Seafood restaurant
FINS Grill and Icehouse, situated in Port Aransas, is a charming waterfront venue that offers a diverse menu featuring burgers, seafood, beer, and margaritas. The restaurant boasts a large deck with stunning harbor views, making it an ideal spot for a memorable dining experience. Opened in 2005 by Captain Kelly and Beth Owens, the establishment prides itself on its fresh seafood offerings and family-friendly atmosphere.
We had a fantastic dining experience at FINS Grill & Icehouse in Port Aransas! Everything from the food to the service was top-notch. Our server, JT, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. One of the highlights was the grilled Gulf fish with veggies, which came with yellow and green zucchini, caramelized onions, and a chimichurri sauce that tied the whole dish together perfectly. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced—the chimichurri was a standout! I started with a side salad, which was fresh and flavorful, and instead of a burger (which looked delicious), I ordered the fried fish. While it was slightly on the dry side, it was still tasty. The shrimp and fries were both excellent—crispy and satisfying. We also had the onion rings, which were light, crispy, and served piping hot—absolutely loved them. Even the fried okra, which I don’t usually go for, was tasty! My wife had the seafood gumbo—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The beers came out ice cold, and the vibe of the place was perfect for a relaxed coastal evening. JT even recommended The Deserted Island for ice cream, since FINS doesn’t have many dessert options. We took his advice and were glad we did! All in all, FINS delivered a great experience—excellent service, delicious food, and a fun, friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Our food was good. We were a party of 6 with different entries. The grilled chicken was good, the crab sliders were a little too mushy, and the buffalo chicken sandwich was so big it was impossible to eat. The fish plate and tacos were good. Overall the food was okay. We had a 50 minute wait but once we were seated service was quick. We did not have a long wait for our food. Our server was very good. It was my first visit to FINS. I have had better. The parking is a problem but there is an overflow lot behind Stripes. It would be helpful if that were posted somewhere in their parking lot.

Fins is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a high-quality meal in Port Aransas. The table-side service is attentive, and the food is prepared with great care. Sure, you can find a cheaper meal elsewhere, but when you consider the cleanliness of the restaurant, the professionalism of the wait staff, and the pride they put into both the quality and the portion sizes, it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Rodney C — Google review
I had such a great experience at Fins! The skinny onion rings were light, crispy, and absolutely addictive. I went with the Port A Burger, and wow—it was a knockout. Juicy and perfectly cooked, topped with fried jalapeños, bacon, cheese, and an awesome spicy sauce that tied it all together. Every bite was loaded with flavor. Our server, Jamie, was fantastic—warm, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The whole place had a clean, relaxed, and welcoming vibe that made it easy to just enjoy the meal. Between the excellent food, perfect service, and great atmosphere, this was one of those meals you walk away from already planning your next visit. Loved it!
Curtis T — Google review
The poorboy sandwich was really good. Service was excellent. The sweet potato fries were delicious. Only thing was the breading on the fried Mahi Mahi, it was really thick. A lighter batter would have been tastier.
Margie W — Google review
We ordered our food there it was fantastic. Our waitress was amazing. Orders for taking quickly and served quickly. Order was accurate. Atmosphere was very very nice. Little too warm to sit outside on the deck.
JEWELSK — Google review
Enjoyed the location (sat outside by the marina). Friendly service. We got grilled shrimp and creole mahi-mahi (it's topped with gumbo). Both were delicious. Loved their fried calamari (not chewy/rubbery).
G B — Google review
We went for lunch; it was a little pricey, but it’s totally worth it. The fish and shrimp were super fresh, and the burgers were great. The kids loved their meals, and the atmosphere was definitely enjoyable. We are going back when we visit again; I highly recommend it!

