Where to eat: the 50 best restaurants in Brevard

My husband and I had a rare day off together and decided to check out Brevard. We stopped in for lunch and even though it was pretty busy, we were sat right away. The food was excellent. Very fresh with generous portions. We had the fried green tomato BLT and the London broil sandwich. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back again.

Excellent meal, everything was tasty and presented well. Connor did a great job taking care of our table. We got there at 5:30 on a Friday and got one of the last outdoor tables before the wait started. Popular place, will be back.

I loved this place, a fun restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside, the staff were amazing and so informative. I loved that they had a little from different cuisines. We had the chicken curry, Brinjal pakoras, Fried green tomatoes and the Cedar salmon and for drinks we had the Basil blast. Everything was so delicious. The taste of the Indian food was so good, given it was majorly an American restaurant. We loved that our pet was accommodated.

Had a wonderful luncheon with the wife at The Square Root in downtown Brevard. My wife had the crawfish stuffed trout with lobster morney sauce which she enjoyed thoroughly. I had the duck l'orang special which was also amazing. Both came with house salads. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner. The place was packed so we were fortunate to get a table without waiting. The noise level made conversation a little difficult. Weather permitting I would choose the outside patio over inside dining. Overall a great experience... 5 Stars!

Quaint restaurant. A Brevard staple. Many restaurants here change over quickly and don’t survive the off season, but this one does. The food is 90% great. The Cobb salad is delicious. Yummy soup and entree specials change regularly. My husband got the peach pork dish and it was 100% raw in the middle, but other than that- great. The pretzel charcuterie is fantastic. Admiral cocktail was pretty good - a little pricey for lack of kick to it. Also beware of pricing. They don’t mark everything and dishes that sound simple are randomly $50+. Wine too!

We went for group event, and everything was wonderful. The food was superb. The Brussels sprout were so good we almost ate them all before we got photos. Honestly, that's how all of the food was--delicious!!!! We had Brussels, pork dumplings, fried green tomatoes, pretzel board, hanger steak, and the pork flat iron. All were delicious! Plus, the staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Such a cute place with some local history. We enjoyed dinner tonight and dessert. The drinks were amazing! Brenton was our server and was very attentive and knowledgeable. Ask for him when you come in but I heard the other servers and they were very hospitable too! We tried the fall seasoned beets for appetizer and dessert was the peanut butter pie. Their decorator made the pretty flowers! They made our night perfect under the sting lights at the patio! Bravo!

We randomly stopped for lunch and we were nothing but impressed by the service, the quality and the atmosphere on top of the food being outstanding! One of our party had a gluten allergy and they did absolutely wonderful in accommodating it! Our server was spot on and the chef came out to make sure everything was OK!

Happened upon this nicer than casual restaurant while exploring Brevard. After a quick check of the menu online, you decided to try it. We had the Papas Lokas as an appetizer. Crispy crinkle cut fries covered with a tangy cheese sauce and drizzled with a flavorful chimichurri sauce. It was delicious. I had the Momias, a half dozen bacon wrapped shrimp hot a bed of poblano cream spaghetti. My wife had the pork Osso Bucco. It was a pork hock marinated with tequila and, what I would describe as l, cochinita pibil sauce. Slow cooked until it was fork tender. It was also served with a side of poblano spaghetti. Everything was delicious. We wanted dessert, but we had other stops to make for treats later. It cost about $75 dollars and was well worth the price. A very unique Mexican style menu. We will come again when we return to Brevard.

It’s rare to find a top notch higher-end Mexican restaurant outside of major U.S. cities (and México, obviously). This place was a delight from the care of the servers to the attention to creating quality food, some of which doubles as art. I will definitely be back!

Came to lunch on a Friday. Not many customers at 12:15. We were greeted quickly and very friendly. We started with the guacamole appetizer. Lots of nice fresh chips on the thicker side. The guacamole was little sour for my taste but fresh and plenty. We had the chicken enchilada lunch menu item. Nice rice and surprisingly good white bean side dish. The enchilada was loaded with fresh white meat. Nothing else inside so dry. Great cheese on top and a little bit of sauce. A nice lunch portion and price. Will come back and try dinner.

Dislaimer as most people know. Everyone has different tastes so keep that in mind. Stopped in for a late lunch and started with guacamole and chips and a strawberry cider which was a great cider. We expected more from the guacamole, which was made with tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lime. It was made of mostly chunks of tomatoes, onions and some chunks of guacamole. Would have liked more of a guacamole with some tomatoes and onion, not mostly tomatoes and onion. Also shared the Pollo Con Manzana Y Nuez, chicken breast in a creamy pecan sauce, with crunchy apples and rice. It was not quite what we expected, as it was more of a soup consistency, and not creamy like you would think of a chicken cream sauce. Not a lottery of flavor. The male server was very friendly and pleasant although we waited around bit to get our order taken.

Great servers. Shrimp tacos with flour tortillas and trio dip were bomb. My ma gets the bacon wrapped shrimp and pasta. Hubs got fish tacos. Papa got barbacoa dish. I had the elderflower mezcal margarita which was bomb.

Here visiting in town for a short day trip. There was booth and table seating options inside and a nice covered patio. The bartender and the staff were friendly and attentive with good brew and drink specials. We were able to order and get our food quickly. The issue we ran into was disappointment regarding the food and some portion sizes. The $$7.99 guac and chips mainly was just chips. The sauce in the mole had a super sweet bbq syrupy sauce taste and didn’t feel authentic. The rice was unfortunately unseasoned and plain. We did catch them before lunch and dinner reset but was hoping for a better visit. Can’t really recommend this place to others the way it is currently.

We visited Brevard for the White Squirrel Festival and came across this small, charming restaurant. The menu looked good, so gave it a try later that evening. We had made reservations for two ahead of time and were seated promptly. We both started with a bowl of New England clam chowder. It was good , but barely warm. I had the Fresh North Carolina Trout, sautéed and served with lemon herb butter, mashed potatoes and asparagus. I really enjoyed it. My husband chose the Filet Mignon with borderlaise sauce for his entree which was cooked to perfection. Carrot cake and chocolate lava cake with ice cream completed our meal. Our waitress, Shannon was very sweet and a great server.

Easily made reservations by calling the restaurant. Nice atmosphere and server Mandy was terrific. I’m vegetarian and enjoyed the pasta in a creamy white sauce with veggies and a very crisp side salad with delicious blue cheese dressing.

We have eaten at The Falls Landing on prior visits. Always great food and service. On this visit for lunch the Rainbow Trout Lunch Special was terrfic. The trout was very good with rice and fresh green beans. Our waitress was very good, too. Note when checking hours of operation, they are closed mid-afternoon and reopen for dinner. We thought it was closed one afternoon and it was because Googlemaps showed closed yet it re-opened at 5:00PM. They have a small bar inside and nice booth and table seating.

What a wonderful dining experience! Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. My salmon was cooked tender and moist. The pork chop was tender and moist, served with mushrooms and onions. I would highly recommend The Falls Landing.

Food not hot, and not good. Service was not bad, but the both room was in bad shape and unacceptably dirty. My sandwich was really just not tasty at all. Not sure what the attraction is here, other than being downtown in a tourist area.

Wife and I had dinner here last night. Initial impression the dining area was small but "intimate". Christine was wonderful. Hot Wingz were PERFECT and DELICIOUS. My main course was the linguini with blackened chicken. PERFECT and DELICIOUS. My Wife tried the Fish n Chips. She wasn't overly impressed. Mentioned not much flavor and the "McDonald's" fries were barely room temp, but tasted fine. An honest review. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK When in Brevard. Prices $$$

Great selection of salads, sandwiches, and entrees. The Salmon BLT is delicious and it comes with a generous portion of fries on the side. Service is quick and friendly

Great menu at Jordan Street Cafe! Bacon wrapped Trout on bed grits was delicious and highly recommended. Beer selection was good but wish it was more local craft beer than national brands

After reading reviews I decided to check out Jordan Street Cafe to see if their Jordan burger was indeed one of the best. I'm happy to report it was delicious. It came with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese, and dijonnaise (Dijon mayo). Their fries (which look like "swirls") are a delightful mix of crispy and soft & fluffy. Ask for their parmesan peppercorn dressing which is their version of ranch. Nice little twist to dip them in and a nice switch up from ketchup. The bartender said their sweet potato fries are the best so I'll try them next time. The best way to enjoy your dining experience is to first read the home page of their website. They don't have traditional table service, so you'll place your order at one of the bars, they'll give you an order # which you'll take to the table of your choice along with your drink. I chose to sit outside on the patio as it was a beautiful, cool evening. Someone will bring your food and some rolled silverware when it's ready. Meanwhile if you need more condiments, napkins, to go boxes etc it's all off to the side neatly stacked at the bar. If you want drink refills just go to the bar as well. So next time you're in Brevard, check out this little side street haunt. You'll be glad you did.

I love this restaurant and bar. We are patrons and every time we come in it’s a great experience. We love to talk to Brandon. The place is super cool and has two huge fig trees inside making it so special. The food is amazing I ordered the Hawaiian salmon wrap and my husband ordered the Jordan burger which were both delicious.

Fish &Chips were delicious as was the blackened chicken sandwich. Carrot cake was off the chart ! Great meal!

My husband and I went with friends and we were so happy we chose this restaurant. They must have an amazing chef because the food was wonderful. Although they have kind of self-serve when out of season the service was up and above! The atmosphere was wonderful with the plants and the quaintness of both the bar area and dining room. We had a really nice time because this all made it possible!

What an awesome restaurant! I’m visiting NC with family from south florida and we had a 10/10 dinner. Food quality, quantity, service, and atmosphere exceeded expectation. They are all very nice and attentive. I highly recommend you visit here.

Busy, but excellent customer service and possibly the best pimento cheese burger I’ve had. Excellent dessert list, chose the rhubarb pie, not disappointed.

I can’t whine about the wine! Very good selection and good flights. Charcuterie was fun - we got the manchego, gorgonzola, Dare vegan pimento (as a dairy lover, this exceeded my expectations), salami with garlic, smoked trout and duck pate. We had a “grape” day!

Excellent spot for a date night. My husband and I had a beer and a Sunboy coconut water, so there’s more than wine! The wine selection was also wonderful, and we loved the atmosphere.

We absolutely loved everything! The food was amazing! The wine was amazing and the service was excellent! We will definitely come back next time we come through.

We love this beautiful intimate spot. Everything we ordered was delicious. The service is always timely and personable. The servers and bartenders know what they're doing and do it well. The food is always amazing, fresh, and hot. We love it and recommend this restaurant to all our family and friends.

From our arrival, Tiana and Caitlyn made us feel welcome. The food was PHENOMENAL. Trey, the owner/chef, sent out scallops with fried spinach (so light and airy!), and excellent mashed potatoes. Son had sea bass with Tahoe sauce - so good. We also had a bonus pasta dish that was incredible, and some of the best calamari I’ve ever had. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars - the whole crew deserve it!

Holy amazing! This hidden gem was fantastic. We were only going for appetizers, but after the appetizer we realized we wanted the whole experience. This was so worth it. The menu is smaller, but it’s nice that they had specials. The gnocchi were incredible...”like clouds in your mouth”. The scallops melted in my mouth and the sauce got wiped up with the fantastic bread and oil. This one is not to be missed. The drink menu was also great. Cheers 🍻

Food is pricey but very delicious. On street parking. We went right when they opened on a Saturday with reservation. Three out of four of us had wonderful fish. Beet salad delicious. Wonderful spinach

Wonderful evening with family and friends. Small but delicious menu. We sampled as many dishes as possible. Filet meatballs in vodka sauce, Gnocchi with gorganzola cream, fried artichokes and we all split the ribeye for appetizers. Beet salad, Sacchettoni, blackened scallops, double cut pork chop and the chicken and artichoke picatta. All were amazing and even though we had no room for dessert we all sampled the trio, not a bite left. Charming atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff and fantastic food. I will come from Nashville again just to eat here!

