Tony's I75 Restaurant in Birch Run, Michigan is a popular family-friendly spot known for its generous portions and diverse menu. The restaurant offers unique dishes like the 1-pound BLT and shareable desserts. Visitors praise the signature burger topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy bacon. Despite occasional wait times, guests appreciate the friendly staff and efficient service. Some note that certain items like onion rings may be greasy but overall find the experience worthwhile.
If you are looking for a diner, greasy spoon, this is your place. The menu has a little of anything you are craving. Sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads, all things breakfast and deserts. The portion sizes are huge. Would recommend splitting something. There are so many things I wanted to try. The parking lot is a good size but it is busy. When entering, you wait at the sign, and a host will come to seat you. The line cooks are very busy, but your food comes out within 15 minutes. And it is very hot. The server Andrea was very nice and attentive. You get your bill and pay up front. They do have a few tables for handicapped seating. This is a diner, so the decor and seating are dated. The ceiling, just don't look at it. As I said earlier, the portions are huge. One sandwich and a side of fries are more than enough for 2 people.

Great little spot that serves huge portions of delicious food. A side of bacon is nearly a pound of bacon! Be hungry when you come here! I’ve only had their breakfast but everything I’ve had is delicious. The French toast is made with their special Italian bread. Cut super thick to give their French toast a special twist. Comes with a house made strawberry jam and whipped cream. I’ve never had to wait for a table here even when the parking lot is packed. The restaurant building itself isn’t anything special but you can sit at the counter and watch the chefs cook or you can have a table/booth.
Chelsea M — Google review
I recently tried the corned beef sandwich here, and overall, the portion size was great! The sandwich itself was packed with meat and had good flavors. However, I was surprised that the sandwich didn’t come with a side. We had to pay extra for fries, which most places typically include with a sandwich. While the sandwich was good, I expected a bit more cheese to balance out the flavors. Other than that, it was a satisfying meal, and I’d recommend it if you’re in the mood for a hearty portion of corned beef!
Rana S — Google review
Holy pastrami, Batman! This place is absolutely awesome! Even though the restaurant was packed when we arrived, we were almost immediately seated, which was a great surprise. The staff was super friendly and attentive the entire time, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Now let’s talk about the food—wow. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and you can tell they really care about quality here. From the first bite to the last, it was one of those meals where you’re already planning what you’re going to order next time before you even leave. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic service, a lively atmosphere, and food that knocks it out of the park, you have to make a stop at Tony’s. You won’t regret it!
Luke F — Google review
We stayed in town all week and ate breakfast here 3 days. We love Tony’s and always eat at one when coming home to see our family. Great wait staff. Food cooked fast and amazing. The cooks made my omelet fluffy and that made me happy. We absolutely love the steak and cheese it’s a favorite to us all.
S. S — Google review
Cozy diner that serves a huge variety of dishes plus terrific service! The staff is very friendly and the pancakes were hot and well made. They also have seafood, Mexican, sandwiches, and pasta. The prices are higher than the usual diner, but their portion sizes makes it worth it
Mythical D — Google review
Tonys- Nothing has changed since I came here 20 years ago, which means nothing has changed since my grandma started coming here back in the day. The service was fun- My sisters and I had a waitress come up several times that wasn’t even our server, but she liked our style and was chatting about some of our accessories. So sweet and personable! Our actual server was on top of everything, and the food was just as you expect. I can say that the French fries were kind of flavorless, but we all know that the salt in the Pound of bacon makes up for that. I just need to remember to get a different side next time.
Jennifer A — Google review
The food was average diner food. Ordered the blt and the fries were dripping grease and not well done likei requested (very undercooked actually). The portion of bacon was huge. The bread was not the same size on top and bottom making eating it as a sandwich difficult. My daughter ordered the eggs, meat, hash browns, and toast. They didn't bring the hash browns and when asked about it they "didn't hear that" when she ordered. They waitress was not super friendly, but i am assuming part of that was from the fact it was extremely busy. They brought out hash browns and charged for a side of hash browns making the bill higher. The bill was not itemized rather a total dollar amount so not sure where that amount comes from. The restaurant was way too cramped with what felt like way to many tables for the space. Hard to go to the restroom with the lack of space between tables and the staff moving about. The menus are very scratched up making them hard to read. I was way over charged for the entire meal. Overall great portion sizes, greasy diner food, and very hectic atmosphere.

