Fantastic day of shopping, dining & fun at Lucky One Mall! I recently visited Lucky One Mall with my family, and it turned out to be a fantastic full-day experience. From world-class shopping to delicious dining and exciting entertainment, the mall truly has something for everyone under one roof. Lucky One Mall lived up to its reputation as Pakistan’s largest and most vibrant shopping destination. With a vast array of brands, spotless interiors, enthralling entertainment options, and convenient amenities—it had everything wrapped under one roof! My boys and I personally enjoyed shopping at J. Dot and Almirah. Both outlets were well-organized with excellent collections, offering a wide variety—from traditional shalwar kameez to premium cuts and stylish formal wear. My wife and daughters were thrilled with the Sapphire, Khaadi, and Ethnic outlets, especially their exclusive collections, vibrant designs, excellent fabric quality, and the trendy fusion of modern and traditional wear. Each store had plenty of variety, which made their shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The biggest highlight for my younger daughter was Onederland. She had an amazing time enjoying the rides, climbing activities, and trampoline zone. The place was clean, safe, and well-supervised, which gave us peace of mind while she had endless fun. It’s truly a dream spot for kids. We also stopped by Carrefour, which made our grocery and household shopping easy and affordable. Lucky One Mall has an excellent mix of both national and international brands—Adidas, The Body Shop, Hush Puppies, Charles & Keith, Giordano, and many more. It’s definitely a complete shopping hub. For dining, we chose BBQ Tonight inside the mall. The food was excellent, with juicy kebabs, flavorful handi dishes, and freshly baked naan. The service was attentive, and the ambiance made it a perfect family dining spot after a long day of shopping. Lucky One Mall is a delight for shoppers, food lovers, and families alike. It’s a one-stop destination that keeps you engaged for hours. A few things to keep in mind: weekends can get busy, so parking might get crowded—but with a bit of timing and planning, it’s still a top destination in Karachi.

Extremely Disappointed with Insignia Pakistan I recently had one of the worst customer experiences with Insignia Pakistan. During my visit to their store, I tried on a pair of court shoes priced at PKR 11,990. The right shoe felt quite loose, but the salesperson assured me that a new pair, with a perfect fit, would be delivered directly from Lahore within a few days. Relying on their repeated assurances, I made full payment in advance, trusting the brand’s reputation. However, after waiting two weeks, I was extremely disappointed to receive what appeared to be a trial pair from the Karachi Zamzama branch, delivered only on the evening of my event. Having no alternative, I wore them — only to find that the right shoe still slipped off repeatedly, causing significant discomfort and embarrassment throughout the event. When I later approached the store for a replacement or any form of assistance, I was not accommodated at all. This entire experience not only ruined an important day for me but also reflected how little value Insignia places on customer satisfaction and service quality. For a brand that positions itself as premium, such negligence is completely unacceptable. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting Insignia Pakistan with their purchases — especially for special occasions.

Luckyone is one the big shopping mall of Karachi.. but now a days the rush is too much, in weekend it is difficult to get the place in food court, but as compare to food court in Luckyone, if we dine out from the main restaurant the food is much better and tasty. May be the food court in malls designed the menu and taste to facilitate every individual. But i think luckyone need more improvement in cleaning and air conditioning system

The mall's amenities, such as ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, made it convenient for all visitors. Overall, Lucky One Mall provides a great blend of shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it a must-visit destination in Karachi!

Sindbad's Wonderland Amusement Park in Karachi is a family-friendly destination located on the main Rashid Minhas road. Boasting over 26 rides, this park offers something for everyone. From the thrilling speeds of the Dragon Coaster to the whimsical experience of flying with Dumbo, each ride provides a unique adventure. The park also features a 4D cinema and a food court, making it an ideal spot for families to enjoy quality time together.
Its fun here and the rides are nice. bands are cheap too even the rides as well. the food was great here too, though there should be regulation for underage kids not allowed on some extreme rides, on one of the rides a girl passed out so this must be be looked at. other than that will recommend coming here at least once.
Rohail A — Google review
Pros: 1- very economical . Only 700 rupees band can give access to 80% rides 2- some rides are still fun. 3- added an extreme section as well. 4- rides for all kids ages and adults 5- an indoor play area which also requires a 700 rupees band but only for kids under 5. Cons: 1- some rides still look scary i.e. break dance or. Log slide and need further safety precautions. 2- dinning options need more variety and class. 3- average indoor play area. 4- cleanness is not up to the mark. The responsibility lies with both visitors and staff.