Vescovo came highly recommended by a neighbor so I visited their website to view a menu then called to book a reservation for the following Tuesday. The service was friendly and prompt. We were seated with a view of the kitchen which was extremely clean and efficient. Started with Calamari which was tender and lightly sautéed. Shared two entrees, the scallops and spinach and the shrimp scampi. The scallops were sweet, perfectly prepared and seasoned, and the flash fried spinach was a surprising and tasty side. The U10 shrimp scampi was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The pasta and cream sauce was perfection. The portions were substantial and could easily be shared if you like to order several dishes to try. I’d highly recommend Vescovo if you enjoy a fine dining experience. You’ll find fresh high quality ingredients, nice ambience, nice wine selections and professional servers. I’ll definitely return.

What an amazing GREAT, LITTLE restaurant. If you are hungry this is the place for a great meal, If you are ready for a culinary adventure... these guys will blow you away! Our first time in... Just a little off the beaten path, in what we were told was called the Lumber district we walked into the Bishop's domain. The first thing we noticed was the warm, playful atmosphere... this is obviously a restaurant where the locals feel at home. Busy night, but the bar was right there, and the staff and patrons made us feel right at home. Waiting for our table was fun, as we discovered the cocktail menu... loaded with great, unique concoctions, all with their own stories, as we were introduced to the neighborhood. The menu is creative and the dishes finished to perfection. Here are people at work who UNDERSTAND and LOVE their CRAFT! Gorgonzola Cream Gnocchi, Filet Meatballs, Artichokes, Smoked Kurobuta Pork Belly & Scallops... YES PLEASE! You can taste the playfulness and pride; local ingredients, unique combination, perfect execution and you can expect a big grin and smile when you tell chef Trey you appreciate his work. If you can get to Brevard, visit this gem, and enjoy the creativity, the people and don't miss the impressive wine list.

Absolutely loved this restaurant and wish we had eaten there a second night! The halibut was divine and portioned just right. The appetizers (clam chowder and beef carpaccio) were also excellent. The hostess and the waitress were lovely as well. For us, this was the top dining experience in Brevard

White Morel is a gem. I had the salmon and my wife ordered the halibut, both dishes were outstanding. The flavors were balanced perfectly, fresh, and cooked with precision. Every bite felt like it was crafted with real care. The atmosphere makes it even better. Relaxed, welcoming, and a place where you can slow down and enjoy a meal that feels special. Service was attentive without being overbearing, which is rare to find. If you’re looking for a spot where the food truly speaks for itself, White Morel delivers. We left impressed and already planning our next visit.

The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere was a great mix of cozy and refined. However, we spent >$200 on a dinner for two (+a bottle of wine) and did not feel the price was appropriate for the quality of food. We got the tomato basil soup, veal meatballs, ribeye, and the boar pasta. I had to season everything with salt pretty liberally, which perhaps that’s intentionally done by the chef (there’s a good variation of opinions on appropriate salt level after all). The boar in the pasta was prepared beautifully and the ribeye was satisfying, but not a noteworthy steak. The tomato basil soup was simple and true to its name, but lacked the “wow” factor you would need to price it the way it was (would be nice to have a lil rendered guanciale or pancetta element and crouton, and then I’d feel more comfortable with the price). The meatballs were a bit boring. The people working in the dining area seemed lovely, but service was extremely slow (the restaurant had a total of 3 other tables to wait on during our stay there, so was a bit confused to see the pace of plates coming out and the drawn out periods of time taken by our waiter to ask our orders and check in). Really cute spot and wish them the best seeing as so many people (google reviews) have such positive things to say about this place. I may have dined here on “one of those weird” nights. I got the impression our waiter may have new and still learning his position.

I imagine it’s called the Wild Morel because of the wild menu. Not your average selections but a tapestry of flavors and scents. Interesting mix with various game, steaks, fowl and fish. We must have tried a dozen items, all top notch and plentiful. From the fresh baked Artesian loaf with warm whipped butter to the lovely scallops and dinner salads. We had the trout, steak and wild boar ragù. Magnificent! 🥩 Nice wine selection on the upper side. Short list of interesting beers mostly local and limited. The steaks were all large, and I am more of a filet individual. We encountered some inconsistent service and a few near us had a terrible time. Very cozy front porch and entrance. The back dining room is a bit sterile but clean and tidy. Not an establishment for the average pallet but a gem for many. Nice job chef. 👍

Amazing menu, ingredients, food, and atmosphere. The staff needs to be upskilled to match the level of food, atmosphere, and price. Manager is sulky and appears to not gaf. Kind of just glares at patrons as they enter and doesn't greet them. At first I thought he was just a random grumpy old man standing out front . Servers are friendly, but not attentive or knowledgeable of menu, cocktails, and wine. I asked my meal to be coursed so I could enjoy my cocktail and appetizer before my meal and wine. I think the server was waiting to deliver my food but the manager plops down my entree while I'm still working on my appetizer. He doesn't tell me what the dish is or if I need anything else. I finished my appetizer and cocktail while my entree is getting cold. Then still have to wait for a fresh place setting and my wine before I could start my entree. And when those came, they didn't clear my dirty dishes so I had to enjoy my good wine and delicious food while staring at dirty plates. (If they would have come by at any time during my meal I would have asked them to clear it. But they never came by) This is fine if you're competing with Buffalo wild wings and Applebee's. But you're right, next door to the Bohemian who has excellent service. The staff definitely has potential and just needs upskilling. I don't feel like I can enjoy my $150 meal with this level of service.

Phenomenal. The food is just superb. We've been several times and I don't know which meal was the most incredible. The ribeye is off the charts. I was hesitant about the squid ink pasta but I'm so glad we tried it. I would say the crab dip could be a bit larger portion size but the flavor was impeccable. The staff are incredibly inviting and attentive and chef clearly is very passionate about excellence and takes good care of the staff!

The service was slow - 30 minutes for a burger @ lunch after waiting 20 minutes for our table. They do offer text table notifications so you can go shopping and wait somewhere else. The burger was definitely on the rarer side so if you are all hesitant on cooking temperature go one setting more. Lots of options for burgers. Fries were a bit bland. Lunch to be honest was mediocre but I would give dinner a chance with the chef. Photos as of December 2020

I like that they are open bright and early on a Sunday morning at 8 AM. I had the egg veggie scramble and it was plain and simple, but that’s perfect for what I like. Service was great, people are friendly. I am not a fan of plastic silverware and cups, but other than that it was a great place.

Fantastic! All around great food. I try to only stop at local spots when I travel and this will be pinned as a return. Both my wife and my food was great. Staff is friendly and good beers! Well done guys!

We travel to Brevard at least twice a year to take advantage of the outstanding mountain bike trails, however, we also love visiting downtown for shopping and dining. By far, Mayberry is the favorite of my daughter, and she never misses an opportunity to get us in for a bite. The staff is always extra friendly, and the wait is not bad. I personally have had at least 5 different meals, and my family tends to stay with their favorites. The food is consistently great and served quickly.

Always delicious. Never had a bad meal here. My favorite is the Cuban sandwich. Spinach salad is great. Soups are good. And there is usually a daily special I want to try. Nice friendly staff. Don't let the long line scare you. It moves quickly. The photo attached is of the meatloaf grinder. If in doubt, go with the meatloaf.

Sometimes food is so good that after I’m done eating I don’t remember chewing my food because I shoveled into my mouth so quickly. That was my experience at Mayberrys. Delicious food you’d make for yourself. Tomato basil soup and 10 layer salad. Can’t go wrong.

The perfect lunch spot, especially on a chilly day. Stopped in for soup and sandwiches with my family and it was quick and delicious. We had tomato soup, grilled cheese, a pork wrap and cookies and everything was wonderful.

What a time! My wife and I wanted to check this place out a year or so ago and seen it was closing for good, but lo and behold here it is! Turns out it was bought and the new owners relaunched it and is keeping it going! We were stoked to get here and check it all out. This is like an old 50-60’s diner and the food was killer!! My wife had the Carolina burger, and a butter pecan turtle milkshake to which after they filled her glass they brought the steel cup they make it in so she can have the rest that was left over! It was GOOD! I had the pimento cheese angus burger and a….wait for it.. CHOCOLATE EGG CREAM! Just like I remember being a kid!! It was SO tasty! We will be coming back and bringing my mom and her parents for sure!

My friend and I stopped to enjoy a malt and read while friends got a pedicure. The sweet treat was nice on a very hot day. Half the place was closed for a private event so it was chaotic. But it was nice. Cute little place. They have ice cream spots so you don’t take up counter space or tables, which was nice.

We stopped in as a family on a Monday afternoon while passing through the town, enjoying the sights and nostalgic feel. We slipped into the diner and had a bite to eat. I had the Ruben-style Grilled Rachel sandwich with gluten free bread and a side of chips. We all enjoyed our meals from burgers to tuna to soup to dogs. We finished off the dinner with shakes, enjoying a banana and peanut butter shake that is fit for the king.

We wanted a decent, affordable place to eat and apparently everyone else did too! The place was pretty busy. We had to wait for about 20 minutes, but that was fine because we got to check out some of the unique little shops. Our waiter was super friendly and was very knowledgeable about the menu. I got the tuna sandwich, which was pretty good with the brisket chili. Which was also good, but a little spicy! I also got a vanilla biscoff butterscotch milkshake. Yummm. They also have a cute little souvenir/gift shop next door which was super affordable as well and I got some cute stickers. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Came here with a group, was told we would need to wait 30 minutes to get a table, and that we would likely not be sitting together. I understand it was busy, but it seemed strange at a burger place. Stayed for 15 minutes and ended up going somewhere else to eat. Not reviewing food here as I did not eat, just reviewing overall experience. Place seemed popular and was packed, though. So could be worthwhile if time is not an issue.

Not a ton of vegetarian options, but the soup of the day (Pumpkin and Butternut squash bisque) was very good. They also have tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches and a bean-burger. If you eat fish, the tuna fish salad sandwich was very good on toasted rye. Coleslaw was okay.

Cool little old fashioned diner and soda shop. The milkshakes were so good! Definitely a must stop when visiting Brevard!

Tried this sandwich spot for the first time and really enjoyed it! I love that you get to customize your sandwich by choosing both the ingredients and the bagel flavor. I had the Green Vegas on a cheddar jalapeño bage, such a good combo! The ingredients were fresh, and there were plenty of healthy options to choose from. It was filling without feeling too heavy, which I really appreciated. Also, this was my first time having a steamed bagel, and it was surprisingly tasty, soft and flavorful with a nice texture. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something quick, fresh, and satisfying. There are two tables outside if you have your dog with you like we did!

This place is decent. I liked my bagel, but it wasn't anything crazy. I get that this is a steamed bagel place, but I really would have loved one toasted/with some more crunch. I liked coming here but probably wouldn't go out of my way to go again

Yo! What a wonderful culinary surprise! So last weekend I took my wife and young kids to eat lunch there. Steamed bagels sounds odd, but we'll give it a try. Everybody opened up their bagel and they looked, quite frankly, very gross. It looked like a soggy, wet bagel. But just to not freak my kids out, I pretended like it looked delicious and I was super excited, haha. But then we started eating- man, totally delicious! Will definitely make a point of coming back next time we're in the area. Highly recommend, friends!

It was my and my families first time there. The staff was amazing!!! So friendly and helpful!! There was debate about who was paying, and the gal working the register said "You two duke it out" The gentleman in our party said "I'm the oldest, so I'll decided" ! The cashier laughed with us when he said that! They even brought the steamers out to us as we were waiting inside.

Bagels had a good taste,just wasn't crazy about the steaming concept,maybe okay for a sandwich but doesn't work for a plain bagel and cream cheese.I'm from NJ/NY area and a bagel needs to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Not bad,but not if your looking for a north east bagel experience.

