The Sheraton Sopot Hotel is a beachfront resort located in the beautiful city of Sopot, offering a glimpse into the area's rich history as a bathing town for the affluent. The hotel boasts well-preserved facilities, including comfortable rooms, delectable dining options, and an excellent bar. Guests can also enjoy the spa with various saunas and a fully equipped gym.
We had a wonderful family stay at the Sheraton Sopot Hotel (2 adults + 2 kids). From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth, pleasant, and very professional – special thanks to Jasmina at the front desk who made us feel welcome right away. The hotel has great infrastructure for families – our kids loved the Kids Corner, and we all enjoyed the pool area, especially the large jacuzzi which was also kid-friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent with something for everyone, and the staff throughout the hotel were always friendly, efficient, and helpful. The location is unbeatable – right by the sea, with easy access to the beach and a great beach bar to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was great! Dog and family friendly but not unsanitary at all, you can really relax and there is a free gym too! My dad could do his work calls in the business areas that the hotel has. The rooms were nice and everything worked. The food was high quality and there were plenty of options.
Ivy R — Google review
We stayed at the Sheraton for four days and five nights, and overall the experience was great! The rooms and facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff at every level were super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with plenty to see and do in the area and an unlimited supply of food options within easy walking distance. Our only real complaint was the shower. While the water pressure was solid, the temperature fluctuated wildly. One second it was freezing cold, the next it was scalding hot, even without touching the controls. It definitely made showering a bit of an adventure.

Service is excellent ! The customer service manager Julia and her co worker Max are amazing. Julia even takes her personnal time to try to buy train tickets for us. It was holidays week end and it is quite challenging to get tickets to travel to Warsaw. I am very impress with the kindness of the people from Poland. ❤️
Dao R — Google review
We were here the week of Christmas. Great service, very accommodating, especially considering the time of year. Room service was great, we have a great corner room with amazing views oof the sea. Parking in garage, very close to the front, easy and simple, but does cost.
Don't G — Google review
So nice and so satisfied with place and location. People in the reception very nice and very helpful. Specialthanks to Max at the reception who helps us so much. Kids club is ok. Not that much if things. Ok for small children. There is x box and play station very old version and it doesn't work. Room is nice and quite. AC doesn't work very well. The worst think is people at the spa very very much unfriendly. Not very nice and welcoming. Not so kids friendly.
Reem M — Google review
I think that today it is not anymore 5-star hotel. Rooms need refurbishment. There is a wide spectrum of meals available at breakfast but many ingredients are not as good quality as you could expect at the 5-star hotel.
Jerzy K — Google review
From check in, through our stay everything was beyond our expectations. Absolutely amazing staff and service!! Thank you for looking after us. Hand written welcome note and gift from GM Mariusz Paszkiel was a great personal touch. We will definitely be back. We recommend hotel SPA and treatments very professional staff, great place to relax.

Hotel
Sofitel Grand Sopot is a luxurious 5-star hotel located on a private beach, offering a refined restaurant, bar, spa, and gym. With its French-inspired design and stunning sea views from most rooms, it provides a unique getaway experience. The hotel boasts 126 chic rooms and 43 lavish suites, including the famous Gen. Charles de Gaulle Suite with antique design and a spacious terrace.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The building is incredibly beautiful and impressive. The sea view is absolutely stunning. The staff is very attentive. Gifts are provided for children. We are 100% satisfied. Just a note — the hotel is quite old, and the interior design might feel a bit dated to some.
Yuliya A — Google review
We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at the Sofitel Grand Sopot. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well-furnished, combining classic charm with modern comfort. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—truly focused on delivering a premium guest experience. The hotel is also thoughtfully designed for families. There’s a kids’ playroom that's perfect for rainy days or evenings, and the pool area offers something for all ages. The on-site restaurant is outstanding, with top-quality food and attentive service. I can’t say enough good things about this place—it exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!
Luke S — Google review
Perfect location. The beach is gorgeous. Right on the walking path. Close to the piers and restaurants. We checked in while they were filming and we weren't able to use most of the entrances nor the garden. They were limiting the ability to walk on the beach. We received macaroons for the inconvenience but a few cookies when you can't use part of the amenities on your vacation wasn't really making up for anything. It would have been nice to have advance notice so we could decide if we wanted the impact. The hotel is also dated. It is obviously older and every though it is clean, it just looks older. The staff are really friendly. The beds were comfortable in the rooms and our view was nice. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were nice. The lobby bar is big. Dated furniture but nice liquor selection and view.
L S — Google review
Absolutely stunning hotel with 5+ star treatment and services. They even clean your room a second time each day. Great staff. You’re treated like royalty. Right on the beach, very close to numerous restaurants, the pier and even a small Starbucks a few hundred feet away on the beach. Recommended.
Nick E — Google review
Everything was effortless and as expected, perfection. The room was superb, the view even better. The breakfast was everything you could wish for and the dinner was out of this world. All the staff were so friendly and professional.
Mark J — Google review
I just had a breakfast this morning there. The cost was 120 PLN but there were many missing basic items like Walnut, honey, Feta cheese, etc. I expected much more from such a hotel.
Hamed A — Google review
Just wanted to say huge THANK YOU to all the staff begging with informative and friendly concierge, to welcoming reception, and housekeeping! Had a beautiful stay with a perfect engagement setting and views which we did not expected.
Ania G — Google review
Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Hidden Taxi Charges During my recent stay at Sofitel Grand Sopot, I encountered several serious service failures that do not reflect the standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel arranged a taxi from the property to the center of Gdańsk without informing me of the cost in advance. I was charged 120 PLN for a ride that normally costs no more than 60 PLN. The receipt provided lacked any detail (such as time, distance, or rate), making the transaction completely non-transparent. Despite completing online check-in, my room was not ready at the confirmed time. Furthermore, the duty manager showed no empathy and offered no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. As a guest with high status in the ALL loyalty program, I expect to be treated with the respect and service level that corresponds with that status. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Attached is the receipt as evidence of the excessive taxi charge.

Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa is a modern hotel with Scandinavian and regional architecture, located just 50 meters from a sandy beach. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, balconies, and elegant interiors. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to extensive spa facilities, swimming pools, and saunas. The hotel offers two restaurants serving European and regional cuisines, as well as a rooftop pool and bar. Additionally, guests can take advantage of yoga classes, massage services, an infinity pool, and a fitness center.
A truly fantastic hotel located in the picturesque town of Sopot that delivers on all fronts. I would highly recommend getting a room with a view of the Baltic Sea as it's truly phenomenal, especially during the Summer months. The hotel has spa facilities which are truly luxurious and the rooftop pool is simply breathtaking. The service from the staff is impeccable and all your needs will be met and delivered through a touch of first class excellence. With the beach literally right at the doorstep of the hotel, you can spend the evening taking a calming stroll through the beach and let the lapping waves calm your senses whilst the sun sets. If you happen to be in Sopot for a vacation then this hotel is an absolute must. You won't regret it.

Location is good and the staff seem nice however I highly recommend you DONT use the laundry service here. I had some laundry done which took about 30hrs to get done and much to my dismay once it had arrived half of the clothes were not cleaned at all. They were folded dirty and put back into a bag with the halfway cleaned other clothes I didn’t realize this until I was somewhere else of course. This is extremely frustrating.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Sopot Marriott, however it wasn't without issues. We previously stayed at the Sheraton and were comparing it to that Hotel. I would recommend the Marriott over the Sheraton unless, you really want to be in the center of Sopot. Surprisingly, at check in the front desk staff made no mention of our Bonvoy Status (which by the way is hard to earn) or provide details about any benefits we had available to us. I had to inquire about the benefits via the chat within the Marriott App. We found the room to be very clean and pleasant. It was quiet and the AC worked well keeping it cool. However, biggest issue with the room was that it was lacking luggage racks. It had a small built in rack in the closet, however that was only good for carry on bag. We called the front desk and they said that the entire hotel did not have any luggage racks. This is just unacceptable for a major hotel chain like Marriott. We had to keep our bags on the floor the entire stay and open them there to pull clothes, etc. This was a big issue for us and I can't imagine, how elderly/handicap visitors would deal with this. The front desk failed to provide any solution for this issue even though we asked for one. The food at the restaurant is good but again, the staff is a bit cold, especially at breakfast (a little smile goes a long way). The pools and jacuzzi are very nice, and enjoyable on rainy/cold days. Overall I would agree with the rating of this hotel being 4*. ***Management has reached out to us after our stay and communication with Marriott Corp about the luggage racks and they are going to obtain some for the hotel to prevent this issue from occurring to other patrons in the future. I appreciate their steps to fix this issue.***

haven by the Baltic sea, Where Sopot’s breeze hums soft in harmony, I came—a humble guest of banners bold— To brave the storm where marketing is told. No sword I bore, but slides and charts instead, The tempest raged: “Keynote!” the scholars said. Yet thou, fair inn, didst catch me in embrace, A lighthouse standing firm in time and place. At luncheon’s call—O banquet most divine! Where salmon danced in herb and briny brine, And soup, like golden amber in a bowl, Did warm not just my body, but my soul. Thy room—a sonnet built of linen fair, With curtains soft as whispers in the air. Thy staff, like pages in a monarch’s court, Did serve with grace in gesture and in sort. Though into storm of speeches I did steer, Thy walls gave rest, thy meals brought cheer. And should I pass this coast once more anon, To Miarot I’ll return ere break of dawn. Let all who voyage know of this delight— Where minds are fed and hearts made light. Even Shakespeare’s ghost, were he to stay, Would trade the Globe for thee one day.
Grz S — Google review
This Marriott has the usual comfortable beds, nice rooms etc. But the service was a little inconsistent . At check-in the staff gave off very strong "I don't want to be here" vibes. I don't expect a red carpet when I check-in, but a "hello, how are you" would be nice! At breakfast I ordered something that never came, asked them to see what happened, they checked and said it would come eventually - but never did. So just to be aware, while the high reviews for the building itself and the beach location are well deserved, you might still have to deal with somewhat inconsistent levels of service, including housekeeping - which is unusual for a Marriott. They were however very helpful in other ways, such as at checkout. Overall I would recommend it.
JP N — Google review
Very cosy hotel, staff is extremely professional and serviceminded, from mail conversations (with many questions from my side) to providing service long after checkout. Very good breakfast with many choices. The room was large and fresh with good beds. Beautiful garden with large seating area. Rooftop infinity pool where the view is nicely framed by the hotel and the sea. Good spa with many options. If someone would ask me to say one negative thing it would probably be that the rood in the spa area was a bit boring, everything else was top notch.
Erik S — Google review
Hello! The hotel and spa are truly wonderful, with lovely rooms and very tasty breakfast and lunch options. However, there are a few downsides. The gym is in poor condition – there is only one old mat, no resistance bands, and 3 kg dumbbells are missing. Cups for water are not provided promptly. When another guest was training at the same time, there weren’t enough mats available, which made it uncomfortable. It’s surprising that the gym is in such a state in an otherwise excellent hotel. Additionally, we encountered an issue at check-in. Even though we had booked and paid for a stay that included breakfast, we were initially told it was not included. We had to spend time proving that breakfast was part of our reservation.
Ola — Google review
This is my topThe service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and include a balcony. The sea view and proximity to the beach are fantastic perks. Enjoying the spa and outdoor jacuzzi in winter truly makes this place worth it.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Sopot is a stylish and elegant hotel with a vintage flair, offering Mediterranean dining options, a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and an inviting indoor pool. The hotel has implemented the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol in partnership with SGS to ensure thorough cleanliness and disinfection procedures throughout the property.
One-night stay in Sopot. Beautiful and quiet room on ground floor, nice spa and good breakfast. Bathroom door closed too firmly but that is a minor issue. Price OK during my stay. I would recommend for families.
Kati L — Google review
Such a good hotel. Beautiful, cozy rooms, nice balcony. Ver very very amazing breakfast buffet. Good cocktails and nice restaurant. Room service food is good as well. The spa is also wonderful, not overcrowded, very chic and clean. Not far from the beach and various restaurants. Family friendly as well.
Lisa K — Google review
I had a wonderful time at Radisson Blu Sopot. The hotel felt welcoming and comfortable from the very beginning. My room was modern, clean, and cozy. I really enjoyed the spa and pool, which created a perfect relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and kind, always ready to help. The location close to the beach made everything even better. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I would love to return.
Aine B — Google review
I visited this hotel for the second time and the hospitality and quality is on the high level. I see the same standar in each Radisson hotel. Place dedicated to private and business travel. Hotel staff always willing to help with smile. Room very cozy and good equipped. In the bathroom my favourite Rituals cosmetics. European breakfast with many different dishes (also for vegetarians). In the evening you could sit on comfortable sofas and drink delicious drink. Locarion in few minutes from the beach.
Alicja J — Google review
A really enjoyable experience overall. Everything here is as you would like it to be, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, good showers, excellent breakfast, lovely pool area, beautiful gardens, great helpful staff, super cocktails at the bar.... I could go on. Everything works smoothly and comfortably and as a guest you feel as if your money was well spent. A short walk to the centre of Sopot and a stones throw from the beach and accompanying cycle and pedestrian pathways. Nice, nice, nice
Corinek — Google review
Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good location, specifically infrastructure around the building like a garden and walking paths. Pleasant spa zone, clean pool, especially liked a good mixed sauna zone for adults only😉 Very reach choice of dishes on the breakfast, however porridge seemed slightly not completely boiled, however plenty of fruits and multiple fresh smoothies compensated this small failure. Quite friendly and attentive stuff.
Ivan K — Google review
This is a very nice hotel with friendly and service-minded staff. We stayed in a junior suite, and the room was excellent. We had several meals at the hotel, and both the breakfast and the à la carte dishes were very good! The hotel also has a great swimming pool with an outdoor area. It’s located a short distance from the beach and about 2.5 km from the center of Sopot.
Audun P — Google review
Stayed a week due to work. Unfortunately not the best experience this time. Disappointed that there was no steam iron (also not to borrow) for my shirts; where desk answered in a way that felt was they did not care. There was an event happening at the same time that fully occupied the lobby area and made it impossible for myself and my colleagues to sit and discuss work. My membership was not attached to the booking, and I asked the desk if they could put it; again they did not seem interested. Not sure if a language problem, but staff in the spa area were much more friendly.