The Pakistan Air Force Museum, located on Shahrah Faisal in Karachi, is a must-visit for both locals and newcomers to the city. The museum features indoor and outdoor exhibits of vintage airplanes, helicopters, and historic military vessels anchored in a large lake on the grounds. Visitors can explore galleries showcasing aircraft, submarines, ships, lighthouses, and various military artifacts. The museum serves as a tribute to the heroes of the Pakistan Air Force who have served the nation.
Previously, I went to the PAF museum in 2011 with my university fellows. Now, I again visited it with my children. They have properly maintained it, and all the things remain the same. Parking is proper and ticket fees is affordable. There are lots of rides and play areas for children. You can easily find food beverages and all things to eat. But, don't forget their quality is not good. Anyhow, my children enjoyed it a lot.

The Pakistan Air Force Museum, located on Shahrah-e-Faisal near PAF Base Faisal, offers an impressive display of aircraft, radars, missiles, and wartime relics, including the Vickers Viking used by Quaid-e-Azam and an Indian Gnat captured in 1965. "The Pakistan Air Force Museum in Karachi is a must-visit destination! It's an excellent place to learn about the history and achievements of the Pakistan Air Force. The museum is highly informative, with a vast collection of aircraft, memorabilia, and interactive exhibits that showcase the PAF's rich heritage. It's particularly great for kids who are interested in aviation and the PAF's history. A highlight of the museum is the display of remnants from the Indian fighter plane shot down during the 27th February incident, featuring the remains of the aircraft and a display of the events surrounding Abhinandan's capture. I highly recommend the PAF Museum to anyone interested in aviation, history, or the Pakistan Air Force."

Mazar-e-Quaid – The Resting Place of a Nation’s Dream 🇵🇰✨ Mazar-e-Quaid, located in the heart of Karachi, is not just a monument — it’s the soul of Pakistan carved in white marble. Mazar-e-Quaid: A Symbol of National Pride Mazar-e-Quaid, the final resting place of Pakistan's founder, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, is more than just a mausoleum; it is an iconic symbol of national identity and a must-visit landmark in Karachi. The striking structure, designed in a 1960s modernist style by architect Yahya Merchant, is a masterpiece of white marble, conveying a sense of serenity and dignity. The large, elevated cuboid mausoleum, topped with a pristine dome, stands proudly amidst expansive, lush green gardens. Approaching the tomb offers a solemn experience, reflecting the immense historical and cultural significance of the site. Visitors can appreciate the architectural details, including the elegant curved Moorish arches and copper grills. The complex also houses the tombs of Jinnah’s sister, Fatima Jinnah, and Pakistan’s first Prime Minister, Liaquat Ali Khan, among other prominent figures. Beneath the mausoleum, a museum displays personal belongings of the Quaid-e-Azam, offering a tangible connection to his life and vision. The sight of the military guard changing ceremony is a powerful display of respect. Visiting Mazar-e-Quaid is a profoundly moving experience, inspiring a deep sense of national pride and reverence for the "Father of the Nation." It’s a beautifully maintained, solemn space perfect for reflection and appreciating the enduring legacy of Pakistan's struggle for

A beautiful and peaceful landmark with vast, well-kept gardens and the striking white marble tomb of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Entry to the inner tomb and museum is restricted, but the monument and surroundings are worth a visit for their historical and cultural significance.
Zaheer I — Google review
I took my children to Mazar-e-Quaid because they had a topic about Quaid-e-Azam in their school book. Upon reaching there, I found out that the top area was closed; only the park and the museum were open. I asked the management why it was closed, and they said that the security agencies had closed it. I requested permission to go up, but they refused. Then, in order to see Quaid-e-Azam's tomb from inside, I used notes featuring Quaid-e-Azam (money) and bribed the photographer with 200 rupees, who then easily arranged entry for me. Corruption exists everywhere in our system. Shame on the management. There is no proper parking. All the stalls are set up right in front of the main gate, and to enter, one has to pass through the middle of them. Furthermore, you have to park your car in the ground right in front, paying 100 rupees for parking with no security. After that, you have to cross the main road, and there is no zebra crossing anywhere. You have to take a risk and cross the main road by slipping through a small opening. Meanwhile, there is a very large parking area inside the park, but that is only for VVIPs; the public is just considered insects. Let them go to hell. This is why high-class and elite-class people do not visit there. Again, shame on the management

The Mazar-e-Quaid, also known as the Jinnah Museum, is the final resting place of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. It's located in Karachi, the largest city of Pakistan. Here's a brief history: Historical Background: Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away on 11 September 1948. The idea of building a grand mausoleum to honor his contributions to the creation of Pakistan was proposed shortly after his death. Design & Construction: The current design was created by Yahya Merchant, a famous Indian architect and a friend of Jinnah. The mausoleum’s construction started in the 1960s and was completed in 1970. It is made of white marble, designed in a modernist style with Islamic architectural elements, and is situated in a spacious park. Structure Details: The tomb rests on an elevated platform. Inside, there's a chandelier gifted by the People’s Republic of China. Apart from Jinnah, several other important leaders are also buried here, including: Fatima Jinnah (his sister), Liaquat Ali Khan (Pakistan’s first Prime Minister), Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar. National Significance: Mazar-e-Quaid is a symbol of Karachi and a national monument. Every year, ceremonies and military parades are held here on national holidays like Pakistan Day (March 23), Independence Day (August 14), and Jinnah’s birth and death anniversaries

