Nestled in Rishikesh, Om Freedom Cafe is a vibrant and welcoming spot with a cheerful entrance adorned in lively colors. The interior exudes a laid-back Goan cafe vibe, featuring wooden furnishings, tropical ambiance, and hanging plants that create an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. Visitors are encouraged to linger as long as they desire, whether it's for reading, napping, socializing with other guests, or engaging in creative activities without interruption.
Everything about this place was just perfect. It is on the banks of Ganga. So many variety of foods. They have veg and vegan options. Price is good for the amount of food they give. Amazing ambience and seating areas.
Siddharth D — Google review
Loved the cool breeze and the unique vibe of the place — seating is divided across two / three floors with floor mattresses on upper floor, giving it a cozy, laid-back feel. The view is refreshing and adds to the chill atmosphere. We ordered the Special Freedom Pizza, Coffee Latte, Falafel Platter, and a Choco-Berry Dessert. While the food was average in taste, the pricing is economical, making it a budget-friendly hangout spot.
Neha A — Google review
My love for this place is eternal. They offer a wide variety of options to choose from. Food is good, the views are killer. Freedom cafe is clearly a must to do when in Rishikesh. Trust me you cannot miss this. There are different seating arrangements available, and the service staff is really courteous.
Shagun T — Google review
It a nice cafe with good food but slightly overrated. There is a queue to get the seat in season time and 25-30 mins waiting time for your food once you order it so keep the time in mind before going We ordered a paneer shintzel and quesadilla and also a pasta and which were decent not very great. The drinks were good. Try lemon nara for sure very fresh and refreshing
Raunak C — Google review
✨ The place has such a good vibe! The food was great too — we tried Arrabbiata Pasta, Falafel, Cold Coffee, Fresh Lime Soda, Mushroom Omelette, All-Veg Burger, and Mashed Potatoes with Fried Mushroom & Onion, Hot Chocolate! Everything except the mashed potatoes was really good! We even played a few rounds of UNO and had a lovely time. Definitely recommend this place! 💯
Kirti K — Google review
Apart from the good Ganga view, everything else about this café was disappointing. The food quality was terrible — the potato wedges were clearly fried in old, dirty oil and looked stale. Every dish we ordered tasted bad and seemed hastily prepared. The service was equally poor; the staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no sense of hospitality. If you’re going there just to enjoy a cup of coffee with a nice view, that’s fine. But if you’re expecting a good meal or pleasant service, I’d strongly recommend skipping this place. Definitely not worth the visit.
Sameer V — Google review
The Om Freedom Café has worked hard to create a reliable brand. It's justly famous. Its riverside location, of course, does half the job. Its designers and the kitchen have done the rest. The seating in 6 different spaces at different levels, has 180°magical river, mountain and Laxman Jhula views. Two of the levels literally hang over the river. The menu is truly vast and has backpacker favourites like porridge and pancakes, Italian, Chinese, Israeli, Continental and Indian cuisine. Not to forget the bakery counter. The mandatory banoffee pie is there as well as Hello to the Queen. While partaking of Banofee Pie with Icecream, I was kept entertained, not just by the riverside scenes of boats and raftings, but also a pesky bunch of langurs, stealing food from diners! It was hilarious.
Saurabh — Google review
Freedom Cafe, Rishikesh A Must-Visit for Romantic Views Freedom Cafe in Rishikesh is a truly captivating spot, perfect for a romantic evening by the Ganga river. The location is incredibly atmospheric, situated right by the riverside, it offers a magical and romantic night view that’s simply breathtaking. The overall atmosphere is very "cool" and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. The culinary experience matches the stunning setting. The food is absolutely "yummy," and the great service ensures a pleasant dining experience. You’ll feel well looked after by the attentive staff. However, be prepared for its popularity. This cafe is in high demand, meaning booking a table is necessary and you should expect a significant wait, often around an hour or more, especially during peak hours. But trust me, once you secure your spot and soak in the beautiful surroundings with delicious food, the wait will feel entirely worth it. Freedom Cafe is highly recommended for its perfect blend of great food, excellent service, and unforgettable romantic views.

Chotiwala is a renowned family-owned restaurant that has been serving regional Indian cuisine since 1958. Located near the end of Ram Jhula, this popular outlet in Rishikesh offers a diverse menu featuring Garhwali delicacies such as Kafuli, Aloo Ke Gutke, and Mandua. Visitors can also enjoy traditional sweet dishes like Singodi for dessert.
Food was good but considering the price point its a bit expensive and the quantity served could have been a little is what i feel.. but taste wise it was fine, tried the Paneer Pulao, Methi Malai paneer, Mushroom Masala, Rajma Chawal etc and each items were equally fine. Can be a worthwhile visit while in Hrishikesh. Recommended from my side..
Shuvottam S — Google review
Unnecessarily expensive. Taste of food, quality and quantity are not upto the mark. I visited there because of a well known name but it’s like uchi dukan feeke pakwaan. They are not worth the money. I ordered masala dosa and wanted to order more but thank God I didn’t.
Sheetal T — Google review
"Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The prices are exorbitant, and the food quality is severely disappointing. The tandoori roti was inedible, resembling plastic more than freshly baked bread. It seemed like they were serving old, reheated food. Not recommended."
Mukesh K — Google review
Near parmarth Niketan this restaurant is very very famous here. Over hyped maybe. Daal price was like 300 something and the quantity was for 2 only with 3 nan per person. You can give it a shot.
Mystic M — Google review
First of all, as usual, we got confused about which one is the real Chhoti Walla Restaurant and which is the original. We ordered the Thali and Lassi. The Lassi was really delicious, but the Thali did not meet our expectations. The taste was quite average, typical of Chhoti Walla, and the Thali was not very flavorful. Additionally, it was quite expensive for what it offered. Overall, the experience was mediocre. But good thing is the Choti wala Uncle. It will make you happy and of the food.
Girish M — Google review
Delicious Food at a Convenient Spot – Chotiwala Restaurant, Rishikesh There are two restaurants apparently by two brothers, we went to the one at the right. Service was very prompt and courteous. The food also arrived pretty quickly, it was tasty too. Prices also are reasonable. Overall a good find for a meal Chotiwala Restaurant near Ram Jhula is a great place to enjoy flavorful North Indian cuisine. The location is very convenient for travelers and pilgrims alike, just a short walk from the iconic Ram Jhula. The atmosphere is decent and comfortable for a casual dining experience. The place is located near Ram Jhula in Rishikesh. I went there for lunch and ordered a thali. The food was good—tasty and well-prepared—but a bit on the expensive side. They charge around ₹400 per thali, which is slightly high compared to other local options

Chotiwala restaurant is very famous in Hrishikesh near Swargadham . The live man posing outside is unique to these Chotiwala hotels . Looks very deceptive from outside but once you enter you will be delighted to find beautiful inside Awesome chairs with AC rooms lovely and mouth watering dishes makes it a hot cake hotel Must visit this economical hotel
Dr.Madhusoodan J — Google review
The food is delicious, and the highlight of the visit is getting a picture with Chotiwala himself! You can choose between the AC hall and Non-AC seating—both are available at the same price. The service is impressively quick, and both the food and ambiance are clean and hygienic.

Little Buddha Cafe in Rishikesh offers a beach shack vibe with a stunning view of the Ganges and hills. The menu features a variety of global cuisines such as Indian, Italian, Israeli, Mexican, and Tibetan. Vegan options are available upon request, including the popular mango lassi with coconut milk. The cafe is known for its delicious breakfast options like sweet and savory pancakes, including the scrambled tofu pancake.
I had a wonderful experience at Little Buddha Cafe! I ordered the Little Buddha Breakfast along with a lemon mint tea, and both were absolutely delightful. The breakfast was well-balanced, filling, and beautifully presented. The lemon mint tea was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. The cafe has a peaceful, laid-back vibe with a stunning view overlooking the Ganga river—perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Service was prompt, and everyone was genuinely friendly. If you're in Rishikesh and looking for a place with good food, great service, and a scenic riverfront view, Little Buddha Cafe is a must-visit!

e had a lovely time! The vegetable momos and rice noodles were absolutely delicious—flavorful and satisfying. We also tried the kombucha and a smoothie, which were okay but could be improved. The paneer chilly and the fruit pancake rounded off the meal nicely. Overall, a cozy and enjoyable experience with good food and great vibes.

We had the grill tofu salad, little Buddha special and Mexican breakfast. The food was so good and freshly served!! We enjoyed the view to the Ganga River and the atmosphere. The stuff was so nice to us
Michal R — Google review
The cafe is situated at a very scenic point from where the view of Ganga is beautiful. However, our experience of the cafe with regards to food and service was not great. We ordered their Falafel all, tomato soup, momos and brownie with ice cream. Brownie and soup were good but the other 2 were disappointing. The service as well wasn’t great as we had to repeatedly ask for our orders including water bottles.
Pawan K — Google review
Best view, best food staff was very brilliant. 🤩 fresh juices. We enjoyed all the items we ordered. Must try this cafe❤️
Kunal G — Google review
For expereince you can visit this place but its just one time visit, you wont get good parking space and the entry is congested. I feel it was more hyped on the internet than it acutally deserves. The food was average, only thing that stands out is the view from this cafe. Bring your own plates if you are coming with few of your freinds as they will not bring the plate to serve until you ask them, they just bring the food and no plates to serve among the people you are with.
Anubhav S — Google review
Nice view, seatings with cushions where you can relax and eat but in summers they need to install more fans to make areas comfortable. Food is better than average and service is fine. It's a busy place bcz of the ambience. Overall good.