Overall, good service and set up. Just wasn’t a fan of the steamed bagels, specifically the lox. Steaming the lox basically ruins the smoked salmon and creates a very ‘fishy’ taste. Not a great pairing for the steamed bagel approach.

Stopped by on way to drop our son at summer camp. Very delicious!!!! Never had a steamed bagel before! Will definitely eat here again next time in the area.

First time visitors and what a fun place. Walk up to counter to order from chalk board menu. Large vegan/vegetarian menu and lots of breakfast/lunch selections. Great selections of fresh breads for sandwiches. Nice coffee and tea bar. Ordered a tuna melt on rye and a chicken salad salad. Very tasty and well worth the visit.

First time here, the experience was very positive. Service was very good. I enjoyed the country farmhouse decor and atmosphere. The food is good even if slightly overpriced. But what isn't overpriced these days. I can't knock any points for that.

Came here with my family. The food was delicious. I had a burrito supreme and the trio salad plate to split with my family. It was all very good. The prices were reasonable as well. I believe the only thing some of us did not like was the grits. Kind of picky about grits though so take that comment with a grain of salt. Would strongly suggest!

Nicest place in Brevard. Great atmosphere. Very charming. Breakfast was great other than the grits. You can always tell when the chef doesn't eat grits. Please learn how to make cream based grits like all southerners love.

One of the best breakfast options in Brevard! I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and fried eggs.. it was delicious! I also had an espresso and a cup of coffee. I wasn't aware that Sunrise Cafe was known for their coffee but now I am fully aware.. very, very tasty. I look forward to going back. I arrived around 830/9 am and the place was pretty much full. There is a lot of indoor seating for a diner, as well as some outdoor tables with very comfortable, padded chairs. The service was quick and the people were friendly. I recommend a visit!

The bagels are still fine, but the new location is no longer really a good bagel/coffee place. If you're just trying to pick something up you now need to order ahead or be prepared to wait for at least 15 minutes (even if it's just a bagel in a bag). Glad they were able to find a new location though!

Very long wait, 3 hours for a table of 4, watched 5 other tables seated before us that arrived after. Skip this place and go to early girl for brunch instead.

We came in for coffee and then chose a cappuccino chip muffin to share. We both took a bite and said, “ this is the best muffin I’ve ever eaten”. We are 63!!! Went back and bought three more muffins. We had our muffin the next day and happy to report it was just as good. We will be back.

The Glorious Morning muffins are monster than ever. My favorite. 2 muffins < $8. Gluten-Free.

First time visiting here. Interesting and tasty pimento cheese. Great cupcakes. I heard the cinnamon rolls were really good, but I won't find out until tomorrow morning with coffee 🙂 UPDATE: Reviewers weren't lying about the cinnamon roll! I heated it for 15 seconds in the microwave and ate it with coffee. Probably one of the best I've had. Some places kind of skimp on the cinnamon. Not Blue Ridge. It's packed with cinnamon and sugar and has just the right amount of frosting on top. For an extra tasty experience, dip it in your coffee. Just sayin 🙂

I grab lunch here frequently (looking at you, chickpea avocado wrap), or pick up frozen chicken pot pie, but I ordered a special cake for an event and that hummingbird cake was so well received I almost didn’t have a second slice to take home! Fantastic!

I really loved their cookies. They only had 2 kinds of vegan cookies and they were out of one. The environment was friendly and the servers were kind. There is virtually no parking, we parked 2 blocks away. For the food, it’s worth it. I really enjoyed it and would go again.

Ordered 2 dozen red velvet cup cakes from the bakery for an employee’s birthday and everyone LOVED the texture of the cake and the icing was so flavorful. The two dozen went fast. Thank- you from College Walk. The birthday girl, Valerie Tilson always requests these treats for her birthday!!

The food here is not good. Iv had Mexican food on the streets of Mexico which was absolutely delicious. This doesn’t come close to the tastes of Mexico. Ya know there’s even some great Mexican restaurants in New Mexico and Arizona. The place smelled like crude oils and I waited 15 mins at the front desk to be greeted. My fajitas were drenched in so much bad oil and liquid and the side of beans definitely came from a can. Salsa was so bland it tasted like marinara sauce. Owner seemed nice but the food just wasn’t good. They should swap out canned ingredients for fresh and change their oil in their fryer more often. Those things would really improve the quality and taste.

Just okay - I had a to-go order. There was only one guy working the entire dining area + the cash register, had to wait awhile even though I called ahead. Another employee saw me waiting at the counter and then went back to their work without any acknowledgment. The portion was really small for what I paid. There are better Mexican restaurants in a 20 min radius; I’ll be going to those from now on and recommend you do too.

This is the worst mexican restaurant I’ve ever had the food is bland and not good quality. My boy ordered carne asada he said it was the consistency of beef jerky and the seasoning of a blind person going to a seasoning and grabbing stuff. To top it off the zen music in a Mexican restaurant doesn’t fit. The only good was the chips.

The family who owns Garibaldi Plaza is so friendly and lovely! We need more business owners like them in Brevard, NC. Always a pleasure and a blessing to get to eat here!

Had a nice breakfast with my wife at the Brevard Diner. I had the corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and cheese which was quite tasty. My wife had biscuit with country ham and cheese that she also enjoyed. The coffee is good. The staff was friendly and our food came out in timely manner. 4 Stars!

Perfect place to stop for a bite to eat, with great food! The service is polite and everything is super clean. This visit, I got a Ruben with onion rings and the Ruben was picked high, and the sauerkraut was perfect.

Awesome menu, lots of options, 3 of us ordered different entrees and we all shared everything, My sister had grilled salmon, my daughter loved the spanakopita. I enjoyed the open face roast beef and mashed potatoes. The waiter was super! Attentive and very helpful.

The service and atmosphere was great 👍🏻. The food was lacking of seasoning on every dish we’ve had unfortunately. Scallops were good my friend said but quinoa was tasteless. Artichoke was all stringy and even the heart wasn’t soft. Wild mushroom gratin with a goat cheese - very little cheese and it wasn’t a gratin at all - no cheese no breadcrumbs. I’m pretty sure my veal chop wasn’t a veal. Tasted like pork and it was presented as a lamb chop by the waiter by mistake and it was none of it. Was quite tough, while the veal should be a very tender lean meet. Mushrooms in the sauce and the sauce were no taste. The raspberry tart - not too impressing either. Good presentation, nice vibe, great service- food not so much Cocktails were nice. Overall- overrated.

Came here for dinner after a wedding. Lovely staff & great food. Smaller groups are probably best, but they were able to accommodate our party of 7. Will be visiting again next time I'm in NC!

The Blind Mule is such a gem in Brevard. I grew up in Brevard and am in town every couple of months to visit friends and family. The atmosphere is relaxed but the space has a lot of attention to detail and pleasant. Carol is always courteous and stops by for a friendly conversation. The waitstaff are friendly and knowledgable. The cocktails are excellent! The food is very very good and the small plates menu changes every few months so there's always something new but also some yummy standards. I always look forward to going and typically book a reservation as soon as I know I'm going to be in town. Highly recommend.

Had a great dinner with the wife at The Blind Mule in downtown Brevard. We shared a bunch of small plates which were all quite tasty. Finished the meal off right with an amazing flourless chocolate cake covered in a chocolate ganache. Our server was friendly and attentive and our food came out in a timely manner. This is a quiet & elegant setting that is perfect for a special occasion. 4.5 Stars!

Looking for a new spot for dinner my husband and I went to The Blind Mule. We used to go to Greenville frequently but lately we head to Asheville for our date nights. We decided to head to Brevard as it’s an easy drive from our home Fletcher and I had met the owners Carol and James at a trade tasting last year but had not visited their restaurant until tonight. Being self proclaimed wine and food connoisseurs we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The wine list is well thought out and nicely curated. I was completely blown away by the Italiano spritz. That might be my new summer spritzer if I can find the liquor! Our wine choice was the Sancerre and it paired perfectly with everything we ordered. The small plates offered a lovely variety of options and this is how we love to eat. We had the marinated olives- my only wish is that they were warmed- it’s just how I love them - but they were delicious. The pan fried artichokes were fabulous. They reminded us of the ones we had in Spain that we still talk about. We also loved the octopus ceviche- just a hint of heat but lots of that citrus flavor. We couldn’t stop yet so we added the special of goat cheese that was served with pistachios, cranberries and dried apricot - think trail mix with a lovely herbaceous goat cheese. As alway my only complaint was that I needed more bread. This is a theme for me at restaurants- more bread or crackers with cheese and dips! Please!? Our final small plate was the langostino and crab cake- I wanted about 3 more! Fantastic! Of course I had to have dessert and they had me at the Italian chocolate hazelnut mousse parfait! It was not too sweet and not too rich and that crunch just completed the culinary experience! Deliziosa! We will be back! Sorry I didn’t take more pictures but I was busy eating!

While our server was lovely once she came to our table when we were seated by the hostess we weren’t given the specials menu, waters, or the cocktail menu like other tables were. We tried the Italian porchetta empanadas and lamb tikka masala meatballs and split the trout with cheese grits and spinach. The food was good-the meatballs had a delicious sauce and were the highlight, the pepita crusted trout was prepared well but the spinach served with it was bland-everything could have used a little seasoning. We each had the pear spiced old fashioned which was good but given the gigantic ice ball seemed a little skimpy. Would say a little over priced for our experience

Food was... Fine. Baked brie served without bread or crakers is un-american. Brie accoutrements were cold compared to Brie, which was warm adjacent. Empanadas fantastically non-authentic thou decently flavoroured.

Stopped in for lunch for me and my dad. I got the brisket sandwich meal and my dad got the brisket tacos and cheesy corn. My dad was really impressed with his meal. My brisket was nice and tender. They give you a good amount of fry’s and they were fresh. Only down side was that I wasn’t a big fan of the sauce and the bottom bun was completely wet. 4.5 stars for sure

It occurred to me as I was leaving the parking lot, basically the restaurant is a food truck without wheels. The brisket is moist fat is decently rendered the bark is thin and there wasn’t much smoke. I’m guessing there’s a batch / chef variances. But what I was served didn’t look anything like the sandwich that the lady from Texas was given. The beans were beans.

This place is fabulous!! It is a drive thru only. Line moves super fast. We are from Florida and we ate here 3 times. The brisket is wonderful and huge portions. Seasoned fries are so good. Baked beans are great as as the pickled onions. Folks are so nice and friendly. Reasonably priced!!!!

Hands down the absolute BEST BBQ in Brevard, a MUST have if you're in town. There are other BBQ joints in the area, but all will disappoint in comparison. It's drive-thru only, but don't let that deter you... the food is some of the best BBQ I've tasted. The sweet sauce is amazing, ribs are seasoned perfectly and fall-off-the-bone tender, their brisket is tender and juicy. The coleslaw was AMAZING, not too tart or sweet. We were only in town for a couple of days, but we made it a point to come back for another meal.

Wow. Just wow. This is insanely good. I want to start off by saying that the customer service was really great. When I called on the phone to ask about food allergies they were extremely aware and gave choices of many solutions. I almost did not come here because I was afraid as a person with celiacs I would not be able to eat here. This is a drive-thru only but it is completely worth it. I ended up getting the brisket and the ribs. Honestly the brisket was a 3 out of five. It was a little bit on the dry side and I've definitely had better brisket in the past. But the ribs were out of this world. My five star rating is solely based on the fact that these ribs are something that I will be dreaming about my entire life. The sides has a wonderful vinegar flavor. I don't love mustard but the mustard dip was good. Id totally come here again.

This place is excellent. It is a drive thru only. Line moves super fast. I am a BBQ snob and this place ranks a solid 10 out of 10! I ordered the K.C. Jones brisket sandwhich, with creamy gouda, onion straws and sweet sauce. (not the Chipolte sauce) It was perfectly smoked and huge portions. My dogs had the left overs! Woof! I ordered unseasoned fries and they were so good. The cheese corn was very tasty and cole slaw super fresh and definately homemade. Folks were very patient (we were newbies 😆) and friendly. Reasonably priced!!!!

