Went in the middle of summer so expect warmer conditions and stay hydrated because it's a pretty large place so be prepared to walk a good amount. They do sell beverages and there are a few stops where you can cool off like the butterfly enclosure which was very nice to sit and enjoy. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the experience and had a nice time. We arrived at around 2pm and still didn't have enough time to look at everything they have to offer.
