Here for a 5 day stay, checked in yesterday, and right off the bat the TV guide isn't working, nor is any of the streaming services - not a big deal. I reached out to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and the phone isn't working. I used my cell phone to call the hotel and let them know about the streaming service issue and they informed me they were working on it (known issue) but they weren't aware of the phone issue and they'd call me back. They called me back and they said the phones were not working as well and they were working on it. I left for work early this morning and just got back (7pm). Phone still isn't working, streaming services still out, and now the bigger problem is no one had come to my room. Bed was not made and the way I left it (I understand I still had towels and I don't need fresh ones daily as it's just me) but bed etc was something I was looking forward to. As soon as we got here the housekeepers stared right in our faces looking at us up and down like foreigner objects. Our first room, the bed was dirty so we asked for a different one and I’m pretty sure they just covered the bed back up that had black all over it. Too expensive for a small room. The only good part was the shower and even then both of the main shower heads won’t turn on at the same time. Toilet lid was filthy, towels over our smoke alarm, toilet paper was yellow from smoking and we were only given one roll that was very thin. I wouldn’t recommend here at all. There were two shower heads in the shower but you could only use one at a time. What's the point of two shower heads if they don't both function simultaneously. They provided us with the cheapest toilet paper I think I've ever seen. One of the complimentary shampoo bottles had been opened and half used. The television only worked about half of the time. We had to repeatedly change channels because it kept going out and giving us an error. The novelty of this place was neat but it was NOT at all worth the 200$ it cost to stay here. For 200$ I expect a comfortable mattress, seating, and functional amenities. Do not recommend this place at all. Will not be returning.

The pool was extremely cold even though it was 86° outside, so we didnt stay inside of it for too long. On the second day at the hotel we had to move to different suite because both of our televisions s went out in our rooms, so they had to move us. The pictures that I provided are from the first suite that we occuiped and loved. The first suite offered some privacy away from the children because their bed, that let out from the couch, was located inside of the living room space with its own tv and our bedroom was separate with its own tv also. The second suite had everything in one room and you had to share the tv with the children by turning it on its swivel and that ment that only one side of the room could see it. The only disappointment about the first suite was that it offered a half closet that was very low to the ground which I provided a picture of. Also, because of my job I stay at hotels all over the nation and Marriots to be exact that why I'm Bon Voy memeber. And this was the first time I had to sign papers about my room before I could occupy it. And also this was the only hotel that held my $200 incidental fee for longer than week.

We stayed there this weekend and while my friend and I were out sightseeing called the front desk to ask if we could have two bags dropped off and they hold them behind the desk for me. The next day before we left the hotel I asked if our room could be cleaned...still nothing. By the third time of me asking, my husband asked and was told we should have said something three hours beforehand...I did that. So I went down to the front desk and was told housekeeping was backed up because it was a Sunday and they only clean rooms every two days. Well, we were on the second day. Then Hussan said, "well you didn't ask for the room to be cleaned". At that point I asked to speak to the gm. Couldn't do that until the morning. We felt as though it was a inconvenience that we were there to check in. Please keep in mind that we're a guest of 5, room was booked 2 months in advance for 2 nights stay. The 1 and only luggage cart they have made us nervous about using it. We literally thought this cart is going to break while wheeling our luggage to the room. Walking into the room it has a musky order. Curtains are ripped and rod is broken. We had to use a clip to close curtains. Both beds had very visible stains on the side of mattress. Hoping this room would be different we were offered room 103 where there were also again found baby roaches and bedbugs!! I was bitten up as well as my mother!!! Once 7am arrived we were able to get the $50 deposit back but not able to get a refund or some type of compensation back from the unhealthy, unsanitary establishment! Then they looked me in my eyes and lied to through their teeth and said I was banned for trashing the room and leaving nail polish everywhere without any proof. nail polish was the last thing on my mind and I have not painted them since middle school so when they said I was trespassing because of nail polish and smiled while I was panicking with no where to go and refused a refund should tell you a lot about their service they deserve to be put out of business and I know I’m not the only one who has had terrible experiences here I’ve had tons of house keepers during my stay say they were given unfair work loads and underpaid or not paid at all because they got a room. This is inhumane and to do it all well smiling is sick you should be ashamed.

The fridge door had rustic on it. The chair seat had a white stain on it and the walls had multiple stains, of unknown origin. The bathroom vent doesn’t work so the ceiling would drip with water from the steam/humidity. Even making your clothes damp if they were in the bathroom, during your shower. Window screen had a huge hole in it. The only decent thing about this place was the staff was ok. Not nice but not rude. They had a fire pit to sit around but it was always being utilized so we could never use it. I was absolutely disgusted that they charged $150 a night for pure dirtiness. I of course took pictures so people could see what they are getting themselves into. I would avoid this place at all cost!

He took his time calling nearby hotels to help me find accommodations. None of the nearby hotels could give me my Marriott discount rate. It was modern and updated. I loved the lobby. They have a pool, gym and an outside patio and grill. Everything was well maintained and clean. The free breakfast was good.The employees were very friendly and professional. We got a great deal on the rate. It is in a really good location for what we were doing. We had a couple minor issues. Our blinds in our room were clunky and needed fixed, but they still closed and blocked out the light. The gym was out of towels and wipes to clean the equipment. We were heading to an event downtown . Checked in and started to get ready for said event. We had a friend with us that was attending event with us but was NOT staying overnight. They told us he had to leave they don't allow guests. We were there 2 hours. They gave us a hard time said we either needed to check out with no refund or pay an extra $50 for our friend to be there for a short time before event because he used water to go to the bathroom. The hotel worked it out and weren’t rude about the adjustment. They went out of their way to make sure I got a blow dryer. They don’t supply them but he got me one!! How amazing is that. They emotionally abused my husband from 1 am -6 am & would not let him back up in his room till I had to call & ask for a wellness check on his friend who was sleeping & not answering his phone to come down and get him! They would not let him go up & get any of his things or even try to knock on door! Welp this place has had more than one should. My first stay I dealt with this, and leaking water from the ceiling, which was very traumatic seeing how we left our home cause the ceiling fell in... Any good reviews you see must be spam and/or fake reviews generated by owner or management. Dirty room, dirty cheap floor, slipping and sliding on cheap laminate floor, the entire hotel has 3 irons that stays at front desk and never available, you only get 2 flat pillows, not enough towels , no ice machine in the building , operated by a virtual kiosk and not a staff member during certain times, hallway stinks, this place is an absolute joke. I never ever leave reviews but I’m determined to help others out by saying STAY AWAY. Book somewhere else even if it cost more!