Fishing charter
Deep Sea Headquarters in Port Aransas, located on the Gulf of Mexico, offers both group and private charters for fishing enthusiasts. The area is known for its abundant marine life, making it a perfect spot for a day of angling. After a successful fishing adventure, visitors can have their catch cooked at one of the local restaurants. Customers have praised the knowledgeable and helpful deckhands and captains who made their trips memorable experiences.
An awesome experience! We had a wonderful day, and caught a lot of fish. The deck hands were excellent and kept us rigged up and fully baited. The Captain was excellent and even came down to help with rigging when we were on the fish! Will go again every single time we come to Port A.
Misty M — Google review
Captain Kelly's Deep Sea Headquarters gave us an amazing fishing trip! My 10-year-old son and I had the best time ever. As soon as he dropped his hook in the water, he was catching fish—just like that! Captain Kelly knew exactly where to go and put the boat right on top of the snapper. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. The crew was super friendly and helpful too. If you're thinking about going deep sea fishing, don’t wait—book your trip with Captain Kelly! You won’t regret it!
McKee S — Google review
My Husband took our 7 year old son and his friend on the 8 hour trip and reported back that they had the best time!! The deck hands were awesome, everyone caught something. Snapper, sharks, King fish and more!! Everyone had an awesome time and my son can't wait to go again. Would definitely recommend 👌
Stephanie B — Google review
We had an awesome day out on the water with Captain Kevin and his crew! From the moment we left the dock, the communication was clear and professional. Captain Kevin really knew what he was doing—he consistently put us on the fish and moved us to better spots whenever things slowed down. The deckhands were phenomenal: patient, helpful, and constantly working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. These guys really hustled and created a great experience for everyone on board. We all hit our quota of red snapper, which made the trip even more rewarding. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were told not to bring any snacks, yet some passengers had backpacks. When we went to buy food onboard, it had already run out, which was pretty frustrating. We left early the morning to make the 2 hour trip to board, so when we got back after the trip we were quite famished. Highly recommend this charter—just eat before you go or double-check the food policy in advance!
Bill S — Google review
This was our 3rd charter with Deep Sea Headquarters. This time we took the 24 hour charter out. Was a little dissappointed because Texas closed the Amber Jack Tuna season that morning so we weren't able to target those fish. But that didnt matter we came back to shore with ALOT of fish! Multiple varieties of Snapper, we caught Red Snapper too but had to throw them back since they were out of season. Everybody came back with 3 King fish each. Other people caught Mahi, Sharks, and lots other fish. Deck hands and Captain were so attentive and kind. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.
K L — Google review
Went out on the 12 October 8 hour trip. Really good time overall and very reasonably priced. Weren’t sure what we were going to be targeting but Capt let us know pretty early we’d be targeting vermillions about 35 miles off shore. Ended up being about 2.5 hours out, 2.5-3 hours of fishing, and 2.5 hours back. Seas were about as good as you could ask for, some good sized rollers but spaced apart so not not bad at all. Boat was pretty packed, I think 47 on board but really didn’t feel crowded at all, couple of tangles but it wasn’t bad. We limited out on the vermillions pretty fast. Deck hands were quick to rig everyone up for the bigger fish after we filled our coolers. Aside from the vermillions caught some big red snappers (had to throw them back unfortunately since it was off season but they were pigs), lane snappers, dog snappers, blue runners and a couple of good sized sharks. The two deckhands were excellent, very enthusiastic and friendly despite being extremely busy. We aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty so unhooked our own fish whenever we could since they were running around but they would get to you eventually if you are uncomfortable with that. Can’t bring any food or drink on board but they had plenty for purchase, it’s not clearly displayed so don’t be afraid to ask them, they’ll grab it for you quickly. There is a bathroom on board, it’s not glorious but it will do the trick in a pinch. Plenty of bait was doled out to all of us and they cut new bait when targeting the larger fish later on. Make sure you’ve got sunscreen and a hat, and if you’ve got a sensitive butt bring a pad with you because sitting on the side can be uncomfortable after a few hours. They will clean your fish for you afterwards for a very reasonable price, it does take a bit though after a good trip so be patient. Overall a really good time for the three of us, would 100% go with them again. Limited out, great crew and other guests, I’ve got zero complaints
Adam R — Google review
Started chartering with them when Captain Kelly was on the Pelican 20 plus years ago and have been on all the fleet . We chartered the new King Fisher for a 12 hour trip with captain Jake , and deck hands Loyd and Cameron . There was 12 of us on board and we all had an incredible time. The crew was amazing and catered to everyone!!! I can’t thank the crew and staff enough!! We will be back and will be requesting the same crew!!
Quality B — Google review
It's an adequate experience at best. There were hardly any fish, even trying two different spots. I don't blame anyone for that, that's just how fishing is. But.... 1. DO NOT GET the starboard side of the boat in the afternoon. We were in the sun most of the time while the port side got shade almost the whole time. 2. No hand sanitizer or soap onboard. You're handling squid and fish heads, but the only remedy is a one sink bathroom back in the shop...which everyone (40 of us onboard) rushed to right after. 3. The crew seemed pretty surly. Maybe just a bad day? It seemed like more of a chore for them, like the job was annoying them. 4. No one checked to see if you had a fishing license or even took our boarding ticket. We just went with the group and wandered onto the boat together. 5. Went out into the bay for 39 minutes, then moved to another spot 12 minutes back, then another 30 minutes to get back to port. That's a big chunk of time for a 3.5 hour excursion. I know they have to get away from the ferry and the shipping lane, but we were practically halfway to Corpus.

