The food was great, ordered their Maple Burger, Nashville Chicken Waffle, and Tempe and Beef Nachos. Overall 8/10 for the taste. The atmosphere and service was nice too, friendly and very helpful. The only bad point is from the price, for one portion it starts from 140k, the portion is not so big too. The smoothies costed me 60k, it was even smaller than a child's cup.

Coming here as it’s pet friendly. If you bring pet, you only able to sit outdoor, which in the morning still okay. Tried their Louisiana Chicken Waffle and Blueberry pie. Their pie is okay but their chicken has too many flour. Overall okay but not that nice.

Overall, it’s a great spot for western food in Central Jakarta. The food was all good but not amazing. It’s a nice atmosphere with many tables. It’s best to make a reservation.

We had lunch here and ordered baramundi and sandwich, the baramundi taste delicious, not fishy at all and it well cooked, the sauce has sliced olives which give a nice taste. The sandwich stuffed with cheese. The ambience is cozy enough. Parking is a bit difficult but they do have valet service.

1) egg benedict smoked salmon and ikura - the sauce doesnt hit but the ikura is flavourful.. the main character: smoked salmon didnt rlly stand out btw 2) nashville hot chicken and waffle - the waffle just not it? and the maple syrup was not slapping either.. and the chicken is just okay bc the batter is everywhere when cut (?) not satisfying at all 3) bone marrow coddled eggs - the eggs are actually good but the bone marrow is very oily so its better to mix it with the egg! i rlly love the bread btw when its hot and it goes well with the egg-mixed w-bone marrow so nice combination drinks are normal nothing wow

Nice overall space. The waffle was not to my liking, it’s too thin and crispy. I prefer thick fluffy waffles in general. Cumi Bakar was good, served with a big portion of rice too.

Been here twice and I could say that Solid restaurant with good food, but the Peach Cobbler really steals the show. It’s the best I’ve ever had

A casual dining place perfect for families with kids. I have yet to try their coffee, smoothie was good I had Joanna’s Lips. The food was ok, I had the Eggs Benedict arrived in the big white muffins. The hollandaise sauce was a bit not sure if fresh. I will want to come back to see the coffee. But if you want to write and have quiet cafe it might not be for you. Recommended for: Kemang cafe

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with a simple and inviting feel. ​The menu is large and is posted on a wall - an interesting feature, which can take a moment to look over. I ordered a spinach omelette was a good choice, tasting fresh and delicious, and worked well for a post-workout meal. The staff were also friendly. ​Overall, it's a reliable and comfortable cafe to visit in the area.

This café is an embarrassment to the word hospitality. I had my dogs tied outside in the parking lot, under the hot sun — not inside, not disturbing anyone. I politely asked for a bowl of water for them, something any decent café would offer without hesitation. The staff told me they “don’t have bowls.” I asked how that’s possible — how do people take away soups if you don’t have bowls? Suddenly, they “found” one — a paper bowl, handed to me empty. I had to fill it myself from the toilet. Absolutely disgraceful. The food was just as bad — bland, overpriced, and poorly served. My girlfriend’s meal arrived much later than mine, so we couldn’t even eat together. It’s clear their food quality has dropped drastically. Then came the last insult: they added a pumpkin soup takeaway I never ordered to my bill. When I pointed it out, the lady in the picture simply looked away — no apology, no explanation. If this is their idea of customer service, they shouldn’t be in the business at all. Not pet-friendly, not customer-friendly, and not worth your time. Do yourself a favor — go to the café next door, where the owner is actually friendly and not a liar.

I haven't eaten here for many years. It's expanded to the next unit so now the space is much bigger. However, very surprised with the price now. It's overpriced and the quality is jus ok. I don't think the food worth its price now. We used to love their sautee mushroom so much. But today we're so surprised to see how they presented the additional mushroom that we ordered in a very small bowl! We don't expect it will be that small. And the scramble egg was so tasteless, I felt I can cook better at home. So overall, a bit disappointing, especially since we remember how good it was in the past.

The food here was good I went for breakfast and got the big breakfast which consists of mushrooms, scrambled eggs, a hash brown,bacon (beef, pork) and toast. It was pretty good the bacon was nice and crispy on the sides the egg was creamy and the hash brown was OK a bit soft maybe it's just a different type. ^^ all together it was pretty good

Have been coming to this place plenty of times before, and due to the pandemic just managed to visit again on the last day of 2022. This place has been a staple for brunch in Kemang and is a fave to many. During my last visit, the place is packed both indoor & outdoor. Ordered the usual Banana Pancake with Butterscotch, French Toast Maple with Beef Bacon, Mushroom Cheese Omelet, etc. Some were hits and unfortunately some were miss. The Omelet, Salad & Sandwich were yummy as usual. The pancake was a bit bland and the french toasts were dry. Also service is a bit slow that day. But overall things are still ok and will come back again.

All the foods and pastries we tried were great, but the place is quite small. Probably 5-6 tables in total. And maybe a suggestion, offer glasses for beverages ordered for dine in, because some of the drinks were served in plastic cup

A cute and nice French bistro with variety of cakes, snacks, and entrees. Good coffee as well. As French authentic, as the name says, as Jakarta can be.

Came here for a glass of juice and a quick bite. The place is cozy and nice with great rustic atmosphere. The juice is fresh and made out from top quality fruits. Food are also good but a little bit pricey for just a lunch or tea time.

First of all, what did I just ordered? The omelette is over cooked, dry and taste was bad. I don’t know whether it comes from the mushroom or what. Second of all, the baguette was very hard and inside it is cold,like it was just coming out from the fridge. Could you at least do the effort on heating it up? And then why would you spread jam on one baguette, what if the person doesn’t like it? U should at least ask the customer first. Third of all, the salad looks so hopeless. This is way below my expectations, the price is not cheap though. And the portion is huge,maybe because they call it farmer omelette. The juice glass was too small for that price .

Loewy is a fabulous location for a vibe. It has a great bar where you can have dinner and the trusty is stylish with a huge menu, typical of Indonesiaa’s fabulous Union group. The food is very consistent and good with weekly specials such as soups and wwesyejr and local options. The duck, lamb, steaks and chicken are all excellent. Vegetarian samosas are great quality, as is the goats cheese salad. Desserts are also good -we had the apple pie and the chocolate dessert. Wines are very good and great selections by the glass and good cocktails. The smoking in the restaurant is a major issue and the staff do not care. Many guests smoke slim cigars making it impossible to eat and enjoy the food. People walked out the night we were there as this is horrible to experience. Further, when they have live music it ia unbearably loud. It’s impossible to have a conversation and again the staff could not care less. The smoking and loud music need to be addressed and they need to decide what lowey is- a restaurant or a club. Right now it’s identity is lost.

A little smoky from cigarettes nearby. Chairs are clean. Table is big. Music is nice. Menus has a wide variety of food. Prices are normal for the area (lots of business employees nearby) a few alcohol drink promos from 3-6pm. Enjoyed the food and ambiance. Parking below is tight and easier for small cars to get around.

Really tasty food and nice atmosphere. My only critique is the quality of the burger. The meat needs an upgrade. There were pieces of hard bone in the meat. The chorizo was really good and service was nice and fast.

I've been going to Loewy since 2008, it's always our favorite spot to hang out. it’s amazing they’re still going strong! Had dinner with my old friend Aaron . I had the escargot and beef tartare, and he enjoyed his favorite duck confit. The food was fantastic, the vintage wine was excellent, and the service was top-notch. One of those places that never goes out of style (you sing you loose) I've been coming here for years, and it always 🤌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 whatever I stop by just for a coffee, a quick sip, or a full-on breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. The atmosphere is effortlessly cool, the service is consistently great, and the vibe just feels right every time. It’s truly one of my favorite spots in town to relax, catch up with friends, or even enjoy some solo time. Always a pleasure coming back to Loewy!

Overall satisfied with the taste Though some may not be good like the beef bourguignon and , the beef was smelly. The pitaschio latte was way too sweet , imo, not nice. The grilled chicken breast was quite nice , it tasted like grilled hainan chicken topped with some oil and potatoes Pork bratwurst & Mash here is recommended dish here as well

This restaurant has been a favorite of mine for over a decade. They have consistently maintained the high quality and exceptional taste of their cuisine. On our recent visit, we sampled their fish and chips, which were crispy, thinly breaded, and soft on the inside. The white fish was perfectly cooked, neither greasy nor overcooked. We also enjoyed their banana dessert, which was topped with a delectable caramel sauce.

The food was simply outstanding. I tried the Croque Madame, and it was cooked to perfection, with a beautifully runny egg on top. The Spaghetti Pesto was fresh and flavorful. But the real stars of the show are the pastries and desserts. The blueberry tarts were a heavenly combination of sweet and tangy, and the dark chocolate mousse cake was decadent and rich without being overly sweet. They also have a wonderful selection of gelato, which is the perfect way to end a meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and it's clear that the staff takes great pride in what they do. It's no wonder this place is a favorite among the French community in Jakarta! I highly recommend Levant to anyone looking for an authentic taste of France. I will definitely be back to try more of their delicious offerings!

French inspired cafe with lush greenery. Have ample seating space indoor and outdoor. Pet friendly and non-halal (have pork and alcohol in the menu) French toast is served with cream cheese, fresh strawberries and raspberry compote. The pastry basket breakfast comes with warm and crispy sourdough baguette and croissant, with butter and jam, served with complimentary hot coffee/tea and orange juice. We also order ice mocha which tastes great.

If you've spent any time in South Jakarta, you've likely heard of or visited Levant Bakery. It's a weekend favorite for many, and for good reason—it's one of the area's best cafes and bakeries, serving great food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. After many visits, a review is long overdue. Levant has a wonderfully relaxed and friendly vibe. The space offers the best of both worlds with a lovely outdoor green space and a comfortable indoor seating area. On my recent visit, the experience was elevated even further by some melodious live music outdoors. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and their customer-centric service really stands out. For instance, we asked to move our table from a busy spot, and they promptly and graciously accommodated our request. For our lunch, we ordered a diverse selection: a Levant spicy tea, a berry smoothie, and a flat white coffee to go with some granola and yogurt. For our mains, we chose the spinach ravioli in a white cream sauce and a grilled vegetable cheese sandwich. The quality of the food is truly Levant's biggest strength. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I even got a slice of their exceptional black forest cake to take home—one of my absolute favorites. Overall, Levant consistently delivers a fantastic experience. With its great food, charming ambience, and excellent service, it's a place that not only meets expectations but often exceeds them.

