We couldn't understand, Why they were worried about the delaying of staff timing after 11 PM ? as we pays additional for those staff Only. 🤔 We had ordered 500 plates all together but without the intimation of additional plate on the counter they charged us for the additional 60 i.e. 560 plate while finalising the Hall Bills. So It's an another Fraud from the staff. 🤨😑 Stage is not suitable as per the height, No proper Air conditioning at the center. Unnecessary sofas on the stage. No proper lighting on face for couple which in turn spoils the photography. Behaviour of the manager & Staff is almost pathetic. We couldn't take the Family picture in my marriage and now it is unforgettable memory of my life. 😢 Do not get attracted by the first look. It's quite amazing how they have these splendid views from every corner of the room. The high rise location makes the hall quiet as well as view oriented. It's definitely a location you would like to visit if you are interested Mumbai. The events are very coordinated and the staff is very professional. The parking seems to be off road and valet is available. The food options they have is quite large on the table for the banquet and the seating and washrooms are very very clean and hygeinic. Its a semi remote to reach but right in between the city centre with ample of reach to any supermarket. The facilities offered to guests are remarkable. The view are unforgettable and you would love to click photos around this venue.

As I walked in I was impressed with the overall look, decor, furnitures and optimum air conditioned inside. However I was in for a rude shock To begin with I asked for a physical menu card that they refused. I just cannot believe a cafe not having a menu It was 540 pm and we ordered for a sandwich. The staff refused to serve stating that as per policy they do not serve sandwich beyond 530 pm. Even after we repeatedly requested the staff did not budge and even mentioned the chef has left. I have never ever faced this kind of ludicrous response in a 5 star hotel. So we settled down disco te sky and ordered a Vietnamese coffee with milkmaid and an Americano. The Vietnamese coffee was horrible and my friend gave it away but the Americano was excellent. Finally we ordered a croissant that was extremely fluffy and another baked item. We were so fatigued with the response that we just wanted to get out. Finally the bill came and I requested for a hard copy that they refused. I wrote my email ID, make them read it and requested to email it to me, but it’s been 7 days and it is still pending. One of the worst experience of a cafe I had and I think they need to mange it better else with this kind of rigid approach they will just turn away royal patrons away