Red Dragon Pirate Cruises

Embark on an adventure with Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, where you'll set sail on a 70-foot replica pirate ship equipped with 10 digital cannons. While the vessel mirrors historic pirate boats, it also offers modern conveniences like a full-service bar and restrooms. As you cruise through Aransas Bay, be entertained by live performances featuring sword fights, dancing, and thrilling naval battle reenactments.
This was a cute little boat ride. Fun for the kids, although a bit of a squeeze considering there were quite a lot of other guests on board. It’s very fun and interactive for the kiddos, from sword fights and treasure hunts, to catching a few dolphins from the window. The crew was hospitable, and definitely get the kiddos excited and involved. The ship offers drinks, snacks, and souvenir purchases while on board, as well as offer an opportunity to tip the crew at the end. My little one had fun, and that made it worth the while as we had never been out on a boat before.

We went on the Thursday night adults only sunset cruise and had a great time! It fulfilled a childhood dream of mine to set sails on the red dragon! Super fun, the crew was entertaining and the drink prices were super affordable! We also got to see dolphins near the end! Definitely will be back again next time we visit the beach!

We had a blast on this pirate ride, you as an adult have to relax and have fun too. The crew made jokes, did fun activities, and even had some interactive "surprises". Our evening cruise also ended up being a beautiful sunset cruise with many dolphins sightings. Our kids loved it. They had snacks and an adult beverage area, and the ride was very smooth sailing. They had an 18&over seating area too if desired. Overall great job, I know entertainment can be rough sometimes.

My family and I had the best time on the morning cruise and my daughter loves it so much we did the evening cruise the same day. I couldn't get her off the boat!! The "show" was so amazing and you could tell they loved what they did. The kids had a blast and it's fun for all ages!! The bartender Echo, was phenomenal!! The drinks were fantastic! They definitely have found lifetime pirates with us!! Will definitely be making this a must do every time we come down!!

The "Crew" were absolutely awesome. Very family friendly attraction, especially for the younger children. Even my teenager had a great time. They were very interactive with the kids, plus the bonus of seeing the dolphins and a gorgeous sunset. Would highly recommend giving the Red Dragon Pirate Cruise a try.

Went on the 6:30 trip on 4 June 2025. The actors were amazing with ALL of the kiddos. My daughter was a little scared/nervous and the main character “poison” gave her a stuffed parrot to cheer her up. From then on she was excited and participated in all other activities. I highly recommend going on this adventure If you have kids ages 4-12 years old.

was before Halloween - Boos Cruise (~1½ hrs). Most minors & many adults in costume. Pirates (crew/staff) were excellent & safety-conscious: friendly, funny, kids entertained whole trip. Available cocktails were decent.