Pumpkin soup was good, more thin than thick. Will need another dish with the pumpkin soup. I got sautéed vegetables and that was enough. They had a soy latte :) Pizza had a unique dark crust.

We had a wonderful time at Sitting Elephant! The food was absolutely delicious — from the rich, flavorful Malai Kofta to the comforting soup, and the surprise dessert on the house, everything was perfect. A special mention to Sudhanshu for his outstanding service — warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. The ambience is cozy, with a beautifully done setup that creates a very relaxing vibe. The live music added the perfect touch to the evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, soulful music, and heartfelt hospitality. Will definitely be visiting again!

Dining at The Sitting Elephant, the rooftop restaurant of Ell Bee Ganga View, was an experience to cherish. Overlooking the serene Ganga, the ambience is both tranquil and inspiring. One of the best Chinese cuisine available in city which is comparable to all major cities in country. Even starters like dahi ke Sholay was good. Quantity is really good. Dining space is plenty with a small garden like area with a swing where kids can enjoy.

You're really paying for the view! In words of a wise person: if you're there for views, get a drink and sip the beauty. Otherwise if you're for food, get food some place else. A bill of whopping 1700 for Paneer + Naan + Pakoda. All mediocre at best. Their drinks however (we tried the Blackcurrant shake) are good.

The restaurant prides itself on using fresh ingredients to create delectable dishes, ranging from breakfast to dinner. With an eclectic menu that includes items like pizzas and honey chilli potatoes, every meal is prepared with meticulous attention to detail.
We LOVE Jal and Jalebi! Vikas and the team were so tentative and accommodating! Such friendly and helpful service, food was authentic and atmosphere was beautiful. The Indian flute music paired with the stunning mountains and serene Ganga set the most memorable and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you Vikas, we will definitely be back when visiting Rishikesh in the future 🙏. TRY THE SIGNATURE JALEBI DESSERT.

Great location and service. Staff is attentive. But sadly food is a downer . We ordered iced tea which was basically served so so diluted that it was only tinted water no taste. They made it again and it was good now. Pesto pizza had literally few small blobs of pesto as a topping . And hummus platter looked pretty but did not kick the taste buds at all. maybe Indian food is better but we didn't try that.
Khyati S — Google review
Rating this place a Solid 4 Star as i had a lovely experience. We tried their Pahadi Thali, which gave a nice taste of traditional mountain flavors. Simple, hearty, and satisfying. The food overall was fresh and well-prepared. The highlight for me was definitely their signature dessert, Jal Jalebi. The jalebis were perfectly crisp and golden, served with a rich, creamy rabdi (an indulgent and delightful finish to the meal). The view of the Ganga from the restaurant is stunning, making the dining experience feel peaceful and special. The ambiance is relaxed, and it’s a great spot to unwind after exploring the area.
Shilpa J — Google review
We loved the ambience and also the food. We tried some local dishes here like Kafuli (spinach with garlic) and Gahat Daal ( a typical lentil grown in Garhwal region) and the taste is unique. But one must try the dessert rabri with jalebi, it's awesome.
Suchandrima S — Google review
We were as much tired as hungry and landed up here simply because of the Google ratings. Vibe was good, dining space was large and well laid out. Even though most of the people were opting for buffet we wanted our own food, hence! Everything we ordered was good, be it North Indian or mediterranean.

Jal & Jalebi is a multi-cuisine restaurant, serving authentic delicious food from cultures including Mughlai, Continental, Chinese, South Indian, and of course regional. Services are good. I love staying at Ganga Kinare. There's no other place I'd stay in Rishikesh. The staff are so kind, can't do enough for you, the food is truly exquisite, especially the breakfast! The cafe features sketches of iconic celebrities like Lata Mangeshkar, making it a great spot for photos. Visitors have praised the delicious food, including items like lemon iced tea, milk coffee, salted fries, and Bombay aloo masala sandwich.
Great experience. Only thing is the waiting time. However considering it's a cafe, wait is not that much issue as people come to hangout

Might deserve 2 but giving 1 to balance the overall rating of the cafe. Since I went there after seeing the ratings only. Tried Burgers, Shakes and chilly potato and all of those were pretty meh. I asked them to reheat the burger but even then, it wasn't warm enough for cheese slice to melt. Not recommended.

Quantity and quality of food is not upto bar, price is like the cafe is 5 star and the quantity is very little, for example i ordered Manchurian for 160 rs. And i got just 7 Manchurian, which cost almost 23 rs. Per Manchurian, i tried normal restaurant or even 3 star hotel, who gives better quantity.. Very disappointed n will never visit this cafe again...
Divyesh K — Google review
The food was good. Beverages were average. About the place- the open area is still better, the inside room was smelly. No print menu is a good initiative to save paper. But the menu available as PDF is not at all well curated. They should atleast have a properly designed menu for digital use. There are way more pictures and stories than the food. The staff does not know the price or what is available in the kitchen. It's ok for young people. 60s cafe cannot handle people above 50s. I am a bit disappointed but the food was still good.

Breakfast restaurant
Bistro Nirvana is a charming and laid-back cafe nestled amidst lush greenery in Rishikesh. The rustic ambiance, featuring furniture crafted from bamboo, mud, and clay, creates a unique setting for visitors to enjoy vegetarian Indian snacks and beverages.
The success of a restaurant is merely not on the taste of the food alone, but also the warmth from the crew members and the wonderful ambience. Bistro Nirvana excels with exceptional service from the crew members, lipsmacking food and the lovely ambience would be the cherry on the cake. I visited their place a number of times during winter last year, and I must say that the dining experience was something to cherish and remember. I tried their Briyani, most of soups, the ginger garlic veg gravy and their fried rice. All were super good. Highly recommended for those looking for great food and a place to just chill-out. Hope to return someday soon.

We went for dinner here on a Friday and luckily found a place to sit without waiting. Food was really nice and we enjoyed all the dishes especially the Shahi Paneer and their special Biryani. Those who don't like spiciness please avoid their mushroom dish in main course. Service was a bit delayed but it's justified as the place was full. And they have indoor as well as outdoor seating. Enjoy your trip in Rishikesh! Hakuna Matata! 🌞🕉️🌻

Nestled in the heart of Rishikesh, A Tavola Con Te offers a taste of Italy with its delectable home-style Italian dishes and laid-back ambiance. This charming eatery is renowned for its thin-crust pizzas and homemade pasta, prepared using locally sourced ingredients to ensure the freshest flavors. Originally founded by an Italian couple and now managed by a local Indian family, this restaurant in Upper Tapovan is celebrated for serving authentic Italian cuisine at affordable prices.
Tucked away in a small street, this cozy gem is a must-visit. The place is beautifully surrounded by planters and features bamboo interiors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adding to the charm are a few friendly pet cats that roam around and play, making the experience even more delightful. The food was absolutely top-notch-everything we ordered was spot on in taste and presentation. Their refreshing juices are a highlight (I tried the watermelon, and it was incredibly fresh). With its great vibe, welcoming setting, and delicious offerings, this place is perfect for a laid-back meal or a chill hangout. Definitely worth checking out!

People think that they can put a woodfired oven and then start a pizza restaurant anywhere in India. But it doesn’t work like that because pizza making is an art and this Restaurant know nothing about making a pizza. Their pizza base is too soft. They put excess mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Also, the chilli olive oil has some rusty kind of smell and. Overall the Pizza doesn’t worth the money. Because they are charging ₹500 for a pizza that is not even 10 inches size. I have been to some very nice pizza places and they charge the same money for 12 inches size delicious pizzas. So, they are following all the standards except making a good pizza. I came here after reading with some reviews, but now I can say that some of them may be fake. 👉 things they can improve - Quality of Pizza very first thing - Good quality Chilli flake and oregano (because they are charging ₹500 and the quality of oregano and chilli flake is very cheap) - A good quality virgin olive oil with different flavours. Until then this is just a money making machine for the owner of this restaurant.

Great Italian food. Pizza was very good. Tiramisu and penna cota was delicious too.

Food was really authentic and too good. I have tried Fungi pizza and Tiramisu. The pizza was fine however the tiramisu was so good and is a must try. It is bit expensive around 300/- but worth a try.

Food: The wood-fired pizza is a standout, with a rich, smoky flavor and a wide variety of topping options to suit any preference. Their menu also features a great selection of pasta and lasagna, each dish prepared with authentic flavors that make it worth every bite. Desserts: Be sure to save room for dessert, especially the panna cotta—creamy, delicate, and a perfect way to end the meal. Ambiance: The seating is comfortable, and the space is open and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere ideal for both small and large groups. Service: The staff is courteous and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Location and Pricing: While the restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, locals are helpful with directions, and finding it is worth the effort. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and authenticity of the food make it worthwhile.