Hotel Sopot is a chic and stylish accommodation option in the vibrant city of Sopot. The hotel offers sleek rooms, some with stunning sea views, and provides amenities such as dining options, a spa, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The air-conditioned rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities including flat-screen TVs, soundproof walls, and minibars. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi throughout the property.
We just had a wonderful family weekend here—what a beautiful place! The hotel is brand new but has such a warm and cozy feel, especially with this weather. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind. The highlight for us was the breakfast. There was such a great variety, and everything we tried was fresh and absolutely delicious. I noticed several improvements since my last visit, which shows how much effort they put into making guests' experiences even better. The quiet location is another big plus! I’d definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

This place is truly a hidden gem! It was our third visit, and the hotel keeps getting better each time – you can tell the owners pour their hearts into it. It’s a quiet, boutique hotel, tucked away from the busy part of Sopot. We always bring our dog, so its location near the beach and forest is absolutely perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the interior is modern and beautifully designed. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a variety of freshly prepared traditional Polish dishes. The cozy spa is an added bonus – there’s nothing better than a massage and sauna during the winter. We’ll definitely be back!
Salomea E — Google review
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything felt well-maintained and fresh. What really stood out was the breakfast – hands down the best we’ve ever had in any hotel. The variety, quality, and presentation were simply outstanding. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the beach and close to the heart of Sopot. It was lovely to enjoy a peaceful walk through the town and along the seaside. The hotel is situated in a quiet and charming area, which made for a very relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the parking fee, which was on the higher side. However, from what we’ve heard, that’s quite a standard in Sopot, so it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a convenient location near the beach.

Very good breakfast, amazing location with 5 minute walk to beach, staff fluent in english and polish. Very clean with frequent room refreshes. Nice outdoor seating options.

Great hotel near the beach in Sopot. A nice walk to the city center. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. I live the rustic style. Great beds. My room was made up to perfection every day by Lesia i Irena.
Bjørn T — Google review
I stayed at the hotel from 14.8.-17.8.2025. The hotel has a new and modern feel. I stayed on the third floor in room 337 and missed the balcony in the room. When I left the hotel I left my sweatshirt in the room which was not exactly cheap. When I contacted the front desk back, I was told that housekeeping found nothing in the room. If a luxury hotel has unprofessional staff who keep what they find in the room instead of taking it to the front desk who then contact the customer, it is not a luxury hotel. Be careful not to forget anything in this hotel. Don't make the mistake I did.
Libor M — Google review
In my room no. 118 the internet was unstable during my entire stay. I started booking a train ticket and before paying, my connection dropped. Although I was on vacation, I had work responsibilities in the evenings that I solved via the internet. However, I had to go to the lobby bar with my laptop to be sure that I would be able to submit my work. I reported the internet problem to the reception every day. I was given my own router in the room, but the problem persisted. I felt that after that the hotel was no longer interested in further solutions. I will not rate other aspects of the hotel, because a reliable internet connection is an absolute must and its absence in a four-star hotel is inexcusable. It ruined my entire stay at Hotel Sopot.
Csaba V — Google review
Hotel is in general nice, design modern with focus on detailed, rooms spacious, breakfast very good with big variety. However, it’s visible that the hotel is unfortunately maintained on very low budget (e.g. dining room, kids club dirty, walls scuffed). Service especially of the rooms was unfortunately very poor. In general our impression was that the service personnel at this hotel is not very experienced. Location of the hotel is very nice: close to the beach and the center.

The Villa Aqua Hotel is located near Sopot center, next to the Aqua Park. It offers a comfortable and convenient location, perfect for both business travelers and holidaymakers. The hotel has 53 rooms designed with plenty of comfort in mind. Additionally, the hotel features a gym and a casual restaurant, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.
A very pleasant small hotel close to Aquapark, with nice stuff. The Baltic sea and Sopot molo is at the walking destination

A wonder walk through old woodland down steps to the sandy beach and the Baltic, Hotel Aqua is in a terrific location. It is also a few minutes walk away from a railway station for trains to Gdañsk or Gdynia. Breakfast is extremely well provided. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, possibly a challenge for the less able. Restaurant is available but check first!

What an amazing stay at Hotel Aqua Sopot! My room was very beautiful, overlooking the forest, clean and calm. Hotel is very cozy overall, away from the hustle and bustle of central sopot, but within a very close proximity. Close to the beach and beautiful forest nearby. If you are looking for some proper rest, look no further. Excellent breakfast. Every day freshly baked bread and cakes. Great coffee. Honestly, the hotel is 4* to me. Put it that way, at times 4* hotels are not that good and clean like this one. Staff is excellent, warm and welcoming. Thank you! & I’ll be back. :)

It was a late book room because of friend's 50 years party in the hotel for my son and myself, the room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, the staff was very kind at all the time, and when I woke up this morning at 5.00 am in the morning and run out of coffee, I went to the recepcionist guy to ask for some extra coffee and fresh milk, and he delivered straight away, thank you all for make a lovely day. I will come back for sure when visiting my polish friends from Spain, we hopefully see you in summer. Gracias.