Regardless of age, you'll have a great experience. Safe, lots of fun, great activities, and great memories. Wish we would've done this sooner as my kids are now teens; yet they still had fun.

Additionally, the Patsy Jones Amphitheater presents live music concerts and regional festival performances. With an observation tower overlooking the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, visitors can enjoy watching dolphins as they interact with passing cargo ships.
Really cool park!!! So many things to look at and play on. My husband pointed out the lighthouse slide, so cool!!! There’s slides, a giant turtle to stand on, a zip line, swing especially for babies and children, picnic tables (with shade), and the coolest of all the lighthouse slide. Most of the playground has the soft surface for kids. And sprayer stations to keep you cool

Bathrooms were Very clean, 3 stalls in the women’s… 2 locations right in the park. Well lit, beautiful white mosaic sequence floor and walls. Really thoughtfully designed space. It’s inviting and not creepy like most of the beach bathrooms in town. There are filtered water hydration stations at the front of each bathroom where we filled up our kettles to boil water for our cup ramen which was perfect as there are tables and covered areas aplenty here. Tons of parking. Just a great little place to hang out. Wish our kids were young again, as the playground looked awesome and super clean. They’ve spent a ton of money on this park. There are boats docked around, you can see the ferry and pirate cruises go by. It’s just a perfect place for a respite

Our 1st time visiting... we drove a distance but was worth it. The park is incredible. My kids and I enjoyed it. The free dolphin watch experience though was our favorite. This is definitely a must visit place for locals and tourists. An experience for the entire family. Did I mention its free!!!?

Great park! So much fun for the kids. They have a cooking mist that helps with the heat. Great place to dolphin watch, there were so many out there. Amazing!

My husband and I enjoyed sitting and fishing at the waters edge. We watched the barges come in as well as the private boats. The dolphins were very active. They are so fun to watch. The pelicans were so busy diving into the water to catch their meals. We had a sand piper that came close to our sitting area. We appreciated having clean bathrooms close. We fished on the pier one night. Mostly,we sat on the granite blocks.
Sue M — Google review
Great location to view the dolphins playing in the wake from the ferry and the ships that pass. Sometimes they come up to the sea wall and the fishing pier! Plenty of parking marina access, fish cleaning station, bathrooms, play ground updated in 2025, grassy area to run and play ( throw foot ball , kick around a soccer ball) it’s FREE!!! No charge to park , or play , no charges to fish - you do need a license to fish the pass waters.
Shae F — Google review
Quiet area to watch boats and marine life. Pier for fishing and benches to sit in the shade. Rocks big enough to walk and sit on if you wanted to sit closer to the water. Playground for the kids.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow, what an unexpected gem at Robert’s Point Park! We were sent here by the lovely folks at the front desk of our White Cap hotel, and let me tell you, this place blew us away! Who knew you could spot wild dolphins swimming right in front of you at a Texas port? It was like they were putting on a show just for us—flipping and splashing so close we could almost high-five them! 🐬 And that’s not all—we also saw tons of sea turtles gliding through the water. The best part? No need to shell out big bucks to see dolphins trapped in a pool. This is nature at its finest, and we’re still buzzing from the experience! Highly recommend this spot for any nature-loving traveler looking for a delightful surprise. 🌊✨

Jun was great captain, and he and Wes did a great job keeping us entertained while riding and super safe while up in the air! Each ride was customized to the riders preference for their desired level of water immersion. Our entire family, from age 12- 47, had a blast! Highly recommend! Thanks again!