The ambiance at this restaurant is truly amazing. Every detail in the interior design has been carefully considered, creating an intricate and visually stunning space. The standout feature for me was the treehouse-inspired design—it’s unique, beautifully executed, and a sight to behold. The customer service was excellent, and my experience dining with relatives—three families in total—was smooth and enjoyable. The food was good, with generous portions, though I found the kebabs a bit dry. However, everything else was delicious. The seating area is spacious, making it a great option for both large families and smaller groups. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for the incredible ambiance and atmosphere. The vibes alone make it worth a visit!

A nice spot for a peaceful dinner (during weekdays). They have both indoor and outdoor seating but I prefer outdoors as it's more open and quiet. Tried their beef Bihari, Karachi, and chicken jelfrezi, everything was perfectly cooked and timely served. It gets crowded on weekends though.

BBQ Tonight at Lucky One Mall generally delivers a fantastic dining experience, earning a solid four-star review from me. The food, as expected from this well-known chain, is consistently delicious. Their kebabs are always perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, and the variety on offer ensures there's something for everyone. The ambiance is pleasant, striking a good balance between a casual family restaurant and a place suitable for a more formal gathering. Service is typically attentive and efficient, contributing to an enjoyable meal every time. However, there's one significant drawback that prevents me from giving a full five stars: the lack of dedicated washroom facilities within the restaurant itself. Guests are required to use the mall's washrooms, which becomes a considerable inconvenience, especially later in the evening. This issue is compounded by the fact that the mall washrooms close at 11:00 PM, while BBQ Tonight often operates beyond this time. This can lead to an awkward and frustrating situation for patrons who need to use the facilities after this hour. For a restaurant of BBQ Tonight's caliber and reputation, having a private, well-maintained washroom is an expectation, not a luxury. It significantly impacts the overall customer experience, particularly when dining with family or during longer visits. Addressing this would undoubtedly elevate the dining experience to a full five stars. In summary: BBQ Tonight Lucky One offers excellent food and good service, making it a highly recommended spot for a satisfying meal. However, the management urgently needs to address the washroom situation by providing dedicated facilities within the restaurant or ensuring continued access to mall washrooms for their customers beyond 11 PM. Resolving this issue would truly perfect an otherwise great dining establishment.

I visited BBQ tonight and had a mixed experience. The food was generally good, with some tasty BBQ options. However, the service was a bit slow, and it took a while for our order to arrive.

Bar.B.Q.Tonight offers a truly wonderful dining experience with its spacious and beautifully decorated interior, featuring comfortable chairs and tables that make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. The excellent location, clean environment, and polite, attentive staff add to the charm, creating a perfect setting to enjoy a meal. However, the food preparation needs some improvement; the dessert Kulfi was so frozen it required a hammer to break, and the dish I ordered was excessively salty—almost preservative-level saltiness. Additionally, it would be very helpful if the restaurant provided an easily accessible sink for customers to wash their hands, as there currently isn’t one inside. Despite these issues, the overall experience remains very positive, and with some adjustments in the kitchen and facilities, it has the potential to be outstanding.

We've been going to bbq tonite for years now and really value the place. But the lucky one branch has suddenly lost all sense of what it means to be part of the brand. First we noticed cockroaches creeping in from behind the wall mounted sofas. The table was dirty and even the chairs were not cleaned when we were asked to be seated. Despite calling waiters to clean they were least bothered about it. Everything was oily and sticky. Then our food came. The mutton ribs were so dry and not even grilled. Normally mutton ribs are a bbq tonite fav of our family and we look forward to having them. Then the Afghani boti was messed up. It was half done. The bihari boti was cold the rice were also cold and the mutton karhai was also barely warm. The chatnis were off looking too. 2 members of our family got so sick they have been in bed. I don't understand what has happened to the quality all of a sudden. The limited menu should mean quality is ensured but the way we got food poisoning confirms that the lucky one branch is not trustable. I'd happily go to the Clifton branch but lucky one not again.