The hotel is great, it has good location (5 min to the beach), the food is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is soooo friendly and helpful (thank you, Martina, for taking photos for our group!!). I highly recommend it!

Excellent, reasonable priced, medium size hotel. Great location, very near to the beautiful beach. Secure underground car park available for 30pln a day. They accept pets as well. The hotel is very clean, rooms are nicely furnished, with useful features, like a kettle and AC. Very clean bathrooms, equipped with the hair dryer and basic cosmetics. Clean, soft, white towels and nice crisp white bedding add up to the nice 3 star impression. The breakfast plentiful, fresh, very tasty and really nicely presented. I have been stunned of how carefully the breakfast staff arranged all plates, cold cuts decorated beautifully with fresh veggies, cheeses with grapes, etc. Amazing details making the breakfast variety looking so appetizing… The hotel and reception staff very friendly, polite and helpful. The cleaning lady ever so nice as well, very efficient and fast. Overall really good hotel. Should be 4 stars. There is nothing to complain about! The only advice- please change the restaurant menu to the buffet dinner. The food is amazing, but we haven’t been spoiled for choice unfortunately… I am sure if there would be a buffet dinner available, most of the hotel quests would use it and pay extra… We will definitely get back. It was a pleasure to stay at this Hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in a LUX room with balcony - the room was dirty with cobwebs, spiders in windows. the bathroom was dark, old fashioned, the bathtub was broken and fixed with tape. There is a small shelf over sink which impedes movements - a nuisance The worst is the carpet in the room - it smelled of damp, mold. They accept animals and I specifically requested a room where there were no animals recently but my allergy flared up in the night and I could not breathe anymore! the smell and stuffiness coming from that carpet left me out of breath! I checked out as soon as possible and they did NOT offer any compensation at all: on top of that I had to pay a huge amount of money because it was a Saturday night and they overcharged for that night, more than 650zl for a room for a night!!! They did not even apologize for their mess in the room and the stinky moldy carpet. There are other much better hotels in Sopot

A super hotel reasonanly priced, clean and tidy perfect for couples also families as we had two small children with us. Pet dogs allowed to make this an enjoyable stay for everyone. The staff very good and very helpful, nice location too not far from beach. About 20 min walk to main square. Would definitely stay there again.

Very impressed. A local chain offering exceptional value for money. High quality, clean and quiet rooms, polite customer service, great location. Much more affordable than big brands, but truly better value and quality for business travellers and those who just need great accommodation.

It’s a nice and clean hotel with rather spacious rooms. There is parking available. Breakfasts are available too. Right behind the hotel you can find a large grocery shop and restaurants are in walking distance. It’s also about 10 min walk from the train station. There is a teapot in the room with tea/coffee, which is rather handy as well. Complimentary water is available as well. It takes about 10-15 min to walk to the seaside.

Just came back from a brilliant stay at this hotel. My husband and I were sad to leave. We had the best time ever than in any other hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived at the hotel to be told at check in our room had been upgraded! We got the suite with the terrace! Most of our holiday was spent sitting on the terrace in the sun. It was massive with 4 lounging chairs and 2 tables. Breakfast was exceptional! If we are ever back in Sopot we will definitely be staying at the Focus. All the staff were lovely. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Sopot. I would have gave it 10 stars if that had been possible!

A modern, friendly hotel. Nice cosy reception, perfect for a good night drink or warming up before going out. The rooms are standard but nice decorative. I was very surprised over the breakfast offer.. A big buffett with warm and cold plates, lots of salads, fresh fruit and vegetables. A perfect start of the day.. absolutely to recommend ❤️

Great value for money. Rooms are large enough. Bathrooms are small but have a large shower with good quality appliance. More importantly I have never seen a city with more beautiful women in one weekend and I spent two years travelling the world.

This place is superclean, modern, light and have helpful staff that really make an effort to help you, which we appreciated very much! They speak good english, help with taxi and whatever you may need. The hotel is not far from the forest opera at all or the city center. Only "bad thing" with this stay was that the walls and doors was a bit responsive, with lots of kids running around in the hallway back and forth and keeping noices was not super for us hearing it into our room, other then that, the stay was lovely.

Hotel Molo, named after the town's famous wooden pier, is a polished and centrally located spa hotel in Sopot. It offers streamlined rooms with views of the surrounding tenement houses. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, train station, and Sopot's lively Monte Cassino street with numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants. Guests can also enjoy the full-service spa for massages, body treatments, and facials.
There was a spa at the hotel where I got a full body massage for a reasonable price. The breakfast was at a different location which was weird, but the food was great.

Hotel Molo Sopot offers clean and modern facilities in a good location. The rooms were tidy, and the overall appearance of the hotel was well-kept. Parking was easy and convenient, which is a big plus in this area. However, a major downside was the pillows – they were uncomfortable and negatively affected sleep quality. Overall, a decent place to stay, but better pillows would significantly improve the experience.
Juha L — Google review
Very nice room, shops nearby are great but the resturant/breakfast place at the hotel is very overpriced and the food was not so great. Our whole family also got acne and outbreaks due to the towels and pillowcases. Overall great rooms but the rest not so great.

Okay hotell. The staff wasnt very serviceminded or helpful. Aircondition in room did not work. Great location, could walk every where in Sopot easily. Next to trainstation, so easy to get to Gdansk and other places.

Nice hotel for both business and private stay with a very convenient location: 2-minute walk from the train station and ca. 8-minute distance from the beach and iconic pier. Rooms are large and clean, equipped with refrigerator and kettle; bottles with water are added every day if you empty these available at your arrival. Breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. is divesified and very tasty, with many vegetarian options, including salads, yogurts, cottage cheese, pencakes etc. Reasonable relation of price to quality.

Splendid location at the top of the main street, although if you are sensitive to sound you will hear the trains if you get a room in the back. Clean rooms and a modern feel. Decent enough breakfast, but not exceptional. Friendly enough staff, but not exceptional. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Immediately when arriving we got quick service, and got to our room which was roomy, clean and had a nice balcony. The hotel lies perfectly situated just meters from the beach on a good distance from the center making it a quiet retreat while still being close enough to get to the center quickly. The restaurant is great as well, which adds as a bonus. Parking was easily arranged as well!

