We stopped in here while traveling from Memphis to Clarksdale, MS for a late lunch on a Thursday in August. I found it on Google maps and it looked cool. We shared the fried green tomato blt and a side of brussel sprouts. The food was good. Our server was friendly and polite. There were only a couple other people dining when we got there. They do serve beer as well. It seemed like it would be a busy place for breakfast. It had an old school diner look and feel. Overall good experience.

A cute little diner in Tunica. Stopped in for lunch. There was a buffet available but we chose to order off the menu. My husband was so happy to see chicken livers, and that's what he ordered. It comes with 2 sides so he ordered fried green tomatoes and hand cut fries. The portions were very generous! I ordered fried chicken. A breast and a wing. And for my sides I got fried pickles and mac and cheese. Really tasty!! Our food was piping hot and came pretty quickly. Our server was friendly. The restaurant was a little messy, but they had a large lunch crowd. It was a nice place to stop for lunch while we were in Tunica. Just good, down home southern cooking.

We’ve visited this restaurant twice during our trip to Tunica and neither time disappointed. The food and staff are great.

My sister and I were heading through Tunica, I had actually passed the Blue Plate, while we were talking about where to eat.. I had driven another three blocks when I suddenly turn around. I headed back to the Blue Plate. It is an experience in Old Hometown Cooking! The chairs are the ones from the sixties, the tables are square. There are no booths, you either get a table or you get a table. Which I love. This is a friendly, open dining experience. Good Food!!!!!! We had the catfish! It was amazingly flaky, lightly breaded crispy, yet soft, wonderful texture! You just have to be there. If you're ever in the area, go to the Blue Plate Diner. You won't regret it.

I always love going to the Blue and White when we're in town. The service and food are always great. I love the old diner feel. Besides ordering off the menu, they also have a nice buffet for lunch and dinner. Its the place to be. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.

Our waitress was so polite and friendly , she asked if we would help this little lady change her tire after we ate, we said yes , little women drove off before we got out there to help . As trying to do the right thing an help the waitress gave us all some peach cobbler ,!!! Very nice women . The place was built in 1937 so it’s full of history , the food is just like home made ,very clean and didn’t take but just a few minutes to get our food. Pretty cheap and large portion . If your in the area and don’t stop you will have missed a great opportunity to eat at one of the last remaining moments a pops restaurants ,,, we will definitely stop in again ,,,Thank you waitress for being so kind, wish I could remember your name,,,sorry !!

Worth the drive ! I live in the Memphis area with family down south. They told me about this place and I was Not disappointed. The atmosphere felt as if I were on a movie set. Quaint, but inviting. Our server was sweet and attentive to us. Fried green Tomatoes for our App & they were the best (in terms of quality) I have ever been served ! Will Definitely be back 👍

Definitely a must for your casino trip! We were recommended to try this place by a family member who always makes a point to eat here when their family comes down to Tunica, and it's easy to understand why! While none of the steaks come with sides, you can definitely split one side between multiple people! My mom ordered a baked potato as a side and it was so huge, we were each able to just take half! The bread you're given is wonderful, especially the zucchini muffins! They're sweet and almost cakey, very reminiscent of a carrot cake! (Speaking of cakes, I'd highly recommend the cheesecake! It's served with strawberries and blueberries, and it's absolutely delicious!) The service was excellent as well, our server was very knowledgeable and attentive! :)

The food was terrible. This was our first time dining at Jack Binion's in Tunica. We ordered filet mignon and the grilled chicken. Our filet mignon was overcooked. The grilled chicken was overcooked as well and had some horrible seasoning on it that tasted like it came from the special shelf at dollar general. I took one bite of the chicken and left the rest on the plate. The waiter never inquired as to why the meat was not eaten. We will definitely not go back again.

Horrible service by Jordan. Cold food. Rushed order. Oriental bus lady takes whatever she wants whenever she wants … took half my salad, took 1/2 my steak. Jordan ran my credit card 3X, waiting on credit from hotel. The place used to be a nice steakhouse, not anymore.

Our server Jason is always amazing and on point with our service! Our host George is top tier! Drinks are great. The braised short rib with fried onions over mashed potatoes was one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant. The lamb chops are perfectly seasoned and so are the sides. My favorite place to eat when we visit.

I ate here with a group of 4. We had the salmon, filet mignon,.pork chops. Everything was good except the baked potato. It was tiny and dry .. For $13 it should have been fabulous.

Omg..... Food and service above and beyond! Absolutely amazing staff. We loved the shrimp cocktail and rib appetizer, salads were great, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the chocolate cake was exactly the way to top off the perfect meal! Definitely a must!

We had a fantastic meal here last weekend! My friend got the bison ribeye with creamed spinach and a wedge salad. I had the prime rib, onion soup, and baked potato. Service was really good, and unhurried. So many times at a “resort” you have chain restaurants with no personal service. I would recommend this place any time.