Fun & Games
If you're looking for a fantastic movie experience in Michigan, look no further than Emagine Birch Run. This modern cinema complex boasts ten stadium-seating auditoriums, each equipped with plush reclining seats that promise comfort throughout your film. For those seeking an extra thrill, D-Box motion seats are available for select films, enhancing the viewing experience even further. Emagine Birch Run is not just about watching movies; it’s about indulging in a full-service entertainment outing.
Great place to see movies! Love the reserved reclining seating and the personal space you have. Picture and sound is always great, and the staff is always friendly. I think $7.50 for a large drink is highway robbery, but it's probably the going rate about anywhere else. Highly recommended
Mike S — Google review
Our favorite theater. Great seats, very comfortable. Never a bad view. Just like every other theatre, there are some customers that can't stay off their cell phones during the movie and you get these frequent flashes of bright lights as they browse their social media.
Rex C — Google review
I love this theatre because it is always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the bars that run along between the rows. When you recline your seat, the bar blocks a portion of the screen. I also don't understand how Tuesdays work. I thought tickets were $5, I just got charged $8. The popcorn deal isn't so wonderful either. A small popcorn is really small. Only enough for one person. I no longer visit the concession.
Syl A — Google review
This is my go-to theater. They keep it clean, staff is friendly, movies turn out well. Of course concession prices are high which is unfortunate. Their Tuesday deal for a movie and popcorn is nice. However, the extra charge when getting it online is unfortunate. I do wish that they had more deals like that without the extra little charge. Love the comfortable recline seats and table trays. That's one of the reasons I drive the extra miles to visit. As the theaters closest to me have older uncomfortable seating.
Nicole M — Google review
The front row seats should have a disclaimer on how close they are…. They are maybe like 8ft from the screen no way a practical view to enjoy the movie. It’s like a 30 ft wide screen with maybe like 8ft to the front row so the picture is super distorted and uncomfortable. Front row is always closer to the screen but never have we seen seats so ridiculously close. The movie was a good movie unfortunately we had to suffer through it to enjoy it…
G S — Google review
We specifically went to this theater to see the Downton Abbey finale and we're not disappointed. We each had a glass of wine and sat in our recliners, raising a glass each time someone in the movie made a toast to one of the characters in the show and it made it so much more fun!
Cristie — Google review
So for the 2nd time we have had to leave and get a refund on tickets only! After spending money on drink popcorn and other stuff no refund on that! Can't stay and enjoy a movie because of disrespectful kids! They allowed kids to continue to be loud, throw things. Talking on their phone, tapping their foot as loud as they could! Still not making them leave after complaints about it! They were unsupervised no parents with them!! Worst part is it's not a horrible theater but for some reason they don't force the once interrupting others to go! Think they need to put a better policy in place!! Very sad you spend easily $100 between tickets and concessions and can't enjoy a night out! As long as they made their money!
Christina O — Google review
Went to see the new Jurassic movie and there were 2 teen boys throwing stuff, talking loud, talking on their phones, stomping their feet on the floor, laughing and someone reported but staff didn't remove them after all this so I ended up leaving! This is ridiculous when you pay the price you do to go and they refuse to remove the ones being a plain out interruption! So it was a waste of money and time! This use to be a great place! Do better ! And they should have been with a parent! Especially being kids!

Car racing venue
Birch Run Speedway & Event Center is a popular destination for motorsports enthusiasts, offering weekly races and a variety of amenities such as a concession stand and bar. Visitors can also explore Birch Run Premium Outlets with its numerous brands or enjoy family-friendly attractions like Alpine Mountain and Wilderness Trails Zoo. The venue has undergone an impressive renovation, featuring a 130' Gas Alley bar and top-notch facilities for racing and entertainment.
Terrific and fantastic car show today. Races are Fridays. At least the seats are aluminum and sturdy compared to another race track. Plenty of free parking and good variety of food at their stand.
Tom L — Google review
What a great time it was to be had THIS night at the races!! Championship races, which were a blast! I talked with so many people, it felt like a family reunion without the drunk uncles and family members you may not care for! Just fun and food and hanging out and being AMAZED at the 130' Gas Alley bar! On future trips to Michigan, I will revisit!

Haven't been here in years. Took my son here for his first time at the race track. The speedway never lets down. Such a great show. The PA announcements were great an clear. The only thing is sometime lots of people gather in front of the bleachers by the walls. Great place 5 put of 5

One of the best facilities for racing and entertainment in Michigan. It truly is a amazing transformation. This is a top of the line Track. We love it here! Come out and enjoy this place you'll be glad you did. The season launch party was awesome and the food was fantastic! Check out the new Bar. It has to be the longest bar in the world!

Decided to stop here while we were in town for a tournament and it was a good time. 7 of us total, 4 adults and 3 kids. We had all been to Berlin Raceway many times but Birch Run Speedway is a different atmosphere. It was the quintessential small town track but it was well organized, little down time in-between races, and the people we encountered were very nice. The staff was very friendly and upbeat which gave a great impression right out of the gate. Only downside was how long cleanup took after a spill because of a lack of high-end equipment. So if that's my biggest complaint, then I think I can handle that.
Carisa K — Google review
I really like this facility, top notch local track, however it has new people running the track last couple seasons and they are terrible, need to get the right people out back in charge. Keep the drivers happy and the shows will be better, better shows mean more people, more people means more money, more concession sales more drivers attracted to this track. Do better also needs more destruction events.