Buffet restaurant
LalQila Restaurant Karachi is known for its revival of Mughal-era cuisine, offering patrons a dining experience that reflects the opulence of a Mughal Emperor's table. The restaurant provides a mock Mughal dining experience with outdoor dining in castle-like settings, evoking the grandeur of a noble history. Its menu includes Mughlai, Tandoori, barbecue, and classical Pakistani dishes served through a fantastic buffet service.
Updated review: Me, and other 4 people from the group had stomachache after coming back. This also happened some 8 years ago when we ate at Lal qila, my whole family had a bad case of food poisoning. Please please kindly use fresh ingredients and fresh food. I gave five stars but now giving 1 star to the food. We were invited here for Sunday brunch, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. I had visited years ago but didn’t enjoy it much back then—it felt overcrowded and chaotic. This time, however, the experience was completely different: calm, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The food selection was impressive, thoughtfully curated to suit a desi palate while also offering a range of well-prepared Continental options. What really stood out was the focus on quality over quantity, each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, without the unnecessary overload just to boost the count. The dessert room was a dream come true for any sweet lover, and the live stations;tea, eggs, fresh roti, were the cherry on top. A special shoutout to Shahzada Saleem and the cake-cutting crew, whose little entertainment segment won the hearts of both kids and adults. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, every child went home with a gift—such a thoughtful touch. Hats off to Mr. Zeeshan Qayum for pulling it all together so seamlessly. Truly a memorable Sunday!

We went there for dinner on May 12th this year, beautiful decor, great people and on top of that the worst food poisoning I've ever had. It started shortly after we got home. My whole family has been suffering for two days. The stomach ache is incredible. For that kind of money it is simply unacceptable to treat people like that. At first everything looks perfect but appearances are deceptive.

Went for dinner buffet. They have indoor and outdoor sitting. They have open kitchen for buffet. Variety of food is good but taste is average. There was a stone in my food and instead of acknowledging it the manager kept on insisting that it was salt. Mutton was very hard. Only batair and prawns were good the rest was pretty average. Desserts options were also limited. They have separate area for main course, bbq and desserts which is confusing for new visitors.

"Indulge in a royal treat at Lal Qila's Hi Tea Buffet, where tradition meets modernity! Savor the flavors of expertly crafted delicacies, accompanied by an unlimited selection of teas. This delightful afternoon escapade is perfect for sharing with family and friends. Experience the grandeur of Lal Qila's Hi Tea Buffet, where every sip and bite is a royal delight. From finger sandwiches to sweet pastries, and from herbal infusions to artisanal teas, every detail is designed to make your afternoon truly special."😍❤

Visited Laal Qila during Ramadan for their dinner buffet and, unfortunately, it was quite a letdown. While the ambience and decor were impressive as it definitely gives you that Mughal era vibe but the food quality was shockingly poor. Most of the dishes were cold and felt stale, with zero freshness. The Prawns smelled off, clearly fried in overused oil, which not only ruined the taste but made it almost inedible. Many items lacked flavor, and the overall selection felt more about quantity than quality. Desserts were mediocre at best, with nothing that stood out or justified the price tag. For a place charging a premium and hyped up during Ramadan, you'd expect attention to food hygiene and taste. Sadly, this felt like a waste of money. If you're going just for photos or ambiance, maybe it's worth it but if you're looking for a satisfying buffet experience, this isn't it. Wouldn’t recommend for food lovers or anyone looking for value for money.

Fast food restaurant
Hanifia - New Town is a renowned spot in Karachi known for its delectable hunter beef. The soft, juicy hunter beef paired with the perfect amount of sauces and fresh bun is a must-try for any food enthusiast. Visitors rave about the flavorful mustard sauce that adds an extra kick to their burgers and fried beef. Despite the rising costs, patrons appreciate that the taste has remained consistent over the years.
They indeed pioneer of frozen and fried varieties of Hunter Meat, also the mouth watering BBQ, burgers, and broast. This jamia masjid remains a popular joint and has a unique vibe that you wouldn't find it any where. Hunter beef and burgers or any bbq are good ones to start with.

We ordered hunter beef with bun, quarter spicy brost, chicken zinger burger, fish n chips which cost us 2450/=PKR. Shop & Kitchen was clean, service person was good, lots of variety of food available here, chicken and hunter beef half done 3000/kg. Parking is on road side.

An average fast food place, nothing special. The quantity was less of hunter beef with a big sweet bun. The packing parcel was good and sitting arrangements are pretty much average. They really need to some magic in their food.

Some good food with reasonable prices. Eg. Rice with kebab, and crispy chicken wraps. Servers are fast and polite. Atmosphere is not good but ofc it's a low budget eatery.

There are 3 different Hanifia and all of them are owned by same family but due to rivalry between brothers they have 3 different shops, one with Al Hajj Muhammad Hanif Shimlavi written on board is original one. We tried their ever famous hunter beef with buns and it was very tasty bun was soft and perfectly toasted. One of the few unique foods in Karachi.

One of my favourite places to eat. Their burger and fried beef with mustard is out of this world. If you are a mustard lover then their mustard taste I have yet to find any competition. It adds a delicious taste to the burger and gives a delight to eat. I always like to have fried beef with mustard and fresh tomatoes taken with baked buns. What a taste what a delight. The good thing is that that despite the elapse of over two decades, I find no change in the taste. Thank you and keep it up.