During our quick vacation in Tunica, we decided to stop by this restaurant and give it a try. We started with the catfish appetizer, and it was truly the best I've ever had—absolutely magical. However, I ordered the half catfish, half shrimp plate with both blackened, and I regret that decision. The seasoning was too heavy, and I couldn’t finish my meal. I think the shrimp would have been better grilled, and the catfish fried, based on how amazing the fried catfish appetizer was. On a positive note, the tea was delightful, perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. Overall, I would return, perhaps with revised choices next time! Oh, and I forgot to add that I also mixed the tartar sauce with hot sauce to give it a spicy tangy kick. 😊

The food, the people, the atmosphere, and the history make this a must visit. I loved the fried green tomatoes and the pecan pie! Next time you're walking in the Memphis area stop by and treat yourself. Vicki is an amazing host so kind and pleasant.

We visited Tunica for the first time and had to stop at The Hollywood Cafe (it was recommended by an acquaintance). The food was delicious! We shared the fried dill pickle appetizer and followed it up with the pulled pork sandwich and fried catfish. The service and atmosphere were awesome.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. I don’t expect to find such a good spot here. But, what a pleasant surprise. Everything we ate was delicious. I had the catfish for my entree. It was cooked very well. The tartar sauce was tasty, as well. We had dried pickles and ribs for appetizers. They were good too. The ribs were especially yummy. Check it out!

10/10 highly recommend. The photos here don’t do it justice, it’s so much better in person. I had the BLT - best blt I’ve ever had!! Fried green tomato on it was divine. Steven/Stephen(?), our server, was stellar. You can tell he comes from a fine dining background. Impressed on every level.

Ask for Mrs Vickie! She is sweet, attentive, knows the menu like the back of her hand & makes a mean Jack N Coke! The food was delicious hubby & I savored every bite. The Turnips & grilled shrimp are a must try! Both Grandpa's fished for a living so we had fish a ton growing up but wow! Tender flaky fish was melt in my mouth good! The fried green tomatoes & fried dill pickles are 2 keys the this southern galz heart! Great southern cooking just like GrandMama use to make. We tried the homemade pecan pie with soft serve ice cream. Featured on diners drive ins & dives in 2009 we drove 5 hours one way to try this place out & they didn't disappoint! We will be back!

My apology, I began eating before taking pictures! I blame it on the hushpuppies! Restaurant Review: To-Go Order I recently ordered takeout from a local restaurant and wanted to share my experience. Catfish: The catfish was excellent! It was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection, making it a standout dish. Fries: The fries were freshly cut, fried, and well-seasoned. They were crispy and delicious, complementing the meal nicely. Coleslaw: The coleslaw had great flavor, but the texture left something to be desired. It was too watery and not creamy enough for my taste. Okra: Unfortunately, the fried okra was a letdown. It was soft and lacked any seasoning, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. Hushpuppies: The hushpuppies were by far the highlight of the meal! They were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and savoriness. Overall, while there were a few misses, the catfish and hushpuppies made the order worthwhile!

ordered Philly steak and cheese, it was soaked in grease. so much it was dripping. also got the burger. it had a terrible taste, it was a chemical taste. I've had gas station food better. paid 30bucks for these two items and was worried I'd be sick after eating just a little. avoid this place at all cost. go somewhere else.

I’m ONLY giving 3 overall stars because the food was good. The cashier was probably one of the rudest people in the service industry I’ve ever met. First, he was in the bathroom for 5-10 minutes while multiple people were in line (okay, understandable), but then when he got back, it was like an inconvenience that we were there. Multiple times acted like we were stupid for the questions we asked about the menu and Caesar’s rewards. There’s way more detail I could go into but just know the cashier is very rude. The cooks weren’t much better. Thankfully the food was very good, but still expensive.

We ordered a philly sandwich and a philly wrap with onion rings and fries, which we were recommended their best on the menu whan asking upon odering. It was absolutely disgusting. Im not saying cook wise but it was soggy and could tell it is frozen food. I know most places are frozen but this was horrible and for over $40 is insane.

Went in around 2 pm. The cashier is not friendly. The quality of the food doesn't match the price. We ordered rurben sandwiches, a fried catfish burger, and extra onion rings cost $31.xx. 7 pieces of onion rings charge $6.99.

Says on the site Cooke medium to medium well unless otherwise specified so I ordered medium rare…not a sign of pink in the burger. Wasn’t taking another 5 minute walk from the room to complain Burger was just ok nothing special. Wouldn’t order again

Deandre was an amazing server , he brought the food out very fast & the food was very delicious! He has an outgoing personality & customer service was top tier definitely would recommend asking for him when you go here ! I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with him definitely coming back 🥰✨

The employees seemed like they would have rather been anywhere except work around anyone except customers and each other. The rotten attitudes spilled over into the food prep and we've been suffering from the after effects for a couple of days now. Spare yourself the misery and expense

My party of 4 had dinner on a weekday evening. Service was really good but the food was just okay. My steak was overcooked but had good flavor. The crab cake had too much breading for our liking. One of the guests was celebrating a birthday and they charged us a small fee for the birthday dessert that the server offered. That was strange lol! There weren’t many people dining in but there was a party in the private room. They were extremely loud and it prevented us from fully enjoying our dinner.