The hotel - The entire hotel is very fresh and clean, nice furniture in the room with lots of room. The rooms on floor 3 had new furniture and different decorating than the rooms on floor 2. The staff - Professional, kind, and quick. Everyone we spoke to could help and answer us in Polish and English. The food - The food that is served here is excellent. Many traditional polish dishes served with a luxurious twist and ingredients that exquisitely complement each other. It is definitely worth to visit the restaurant for the food.

We stayed in one of the suites on the fourth floor, so we had a spacious room. But passing by an open door on the third floor, I saw what others have commented on concerning small rooms. But our room was super clean, bed super comfortable. Food was OK. My husband wasn't too impressed with the fish, but he's Norwegian and literally has grown up beside the ocean and fished hos whole life, so I suspect it was a cultural thing. The main street is 1.3 km from the hotel. Saw another complain about the distance -- Norwegian mountain hikers and skiers have no worries. Beach was **beautiful** in January and **many** were walking its shore. Would come back again.

Visited the spa. The sauna was very nice, and massage. The peeling was however to strong and left my back damaged and infected, and with pain that lasted days. If I go again I will make sure to ask for a lighter version.

Set back off a quiet road within a 5 minute walk of the main Monte Casino and a 2 minute walk to the very clean sandy beach. A quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, a great room on the 1st floor with a good size balcony. The room was an apartment style fitted out with hob , fridge and plenty of good quality cutlery and crockery along with pans to cook with. A shower that you can stay in for ever with clean towels upon request. A very comfortable bed that I believe was a king size and a great idea of 2 single duvets to stop your partner stealing yours 😂. The team were friendly and very welcoming and give little tips on discounted places to visit with their VIP pass. Free coffee all day if wanted and even free cake in the afternoon, the little touches that count. We are already booking for next year we were that happy with My Story Sopot….. Thank you Malgorzata & Kenny

Not bad apartments, but keep in mind.. The place is not for family vacations. Opposite the villa is a night club, loud music plays all night and a appropriate contingent under the windows all nights. I do not recommend the place for a family staying.

Quaint little hotel a block removed from the main strip and a couple minutes from the molo. Friendliest staff in all of our hotels stays in Poland.
Bart F — Google review
The situation was not standard, i could understand the circumstances but not like administration resolved them. First of all, i asked for an earliest occupation for what i was charged, but sent to uncleaned room. It was the first problem. Room was with wet floor due to the window leaking from rain and smelling very bad in the heat. I informed stuff about it when they were trying to clean the room on urgent basis. When i came back after some business meetings it was heavy rain, the window was leaking, internet was absent and there was not electricity in my room. i went downstairs in order to charge my phones and computer. than electricity disappeared in a hotel in general. Again, i could understand this and i was waiting for they get it resolved. Finally, when i was getting asleep they offered me to relocate to the other place. I refused as i already was in a bed and was very tired with all things happened. Even in the morning nothing was resolved and i asked for compensation. Administrator declined this possibility.

Location is very good, close to everything. Convenient parking. Very fast Internet connection. Friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and during breakfast, which is very good, a lot to choose from and good quality. Our room was very spacious and generally nice. The TV was very small and questionable quality. No elevator - could bother some people. AC in our room was a bit hard to set, either too cold or too warm. Not hotel's fault, but in the room facing street we did hear some noises from the nearby nightlife.

Not bad for the price. The room was cheap and cheerful. The girls behind the desk were amiable and spoke English. I was only there for a couple days. The kettle was clean. The breakfast was the best part. The variety was good. The only negative thing I can say is that they had no eggs, scrambled, fried. They had bacon and multiple kinds of sausages and beans, but no eggs, which I thought was strange.

First, the bad things: I was considering giving it as low as THREE STARS, because of two annoyances: 1. The Wifi is horrible. Sometimes it was even difficult to send an email, and you could forget streaming. 2. There is a very annoying artificial smell in the corridors, reminding me of cheap American motels trying to cover the smell of cigarettes. The good things: An outstanding restaurant on the premises! Also the breakfast is really good (bread could be better and there could be more drinking options except of juice dispenser and REALLY bad, tasteless teas, but the selection of fish, gourmet ham, and a solid buffet compensate for the shortcomings). The rooms are ok, comfortable mattresses, average pillows. The hotel's decor is really tacky, super pretentious, looking as if a new rich designer dreamt of what the bourgeoisie would like ;) but overall the staff is extremely professional, supportive and kind, and the swimming pool, saunas and the spa are really good.

This Hotel is a great value for money in Sopot. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The receptionist Viktoria was very welcoming and understanding. The room provided was very quiet and good ambience that helps you to catch good night sleep. Kids friendly atmosphere and robots constantly cleaning the lobby area was nice.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Staff is really polite and welcoming. The hotel is a bit too far from the Sopot centre in my taste if you need to go back and forth some times during the day. We missed fresh juice at breakfast and bread was sometimes a bit dry. Other breads felt fresh from the oven. Pool area was good, towels handed out before swimming. I dont understand why outside areas are not used more. We found a few sunbeds, but they were dirty as well as the area around them. The backyard had some weird chairs. I'd love to get some tanning just in the hotel garden.

I recently stayed three nights at Hotel Haffner in Sopot, and really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are absolutely immaculate and seem brand-new with excellent wood craftsmanship and smart design. The spa is really great, beautifully tiled with beautiful mosaic tiling, a large swimming pool finish sauna and a really great steam room, there’s even a plunge pool to cool down with which I loved! But the best part of my trip was the excellent deep cleansing facial that I got from Anna in the spa. Anna is a fantastic therapist and very knowledgeable, and she even spoke Norwegian to me when I told her I live in Norway! She really took care of me and gave me some good advice about my skin care needs and I would really recommend her for your next stay! Overall this hotel is a great location close to the beach and a great venue for meetings. I think the projectors and some of the rooms could be better for higher quality digital projections for the presentations at meetings, otherwise everything worked really well for our 2-day meeting of approximately 75 people. And I really liked my espresso martini at the bar, really great bartender! And great wines and the restaurant had very nice food, the risotto was amazing!

We spent a few nights as well as organised a wedding here. Staff is extremely professional and pleasant to deal with (Thank you Klaudia! You deserve a raise!). The hotel itself is charming, especially compared to most modern hotels. We could tell a lot of effort was put into every detail here. The location is great as well. Stores, clubs, train station, restaurants and popular fast food spots (even the church we got married at) all in less than 10 minute walk away, mostly less than 5. Best Hotel in Sopot.