Factory Outlets
Birch Run Premium Outlets is the largest outlet mall in the Midwest, offering a wide variety of stores including The North Face, Adidas, Aerie, and more. It's a great place for families with its family-friendly atmosphere and over 100 stores to explore. Visitors can find everything from apparel to cosmetics and even specialty items like barbecue sauces and hot sauces. Whether you're shopping for specific brands or just browsing around, Birch Run Premium Outlets has something for everyone at good prices.
My wife and I have found our way to the Birch Run Outlets for over 25 years now. You can find some great bargains if you have the time to look. Men, you won't be board because there's a lot for us too. A nice change I've seen over the years. One nice change is more 2nd hand and antique places to shop. One of my favorites is Flashback Vintage, you need to check them out.
Bill B — Google review
This outlet mall has the potential to be a top-tier shopping destination—if more stores were added and closures were minimized. Its location is ideal, situated right off Interstate 75, making it a perfect stop for travelers looking to take a break, shop, and enjoy their journey. The surrounding area already offers excellent amenities, including a variety of restaurants and nearby hotels, making it convenient for overnight stays. As someone who frequently travels, I often look for outlet malls to stretch my legs, find great deals, grab a meal, and even spend the night. I genuinely enjoy the stores currently at this mall, but expanding the selection would significantly enhance the experience—not just for me, but for countless others traveling this major corridor. With just a few strategic additions, this outlet mall could truly thrive and become a must-visit stop along I-75. Please consider investing in its growth. The potential is already here—it just needs to be unlocked.
Jb F — Google review
This used to be a top stop when we went to Birch Run/Frankenmuth. However, it is dying like most of the outlet malls. There is one large section that is completely empty and is blocked off. Another section has some name brand outlet stores but is filling up with second hand stores and antique shops. Now this is a pretty neat idea if they can fill it up and advertise it as such. In the main section there are some nicer outlet stores primarily clothing but some other stores. The only reason for the four (4) rating is it really could be a nice venue if it could be brought back to its former glory even with the second hand section. Now it is just so-so but it is still worth the visit.
Cheryl S — Google review
Lots of choices all in one area. Good place to get your excercise in while you shop. Most stores are walkable down the main sidewalk with crossing the parking lot. Some you will need to drive to next set of buildings over. This is a place you could easily spend the entire day.
R.A. M — Google review
Great selection of retail outlets available to shop at at Birch Run Premium Outlets! Located in Birch Run, MI, this outlet is just off I75. Lots of parking available with plenty of lighting. A very popular outlet mall, so it can get busy at times, be prepared! Come enjoy a premium shopping experience at Birch Run Premium Outlets!
Sean Q — Google review
Large selection of outlet stores. This outlet mall is very busy on weekends, especially Lululemon and Nike outlet.
M N — Google review
There are tons of awesome shops in several areas holding anything you need. If you can't find it here, you probably dont need it. There's plenty of parking, some restrooms, and a few places to grab a bite to eat as well as vending machines. The entire area is kept up with pretty well. Along with well-known shops, there are antique shops, art shops and other places to browse. Great variety, pretty good deals all around.

This park, Birch Run Community Park, is highly appreciated and enjoyed by visitors. It offers updated paved paths for walking, a pavilion available for rental, two playgrounds, and various sports fields. Additionally, it features a fascinating historical schoolhouse that can be observed through its windows. The park's maintenance team does an outstanding job in keeping the grounds well-maintained and the grass neatly cut. The staff members are friendly and helpful as well.
I absolutely love this park! They have updated paved walking paths, a pavilion you can rent, two play grounds and many sports fields. Oh, plus a really cool historical school house, can't go inside but you can look through the windows. The DPW workers do an excellent job of maintaining the grounds and the grass is always kept nicely cut, plus the workers are very friendly and helpful. Great job fellas!
Donna J — Google review
Such a great park. The only disappointment was the playground items appeared old or repurposed. It would be great if they could update and get a better play area for the younger kids. Rest of the park was really nice and kept up.
Sarah F — Google review
There are a couple play areas for the kids, a nice paved walking path and pavilions. I would really like to see a nice play scape built for the kids though. There are also soccer fields for local soccer teams. All in all a nice park.
Krischelle S — Google review
I am going to say this park is a little barren. The equipment is unique, which is cool, but they have the slides of doom, which are the metal ones that burn legs that have dresses or shorts. I wish they could update those. Oh the zippy line was fun for my 5 year old, but the handle was a bit hot. The UFO walk thing is just strange and my 5 year old was panicking because she got stuck. It is cool that they have two bigger kids and two baby swings, but they're too close to the ground. It has no shade. There is too little of and outdated equipment for me to say that it is enjoyable. We always end up leaving in 20 minutes or less. It is more like our spot to get the kids out of the car and stretch their legs when we have about 45 to an hour until we get home. I'm glad it is there, it would be more thrilling if it had far more equipment (I feel like definitely has space for more things) and was updated as well.

Went to walk on the trail. My first time there. The trail looks new. Good balance of sun and shade. I was the only person walking!

Cool park with a great pavillion. The train was a big hit with the little ones. The slides were a little aged and I wouldnt use the large slide. Nice swing, including a couple toddler swings. Good quality baseball fields and other areas. It could use a few more pieces of playground equipment, because it did feel a bit scarce.