Take away. Seared and not seared scallops. It's Friday night and the scallops taste like fish already. Theres should be a discussion on what is remoulade and what is mustard in the kitchen. I know mustard and crab cakes. I'm from Maryland. It's required knowledge. I just had this exact same meal the night before. I also had the exact same order during my visit in November. It was not good but, i thought it could be an off night. So I'd try it again. The staff should catch these things before i get them. If you're interested, i can DM more information. Suggest the restaurant not offer take away if you can't deliver consistent meals. Otherwise, it's just a 4 star side scam.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely wonderful. I had the lamb chops, brussels, and mashed potatoes. All I can say is WOW ✨ My server was Mallory and she was an absolute pleasure and delight! She was attentive, patient, and filled with southern hospitality. She provided service rated 10/10. My best dining experience I’ve had in a while!

My husband booked us a table for Mother's Day weekend and it was fabulous! The waiter was so professional and gave us a wonderful experience. The food was tender and flavorful. I loved the atmosphere. It was fine dining on another level. We will be returning!

Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience! We had dinner at Chicago Steakhouse inside Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, MS, and were genuinely blown away. Honestly, we didn’t expect such an exceptional meal outside of a major city, but this restaurant could easily compete with some Michelin Star establishments we’ve visited in Las Vegas and other cities. The chef here truly understands how to prepare a perfect meal — every dish was spot on. We ordered several appetizers, filet mignon, lamb chops, and a variety of sides, and everything was exceptional in both flavor and presentation. The meats were cooked exactly as requested, tender and full of rich flavor. Even the sides were memorable, which says a lot. We recently visited the steakhouses at Beau Rivage and the one next door at Horseshoe, and they weren’t even close in comparison. Chicago Steakhouse at Gold Strike easily stands above the rest — in quality, flavor, and overall dining experience. Service was professional and attentive, and the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. This was one of those rare dinners where everything came together perfectly. If you’re anywhere near Tunica, this is a must-visit restaurant — a hidden gem that delivers fine dining excellence without the big-city price tag.

Love Chicago Steakhouse, always a great, consistent experience. Frank is a great server, we've never had bad service with anyone. The food is delicious and cooked perfectly, it's dim and cozy but not dark. Very romantic. Good vibes, highly recommend.

We were there in July to celebrate 2 birthdays. We'd been there several times in the past with no issues whatsoever. This time around the food was by far not the best. The main issue was the filet we ordered. It was supposed to be a 6 ounce, it might have been 3 ounces. The best part was the service; it was excellent.

We got the features that already have 2 sides and salad included to save money. I had the pork chop and my bf got the T-bone. Both were well seasoned, grilled nicely, and delicious! Everything was great better than expected. We had $25 credit feom a mailer that made our fine dining meal cost $29. Service was not rushed.

I have mixed feelings about 3 or 4 stars. They staff, cleanliness and service deserves 4 for sure. Ther food was good but not worth the prices. The portions were huge but ther quality and taste were not there. I had seafood pasta and house salad, significant other he had baby back ribs. The ribs had almost a reheated taste. My pasta just wasn't fresh tasting enough. The meat in it had good flavor. The prickly pear margaritas deserve 5 star rating! One really nice thing was Adrian was extremely complimentary of my outfit which was wonderful. That did bring bring him a delicious dessert for his birthday which was a nice treat for him.

Waiter was great and staff in general was very helpful. We made last minute reservations the day before mothers day. There was more food than we could eat and all excellent. It's $$$ but no tiny portions and has a nice atmosphere.The adjoining bar is closed so the nearest bathrooms are 50 yards away near elevators, so inconvenient for hand washing. Otherwise still great food.

Fine dining with good menu items. My waiter was very friendly and polite but I wish he would have checked back a few minutes after he delivered my meal. I had the Texas t-bone, while it was good, just right for medium rare but was over seasoned. I would have returned it but he was nowhere to be found other than asking my section of the room “how are we all doing” as he passed by. I decided to eat it (most of it) anyway. Loved the fresh bread and honey butter and the salad.

The food was delicious! I had a free room and free food. On top of that I hit a few jackpots.

Overall not impressed…. For one the price for the amount was not worth it. I had stuffed mushrooms, scallops, spinach artichoke dip and seafood pasta. I received 4 stuffed mushrooms (mush), 3 scallops (decent and salty), spinach artichoke (decent, but “chips” so soggy that I was able to fold them and dip and finally seafood pasta (not what I expected). The only good thing to me was the loaf of bread. The service was AMAZING, but quality of food for price not what I expected from such a “high end” steakhouse. The other good thing was the drinks, but after all of this experience I would highly recommend you spend your money in the casino versus the toilet…

Excellent ribeye steak and loaded baked potato. Salad was exceptional! Loved the raspberry vinaigrette and the fruit was crisp.

