The Pour Over (made with a bean they called Vienna Roast) was lovely - great balance of aroma, acids and flavor. Well chosen beans. I can't get this grade of coffee at most other cafes in Ahmedabad, including Starbucks. They also sell some of their roasts. The attitude of the staff was friendly and helpful. That is appreciated. The atmosphere of the place is nice and relaxed - not like a buzzy overdose of activity. But then it was a Tuesday afternoon. ;) They were playing rock classics on the music system, at low volumes. That was a pleasure. And the seating area upstairs was very inviting - very cosy and spaced out. And the music was even softer upstairs - which is great. But WC flush was constantly leaking, the wall was patched up, the tap was taped up, the cleanliness could be better. Could definitely do with bit more attention.