Thank you to our lovely server (Shavanah?) who saw I was pregnant and looked for a table inside, away from the cigs. I also appreciate all the waiters who politely served us customers. As for the food, I got the salmon and my husband ordered the duck confit. I asked for salt&pepper just in case but our food was seasoned perfectly that we didn’t need the condiments. Delicious croissant as well, buttery and flaky. Def added to our go-to cafe list. 🫶🏼

One of my favorite French gem in Jakarta, been here multiple times and always a good meal. The ambiance is crowded but not noisy, the staff are very friendly and helpful. And all the food and drinks that i ordered were so nice and tasted so good😍👍🏻 And dont worry for the car park, they have valet parking. I would recommend without hesitation.

The outdoor area is filled with greenery and a small fountain in the center that makes the whole space feel refreshing. I tried Omelette Mont Saint-Michel and Lychee Iced Tea. Love the omelette.. it was fluffy, little bit creamy yet light flavor. The menu came with bread basket for complement. Friendly service and clean surroundings. A great spot for brunch, afternoon coffee, or simply enjoying the breeze. In overall, highly recommended. Especially if you love aesthetic French café vibes.

Fancy some western food, specifically popular french dishes and desserts, come to Levant. They have pasteries, cheeses and all sorts of bread. Enjoy good food with friends with nice atmosphere.

We stayed at Pullman just for 1 night, had a good and relaxing stay here. The location is good, where we could just walk to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, and if you are adventurous enough you can even walk to Thamrin area. The view was also nice. I had informed that we were celebrating a birthday and was pleased that the staffs drew a wish in the room (on a mirror) and even gave us a bday cake (along with bday song!). So a huge shout out to Nazwa, Josslyn & Acha for going the extra mile in making my day special.

Pullman experience truly captured the Heart of Jakarta. As a 5-star hotel, its centrally located position can't be beat, putting you right in the middle of the action—literally surrounded by big shopping malls and with the MRT right at the doorsteps for effortless travel. Beyond location, the two in-house restaurants were stellar, delivering exceptional experiences in terms of food, setting, and service. For a perfect nightcap, The Back Door offered a refined atmosphere with a great variety of drinks and whisky. Capping off the great stay, the hotel receptionists were consistently polite and courteous, making check-in and check-out a pleasure.

I enjoyed very much my stay there. Breakfast was incredible, had lots of options and high quality. Staffs were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Mas Chairil. One thing, need to upgrade the TV to the smart one!

Pullman Thamrin is a high-quality, well-rounded hotel that does many things right. Its central location is perhaps its greatest asset, making it ideal for guests who want to be in the middle of Jakarta’s action—shopping, business, sightseeing—with minimal travel times. Its wellness facilities (gym + sauna/steam + plunge/hot/cold pools) complement its strength as more than just a place to rest; this is a hotel where you can balance productivity, comfort, and relaxation. If there is room for improvement, it would be in upgrading certain older rooms / towers, improving insulation (especially for street noise), and ensuring that high expectations set by the food and wellness facilities are matched by consistency.

Been staying here for several times, overall it's quiet comfortable. The only complaint would be a very old tv and old ambience in the room, especially if you are staying in the old building. Please upgrade this, especially the TV as it is important for business people to be able to mirror it with our devices for work.

We arrived in Jakarta for the BLACKPINK concert and were scheduled to check in at 3 PM. Unfortunately, no rooms were available, so we had to wait until 5 PM—making us late for the show. The delay stemmed from a dispute between the housekeeping team and the front desk. The front desk did their best to resolve it, but the standard policy is clear: guests must check out by 12 PM to allow check-in after 3 PM. Everyone needs to respect these rules. Another odd point: every car entering the hotel grounds to pick up guests is charged a parking fee, even for a quick drop-off or pickup—which feels unreasonable.

A five-star location with three-star room and service. Stayed here for two nights, with a room facing the street. Windows have no soundproof, heard motorbike and racing cars all night long. The room is OLD, with glass-wall bathroom. And the wall plugs and switches are from 1980s, I assume. A huge disappointment! Stay away if you can.

This Marriott property has become the hotel I visit most often while living in Jakarta. The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and surprisingly, the price is very reasonable. For around idr 2 million, staying at a hotel of this standard is truly a great deal. The Seasonal buffet restaurant is also worth trying. It’s about idr 700k with tax? Maybe... per person, and not only is the food quite good, but it also comes with freeflow beer. After dinner, heading up to the rooftop bar Henshin to enjoy Jakarta’s night view outdoors is always a highlight. One of my favorite touches is the in-room aroma amenity. Before bed, put a little on your pillow and lie down—the soothing scent makes for such a relaxing and restful night. With its balance of price, service, and atmosphere, it’s easy to see why this hotel is my go-to in Jakarta.

Great 5 star hotel. Rooms are large and have a great view of Jakarta. Staff are all extremely friendly and professional. Pool, hot tub and sauna onsite. Great breakfast with wide variety of western, Indonesian, Korean, indian, and sweets. Location is good the only thing is traffic on the road outside can be bad especially if you need to U-turn from the other side of the main road. Lobby is on the 52ns floor and rooms above that so can be a bit tedious having to go up/down two sets of elevators to go out but worth it for the views.

Had most amazing stay at Westin Jakarta. Amazing hotel with Amazing views. Food at the restaurant simply delicious. As always hospitality above and beyond what I have experienced in other countries. Special thanks to Westin Club staff who did everything above and beyond to make sure guests are well look after and reception staff Cherish, Dadang, Hendra. Can’t wait to come and visit you all again.

Stayed here for Blackpink concert and it's such a lovely stay. All staff are kind, warm and friendly and special shoutout to Lasma Netalia. No regrets staying at Westin. Also, you can have beautiful panoramic view of Jakarta City. P/s Room look slightly dated but overall room is clean, comfortable and well functioning.

Being located in one of the tallest towers in Jakarta the views were breathtaking! Congratulations to all the staff for such wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful, welcoming staff and great service. The hotel is a little older but very well looked after. The suites are roomy and comfortable with lovely, big bathrooms! The executive lounge is outstanding, great views, enormous comfy chairs and a great food offering. The chefs took real pride in their work. The passionfruit cake is amazing!

THE HOTEL, an invisible narrator with the personality of a glamorous aunt who hasn’t upgraded her wardrobe since 1998. Scene 1 — “Security, or Something Like It” HENRY and MADAM BELLADONNA arrive at the driveway. SECURITY #1 opens the trunk and stares at it like it’s a philosophical riddle. SECURITY #1 (leaning in) Hmm. HENRY What are you looking for? SECURITY #1 (pauses) …Things. MADAM BELLADONNA gestures dramatically. MADAM BELLADONNA: Darling, he’s inspecting the trunk the way you watch a toddler eat ice cream: half in awe, half in fear, fully aware it might explode at any moment. THE HOTEL: I may be old, my carpets may remember Suharto, but my staff moves fast — faster than Jakarta traffic, certainly. Check-in completes with surprising speed. HENRY: Impressive. That was fastish. MADAM BELLADONNA: Fast-ish is the highest praise you’ve ever given anyone except your tailor. Scene 3 — “The Suite, or The Museum of Past Décor Trends” They enter the suite. HENRY: Large! Spacious! Plainly appointed, but spacious! MADAM BELLADONNA: Oh, darling… this room hasn’t been renovated since the last global financial crisis. The furniture is so dated it could run for political office. HENRY: Yes, well… it’s charming in a “your uncle refuses to buy new curtains” sort of way. THE HOTEL: (softly defensive) I’m working on it. Scene 4 — “Lounge of Long Hours & Longer Drinks” They ascend to the Executive Lounge. HENRY: Look at this! Drinks until 9pm. Most lounges shut earlier, like they’re hiding from guests. MADAM BELLADONNA: A civilised hour. A touch of grace. And the staff — so friendly they could disarm a dictator. THE HOTEL: We try. Scene 5 — “Location, Location, Forty Minutes” They gaze out at the city below. HENRY: The property is huge. Well-positioned too — only 5km from the shopping centres. MADAM BELLADONNA: Which in Jakarta… (flourish) …is 40 minutes by taxi, assuming the gods favour you. THE HOTEL: I never promised speed. Only grandeur. Final Scene — “Overall Verdict” HENRY: So, the verdict? MADAM BELLADONNA: A well-located, friendly, slightly faded grande dame who deserves a facelift but still knows how to run a good lounge. HENRY: Exactly. Dated, yes. But warm, comfortable, friendly, and gigantic. I’d stay again — and bring patience for the traffic. THE HOTEL: Come back soon. I’ll try to look younger. Lights fade.

Considering the price, the pick-up service at the airport exit was truly disappointing. You should provide better training for your staff to be more polite and courteous. This is highly misleading. Smh

Stayed for 2 nights for a friend's wedding. The room was spacious. The bed is incredible. I particularly like the pillows. So comfortable! The hospitality was superb! The club lounge was spacious and the ice latte was very good! Had a good time catching up my work during my stay there. Breakfast in Syailendra was superb. Special thanks to Kak Nurul and the chef that morning. Kak Nurul helped to ask the chef to make corn soup for me and my sister. We both had stomach upset that day and couldn't really enjoy other foods. The soup was warm and comforting. They also made a chocolate plate for my sister's birthday :) thanks for making such a warm gesture for her! A bit of minus thing was probably the hotel lobby and hallway fragrance was a bit too strong for my liking. But otherwise everything is perfect! Thanks for making our stay memorable.

During check-in, thanks to the thoughtful assistance of Erico, I was delighted to be assigned to a lovely room. Although there were a few issues during my stay, Riki, the Duty Manager, handled them with remarkable professionalism and care, ensuring a truly comfortable experience. At check-out, Olivia, the Supervisor, made my day with her warm gesture and thoughtful souvenir — a beautiful way to end my stay. There can always be occasional issues in any hotel; what truly distinguishes a world-class property from an ordinary one is how the team responds. In that regard, every member of the staff I encountered demonstrated exemplary service, genuine attentiveness, and sincere hospitality. Among all the InterContinental properties I’ve stayed at, this one truly stands out as the best in terms of staff excellence and responsiveness. That said, I believe the management may wish to consider some maintenance and partial renovation to bring the facilities in line with the outstanding quality of the service. Nevertheless, my overall stay was wonderful, and I remain deeply grateful to all the staff for their kindness and dedication. I will most certainly return to this property on my next visit to Jakarta.