I tried their Burrata pizza 🍕🍕 and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, and the crust had that perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness. Easily the most authentic Italian pizza in Rishikesh. The service was excellent too—friendly, attentive, and quick. Highly recommend! 🌼🌸

It seems the place has a lot of fake reviews, the food is not up to the mark. The place is not well lit and well ventilated, very shabby and it gets very hot, humid and suffocating.
Harshit G — Google review
The location is bit secluded as it is located off the main road. While even Google Maps was unable to tell the exact location. It is very simple place with an average ambience but with an epic food quality. The service is average because the waiter forgot our order and brought something else and it was difficult to convince him that we didn't order that dish. Pasta was fresh and made on order but the Pizza was AMAZING. Incredibly Delicious Pizzas I think the Best in Rishikesh. They have Gluten free and vegan options as well. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this place if you really wanna have the best authentic Italian Pizzas.

A hidden gem in Rishikesh! They serve proper espresso early in the morning — a rare find in this town. The coffee is bold and smooth, just the way it should be. Bonus: the view is beautiful and adds a calm charm to the whole experience. Will definitely be coming back.

Good and prompt service but the order takes time to prepare for fresh items. Have a good view of the Ganges river I tried their coffee, pies and chocolate dishes Also had the Banana chocolate pancake Recommended place in Rishikesh. All were equally good.

This place has my heart! I landed up here accidentally while I was roaming around waiting for my hostel to check me in. I guess the only reason I ended up here was because it opens earlier than most cafes in the street. I visited every single day of my stay afterwards :) The view from the balcony is just mesmerising. The staff is very friendly, they wouldn’t bother you even if you’re seated for hours (unlike many other places in the vicinity, understandably so they care about table rotation). The place has a free WiFi, and power plugs :) So work away for as long as you want. The food and beverage options are decent, and the pricing is alright. The menu is vegan friendly.

The ambience was perfect. Sitting there in the balcony near the Ganga and watching sunset it was a great experience. Here some guy play flutes, idk if he was visiting or works there but he plays so well. On the other hand i tried Ice lemon tea ,not that great.

I appreciate the freshness of the Cinnamon Rolls at this place, as they are baked on-site. And some other bakery items too. However, the overall experience falls short of its potential. Despite the fantastic location with a Ganga River side view, the cafe seems to lack the effort or expertise to create a more appealing atmosphere. If you're in Rishikesh or Laxman Jhula and have a craving for Cinnamon Rolls, it's worth a try, but don't expect much beyond that.

The pizza restaurant VJ's by The Ganges offers delicious food that is sure to please. With friendly staff and a pleasant environment, this restaurant is a great place to enjoy your meal with good company.
On busy days, the service can get a bit slow as on Day 1 we ordered their authentic gharwali thali and it took them 45 mins to serve but 0 complaints because the wait was so worth it!!!! We literally inhaled everything it was that good! The plate can serve 2 people easily on days you are really hungry! The staff was very kind and gracious, we had to wait a little but we got the table right by the view on request. On Day 2, we ordered their famous stone oven pizza and it was worth the hype. Acc to prize point and the ambience and food quality, it is definitely money worth spent

On the busy streets, this is a very good place for wood fired pizza. They have a parking area, ambience is good, outdoors and indoors. Service is fast if its not weekend. They have limited seating if its huge crowd. We tried beetroot soup which was authentic and hot & sour soup which was regular. We tried paneer pizza and fungi mushroom pizza, the base is not thick and hard. Its soft, very tasty. Palak paneer and roti were good. We tried bruseette which tasted different with soya sauce. Lasgene was very tasty. Blue lagoon had too much ice. Their speciality kombucha was very good and is must try. They also include the special request if any. The restaurant is costly for their special dishes. But is one time a good try. Like the review if it was helpful and let me know for any questions.

VJ’s Giardino offers a breathtaking view of the Ganges and Ram Jhula, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The ambiance is peaceful in the afternoon, while evenings, especially on weekends, can be busy—yet the service remains excellent. The pizza, lasagna, egg pad thai, nasi goreng, and chocolate milkshake were all absolutely delicious! Also they make regular dishes like tawa roti, side dishes etc. The staff is incredibly polite and courteous, adding to the warm and welcoming experience. Plus, its prime location on the main road makes it easily accessible. A must-visit for great food with a stunning view!

Very good experience. The scenary, the food and the service was very good. Minestrone soup as starter could be served also in Roma or Milano. The pizza is in the diameter of your car 🛞 and tastier than other Rishikesh places. The gangas view and sound is present in each bite. The only thing that should be immediately improved is the rest room...its a little more expensive than near restaurants, but its worth it. David

Food is super tasty (10/10) and especially the dosas are a must-try! However, the seating is a bit congested, staff could be friendlier, and hygiene can be improved. Still, the taste makes it worth visiting near Triveni Ghat.

Loved the food. Wasn't expecting this exceptional south indian food in North India with perfect south indian flavour. Felt Home. I had Masala Dosa, Idli and onion uttapam. Sambar is super top class. I will highly recommend this restaurant to try. And one request for a restaurant is to add Filter Coffee to their menu which will make it complete south indian cuisine.

Pappu Lassi stands out by adding chunks of dry fruits to their lassi, creating a delicious and healthy beverage that's only available during the winter season.
Enjoyed their normal lassi. Authentic lassi with slight sweetness and slight sourish. Namkeen lassi has cumin and slight salty taste. A little too sweet for my preference.

Zostel Rishikesh (Tapovan) is a laid-back hostel with a cafe and communal lounge, offering Wi-Fi, breakfast, and stunning mountain views. Situated in a town popular among pilgrims, yoga enthusiasts, and backpackers, it provides a colorful experience of Rishikesh. The hostel boasts a spectacular view of the Himalayas and the Ganga River while being located between the famous Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula.
I had a wonderful stay at Zostel Rishikesh! 🌿 The property has a very lively yet relaxing vibe, perfect for solo travelers as well as groups. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the hostel staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The location is great—close to the main spots but still peaceful enough to enjoy the calm of Rishikesh. I especially loved the common hangout spaces where it was easy to meet fellow travelers from around the world. The atmosphere was fun, safe, and homely. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I’d definitely choose Zostel Rishikesh again for my next visit. Highly recommended! 🌟

(10/25) The Staff was really welcoming, friendly and helpful - five stars for them! We didn't stay at Zostel, but we came to see a double room. The room was good and cleanliness was okay by international terms. However the bathrooms are old and somewhat run down - for ₹3500 a night this is simply poor value. Other Zostels we stayed at were more realistically priced for what they had. We found another reasonably priced room elsewhere.

I loved the stay at Zostel Tapovan. It was so clean and one of the best things about the place is their rooftop cafe. The food is amazing. A special mention the people working in Zostel. They are the sweetest, very fun loving and give the right guidance for exploring Rishikesh. They offer services for adventure sports and for renting bikes. I would definitely visit again. Cheers to the new friends that I made here.❤️

A Memorable Stay at Zostel My recent stay at Zostel was nothing short of wonderful, and I'd like to highlight a few key aspects that made it so enjoyable. First and foremost, the staff's hospitality was exceptional. Mr. Rahul at the reception deserves a special mention. From the moment I checked in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed about the property and the surrounding area. His warm demeanor and helpful nature truly set a positive tone for my entire visit. The food at the Zostel cafe was another major highlight. I was consistently impressed by the quality and flavor of every dish I tried. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything was prepared with care. Whether it was for a quick snack or a full meal, the cafe provided a delicious and satisfying experience. Finally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. It's clear that the Zostel team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. My room was spotless, and the common areas were also kept neat and tidy. This attention to detail made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.
Abhilash G — Google review
We stayed 3 nights at Zostel Tapovan. We'd booked a deluxe twin room and when we arrived had to ask specifically for the beds to be separated and made up. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, especially the bathroom. There is hardly any water pressure, so we had to have a bucket shower. Most of the electrical outlets do not work including the hair dryer in the bathroom. The remote controls all need new batteries. Despite staying 3 nights, they never replenished drinking water and we had to ask for more toilet paper. However, the most irritating part was the noise. We were on the 4th floor and every night there was loud live music, pushing of chairs on the floor, constant banging, we couldn't sleep. We were told the rooftop bar/restaurant was only open until 11, but the noise went well into the morning hours every night. On our final night our neighbours were listening to loud music, singing, slamming doors and there was no concern or action from the hostel staff. It's not cheap and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I feel like they are trying to portray a high end hotel, but behaving like a backpackers. You can find much better value for money elsewhere.

