FANTASTIC!!!!! You have to wait a while for the cocktails, but they are REALLY worth the wait. There is an extensive menu and prices are really good. The food was served quickly and was delicious, even though we were a large group. The staff are friendly and there is a great vibe. It has good cool a/c as well, definitely a bonus. I will be back tomorrow again!

The good thing about this restaurant is they’ve a vegetarian option for almost all the main course dishes. Pure joy! We had one vegetarian fried rice and chicken Tom Kha Kai and it was a hearty big bowl of soup. The quality, quantity and service is top notch and definitely worth the visit.

One of the best restaurants in Sukothai in terms of both: food quality and taste. We took papaya salad plus fried chicken and fried vegetables with rice. Big portions and very tasty. Prices are reasonable and it it your 'must try' in Sukothai 😁

This is an attractive restaurant from the outside. They did well on the signage and decors as well as the specials menu placed by the door. We decided to try it out for dinner and it was so-so. Their fried veggie spring rolls were oily. There's barely any vegetable inside except for a few cabbage and bean sprouts. The pad see ew was okay. Pad Thai was bland. Plus they charge more than other restaurants. What we enjoyed was the Chang beer served in frozen mugs. Beer always tasted better when served icy cold. The inside was clean, the tables/chairs and decors were nicely laid out.

Had a quick dinner here last night and the food was ok. The green curry was good, creamy with strong flavours. The pad Thai was not the greatest I am afraid as it did not seem to taste like the pad Thai we know and love. But the food was generally good, it just didn’t blow us away. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good prices and a comfortable place.

Nice restaurant with a wide selection of food. The restaurant bears a kind of tourist friendly environment judging from all the inscriptions on the walls and all of the menucard is also written in English with good illustrations. The staff is very polite and speaks very good English also. All I all a good experience and I would definitely come back next time I’m in Sukhothai

Great food! We came here twice while visiting Sukhothai, the staff are very friendly and the food is very good. We tried pad Thai, wontons (which are gyozas) spring rolls and fried rice and omelette. Staff were great also, highly recommend.

A unique one-of-his-kind place. The very friendly owner has a very good taste for beautiful antiques and likes to tell stories about thaï culture. The restaurant itself is a work of art (the house is an old house with beautiful décoration. The atmosphere is chill ans relaxing with nice and soft music. They also serve ya Dong, a fermented rice alcohol infused with herbs. Délicious old school thaï médicine. And the food is délicious (we tried the fondue a local specialty). Definitly worth every penny! Enjoy ;)

Delicious food and charming place. I can't believe some well-known travel guides off-handedly mention this place in the same breath as other options in New Sukhothai, as the food here is head and shoulders above. Highly recommended.

We have had dinner and had chosen the panang curry and two other dishes. The food was good, but not exceptional. The service was very friendly, but overall it seems a little procy to me compared with other restauranta serving food at the same level. A good choice, but certainly not the best.

This was quit an experience which I had not expected even though I read the reviews before we went to Dream. The great house covered with plants, thick walls and small windows which could have been placed in for instance Germany. Only the nice ornaments are different. The tables and chairs sturdy and robust. The music a little bit jazzy, the waitress with a certain dignity. Not to many people on monday and mostly coming from Europe. The Thai food we took was delicious and maybe the best we had in the two weeks we have been in Thailand so far. The small details they gave to the food and drinks. My beer in a glass which they must have put in the freezer otherwise I can not explain the effect I saw when the waitress filled my glass with beer but also the "simple" rice served with a "smile" on a small plate with a bananaleaf under it. Small details which made me smile. If you walk around you get the feeling you are in a small museum. Great. When you ate the nice food you find out that the restaurant is a little bit "quirky" as well. Desserts are (excluding icecream) not served. That means that it is also not possible to drink a Coffee after dinner. One other small thing maybe is that you have to wait a little before you are being served but when you are served you get all the attention you want. Summarising I come to the conclusion that I was pleasently surprised by this restaurant and for sure visit it again when I will be around.