Always a good experience with Hanifia... even though the costs of everything has gone up abit much but the taste remained the same which is honestly mouthwatering and exquisite. their special made mustard sauce is spicy and tangy at the same time... things to eat there: zinger with cheese Hunter beef burger Hunter beef Gyro Fish Gyro specially mandis depending upon your taste buds you can have Chicken or mutton option... these are fulfilling and yummy...

Overall taste was no doubt good but we ordered mandi and the waiter brought it pretty quickly but with plastic spoons after trying for some time i asked for a steel spoon but was told no. Because they only serve with these . Now how are we supposed to eat meat with plastic spoons i think customers should have a choice how they want their dish But overall everything was great

Situated near Clifton Beach, Dolmen Mall is a medium-sized shopping center that offers a range of Pakistani and international clothing brands, gift shops, and more. While its store selection may be similar to other malls in Pakistan, the mall stands out for its beautiful ambiance. Adorned with flower-themed decorations on the walls and ceilings, it provides a picturesque setting for leisurely outings with friends or solo visits.
Dolmen Mall is one of the best shopping destinations in the city! It’s clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of local and international brands. The environment is modern and family-friendly, with great food options in the food court and a relaxing sea view from the top floors. Security and parking are well managed, and the staff is usually helpful. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or just hanging out, Dolmen Mall offers a great experience for everyone.

An Exceptional Shopping Experience at Dolmen Mall, Karachi Dolmen Mall Clifton stands out as one of the premier shopping destinations in Karachi, offering an exceptional blend of cleanliness, ambiance, and retail variety. Its combination of luxury, convenience, and hospitality makes it a standout destination in Karachi’s retail landscape.

I visited Dolmen Mall Clifton today to join my classmates at lunch, and once again it proved why it remains one of Karachi’s most popular shopping and entertainment destinations. The mall has a lively yet organized atmosphere, with its wide corridors, neat layout, and premium stores that make shopping feel like a complete experience rather than just a quick errand. From fashion to electronics, you find almost everything under one roof, and the staff at most outlets were polite and helpful during my visit. The real highlight of today’s trip was the food court, and the variety was impressive. The space is bright, airy, and welcoming, with plenty of seating for both small groups and large families. Even though it was busy, the arrangements were comfortable enough that it never felt overcrowded. I noticed that cleanliness was well maintained, with staff regularly ensuring the tables and counters were tidy. I opted for Chinese food, it was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Around me, families were enjoying everything from fast food to traditional dishes, and the energy in the food court felt warm and vibrant. The dessert counters and coffee spots added the perfect finishing touch, making it an ideal place to relax after walking through the mall. Overall, today’s visit reminded me why Dolmen Mall Clifton is more than just a shopping spot—it is a lifestyle destination. With its combination of retail, dining, and family-friendly ambiance, the mall continues to set the standard for a complete day-out experience in Karachi.

Its a great shopping mall right near the Sea. Comfortable, cool and well lit .....and tastefully decorated to say the least. Best place to forget your worries and shop till you drop. Whether its coffee or a quick snack, its got you covered. Karachi sizzles and rocks! Here at Dolmen they know how to talk the talk and walk the walk....Wheelchairs are very much available,so are doctors and first aid. The staff is friendly, the security vigilant and there is ample parking space. Also the people swimming in this shopping paradise are oblivious to the crisis and pain of the outside world...no boycotts here, so chillax. Well crafted signs to enter into the temporary bliss of delusion. Not a bad experience, kinda cool NGL. Learn to tip well. Average people struggle a whole year to visit this gallery just once every leap year. But if you eat of interest money from some famous bank .. earn a pretty looking platinum card ... they just luffffff you. Enjoy the brands that sell the world here or buy a carpet from Afghanistan at their famous display canters. Tip that man cleaning your table or picking up after you. Slavery was abolished 1400 years back.Feudals should read History Books.Liberty Books is on the Ground Floor for feeding grey cells. Charity goes a long way in the Real world so I urge you to keep tipping till the beggar mafia is exposed. Have a great day.

A great mall with all the top-class brand outlets under one roof, making shopping really convenient but this plus point of it makes this place feels more like a hangout spot than a shopping destination because of the excessive rush. Management should work on controlling the crowd and noise levels to match the high-class standards of the mall.