The hostel offers simple dorms and private rooms with en suite bathrooms, along with a low-key cafe and rooftop yoga classes. Guests can enjoy well-lit, spacious rooms and lounges, as well as a rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the Ganges.
I had a wonderful stay at Live Free Hostel! The atmosphere is super chill and perfect for both solo travelers and groups. A big thanks to Anol and Divyangshu they were incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The common area is peaceful and a great place to relax, work, or meet fellow travelers. The overall vibe of the hostel is very smooth and well-managed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Located in Tapovan on Laxman Jhula Road, the hostel has a great location with easy access to major attractions, cafes, and adventure points. The café at the hostel is fantastic—great food, nice ambiance, and perfect for chilling out. The staff are all well-behaved, warm, and always willing to help. Another big plus is that they offer trekking gear on rent at very minimal charges, which is super convenient for anyone heading to nearby trails. Just note that a refundable deposit is required for rentals. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly, and traveler-friendly hostel in Rishikesh

It's my first time staying at a hostel. It was a good experience with the stay. I'll definitely come back again and stay at this place when I'm doing a trek because you get to meet strangers and go around with them. Only problem is there is no lift so if you have heavy bags then you have to climb up with those bags and it's a little steep staircase.
Anand R — Google review
Stayed here for 1 night, would not recommend. For 1,800 rupees: - Hot water didn't work - Mould all over the walls - Dirty stained bedsheets and pillows -A/C was dripping water all over the floor. Had to change rooms at midnight. - WiFi didn't work at all during the 24 hours I was there (which they blamed on the weather) - Room door did not close properly and did not lock. - Located right next to an extremely loud construction site. Also not near any places of interest. I wanted to give them a better rating because the staff were friendly. But the property is in such poor condition and needs some deep cleaning and maintenance.
Chetan C — Google review
Mainly patronised by trekkers and backpackers, it provides just the type of facilities required by them. Another plus point is the central location and easy availability of shared rickshaws nearby. We stayed in a 'deluxe room'. It was comfortable. Admirably serves the needs of its targeted clientele.

I stayed in the 6-bed dorm and had a great experience. The dorm was quite spacious with a large, clean washroom. The entire place is very clean and hygienic. The host is super friendly and welcoming. It’s also a great spot for remote work, with a nice café that’s perfect for working. The food at the hostel is delicious and definitely worth trying!
Adil S — Google review
Live Free Hostel in Rishikesh is good, but honestly not as good as GoStops Rishikesh. The property is well painted, clean, and maintained nicely. It’s not crowded at all, and the service is polite and decent. If you’re looking for a **quiet and solo-friendly stay**, then this place works fine. It’s peaceful, and since only a few people usually stay here, you’ll get your privacy. However, that same quietness can feel uncomfortable at times. For me, the hostel felt a bit too empty—I actually felt uneasy because there were hardly any people around. They also claim to host music nights or concerts, but during my stay, there was nothing like that happening. So if you’re expecting a lively vibe or community events, you might be disappointed. Overall, it’s a decent place for a peaceful solo stay, but if you want a **more social, energetic, and happening hostel experience**, I’d suggest GoStops over Live Free.

Hostel
Blue Jay Hostel, located in the serene neighborhood of Tapovan at the foothills of the Himalayas, offers a unique and exceptional hospitality experience. The hostel is known for its immaculately clean washrooms and delicious breakfast. The professional and courteous staff ensure a pleasant stay, with no extra charges for late check-outs.
I stayed here twice & I must say it's one of the most cleanest & coziest place you will find in Rishikesh. The ground floor common waiting area is so cozy & spacious that you can easily spend 1-2 hours here while waiting for your check-in or check-out process with good books & activities, games, the good part there's decent set up for office hours. The rooms are cleanest i have ever bought in Rishikesh. Cafe offers quite decent taste. The staff is very humble & helpful to Female solo Travellers.

We arrived a little before 1 p.m. We were told the room would be ready in a few minutes. When it was ready, they would call us. We waited for about an hour and I had to ask for it ourselves. And they said "Yes, your room is ready, you can take key in reception. I'm sorry I forgot to tell you". Simply disregarding the guests. The room was clean with a nice view of the mountains, a hairdryer in the bathroom is definitely a plus, But the WiFi in this room is definitely not a plus. It just didn't work. We reported it several times and were told they'd fix it. And guess what, they didn't fix it and they didn't let us know at all, I had to ask for it several times, so I don't recommend the service at all.

A decent stay overall tbh, dorms room were a bit compact. And the kitchen also didn't have a whole lot of options. But on the flip side a good view, nice terrace cafe. Also, Parking is not as easy so you have to be creative. But if you ask them they will save you a spot.

Overall, the stay was okay. Basic needs were met, but cleanliness and bathroom maintenance need improvement. Positives ✅ Late check-in was convenient Lobby and front area were clean Easy to locate Hot water available for shower Negatives ❌ Pillow didn’t feel properly cleaned Washroom sink wasn’t draining properly Broken wiper in the washroom Poor ventilation in the bathroom
Angad — Google review
I do know whether they provide room for staff to sleep or not because staff sleep in play area, Few things I don't like about them are First- Today morning when I ask reception for yoga mat, they said we don't have yoga mat. Second - When I entered In play room at around 6:30 AM to do yoga, every one is sleeping here and there on sofas, I felt very awkward to do meditation there because they might got disturbed but I did not find any other place to do so, roof was wet Due to rain. Either you should have one silence room for Meditation or provide yoga mat for meditation or ask them to sleep somewhere else. Also staff behaviour is so casual no professionalism because they are just 18 to 25 age group people. #Clean #NoProfessionalism #GoodLocation #CostlyFood

I had a deeply troubling experience during my stay at Blue Jay Hostel in Rishikesh. One of the staff members, a receptionist named Suraj, behaved in an extremely inappropriate and abusive manner. His conduct was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously and address such behavior immediately to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests. No one should have to endure harassment, especially in a place that promises hospitality and peace. Until appropriate actions are taken to rectify this, I cannot recommend this hostel to others.
Charu — Google review
Before coming to hostel i had high hopes due to pics but the hostel have too many of the problems but good for many. Cons 1. The wifi is terrible in common areas and no signal in rooms. ( Worst Part ) 2. The management is too weak and lousy that they don't know how to run CRM and take bookings as even after checking 12 hours ago they still didn't knew i checked in and for checkout too they still call you thay when will i check out which i already did 5 hours ago. 3. They don't change linen regularly after every stay of any person in dorm. 4. When asked to change linen after staying 1 day in a seprate room they told they don't have staff in evening time. ( What a hostel with no inhouse staff ) 5. No proper parking guidance but the main con in this is they have specifically written in booking time about having parking and all. Pros 1. If you are someone who wants less restrictions in hostel than this is your go to stop. 2. You will hardly see staff so it makes easy to be around 3. Hostel is overall clean. ( Best Part ) 4. location is in easy access.

Guests can indulge in delicious meals while being treated to the tranquil ambiance of the flowing river. Visitors have praised the peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and friendly staff, making it an ideal place for relaxation, meditation, and enjoying quality time by the Ganges.
This cafe has such a beautiful view and lots of comfortable seating. The guys that work there were super friendly and relaxed but also super professional. We had lemon sodas and the falafel plate and it was delicious- the chips were insanely good!! Really good value and prices too. It was a shame we only came across this cafe at the end of our time in Rishikesh as we would have come more than once!

We visited this café during our trip to Rishikesh for lunch, and the vibe was amazing! The seating was really comfortable, and the view was super cool. They offer a variety of food options, and everything we tried was delicious. If you're near Laxman Jhula, this place is definitely worth a visit!

I've been a few places, and this is a good one. Clean kitchen, my special order (big hummus with big salad only) was the best order in three weeks. Peaceful place, good atmosphere, very friendly staff, amazing view and location right next to Ganges, very good prices. I don't know what more to ask for. This is also where Yogi is to be too.

Amazing way to start your morning with masala omlet, butter toast and Chai. The chai here is flavourful with perfect ganga view. I'm coming here after several years and it still has maintained the taste. Would request the owner to include bun maska in their menu 😋 if possible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Delicious & Refreshing Experience! Tried this café recently and I was seriously impressed! The Thukpa was full of flavor—comforting, hot, and perfect in spice. The Soup Momos were soft, juicy, and served in a rich, flavorful broth—easily one of the best I’ve had! To top it off, the Mojito was super refreshing and the perfect balance of mint, lemon, and fizz. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing, and the staff was warm and welcoming. If you’re in the area and craving soulful Himalayan-style food with a chilled vibe, don’t miss this place. Highly recommended!

Great Concept, definitely bringing the whole of India Together. Service and Staff is Spot On. What can be improved is the variety of food and also a little modern take on the contemporary food night help justify the cost and elevate the patron's Experience.

Beautiful place and what a unique concept! We really loved our lunch here. The food was tasty, clean, and very light on the stomach despite of it being a thali. They were very sweet to the kid with us and also very mindful of my allergies. It's a little expensive but we had lovely time. Shall definitely recommend it to others!
Disha S — Google review
The food is really good and delicious. the experience you get before starting a meal is divine. The servers are super warm and explain you everything in detail and serve you with such humility that it justifies tha name of temple thali which definitely adds to more taste. They even served my child whatever he demanded with a smile on his face. Must try experience if you are coming to Rishikesh.
Swati G — Google review
The restaurant is an excellent area for people seeking diversity in food. I prefer taste over variety. The taste of the variety of food didn't match my expectations. The price, according to what they serve, isn't up to my liking. The service starts and ends, and when you expect there will be more, you realize this is it. If they say it offers 20+ dishes, they include the worthless pickles and other small dishes also, which hold no taste and worth being called an independent dish. My final word would be, go there if you want to taste India, and not if you seek taste.
Harshit S — Google review
Very interesting concept of bringing food from all the temples across India into a plate and serving you beautifully. We enjoyed the thali here where each item was made with care and tasted delicious. All the food items were mild in spice level which made sense as the food represents different temples. All the options were served in small portions initially to reduce the wastage. We can order more whatever you like. Special mention for the dessert. Imarti rabdi and peda were out of this world. The price of the thali is on the higher side for Rishikesh but the quality of the food was also quite good. I wish we had more appetite.