Me and my husband waited for 45 minutes they walked past us only bring us drinks waited another 20 minutes. He only acknowledged us when we walked out. We were the first ones there got ready to leave. It was over 10 cars still didn’t receive our food.

This place is the best! Better than most Mexican restaurants in Chicago. They do EVERYTHING right! Staff is very accommodating. Isaac & Roberto are great! All the staff is wonderful. They take pride in what they do.

Excellent food! It came out super quick after ordering. They bring chips and salsa to the table as you sit down as well and the chips were thinner but so yummy! The food tasted good too.

The food was pooled with grease and very bland. Nachos immediately got soggy from the grease. No one finished their food. It was pretty pitiful. But the server was excellent

The food was good & plentiful, the hostess was pleasant, my only concern is prices listed online, on the menu. And the actual price I paid was were all different. My advice would be to remove or white out the price on the menu to avoid confusion, the hostess did inform me of a price difference before ordering.

Chips (thin and fresh) and salsa are really good. I had the burrito bowl and my husband had the Carne Asada Tacos. Everything was delicious and piping hot!

The young man who took my oder was very nice. The food was not good and I threw most of it away. I ordered the Ribeye and it had this weird seasoning on it i had to wash it off and re cook it. The chicken breakfast was small flat and dry. I got it for my dog. He didn't eat it. Even though the gave me an entire bowl of El pastor it was dry greasy and tastes funny. I through it away. Oh my baked potatoes was small dry with some old white cheese on it. I won't go back.

Waffle House Tunica in Arkansas is a nice place to dine. I really love their food and hot coffee. The store is clean and the staffs are friendly.

My server was ON POINT. She greeted me, took my order, checked on me regularly, and was very friendly. I loved EVERYTHING about my visit tonight. The cook prepared my hashbrowns perfectly too.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

My Waitress Erika was great and in such a good mood. The Manager was very nice and smiled alot. The cook was also good, I only had to give my order once, which at alot of waffle house' I've been to isn't normal for me bc I am picky.

Our waitress Gwendalyn was rude, treated my aunt and I horrible. In fact, she left halfway through my aunt's order to help someone else. But, it wasn't just us. She did the same thing to this gentleman. Of course, we were white. Definitely feel discriminated against. I watched how she treated us vs. others of her race. I have NEVER EVER experienced this. Then, she was slamming plates in front of me like she was pissed. And we had stacked our plates trying to be helpful. They also only had 1 pot for coffee during breakfast time??? Oh, and don't try asking for more creamer or sugar substitute. She walked off like we were asking for too much. I wish y'all had a negative choice for service it would be -100. I wasn't going to tip but decided to be the bigger person.

This place was awful. The service was terrible. This was our second time coming here, hoping it was better. Two women working here, physically fought and then tried to leave while the manager was trying to tell them they had tables waiting. One of the ladies that fought was the one with the HUGE eyelashes and red braided hair. They continued to be very loud and fight. Six people had came in and nobody had their order taken. Everyone was just walking around, looking at each other almost like it wasn’t their responsibility to take our order. Got our food in separate times. Waffle first, then the special, then the bacon very last after we finished all of our food. Everyone has bad days, but this place needs to be looked at. The staff is just awful and you will not be greeted with any smiles. We are not the only who had a complaint. Almost 20 other people did. Again. First time coming bad experience, second time was even worse.

If you don't like raw meet I wouldn't suggest it lol it was a little pricy as well

My friend and I had dinner there. The service, the food and the ambiance were exceptional. The only thing better was my dinner date. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We loved our waitress, Jen! Very helpful with menu selection. My dinner companion watched me as I ate my appetizer of scallops. He commented that I really must have enjoyed them, because I smiled so much while eating. Definitely would recommend this steakhouse to friends and family.

We decided to go there because it was our Anniversary and we wanted steak.. first thing they ask us was “ do you have a reservation?”.. no we didn’t so she took our names and I’m thinking there’s gonna be a wait time.. no,,seated right away there’s like two other couples in the whole place !! Reservations for what?? Get seated and look at the menu, cheapest thing on it for a steak was $68.00 (not including the sides)!! Appetizer= one crab cake $28.00!! We were shocked at the prices, not that we couldn’t afford it but it’s the principle.. I highly suggest looking at the prices before you go..needless to say we left… reservations 🤣🤣🤣

$30 for a kiddo burger labelled as a 1/3 lb burger that was overcooked and bland, bland, bland. One order of horribly over cooked fries, the smallest frozen, grocery store chicken strips I have ever seen and one drink. This was absolute freaking garbage. Save yourself, eat elsewhere. Huge disappointment. Note: We own a burger joint, serve 1/3lb patties ALL DAY and we have kiddie patties, too. This was 1000% not 1/3 lb. patty. All bread, lettuce and pickles. Never again. McDonalds would have been better and that's not saying much. *edited to add pictures.