I subscribe what I read here. Way overpriced for Sukhothai (800 baht for 3 dishes, 2 waters and 2 small rice plates), food was tasteless (I am going to get a bag of crisps right now to make it up), service was careless (we spent 2 hours here. We were the only customers). Just avoid.

Good vibe overall, but craft beer is a bit pricier than expected. Great selection though! We were placed at the end of the bar; 2/3rd’s of the bar was reserved for other people. Seems decent but can’t give it the full 5 at this time. All in all, reasonable but maybe stick to Thai large beers instead next time?

Nice place with a great beer selection. The tap beer selection wasn't great but the bottled choice was around 40 including some Thai, Belgian & Japanese. Prices were around 200 Baht a bottle. They have free wifi. Service was fast & friendly

Very nice and clean place to enjoy more western food, which was made with care. The pizza dough is made from scratch in a real pizza oven with fresh ingredients. The dough could use a pinch of salt more to my likings, however you can always add it as well. The employees were attentive and the setting is relaxed. The only thing I found surprising and uncomfortable, was the bill. 945 Baht for a large pizza. 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle (660ml) of Chang beer is overpriced. I take the blame fully on myself, not to have taken more attention to the price on the menu card when ordering. Nevertheless, I believe this is really on the edge of taking advantage of tourists. So, overall good pizza with a high price tag to it. Your choice 😉

Nice atmosphere and mediocre food. The place has a lot of seating settings, so plenty of options to choose from. Friendly staff provides fans that are very helpful in the heat. Lots of fun decor that is entertaining to have a look at with a child. A big tank with fish. Pomegranate juice tastes like just a bottled drink served in a plastic cup and quite diluted with water. Pizza dough is not bad, but overall not worth it. We had a Hawaiian one - very little cheese, ham and lots of weird pork bits with fat. My Burger was good to safe the visit - generous portion, can order beef, pork or chicken. Recommended for those looking for an amazing relaxed atmosphere but not looking for anything special in food.

Ok you order yourself which can make it complicated if you need service. Both I didn't mind as staff is polite and serve you well. Really enjoy oven baked pizza. Yes wester food in Sakhuthai and good one with many options

Pizza is very good. All of the items are delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to bring cash because credit cards are not accepted.

Great pizza, like really really good pizza. Cooked in a traditional wood fire clay oven. Decent amount of toppings. Beer sold at a reasonable price. Attentive staff and and the place has a charming ambiance. Would recommend.

For a wood-fired oven place in rural Thailand, this seems to be as good as it gets. The pizza crust is quite good, but you won't get that 'all-american pizza' taste and experience. Overall the pizza taste was good and decent. You have to write down the menu on paper and walk to the cashier to place your order and pay first before receiving your food. Service is quite slow (even on quiet days). But overall, our dining experience was good. The restaurant doesn't offer car parking space, so you'll have to find empty spaces on the street and park your car there.

I’m so glad they’ve a page full of vegetarian dishes and some scattered here and there throughout the menu. The egg tofu hotpot was a real treat. I’ve never had glass noodles like that before. The stir fry vegetables with glass noodles were so flavourful! The food and the experience overall is amazing.

It it Thai restaurant, on a authentic side. Small thing, but it was discovery - the chilies paste and eggs with vegetables. The paste was full of flavour, not spicy, with smoky accents- chipotle like. Combination of the paste with boiled eggs worked perfect ...

Beautiful place, food excellent, and cooked exactly to your liking (spicy/non-spicy/a little spicy/etc) with many choices, even vegetarian and vegan, and they offer all sorts of Fanta. Service is very attentative. You eat outside, with a roof in case it's raining, and there are fans if it's hot. We loved it here, and we'll return for sure.

I really like the food here. There is an extensive menu (strangely no noodles) and food is freshly made to order. It is tasty, spicy and zingy. Service is friendly and venue is nice and airy and with a lot of fans which helps circulate the air in the hot season.