We have a quick stay at this hotel from one night, I booked for 3 rooms. Was to celebrate my Niece 12 years Birthday. I love everything aspect about staying here! Once arrive the receptionist did a great job for the check-in process, they noticed my Diamond status as well. Of course i’ve got Amenity points, welcome drinks and some of in house restaurant discount coupons. Jasmine, Lily, Prissy, Putri and Ipan from GRO team also doing a great job! They prepare Birthday greeting in one of our room for my Niece, Kay. Also special chocolate mousse for her at night when Jasmine and Prissy came to surprise Her. As an IHG member, I truly felt honored and cared for during my staycation at InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. This hotel always feels like a second home — it wasn’t my first visit, and it definitely won’t be the last. Every detail, from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful service, made our stay so special. The breakfast was amazing, the spa experience (I took the Kerokan Javanese Massage with Mini Facial) was deeply relaxing, and the steam and Finnish sauna were just perfect. I’ve been staying here for the past four years whenever I visit my family in Jakarta, and every stay has been absolutely wonderful. The front desk team is always so warm and welcoming 😊. A special shoutout to Fawwaz for his friendly, energetic spirit that instantly makes me feel at home 🙌🏼. The breakfast selection never disappoints, and every morning is brightened by the team’s kind smiles. The location of the hotel is great. Near to my office. Next to a huge mall, security is tight for the evening which is good. Service of the staff was exceptional excellent. Concierge Amari service was very helpful and superb. She literally walked me through where I wanted to go in the mall. 👍👍👍 Thank you 🙏 Front desk and duty desk service was great too. Initially my room sink leaked, some of my stuff was soaked up. (Just unlucky) But the duty manager Riki and service team manage to change the room for me on the same day and dry up my stuff for me. Superb service 👍👍👍 🙏 Thank you Let’s hope i will not get a faulty room and I will be able to enjoy the service from you guys soon by end of the month.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta with my daughter and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and thoughtful. The highlight was how the team helped us celebrate my daughter’s birthday – they surprised her with a celebration during breakfast and even decorated our room with early birthday touches, just as I had requested. She was over the moon, and it made our stay extra special. The room itself was comfortable and beautifully prepared, and the in-room dining was fabulous – dinner was both delicious and beautifully presented. Everything felt luxurious yet welcoming. One thing I found a little unusual was being asked at check-in to pay an additional 3 million rupiah deposit, even though I had already paid for everything in advance. I was informed it would be refunded within 1–2 weeks, but it did feel a bit off in the moment. Overall though, the staff’s attention to detail and the care they showed, especially in making my daughter’s birthday so memorable, left a lasting impression. I would happily recommend Mandarin Oriental Jakarta to anyone visiting the city.

Really good hotel with fantastic service from every staff member. We got upgraded to a suite so that was obviously great, the room is really good, clean, high quality furniture, nice toiletries. We got a free welcome cake too. Breakfast was also extremely good, one of the best I’ve seen at a 5 star hotel. The Li Feng Chinese restaurant was also really good and surprisingly cheap for the food quality. Location is good but only complaint is that the entrance is very unimpressive, kind of hard to access as a pedestrian, and you have to go through a security checkpoint to enter (which I understand is normal in Jakarta but still strange to me)

We were surprised and impressed by our room upgrade, which gave us a fantastic view of Jakarta from the 22nd floor. Many thanks to Gio, the desk clerk! The one-bedroom suite was more than spacious, and we enjoyed spending four nights in comfortable luxury. The room came with a breakfast buffet that varied daily and contained more than enough choices to satiate our appetites. We also ate at Li Feng, with its delicious Cantonese fare and elegant decor. We did several workouts and found the exercise space and equipment clean and well-provisioned. The cleaning staff were flexible and responsive to the handy electronic "Make up room" button. All in all, our stay was made perfect by the friendly staff, and we were very happy to have chosen to stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.

Had a wonderful stay! While the location and rooms are great, I would like to highlight the quality of the service. From the moment we entered, we felt genuinely welcomed. I would like to highlight Ka Vollyn, as she did a wonderful job at check-in. She was really kind to offer refreshment while our room was getting ready and met us right after to escort us. We look forward to being back!

Nice hotel (bit old) with great service but very poor soundproofing. We were given a room on the 19th floor but couldn’t sleep because of the loud traffic even with silicone earplugs. We were moved to the 26th floor which was quieter but we could still hear some traffic. The music from the car free Sunday kept us up from 6am. I would still stay here again anyway since all the hotels in the area probably have the same noise issues.

Warm and Reliable Service That Deserves 5 Stars! My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Neha and Mr. Oki for their incredible help! I realized I had lost my credit card late the previous night—panicked, I contacted the front desk immediately, where Ms. Neha and Mr. Oki were incredibly patient. They calmed me down first and promised to start a thorough search right away. The next morning, I received a call from them with wonderful news: my credit card had been found!

What a fantastic breakfast spread! There were so many delicious options that we really felt spoiled during our stay. The jamu and local station were just amazing! A huge shoutout to Mr. Akim and his wonderful team for their attentive service. It truly made our experience even better!

Very nice restaurant Sana Sini located inside the Pullman hotel. The restaurant is huge and has a all you can eat buffet that will amaze you. Many cooking stations will bring you different kind of food Indonesian, sushi, Chinese, Asian , Western, French cheese, dessert ! Definitely more than you can eat. So for sure you will find what to eat. The quality was good enough. The personal was very friendly and polite Was a good experience for me to try a bit from different Indonesian dishes I have no reference to know if the price paid is good for the quality or not. The price was 496100 IDR, with a Coca Cola drink. At least very convenient option for hotel resident when raining time.

We spent our last iftar at this sumptuous, all you can eat restaurant. It was 440.000 ++ per person with plentiful choices. My choices of foods were seen on the pictures. They were all good, but not outstanding. The service and ambience were exemplary. These service and ambience were worth the price, but unfortunately not for the foods. Sorry.

We tried the buffet package during christmas season, kids got free 😁 Lots of cuisine variants to choose (Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and Western). Food and ambience was generally nice, but what really impressed me is the service. Staffs here are friendly and helpful. We got the credit card promotion (15% off) also ✌️😉. Really worth it :)

We came here for dinner as our wedding anniversary. We loved most of the food... For italian food we loved the beef, all the pastas, for dimsum we loved the salted egg bun though their bun less on the filling, chicken siau may, and ha kau. For the indonesian we loved the satay both chicken and lamb And my husband loved the clam in singapore sauce and the japanese rolls and i assume they use the agar agar to make the rice sticky. Last but not least what we love for the dessert was the apple pie, the mango mousse, chocolate cake and of course vanila and coffee ice cream and i also loved my hot cappucino and longan tea. Superb For additional we ordered longan tea, and it costs around idr 70.000, a bit pricey but it is the hotel buffet, what can i say? The services is good

Most valued and delectable hotel buffet you can find in Jakarta. I tried their breakfast, brunch (weekdays) and weekend brunch. The menu varied on weekdays and weekends, so was the price. I recommend going here on the weekend (brunch). They have full on menu, dishes and cuisines from all over the world. Highlight on seafood sections with fresh clams, oysters, lobsters, blue crabs, and big prawns. Roast section / carving had roast beef, rack of lambs, turkey, grilled fish (catch of the day). Japanese section is also recommended. Fresh sashimi that never stops, udon and tempura. Indo food was also delightful, some traditional snacks such as tempe goreng tepung, tahu isi goreng with some rawit. Satay, nasi gudeg, lontong sayur, so many variety to mention. Overall the service was nice, food taste and quality was very good. Superb Sunday brunch experience.

Kitchen staffs were not friendly at all (except Mutia), and seemed to avoid contact with customers (taking orders / queries). I called the lady staff several times and she just pretended i wasn't there - she took my order and the food never came to my table (she didnt wear a nametag so i cant mention her name, but she was handling cheese pizza counter). I understand it was a fairly packed dinner with 50% capacity, but Sailendra should've trained their staff well to handle such condition. Despite, table staffs were kind and very helpful. buffet spread was just so so, nothing special. I'd rather go to Asia at Ritz Carlton, just next door - better food better service, similar price, sorry Sailendra I was unhappy

I don’t know why this happened to this restaurant. My visit on June 29th evening was awful. No staff at the entrance, the pasta was pathetic by the looks and the taste, watery and bland. The steak took too long to arrive and when it came, it tasted like they poured the whole bottle of salt. The asparagus soup is even worse, there was no bowl in the vicinity, I had to ask to get my bowl, twice. The food was not refilled, they clearly lack staff. No one to serve at the grill section, even after I stood there for some time, no one was caring enough to serve me. The food variety itself is very limited. Not much you can try. The salad with cheese wheel is there but no one to mix it with the lettuce, so what’s the point of having the cheese wheel there? And… the dessert, my goodness, they serve diamond ice cream, in a hotel, I don’t need to taste it, I know by the color since my old cafe serves it too, and I changed it to Brookfarm since 2 years ago. The cake? All cream and no taste, I didn’t finish mine, not worth the calories. I sat on the long table near the stairs on the left, please try and look under the private room. It’s bloody dirty like no one cares to clean it since no one will see it anyway, but I saw it. Go check if you think I’m lying, it’s less than 12 hours since my visit. All and all, so far this is the worst paying buffet at a hotel I ever ate. Buy 1 get 1 promo doesnt mean you can lower your quality. Not impressed at all. No redeeming quality

I am skeptical about Hotel Food but Sailendra Restaurant taught me that there IS a tasty Hotel Restaurant. Usually most hotel are worst at western food and meh at indonesian food, but this place balanced that out and give my tongue the experience that i think i'll never experience again. There is a variety of buffet but not that much that they become unfocus on the preparation, so most of the foods are end up living to the expectation. Like for example the lobster and the pastry are really tasty and live up to defend their restaurant name, but on the other side their roast beef is really weak, i hate eating it. Their service, maybe because the place is overcrowded at the time, are not customer oriented and just prioritize efficiency. I mean, a little hospitality when i ask for a food, or a favor to clean my table, or when im blocking their way. I was nudge out of my way when i was standing to see whats available instead like greet me or something to get out of my way. The Atmosphere is nothing special, its an old hotel, i think they haven't do any upgrades for a while.

Amazing food with a wide variety of dishes with great taste. I was particulalry impressed by the japanese section. Also, the steak collection is also very impressive and the making of steak right in front of you is always exciting. Worth mentioning is the seafood collection which was very tasty and appeared to be fresh. If you are planning to go there, I would suggest to always ask for freshly made items. For instance, some steak would be ready served which often is either dried up or colder then desired temperature. Therefore, asking for freshly made steak would change the whole experience. Another item, or group of items, worth mentioning is the choice of sauces which is very impressive. One thing I didn't like was the mutton roast that was dry and not juicy at all. Fruit collection could also be improved as they charge premium rates so inclusion of premium fruits would make the whole experience far better and offer improved value for money.

We chose Asia Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta for our Sunday brunch, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. The place was full of energy, packed with guests, yet the service remained flawless—attentive, anticipatory, and genuinely warm. It was hospitality at its best, exactly what you'd expect from a venue of this level. The food was truly outstanding—and I’m not exaggerating. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. We didn’t skip a single section! From oysters, lobster, and crab to sushi, freshly baked breads, salads, and even pork options, the variety was impressive and the quality was top tier. What really stood out was the presence of the management team on the floor. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, the executive chef, and the assistant director. Their presence and involvement show the strength of leadership behind the scenes—guiding the team and genuinely caring about the guest experience. The atmosphere was elevated by a live DJ who curated the perfect soundtrack for the brunch—great vibe, right volume, and it kept the mood upbeat until the very last track before we left. We’ll definitely be back, and we’re also excited to explore the other outlets in the hotel. A truly memorable brunch and a standout example of world-class service.