They need a new staff. From the manger on down to the employees. All they do is serve you old good while they eat the food. The cashier is rude, and the manager doesn’t care. Food is expensive and cold.

The Original Fuddruckers had 3 size patties and made their own bread. Also had 2 pots of hot cheese out (1 was jalapeno) you could put on your burger. They have hot nacho cheese in back and they put it on my burger for me! Was still a good burger even though it was only 1/3 pound.

RIPOFF!!! A whole new staff is needed. The condiments looked old no pickles, burgers were bland, overcooked, we had more bread than meat. I ordered the 6 Buffalo wings for 8.99 attached is what I got. My husband asked where is the other two and the guy told him thats all of it. It was literally PARTY WINGS and one was undercooked! I will never eat at this place again because of the disgusting food, rude staff,and false advertisement.

I spent $20 on a burger that was probably made 3 hours ago. Overcooked and reheated patty, bun was actually wet, the fried egg was well over hard. No seasoning on the fries. Actually they weren't even fries, they were just warm potato tears. Seriously i really want them to get it together

Frank’s pub food was delicious. We had wings and cheese curds as a starter and the Supreme pizza for lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Okay this place is a gem! The food was delicious! We had the southwest egg rolls, fried pickles, catfish dinner, and philly cheese steak. Everything was really, really good. And our waitress (Kennedy) was a sweetheart. She was very helpful with any questions we had and was a lot of fun. Thanks Frank's for a great evening! ...only negative is the smell of cigarettes. But I never actually saw anyone smoking. It just smelled like it. Definitely not overpowering or anything though. All in all 5 well-deserved stars! 🤩

This pub was good all the way around. Atmosphere was great and clean. Food was delicious. Grill chicken taco was bigger than I expected. The waiter was super friendly. Will definitely be back when I’m in town.

I go here once yearly when in town from Ohio. I went on Labor day last Monday and they were closed...I hope u all had a nice break..from one restaurant owner to another..missed ur awesome food and darts! Until next yr!

1st time visiting was our Anniversary. Amazing staff, food and atmosphere. The onion rings were the best we've ever had.

The food was outstanding! The Catfish Marie was seasoned well, but not spicy. Service was personable. And the bartender made a very delicious drink of her own invention. I will come back next time I'm in town again.

Nice looking place, only 6 folks in the place at 630pm in a Saturday night. No menu (menu is from recited from the (only) server) , no kids options at all (we were a family of 6), staff was nice and welcoming - the 6 customers stared at us like “why are we here with kids?”. After learning there was very limited options we decided to depart. I would have liked to eaten there as the atmosphere was nice, food selections good- just not family friendly per se. Maybe next time.

Food was horrible, bread had to have been 3 days old. No CO2 so all of the drinks were flat. My chips were good. Inside the gas station and the radio was as loud as it would go. Tables were broken down, staff just sits behind counter and waits.

I wouldn't recommend this place cuz the people that work there are very rude or snobbish. And when the trash man opens the back door he let flies in without a care. He works there all day and still trash is pouring out or sticky gum and sodas all over the sidewalk. I'm being nice they actually deserve one star and the cashier was rude as well for the BP gas station not Subway.

They do not even know how to operate the QR code scanner so I wasn’t able to use my Mobile App to earn Points and use my rewards money. Unacceptable

I placed an online order at night because they are 24hrs. I tried calling up there forst but theor phone does not work so I just chanced it. It turned out they were but I did not say that on the app. They still charged my order for $30 and without an option to cancel I figured I would just go back up there. The first time I went up there they said I would have to come back when a Manger was there so I did. The second I talked to a manager and she told me that she would have to contact the owner so she could go back and refund me. I didn't hear anything for a week so I went back up there and she said she talked to the owner and they would take care of it. They have not and it had been about a month and a half. I offered to leave my number or email but she said they already had it. If you do go here go in person. There is no way to check if they are open because the app is wrong and there is no way to call them because their phones do not work. I do not like to leave bad reviews but taking my $30 and not giving me my food or a refund is just unacceptable.

Maybe the best sandwich I've had in a long time, way better than the subway on Highland in Memphis!!

Customer service is real terrible. The young lady comes to fix your sandwich wont ask “Can I help you or nothing. I visit on 10/22/24 and i ask the young lady to put regular mustard and she put honey mustard. She would not change the sandwich. Needs to have a class on customer service.

The draft Bar & Grill is located inside the Gold Strike Casino. Typical bar grub, and everything was delicous. The portion sizes are huge, be careful and not order too much like we did. Super large TV screens are everywhere. It won't be hard to find a game that you will be interested in following. Our server Morticia was the best. She kept us laughing while serving up hot food with a beautiful smile. We really enjoyed her company.

This is a bar and grill is inside a casino. Food was really good. Smoked baby back ribs were meaty and tender. A half order is still enough for most people to share. Fried catfish was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The onion ring tower was piled with large tempura battered rings which were great. Even the sides were good. My baked beans had a generous amount of ground beef making a hearty side dish. Will definitely go again if we are in the area.