Devraj Coffee Corner German Bakery & Restaurant is a charming spot located near the famous Lakshman Jhula in Rishikesh. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and delectable confections fills the air, creating a cozy atmosphere for visitors. With its picturesque location overlooking the Laxman Jhula bridge and offering stunning views of Shri Trayanbakshwar temple, it's an ideal place to relax at any time of day.
I had an incredible experience at Devraj Coffee Corner German Bakery in Rishikesh! The food was simply amazing, and the coffee was delightful. The cheesecake is an absolute must try, it was yumm! I loved the Croissant as well! The best part is the stunning view of Lakshman Jhoola and the Ganga river right from the bakery. While the small balcony offers a breathtaking view but be cautious of the mischievous monkeys around, and there are a lot of them. They don't disturb inside the cafe though. I highly recommend this place for a memorable visit in Rishikesh. Do try coffee, Croissants and cheesecake!
Dhananjay D — Google review
The place was at a prime location and now when the bridge is closed it is not as good as it was before. I remember this place as a perfect restaurant. The place and view from there is great. The food this time was OK but not excellent. The bread was a bit dry and other stuff also... I think they keep stuff out for a long time so it's not as fresh. All in all it was fine and still recommended.
Joni G — Google review
After many visits over many years this experience was poor. The bridge is closed so very quiet here. Ordered Veggie Burger and Fries. After long wait the bun was rock hard, stale. The burger was wood. They said fried. Way over done. Could not eat it. Fries ok. I returned the meal and they were not happy but didn't charge me, which is fair. Just a bad experience after many good meals there in the past. Uggggh. Not returning there anymore.

Not worth the hype. Laxman jhulla is under construction so you won't be getting the best views from this location. Their menu is good, but the quality is not that good. I ordered a chocolate cake and got an insect on it, I communicated the same with one of the staff and he said it came from outside, but he didn't change the cake. Rishikesh has better places than this.

Devraj Coffee Corner German Bakery and Restaurant, located adjacent to the famous Laxman Jhula. Very nice place with the utmost scenic view of the river Ganga and also you can enjoy the view mountains from the other side. Food is great, variety of bakery options available. Service is great.

The three star is just for the amazing location. This location only make your food tastier even though it's not. Don't know why I have ordered Lasagna and Thai Curry with rice. For dessert we also ordered Cheese Pan Cake, just look at the picture, this was far from defination and rubbish in taste. Out of surprise, both were my worst dishes in life, mid that they don't serve non veg, doesn't mean thry can't ruin a dish, it was bland and tasteless. We had to eat because we had the best view.
Anish D — Google review
Nice place to have breakfast . I would recommend their almond triangle and peanut cookies The food was okay , we tried their cheese and tomato toast. It was hard to bite 🙃 The view is nice and peaceful. This place is not wheelchair accessible as you need to climb down stairs to reach the restaurant.

Had dinner at “Cafe Karma” recently, and it’s such a lovely little spot. The place has a charming, rustic feel with old-school artifacts and simple decor that make it super cozy. Surrounded by greenery and the soothing sound of a water stream, it’s the kind of place where you can really unwind—great for a peaceful dinner or just some quality time. One of the best parts? They welcomed my “fur baby” with open arms and even treated him kindly—major brownie points for being pet-friendly! The staff were polite, friendly, and quick to respond, which definitely added to the overall good vibe. We ordered the dal and handi paneer. The food was alright—not amazing, but decent enough. Given the chill atmosphere and reasonable prices, I didn’t mind. If you're after a calm, welcoming place with great vibes (and a spot your pet will love too), Cafe Karma is definitely worth checking out. Rating: 4/5

Food was hot and served great. 3. We had ordered starters including soups and noodles. The quality and the taste was good 4. May be due to covid the place was not maintained well. 5. This guest house is in the lap of a mountain surrounded by greenery all around. There is a waterfall flowing through the mountain which can be seen from the balcony. The rooms were neat and clean. Ayurpak Rishikesh is a relaxed restaurant located in a homestay, offering vegetarian Ayurvedic food that is both healthy and delicious. The restaurant prides itself on using organic ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create an authentic dining experience. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to well-known destinations, making it an ideal place to visit in Rishikesh for a day trip.
Ayurpak: The OG, the MVP, the Stomach Whisperer I’ve been coming to Ayurpak for many, many years, and after a five-year break from Rishikesh, this place was at the top of my reunion list—right up there with old friends and the Ganges itself. Ayurvedic, homemade, and served with love by the kindest family, this is soul medicine disguised as food. Sure, at first, you might wonder where all the salt ran off to, but then you realize—oh right, this is actually healthy. The real deal. The kind of food that doesn’t just taste good but makes you a better person (or at least a less bloated one). And let’s talk about the Khichri. Got a stomach problem? Feeling a little off? Just had one too many street-side samosas? This is where you come to heal. It’s like hitting the reset button on your digestive system. Honestly, Ayurpak isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a lifestyle, a safe haven, a warm Ayurvedic hug.

I had a really disappointing experience staying here. the rooms are old and run-down. The biggest letdown, however, was the service and hospitality. The owner is incredibly rude—constantly yelling at both staff and guests. We were the only ones staying at the property, which spans three floors, so maybe others are avoiding this place for the same reasons. The food was overpriced. Honestly, they should either close this property or hire a competent manager to replace the owner.

Really bad experience staying here. From the outside it looks like a tradition wooden house with nice garden, but the rooms are very old and shabby. The main disappointment was the service and hospitality. The owner lady is another Karen who just yells at people including the staff and even the guests. We were a little bit late for checking out, so she started nagging and yelling even though there was no new guest coming that day. We were the only ones staying there in a property of 3 floors, maybe everyone else knew about this experience. Food was overpriced and worse than roadside thela. They should close this property or at least hire a manager to replace the lady.

Disappointed with the Chef's culinary skills. We ordered 'Chilli Basil Noodles', we received salty chowmien noodles. Ordered 'Greek Salad' specifically asking for feta cheese, we received an over-sour-salty marinated salad plate with salted cottage cheese, rendering it inedible. The only satisfying treats we experienced here were the fresh juices and the alfonso mango ice cream - a must try - backdropped by a beautiful view of the hills and ganga. Special thanks to Mr Manoj and his server team for trying their hospitable best.

One of the best cafes in rishikesh, at least in terms of taste and service. The ambience is simple and elegant and is not fancy like some other cafes but pretty good for a simple meal. The staff is also very hospitable. Rates are relatively on the pricier side. Pizza, sandwiches and desserts, everything we tried was good.

I entered here just to have one hot chocolate. The outdoor and indoor maintained clean. I liked the ambience of colorful bottles, fresh baked and coffee preparations. I had hot chocolate and with latte art it made me happy. The service is very good and warm. I would like to come back here. The price is a little higher Overall its a good try who want to tickle their taste buds. Like the review if it was helpful and comment for any question

“Amazing Croissant & Espresso!” Stopped by Divine Cafe & Bakery during my trip to Rishikesh, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a croissant 🥐 and an espresso ☕️, and both were absolutely perfect. The croissant was buttery, flaky, and fresh—easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The espresso was rich, bold, and just what I needed to kickstart my day. The staff was warm and attentive, and the service was quick. If you’re a fan of good coffee and freshly baked treats, this place is a must-visit in Rishikesh. Highly recommended for a morning pick-me-up break!

This cafe is located at a great location in the Tapovan area in Rishikesh. Offers decent views (there are other cafes in the area with better views), good food and friendly staff. They also have a tea bar with interesting flavors to try for custom made tea. Special shoutout to Sandhya who has been extremely helpful and responsive with all my orders!

This is the place you must go to. This is not a hidden gem, but definitely underrated because there’s no hype and spiritual “branding”. This cafe is air conditioned. That’s what you need after a walk in the hot sun in Lakshman jhula area.
Hasindu S — Google review
This is the one place in Rishikesh where good food meets wonderful ambiance to result in a peaceful culinary experience. We ordered blueberry cheese cake, chocolate coffee cake, and a choco muffin. The pastries were delicious and well made. The muffin was also good but could have been much better at that price. Later we also ordered two lattes which was equally good. For two people we paid around 1400 which is a bit pricy for many people including us. But we were so frustrated from the food we have had so far at our stay and other cafes that we coulpd justify the price for the experience. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Tapovan atleast once and more if your budget allows.