Nice place to eat. Its has a lot of choice of food and most of it is good. They have some fresh truffle with pasta, sushi, crab, etc. You dont have wait to long to get the food. Just patiently wait for other peolple done their time at here and enjoy unlimited food without waiting in line.

Great food options and atmosphere, service is definitely top notch. My favorie section is their western section with several options of pasta which will be customly made upon order. Besides that their sushi and poke also taste great. Tuna poke with cilantro taste very refreshing. Only the dessert cakes are a bit dry, and taste wise is not very special.

The main highlight was definitely the seafood area — oysters, crab legs, shrimps, and scallops were all fresh and satisfying! Sushi and pastas were also yummy. Tried a few other dishes like roasted pork belly (had the pork smell), kebuli rice (well-seasoned but the rice was not basmati), and roasted duck (a bit dry). Desserts were just okay or not quite to my taste. But overall, still a great experience and worth it!

One of the most delicious buffets in Jakarta. The food is properly cooked to perfection. The ingredients are very fresh. The minus is only lack of variations but I assure none of the meal or section will disappoint your pallate.

Anigre Restaurant at Sheraton offers a truly comfortable dining experience. From the very beginning, the welcoming was warm and genuine, and the staff were attentive and friendly—especially Lusi, who was exceptionally helpful. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The Hainan rice and siomay were among the highlights and quickly became my favorites. The dessert selection was also plentiful and beautifully presented. A wonderful place to enjoy a memorable meal.

Anigre is located in Sheraton Hotel which is connected to Gandaria City Mall. You can park in level B2 and there's a lift that lead you straight to the hotel lobby. Or you can park anywhere in the mall parking lot and access it through the mall entrance in Ground Level. I was invited here for a birthday celebration and get seated at the end corner, which was more secluded than the rest of the dining area. The restaurant has high ceiling and windows which is a plus for me. Very bright and designed beautifully. The seats were comfortable and arranged well. The food was delicious. Many varieties of food that are suitable for many different palates. There were Indonesian, Indian , Western, Chinese and Japanese food. My favorite were the roast beef with mushroom sauce, paneer makhani with naan bread, sashimi and caesar salad. The desserts choice were not as many as i wanted it to be. But pretty decent. The cake was nice, brownies was ok. There were a choco fondue, soft served ice cream machine, and normal ice cream, too. The service was great. When we left the table, there were unused plates, by the time we come back, they're gone already. A lady with injured hand, was offered al help by the waitress, to bring her plate to the table. A kind and nice gesture is always recognised.

My favorite buffet in Jakarta 👍 Anigre is buffet restaurant in Sheraton Jakarta (Gandaria City) Anigre doesn’t have as many kinds of food as Shangrila or Mulia hotel, but the quality is better than them. Especially, sashimi, grilled lobster, beef steak, roasted duck are best of best. It is not so crowded and service is kind and fast. That’s why I can enjoy the dining time comfortably. The delightful restaurant of Sheraton Hotel. One of its entrances connect directly to Gandaria City Mall. If you drove just to dine here, you can park in the hotel or in Gandaria City Mall's parking. The restaurant is vast and host plenty of seatings for families and friends. Beautifully decorated, perfect for formal dining and might be a bit much for casual ones. Staff hotels wander about - they're all warm, welcoming, helpful, attentive and informative. The ambience was calming. Some people are celebrating birthdays as well. The foods were delightful to see. The range of cuisines they offer are hefty: you can find Indonesian, Thailand, Japanese, Chinese, Arabian, Indian, Mediterranean, American and Italian foods. They have plenty of protein to choose from as well: Lamb, duck, chicken, beef, fish, eggs - each prepared in several varying ways (dry-aged being very popular), some already cut to slices and some still whole, only cut to each guest's preference. Soups and breads are a thing here (check their Oxtail Soup), including Sushi. There are also some frozen seafoods that include shrimps, oysters and clams (supposedly there's a lobster as well, but during our visit, there weren't any). Salad bar's quite decent. Dessert choices are in its own league: they serve many types of organic honey, fresh fruits, whole cakes, cupcakes, cereals, candy skewers, sweet toppings for toasts, and ice cream. Their drink choices are your standard freshener, and I believe there's wine available as well (at a price). Most notable menu we ate, from best to decent finds, were: - Beef Maranggi 🌟: Tender, juicy, very flavorful, freshly cooked. Went back for seconds, thirds. - Roast Duck 🌟: Beautifully rendered. The glaze outside looks wonderful. Pairs well with the sauces. - Oxtail Soup ⭐: Flavorful, very fragrant, houses tender meat cuts. Love the broth. - Burger ⭐: Classic, tasty, the perfect amount of satisfying savory. - Honey Assortments ⭐: Lots of organic local choices with varying fragrance notes. You can mix your own honey cocktail or use it as topping for other foods. - Cheese Blocks ⭐: Just beside the honey rack. Several imported cheese for you to slice on your own and pair with bread and other menu. - Salmon Sushi 👍: Fresh, umami. Texture-wise, holds itself well. Quite good, but not spectacular. - Chocolate Butter Cake 👍: One of the whole cakes served. A little bit too sweet, but the deep bold chocolate flavor delivers. The menu we stopped picking / avoided from the start: - Shrimps, Oysters, Clams: Not super fresh, probably frozen/put out for quite some time. Emits a bit of a smell. I picked some shrimps out of curiosity, but the taste wasn't quite good. - Pre-Made Sushi on display: Falls short compared to the freshly prepared Sushi on request. Fish content was small. - Neon-colored Macarons and Cakes: Tried some, but tasted too sweet and one-flavor-note throughout. - Ice Cream: Too sweet. Tasted chemical-ish, if that makes sense - like it's not made from fresh ingredients but from premade instant mixture. One layer of taste, shallow and not complex. Melts easily. Everything else was okay. Outstanding service by the staffs from the moment we came 'til we finished. Hope they continue serving good food and ambience (also, freshening the seafood might help)👍

Anigré is an international buffet restaurant in Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City. Actually, this restaurant has been in my list. That time, we got a buy 1 get 1 free buffet dinner promo. How interesting! The buffet dinner starts at 6 AM. Anigré is very spacious and comfortable for dining with family, friends, or loved ones. The menu includes Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Indian, Western dishes, various salads, seafood, cakes, and gelatos. There are so many choices of food, and they have good service, too. However, I found that the taste was not special. It was so-so, and even the seasoning wasn't bold or savory. From my buffet dining experience in some 5-star hotels, I would say that Anigré is not comparable to them. There are others much better than this one. Among the foods here, I only enjoyed the gelato the most as my dessert. Then, we wondered whether the promo might influence the taste 🤔 I don't know about it, either. But after this experience, we've decided not to have buffet dining if the promotion is that big.

Arts Cafe at Raffles Jakarta delivered a satisfying brunch experience, marked by exceptional service, a culinary offering that exceeded expectations, and a captivating environment where subtle touches of art enliven the space. This cafe isn't just about food and drink; it is a living art space/gallery. The space itself is adorned with subtle art pieces displayed on walls, including a striking Japanese-inspired mural which goes with the theme of the hotel. Even elements like the dividers between sections take inspiration from the human form, adding another layer to the cafe's artistic identity. Paying attention as you walk around reveals these thoughtful yet conspicuous design cues, making the visit a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. What truly stood out was the excellent service. Despite initially noting limited vegetarian options on the menu, the server was incredibly accommodating and proactive. They promptly consulted with the chef, returning with several thoughtful suggestions, which truly elevated my experience. For our food and beverage, I ultimately settled on the silken tofu dish with bok choy from the menu, accompanied by their signature tea. Both the food and drink met my expectations, with the silken tofu dish being a particular highlight. It was exactly what I was hoping for: fresh, perfectly balanced, and light. The tofu itself was melt-in-your-mouth tender, beautifully complemented by the bok choy, and wonderfully enhanced by a sweet chili hot sauce. The signature tea was refreshing with some spicy notes. The food and beverage, along with the accommodating service, made for a memorable and delicious meal. Considering the high quality of the food, the exemplary service received, and the unique artistic ambiance, the experience was definitely worth the price, though I should note it is on the steeper side. Inside Raffles, the ambiance is spacious and clean. The variation of the food is not as grand as other 5 stars buffet restaurants but decent enough. The desserts are appetizing from the look but the taste is just ok.

With their new executive chef from Britain chef Keith Hooker, Spectrum has been reborn anew. Bringing classics with character such as the Banff Springs OP Ribs, Beef Wellington, and the soon to be famous Indomie Lobster. I especially love their vegetable sections. You don’t usually get fennel and leek here in Indonesia. But they have it; if you think that spectrum is just a regular hotel buffet I urge you to think twice, come here and try to prove me wrong.

Great buffet experience to celebrate my mom’s bday! Friendly and attentive service staff, ingredients were fresh, most of the dishes were delicious! The dinner buffet variety wasn’t as extensive as I’d expected (2 round and udah keabisan ide coba apa lagi), but good enough! Flavour-wise, they’re yummy too. The dessert section could be improved though—many of the cakes were too dry.

Luxury Buffet in Jakarta: Just had a dinner here for their Seafood themed buffet on Friday night. First of all, I love the experience overall. Since entering the restaurant the service was impeccable and the vibe was very upscale. The foods on offer were varied and obviously my top picks were the fresh seafood like crabs, lobster, and oyster. There are many other options available from fresh to warm meals, and I must say most were beyond expectations. The drinks included in the menu were juice, tea, and coffee and they were delicious. You can also add on freeflow wine for 700K++ if you want. Overall really enjoying my dinner here and I recommend you to also get their Seafood buffet on Friday night.

Ambience and service were excellent. I forgot the name of our waitress but she is a young lady, not too tall and very hospitable. Mushroom cream soup was tasty, not overpowering, and its price was worth the quality and portion. Strawberry juice was nice too, fresh and not too sweet. Chicken fajita was excellent; plus the mushroom croquette. Worth to visit! And if I am not mistaken, they are part of Union group.

This has been my go-to restaurant since 2017! The service has always been amazing. Once, I accidentally ordered an Aglio Olio that contained beef, which I don’t eat. Jony and the team were incredibly understanding and even offered me a complimentary dessert. They really take customer satisfaction seriously. Truly a 10/10 dining experience every time!

Established in 1878, it is the oldest coffee roastery in Indonesia, and that's why we decided to check it out during our visit in Jakarta in May 2025. We ordered a few drinks, but it did not match our taste unfortunately. We did enjoy the vibe and decoration in the cafe (despite the heat).