Shocked by the poor reviews! The food was far better than we expected and the service was unmatched. We got there about 6:15 and there were no tables but she said she could put us down for 7 and we could go play so we did. Showed back up at 7, table was ready. The wings were perfectly cooked, loved the BBQ dry rub. Dirty rice was cheesier than expected but like nothing I'd had before, very good. Polish sausage was on point. Service was perfect.

My family and I are in town after a funeral and visited this restaurant. The manager on duty 7/29 around 8:45p said that she could sit us in 2 separate parties but put some of us all the way in the corner and the other group on the floor close by the door. She had an immediate attitude upon arrival and aggressively set the menus at table. When asked if we could at least have the other group in the corner near us she stated she had only one server for that area. The manager refused to even attempt to accommodate and let 7 guests walk which lost you all much business. I would love to speak with a manager over her as we traveled far and were also already grieving

Rude and unprofessional staff (hostess and one of the managers). Close at 11 but would not seat anyone after 10 one of the hostess stated and walked away. The other one argued with the other hostess and walked off leaving the front unattended looking from a far. There were others who came in line as well and the same thing. I counted at least 12 employees and at least 10 tables that needed to be cleaned. Unacceptable and I know that OneStar would not be pleased with the lack of service provided along with the discussions being had while guests are present. Need better leadership and hostess that understand the position. Guests should not be mistreated due to staffing and ungrateful employees. Someone needs to revamp the team and hiring qualifications.

Hostess was just thrilled to sit us. She wasn’t actually. The first face you see is the host/hostess. If they are not welcoming, something is wrong. This could mean they already know the experience will be awful, due to absent staff, quality, etc. Let’s say’s I misjudged… Waiter had to be dish pit until today. The most nonchalant approach I have ever seen. Never once did I feel catered too. That lack of listening skills he had were comical to say the least. Drinks took forever. No silverware. Ordered apps, no plates. 33 min wait for apps. No drinks still…I could go on but I just cannot. As a restaurant employee/manager for 20 years, I have never been so flabbergasted by an experience. I can sympathize with anyone in the weeds, if I see you care. I can make myself justify why you suck, and I couldn’t even attempt to do so here. Also, we were forced to go here because EVERY restaurant here is closed on Tuesday. The really good one is only open on the weekend. When I came here 10 years ago, I loved it. Tunica is absolute ass now in every way. Couldn’t even play roulette.

The food was 10/10. The fettuccine was literally the best over ever had. The service got to be a little slow at the end but there was only one server for the whole restaurant.

Where do I begin? Not knowing their drinks at an impressive looking bar? Not bringing us our salad before our meal? Serving one member of our party his meal 30 min before the rest? Bringing our meal (finally) but not any serving ware?? Then, trying to act like it was our fault for being in there late? We left the concert early and were one of first tables there at 9:20. They “close” at 10. Our fault food came out after 10? Pitiful. The food was tasty but pretty well disgusted by the time we got it.

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip, and the food was perfectly fine. Our carhop, however, did not say a single word to us and was actively talking on the phone through her air pods. Horrible attitude and service.

Wasn’t too sure when we got sat, but once the rolls came out, my whole expectation changed. The rolls were hot and delicious. We had to get more out because we cleared through them. The potato skins were delicious. Then the burgers were perfect. If we had room for dessert, I’d have no doubt it’d be amazing. Next time I’m in town, I will be back.

Try their banana puddin. It ain't on the menu but they will make it special if you ask. Superb!!!

8/21/22 p.m. @Celebrity Grill- We wanted 2 sandwiches at 13.99 each. Cashier gave me the total of Almost $40. I’m like that’s not correct, she got grumpy with me. Said it’s the combo you can’t order just a sandwich. It was priced as an individual item. No where did it say you had to purchase it as a combo. Menu states: entree/combo. Entree means the only dish of a meal. Fix your menu if you can’t sell the sandwich alone as noted on the menu as individual price. Or teach the employees. I canceled the order. Got something less expensive off the shareable menu. For 10.99. Lost a larger sale to the restaurant (these days that can make or break a business) all because you can’t just order a sandwich. Gave 2 stars because the quesadilla was good but not what we wanted, we arrived for a late evening meal. Thanks for bad customer service.

Worst food I ever ate. Waste of money. They can’t even get french fries right. I tried giving them a second chance. It ended up in the garbage can. Update - the food is better. Fried shrimp is good but I don’t care for the pre-made salads.

Very rude customer service. Workers shouting , using foul language, and threatening to hit customers. Management needs to fix the problems. Management is aware of the situation, I hope it was taken care of the way it should have been.

Beyond rude customer service. Wouldn’t even sell pre-made food on display 10 minutes before closing. She was too busy counting her tips while also closing out her till. Shameful, reeked of dishonesty, shouting was not needed and a bit hood of an approach. Would recommend management look into the staff.

Fast food grill located inside Hollywood Casino, Tunica. Chicken strips were good for frozen, and fries were acceptable.

