They literally bring any random faculties and ask us for a review and if it's bad again they keep bringing replacements. Sometimes, though they bring a good visiting faculty, they are given a limited amount of lectures to complete the syllabus, as a result of which they just aim at completing the syllabus irrespective of if the students or not. For a fact, I would like to bring to your notice is that, that the HOD of BAF department himself was never able to complete the syllabus on time and at the last moment, a couple of days before the exams, pressurized students by holding online/offline lectures as long as 4-5hours without considering the availability of students. And surprisingly even principal has no control over this as such incidents are suppressed by the HOD himself, who himself is the person we students are supposed to reach out to. And on top of that he's also the part of "Grievance redressal committee". Furthermore I have witnessed him overpower the former principal herself. Therefore, I request the newly appointed Principal as well as the Rector to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary measures to counter this type of behavior by faculties in the college. Finally, I understand you'll face kinda similar faculties in every college and obviously the students themselves have contributed to this case up to a certain extent as well by being careless about their career and making college a place to just have fun , however the kinda torture, humiliation and bad words you're gonna face here, I don't think will be the case in any other colleges. Therefore, if you really wanna build a great career (especially if you're getting admitted for the BAF course).... This would be your last choice!!