The coffee was okay, but the lack of proper service made it hard to fully enjoy the visit. I came here hoping for a good cup of coffee and a little insight into what makes this place special. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me didn’t seem well-trained or confident in explaining the menu especially the coffee options. For a café that seems to pride itself on heritage and experience, this was a bit of a letdown.

Feels like I'm back in old-school Jakarta. It's a chill spot to hang and chat with friends, but honestly not the best place to wfc. The food’s just okay and kinda pricey, but you're really paying for the cool ambiance and interior.

I visited this place after having lunch, with dessert in mind. I ordered singkong mbledug, strawberry cheesecake, and a coffee latte. Unfortunately, all the desserts were just mediocre, especially the singkong. The description claimed it would have a garlicky flavor, but it came out bland. For a 50k fried singkong, I expected more flavor. The cheesecake had a nice, sweet cheese flavor and a pleasant crumbly cake beneath it. However, the jam was disappointing; it tasted overly artificial and bitter. The coffee latte, on the other hand, was good. Overall, the taste of the food didn't match the price, and I believe it could be improved, especially since this area has a lot of historical value and attracts visitors of all ages. In terms of ambience, it was lovely. I love traditional interior design. The smoking area was a bit humid but still comfortable. The staff were helpful during my visit.

I ordered an ice coffee and it was great! which is not suprising from the oldest coffee brewer in Indonesia. The atmosphere was great (oldies style).

One of the best place for having the authentic indonesian coffee like Gayo, Luwak as well as a traditional beverage such as Jamu with homey atmosphere. Perfect place to have a good convo with friends or “me time”!

No one cant resist the ambience is traditional yet comfy, they seperate the smoking area in 1st floor n non smoking in 2nd floor. The newly renovated KempiDeli is a true gem! It opens from 8 am. Place is super cozy and chic, with Cali vibes. Love the giant cactuses lounge area. The sandwiches were top notch while the scrambled egg were highly comforting. Service was warm and efficient. Donuts resembled egg drop presentation with inspired combination of generous fillings. Strawberry tart was refreshing and well balanced. Definite new family favorite!

Not going to lie, the cafe’s lighting, ambience, sitting area were very inviting. So we went in to have dinner and give it a try. I had avocado and toast and it was okay. The pastries were mostly gone given our time of visit. Maybe I need to come back. Service was prompt and polite.

Honestly, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had—luckily the latte tasted great. But please, kindly improve the system. It’s really unreasonable to wait around 40 minutes just for a latte and a bagel, especially when the café wasn’t even crowded. I specifically asked for the bagel to be heated, but it was served cold. Worse, if I hadn’t asked about the bagel, it seemed like the staff had completely forgotten to serve it. Really hope this can be a point of improvement moving forward.

Cozy breakfast spot with superb, high quality pastries. They have a huge bread selection, with some rarer breads making their appearance here as well. They recently revamped their menu and launched several new items. Love the pistachio flan as well as mornay pastrami croissant. Update they just revamped the place is now larger with many more selections.

Changed the whole concept and I love it. Enjoyed some coffee and it was pretty decent. And their matcha also didn’t quite stand out like any other. But the atmosphere was a vibe, and definitely would revisit this place.

I had a butter croissant which was pretty pleasant and paired it with hot Cappuccino. Unfortunately the Cappuccino was way too hot and it burnt my tongue. They should hire a proper barista for the place. It already had a good selection of food that needs to be complimented with good coffee.

6 stars if I could! Six Ounces Coffee in Kelapa Gading is hands down one of my favourite spots in Jakarta. The ambience is calm and stylish—perfect for a slow morning or a relaxed meetup. The food is great, but as a mocha lover, what really keeps me wanting to come back is their coffee. It’s surprisingly hard to find a coffee shop in Jakarta that understands how to make a simple mocha that actually tastes good—not too sweet, not too bitter, just smooth, chocolatey, and balanced. Six Ounces nails it every time. Yes, it’s a bit pricy, but honestly, it’s worth it for the quality and experience. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate a proper cup of coffee.

Usually nice for especially WFC but today they let people smoke IQOS indoor which makes the room smell like fart the whole time. Oh they have a bundling of coffee + croissant which is nice. Coffee’s as great as always.

Quite an interesting hangout spot. The location is quite strategic, but there is no parking lot. You only park on the side of the road. The food and beverage menu provided is quite varied. I ordered aloe vera ice, quite delicious. Kaya Toast and Sabang-style spring rolls, quite expensive... tastes good but ordinary. In my opinion, this place is cool to hang out with friends or family. Although the price is quite expensive, a bit overprice in my opinion for an ordinary taste. But I still recommend it for just a place to hang out.

I decided to try their Americano, and while it was decent, I found the coffee beans to be just an average blend—nothing that really stood out. If you're a coffee aficionado, you might be looking for something a bit more unique. As for the toast, it was a bit thicker than I expected, and I felt the filling could have been more generous. It was tasty, but I was hoping for a little more oomph in terms of flavor and quantity.

Had breakfast here this morning. Had a fried rice with salt fish. Just OK. Rice was a little hard for my liking. The salt fish was also rather tough and incredibly salty (I know it’s salt fish but this was next level salty 😝🤣). Teh tarik was good. Lovely old world charm.

Food. Comfort everyday food. Like the french toast, as they use cinnamon, fragrant and just nice level of sweet. The indomie, perfect! I like the way they cook the noodle, firm and really tasty. Comes with 2 pcs meatballs, slice of tomato and cucumber. The vietnam drip also perfect. And recommend to try their 7up sonkit. Refreshing in the midst of hot weather of Jakarta. Interior made classic, with much wooded structure. Somehow give me melancholy feeling. Staff was nice, quite engage with the customers. Price, i would say a bit high for the typical food we have. Access to come here relatively easy. However we must park on road side.

We stayed at a five-star hotel expecting professional service and comfort. We were traveling with our 28 month old child who required medication to be kept refrigerated yet the in room fridge was not working. We informed the staff at check-in, but no action was taken throughout our stay. We also specifically requested a non-smoking room, considering we were traveling with a toddler, but were still assigned a smoking room. To make matters worse, someone knocked on our door late at night, not to provide assistance, but simply to remind us of the 11 AM check-out policy. For a hotel with such a reputation, the lack of responsiveness, empathy, and even the most basic standard of hospitality was truly disappointing. Certainly not the experience one expects when traveling with a young child.

One of the best among five-stars hotel. Serves legendary sop buntut, second to none. Its parking lot becomes one big giant maze when several wedding banquets fall on the same day. The parking lot is poorly lit, the parking lot's roads are quite uneven so you have to be very careful walking around in that area. Many cars are parallelly parked everywhere. On the positive note, they do have many staffs guarding the parking lot.

This is a hotel where many celebrities have stayed while in Jakarta, and I can see why - everything is luxurious , but the well maintained garden-park is breathtaking! One can walk to the sauna, swim in the pool, visit the small butterfly garden, and spend hours in this green paradise.

It all started before our arrival. We travelled in the week when the conflict with Iran escalated and Iran fired against Qatar resulting in close of airspace and flight cancelations. This caused a two-day delay of our arrival in Jakarta as it was impossible to travel through Qatar and/or change flights. Our travel agent contacted the hotel to inform them on the case - hotel refused to reimburse the prepaid price for the two nights we missed. Personally, I consider war to be force majeur and though the hotel would understand... Nope, we did not make a fuss about it, though. Anyway, we managed to arrive for our last night. Next thing, when checking in they told me that we have to pay extra money for our child breakfast. Needless to say, no such thing was mentioned in our reservation which was for 2 adults and 1 child from the beginning. I tried to argue and the reception employee called a manger or something like this. A guy comes and stars explaining how the room is for 2 people and the child is an extra... I show him our reservation, he does even look and continue with some nonsense explanation coming from nowhere. At some point I decided that is pointless to argue with someone who is not actually giving reason but simply saying learned phrases. So, next morning I paid for the child. No other hotel (we visited 4 more during our vacation) asked for such thing - all of them more luxurious than this one. Terrible service... Now for the room. Bathroom was disgusting - you can see the photos. Room was very dated. Windows weren't washed since a lot of time, you could see the dust and dirt from a distance. And this is considered a 5* hotel...

I stayed four nights at Fairmont Hotel Jakarta for a work trip and left genuinely impressed. My room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches. One small hiccup: the shower handle seemed a little broken, with water spurting from the fitting as well as the head. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it’s worth a quick fix. Service throughout the hotel was top notch—warm, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The spread was both delicious and generous, with plenty of variety for different tastes—local favorites, fresh pastries, fruits, and made-to-order stations. The service team ran the busy room seamlessly; special thanks to Mba Ary, who was especially helpful and kind each morning.

Great experience! I stayed here with my family for watching Blackpink deadline concert, and we got the room that is facing GBK 💕 The hotel was fully occupied, yet the service was still excellent! We had a really good breakfast here, i enjoy especially the truffle scrambled eggs, hainan chicken, mango yogurt, and the iced americano. The room service was also excellent. It didn't take a long time when we asked for several items delivered. Definetely worth the price! 💕💕

stayed at Fairmont Jakarta recently. The service was great, staff were polite and attentive but overall, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. The breakfast was just okay, nothing really stood out. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use some refreshment. Luckily, as an Accor Gold member, I got upgraded to a suite, which was a nice touch and definitely made the stay better. Hopefully next time, everything will feel more refined and worth the value that Fairmont usually represents.

I had an amazing moment staying here for my wedding day. Mba Lala from receptionist helped me maximise my platinum membership so I got the best 2 bedroom suite with the best rate for my wedding day. I even got wedding decorations and cake too from the staff. Also the K22 Bar staff are really friendly, helping my mother walking down the stairs. Although the luggage and restaurant service was a bit slow because of crowded guest from the marathon event, but overall it was a lovely experience.

The French toast wasn’t crispy on the outside, so it turned out super soft. We added pistachio ice cream to go with it, but the pistachio flavor didn’t really stand out. On the other hand, the raspberry sorbet was sooo good — definitely a highlight!

Lovely dishes esp the hand-cut fries👌🏼 seasoned to perfection and so addictive. The brie toast is also nice, just wished they accommodate for different preference in bread (e.g. sourdough, brioche, etc). The waitress failed to inform us that some of the items on the menu are no longer included (the menu says that the dish comes with salad but no salad was served). But overall, I like the food and ambience and will def return to try more!

I’ve visited this place four times, and while my past experiences were pleasant, my most recent visit was a letdown. I’ve tried the French toast, sorbet, galette, and croque. The croque sandwich stands out more than the galette — rich and satisfying, though a bit heavy due to the generous cheese. The French toast, however, is truly the highlight — perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within, a dish that hits all the right notes. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, I ordered a slice of cake and ice cream — something I assumed would be quick — but ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. We even asked to cancel the ice cream due to the delay, only to be told it was already “ready” and going through some additional process. What made the situation more frustrating was that: 1. The restaurant wasn’t busy. 2. Guests who arrived after us received their meals — including heavier dishes — much sooner. If there’s an issue with order management, it’s better to acknowledge it honestly rather than blame it on the preparation process.