I’m from Texas but this is the best BBQ I’ve had. My mouth still waters thinking about it. I had a brisket sandwich - the one with whipped Gouda and fried onion straws - and it was heavenly. I wish they had searing but it’s only a drive through. Since I was traveling through the area, I had to find a place to sit and eat but luckily there is a cute little park down the road where I was able to enjoy the meal. Wow. Just wow!

Loved this spot. Had the panang curry with grilled chicken — super flavorful and comforting in the best way. The staff was great, and the whole place just feels easy and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. Delicious all around.

Love that this place stays open until 9, there aren’t many late dinner options around, so this is a gem! The menu is huge with tons of variety, including some great vegan options. I had the crispy hainan chicken and the tofu fresh rolls and both were absolutely delicious. The outdoor seating area is spacious and really nice for a relaxed meal. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

The food was really good! I was really impressed that when you ordered the seafood they actually give you giant whole scallops and not the tiny little cheap baby scallops so I was really happy with that. I would say that the meat portion is still small but I enjoyed it. Almost any dish they can make gluten-free and that was something that was really exciting to me and I really appreciated that. I enjoyed what I ordered and I would definitely come back here again

Food was decent. Not great, but ok. We had pad Thai, Thai fried rice, and noodles, with crispy shrimp. Crispy shrimp was mainly tasteless, not really anything to call home about, but was at least a generous portion. Thai iced tea was tasty. No one was unhappy with their meal in our party, so 4 stars overall, but food wasn’t something I’d need to have again having lived in Southeast Asia!

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch while visiting Brevard NC. The welcome was evident from the start. I had the Green Curry with Pork and he had the Cashew Nut with Chicken. Both were ample and delicious. The medium bit of heat in the dish was just right. I liked the eggplant bits in the curry, as I have been wondering about ways to incorporate that in some home meals, too. The rice was perfect. Staff here were attentive and gave excellent service. The musical ambience added to the experience and gave a feeling of relaxation and peace. We will be back on later visits!

The grilled shrimp pineapple curry is positively, absolutely delicious. Spring rolls cooked to perfection.

We enjoyed lunched. We had the pineapple fried rice, one had chicken and the other had tofu. Waitstaff was friendly and food was hot & fresh. Looks like they do close between lunch & dinner so check times if you go by !

We stopped for drinks on a a Tuesday night. It was Trivia night and busy. They had a good selection of beer for my husband and at two choices of Chardonnay for me. They have a large u-shaped bar, indoor and outdoor seating. The bartender was efficient, friendly and good. Challenge we had was parking. Nice local bar and eatery.

So, I had a different personal experience than the boyfriend, he says this should be a 4 star review, but because of various reasons, I’m knocking it to 2. Service was sub par, maybe a bit less than what it should be but they could be understaffed. The table was dirty when we sat down and sticky with crumbs on it, not exactly the most ideal thing. The hostess/busser (unclear) didn’t offer to wipe it down, but was cleaning other tables. I had to wipe the table off with the napkin provided (though I would’ve liked a wet wipe). Took a few minutes to be waited on, and we had what we wanted already. We didn’t see a drink menu, so we just ordered sweet tea (which they had thankfully). Got the cheesy fries with queso for the appetizer, those were good, slightly cool when delivered but no big deal. Definitely drinking food. I ordered the fish and chips, boyfriend ordered a shepherd’s pie. He said it was almost perfection and even brought it home. My fish however, was bland. It had absolutely no flavor. I got malt vinegar and it didn’t help it. I tried adding lemon, but it still was just a really bland fish. It caused the fries to become soggy beneath it, and just wasn’t a good fish at all. I don’t know what they use, but seasoning or something would be good. I probably won’t personally want to come back unless I’m drinking? Even then it’s a hard *maybe*. To each and their own, could’ve just been a bad day.

DUGAN’S is a local pub in Brevard. Greeted as soon as we entered the establishment. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and very helpful. The service was excellent. Moderately priced entrees that were very good. Had healthy options. I have. I have eaten there previously and have always had the same experience. I search for local businesses to support and this is one that I will keep supporting.

Really enjoyed Dugan's. The food was great. We ate at the bar and our bartender was very nice. Only complaints are that they use a pony to measure out drinks. I always get a stingy vibe from that. The prices aren't exactly low on the scotch, so the laser measurements always seems tacky to me. They closed very early too. Closing a pub at 9PM? We barely had time to get there and eat before they closed. Outside of that, the food was great, the service good, and the ambiance appealing. Gravy for the shepherd's pie was real tasty. Wings were good. Waffle fries were really good. Most importantly the Guinness was fresh.

It was our first visit to Dugan's after spending a 4 day weekend in Sapphire. When we walked in it didnt seem so impressive. It looked like a typical bar , we were famished and unprepared to be blown away by incredible service and delicious food!Kelly provided the best service and food recommendations! All were spot on, and delicious! We ordered onion rings (fantastic and house made) , cheese curds , and buffalo wings for appetizers. For our entrees we ordered the fish and chips, burger steak, 3 cowboy burgers, and a mushroom burger. The crafted beers were wonderful! Definitely a must visit when we make our annual visit to the area! Kelly is definitely an asset to this establishment and made our dining experience absolutely awesome !

The experience here was good! Server was very attentive and always kept up on everything we needed. I ordered a French dip sandwich and it wasn't great. The roast beef had really been cooked through and was too done. It was just dry. The au juice was salty beyond belief. Everything else was so extremely salty. It was kind of hard to eat it. The beers were priced well and had a big selection of drinks to make up for it! I'll try something else next time I go. I also tried corned beef so the Ruben will be my next choice. I should have went with my gut.

Been over a year since my last visit. Stopped in for the Cowboy burger and onion rings. Absolutely delicious. Burger has bacon, onion ring, bbq sauce, tomato, and lettuce. The onion rings are large, but lightly battered, crispy and sweet. Dugans has a nice large 3 sided bar area. Large screen tvs all around. Outside seating too. A locals favorite. Wait staff were friendly and served my food exactly as requested. Boy I've missed coming here.

The Mocha swirl cinnamon roll was pretty good but the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie tasted nothing like peanut butter and was fairly bland for even just a regular chocolate chip. I'd get the cinnamon roll again if I was in the area.

We were walking around downtown Brevard and stopped by this small town bakery. We got a peach danish, peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, and treats for our pup. We enjoyed the peach danish, but the cookie left for more to be desired, just not something I would get again. Our dog loved his treats - but know they are definitely on the very hard and crunchy side if your dog is particular about their treats. I recommend if you are in the area by stopping by this cute bakery.

These guys are so awesome. Their baked goods are amazing. The people that work there are so kind and polite. And it’s a nice place to hang out with loved ones. I get my sandwich bread here regularly, and to be honest, a sweet treat pretty much every week.

I visited today for the first time from out of town.I wish this bakery was closer to where we live. The best oatmeal cookie I have since my grandmother died years ago. Went around 3pm and there were only a few items left. Tomorrow I am so looking forward to the raspberry scones with my coffee!

Very friendly staff who are happy to chat about the selection and the area. Had a few different pastries and all were fantastic. I wish they had the danish style pastry without the filling - the slightly sweet, crisp but soft dough was perfect even on its own! Will definitely stop in next time I'm in Brevard.

We order from Bracken Mountain Bakery for our Saturday morning socials...Bracken offers a wide selection of pastries, everything is always fresh and delicious, and the ordering process has been flawless. Happy to support this great local bakery!

OMG! The variety of baked goods and breads are amazing, but you gotta be there early before they sell out. Coffee is from a local roaster and compliments the sweet goods any time of day. They have a few cafe tables inside for seating and a early rise, friendly staff ready to serve you. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait in line, even at 7am.

My fiancée and I stopped by to dine in while hiking the waterfalls! We loved the food! The sushi! The service! Definitely recommend it!

The food was amazing. I got a roll, and it was the freshest tasting roll I have ever had around here. The service was great and the price was perfect. Definitely eat here if you like Japanese food and are visiting here.

For a strip mall in brevard, this place is wildly hopping. The service is superb. They brought us food within 5min of ordering even though every table was full and the takeout customers kept rolling in. It was my first time. Very impressed. I only eat veggie sushi, but my husband said the other rolls were good (imitation crab - simple menu, nothing real gourmet).

Really nice place. Good food and atmosphere. Our server was great and paid attention to us even with a full dining room. I had the chicken Pad Thai which came out pretty quickly after we ordered. The taste was great and the presentation is very pretty. Portion size is awesome as I had some left over, so I get to have more today. Very nice overall resteraunt in a strip mall.

Dolly’s ice cream is one of my favorite ice cream places in the world. I could never ask for any more ice cream. I wake up thinking about Dolly and I go to sleep thinking about dollies they’re freshly made ice cream. I don’t even know if it’s freshly made but it taste so good and the staff here are so kind and welcoming, and it takes literally the snap of my fingers to get my ice cream

Dolly’s Dairy Bar & Gift Shop is the kind of place that makes you slow down and just enjoy the moment. My wife and I stopped in and tried the cookies and cream along with the praline pecan ice cream. Both were absolutely delicious. The cookies and cream was rich, creamy, and packed with big chunks of cookies in every scoop, while the praline pecan had that perfect balance of sweet and nutty with just the right amount of crunch. What stood out to me was how fresh everything tasted, it’s clear they take pride in what they serve. The portions were generous too, and by the time we were done, we were already talking about what flavors we’ll try next time. On top of the ice cream, the atmosphere in Dolly’s is warm and inviting. It has that local charm where you feel welcome the moment you step inside. Plus, the attached gift shop makes it more than just a stop for dessert, it’s an experience worth sharing. Five stars all the way. This is one of those places you’ll want to keep coming back to, and I’m looking forward to uploading a photo so others can see just how good it looks too.

Anytime you pass you have to stop. There are some FUNK “camp” flavors - but they start to run out end of season (RIP ballistic blue balls). Staff was normal. My friend did get strawberry in his chocolate due to a lack of washing the scoop (?)

Some of the best homestyle ice cream I’ve ever had and it was honestly such a surprise given the location. The peach and coffee in particular were stand outs but ever flavor we got was surprising with how flavorful and natural / fresh tasting they were. 10/10 recommend stopping here after your hike

Good quality and hugely varied ice cream (‘dairy bar’) on the edge of Pisgah National Forest. A great, and very popular place to grab an intense ice cream explosion, or a relaxed frozen treat. The single scoop is a double, the double a triple and so on - portions are generous! Lines get long on a sunny day at the weekend… but don’t take long as service is swift. A good place to visit with all of the family with lots of outside tables.

Stopped by here after dinner during our stay this week in NC. First time here. I love ice cream and this place is worth a try. It's our first time here and got double scoop of rainbow sherbet in a waffle cone. Got it promptly, too. There are many varieties of ice cream you can pick from, such as mint chocolate chip, raspberry sorbet, rainbow sherbet, etc. See picture of menu) You can choose a waffle cone or a sugar cone, or if you want a cup! They also have snow cones. Flavors include: grape and blue raspberry. The people there are friendly and the service is great. You can eat your ice cream on the patio with the beautiful colored lights and chairs, as well as there being umbrellas being available to sit under as well to stay cool. Prices are just amazing for some yummy ice cream! ($6.75 for a double scoop in a cone, can't go wrong) It's unbeatable! I highly recommend coming here. You won't regret it. Long lines? No problem! The wait is worth it! Will be back :) Update: I came back yesterday and got a double raspberry sherbet cone, but didn't receive it when I thought I would, so we reminded the person behind the counter about it and she gave us an extra scoop on top to apologize. It was no problem at all :) Dolly's, keep up the amazing work.