The Rajasthani restaurant Rajasthani Sweets Mishthan Bhandar offers an amazing experience with delicious food and fresh sweets. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The prices are affordable, and there is a choice of dishes including veg Thali, south Indian, Chinese and juices.
Great food at a reasonable price! Over a period of three days, we had Samosa/Kachori chaat, Mirchi pakora, Pav-Bhaji, Atta Gol Gappe, Chilli-garlic noodles, Veg fried rice, Manchurian, Chilli paneer, Malpua & Kulfi. Fabulous taste - all items!!

A large place with a huge selection of fried foods alongside sweets. Everything we ate was excellent and the place is very close to the central Ghat

Despite the heavy footfall, orders are taken efficiently—names noted on a list and tables turned quickly. You might wait ~10–20 mins during peak times, but the food arrives fast once seated. With a cost around ₹400 for two, portions are generous and prices reasonable for Rishikesh standards. Cleanliness: Most reviews praise a generally clean, well-managed environment, though a few mention occasional lapses—one noted a cockroach sighting in sweets .

Absolutely delicious! We visited Rajasthani Misthan Bhandar and were thoroughly impressed. We tried the samosa, lassi, veg noodles, soya chaap, and steamed momos — every dish was bursting with flavor. For dessert, we had the rasmalai, which was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this spot — 100% worth a visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rajasthan Mishthan Bhandar: A Must-Visit for Authentic Delights! If you're in Rishikesh and craving authentic Indian sweets or savory snacks, Rajasthan Mishthan Bhandar is an absolute gem! 💎 I recently had the pleasure of visiting, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the aroma of freshly prepared delicacies, promising a delightful culinary journey. Food (5/5) 😋 The food here is simply exceptional. Every item I tried was bursting with flavor and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Their sweets are perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and melt in your mouth. The namkeens are wonderfully crisp and seasoned just right. A special mention goes to their samosas 🥔🌶️ – they are arguably the best in Meerut, perfectly crispy on the outside with a flavorful filling. Their jalebis 🌀 also deserve a shout-out for being deliciously syrupy and fresh! Staff (5/5) 👋 The staff at Rajasthan Mishthan Bhandar are incredibly friendly, courteous, and efficient. They genuinely seem to take pride in their work and are always ready to help with recommendations or answer any questions you might have. Service was prompt and with a smile, making the entire experience very pleasant. It's rare to find such consistently good service! Ambiance (4/5) ✨ While it's primarily a sweet shop and not a dine-in restaurant, the place is clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. It has a traditional yet inviting feel, and you can see the fresh preparations being made, which adds to the appeal. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but that's a testament to its popularity! Pros: 👍 * Authentic Rajasthani Flavors: Experience the true taste of traditional Indian sweets and snacks. * High-Quality Ingredients: You can taste the freshness and quality in every bite. * Excellent Customer Service: Friendly, polite, and efficient staff. * Wide Variety: A vast selection of sweets, namkeens, and even some street food items in the evening. * Hygienic Environment: Clean and well-maintained premises. * Value for Money: Delicious food at very reasonable prices. Cons: 👎 * Limited Seating: Primarily a takeaway establishment, so seating options are minimal if you plan to eat there. * Can Get Crowded: Due to its popularity, it can be quite busy, especially during festive seasons or peak hours. Overall: Rajasthan Mishthan Bhandar is more than just a sweet shop; it's a true culinary institution in Meerut! Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in delectable Indian treats. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon! 💯 #MeerutFood #RajasthanMishthanBhandar #SweetTooth #IndianSweets #MustVisit #Foodie #LocalGem

Nestled in Upper Tapovan, Secret Garden Cafe is a serene oasis surrounded by lush greenery. The cafe, founded by an Indo-Austrian couple, offers a predominantly continental menu that appeals to an international crowd due to its proximity to Yoga schools. Guests can enjoy fresh and filling smoothie bowls and intriguing vegan wraps. Whether you choose to relax in the expansive garden or the air-conditioned indoor area with WiFi, this enchanting cafe promises a delightful dining experience amidst nature's embrace.
Very nice restaurant/ place to have the perfect coffee and relax. Also the food and the service is very good! I went here everyday of my stay, for 18 days in a row, just perfect! 👌🏼🤩 (favo dish; pocket pita with eggplant, feta cheese, hummus and tomato 🤤)

This places easily serves the best coffee in Rishikesh. We went there everyday for coffee and food, but explored other cafes for food as well. The food here is delicious and healthy, the ambience is welcoming, there is a small selection of books outside to read from. The space indoors is small so on a hot day make sure to get there before peak hours to find the higher tables to sit on.
Devyani S — Google review
A café unlike any other I've seen. Located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet part of town, it's in a large, lush garden filled with trees, bushes and lawns. There's a small, indoor dining space, but few people prefer that. The vast majority sprawl on tables across the garden in a variety of different seating. The menu is vast and eclectic, strong on vegan preferences but also serves eggs and omelettes. The americano I ordered was really good coffee. The vegan porridge bowl I'd for breakfast was good enough for two. The helpings are really large. The food is at good value-for-money prices. It's a great place to linger from breakfast to dinner.

My favorite café in India! This place became my little sanctuary. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — with butterflies, monkeys, and stunning trees all around. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the café is tucked away from the noise of the city, which makes it the perfect spot to relax or recharge. I’ve been in Rishikesh for a month and came here every single day — sometimes even twice a day 🙈🙉🙊 It’s that special. I truly recommend this place. My favorite things to order: • Almond latte with 2 shots (big mug!) • Adaptogenic smoothie • Golden milk with almond milk • Spinach & mushroom pancake • The chocolate & raspberry cake • The carrot cake (so good!) Thank you for creating such a nourishing space — full of good food, good energy, and a lot of heart. * special mention to Viplav for his smile and respectful approach, he is one of the more beautiful people that I’ve met in India. Namaste 🙏 I will be back! With love, Sofía.

Visited this place on my visit to Laxman Jhula. The atmosphere was chill and the staff was friendly too.We ordered Burger, Pizza and Cold Coffee. Tattv is an amazing family-run business. Hands down the best cheese omelette in Rishikesh (they use real mozzarella, not that weird liquid cheese that most cafes in the area use). It’s a little on the pricier end but the quality of the food is well worth the price. Nestled in the picturesque Upper Tapovan area of Rishikesh, The Hosteller Rishikesh offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for travelers seeking adventure and relaxation. This bright hostel features both informal dorms and cozy private rooms, all designed with modern decor to ensure comfort. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the on-site café or unwind on the rooftop terrace while soaking in stunning views of the surrounding hills.
Where Strangers Become Friends 💛 My Review: My stay at The Hosteller was an experience to remember! The place had such positive vibes — clean, comfortable, and full of energy. What stood out most was the sense of community. From spontaneous conversations with strangers who soon felt like friends, to the amazing live music nights that filled the space with warmth and laughter, every moment felt special. A big shoutout to the Community Manager (Kashi) — super friendly, full of energy, and always making sure everyone felt included. The way they brought people together through activities, games, and evening events truly made the hostel come alive. He is the soul of this space. It wasn’t just a stay — it was a story of shared smiles, good music, and beautiful connections. Can’t wait to come back again for more of that magic! 🌿✨

The lift was not working, you need to change the building for using lift. I ordered food also not good. The only good part was the staff they were humble, helpful. If you are going solo then it is worth it(meeting new people) but if you are in a group better to take other hotels or hostels better stay and better view from the room.

This cafe is dedicated to the famous band the Beatles who used to meditate here in Rishikesh and wrote many famous songs from here only. The vibe of this cafe is blended with the charm of The Beatles, which makes it stand out from other cafes. If I talk about food, ginger lemon tea was soothing and kind of balm to the respiratory system, I tried an Italian dish 'Agieolio' which was okayish for me but as per my friend who had tried it before, it was an absolute disaster. Club sandwich was good by taste. The best thing is it's environment, you can sit inside amid The Beatles graffiti or outside in between various exotic flora and fauna. You can't miss this place if you are in Rishikesh especially if you are a music lover.

Dining at this restaurant was a truly memorable experience, made even more special by the breathtaking view of the Ganga River. The serene ambiance, with the gentle flow of the river and the soft rustling of the breeze, created an atmosphere of peace and tranquility that perfectly complemented the meal. The location is simply stunning — offering unobstructed, panoramic views of the sacred Ganges, especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. Whether you're seated indoors or on the open-air terrace, the majestic river remains in full view, adding a unique spiritual charm to the entire dining experience. The food matched the ambiance in every way — flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. Each dish was served with care, and the courteous staff ensured that every need was attended to promptly and politely. This restaurant is not just a place to eat, but a destination to unwind, reflect, and soak in the natural beauty of one of India’s most iconic rivers. Highly recommended for anyone seeking not only great food but a soul-soothing environment.

I tried the Beatles Sandwich here, and it was absolutely delicious. The mesmerizing view of the divine Ganga from this cafe made the experience even more special. Every wall and corner of this cafe is creatively designed and beautifully painted, adding to its unique charm.

Always easy to find a seat. Staff very attentive and quick to serve. Very quick service(by local standards) for food and beverages. Very tasty meals and friendly staff. Have eaten here several times while in Rishikesh and always very consistent.