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. Picture sinking your teeth into a succulent chicken patty, perfectly complemented by fresh lettuce and creamy mayonnaise, all nestled in a warm toasted bun. The Chicken McNuggets are another highlight—ten pieces of tender white meat chicken served alongside those World Famous Fries and your choice of drink.
We stopped at the McDonald’s in Birchrun on our way to Niagara Falls. We were greeted at the door with the kindest and happiest lady I think I have ever met. Sally! She was so friendly with every single person that walked in the door. Every employee that we came in contact with Did a great job, but Sally really made us smile.

Stopped at noon this past Sunday coming home from up north. Needs a quick bite to get back on the road. Drive through was pretty quick. Used a code on the app and ordered some nuggets and a couple cheeseburger meals. With special requests for both. This visit we honestly received everything correct. Hot and good. Burgers piled with the toppings we asked for. Fries were literally scalding hot. Perfect ! And drinks not over filled with ice and three drops of liquid. McDonald's on average does not score well as they honestly have lost quality and are personal piggy banks for the franchisee. However. Today's stop was a good one. That 50/50 roll of the dice. :)
Shawn C — Google review
i usually don’t hate on McDonalds but this guy had no clue what he was doing! I ordered 4 meals and he understood that and acknowledged that it was 4, but when i got my receipt he only charged me for 3 and i had to go back around and pay again. He went on break immediately after which lead me to believe he was just anxious and didn’t care what he was doing just so he could go on break faster.

Came in to eat with my family. Had to use the kiosk because no one can be bothered to help at the counter. Has an issue with my app rewards code working and the manager Charity refused to help at all. Couldn’t be bothered to give the $5 off my big order. Someone was moping the whole floor, which normally wouldn’t bother me, however, the water smelled like vomit and definitely needed to be changed. Food was warm, but exceptionally McDonalds. Didnt get my drink. First mistake was coming to McDonalds to begin with, but I’ve never been treated like such an inconvenience by someone working in the service industry before. It was kind of appalling honestly. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning and filing a complaint.
Lucy M — Google review
Good service. My order was correct and didn't have to pull ahead and wait for them to bring out my food so that was a plus. Prices are getting a bit high though, 2 hashbrowns and a diet coke cost almost 7 bucks, used to cost me just over 3.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill is a family-friendly chain in Chicago that offers mouth-watering Chicago-style pizza, as well as pasta, steaks, and burgers. Their burgers are highly acclaimed and known to surpass expectations. The Triple B Burger is a recent addition to their menu and receives positive reviews. Another popular choice is the mushroom cheddar burger. For dessert, the strawberry shortcake shooter stands out for its freshness and lack of frozen taste.
We stopped in on a Thursday night for date night and MY GOODNESS 🤤🤤 We started with the pizza skins, which were a little plain but adding salt and pepper helped. (Will be taking leftovers home and trying paprika on top) It was Pasta Thursday so 13.99 pasta! Portion sizes were awesome! Leftovers for tomorrows lunch for sure! Hunny will be getting the Tiramisu to go as well, so hopefully it's as good as it looks!

Went late on a week night. There was no crowd and was seated immediately. Didn’t feel like pizza so I tried their signature pasta. The service was fast and the server was attentive but they pasta was not very good. I found the chicken too dry and had trouble finishing it.

My experience here was good the food was excellent. I got cheese bread and chicken and broccoli pasta. The cheese bread needed cheese around the edges. The marinara sauce that goes with it is really good. The service was excellent. She was very attentive. I believe her name was Mika. Red and blonde hair. The pasta was good a little bland . I usually hate salt and I had to put a lot on there for some type of flavor. Bathrooms were clean. The food was excellent and everyone was nice. I would definitely come back again.

I love this place! Their Chicago-style pizza is amazing and you can get it in three different sizes. My personal favorite is the Numero Uno. Their wings and Mac n Cheese are so good as well. I've been here plenty of times and the food is usually great, but nothing beats the pizza!

I can't believe I'm writing a poor review of my former favorite pizza restaurant. I always order a medium Winy City Works. It's thin crust with a lot of toppings. The receptionist on the phone was as rude as she could be with an instant retort of you can order extra large or a small, no medium. So I said I guess a small. When I got home I found a tiny pizza cut into squares instead of slices...that threw me off because it's usually slices. There was a little toppings as they could get away with, including the sauce. They only covered the crust out to about 2 inches from the edge. It tasted like they dumped a salt shaker on it and was so dry I could barely swallow. It was flavorless other than salt and that was why I always liked The Works. The outside edge had plumped up into a pillow like crust that was orange for some reason...not because of sauce. The meat crumbles were burnt to more like crunches instead of chewy. $16.00 for that? Sorry They must be under new management or something because they were always excellent. The local family owned pizzeria makes a far better pie than this and you can order a medium supreme for not much more. I couldn't want to subject myself to trying to eat that again.