First time here, and found out the ice cream n cake were good. Ice cream was served with cookie crumbles and nuts, as for the cake itself, we ordered a chocolate one, not too sweet, more like a brownie texture on the inside served with dark chocolate sauce n nuts. The staff is friendly and knows their product well.

I’ve been to Paris Sorbet on Wolter Monginsidi many times and always loved their canelé—it’s one of my favorite items. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The canelé was extremely hard, not at all like the ones I’ve enjoyed before. I brought it up to the staff, but they insisted that it’s supposed to be like that and weren’t open to any feedback. It’s really disappointing when a place you love doesn’t handle criticism well or try to make things right. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and improve in the future.

Sorbet Paris Jakarta – A Culinary Delight at Wolter Monginsidi Sorbet Paris Jakarta offers more than just their well-known sorbets—it’s also a great spot for a full dining experience. I explored both their starters and mains, and each dish was impressive. The tuna tataki was fresh and flavorful, while the grilled chicken served with a classic French sauce over mashed potatoes was perfectly cooked. The duck confit was enjoyable, but the highlight of the meal was without a doubt the French toast—easily one of the best in Jakarta. For sorbets, I tried the mango and pistachio flavors, both refreshing and full of flavor. The raspberry cocktail—served with a scoop of raspberry sorbet—was a delightful pairing that elevated the experience. The restaurant’s modern vibe adds to the experience, with a lively and fun atmosphere that makes it a great place to unwind. Whether for a meal or just desserts, Sorbet Paris is definitely worth visiting.

I was both disappointed and offended by the way my check-in was handled. I am Amelia, staying under a booking by Christine, Room 3215, 17–19 Oct 2025. I queued patiently. Before my turn, staff member “Teddy” engaged in prolonged small talk with the previous guest despite a long queue. When I explained my cousin (the registered guest) was coming down to reconfirm, he insisted that I have to I stepped aside and I must queue again. It wasn’t the delay — it was the dismissive tone and lack of courtesy. For a five-star hotel, silence reads as indifference to guest feedback. Please retrain the front office on empathy, communication, and equal warmth toward Indonesian guests as toward foreign guests. Even though this is a late review, I'm still so happy about my stay at Hotel Mulia Senayan. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights, and everything was wonderful. Hotel Mulia Senayan is consistently an outstanding choice in Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. What truly stands out is the staff's professionalism and their warm, attentive service, which makes every stay a pleasure. Whether for business or leisure, it's a reliable and luxurious experience that I highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!

In the beginning, we had a very pleasant experience with the staffs at The Cafe Restaurant. However, towards the end of our visit, my wife received a very bad service and was very disappointed with the service from one of the woman staff (initial R****a) at the hotel restaurant/cafe located on the lobby floor (I noted down her full name, please contact me if needed). My wife only requested a simple favor to help take one quick family photo by the stairs near the lobby—something that would take less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the staff refused to assist us and also refused to ask help from other staff. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels and being a member of several, I have always received excellent service and warm hospitality. This was the first time I felt such an unpleasant treatment, and it really ruined the ending of our beautiful family dinner. We often dine here and this is not our first visit, so I sincerely hope Hotel Mulia can give proper warning, especially to R****a. Please take this matter seriously and ensure that such poor service will not happen again in the future. It’s unfortunate that the action of just one staff member could ruin Hotel Mulia’s reputation, as the overall service has always been wonderful.

The “hardware” of the property was properly decent with a convenient location next to the stadium. The “software” of the staff was painfully lacking. The defining moment came when our neighbors’ alarm clock began ringing endlessly at 4 a.m. After asking the front desk to intervene, it became immediately clear they had no idea how to handle the situation. Their “solution” was to move us. We accepted, but when the bellboy arrived, he was completely lost, without a room key, without direction, and without any understanding of why he was even there. When I called reception again, the person on duty knew nothing about the situation. I repeated the story three times to three different people, each seemingly more confused than the last. The building is lovely, the rooms are clean, but the service operates in a parallel universe where communication, problem-solving, and basic coordination appear optional. Also, no soundproof for connecting rooms.

Even though it's an old hotel but it's clearly been cared for. The room has classic charm--solid furniture, vintage details- but everything is spotless. You can tell they take pride in maintenance.

The room was adequate but nothing exceptional. It was spacious and included a toilet without a bathtub. The toiletries were standard—functional, but not particularly impressive. The pool was also just average, which fell short of expectations for a five-star hotel. Breakfast offered a variety of options, but none stood out. There's definitely room for improvement, especially with more authentic selections. Out of my expectation (and never thought) if their bread and butter pudding was best out of all. The highlight was the location—excellent, with direct access to Gandaria City Mall, which features a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Parking also great.

The hotel room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Enviroment good and staff friendly and quick services. But not Kids friendly also unfortunately. However, there was no soap tube in the washtafel only bar soap, And the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion didn't smell good. Getting to the parking lot is complicated, and there's no security guard at the entrance parking area. It's a bit unsafe. Please pay attention and increase security and guarding. Everything was wonderful , and this was my 2nd time stayed in Sheraton Grand Gandaria City. We came in a big group , and reserved for 4 rooms. The location was so strategic and convenient , next to Gandaria City Mall. The room was so big, and clean, very comfortable to sleep after a long distance trip. The breakfast has lots of variety, and the FnB staff was so attentive and special thanks for Chef Tedi Rizki, who introduced the special food on that day nasi goreng cakalang , which is so delicious. All the staff from FnB were so care and special thanks as well for Ms Luci who serve us wholeheartedly. Will definitely back again when we come to Indonesia and highly recommend this hotel for whoever searching the place to stay.

Simply the BEST hotel I visited in my life ! Unbelievable experience. Of course the room is large and wonderful, the staff know your name and call you by your name at the breakfast, they already know your food preferences for the breakfast ("a cappuccino with almond milk" they ask me the morning at breakfast), the room maid are nice and so polite, spa massage excellent quality, etc. I already want to come back to this hotel ! Last point, staff did organize a guided tour for me, golf reservations, restaurants booking, pilâtes lessons for me, all by WhatsApp (so useful). This place is amazing! I do wonder if the reviews suggesting they are dated rooms are referring to the residences rather than the hotel. We stayed in the hotel with club access and it is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The team are incredible. Their service made me appreciate after all these years what top tier hotel hospitality truly is and has the potential to be. The food provided at the lounge was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious and plush. And they did so many lovely things to make our stay special and memorable. Only suggestions for improvement to match the impeccable standard of everything else would be to better promote their available activities, offer a kids club, and perhaps develop a slightly larger pool. Breakfast is ga byk jenis okaylah & you got 1 Free ala carte choose fm Menu, anything you like, namun hrs tandtangan Bill nya ,dengan Descripsi yg 2 harii tdk cocok 😁 ant makanan n yg tertera walau sudah apologize. Connecting Mall is good👍 , we can just walk for 1 meeting to another meeting in different places there without wasting time in the street. Overall for me 7 scale. 😄

My friend and I came here for a much-needed lunch catch-up and were looking for something warm, delicious, and a place with a quiet ambiance. The food we ordered was excellent, featuring a delicious combination of local and Italian flavors. I had the Mushroom Ravioli, which is clearly one of their best dishes, and my friend ordered the Chicken Matah (the colorful sambal in the picture is as vibrant and tasty as it looks!). For drinks, definitely try the fresh carrot and orange juices—they're best without ice. The price range is quite pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality of the food. However, be prepared for some crowds, as this place is quite popular. We came during lunch, and it was quite noisy due to a birthday celebration from other customers, so choose your timing carefully! Overall, we loved the food and drinks.

I love my aglio olio spaghetti and their fried cassava tastes really good. Must try. Service was quick and we are really thankful for Mas Fauzi for the service.

Affogato coffee is to milky and sweet. I would recommend a double shot if it available. Es podeng… much better than their es doger. Both are serve in big portion. First time coming to this place and loved the experience! The ambience and atmosphere are so nice and cozy. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food all tasted superb! Really enjoyed the pasta and the burger is very nice as well. A must try on the pastry! Definitely coming back to try the coffee and the other menu!

Legendary Gandul in Meruya supposedly. The Gandul is warm.. easy to swallow without any thick spice leftover at your tongue. The asam2 is a bit under performing though, but the tempe goreng fits perfectly to the Gandul and soup! 😋 Overall 8/10 Good comfort food, but I would say nothing mindblowing yet.

The Nasi Gandul is good, a little bit too sweet for my taste, but with the green sambal, it's ok. Fried Tempeh was sooo good!. The staff were all old ladies, they were sweet but slow. Since it wasn't busy so it's still ok, can't imagine when it gets busy. Place was super-hot and looks old. No price on the menu, damage was Rp91. 000 for: 1/2 Nasi Gandul 1 Nasi Gandul 1 Plate of Tempeh (5-6 pieces) 1 Iced Jeruk/Orange 1 Empal. They could make the place prettier and add price on the menu. I will be back only if it's empty juat like when we visited today, easy parking right in front of the door, roadside.

If you miss authentic central java comfort food,especially nasi gandul, nasi ayam semarang, nasi gudeg etc. then pay a visit to this humble warung. have to try their various bacem and tempe goreng. their ice tea also bring up memories of java.

This place has the BEST nasi goreng babat that I've ever tried in my whole life and that's not even the best part. The best part is that it only costs me Rp40K more or less! I have to warn you though, the spice level of their food is pretty high so if you don't like spice it's best to ask for no spice at all

I went here because I saw it on social media, reviewed by someone said that this place serve one of signature dish of Central Java, Nasi Gandul. I ever tried to eat Nasi Gandul at Semarang City long time a go, so I think I want to remember how it likes again here. Unfortunately, the place was less representative for me, it was super hot inside, and then it makes me think about the cleanliness and the hygiene. The food was also nothing memorable for me. In fact, it makes me wondering if this is the same Nasi Gandul that I ever tried long time a go at Semarang City. I also bought Babat Gongso and also surprised that it was not met my expectation at all. I think the price for the food was also a bit too expensive for traditional food like that. If you go there by car, you also need to be prepared a bit hard to find parking spot. The parking area is only street parking and there's so many restaurant on that street too.

Nasi Gandul is a rice dish originating from Pati, Central Java that you won’t come across very often in Jakarta. Their nasi gandul is quite good, but not quite as good as the one you can get in Pati. The soup can be a little bit more sweet and the meat more tender as it is quite tough. Surprisingly I like their nasi ayam semarang more. I ordered 3 portions with 2 drinks and the bill was less than 100K, so good value for the portion you get.

