Its the one of biggest mall in Indonesia Really well maintained and vendors inside is mostly full, so far navigating is easy as it not usually big "circle"round mall. Prices for the supplier inside i would say it vary but mostly bit expensive

Visited this mall on a Thursday afternoon, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. I headed straight to their food court, so this review will focus mainly on that area. The food court was relatively busy, but I had no trouble finding a seat, which was great. They offer a wide variety of food options, catering to different tastes and budgets. Most meals are priced around 30k–40k+ per person, though you can still find decent meals starting from 25k, which makes it fairly accessible. The cleanliness really stood out—the food court and toilets in that area were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus for a public space like this. Also, it’s very convenient to order a Grab from the lobby area; I had no trouble getting a ride when I was ready to leave. In short, a well-maintained, comfortable space with plenty of food choices, clean facilities, and easy access to transport. Would definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

Its giving dead mall vibes 💀 just like marvel city but grandcity did a bit better, cinema tickets are more cheaper and the foodcourts still have lots of food, what i like abt the mall itself is dad the wailings are fixed with christmass lights, thats what makes it stand out Oh usually on christmass they opened an ice rink on the ground floor of the atrium, soo another reason to come here (occasionally)

Actually this is the big mall, unfortunately the economy situation takes time return to the normal atmosphere and enjoyable by many people.

Used to visit this mall way back before the pandemic, now this mall seems smaller, probably because there are less tenants inside. But this mall still one of nice place to visit, even if it's just to stroll around waiting for train because of the place that is close to the station, to grab some snacks, or even window shopping. At the time I visited while waiting for my train, there was an exhibition held, showing about the products of different cities in East Java, interesting.

A modern shopping mall at the centre of Surabaya city, just nearby the cityhall. It offers the basic needs of what you need for daily life. There is a supermarket, department store, cinema. Numerous F&B outlets are available here. This shopping mall is located next to the convention hall as well. Free wifi is available at the food court.

One of the amazeballs malls in Surabaya. Not really crowded but makes me feel comfortable to stay for several hours here. The foodcourt is good and has a lot of foods that we can choose. I like this mall.

I wanted to have an authentic local food, so I decided to drop by this restaurant to try. Overall, it was reasonable, food is not fantastic but not too bad. Service was slow even though there was no one else at the restaurant. The place was a little hot, and it shook while I was there, probably due to the generator or something.

Went around 7pm for dinner. The kitchen have ran out vegetables, otah, beef etc... gets extra empty bowls after reminding 3-4 times in 15mins. Food portions is small.

Good place to eat with so many kinds of foods that you can choose. You can also choose to eat indoor or outdoor at the balcony with the view of surabaya, but it was so hot at the balcony, so we ate inside😁😄 We were ordering dadar jagung and something with tofu as appetizer. We were surprised because it was big portion and it was only the two of us who were eating 😂😅. For the main course we ordered nasi campur, lalapan empal, nasi, and waterspinach hot plate. And for the drink we ordered es teler tunjungan and fantasy selasih (I know it was too much for two persons😂😂) They served the food quite fast, maybe cause it wasn't busy at the time. The food tasted good 😀

The environment is very good. Transitional background music. Nice staff.i order Nasi goreng and Nasi Campur,not delicious, also pisang goreng is totally different from the menu picture, not delicious either.

The food is fine, not bad yet not great. Yhe food takes a while to come out. Rawon is absolutely recommended, you'll be surprised by the taste of its soup. Grilled chicken and guramee has decent taste, sweet and tasty sauce. I love the environment, nicely decorated and good ambience. Staffs are nice and gives pleasant service.

The service was ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT! That’s actually an understatement. Went with a group of 8 people and some of us didn’t even get the food or drink we ordered. We also had to ask for cutlery, because they didn’t give them with the food. IT TOOK THEM 7 MINUTES TO PROVIDE US WITH CUTLERY! For the people that even got food, it was already getting cold. Also, after continuously asking for food, the waiter came by and put it on our table. Then there was a lady who came in later than us that claimed that she had ordered the exact same food. SO THE WAITER JUST PICKED UP THE FOOD AGAIN FROM OUR TABLE AND GAVE IT TO THAT LADY!!! GENUINELY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE??? Uhhh, at least the restaurant looks nice if I had to say something positive about it.

Went here to celebrate my sister birthday. The place was always crowded with high school and college students. That's all because the noodle menus here were exceptionally very cheap. The noodle didnt fail me, it was so chewy and came with the right portion. The shredded chicken was so full that covered up the whole bowl. Although, all of the good stuffs i mentioned above, the staffs weren't friendly.

I think it serves not so-yummy menu. But it's fine because the place is comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor table that u can choose. The room was bright and cool. The rest room is unique and clean. PS: if u visit this place at night, bring some anti-mosquito lotion because they'll haunt and bite you like crazy hahaha

Not as tasty as I had imagined. Lack of choices if compared to their competitor. Should have provide more parking spaces instead of by the road side in front of someone house. However, the ambiance is great! Air conditioned & good layout.

I stayed here for a couple of days and breakfast hour got me excited every time. The food here is amazing, taste-wise and variety-wise. I was told by a friend that their french toast is a must-try, and they were right, it was so delicious I had it for 5 consecutive days. Rujak cingur and rawon were my mom's favorite. Truly an amazing experience for my palate 😄

We had a nice buffet-dinner experience here. Their savory dishes were good and there were many varieties. Too bad we didn't like the desserts. It's just way too sweet. Plus, they served halal only meals eventho it was christmas dinner. Why ? We were expecting porchetta, lol

Really loved the selection of their homemade bread and pastries. Service staffs were very attentive. Couldn't ask for a better food and service. That was excellent.

An international standard buffet restaurant that has a unique layout yet stylish and comfortable. The buffet presentation is amazing and taste remain stable from time to time. The dessert delicacy really complete the whole all you can eat experience and surprisingly there are several promotion with credit cards payment. It is super clean complete with high chairs and wifi service and the knowledgeable staffs were helpful as well as friendly at the same time. There is a bigger square spot in the corner which is suitable for gathering or for a corporate meeting which is separated from the main area so it would not cause any disturbance to other customers.

Nice place to held a party and ceremony event, its a new restaurant at JW Marriot. I was here for my friend engagement party. Well done for prasmanan menu for taste and quality they are served.
