Absolutely worth the money in. The staff and guides all around the house were so very welcoming, all spoke with such passion about the house, the family and history of the place. You have a remarkable team there for sure. The house itself is just stunning. The food in the cafe was brilliant and the cafe staff were all wonderful too despite it being exceptionally busy. So walking my two dogs was becoming a pain and not the experience that I wanted it to be due to them both being reactive to other dogs. I felt defeated, embarrassed and exhausted. The bark and reacting was getting worse. I can’t Gary, and he thought he could help in an hour and a half. And if I’m completely honest I couldn’t see it happening that quick as it had been years of bad behavior. Gary came over was polite, professional and efficient and it was incredible. But it clearly showed that I was never in control. He observed what we did when we took (shadow) out for a walk, and how we would try to control him etc. He then explained to us we're I was going wrong and showed us how it's should be done. What a lovely lady! I was on the hunt for a painting for a friends 60th. I had seen one on the Fine Art & Frames website. Spoke to Julie on the phone and it had been sold. Julie went the extra mile and contacted the Artist of the painting to see if he could do a custom painting for me. He had one similar and so took it to the shop for me to look at. Julie emailed me a photo of the painting and I instantly fell in love with it. Collected it today and it is just wonderful! Highly recommend this little business in Lytham St Annes.
