Aryaduta Menteng

Stayed at Aryaduta Menteng for a business trip to Jakarta and overall had a really pleasant experience. I stayed in their Ambassador Suite, initially wanted to upgrade to the Aryaduta Suite but unfortunately it wasn’t available. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. There were a few small hiccups during check-in, but they handled them quickly and efficiently. The lounge service really stood out, I was genuinely surprised by how attentive and warm the staff were. Drinks and coffee were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it a nice place to unwind after meetings. Housekeeping was consistent, prompt, and kept everything spotless throughout my stay. While the hotel isn’t new, everything is well-maintained and in great working condition. The price point is also very reasonable considering the level of service and room quality. The only downside is the location, even though it’s in Menteng and close to Thamrin with no heavy traffic along the stretch of road, there isn’t much within walking distance. You’ll likely need to take a car to get around. That said, malls and restaurants are still fairly close by, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, Aryaduta Menteng definitely deserves five stars for offering great service and comfort at an affordable rate. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip.
