalism among staff members, such as staff eating toast, appearing more focused on leisurely activities rather than attending to guest needs. Despite the apparent low occupancy, the owner seemed more inclined to promote tours rather than address operational shortcomings. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but we hope this review offers valuable insights into our experience and provides constructive suggestions for improvement.

We found this hotel to be really great. The room was large and very clean with a nice balcony to sit out on. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of useful information on where to go and rented us a scooter for the day. We usually don't find the included breakfasts very good, but this one was excellent. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be in great shape. Overall I would rate this hotel excellent.

Fantastic budget hotel, it's nice and quiet and it's only a short walk to the river. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size, with a nice en-suite. You can book all your trips from here and hire a scooter. It's all very easy. A very good selection for breakfast and the restaurant food was very nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

While I was in Krabi town, I Googled "best bar near me" and this gem of a bar was first. As soon as I walked into the bar, I was greeted by everyone in the bar. I spoke with the owner, Mama, who saw my dreadlocks and she showed me her locks that are hanging on the wall. I touched her locks, for good drinking spirits, and began. Drinks are good and they have a nice kick to them. I will definitely go back to this bar and I would recommend anyone in the area to stop by and "touch the locs.'

With Bob Marley in the air and the oh-so-very-friendly and hospitable owner, Wood (sp?), it’s no wonder that this is the dopest place to be in Krabi. Highly recommended!

Not only was it the best Mai Tai I've had in a pinch, the owners also taught me how to eat sunflower seeds. Now that I learned something today, I feel entitled to another Mai Tai.

Prices are very good apposed to other restaurants and portions are very good. It is right next to the Thai boxing ring that is alot of fun. Truly enjoyed our experience with the owner and her husband, very good service. We were there in September 2025.

Id avoid this place at any cost to you!! The service is terrible the food is disgusting, they advertise the bacon as back bacon but it comes as Streaky deep fried grease. The fries weren't even fries. The cocktails in particular the long island iced tea just tasted like methanol. It was completely over priced. Then to top it off when I went to pay the cheque it was a total of 500 baht I paid with a 100 note they gave me change of 480 they decided to take money without any consent from myself or my husband. If they had brought back the correct money they'd have been receiving 50 baht tip which I had ready to hand over. They tried to confuse the change on the cheque by giving it to me in very small notes and coins. But luckily we're very seasoned travellers to Thailand and can be aware that this happens. All I ask is people be aware and check the change when you pay. They did apologise to me after I told them that this was theft and they had missed out on a 50 baht tip.

Would not recommend at all. Firstly didn't feel very welcome as they didn't seem to bother about us entering the restaurant. They ran past us and only when asking to be seated they gave us a spot. Waited too long for the food, it was overpriced and portions were small. "French fries" didn't even taste like fries. "Caramelized onions" were anything but caramelized. Not to mention the cockroach that was running around. Music was quite loud.

Cute place 10-15min walk from Tonsai pier/main Koh Phi Phi area. Views are amazing, we got 3 magic shakes (800-1000 baht each) which worked amazing. Staff are very nice and advise you before and during shakes to make sure you are not overdoing it. Not sure about reviews that said magic shakes were a miss, it worked for us! Only reason rating is missing a star is because they are quite expensive.

Was here in wet season so was quiet but the staff are super friendly and drink are really cheap and good as well as a free pool table upstairs and live music every night. The lady that works there is especially nice and remembered our orders from 2 nights before, gave us ideas of what to do in Ao Nang and taught us the Thai version of the card game we were playing. If we’re ever back in Ao Nang we will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend!

The best cocktails in town for only 99฿, passionfruit mojito is amazing! The staff was very friendly, the bar itself is a small booth with a few stools in front, there's also the bus stop seat where we sat a lot of time enjoying our drinks and watching people and traffic passing by. You can also take the drinks with you as they're always made into plastic cups with straws.

Just a nice pub, with good drinks and live music in the evenings usually. Staff is friendly and efficient. They have a lot of sports which they can put live on one of their many screens, they also take requests in case its not to busy and you would like to see any live ongoing sport event.

We visited this pub to watch the much anticipated Liverpool v ManUnited game this past Sunday. The atmosphere was incredible and the staff were so attentive providing table service all night so that we didn’t have to leave our seats once and could fully enjoy the game. Definitely worth a visit on your trip to Phi Phi for good drinks and good vibes all around.

We were refused a seat at a four-person table for two. There were no two-person tables available. Rude and stupid attitude of the staff (older lady who told waiter not to give us the table). Even if all you expect is money, you can often make more money with a couple than with four people. The pub itself has nothing to do with Ireland, just ripping off tourists.

I definitely say you should stop by here.