Chicken restaurant
Fast food restaurant
KFC, the iconic restaurant chain celebrated for its delicious buckets of fried chicken, offers a delightful array of combo meals and sides that are sure to satisfy your cravings. You can conveniently order online and indulge in their world-famous fried chicken prepared with their secret recipe. Choose from tempting options like the Variety Box Meal featuring two juicy breasts and one crispy wing or opt for the all-dark meat Drum & Thigh Box Meal, which includes two tender thighs and one drumstick.
Patty was a great help , full of smiles and sense of humor made our stop into frankenmuth pleasant for some good food before we hit the town! If I would return it would be for the fresh hot crispy chicken and a woman named patty! Thanks a lot girl!

I am a resident of Birch Run Michigan. I have been going to the KFC in my town for many years but the last couple of years the food and service have been terrible.. today I thought I will try it again and hope it’s better. I got the $20 full up box. The biscuits are good. The nuggets are good, and the french fries are good, but the chicken was terrible.I’m pretty sure original recipe isn’t supposed to be this dark, hard and greasy. So hard you can’t eat it. It’s terrible. We also didn’t get the dipping sauces we ordered. Guess I won’t go back for awhile again.

I was told to pull to the side in the parking lot after going to the drive-thru in my food was not ready. I ordered a simple three-piece chicken strip meal which is the easiest fastest thing they have. I waited nearly 20 minutes before having to angrily get out of my car and go into the restaurant. The staff admitted that they in fact completely forgot about my order. This was not a takeout order it was a drive-through order. I got down the road and I was missing my biscuit. Just not a great experience will not patron this location again.

DIRTY! Didn’t even eat. Every window or piece of glass was covered in some sort of slime grime. Handrail in bathroom sticky and turned black. NO SOAP IN BATHROOM! How are employees washing their hands?! Flies, so many flies in the dining room. And dirty tables with no one inside, only were open for an hour? Wouldn’t even want to see the kitchen. Go elsewhere.
Aurelia K — Google review
Terrible experience all around waited a few minutes for our order to be taken and even had to say hello for them to acknowledge us. Mind you there was only one car in front of us and they had already been pulled up waiting for their food for a minute. Had to wait another 5-8 minutes jist to get checked out and then was told to pull ahead to wait for our food which was another 5-8 minutes. When we got the food my sons kids meal wasn’t even hot maybe luke warm where he could eat it instantly which we always have to wait because it’s usually pipping hot was never given his drink or sauce we asked for my mashed potatoes were also luke warm and I was given no spoon to eat them with only think acceptable was my other half’s chicken sandwhich he said it was pipping hot and wrapped nicely very disappointed
Singing L — Google review
Ordered 3 piece meal, had us wait for 15 minutes while other orders came and went. On finally getting the order was missing mashed potatoes and gravy!! They didn't even offer free chicken or credit..Worst customer service at a KFC i have ever seen!!
Joel M — Google review
Special in app failed to load, workers in store were no help. Made my own order at window, chicken strips were completely dry, fries were cold. Window help had no interest on customer service. Hadn't been to a KFC in years, now I know why. I don't write many negative reviews, Birch Run KFC is the worst fast food I have encountered.
Dean — Google review
AVOID AT ALL COST. Came thru and got a simple chicken sandwich meal and fries and a drink, very slow to take order, very slow at the window, upon receiving my sons food, I checked the fries, they felt like they were last weeks fries, asked for new ones, was pulled ahead, waited 10 minutes, went in and was told id be waiting another 5 minutes because something else had to cook, finally was given our food, asked for my receipt so I could obviously leave a review, to which the young person that was working the window said you couldnt of asked for it at the window? I said well if I was given fresh food thru the drive thru I wouldn't even of had to come in, to which eyes were rolled and I asked for his name, he said his name was Justin, however receipt States Sean, so Justin or Sean, you SHOULD BE ASHAMED of your customer service, and its also not ok to give other names if they aren't yours. AVOID AT ALL COST, inside was dirty and the 100 year wait for 2 simple things was not worth it! Go elsewhere im sure other places in birch run would be happy to take your money.

Bar
Restaurant
The Bus Stop Bar & Grille is a popular spot that fills up quickly, especially on Fridays. The artichoke dip and homemade chips are highly recommended starters, and the Olive Burger and Black/Blue burger are generous in portion and delicious. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with great service from staff like Kenzie. It's conveniently located for those attending events in Frankenmuth, offering fast service and good food without the crowds.
First time here, came early for dinner with friends. Waiting for the comedy show to begin. So far everything is great, clean bathroom, friendly staff, great burgers, great fried pickles, good onion rings, great wrap and chips. Will come back. Wait is dessert available?
Arvids E — Google review
The food was fantastic! My chicken pecan salad with raspberry vinaigrette was truly delicious and my summer shandy was tall and ice cold! Service was excellent. It was a lively little spot that was also playing some good oldies music!
Kat R — Google review
This was our first time visiting the Bus Stop Bar & Grille. We stopped in for a late lunch and were promptly greeted by and drink order taken. Staff was great! Very friendly, attentive, just great service. It was not really busy, but she was working a number of tables and the bar. There are great selections on the menu and the prices are in line with most everyone else. We got a cheese curds appetizer and I have to say, we thought they were the best curds we have ever had! Our food came out in a reasonable time, hot, and exactly as we ordered. I had the Bus Stop Burger. It was really good, but I thought the patty size was on the small side. That is my reason for four stars and not five for food. I know it seems trivial, but I was expecting one of those big bar burgers. Their homemade chips are excellent though. My wife and daughter also enjoyed their meals and had no complaints. The establishment was clean and it was a great environment. They appeared to have a group of regulars at the bar having a great conversation, which added to the experience. Definitely a local neighborhood bar feel. I would recommend The Bus Top Bar & Grill for the food. I am not sure what weekends are like or when entertainment is going on, but our weekday experience was great. Thanks Bus Stop Bar & Grille!