The Beatles Café in Rishikesh is a cozy, music-themed hideaway popular for its peaceful vibe and scenic views of the Ganga. Tucked away in the Tapovan area near Lakshman Jhula, it's a bit tricky to find — the narrow path and hidden entry can make first-time visitors feel like they’re on a mini-adventure. But once you’re in, the relaxed atmosphere and vintage rock décor are worth it. Despite its name, the café has no official connection to The Beatles — it’s more of a tribute in spirit, with posters and music that nod to the iconic band. The vegetarian menu is varied, with hearty pastas, burgers, and great chai. Service can be slow, but it suits the unhurried, soul-soothing energy of the place. Perfect for unwinding, journaling, or chatting over tea — especially for Beatles fans looking for a nostalgic vibe, even if it's just in name.

Rishikesh is always a vibe, and it felt amazing to visit again after a long time. This café added to the experience. Loved the atmosphere, the setting, and the overall vibe. A perfect spot to unwind, sip something nice, and just soak in the Rishikesh magic. Great time!
Neha A — Google review
Beatles cafe is a beautiful cafe tucked in the streets of Tapovan. You have the amazing view of the ganges from the cafe. The cafe is named as a tribute to the band and has many pictures of the band and its members. Coming to the food- it tastes great and everything is fresh however it is very Indian-ised. What I mean by this is that the pasta here is not the usual Italian pasta but has Indian spices in it. Same goes for the burger and the fries. So for someone who is looking for an authentic taste- this might not be the best option but on the whole- the food tastes good. Its fully vegetarian and also has vegan as well as jain (no onions and garlic) options. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the cafe and it can be very suffocating during summer. Also, the service is a little slow.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Best Hostel Experience – Shiv Shakti Hostel I had a wonderful stay at Shiv Shakti Hostel. The environment was clean, peaceful, and felt just like home. The rooms were well-maintained, hygienic, and comfortable for both short and long stays. What truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone—from the housekeeping to the front desk—was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They ensured every guest felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Their hospitality and positive attitude added a personal touch to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and friendly hostel stay. Thank you, Shiv Shakti Hostel, and a big thumbs up to the entire staff!

Got Scammed! We booked dorm in this hostel at lower price, while checking in they falsely claimed that the room we booked is under maintenance, and they had upgraded (priced higher) our room according to availability. This had happened with many of our dorm mates. Also, the staff, especially the owner was so rude. Rooms were ok, I doubt if the bedsheets were changed. Will recommend to prefer other good hostels. The hostel is about 25 minutes walking distance from Ram Jhula (since Laxman Jhula is not operational)

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and an unpleasant odor throughout. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the bathroom had mold around the shower. Staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked to switch rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear noise from the hallway all night. Breakfast was cold and barely edible. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely never stay here again. Totally disappointed and frustrated

Wonderful hostel , I recommend everyone to stay there once, it is very neat and clean. Apart from Lakshman and Ram Jhula, there is also sivaPuri Neelkanth Mahadev Temple nearby. I liked it very much. There are a lot of facilities in this budget. The main person wants cleanliness which is more than expected
Sandeep S — Google review
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! My stay here was absolutely awful. To start with, there was no water in the toilet, which is simply unacceptable. The condition of the room was shockingly poor – everything felt neglected and unhygienic. The cleanliness was non-existent: dusty surfaces, stained linens, and an overall filthy environment made it impossible to feel comfortable. It was not just disappointing, it was distressing. I strongly advise others: do not waste your money or your peace of mind. There are far better options available. Save yourself the regret – stay away from this place!

One of my worst experience. We booked a room by contacting the hotel directly with a booking amount (half of the total) and due to flight issues we have to cancel it and Shiv Shakti team confirmed the cancellation with a refund in 3-4 days but no refund was provided after 2 months as well, they even stopped taking calls and stopped replying to messages. I do not recommend anyone to this hotel.

These guys are running a scam, kindly do not book this property, I booked a room on 4th of october and the rooms were very dirty, I could not stay there for even 10 minutes even after paying full amount, my 2k rs got wasted and I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. This place is a nightmare and an health hazard, below are the images for supporting evidence

Nestled in the heart of Yamkeshwar, goSTOPS Rishikesh Lakshman Jhula - Hostel offers a cozy and vibrant atmosphere with warm dorms and rooms. The hostel provides stunning views of the river from its terrace. It is conveniently located near popular attractions like Parmarth Niketan and Tera Manzil Temple.
Had a great experience staying at goSTOPS Rishikesh Lakshman Jhula. The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance of Lakshman Jhula and several popular cafes. The dorms were clean and well maintained, the food was decent, and the staff was helpful and kind. The only drawback is that reaching the hostel involves a steep climb. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Worst experience ever! My personal room was stinking, i had ants on my bed, no basic amenities. No value for the high money I paid for this room. It is at a height so i had to park my bike elsewhere with additional parking fees. In addition to that staff is so impolite. The backend team put my contact number on block. Not addressing our problem properly. I wanted a refund for my second day. They wasted my entire first day of two day trip. Money wasted, time wasted.

Our stay at this hostel was absolutely incredible! My friends and I had a fantastic time. The 6-bed dorm was clean and comfortable, and the common area was a lively and fun place to hang out and meet other travelers. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond for us. We arrived completely soaked from the rain, and they were kind enough to provide an early check-in, which was a huge relief. The manager and the entire team were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect spot for travelers looking for a great atmosphere and exceptional service. We're already planning our next trip back!

Oct 11th, 2025 Infected with mold and moldy smell as soon as you enter. A lot of dead and alive bugs even on the bed. Ants on bed. No amenities what so ever. Got very scratchy when took a nap on the bed. Spend many hours with the customer care. NO HELP! They won't let you make your point. If you push too much they might give you a different room or one in a nearby property but don't expect refund for all the time wasted. They don't really care about their customers. They definitely pretend they do. Great Ganga view though.

We had a really amazing experience at goSTOPS. Lovely rooms and great amenities, with a nice view from the terrace. You can easily get scooters and river rafting rides nearby. We paid around ₹350 per person for rafting and ₹300 per person for rafting photography. Scooter rentals cost about ₹250–300 per day, and petrol is available at ₹120 per litre from a nearby general store.

I stayed with my friends here for 2 days and those 2 days are memorable because of this stay. Super Friendly Staff and Super Caring. You can access to Common Area with lots of space, Pool, Table Tennis and Carrom. They also have projector if you want to binge watch. Apart, from that we got access as well where we captured some breath taking views. At last, I recommend this to everyone for there visit

ZERO STARS: Deceptive Listing and Poor Access This booking was a mistake. The hotel photos are pure fiction. Upon arrival, there was no vehicle access, only a sketchy, narrow walkway that made handling luggage unnecessarily difficult. This vital logistics failure was never disclosed. The entire stay felt like a fraudulent transaction. We were given a substandard product based on a false advertisement. If you value easy access, cleanliness, or accuracy in a hotel description, look elsewhere. This place is a hard pass. Avoid this dump.

I was at this place for 3 days. We stayed in the room for 2 days and then we opted for dormitory for 1 day to experience that as well. Ambience is amazing. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is served 27/7 which is good. There is good space for us to play and chill. We played TT and enjoyed the ambience over there. The only recommendation is that, it would be great if they provide water glasses, cups, kettle and some tea/coffee/milk sachets which ideally should be provided in a room. Apart from this particular thing, everything is perfect, I loved the way they colour coordinated everything which is very attractive. The key system is good idea for us to comfortably roam around individually without any hassle. Wifi connectivity details are shared to us through mobile, so the technology is good. I would strongly recommend it to everyone to experience this hostel.

Situated near Laxman Jhula, this down-to-earth hostel offers a TV lounge, communal kitchen, and rooftop cafe with Wi-Fi. The friendly staff organizes daily social events and excursions for guests to immerse themselves in local culture and adventure activities.
A nice hostel with the most lovely staff. They were very kind when we needed an extra helmet. We weren't even staying there. They rented the helmet for my kid and actually even after asking, didn't charge me. For a place that thrives on rentals, they still build such goodwill because of their service. My heart is warm with my interactions. And the best part, it wasn't just one person. 2 different people said the same thing. Has to be in their ethos and culture

After hopping alot of hostels I can say, Joey's Hostel Rishikesh delivers outstanding hospitality with friendly and humble staff. I experienced both dorms and private rooms, they are clean, comfortable and spacious—with serene views of the Ganga. Nice place to stay in Rishikesh Tapovan area.. They have dorm bunk beds as well as private rooms.. I stayed in a dorm room, which costed 450 rupees per day.. very affordable at the prime location of rishikesh.. If travelling solo, dorms here are super affordable and comfortable.. Staff are super helpful and friendly.. They have a small restaurant at the top floor, food is decent.. Art work on the walls inside are good..

We stayed for 4 nights. We had a private room, the room was clean and the a.c was great! The staff were amazing and very hospitable, we rented bike from them and received towels when needed. The price was very good and fair. We had a little bit of a problem with the shower but it was ok. Be warned that there’s a hostel is a little down from the main road so you’ll have to clime a bit in the mornings.