The hotel is beautiful but even though well equiped, rooms are not spacious. However, recently in the hotel's restaurant I had the best desert ever. I can definitely recommend this place if you want to try something delicious and with class.

This comment for their restaurant: We were hoping to enjoy a nice meal before the opera festival, but thanks to this place, we ended up staying hungry. My wife ordered the Viennese-style schnitzel, but the meat was very dry and tough, and the oil used was so heavy it burned the throat. The potatoes served on the side hadn’t even been properly cleaned — they were sautéed with visible dirt still on them. We wanted to send the dish back, and the waiter said, “Let me check,” but I told them there was no need — we simply wouldn’t eat it, so just take it away. The fish and chips were decent, though definitely overpriced. We also ordered soup to start, assuming they would split it into two bowls since we were sharing — they didn’t, but we let that slide. Unfortunately, the soup was disappointing as well. It was meat broth with ravioli, but the meat inside had an unpleasant, strong smell. When we asked for the bill, a service charge had been added. I asked, “For what service?” and was told, “We showed goodwill by cancelling your meal.” I didn’t want to escalate things further, especially with my pregnant wife feeling upset, so we paid and left. Zero service, zero flavour. Would not recommend.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the breakfast every morning (that was included in our stay), the central location, and the lovely rooms in the first floor. Members of our group used the spa facilities and were very happy. But our 406 room was awful. It seemed to have been built in the attic, with sloping ceilings, a tiny shower you could not turn around in, a coffee center under a sloping ceiling, the TV with in 3 inches of the bed, and cooling vents under the curtains. The second night we propped open the curtains to lift them off the vents so some cool air could come in the room at night. Needles to say, this was a very small, terribly designed room for anyone at any age!!!

We checked in today and although the hotel is nice and the drinks were fantastic at the lobby bar, the room was miserable. No working AC, reported to FD asked to move rooms. Agent said rooms were sold out, however online rooms show available. The room is around 80 degrees and although the weather is cooler outside, the noise is unbearable so now I am sitting here in the middle of the night Wide awake worth no solution from the overnight staff- this is so disappointing. It is such a shame as the location is amazing and the lobby vibe is beautiful, but sleep is the number 1 thing at a hotel and that is not an option with a hot room. I wish I could share the noise at 3:20am in the morning with the window open. After a full day of travel it is is such a shame. On a positive note you are lucky to have Casper at the desk, he was the best thing about my stay, just so disappointed with the service and not having a solution.

Hotel Opera, situated in Sopot, is a charming 3-star establishment housed in an early 20th-century hunting inn. Its convenient location offers easy access to the Forest Opera and Monciak promenade. The English-style rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities and the hotel boasts a spa for relaxation. Nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful forests, it's perfect for those seeking tranquility away from the bustling crowds during peak seasons.
A really nice hotel. Located in a park away from the city center, but close enough to walk. Nice and quiet, Free parking.
Erik L — Google review
I’ll start with: it have clean rooms, good value and in a quite place in the beginning of a park/forest. But the rooms are not quite. Doors are I think made of paper - you can hear every noise from the corridor and each conversation. Walls are not from paper but if your neighbours turn on the TV you can hear what TV program they are watching. From good side there is plenty of spots to park, and if you want to play pool - for free in the proce of room - you basically get whole „bar” room with one pool table. Basically it’s a good value for money, but rooms are not quiet. If you choose location to be in quiet place in the forest - it just doesn’t work. Also beds are not the most comfortable- but for few nights it’s ok. Close to the Sopot center by walk.

Perfect location in the shadow of the forest. Really close to the center of the Sopot City. Nice service and snooker in the price of room! Very comfortable rooms. I'll be back ;-) for sure.

A nice place for families with childrens. The rooms are nice. Buffet is pretty good and you have a good choice between good foods. Tip: you can park your children in the play room nearby and eat totally relaxed seeing them play.

Good hotel, comfortable rooms, but no bar or restaurant. Excellent breakfast, and the young lad who works in the kitchen gave excellent service.

Would probably be nice in the summer. We visited early November and bar and restaurant closed Jacuzzi broken ,lights dimmed to a minimum to save electric.Nice room though Nice location on the edge of the forest and also easy access to sopot centre and beach.

Romantic place in peaceful area of Sopot what makes it perfect location for those who want to stay in Sopot but avoid waves of drunk people during high season. Surrounded by beautiful forrest, about 10 minutes walk from strict center of Sopot. Hotel itself is very cosy, in old style, with very tidy rooms named after most famous operas, compositors etc. You will find there bar with old leather sofas, alkohol and pool billard. Perfect for rainy evenings. If you want to taste a bit of history and see what Sopot was all about in the past and what made it famous, this is the place to start.

Youth hostel
Central Sopot is a 2-star hostel located in a prime area, around 25 minutes' walk from the art indoor Ergo Arena and about 7 minutes' walk from State Gallery of Art. The hostel offers unassuming dorms and rooms with free Wi-Fi, minifridges, tea and coffeemaking facilities. Guests can enjoy private parking garage and spacious, well-equipped rooms at affordable prices. Some rooms may face the railway which could be noisy for some guests.
I stayed in private room and no kidding, it was like 3 stars hotel standards, probably for about half / one third of the price. The room was excellent - very spacious, nice decor, TV, mini fridge, towels, free mineral water tea and coffee, kettle, and a private terrace! All very clean, modern bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, not even mentioning the location. If I ever stay in sopot again I will definitely want to go back there
Natalia W — Google review
Very bad customer service and too noise! Hotel has a good location and reasonable clean but for sure not comfortable if you are on vacation. It can be good for one night stand but more than 2 days I don’t recommend. If you arrive before check in hour (3pm) or leave the hotel in checks out (11 am) there is no place that leave luggage. Stuffs are not friendly, Manager is super rude and there is no investment in basic products for a hotel, for example washing soap. If you are a group of friends and want to party, I recommend the place. If you are a family, couple or people who wants to have a good time in Spot, not recommend it.
Andre D — Google review
Very dirty rooms, poor organization. Street very loud from partying people, trains and trucks cleaning the street. We had a problem with our room because there was no curtains in the window and everyone could see us from the street (weird). We called the hostel and luckily there was a different room. We had to struggle tho because we couldn’t find the guy who can give us the keys and then once we found him he didn’t know where the keys to another room are. We finally got another room but in way lower standard. During our stay we met two other groups of people who had problems to get in their rooms at arrival because there is no 24/7 front desk. Will never go back there
Iggy — Google review
Place has a very nice location - close to railway station and city attractions. One remark - it is a hostel, thus you need to be ready for typical noise & midnight talks, which you hear well in private rooms too. Please expect hostel level of tidiness as well. Otherwise - very nice place.
Denys — Google review
Great location but that's it. I only discovered when I arrived that it was a hostel and not a hotel I booked on Hotelsdotcom. No check-in desk, just a locked door with a small note with a phone number that when I rang, the call got rejected. Very unpleasant check in and check out procedure. The building was tired and creaky and the room had seen better days. The ensuite had a cold and weak shower and DIY repairs everywhere. The only thing going for it was the location (close to the beach, restaurants and shops) and the double bed which was very comfortable. It would have been nice to know what it was before I booked it though as the photos did not match the place. (the ones here on maps are more accurate though)
Michael — Google review
Extremely noisy at night and very hot, with no airco. I hardly slept. In six days the room was never cleaned. It is not a hotel. It is a hostel with zero facilities, no breakfast and no service whatsoever. Only it is not cheap. At 65 to 80 euros per night for a single room this is definitely no value for money.
Outis P — Google review
Location/price/conditions - perfect ratio; if you have problems with stairs ask for a room in lower floor since there are 3 and no elevator. Some rooms have windows towards railway which is noisy.