Do you like delicious meat in your mouth? Now that I have your attention- we are visiting from Fl and we went to Frankenmuth for the day and googled restaurants to eat at near Bonners Christmas store... up popped The Bus Stop, the menu looked like some interesting items and we figured why not. Driving down the street you might miss it as it comes up pretty quickly, plus the outside looks like a dive bar- but I said it got good reviews I am glad the rest of the family listened to me as the inside was nothing to be dissapointed about. My MIL got the southwestern eggrolls, which were a delicious spring roll wrapper with chicken, corn and southwestern vegetables with a boom boom sauce, and I got the panther bites which essentially are just bites of steak but the seasoning and perfect cook on it was melt in your mouth delicious- the kids sat across from us and they got pretzel bites and chicken fingers... the youngest said it was the best chicken she had ever had and that says a lot. It was a friendly and clean little off the beaten path restaurant but well worth the stop. Our waiter was awesome split the checks without even asking , it was definitely a local spot but sometimes those are the best. 🙂♥️

Great food and service. Our server was outstanding. The food was delicious. Two of us had their famous Fish and Chips. The other person had their Beef and Noodles. Can't wait to go back and have that dish. Highly recommend!!

We weren't expecting a decent meal in town, just picked the closest to the hotel. We were very satisfied! Drinks were good, the perch was great, and the service was spot on too. Lots of locals were there for the fish fry. We travel every week for sports and eat out at all sorts of restaurants. The service here was better than many very upscale restaurants. I think her name was Nora. Thanks for being a great break from the road!

Decently priced, good drinks, food is always on point, and they have pull tabs!! Great place for family and friends, or for date night. Hometown feel, great food, and it won’t break the budget. They also have entertainment on the weekends!

Zoo
Zoos & Aquariums
Small zoo highlights exotic animals amid local wilderness plus offers petting & hand-feeding areas.
Saw a sign for this zoo and figured I'd stop here, was absolutely worth it. Had a huge variety of animals, birds, and reptiles, far more than I was expecting and you can feed a bunch of them. Feed cups are pretty generously filled and only cost an extra $5. Also got to go in the enclosure with the baby goats. Absolutely amazing experience.
Inspiration87 — Google review
It was our first time coming here. A very nice zoo. They have a nice gift shop and the zoo is kept pretty clean. A good variety of animals. They have lions, camels, zebra, wolves, just a lot of animals and all well kept. Not smelly. Big area to visit. Would recommend.
Martha G — Google review
This zoo is so fun and well worth the price!! My fiance and I had a BLAST. We stopped on a whim on our way to Frankenmuth and we were not disappointed. They have feeders throughout the zoo so you can feed some of the animals. Some of the workers were caring for baby animals and they would tell you everything about them. It was such a fun experience, especially if you're not the big zoo type person.
Jackie F — Google review
Absolutely love this zoo. You can see and get closer to these beautiful animals than you can at normal zoo's. Best part of this place is, it has rescued the greater majority of it's animals.
Becca H — Google review
We had a great trip to the zoo and can't wait to come back again and again. Thank you for making your place friendly and welcoming. All our encounter with zoo workers was fantastic, they was happy to answer questions and wave to the kids.
Martha L — Google review
This was a very fun place to take the family. The lion ROAR’D! That was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because some of the animals looked a little malnourished. Eyes looked sore on some of the smaller animals. Other than that. The animal selection is pretty good!
Leah M — Google review
Recently planned a meet up at Wilderness trails zoo with some family. It had been a few years since any of us have been there, and seeing it now, with many renovations completed, it looks fantastic, and functions with a much better flow. The entrance, and gift shop, is easily 4 times it's original size; and they always have the cutest collection of plushes. The grounds, and habitats appeared well maintained. The animals were all quite active, playful, and seemed to be healthy; the petting farm area is always a must stop when you visit. The staff are great too; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The zoo now offers animal experiences for an extra fee, which can be purchased online or at the entrance, adding a more private element of fun. I will say though, I was really bummed that the Rainforest area was now only open as an "experience" purchase. Years ago it was easily my favorite exhibit, but unfortunately is now out of my price range, especially for a family (as I found the experience costs to be a bit high), so we were unable to see it. Overall we all really enjoyed our outing at the Wilderness Trails Zoo. They did a great job keeping the walk area around the zoo shaded, you could find animal feeding stations and hand sanitizer in many locations, seating widely available, a picnic/eating area, prepackaged ice cream bars/dippin dots in store, children's playground, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking available as you first arrive. This zoo is definitely worth the visit, and I'm sure I'll be having another day trip here again soon.
Andrea W — Google review
Great zoo - Lots of walking though. Very few places to sit and rest. Need more benches to sit and rest with how spread out the zoo can be. Enclosures for the animals are great - animals have plenty of room to move about. Petting area with cows, goats, sheep and pigs could be bigger and a bit more spread out - very small walk way and gets congested with more than 3 people in the area.