We were in Corpus Christi for a wedding last weekend and had some free time on Sunday. My daughter had made plans to go parasailing with a couple of her cousins in Port Aransas. I asked if I could get added on, so we were off. We arrived to Chute 'Em Up, received our guidance from Shelby upon check-in, and waited to board the boat. Once we got on board, Captain Mike and Shelby gave very specific guidance on how our trip would go, safety guidelines to follow, etc. At no time did we ever feel unsafe or that we had made a bad choice. We went out about 15 minutes to a very open area of water and then the fun began! Shelby fitted each person with a life vest and harness, and then we waited for our turn to go up. The anticipation of waiting to be launched is probably the worst part, but it isn't bad in reality. Once we were launched, Captain Mike began to increase his speed and let the chute and safety line extend out from the boat. I believe he said the line goes out approximately 600 feet, and then depending on the weight of the rider(s), you can range from 300 to 400 feet in altitude. Although the water was choppier due to windy conditions, once in the air, you really are just floating like a butterfly. The views were awesome. We saw several dolphins, and at least a couple sharks. We also added the Go Pro video and photos to our package - 💯 recommend that you do it. The memories will last a lifetime! I can guarantee you that the next time I am in CC/PA, I will be making another flight! P.S. - they also gave us some great recommendations for late lunch! Thanks, Captain Mike and Shelby, for a memorable first time for parasailing!

The absolute best time!!! The guys were incredible! Kind, laughed with us, made us feel super safe, explained everything clearly! We felt safe the entire time which let us laugh and have fun! Well worth the price! Definitely go for the last time of the day! Beautiful sunset! Even though one of my kids was just along for the ride on the boat, Wes still laughed with him and made him feel comfortable. Boat is awesome, amazing views! Don't miss out on a chance to do something like this!! YOLO!

Awesome people at this businessthey were very considerate of my family we had a great time all three of us got to parasail together at the very last minute even though a thunderstorm formed miles away heading our way and then they patiently watched it and made sure it was safe for us to go after the storm broke up! We couldn't have asked for more better service which we were fine with not sailing if they didn't think it was a great idea whatever the case they looked out for us and we greatly appreciate them.
Martin C — Google review
Mike and his staff are amazing. I just turned 50 and this was something I wanted to do but my fear of heights stopped me. I am so glad I decided this year to just go for it. My husband went along with me on Friday. The crew was great at explaining everything. I felt very safe. I was also really impressed by how smooth the lift off from the boat and landing back down. The crew seems to have perfected this. I like that they asked if you wanted to dip your toes in the water. When returning to harbor they slowed down and allowed us to watch a pod of dolphins for a few minutes. It was a nice bonus. I loved it so much that on Saturday I went again and took my 10y old daughter this time. It's her birthday soon and she really wanted to dip her toes in. Mike did a great job letting us graze the water. I honestly didn't want to come back down. And everyone was so friendly and shared their knowledge about the area, including some history on San Jose Island. Be sure to pack a small bag or mini cooler with something to drink (no alcohol lol), sunscreen, and a water proof case with a lanyard for your phone.

This place was amazing!! The food was fresh and delicious! I cannot express how good this was... hush puppies ( Best ever!)... Fried Fish ( Amazing!) Fried Shrimp ( Absolutely delicious!)... the restaurant itself is pretty quaint and simple, has a fish market area when you come in, mom and pop, laid back atmosphere, very casual... the food was pretty damn Awesome!!

To start, the staff was friendly, we were served outside and the food arrived quickly. Now the food wasn't bad, as a matter of fact I enjoyed my shrimp and the fish tacos were okay. Unfortunately, that was the issue. It was just...okay. There were bones in the fish and the breading on the shrimp was a little too thick. The fries and the onion rings were good though.

If you feel like eating a good plate of fried fish for a reasonable price then don’t go to this place. It’s a complete tourist trap. They plate I order was a fish and shrimp combo, it comes with fries and slaw. I’m not a huge fan of slaw so for an extra 1.99 I substituted for corn nuggets thinking it sounded good. Then I paid another extra 1.99 for onion rings instead of fries. Both mistakes but not far apparently from the original plate setting that my kid got. The sad appearance of my dinner is what really brought it down to one star. The only reason they got an extra star was because of how nice our server was although completely ignorant to the quality of food she was serving. Paid almost 25 bucks for my meal including tea. I will not eat here again.

Update: May 2018: Rebuilding almost complete after Hurricane. It's looking great. They offered a limited menu such as boiled shrimp, pie, and some other options. They even gave our doggie some water while we sat outside to have our lunch. Gumbo and pie were delicious. Bless you. We'll return again. 2017: Fresh flounder and shrimp!! Yum. Enjoyed food and service. Thank you. PS: they have a fish market gift shop too.