The deep fried tempe looks sooo simple yet it tastes sooo yummy with just the right amount of seasoning, on point! On the table, there are a few selection of side dishes such as Perkedel, Tempe Bacem, Bakwan, Telur Asin (Salted Egg) to complement the food. The tempe bacem is seriously a legit one, fully marinated and extremely flavorful. Nasi Gandul consists of rice drenched in meat stew in thick brown gravy, served over banana leaf. The beef was very tender with the brown gravy fully absorbed into it, then the gravy was savory and sweet in a subtle way. It was a very comfortable and yummy dish. To make it even better, Salted Egg and Perkedel (potato cake) are simply great addition to the already yummy Nasi Gandul. You may try Nasi Ayam Semarang The mixed rice consists of festive toppings, braised chayote, shredded chicken cooked in coconutmilk-based seasoning, ‘pindang’ egg, chili sauce and braised tofu topped with fried shallots. It was a simple and humble dish with full of flavors but most of the toppings were a tad too sweet for my liking though. Overall, Nasi Gandul Bu Endang serves just simple dishes that appeal to everyone especially the ones with sweet palates, the taste is certainly authentic and legit. If you love Central Javanese cuisines, the dishes here are certainly going to bring back the good memories.

Right place for good coffee in kokas, I liked their avocado on toast very much there were many options for food but good for non vegetarians! The coffee was just right, the taste of the coffee was nice and so the quantity. They are quick to arrive your food and I highly recommend this place for coffee.

This lack of resolution was disappointing, particularly given that we were looking forward to our meal. Overall, Monsieur Spoon has a lovely setting and scrumptious desserts, but the mix-up with our order and the inadequate response to our concern left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant visit. With a bit more attention to service, this place could truly shine.

I love most their interior decorations… warm and friendly vibe, big collection of bakery and small bites. The cappucino cup though so tiny I almost cry compared to the giant slice of cake O la la… hence the 4 stars. Waiters are attentive and friendly, they helped us with taking pictures too. Will definitely come back to try other menu 💙

Atmosphere 4/5 their ambience is cozy with charm, just the door from smoking room seems not too sealed well, i got the scent of smoke from non-smoking area. Food 4/5 the food delicious just for me compare to the price is so so. It could be better specially for the salad. I had better salad from other cafe/resto with cheaper price and bigger portion. The green detox is 5/5 I like it a lot. Asparagus soup, 4.5/5 Service 5/5 it is based on my experience. Their staffs really friendly, helpful and I like them always smile and gave me suggestions for the menu.

Not worth it. Dont think to come to this restaurant. Ordered croque madame and fresh orange juice. Specially requested that the egg must be cooked well done and the yolk must be firm not watery. The food came and looked not pleasant. Too dry, too thin, and too plain. Plating was also not interesting. No garnish nor small salad on the side. Just the sandwich. Checked further the layers of croque madame and turned out the restaurant just used the regular sliced cheddar cheese (i.e. Kraft brand). No bechamel sauce and no gruyere cheese as in its original recipe. So the food was far from authentic. And the egg that I requested to be well done, it was cooked not well done and the yolk was still watery. The orange juice was also a joke. I asked whether they served fresh orange juice and the waiter mentioned the restaurant served pure orange juice. I reconfirmed again whether the orange juice was from the cartoon (not freshly squeezed), and the waiter mentioned again they serve pure orange juice. So I assumed it as they use real orange fruit for the juice. When the juice came, the taste wasn’t fresh at all and felt sourly oxidized. I didnt know whether they mixed the juice with cartoon juice or they prepared the juice a day before so when it was served, it tasted odd and not fresh at all. I have been a regular customer to the original Monsieur Spoono outlets in Seminyak and Ubud, before the restaurant was taken over by Champ group (Gokana, Platinum, etc). And I knew back then they served authentic and fresh food. Then I was surprised on how the restaurant expansion has been very aggressive in the past 3 years. Well I guess the new owner just tries to leverage the big name but no longer keep the authenticity or the charm of original Monsieur Spoon. Btw I dined in on Saturday afternoon during lunch time (on school holiday season) and the restaurant just had approx 50% occupancy rate. While other restaurants in Street Gallery PIM were 80-90% occupied and some even had a long wait list for dine in.

This is the first and last time I dine in this place. The bistecca on my daughter’s pasta was burnt. The tamago katsu mortadell was very greasy so that we struggle to finish it. While wagyu signature was rather dry and a little burnt at the edge. Overall the dish could have been better. This place was not full when we visited but the waitresses were not attentive at all. I had to wave vigorously 3 times and wait for so long so that we could place our order. The same disappointment happened when I asked for the bill.

They are a few instagrammable spots for taking pictures. I chose the non-smoking section. However, after a while, some guests actually smoke in the non-smoking section. The waiter just told us we are sitting in the non-smoking, but the side is allowed to smoke (in an air-conditioning environment). We are all in the same air-conditioning section. 🫢 Anyway, we ordered 4 plates of salmon dishes. One thing that we notice. It seems they don't have a standard for salmon size. Our order came in various sizes, and we can be sure it's not shrink due to the cooking process. 😅 It would be great if they have a standard size by weight or something. Salmon meat is also overcooked to dry. I did try their chocolate speciality drink. Cocoa from Kalimantan. It tastes nice, and although I asked for no sugar, the chocolate drink is not too bitter. Oh yes, I did drink their coffee latte. It tastes nice. The coffee is a light tastes. As for the service, a few times we need to ask the waiters for cutlery. 😁 I assumed in a high class restaurant settings the waiters can be more anticipated. One good thing, at the moment, if you pay using BRI Platinum (CC/Debit), you can enjoy 30% disc (max. Rp 300k). However, it's only applicable on Thursday-Sunday. 👍🏻

Upon entering Terra Eats, I was immediately captivated by the presence of Nyoman Nuarta's "Rush Hour" sculpture. Having recently visited the Nuarta Sculpture Garden in Bandung, encountering a piece by him right in the heart of Senopati felt incredibly serendipitous. The artwork instantly transported me back to the earthy, green ambiance of the garden, setting a perfect, grounded tone and reassuring me that I was in the ideal spot for a relaxing brunch. Beyond the striking sculpture, the restaurant's ethos became even clearer with the prominent "Eat Wisely" quote adorning a wall – a sentiment I strongly resonate with, believing firmly that you truly are what you eat. This philosophy was further reinforced by the array of clean, green, vegan, high-protein food options visibly stocked on the shelves, which immediately conveyed Terra Eats' commitment to wholesome dining. For my meal, I opted for the Cauliflower Hummus, and it certainly lived up to its promise from the moment it arrived. It looked incredibly sumptuous, and the first bite confirmed its appeal: it was wonderfully creamy and had a rich, earthy flavor that was deeply satisfying. The dish, like the menu's overall ethos, truly delivered on its promise of clean, green, and wholesome goodness. Based on this delightful experience, I will surely return to Terra Eats and wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to fellow vegetarian diners looking for nourishing and flavorful options. My friends also enjoyed their meals overall ambience of Terra Eats. The only real challenge, as with many popular spots in the bustling Senopati area, is finding parking, which can be quite difficult.

Terra is a nice place for having healthy meal. Well, I don’t call it healthy, because it always depends on what you choose. I love every veggies they serve, such as kale, broccoli cheese, creamy spinach and especially the asparagus and mixed bell peppers with stinky beans (pete), those veggies are very well-seasoned. • Salmon pasta — 8/10 is good, beet pasta is one of my favorites, and also love the mushrooms! • Dory fish and grilled chicken 6/10, I don’t really favor the taste. For me it’s just so-so. • Terra Benedict 7/10 the portion was quite big and well-balanced, but the I think the crispy spinach was over-seasoned as I tasted it too salty. • beef and avocado quesadilla — 5/10 Not recommended at all • booster drink — 8/10 The one with beetroot and the green one are very refreshing, but they use small size glass. • ginger honey tea — 7/10 Another small size glass they serve Price wise, quite expensive compared to how they serve only small portions, well.. it’s Senopati 🤷🏿‍♀️. As for parking space, be careful you might not get any parking slot during dinner time or weekends. I parked quite far from that place and walked.

Monolog Coffee in Gunawarman is such a cozy spot with a really nice ambience, perfect for catching up with friends or just spending some quiet time on your own. The vibe feels both lively and relaxed at the same time. I tried their blueberry cheese pastry and it was absolutely delightful, flaky, fresh, and with the perfect balance of sweetness and tang. Paired it with their orange caramel latte, which was such a unique twist on a classic coffee, and it turned out to be a perfect combo. Definitely one of my favorite cafés in the area, great atmosphere, friendly service, and amazing food & drinks. Highly recommend!

Not the best but it’s great. Again it’s personal. For a heap n trendy cafes like this, it’s a common to get a nice coffee in Jakarta. Food wise: - chia fruit pudding: ok - avocado toast: just ok (not special, the avoc was too watery). Compared to how Balinese serves breakfast menu in Bali, this is considered underwhelming. I had higher expectation from or perhaps I ordered the wrong one. Anw, will come back for other menu n coffee ☕️

Hip coffee place in Gunawarman, cool mid century vibes with a cozy not too humid outdoor seating area. They also have a bar and by 6PM you can use your pods inside. Love the interior design.

Gorgeous ambiance, flavorful cuisine, and attentive service. We had the Prime Striploin, Tenderloin, Watermelon Juice, and coffee—all well-prepared and satisfying. A special shoutout to our server, David, and the two welcoming ladies at the front desk/cashier. Just a note: I overlooked that my steak included a side dish; although our server mentioned it, I didn’t quite catch it—entirely my oversight. However, providing individual physical menus for each guest would be more convenient than sharing a single tablet.

The choices for an all-you-can-eat Christmas Sunday brunch may not be the most varied you will find in town, but the food tasted on point. Impressive flavors. The Peking duck was my favorite. The skin was crispy, meet was tender, accompanied by their perfect plum sauce. Other mains dishes, including salmon en croute, beef brisket, seafood on ice, sashimi, and tepanyaki, were equally delightful. I throughly enjoyed the buffet as they keep refelling these mains whenever they were empty. The traditional desserts were amazing, but in terms of Western desserts, there is room for improvement. All in all, it was a very well executed brunch.

A local friend took me for drinks and it was a great experience. It opens at 5pm, which offers a great opportunity to witness the sunset in Jakarta’s skyline. Good selection of drinks, and the entrance ticket costs 300k IDR, which serves as a voucher for your drinks. The waiters are very nice and overall there is a nice ambience. Ask for their happy hour!

If you want to see Jakarta from above, this place is perfect. It’s high on the 56th floor of BCE building. You get to see all the city’s skylines during night life. They do have a minimum charge of 300,000 Rp for entering, which then gets deducted from the overall bill. I tried the truffle fries and they were incredibly crispy and delicious.