What I could say or what I should say? Hotel is so comfy, rooms are so clean and fresh, food is as good as looks! Location is great as well, literally you are like one step away from the beach, Sopot is small but such a beautiful city! The service was so nice over there, people are open and really helpful, the receptionist .. you can fall in love with her! I hope I gonna have another opportunity to visit this adorable city and Villa Ozone! :)

Decent hotel, conveniently located close to the train station and in a short walking distance from Sopot's pier. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, but I got only two small towels and these was no special one for getting out of the shower. Breakfast is tasty, with many vegetarian options, including fresh salads, vegetables and diary products. Howvever, it is served starting from 7:30 a.m., while for some (in particular business) guests it wolud be appreciated to have it available from at least 7:00 a.m.

We stayed at a very cold weather in December. Rooms were very clean and hot enough. It is in the city center, you can go everywhere by walking. Staff were kind and caring. Breakfast was very delicious. If I come to Sopot one day again, I will stay in this hotel again. Especially thanks to Martina for preparing the delicious breakfast and beautiful smiling face all the time 🙂

Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything and very clean and staff very professional, would recommend to any foreigners as myself to have a good time for business or pleasure.
Vick P — Google review
This hotel is not worth the money you pay for. We were really disappointed. Here's why: - No AC + overall bad ventilation. - No toothbrush, hair conditioner, soaps or vanities like most hotels offer their guests for shorter stays. - Unsafe area around the hotel. I would not have walked there alone at nights. - The breakfast buffet does not look like the pictures online. - Uselessness of the television set in the room: no casting services + no international channels; therefore, international guests have no use of the TV at all. - No cap bottle opener for the bottles of waters they provide. Which means, the cleaning staff reuses the bottles of water which no guest can open. - Our intial booked room had broken curtains, and was too noisy (you could hear the traffic outside), the room smelled bad, no shower curtains so water came out on the floor and my mother almost slipped because of that. Luckily we could change the room and it seemed like hotel staff were aware of the issues. I blame this on Booking.com though, because they presented the rooms and hotels differently. - Instead of AC, there's fans but they don't rotate. Which means they cannot ventilate when two people sleep on seperate beds. - The lady at the reception told us that a taxi to the airport would cost us approximately 50 zlotys. She booked the taxi. But we were charged 100 zlotys. If I had booked with Uber or Bolt, it would have costed between 50-70 zlotys. We trusted her and felt tremendously duped. I'm really disappointed. On the +side: Location : near the train station of central Sopot. The lady at the reception changed our room because of all the issues in it, however this could not amend what she did on our departure day by booking a taxi and ripping us off.
Mary C — Google review
Not recommended! Service is terrible, cleaning could be the worst I’ve seen, breakfast not good at all, beds are hard and the rooms facing the street are noisy even with the windows closed, ventilation is bad so it is necessary to keep the windows open to get any fresh air (but then also more noise). Location is however, not so bad with only a few minutes walk to Monte Cassino.

Because of business, I am since many years a regular guest of the hotel. I reserved one week ago and today I got a room at the 3th (highest) floor under the roof. At 18:00 the temperature was about 40°, impossible to stay. The manager agreed to pay back for this room but did not propose to find a solution. During 1991 I am travelling in Poland but never I had such a bad experience.

Great hotel! Room has a really good atmosphere, and amenities. Different teas and coffees made me feel really welcomed. Staff is very helpful. View is stunning- at the main square, and if you close the window you don’t even hear the street, so it is not noisy as it seems. They also have a small sauna :) I hope to come back some times!

+ fantastic breakfast! Great location- right near resturants, shops, train station and sopot molo. Rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff. - the hotel should advise all guests that the rooms with the view of the road look down on 2 clubs and on a saturday night you won't be able to sleep as all you hear is music thumping, very loud screams and drunk people. It was horrible i didnt sleep all of saturday night. In room 201 you can hear when someone above turns the water on its actually real loud. Also in room 201 theres no shower just a bathtub and the bathtub is old and gross and its real uncomfortable to shower.