A popular Historical Park area restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious Thai dinner. Sinvana offers an open air dining experience with tables surrounding a central courtyard area. The menu has a wide array of Thai foods available as well as beer, wine & other drinks at very reasonable prices. It was the perfect place to enjoy a dinner as the sun set and the evening breeze kicked in. The staff were very friendly and food arrived in a very timely manner. Definitely add Sinvana to your Sukhothai dining list!

Nice little spot, tasty Sukhothai noodle soup. Fairly large menu and more expensive than other small noodle houses. Service was diligent and fairly fast. Beer available which was nice. Inside and outdoor seating. Would recommend.

It's restaurant near the historic park. I had Schothai Noodle. It tastes kinda new to me, but was good. The bowl was a bit small but was ok. The price was not expensive.

Affordable place. Tasty food and Sukhothai noodles were really good. We both had them and enjoyed them a lot after a day exploring the historical park. The location is ideal for this as it's just opposite the museum. Loved the hello kitty menu!!

We came here to try the sukhothai noodles. Both 60 THB, so in my opinion very affordable. The portions are quite small, so for people with a big appetite, you probably need to order more.

There is no air conditioning here, but there are fans. Service was fast and friendly. The menu is written in Thai, and is located on the wall. Parking available outside the restaurant.

We decided to check out this place for breakfast because we noticed there were always a bunch of locals eating here. And yes, it was delicious! We loved it so much we came back for lunch, and breakfast the following day. We especially loved the Sukhothai Noodle Soup. The portions are not extra big, but the prices are also small. We enjoyed this, because it allowed us to taste different things. The place is simple but pleasant with the fans. You can see them cooking, and I liked the higiene in the cooking area. The staff were always very nice and smiley. I’m going to miss them.

This was a nice place to sit and the people who run it are very nice. But the food was the most mediocre food we had in our six day trip around the Sukhothai area. Perhaps we should’ve asked them to cook the food for a Thai as opposed to Farang standard. It was super bland.

Amazing service here. Me and my girlfriend arrived as they were preparing for a huge 100 person booking the day after with only 30 minutes left till closing and they still served us a delicious 3 course meal with huge portions. The Thai green curry was class.

A nice restaurant on the main street and it was the only one crowded. They serve Thai and international dishes, but Thai food is not very tasty. Dishes looked very different than on the menu. Fruit shakes look great and are not expensive, but also not much fruit in them. Dogs are walking between the tables, but at least the staff is spraying them with water to make them leave. Free WiFi.

The ham and cheese sandwich with fries was OK. The fried spring rolls had different vegetables than I’m used to like lots of peas and some corn. I’m allergic to peas. Only dipping sauce was very spicy. The Udon noodle soup was fine. The tomato soup was fine. Seems like all the eateries along this strip serve same same.

It is a good place for breakfast food and coffee. It is within the standard pricing for breakfast foods I'm Thailand. I suggest getting the breakfast set, since it includes a main dish of choice, fruit plate, coffee/tea, and a fruit juice (see picture attached).

It is over priced and doesn’t taste good. I ordered Indonesia fried rice and coconut milk soup. There’s only 2 baby shrimps in the fried rice, and the pork tasted wired. The soup was too salty and didn’t have the taste of coconut milk at all. Go to the night market inside the historical park, food is cheap and takes much better there. Save your money from this place.

Overall, you could tell this hotel had potential. The architecture and decor were quite traditional, which we appreciated while traveling through the country. The pool was beautiful and was a great place to relax after a long day outside. However, we seemed to have unfortunately lost the luck of the draw with our specific room. We were placed in what appeared to be the overflow area, above the check-in counter. The room was located such that, when we went to walk up the stairs, the hotel employees would walk up to us, as if we were looking for help and that they did not expect us to be going in that direction. Within the room, we did not have a view. The roof above was metal, so when it rained, you better believe we heard what seemed to be every drop. We also did not have any hot water, so showering was certainly an adventure. The meals were also just okay. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place.