Frere Hall, an iconic 1860s building in Karachi, was constructed to honor Sir Henry Bartle Edward Frere. The well-preserved yellow limestone structure is surrounded by a lush garden and now serves as a library and art gallery. Originally the Town Hall, it features Gothic-Venetian Victorian-style architecture and houses stone busts, oil paintings, and a library. Despite needing restoration work, it remains a significant example of British colonial engineering and a popular hangout spot for locals.
Very beautiful building. It used to be a library and now it is used as an exhibition space. There is also an art gallery inside. There are vast gardens surrounding the building which are open to all. It's in the heart of the city and the 1st floor of the building offers stunning views of the gardens around. 9/10

Beautiful place. Library and art gallery rolled in one. The library has many old books besides the contemporary ones. Nice quiet place to read and study. Their collection of old news papers gives a glimpse into the life in Karachi in the past. Paradise for Karachi history lovers. The Sadqain Art gallery has a few art pieces on display by the mastero but the centerpiece is the mural on the ceiling. Truly awesome. A marvel. The building itself is a marvel of colonial architecture. Loved the wooden staircase. Free entry to both but sometimes there are some shoots barring access to the gallery. The government should allocate a non public time for such activities may be a specific day well advertised to avoid art lovers left disappointed. Plenty of parking available. The garden is a nice spot to enjoy famous Karachi evening breeze.

Frere Hall is a beautiful reminder of Karachi's colonial past, blending history and architecture gracefully. The Gothic-Venetian style and lush gardens make it a peaceful spot in the heart of the city. Its art gallery featuring Sadequain’s murals is a cultural gem for art lovers. The surrounding park is great for quiet walks or family outings. Sometimes, events and exhibitions bring the place to life with local talent. However, parts of the building could use better maintenance and restoration. Overall, it's a must-visit for history buffs and anyone wanting to explore Karachi’s heritage

Fere Hall is a gem in the heart of DHA Phase 5, offering a perfect blend of elegance and modern charm! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its chic, contemporary design—think lush greenery, cozy seating, and a rooftop area that’s ideal for evening gatherings with stunning views. The ambiance strikes a balance between relaxed and upscale, making it great for everything from casual brunches to special occasions. The menu is a delightful mix of Mediterranean and fusion cuisines. I highly recommend their Truffle Pasta and Beef Brisket—both were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented (hello, Instagram-worthy plates!). Their coffee and desserts, like the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, are a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. Service was warm and attentive, though it did slow down a bit during peak hours. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and experience justify it. A minor downside is limited parking on busy weekends, so plan ahead. Overall, Fere Hall is a standout spot in Karachi—perfect for foodies, coffee lovers, or anyone seeking a stylish escape. Can’t wait to return! 🌟 Pro tip: Visit during sunset for magical rooftop vibes!

The art gallery is pretty amazing, although it needs to be properly cleaned and maintained. My friend wanted a Nikkah Shoot here at Sadequain Art Gallery, but the person incharge Mr. Saleem asked 15,000 pkr per hour for the shoot which is crazy expensive and should be reduced to 5,000 pkr per hour so more people can use the place as a venue for a wedding shoot.

Frere Hall is one of the most iconic and historically significant buildings in Karachi, Pakistan. Constructed during the British colonial era , it was originally established as a public library and town hall, named after Sir Henry Bartle Edward Frere, a British colonial administrator who promoted economic and social development in the region. The building is a fine example of Venetian Gothic architecture, featuring elegant arches, teak wood interiors, and intricate carvings. Today, Frere Hall functions as a vibrant cultural and exhibition space, frequently hosting art exhibitions, book fairs, and public events. Inside, the Sadequain Gallery, named after the renowned Pakistani artist Sadequain, showcases many of his murals and artworks, adding immense artistic value to the site. Surrounded by lush, expansive gardens open to the public, Frere Hall offers a peaceful retreat in the midst of Karachi’s bustling urban landscape. The first floor provides stunning panoramic views of these gardens, making it a popular spot for visitors and photographers alike. Located in the heart of the city, Frere Hall remains a symbol of Karachi’s rich architectural heritage and cultural vitality. I enjoyed this place.
Imran K — Google review
The Frere hall park used to be a clean, well-maintained and relaxing place to go to to enjoy a walk, take some classes or just have a picnic in but now it is dirty and crowded, even on weekdays. The book fair on Sundays is one thing I still look forward to. Although the beggars, hawkers and vendors pile up trash and make so much noise you can't sit in peace half the time. The metal fences and trash cans have disappeared and water in the fountain is gone. Not to mention there's so much littering by the general public with no one to enforce rules to keep it clean that it's sad to see. Used to be a beautiful place, still is, but it's fallen into disrepair and disarray.

Very historical building, library inside holds very very old books. Love the atmosphere!