An amazing hostel with extremely chill vibes. Rooms were good and clean. Staff were too courteous, amicable and helpful. We had initially booked for 2 nights but ended up extending our stay for over a week. Never thought that we would end up there making friends for life. Also the view from the terrace is just mesmerising. A 10/10 stay. Special mention to the chef Rana bhaiya and Shyam bhaiya for offering us a plethora deliciously cooked meals. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a budget stay and create unforgettable memories.

Bedbug alert: 03OCT2025 The place is disgusting. Unfortunately these reviews have been superficially inflated on all platforms. The pictures are not what it looks like. Extremely dirty from the lobby up to the dorm room where I should have known better with how dirty my bunk was. I was so exhausted that I fell asleep for a couple hours just to wake up to see a bedbug bite on my leg. Sure enough I flipped up the sheets and there this guy was. Avoid like the plague and don’t believe the reviews. They gave me my money back but didn’t not seem at all worried about cleaning the situation up.

Worst place, I was searching for a restaurant to have dinner with my family, and most of the restaurants were close due to Holi celebration in the city. So I decided to go here, I found that the prices are very much higher than any other restaurant. You will get veg noodles in ₹250 and the main course (only vegetables) starting from ₹300 which is again very less in quantity. You will get simple water bottle at ₹45. I know there are some restaurants which may charge higher than this but they also give good services and nice ambiance. This restaurant neither had a good ambience nor good services. We just ordered 3 items and we get it in 45 mins, despite of having only 2 customers in the restaurant. So the overall experience is not good. I rather prefer other restaurants better than this.

G2C is a highly popular Bar and Restaurant in the area, attracting a large number of visitors. This popularity can be attributed to its wide range of cuisines, diverse selection of alcoholic beverages, and the availability of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff at G2C consistently demonstrate exceptional courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The food preparation at G2C is of high quality, with generous portion sizes, and the prices are reasonable, making it an attractive choice for customers.

A good name for a Bar and Restaurant but in reverse order. It suits better to name it Chill to Grill as it follows in the course of dinner. Good food and service but a bit slow. I wonder if it's deliberate to show the outlet to be busy as currently patrons seem to be limited. Brand new interior and furniture make it look attractive too. Parking is ample I love that aspect.

If you are looking for a restaurant where you can do get-to-gather, party, then yes this restaurant would be a perfect choice for you as it has a good amount of facilities and space. Here you will also find a bar where you can consume drinks 🍻. But if you want that you will have lunch or dinner here with family, then this is the wrong decision taken by you because their taste is only nice in terms of food, you cannot call it wonderful.

We went during the lunch time on a Sunday. This place has a seperate family restaurant and a rest-o-bar. Sufficient parking with on site security was there. Though the restaurant was empty when we arrived at around 3:15 in the afternoon but we got everything available in the menu. The quantity of the good we ordered was very good to our surprise. Coffee shop
Kumar's Cafe is a small hole-in-the-wall cafe that specializes in strong coffee. It's located on a side alley, and has plastic chairs tucked into a corner of the alleyway. The cafe uses real coffee beans and has an espresso machine. The staff here are friendly and the food tastes great. Prices are reasonable, and the kitchen is clean and hygienic. However, there are no tables at Kumar's, so it can be difficult to sit down.
This is a small cafe with limited menu. However, everything that I have tried so far from the cappuccino to the golden milk (turmeric latte) , carrot ginger cup cake has been excellent. Bagsu cake is also very nice , however is heavy with a thick layer of chocolate. There is little space to sit , however that does allow people of different groups to interact with each other. 90% of the clientele is foreign tourists. The menu is budget friendly as can be seen from the pictures. You have option of jaggery powder apart from sugar. The cafe is 2 minutes walk from the main road in a Narrow lane not accessible by four wheelers. Even two wheelers won't be able to find parking outside the cafe. The nearest cat park is around 200 metres away. For me this place was a find for my daily cappuccino dose.

Serves Both Veg And Non Veg Dishes. Serves One Of The Best Fried Fish And Butter Chicken.
Bikramjeet S — Google review
Located near Natraj Chowk on Dehradun Road, Tip Top Restaurant is a longstanding establishment in Rishikesh, serving food since 1962. My recent visit to this eatery, now situated in Muni Ki Reti, Dhalwala, left me with mixed impressions, but it’s a spot worth considering for non-vegetarian food in a city where such options are scarce. The ambiance is modest, with a no-frills setup typical of traditional Indian restaurants. The interior could use a refresh, as the decor feels dated, and cleanliness seemed inconsistent—tables were wiped, but the floor and corners looked neglected. The staff, however, was courteous and attentive, promptly taking orders and checking in during the meal. Tip Top’s menu is a draw for non-veg lovers, offering dishes like fish curry, chicken rara, and tandoori items, which are rare in Rishikesh due to its spiritual vibe. I ordered the fish curry with butter naan, and my friend tried the chicken kadhai. The fish curry was a highlight—spicy, tangy, and flavorful, with tender fish that paired well with the soft naan. However, the chicken kadhai was underwhelming, with an overly oily gravy and a lack of depth in spices. Portions were generous, and the pricing felt reasonable, with our meal costing around ₹600 for two. Service was quick, with food arriving within 15 minutes, but hygiene raised concerns. The plates were clean, yet the overall upkeep of the place made me question kitchen standards. Another downside was the pricing for some items, which felt steep for the quality—like the ₹80 plain naan. For non-vegetarians visiting Rishikesh, Tip Top is a decent pick, especially for fish dishes, but don’t expect a fine-dining experience. If you’re craving spicy, hearty non-veg food, it’s worth a stop—just ask for milder flavors if spice isn’t your thing. With some improvements in cleanliness and consistency, Tip Top could truly shine. I’d rate it 3.5 out of 5, a practical choice in a veggie-dominated town.

I have been staying in Riverside camping Rishikesh almost every year from last 4 years with family in the rooms built right on the bank of river, this resort is perched on the banks of a pristine river, surrounded by towering trees, facing lush green mountains. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The soft murmur of the river’s current provides a constant, soothing backdrop to your stay, making it impossible not to relax. The resort’s location feels remote enough to give you a sense of privacy and escape. Whether you're relaxing by the river or exploring the nearby forest trails, the natural surroundings provide a perfect setting for peace and rejuvenation. The biggest strength of Riverside is that it's open spaces, the stunning location adjoining the river and the hills. One can just spend the time in the property on the swings or benches looking at the beautiful scenery. They have plenty of options for activities like badminton, vollyball, other outdoor sports, with beautiful riverside stay etc. The rooms are designed with a beautiful look and were spacious. But i Considering that this a must family and corporate groups, the food is damn delicious There is variety in veg and non veg section. A perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is less rush than expected and the time of sunset, with a golden blithe all around the beach is mesmerising and awe-spiring. Also, there is a regular ferry service to Lakshman Jhula and back. But it ends at sharp 6:30pm.
Abhinoor S — Google review
What a mesmerizing place to visit. You really feel something here. The weather, the view, and the surroundings are top-notch. The cold water flowing in the river and cool wind flowing around you is what you are looking for. The rocks and pebbles will make you wonder about the history of how these small pebble were big rocks. Must visit recommend.

Pebble Beach in Rishikesh is a serene and lesser-known riverside spot, perfect for those who love nature, peace, and photography. Located near the famous Laxman Jhula, this place offers a calm and picturesque escape from the bustling tourist areas. Unlike the usual sandy riverbanks, this beach is covered with smooth, round pebbles, giving it a unique charm. ###Why Visit Pebble Beach? ###1. The sound of the river flowing over the smooth pebbles creates a soothing natural melody. ###2. Scenic Beauty & Photography Spot The crystal-clear water, green Himalayan hills, and white-pebbled shoreline make it a perfect place for photography. Whether you're capturing the reflection of the mountains in the water or the soft morning mist, every frame is breathtaking. ###3. Meditation & Yoga by the River Pebble Beach is an excellent place for meditation and yoga. The fresh air, gentle river sounds, and peaceful surroundings help in deep relaxation and spiritual connection. Many travelers visit this spot for self-reflection and mindful breathing exercises. ###4. Best Place for a Quiet Ganges Dip If you're looking for a clean and peaceful spot for a holy dip in the Ganges, this is the place! The water is cold, refreshing, and clean compared to other crowded bathing ghats. ###5. Amazing Sunset & Sunrise Views The golden glow of sunrise and sunset at Pebble Beach is mesmerizing. Late Afternoon (4:00 PM - 6:30 PM): Ideal for photography and enjoying the sunset. Avoid monsoon season (July–September) due to high water levels. ###How to Reach Pebble Beach? Very close to the main tapowan market but since, it's a well known spot, it's usually crowded and people also take holy dips over here Instead of the ghats which makes the place unsanitary

Apart from a peaceful ambience & great practice sessions by highly skilled mentors, what makes Tattwa Yog Peeth different from other yog centers is that, here, the teachers especially guide us, whenever needed, even if we are practising among numerous people in the same hall & at the same time.