We had a truly magical time staying in Ruean Thai Hotel - โรงแรมเรือนไทย There are not enough 🌟 stars to rate this beautiful hotel as highly as it deserves. ⭐️💫🌙⭐️🌟 I was first drawn to this hotel 🏨, by the Symmetry and beautiful design Thai / Chinese design of the inner court yard and imagined swimming in the blue green pool looking up at the sky and stars. When I later did just that , the shape of the building is just spectacular. If you want to visit Sukhothai, to see wonders and temples, this is the best choice for your stay. The hotel is also a museum and a shop. Along with a wonder restaurant and bar- so do go for a meal and drink , even if you are not able to stay. I love antiques with meanings and to see so many amazing artefacts , with such history is a must to step back in time 🕰️ The staff are so kind, gentle and thoughtful, the breakfast is amazing , with so much choice and magically moved location during our stay , allowing us to enjoy both the main breakfast hall and eat I. The garden or air conditioned restaurant/ bar. The evening dinner , was amazing food and the cocktails 🍹 Amazing. 😻 A great place to stay with family, our 3 rooms were thoughtfully arranged, so my wife’s father and her younger siblings on the upper level, opposite each other with their own side seating. A really cosy spot, allowing to sit and privately catch up and talk. A large seating area is also upstairs , where we sat and enjoyed new year with other guests. While we were poolside, so I can enjoy the pool with ease. The location is perfect , a short walk to some brilliant restaurants and bars - at all levels of budget. If like me you had driven a long way to reach Sukhothai, the secure (night) gated parking 🅿️ is a welcome relief too. The only thing missing from this hotel , is me ! But I will certainly go back and stay here in the future , for an amazing stay in a magical hotel in this area , Ruean Thai Hotel - โรงแรมเรือนไทย is the only choice One millions stars 🌟 recommend I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who happened to be here staying herself with her family over the new year. Ruean Thai Hotel has good service and all the staffs are friendly, the food is delicious and comes in a variety of styles, they always take care of your safety and are attentive, there are many types of traditional Thai massage services, you can take pictures inside the hotel at various points, there is a swimming pool. We provide a shuttle services for you, can recommend tourist attractions. And can prepare for the trip after you have checked out, I believe you will be happy.

The dropped star is because location is out of the way and there is a bar behind that plays live music 9-1am. It's not a massive problem, but if you are a light sleeper you will hear it. No safe in the room.Bikes are available to get you 10 mins up the road to local food places etc but you will need a taxi or bus to the national park. The hotel is charming and the pool welcome. Food was good, breakfast thai style was good but no cereal or pastries if you are expecting European. I would stay again if I were passing through.

Friendly & helpful owner. But ... The “Indian“ menu is an insult to Indian cusine: No spices, no flavour, pale. Definitely NOT Indian. Advice to owner: Give the chef classes or quit the Indian menu, please. Advice to customers: If you can not see an Indian chef anywhere, do not expect authentic Indian.

Went to Turban bistro twice for dinner and we had tasty Thai dishes. The quality was better than I expected.

A value for money place right in front of the Sukhothai park. The portions are small but price is reasonable. You can order all kinds of Thai food there but beware the taste in the region is different from bangkon style food. Overall a decent place but won't help with your Thai food cravings if you are used to bkk style one. There is free wifi available as well. Only downside is cash payment is only form of payment.

Ordered jungle curry with beef, stir fried kale with crispy pork, 2 steamed rice, large Chang and ice. Total 370 Food was ok. Uncle is kind. Aunties in the kitchen are sweet. Liked the jungle curry the best. Portions quite small for the price. Super touristy, as expected.

Ate here three consecutive days while I was in town. Definitely one of the most affordable options - most Thai/Asian dishes in the THB 50 - 75 range (some Western options more expensive). Run by an old (Chinese?) couple. The old man takes your order, the old lady cooks, and a young lady (maybe paid staff) delivers the food. The portions were reasonably sized and very tasty. Some of the options were very spicy and others almost bland - didn't figure out a pattern - you might want to explicitly request. The level of English was sufficient to order food and pay (cash only), but not for a meaningful conversation.