Fast food restaurant
Karachi Broast is a popular restaurant known for its crispy broast chicken, which has been a household name since 1982. The chicken is seasoned with a blend of 26 herbs and spices, giving it a mouthwatering taste. Customers appreciate the excellent service provided by Taj Bhai, who ensures top-quality food whether dining in, taking away, or getting delivery. In addition to their famous broast chicken, they also offer delicious BBQ options and other dishes upon request.
Best of the best in Karachi. Their Broast and chattni to die for and the tikka boti and green chattni served with it.. Drooling while writing this. I'd fly for this from Lahore!
Muhammad M — Google review
We decided to try both the spicy and the regular broast, and the flavors did not disappoint. The crispy, well-seasoned coating complemented the juicy chicken inside, while the garlic sauce added a delightful tang that elevated the overall experience. The broast was undoubtedly delicious and lived up to its reputation for quality. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that stood out. While the taste was spot-on, we noticed that the chicken pieces were noticeably smaller compared to other broast places we’ve tried, which felt a bit underwhelming given the portion size. Additionally, the prices were slightly on the higher side, which might deter some customers looking for better value for money. That said, the overall experience was enjoyable, with a balance of good service and flavorful food. On a scale of 10, we’d rate Karachi Broast’s Boat Basin branch an 8, as it delivers on taste but leaves room for improvement in portion size and pricing.
Zeeshan U — Google review
This is what they are serving us- I ordered a spicy broast meal and was horrified to find the chicken riddled with blackened bones and blood residue—unsafe, unappetizing, and extremely concerning. The photo above speaks for itself: clearly under-processed, a sign of poor hygiene and quality control.
Saif R — Google review
Delighted the taste buds with the Spicy Broast's flavorful kick, heightened by the tantalizing special sauce. The Regular Broast maintained its goodness, offering a satisfying and well-rounded culinary experience. A must-try for those craving deliciously seasoned broasted delights! 🍗🌶️

01Aug24, new addition of al-baik style broast in Karachi broast. Super spicy taste, it is worth a try you won't stop coming back for more. Love it. 04 Mar23, best limca with apple sidra. Get Karachi broast and top it off with apple sidra. Beast of a combination!
Saad S — Google review
I love Karachi broast for their consistency in quality. I am a broast fan and they make the best broast in the country. I think they should consider expanding to outside of Karachi, specially to Islamabad where I live. In fact I think they should consider branching internationally!! Thank you for keeping the quality. I remember it like when I was a boy (which is a long time ago :))
Abu H — Google review
Nice broast and burgers available in reasonable price. They also have introduced Broastzza, a combination of broast and pizza ( chicken breast fillet flattened and then fried in broast better and then topped with pizza toppings and cheese), which was unique.

This is the all-day dining restaurant inside the Karachi Marriott Hotel. They offer breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner. They serve soups, salads, international and Pakistani dishes, desserts, fruits, and juices. They serve a vast variety of food items. They offer vegetarian and vegan dishes. They have ample indoor seating. They accept payment by cash or card. For international standards of pricing, they are priced below average. For car parking, you can use the hotel parking lot.

Number one choice for early breakfast in whole Karachi. I didn’t experience this much extensive breakfast options anywhere in entire Pakistan. Most of the dishes were great taste however, a few of them need little up-gradation in taste. Good options for juices and multiple dishes in buffet breakfast with a good tea is a plus. Must visit for breakfast. Had high tea a considerable time ago that was equally a satisfying experience.

Nadia Café at the Marriott Hotel Karachi – A Timeless Gem for Buffets and Brunch If you're in Karachi and craving a reliable spot for an indulgent meal, Nadia Café is your go-to. Tucked inside the upscale Marriott Hotel on Abdullah Haroon Road, this 24/7 all-day diner has been a staple since the 1980s, blending continental, Pakistani, and international flavors with effortless elegance. I've dined here multiple times for breakfast, hi-tea, and lunch buffets, and it never fails to deliver that perfect mix of variety, quality, and comfort – especially if you're with family or friends. What stands out most is the buffet spread. For breakfast, expect an extensive lineup: five types of fresh fruits, seven cheese varieties, salami and tuna slices, pickles, a dozen pastries and cakes, plus savory options from English breakfasts to Chinese stir-fries and local desi favorites. The hi-tea (around PKR 1,700 per person) is a highlight – think crispy kachoris that steal the show, alongside a bounty of salads, mutton bhuna gosht, sautéed veggies, and even kid-friendly bites. It's not just food; it's a feast that feels luxurious without being overwhelming. One recent brunch left me raving about the stunning presentation and seamless blend of flavors – from juicy grilled items to decadent desserts. The ambiance elevates the whole experience. The indoor-outdoor seating with fairy lights creates a magical vibe, perfect for a relaxed Sunday or an Eid gathering. It's spacious, peaceful, and family-oriented, with that classic hotel polish that makes you feel pampered. Service is another win: Attentive staff (shoutout to managers like Rehan Khan for thoughtful touches like complimentary anniversary cakes) keep tea and coffee flowing, and they're polite even during peak hours. Sure, it's on the pricier side for Karachi standards – buffets can add up – and occasional gripes about drier dishes or service hiccups pop up, but the value shines through in the sheer diversity and consistency. Ranked #21 of 358 restaurants on Tripadvisor with a solid 4.4/5 from 68 reviews, it's earned its rep as a "must-visit for early breakfast" and hi-tea lovers.5767fd Recent Google feedback echoes this, praising the "excellent service, food quality, and ambiance" across American, seafood, and Pakistani offerings.ca5a12 top-rated.online In a city full of hidden gems, Nadia Café is the reliable classic you return to. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a polished dining escape – book ahead for weekends!

