Dilli Haat is a wonderful place to explore India’s art, craft, and textiles — all under one roof. The stalls keep changing every 15 days, so every visit feels new and refreshing. Even if you don’t plan to shop, walking around is a lovely experience. The food court offers dishes from almost every state — from butter chicken to South Indian thali.
My favorite is the Nagaland stall — their Thukpa and momos with fruit beer are a must-try! A colourful, lively place worth visiting in Delhi.

Major problem is traffic and parking here is you are going through 4 wheeler. Multilevel automatic car parking is worst and as it not operated properly so you have to rely on car parking available roadside. I went on Sunday afternoon yesterday and was stuck in traffic for almost 1.5 hours inside Lajpat Nagar just to reach market and find parking.
Best way to shop is to on weekdays or a bit early on weekend. Don't go on weekend after 2PM as it is heavily crowded that time.
On Monday the market remains closed so please avoid as only few shops are opened.

Now I have to get it altered again at my local tailor shop. The clothes are stained as well. On top of this, they don't accept their mistake and talk rudely. They even asked to get my local tailor made clothes to copy the fitting.

Eves Tailor is one stop shop if you are looking for stitching of designer blouses, petticotes etc for an upcoming wedding, event or even for daily use.
They have all types of design option one is looking for. Mr Vineet is the head tailor and is quite good in his job. He would suggest the designs as per the material and you can also get the blouses customized as per your choice. They also have readymade blouses available in case you are in a hurry. The shop has a counter wherein laces, latkans etc are also available just in case you want to add it to the blouse. Plus, they also have an option in case you want fall to be tucked to your sarees.
The only challenge is long queues /waiting time especially in wedding/ festival seasons.
Its based right in the heart of GK 1 M block Market. Though, the market has a lane full of tailors but Eves sure is a winner.

It was my first visit , i really loved the collection it was as per my choice & meeting my expectations. Then i thought to get the customised dress done for one of my family occasion. But I’m really not happy since after getting the alterations done still when i wore the dress on the day of my occasion it was super loose & stitches were vry loose , it ultimately torned. I had to visit boutique nearby to get it adjusted. Also the cloth quality was not very fine.
But i appreciate the design & styling you have done for me it was exactly same what i wanted.

The store has a great collection of indo western, ethnic outfits but falls short in a few places. I had ordered my fiancé’s now husbands wedding sherwani in September 2022 for it to be ready for Feb 2023. As per the store and the associate plan was to get measurements online through video call somewhere in December to proceed with the final outfit. The measurements were provided and a second additional black indo western outfit was ordered for cocktail night. The associate then did not respond proactively mostly throughout January and Feb 2023 until I had to reach out to an online representative for help as I do not live in India. I then received a response, update on the products and shipment details. The products were shipped right away but unfortunately my husband could only try on the sherwani a week before our wedding on Feb 24th when we landed in India. The sherwani did not fit well and the indo western black outfit fit perfectly. Given the fitting issues we reached back out to the Seller and we wanted to see if we can get it exchanged for a brand new one given short of time and different cities. The response was they do not to exchanges or refunds and that they would try to fix it but charge for the entire process , if I ship it back to Delhi within a day basically and then get it shipped back to us. Overall I wish we didn’t have an unpleasant experience as we had really liked their collection and work. My husband did not end up wearing the sherwani and we had to get a different new one last minute and the Qbik Sherwani is now just sitting in our closet. The black indo western piece fit really well and looked great. Recommend this store to only those people who can go get sized and visit for trials in person, they are not good at selling online or through WhatsApp like the rest of the world these days.

I reside in Canada and I made my purchase with them via Whatsapp. I accidentally stumbled onto their website while browsing the web and their unique and unusual brand name caught my attention. I was awed by their collection and the very delicate hand embroidery on all their fabrics, most of all the colour combinations, I love the array of pastel hues they carry. We were promised a brand new designer lehnga, but were instead handed the sample piece that had clearly been tried and displayed before. Despite multiple follow-ups, the store refused to acknowledge the issue or take responsibility.
The associate Riya Sharma, who assisted us, assured us several times that a fresh, unworn outfit would be delivered. However, what we received told a very different story — it was obvious from the fabric wear and loose threads that this was not a new piece.