I give this place five stars for general service and effort. We came close to closing time and they happily told us to play anyway. Nothing fancy but a great for a casual game of put-put golf!

This is a pretty nice course with some fun and challenging holes as well as two courses to choose from. Overall, the place is pretty nice, but it definitely has a few spots that need to be tended to. It also appeared to have go carts, but it looked like it was closed or being worked on when we were there. Overall, it was a nice stop for the family if you like this type of entertainment.
Nico K — Google review
Two courses for different levels of skill. The amateur course has lots of straight shots allowing for lots of hole in one chances. Go cart track is a simple figure 8 but allows for fun drive.
Paul H — Google review
Great for young kids, as the course is easy. My 3 and 6 year olds had a great time.
Amy B — Google review
It's a fun place to take the family. My kids had a blast here and want to go back. Go-Karts, bumper boats, mini golf, even doing all three was affordable. We'll definitely be going back sometime!
Nekoti M — Google review
More to do than just Putt Putt golf. Go-karts, bumper boats, and basketball. Putt putt course has two separate courses an easy and the other little more challenging. Friendly owners and staff!!!
B H — Google review
Went here on a Sunday, it was a decent experience. Has multiple attractions (bumper boats, go carts, basketball hoops) but the only one actively operating other than mini golf was the go carts. We did the skilled course , and the holes had some challenging elements but were mostly boring, just green and rocks— not a “Hole” lol lot of creativity put into them. Everything was in working order and we were able to zip through quickly. I cant say I was disappointed, but I also cant say I was thrilled with it either. The amateur course looked more exciting (you can go under their waterfall) but you know how it is , turf is always greener on the other side- ✨🙃
Shawny N — Google review
Was very run down. This place needs a full restoration. The putt putt course needs new turf put down and none of the water features were working when we went. I wouldn't waste your money and I would find somewhere else to go. Other than that the employees were nice but they need to put money into this place or I don't see it making it another year before it closes down.

Sports bar
Beamers Bar & Grill is a hidden gem that exudes warmth and friendliness, making it feel like a home away from home. The welcoming staff, especially the standout bartender Sam, ensures every guest feels like family with their attentive service and vibrant personalities. While many visitors rave about the delicious food—like burgers and fries—the real charm lies in the inviting atmosphere where live music often fills the air.
Great time on a work trip. Fund this place close to my hotel and wanted to get away from chains (BW3, etc). Great atmosphere, great servers, and a lot of fun. Food was good too!
Adam B — Google review
We arrived shortly after they opened on a Sunday afternoon. They were out of a lot of different food as well as both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We were not informed they were out of these options until we had already ordered and waited a short while. We were not given enough silverware and napkins for everyone at the table. No one at the table was offered or received refills on their drink until we were given our checks. Someone ordered nachos at our table with chips on the side. Afterwards they were informed they were out of nacho cheese but could do shredded cheese as a replacement. I have attached a picture of how that turned out...it looked like a salad. Jalapeños were added but was not notified of a $.50 upcharge until they saw the bill. This just wasn't a great experience.
Wayne B — Google review
So imagine a gas station that took out the shelves and pumps put in some tables and now serves beer and food. This is what this place reminded me of. The food was horrible. Stopped in for beers and an appetizer. Ordered nachos - barf! Chips were stale, and I don't even know what the so called beef was, cheese was a liquid stuff, the actual tablespoon of grated cheese on top was not melted. The waitresses seemed like she was new, doing her best. I would not consider this place again. HARD PASS

If you're a local, or just visiting, this place is so welcoming to everybody. Bartenders are phenomenal. Fun entertaining and just a great experience every time I visit.

Sam is the best bartender! If you go to Beamers make sure you ask for her. She goes above and beyond for all of her patrons. Not only does she go above and beyond but she has a very welcoming personality that makes you want to come back! we love her! 😊
Laurie R — Google review
This is a great place! The owner and staff are almost overwhelmingly friendly. I didn't have much to eat but it was delicious and the folks I was with enjoyed their food as well. A nice touch was the chilled glass that they served my bourbon in. It's the kind of place that feels like home and the people working there make you feel like family. If it were closer to me I'd be a regular. I was there playing with a band and look forward to returning to either play or enjoy more great live music on occasion. The picture I've added is from behind my drum kit!
Jake S — Google review
This is a really nice bar. We went there to celebrate the birthday of a friend. We had never heard of Beamers before even though it is in fairly close proximity to where we live. It is an unusual bar for these parts because it has outdoor activities like a golf driving range. We did not eat while we were there, but it is now on radar for future visits. UPDATE: We both had burgers and fries. No complaints. The burgers almost had a flame-broiled vibe to them, and we were thrilled that the French fries were good old-fashioned shoestrings rather than trendy seasoned fries. We would both eat there again.

