The Perfect location to the beach, food, bathrooms and very private. We had cabana # 1 and it has a locker which fits two backpacks, and towels. Nice wicker seating with two lounge chairs outside. Can fit four comfortably. Victor showed us to our cabana and was very nice. Pictures enclosed of the set up and walking out to the wave pools. We ordered food which came in one hour and was delivered hot. The waters included were a plus, and taking a break in the quiet area was worth the money. My only comments on rides would be they need more help on the tube ride. Secondly, wasps were taking over the soda machine area and nobody who worked there did anything as people struggled. A super fun day for my husband, older teen and myself. Tip: bring flip flops to store in the cubby by rides as the ground gets very hot and burns mid day.

The wave pool was lots of fun, but it can be a bit too strong for littles, so beware. We ended up losing one of the kids' shoe, and getting a few knee scrapes, which added to fun lol We ended up visiting the first aid office, and we were very happy with the attention we received by the nurse on staff. The food was hands down the best we've tried at any Disney Park, which was another amazing surprise. We tried the burgers and rice with shrimp (forgot the item name), and everything was so delicious. The Deep Sea Dive was really neat not only bc you got to see all the fish up close and personal but they also take you over to the shark area and it feels like you are face to face, the Nurse sharks are a thing of beauty when you get to see them close up! Highly recommend you do this add on! The Grand Reef snorkeling was where we spent most of our day, it’s the coolest thing to have all these rays glide by you and your able to touch the top of them ( if you do the deep sea dive you can touch their underside and they are soft!!!!!) The Aviary was an oasis of its own, birds landing on you and flying over head. The sound of waterfalls and mist all around you, it truly feels like a little jungle! The lazy river was nice and long and it was neat how it went through the bird sections and then you go through waterfalls that keep the birds from going through. We didn’t do the Dolphin Experience but after the multiple shows we watched I do think it’s worth the extra money if you are a dolphin lover! Every inch of this park is done up in the jungle oasis theme, no shortcuts were taken! We were amazed by everything. The food was fine, nothing special but definitely not bad as others wrote on their reviews, it’s free so your not getting steak :) Snacks were great for on the go in between areas and stations are everywhere :) We did the 3 park Ultimate pass that included Seaworld(loved) and Bush Gardens in Tampa (did not love, very rude employees) I wish we had time do Aquatica (3rd park) but sadly we didn’t. Everything went smoothly with the pass we received from Discovery Cove, this pass also included our parking for each of the parks. We couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying vacation and we cannot wait to come back and visit Discovery Cove again!!!!

I very much enjoyed the swim with the rays and it was less that 1 foot from 8 foot long sharks (a glass barrier separating us). It felt like i was in Hawaii snorkeling. I also loved the all inclusive alcohol, and their Florida beer they had included in the base package was actually very good. I did this as a solo trip and very much enjoyed it. About every 15 to 30 min at different spots they bring out animals and teach you about them, this was very entertaining, like different birds, armadillo, and other little mammals. I would definitely come back here again.

The weather was gorgeous and they were so kind to check on us regularly for drinks and service but mindful to not to interfere. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating and the space was just what we needed for an informal social gathering. Having the option to open or close the garage doors depending on weather, etc made the space awesome as well as having some comfortable couch seating some low tables, and some high top tables for variety and options. Though we didn't need it, there were screen and A/V options available that could be great for future events. Having the kitchen available for food was another bonus. This activity is expensive but my kids look forward to coming to Orlando Watersports after our yearly end of season AAU Volleyball tournament. The rooms were pretty much renovated and clean, which we loved. Their amenities were clean and organized. They had movie night and free popcorn on Wednesday, we enjoyed while hanging in the pool. We stayed in building 6, room 206. The rooms are decently sized but there was an unbelievably high level of moisture in our room. My kids colouring sheets remained damp the entire week, as well as some of our clothes. "Daily housekeeping service" was nonexistent. Our garbages remained full the entire week. While we requested to not be disturbed on the 2nd day of our stay, nothing was done day 3 and when my wife spoke to the front desk tho clarify the daily light housekeeping vs full service, we still had to go down to request towels (twice) after the call. Although there was a language barrier between us and the housekeeping staff (Spanish) they were all still very sweet and helpful, but regardless, we still didn't get the full service as requested that day. We intentionally planned a day outside of the resort but came back to a still uncleaned room. It seems like they've done a good job on the partial renovations to the rooms outside of building 6 and the lobby, but could certainly benefit from a full renovation. The location is perfect and they offer great amenities for the kids (seriously, kids will love it) so why not spend a little more time and money making it something guests want to continue to come back to. Overall- just OK. 3/5 stars

We were put into one of their newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. We opted in for the breakfast vouchers in our stay, which you couldnt beat the price. Breakfast was an actual buffet you got to choose from, it was close by our room, and all the amenities were awesome! We loved the pool, hot tub and especially the water park! Kids loved the cotton candy machine as well! Everyone was extremely nice. Our kids had a blast and we will be returning next year for sure. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I believe that this luau was an exceptional value for the experience and food provided through the Groupon voucher. What really makes the show though is the AMAZING staff and entertainers that went over the top to make our night so special. They were so kind, entertaining, and accommodating. My grandmother needed some extra accommodations and they went over the top to make sure that she had an amazing experience despite her limitations. While the music, dancing, and fire show was great- the hospitality put the experience over the top. Some things to account for- it is a little bit of walk when you get to the hotel. It is located in a meeting room in the hotel so the setting is a little different than most luaus, but it was very comfortable and intimate. Valet parking is apparently mandatory at an additional cost.

The location is very ideal. Super close to Universal and Orlando’s other main attractions. It provided a place to stay with the kids so they can enjoy their days that we didn’t go to the Theme Parks. All the staff were very inviting and friendly. Supervisor Roxana was especially helpful with getting hospitality for our stay. Nordine was also very helpful at the front desk with helping us with our scheduling the shuttle to and from the Resort. They were also quick to attend to our needs. The room I stayed in needed updating, as to why the 3 stars for the room. But I seen they are currently updating the rooms and the newer ones are really nice! The arcade and food and breakfast were also really good. The kids loved both. Definitely would stay there again.