Nothing special about it really, pretty much a snack bar with a few burgers, sandwiches, fries, catfish , chicken tenders and frozen appetizers... one of the only places you can eat really since a lot of casino restaurants are closed in Tunica

Checkers is a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes the workers are friendly and accommodating, while other times they seem to be hiding from customers. It's frustrating to sit at the drive-through and not get any response. I've even been told to come back later because they're counting the drawer. That's not exactly great customer service. However, when I do manage to place an order, the food is always hot and fresh. So, if you're willing to take the gamble and see if they're open for business, you'll be rewarded with tasty eats.

Don't go at night, the people that work night shift hide from customers and if you're persistent they just yell at you through the speaker that they are closed when its a 24 hour spot. Pure laziness on night shifts. The day shift however is great, the foreigners that I assume run/own the place are extremely pleasant people.

First thing first they are some of the unprofessional people's I have ever seen they don't wash they hands before fixing your food the cashier was standing right in front of me striching her butt and took the food to the window and gave it to the young lady that was waiting on her food. I told her to cancel my order roaches clawing up the wall and mold everywhere if the united States going to give these people's loans to operate they need to make them go through the property classes to sanitize and clean properly because they are nasty.

Worst part of our visit to Tunica. We will definitely never go here again. I thought maybe there was a problem with the intercom but nope, when I got to the window I figured out the problem was the cashier...we were definitely a bother to her. I literally had to repeat myself 5 times on everything I said to her and she made sure to make me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience to her. To make matters worse my order was incorrect. I wasn't about to go through the experience again so we went and got food elsewhere, total waste of money and time.

So annoyed. Drove here for some good fresh food. Specifically asked if I could wait on fresh fries. Fries served cold and old and tasted like grease is never changed. Very disappointed with our meal that cost $23.00 for two people !! Guess I should have trusted reviews

Food was horrible. Order was messed up but did not want to wait in the drive thru line for another hour to get it right. Only good thing that I can say is that the Employee at the drive through window was nice.

The staff was extra friendly. The food was hot and the wait time was short. We ordered the deep sea double with cheese sticks and #1 with no lettuce. The food was made to order. The fries were good, crispy and hot!!

They did not give me my rice. I paid for it. I checked on my pies. I just knew they put the rice in their but when I got home, it was not included. I live out of town.

Big Herb gets chicken here on occasion. I went middle of the road with stars because sometimes the food/service is great and then sometimes not. It's literally a 50/50 roll of the dice. Employees seem to be having a party inside every time I'm thru. Definitely needs some attention in management. Okra rocks and biscuits are fabulous! Love dat chicken! Oh and cheddar peppers will make u slap yo mammy!

I ordered delivery of a 12" meatball sub & a 12" coldcut and I have never seen a meatball sandwich dryer than this one!!! Just dry meatballs and bread, no marinara or cheese which i asked for!! You cant ecen see the meat on the coldcut sandwich!!! Please close the doors!!!

This elderly women was being rude to me while im telling her how I want my sandwich. She was loud and disrespectful and had poor listening skills.

Since this place been back open I’ve had nothing but problems!! First they were overcharging me and the customer service is TRASH! The owner needs to teach the employees that anytime you get a pizza & put toppings on it the pizza needs to have that cheese back on it & it’s not an additional charge.Today the guy put my pizza in the toaster with just meat on top and spinach!!!! That’s been a constant problem for me dude that’s working there argues back and forth with me about cheese everytime and tries to charge me for extra cheese if he seal the pizza after toppings…. I will not be going back to the subway in Tunica!

Great sandwiches, especially during the weekdays. The young lady that works there has been working for 5 months by herself. Owner should give her a big raise. She has the best attitude, and makes my day everytime I go there.

Absolutely my worst Subway experience ever! The employee had zero interest in waiting for my wife to answer what kind of bread she wanted and asked the person behind us what they wanted. She then started their order. This appeared to be a great multi tasking employee at first. Until my wife picked her bread. Then all prior questions were asked again 🙄 We both ordered BMTs. But, I didn't see her put ham on them. So, I asked her if she did. The first time, she just grunted at me. The second time, she told me that they were out of ham. So, she planned to make and sell me a sandwich that was missing 33% of the protein at full price? WTH? Never again!

I only gave one star because I had. If it was a real review they’d have gotten 0 stars. I ordered a turkey sub and they literally put two pieces of turkey on the sandwich. Had I been the one in there they would have remade my sandwich. These is just damn ridiculous!! You pay $6 for a sandwich and they can’t even put the right amount of meat on it!!

Elizabeth (the white girl) is a horrible person. I heard how she treated two of my favorite workers Ashanti and Tut’s daughter she fired them for being “lazy “ when there’s another girl of her race that vapes in the facility ! If you have problem with racism don’t go!

Big Herb comes here for good times and great food! Staff is awesome! They have all kinds of activities and awesome night life. Great place for a meal anytime. Food rocks! This place truly is a hidden gem! Owners are great folks!