If you're looking for real fresh fish tacos, shrimp cocktails ,snapper ,snow crab ,stone crab ,king crab ,and awesome homemade key lime pie. This is the place. The girls are fantastic and phenomenal. They have a store inside that you can purchase all kinds of things. And as you can see in the picture they have very relaxing and laid-back atmosphere.

Waited almost 5 minutes to be seated in an absolutely empty dining room. No sweet tea. 6 shrimp for coconut shrimp is average, just a touch overdone, which for shrimp is high praise. Great crispy fries and malt vinegar on the table makes me happy. Felt rushed at the the end. No one explained that we wouldn't get a bill and you walk to the register to pay and leave, which makes it hard to leave your server a tip. Would do again when craving seafood and too lazy to cook it myself.

This place sold me shrimp and “mahi mahi” and they were both garbage. The shrimp were obviously old frozen shrimp and I have no idea what kind of fish I was given. The fish looked right in the display but it was absolute garbage when I got it home. Do not go here. Worst fish market I’ve ever had the displeasure of giving my business to.

Bar & grill
Trout Street Bar & Grill is a must-visit spot for those seeking a relaxed dining experience with stunning marina views. The restaurant offers a variety of Cajun-inspired seafood and refreshing cocktails in a spacious indoor setting as well as on an outdoor deck overlooking the water. The establishment's inviting ambiance captures the essence of coastal dining, making it a standout choice among Port Aransas' vibrant culinary scene.
My family has been coming here for years. Love the view of the harbor. Plenty of seating, al fresco if you can take the humidity and heat. My dad and I show up about 4:45 p.m. We're that old. We beat the rush and enjoy quiet conversation as well as some of the island's best crab cakes. No oysters this time (September 2025) so I had a couple jumbo shrimp a la carte and a huge baked potato. Dad had Mahi Mahi, meaty and citrus imbued, yum, and creamed corn, a side dish I highly recommend. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the seafood plates. I've never experienced anything less than stellar service—friendly but not chatty or overbearing. Prices are comparable to all the other dine-ins around, with an entree and a cocktail you're looking at some forty to fifty dollars per person. There also is a tempting dessert menu. I did not indulge, but they looked amazing. For its tasty cuisine and its location on the water (where you might even spot a dolphin or two), and for its warm, expeditious staff, Trout Street continues to hold a place in my heart and belly.

We had lunch at the Trout Street Bar & Grill. I ordered off the lunch menu. I had the Fish Tacos and select the local caught fish, no idea what it was. Tasted like low end fish sticks. I think maybe the taco was microwaved. While it was warm it was dry and hard. I honestly think a McDonald's fish sandwich would have been better. My wife said her food was pretty good. She had Gumbo & a small salad. So good luck Oh, the service was excellent.

Came here with my wife on a long weekend. I ordered an old fashioned; she ordered a blueberry house special drink. The old fashioned arrived and it was the smallest old fashioned I’ve ever seen. Her drink was really good. We had the crab cake as an appetizer, it didn’t have much crab flavor to it. The entrees were excellent - I had the shrimp sampler and all four types of shrimp were delicious. Wife enjoyed her fish entree as well. Dessert was an off-menu peach cobbler. They warned us that they had no ice cream to top it, which is odd since there’s a grocery store just down the road, but okay - let’s try the cobbler. It was uninspired - some peach, some crust, but no real cinnamon/sugar flavor. Was excited for the reservation, but disappointed in the results for the price paid.