The Comet Classic Diner & Creamery offers an exceptional dining experience with its outstanding service, delicious food, and fantastic atmosphere. This restaurant stands out as one of the top choices across the state. They serve fresh meat and their salads are accompanied by the best ranch dressing. The menu caters to gluten-free options without any issues. One must try their mouth-watering patty melt with perfectly cooked onions. The emphasis on freshness cannot be praised enough.
We walked in with an entire soccer team and parents in the middle of the afternoon. The staff was able to accommodate us quickly and had enlisted extra help in short order. They were so pleasant entertaining all the 9 year old players at the soda bar. The food came out surprisingly quickly given the influx of so many orders. The black & blue burger and onion rings hit the spot, but the real highlight were their hand dipped shakes!

We stopped at the diner on our visit to Frankenmuth. We couldn't pass up the opportunity of dining at a legit classic diner! Everything we ordered tasted great. The dishes are paired very well in ingredients. The young lady who waited on us did a great job. The diner had a good amount of people in it the whole time we were there. Definitely seems to be a local favorite. If you're a local or a tourist, I definitely recommend the comet diner. Next time we go back, we gotta try for lunch or dinner!
Gelo — Google review
I wanted to love this place! We got in without any hassle, was seated and drinks and orders were gotten quickly. But once our food was delivered....nothing. If they HAD checked, we would have told them the drinks needed refilled and I was missing a side of ranch. Man! That ranch would have made that super dry burger taste better. Nothing stood out. All the food we had was just standard food anywhere. Unseasoned and bland. The Philly (which looked amazing) was loaded with mayo. Isn't something I've had before, and hope I never repeat.🤢 The sweet potato fries were doused with loads of sugar, were quite the weird surprise served with a burger...wish someone had warned us. Cute place. I was unimpressed.
Crystal D — Google review
We stopped while driving through. This is an oldies themed diner. They had specials which I didn't see posted and the waitress didn't mention anything about that. The menu is somewhat limited to sandwiches, burgers and a couple of salads. Most of the food appears to be fried. Breakfast is cut off around 1130 for lunch. Service was pretty good and then they got busy. The decor and overall feel is oldie type with the same music. They have shakes and waffles for sweets along with some cookies.
Ang G — Google review
Full disclosure. I'm a diner junkie. I love diners of all sizes and shapes. We were staying at the Pineridge RV Campground next door and saw the diner. So we stopped in on a Thursday around lunch to get a cup of coffee and check out the breakfast menu. When we entered the diner, it was like stepping back in time. The look is 50s retro and so is the background music. The stainless steel is all polished and the glass on the ceiling is sparkling clean. The booths have been recovered and the entire diner is bright, and airy, and says hello, come in and enjoy a meal. Every one we talked to was very friendly. Off to the side, adjacent to the rest rooms is the ice cream shop. I believe they offer 24 flavors "in season" and only 16 flavors the rest of the year. There is a separate entrance to the ice cream shop so you don't have to trapse through the diner to get your milkshake. This diner dates back to the 1940s and was originally located in Yorkville, NY. It was moved to its present location in the mid 90s. They have an original menu from the 1950s which is worth a look just because of the prices. Breakfast is only served Saturdays and Sundays and we ate there both days. Our waitress was Jamie and she made the experience even better. They had omelet specials and pancake specials. I got the ham and cheese omelet special with home fries and rye toast. The omelet was gargantuan and I couldn't finish it. The home fries are what I'm accustomed to back home, thinly sliced potatoes cooked on the griddle until the edges are just crispy. The rye toast was sliced thin and perfectly toasted. My wife had the corned beef hash. They make their own corned beef. She said it was fantastic. I want to go back and try one of their Reubens for lunch. The next day I tried the strawberry pancakes but was smart enough to only order a short stack. That I was able to finish, with a side of sausage links. My wife had the corned beef hash for the second time! The only thing missing from this diner is the juke box. In this day and age that's not possible but in its heyday, there was most likely a box at every booth, and boxes along the counter so you could play your favorite music while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner. They make up for it with the 50s and 60s era music playing in the background. There is just something nostalgic about dropping a quarter in the box on the wall and playing some of your favorite tunes. This place is way cool and the food that we had was terrific. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Rick M — Google review
My sister and I stopped here on our way through town and had a great experience! The food was good, they had a variety classic American style options. The service was excellent! Staff were extremely kind and food was delivered in a timely manner. We adored the 50s style and decorations.

This classic roadside diner that was moved from New York to Michigan serves up old-time classics and a vintage setting. The ice cream, his hand, scooped and delicious The burgers and fries are just like the old days The atmosphere is totally retro There was only one waitress when I came in and the entire place filled up Other staff started to stream from the back I would stop back again