We stopped here for lunch while out exploring the levee road on our gravel bikes. A very welcome oasis. The cheeseburgers were fantastic and the service went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Note: they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. This differs from what google currently shows.

I don't know if it was good or not. It's out of the way and if it's late the bar might be open but not the kitchen. So call before you go to be safe.

Went for the first time last night! I felt like I’d always come there., the people were so friendly, and the staff was on point. Totally plan on coming back.

I don’t know why no one has mentioned their steaks, but they were great! I was worried about getting Amtrak because all of the reviews were about the pizza. But all of us had steak and no one was disappointed. We had a table of 10 and the restaurant was PACKED but our waitress was wonderful. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Tunica.

Everything was great. The service was fast and friendly and the food was so delicious. I don’t usually eat burgers but had the bacon cheeseburger and seasoned fries. They both had good flavor, it was a real home made burger. Also the fried pickles are some of the best I’ve ever had. It is off the beaten path, we couldn’t get a table at another place and found this hidden gem. Would definitely repeat. There’s karaoke tonight (Saturday) 😀 just all around a great place to stop and have a bite!

Best Double Cheese Burger I have ever had! Hubby had Fish and Fries and it was Awesome too! Must Stop when in Tunica. Not a Pretty place but Pretty Damn good Food! Awesome prices also. Great people too, the ladies there are so nice and inviting!

Best bbq we had in Mississippi. We had the pulled pork and were not disappointed. Bud and his fam were very friendly. Its been 2 years and i still think about how great the food was. Hope to make it back there again!

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender hot and they were tender and has the right amount of spice there so tasty bud is the best restaurant in my neighborhood in my opinion I walk from my house to buds just to get buds food I ate some of the food lol

Bud dine is great they have two of the best cooks. Every time you go in there they are always the same professional and so kind and most of all I look for cleaning and they are on point. Keep up the good work Bud's diner.

this place is a little hole in the wall, but my daughter loves their burgers. Prices are fair and customer service is outstanding. Don’t let the appearance drive you away because it’s a really good restaurant.

My wife and I drive from Helena,Ar to Southaven,Ms a lot. Sometimes we stop at Bud's Snack Bar on our way back home and I got to tell you, nobody does a burger better then this place. The little woman who cooks our food is friendly and always deliver a great burger. The place might have moderate looks from the outside but you will not be disappointed with the food you get or the service. It's really a hidden gem that's worth the stop by.

I had orange chicken and vegetable fried rice. It was good but not all bad. Service was slow but got what we ordered eventually. The bathroom environment was nasty, like it never been clean since. Dining area was good, but warning, spiders and insects may be seen. Not a clean environment that i thought it was, but janitors still do their jobs.

I don't want to speak I'll of this place but I didn't care for it. I judge a place on their rice and noodles. The lo mein had no flavor. The fried rice seemed like boiled brown rice. The egg roll I tossed after one bite. The cheese wantons were good, I enjoyed those. The people were friendly and maybe I just picked the wrong items to try.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside. However this place is delicious 🤤 I got the Pork Lo Mein & Egg Drop Soup with egg rolls & my Husband got the General Tao's Chicken meal with rice & Hot & Sour Soup. Boy oh boy absolutely delicious, everything.. nothing was bad.. period. I was surprised how cheap it was right at $30 back home all this would cost us $70 & the soup portions are much smaller back home. The lady behind the counter is so sweet! If you're in the area we highly recommend stopping by here.

The lady at the front counter is the best! It's more of a takeout joint, but there are a few tables. We ate in. The food wasn't fantastic. It was ok, but barely flavorful. I would stick to fried rice if I ever return.

A short wait for a large takeout order. They need plastic containers with lids for takeout containers to keep the happy family sauce from spilling all over the inside of the bag. The happy family & shrimp egg foo young we're good.

This place has the best food in this industry. If you are looking for flavor try the kung Pao chicken with combination rice and hot and sour soup. The flavor is delicious 😋. Happy eating

this crab is imitation crab , we got jumbo shrimp and the shrimp is so small , the pasta taste like soup the wings taste recooked , fries were burnt , catfish wasn’t cooked still wet

We've visited Spuds Etc on two occasions. We are familiar with the owner/cook and server from another restaurant. We have been very pleased with the food we've ordered. I think most of the items are homemade. I esp. love their fries, but some of the items are too spicy for my taste (probably just fine for others). As others have mentioned, there is only one cook and one server, so be prepared for service to be a bit slower than you'd expect. So if you're not in a hurry and have some time, stop by and enjoy the simple, friendly atmosphere.

Larry and I went for lunch to this restaurant. Very friendly people! Larry had a huge New Orleans potato with shrimp, crab, chicken and sausage and I had the Cajun pasta with similar toppings. The meal was delicious! It took a little while to get served but well worth the wait. It was our 43rd anniversary and a nice meal to celebrate it!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. this is a gem (hole in the wall) place this is a must try. I will definitely be back.