We really love this place. Came back 3 times in 2 days. I had the green curry (which was incredible) and the Tom yum soup which was so delicious. The staff were incredible, very kind and friendly. The restaurant has some appealing aspects. It also is the place that forgets to place your takeaway order. They also expect that you will be eating out of the thin plastic bag your food is in as any sort of tray, plate, bowl, or other dishware will be absent. Kids enjoyed their fried pork with rice a lot. We also had a green chicken curry and a pork lap. Everything was delicious, plates were nicely dressed with cute blue little flowers next to the lap. Shakes are very tasty and refreshing. Warmly recommended place after the visit of the historical park.

PhumPhor is probably the best restaurant in Sukhothai and it’s not far from the Historical Park. The food is absolutely delicious, the best Red Curry and the best Salted Coffee I ever had. The restaurant is beautiful, clean and tidy and has great atmosphere. The only point I believe requires closer attention from management is the service. On our first dinner at PhumPhor my meal came 15 minutes earlier than my partner’s meal and my rice only arrived after my curry was almost cold. Despite of that, we went back 3 more times due to the quality of their food.

I spent four days in Sukhothai and came to this lovely restaurant three days in a row, either for lunch or just to enjoy a quiet afternoon tea.☺️ On my first day, I came in by chance to escape the heavy rain, and one of the staff kindly came out with an umbrella to pick me up 🌧️ it really left a warm impression on me🌿 Every time I came back, the staff were always very friendly and paid attention to what guests needed. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the food is delicious — I tried something different each day, and it was all tasty. The prices here are not high, but the service is truly high quality. I was also surprised to find out on my second day that they offer a free tuk-tuk ride to drop me off at my hotel it made me feel extra cared for.😊😊 Highly recommend this place if you come to Sukhothai good food, nice people, and a warm place to take a break.🌿

A very comfortable restaurant and great food for those wanting a break from spicy Thai dishes. We could only afford to eat here once but glad we lashed out. The main thing we noticed after dining at 6 other places in Sukhothai the staff here don’t smile, extremely serious , maybe the owner needs to take it easy on them they do a great job.

They have a separate GF menu (which I hadn’t seen in Thailand until then) and they explain your situation in the kitchen. I couldn't disagree more with the past reviews stating a tasty traditional Thai food. Besides the "Western" dishes, this restaurant offers some traditional Thai cuisine, and that's where it fails... The stir-fried glass noodles was not tasty at all, all sticky and uncooked vegetables. A squeeze of lime did help but that was not enough to save the dish. The Sukhothai special (egg noodles and its greens) was flavorful but the portion was so small that three bites were enough. Lime and a bit fish sauce are recommended to enhance the flavor. The fried rice and its veggies was bland, and the rice didn't look/taste fresh at all. Despite its clean setting, the friendly smile as you step in the joint (smile that disappears right after -during your order, during the serving and when you pay), this place is just as what it seems like - a restaurant for tourists.

We tried this restaurant because they have a huge menu but we experienced poor service and terrible food. I ordered green curry pork with roti, ten minutes later the server returns and says they are out of beef, please pick pork or chicken. I again said pork. When food came instead of roti they gave me a burnt cracker thing that was mostly crumbs. The waiter saw my reaction to this ridiculous dish, smiled and said "sorry" then left. Highly recommend! Since it is closed on every Thursday , I came all the way to this restaurant before leaving Sukhothai on Friday. The food here is very delicious and the hostess is greatly friendly. I really love the lab which is a spicy local food but suits Chinese taste very much. Another dish I strongly recommend is the deep-fried chicken (we ate it up so quickly that we even forgot to take a photo). The chicken skin is very crispy and the chili sauce is palatable. In addition, the drinking here is also great. We really enjoy the orange juice which is made from local oranges and have a special flavor. In a word, this meal was really enjoyable.

Happy to find this place. I was looking for vegetarian or vegan food in Sukhothai and landed up here. They have vegan bread (though it was not vegan when I went, it had milk in it), sandwiches, potato mash. I even got vegetarian, no egg, cheesecake.. happy with it.

