They came up with many excuses, but their excuses don’t add up. At the end of the day, I was charged without my knowledge and they refuse to grant me a refund. For those reading this, I would check your credit card after booking with this place to be sure they did not charge you without your knowledge. I ordered a skirt online for my daughter and it was to big for her so we sent it back to Klassy Girl. They always have delicious food items and it's such a plus that you can sample the majority of them prior to purchase. That being said, on my last visit I purchased a large quantity of dip mixes. Once we arrived home, we made a batch of the cracker seasoning and I became sick due to the amount of oil required in the recipe. We came back to visit Branson shortly after and I figured I would just go exchange the four additional packages of this mix for some others. I have worked in businesses that sell food products before and this has never been an issue. I was quickly informed that it would not be possible due to food and safety regulations. I know for a fact this is not the case as many other businesses will allow you to exchange a sealed item with a receipt for something else. She said no and began to tell me where the different sizes of clothing were located. I told her again I felt like she thought I was going to take something and that I was leaving. They made me and my family feel so uncomfortable and when confronted by my daughter law denied that it had happened. I left a comment card for the manager of Grand Village concerning this incident. I hope they don’t ever do this to anyone else. Find a better way to prevent shoplifting. If I could give a zero stars I would have.