I first went to the Cardinal drive in when I was a college student and it was genuinely such a disappointment. The food was oddly dry and/or greasy. I summed it up to it being a place that wasn't for me. Today I decided to give it another shot to redeem that initial experience just to be met with the same quality if not worse. The malt and milkshakes are good, but the chicken was insanely dry, fries are bland and dry, and the onion rings were undercooked and greasy. On top of that we didn't get part of my order. The service was decent; it definitely did take a while for the food to be done even though it wasn't busy but the server was friendly. The foods affordable on the bright side 😊.

Stopped in yesterday to give this place a try.Just had a #1Burger small fries and a lemonade. It was a very inexpensive meal and filling.The fries needed some salt but they were good and crispy. The woman answering the phone is extremely rude.

Super fun dining for cheap. Food was yummy, definitely recommend onion rings and mozzarella sticks. First time having slaw on a chili cheese dog but very good!

The staff is amazing, always on point with every question asked. Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I always take my pups with me when visiting Cardinals i order 2 pup cups and the staff knows by heart its one vanilla ice cream pup cup and one cool whip pup cup. I don't even have to say anything to them. They make everyone feel like family. The toss salad is so yummy if you are looking for a vegetarian option. If your looking for something lite try the turkey wrap. And if you need something sweet you can't go wrong with their amazing chocolate peanut butter milkshake 😋. I would honestly have to say the only dislike is when you pullin to order your food be courteous and cut your headlights off. I mean thre are other people across from you that your blinding if not. I wish they would put up a sign saying please cut your lights off when ordering food. Thats the only downside.

We stopped by Cardinals drive-in on our way back after visiting triple Falls. We had two burgers which were absolutely amazing. They were juicy just enough condiments not over done. We had a side of fries. I like mine a little crispy, but they were by no means soggy. Based on reviews of others, we have the cheese sticks and I have to agree, they were phenomenal. We did the breaded mushrooms and enjoyed them just as much. I definitely recommend and will be going there again.

Sabrina! Im marrying the woman of my dreams in 2 days. The enemy has attacked us all week. Can't really put in to words what happened tonight. But my fiance pulled up and her card wouldn't work. She said she was very rude to Sabrina because of the day she had and th3 fact that they couldn't accept her card. Instead of reacting like most people would have. She reacted with grace and peace. She offered to pay for my wife's food. When I called back 10 mins later to pay her by phone she was genuinely excited about helping due to the fact that we're getting married in two days. Sabrina! Being Christ like is not popular. But we see you! Thank you! 100% recommend this place. And props to the manager for hiring this person. She has our vote for promotion!!! Im sure we arent the first people to commend her. But we will be calling corporate as well. Thanks for making my wife's day easier and being salt in a world full of sand!

LOVE IT! Prices are inflation weary. Unbelievable!!! We will be back to throw our money and support to a business who takes a stand to inflation. Old school. You have to use the phone located at each table to order. No it’s not broken, it just they are busy. Please be patient. Clean atmosphere. You can hardly hear music. Could be volumes up! Condiments at the front t of restaurant Food is All American!!!!!! Milkshakes are divine! God bless this owner and its staff

The food was good even though they only serve breakfast on Sundays. The servers were friendly and even with a party of 7 it did not take long to get seated. It did however take a long time to get our food. I estimate it was between 25 to 35 minutes after we ordered that we got the food. We would eat there again though. P.S. only order one pancake, they are HUGE lol

What a gorgeous location and atmosphere! Food was delicious, we dropped in around 2 pm. Apparently the seniors love this place too-we were the only people under 60 yrs of age there, but we didn’t mind at all. Service was great, we will be back again!!

Calling all pancake fans this is the place to get them. They are huge, but they taste incredibly good. But it doesn’t stop with the pancakes..:The eggs, potatoes, and biscuits are also amazing. This is my new favorite place for breakfast. The waitress was very nice and the owner was nice too. The reason for the 3 stars is because an employee went into the bathroom with his gloves on and came out with the same. Not a great feeling to see that. If it is addressed and sanitary standards go up I’ll likely change the rating up upon a future visit.

The food and prices are amazing. After seating us himself our waiter took 15 minutes before he even came to the table for the order. Someone else brought the food but he never came back to refill drinks and we had to go find him in the restaurant for a box and then again for the bill. I could completely understand if the restaurant was busy and there wasn’t enough staff to go around but there were very few people dining and plenty of servers.

We live nearby and WILL DEFINITELY be back!! Great food! Sweet but not overbearing service and a homey atmosphere. We had the eggs Benedict; 10/10 delicious!! Their cheesy grits come to the table seasoned perfectly. And their homestyle fries were delicious!

We waited at the door for resturant staff to seat us for 5 minutes, looking at a half empty resturant while employees avoided eye contact with us like we were part of medusa's family. Service throughout the meal was slow, from ordering to getting checks. We got "grammy's grand slam" eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuts & gravy/toast/pancake, fries/grits, french toast/biscuit. We got slammed alright, right to the toilet. Eggs smelled off, sausage was not very good (strange texture) pancakes are really closer to a pan CAKE. Super sweet. Reasons for 1 star: Service was abysmal. Food was not good and possibly expired. Meal was pricy, almost $20 per person for breakfast.

A nice place for a delicious breakfast; perfectly cooked fried egg, awesome ham and crispy hash browns. The service was very good; the atmosphere is relaxed but the wait to get in was quite long.

Can't really note the service and atmosphere, as we got ours to go, but the pizza was just "ok". We got a new York style pepperoni pizza. It was super, super greasy. I wholly enjoyed the cheese bread, though. The marinara was delicious.

We normally love Jets Pizza but we ordered a Jet 10 for delivery yesterday evening. We both ended up with severe food poisoning. This is the first time this has happened and we have ordered the same thing numerous times. It has definitely put a bad experience in for both of us.it has been 24 hours and we are still sick

I enjoyed the two pieces of pepperoni and a soda. Staff is friendly and they have a clean restaurant.

This was my first time coming here. We got the bbq pineapple deep dish and the buffalo deep dish. Everything was really good. The BBQ was our favor. I think next time with the buffalo pizza im gonna get blue cheese dressing with it.

The pizza is good, fast, and the employees are very nice. Though it is designed for take out, there are a few tables inside and out for enjoying a slice there.

Usually food is very good but ordered a deep dish pizza for delivery yesterday and got a bad case of food poisoning. It looks like I’m not the only one who has experienced this recently. Management needs to get their establishment under control.

I visited yesterday. We as a family are strictly gluten and dairy free. I ordered a gluten-free pizza. It was amazing. The gluten-free crust is the best I ever had. My gluten-free son couldn't believe it was gluten-free. He seriously didn't believe it. HHhahaaa. That's how good it was. We loaded it up with meats. The website is easy to order on. We just had one issue where we added everything we wanted from the crust to the sauce to the toppings..... except cheese as we don't eat dairy, yet there was some confusion as you ad everything you want to the build you own, but the only thing it automatically comes with is cheese, and you must choose no cheese. We didn't realize this until our pizza came out with cheese. The manager was very helpful and remade our pizzas, so we had to wait for new pizza, but it was worth the wait, and they quickly resolved the issue..... so if you don't want cheese, make sure you choose no cheese. We will be back for more.

During our visit in Brevard, NC, we learned of this eating establishment, and we are grateful for the discovery. This is a charming restaurant that is a mixture of quaintness and nostalgia and offers a full menu of comfort food. However, the menu selections are by no means run-of-the-mill offerings. Delivered in generous portions by a friendly and welcoming staff, the food is delicious and well conceived. I would think it difficult to find something on the menu that was not worth ordering. We enjoyed our selections and will definitely return for seconds on our next trip to the area.

Cute place. Service was excellent and the food decent. The lady at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant. Had the fish which was cod and ordered some coleslaw. The fish had nice flavor not to greasy. The coleslaw was ok. Overall a nice experience

I can only comment on their Chicago dog. The hubby and I have both been craving a Chicago dog. Up until now, we have yet to find anywhere who makes a good Chicago style dog. The soft poppy seed bun, celery salt, sport peppers, tomatoes, the bright green relish, spicy brown mustard, onions and of course, the Vienna all beef dog. Filling and flavorful. We'll be back. Oh, even though the hubby ordered two, one filled him up. 3 dogs, 1 soda, right at $23.

This has easily become one of my favorite places to eat! I came to visit from out of town and must say, I've been craving it ever since! The food is amazing, the shakes are delicious but the best of all is the amazing service! A big shoutout to all the employees who made my experience exceptional!

From South Carolina and came across Corky’s after a day riding around in the mountains . The Perfect Place to eat after having a great day with the wife. I had the pimento cheese burger and she had the Carolina dawg ! WOW!! Amazing and we shared a basket of Cajun fries.. We loved the atmosphere and will drive 1hour 15 min again to eat here besides with so much to choose from on the menu ya just have to… Hey and if your lucky like we were you may get to see one of the local white squirrels like we did ! Corky’s I loved the music play list as well.

To all those who read this: GO HERE 😂 ITS SO GOOD!! My wife and I came here for lunch today for the first time and not only was literally every employee we chatted with was very nice, but my goodness my goodness the food. Whew!! Ok let’s break it down: Wifeys order: Pretzel Burger (1/3 lb. Angus Burger, pimento cheese, bacon bits, bbq sauce, and mayo. Topped with Cajun fries on a Pretzel Bun) My order: The Ginger Burger (1/3 lb. Angus Patty with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese, Grilled Peppers & Onions, Mayo, Sweet Chili Bacon Jam, and Sriracha.) Then we ordered a side of onion rings and mac and cheese. Wife’s burger she loved and mine was so incredibly good! The onion rings were good especially with their dipping sauce, the Mac and cheese was ok, that was a one and done. But honestly, my wife and I will drive the almost hour to grab lunch and find something to do in brevard. This place is an absolute must. I’d be willing to say top 3 place in WNC, I kid you not. Corkys!! We will see you soon!!

Awesome place to grab some BBQ after a big Mountain Bike ride in the area! Great food, the ribs were fantastic. And you must order the brussels sprouts, you can thank me later!

I can’t believe I’m giving a five star rating to Pizza Hut but this one deserves it. Seriously, it was the best pizza I’ve had in years which is saying something because we eat pizza all over the place and there are so many good options. And the waiter was the most prompt and polite person on the planet. We had a blast and the food was awesome.

My personal size pizza was perfect. My husband enjoyed his meat lovers Melt with two sauce options. Our server Laura was great. Only had one server for the whole dining room. She kept her head- was friendly, efficient and amazing getting everyone served.

Has to be the best Pizza Hut in the country. If there’s one that makes pizzas better than this one and as consistently, I don’t think I could handle it. I’ve never had a remotely mediocre pie from this location. They are always perfectly made. I don’t know how they’re doing it, I just hope it never changes.

Always an enjoyable experience. Pizza and wings were hot and fresh. Ashley at the pick-up window was friendly and courteous. She made double sure my order was correct.

We visited this restaurant today after traveling all the way from New York. We were a party of seven and arrived around 6:50–7:00 PM. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a young waitress with glasses who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She asked, in a very loud and unwelcoming tone, “How many?” and then threw the menus onto the table. We have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service at any restaurant before. We immediately decided to leave. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your establishment.

Bad quality food. Lousy. Just don't go here. This used to be a good Pizza Hut but something has changed over the last year or so. We consistently get terrible quality pizzas and breadsticks from here. The pizza is consistently dried up, unrisen dough that tastes like it sat out all day before being put in the oven. The breadsticks are stale every time like they sat out all day too. Nearly $30 for an order of food that really just needs to go directly in the dumpster. I've complained a few times, but the store manager, Mike, always reacts with irritation and skepticism as if you're making it up. The store is always hard to get on the phone, especially in the evenings after picking up your order, probably because that's when they get the most complaints. After several orders like this, this year, I'm done. I'm never ordering from this restaurant again. But I WILL lodge a complaint with corporate because they ought to know.