The food is very nice Thai food tradintionally made with the little extra you can expect for this kind of resturant. Great place for a lovely cold fresh watermelon juice and mango smoothies! (There are many other options but those are our favorite!) This place exists on the lady cooking in the kitchen she cooks with lots of flavour but still similar to many locals restaurants nothing fancy. The staff have no training we were seated, no water, ordered cocktails to start but our food came 1st then drinks, no more drinks were offered, then to top it off 2 waitresses started clearing our table while we were still eating and stood waiting with the payment card reader- this was not late about 8pm. The restaurant itself is blindingly white not at all Thai and encased in glass like the smokers room at an airport. So we sat outside :only 2 tables. Also at 1200 baht our most expensive food experience in Thailand.

Overall a very pleasant and wonderful experience. Would highly recommend the food and the accommodation here!

Good place for a short stay in Sukhothai downtown. A short walking distance to the town center and the walking street market. A 7-11 is across the street. The guesthouse is on the second floor of the cafe. The cafe/restaurant downstairs provides very good and authentic Thai food. The coffee and other beverages are also great. Fried noodles with chicken and vegetables tasted like everything was boiled in water with chilli and ginger, no salt no other spices. Staff was not particularly friendly. I can say it was worst meal we had in Thailand so far, zero pleasure.

Ordered two Pork Belly dishes one was called pork belly with salt. They were unbelievably sweet like a dessert and unable to eat it because of this. A dish came that we didn't order and we let them know but they said we did order it and so we had to pay for it (we 100% did not order it). Part of one dish came with pork crackling which was actually stale. For food with tourist / hotel prices it's not acceptable. It would be nice to know the ingredients, so we can see the salted belly pork in-fact is covered in sugar and will be sweet. The service was ok, only because they apologized for the unedible food but still, they messed up the order taking process, making us pay for food we didn't ask for.

Great authentic Thai cuisine. Great taste, great service in an air condition room which is essential for your comfort from the mosquitoes and other bugs. There are also parkings on the premise. They even have lava cake or fondant au chocolat with icecream for dessert but I did not order because I was too full.

I ate here for both lunch and dinner. The lunch was served at Junshine Cafe where there is a noodle stall. The noodles were delicious, it's a must try and comes with free dessert. The soft shell crab was disappointing, the crabs were very small, could hardly taste the crab meat except the coat of batter. Papaya salad was good. Dinner was at the restaurant next to the Cafe, the Pad Thai noodle though tasty, it's too sweet for me.

Had an amazing meal! The burgers, pizza, and wraps were all top quality—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The prices were great too, making it even better value. Definitely coming back!

Found the best burger place in Sukhothai!! The burger was quite good and definitely the best that we have eaten in Sukhothai. The chicken caesar salad was good! The wraps can be better by having thicker wraps ( my personal preference ). The chicken schnitzel was very tasty. Very nice ambience and good service!! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone craving for a decent burger!! Will definitely be going back to try some of the other items.

Came here for lunch today and we really enjoyed our meal. We had the Caesar salad, Caesar wrap and chicken wrap. All the food was very good, fresh and full of flavour. It is a nice, clean and modern place. Not too expensive but higher prices than local food but this is to be expected.

If you’re nearby and looking for good western food, this is your place! The food tasted good! We had the Margherita Pizza, Chicken Parmigiana, salads and more. Alcohol is available. Waiting time for food was very short! So if you’re in a rush or hungry, you don’t have to worry. Restaurant is so clean and cozy, loved the vibe here. Washrooms were very clean too, no bidet available tho. Owner of the restaurant is welcoming and friendly! I would totally go back here if I’m nearby!

After months on the road, we start to miss western cuisine at times, and so we were glad to find this restaurant in Sukhothai! We ordered the Australian beef burger, seasoned wedges, and the garden salad wrap. Our meals were delicious, filling, and good portion sizes. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it.

No english menus (which is fine) but when asked what they recommended they sent us to a different restaurant? just odd vibe and felt bad. i’m sure they had good soups as was typical in this part of thailand. but just disappointed with the interaction and encounter all together.