Atmosphere was wonderful, we love Port A & the water! Had several servers checking on us, thought that was nice until guests who came in wayyy after us got their appetizers before us, guess thats the illusion! Might have better service is servers stuck to one table at a time. Hardly seen our server. Called it to a servers attention then got ours super hot, with no warning that they obviously forgot about us then rushed it righttt out. Crab cake was super good! After over an hr finally got our food, after we told them just make it to go. Drinks had a peanuty taste?? Also was nice that margaritas weren't with sweet and sour but not sure how they were the best around, in a basic glass for $10. Definitely dont recommend them unless you are rich with plenty of time to waste & weird tastebuds. Got the blackened redfish, was charged extra for blackened when it was an option for how u wanted your fish? Taste raw and burnt at the same time, definitely nothing special for the price or portion. Side said veggies, got rice and gumbo that wasnt even the best or even close. Kids chicken strips, 2 orders, came with 2 strips in one, 3 in the other, fries were not good at all, not even sure how u mess up homemade fries? We love to tip good, as we are locals and understand tourist work, definitely didnt get to do that here. Do not recommend when you are hungry and just trying to have a nice dinner.

For the price, food was okay. BEWARE: they charge a credit card fee and a “mixed drink” fee. We did not find out until the final bill that you get charged for these items ($6 for a $150 meal and $3.46 for a $12 mixed drink). Would have liked to know about the credit card fee ahead of time and wished they had just charged more for the cocktail instead of nickle and dining us. We compared receipts from other restaurants and did not get charged for these items anywhere else.

What started out as a very pleasant dinner with a wonderful server by the name of Devin changed at the end of the mea,, but kitchen messed up our meal. Burger was ordered to be cooked medium but was served well done. We requested bacon which was an add on charge but it wasn't added on to the burger. Didn't realize until we got the charge. Then a slice of cheese was supposed to be free with the way it was presented on the menu, but we were charged. We didn't realize until after bill was paid. Spoke with manager by front door about extra charges and she took a tone that was not pleasant for a manager to take. My sister started to explain and I said let's just go, we aren't getting anywhere. I have been here before and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere but this manager has put me on pause on going back again.

Upon arrival, my wife and I were warmly greeted by the hostess (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name), who seated us outside, per our request, at a table optimal for watching the sunset. We appreciated her smile and genuine interest in making sure we had a great experience. Our server, Jeffrey K., was the best. He was patient, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Trout Street is lucky to have him as a server. We ordered drinks, the fries appetizer, and split the Gulf shrimp sampler. We had a wonderful evening, and while the food was excellent, it was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that made the night truly special.

This was our favorite spot in North Padre! Fresh, beautiful entrees and sides like the fish and shrimp po boys, and amazing clam chowder. Sweetly staff all around and just a really clean and comfortable place (especially compared to some of the other spots we had the great misfortune of eating at - ahem, DOCS 🙄). Love this place!!!!!!

Fast food restaurant
Ice cream shop
Dairy Queen is a classic fast-food chain known for its soft-serve ice cream, signature shakes, burgers, and fries. Despite being a bit understaffed at times, the staff works hard to handle the busy evenings and provide good quality food. Customers have praised the friendly and welcoming service they received from employees like Brittany and Jennifer. The restaurant may appear a little run down in some locations but still offers great food and cleanliness.
Very clean and good food. David took our order very friendly. All the staff seemed to be working hard. We got our food within 5 minutes and it was soooo good. I recommend nachos and a blizzard so good and the price even better.

This is a staple of fast food in Texas. They didn't disappoint. The food was hot, the service was good, and we left satisfied. Granted, it's not fine dining or sofisticated cuisine but it hit the spot. We left satisfied.

We went here earlier today, only thing we’ve eaten today. Hours later our entire family is throwing up. Do not recommend. You guys all need food safety evaluations.

My three friends and I enjoyed a variety of medium sized malts and milk shakes. We ordered easily at the counter inside the newish building with a drive by window and bathrooms. They promptly delivered our order to our umbrela covered table in the well maintained outdoor dinning area adjoining an ample well paved spacious parking lot with a pleasant view. The over cast day and the prevailing trade winds eased the frozen drinks travel by straws...

4pm on a Saturday. There are only 2 other groups of people eating inside. No one at the drive through. I get it, it's slow. There must have been some good gossip going on in back as I had to go looking for someone to take my order. For $15/hr you can work here. Apparently they don't ask for too much.