I order at least once every couple weeks. Never had a bad pie! Use the app to purchase. Not sure if it had to do with how much I order or what I ordered, but I managed to get three free months of Sirius/XM radio out of it, with no credit card needed! 🤯

Stopped in for a cappuccino and a smoked salmon bagel. Both were really good and made for a nice breakfast. Cozy spot with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a quick stop or to sit and enjoy your coffee.

Dependable. Friendly staff. They don’t blink at customized orders. The two cooks are Thai and total bad ass. Quaint. Beautiful. Fairly quiet. Less crowded end of town. Healthy food available.

I had the best omelet I’ve had in a long time this morning from Quotations. They were short staffed and still provided fast and friendly service! The iced chai was also delicious! Would recommend for sure! The Barista was so sweet and knowledgeable. Lots of delicious pastries too! I can’t wait to go back for lunch sometime.

I’m a coffee snob and very picky with my lattes, this place has the best coffee in this area. The bagels were so fresh and soft. I will definitely visit again when I’m in town. Thank you ladies for your great service.

The 'breakfast sandwich' with it's variety of choices is my favorite. Always fresh. Ordering and paying first is good, but the flow of food to your table is vague and slow. Seating is varied. Has a good vibe.

If possible, I would give it a .5 review. Seemed pretty busy which is usually a good sign; however, our experience was quite poor. We’ve visited this coffee shop 3-4 times/year when visiting family in Brevard & have always loved it. It must have changed ownership/management recently because it was definitely different, & not in a good way! My husband ordered the root beer float off of the menu & was told they didn’t have it. Then he ordered a milkshake from the menu, asking what flavors were available & was told just vanilla & chocolate. Hmmm…Then I ordered a hot Macchiato coffee which was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. The lady behind me ordered a blueberry muffin & was told they were out of those. Really? My husband’s chocolate milkshake was nothing more than a large glass of cold chocolate milk, not a real milkshake. So, we won’t be going back again. They should change their name from Quotations to Questionable!

This place is a hidden gem! I've been coming to brevard for years and never stopped in bc I thought it was just a coffee shop and I'm not a coffee drinker. I had no idea they had a full breakfast menu. My son and I loved ut and we will be back every time we visit!

Traveling with a group of 9 from NY, we happened upon Morning Social on the way to our Yellow Cottage rental. The staff are wonderful and the food is Delicious! Locally sourced fresh! We enjoyed eggs, burgers, roasted vegetables, gluten free French toast and more. The Bloody Mary and Bloody Marias were sooo good! If you’re in the area, they don’t disappoint! Check it out!!

Had a nice breakfast with the wife at Morning Social located on the outskirts of Brevard. My wife had the Greenhouse Skillet which she enjoyed. I had the pancakes with blueberries which were average at best. The coffee here is excellent! The atmosphere here is spacious with lots of room between patrons, so conversation is easy unlike many other restaurants these days. Our server "Croft" was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived in a timely manner. 4 Stars!

Do not go here if you are hungry… otherwise great food and service and atmosphere! Got the farmhouse skillet. Avocado was more of a garnish and not an actual part of the dish. Prices were pretty low but I guess make sense once you see the size of what you are getting.

Located in an old warehouse district that is being rejuvenated into cool spots. The Social is located on the back right hand corner of the building. That is where you’ll see their rusty sign. We both got omelets with pimento cheese and spinach. It was really good.

One thing we liked about this place is it’s pet-friendly and the coffee they serve is amazing! We ordered skillets which taste good. Service though can be improved. Staff is not the friendliest.

Fortunately the GM was behind the bar and made this experience wonderful. I'm very into the energy and vibe and his was so good as well as his service. Unfortunately the other person behind the bar as well as the hostess had almost the opposite energy. The food was good but not great. Tiny biscuit with the egg plate and the homemade jam was not very tasty. The topper was they wouldn't make my hash brown cake crispy. According, to the other person behind the bar, "because they're made in batches". The space is nice and I would probably give it another try but again, if it wasn't for the GM behind the bar it would have just been very mediocre, 3 star at most. Prices are on the high end but not ridiculous

This is the first and last time we will have breakfast at Henry's. the chicken biscuit was so dry, we couldn't choke it down (only ate half between the two of us). The bologna biscuit was absolutely disgusting (one bite each was all we could stand). The sausage biscuit and gravy biscuits were just okay. We paid over $17 for this "food" and ended up throwing most of it away. On a good note, the people were friendly, but that wasn't enough to get us to try them again.

Only drive through open. No cards taken. Open Monday through Friday 6 am til 1 30 pm.

Best BBQ sandwich I've ever eaten. It's HUGE. And less than 6 dollars. Chicken Tenders are also wonderful. Breakfast fantastic. There's no indoor dining but other than that it's great food for a very good price.

I've gone to Henry's most of my life, with that being said I won't being going back after our visit today. I have a special needs child that is very picky with his eating habits. Four grilled cheese sandwiches and a regular sweet tea was $22.09. My jaw dropped when I had to add money to the $20.00 I already had in my hand. I would also just like to throw in to this review that this is the south and your tea you sell shouldn't taste soured. If you also have a special needs child that will only eat grilled cheese, or you just want good food and NONSOURED TEA, I HIGHLY recommend Cardinal's!!!

Great cheap food. Best biscuit I've ever had at a restaurant.... Bacon was a bit salty but that is a matter of personal preference I'm sure. Other than that great biscuits, but the hash bites are not good. Still overall very great place for the price.

One of the best BBQ sandwiches I have ever eaten. FF were not the best. We did drive through and it took forever to get our food.

Such a lovely, warm place! I got to meet the owner, and enjoyed learning about the business and the care they put into their food! I had a delicious warm biscuit with made-from-scratch blueberry jam and a lavender peppercorn latte! I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

A great little coffee shop located in downtown Brevard. The coffee was good. The biscuit breakfast sandwiches were excellent. I had a bacon egg and cheese. My wife had a goat cheese, spinach and egg. You order at the counter. Pick up your drinks when they call your name. They bring your food to your table when ready. The staff was friendly and our food came out in a timely manner. 5 Stars!

Sweet little shop with plenty of interior seating and limited patio options. Great Sandwiches and coffee options. Their cold brew was delicious and good options for fresh beans ground for take home coffee. Atmosphere was welcoming and staff were very friendly. Wish there were more options for outlets for working professionals but can’t have it all. Cheers!!

My wife loves her cup of joe… and I love the peace and quiet while she’s drinking it. In all seriousness it tastes and good as it looks. Recommended day or night.

I was really looking forward to this free coffee moment—Yay! It made my experience at CUP & SAUCER even better, on top of their delicious coffees, pastries, and food. Whenever I feel a bit isolated in this area, I come here without a doubt, knowing I’ll be welcomed by the friendly and warm staff. This place really helps me feel a part of the community. This coffee shop has truly hooked me!

Cup & Saucer is an excellent coffee shop in downtown brevard. The baristas were all very friendly and the coffee is fantastic. We had both a latte and cappuccino and enjoyed them both. Their breakfast option besides pastries was a biscuit with various toppings. The biscuit itself is already pricey, but you then have to pay per topping you add to the biscuit ($1 for egg, $1.50 for cheese, another $2 for bacon) it gets to be very expensive for a simple breakfast sandwich. The best part of the meal was the bacon so I would suggest that. If you’re looking for great coffee then this is the place! For breakfast options I’d look elsewhere.

Such a great spot, delicious coffee. The biscuit sandwich with goat cheese & greens was super weird - amazing biscuit with tasty goat cheese but the greens was a big clump of what seemed to be microwaved frozen spinach, which was inedible. The goat cheese was good but also was a huge glop. Need to use fresh greens and spread the goat cheese and this would be 5 stars.

The food is as good as it looks! Football is as coming on so I figured this was the best place to be to watch it. The burger was excellent, jalapeño poppers were FANTASTIC, I never knew bacon wrapped poppers were a thing but this was def the highlight of the show. The habanero wings and honey lemon pepper were cooked to perfection. Then washed it all down with a Bold Rock cider. If I ever had a reason to visit this area again I would certainly stop by

Great service and food was perfect. We enjoyed burgers several ways and all were very tasty. I have an addiction to the onion rings because they are crispy and not at all greasy. The sweet potato fries are good but that is not my thing.

We spent the day riding and just wanted a simple place to get a good burger and a beer. Gotta be honest, when we walked in the place was dead and we got a little worried that we picked the wrong spot. It was quiet and dim and the vibe was like a college apartment basement. BUT, the server was friendly and attentive, the beer choices were solid, the burgers and fries were exactly what we wanted, and the price was surprising low for what you get. Low key, no frills, but exactly what we needed.

Such a great place. The wife and I went tonight and it was top notch. Food was fresh and so flavorful. We the mac attack burger, Classic burger, Buffalo and Garlic Parm wings along with the jalapeño poppers. All excellent, definitely 10/10 will be back!

Great service and friendly staff — you can tell the owner goes out of her way to make sure the kitchen, bar, and floor all run smoothly. We tried a variety of wings and appetizers and were blown away by both the taste and quality. Honestly, there are no better wings in Brevard! Whether you’re local or just visiting, you’ve got to stop by Papa L.E.W. If you’re looking for a unique venue with a true “speakeasy” vibe, check out The DFR. You get your own bar, dedicated serving staff, and a stage that works perfectly for karaoke, a DJ, or even a live band. There are also plenty of fun games and activities to enjoy with your group. Both Papa L.E.W. and The DFR are worth the visit — good food, great atmosphere, and even better people!

I was already disappointed because we were waiting so long for a table and then the food was limited on what they had available no apologies given. Intimate everything worse it was a party of six true but it was three kids and three adults we were charged with gratuity which I asked my server about and I was told that it was on the menu that a party of six or more is gratuity when I asked to see the menu she said it was on the old menus when I asked to see the manager the manager / owner then told me that she had the right to charge whatever she wanted to charge which I think is unfair and a rip-off at that point I was upset so I told her I did not want the to go dessert I was then told that I had to pay for it! Would I suggest this place to anyone else would I go here again never! This is a hole in the wall in a basement that needs to stay there Underground!

There was a sign at the reception desk that asked guests to be patient because they were short handed. However, they were quick to seat us and the service was prompt out orders were taken quickly. The burgers are outstanding as are the fries and onion rings. The waitress kept our drinks filled and the service was great.

I was recommended to try Magpie Meat & 3 by a co-worker from Central Florida. He said it was a must if you're in Brevard. Today was my first time trying it and I have to say he was right. Although I wasn't able to get the full experience because of the pandemic, the food here was really great. We started with the deviled eggs and Pig Wings. The eggs were nothing special but they definitely were good with the added hot sauce cup included. The pig wings were the star here. BBQ deep fried rib cuts had cripsy skin and baked on BBQ sauce.. wow. Just try them. I got the half rack of ribs on recommendation from the hostess and they definitely were right. They were fall off the bone and moist too. The ketchup style BBQ was very tangy and so good. You will be hard pressed to find better sides too. Macaroni was creamy and flavorful, the okra was steaming hot and crispy. A nice dark beer from their good selection really rounded out the experience. I will be going back soon.

This was absolutely the best meal we have ever had at a restaurant—I wanted to lick the plate! Service and atmosphere was phenomenal. We will definitely visit there again and again.

Great place with really good bbq. The chicken and the sauces were particularly good. The outdoor seating area with a stage is also nice. Great area to hang out in general in Brevard. Make sure you get there at 2:00 pm to get the Ribs!

Charming space with both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was good but a stand out was the pulled pork. The craft beer list was also solid. Loved the house chicken and the mac and cheese.

I was happy with my decision to go with a "vegetable" plate, though I would have been more than satisfied with just the mac and cheese and collard greens. The boiled peanuts were an experience (high marks from someone else who loves them), and the cranberry sour was pretty tasty. It's a bit out of the way if you're shopping on Main Street, but WELL worth it. Just be aware that the portions are extremely generous!

