They provided turn down service. Breakfast unfortunately was disappointing. 总体环境和服务都在线，本次是飞猪的雅高账号要白金挑战，另一个账号已经白金，本次只能升级到75平的索菲特套房，之前过来这边住基本都能够升级到华丽套房的，估计酒店内部的要求有变化，后边来的几次都感觉很难，不过还是要感谢前台Fannie FAN的热情协助，不然估计连索菲特套房都无法升级，其他都还算中规中矩。

每次到广州都入住这间酒店. 礼宾部服务主动热情. 前枱接待每次都是冷冰冰的感觉, 没有一点笑容. 4月3号入住, 4月4号请客户晚餐, Cafe 988 的Sharry Miao 小姐贴心的安排, 热情的服务, 令我们的客户非常满意！

作为冠以索菲特之名的老牌酒店，装修大气，客房宽敞，可惜大厅较为昏暗，房间装修略显老旧，有点和当下主流酒店装修风格脱节。

酒店大厅很大气，前厅部员工管理比较不到位，服务意思淡薄，或许就一星级服务硬配上5星级酒店。前厅部经理水平很有待提升。房间一般，电梯里暗色条纹仔细看比较low，或许就不用看了。房间电视一点小，当然不是太小那种，按键操作不佳。灯光管控比较麻烦，现代酒店不应该这样。第一餐房间送餐还行，可选择种类不太多。

很棒的酒店！首先房间设施和布置都非常舒适贴心，行政酒廊服务绝对细致入微。早餐、下午茶、happy hour和各种接待服务都一级棒！高楼层夜景可以清晰看到珠江新城和小蛮腰以及楼下广州大道中段忙碌的车流。

If you try to access any non-China domains (and I don’t mean Facebook or Google, but your harmless banking app), you’re not going to get any response. So I had to be using data roaming throughout my stay here. This is highly unusual compared to other hotels. At most other hotels, I only couldn’t access the usual suspects like Facebook, Google, CNN etc (though it’s ironic CNN was available on the highly pixelated TV).