Luckily got an invitation to visit one of fancy and famous Resto and Bar in the main area of Jakarta which at BCA tower lv. 56. From the start, their staff was friendly with full smile and willingness to helped us take photos in the crowd. Our seat was clean and perfectly set up. They offering variations of menu but I couldnt capture it coz I was so enjoy with friends. The view soooooo perfect! Love the city night view plus some dance attraction from two girls which made it so great! I am highly recommend you guys to visit this place once you get in town! Cheers!🥂

Seeing the reviews we thought it would be an exceptional experience but Skye disappointed us. Ambience, although was up to the mark. View is spectacular and seating is comfortable. Now coming to the food, we ordered beef burger, salmon and duck fat fries. Salmon and duck fries were really good but the smash burger was dry. If you are not adding sauces in a burger then you should make the patty juicy. Lastly the service was really slow. I asked the waiter about ketchup and he just vanished. My fries got cold and I had to call another waiter. Overall it was an okayish experience.

It is known as one of the best rooftop restaurant/bar in Jakarta. We went there for a nice meal and I think the food are okay. We had to sent back our steak cause it was rare and we asked for medium rare. The pasta we ordered was delicious! Drinks were nice too. Desserts was quite sweet for my taste. Overall, it's an experience to have. The service and ambiance were good!

SATOO never disappoints! This isn’t my first time dining here, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. This time was extra special because they surprised my dad with a little birthday treat, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I came here a couple of years ago and just revisited, it’s still as good as I remember. We got lucky with the pay 1 get 2 deal and enjoyed a fantastic meal. There was a wide variety of options: Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western dishes and of course Padang corner which makes it so special. There were also plenty of desserts, modern and traditional ones, as well as fresh fruit. The welcome drink was also delicious! Tip: skip breakfast if you want to fully enjoy all the delicacies. The place was a bit crowded for its space, and since it was raining, there was no outdoor seating available otherwise, it would have been perfect.

Plus side: 1. So many food options but my stomach space is very limited 2. Their food is extremely good, I would recommend the roast lamb, beef and fried chicken and I highly recommend the potato gratin 3. You get one coffee for free 4. Had lunch at Gran Via Café during a meeting event at Gran Melia Hotel Jakarta. The café is conveniently located inside the hotel, making it easy to access between sessions. The food selection was good, with a variety of options from appetizers to desserts. The overall taste was satisfying, and the atmosphere was comfortable for a relaxing lunch break. Service was also attentive throughout the meal. A nice spot to enjoy lunch while attending events or meetings at the hotel. Would gladly dine here again in the future.

Whether relishing the exquisite flavors indoors or enjoying the al fresco setting, every corner of Grand Via Cafe told a story of culinary delight. For those seeking a buffet experience that goes beyond mere dining, Grand Via Cafe at Gran Melia Jakarta is an absolute gem—where every bite is a celebration and every dish is a chapter in a gastronomic odyssey.

I haven't been impressed for a long time with Jakarta's buffets, but Cafe Gran Via definitely impressed me! I went there on 17th Oct, the first night of their wagyu program. Huge props to Chef Kevin Marchetti and his team, especially to the energetic young chef Gugun manning the carving station that night. For Rp 375,000++ the value for money is AMAZING! I am an avid fan of many hotel buffets, but I find this one to have the best value for money. They have a dedicated wagyu corner with beef wellington, roast beef, wagyu meatballs, wagyu satay and wagyu shawarma. Close to that you can also find their pasta section with a huge Grana Padano wheel, their Spanish station with Paella, their lovely soup station covering all the bases (they have Japanese miso soup, Goulash and Sup Daging Indonesia). Walk some more and you'll find their salad station with angus beef carpaccio as the highlight. Next to it is the Mediterranean mezze and Indonesian fare. Then you can also find their Chinese section as well as their Indian section. Led by their new Chinese chef, Walden Wei, I found their gongbao chicken and black pepper beef to be different from the ones you find in Jakarta, and I love it! The Japanese section had various sushi rolls, thick cut maguro sashimi as well as soba and fish & tofu stew. One highlight is their cheese and deli section, the nuts are of very high quality, the dried fruits are a myriad. You don't often find dried figs in Jakarta. The bresaola and smoked duck are great as well. The dessert section has a ton of choices, I calculated at least 15 choices on that night. The lemon meringue tart is a special one for me, they nailed it. Another one that's great is the coffee panna cotta, the coffee and the sweetness was balanced very nicely. Although they do not have a wide sashimi selection, seafood on ice and sop buntut (oxtail soup, a local favourite); this buffet does not need them. It has really great value with a wide variety of food, taste is on point, and leaves you feeling good. Definitely will come back and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my brunch at GranVia last Sunday. because the menus are varied with good quality and good taste with a long duration. I felt the service was pleasant, friendly and quick to respond if needed. in terms of price commensurate with the quality provided.

already open, i brunch there 12th Sept 2021. the food selection was superb 👍🏻👍🏻 with taste above average, except for the roast beef 👎🏻 (not tender though medium well) & paella 👎🏻 (funny taste). however appertizer, sashimi, cold soba, & separate special section with pork carving were tho thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 the dessert temptation was so great, gotta room for dessert was so true 👍🏻👍🏻 Crème Brûlée, macaroon, ice cream, etc.

Not too crowded for lunch buffet. Variation so many like sushi, salmon, lobster, crab, roasted meat, indonesian food, mexico food, dessert and ice cream. But the taste is so so , for example oxtail soup, the soup is bland not see the oxtail just carrot and beef dice inside soup, bbq corner is also bland. Cold station seafood is also not tasty.

Tried out their bagel bar and it was really good! Loved the variety of sauce they had. The truffle was superb, the butter made it so that it coats your mouth with that mushroom-y taste. The french onion was also great, strong onion flavor and a bit sweet too. The bagel itself was okay, I’d say it’s a bit too chewy – I expected the softer type. Also, I wish they gave a spoon so that it was easier to slather the sauce/butter on the bagel, cause it was pretty hard to dip it in.

The place does have promising vibe and comfortable atmosphere, while the service is decently acceptable, but was FIRSTLY disappointed by the nice to see but not nice to taste selections of cakes (union cheesecakes and red velvet cakes, tbf the presentation was great tho), THEN was shocked by the bill charges for ‘air hangat’ request that’s costs 40,000 Rupiah. While price is less of an issue, what disheartens was waiter didn’t let know prior when requesting for hot water (what more, we did ordered 2 teas too?!). The cashier did try to explain upon payments politely, kudos for front-customer handling for that still. Overall, not a pleasant impression and dining experience. Personally will not revisit again. Thank you.

This cafe is located @ Plaza Senayan, South Jakarta. The menu that i loved is various of bagel, which is only served on Saturday & Sunday, start from 7 am, but the other menus are available everyday. On Saturday and Sunday, many people who finishing their exercise from Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) come to this cafe for cup of coffee and bagel. This is nice place, comfort vibes and delicious menu. It is worthit to try.

Makasan Enak enak My wife Ellen is enjoying her chance to put her duo lingo skills in Bahasa (the Indonesian language) to use. One server asked if we needed anything else. The hotel itself is well-maintained, featuring clean, spacious rooms, great housekeeping, and attentive overall service. What really stood out to me were the sports facilities — beyond the standard fitness center, the hotel offers a complete CrossFit setup, alongside a well-equipped strength and cardio gym. For anyone who enjoys staying active while traveling, this is a real highlight. The breakfast was another memorable part of my stay — extensive, delicious, and with a wide variety of both local and international options. A special mention goes to the Sea Grain Fusion Restaurant within the hotel. The team there delivered an experience far beyond expectations. I would like to thank Mr. Cory for his outstanding and professional service, which truly went above and beyond. My compliments also to Chefs Rendy, Irshan, and Daniel for preparing exceptional meals that were both beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially recommend trying the “Taco Ayam Pelalah” (starter) and the “Chicken Kulat Pelawan Mushroom” (main course). I was fortunate enough to enjoy this dish, as the mushrooms used are only harvested once a year — a rare and delightful treat. The restaurant is, without a doubt, highly recommended. Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation for Ms. Kholifa (from the general service team). Her professionalism, combined with her cheerful and polite demeanor, made my stay all the more pleasant and memorable. My name is Syifa. We recently organised a regional ASEAN event at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta, which successfully concluded last week. The event took place at the Makara Ballroom and involved around 100 participants from across ASEAN Member States. During the weeks of preparation leading up to the event, I liaised closely with Pak Dewa Adisatria, the Event Coordinator representing DoubleTree, and Pak Zacky, the Banquet PIC. Both were incredibly professional, supportive, and proactive in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programme. Pak Dewa provided timely assistance with all event arrangements, from room layout and schedule coordination to last-minute adjustments l, ensuring that every detail was well managed. He maintained fast, clear and responsive communication, making the entire coordination process efficient and worry-free. Mas Zacky and the banquet team also deserve special appreciation for their excellent service throughout the event days. The team was attentive, quick to respond, and always friendly, ensuring our participants felt comfortable and well taken care of. It has been a great pleasure working with the DoubleTree team. The food was excellent, the service warm, and the overall experience truly professional. We would be very happy to return for the next event in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay over the weekend! Even though the hotel was buzzing with weekend crowds, and yes we had to wait a little in a very long queue during check-in, but we were so incredibly happy and satisfied with all the service we received. Every single member of the staff was super friendly and genuinely helpful. And the food? Five stars all around! Everything tasted fantastic and perfectly seasoned. That amazing breakfast honestly made us want to just keep eating! Haha! We are definitely planning our return visit very soon! A special shout-out and huge thanks to Lisa and Khelvin from the F&B team. They were not only incredibly friendly but even went above and beyond to help me out when I had a little trouble with my room key! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. Our room was on the top floor with a beautiful view, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many options—you can find anything you want. The hotel also has a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend!

Hi my name is Albert Yap from ADA Events Asia Penang Malaysia. We are the supplier for Audio Visual support, branded items, and exhibition backdrop displays for AsiaTech2025 conference 8-9 Oct, organised by Euro Petroleum Consultants that concluded yesterday. The event utilised the ballroom Makara 1,2,3. During 2-3 months of preparations leading up to the event, I liaised with Dewa Adisatria who is the Event Manager that represents Doubletree. Pak Dewa provided assistance to my company with exact ballroom specifications that were very important for equipment and exhibition stands placement, technical information that i required from Engineering department, making sure all loading documents from my vendors were properly filled, installation and take down schedule, right up till security clearance. He ensured everything was well organised and prioritised convenient communication whenever I needed his assistance. Personally, it has been a pleasure. The food was great, and so is the friendliness of the hotel staff. This is my first time at Doubletree and most definitely looking forward to be back in the near future.

Have pleasant stay with family here. All staff very helpful and kind especially Clarisa and Dina, they offering my boys for a cotton candy. The room is clean and neat. Minus netflix on tv 🤭 The swimming pool is incredible, recommend for family and kids.