This mac n cheese is probably in my top 3 of the best I've had in my life. However, we had a complicated experience when we went to try what all the hub bub was about. They had ran out of all BBQ, and they made us pack our own food even though it said that we wanted it to go? So many questions. Don't get me wrong, we will be back, as we loved what we had and want to try more when the time is right.

Literally bot a single bad meal,. The only thing I can say negative was the cobbler desert wasn't really a cobbler. Everything was amazing and the service was fantastic. A must eat at in Brevard!!!!

Ordered two large pizzas to go on Saturday night during the White Squirrel festival. Downtown was packed and they were slammed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The pizzas were ready in 25 minutes. Both were delicious with generous toppings. The crust is great. I would recommend Big Mikes for pizza when visiting Brevard. Don't have photos because we ate it all.

This was my first time at Big Mike’s and wow, I was impressed! The baked lasagna was cheesy and full of flavor, pure comfort food. The calzone was amazing too, perfectly golden, stuffed, and delicious. Definitely coming back again. 🍝🍕

1st time eating at big mikes and it was amazing. White pizza with garlic knots were phenomenal. Real garlic on the knots made them taste really fresh. A must go to for pizza in the mountains.

We visited Brevard, NC mid-week with most places closed. We found Big Mike's tucked around the corner. We expected to find something halfway decent, fill our tummies up and go. Yet, we were pleasantly surprised at how decent everything was. We got wings and pizza. Loved it! Highly recommend! Oh and the salad was so fresh and exactly the right size. You know how you sometimes pick through a salad, I ate it all lol

Really good pizza. I am a pizza snob and I really liked the pizza. We came close to closing time (we didn't realize what time they closed before going) and were not rushed out and even told not to hurry, but to take our time and enjoy. Normally when they say this, you can tell they don't mean it. While we did hurry, we didn't want to be rude, I honestly think they meant it. Nice little bar area, with sports on. Really a nice place and exactly what you would want from a good pizzeria.

Atmosphere was great, a wait for a table but not bad and to be expected. Seated but overlooked. Two tables seated after us were waited on and served drinks before we were even approached. Once waited on, we only received drinks because we asked about them. Our food order was never entered in the computer. We left hungry and disappointed. We still were asked to pay for our drinks.

Dont know who your server is. A bunch of kids working here walking around playing on phones, kitchen staff hanging out on the floor and wearing slides instead of proper shoes. Been here twice and each time we have been there one of the cooks is on the service floor with his spouse and baby. One time the food wasn't as burnt on the bottom. All are sweet but not very professional. Customers standing trying to pick up orders while these young kids stand there on cell phones.

This is an okay place to eat. I really liked the icecream bar because they had a lot of cool toppings. The service was nothing special. Alot of the food was fried, more than I think is normally at a buffet. I think for a cheap lunch, this is a fine place to go. The sushi was pretty good so I was happy about that. The egg drop soup was also decent and not very watery so that was cool.

With a massive selection of food at an affordable price, Twin Dragons Grand Buffet is a lovely place to sate your asian cuisine appetite. Loved the options available especially the sushi rolls which were just as delicious as a dedicated sushi restaurant. Some other dishes were hit and miss but generally this is a fine place to eat on a budget.

First time here and while I'm pretty confident the food is at least a 4 star early on in the day, we won't be returning for the dinner buffet. The restaurant closes at 8 - we arrived at 7. Everything on the buffet, while hot, had been sitting for quite some time - even the sweet buns with hard (they're usually soft like doughnuts). Bit into an egg roll and it was so hard it was inedible. I don't give a lot of bad reviews. But I'm hoping this will encourage management to step up their game in the evenings. The waitstaff were great. Very friendly and efficient at keeping water filled and plates cleared. So kudos 👏 to them. The kicker was when I went over by the hibachi grill area just to see what was on the menu (it was my first time there - I was curious) and the cook at the first station just glared at me and rudely and emphatically said, "we're closed!" It was 7:40. The restaurant's posted hours say 8pm is closing time. So I propose one of two solutions, 1. Stay open until 8pm as the diner who pays $16 for the buffet deserves the entire buffet up until 8pm 2. Offer a discounted buffet price after 7pm and let diners know the grill closes at 7:30. So, I would probably give this another chance but it will be at 11am when they open to ensure food is fresh OR order to go as they should be cooking an order fresh (I hope)

Solid buffet that is very affordable. Sushi was very fresh and delicious. The hibachi was definitely the highlight of the meal.

The service used to be great, the food used to be great, but it hasn't been like an overnight decision, we visited several times and instead of improving it has gotten worse, the cherry is that they hide prices and they add 15% tip, like it doesn't matter our server was a little less attentive, she was rushing us to finish and get out! Sad but we wont be back.

Wonderful find! We were looking for a new spot to try after camp pickup and didn’t want a sandwich. Saw this place, just off the main streets of downtown and we are glad we gave it a try. Burritos were delicious!

Stopped by just looking for something local to eat and found this hidden treasure. What amazing food! Service was fast & with a smile. Absolutely one of the best nacho plates we have ever had. Full of flavor & texture. Crunchy chips with sweet & savory Mexican flavors! The Burrito was just as flavorful as the nachos. ABSOLUTELY a must if you are in the area.

Delicious burritos, fresh ingredients. I would give it 4.5 stars because they were out of tempeh 😕 but otherwise an excellent experience. I got a veggie burrito and it came with chips and choice of salsa.

You guys are doing a great job there. I used to eat at the pescados burritos in Highlands North Carolina years ago. Sorry that I did not get a picture of my food but the food was amazing, I had the chicken quesadilla and the service was great it was laid back atmosphere and it has outdoor seating.

This is about as fresh as it gets in brevard. They offer burritos and nachos and tacos and such. I ordered the mini steak quesadilla with corn salsa on the side. The service is always fast. (Not necessarily friendly... some of the guys that work here always look pissed off.. they won't be rude to you but it makes you not want to ask questions about things on the menu) The guacamole and pinapple salsa are to die for.. there is out side seating and water bowls for your pets. Whatever this owner is doing he needs to keep doing because when it comes to his food it's always right! High five pescados!! It's been a while since I've been in but it's always so good!!!!

Food is decent. It's open on a Sunday and in Brevard there aren't a lot of places open Sunday. We chose this place because we wanted fajitas. The fajitas for two is quite large so be mindful of that. We ordered it with just beef and chicken. It was plenty of food for three. The quality is very average but the price was also fair so it makes sense. I'm glad it was open and I'd say come if you want a fair priced meal. Service was fine and the place is authentic and cute.

We were coming back from the waterfalls headed back to Asheville. We stopped at this Mexican restaurant. There was no way we received it right away on the outside patio. They brought the chips and salsa cheap prices cheap food. But you won’t be disappointed because the flavors in the Mexican were good so if you’re headed to or from and you want a quick meal,

A fitting name for this place. It looks like you are eating in a barn. The worst crunchy tacos ever! The meat is very squishy and taste terrible. Also the worst guacamole I have ever had as well. This place might be the best around but it doesn't compare to Mexican restaurants where I live. Also, beware of the parking situation.

Standard American Mexican food. The cheese dip was a little on the watery side and food needed more seasoning. The people and service were great. Nice outdoor area.

Worst service i’ve ever had. Server came one time to give us food. They forgot items on our order. Never gave us refills, never checked on us, never fixed our order, or gave us the check. Had to get someone to get it for us. Gave us some random scribbles on a paper as our check. Had to have them remove random things added to it that we didn’t order. And I couldn’t even read most of it so i’m pretty sure we got scammed. No idea how this shady place is in business. They run on paper checks and custom typed in payments. It’s the most average run of the mill mexican restaurant you can find in any city. Don’t come here unless you feel like being ignored or scammed. EDIT: There was about 2 tables in the entire 30 table restaurant so I have no idea what my server was doing. 3 other servers were just sitting at a table talking. So no, it wasn’t because they were busy

First time visitors for lunch. Our server Chris was friendly and attentive. We ordered the poblano pepper, cheese enchilada, and chicken empanadas. The food was delicious and I would certainly recommend and visit again.

Had a very nice meal indeed. The shrimp was amazing and served with flair! Soups, clearly made fresh as some of the carrots were still slightly hard, but I am totally ok with that. Only drawback was waiting time, looks like they were short staffed. Place was really busy and I can see why, we will be coming back for more.

Everything was great! We missed the salsa bar being open due to COVID, but they did have some small sides if the difference salsas available. Spinach quesadilla was on point. The nachos were also good. Service was fast and friendly and we didn’t have a wait in the evening. Cheers 🍻

Maya's is always a solid go to. The staff are great and the food is always made perfectly. You always know what to expect from them. I always have an issue though: my beer glass seems to have a hole in it every time and it disappears rather quickly!

This was a surprise treat. Tacos were filling and really good (and cheap). Sushi was good too.

I’ll start off saying the people were really friendly and we bought a cool piece of art from off the wall. We stopped for subs to carry with us on the trail. They come in styrofoam containers so not the best option for carrying. But that’s on us for not knowing. What’s not on us is how bad the subs were. They’re basically a pile of shredded lettuce and chopped tomato with whatever filling you pick. Stale bread. We ate half at the trailhead and planned to have the rest when we were done. But ended up throwing them out. The potato salad was good. And there was a big breakfast crowd so maybe that’s better. We won’t be back for sandwiches — subway would be a better option. And a tasty sandwich does not seem like a hard thing to make.

Came on a Sunday morning around 10. Very busy, but the line moved quickly. Prompt and friendly staff, food came out as ordered and in good time. Food was very good. Marked in on my maps as we will be back.

Read great reviews and had to see for myself. So good! I may be country....but I love it when a restaurant puts ketchup on your table cold from the fridge! You know that foods gonna be great like home. I had the cheeseburger and home fries. Yummmm!

I've passed by here a hundred times and always thought this local dive just HAD to be good. But I was always on my way to or from somewhere and hadn't had a chance to stop in. I finally stopped in today just before closing to see if my instinct was right. And yes it was. The staff were great and did not treat me like I was a nuisance for stopping by at 5 minutes to closing like some other places do. Of course I ordered to go though to be respectful of their operating hours. The turkey sub was fresh and delicious and now that I know they're open for breakfast as well, I'll definitely be returning to try that menu. Thanks Creekside for a great experience!

Today was my second or third time here. Today is the first time trying breakfast. Wad seated immediately served promptly, and food came out very quickly. Our server was great, and food was good and honestly priced. We will be back for sure.

I've only been there twice but was impressed both times. The first time was for lunch and I took it to go. The staff was very friendly and my turkey sub was fantastic! All the veggies were fresh and the taste was perfect. I went back this morning for breakfast and ate there. The staff were great, they were friendly and upbeat (which makes for a wonderful environment). The food again was phenomenal. I recommend trying this place

I went in to order a to go order. The hostess was on older Japanese lady. We had questions and was met by hostility bc we were t sure yet what we wanted to order. When we ordered we weren't given what we ordered. My neice very kindly tried to speak with her about this and again we were met with hostility and she raised her voice. I have never been spoken to in a restaurant or any establishment the way this women spoke to us! I will never go back. We were very nice about it. She was a very angry women!

This is a review from a visit in December of 2022. We were heading to the restaurant across the highway which happened to be closed for maintenance. We ended up here. The restaurant could definitely have used a decor overhaul. The two dishes look almost identical. I had hibachi pork that is made with bell peppers, mushrooms and onion. The hubby had the beef, chicken and shrimp with broccoli. Both dishes came with sauteed carrots and white rice. Morning really stood out with our meals. They weren't bad but not the best we've had. I would like to try it again too see if anything has changed.

Food was very good. The soup, classic. The salad dressing, classic and nostalgic. Great food portions. Clean. Could use a little remodeling. Otherwise, I would love to come back sometime.