Hotel
Hotel Eden w Sopocie is a charming hotel housed in a historic building dating back to 1908. The rooms are adorned with antiques and offer modern amenities such as private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. Situated just 400 meters from the Pier and Crooked House, it provides easy access to popular attractions. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a 24-hour reception and an on-site restaurant, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Sopot.
Pros. Great location. Definitely above the 2stars it's actually rated Big rooms. Our room (8) with marvellous view, we can say that from our balcony we have seen the 'sopot molo', beautiful park and the sea (obviously not from every room in the hotel) Very quiet Very high celling- the room had fresh air and did not overheat (it was spring - cannot promise about the summer, but it is so close to the sea side, that you should be able to cool the room with the sea breeze (it is alwayscold in Poland)). Clean. Even though the furniture is true retro style, you can see it is well maintained, deep cleaned regularly. Cleanness 10/10. Stylish, retro furniture. The same style in the lobby. Included: Shower gel, soaps, small electric kettle, ceramic cups, spare towels and blankets. Receptionist was available 24h and very friendly. Cons: No air-conditioning (but its 2* hotel and cheap for the location)- I'm moaning for the sake of moaning. No fridge in the room (once you understand the Polish culture, you'll in fact appreciate it- no alko parties in the rooms- quiet nights) The toilet was so close to the sink, that I could drink water from the tap while seating- don't understand reasons for putting them so close to each other in such a spacious bathroom. Bed was a king size (or larger) , but with 2 mattresses- small gap in the middle- could be an issue for young couples :) Overall an amazing stay. Great location- close to the sea and the main tourist attractions. Reasonably priced (for the location). Very impressive for the 2 stars rated hotel. All pictures taken with the real life 'mess', when leaving- when you arrive all is clean and tidy :)
Beavislodz — Google review
It's a vintage property in a beautiful, quiet location in front of a park and 1 min walk from the beach. Make sure to check the pictures - if you want flashy, modern hotel - look elsewhere. If you want quirky and charming - that's your place :) We got two double rooms that were connected forming kind of an apartment with one bathroom to share. The beds were comfy, there was a fridge, TV, kettle and a balcony. The bathroom was clean and spacious and had basic toiletries provided. The place was clean and pleasant. Of course it's not a modern hotel but we were prepared for that so old furniture and features were expected. Nothing was broken though and the décor was full of character. We loved it. Check-in and checkout were fast and easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value for money too. On a more negative side. The quirky and charming properties of the hotel are on the verge of neglect in a few places. It could definitely use a bit more love. We personally didn't mind it that much but it was noticeable. Hopefully a good summer season this year will help improve the situation. And final note - please don't store spare mattresses / folding beds in front of the rooms! That's not a nice thing to see and it was like that for the whole stay.

(Translated by Google) There are some minor flaws in the rooms, but you don't live there permanently to worry about whether everything is perfect, the rooms fully fulfill their function and the price is affordable, the beds are comfortable, it was warm both during the day and at night, and in March the nights can be cold at the beginning, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good (buffet), the parking is free, close to the beach, the downside is the lack of a kettle in the room (it's in the corridor). I can recommend this facility with a clear conscience. A photo from the beach at entrance no. 5, which is probably the closest one to the hotel. There is also an indoor swimming pool next to the hotel. Been there in off season. Good price, excellent location, quite place and very nice property. You can organise for key delivery at check-in and you can simply leave when you want to checkout. The medium apartment (50 m2) was very comfortable for two people. 4 people would easily fit with use of living room. Very nice to have TVs with lots of high quality subscriptions: Canal+, HBO, movie Eleven Sports etc. Also internet was excellent. Well equipped kitchen. The place seems quite new and modern but there are some shortcomings or flaws in the equipment which do not affect functionality.

Sadly we where very disappointed with our stay. Part of apartment on attic was completely cold, radiators in attic not working, bathroom radiators in all bathrooms cold as well, try to set up temperatures higher on them, finished with radiators starting to burn and apartment in smoke. Temperature and some of issues reported to reception without any attempt of fixing anything. Fire issues with radiator happend after 8pm when receptions was already closed, no emergency number to get in touch with sombody responsible for apartments, to have heating through night. Flat not cleaned, dirty surfaces, dirty fridge, ice bags left in freezer after previous gests, plates not washed properly. Bedding not washed properly, bedding throws with stains not washed after previous guests. Dirty curtains, broken door handles, broken night lamp plug, broken hairdryer, health and safty hazard. Chairs in living room wobble with damaged legs risky to sit on. Floor with dust fluff and bathroom surfaces with stain, not moped. Even Christmas decoration where dirty. I dont know if we where not lucky or what happend as we choose it coz of good reviews. Pitty but despite reporting it on arrival and giving chance for managment to rectifying issues it didn't happend. We wanted to spend quality time with our 8 people family as part of us live abroad. Sadly we where not offer anything from reception side when we reported and show photos again, next day after reception opening. Surely we will not get back there again. Not just becouse there was so many issues but becouse nobody didn't care and didn't offer any way to compansate such situation.

As a business booking - I highly do NOT recommend booking anything without setting rules from your side. I booked (please have in mind it was half-year ago, so maybe by any chance things got more professional) half of the appartments over half-year in advance. First, company weirdly lost my email and did not notified me about change of the name and all the email addresses of the company. Later I had to ask few times for the final quote, when it arrived it was over 2 times as high as it should be. Later I asked several times for an invoice, when I stopped asking and just said I will pay it when I will be back from my honeymoon (10 days...) ... I faced emotional blackmail. Still without an invoice. Hope things changed, but keep in mind that Lapwing location or the interior is not so special anymore.

From what I saw, the boy from the reception turned it on. There was something disco or maybe something calm...) - poorly washed carpet in the room - no information ABOUT ANOTHER RECEPTION AND BREAKFAST LOCATION (2 minutes from BR)! Big minus! This was not a problem for us, but unfortunately it is unacceptable for such information to be withheld when booking... - construction outside the window - it would be nice if the gentlemen started work at least at 9 a.m. ;) someone may want to sleep. Apart from that, I think I would have no problem returning to the same place :) (Original) Ogólnie polecamy, ale Plusy: + Cicho w hotelu + Ciepło + Wszystko sprawne + Obsługa miła + Sprawny meldunek + Wspaniała lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o plażę + Cicha okolica Minusy: - nie za świeże śniadanie - za głośna muzyka podczas śniadania (i jej rodzaj również pozostawia wiele do życzenia... Z tego co widziałam, włączał ją chłopak z recepcji. Leciało coś dyskotekowego a mogłoby coś spokojnego...) (Translated by Google) The best apartments and rooms in Sopot. And I'm not writing this on purpose. I've had the opportunity to sleep in Sopot twice and once in Gdansk. Agnieszka is a wonderful "hostess" all places are beautifully decorated, on site coffee and tea, towels, hair dryer. And most importantly white and clean bedding, I love it and I will come back. (Original) Najlepsze apartamenty i pokoje w Sopocie. I wcale nie piszę tego specjalnie. Już dwa razy miałam okazję spać w Sopocie i raz w Gdańsku. Agnieszka to wspaniała "gospodyni" wszystkie miejsca są pięknie urządzone, na miejscu kawa i herbata, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów. I najważniejsze biała i czysta pościel, kocham to i będę wracać.

The space is well-designed with attention to detail, providing a comfortable and stylish environment for guests.