Went there for high tea. Food taste and options were really disappointing. When you see the name Marriott u expect good quality and taste but Nadia's cafe was totally opposite There is no comparison of the tase with the price they are charging per person. High tea buffet from a local restaurant like lal qila etc is much better than this.

Had a great experience of buffet lunch at cafe Nadia, Marriot hotel. Variety of food was available and almost all items were good. Mutton bhuna gosht and sauted vegetables were very good in main course. Lot of variety of Salad was also available. If you like to have sweets after meal then you are in luck as Gulab Jaman, Shahi tukra, Mango moos and caramel pudding is very tasty. Had a great experience of service from the staff.

Located in Karachi, The Deli is renowned for its exceptional dining experience and gourmet cuisine. This restaurant prides itself on offering a wide array of delectable dishes, including exquisite sandwiches, fresh salads, and delightful dessert options made from carefully selected ingredients. The menu features mysterious main courses prepared with fresh and flavorful elements of the highest quality, while the dessert selection includes top-notch chocolate and cheeses.
What a delightful place with an excellent ambiance, delicious food and amazing service. A good choice for upscale dining or the celebration of a special occasion like anniversaries and birthdays. The modern meze platter was flavorful and true to its origins. The Greek calamari was done just right. Ravioli was done right and a generous serving size. While the char grilled steak was to die for and it was the temperature I requested. Our server Mr. Nazir was the most courteous and helpful fellow. He made the whole experience of dining at The Deli quite smooth.

Seating is limited, ambiance is simple but eye pleasing. Food was pretty awesome, expensive though. We ordered beaf steak, club sandwiches and middeterean power bowl 👍🏻. Quality of food and taste was delicious. But even after 20% discount the total bill was still higher than any standard restaurant or steak house. But overall the experience was pleasing. One should visit if they can afford for nice peaceful lunch once a blue moon 🔵.

Went there after a long time, food was as good as it was on my last visit to this place. Two standout dishes were the pizza & thai red curry. Overall experience was good as the place was cool and quiet (something desperately needed in this hot weather). One thing this place definitely needs is a highchair for babies. Do check out their Turkey relish sandwich and chicken sate

The food tasted good but the service is too slow and need to renovate , the beef steak was good perfectly medium and the tarragon steak was perfect and servings are ok for one person . It was a good experience but there were flies outside 😜 . The most turn off was slow service by the waiter and not professional forgot to give napkins tissues had to call and ask for everything even the bill took so long . Kids enjoyed because we loved the food .
Xenab N — Google review
The food was excellent. The service obliging, enthusiastic and helpful. Atmosphere is casually informal with seating on ground and first levels with some outdoor seating. The bread basket offered a decent selection of fresh warm bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A must have is the Quinoa Salad. If there’s one thing I associate with this restaurant, it’s their Quinoa Salad. Not overpowering nor underwhelming, flavours permeate the palette effortlessly. Next came the Grilled Haloumi; one of the nicer Haloumi I’ve had and goes well with the salad. Then the Steak on a bed of creamed spinach with fries. About 3.5cm thick, it was done to a perfect medium; tender, juicy and seasoned just right with a lively chew. Couldn’t finish it. Steak was followed by a mushroom pizza - in an authentic Italian-style that had a perfectly seasoned herbaceous tomato sauce that complimented the mushrooms perfectly. Finally the dessert - Cheese Cake Crème Brûlée. The palette was caught off-guard as it was not expecting a cheese cake with a pastry bottom and a hard caramelised top. But that is exactly what the menu said. Given I was mentally prepared and looking forward to a traditional Crème Brûlée, it made a commendable effort filling in. Pricing wise - around 5k per head with decent discounts if you use certain Credit Cards. The ambience could be less utilitarian and prosaic, and could do with some sprucing up so it does justice to the food.

Poor food quality. Most things on menu that we wanted were not available. Fresh juice was warm and took them 10+ minutes to get ice. Burger was so so. At least i had poor experience but you may try it yourself to find out. Me not going back there again, even if someone else is paying. Spending 4.5k per person... not worth it. Sorry guys.

Cute place. We hadn't made a reservation but were luckily seated right away. Started with their starters. The eggplant fries were realllly good. Wasabi prawns were great. The beef takataki was okay. Steak was alright.