Highly recommend dining here for delicious food at a low price. They bring you soup as soon as you sit down. The reason for a star deduction is they brought our entrees right after receiving the salad and egg roll appetizer. I would have preferred time to eat the salad ($2) and egg rolls ($2 for 2)before receiving my entree. I replaced my rice with extra veggies to my chicken hibachi($8) for $1 and then a side of fried rice for $2.50. Such a deal! I should have not ordered the rice and just ate from my friend’s rice because it’s a large portion. The food is fresh and they use high quality ingredients. They leave a bottle of white yum yum sauce at your table! It’s so good. Plenty of parking in the attached lot. We saw many people getting take out. It’s a no thrills ambiance but amazing food and affordable.

Maybe it is because we live where there is more variety of Asian food…but my children got a good laugh at the food here. My youngest said the miso soup was salty tap water! My oldest said the lo mein were literally spaghetti noodles! Nothing about this place is really a Japanese steakhouse or hibachi..more in the lines of hospital food... But, the service was friendly and prompt.

My friend and I had a casual Friday night dinner here recently. We were sat outside on their beautiful patio despite my request for indoor seating on the reservation. My assumption is due to it being a renovated house, the sheer size of the indoor dining area could not accommodate our request at that moment. My friend ordered some kind of charred marshmallow alcoholic beverage, which she enjoyed enough to order a second. We shared the Picanah Bites which were seasoned well and a decent portion for two. The ground lamb in the Istanbul is served in a sausage like form and seasoned very well. The chicken in the Cairo was a lil dry and could use a bit more seasoning. Adding some tzatziki to the dish really brought it to life. Both dishes came out together but it took a good 30+ mins after the appetizers, which is to be expected due to the size of the restaurant. Service was pretty casual and everyone was well groomed. The ambience of the patio is top tier, especially if the weather is nice. Overall this place is a solid 8/10. Im excited to return to try some other dishes.

Our new favorite restaurant in Brevard. After two visits the food, atmosphere, and service are all 5 star consistently. The front outside patio is very comfortable and super dog friendly. We have not had anything that was not amazing. Lasagna, bone-in pork chop, and the chicken cordon Blu were all spot on. Fried risotto balls were unique and tasty. Service well beyond "mountain standards"

We had a wonderful experience at The Bohemian Restaurant. After having a full day of mountain activities, we ended the night with an excellent dinner. Our server, Leeza, was kind and attentive. The vibe of the restaurant is unique, offering for great opportunities to gather with friends or go on a date night. And most importantly, the food was incredible!! It was my first time in Brevard and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Not only was I not disappointed, but this dining experience exceeded my expectations!

The Bohemian is a gem of Brevard. Fell into Brunch on a Saturday. Fun menu for brunch with hearty mains both breakfast themed and lunch themed. The pork schnitzel, fried geen tomatoes BLT and the Italian breakfast were all nicely prepared and presented. The outdoor patio is a nice place to enjoy the day.

The single best meal I had on our week-long vacation. Get the lasagna. I miss that lasagna so much I want to write it a postcard. We both got that and it's the *BEST* we've ever had anywhere. Very lovely service too, a cut above. I felt good leaving a nice tip.

Don't do fast food often but wanted chicken and fries today and just didn't feel like cooking. Ordered just the chicken sandwich and large fries, no drink. Repeated it twice at the drive thru and twice to the woman at the window. Got home and had the club. I love bacon but please tell me if this bacon appears cooked or literally just taken out of the package and thrown on the sandwich...🤢

The girl behind the counter was great. Very welcoming and nice. Unfortunately, the fries and chicken fingers were cold. The food tasted like it was sitting out for a while. My wife wouldn't eat it and made me take her to the sub shop across the street.

Every time we eat here it gets worse and worse. I truly don't understand how a company charges so much for food but the employees seem to not give you even half of your food. I order the new fajitas made me sick. Also ordered the new Sauce boos box not even worth the money. I will let the pics speak for themselves. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone because some of the employees don't care.

Out of every place we’ve even been to try and charge a cup of ice water the same as a full soda is astronomically crazy. Even more crappy than when McDonald’s started the trend of paying for sauces! Absolutely baffling…

My family and I had a good experience at this place. The food was good and the service was fast and very friendly. I recommend this place for a quick bite, the food had good quality. The place was clean and located in a good area. Good for kids too. The prices are reasonable.

My husband and I ate at the establishment in Brevard, NC yesterday evening. The place was pure chaos and if we had had time we would have went somewhere else. The drink machine was broke so my husband went to the counter and the employees informed him that they did not know how to fix it and the counter, which only had one register operating, was even more packed with people ordering and people needing drinks AND there weren't enough workers to be doing both drinks and orders. That was VERY clear. Finally, my husband comes to sit down and I grab my plate. I ordered a boneless wings meal. There was no toast or celery and the 3 small boneless wings I got were cold. I took my plate up to the super busy counter and could never get anyones attention because they were already so busy. Our son was playing in a playoff game at Brevard High School and we left from Forest City NC 45 minutes early so that we would have plenty of time to eat before the game. I didn't have time to stand at the counter to get my order fixed if we wanted to make the game on time, unsuccessfully trying to get my food corrected. I finally gave up and ate my my now cold food. I got what I'm guessing was the standard amount of fries, but I was cheated on the wings, celery and toast. The image shows what I got. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend that establishment.

Knowing the folks who work there (and them knowing you) makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The food it what you’d expect, and my personal favorite is a big bowl of grits (look it up, Yankees!) along with sausage gravy.

We went at 10:30 pm. It was not too busy and it was a little quieter than usual so we were able to sit there and enjoy our food and our conversation. We enjoyed it very much. The waitress was very good, attended to our every need and was pleasant and smiled a lot made us feel welcomed.

One of the better Waffle Houses I’ve been to! Very clean, food was great! Marley was our waitress, I think, and she was a treat. Quick service, accommodated our wierd waffle request, and was sharing a laugh or two with the table. Will be back!

This Waffle House stands above the rest. We were greeted by the most joyful and sweet Shawnee. Even being short-staffed on a Saturday morning, the staff was quick and friendly and we had an excellent experience. Food was great, arrived quickly, and Jayce was a fantastic server. New China's food is great! They have the best Rangoons! I've never had a bad meal at New China . I've known Yao and his family for many years. They are a great family. They are a great addition to our community.

Food was alright, about what you can expect, minus the flavor, on top of that, I ordered a water and went to grab a bottle of Deer Park spring water and was told I had to grab the Aquafina Filtered water, will not return. Save your money, go to Twin Dragons Buffet.

All I can say is WOW! We came here at 8pm on Christmas Day and they were packed! Crystal, the girl at the counter went completely out of her way to make sure that our party of 12 was taken care of as quickly as possible and had everything that we needed. She was incredibly sweet and even brought us complimentary sugar donuts. We were all so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. If this is how they handle this kind of rush, I’m sure their normal daily service is fantastic as well!

The kids that work there are well mannered. But the older woman manager in there is rude. I am in there ordering and all hear her do is put the workers down and call them names and in front of customers also. There was four other customers in there with me and heard it all and we was getting very upset. And she didnt care how they felt or the customer's she kept talking to them like dogs. They need to get rid of her. Those kids work hard and all she does is put them down. Not very professional.

I really can’t stand the AI voice that takes the order in the drive thru. It’s so stiff and I never know what I’m supposed to do or if it gets everything. Well today I ordered 2 biscuits and a large tea. Only got one biscuit and a tea. A human would have heard me. What’s weird is there are people making food and taking your money. What’s so wrong with customer service that people can’t do basic conservation? My food was fine but I hate talking to a machine to give my order.

Tried to place an order and a Rude and ugly voiced lady with a dismissive tone demanded "What Time and When" I replied asking "What do you mean what time and when? I want to place an order now" and she made a disgusted scoff and hung up on me! I will be reporting this issue to management.

Holy cow, this place was filthy. I wanted to leave about 3 seconds after walking in the door, but my husband was determined to have chicken for dinner. We waited about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged as standing in front of the cash register. Then I saw a server, take the scoop out of the rice, give it a shake, and then scoop out my cole slaw with it. I will never return...if my husband wants chicken he is on his own.

This store was one of my regular places to eat between college and high school, but over the last year it’s really went down hill. I ordered fries, they were rock hard, my biscuit was still uncooked in the middle, and in my chicken I found a long hair in the breading. Understanding they are short staffed, the staff that was there was unmotivated due to the manager on shift. The short older man, who’s constantly raising his voice at these employees. I wouldn’t want to be there either. The only reason I’m even giving this store 2 stars, is because the staff under the manager was respectful and even apologized for the 15 minute wait, and even apologized for the managers attitude, the sweet tea was good though.

If you want crispy, juicy tender go somewhere else! Spent $38 and had to throw the Chicken Strips away! The thing is I know when they were putting my strips in the box that they knew they were wrong for this!!!! There is no way they couldn't! Cold, hard and dry cut the roof of my mouth up! What a waste of money after working 12 hours. Gave a 1 star but didn't deserve that! Posting a picture with a fork in it to show the scale of how tiny and shriveled they are! What a disappointment!

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes the only car in line for cold quesadillas with no cheese, soggy fries, and chody wraps. If I could I would give zero stars but sadly I can’t. I absolutely love cookout but this one is awful if you want good cookout food travel outside of brevard or go somewhere else. Hate to be a Karen buuuuut do better.

Brevard Cookout c'mon what's up with this location now. Your bathrooms are dirty and wreak, Every dining table was a mess, floors were disgusting too and it was after 6pm hardly anyone in there. On top of my order being messed up, not even what I ordered. Don't know what's up but y'all need to fix your complacency and lack of standards and quality before the health department fines you.

I & my beagle went through the drive-through today as we have done many times before. I asked for a pup cup and the boy at the drive-through said no. There is my beagle standing on my leg with big brown eyes, wagging his tail in anticipation. He has always received a pup cup before, but evidently this boy hates dogs. So if you don't want to have your friend disappointed, don't go through cookout in Brevard. I canceled our order and we went through Wendy’s

First let me say I am not a big fan of a cookout in general, as I have had a lot of issues in the past. This cookout is hands down the best one I have ever visited. I travel for work all around NC and have been to hundreds of fast food places and this one always makes me smile. The photo is a SIDE that is included with a combo tray. Unbelievably huge and delicious! The food is fresh, and the people are nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Best Food so far: Spicy Chicken sandwich, BLT, blueberry cheesecake milkshake, and the chicken ranch wrap side.

- Place smells like a locker room. - None of the available tables were clean. They all needed to be wiped down. - Chicken tenders were tough. Do not recommend.

This is the best cookout I’ve ever eaten at. The food is consistently really good, always very hot, to the point the corn dogs are still nearly too hot to eat after eating other items in the tray. They give you excellent portion sizes and for once it doesn’t look like the food was thrown together like most places you eat these days. Each item is fresh and delicious. My order was messed up one of the first times I ate here due to my own miscommunication of what I wanted. They promptly fixed my order, and every other time it has been top notch.

I previously would have rated this location 4.5 to 5.0 stars, but my last two orders have been inaccurate, they haven't had banana peppers or jalapeños in stock, and the bread tasted stale. Then to add insult to injury, I did double meat because I had two teens that were going to share one of the sandwiches. Almost 16 00 for a sandwich that will go uneaten because I asked for only mayo and aoli for the condiments and they loaded it down with mustard and left the cheese off. The other sandwich that was supposed to have there Xtra mustard had an extreme glob of mayo oozing out of it. They switched the toppings on the sandwiches. I ended up having to throw together a quick meal which left me very disappointed in my experience. The order before this one wasn't nearly as messed up so I should have been thankful. Subway can do much better and although I like to support local. Not if ai am going to throw it in the trashcan. And btw the artists are very friendly and kind. I just wish the food tasted fresher and was accurate.
